| Drivers faced a difficult Monday morning commute in Philadelphia after an elevated section of Interstate I-95 collapsed over the weekend. | ||
| The collapse of the northbound lanes happened after a tanker truck fire broke out around 6 a.m. | ||
| Sunday underneath I-95 near the Cotman Avenue exit in the Taconi section of the city. | ||
| Officials have said both the northbound and southbound lanes of the very busy stretch of the road will be shut down for months. | ||
| Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro said he'll issue a disaster declaration to speed up federal funds. | ||
| All lanes of the highway are shut down between the exits of Woodhaven Road in Northeast Philadelphia and Aramingo Avenue in Port Richmond section. | ||

| Ukraine has claimed the first battlefield gain since the launch of its counteroffensive against Russian forces, saying it liberated a string of villages over the weekend after fierce fighting on the war's southern and eastern front lines. | ||
| Ukraine's 35th Brigade posted video Monday of soldiers raising the blue and yellow national flag over what they say is a retaken village of Storohav in the eastern Donetsk region, the Ukrainian defense military. | ||
| Ministry, rather, said its military had also retaken three other nearby villages as it seeks to push south and threaten Russia's main defensive lines. | ||
| The gains were celebrated on social media, but they're small-scale victories in the early days of what is expected to be a long and difficult effort to drive the Kremlin's forces out of the occupied land across the countries south and east. | ||

| A poll indicates that former President Donald Trump has widened his lead in the GOP primary following the Department of Justice's indictment of him for allegedly mishandling classified documents at his Florida home, surveying nearly 2,000 potential voters between June 9th and 10th with a margin error of just 3.3 points. | ||
| The CBS News poll showed the former president had 61% support in the Republican primary, leading his opponent, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, by a full 38 points, 61 to 23. | ||
| So, continues to dominate the pack and dominates it even more following the indictment. | ||

| Let's see what Donald Trump said, clip number seven. | ||
| This was his speech over the weekend following the indictments. | ||
| We are a failing nation. | ||
| We are a nation in decline, and now these radical left lunatics want to interfere with our elections by using law enforcement. | ||
| It's totally corrupt, and we can't let it happen. | ||
| This is the final battle. | ||

| Now, A.G. Barr, who has a very complicated relationship with President Trump, says that's completely false. | ||

| So what I believe has happened, Trey, is that, according to Bill Barr, then Attorney General, they got the Form 1023, and because it was from one of the FBI's most credible, highest-paid, most trusted, most effective informants, they took it seriously, but they didn't look into it. | ||
| They just passed it along to the U.S. Attorney in Delaware. | ||
| So what Jamie Raskins is talking about isn't even the same thing. | ||
| The Form 1023 pertaining to Joe Biden and bribery was passed along, according to the FBI and Bill Barr, to the U.S. attorney in Delaware who was investigating Joe Biden. | ||
| It also may be turned over to the special counsel. | ||
| Remember, there's a special counsel investigating Joe Biden for mishandling classified documents. | ||
| He just hasn't been in the news a lot. | ||
| According to the FBI and according to Bill Barr, Joe Biden is currently under investigation for bribery. | ||
| And this gets lost in translation because the media is so focused on Donald Trump. | ||
| Look, here's what we know. | ||
| There are 20 shale companies, at least, and probably more, That we're laundering money from foreign nationals, including Romania, including money being sent less than two weeks after Joe Biden left there as vice president, delivering foreign aid and talking about foreign policy. | ||
| This Form 1023 alleges the exact same thing happened in Ukraine. | ||
| And the reason I think it's credible, Trey, It's because this was dated, this last 1023, in June or July of 2020, three years before anybody knew about the shell companies and knew that the Bidens were laundering money through six different American banks. | ||
| In the 1023, the informant says that the payee alleges that he paid the bribe to the Bidens and that no one would ever find it because the way they set it up, they— Transferred the money through so many different banks, it would take 10 years for investigators to find out. | ||
| So he laid out the case for what we've already proven, that the Bidens had all these shell companies set up while he was vice president to be able to profit and then launder the money down to the Biden families. | ||
| Yeah, seems like a pretty big deal to me. | ||
| Seems like something they want to look into. | ||
| Of course, this has to do with their tactic of keeping investigations open for years and years on end, so they never have to actually do anything with the evidence they have, and they'll conceal the evidence saying, well, it's part of an active investigation. | ||
| Just a complete scam across the board. | ||
| And, you know, I guess we can just remind ourselves of where a lot of this began all the way back in 2016 with James Comey and Hillary Clinton. | ||

| The FBI was withholding from congressional oversight a document showing that during the Biden administration, during the Obama administration, Biden accepted a $10 million bribe through his son Hunter to force the firing of a Ukrainian prosecutor that was investigating corruption, an event that Donald Trump looked into, sparking the first impeachment, enforcing an event that Donald Trump looked into, sparking the first impeachment, enforcing the arming of Ukraine, in turn setting the stage for the current war | ||
| Evidence of the bribe was also in Hunter Biden's laptop, which the FBI also had, but that they swore was Russian disinformation and infiltrated social media to censor during the 2020 campaign, all while the FBI investigates Trump for having classified documents, despite the FBI admittedly letting Hillary Clinton off for a similar despite the FBI admittedly letting Hillary Clinton off for a similar charge in 2016, when they were simultaneously launching the Russiagate investigation into Donald Trump using falsified evidence provided by the Clinton do I have that all straight? | ||

| And then Hunter Biden was, in turn, renting a house from his father for $30,000 a month. | ||
| That's called money laundering. | ||
| And all of this stuff is fairly out in the open and obvious at this point. | ||
| This, of course, is the outcome of this entire... | ||
| Debacle, Vice President Biden at the time actually bragging about the fact that he withheld a billion dollars of American aid to Ukraine until they fired the prosecutor that was looking into the company that had just paid him $10 million. | ||
| Remember, it was that exact event that Donald Trump was looking into when you had Vindman claim that something bad was happening. | ||
| I don't even like what the details of the first impeachment of Donald Trump are also like convoluted and nonsensical. | ||

| Kind of shocking. The bill, which passed the Senate last month, would require insurance companies to cover in vitro fertilization procedures. | ||

| And Call of Duty basically banned him from participating. | ||
| In the online sport, if you want to call it that, as well as removed his merchandise from the game, skins that you could buy, featuring him and his designs, no longer available. | ||
| Why? Because he said the statement, they should just leave kids alone, about the LGBT mafia. | ||
| And again, we've seen this multiple times. | ||
| We've covered it here even just the last week or so where you had the Blue Jays pitcher going out and denouncing his own religion and apologizing for daring to support the boycott of Target and Bud Light. | ||
| You know, being forced to genuflect, to bow before his persecutors in a struggle session. | ||

| They're not backing down. In fact, other streamers are joining in and backing them up and saying, you know, I'm not going to play this game either anymore until you apologize. | ||

| A storm has brewed up regarding Nick Merckx after a short tweet he posted in response to a Pride Month protest. | ||
| The fall it has resulted in both backlash and support for the streamer and eventually Call of Duty removed his skin from the game. | ||
| He's one of the most popular streamers on Twitch, regularly pulling in more than 20,000 viewers on any given stream. | ||
| He's best known for playing shooter games and battle royales like Call of Duty and Apex Legend. | ||
| A skilled player and an excellent entertainer, he's amassed a large following with millions of loyal fans. | ||
| It's fair to say that he's never been a particularly controversial streamer, but that changed on June 7th when he made a short but notable tweet. | ||
| He said, quote, they should leave the little kids out of it. | ||
| That's the real issue. The backlash to this comment was swift, with the gaming community calling him a bigot and labeling the tweet anti-LGBTQ. Their argument is that pride is important in schools and that Nick Merckx was parroting dangerous rhetoric that implies teaching children about sexuality is akin to grooming. | ||

| The board also acknowledges that the growing number of teenage girls identifying as male post-puberty remains understudied. | ||
| Under the proposed updated guidelines, use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and transition-related surgery would be restricted to research contexts and no longer provided in clinical settings. | ||
| Norway joins Finland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom in introducing greater safeguards for children. | ||
| In the United States, eight states thus far have banned affirmative care for individuals under 18, with Tennessee being the latest to pass such legislation. | ||
| I mean, say what you will about Europe, they got a lot of stuff wrong, but they tend to get things wrong. | ||
| Right in this regard. | ||
| And with things like GMO, modified food, that sort of stuff, they actually tend to protect their people from poisons in the water and in the food. | ||
| They'll outlaw stuff like this. | ||
| And they'll outlaw things that are obviously horrifically wrong, like transing kids, like castrating or giving puberty blockers to little children. | ||
| Just because they're confused about their biology and have been indoctrinated by activists. | ||
| So it's a very bizarre dichotomy that we're dealing with where half of the countries and states are banning this stuff outright because it's completely without precedent, without evidence, does not have a positive outcome ever. | ||

| Be all, end all, a panacea to cure their anxiety. | ||
| Go through this irreversible process and realize most of the time they're just as unhappy as they ever were. | ||
| But the other side is going in the opposite direction. | ||

| This is California's AB957 bill. | ||
| Where a parent could lose custody of their child for not affirming what their child believes about gender. | ||

Let's watch. So this particular bill adds the very important factor that affirming a child's gender identity is in their best interest, which is what your question is about. | |
| Why does it actually say that in an affirmative way? | ||
| And it really is because if you have a seven-year-old who's talking about having a potential to say, I being able to articulate That they believe that they are not the same gender as they are biologically, then it should be affirmed. | ||
| And through care, it should be determined. | ||
| And that's what we did with our own child. | ||
| And that would give the ability for a parent who wasn't sure to affirm and get their child the care that they need to make that so they can begin to articulate that determination. | ||
| But by saying and rejecting it in wholesale, then you're essentially rejecting your child. | ||
| And that is not in the best interest of a child. | ||
| We should be affirming our children in every possible way and getting them whatever appropriate care they need, whether it's based on their gender, whether it's based on how their studies are in school. | ||
| It doesn't matter. Our children should be affirmed. | ||
| And this is saying that you have to include gender affirmation as a part of that. | ||
| California bill would punish students for misgendering children. | ||
| There she's using the example of a seven-year-old. | ||
| A seven-year-old child. | ||
| Who would never say something like, I think I'm actually a girl, or I think I'm actually a boy if they're a girl. | ||
| That's something that is entirely the outcome of propaganda and of indoctrination. | ||
| So, essentially what they're setting up is a school system that promotes this and demands this of the children. | ||
| That present this with the incredibly impressionable young children who are just figuring out what's going on in the world, who are just figuring out about themselves, who are incredibly susceptible and vulnerable to influences from not just their peers, but the adults in their lives, their teachers and their principals, these figures of authority who they have been told that they should trust and believe and that they rely on to tell them about the world. | ||

| It's the adults that they're told to trust that are telling them this. | ||

| Under the Code, courts would be given complete authority to remove children from their homes if parents refuse to affirm their gender. | ||
| It would also require schools, churches, and other organizations to follow suit or face repercussions for, quote, impacting the health, safety, and welfare of a child. | ||
| Individuals and organizations who refuse or do not acknowledge a child's gender identity could potentially face abuse charges. | ||

| Instead, we've had a complete almost reversal of ethical and moral framework, but the Function and structure of the government has stayed the same. | ||
| That was never really the intention of the Founding Fathers. | ||

| I'm not saying that the Constitution is, you know, outdated by any means because the You know, the moral framework that's embedded in the Constitution, the limitations of the government that the Constitution outlines are just as valuable, if not more important now than ever. | ||
| They're just ignored and undercut by the amendments and the way that this stuff is very liberally interpreted. | ||
| But the point of all of this is that, yeah, when the FBI is going after innocent people, it's because in our current system, The only people who actually get protection are the ones actually charged for a crime. | ||
| If you're charged for a crime, then there's limitations on law enforcement and what they can do with you. | ||
| If it's not a crime, but it's just disinformation, it's just wrong think, you just have the wrong ideology, then Then they can search you however they want. | ||

| But yeah, when you point out the FBI tracking people and doing things that's just completely outside the law, to them, they're just like, well, as long as we don't bring this case to trial, then none of this matters. | ||

| They think, well, if we take this to trial, then we need to do everything right. | ||
| If we're actually going to charge somebody for a crime and have to prove it to a judge, then we have to make sure to check all the boxes and make sure that the evidence that we acquire is done lawfully through warranted process. | ||
| But if we're just going to spy on them and intimidate them, or... | ||
