| Peace deal under which Ukraine abandons its NATO aspirations in return for Russian withdrawal and Western security guarantees appears to inch closer on Wednesday, even as Vladimir Putin's troops were accused of killing people queuing for bread in a northern Ukrainian city. | ||
| Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the Ukrainian President Zelensky suggested talks were making progress despite continued bloodshed and fears from some EU leaders that the Kremlin was toying with Kiev. | ||
| Of course, this comes on the back of another massive gift from the United States of, this time, $800 million of weapons to Ukraine. | ||
| It's getting a little bit confusing out there. | ||
| Every couple of days, there's some new unimaginably giant number $22 billion, $1.2 billion, $800 million. | ||

| A little bit troubling, obviously, since there is still a huge deal of radioactive waste in Fukushima, and it was the last tsunami there that threatens all life in the ocean. | ||
| So there it is. The Japanese Meteorological Agency said a quake struck 60 kilometers, or 36 miles, below the sea. | ||
| The region is a part of northern Japan that was devastated by a deadly 9.0 And there's a lot of speculation as to whether or not this was a directed energy weapon or some sort of rods from God, man-made tsunami, which had very well happened. | ||
| It very well could be, but I think the weather machines we have to worry about are more about creating and destroying rain clouds than creating earthquakes. | ||
| You don't need to create that big of an earthquake if you just build some shoddy construction. | ||

| So you have this disaster happen at the American-built nuclear facility in Japan that causes massive distrust of the nuclear power source, which of course sways the tide in the German election, which gets Angela Merkel elected. | ||

| It's the one that opens up Europe's borders to millions upon millions of permanent refugees there. | ||

| And then the third scenario is the South China Sea, Taiwan, Hong Kong crisis being kicked off there that could happen between Vietnam and the Philippines against China. | ||
| Anything can kick it off where we already see skirmishes going on overall. | ||
| These drilling rigs in the South China Sea and other areas, the artificial islands the Chinese are building. | ||
| So that's where the world is right now. | ||
| That's the reality. So when you see leftists calling for war, and when you see right-wingers calling for war and all this idiocy, you know the old saying, World War III will be fought with nuclear weapons, World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones. | ||

| And Russia now announcing they're likely to ban exports of wheat and oats and buckwheat and other grains all the way through June 30th. | ||
| And that's on top of, of course, Ukraine banning the exports of all those grains and Hungary banning exports of wheat. | ||
| Why is this happening? These countries know that there's a global shortage and that they have to protect their domestic supply. | ||
| Now, China was very smart about this strategically. | ||
| They bought up grain supplies around the world over the last, let's say, eight months or so. | ||
| They're sitting on about 18 months of wheat right now. | ||
| But the United States does not have really a strategic grain supply. | ||
| We're going to be facing severe shortages and price inflation in the grocery stores hitting the US in the second half of this year, accelerating from about August all the way through the end of the year. | ||
| But I think what we're going to see in the United States is that The prices will get so high on not only grains, but then meat and dairy and eggs because all of those products come from animals that are fed the grains. | ||
| So most of the grains in the world are actually grown to feed animals, not to feed people. | ||
| So we're going to see huge increases in meat prices beyond what we've seen already. | ||
| So flash mobs are going to start looting grocery stores in huge numbers and stealing the meat primarily. | ||
| But just the food rationing, they will have to implement food rationing passports, which is a mark of the beast system to verify your identity. | ||
| It might be a face scan, an iris scan, a thumbprint scan, or maybe just your mobile phone that's tied to your identity. | ||
| There's going to be more stimulus money handed out. | ||
| And the money to buy groceries. | ||
| There are going to be at least 10 million more Americans put on food stamps. | ||
| Eventually, maybe in 23 or 24, they'll say that if you want to buy food under the food rationing system, you must use the central bank digital dollar control system. | ||
| And that's how they're going to starve people into the mark of the beast, Federal Reserve crypto system controlled by the government. | ||

| Lavrov says the negotiations weren't easy, but nevertheless, there's still some hope of reaching a compromise. | ||
| Neutral status is now being seriously discussed, seriously, along, of course, with security guarantees. | ||
| This is what is now being discussed at the talks. | ||
| There are absolutely specifics. | ||
| Wordings, in my view, the sides are close to agreeing on them, which would be nice. | ||
| It'd be very nice to see an end to this conflict before more death and destruction is leveled on the people of Ukraine. | ||
| Of course, the UN is having their say in this. | ||
| UN Security Council to vote Friday on Russia move on Ukraine. | ||
| The UN Security Council is due to vote on Friday on a Russian-drafted call for aid, access, and civilian protection in Ukraine. | ||
| But diplomats say the measure is set to fail because it does not push for an end to the fighting or withdrawal of Russian troops. | ||
| The draft resolution seen by Reuters does not address accountability or acknowledge Russia's invasion of its neighbor. | ||
| Britain's UN Ambassador Woodward described these as glaring omissions in a video posted Tuesday on Twitter and that Russia was game-playing. | ||
| She said Britain would not vote for Russia's next draft text. | ||
| Their resolution calls for parties to respect international humanitarian laws but leaves out the fact that Russia is committing war crimes, she says. | ||
| It is their invasion and their actions driving this unfolding humanitarian crisis. | ||
| What you getting there? Just playing these bureaucratic games, one-upsmanship. | ||
| Of course, it was extremely strategic for Russia to wait to invade until they were at the head of the UN Security Council, more or less neutralizing that particular body. | ||
| And of course, America is attempting to garner support for... | ||
| Pressure on Russia. U.S. is pressuring India, China, Egypt over Russia. | ||
| This is according to Lavrov. The U.S. is putting pressure on China, Turkey and a number of other countries due to their cooperation with Russia. | ||
| Saying, quote, it's just the rudeness that's erupting from Washington. | ||
| I don't know. It's beyond, Lavrov said, commenting on U.S. actions against other countries in a TV interview. | ||
| It is even more striking that this kind of blackmail is used against such ancient civilizations as China, India, Egypt, and the demands were made on the same Turks, he said. | ||
| This is a fateful moment. It's an epical moment in modern history because it reflects the battle in the broadest sense of the word for how the world order will look, he said in an interview with RBC TV channel. | ||
| In response to a question about why the Ukraine issue cannot be resolved peacefully, Lavrov said that the West did not want to resolve the situation peacefully. | ||
| And again, it's sort of just this... | ||
| It is the New World Order mindset of just total, absolute control. | ||
| And if you look at it from the Russian point of view, or even from the Turkish or Indian or Chinese point of view, they don't really have a stake in what's going on in Ukraine. | ||
| Like everybody sort of acknowledges it was the U.S. sort of fomenting revolution there and Russia fomenting the resistance there. | ||
| I mean it was a proxy war from these bigger powers. | ||
| And so countries – like you can imagine being Turkey or India or China and going, yeah, I'm not really on either side of this. | ||
| Like it's not my fight. | ||
| It's not my battle that didn't invade my country. | ||
| So we're just going to kind of stay out of it and keep doing business as usual. | ||
| And then here comes America just like that's not – you're not allowed to not have – you're not allowed to not be a participant in this. | ||
| You're not allowed to not be involved in these world affairs. | ||
| You're not allowed to not pick a side. | ||
| You have to choose a side. It has to be our side. | ||
| It's just sort of indicative of this New World Order mindset that they employ against countries. | ||
| They also employ against people, right? | ||
| You can't just go, ah, yeah, I don't really have an opinion on this particular political point of view. | ||
| And she's like, oh, so you're a Nazi? | ||
| Oh, so I guess you're a Nazi if you don't agree with us? | ||
| If you aren't fully on board with us, if you aren't actively participating in our side, then you must be on their side and you will be punished and you will be held to account. | ||
| It's just this... This overwhelming narcissism of the ruling class of America that is really born from the fear that if they don't have everybody in control, if not everybody is at least on the outside ostensibly going along with them, then their whole facade collapses completely. | ||
| So it's like, you have to be involved. | ||
| You have to be on our side. And they're like, yeah, but... | ||
| We're allies with Russia. | ||
| We're friends with Russia. We trade a lot with Russia. | ||
| Like, if we get involved, it's destroy our economy. | ||
| It won't be good for us. We might actually have to go to war with Russia. | ||
| Like, none of that's good for us. | ||
| It's like, it's not bad. It's not about what's good for you. | ||
| It's about what's good for the world. | ||
| And what's good for the world is for us to be in control. | ||
| So you have to keep us in control, or you are the one who is destroying the world. | ||

| Obviously, everybody in America is 100% on board with sending a blank check to Ukraine every week or so. | ||
| They can just fill out as many zeros as they want and we'll pay for it and it'll come out of our pocket and it'll be our income that's garnished for this. | ||
| And we aren't able to afford gas anymore and our grocery shelves are empty and our cities are ridden with crime and our criminals are being released from prison and our border is wide open with... | ||
| Literally more people than Russia has in its entire army crossing over our border on a monthly basis. | ||

| Bankrupt us as long as we're just funneling money by the billions into the pockets of weapons manufacturers and Ukrainian oligarchs. | ||

| They talk about in 2014, Russia invaded and annexed Ukraine's Crimea Peninsula. | ||
| Pro-Russian insurgents in eastern Donbass region began a secessionist war against Kiev. | ||
| Russian troops soon enter the fray, so quietly did the CIA. | ||
| As the battle lines hardened in Donbass, a small select group of veteran CIA paramilitaries made their first secret trips to the front lines to meet with their Ukrainian counterparts there, according to former U.S. officials. | ||

| Then, deep in the peace, in passing, it notes that Hunter's laptop is legitimate. | ||
| Now, we don't need the New York Times to tell us this. | ||
| We've known this for a while. | ||
| But they say, quote, These emails were obtained by the New York Times from a cache of files that appear to have come off a laptop abandoned by Mr. | ||
| Biden in a Delaware repair shop. | ||
| The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation. | ||
| Authenticated? You don't say. | ||
| You mean when a newspaper actually does reporting on a topic and doesn't just try to whitewash coverage for Joe Biden, it actually discovers it's true? | ||
| So let's keep this in mind. | ||
| Let's remember what happened with the Hunter Biden laptop. | ||
| The Hunter Biden laptop revealed gross violations of American law, human decency, basic morality, certainly ethics for those involved in the highest levels of our government. | ||
| And it would have gone pretty far away, probably, if it got the full push media treatment that it deserved. | ||
| If it got even a fraction of the treatment that the completely discredited and baseless Steele dossier got against Trump, Maybe it would have had a major impact against Biden. | ||
| It would have made it that much more difficult for them to steal the election. | ||
| They would have had to fabricate hundreds of thousands of more votes. | ||
| And it would have been an even more outrageous and egregious theft of our election. | ||
| So they didn't want that to happen. | ||
| They wanted to destroy this story. | ||
| But of course it was true. | ||
| And it was information directly from the man's laptop. | ||
| And it wasn't hacked. It was actually given to a laptop repairman who looked through the hard drive. | ||
| And just like if you see pictures of little kids on someone's laptop... | ||
| If you're the repairman, you turn it over to the authorities. | ||
| You try to get law enforcement aware of the material that you found on the website or the laptop that you have because you're a good citizen. | ||
| Now, he tried to give it to the FBI. They weren't interested. | ||
| What, investigating corruption at the highest levels of the American government? | ||
| No thanks, okay? | ||
| We're kicking down the doors of mothers who are protesting against the school board right now. | ||

| We don't have any evidence that this is fake, but we don't want this information out there, so we're hiding it. | ||
| So just really, like, let this sink in. | ||
| Really understand that corruption, the highest level of our government... | ||
| By Joe Biden and his family was openly, in the face of every American, covered up, called Russian disinformation, even though these people knew at the time, just like they know now, the information was true. | ||

| You know, so why would you censor it? | ||
| Why did you prevent that from being disseminated on your platform that is supposed to be for the free expression of ideas, and particularly true ideas? | ||
| We believed it fell afoul of our hacking materials policy. | ||
| We judged in a moment that it looked like it was hacked materials. | ||
| You were wrong. And we updated our policy and our enforcement within 24 hours. | ||
| Even though the New York Post story remained off until they agreed to delete it several weeks later. | ||
| They deleted their entire account, not just the tweet with the Hunter Biden story. | ||
| And of course, they use the excuse, because they always have an excuse. | ||
| They say, well, it's our hacked material policy. | ||
| Which, again, is interesting, because one, it wasn't hacked material. | ||
| Two, it wasn't Russian disinformation. | ||
| Three, it was incredibly damaging to the Democrats, which gives you the real reason why they wanted to center it. | ||
| But four, every day now, it seems, there are... | ||
| Hacker groups, anonymous hacker groups, releasing hacked information about the Oath Keepers, about the Proud Boys, about any number of right-wing organizations released on Twitter, echoed by Democrat organizations and major mainstream media outlets. | ||
| Totally fine. They're allowed to do that because they're good hackers, because the information they hacked is good and they want you to hear that. | ||
| It's transparent, folks. | ||

| What is the latest with your case, and where do you see this whole January 6th show trial going? | ||
| The ultimate target, of course, is President Trump. | ||
| So what they've done, it's important for everyone to know that Benny Thompson, who chairs the January 6th committee, He filed a lawsuit way back in February 16th, 2021, just over a month after January 6th. | ||
| In that lawsuit, he accused President Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Oath Keepers and Proud Boys of conspiring to disrupt Congress by force on January 6th. | ||
| That was the game plan. | ||
| The whole January 6th committee is just a smoke-and-mirrors dog-and-pony show to get them to their ultimate goal, which is to accuse Trump of crimes. | ||
| And the DOJ persecution is the same exact thing. | ||
| All they're doing is—that's the narrative, that's their goal. | ||
| That's what you need to understand. | ||
| The ultimate target is President Trump himself and, of course, the entire MAGA movement. | ||
| And now they're just going back and manufacturing the evidence to get them there. | ||
| And the most recent development is they've coerced Josh James, one of the Oath Keepers who went into the Capitol, to testify to bear false witness against the rest of us and commit perjury by saying that I, way back in November of 2020, Planned to disrupt Congress by force on January 6th, an absolute lie. | ||
| But this is what they do. They coerce people with huge stacks of charges where they can face decades in jail, and then coerce them to turn on other people and lie. | ||
| And that's what the DOJ does, and that's what they're doing now. | ||
| And so unfortunately, he's committing the sin of bearing false witness, and I pray for his soul, frankly. | ||
| Yeah, so he's been charged with seditious conspiracy, obviously facing potentially decades in prison, but then he's told, we are not after you. | ||
| We don't want the small fish. I mean, it's classic. | ||
| I mean, they're treating you guys like you're the New York mob, right? | ||
| You participated in a peaceful protest, as far as I'm concerned. | ||
| You... I never heard you discuss seditious conspiracy. | ||
| You were always forthright and open about what your purpose of going to Washington, D.C. there to participate in the peaceful protest against what you saw as a stolen election that I think is a perfectly valid and constitutionally appropriate Redress to demand from the government. | ||
| And so they go, we're not after you. | ||
| We're after the big guy, right? | ||
| We're after the boss of this mafia. | ||
| As if you Stuart Rhodes are a murderer and a thief. | ||
| I mean, they're going after you like you are. | ||
| Don Corleone, a murderous mobster, they're using the same tactics and they're using the same threats of, you'll pay for this crime unless you give us who we really want, who is your boss, who told us. | ||
| And so they say whatever they need to say in order to get their charges down. | ||

| And their hope, of course, is to get more of us to roll over and then bear false witness against Trump. | ||
| I'm not going to. It's never Let's drill down on that because, as you've pointed out to me, A lot of people out there, Republicans, are especially guilty of this, are ready to throw you guys under the bus. | ||
| Well, the January 6th guys, Ted Cruz says you're terrorists, and all the respectable Republicans want nothing to do with you. | ||
| Well, we condemn them. Do whatever you want with them. | ||
| Throw them into jail for life. | ||
| Cut their heads off. We could care less. | ||
| We're the good guys. I mean, they need to understand, it's not because you did anything bad. | ||
| It's because you're an easy target, and once they get you, they're moving up the chain. | ||
| I mean, this is a threat To our existence as a nation, especially as a republic. | ||
| Talk about that a little bit, about the goal being ultimately Trump and all Republicans and how they can't just ignore what's happening to you. | ||
| Yeah, it's like some Jews in Germany saying, we're the good Jews. | ||
| We'll be good. It's those bad ones over there. | ||

| This is what happened in Germany, right? | ||
| Like Pastor Niemeyer said later when I came from the trade unionist, I said nothing because I wasn't a trade unionist. | ||
| And on down the line of people until it came to him, there's no one else left to say anything about it. | ||
| That's what's happening in this country. | ||
| This is the beginning of a totalitarian regime. | ||
| It's not going to stop. It's not going to stop the January 6th defendants. | ||

| They're going after the entire America First, Make America Great Again movement. | ||

| And, you know, obviously they're very, very concerned at destroying your reputation and making anybody out there scared to support you by framing you as just the worst person in the world, which, again, you know, anybody who watches this show or Infowars who's followed your work for years knows exactly what you're all about and knows that it's inline 100% with the Constitution and our founding fathers in the most legal and patriotic way. | ||
| So it's outrageous to make the claims that they're making. | ||
| But there's a recent story from The Intercept. | ||
| They title it The Lonely Revolutionary that had a lot of stuff to say about you. | ||
| And I know you had stuff that they left out. | ||
| And I want to know if you wanted to express some of the things that they refused to put in this article. | ||
| Well, the biggest one, of course, is what we talked about last time I talked to you, is that not only am I saying that the The election was stolen, but that it was unconstitutional. | ||
| It did not comply with either Article 1, Section 4, which governs congressional elections, or Article 2, Section 1, which governs the selection of the electors. | ||
| It must be by the state legislatures. | ||
| That's who decides these things. | ||
| And so the black-letter law of the Constitution will have followed. | ||
| And the author of that piece, Mike Giglio, of course, left that out. | ||
| And he just parrots the standard leftist, you know, Well, these are all just crazy people that have delusional thoughts and none of this is valid. | ||
| That's the oldest trick in the book, that the opposition, that nothing the opposition is saying has any credence, that there are no legitimate grievances, that they're all either crazy people or, of course, we're all racist. | ||
| That's what Benny Thompson asserted in his lawsuit back on February 17th of 2021, is that we were a bunch of racists who were trying to disenfranchise black people. | ||
| I believe that's why they picked a black congressman to be the lead plaintiff for that. | ||
| And then after he left, he removed himself from the case and became the January 6th committee chair. | ||
| Then they stuck Maxine Waters and other black congresspeople in there as poster children. | ||
| That's the big lie and the big smear, is that we were trying to disrupt Congress by force to disenfranchise black people. | ||
| That's just an absolute lie. | ||
| It's utterly outrageous. | ||

| But when that failed, they instituted the January 6th committee, which from its inception was an unconstitutional committee in that their entire design was to bring criminal charges to Donald Trump, which is not in the purview of Congress. | ||
| That's in the purview of the Department of Justice. | ||
| But regardless, they start this committee in order to get Donald Trump and they take out anybody in between on the way there. | ||
| At the same time, yesterday we showed the video of Project Veritas, legitimate journalists getting their door kicked in by the FBI. | ||
| The official Department of Justice Alejandro Mayorkas' new dictate is that spreading misinformation is domestic terror and will be treated as such. | ||
| I mean these are the apparatuses of total control, absolute totalitarianism coming right now. | ||
| We as a people and as people who enjoy liberty and love liberty and actually love America cannot afford to ignore what's going on here. | ||
| So again, Stuart, you got cut off there, but one of the many defamatory and false and just misaligned articles, the latest from The Intercept, about you, this one's called The Lonely Revolutionary, I know. | ||
| They left out, as you were pointing out, the claims you were making and still make about how this was an unconstitutional election. | ||
| Because if they were to leave that in, people might read it and go, now wait, what's he talking about? | ||
| I better look into this. Oh, it does look like something happened here. | ||
| Maybe, you know, Stewart's cause wasn't some crazy, wild, insane conspiracy theory. | ||
| It was a constitutional concern that everybody in America should be worried about. | ||
| So just continue in your response to this article, Stewart. | ||
| What the left does is, from the very inception of Oath Keepers, like from Southern Pobody Law Center attacking us, they never will ever admit you have any kind of legitimate grievance or any credibility. | ||
| They're always casting you as a crazy person or that you have nefarious intent driven by racial animus that you're a racist somehow. | ||
| So that's their entire shtick. | ||
| And unfortunately, this guy did the exact same thing. | ||
| He would nod and smile and even agree with me at times when he was talking to me, but in the end, It will never include anything that would cause a reader to go, wait a minute, that's actually a good point. | ||
| So a thoughtful article would have said, well, it's got a fair point there. | ||
| The constitutional text does say that the legislature decides in both congressional and presidential elections the method for selecting the electors or the method for the election, and that it was not followed. | ||
| They won't do that. | ||
| They'll never concede that there's any legitimate point. | ||
| That's why you should never give an interview with the left at all. | ||
| And I've had a difficult time learning that lesson over the years because, of course, they're very nice and polite when they call you. | ||
| And that's the same with the January 6th committee. | ||
| They put a front man up as a nice young attorney, very polite, very thoughtful, seems like a nice guy. | ||
| It's a good cop, bad cop routine. | ||
| Do not talk to them. | ||
| There's no point to it. | ||
| It's like talking to the FBI. You could be a nice agent. | ||
| He's very nice and understanding and nods his head and smiles and says, yeah, I understand what you mean. | ||
| But in the end, they're going to use that to either ruin your life or somebody else's or demonize you. | ||
| There's no point in talking to them at all. | ||
| Right, absolutely. And not only did they refuse to say the stuff that makes your case seem more legitimate or actually recognizes the legitimacy of your claims and the impetus behind your actions, they also, I know you were talking about, chose not to report some of the things you'd said that really... | ||
| Could turn this into a moment where left and right can come together against the elites and the oligarchs and the people that so dishonestly control our government. | ||
| They don't want that either. | ||
| They don't want anybody thinking that you have any commonality with the other side because they don't want unity. | ||
| They want division. Can you talk a little about that? | ||
| Yeah, because I told him, I said, hey, the Occupy Wall Street movement was correct about who the bad guys are. | ||
| It is the 1%, the super rich population. | ||
| You know, the international jet set who look at the rest of us as, you know, like farm animals. | ||
| That is the bad guys. | ||
| Those are the bad guys. But their solutions, of course, are going from the frying pan to the fire. | ||
| So they just create their solutions. | ||
| But they're right about who is the actual enemy of the American people. | ||
| It is the global elites and super rich. | ||
| But he left that out of the article as well. | ||
| Because, yeah, you can't have any leftist readers going, wait a minute, you know, I agree with that. | ||
| But there's some common ground somewhere. | ||
| We can't have that. They've got to have the divide and conquer and further divide and conquer. | ||
| So this is the problem, is that in this country right now, anybody who stood up over the election being stolen is being demonized as a terrorist. | ||
| And like you said earlier, the Republicans are pushing them to the edge of the herd saying, oh, it's the black sheep. | ||
| We have nothing to do with them. | ||
| And even Trump, unfortunately, until very recently, ignored all the January 6th defendants and tried to distance himself from them. | ||
| Only recently, they can now say he'll pardon us. | ||
| If he ever gets re-elected, which is great, but, you know, where has he been? | ||
| He should be funding our defense right now. | ||
| The guy's a billionaire. He should be funding the defense of all the January 6th defendants. | ||
| We shouldn't have to be scraping by trying to get donations to cover our legal defenses to hire good lawyers. | ||
| Trump should be doing that. | ||
| But, of course, I'm sure he's being advised not to have anything to do with us. | ||
| We're all co-defendants. | ||
| Then goes to Roger Stone. | ||
| Is Roger Stone raising money for the January 6th defendants? | ||
| I don't think he is. Why not? | ||
| He's a co-defendant in some of these lawsuits along with the rest of us. | ||
| So we're all in this together, whether you like it or not, it's time to circle the wagons and come together and defend everybody who's being persecuted because if they go down, you go down. | ||
| And that goes for all of you out there. | ||
| Eventually it's going to get to you too. | ||
| They're not going to stop with just us. | ||
| They're going to come after you. | ||
| Remember, they feared both Oath Keepers and Proud Boys because we were the ones in the streets for the entire Trump administration defending people against antifa, so they feared and hated us. | ||
| So, of course, we're a big target. | ||
| Even though it was like, what, 800 to 1,000 people went inside the Capitol, they're focusing on the two groups that they've always had it out for because of what we do on the streets. | ||
| We protect people. They don't like that. | ||
| They don't want that going on. | ||
| They want to stop that kind of behavior. | ||
| That's why we're big targets. | ||
| And, of course, it demonizes us in the eyes of the left to make it easier for them to go after Trump. | ||
| And, unfortunately, the rhinos, as part of the unit party, jump right into that bandwagon. | ||
| Like you said, Ted Cruz. | ||
| And you've got Lindsey Graham's another one. | ||
| And they're showing their true colors. | ||
| I don't trust either Cruz or Lindsey Graham as far as you can check them. | ||
| They're rhinos and they're part of the unit party. | ||
| Right. And of course, you know, they're out there calling you terrorists. | ||
| Meanwhile, you're sitting in a jail cell. | ||
| I mean, you're paying the real price for this. | ||
| I don't want to hear ever again, you know, Stuart Rhodes is a grifter or any of these other, he's a Fed, like any of these other accusations have been thrown at you. | ||
| I've been pretty stalwart on this the entire time. | ||
| But I mean, here you are, you've been in jail for months, you know, awaiting trial. | ||
| Clearly, they're throwing everything they can at you as more and more articles come out on almost a daily basis, trying to, you know, establish more and more what a bad guy you are. | ||
| You're paying the price for this. | ||
| You're sitting in prison right now. | ||
| Just tell us what that is like to be paying the price for standing up for freedom in the United States of America. | ||
| Well, hey, I am in the Word every day. | ||
| I just pray to God every day and read my scriptures. | ||
| I'm strong. I really, I'm taking this in stride because I know it's God's will. | ||
| So, like Christ on the cross, you know, before he was going up, if this is the bitter cup, I can be taken from me to take it from me. | ||
| But if not, then if it's your will, then I'll bear it. | ||
| That's how I feel about this. | ||
| This is the price it takes for me to take a stand, and I'll take a stand. | ||
| And I'm not the only one doing this. | ||
| I mean, there have been Oath Keepers in jail for over a year now. | ||
| Kelly Meggs and Joshua James was actually let out, but Kelly Meggs, Kenny Harrelson has been in there for over a year, and other people have been there far longer than myself. | ||
| So I'm okay. I'm fine. | ||
| I can deal with this. | ||
| That's what's sad about Josh James dishonoring his oath and committing the sin. | ||
| Bearing false witness and the crime of perjury, he should man up and just take it like the rest of us are taking it. | ||
| Instead, he's turning on us with bearing false witness and ultimately he's turning on President Trump and the entire Make America Great Again movement, the entire patriot movement in this country. | ||
| He's betraying all of us. It's pretty bad. | ||
| Because he's giving them a foot in the door to save his own, but he is sacrificing all of you and, like you say, bearing false witness, which allows them to then bring charges to you to maybe put pressure on you and maybe you'll bear false. | ||
| I mean, they're working their way up. | ||
| It's as obvious as it could possibly be. | ||
| He's saving himself, but he's sacrificing everything he professes to believe in and the entire movement. | ||
| That's the goal is to get others to do the same. | ||
| Well, what Josh is doing, I better do it too. | ||
| I'm never doing that. That's not going to happen if that's the bank. | ||
| And I hope the other defendants also refuse to be coerced. | ||
| This is what the DOJ does. | ||
| Plea bargains are always coerced. | ||
| There's always a stack of charges that makes you feel like you're going to spend the rest of your life in jail, and it's coerced. | ||
| Then they praise you in front of the judge in this legal farce. | ||
| The judge asks the defendant, well, are you giving this of your own free will? | ||
| You're not being coerced, are you? | ||
| And the defendant says, well, of course not. | ||
| I'm doing this with my own free will. | ||
| It's a complete deal. No, it's classic tactics. | ||
| It's literally gulag tactics. | ||
| It's as obvious as it can be. | ||

| So as we connect with him, I want to take another moment to continue on talking about the Terror being rained down upon a patriotic civilian in America who has had his life utterly destroyed because he told the truth about the Biden family corruption. | ||
| And this wasn't something he researched. | ||
| It wasn't something that his life was all about. | ||
| He's a man named John Paul Mac Isaac, who ran a humble laptop repair shop in Delaware that one day happened to be the laptop repair shop that Hunter Biden chose to help fix his computer. | ||
| And he decided to never come back for that computer, so it legally came into the possession of this repairman. | ||
| That's what happens if you drop your laptop off at a repair shop and then just never come pick it up and won't respond to calls. | ||
| Legally, after a certain amount of time, it becomes their property since they have to deal with it. | ||
| And so he started looking through it, either during the, you know, fixing of the laptop or when he came into his possession. | ||
| He saw things that troubled him. | ||
| Stories at Breitbart, Hunter Biden's laptop from hell repairman says life upended bankruptcy looms. | ||
| The man who used to own the Delaware computer repair shop where Hunter Biden left his notorious laptop from hell says bankruptcy looms as his life has been turned upside down by private citizens, tech giants and federal agencies since the contents of his laptop became public. | ||
| John Paul MacIsaac, 45, tells the New York Post that he received a slew of death threats after the bombshell revelations on Biden's laptop became public and noted a Wilmington state trooper had to maintain a constant presence outside of his shop in Trolley Square. | ||
| He added, quote,"...there were multiple situations where people came in and you could tell they were not there to have a computer fixed. | ||
| And if it were not for other people in the shop, I don't know what would have happened. | ||
| I was having vegetables, eggs, dog crap thrown at the shop every morning." Mack Isaac previously told Breitbart News that Hunter Biden dropped the computer off at his shop on the 12th of April 2019 to conduct a data recovery. | ||
| He says he called Biden the next day to inform him the recovery was completed, but Hunter never picked it up. | ||
| He said, I became concerned over some of the contents I was viewing, Mack Isaac told Breitbart News. | ||
| He informed the FBI of the device before bringing it to a former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. | ||
| Eventually, the New York Post came into possession of the laptop's content. | ||
| And it was published a series of reports on them in October 2020, the lead-up to the 2020 election, which was extensively covered by Breitbart News and Full Wars and others. | ||
| And then, of course, that was censored. | ||
| It was, as we've played, called Russian disinformation by everybody in big tech media. | ||
| And it was them who helped to justify or encourage this abuse against the man who... | ||
| Actually expose this. | ||
| So, you know, it's almost impossible to figure out, to like conceptualize I don't know how far America has fallen, but just think about what should have happened. | ||
| Just think about if this was a normal time and we were not ruled by people who despise us and corrupt oligarchs who do nothing but try to bankrupt and destroy us. | ||
| Just imagine, you have evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors, the most disgusting things you could ever imagine, by the president's son showing His business ties with his father, who was vice president of the United States at the time, with foreign oligarchs and Chinese spies and human traffickers. | ||
| In any normal situation, when he brought this to the FBI, it should have been discussed immediately. | ||
| As soon as it became known in the public, it should have been a firestorm of reporting We're good to go. | ||
| Complete gaslighting falsehoods about this information and then you had all of that encouraging people to actually attack the person and destroy the life of the person who brought them this information. | ||

| You know, it's interesting because I mean, it's becoming more and more clear that the paradigm, the dichotomy that we're in, it's pretty simple. | ||
| You either get it or you don't. | ||
| You either are able to see through the lies or you are cattle with blinders on. | ||
| You are a sheep being led to the slaughter. | ||
| And it's not about your political... | ||
| It's not about your religion, your morals, your beliefs. | ||
| It's really none of that stuff. | ||
| It's about whether you are a deaf, dumb, and blind servant of the system, servant of the establishment, willfully ignorant about what's going on, or you just simply have that human spirit and that skeptic mind that America was built on That tells you everything you're seeing is a fabrication. | ||
| And it's all being done in a unified, concerted, monolithic effort to destroy anything that makes us strong, destroy anything that keeps us uncontrolled, destroy anything that allows us to express our individuality, to have control over what our children believe, to have control over what our government does. | ||
| All of that is being torn away, ripped away, And completely trashed in the name of a few feel-good sort of talking points and random weasel words that fall apart completely with even the most modest inspection. | ||
| I mean, just off the top of your head, right? | ||
| You've got the FBI kicking in the door of Project Veritas journalists, right? | ||
| So you've got state police attacking journalists who are unfriendly to the current regime. | ||
| A little bit troubling. | ||
| Of course, the FBI isn't just going after journalists. | ||
| They're going after parents who confront school boards about teaching their children things they'd rather not have them learn at such a young age. | ||
| Those are terrorists now. | ||
| Of course, they've actually codified it now in law, saying that, not even in law really, Laws have to be passed through the legislature. | ||
| We don't operate that anymore. | ||
| We operate by dictates now. | ||
| We aren't a country that abides by the rule of law. | ||
| We are a country that manipulates the rule of law to serve in the benefit of— The tyrants that rule us. | ||
| So they're kicking in doors of journalists. | ||
| They're arresting and calling terrorist parents who confront teachers at school board meetings. | ||
| They are claiming that misinformation or even the ability to spread misinformation makes you a domestic terrorist and you'll be spied on. | ||
| Of course, they're all doing this within the government in complete violation of our constitutional rights. | ||
| But they're really circumventing our constitutional rights by cooperating with big tech. | ||
| We know that when they would maybe need to get a warrant to search your device, they don't need a warrant when they can simply request the data from Amazon or Google or any of their other partners in big tech. | ||
| And they're pretty open now about asking from official positions like the White House press secretary, big tech, to censor news that they would rather not have. | ||
| But it goes farther than that as they're officially circumventing Co-opting TikTok stars, teenagers that don't even understand what they're saying to help spread the propaganda. | ||
| So even with the thin veil of legitimacy that it gives them to outsource their despotism to big tech companies, they're doing away with that and just openly cooperating with private corporations to put down the American people. | ||
| And then you've got the border open and you've got the crime spikes and you've got peaceful protesters going away for up to 60 years while you have people who threw firebombs at federal police officers being let out the next day to go rejoin the riots once again. | ||
| I mean, you have just a full-on attack against the people of the United States and the values that made the United States powerful in the first place. | ||
| The entire point of the establishment now seems to be open division. | ||
| Bankrupting America on behalf of private interests and foreign excursions. | ||
| And all of this has been going on for decades. | ||
| It's just getting to the point that they think they can get away with doing it in your face without even having to give you an excuse. | ||
| Of course, the people who have been here warning you about this the entire time is Infowars. | ||
| Did I even touch on COVID? Did I even get to the digital passports and the vaccine mandates and the destruction of the economy on the lockdowns that didn't work and the vaccine that doesn't work and the masks that don't work? | ||
| I mean, it's... It's everything, folks. | ||
| It's wild. And in fact, there's an article that I had today that showed – I'll have to get into it tomorrow because I don't have time to today as we connect with Judge Joe Brown. | ||
| But it's an article about the way that Americans perceive – America and their fellow Americans. | ||
| It's from YouGov America. | ||
| From millionaires to Muslims, small subgroups of the population seem much larger to many Americans, they say. | ||
| And it shows, basically they ask people, they say things like, you know, what do you think the proportion is of millionaires in America? | ||
| Incomes over a million dollars. | ||
| And people respond, I think, about 20%. | ||
| That's the average response, 20%. | ||
| In reality, less than 1% of household incomes are over $1 million a year. | ||
| When asked what percentage of people they think are transgender, people think that's about a fifth of people. | ||
| In reality, it's around or less than 1%. | ||
| How many people do they think are Muslim in America? | ||
| They say about 27%. | ||
| Well, in reality, it's only 1%. | ||
| See, between these two dots, the blue and the red, this is the gap of fantasy. | ||
| See, this represents what people believe is reality, and this over here represents reality. | ||
| So what does this mean as a whole? | ||
| What this means, what this expresses, is that a vast majority of American people are quite literally living in a fantasy world. | ||
| The world they think, the world they envision, they think that they're living in is completely fabricated, is completely arbitrary, is completely unmoored from the reality on the ground. | ||
| So this is what the information war is about. | ||
| It's about saying, extract yourself from the media paradigm. | ||
| Pull yourself willfully, like you have to do it. | ||
| No one's going to do it for you. | ||
| You have to tell yourself, alright, I have to think about what I'm hearing, but completely shed my biases. | ||
| Now this is what they tell you to do when it comes to race or whatever, right? | ||
| You've got to confront your privilege and shed your bias to understand what's going on here. | ||
| But that's what you have to do about the media landscape. | ||
| You have to understand things are not as we're being told. | ||
| And some things that might seem very important are only that important because they're reported at a completely unequal level. | ||
| And if you were to shed this filter that we see the world through, if you were to take off the lenses through which the media filters this information, and you were able just to see the information as it actually was, you'd probably come to very different conclusions than the conclusions that you're brought to when you believe complete lies, when you believe complete fantasies, when you think things are a way that they just aren't. | ||
| So I mean, this is a very troubling graph that they have here. | ||
| Because it just shows people have no idea what the ethnic, religious, moral framework of the country they live in is. | ||
| They're completely unmoored. | ||
| They're completely... It really couldn't be more clear. | ||
| They live in a fantasy world, and our job here at InfoWars is to, like that Apple commercial from 1984, hurl the hammer through the mainstream media screen of misinformation, Big Brother yelling down at the people, shatter that paradigm, | ||

| Well, yeah, excellent. And I think, you know, I was saying earlier in the show, it's like you either get it or you don't these days. | ||
| And I think you're someone that firmly is in the side of someone who just gets it. | ||
| You're just able to see sort of through the propaganda and you arrive at the truth, which is why I love following your Twitter and why I wanted to have you on today on really a number of different topics. | ||
| But originally about the so-called Florida Don't Say Gay Bill, which, of course, that's not what the bill is. | ||
| And you have some pretty strong words to say about it on Twitter. | ||
| What are your thoughts on what's going on today in the way that education is being used to progress this sexual agenda? | ||
| Well, see, here's what's going on. | ||
| Right now, in the prohibited category, you cannot discriminate against anyone for race, color, national origin, sex, age, or medical condition. | ||
| And you can't discriminate against anyone because of religion. | ||
| Now, all of them but religion are basically status situations. | ||
| In other words, you're born that way. | ||
| You develop that way. | ||
| There's nothing you can do about it. | ||
| Now, religion is volitional. | ||
| In other words, it's a matter of choice. | ||
| But you take the baby with you to church, synagogue, or mosque, And by the time that baby grows up, he has been so inculcated with that religion that he is no longer or she is no longer able to question the religion and it becomes rather ingrained in them. | ||
| So they are trying to use the trannies to speak in the public libraries to two, three, four, and five-year-olds. | ||
| And put that agenda in schools at first, second, third, etc. | ||
| grades so the child grows up inculcated in a new secular religion that deals with essentially a sex cult. | ||
| And I call it a cult because I'm aware of a number of gays who don't like LGBTQ. And that's like saying you're a Christian. | ||
| That doesn't mean you've supported Jim Jones with the Kool-Aid or Branch Davidian. | ||
| Or if you're a Christian, you're a Baptist, Catholic, Protestant, Episcopalian, or whatever the case may be. | ||
| That said, I totally object to anybody using the government or the schools in particular to try and inculcate youth with what is essentially a religion. | ||
| You can't do that for the formal religions. | ||
| You should not be able to do that for somebody's, let's say, sex cult. | ||
| Right. Because this... | ||
| Secular religion. Exactly. | ||
| Secular religion. It has all the aspects of religion. | ||
| It has a moral basis that it's trying to perpetuate like religion. | ||
| And you say on Twitter, if religions can't recruit in schools, then neither should sex cults. | ||
| Traditional parents ban indoctrination recruitment seduction programs for school sex cults in Florida. | ||
| The rest of the nation's parents who wish to protect their children from perversion should follow Florida. | ||
| Like, even take it out of... | ||
| You know, alternative sexual lifestyles, right? | ||
| You take it out of whether it's lesbian, gay, homosexual, transgender, just the idea that they are so desperate to get sex education to kindergartners. | ||
| I mean, this is something else. | ||
| There's something else going on here, a spiritual battle. | ||

| You see people say, oh, he always said he wanted to be a girl or... | ||
| Well, he was only two and a half years old. | ||
| He was just learning to talk. | ||
| And see, they're ignorant of child development psychology. | ||
| Children often push something on an adult to see what the adult's reaction is to it. | ||
| In other words, no, baby. | ||
| You're not a girl. | ||
| You're a boy. Don't wear mama's high-heeled shoe. | ||
| You see, and if the adult says no, then they learn. | ||
| If the adult says, oh my goodness, I have to deal with what my child wants, then of course the child gets a very confusing signal. | ||
| That's just human nature and you have to guide children. | ||
| They're not weeds that just grow wild. | ||
| They have to be pruned. | ||
| They have to be trimmed. | ||
| They have to be guided into trellises so they grow up to be functional and appropriate adults. | ||
| Now, one reason I am so off on this is in the 50 years I've been dealing with law, most of it has had to do with criminal law. | ||
| And one of the things that I quickly noticed was that Poor home training, the wrong inculcation and the socialization. | ||
| Acculturation, etc. | ||
| at home leads to somebody who is incapable or unwilling to conform him or herself to what society requires. | ||
| They are not about the business of duty, honor, obligation, responsibility, accountability, dependability, being able to make where they live a better, safer, more secure And prosperous place filled with a viable economy, morality, and some sense of purpose and ethics. | ||
| They just lack that because they aren't properly raised. | ||
| So when you start telling people that they should shun their duty and their responsibilities that go along with the gender that they're born with, And say, oh, just do what you want. | ||
| You know, that is a bad thing. | ||
| The slogan, in fact, one time I talked to the Corps of Engineers out in Los Angeles some years ago. | ||
| They had an assembly, and I said, with due respect, gentlemen, ladies, the Army's mantra is wrong. | ||
| Not be all you can be because you can be a damn fool, but be all you ought to be. | ||
| And I got a standing ovation on that. | ||
| That's great. Yeah, and of course, the Church of Satan slogan is do as thou wilt, right? | ||
| Do whatever you want. | ||
| I mean, it may make you happy in the short term, but it certainly doesn't provide for a foundation on which actual happiness can be built. | ||
| And I think that's a key point that you make. | ||
| And I think it's honestly a bitter indictment of our culture that what you're expressing is seen by a lot of people, including the mainstream media and our government, as something extreme and dangerous that needs to be fought against. | ||
| What you're expressing is just classic American wisdom. | ||
| I mean, everybody used to understand this stuff, but we've fallen so far. | ||
| Let me interject this. | ||
| The statewide recidivism rate in Tennessee was what it was nationally, 80%. | ||
| In my courtroom over a 10-year period, it reduced to 18%, not 80%. | ||
| I counseled everybody that I let out of jail on bond and put on probation. | ||
| That's amazing. | ||
| Well, hold on. | ||

| We got cut off by commercial, but I wanted to give you a chance to get back into how you were so successful in preventing crimes happening in the future by the way you treated criminals when they were caught the first time. | ||
| Okay, how do you reduce the statewide recidivism rate from 80% down to 18% over a 10-year period? | ||
| Well, you give the defendant, the miscreant, a cause, a purpose in life. | ||
| And that purpose in life should be one that they could focus on every morning when they got up, brushed their teeth, combed their hair, shaved, or fixed their coif if they were female. | ||
| And that was simply Putting in them manhood or womanhood, as the case may be. | ||
| And when you're a man or you're a woman, there are certain duties, responsibilities, and accountabilities that apply to your circumstances and situations. | ||
| So these people that just want to be something else, this transgender stuff, that's just a cop-out. | ||
| Because they're abdicating their responsibility to do what Mother Nature set the gender up to do. | ||
| And that simply tosses a burden on everybody else's shoulders to make up for their shirking their responsibilities. | ||
| See, sometimes it's not about what I want. | ||
| What I feel like, it's what I ought to do. | ||
| Right. Duty, honor, responsibility, etc. | ||
| And we have gotten away from teaching those fundamental things. | ||
| And to me, this relates to the ongoing conversation about race and crime in this country, where, you know, if you want to address the underlying causes of the crime, which again is just absolutely skyrocketing right now, the last thing you want to do is tell the criminals, oh, it's not your fault. | ||
| It's okay. Just keep doing whatever you're doing. | ||
| It's because people don't have a sense of purpose. | ||
| They have nothing to lose. | ||
| So who cares if I go to jail, right? | ||
| I mean, when you have nothing that makes you strong, a family, a community, a responsibility, Then, of course, you'll fly off the handle at whatever and commit crime. | ||
| And so the way that the rising crime rate is being treated now is, in my opinion, the complete opposite of what should be done. | ||
| It's stripping the criminals of their responsibility. | ||
| It's stripping of them of their accountability. | ||
| And it's allowing criminals to run roughshod over the law-abiding citizens. | ||
| What do you think about that? Well, yes, you can see an example of that with what's happened in Chicago with the Jesse Smolag situation. | ||
| We've had it for the last three years of turning Mr. | ||
| Trump out of office, and what we have had is CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc., etc., with grinning, bouncing heads, talking heads, approving of lawlessness, and that has gotten to the public, and they are... | ||
| Feeling it's okay to be a fool and to abdicate your responsibility to your community. | ||
| Now, I went through... | ||
| I listened to the sentencing proceeding, the entirety of it. | ||
| And I, in fact, interviewed some police from Chicago on my show, which comes on Friday, with Valerie Denise Jones. | ||
| And one thing that nobody seems to want to deal with, and the judge did not address, the one thing he didn't get into was called deterrence. | ||
| Right. Sometimes the sentence is supposed to deter others who are situated similarly to the defendant, so when they are contemplating doing what the defendant did, They say, no, I don't like what happened to that guy. | ||
| I'm going to do something else. | ||
| And frankly, I would have given him consecutive sentencing. | ||
| And when he did that little outburst on the way out, I would have found him in contempt and run the contempt consecutive to all of the sentencing so that It would result in him serving a bit more than the scant few days he's going to wind up serving on that time. | ||
| Now, what did he do wrong? | ||
| Well, the family started giving a number of reasons why he should be cut some slack, but actually, the reasons they were giving were very valid reasons to come down on This defendant harder. | ||
| I looked at it and the motive that stuck out to me from front to finish on this travesty is that he was trying to become an LGBTQ hero. | ||
| I also am stuck with the unpalatable Feeling that it had something to do with national politics, and it's this. | ||
| Back in 1997, Representative Conyers introduced a bill that has been tabled over and over again. | ||
| Jussie Smollett had quite a number of meetings with what some say is his aunt by marriage, Kamala Harris Imhoff, now Vice President of the United States, and Cory Booker. | ||
| And as soon as he... | ||
| Got this thing out with this fake noose around his neck. | ||
| Well, the two of them immediately tried to resurrect Conyers' long-tabled bill and label it the Anti-Lynch Act. | ||
| I cannot escape the gut feeling that there is a connection. | ||
| Now, that actually has nothing to do with lynching. | ||
| We have that same situation resurrecting itself with the recently passed Emmett Till Anti-Lynch Bill. | ||
| And I read it, and it says absolutely nothing about lynching in the bill. | ||
| It is an LGBTQ protection bill. | ||
| And I actually have interviewed, before she passed, Emmett Till's mother on two occasions, along with his stepfather. | ||
| This was back in the 90s. | ||
| And I also am old enough to have read, when it was a contemporary matter, these Statements of the perpetrators of Till's lynching when they gave an interview to Look magazine. | ||
| And they said that boy was brave and he sneered at them even down to as they were killing him, he was still defiant. | ||
| And comparing that brave young lad with this punk, Jesse Smollett is a disgrace. | ||
| But again, it is an effort to resurrect something with a caption that has nothing to do with the body of the bill. | ||
| And I think the feds need a new rule, or one that the rest of the country has, which is when the caption to the law doesn't match the law, then the law should fail. | ||
| And this character is slime. | ||
| He has disgraced the American public. | ||
| He has disgraced the American system. | ||
| And the deterrence that is needed with a severe and harsh sentence on him is because every time there is a legitimate victim of what he was lying about, that victim is looked at sideways. | ||

| Right. And see, that is a besmirchment on all of these people who've actually said what he is trying to fake. | ||
| And personally, I am very resentful of this because I had an uncle who was actually lynched in the South. | ||

| The latest with Jussie Smollett is that he has been released from jail pending an appeal of his conviction. | ||
| He was released from jail on Wednesday night after an Illinois appeals court granted an emergency motion by his defense attorneys. | ||
| Smollett's legal team is looking to delay his sentence and grant him bond until their appeal on his conviction is decided on. | ||
| He was sentenced to 30 months of felony probation including 150 days in jail. | ||
| Really a very moderate sentence for somebody that As Judge O'Brown was laying out, was taking advantage of the historical discomfort that we experience in this country, aggravating racial division, doing it politically to benefit his friends so they could pass a law and get a feather in their cap. | ||
| I mean, the number of Reasons this guy should be condemned are numerous, and yet he showed no contrition, showed no, you know, apology, saying, look, I messed up, you know, asking for forgiveness. | ||
| He was sort of defiant until the end. | ||
| But you were talking about how this affects you personally, as you've had people in your family actually legitimately lynched. | ||

| I had an uncle who was lynched. | ||
| I had an uncle who was lynched, and my grandfather, who was a practicing physician, and his brother retaliated by murdering the two people that were doing it, were deemed responsible. | ||
| Now, this was back in the 19th century, and they had to flee the state, but they lived long and prospered. | ||
| So, the family thing is... | ||
| Very much offended when I see this damn fool sissy with this noose around his neck. | ||
| And you see, the judge recapitulated that. | ||
| They caught Smolet on some security cameras. | ||
| And a car comes by and the two Nigerians leave and Smolet's got the noose in his hand. | ||
| He puts it around his own neck. | ||
| Noose hanging in the front, or rather the knot and the cord hanging in the front, walks into the hotel and they've got him with this noose that he put around his neck. | ||
| They also had him recorded on a security camera at a costume shop during Halloween week, buying that noose and accompanied by its two Nigerian Confederates. | ||
| So he, in spite of the fact that his two accomplices, Essentially confessed and told on him he's still maintaining this outright lie which had no credibility from the beginning that he was the victim of a lynch and a lynching episode and frankly I find that very offensive and because of the seriousness of that he needs the strictest punishment the harshest punishment and another thing as a practitioner of this Profession for a very long time. | ||
| I would note that we haven't had a real lynching in this country in a long, long time, except what is statistically inevitable. | ||
| When you've got 360 million people, somebody might get hung from a tree. | ||
| It's just a random... | ||
| But when he came out with this noose, all of these susceptible people who respond to the slightest suggestions is this is something to do. | ||
| I got a grave worry that others would be encouraged to go out maybe on the other side and let's go lynch somebody. | ||
| Let's go make this real. | ||
| And see, there is this danger when you have mental health issues that are so poorly recognized and treated these days for some deranged individual to go out and do something like that. | ||
| And speaking of which, it seems that maybe that's the case here since small-aged people are saying he's got mental health issues. | ||
| Maybe he does have some mental health issue that needs to be addressed. | ||
| His conduct certainly implies that. | ||
| Yeah, I think so, and I think it's a shame that he's not in prison right now, and he's not going to be in prison for longer, because I agree with you completely. | ||
| On top of any number of other, you know, I mean, obviously he said it was white people that did it. | ||
| I mean, if they would have caught somebody and put it on them, would he be okay with them going to prison for decades on the hate crime charge? | ||
| I mean, he was willing to run roughshod over anybody to get this little bit of publicity for him. | ||
| I think it's rather despicable, but I really appreciate your... | ||
| Yes, I'm not a trained psychologist, but I certainly dealt with psychology often enough for practical matters in the practice and adjudication of criminal law. | ||
| You see, this person is an individual that strikes me as someone that hates himself. | ||
| And when he hates himself, it's very easy to scapegoat somebody else by transferring that hate. | ||
| So this person was doing something that reflected self-hate, reflected hate, deflected and transferred hate onto the general public. | ||
| And this was bad for our side, meaning our side, general people. | ||
| See, it was going to ramp up race relations as a factor to be dealt with when we need to be tamping that down. | ||
| And I would strongly suggest, by the way, that everyone get a legitimate DNA test and find out what's really in you. | ||
| You might find out that somebody you don't like, somebody more like you than you would be willing to accept at the moment, but perhaps a little thought and reflection, you might say, We're all people. Not so different. | ||
| And we're all Americans at the end of the day, but it seems like it's a pathology that certain people in this country have where they want to exacerbate any division they possibly can and just sort of bring it back full circle. | ||
| I wanted to show this tweet from Brandon Straka, who is a gay man, but he's a... | ||
| He does the walk-away movement, walking away from the Democratic Party. | ||
| But it reflects what you were saying a little bit earlier, and I think it goes along with the Jussie Smollett situation. | ||
| What Brandon Straka said was, he says, 10 years ago, I was fighting against people who said, quote, gay people want to recruit children. | ||
| And today I'm fighting a gay community that now believes that if they don't have a right to instruct six-year-olds about being homosexual and gender transitioning, then they're being attacked. | ||
| So in the same way, whether it's... | ||
| You know, the struggle for homosexuals to get equal rights or the struggles for black people to be treated like equal citizens in this country. | ||
| There's a group of people that will take advantage of these divisions for their own gain, and they leave the actual victims of this stuff behind in the dust and really do a discredit to what they've been through the entire time. | ||
| Do you see the similarity there? | ||
| Oh, yes, I do. | ||
| Now, it's kind of a facetious statement of the case. | ||
| My God, all of these people are being discriminated against. | ||
| I mean, there are so many that like to do it doggy style and reverse cowgirl on top. | ||
| Why don't we have recognition for this and why don't we get down in these schools and start teaching these children not to be biased and prejudiced to doggy style and reverse cowgirl? | ||
| Kindergarteners need to know this. | ||
| Why can't we do that? Yeah, it's crazy. | ||
| It is crazy. It's absolutely absurd. | ||
| And see, anytime you get a human being, you're getting a primate. | ||
| And that primate, as a higher order of mammal, needs acculturation and socialization. | ||

| No. They've got problems, but there's no point in trying to destroy the human culture so they can deal with those problems. | ||
