So far, Bessendorfer has said no one from the student section or elsewhere at the volleyball match last week has come forward to BYU police to report the individual responsible for the slur. | ||
He said no one has come forward to say that they heard the slur being shouted during the match. | ||
He implored students who heard the comment to come forward, which they didn't because no one did because it was made up. | ||

This is a great pleasure and a great honor. | ||
Well, it is a great time to have you on as well. | ||
Just during the break when we were saying hi, you said, you know, what a coincidence it is that both Alex Jones and yourself both write a book about how to defeat the Great Reset at the same time. | ||
And I was saying, you know, on the other side, they have to have their ideas injected into them. | ||
They're all on the same page because they're all taking dictation and repeating it outright. | ||
We, on the other hand, all are arriving at the same location because we follow truth. | ||
Tell us about the book, The Eggs Benedict Option. | ||
So, the Eggs Benedict option is about the Great Reset, but it's about one very specific aspect of the Great Reset, which I know that Alex probably covers in his book, but I have a very different take, I think, from his. | ||
Basically, what I'm talking about is the way that the Great Reset is founded on control of the food supply. | ||
I mean, people obviously know slogans like, you will eat some bugs, and they may have seen some of the sort of outlandish articles about the kind of foods that the globalists want us to eat. | ||
But the truth is that actually, there's a real plan, there's a detailed plan that the globalists have to transform the food supply as the foundation of transforming global society more broadly. | ||
There's this thing called the Planetary Health Diet, which I analyze in detail in the book, which was come up with by a foundation called the EAT Foundation, which is a partner of the World Economic Forum. | ||
And basically it's the plan for the first ever global diet, the global basically plant-based diet. | ||
Which they say is necessary because of climate change, because we need to save the planet from climate change, and also because we need to feed an estimated global population of 10 billion by 2050. | ||
So we all need to give up eating meat, and we need to start eating a plant-based diet, basically. | ||
But this has all been worked out in great detail. | ||
They actually commissioned a detailed study that involved the Lancet, which is one of the most prestigious medical journals in the world, And they've come up with specific calorie recommendations for the average person. | ||
They've broken down those calorie recommendations into specific macronutrients. | ||
So they tell you exactly how much toxic vegetable oil you're going to be eating, exactly how many estrogenic legumes like soy you're going to be eating, and how little. | ||
How little animal product or how few animal products you're going to be eating. | ||
So a quarter of an egg a day and maybe a wafer thin slice of meat and that's it. | ||
So the book is on the one hand or the first part of the book is about this detailed plan. | ||
It's about unpacking it, illuminating what it's about, analyzing it, and in particular looking at the ways in which it will make us weaker, less sovereign over our bodies or remove sovereignty from us over our bodies. | ||
One of the interesting things that I do in the book is I compare this plan for the future of food with what I call the original Great Reset, which is the Neolithic revolution in agriculture that took place 10,000 years ago in the Near East. | ||
And like the Great Reset, this was a process that took place at the behest of a minority of people who forced a broader mass of people into the first states and used them to extract tax surplus via the cultivation of grain, basically. | ||
So there are all sorts of very, very deep historical parallels to what's going on, and I tried really to bring them out in the book in the first half. | ||

No, it's totally fascinating. | ||
In a way, it's sort of an obvious thing. | ||
You see the way that they talk about this stuff and everything they're doing seems to be deliberately constricting our food supply. | ||
The sort of overt way that they would do this is scarcity leads to rationing, leads to control. | ||
If your very existence depends on eating food every day and I control the food, guess who you're going to serve? | ||
But that's the overt way Intense, overwhelming system of control. | ||
But you're describing a method that's much more subtle, a method of weakening, right? | ||
A method of not necessarily outright restricting and rationing, but more of a long-term weakening of the population. | ||
It's totally fascinating. | ||
I mean, how long has this process been going on, do you think? | ||
Well, I think one of the interesting things about the Great Reset, Harrison, is that it's actually, in many ways, it's continuous with the system of corporate control that we've already got. | ||
I mean, the corporate control of the food supply is already near total. | ||
You only need to look at the ownership of the food supply in the US. You have a handful, maybe five or six megacorporations that control all of the grain, which means that they control all of the animal feed. | ||
There's massive concentration of power already within the food system in the US and elsewhere on the planet. | ||
It's been going on for a long time. | ||
It's certainly the moves towards total corporate control of the food supplies has definitely been going on for the last century, I would say. | ||
So what the Great Reset really is, is it's the final frontier, it's the final, it's the total corporate capture of the food supply. | ||
Right. And of course, you know, we can see this happening everywhere, whether it's justified by climate change or called a consequence of COVID. It's obvious that this is going on. | ||
Do you think people are waking up to this and realizing this? | ||
I mean, it's always a thing, right? | ||
There's always this undercurrent of people wanting better food, not wanting to have GMOs. | ||
There's always some new frontier to have this combat in for as long as I've lived. | ||
But do you think more people are waking up and realizing that Our food supply and the way our food is produced is to blame for so much of the health issues that we have and the congenital problems that people experience these days. | ||
What do you think the trend is for people's awakening to this issue? | ||
Oh, I definitely think that people are waking up, and that's certainly my experience from occupying the little corner of Twitter that I occupy. | ||

Maybe. But, yeah, I mean, people really are starting to take notice. | ||
And, you know, there's a Tucker Carlson documentary coming out in a few weeks, which I feature very heavily in called The End of Men, which is precisely about this and precisely about the fact that people are waking up to the terrible, terrible effects that our poisoned food supply and our poisoned environment are having on us. | ||
But when we talk about the Great Reset, then you only need to look, for instance, at the protests that are going on in Holland, the pharma protests. | ||
They know that this is the Great Reset, and they're saying, we don't want the Great Reset. | ||
They're very much red-pilled about all of this stuff. | ||
So I think the potential for this message to spread, I think we're on very fertile ground now. | ||
Yeah, absolutely. The problem is that then they get told by their politicians, oh, you don't like it? | ||
Too bad. We're in charge. | ||
And if you vote us out of office, there's another World Economic Forum stooge waiting in the wings to take our place. | ||
So I hope it's not too little too late, but people like raw egg nationalists are helping to wake people up to the real severity of the situation that we're in right now. | ||

You know, it's this idea of back when I was a kid, men were real men and women were real women. | ||
That didn't make much sense until current day when it makes way too much sense. | ||
Back in my day, men were just actually men with all the parts and the pieces of men. | ||
Women were real women. | ||
What is it about gender and about manliness that is of such interest to the people that want to control us? | ||
Why do they have to dismantle the concept of manliness in order to achieve their goals? | ||
Well, I think manliness involves a number of different virtues which are really poison to the globalist scheme. | ||
Now, I mean, the globalists, as I've said on a number of occasions, want us to be fat, thick, weak, dependent. | ||
And real men aren't any of those things. | ||
You know, real men are independent, obviously not totally independent, but they have a They have a level of independence which is threatening. | ||
They are physically capable, which of course the globalists don't want either. | ||
They don't want the possibility of any kind of physical resistance to what they're doing. | ||
They just want us to be sat on the sofa watching Netflix or something else, eating their poisoned corporate products and totally dependent on them for all of our news and for everything that... | ||
For all of our needs, whereas men in their real estate are producers rather than simply consumers. | ||
Right. Dynamic rather than reactive. | ||
It's so true, and it's so, I mean, it's certainly a physical attack, right? | ||
Because you can see the physical status of the American people has just cratered, and almost increasingly so, right? | ||
I mean, the 80s were worse than the 70s, the 90s were worse than the 80s, and now it's like accelerating even more. | ||
So it's clearly a physical attack against our capability and against our potential, right? | ||
But it's also a psychological attack. | ||
And these two things are really deeply intertwined, which is something I think people like yourself do a great job of illustrating. | ||
And it really has become this whole subculture on the dissident right of the bodybuilder right wing, of this idea that is actually echoed by left-wing and mainstream media articles that go, if you know somebody that spends too much time at the gym, they might be right-wing. | ||
You better watch out for them. | ||
What about that? What is the connection between... | ||
Physicality and spirituality, or physicality and mental capability, because it is almost a metaphysical attack that they're waging against us. | ||
It has physical aspects, but it's really an attack against our souls. | ||
Would you agree? Yes, I would. | ||
I mean, the thing is, what we really need to do is we really need to heed the wisdom of the ancients who knew that you could only have a sound mind in a sound body. | ||
The two things are intimately connected. | ||
Interconnected, and you can't separate them. | ||
I mean, we have this rather strange idea now that you can be a healthy, happy person at any size, and the truth is that you can't, really. | ||
As well as the common sense that lies behind that notion, the basic common sense that lies behind that notion, we have a massive amount of scientific Studies and research that show the extent to which diet and lifestyle determines one's mental well-being, intelligence, etc. | ||
Of course, we're learning that more or less everything that we're encouraged to do, everything we're encouraged to eat, the habits we're encouraged to maintain are absolutely destructive to our well-being and to our happiness. | ||
Right. And, of course, to our ability to stand up against their dictates. | ||
And, you know, I love that you referenced, you know, trust the science, folks. | ||
This isn't speculation. | ||
This isn't just an aesthetic choice. | ||
There is actual, tangible, confirmed scientific evidence of things like testosterone. | ||
People think testosterone just makes you aggressive and mean, but they've showed that... | ||
The higher your testosterone, the more likely you are to be fair in your judgments. | ||
The more likely you are to, you know, stand up against things that are wrong, right? | ||
And they've shown that a lack of testosterone, they did an experiment with monkeys, and they said lower testosterone, the monkeys were both aggressive and submissive. | ||
And I think, you know, that alone explains so much of what we see from the left, is that they are submissive to their masters, but they are vicious and aggressive towards people that they don't like. | ||
So, I mean, this is really a... | ||
It's a spiritual warfare. | ||
It's also sort of a chemical warfare, isn't it? | ||
I mean, it's all encompassed in this idea of the food that we eat and how fit we are is really at the center of so much of everything else we talk about on this program. | ||
Yeah, well, the chemical aspect is a very, very interesting one, and I've got to hand it to Alex. | ||
He's been banging that drum for a long time, and they tried to make him look like an idiot. | ||
When he was saying, you know, about chemicals in the water, turning the frogs gay. | ||
But it's true. It's true. | ||
We now know that we are bathed in estrogenic substances. | ||
They are everywhere. Atrazine... | ||
Phthalates, BPA, all of these plasticizers, chemicals that are ubiquitous because they are necessary for the manufacture of all the consumer goods, all the plastics and the various different products that we have to buy or that we're encouraged to buy. | ||
They're everywhere. We can't get away from them. | ||
And then they're in the drinking water, they're in the food, they're even in the air, as we're now learning with microplastics, which is because microplastics are a vector for estrogenic chemicals like phthalates. | ||
And there are studies that show that microplastics now are present in parts of the world where actually humans have never set foot before. | ||
They're in Antarctica, they're on the top of mountains, they're at the bottom of the ocean. | ||
It is a war. | ||
It is a war. | ||
It is a war on every front against human health and flourishing. | ||

I mean, that really encapsulates all of it. | ||
And you're exactly right. Just about a month ago, fresh snow in Antarctica had evidence of microplastics in it. | ||
So this really is a worldwide poison coming from the people who are claiming that you have to eat bugs and stop eating meat to save the world, right? | ||
They're causing the death of the world while demanding that you, you know, give up your lifestyle in order to save the world. | ||
It's, I don't know if hypocritical is the right word, but it's something devious. | ||
And, of course, this is necessary. | ||
Things like atrazine, things like pesticides. | ||
In a way, it's necessary to facilitate the factory farming and the food production that you were talking about in the first segment, right? | ||
I mean, without these giant factory farms, you wouldn't necessarily need the antibiotics or the atrazine or any of this chemical warfare that's being waged against us, right? | ||
No, exactly. And the interesting thing about the Great Reset plan for global agriculture is that it is just... | ||
Although they get rid of animal agriculture, which they claim is so evil, and I would say, of course, that industrial animal agriculture is evil, but that's not the only way to raise animals. | ||
So although they've got rid of animal agriculture, They're keeping all of the worst aspects of the present industrial system and actually dialing them up to 11. | ||
So the globalists make no bones about the fact that in order to produce the amount of food that will be necessary, the amount of plants that will be necessary to feed 10 billion people in 2050, they're going to have to use all sorts of new forms of GMO crops, GMO plants. And these, as well as the problems that are inherent with GMO, You know, genetic transfer, unwanted genetic transfer, all sorts of stuff. | ||
It's disgusting. And they know exactly what they're doing. | ||

I would almost say it's ungrateful not to be in good shape. | ||
Like, you're given this body that has the potential to be a work of art, to be a machine of power and might, and to not fulfill that, sort of disrespectful in a way, to God, to nature, whatever it is, if you're not living to your full potential. | ||
And I always think about a quote from Schwarzenegger. | ||
Arnold Schwarzenegger, in his documentary, he says this thing about how you cannot take a shortcut... | ||
To a body like his or a bodybuilding physique. | ||
You can't pay somebody else to work out for you. | ||
It doesn't work like that. If you aren't willing to put the time in, if you don't have the personal discipline to do what's necessary, you can't be a bodybuilder. | ||
You can't be fit. You can't be strong like that. | ||
And I think there's something very... | ||
Powerful about that, that it's something that you dedicate, you can dedicate yourself to, and that has tangible differences and positive differences in your life, and yet it's something that is almost evidence of a discipline and of a passion and of a fulfillment of potential that is so intrinsically human and necessary. | ||
But I hate working out. | ||

So how do I bridge this gap? | |
I mean, how do I convince myself to work out, and is it really that important for a nationalist? | ||
Oh, I think it's very, very important now. | ||
I think it's one of the defining things that you can do in the present-day system. | ||
People often get wrapped up in the idea that there's nothing that they can do. | ||
There's nothing that they can do to resist. | ||
One of the most visible things you can resist, this process of domestication, this process of dumbing down, one of the most visible things you can do is to craft your physicality, is to develop your inborn God-given talents And give yourself a beautiful physique. | ||
Even if your physique is just better than it was before. | ||
None of us are saying that none of us right-wing bodybuilders are saying everybody has to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Vince Gironda or anyone else. | ||
But you can look better. | ||
You don't have to be. | ||
You don't have to be fat or weak. | ||
Or depressed. You just have to take your life in hand. | ||
And lots of people are doing that. | ||
But I think the easiest place to start, really, or the easiest thing to do is to start small. | ||
So if you're not exercising much, just start to incorporate some small... | ||
Go for a walk every day. | ||
That's the beginning. | ||
And you will feel better if you go for a walk every day. | ||
And then maybe cut out some of the bad food you eat, too, and start eating some fresh food. | ||
Learn to cook. If you do these very tangible small things, they add up over time into something that will actually make you unrecognizable within a period of six months or a year. | ||
No, it's totally amazing. And there's a continuity in this and sort of the info wars. | ||
People, they see this overwhelming force of poison and deception and manipulation. | ||
They think, what could I do against that? | ||
Well, you can't necessarily take it down. | ||
I mean, we don't live in a fantasy world. | ||
There's no dragon to slay and everything's solved. | ||
But there are things you can do in your personal life that can have a tangible difference and that then spread and affect everything else in your life and can affect the people around you and can really make a major difference and a tangible one in terms of working out. | ||
And of course, being healthy and food, as you point out in your book, is a method of rejecting control. | ||
Control, they want to make people weak, they want to make people malleable, and you prevent them from doing that if you prevent them from making you weak and malleable. | ||
And so, talk about how far back this goes. | ||
I saw in your bibliography, one of the first things you quote is Plato's Republic. | ||
Tell us about what Plato's Republic says about how food is used. | ||
Well, Plato's Republic is a very interesting text. | ||
You know, Plato is often called or was called the father of totalitarianism by Karl Popper. | ||
And the Republic is often taken as a manual for sort of 20th century totalitarianism. | ||
But Plato says some very, very interesting things about food early on in the book that actually often don't get picked up. | ||
He lays out this hypothetical society, hypothetical harmonious society where everybody is totally happy with their lot. | ||
There's no discord. There's no chaos. | ||
There's no military. | ||
There's no need for any kind of police force. | ||
And all of this rests on a vegetarian diet. | ||
So you have this very, very striking idea expressed two and a half thousand years ago in the Republic that vegetarianism is the key to social harmony. | ||
And Plato actually says, if the ordinary people in this harmonious society... | ||
We're allowed to eat meat. | ||
Everything would fall apart because meat inflames people's passions. | ||
It makes them want things. | ||
It makes them want more than they've already got. | ||
And so you end up with a much more complex kind of society that needs police and military and all the other things that we would recognize a sort of complex society is needing. | ||
Two and a half thousand years ago then, you have philosophers and rulers, because you would have the rulers of ancient Greek city-states would read Plato, and he was read through medieval times. | ||
They could recognize that actually you can alter the behavior of an entire society simply based on a change of diet. | ||
And that's a very, very powerful idea, and that is one that is absolutely at the heart of the Great Reset today. | ||
You can alter Alter people's behavior. | ||
You can make them into good slaves simply by changing their diet. | ||
And we see that in different cult manifestations. | ||
So much of what we talk about, they're psychological levers that are being pulled on society as a whole, but they're the exact same levers with the exact same function that you see in interpersonal relationships or small groups like a cult that wants to control its members like the Jim Jones cult or something. | ||
One of their deliberate... | ||
You know, policies was we're going to feed people nothing but lentils or nothing but rice to keep them at bare minimum calorie intake so they don't have the energy or even the brain power to confront us or contradict us or, you know, counteract us. | ||
So, but hey, Plato may have been the father of totalitarianism, but even he didn't tell people to eat bugs, did he? | ||
I mean, even he didn't go that far, did he? | ||
No, he didn't. No, this is a new, particularly unwelcome development, but One of the things I think that needs to be said about eating bugs, of course, is that in order to be a slave, you have to do the things a slave does. | ||
And one of the things that a slave does, or that a slave has happened for themselves, is they eat awful food. | ||
And Bugs, certainly in the West, certainly to Western cultures, then bugs are about the worst thing you can eat. | ||
We don't have any history of eating bugs except in extreme situations of starvation. | ||
And even then, I think most people in the West would probably balk at eating insects. | ||
So there's a very, very important sort of... | ||
Component of humiliation, I would say, about why they want us to eat bugs. | ||
It's like Bill Gates saying, for instance, that we're all going to be drinking water that's filtered from poo. | ||
There was that famous thing where Bill Gates is drinking poo water that he had... | ||
You know, and refined using some machine. | ||
It's like a humiliation ritual. | ||
And, you know, another cliche that's more true than not. | ||
You are what you eat. They want us to live like bugs, so they want us to eat bugs, just to get used to being a bug. | ||

Go to the fridge. So what advice do you have for first-time slonkers? | ||
I would say take it easy. | ||
You don't have to do six or 12 in a glass. | ||
Do one or two or three. | ||
Try that. Make sure that you get good quality eggs. | ||
Try to get pasture-raised eggs, not only because the welfare of the chickens matters, of course, but also because they're better for you. | ||
They're more nutritious. If you buy good quality eggs, you absolutely will not have any chance of getting anything like salmonella at all. | ||
No chance at all. We got organic. | ||
Yep, organic, pasture-raised. | ||
And when you're slonking, try not to take it too quick. | ||
Don't gulp. Don't swallow down loads of air because that will make it more difficult. | ||
Just take it easy. | ||
This is an enjoyable thing. | ||

Let's get back into some of the history that you get into in this book. | ||
I'm a giant fan of history. | ||
You mentioned a little bit in the first segment. | ||
Let's touch back again on that, on the way that the first real revolution that brought about civilization itself was a revolution of food. | ||
So, Tell us about the Neolithic food revolution. | ||
So the Neolithic food revolution basically occurred Between about 10,000 and 5-7,000 years ago in the Near East, it was the transformation which brought about the first settled farming communities and the first, more importantly, the first settled states, the first agricultural state that the world had ever seen. | ||
Before the Neolithic Revolution, then man was a hunter-gatherer living in small mobile bands, moving around the landscape. | ||
They might have spent some time camped in a camp somewhere, perhaps to intercept the migration of gazelles or some other migratory animals. | ||
But for the most part, they were on the move in small bands, consuming a very varied diet, a lot of meat, but also foraged food, tubers, berries, nuts, vegetables. | ||
And other fruits and all that kind of stuff. | ||
But then what you have about 10,000 years ago is the emergence of agriculture for the first time, the first ever small urban settlements that are dependent for the majority of their food needs on agriculture. | ||
And this is a process that is generally portrayed as being a positive one because, of course, it would be impossible to imagine civilization as we know it without the advances that living in urban settlements and cultivating grains allowed. | ||
You know, you can sustain a larger population and with a larger urban population you have Greater differentiation of social class. | ||
You have the emergence of merchants and traders and all that kind of stuff. | ||
Right, even technology, I believe, right? | ||
Cuneiform writing was originally invented. | ||
Yeah, but actually the truth is that the archaeological evidence is increasingly clear that actually people were forced into these first urban settlements as farmers. | ||
People didn't voluntarily want to become farmers. | ||
They were They were forced by predatory elites, like the elites of today who want to force us into the megacities, into the pods. | ||
There was a predatory elite that forced people into urban settlements, forced them to be cultivators so they could produce surplus of grain for taxation, basically. | ||
The story was positive. | ||
It was a positive for this very narrow elite and then a very bad thing for the majority of the population and that's visible in the archaeological record in the bones. | ||
You can see widespread evidence of You know, I find that almost like inexplicably interesting that you have the great reset, which is in many ways the death of humanity, the death of things that we recognize as being human families and growth and all this sort of stuff. | ||
So you have the death of civilization and the birth of civilization, both bookended by these revolutions forcibly made by the elites on the food system. | ||
It really is a continuity through all of human history that is almost beyond explanation. | ||
I mean, that is just absolutely fascinating. | ||
