After 9/11 and the birth of Homeland Security, fusion centers were set up to monitor U.S.
citizens and the U.S. Department of Justice legalized non-consensual experiments on the public.
These fusion centers employ civilians to target individuals and harass them, intimidate them, vandalize their property, and interfere with their day-to-day life.
This is known as gang stalking.
Former high-ranking FBI agent Ted Gunderson reported in 2011 that himself and thousands of others were being targeted.
FBI agent Mike German confirmed this as well.
Several federal agents have reported that they were targeting individual Americans, including people who were simply pro-life, and that they were pressured to put more people on their targeting lists to legitimize more federal funding.
These Homeland Security fusion centers are able to put any American citizen on the terrorist watch list without any reason or due process.
In 2012, NSA whistleblower William Binney reported that the feds are conducting comprehensive surveillance on nearly every U.S. citizen and targeting whomever they please.
In 2014, Glenn Greenwald exposed the methods used to target individuals, such as hacking into people's social media accounts, posing as that person, and contacting their friends and co-workers.
Targetedjustice.com is currently working on suing the federal government for targeting individual U.S. citizens with different high-tech weapons, including directed energy weapons.
The Havana Syndrome, when diplomats in Cuba were attacked with directed energy weapons, was not an isolated event.
There are thousands of individuals who claim to be under this same sort of attack, and they have the scars to prove it.
As far back as 1976, the technology to remotely alter brainwaves has existed, including voice-to-skull technology that allows the government to directly transmit voices into people's brains.
As bad as all this is, it is likely to get much worse.
In 2017, Dr.
James Giordano gave a lecture on the latest government technologies to target individuals, such as neuroweapons to control brain function and modify memories.
dr james giordano
I'm looking to target key individuals who may then be influential to relative aspects of their representative groups.
I can affect individuals' brain functions in a variety of different ways, both positively and negatively, by engaging or disengaging nodes and networks of the brain that therefore affect their cognitions, emotions, and ultimately their behaviors.
Something my colleague Jamie Canton likes to play with an awful lot is the idea of specialized neural operations.
And here, once again, we're talking about the use of either drugs and or devices to modify the integrity of brain function that we realize can also modify individuals' perception of time and space.
We talked earlier about how these may be used in interrogation scenarios, and this too may be used against key individuals to be able to modify their perception of time, their perception of what occurred and what did not, memory modification, etc.
greg reese
Nanoparticulates that can give an individual a stroke.
dr james giordano
So what we're able to do here is infiltrate the brain space with nanoparticulate matter that aggregates in situ, on site, in the brain.
And there's one of two things, either penetrates from the vascular space, Gets in through the bloodstream, gets in through the nose, through the mucosa, or infiltrates the vascular space and clogs it.
What is the result? What's called a nanoparticulate stroke or a hemorrhagic diathesis, fancy word, for it's a predisposition to individuals having brain bleeds.
greg reese
He explains how they can make people sick with an undetectable illness to make them go crazy.
dr james giordano
What I'm doing is I'm using a dispersion methodology to be able to infect sentinel cases with a highly morbid condition.
These individuals complain.
Again, this is a central nervous system condition.
So they're complaining of whatever the bug may do.
It'll produce some cascade of neurological and neuropsychiatric signs and symptoms.
What I've now done is I've got every individual who is diagnostically hypochondriacal, and I've got every individual who's the worried well flooding the public health system, banging on the door.
The CDC comes back and says, nonsense, that's not real.

That is the latest by Greg Reese, latest Reese report at band.video.
It's called Targeted Individuals.
And it's all real, folks.
We're going to break down today's top stories on the other side.

Watch it live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome to The American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
We have a lot to cover today.
We'll be joined in the third hour by Laura Loomer.
We'll take your calls throughout the second hour.
We talk a lot about, continue to talk about the ADL as that continues to be a massive main story.
We'll get into a lot of political news.
Not a fun day for news, and I think you probably already know why.
So let's just get into it.
Here it is, your daily dispatch.
unidentified
All right, here it is, folks.
harrison smith
Your daily dispatch for Wednesday, the 6th of September, 2023.
Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio sentenced to 22 years over January 6th riot.
Enrique Tarrio, known for his former role as chairman of the Proud Boys, has been sentenced to 22 years in prison over charges of seditious conspiracy in connection to the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, 2021.
This is now the longest sentence handed down to any January 6th We're good to go.
Of course, Tarrio was not even present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
As was noted by American journalist Julie Kelly, he had been detained the day prior after an alleged burning of a BLM banner took place in December of 2020.
Thus far, around 1,100 individuals have been charged over alleged crimes related to the January 6 Capitol riot, and over 300 have been sentenced to serve time behind bars.
New arrests are still ongoing over two years after that fateful day.
The sentence Tario received is the longest related to January 6th, but that has been doled out thus far.
Prosecutors on the case argued in favor of Tario receiving a terrorism sentence enhancement, to which the judge agreed.
The judge had done the same to Tario's co-defendants.
Yeah, we'll expand on this a little bit later.
He was not in...
The Capitol, he was not even in Washington, D.C. on January 6th.
He was arrested the day before and in a prison in a different city when the events of January 6th unfolded.
And this, of course, conviction comes after the jury was instructed that they could find him guilty for conspiracy even if there was no conspiracy.
The official court documents and official reporting of this By the likes of the New York Times, they referred to it as an unspoken conspiracy.
So he's been convicted and is now sentenced to over two decades behind bars, two decades locked in a concrete box, two decades away from his family and friends for a riot that he didn't participate in, in a city that he wasn't present in.
Saying he conspired to bring it about despite having never given orders of any sort that would result in the riot, despite having not conspired whatsoever.
An unspoken conspiracy.
There is no such a thing.
There is no such thing. So, again, we'll get into this a little bit later, but I hope it's becoming apparent to everybody the situation that we're truly in.
And again, we'll get back to that and we'll try to zoom out a little bit and talk about what this implies for the future of America.
Meanwhile, we have this story.
Fauci was told of NIH ties to Wuhan lab coronaviruses by January of 2020.
Anthony Fauci.
New and extraordinary detail, the breadth of novel coronavirus research underway in Wuhan, China within a month of the globe learning of the novel Wuhan virus.
Fauci had been informed by January 2020 at the latest, I should add, that his institute had funded the discovery and study of dozens of novel coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, including the closest cousin to SARS-CoV-2, a virus that causes COVID-19.
New records show it was an email obtained through the The Freedom of Information Act confirmed privately.
Fauci knew the magnitude of coronavirus research going on at the coronavirus pandemic's epicenter, even while publicly shrugging off suggestions that the pandemic began with a research accident as conspiratorial.
He called it conspiracy theory.
Because that's what it was.
Because that's exactly what it was.
So, he is complicit in the initiation and cover-up of mass murder and should probably be charged in some sort of Nuremberg-like trial.
At the very least, I mean, that would be a start, Anthony Fauci.
Of course, ideally, what you would do would be arrest Anthony Fauci.
I can't say what I want you to do to him.
Is Abu Ghraib still open?
I'm just wondering. I'm just wondering, is the base in Cuba still operational?
I just mean that he probably has important information that he's not willing to divulge without some enhanced interrogation tactics.
I'm just saying, you do it to terrorists in the Middle East, this man has been responsible through his deception and This mad scientist level manipulation of nature in pursuit of power and profit.
Who knows how many millions of people he's killed?
And who knows what secrets he still hides?
We could find it out.
I think it's imperative for the safety of all of us that we do.
Meanwhile, short-staffed Austin police urge robbery victims not to call 911 as crime ravages city.
This, of course, the delayed but inevitable outcome of the Black Lives Matter riots that actually were an insurrection, actually were terroristic, actually did use widespread violence against innocent people to bring about a political change.
That political change was defunding the police, which has in turn led to the absolute disaster of the crime rate around the country, crime rates around the country.
And God only knows how many thousands of murders and horrific injuries and life-destroying crimes that that has brought about.
Not a lot of charges for the people that put us in this position.
We just have to deal with the outcome of their terroristic insurrection in which they utterly and clearly destroyed the rule of law in this country.
We're still dealing with it here personally.
In Austin as well, Austin Police in Texas are asking residents to call 3-1-1 if they get robbed near an ATM as the department struggles admit an increase in urban crime and staffing shortages.
They posted a graphic in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, to urge residents to call 3-1-1 to make an online report if they're robbed.
3-1-1 is a number usually used for non-emergency requests as opposed to 9-1-1.
So that's nice. So, you know, if you want to report like a pothole that needs to be filled in, if you want to report, maybe there's a...
Water leak on city property and gushing gallons.
You need to call that in. That's going to go at the back of the queue as the 3-1-1 queue will now be filled up with the robberies that should be 9-1-1 calls, but those are being taken up by the overwhelming chaos, madness, crime, and filth from the homeless situation that the liberals caused or the crime rate wave that the liberals caused or just the sheer lack of You know, police numbers that the liberals have caused.
It's just these people suck.
They're ruining everything. And we are now paying an actual tangible price for it in the safety that we previously enjoyed being ripped away from us for the sake of a bunch of whiny children slash and or criminals.
We have this story as well, and we'll get into the ADL a little bit later from Newsweek.
The ADL has lost its way.
Elon Musk is right to stand up to its censorship.
That's an opinion by Ron Coleman.
Relating what I think a lot of people are feeling about the ADL right now, it's lost its way.
Yeah, it should go back to its roots.
It should go back to, you know, the mission that it started with, the mission that it used to have.
Getting rapist pedophile murderers off of their crimes and smearing anybody who wants them held to justice.
Wait. Wait a second.
Wait a second. I'm sensing an inconsistency here.
Yeah, the ADL has always and forever been an evil cabal of scumbags, a den of thieves, a censorious and self-important collection of bigoted morons.
So... Nothing new.
So nothing new about that.
Finally, we have this story.
I left out the full truth to get my climate change paper published.
It's an expose by a scientist who revealed he felt he was pressured to lie in order to get his climate change science published because you only get it published if it supports the narrative.
We'll be right back. All right, welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is the American Journal.
I want to keep covering some of the day's big news.
I also want to go back in time and watch an extensive presentation presented by Webster Harpley and a few other researchers.
All the way back in, I believe it was 1996 was when this video was first published, or 1993.
We'll go to that in a little bit.
It's about how essentially the ADL was the driving force behind the Waco massacre which is pretty incredible but all the evidence is there and the documentation is very compelling but also in order to tell that story they begin by laying out a litany of other instances where the ADL has used its influence and mafia tactics to violate the rights of and in some cases horribly affect Americans expressing their First Amendment right as citizens of this country.
So I do want to revisit that, go back to that, and talk a little bit about it.
But let's stick with the big news today, which is, of course, Enrique Tarrio receives the longest sentence yet for a January 6 conviction, 22 years in prison.
A lot of right-wing commentators are outraged about this.
Not a lot of pushback from the political class, though.
Not a lot of politicians going out on a limb to sound off against this just egregious, unacceptable, intolerable destruction of our First Amendment right as Enrique Tarrio He was convicted of an unspoken conspiracy of a crime taking place in a different city while he was locked behind bars and incapable of communicating with anybody.
To be honest with you, words fail me.
I mean, there is nothing in American history that has ever even remotely approached where we are now.
Where you can be convicted...
Of a crime that you didn't commit.
Because the court just asserts that you conspired without saying so, without talking, without any communication.
I mean, legitimately, who is safe at this point?
Wild. Just absolutely wild.
And you really have to wonder...
What we do from here. I was going to say you have to wonder where the Republicans are on this, but I guess you don't because they have been missing in action for the last 30 years or so, I guess.
I mean, the Republicans just want this to go away.
And hey, if some innocent person has to have their life utterly destroyed, if they have to spend the next...
Two decades locked in a metal box there every waking moment.
A torturous reminder of the tyranny they failed to stop.
I guess that's a small price to pay just to get back to normal, which is just starting wars overseas and raking in billions from the pharmaceutical industry.
That's what the politicians are really concerned with.
At least Marjorie Taylor Greene is a standout in this regard.
She says about this sentence for Enrique Tarrio.
This is designed to send a loud and clear message from Joe Biden and his thugs at the DOJ. If you oppose us, you're going to jail for a long time.
We are witnessing a communist takeover of our judicial system to target political enemies and destroy their lives.
It's despicable.
Yeah, at the very least.
That's one way of putting it.
Now... I went ahead and pulled a couple aspects of this.
Just to put it into perspective here.
We've got five proud boys having been convicted and sentenced.
Each one to 10 to 22 years in prison.
Yet not a single act of violence amongst them.
Enrique Tarrio, 22 years.
Ethan Nordean, 18 years.
Zachary Real, 15 years.
Joe Biggs, 17 years.
and Dominique Pizzola, 10 years.
Not a single victim.
Not a single victim of their crime.
Not a single violent crime.
Even being accused of.
Maybe a window was broken.
Maybe a fence was knocked down.
And for that, they're sitting behind bars for decades.
Just compare this and the level, the extremity of this sentencing pattern.
Enrique Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years in prison for a seditious conspiracy, even though he wasn't even in D.C. on January 6th.
For context, the average prison length for rape is 14 years.
For human trafficking is 10 and a half years.
For child trafficking is 16 years.
And for murder, 17 and a half years.
Enrique Tarrio received...
Half a decade longer in prison than the average sentence for killing a human being on purpose in an act of malice.
Murder. Not unintentional homicide.
Not manslaughter.
Murder. Like planning out Designing, like going out and getting the weapon, and then like killing a person, dismembering them, and burying them in a shallow grave.
Less time behind bars than Enrique Tarrio, who himself was behind bars on January 6th, had literally nothing to do with the events that unfolded on January 6th.
Other than that, he was the head of a group that That also had members that were in Washington, D.C., even though members of those groups were not instructed by Enrique Tarrio to do anything violent, certainly not to interrupt the proceedings.
And I'm not just saying that.
It's not just like, oh, well, but we're just mad that this happened.
The actual reporting from the New York Times of what was reported in the court transcripts Lay out very clearly that these convictions were utterly, completely fraudulent.
They only were allowed to happen because of the just truly inexplicable actions of the judge where they were instructing the jury.
This is how it works. In the courtroom, the judge is basically the king.
You've got these jury members.
All of whom were selected specifically because they seemed likely to bring down a conviction.
But these are normal people.
These aren't people with legal expertise.
They rely entirely on the advice and instruction of both the lawyers but primarily the judge in the courtroom who lays out to them what's necessary for a conviction, What is required for a guilty verdict versus an innocence verdict.
Like, this is explained by the judge to the jury, and the jury has no choice but to follow those rules.
And you've got judges in these instances saying, even if there wasn't a conspiracy, you can still convict on conspiracy.
It's your job to come up with a guilty or not guilty verdict.
Here's what's required for a guilty verdict.
You don't need communication. You don't need discussion.
You don't need pre-planning.
You don't need any of the things that, by definition, qualify and define a conspiracy.
You can still convict for conspiracy, and you should.
And so that's what happens.
We'll break down how incoherently absurd this all is.
Alright, welcome back, folks.
I really wonder if people understand, just if regular people understand what the hell is going on right now.
We are all in serious trouble.
And it's like, I guess if I'm putting myself in the mindset of just like your average normie boomer, like you're just sick of hearing all the nonsense. like you're just sick of hearing all the nonsense.
I mean, it's sort of a form of Stockholm Syndrome, cult programming or something, where Trump didn't cause any of this.
The Proud Boys didn't cause any of this.
Alex Jones didn't cause any of this.
You've got these people who genuinely care about their country, who are just doing what they can to try to get it back on track, try to stop the communist takeover, whatever you want to call it.
And the media and the politicians just...
Endless screeching, just endless screeching, endless haranguing, endless breaking news headlines about some discovery of something.
And it's just like, it was just four years of annoying the hell out of the American people.
And somehow, the victims of this are the ones that get blamed.
Like, it really is, I'm just trying to imagine, like, in a personal sense, like, how this could happen with a family or with a group of friends or something, where you can kind of understand this in a more small-scale way, where it's just the victim of abuse.
It's just like you have roommates that are a couple, and the guy...
She's just constantly beating the woman.
She's just constantly smacking her, just like yelling at her, abusing her.
And she's just like crying and bruised.
And the other roommates are sitting in the living room going, oh my god, this woman.
Ugh, this woman is so annoying.
If she would just shut up, like constant screaming, constant smacking noises.
And it's like, she's the one being abused.
What are you talking about?
That's all that's happening here is you have...
These people being abused by the system in every possible way.
And the average normie out there is, like, mad at them for being abused.
Mad at them not for doing anything wrong, because they didn't do anything wrong.
And, like, it's not even up for debate.
Like, this is the craziest part. It's not even up for debate whether the Proud Boys did anything, especially Enrique Tarrio, as he was literally behind bars.
Like, he couldn't even communicate with the people Who actually rioted on January 6th.
Could not even talk to them.
Discuss anything with them. Nothing.
He was in jail. It's not like speculative.
It's not just like an assertion.
It's not just like, well, we disagree.
We think he was innocent, but you think he was guilty.
No, even the people who convicted him understand he was innocent.
It's impossible to get through.
Like, if you don't get it already...
I don't know how you're going to get it.
And it really is like that to me.
It's like... It's like you go visit your friend and his roommate is beating the crap out of his girlfriend.
And your roommate is like, yeah, sorry about that.
This girl is just so annoying.
She's always screaming.
She's just like always screaming.
It's like, well...
And you're sitting there going...
What? She's the one being beaten by her much larger boyfriend who won't let her leave the house?
Like... And you're mad at her?
It's like, well, you think you're going to be able to explain that?
You're going to be able to go, well, no, see, she's the one being beaten, and the roommate's going to go, oh, I guess you're right.
I guess you're right, she is the one being beaten now that you mention it.
Like, if you get, I don't know, you just can't explain this.
Like, if you don't get it, you don't get it.
I guess that's just how it is. So, again, we're going back in time here.
This is from May of this year, May 4th.
Four Proud Boys convicted of sedition.
This is when they were first convicted.
This is from the New York Times.
This is not speculation. This is not assertion.
This is just the facts of the case.
Timothy J. Kelly, the judge, the way the New York Times puts it, he tested the boundaries of conspiracy law.
Which is kind of weird. He's the judge.
You're not testing the boundaries.
You are Interpreting conspiracy law to include things it never has before and shouldn't and doesn't include.
Says Judge Kelly's rulings allowed prosecutors to introduce damning evidence about the violent behavior and aggressive language of the members of the Proud Boys who only had limited connection to the five defendants.
Okay, so you've got a group of political activists called the Proud Boys nationwide.
Tens of thousands of people.
And they're taking screenshots and text messages from Proud Boys to other Proud Boys who have nothing to do with the people actually on trial, and yet the judge says, yeah, go ahead and enter this in order to build the narrative that the Proud Boys as a whole are violent and aggressive and hateful.
It had nothing to do with the defendant, so just put yourself in this position.
Imagine you're on trial for something, and they're introducing text messages between people you don't know and saying this...
Is evidence of your aggressiveness and violence.
You don't know these people.
You never talked to these people. Maybe you met them once at a party or something, but they're not your friends.
They're not your companions.
They aren't with you on the day of the alleged crime.
And yet, this is their discussion.
These other people's discussion is being used to present it as presented as evidence that you are violent and that you are aggressive and that you are hateful in some way.
And then it says, quote, from the New York Times, the rulings also permitted jurors to convict on conspiracy even if they found there was no plan to disrupt the certification of the election, but merely an unspoken agreement to do so.
Unspoken agreement.
So they're mind readers. So the judge instructed the jury and said, these people are being charged with conspiracy.
Typically, conspiracy requires some sort of conspiracy.
You see, conspiracy requires that the defendants actually conspired to do something.
This judge says, me as judge, I'm telling you that you can read their minds.
You can assume what they would have said.
If they told the truth, this is so far beyond justice.
This is so far beyond the rule of law.
So far beyond the First Amendment.
It's sickening. It really is sickening.
And of course, so much of this trial was based off of the character assassination of the Proud Boys.
As they admit, right from the outset, the trial provided a unique and disturbing glimpse into Proud Boys' culture as a trove of internal group chats and recordings revealed a toxic stew of machismo, homophobia, and misogyny, also often accompanied by sophomoric humor and rampant alcohol abuse.
Oh, well, my God, send every frat boy into prison for 20 years then.
Oh my god, groups of young men made edgy jokes?
Well, I mean, that clearly means they tried to overthrow the American government in a seditious insurrection coup, and they need to be put in jail for 20 years and have their lives utterly and completely destroyed by the American justice system.
It has nothing to do with what they're accused of.
I mean, this would not be allowed in the most abhorrent murder trial you've ever seen.
Wouldn't be allowed. It has nothing to do with what they're being accused of.
Nothing to do with what they're on trial for.
So why was it presented?
To manipulate the jury.
To insinuate somehow that by making misogynistic jokes, you are therefore guilty of rioting and sedition.
Just utter madness.
Completely and totally insane.
And again, text messages that didn't even involve the defendants.
So this is how far gone it is.
You've got people who are not the defendants making edgy jokes that the uptight snitch prudes in the Justice Department felt were homophobic or misogynist.
So these text messages between other people were used to discredit the defendants and convict them of unspoken conspiracy.
We'll be right back. We'll talk about the ADL in a little bit.
Lay out not just what they're doing now, but how they've been engaged in a systematic takeover of the American justice system, big tech, and various other forms of American society for the last, well, since they were founded the last 110 years, but It's amazing.
We have a video from the 90s, early 90s, talking about the ADL being associated with Waco.
And it's amazing because this was 30 years ago at this point.
And you can see them saying, you know, it looks like the ADL is trying to do this.
It looks like the ADL is starting to try to insinuate itself with the FBI. Fast forward 30 years, and the ADL is bragging about the fact that they train every individual FBI recruit personally.
So it's amazing because you go back 30 years, you see people warning, hey, it looks like the ADL is doing this, and now we can look at what's happening today and see that those programs have been implemented and are being actually used at this point to...
Utterly gut the American system.
We'll get to that in just a little bit.
We'll be joined by Laura Loomer in the third hour.
I do want to remind you to go to Infowarsstore.com to support everything that we do here, especially since everything we're doing is becoming increasingly dangerous.
Again, we'll get into the Enrique Tarrio stuff, but...
If you don't stand up for and utilize your rights, you lose them.
We will continue to use our First Amendment.
We will continue to oppose this tyrannical, senseless, just vile, evil government with everything that we've got, even when it's dangerous for us to do so.
I hope you can support us in this mission by going to InfoWarsStore.com and purchasing a product.
Even if we weren't doing anything, the products are well worth it.
But just know, if you actually care about things that make America great, that made America great, and that define what it is to be American, support us at Infowarsstore.com.
So again, this article from the New York Times is not difficult to understand.
It's rather explicit, actually.
On just how nonsensical and just baffling this conviction is.
Conviction that has now led to multiple decades in prison for just about all of the defendants.
Says this, again from the New York Times.
In a series of searches before the trial began, investigators collected more than half a million text messages from the Ministry of Self-Defense and other Proud Boys group chats.
The Ministry of Self-Defense was the name of one of their group chats, the high-level Proud Boy leadership.
While some of the messages were overtly violent and hinted at action at the Capitol, none set forth an explicit plan to storm the building or forcibly disrupt the election certification taking place inside.
Do you understand what this just said?
These guys were convicted of conspiracy, of seditious conspiracy, to stop the certification of the election and storm the Capitol.
And they say out of all the evidence presented, never once was it laid out a plan to storm the Capitol or stop the certification of the election.
Never once. All of the thousands and thousands and thousands of text messages they have, not once was there any word of evidence that they were conspiring to do what they have now been convicted of conspiring to do.
Again, not speculative, not like, well, they did say that, but, you know, they were just joking when they said, no, it doesn't exist.
It doesn't exist. There's no evidence.
So this is the thing that, like, you've got to get through to people because, again, I just really try to, like, close my eyes and think of what my next-door neighbor or my friend's mom, like, these just normal people, Just to disconnect, they just watch CNN or Fox News, and they sort of, you know, just like...
Gosh, that Putin guy sure is bad, huh?
That's their understanding of the world, right?
It's just surface level, just immediate.
What is being presented to them is all they know.
Because they're not doing research.
They're not even asking questions about what they're being presented, even when it's obviously counterfactual.
Even when it's just, on the face of it, completely absurd.
They just go, well, I'm confused, but I guess that's the truth.
It's just like it's these people.
These are the problem. These are really the problem.
Because you know what happens is you go, hey, these Proud Boys are going to prison for 22 years for seditious conspiracy even though they weren't in the city and they didn't actually do anything violent or anything at all.
And they just go, well, you know, I've heard some pretty bad things about the Proud Boys.
Just like, okay, and did they do the crime they've been convicted of?
No, is that not a problem?
Is that not an issue that we have here?
So what's the solution? Just, well, that's why I don't do anything political, you know?
That's why I don't get involved.
I'm not going to touch that.
Okay, so you're just surrendering your right to have a say over your government.
You're just admitting that if they apply the slightest pressure, if the bad people just threaten to destroy you over lawful activity, you just go, well, then I just won't do that lawful activity then.
I'll just surrender my right.
I'll just give up my ability to express the First Amendment.
I'll just surrender completely the God-given rights that my ancestors fought and died for because I'm confused and it's scary, so I guess I just don't care.
Just shocking, just utterly and completely shocking.
And they say it over and over, right?
From the New York Times, quote, Again, just some random dude, Mr.
Bertino, proud boy from North Carolina, of course took a deal with the government where I guarantee you they went, hey, you're going to jail for 50 plus years, bud, unless you tell everybody that the proud boy leadership...
Had an implicit agreement, had an unspoken understanding to do this, and then we'll let you out.
So he goes, oh, that's a great...
I don't want to go to jail for 50 years.
Yeah, fine. Yeah, it was an implicit agreement.
It was an understanding.
It was a mind reading. It was a psychic connection we all had.
I mean, it's just...
You know, I would say that...
It just goes to show that nobody's safe.
Nobody's safe of this. Nobody's safe from this.
Because if you can be convicted of a crime that you didn't commit, any conspiracy that nobody expressed, then nobody's safe.
But I guess that's not true.
If you just want to... Surrender your country.
If you just want to completely ignore this, if you just want to shut your eyes and allow the most egregious violations of your political rights and of the political process, if you want to just sit by and allow the utter and complete destruction of our entire governmental system, then I guess you don't have anything to worry about.
If you go along with it, if you...
Comport yourself to the demands of the most evil people in the world, of the people who are at this very moment celebrating And continuing and expanding their persecution of innocent people, their usage of the most powerful state the world has ever seen to eliminate dissidents within our country, to violate the rights and destroy the lives of your fellow citizens.
I guess you're good. I guess you can just be complicit in this.
You can just be a willing participant through your inaction in this.
I mean, I'm just out of lack of words.
Evil, corruption, rot, cancer.
There's just nothing. There's no words to describe what's going on here.
And again, it's not even like, it's not even the evil people that I even worry about.
Like, there's always been evil people.
There will always be evil people.
It's the fact that The vast majority of people are just completely disconnected, completely unconcerned, completely blind to the reality that we're in right now.
That's the real threat.
And I don't know how we get through to these people.
I mean, it honestly feels like there's some guy sitting in a lawn chair in the middle of a highway.
And you're sitting there going, there's a truck coming towards you.
There's a truck driving full speed ahead.
The driver is playing Angry Birds on his phone.
He's not going to see you. You're about to be killed by a truck.
You just see the truck rushing 100 miles an hour towards this person who's just like sitting, reading a magazine in a lawn chair.
And the person's just like, that sounds paranoid.
That sounds like a conspiracy theory.
Please, I'm trying to enjoy my retirement.
And it's just like, what do you do?
What do you do? I mean, the problem is that...
The person in the lawn chair has like...
I don't know. There's some sort of a trap contraption where he's tied to his lawn chair as a razor wire that's around your neck because that's the real problem.
The real problem is it's not just them.
Like, if it was just these people being idiot sheep willfully going into the slaughterhouse, that's on them.
But they're bringing our whole civilization down with them.
They're bringing all of us with them.
If they sit there and ignore the on-rushing truck, we are also going to be decapitated by this truck.
So... How do you wake somebody up who is just willfully blind to the threat that they're under?
How do you make them care?
I don't know. We'll take your calls on this on the other side.

Stay with us. You're watching The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch live right now at band.video.
Alright, welcome back folks. We'll open up the phone lines for your calls this hour.
harrison smith
I'll be joined by Laura Loomer in the third hour.
Talk about what she's discovered about the very convenient Nazis who just happened to crop up at a time when the ADL is experiencing the greatest pushback it ever has.
I gotta admit, I'm kind of, I'm a little bit disappointed.
That there's not more attention from our audience on this.
And I'm thinking maybe people don't realize the scope and scale of the ADL and what exactly they're involved in and how so many of the things that we complain about on a daily basis that we recognize as existential threats to I mean, not just our rights and our freedoms as Americans, but like America itself and your life, like all of these things.
They all go back to the ADL. And of course the ADL goes back to Israeli intelligence.
So I don't know. I was looking at some of the video views yesterday.
And the ADL video just had no views.
It's just like... I don't get it.
It's like we're allergic to success.
It's very annoying.
It's very annoying. It's like once something really gets going, it's like so much of the right wing just like stops.
Stops pushing, stops caring about whatever it is.
It's like the ADL is behind...
Internet censorship. They're behind the trend of the FBI claiming domestic terror and white people are the number one threat.
They train every FBI agent.
They have 150 U.S. mayors agreeing to submit to their demands.
They're working intimately with federal and local governments to criminalize dissent against the government or the banks or Israel.
They're intimately tied into everything from the massacre at Waco to the cult scene in the 70s in San Francisco.
I mean, so much of what we talk about goes back to the ADL. And for the first time in my life, maybe the first time since the ADL was a thing, there is massive popular pushback against this Really disgusting organization that has its tentacles everywhere and whose only purpose is to systematically and carefully and piece by piece and over decades chip away at Americans' rights of free speech,
freedom of religion, freedom of association, all of these things.
So for the first time in my life, there's, I mean, not just pushback, but like widespread Pushback that's causing panic within the ADL. It's causing panic within all of these organizations.
And it's like, what is this going to next week?
It's going to be over and the ADL is going to be just as powerful and they're going to use everything that was said this week to claim that everything said against them is anti-Semitism because they represent Jew, right?
It's like Fauci is science and ADL is the Jews, right?
These assertions people make and They're allowed to make them and allowed to continue with this.
Like, that's it. Is that what's going to happen?
Like, a week from now, it's just going to be back to the same as it was, but all the people that led the ADL, you know, hashtag banned the ADL, will be smeared as anti-Semites and kicked off the Internet, and will just continue down the road that they've paved for us?
Or can we not, like, seize this moment, keep pushing, keep demanding, and not let up until we are free from the clutches of these unelected, self-appointed overlords?
Can we not actually have some positive offensive development in this?
I don't know. I really don't get it.
I don't understand this, but it's kind of annoying.
We'll talk about the ADA. I mean, maybe people don't understand how massive and widespread and vicious this organization is, but we'll play videos on the other side.
unidentified
Approaching a moment of truth both for ourselves as human beings and for the life of our nation.
I don't know exactly how to put this, sir, but are you aware of what a serious breach of security that would be?
This broadcast is a serious threat to the New World Order, our democracy.
Welcome to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Now, truth is not always a pleasant thing.
harrison smith
Welcome back, folks. This is the American Journal.
I am your host, Harrison Smith.
We're doing everything we can to oppose to the onslaught of the New World Order as they systematically put in place the The locks and bars around our, you know, this little open-air prison we have going.
And again, I mean, you know, whatever.
Whatever, I guess it's just the way things go.
But it's like, you know, I don't, I really don't, like, choose things to cover based on clickbait type stuff.
And so it's like, any headline that's like, here's a terrible thing happening, here's some attack that's coming, gets massive views.
Then when it's like, here's a victory we're having, here's where we have them on the ropes, here's where our enemies are on the run, and just like, nobody cares.
Just like, there's no interest.
I get the human impulse, it's like a matter of Evolutionary impetus.
You care a lot more about imminent threats than you do about victories.
You're way more likely to notice a tiger crouching in the bushes than you are the berries in the bush that are going to feed you.
I get it. At the same time, it's like, maybe this is why we lose.
Maybe this is why we constantly lose.
Because any victory that we do have, any seeming victory, any path towards victory...
We just don't have the will to just carry it out to the end.
It's very frustrating. So the ADL thing is continuing to grow.
It's continuing to cause panic in the ADL and these other self-appointed control freaks.
So I'm going to keep covering it.
I'm going to keep talking about it. I'm going to keep trying to explain why the ADL deserves to be destroyed and why what's happening now is the greatest chance that we've had To destroy this singularly powerful threat to our rights for the first time in my lifetime, probably since the first time that the ADL ever, since it existed, this is it.
And so we have to keep pushing.
We have to keep pushing. That's the way that you wage wars, you know.
Uh, Lord. Like, this is...
This is like Omaha Beach, right?
This is the landing in Normandy.
It's like, how do you think World War II would have gone...
Like the whole European continent is under Nazi control.
The allies land on Normandy and Omaha.
And then all the ally leadership is like, great.
That was great.
Let's focus somewhere else now.
Let's do something else somewhere else now.
Let's talk about Siberia a little bit.
Let's talk about...
Grease while we can.
It's like, no, you've made the beachhead.
Now it's time to double down on that, expand on that, focus entirely on that, because that's the success that you're having.
So please, for the love of God, can we stay a little bit focused and actually destroy this, again, singular, ultimate threat to our rights and privileges as Americans?
Because it really is.
Libs of TikTok says this on humanevents.com.
The ADL tried to deplatform me on X after defaming me, and now Elon Musk plans to expose them.
The Anti-Defamation League was founded in 1910 with an explicit mission to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment for all.
But in recent years, they've completely gone off the rails.
That's kind of weird.
It's not accurate, though.
It was founded in 1913 to try to cover up the Pedophile rapist and murderer who killed a young woman in Alabama.
Or Georgia, I think. Georgia, I mean.
Okay. In recent years, though, it seems the ADL simply attacks anyone who doesn't go along with the far-left agenda.
No, no, it was the ADL. Now, the ADL was founded when Leo Frank was convicted of raping and murdering a child.
And then the ADL was founded as the Jewish Mafia to put pressure on the governor to Undo his conviction to get him a pardon.
So he was pardoned by the governor after his wealthy and influential friends put pressure on him.
And then the citizens of the town just carried out the lawful sentence, you know, despite the pardon.
That's what happened. And the ADL was founded.
Stop that from ever happening again, I guess.
Is this this weird, like, the ADL has lost its way?
No, it hasn't.
This is its way.
This is why it exists.
This is the entirety of its purpose.
It's literally the headline from Newsweek.
The ADL has lost its way.
No, not really.
Elon Musk is right to stand up to its censorship.
Yeah, that's accurate.
And again, it's very odd.
It's very odd. As a young law student back in 1987, Ron Coleman says, as he writes this article, I read an article about human rights violations being perpetrated by Israel in the National Law Review.
Never a shrinking violet.
I dashed off a letter to the editor in protest.
Not because there weren't human rights being violated, but I guess because it was Israel that was being criticized.
It's, again, just very weird.
I cannot imagine. I really can't...
I'm a very empathetic person.
I can put myself in the mindset of a lot of these people.
I don't understand this impulse.
I really don't.
The same way I've described it before, where somebody was like, but Bill Gates is white.
You can't criticize him.
It's like, I don't understand the impulse of being like, I will defend evil actions because of who the person is that's doing them.
and because I am the same ethnicity as them, that is just utterly and completely foreign to me.
But he says, Back then, the ADL adhered to the values America was founded upon.
It existed to protect Jews from attacks and did so within the confines of free speech values, albeit with a liberal slant.
I know because after my encounter with ADL in 1987, I volunteered as an ADL legal intern.
It was fun, and I did believe I was doing good.
Everyone believed that.
And it was true.
Well, it wasn't, actually.
Actually, I'd like to show you a video from the early 90s that explains that in 1987...
And for, I'm sure, the entire 50 years that it existed prior to that, the ADL was involved in systematic spying on organizations it didn't like, including Jewish organizations, by the way.
Like, they literally illegally spied on and used connections in law enforcement to disrupt the Simon Weisenthal Center, which is like the Holocaust Memorial Center or whatever.
So, it's not that the ADL was God-fearing, freedom-loving Americans back then.
They weren't. You were just wrong.
You were just fooled, I guess.
They just had better PR back then.
The internet didn't exist, so they had a greater ability to control the flow of information than they do now.
That's the only difference. If anything, they've got—I mean— Here's the transition that's happened.
And I'll play the video on the next step because I keep talking about it, but I'll play it.
There's a presentation by Webster Tarpley called Waco and ADL Caused Holocaust.
But it begins by going back and talking about how in the late 80s, the ADL was caught accessing illegally.
Getting classified and privileged material from police departments, sending those to not only federal agencies here in America, but also Israeli intelligence forces.
And it resulted in people being illegally detained and arrested for their free speech in America in the late 80s.
This has been going on for a while.
The differences between now and then is that back then, they had to do it illegally.
In the 30 years since, they have systematically and...
Very purposefully embedded themselves within the police stations, within the intelligence agencies.
So they still do the same thing.
It's just now they do it with official approval and agreement and cooperation from the intelligence agencies and the police departments, where previously they had to do it in a more underhanded, mafia-style way.
That's the only difference.
They're still spying on Americans.
They are still systematically disrupting political...
Opponents of theirs. They're still doing it under the guise of anti-Semitism.
Just now they're doing it with official approval and with the full force and power of the government rather than in cooperation with it.
Hey folks, welcome back.
Here's a question. What do Jeffrey Epstein, Harvey Weinstein, JFK assassination, possibly 9-11, and the ADL have in common?
You said in Israeli intelligence, you'd be right.
And this was actually exposed yesterday, or the day before, we showed the video yesterday, where it was revealed one of the people in the very popular Twitter space that was discussing hashtag ban the ADL, who was arguing against banning the ADL, arguing that they were good boys that didn't do nothing.
When Keith Woods said, hey, didn't you work for an Israeli intelligence firm?
The woman flipped out, left the space, and then deleted her entire Twitter presence.
But it didn't stop there. Keith Woods posts, wow, after Israeli intelligence officer Vivian Berkovici fled yesterday's space when I asked her about her intelligence background, there were immediately a number of amendments made to her Wikipedia attempting to scrub her connection to Black Cube intelligence.
Black Cube, Black Rock, like all these things are...
So coincidentally, the same.
It's weird. So previously in her Wikipedia, it said that she worked for BlackRock Intelligence and Israeli Intelligence Organization, and that was removed immediately after it was revealed on that Twitter space because Israeli intelligence has back-end access to Wikipedia and can attempt to disguise their operations to make sure they continue in secret.
Elijah Schaefer posts, Israeli intelligence is manipulating Wikipedia to hide their attempts to defend the blackmail group known as the ADL. How many websites are influenced by foreign intelligence agencies against the well-being of the American people under the guise of stopping anti-Semitism?
Well, according to CEO of the ADL, Jonathan Greenblatt, all of them, Elijah, all of them, that's what he says.
Should we go to that first?
Let's go to clip number five here.
The ADL's Jonathan Greenblatt tells MSNBC they work closely with every social media company to help decide who to band.
unidentified
The ADL, our Center for Technology and Society, works actively with all the kind of companies in Silicon Valley, from Apple to Zoom, if you will, from Amazon to Microsoft to Meta, and indeed to Twitter.
We've dealt with them for years, helping them tackle the challenges of hate speech on their service.
We point things out.
We share information.
But what we've said again and again and again, and I've had the privilege of speaking directly to Elon a few times.
The reason why we are so concerned is because we think Twitter is such a consequential service.
harrison smith
Yeah, well, you're such good people, and it's clearly love that...
Motivate you. It's just ridiculous.
Keith Woods also reports, did you know as recently as two years ago the ADL was discovered to have an entire team of nine staff members dedicated to editing Wikipedia to be more favorable to the ADL and working ADL sources into Wikipedia articles?
And he posts an article that lays that out.
But I want to just remind you, because the talking point now is the ADL's lost its way.
Well, it started as a good organization, but in recent years it's been hijacked by the left.
No, no, no.
It has been an intelligence operation since the 70s, and it has been used to destroy the rights of Americans and violate our constitutional protections since at least the...
At least the mid-80s, probably before.
This is from a presentation presented by Webster Tarpley called Waco, an ADL-caused holocaust, a film by Executive Intelligence Review.
We're going to play a little snippet here.
It starts around 13 minutes and 45 seconds.
We'll let it play here to the end of this segment.
Just laying out how the ADL has been caught red-handed working foreign Israeli intelligence to spy on an illegally...
Pester and harass the American people, including Jewish groups that they disagree with.
unidentified
Let's watch. But let me just go back to what has already come out in the public record as the result of the San Francisco investigation and other court actions that have involved the ADL over the years.
These four loose-leaf volumes that are standing up here next to me at the podium Represent documents that have emerged in the public record as the result of the San Francisco investigation since just January of this year.
These two volumes These are 700 pages of material released on April 8th by the San Francisco Police Department.
These are the affidavit that was submitted by Inspector Roth from the San Francisco Police Department.
and accompanying documents in order to obtain the search warrant for the April 8th raid.
These include interrogations of Roy Bullock and another former ADL official from Los Angeles named David Gervitz.
What they reveal is, number one, that the ADL was regularly receiving classified government documents from the San Francisco Police Department From the FBI Nationwide Computer Criminal Database, from the California State Department of Motor Vehicles and other agencies.
This material was being systematically taken from the police computers Not because the individuals who were targeted were involved in any criminal activity or were targets of any criminal investigation, but simply because they were on the political target list of the ADL. In at least one case,
we know that this illegally obtained data was passed on to the Israeli government and an American citizen from Chicago, Illinois, was illegally detained in Israel by the Israeli government on charges of financing terrorism.
That material was generated by the ADL and in part based on illegally obtaining police and other government files.
We know that a number of people whose files were illegally gotten from the police records and other government files for the ADL through these local police officials were activists in the anti-apartheid movement.
The ADL operative Roy Bullock and the former San Francisco police officer Tom Girard received at least $16,000 in cash payments from agents of the government of South Africa to provide these surveillance files on anti-apartheid activists.
In fact, one of the documents that's contained in these bound volumes that was released by the police department in San Francisco is a list of 950 US domestic political organizations that were all being spied on by the ADL. Those files were being shared with the Israeli government,
they were being shared with the South African government, As the result of an agreement authorized by FBI Director at the time, William Webster, in February of 1985, the FBI was regularly receiving information gathered by the ADL In apparent violation of many guidelines on FBI spying activity that were set as the result of the COINTELPRO and other illegal government spying scandals of the 1970s.
So, in effect, the ADL was operating as a subterranean illegal branch of the US government Was funneling material to the Israeli government on a regular basis, was spying on American citizens for the government of South Africa, and was even spying on many organizations within the Jewish community itself that were operating on behalf of policies that the ADL was opposed to.
harrison smith
Most specifically... This video is from 1993.
The whole thing is an hour plus, and...
It's just bombshell information after bombshell information, and it describes the way the ADL didn't just do this in the 70s and 80s and 90s, but it was actually behind the push to destroy Waco and continues to this day.
All right, folks, welcome back.
unidentified
We open up the phone lines for your calls.
harrison smith
We're joined by Laura Loomer.
She was going to join us at exactly 10 o'clock, but...
Something has developed. There are breaking developments in the story that she has uncovered and has been smashing out through the barrier of the mainstream media.
There have been some late-breaking developments in that, so she's going to deal with that, and we're going to welcome her at around 10.15.
Until then, I want to take your calls.
The number to dial is 1-877-789-2539.
That's 1-877-789-2539.
A lot of other stuff to talk about, but I really do think that the ADL is experiencing something it never has before, widespread popular pushback.
And even legal threats.
And that's really where this needs to go.
I think Elon Musk has the exact right idea.
It's lawsuits that will uncover the internal documents of the ADL, expose what they're really up to.
And in many ways, the SPLC has gone through this recently.
I mean, a lot of stuff about the SPLC was discovered, and it has a lot less influence now than it used to.
They still present themselves as good, but...
They don't quite have the same influence and media support that they once did.
And again, it's not like this is just some charity.
This isn't some philanthropy. This isn't some group of people working with a shoestring budget, no power, just trying to spread a good message.
These are people that are embedded at every level.
Big tech platform. They're embedded in our government and in the FBI. They share offices with the FBI in multiple states around the country.
They instruct and inform the domestic terror program that is now hunting down and ripping Christians out of their beds in the middle of the night, holding guns to their heads in front of their seven children.
This is the ADL has caused a lot of this, but the ADL is just the platform through which Israeli intelligence launders its demands.
And again, it's hard to even conceive of how thoroughly saturated American society is by these people.
Frontline.News has this story.
Gaming Giant uses AI to eavesdrop on players for toxicity.
So Activision last week began listening in to gamer chatter using an AI program which scans conversations for, quote, toxicity.
It's called Toxmod.
So now when you're playing Call of Duty with your friends and talking to them on voice chat, you have AI scanning the words you use for so-called toxicity.
And so far, one million gaming accounts have had their chats restricted by Call of Duty's anti-toxicity team.
Who determines what is toxic or not?
Well, of course, the Anti-Defamation League does.
With assistance from the Anti-Defamation League, ADL... Modulate has programmed Toxmod to recognize, quote, white supremacists and alt-right extremists, which Modulate categorizes as violent radicalization.
Using research from groups like ADL studies, like the one conducted by NYU, current thought leadership and conversation with the folks in the gaming industry, we've developed the category to identify signals that have a high correlation with extremist movements, even if the language itself isn't violent.
Yeah. Thought Crime.
It's Thought Crime, brought to you by ADL, who simply brands anything that it doesn't want you talking about as hate, as toxicity, as violent.
It's a pointless label.
And like, maybe that's what's confusing people.
Literally, it's just like, yeah, we're going to make a group and we're going to use mafia tactics to extort and compel people to give us Inside positions in their company, so we get to monitor lifetime with AI, the real-world chats of their customers, and banish them if they say anything we don't like.
But our organization's called the Good Guys Doing Good organization.
We're the Good Guys organization, so, you know, even though we're just banning people outright for criticizing us, you're saying we're not good people?
Look at the name. Look at the name of the thing that we're doing.
Is it really that simple?
Is it that easy? Just by naming something the Anti-Defamation League, people are like, but all they do is to prevent against defamation.
It's like, no. It's just a word.
It's just a label they use.
They're foreign operatives in a lot of cases.
Duh. So, I mean, with AI especially, the way that these organizations that are embedded in all of our Methods of communication, our methods of entertainment, our law enforcement.
I mean, they are in control of these things, and they're only being superpowered now.
Again, the Waco presentation, that's an hour long.
It's from 1993, and I wish I could play the whole thing, but you've got to go out and do your own research on this.
But I will show you another clip.
This is clip number three.
This isn't The ADL, as it were.
It is the Israeli government.
This is their launch video of a Twitter, Facebook command center, which monitors all posts for anti-Semitism using AI, just like they're doing now in real time with game chats, where if you say something, even though it's Not actually offensive or objectionable.
If they just interpret it to be of such, then they will ban you from chat with their unquestionable superiority to all of us.
So let's go to clip number three here.
Here's the Israeli government bragging about how they are involved in this censorship campaign as well.
unidentified
To give you the scope of the system, the system covers the entire Internet.
Right now, two social networks, Facebook and Twitter.
And it covers all the posts, all the tweets.
Of them, it identifies every day 200,000 suspect posts and tweets that are suspected for anti-Semitism.
Then it analyzes them using artificial intelligence and machine learning and ultimately identifies roughly 10,000 anti-Semitic posts a day.
As of now and forward, this information is going to be made public It in itself will be a great deterrent to anti-Semitism.
Suddenly we'll know which city is the most anti-Semite city in terms of internet activity.
We'll know who are the 10 top anti-Semitic tweets and Twitters.
We'll know on a certain day we see a spike in anti-Semitism.
We'll be able to drill down and understand what caused it.
Just by the fact of knowing all of this, it in itself hopefully will shame people into acting better.
Here in Tel Aviv at a specific location, it's up and running.
This command center takes the information that is analyzed and created here and then acts.
It could be, for example, identifying a specific post that is calling for anti-Semitic action and then notifying the local intelligence and law enforcement forces in a certain European country.
It could be to tell the municipality of a certain city And this week I might say that Manchester is one of the highest anti-Semite activities.
So call up the mayor and tell him, do something about this.
So by knowing this information, we can act.
And this group of analysts within the command center, it's up and running as of now.
So this is the official launch.
harrison smith
So that was five years ago, and it's only gotten bigger and worse since then.
I guess the obvious question is, who the hell do these people think they are?
What right do they think they have?
To not just surveil and criticize and judge what everybody else is saying, but then activate local police to protect themselves and their interests.
Because this has nothing to do with anti-Semitism.
That's just the most vain, liminal cloaking on what they're doing.
I mean, when they go in, as they did yesterday, as was proven, and delete...
Somebody's association with an Israeli intelligence organization, BlackQ, when they go into Wikipedia to hide and confuse that information, was that because it was anti-Semitic or is that because they were covering up their activity and their cooperation with intelligence agencies?
So they have Wikipedia, they've got all the social media companies, now they have real-time chat AI observing you, and they have cooperative agreements with every law enforcement agency across the world.
Welcome back, folks. We'll go out to your phone calls now.
Again, I really just think it's a window of opportunity for us to deal with one of the most dangerous organizations that exists, which is the ADL. There's so much information out there now.
There's really a plethora.
People need to start going to their city council meetings.
Calling their senators. Just keeping this scandal going.
Because they're not going to stop until you stop them.
And that's the truth. And obviously you have to be optical in it.
You have to present it in a way that doesn't conform to their lies and bigotry about What the purpose is of targeting these things.
Because obviously this has...
It's all so stupid.
It's all so stupid. I mean, imagine a charity that claims it's a charity that provides living expenses for cancer patients.
And then, you know, it's uncovered that really they're just spending money on hookers and drugs and child trafficking.
And then when you bring this up, people go, wow, so you hate cancer patients?
It makes no sense. It's just a lie.
So you don't have to be scared of their labels when their labels are ridiculous lies that people are increasingly not caring about.
So let's just keep pushing on this, shall we?
In the meantime, let's go out to your phone calls.
Patty from Boston calls in about the Proud Boys sentencing 22 years for Enrique Tarrio.
Patty, what's your take on this?
patty in boston
Yeah, look, man, having testified in that particular trial, I can tell you that those guys did not get convicted of seditious conspiracy.
They got convicted because the jury didn't like them because they thought they were a douchebag.
And they are, right?
So the government basically didn't even make the case that, hey, these guys, you know, plan this stuff out.
What they did was they played a Zoom meeting that they had where they said a lot of really stupid things that would make you think that they're jackasses.
And they are.
Like I said, they are jackasses.
So, like, but they're not charged with being jackasses.
They're charged with seditious conspiracy.
And I would hope, and obviously it didn't happen in this case, but I would hope that a jury in this country would be able to differentiate between the two and say, look, I don't like these guys.
They have opinions that I find, you know, aberrant, that I think are disgusting.
But yet and still, they didn't commit the crime that they're accused of.
And the idea that Rufio, you know...
Ethan Nordeem got like 18 years for being somehow a mastermind behind this thing.
If anybody has ever met Rufio and thinks he's a mastermind, I think you are a complete moron because Rufio is not capable Of organizing a sock drawer, let alone organizing an insurrection.
I mean, the kids, by the by, he's what we would call a retard.
So the fact that these guys got this much time for crimes they didn't commit ought to piss everybody off.
It pisses me off, and I know it pisses you off, and I just don't understand how we can let this go.
harrison smith
Well, I don't think we plan on letting it go, but yeah, I totally appreciate it.
I know some people have a problem with your sort of acerbic style, but I get exactly what you're saying, that this is a matter of law and just put it in the position of a murder trial.
And imagine you have somebody on trial for murder and they're trying to prove that this person killed this other person and they don't present any evidence that he actually killed him.
Instead, just play a bunch of his old voice messages where he's saying out of context jokes and kind of dumb stuff.
I mean, it's so outrageous and ridiculous.
But you're somebody who pays attention to this stuff, even though you're left leaning, you actually know these guys.
You actually have been to Proud Boys rallies.
As you said, you actually testified on their behalf in these trials trying to tell the truth about these guys.
So I hope our audience can appreciate that you've actually made sacrifices to do this and put yourself out there to try to help these guys.
So even though you call them retarded, it's a loving way.
patty in boston
It's a joke.
I know. Seriously. I'm not trying to insult anybody.
And I know Rufio and Enrique and Joe would laugh at what I just said.
So it's not like I'm trying to insult guys.
I want people to understand that these guys were not convicted of the crimes that they were charged with.
They were convicted because the jury didn't like them.
And that's all the government intended to do.
They didn't make any attempts.
To actually prove that these guys went in there with a plan, which they did not do.
And that's what I testified to.
They did not do that, right?
I know it for a fact. I was there, all right?
But what I'm saying is these guys, they were convicted on emotion and just the fact that people didn't like them.
And that is not what our justice system is supposed to be based on.
And I really want people to understand that because that's what informed these ridiculous sentences.
harrison smith
A hundred percent, Patty, and I'd love to go back and forth with you on this because I know you have a lot of insight and we're intimately involved, but I know that our audience and we all here are feeling exactly as you are, and I do want to get to some other calls, but thank you for your call and thank you for doing what you could to try to help these guys,
and I know you'll be following the case as it goes to appeals, and hopefully a higher court can undo this because it is a just blatant and egregious violation of the judicial system, and if it's allowed to stand, That's it for the rule of law in America.
But thank you very much for the call, Patty.
I do appreciate it. Let's go to Tim in California.
He wants to talk about the Proud Boys sentencing as well.
Thanks for calling in. Tim, you're on the air.
tim in california
Yes, Harrison. It's truly amazing.
How this whole thing's been going down, because I'm reminded of, okay, you got Capitol Hill, and they're all upset over all this insurrection on Capitol Hill.
Well, what about the insurrection at the White House, where the president and his family were indeed inside at the time, and more than 60 Secret Service agents were injured?
So all these people just come in, and they're going to have a beatdown and burn down and come in here and get the president, get his wife, kill them all and all this, and it didn't happen.
But, you know, there was a price to be paid.
But who paid the price?
Because I don't see that we spend hundreds of millions of dollars chasing people all over the country and using all this electronic surveillance and trying to find the people and then, you know, have show trials that interrupt both soap operas and primetime.
I mean, we're going to really do it up and make sure we send all these people to prison forever because it was at Capitol Hill instead of the White House.
And from my perspective, it should have been more so at the White House than the Capitol.
There's 400 people they can run and scatter.
This family had nowhere to go.
And you try to run over and get in there, tell me the names of any of those people that did it, and tell me how much punishment they got.
Because you can't. You can't name me one person that got any consequence for going and storming that White House.
And if 60-plus Secret Service agents got injured, hey, that's a pretty big deal.
And I know there were some Metro guys that got injured and so forth.
So what's the name of those people?
How much time did they get?
That's all I want. How much resources, how many hundreds of millions of dollars of our government tax dollars were spent chasing people all over the country that did that?
What happened to those people?
harrison smith
It's so inverted...
To the mainstream media, their big takeaway was that was, ha ha, look at dumb bunker boy Trump had to hide in the basement of the White House.
They mocked Trump for that. And then they actually sued and tried to take Trump to court over using tear gas to disperse the crowd because they had burned down a historic church the night before.
I mean, the level of destruction, the level of violence, the level of injuries to police people, I mean...
Again, it's not just, well, they did this and we did this and we got punished and they didn't.
It's they actually staged an insurrection.
They actually committed violence.
They actually destroyed valuable, irreplaceable property, attempted to burn down an entire historic church where George Washington had, you know, gone to service.
And the Proud Boys were in a different city during the riot.
We're not even there and didn't even discuss it before it happened.
So again, it's not A to A, but only one people gets charged.
It's they did do all of this and got away with it and got rewarded for it.
And Trump got punished for it.
The Proud Boys didn't do any of this stuff.
They're facing 22 years in prison because of it.
And just to double down on what you're saying, Tim...
The church that Black Lives Matter attempted to burn to the ground, that Antifa lit on fire, and you can see it.
I mean, a raging fire practically destroying this old wooden church.
That church, what was that church's response?
It was to hang a Black Lives Matter banner on their church.
I mean, this is like...
Stockholm Syndrome activity.
A group of people attempt to burn your church down, and your response is to hang that organization's banner on your church?
The banner they hung on the church that they tried to burn down is the banner that Enrique Tarrio burned that sent him to jail, which is why he was in jail on January 6th.
Like, that's how messed up all of this is.
That's... It should give you an idea of where we are in this country, that the people who attempt to burn down a historic church, raid the White House, and put 60 Secret Service members in the hospital, because that's what injured means.
It doesn't mean a little bruise on your knuckle.
It means that you actually had to take time off, that you had to go to the hospital, that those people actually get their message rewarded and doubled down on by their victims.
While the people who are opposing them, non-violently, you know, signaling, like burning a sign that they hang up, they go to jail for decades now.
Third hour on the other side.
We're joined later this hour by Laura Loomer.
She has uncovered some really shocking information about the supposed Nazis that showed up in Florida, very conveniently, right as the ADL was experiencing a bit of trouble.
Excited to talk to her, but we'll take your phone calls until then.
We have Robbie in Florida who's called in about these neo-Nazis, so good timing.
Thanks for calling in. Robbie, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hey, Harrison. Thanks for taking my call.
Sure. Yeah, so I wanted to call in about Kent McClellan.
Now, I live in Orlando, not too far from Alchemont, and when this incident happened, I had to do research into it.
Well... It's not that they're just popping up.
Back in 2012, Kent McClellan was a part of a group called the American Front.
They did a lot of paramilitary training on this, like, compound that this guy, one of the leaders, owned.
But it's just coincidental that we have the Patriot Front as well.
I thought American Front was Patriot Front, so I said, well, I'm on to something.
I'm afraid that all of our good organization is going to be co-opted, and the only remaining resistance we'll have are these ADL-protected neo-Nazi groups that are just mirroring the American ideology under the guise of not- So,
you know, I'm afraid that if we don't at least counter them in the streets and call them out for what they are, they're just going to co-opt us and we're not going to have any resistance left.
harrison smith
Right. It's like, it's just exactly what the feds want.
I mean, that's going to be what we're going to talk about with Lauren Loomer, the fact that the FBI and CIA are recruiting these guys.
I mean, the people that are sitting there telling us that the greatest threat in American history is white supremacist domestic terror.
are themselves actually recruiting these guys, getting them sweet plea deals so they get decades off their sentences for actual crimes they commit, and sending them to Ukraine to get training and weapons training and military experience, and then bringing them back to America.
They keep telling us that Nazis are a big threat, and they're not, and they're made to look like fools, and it just doesn't exist.
And so they're creating it in the exact same way they did with the Muslims after 9-11, in the exact same way that a lot of the people that were caught by the FBI or caught by the CIA were totally not involved in anything until recruited by the CIA and FBI and then busted so that these organizations can claim that they're Worth a damn.
So, you know, you're exactly right, Robbie.
I agree completely.
And stay tuned because Laura Loomer is going to break down not just what you just said, but more information that she's just discovered about it.
So she'll be on here with exclusive breaking news in a few minutes.
But in the meantime, let's go now to Michael in Canada.
Michael, you're on the air about the Proud Boys sentencing.
unidentified
Go ahead. How are you doing today?
harrison smith
Good, thank you. One minute left, so make it quick, Michael.
unidentified
We're dealing with a rule of precedent.
With unspoken conspiracies, how does that label every North American, anyone in the legal system?
How does that label us from not even thinking something, but we're convicted of it?
Yeah. Based on this absolutely, completely insane sentencing.
harrison smith
And how safe do you think Donald Trump is from being convicted on a case like this?
Like, how much do you think that the desire to get Trump is what, you know, set all these precedents?
I mean, that's what we've been saying since Stuart Rhodes' trial.
It's like, man, it looks like they're setting up Stuart Rhodes as a precedent to then apply to Trump and say, you know, Trump's responsible for this seditious conspiracy.
I mean, it's It's worse than we even expected.
Back when they were calling us insane conspiracy theorists, fear-monger people just calling out government tyranny because we're whatever.
Like, it's worse than we even said.
It's worse than we even expected it to be at this point.
And it's only getting worse.
And all of the media seems in favor of it.
unidentified
That's tomorrow. And that is it for us today.
Okay, I don't know. Whatever it is, it's not right on a teleprompter.
I don't know what that is. I've never seen that.
harrison smith
We are going to do InfoWars.

We have Gold in Arizona.
Gold in Arizona says the West is collapsing.
Thanks for calling in. Gold, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hey, actually, I said the West is collapsing because of people like you and Alex Jones, because you refuse to acknowledge God's Word that says that unbelievers, Like Jewish people who don't believe, not including Jewish Christians, are persecutors.
Galatians 4, 21-31 says that they are persecutors.
And you refuse to acknowledge that.
You like to be like the gay people who think they can just manipulate God's Word, ignore God's Word, and get away with it.
You're no different than they are when you ignore God's Word.
And then you want to act surprised when the ADL is in control of the definition of anti-Semitism, which is basically Christianity to them.
But they're validating every Christian throughout history who has said, listen, these people are dangerous.
They're out for blood. They want us.
You and Alex Jones, you want to live in a naive fantasy that freedom of religion.
You know what's freedom of religion?
That's not explicitly Christian.
It's Satanism.
Aleister Crowley said, do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.
So, you know, do whatever you want.
That's Satanism. That's what you promote.
You and Alex Jones, you promote Satanism.
And then you want to act surprised when we're being persecuted by Jews.
Which the Bible warns you about.
And go and read that, everybody.
Galatians 4, 21 through 31.
They are our persecutors.
harrison smith
And the Bible and Revelations also says that they call themselves Jews but actually worship Satan, right?
The synagogue of Satan. Isn't that what it says?
I'm just... Did you call me gay?
I'm confused. I'm confused.
unidentified
I'm saying the gay people ignore God's word and you do the same thing.
harrison smith
I ignore God's word very quickly.
unidentified
How so? Because a lot of them pretend that God's Word actually validates what they do.
There are a lot of so-called Christians who promote being gay, or they say it's okay to be gay, or they themselves are gay, and they say, oh yeah, God's okay with that, and they're ignoring God's Word.
That's what I'm saying. The dynamic is that they ignore God's Word, And we can say, listen, what's wrong with you?
Don't you see clearly here what it says about being gay?
And they will argue with you all day long about how, no, God's not really like that, and you're doing the same thing.
harrison smith
Have you checked your eye for a plank of wood today, Gold?
Do you remember what Jesus said about pointing out a...
unidentified
No one's allowed to say that you did something wrong, right?
No one's allowed to point out where you're doing something wrong.
I'm trying to make you guys better.
harrison smith
Oh, I should thank you, Viggold.
I should thank you for helping me in all of this.
unidentified
Look at God's word and quit ignoring God's word and quit hurting the country and the whole civilization in the West and actually acknowledge God's word.
harrison smith
By doing what? I still don't understand what it is that you think that we're doing.
Unbelievable. Unbelievers.
unidentified
I'm saying unbelievers.
harrison smith
Yeah, not me. I believe in God.
unidentified
No, I'm saying...
No, when you say you believe in God, you're supposed to believe in God's Word.
harrison smith
Oh, I'm supposed to believe in the way you believe in God.
I see. You're supposed to...
You're the right one, and everybody else is wrong.
unidentified
Present another translation or a better understanding of what we're being told in Galatians 4, 21-31.
harrison smith
Okay, great. Thank you.
Thank you. That's enough gold.
Thank you for the call. I just...
You know, it's...
I'll try to be nice here. I'll try to be nice.
It's people like yourself, Gold, that really make me question whether it's all worth it.
After all, is anybody else on any airwave Going after the ADL the way that we're going after them.
Going after the evil people the way that we go after them.
Does anybody else on any platform criticize Israel the way that I do?
Not because they're Jewish, but because they do evil things just like every government does.
Does anybody go out on a limb?
Does anybody have as many articles as we do calling us anti-Semites, calling us horrible things because we actually stand up for the rights of Americans against anybody who's trying to circumcise You know, cut them off, regardless of, you know, who's doing it.
So here we are, taking all the slings and bullets, actually counteracting the narrative that is continuously laid down by the mainstream media, and instead of people encouraging us, instead of people saying, wow, we really appreciate how you guys are going on a limb and saying things in such an extreme way that's truthful and that's necessary, we get Little ankle biters like yourself that tell us we're not doing it enough.
We're not doing it the way that you would do it.
We're not doing it in the way that is in your interpretation of the Bible.
And it really makes us just look around and go, okay, so we're suffering all of this backlash.
We're I have our friends and family believing horrible things about us because the media tells them things that aren't true.
We're suffering all of this backlash because we insist on telling the truth and because we insist on just being forthright and upfront about what we believe and loving everybody just like Jesus Christ instructed us to.
What are the people that we're trying to fight for tell us that we're actually the cause of all of the evil?
It's actually our fault and actually there's no appreciation for what we do.
It's not good enough.
So what you're doing is taking the few people that are actually fighting for Christianity, fighting for the West, fighting for the actual values that America was founded on and thrived on until they've been systematically dislocated from our system.
You're taking those people that are actually standing up, people like myself, and you're making them just go, eh, it's not worth it.
Why would I do that? Why would I put myself out there?
Why would I make myself even more of a target when even the people that agree with me and are fighting with me are just ankle-biting, petulant little scumbags like yourself, Gold?
Do you realize what this...
What effect this has on people who are actually putting ourselves out there and actually suffering the slings and arrows from the mainstream media as we are pushing back against their satanic agenda and recognizing it fully.
What would you rather?
What would you rather I do, Gold?
What would you rather I do than talk out about this on a daily basis continually?
I don't go far enough for you.
You're not satisfied.
You want more. Then you do it, Gold.
You go out and do it. You go out and put yourself on TV. You go out and put yourself on the radio and say the things that you want to say and see how well it works out for you.
Until the meantime, keep your criticisms to yourself.
Go jump in a lake. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
Very happy to welcome my guest and tireless fighter for freedom, Laura Loomer.
She is, of course, a well-known independent investigative journalist who you can find at Loomer.com and on Substack at lauraloomer.substack.com.
She's with us today to talk about Confronting a group of neo-Nazis at a GDL rally or some sort of rally.
Again, you can follow Laura on Twitter at Laura Loomer.
The website is loomerd.com and she's on YouTube at Laura Loomer as well.
Thank you so much for joining us, Laura.
laura loomer
Yeah, thanks for having me. It's great to be here with you.
harrison smith
Well, it's great to have you because we've been following your coverage of this neo-Nazi rally that really, it's not so much about the rally as it is about what you've uncovered going on behind the scenes and the rabbit hole that you've taken since discovering who some of the people were at the rally.
Just give us the overview.
How did this come about?
How did you even know about the rally?
Who did you find while you were there?
Just what has your process been over the last several days?
laura loomer
So, believe it or not, I actually had a hair appointment in the area where this rally was held.
So, it's called Altamont Springs.
It's in the Orlando area, and it's where I get my hair done.
And I had an appointment, and my appointment was scheduled for 11 o'clock in the morning, and my hair took several hours to do.
And so, by the time I was leaving around 3, 34 o'clock, I was about to get on the highway to drive back to where I live, and all of a sudden, right next to the exit on I-4 West, I saw a group of about 50 men who were, you know, dressed in the same attire, and they were wearing masks and sunglasses, and they were waving swastika flags.
And so I thought, this is really strange.
I think I'm going to actually go make a U-turn and turn around and go film this.
harrison smith
So... Because as a Jewish person, you think, huh, tattoo-covered swastika-waving white supremacist.
I better go walk right up to him.
I mean, that takes some big brass ones, Laura, I have to say.
unidentified
I admire that. Well, thank you, yes.
laura loomer
And perhaps it wasn't the safest thing or the most sensible thing to do, but I don't know.
I just felt like I had to go film this, right?
Because the first thing in my mind was, okay, what the hell's going on?
This is Florida. You know, you see all these things all the time about the Biden administration and all the leftists saying that white supremacy is the biggest threat and Nazism is on the rise.
They almost looked like Antifa, right, with the masks and their black and red outfits.
And I didn't know who these individuals were until I started filming.
And then I immediately recognized the guy in the blue glasses there.
His name is John Minnadeo, and he's the leader of the Goyam Defense League.
And I recognized him because at Ron DeSantis' book signing, which was actually the first day of his book tour, The launch of his shadow presidential campaign several months ago in Florida, in Leesburg, which is not far from where I live, he actually came up to me and started harassing me in the parking lot.
And, look, I'm a free speech absolutist.
And so, for me, I'm not going to cry, even as a Jew, when these people are screaming.
I don't know what I can actually say here on the Infowar stream.
I'll just spell it out. They're screaming, you know, calling me a K-I-K-E and saying that I need to be thrown in an oven and that, you know, I'm a filthy Jew and things like that, right?
So it's all audible for people to hear.
Literally coming up into my ear and my face as I caught on video screaming white power and other, you know, Nazi slurs while literally ziegheiling in my face.
I mean, this isn't an exaggeration.
And so... You know, it's just very, very bizarre.
And he had actually followed me in the parking lot at Ron DeSantis' book signing and was knocking on my car window and telling me to go back to Israel.
So when I saw him there again, I thought, okay, this is really strange.
But they had formed with this other group called Blood Tribe, which is a Nazi organization, I guess, as well.
And then what really piqued my interest is Obviously, there were several individuals there.
You had John Minnadeo, and then you also had a known neo-Nazi provocateur, white supremacist Christopher Polehouse, who was almost leading these Nazi chants in Seek Hiles with all these Nazis in attendance.
And then I noticed an individual with tattoos all over his face.
And he started Zekeiling while saying Slava Ukraine.
But he wasn't just saying it like, you know, Slava Ukraine in an American dialect.
He actually sounded Ukrainian.
And so I thought to myself, this is really strange.
Is this guy Ukrainian? And I started filming him and paying close attention to him and noticed that he was very animated and seemed to be a very key figure involved in this Nazi rally.
And then... You could see them screaming at me, and these are not right-wingers.
There's a clip that you can play where they started screaming, we're not going to vote for Trump, Laura.
And a lot of these people recognized me, and they started screaming, it's Laura Jumer, as in Jewish, because my last name's Lumer.
And I thought, it's really strange that all of these Nazis know who I am.
I expect John Minnadeau to know who I am, but all of them started verbally attacking me and screaming at me.
And then I started to think, what are the odds that all of these random Nazis know who I am and I'm here by some random encounter with these individuals?
It's almost like some of these people are political operatives in the state of Florida.
So then when I went home, I started looking into this guy, and with facial recognition and whatnot, I was quick to identify him as bone-faced, because there are several articles and previous interviews identifying him not only as a Nazi who was arrested in Florida in 2012 on charges of domestic terrorism by the FBI,
which you can look up and it's publicly available, But he's also on the record saying that he has traveled to Ukraine with the assistance of the CIA to join groups like Right Sector in 2014 and the Azov Battalion in 2022—Circa 2022, rather—to fight in the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.
I think it's really concerning because what you have here is a domestic terrorist who was arrested by the feds in 2012 for paramilitary training and what they said was an active attempt to attack an Orlando And they had undercover informants who apparently had video surveillance of this individual.
His name is Kent McClellan.
He goes by Kent McClellan, but his nickname is Boneface.
And so how is it, if you're a domestic terrorist, that you're able to get a passport and fly to Ukraine unless you have the assistance?
And why was this guy not in prison?
Well, we know, because he made a deal with the feds.
And this is what I've been exposing these last few days.
And I was actually able to exclusively obtain body cam footage as well from an arrest that he had last year in Pensacola in Escambia County, in which you can actually hear the police officer questioning him, are you Ukrainian?
And he goes, no, I actually just got back from Ukraine.
And then the police officer, you can see him on this body cam footage that I obtained saying, So, it says that you're in the FBI terror watch list and I need to contact Border Patrol and FBI to get your file.
harrison smith
Why would they need to contact Border Patrol?
Confirming everything you said. We're going to play that video on the other side.
We're about to go to commercial break, but I really think you may have uncovered A couple different things going on here that I want to break down with you.
Not only that the people that keep telling us that white supremacist terror is the greatest threat seem to be actually embedded with and involved in promoting and allowing these people to do things, but also that they were involved in January 6th.
I mean, you have really taken the lid off of a Pandora's box here, and I'm excited to see where this goes.
Yeah, we'll cover it all and we'll show you that video when we get back with Laura Loomer.
Go to Loomerd.com to see her website.
She's on Twitter, at Laura Loomer, where she's been publishing all of this information as she finds it.
And it's really been a thrilling research investigation going on.
We'll be right back with Laura Loomer.
Welcome back, folks.
Harrison Smith here. My guest is Laura Loomer.
I've been following her Twitter for the last few days, eagerly awaiting the latest update in her research into this neo-Nazi group in Florida.
And let me just start by making a point that, you know, I really appreciate your view, and it's the same view we have here, that The value of free speech is so great that it's worth it.
It's worth it to have all of the people that you hate or that hate you, they have to be able to speak freely.
You've got to deal with the Antifa rallies.
You've got to deal with the Nazi rallies. Even if you vehemently disagree with them, you have to understand that their ability to speak freely and say things that the vast majority dislike or hate or disgusts them.
It's just what you have to deal with because you value free speech, because you love free speech, because you understand that all of this comes with it.
I'm less offended by the Nazi symbol as I am the Nazi tactics of silencing anybody who disagrees with the government.
So I think it's a...
It's a valuable point of view that some people don't have anymore.
They say, well, Nazis are too dangerous to let have free speech.
And it's like, gee, that sounds like something a Nazi would say.
It's kind of bizarre. So I don't want to get off on that tangent because I do want to go to this video that you have.
Do you want to set this video up for us?
This is the body cam footage of police arresting Kent Boneface McClellan, who was at that Nazi rally.
When were they arresting him and what were they arresting him for?
laura loomer
Do you know? Yeah, so this video was from last year, actually, and I posted the police report to go along with it.
And I posted this video because there were individuals who were trying to say, oh, he was never in Ukraine, and oh, he's not really a Nazi, and oh, he's not really a Fed, he's not really protected by the government.
And so I was able to obtain this police body cam footage.
From an encounter he had in Escambia County near Pensacola, Florida with a sheriff's officer and you can see the video in which the officer is asking him questions.
He asks him to identify himself.
And then on top of that, the officer is looking at his registry, his database, and his files in his police cruiser.
And you actually hear the officer say, are you Ukrainian?
And then he tells Kent McClellan, a.k.a. Boneface, that he's in a terrorist database to which McClellan says he knows and he's laughing about because he's protected.
And why should he care, right?
And then you also hear the police officer then say, oh, well, it says I need to contact FBI and I need to contact Border Patrol for you.
And McClellan is just completely unfazed.
And, you know, why would he be completely unfazed unless he's protected?
So you could play the clip because it's important for people to see this.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
harrison smith
No, it's all proven.
Let's go now to this body cam footage of Kent Boneface McClellan being arrested.
unidentified
Here it is.
Ordered a plant.
It wasn't what I said.
harrison smith
I'm sure he's looking them up in the database.
unidentified
You know your driver's license number?
No, sir. What's your last name?
First name?
Middle name?
birthday.
What?
Okay.
That's different.
What was the other thing?
harrison smith
And for our radio viewers, we're seeing the police officer in his cab rolling through the database.
unidentified
It says, contact the screening center.
Oh yeah, my bad. I've never seen that before.
I've never seen it either. Arms, dangerous, violence, and disease.
That's that my hand. We've got Border Patrol phone number on this.
What's that? We've got Border Patrol phone number on this.
Really? Are you from Ukraine?
No, let's get back here. It says to contact the FBI. We'll do it.
Well, that escalated from a...
We'll be calling...
What Border Patrol are we going to call?
harrison smith
FBI? Okay, so there is the video that Laura Loomer uncovered through a Freedom of Information Act request, the body cam footage of an arrest made last year.
Now, this is getting a lot of attention, actually.
I just saw General Mike Flynn has responded to this, saying Laura Loomer has exposed something so outrageous and so fundamentally wrong within our U.S. government intelligence and federal law enforcement communities, as well as the dark places inside DOD. He's calling on Governor Ron DeSantis to act in this.
What have you uncovered here?
I mean, what do you think is really happening?
laura loomer
Exactly what I've been saying on my Twitter and in these various reports that I've been publishing.
What's happening is that the United States government is actually working with and recruiting violent Nazis, domestic terrorists, and white supremacists, right?
Everything that the Biden administration has accused President Trump of doing.
So you see that Joe Biden launched his entire presidential campaign off of the Charlottesville lie.
We also know From FBI FOIAs that the FBI identified Ukrainian Nazis who were participating in the Charlottesville march.
And so these people are believed to also be federal informants.
And those documents and reports have been published for several years now.
And so it seems like every single time there's some really big anti-Trump We're good to go.
And that's the fact that the FBI has been hiding the fact that a Ukrainian spy by the name of Sergei Dobinin and several of his associates, also believed to be Ukrainian spies, penetrated the United States Capitol while pretending to be an official film crew with One Plus One Media.
And so the individual who is one of the largest stakeholders in this company happens to also be a stakeholder of Burisma.
This all ties back to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
And the reason it's important to recognize this is because whether it's the first impeachment of Donald Trump, whether it's the presence of Ukrainian Nazis at Charlottesville, whether it's the presence of Ukrainian Nazis at these pop-up Nazi marches in In various key states during an election year or the presence of Ukrainian neo-Nazis who penetrated, okay? We're talking about an act of war.
Ukrainian spies penetrating the United States Capitol, and that was never disclosed until I published this information this week because I was able to confirm with Jacob Chansley, a J6-er, and some people know him as the QN and shaman, okay?
He's one of the more well-known J6-ers.
That the FBI actually interrogated him, and that during this interrogation they asked him, how do you know this Ukrainian spy?
And they showed him a photo of himself that I published on my Twitter account outside of the Capitol with this Ukrainian spy, Sergei Dobinin, and Jacob Chansley said that he didn't know him.
And he didn't know him.
He was targeted by this individual who came up to him and took a photo with him and published the photo.
You know, you have to ask yourself, if they're interrogating American citizens who they jailed, they jailed Jacob Chansley.
He's out on probation right now.
But he became the face of January 6th.
And the FBI didn't think that it was important to alert Americans to the fact that Ukrainian spy operatives penetrated and breached the United States Capitol with a film crew or what they say was a film crew.
What did they photograph? Whose offices did they go in?
Do we know? Is this why they don't want to release the J6 tapes?
Because Ukrainian spies were inside of the United States Capitol on January 6th?
harrison smith
So this is a serious issue.
It is serious, and it's a wild rabbit hole.
And we'll wrap it up with our last segment with Laura Loomer.
Stay with us, folks. It's American Journal, at Laura Loomer on Twitter.

Laura, I think you've sort of uncovered a plan by the deep state.
Tell me if you think this is...
But just you say in your tweet, in the case of Kent Boneface McClellan, a violent felon, he was arrested in Florida in 2012 by the FBI. He was put on the U.S. terror watch list.
And in 2014, he was recruited by the CIA and the DOD reportedly paid for him to travel to Ukraine in 2014 to join right sector and then the Nazi Azov Battalion in 2022, which our tax dollars are right now unfortunately funding.
I mean, it seems like the people that are telling us that Nazis and white supremacists are the number one threat are simultaneously sending actual violent, like, domestic terror-level people, sending them to Ukraine to get military training and then importing them back into the United States where they're allowed to recruit for their movement.
I mean, this seems like they're setting up a future false flag in order to then claim all Trump supporters or all right-wingers or all white people are Nazis and engage in war against American citizens.
laura loomer
They've been doing it, though. That's the thing.
As I just showed you, they've been doing it since Charlottesville.
And so when you look at what they did in Charlottesville, they used it, right?
When Joe Biden announced his run for president against Trump when he ran in 2020, he said, well, he has to run because of the threat of white supremacy.
And he said that Donald Trump said Nazis were very good people.
When in reality, Joe Biden's administration is recruiting these Nazis and allowing for these violent domestic terrorists to travel overseas to Ukraine to fight in Nazi militias like Azov Italian with our taxpayer money after they knew and they still know and they haven't released to the public Ukraine committed an act of war against the United States of America by sending Ukrainian spy operatives Who actually have warrants out for their arrest, by the way, which I've been able to confirm too.
Not in the United States, but elsewhere.
And the fact that they have not released this information to the public and yet we're still sending Ukraine billions of dollars It's treason at the highest levels, Harrison.
It's absolutely an abomination, and it really just makes you wonder how long our government has been using Ukrainian neo-Nazis and operatives to try to destabilize our country and sow division and also push out anti-Trump propaganda.
Look at the first impeachment of Donald Trump.
It all ties back to Ukraine.
You have so much Evidence here, okay?
And it's really damning because Newsweek even reached out to the FBI and they said that the FBI has not responded to the claims, and yet they could have easily issued a statement denying this, but they can't.
Because, as I've also shown, if you zoom in on the tweet, you'll see that this individual, Kent Boneface McClellan, not only, you know, It's a domestic terrorist who went overseas to fight in Ukraine, but he was also given an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal.
And so our government is not only just sending Nazis overseas, and he posed for a photo in what appears to be a dead body of a civilian.
So this is evidence of war crimes, U.S. facilitation of war crimes in Ukraine, and the fact that our taxpayer dollars are funding this.
It really makes you realize and have to admit the fact that Vladimir Putin was right.
Vladimir Putin accused the United States government and our intelligence agencies of working with Nazis, and he said that he was trying to denazify Ukraine.
And when you see this evidence and you look at these photos and you look at the videos and you look at the fact that this CIA operative is also returning to America where he's participating in neo-Nazi marches in Florida on the side of a major highway, I mean, this is incredible.
And it's not like he participated in Nazi activities and then somehow became flipped and became an informant and never participated in these activities ever again.
No. He's continued to carry out Nazi activities, and even though he was arrested in Florida on charges of domestic terrorism by the FBI in 2012, this guy who is a violent criminal and a felon who is actually going to be arraigned tomorrow—a lot of people don't know this—he has an arraignment at the DeLand Courthouse tomorrow in Volusia County at 1.30 p.m.,
For domestic violence and burglary, battery charges that he's been facing for an arrest earlier this year.
And so it makes you wonder, right, who paid his bail?
Who's protecting this guy?
Who's giving him money?
And what's going to happen tomorrow when he has this arraignment in Volusia County?
Is he going to be protected again and also given no prison time, even though he's a violence felon with a criminal background, including domestic terrorism?
He also called me the other evening.
Somebody leaked my cell phone number to this Nazi, and I received a phone call from him at 1 o'clock in the morning following the publication of my findings.
And during that phone call, he actually confessed to multiple crimes on the call, including murdering people.
And so I want to know why this guy is able to walk the streets of Florida and why our government is not only working with this dangerous criminal and Nazi terrorists, but why they're also giving him medals.
harrison smith
And we saw on the body cam footage, I mean, it was pretty clear.
They say, oh, well, there's, you know, we type in this person's information, a little notice comes up that says, before you do anything, call a federal agency because they, you know, have an interest in this guy.
I mean, this seems...
laura loomer
And not only that, but the police officer in Pensacola, and I want to let you know, this area where he was arrested is directly outside of...
Of the U.S. base in Pensacola, the Corey Pensacola Station, where they do a lot of top-secret training and intelligence briefings as well.
So it really makes you wonder, what was this guy doing outside of Pensacola?
And from my understanding, I've also been told that one of the officers who was seen in the video communicating with the officer and the body camera saying, oh, well, do we know what he's here for?
I've also been told that that particular officer in Pensacola, his assignment, his duty is to patrol the area surrounding the base in Pensacola and that I need to look into this further, but my source told me that the guy there seen in the green uniform is actually the guy who shot and killed the terrorist who shot up the Pensacola base several years ago, if you recall that attack in Florida.
Why was this Ukrainian Nazi operative outside of the base in Pensacola?
And why are they letting him go if he truly is on the U.S. terror watch list?
We just let terrorists roam around our military and naval bases now where they're doing top secret training and briefings?
harrison smith
Is this normal now in our country? - This seems perfectly in line with the modus operandi of the FBI as it's been since the Patriot Act was passed.
It used to be when Muslim terrorism was the big thing, they would send operatives into mosques to recruit people and then they'd arrest those people and say, "Haha, we busted a terrorist." Because in order to get their funding, in order to get the power that they demand and the surveillance that they want and all the things, the violations of our constitution, they have to have a big threat.
And if that threat doesn't exist, then they create it.
I mean, that's what it seems like they're doing here is they are actually empowering the actual violent, insane Nazis in order to go after a wider swath of the American public and accrue more powers to themselves.
laura loomer
And I also just want to highlight, too, with the recent jailings of January 6th political prisoners, we just recently and yesterday, we saw the sentencing of Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who wasn't even in Washington, D.C. on January 6th, get sentenced to 22 years in federal prison, okay? They want to call him a terrorist.
And so how is it that the Proud Boys leader, who wasn't even at the Capitol on January 6th, gets sentenced to 22 years in prison and yet an actual terrorist who was arrested by the FBI for planning acts of domestic terrorism against minorities in the state of Florida with other white supremacist Nazi organizations?
Okay.
And this made national news in 2012.
This guy is able to walk the streets, even though he was just arrested several months ago for assault, battery, domestic violence.
And the fact that, you know, this guy is openly admitting to murdering people and he's able to walk the streets.
And yet Enrique Tarrio and all of these nonviolent January 6th prisoners are going to spend potentially the rest of their life in prison.
It really just shows you how screwed up our country is.
And I think that it's going to have an impact on our foreign policy as well.
General Michael Flynn, who of course is very respected in the intelligence community, he actually just retweeted my investigation this morning and said that I've uncovered something very sinister within our US intelligence agencies.
It's at the top of my Twitter feed right now.
And so you have a lot of very important people Who are tied to our intelligence agencies now coming out and supporting my investigations.
So eventually Joe Biden and the CIA and the FBI are going to have to issue a statement about this because it's coming to a breaking point.
And hopefully they release some information too about the Ukrainian spy penetration of the United States Capitol.
harrison smith
It started as a bunch of creepy dudes waving swastika flags, but I really do feel like you've uncovered a much deeper and more sinister plot within the intelligence agencies to set up the situation in which attacks can occur, false flags can occur, and they can point to it and say, see, we told you so.
We need more power. Incredible stuff.
