Speaker Time Text
harrison smith
We're going to start as we always do with our daily dispatch.
All right, here it is, folks, your daily dispatch for Thursday, the 6th of January 2022.
The exodus is taking place as Joe Rogan and others lead the exodus out of Twitter and onto alternative platforms like Getter, but things are not going as smoothly as some would like.
As Getter shadow bans reporter who queried ban of America First streamer, Getter has nothing more to say, the story at National File.
So they say they're a free speech platform, they say they don't censor, and yet, Nick Fuentes, host of the highly popular nightly show America First, was permanently banned from Getter last month for seemingly no reason when Elijah Schaefer of The Blaze attempted to get some clarification on this and ask why Nick Fuentes was banned.
kicked off of this platform they essentially said nothing about it other than saying that Jason Miller founder of Getter has been on record many times about how Getter does not tolerate hate speech racism discrimination or recruiting for white nationalism causes on the site then after this Elijah Schaefer found himself shadow banned and searching his name despite him having a verified account would not return any search results
so Getter may not be the free speech paradise that they say it is and I for one prefer gab a million times to one you know.
From theguardian.com, choosing pets over babies is selfish and diminishes us, says Pope.
In a move likely to raise the hackles of millions of dog moms, of millions of selfish pet owners, Pope Francis suggested that couples who prefer pets to children are selfish.
This is unacceptable to people that aren't Catholic, I guess.
Truly.
Mind-blowing.
I mean, what does he mean?
It's selfish to not have children and to simply, you know, while away your mortal coil without doing anything, looking into the future, or guaranteeing that humanity itself is embedded in any way.
No, no, just get a pet, go on vacation, and then die.
That's the Christian way.
Before Pope Francis, it's just all strange.
Of course, this is the anniversary of January 6th, or as Politico puts it, GOP commemorates Denialism Day.
Trump's baseless claims about the outcome and the idea that the January 6th riot was something other than a violent assault on the halls of government are no longer fringe elements of the GOP, but part of its DNA, which is maybe an article and a sentiment that someone like Ted Cruz would like to take a look at as he just pointlessly And stupidly goes along with all of their talking points.
We'll show an extended Tucker Carlson clip in the next segment that illustrates this.
Ted Cruz echoes Democrat talking point on January 6th demonstration calling election integrity protesters terrorists.
That's right.
Ted Cruz is claiming it was terrorism.
You know, the thing that the Democrats are saying he caused.
He's like, oh, the thing I was involved in?
That was terrorism.
Yeah, he's real stupid, I guess.
We'll get into that a little bit later.
As WashingtonExaminer.com notes, one year later, no one has been charged with sedition in the Capitol riot, despite initial DOJ hype.
One year after the Capitol riot, no one's been charged with sedition or insurrection, despite initial Justice Department claims that such charges were likely, and former President Donald Trump being impeached for allegedly inciting an insurrection.
Attorney General Merrick Garland said in Wednesday's speech ahead of the riot's anniversary that more than 725 defendants have been arrested.
However, none of the charges have been for sedition or insurrection.
In fact, most of them have been basically for trespassing.
But this is 9-11 Part 2.
This is the second Pearl Harbor.
This was, oh my gosh, look at all of the terrorists waving American flags and singing the national anthem.
How will we ever survive?
Yeah, we're going to talk a lot about January 6th today, but we're going to close out with our meme of the day in honor of Ted Cruz.
Here it is.
unidentified
Ted Cruz hiding in terror.
harrison smith
Hiding in absolute terror from the terrorists bashing their way through the door.
Look out, Ted Cruz!
It's an elderly lady with a thermos!
Hide!
Run away!
It's terror!
Quick, stick the guards on her!
Lock down the entire city militarily!
Create whole new branches of the national security state to go after this elderly woman with a thermos.
unidentified
You're listening to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
harrison smith
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
unidentified
Welcome back.
harrison smith
Welcome back to American Journal.
unidentified
You know, I don't want to brag.
harrison smith
But I'm pretty sure God is protecting me, even from my own desires.
I was really, really, really wanting to go to January 6th.
After all, there had been two major Stop the Steal protests, and I didn't get to go to either one of them prior to January 6th.
Then, before January 6th, I really wanted to go to January 6th.
I really wanted to be a part of it.
And God sitting over me said, that's a bad idea, Harrison.
You'll be charged as a terrorist if you go.
I didn't know at the time, but I got a nice little consolation prize.
I got to actually host the Alex Jones Show and cover in real time as the January 6 events unfolded.
And so what this has left me with is what I consider Free reign to comment on the events of the day, as you absolutely cannot, with any legitimacy, claim that I was at all involved in what happened that day.
Wasn't there.
I was, in fact, live on television reacting to it in real time.
Obviously, I didn't know what was going on or what was going to happen.
It was an entirely surprising event for me.
But that being the case means I get to talk about it honestly.
I get to not have to worry about the, you know, sort of Damocles of being thrown into jail for the rest of my life on trumped up charges if I, you know, accidentally say the wrong thing.
I wasn't there.
I wasn't involved.
I wasn't part of the planning.
I wasn't part of the event.
I was reacting to it live on television.
So with that out of the way, I want to say January 6th, It's kind of awesome.
It's kind of great.
I kind of really liked watching a bunch of congressmen put plastic bags over their head and run away.
It was awesome.
It was fantastic.
After an entire year of 2020, having to sit idly by and twiddle our thumbs while the entire country burned under the riots.
At the behest of George Floyd's ghost or whatever the hell was going on, it was absolutely fantastic to see a protest actually protesting the people who actually make the laws.
You know, rather than burning down small businesses, rather than, you know, burning to cinders the collection of like rare books that some...
Poor shop owner has spent his life compiling only to have it destroyed at the behest of some mindless mob with absolutely no legitimate concerns that they're actually protesting and no, you know, Nothing targeting people who actually make the laws, just targeting small business owners and poor, innocent shop workers.
It was fantastic to see patriots actually go after the people that were actually making the laws.
Oh, and by the way, the election was stolen.
The 2020 election was absolutely stolen.
More and more evidence is coming out on almost a daily basis at this point.
Gateway Pundit has a story about it we'll get into a little bit later.
But, you know, the evidence was overwhelming from the very beginning.
It was overwhelming.
I mean, just off the top of my head, we watched on election night as vote counts were changed, votes eliminated off of the count in real time on television that we all watched and saw.
We saw the way that it was that the counting was shut down at midnight for no reason whatsoever, only to have the count jump exponentially by the next morning, meaning they didn't actually shut down the count.
They just made all of the workers go away.
We saw actually there was undercover audio recordings of the training in Detroit where this video takes place of them explaining exactly how to circumvent oversight from the poll watchers by using COVID rules to keep them far enough away that they can't actually watch what they're doing.
We saw them pull ballot boxes out from under tables.
We saw a testimony from postal worker drivers who were told that they delivered palletfuls of ballots from New York City to Pennsylvania in the middle of the night only to have their truck essentially stolen from them by some sort of unknown and unregistered authority who then took them to count them.
Of course, before the...
The election even happened in October.
I put together a little a little compilation video of all of the problems with mail-in ballots of which there were only over 100 over 100 examples of stories from around the country of mail-in ballots either be found being found in dumpsters or being you know improperly sent out just thousands of ballots harvested by the mayoral candidate in Dallas just proof endless proof of
Deception going on when it came to November 3rd and on November 3rd, of course, there was the there's the mathematic Algorithm that you put to vote counts to see if they're legitimate and it has to do with how often certain numbers appear and It's a pretty standard way of determining whether or not a vote is valid and well-known falsified votes such as I believe in like 1980 in Iran, it's like the
Most unsecure election of all time.
And they used this, it was called the Binioff.
What was the, do y'all remember the, the mathematic term?
I can't remember now.
I like studied it extensively in the days following the election, but essentially there were certain places, happened to be the places that Joe Biden had to win, happened to be the swing states that all did not comport with what would, you know, the numbers that would represent a legitimate election.
So whether it was just the mathematic, Impossibility of the votes, whether it was just the tangible physical evidence of video and audio recordings of people cheating, or whether it was the fact that the mainstream media announced their intentions before it ever even happened, saying we were going to have a where it's going to look like a red wave, but then later the blue wave is going to come once we know how many votes we need.
They basically announced it and.
And made it all obvious.
And all of this is important to understand because what you need to really get about January 6th is that it was a legitimate protest.
And the fury that people felt was not fury that they had lost.
If Joe Biden had won legitimately, there never would have been a January 6th.
Hey, tell you what, establishment, if you want to avoid another January 6th, just don't steal another election.
And I think we should be good.
Tell you what, just actually serve the will of your people.
Actually just follow the law.
Maybe next time don't wildly and without any sort of oversight change all of the voting laws, impose mail-in ballots, and then have absolutely no security when it comes to these things.
So don't steal the election and you won't piss off the American people.
We've lost elections before.
It happens.
It didn't happen this time.
This election was stolen.
Everybody knows it.
And the anger and the fury that the January 6th protesters felt was not just justified.
It was really kind of light compared to what's actually going on.
And you only have to imagine what January 6th would look like if everything the establishment was saying was true.
Because you can close your eyes, you can imagine what it would look like if a million Trump supporters were heavily armed and engaging in a well-organized insurrection, a violent coup against the United States, if they had, you know, Decentralized groups in all 50 states ready to attack the state capitals.
If the million people that showed up in Washington D.C.
had bombs and guns and knives and a coordinated plan and communications to go in and depose the entire government, you can imagine what that would look like.
It would have been a bloodbath.
It would have frankly succeeded.
And so compare what the description I just laid out was, the description that the mainstream media and the establishment is telling you happened that day, compared to what you actually saw.
Because what you actually saw was a 99.99, like this, this protest was about as peaceful It's about the same likelihood as your kid surviving COVID.
It was about a 99.99998% peaceful protest.
You had about 0.00002% of the people actually engaging in violence with the cops.
Oh, and by the way, the cops started all of it.
And I'm going to show you just a huge collection of videos that shows, in no uncertain terms, the way this crowd was very peacefully standing, Getting in the cops' faces, not attacking the cops, not trying to storm over them, when suddenly flashbangs start going off in their midst.
Suddenly they start getting sprayed with mace.
Suddenly the police officers start bashing the men with billy clubs and pulling them out of the crowd and surrounding them and beating them on the ground and infuriating the crowd and then being instantly bulled over by the million-plus patriots that they were antagonizing for no reason.
So this was all a setup.
This was all utterly, completely fabricated in terms of, you know, the reaction to this and the way this was portrayed as a dangerous terrorist attack, an insurrection coup.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
We're going to lay it all out today on this anniversary of the frankly wonderful and In a lot of ways, kind of disappointing.
The meandering, as Kevin McGinnis calls it.
The great meandering.
The burning of the Capitol building.
When all those communists burned down our Capitol building.
It's not there anymore.
You know that, right?
You believe that because you're an idiot?
unidentified
All right, folks. - It's, uh...
harrison smith
Our hologram in chief is giving a speech right now.
He is live right now, right, guys?
Let's go ahead and pull him up.
We're going to react in real time to Biden's propagandistic diatribe.
Let's go.
joe biden
Madam Vice President.
harrison smith
Oh, good Lord.
joe biden
Hello, Americans.
State the obvious.
One year ago today.
harrison smith
He is currently doing what most of the January 6th protesters did, by the way.
Stood around in the Capitol.
joe biden
Was attacked.
Simply attacked.
harrison smith
Simply attacked.
unidentified
You don't need to know anything else.
joe biden
The Constitution, our Constitution, faced the gravest of threats.
unidentified
Oh really?
joe biden
Outnumbered in the face of a brutal attack.
unidentified
Brutal!
joe biden
The Capitol Police, the DC Metropolitan Police Department, the National Guard, Another brave law enforcement officials saved the rule of law.
harrison smith
Oh, did they?
By opening the capitol doors and letting a bunch of, you know, grandmothers wander through the capitol building?
I'm not going to be able to make it through this speech, I'm going to tell you that right now.
joe biden
For the first time in our history, a president had not just lost an election.
harrison smith
He didn't, sir.
joe biden
He tried to prevent the peaceful transfer of power as a violent mob breached the capitol.
But they failed.
They failed.
And on this day of remembrance, we must make sure that such attack never, never happens again.
harrison smith
Yes, we have to get rid of the ability of people to protest.
We have to stop their ability to gather and redress grievances, to protect the Constitution, remember.
joe biden
This is where the House of Representatives met for 50 years in the decades leading up to the Civil War.
This is on this floor, where a young congressman from Illinois, Abraham Lincoln, sat at desk 191.
Above him, above us, over that door leading into the rotunda, is a sculpture depicting Cleo, the muse of history.
In her hands, an open book.
In which she records the events taking place in this chamber below.
harrison smith
You stole the election, scumbag.
Like, what is he even talking about?
Cleo, the muse of history, looks down on us just like, you're a demon.
You are a sick, decrepit old man who stole the election, or had it stolen for him, and doesn't know how to tie his shoes anymore.
But, I'm sorry, he's the President of the United States.
We have to show respect.
Sorry.
joe biden
That Vice President Harris just shared.
And that you and I, And the whole world saw with our own eyes.
The Bible tells us that we shall know the truth and the truth shall make us free.
harrison smith
Oh God.
Watch out for lightning strikes, folks.
Watch out for lightning strikes.
He's about to burst into flames.
joe biden
Here is the God's truth about January 6, 2021.
Close your eyes.
harrison smith
It's weird because he thinks this year is 2020.
joe biden
Go back to that day.
harrison smith
It's kind of awkward.
joe biden
What do you see?
harrison smith
What do I see?
A bunch of American flags waving.
Hold on, I see a bunch of Trump flags.
I can hear them singing the National Anthem.
joe biden
I'm seeing a bunch of pranksters writing nasty notes to Nancy Pelosi.
harrison smith
Okay, but it happened 15 times since then.
- To rip us apart.
- Writing nasty notes to Nancy Pelosi.
joe biden
- Even during the Civil War, that never, ever happened.
harrison smith
- Okay, but it happened 15 times since then.
We'll get into that later in the show. - 2021.
joe biden
What else do you see?
A mob.
Breaking windows.
harrison smith
Oh my god, windows?!
Oh, with doors?!
joe biden
Oh no!
Oh my god!
harrison smith
Guys, they broke windows and doors!
joe biden
Oh, Jesus.
harrison smith
I didn't realize our constitution was built out of windows and doors.
I'm sorry, go back.
unidentified
It's awful.
joe biden
Professors of their love for law enforcement assaulted those police officers, dragged them, sprayed them, stomped on them.
Over 140 police officers were injured.
harrison smith
Oh no!
How many were killed?
joe biden
We all heard the police officers who were there that day testify to what happened.
One officer called it, quote, a medieval battle.
And that he was more afraid that day than he was fighting the war in Iraq.
harrison smith
Yes, the truth will set you free, folks.
January 6, Washington, D.C.
was worse than the Iraqi war.
Okay.
I must have missed the drone bombings.
I'm sorry.
I must have missed the, you know, depleted uranium.
Did I miss that on January 6?
I did miss it.
I would have loved it.
joe biden
... to hang the vice president of the United States of America.
unidentified
Oh, no.
harrison smith
They used intense rhetoric, too?
joe biden
We didn't see a former president.
harrison smith
Windows and doors and rhetoric?
How did we survive?
unidentified
How did our country make it through this horrible day?
joe biden
- No office in the White House, watching it all on television.
- Television?
- For hours.
This police were assaulted.
Lives at risk.
harrison smith
Oh, who's lives?
Who's Ashley Babbitt?
Who died?
Who died that day, Joe?
The truth will set you free.
Did Brian Sicknick, was he beaten to death with a fire extinguisher?
Was he, Joe?
Let's tell the truth here.
They weren't looking to uphold the will of the people.
They were looking to deny the will of the people.
joe biden
They weren't looking to uphold a free and fair election.
They were looking to overturn one.
harrison smith
They were looking to save the cause of America.
They were looking to subvert the Constitution.
This is not being bogged down in the past.
because they've systematically refuted all of the points, right?
All of the points about voter fraud from the recorded training session in Detroit to the extra ballots underneath the table.
They've adjudicated all of this.
They've gone in and systematically, point by point.
No, no.
They just said, even before it happened, this is the safest election ever.
Nothing will be wrong with it.
And questioning it makes you a terrorist.
joe biden
But that's the truth.
They face up to it.
We are a great nation.
harrison smith
No, we're not.
We used to be.
We did used to be a great nation.
Now we are an occupied, uh, uh... Tragically, there are lies.
You know, a limitless credit card for cronies.
joe biden
Lies conceived and spread for profit and power.
harrison smith
Yeah.
We must be absolutely clear about what is true and what is a lie.
Oh my God.
This is the biggest gaslighting speech I've ever heard.
joe biden
The former president of the United States of America Has created and spread a web of lies about the 2020 election.
harrison smith
He's a spider.
joe biden
He's done so because he values power over principle.
Because he sees his own interest.
It's more important than his country's interest.
harrison smith
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's why he lost like 12 billion dollars being president.
That's why he sacrificed his own life, his own lifestyle, his status as a celebrity.
That's why he became the most hated man in America.
Because he just loves power and prestige so much.
Not because he loves America, of course.
Does anybody buy this?
joe biden
Anybody at all?
Governors and state officials in every battleground state.
harrison smith
Joe, take the rocks out of your mouth before you start giving a speech.
Makes it harder.
joe biden
That's what 81 million of you did as you voted for a new way forward.
unidentified
He's reverting.
He's eating dirt again.
joe biden
He's done what no president in American history, the history of this country, has ever, ever done.
He refused to accept the results of an election.
harrison smith
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Do we not remember 2016?
unidentified
Do we not remember 2000?
harrison smith
Do we not remember every single time that the Democrats have lost in the last 25 years?
They have questioned it, and they've tried to get the Electoral College to change their votes, and they've tried to hold sit-ins.
They've tried a million different ways to subvert the will of the American people.
joe biden
Are we this stupid?
harrison smith
I mean, this is disrespectful.
That's all this is from Joe Biden.
He's treating you like you're an idiot.
joe biden
God, I can't believe people fall for this.
unidentified
Bullies.
joe biden
Oh, hold on.
- I'm not a writer with them. - To find shared solutions where possible.
Because we have a shared belief in democracy.
harrison smith
- Oh, hold on, is he going back to being the unifier in chief?
Is he really trying to pull this wool over your eyes too?
joe biden
He's like, we need to come together.
harrison smith
After I spent a year trying to criminalize the ability to even express yourself as a conservative, it's together that we'll move forward.
This man is a despicable communist, and we will destroy him.
Politically.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
You know, it's amazing the way they, it's like they'll claim something was a terrorist attack.
And then if you're like, uh, no, it wasn't.
It was a peaceful protest and there was like a little bit of violence that happened, but just absolutely negligible comparing to what happened the entire year beforehand.
And they're like, oh, so you are in favor of a terrorist attack?
It's like, you can define it however the hell you want.
I'll define it as patriots.
Uh, expressing their fury at a year of violence that went unabated, followed by a completely, completely falsified election result.
It's not that complicated.
So let's go now back to Joe Biden.
Usually I worry about talking over people too much, but he's saying the same crap we've heard for the last year.
So we're not hearing anything particularly poignant here that I need to be quiet for, but let's go back to, uh, To the Commander-in-Chief.
joe biden
Are we going to be a nation that lives not by the light of the truth, but by the shadow of lies?
We cannot allow ourselves to be that kind of nation.
The way forward is to recognize the truth and to live by it.
harrison smith
He's such an upstanding moral man, isn't he?
joe biden
You believe this?
harrison smith
This dude that's been in office since 1754, who's a multi-multi-billionaire, runs, his family runs Delaware like a mafia.
His son is making deals with the communist Chinese and he's just like, this is what I mean.
joe biden
Voting?
this is what we need taking part in an insurrection is that what you thought you were doing well did you think you were carrying out your highest duty as a citizen and voting voting talking about voting president supporters are trying to rewrite history they want you to see election day as the day of insurrection yeah
harrison smith
Yeah, when you cheated in the election, when you claim to have gotten the most votes of anybody ever, in the most secure election ever, and that even questioning it is a crime, that should be your first hint that it wasn't all that they say that it was.
You should be allowed to question things that aren't true, or that are true, because there should be proof that what you're saying isn't true.
But they've never actually contended with any of the claims of voter fraud.
They make up their own claims, and then they debunk those, and then they act like they've won.
joe biden
Over 150 million Americans went to the polls and voted that day.
tucker carlson
Really?
joe biden
It's a pandemic.
So much great risk to their lives.
harrison smith
Great risk to their lives?
Oh my god, now the people who voted in November are the heroes.
It was like the Iraq war going to vote.
I remember.
unidentified
Because this is a world of truth, right?
joe biden
Not only to suppress the vote, but to subvert it.
What?
I'm sorry, I missed something.
harrison smith
I'm sorry, I missed something.
Is he talking about Mark Zuckerberg?
joe biden
Instead of looking at the election results from 2020 and saying they need new ideas or better ideas to win more votes.
unidentified
The most votes out of anybody ever?
harrison smith
Oh, that you suddenly magically surpassed in the middle of the night.
Yeah, yeah, I know.
They needed to not think about how to get more votes, but, you know, if only we had a couple billionaires to pour $400 million into completely redesigning our electoral system and then bragging about it later.
That's what you did.
That was your tactic.
joe biden
Scumbags.
That the results of the election of 2020 can't be trusted.
harrison smith
Wait, that was accurate.
Hold on, clip that out.
unidentified
That was the first true thing Joe Biden said the entire time.
harrison smith
The 2020 election results cannot be trusted.
joe biden
Every legal challenge questioning the results, in every court in this country, never been adjudicated, rejected outright without looking at the evidence.
harrison smith
Yeah, without looking at the evidence.
It was revealed that Bill Barr specifically told the Justice Department not to look into any claims of voter fraud.
It's a cover-up from the top, from the deep state, from the people that are still in power now, from the people that felt the threat of having a populist president that was not under their control, did everything they could to destroy him, spied on him continuously.
joe biden
Long after the election in several states, none changed the results.
harrison smith
None changed the results?
joe biden
And in some of them, the irony is, the margin of victory actually grew slightly.
harrison smith
Oh my god, it's just lie after lie with this guy!
joe biden
So let's be plainly honest about what happened in 2020.
Even before the first ballot was cast, The former president was preemptively sowing doubt about the election results.
harrison smith
Yeah, because you were changing the laws and imposing mail-in ballots across the country, and we were saying, this is opening the door for fraud.
joe biden
He was just looking for an excuse.
harrison smith
And you didn't do anything to stop it.
You said, that's crazy.
That will never happen.
Then the fraud happened.
And then you said, we're not going to look into it.
We're not going to ask questions about it.
joe biden
Former president.
It's just like the Lab League theory, right?
harrison smith
Even before COVID came to American shores, they were saying it came from a lab in Wuhan, China.
But we're so sure that never happened that we didn't even look into it.
joe biden
The election results were inaccurate.
In fact, in every venue where evidence had to be produced, an oath to tell the truth had to be taken, the former president failed to make his case.
harrison smith
What are they talking about?
Do you remember all the hearings?
Do you remember all the hearings?
People under oath.
People under threat of perjury saying I witnessed fraud.
Saying I was unknowingly a participant in fraud.
Here's how it happened.
They gave me a truck full of ballots in New York.
I drove it to Pennsylvania.
The person that I normally drop it off with wasn't there.
It was someone I didn't recognize that just demanded I give them the truck.
unidentified
Do you remember these testimonies in Arizona?
joe biden
In Pennsylvania?
harrison smith
In all of the states that Joe Biden had to win, there was just insane amounts of evidence.
People giving the testimony, providing the proof.
It was never countered.
It was never adjudicated.
It was never investigated.
He's just lying.
These are just all lies.
joe biden
And on the same ballot, the same day, cast by the same voters?
The only difference, the former president didn't lose those races.
He just lost the one that was his own.
Finally, the third big lie being told by a former president.
Wait, so- The mob who sought to impose their will through violence are the nation's true patriots.
harrison smith
Is that what you thought?
joe biden
Oh, it hurts.
harrison smith
Oh, it hurts so much.
joe biden
Destroying property.
harrison smith
Oh, destroying property?
joe biden
Defecating in the hallways.
unidentified
Oh, no!
joe biden
They rifled?
unidentified
They rifled through desks?
harrison smith
How did you survive?
How did anybody survive the rifling?
They rifled through desks, everyone.
joe biden
of more than 150 Americans who peacefully expressed their vote at the ballot box.
The election workers have protected the integrity of the vote and the heroes who defended this Capitol.
harrison smith
Oh Jesus Christ.
joe biden
You can't love your country only when you win.
You can't obey the law only when it's convenient.
harrison smith
Oh my good lord.
joe biden
You can't be patriotic when you embrace and enable lies.
Those who stormed this capital, and those who instigated and incited, and those who called on them to do so, Held a dagger at the throat of America.
unidentified
They didn't come here out of patriotism or principle.
joe biden
They came here in rage.
Not in service of America, but rather in service of one man.
Those who incited the mob.
unidentified
Trailblodders.
harrison smith
Oh, the plotters.
Yes, the plotters who sought to use the constitutional process to investigate claims of voter fraud.
joe biden
They're the real terrorists.
unidentified
Yeah, because there was no plan.
harrison smith
There was no organization.
unidentified
It was a spur-of-the-moment riot.
harrison smith
Just like it had happened 400 times in the year before.
It's like... God, they just take... Oh my God.
It's so... It's such inversion.
It's so sick.
It's so insane.
joe biden
To keep the promise of America alive.
The promise is at risk.
Targeted by the forces that value brute strength.
harrison smith
Oh my god.
Yeah, cut to the FBI kicking down the door of a grandmother and hauling her away in front of her grandchildren.
Oh yes, this is democracy.
This isn't brute force.
No, but we are expanding the Capitol Police and they will be arresting you.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, we join you on this solemn day in remembrance of the worst terror attack America has ever faced.
The insurrection coup.
The white supremacist, anti-semitic insurrection coup that was totally baseless and inspired and incited and organized by Donald Trump when he gave a speech telling people to peacefully protest.
It's...
Shocking even just to discuss it now a year later.
More than 60 secret servants, uniformed division officers, and special agents sustained multiple injuries from projectiles such as bricks, rocks, bottles, fireworks, and other items.
Secret service personnel were also directly physically assaulted as they were kicked, punched, and exposed to bodily fluids.
A total of 11 injured employees were transported to local hospitals and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Of course, I'm not describing January 6th.
I'm describing just one day in June when the mob attacked the White House and when President Trump had to go into a safe room beneath the White House.
He was mocked continuously on the airwaves.
Oh, bunker boy.
A little bunker boy having to hide.
Just so we remember how different it is when it's left-wing activists trying to jump the fence of the White House and putting 60 Secret Service agents in injuries and sending 11 of them to the hospital.
That's a good thing.
It's hilarious.
And Trump, you know, having to go to a safe room is worth mocking him for.
But when it is Trump supporters doing it, it is a terrorist attack.
It's the worst thing that's ever happened to us.
And even the Republicans agree.
We go now to Tucker Carlson as he discusses Ted Cruz's heel turn as he just rips to shreds every ounce of legitimacy he'd gathered over the last four years.
Let's watch.
tucker carlson
Ho, ho, ho!
Welcome to Tucker Carlson tonight.
Ooh, sorry.
Pardon the good cheer.
Solemnity is called for.
Today is January 5th, or as it will henceforth be known to all civilized peoples around the world, January 6th Eve.
Tonight at midnight, just hours from now, we will begin the first of many annual remembrances of the horrifying atrocities that took place exactly one year ago at the United States Capitol.
So how do you commemorate something like this, a history-changing event that's horrible to think about, yet so significant in the life of the country?
Well, body counts are the traditional measure.
When the nation was wracked by unimaginable loss in years past, that's how we remembered it.
40,000 casualties in Gettysburg, 2,400 lost at Pearl Harbor, nearly 3,000 Americans dead on 9-11.
But this is a new time, a different age.
Those antiquated metrics won't work as we observe a moment of silence for the fallen of January 6th.
On January 6th, there was... Well, let's see.
Actually, there was just Ashley Babbitt.
Ashley Babbitt was not a Union soldier.
She was not a deckhand on the Arizona.
She was not even a heroic fireman rushing into a collapsing office tower.
She was merely a Trump voter.
She was unarmed.
She was shot to death without warning by a Capitol Hill police officer with a documented history of reckless behavior.
In the end, Ashley Babbitt was the death toll on January 6th.
But honestly, so what?
It's not really about the numbers, is it?
It's not about how many people were killed on January 6th.
In fact, the list of those who weren't killed on January 6th is quite long.
It's impressively long.
It includes all 535 members of Congress, as well as their entire staff, and the press corps that covers them.
None of them died.
They're still around.
But again, who cares?
It's not about body counts.
It's about feelings.
It's about how the survivors feel, especially the reporters who survived.
The feelings of reporters in Washington matter a great deal in America.
They certainly matter a lot more than how you feel at the moment.
How you feel, as you've probably noticed by this point, is totally irrelevant to anyone.
Nobody cares.
But the journalists of Capitol Hill, we do care.
And they're very upset.
In fact, many have still not recovered from what they saw that day.
As they lie down to sleep at night, the horrible images replay in a loop on the back of their eyelids.
The deafening thunder of cannon volleys.
The smoke from the remorseless artillery fire blotting out the sun.
The screams of the mortally wounded calling out for their loved ones, echoing like some demonic soundtrack against the walls of the speaker's lobby.
Hell in a very small place.
Unless you were there that day, you could not possibly understand what it was like.
Imagine the Tet Offensive, plus Fallujah, plus the night before Thanksgiving at Whole Foods.
On January 6th, you couldn't tell who the enemy was.
Unless you looked down and saw they bought their shoes at Walmart.
Then you knew.
But otherwise, it was the fog of war, my friends.
Casey Hunt was there that day.
Hunt is now something called the Chief National Affairs Analyst over at CNN.
As a veteran of the siege of the Capitol, Hunt took to Twitter today to give hope to her fellow survivors.
Quote, tomorrow is going to be a tough one for those of us who were there or had loved ones in the building.
Thinking of all of you and finding strength knowing I'm not alone in this.
Hashtag January 6th.
That was just a tweet.
But someday, You've got to believe, because this is a hopeful country, that Hunt and her fellow survivors of the insurrection massacre of January 6th will come together in some more formal way.
Annual reunions held in the shadow of Washington's certain-to-be-built January 6th memorial, the one they're going to have to bulldoze the Washington Monument to construct.
Hunt and graying, grizzled veterans of the Washington Post and Bloomberg News and Politico and the Daily Beast and the Atlantic Magazine will raise their white claws as one and remember how they cheated death that terrible day.
Okay, we'll stop.
It's too embarrassing.
We're feeling shame even making fun of it.
And in fact, as a political matter anyway, the anniversary of January 6th is not a joke at all.
It's a serious thing, a very serious thing.
Pretending that a protest was actually a failed coup is the Democratic Party's entire strategy to win this year's midterm election.
At this point, that's all they've got.
Governing didn't work.
And that's why today, the Attorney General of the United States, one of the most political men in Washington, announced the Department of Justice will continue to harass and arrest people who voted for Donald Trump.
Watch.
merrick garland
The Justice Department remains committed to holding all January 6th perpetrators at any level accountable under law, whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy.
We will follow the facts wherever they lead.
tucker carlson
Everyone who was responsible.
So the Department of Justice already had the largest manhunt in its history.
John Dillinger is laughing from the pit of hell!
January 6th trumped him!
And it trumped the manhunt after 9-11.
It trumps all manhunts.
So people who were just staying there taking pictures on their phone got picked up by the FBI.
Some of them got sent to jail.
But it's not ending.
There's still more to come.
And of course, Merrick Garland never speaks alone.
The chorus always joins him.
Because they always move as one.
Frank Figliuzzi, for example, he's a high FBI official, he now works at, quote, NBC News, tweeted this prediction slash observation, quote, Attorney General references Watergate.
Get it?
Merrick Garland pledges pursuit of January 6th suspects at any level.
There's more, ladies and gentlemen.
A former NBC executive called Mike Sington wrote this.
Don't give up hope.
Trump could still be arrested.
Arrested for what?
I guess there wasn't room in the tweet to explain.
But just arrested.
Bad people should be arrested.
That's the point.
What's interesting is that there are a lot of actual criminals who got no space in the Garland speech today.
Garland made no mention at all of the pipe bomber.
Remember the pipe- oh, there's the pipe bomber right there.
The pipe bomber of January 6th.
Maybe it was January 5th, actually.
We're observing the anniversary of the pipe bomber right now.
That individual was caught- we would say man, but, you know, we don't want to get too specific in the current environment.
That person was caught on surveillance tape.
The pipe bomber was on several phones.
Or one phone several times.
That's all traceable.
Where is that person?
Merrick Garland didn't even mention it.
Here's what he focused on instead.
merrick garland
We have received over 300,000 tips from ordinary citizens who have been our indispensable partners in this effort.
The FBI's website continues to post photos of persons in connection with the events of January 6th, and we continue to seek the public's assistance in identifying those individuals.
tucker carlson
Ooh, be sure to check the FBI website.
They're posting photos, though not of people who actually work for them, who were there that day.
They're not only posting photos, they're taking them off the site, including the most wanted list.
Remember Ray Epps?
He's on video several times encouraging crimes, riots, breaches of the Capitol on January 6th.
He was on the FBI website.
Now he's gone.
Hasn't been charged with anything, apparently.
Why is that?
That's a real question.
No one in Congress seems to care, even supposedly conservative Republican senators.
What are they busy doing?
Well, they're busy repeating the talking points that Merrick Garland has written for them.
Here's one example.
ted cruz
We are approaching a solemn anniversary this week, and it is an anniversary of a violent terrorist attack on the Capitol, where we saw the men and women of law enforcement demonstrate incredible courage, incredible bravery, Let's be honest.
tucker carlson
Everyone who's conservative appreciates Ted Cruz.
You may not like him, but you gotta appreciate him.
He's legitimately smart.
He's one of the more articulate people to serve in the Congress.
Maybe the most articulate.
He doesn't use a single word by accident.
Every word Ted Cruz uses is used intentionally.
He's a lawyer!
He described January 6th as a violent terrorist attack.
Of all the things that January 6th was, it was definitely not a violent terrorist attack.
It wasn't an insurrection.
Was it a riot?
unidentified
Sure.
tucker carlson
It was not a violent terrorist attack.
Sorry.
So why are you telling us that it was, Ted Cruz?
And why are none of your Republican friends are supposed to be representing us and all the people who've been arrested?
During this purge, saying anything.
What the hell's going on here?
unidentified
You're making us think maybe the Republican Party is as worthless as we- You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at Band.Video.
harrison smith
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
We're gonna spend this hour debunking a lot of the claims that you just heard Joe Biden parrot.
The first of which was that this was the worst attack on the Capitol, even in the Civil War.
We didn't see Confederate flags in the Capitol.
Of course, the person waving the Confederate flag in the Capitol on January 6th was found to be a registered Democrat, not a Trump supporter, false flag actor, but ignore that for now.
Let's take a look and just disabuse the Democrats of this idea that this was a rare and Unexpected and completely unprecedented event in American history.
I don't know how to pronounce his last name, but he has some great threads on this.
This one's from July of last year.
January 6th was the worst attack on the Capitol since 1812.
Odd, because in 1954, five congressmen were wounded on the floor when four terrorists opened fire from the visitor area.
President Carter later commuted and reduced these sentences.
So, hey, you know, at least they didn't rifle through any desks.
You know, that's really what makes you a terrorist.
At least they weren't singing the national anthem and waving American flags and strolling casually through the Capitol.
That would have made them insurrectionist domestic terrorists who may, you know, go to jail for 20 years.
No, no, they just shot four congressmen and then chanting, long live free Puerto Rico.
Five members of Congress were injured, one seriously.
And again, this is just attacks on capitals.
We're not even going to get into the attacks on Steve Scalise and Rand Paul on the way that Antifa was terrorizing the family of Josh Hawley and Tucker Carlson.
We're not even going to get in to the raft of legitimate terrorist attacks, including the firebombing of an LAPD station and the firebombing of a church that the SPLC had labeled a hate movement.
They got firebombed.
Of course, attacks on both the Democratic and the Republican
National committee headquarters in Oregon by Antifa, so just continuous actual terrorist attacks over the last year We're not even going to talk about those back to the Capitol shall we on March 1st 1971 NYT a bomb apparently planted by a group or persons protesting against the Vietnam War Exploded early this morning in the Senate wing of the Capitol causing extensive damage, but no injuries How many bombs went off on January 6 well there were only two pipe bombs on January 6 the person who?
Planted them has never been really even looked for that hard on one point in the video that they have released the very minute Video that they have released as they're not really looking for this guy He's actually seen waving at a police officer that passes by that's a little suspicious.
Here's the story from 1971 bomb and capital causes wide damage and of course it was those pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC that actually started the evacuation from the capital in the first place almost like this was all sort of organized in a way but again, what we're doing here is Uh, fact-checking, President Joe Biden's claim that this is the worst attack the Capitol's ever faced in a unique experience in American history.
What about November 7th, 1983, when at 1058, a thunderous explosion tore through the second floor of the Capitol's North Wing.
The force of the device blew off the door of the office of Democratic leader Robert C. Byrd.
How many bombs went off on January 6th?
Well, none, of course.
Shortly before midnight on July 2nd, 1915, police responded to the U.S.
Capitol where an explosion had just rocked the Senate wing.
Haven't seen anything close to this damage from January 6th.
Yeah, there was no damage from January 6th.
Even Joe Biden there, in his attempt to make it sound as bad as possible, literally the only things he can point to are broken windows, broken doors, and rifling through desks.
Oh dear.
How will we ever recover?
So 1915, a bomb.
1983, a bomb.
1971, a bomb.
October 2018, hundreds storm a U.S.
Senate building during sacred work of confirming a Supreme Court justice for a position that holds longer than a presidential term.
302 of them were arrested by Capitol Hill police, none by the feds.
No nationwide manhunt here.
No, you know, daughters turning their fathers in to the feds for participating in that particular protest.
Summer of 2020.
POTUS and family are rushed to the White House bunker as insurrectionists scaled fencing trying to overthrow the government.
60 Secret Service agents were wounded.
11 needed hospital for defending the White House in the worst attack since 1812.
This was celebrated.
President Trump was mocked for going to the...
to the uh bunker so just don't take any of these claims seriously at all folks what about july 24th 1998 two capital police officers jacob chestnut and detective john m gibson died in the line of duty here's another one remember the uh follower of farrakhan that rammed the capital police and killed more police than anybody on january 6th because nobody died on january 6th welcome back folks this should be a fun hour Glad you're with us here.
Infowarsstore.com is where you go to support this program and everything we do here.
We're going to begin revisiting a clip that you saw in the last hour, but it's Ted Cruz calling January 6th a terror attack.
Because this just illustrates just so much of what's wrong with this country.
But let's go again to Ted Cruz calling January 6th a terror attack, because that's not the part we're going to focus on.
We're going to focus on what he says after he calls the meandering a terrorist attack.
So let's go to Ted Cruz here and hear him First of all, let's lay the groundwork here.
What's going on is that immediately after January 6th, literally January 7th, about 200 major corporations announced that they were withdrawing their support for anybody that at any point had questioned the American election.
Because this is the way America works.
You have an election where Democrats get to change the laws a month before the election happens.
There's no oversight.
They don't go through the correct process.
They just, by dictate, say, we're now sending mail-in ballots to absolutely everybody, whether they're dead, whether they still live there anymore, whether they're actually the right person that we're sending this ballot to.
It doesn't matter.
We're sending them out.
We're going to have Mark Zuckerberg pay for drop boxes.
We're going to pay ballot harvesters $42,000, stories at Gateway Pundit, to harvest those ballots, to get thousands of falsified ballots, put them in the boxes.
Nobody's checking ID.
Nobody's checking whether these votes are valid.
So you're just allowed to cheat wildly.
And then when the American people recognize that obviously something is not right here, you want the major corporations of America to silence those people using their power of finance.
And of course, following January 6th, there was a rash of firings and resignations and just all sorts of horrific stuff going on, and people having their lives destroyed for simply being in Washington, D.C.
Of course, Bank of America was happy to provide the banking records for everybody who was in Washington, D.C.
at the time because, you know, the Bank of America, they're so patriotic and they just love America and democracy, so the banks, you know.
The big banks and the big corporations are really the ones who love America and know what's best for us, I think, right?
And so they withdrew all of their contributions to anybody who was a Republican, essentially.
They said, we're not going to have this insurrection coup.
We decided.
We decided yesterday it was an insurrection coup.
And so we're going to withdraw funds from anybody.
So that's what Ted Cruz is doing.
He's trying to get his money back.
He's trying to get those corporations that withdrew money because he had the temerity to actually go through the constitutional process of questioning votes and then having a 10-day pause period where you would actually investigate some of those claims.
See, those claims were never investigated.
They were never adjudicated.
They never made it to a court.
They never had the attention of the DOJ.
Nothing was ever done to address the claims often given under oath of eyewitnesses about fraud.
Never adjudicated, never talked about on mainstream media, even once.
They decided before the election even happened that any claims of fraud were already just right out the window.
Even when you apply the same, you know, mathematic principles to the vote and you get even worse results than things like elections in Iran, you're not allowed to question it and the corporations will punish you.
So now Ted Cruz is trying to serve his corporate masters and they probably just said, look, all you got to do is call these guys terrorists and then you get all your money back.
And he's like, all right, fine.
Not knowing that he's literally kneecapping himself.
As he's doing this.
So before we play this clip, I would personally like to congratulate Beto O'Rourke for his upcoming victory in ousting Ted Cruz from the Senate seat, because while Texas needed this powerful Republican senator in its corner, he has now completely blown it and shown that he is nothing more than a tool of the establishment, the two-party duopoly that Donald Trump represented the breaking of.
So let's go now to Ted Cruz as he slavers all over the boots of the tyrants, shall we?
ted cruz
Solemn anniversary this week, and it is an anniversary of a violent terrorist attack on the Capitol, where we saw the men and women of law enforcement demonstrate incredible courage, incredible bravery, risk their lives to defend the men and women who serve in this Capitol.
We are grateful for that courage.
We appreciate the selfless sacrifice of the men and women who keep us safe.
harrison smith
Oh yes, oh yes, the selfless sacrifice of the brave heroes of January 6th.
I have some videos to illustrate the behavior of these stalwart defenders of democracy.
You want to see what they were up to on January 6th?
Oh, where to begin?
Where even to begin?
I guess let's start with, I don't know, clip number five.
We can just go to any of these pretty much.
But let's go ahead and go to clip number five first.
Here's a video showing the moment around 1 p.m.
in D.C.
the USCP cops start throwing explosive devices at peaceful protesters.
Let's watch.
Let's keep the audio down, because there's a lot of curse words here.
Although the audio is kind of necessary, so we'll keep it up, just so you can hear that.
So, here's the crowd reacting to tear gas being shot into them.
No cops even near them, right?
No cops even anywhere by them, whatsoever.
But they're shouting, and they're waving flags, and they're standing around peacefully.
And then flashbangs start going off all around them.
It's a little bit absurd.
Here you see the cops up at the top.
There's the flashbang.
Boom!
Right there in the middle.
Oh, thank God, the heroic police flashbanging peaceful crowds.
Oh, oh dear.
Oh, the heroic selfless sacrifice.
There's another one of firing grenades into a crowd of elderly Trump supporters as they stand milling around outside of the Capitol.
Yes, this was one of the first heroic actions of the police.
As you can see, people being dragged away here and, you know, injured from this.
And of course, that was around the time that one of the people was actually, you know, died.
Let's watch January 6, first flashbangs.
Clip number nine here.
Let's watch this, shall we?
There it is.
No violence.
Huge crowd.
I mean, just look at the size of this crowd.
It just goes on forever.
unidentified
It's just idiots with megaphones.
harrison smith
But here you're about to see the overhead view of the video that we just watched.
So here, you know, police squaring off.
There aren't even barriers.
They didn't even have little metal barriers there.
to prevent people from coming through.
It was just the police officers.
And you know, I think the Capitol Police had plenty of people on site there.
Look, there's at least 12 of them.
So what, there's a million Trump supporters.
There's 12 cops.
And there's that first flashbang.
There's the one that you just saw, a different angle.
But yeah, where's the violence happening when the flashbang goes off?
Is there violence going on?
Is there any interaction happening?
No, it's just people peacefully standing here.
This is one of the men who died at the Capitol, who died immediately at this time that the flashbangs were fired.
And then the fighting starts!
Then people start getting pissed at the cops.
And the cops respond by pepper spraying the Trump supporters.
See, the cops had been dealing for a year with pussy little Antifa people that when you pepper spray them or hit them, they just started crying and ran away.
And the media would portray them as the poor little innocent protesters being attacked by the cops.
They didn't realize they were dealing with real Americans here.
And when you just walk up and pepper spray one of these people in the face, they don't just turn around and run away.
See, it's unfortunate because a formerly peaceful crowd, now that it's been pepper-sprayed, now that it's been flash-banged, now that individuals have been pulled out and beaten by police in full view of the crowd, yeah, the crowd gets a little bit angry and starts responding to the violence, not creating the violence.
He says my group begins exiting the Capitol ground, but you can see just how swiftly the police line is overtaken because you had a single line of officers not being attacked by the crowd, not pushing the crowd back, but just standing there.
And then they start firing flashbangs and pepper spray into the crowd.
The crowd responds negatively and just overwhelms them instantaneously because obviously, because of course that's going to happen.
But again, here you see the crowd not attacking the police, not throwing things at the police.
If anything, it's just reacting to the police's attacks themselves.
So again, the heroic police officers firing flashbangs.
Let's go to this one.
Another video showing the moment around 1pm.
Or is that the one that we just played?
Clip number 5.
Have we played clip number 5 yet?
That's one that we just played?
Alright.
Let's go to... Let's just go to clip number 8 here as we close out this segment to see the Capitol Police just so overwhelmed.
They can't handle it.
unidentified
Look at this.
harrison smith
Look at these heroic officers.
Look at the selfless sacrifice this guy's making as he takes a selfie with people as they mill around.
Should we do another one?
Where's another one?
Here you go.
Let's go to clip number 14, shall we?
unidentified
Let's roll it.
harrison smith
Oh yeah, look.
Look, here's the police officers.
You get two alternative angles here.
Here's the police officers walking up.
And the terrorist walking up.
That was a terrorist fist bump the terrorist just gave to the cop.
Here the cops are, standing there.
Standing to the side, welcoming the people into the Capitol.
Oh my God, the heroic sacrifice these heroes made.
How did they ever survive this terrorist attack?
The high fives alone must have injured them.
It's incredible.
Welcome back, folks.
We're going to continue to celebrate the selfless and heroic acts of the police officers on January 6th as they saved democracy from the terrorists.
Can you imagine actually believing that that's actually the narrative that took place on January 6th?
Can you possibly believe falling for these lies?
I don't understand it.
It's absurd, but it's real.
It's real.
This stuff really happens.
Let's go ahead and go to clip number 22 here.
as once again we revisit when these flash bangs started going off.
This was really the sort of the first instance of violence there on January 6th at the Capitol.
The police line had not been broken.
Police had not been attacked.
Over a million Trump supporters stood peacefully outside of the Capitol when suddenly flashbangs started raining down on them.
So let's go now to clip number 22, another sort of aerial view of this taking place.
Unreleased January 6th footage put into perspective how many crowd control grenade munitions were thrown into exactly the same spot.
Let's watch.
Again, a slightly lower angle than we were before, but still the aerial view as you see tear gas probably a hundred feet into the crowd, right?
Who were they trying to punish here?
What were they trying to achieve by doing this?
Were they trying to get the crowd to rush the police officers?
Because that's the only thing that could happen, right?
When you have flashbangs going off behind you and you want to rush forward?
I mean, are there police officers being attacked back there?
No.
There aren't any police back there in the crowd.
So there are police officers up on top of the balcony at this point, firing munitions deep into the crowd of protesters.
Was this a strategy they were using?
Was this permitted?
Was this a crowd control technique?
Why were they using it?
The crowd wasn't rowdy.
The crowd wasn't knocking through the police line.
In fact, they only started going through the police line after this happened.
But let's take a look at what this looked like on the ground.
Well, uh, yeah.
Let's go to clip number 12 here.
Here's the moment I had to put out a man that was on fire after the USCP bombarded the crowd with explosive munitions.
This from Taylor Hanson.
Let's go to clip number 12 here.
And he's not really filming that well because he's actually patting out the fire on a man's jacket.
So again, these are just Trump supporters.
There's no police officers around them, and yet they're surrounded in tear gas.
They've been firebombed.
That guy's been lit on fire.
And he's not on fire anymore.
They put him out.
There's Taylor Hanson, who's done incredible work on this.
There he is showing off.
And flashbangs are going off around them as they're doing this.
Who incited the violence here?
Was it the peaceful protesters standing 100 feet away from police, or was it the police on top of the balcony firing flashbangs deep into the crowd?
I'll leave that up for you to figure out.
Hopefully you've got a brain.
Let's go now to clip number 13.
Guys, make sure that the audio is down on this, because good lord does this guy have a filthy mouth, but we're watching another, uh...
Aerial view of before everything really goes to crap, but I believe at this point the flashbangs had already gone off and the police start pulling protesters out of the crowd and beating them in full view of all of the other protesters.
So here you see a guy has been pulled out of the crowd and is just being savagely beaten by the police right there.
Full view of everybody.
That's not gonna piss off the crowd, right?
No, that's crowd control techniques.
Good stuff.
Very good stuff.
Let's go to clip number 10.
I guess this one's been censored.
Capitol Police firing explosive flash grenades at a crowd of men and women and children on January 6th.
Clip number 10.
number 10.
unidentified
Straight up bulls .
Hey, they've been throwing flashbangs all the way down the slope.
See these were bullets?
Look at that .
harrison smith
There's another white supremacist, obviously.
unidentified
These are .
American flags, American people standing out here protesting the right way.
harrison smith
There you actually see the flashbang land in slow motion and boom.
Look, literally, women and children standing around, not even facing towards the Capitol, when a flashbang lands.
And, I mean, flashbangs can blind you, they can catch you on fire, they can deafen you.
They are explosive munitions.
And there they are, being fired into a peaceful crowd, for no particular reason.
Being fired behind them, by the way.
You think, I mean, which way do you think it's gonna push the crowd?
This was a tactic.
They were doing this on purpose, okay?
Let's go now to clip number 15 here as we again see the heroic and selfless police this time beating a woman to death.
Let's watch.
Yeah, there she is, Roseanne Boylan on the ground, receiving vicious overhand chops from the nightstick of one of the guards.
This woman died.
She is dead.
Maybe at this moment, or maybe shortly after this.
So what you're seeing here is the heroic, selfless, sacrificing police officers beating a woman to death.
That's what's going on right there.
And let's go now to clip number 21, immediately after this, as the Trump supporters desperately try to revive this woman, Roseanne Boyland, as they perform chest compressions on her.
But she's probably already dead at this point.
She's just been beaten to death by the Capitol Police officers.
So there, they're pepper spraying the people trying to help her.
They're saying, you know, you have to help this woman, please.
Won't you take her in and get her medical care?
They're yelling at the police.
You did this.
You beat her.
There you see the guy bouncing up and down doing the chest compressions on her, desperately trying to save her life.
Unfortunately, that effort failed as she did die that day from these injuries.
So here are the terrorists trying to save an unarmed woman.
And, uh, not succeeding.
And the police standing there, not helping her, having just beaten her into unconsciousness.
And here they unceremoniously drag her away to, uh, you know, let her die elsewhere.
So these are the heroic, self-sacrificing police.
We've now seen them fire flashbangs into the crowd without provocation.
Tear gas pepper spray people pull protesters out of the crowd and beat them in full view of everybody else I don't even have the video But there is one of a guy being pushed off of the balcony and falling 20 feet to the concrete below by police officers that took place But there's Roseanne Boylan being literally beaten to death and as the the dangerous white supremacist Terrorists tried to revive their fallen friend only to be pepper sprayed and attacked by the cops and there you see the outrage There you see the people getting pissed at the cops going.
What the hell are you doing?
Why are you treating us like this?
And then you get the reaction.
This anger and fury against the cops did not exist before the cops started attacking.
Did not exist.
We did not start this.
The Trump supporters did not start the violence that day.
It was the police, 100%.
Let's go now to clip number... Is it clip number 24?
Yeah, let's go to clip number 24 here.
You've probably seen this one, but it's worth another revisit.
Clip number 24.
There's a Trump supporter.
Asking the police, why haven't you called for backup?
What is going on here?
And you're letting it get destroyed on your watch.
There's the heroes.
Oh, there are the heroes standing by.
Just standing off to the side, waiting for their instruction, I guess.
That guy, see, that guy's a terrorist.
That guy's probably in jail now.
He's probably been sitting in a prison cell in solitary confinement for six months, unable to talk to his lawyers, not charged with anything.
There he is trying to get the police to intervene with the violence that's taking place and being completely ignored, of course.
Here's what it looked like.
Oh man, I got more clips to show you folks.
Stay tuned.
This whole hour is going to be clips like this.
Do we have time to play?
Let's go ahead and play 17 here.
Clip number 17.
Similar vein as that last one.
Here's protesters.
Go ahead and roll it.
Here's protesters handing pipes to cops to prevent them from being used as weapons.
So here's the terrorist.
Here's the domestic supremacist insurrectionist anti-semitic terrorist.
Actually handing metal pipes to police officers to keep them out of the hands of the violent people Now there are a lot of claims about Antifa being involved in this of course about federal agents provocateurs happening I'll show you some more clips that actually show that this wasn't a Theory that came up later the people on the day as the violence were happening.
We're saying they aren't with us.
us.
They're Antifa.
unidentified
You're listening to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
harrison smith
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
We're discussing the greatest terror attack ever perpetrated on American soil.
The January 6th burning of the Capitol building.
It burned to a crisp.
Do you remember?
Remember when the Capitol building was burned to cinders?
They destroyed everything inside.
Of course they did.
Why not?
I mean, throw every lie on top of it.
So we're gonna go to some false flag crisis actor stuff here in just a moment.
Let's first revisit what it was like on the ground to be peacefully protesting and suddenly find yourself at the explosive end of flashbangs and, you know, mace canisters and all sorts of other vicious attacks by police officers.
This video Actually takes place on the other side of the crowd.
The videos we've shown you so far have been the flashbangs that were launched again from the balcony deep into the crowd, more on the left side when you're facing the Capitol.
Now over on the right side at about exactly the same time, exactly the same type of thing was happening with this video poster saying the violence with the police erupted suddenly.
Everything was peaceful and then suddenly I was clubbed in the head and gassed.
Let's take a look at what that looked like with clip number 19.
Here you go.
Here's the peaceful heroes.
Here's the selfless, self-sacrificing heroes viciously attacking the crowd and the crowd responding.
See, we're not Antifa.
We're not leftists.
We're not liberals.
When you punch a Trump supporter in the face, he's probably gonna hit you back, even if he loves the cops.
Even if he appreciates the cops, we appreciate not being subjects of tyrannical, violent, brutal regimes even more.
So, you're gonna get what you deserve.
So there's the police.
Again, a formerly peaceful crowd.
Crowd didn't attack the cops.
No, the cops attacked the crowd.
That's what happened on January 6th.
You see the crowd even kind of backs off.
They don't want the- they don't- they don't- None of them are prepared for combat.
They're like wearing goggles to prevent themselves from being tear gassed.
None of them have weapons.
Not a single person had a weapon on January 6th.
No one's been charged for a weapons offense as far as I know.
Some guy had like bear mace at one point, but most people who were charged with doing anything, you know, having to do with weapons was them actually getting the police officer's weapons that were used against them and then disarming the police and then, you know, turning around and using it back.
Let's go now to clip number 18 here as we see just following the clip I just showed you the police line Thoroughly break down from from an overhead shot.
Let's watch clip number 18 You see let's keep the audio down on this one guys He's gonna start cursing, but here you see the police so the police line was formerly a You know, completely stationary, not moving, not undulating like you see here.
Then they start firing flashbangs.
Then they start attacking.
Then, you know, a couple people break through.
And so they start beating those people.
There you saw one guy just get like kneecapped.
And then this again over on the side where the flashbangs were going off, people start pushing through.
And again, it's the cops starting it.
Like, it just literally is.
I know.
It's like, usually not an argument, like, well, they started it.
But, you know, they did, actually.
And there were a million-plus Trump supporters peacefully protesting until the cops decided to start firing flashbangs and shooting mace in their face.
And then they decided they didn't like that very much, and there was nowhere to go because there were a million people behind them.
And there are cops in front of them, attacking them and hitting them with clubs.
So what do you think is going to happen?
Let's go now to – well, let's first go to – because we're going to talk a little bit about some false flag actor stuff here.
And I was kind of skeptical.
I wasn't even skeptical about it really.
I just – saying that Antifa was behind this, saying that Antifa agents provocateurs were the ones leading this charge – It's not about blaming Antifa.
It's about giving them credit.
Antifa has never done anything like this.
Antifa is excellent at like burning down a target.
Yeah, if you want, if you want to, you know, a tire store looted, then Antifa is where you go.
But if you want legitimate protest against the people making decisions, you're not going to find Antifa anywhere.
Which also is interesting because in the previous two Stop the Steal marches, both of those giant protests that took place in November and December of 2020, you had Antifa showing up in mass, right?
Huge blocks of Antifa showing up and attacking Trump supporters.
And the videos out of those earlier marches shows exactly what we're seeing here, just on a smaller scale, where you have entire families of Trump supporters, their children, the mom and dad trying to walk down the street and just being viciously attacked by black clad Antifa members.
Like that's what you normally get when you go to a Trump rally is you get the police attack you and Antifa's attacking you.
It was interesting that on the biggest...
You know, protest?
No Antifa to be found.
Isn't that, isn't that curious?
So I don't want to give Antifa any credit for doing something that they could never accomplish in their wildest dreams, an effective political protest that actually targets the people that actually make the decisions and punishes the people that are actually the ones causing the problems that they're trying to redress.
No, no, they're just gonna burn down your grandmother's store, hit her in the head with a 2x4, and maybe shoot your grandpa for daring to intervene.
That's what Antifa is very, very good at, and they did it for an entire year because the police willfully turned a blind eye to it.
Trump supporters don't get that courtesy from those in power.
But, you know, when you start looking into it, you start realizing that this claim that Antifa was involved didn't just sprout up afterwards.
Before any violence happened, before any events took place, people on the ground were already identifying people who showed up as Antifa and then were hiding in the bushes, changing into Trump gear.
So let's go now to clip number six.
Antifa members got caught changing into MAGA gear at the Capitol.
You can hear them saying, delete that.
Let's watch.
There you see, they're dressed in all black, they're hiding in the bushes, and they're changing into Trump supporter gear.
And the person filming this is like, look, this is Antifa.
Antifa's changing into Trump supporter gear.
This is a false flag.
This is before anything happened.
This is before any violence.
This wasn't like, oh, and look, and that guy was holding, did you see that?
That guy was holding zip ties.
That guy's holding zip ties.
When you hear about zip ties in the Capitol, literally Antifa.
And he goes, got him, caught him.
unidentified
Delete that!
harrison smith
Delete that!
You heard the guy, delete that!
So again, it's like, this wasn't like, oh God, everything went wrong.
Who do we blame on this?
Well, we'll blame it on Antifa.
No, no.
On the day of, before any violence had broken out, before anything had gone wrong, people were going, look, that's Antifa.
They showed up as Antifa.
They showed up in all black.
And now they're hiding in the bushes and changing into Trump gear.
And again, you can hear the guy filming going, yeah, I got him.
I caught him.
I caught him.
And then you hear the Antifa member go, delete that!
Good thing you didn't delete it, because now we have the proof.
But that was the only case of this type of thing happening.
Here's a very, very blatant example of a false flag event on January 6th.
Let's go now to clip number 11.
So what you're seeing here is you're seeing somebody's broken the window right there.
Somebody's broken the window, and the Capitol Police are on the scene.
There they are with the shields.
And they push people back away from the window.
Now, that window is a gaping hole.
That window is now an egress point into the Capitol.
There, you see at least six Capitol Police officers with the riot shields.
But then they're ordered to leave the broken window undefended.
Who gave the order?
Where are they going?
I mean, they all sort of like, oh, OK.
These dumpy idiots, right, go waddling off away from the broken window, leaving it completely undefended.
And then you have this guy.
You've got this guy.
Who just screams secret service members, screams secret agent, right?
He's covering his face, he's got the comms on his backpack.
An actual patriot with an American flag tries to prevent this guy from breaking the window, and this guy, this agent provocateur, this special forces member,
Attacks the guy trying to prevent him from breaking the window and we can pull it down but that is a great AOAN video about the guy who caught that video saying exactly how strange it was that you have somebody break the window you have Capitol Police show up but then they get radioed away and immediately you have this guy who is just clearly military he's wearing the gloves he's wearing the I mean everything about him just screams I'm a I'm a member of the deep state I'm a
You know, FBI undercover agent, he's got the walkie-talkie on, he's got whatever, and of course, you know, he uses overwhelming intimidation to prevent the Patriot...
from stopping him from breaking the window.
There he is, just very casually.
I'll just tear this down.
Hope nobody noticed.
And this guy comes up and is like, hey, man, don't do that.
Come on, we're Americans.
Don't contribute to this.
And he immediately gets in his face and is like about to fight the guy.
Pushes him super hard.
Shoves him super hard.
He's got the earpiece in, right?
This is the false flag agent provocateur, you know, outcome that we've been talking about the entire time.
Whether it's Antifa or whether it was members of the Capitol Police or whether it was members of the FBI undercover, there were agent provocateurs on the ground coordinating this and committing most of the violence and breaking into the Capitol.
And we'll go into more on the other side as we honor our heroes in their self-sacrifice.
unidentified
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
It's the anniversary of the worst day in American history.
Unironically, kind of.
The day that gave the powers that be all of the, all of the, you know, it's almost like, they're like Rumpelstiltskin.
They take straw and they weave it into lies.
It's, uh, it's truly mind-blowing how Inverted, all of the narratives about January 6 truly are.
Let's go now to clip number 23 here.
As once again, it was not a, you know, after the fact, like, oh gosh, this looks bad, let's blame it on Antifa kind of reaction.
Here's a clip of people on the day pointing out, hey, those people breaking into the Capitol, they're not with us.
They're Antifa.
We don't recognize them.
We don't know who they are.
They're not in any of our groups.
We think that they are Antifa agitators.
And then you actually see a Trump supporter go up and rip the guy away from breaking into the Capitol.
So, I mean, I've shown at least, what, four videos now of Trump supporters either stopping people from breaking in, handing the weapons to police to prevent them from being used against them, begging the police for help in what was going on, just time and time again, You have Trump supporters who are trying to prevent what was happening from happening and yet there were political
You know, machinations going on where you had either, you know, FBI undercover agents clearly with the earpiece in and the walkie talkie on their shoulder, you know, breaking into the window.
Or you have this example of somebody smashing the window and actually being prevented from doing so by the Trump supporters who are at the time claiming this guy is Antifa.
We saw him, you know, change.
I don't know what sort of evidence they have, but they're like, this guy's Antifa.
He's not with us.
We have to stop him.
And then they do.
Let's watch.
unidentified
He's chanting Antifa.
harrison smith
They're booing.
There's the guy tapping on the window.
unidentified
Tap, tap, tap, tap.
harrison smith
The terrorist.
That's terrorist tapping.
There's the guy in the MAGA hat coming over and ripping him down.
Going, this is not who we are.
This is not what we're doing.
And everybody in the crowd cheers.
They're gonna like it.
Are you starting to question the narrative yet?
Is any of this breaking through to you?
No?
Alright, well, you're lost then.
Let's go now to clip number 16, as once again we see the heroic self-sacrifice the police officers are showing as they're willing to give their lives in defense of the, frankly, heroic congressman You know, in danger of being lynched inside.
Oh my god, these police officers are so heroic.
Let's play clip number 16.
I'm gonna go ahead and stand up and put my hand on my heart for this.
Just so they know how much I respect them, okay?
Let's play clip number 16 here.
16 here.
I'm going to try not to cry.
unidentified
They're going to lock us in.
Oh, God.
harrison smith
Oh, God, look at the terrorists!
Oh, God, look at the terrorists!
That's the... Oh, the police!
Oh, he's... Ah!
Oh, look at them fight!
Oh, my God!
Oh, God, the police are in such danger!
Oh, they're such heroes!
Look at them put their way in the... put their bodies in the way of danger just to stop these... these horrible terrorists!
Look at them, you can just tell by the way they're walking they're terrorists, right?
I mean, you can just tell.
These guys are white supremacist insurrection coup plotters.
What are we doing here?
What is this?
They were let in!
How many of those people have been arrested by this point?
How many of those people have had their lives utterly destroyed?
How many of them were hunted down like escaped slaves by the hounds of the media as they posted their picture everywhere like wanted posters like they just robbed a bank or murdered a child?
How many of them lost their jobs?
How many of them were forced to resign?
How many of them have been sitting in a cold, dank, bright cell for six months Being claimed they were seditious domestic terrorists for walking through a door that was held for them by police.
It's absolutely unconscionable what has gone on in the year since January 6th.
And that this has been all predicated on this absolute bullcrap.
Let's go now to clip number four.
As we see, I mean, this is it, folks.
This is the worst thing ever.
The people in this video are already at this point facing multi-year sentences.
They've struck plea deals to, you know, admit their guilt in this insurrection coup.
And you know, it's just What you're about to see is the heart of darkness.
I mean, this is the terror manifest.
Alright?
So let's watch.
I mean, viewer discretion advised, folks.
I mean, this is domestic terrorists in the halls of our Congress, sitting on the chair that they're not allowed to sit on.
Can you imagine?
Let's watch and listen to these domestic terrorists as they plot their vile coup.
tucker carlson
I agree with you, brother, but it's not ours.
unidentified
It belongs to the Vice President of the United States, but he's in here.
tucker carlson
It's not our chair.
unidentified
Look, I love you guys.
alex jones
You're brothers, but we can't be disrespectful.
harrison smith
I love you guys as brothers, but we can't be disrespectful.
Oh, what was that?
Oh, I heard Allah Akbar!
Allah Akbar as he sets off the bomb, right?
No, okay, this was nothing.
This was nothing.
January 6th was a drop in the bucket compared to the chaos, insanity, destruction, death that was wrought.
All through 2020, over two dozen dead, just hundreds and hundreds of police officers severely injured across the country, $2 billion in damages, entire city blocks burned.
Can we just start rolling some B-roll of the actual insurrection, the actual chaos that took place all over America, continuously, night after night after night?
And to have people like Kamala Harris and Joe Biden raise money for these people?
And tell you that this was, this is the, this is the voice of the unheard!
This is a righteous expression of outrage!
As they call you a domestic terrorist for wandering through the halls of Congress.
No statues were broken.
Nothing was burned.
No paintings were ripped off the walls.
No priceless, valuable artifacts were destroyed.
Joe Biden himself, the greatest thing he could come up with was they rifled through desks.
Oh dear!
Oh my goodness!
How will we ever survive?
How did democracy survive this all-out assault?
Of patriotic Americans trying to be respectful as they wandered around the Capitol building.
Compared to this, that we experienced day in and day out.
And we still experience it!
In 2021, there were no less than 5 firebombings carried out by Antifa.
You had people whose children had been sexually violated at the Wii Spa, only to have Antifa show up and attack the parents of the child who had been a victim of sexual assault.
You have Antifa firebombing the LAPD station.
Firebombing a church that the SPLC said was a hate-monger church.
You have them firebombing the Democratic headquarters in Portland, and then the Democrats blame the Republicans for that attack.
I mean, it's just the hypocrisy of these people!
As they now wage an all-out campaign of destruction against anybody even remotely related to January 6th.
Even the people that tried to prevent it.
Even Alex Jones, who stood with a bullhorn, and God knows how many people he prevented from going into the Capitol.
God knows what the other outcome could have been if things are as the Democrats say they are, right?
They're trying to claim that Alex Jones was a Terrorist organizer of this event.
He's up there with a bullhorn on the day demanding people don't go into the Capitol.
Saying do not fall for this.
Bringing people away.
Saying follow me as he walks away from the violence that takes place and bringing with him at least a thousand people of the crowd that would have been in the Capitol.
They themselves, I guess, owe their current freedom to Alex Jones, if they listened to him when he was doing this.
And he's the one they're trying to claim is a domestic terrorist?
Meanwhile, for the entirety of 2020, you had professional, paid activists, funded by all sorts of international NGOs, traveling from city to city organizing massive, violent, fiery riots.
That killed over two dozen people, including many Trump supporters, just shot point-blank range, hunted down in the streets of Portland.
Hunted down, stalked, and then the shooter hid in wait for his quarry to come by.
He jumped out and shot him in the chest.
Far, far more violent than absolutely anything we saw on January 6th.
I could come up with 400 examples of things.
That were far, far worse than anything that happened in January 6th.
Who died on January 6th?
Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boyland, and about three other Trump supporters who were hit with flashbangs, who had heart attacks when explosions went off next to them, fired from the balconies of the police officers.
And the only person that they'll talk about Is Brian Sicknick, who died several days later from a stroke entirely unrelated.
Oh, but he was laid in rest in the Capitol.
We all had to pretend.
Meanwhile, Brian Sicknick was a Trump supporter.
So they're using this guy's death, literally standing on this man's corpse, as they demonize and try to make illegal his political position.
These people are so sick, so hypocritical, so hysterically tyrannical, that I might get in trouble if I keep talking about what I think should be done to them.
So I'm not going to!
I'm gonna pretend that I believe all of their...
unending bull crap say this oh this was the worst oh and oh and thank god for the heroic cops who flash banged and and bear maced and clubbed the peaceful protesters inspiring the outbreak of violence and then they fell back and opened the doors and allowed them to walk around creating the the most effective honeypot in the history of america
meanwhile gunning one of them down an unarmed woman a 24-year veteran of the air force shot at point-blank range in the chest from a man hiding behind a pillar That's the only death that happened that day, and it was a brutal execution by our state police.
Sickening takeover of our country has taken place.
And January 6th was the capstone.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Hello.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
It's the third hour of American Journal.
I'm going to try to calm down now.
unidentified
I'm about to welcome a very, very well-respected and highly regarded guest.
And I'm going to calm down.
harrison smith
I'm going to calm down.
I'm going to take a couple deep breaths.
I'm going to stop talking about January 6th.
I'm going to move on now to more important things.
Okay.
That's what we're gonna do.
But folks, I have ranted and raved for the last two hours and have not once asked you, well, I guess maybe one time I did, to go to InfoWarsStore.com, but that's how we stay on air.
That's how you're able to get, that's how I'm able to get this message out.
Do you think any other network?
Would let me tell the truth about January 6th.
It doesn't exist.
Even Tucker Carlson has to be circumspect about how he goes about it.
But this is InfoWars and I'm an innocent man and I'm able to wield my weapon of free speech however I see fit.
And if you want to support the only outlet seemingly taking advantage of that vanishing right of the American people, please go to Infowarsstore.com and support us.
Not only do you support this show and all of the other shows in Infowars, you support great content creators like Paul Joseph Watson, who here says Macron's comments were insane.
Let's watch.
paul joseph watson
These comments wouldn't look out of place if they were made by some maniacal, harebrained third world dictator...
But no, they were made by the President of France.
The headlines were all about how Macron plans to, quote, piss off the unvaccinated.
But his other remarks were even more odious.
First off, many news outlets have translated the quote as Macron wanting to quote, annoy the unjabbed.
But as France Local highlights, the verb he used, a murder, actually means to cover in shit.
Quote, and we will continue to do this until the end, said Macron.
What's the end look like?
Mass incarceration.
Worse, quote, when my freedom threatens that of others, I become irresponsible.
An irresponsible person is no longer a citizen.
No longer a citizen.
That's how authority figures treat literal terrorists.
Imagine any other world leader talking about any other minority of people in this manner.
There'd be global outrage, warnings of potential crimes against humanity, international intervention.
Yet the unjabbed have been so vehemently dehumanised, there's barely a whimper of official condemnation.
Macron's comments are similar in their vulgarity to those espoused by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Quote, they don't believe in science progress and are very often misogynistic and racist.
This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice.
Do we tolerate these people?
It's not hyperbole to say that this is exactly how people in 1930s Germany were talked about.
Whatever you think of their behaviour, or their beliefs, No one can now deny the unvaccinated are a persecuted minority, demonized by the media, ostracized by society, oppressed by the state.
If that's not persecution, I don't know what is, when governments are dictating what legal products unvaccinated people are banned from buying.
As is now the case in Canada, that's a precursor to garish tyranny on a scale we haven't seen in generations.
Bear in mind Macron made these comments to build a case for passing a new law.
The law would, when entering a cafe, restaurant, cinema and numerous other venues, eliminate the option of providing a negative test or proving natural immunity.
So whereas the vaccinated can still spread the virus, you can there on the spot prove you don't have the virus, Prove you can't spread it, and yet because you didn't comply, you're still banned.
In every country where they've been tried, including France, vaccine passports have completely failed to stop the spread.
But this is no longer about stopping the spread of a virus, is it?
It's about enforcing unthinking, gelded mass obedience.
It's about creating a permanently segregated medical apartheid society, where the unjabbed are made to live little better than animals.
Prominent figures from across the political spectrum denounced Macron.
Right-wing populist Marine Le Pen called his comments vulgar and scandalous.
Far-left candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon labelled the remarks appalling, adding that they won't convince anyone to get vaccinated.
In fact, Macron's comments were so foul, they might only succeed in stopping the law from being passed, with the French Parliament having already been suspended once in response to the controversy.
Macron wants to piss off the French.
They don't normally take too kindly to that, do they?
But where are the yellow vests?
Where are the blockades?
The French riot over comparative minutiae.
And yet, are they going to remain silent on this?
The French presidential election takes place in just three months.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
Welcome back to the American Journal.
I'm your host, Harrison Smith.
You're watching us on band.video or infowars.com, and I'm very, very happy to welcome my next guest.
Every time he's on, I get so many comments saying, wow, that guy really knew his stuff and opened up my eyes about a lot of things I was not aware of.
We'll try to carry that tradition forward here as we welcome Mr. David Pine, Director of the National EMP Task Force.
David Pine currently serves as the Utah Director of the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security and as a member of the Secure the Grid Coalition, Mr. Pine previously served as a National Security Policy Director for the United States Senator Mike Lee of Utah.
Mr. Pine served as a United States Army officer and worked as an International Programs Manager on the Department of the Army Headquarters staff responsible for the countries of the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, the Americas, and Africa from 2000 to 2003.
Suffice it to say, he is an expert in geopolitics and has unparalleled insight into the complexities that contribute to the balance of power in international relations.
You can find his website at emptaskforce.us.
And I thank you so much for joining us again today, Mr. Pine.
david pyne
Thanks, Harrison.
It's great to be on the show again.
Happy New Year.
harrison smith
Happy New Year to you, too.
And I guess it's the new year we're looking forward into as we see more and more contention with our friends over in Russia.
You've just written an article So I think we're at probably the most dangerous time we've ever had in our history.
to prevent war over Ukraine.
What do you think is happening with Ukraine and Russia?
Where do you think we're going, and what do you think the best path forward for America is, sir?
david pyne
So I think we're at probably the most dangerous time we've ever had in our history.
We're at a place where we are on the verge of an EMP cyber, possibly even a nuclear war, and it's very troubling.
I think the Biden administration is approaching things in exactly the wrong way.
Uh, they're continuing their policy of, uh, being more confrontational against Russia, um, and, uh, rejecting most of Putin's proposal.
So, um, Russia, as you know, had a couple of security agreements that it's proposed to avoid war over the Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
And, um, Uh, a lot of those things, uh, you know, specific provisions in the agreement, uh, the Biden administration has already come out and said are unacceptable to them.
Um, so I, I have limited hope that we'll be able to come to a peaceful resolution of the issue, but, um, I think we've come to a point where we need to engage in some, uh, some kind of new, uh, uh, strategic thinking.
And that includes, um, You know, trying to find a way to get Russia and China to end their military alliance to restore kind of what I would like to see a balance of power that would be based on a new tri-polar international order.
And I did get a lot of pushback from an organization called Rustrat, which is one of Russia's premier state-owned Uh, think tanks and, uh, they, they were not happy about my idea of, of, uh, splitting up the Sino-Russian alliance and, uh, wanted, uh, called that a trap.
And so I've modified my proposal, uh, somewhat.
I think that the most important thing we could do short of that would be to, uh, sign a, um, US-Russia treaty of friendship, cooperation, mutual assistance, similar to the one they have with China that would, um, Kind of aid in this realignment away from a U.S.-Russian conflict or likely a war between the U.S.
on the one hand and Russia and China on the other, which we'd be very, very hard pressed to win and possibly even to survive.
harrison smith
Yeah, and it seems like everything that the current administration is doing is working in the opposite of what you're suggesting.
It's working to drive our enemies closer together and make them more dependent on one another.
The more sanctions that we do and the more, frankly, aggression that we are seeming to show in the former Soviet states, sending missile, you know, arrays, sending all sorts of military You know, goodies to Ukraine and of course the failure of Afghanistan has, you know, made that whole cooperation with China and another former Soviet state.
I mean, everything we're doing seems to be going in the opposite direction that you're saying.
Are they just not, are they not aware of what they're doing or are they pursuing a different tack and does it have any merit?
david pyne
You know, I often describe myself as an old Cold Warrior.
But at this point, we're beyond the point of Cold War thinking.
Aside from nuclear deterrence, I'm very much a Cold Warrior when it comes to that.
We need to double the size of our nuclear deterrent.
We need to deploy thousands of ABMs.
Harden our critical infrastructure against EMP and cyber attack.
But in terms of foreign policy, we need to pursue a less provocative and more realistic foreign policy, which protects U.S.
vital interests and serves what I refer to as the foremost and preeminent national security priority, which is to protect, preserve and defend the United States of America and the lives of its citizens.
And the policies the Biden administration is pursuing that I would call, you know, brinkmanship, military brinkmanship, inviting potential EMP cyber and nuclear war with Russia and likely China as well, potentially even North Korea, are doing the exact opposite. potentially even North Korea, are doing the exact opposite.
They're potentially provoking our enemies to strike us in an existential way.
harrison smith
You know, if you had somebody like Reagan at the helm, if you had somebody like even I would say Donald Trump at the helm, who, despite all of his faults, showed a very, very, you know, showed he was very capable at avoiding letting wars spiral out into further conflicts.
He was very concerned and seems to be about the safety of America, but at least seemed capable of carrying out the threats that he was making.
It seems like with Joe Biden, everything militarily that he's tried to achieve since he came into office a year ago has been a complete and utter failure.
And so it's almost like are they just behaving as if we're still the America that can project power like this while not recognizing the reality of the situation that Afghanistan lays bare, that we are not capable of doing.
doing the things that maybe they're threatening to do.
I mean, do you see what I'm saying?
That they're almost acting like, you know, this is 2001 and we're about to go to war with the terrorists with overwhelming superiority.
When in reality, what we're dealing with is China and Russia.
And we'll get into some of their military advancements recently that have, I guess, skyrocketed past ours.
So, I mean, is this just chutzpah?
Just, you know, narcissism on our leadership part?
That they just think, well, we're America, so we can do whatever we want?
And just sort of a disrespect towards the power of our enemies?
david pyne
It really is.
You know, there's a tremendous amount of hubris in the minds of our Leading policymakers, and that certainly would include the Biden administration.
The Biden administration is principally staffed by what some may call Atlanticists, who really view the NATO alliances as the premier, the keystone of U.S.
security, including the extension of the NATO alliance in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, which has really caused this crisis in the first place.
I've, you know, I was strongly, I worked in the U.S.
Department of Defense back in 1999 when NATO was first extended to Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic that were former Warsaw Pact members.
And I strongly opposed that, seeing that it would cause eventual conflict with Russia.
And I think that assumption was proven correct.
But yeah, there's, you know, U.S. policymakers are way behind the power curve.
You know, they acknowledge that China is building a massive amount of nuclear weapons, although DOD estimates, I think, are probably wrong by a factor of four.
They're predicting that China will build a thousand, you know, additional strategic nuclear weapons within the next eight years.
And actually, according to my projections, they'll achieve 4,000 additional strategic nuclear warheads, up to that, within as little as two to three years.
harrison smith
Oh my gosh.
david pyne
And Russia, of course, has just completed its nuclear modernization.
And, you know, The key difference is a lot of people don't understand why Putin is making these threats and is so strong and confident at this point.
He's really been preparing for this moment for 22 years.
His dream is to reassert control over the former Soviet Union and he now has the military power and Chinese backing to do it.
So the question becomes, this is something that's going to happen whether we like it or not.
In the near future and and do we want that do we want to manage it in a peaceful way?
That protects us vital interest or do we want do we want to risk an EMP cyber possibly nuclear war with Russia?
harrison smith
And we'll talk about some of the new weapons that China and Russia are developing and you know the question I think to me is our American interest at heart or the interest of our elite at heart.
unidentified
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
This is Harrison Smith, you're watching the American Journal.
My guest is David Pine, director at the National EMP Task Force.
You can find his website at emptaskforce.us and you can find one of his latest articles at nationalinterest.org where he lays out the The benefits of maybe not going to war with Russia, instead having maybe a peaceful resolution with our old school, you know, Cold War enemies.
And in fact, Mr. Pine, you say that Russia has built up and modernized Russia's nuclear arsenal, super electromagnetic pulse and cyber warfare capabilities, modernized Russia's national missile defense system, expanded Russia's network of underground nuclear command centers and further hardened Russia's critical infrastructure against expanded Russia's network of underground nuclear command centers and further hardened Russia's Now, we cover a lot of advancements in China as they're developing new and rather terrifying space weapons and nuclear capabilities, all sorts of stuff.
So I guess Russia is on this same tack.
It doesn't get quite as much attention, but they're building up just as rapidly or just in the same vein as China?
david pyne
Kind of in the same vein.
You know, China is actually, you know, leaping ahead of Russia, potentially in actual numbers of strategic nuclear warheads.
Russia currently has the largest number of nuclear warheads in the world.
They actually possess the.
The Sino-Russian alliance possesses about 75% of the world's nuclear weapons, and Russia has about two-thirds of the world's nuclear weapons.
So they have the most by far.
They have about four, nearly four and a half times more nuclear weapons than we do.
Now granted, a lot of those nuclear weapons are theater or tactical nuclear warheads that could not reach the United States.
They could reach NATO targets and U.S.
forces forward deployed in the Far East and Eastern Europe.
But this is, yeah, the Russian nuclear modernization program has been a little more gradual, but equally concerning, if not more so.
They include a number of weapon systems, including the Poseidon underwater drone.
It's been referred to as kind of an underwater nuclear ICBM, which has a warhead of up to 100 megatons.
Now, just to give your listeners an idea of how much that is, One Russian submarine equipped with six of these underwater drones would have more nuclear megatonnage than the entire combined arsenal of the United States nuclear arsenal.
So it's a huge amount of firepower.
They've actually kind of marketed it as designed to cause a massive super tsunami that would kill tens of millions of Americans along the eastern seaboard.
But I think the actual purpose of those weapons are to destroy U.S.
nuclear missile submarines that are at sea.
Yes, because they have the ability to trail our submarines and once they can detonate, they have a kill radius of about 50 kilometers.
So they don't have to be super accurate.
harrison smith
I don't know.
It's troubling to know that these things are still out there, and it's not so far-fetched that they would be used.
Now, I don't want to fearmonger and make people think, like, oh, this is right around the corner.
You know, the subs are right off the coast.
But we get so many headlines these days.
Things are advancing.
War's right around the corner.
Now, I was doing a year in review, and I went back to January of last year, and I realized, OK, They were saying the same thing in January.
They're saying the same thing in February.
So it seems like we're always right on the cusp of war.
It never quite comes, but it's clearly still moving in that direction, right?
I mean, is this even a possibility at this point?
I know people out there are going, nuclear war?
I mean, it's the 2020s.
We're not going to have a nuclear exchange.
But that's not so far-fetched, is it?
david pyne
It's not.
So Russian, Chinese political and military leaders, particularly the Russians, have never given up the idea that nuclear wars can be fought and won by the side that best prepares for it.
So they used to spend more on Nuclear war survivability and missile defense, and they spent on their entire military, the rest of their military.
That was in the 1990s, shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
And, you know, you have to ask yourself, well, if Russia stopped being a threat after the collapse of the Soviet Union, why would they continue spending, you know, more money on nuclear war fighting and survivability than the rest of their military combined?
And the answer seems clear.
They never stopped planning to fight a nuclear war with the United States.
They have their nuclear weapons like the Chinese are integrated at every level of their military.
They have, you know, the US, for example, doesn't have any, you know, we stopped deploying nuclear warheads on our surface ships back in 1991.
And we've never returned to doing that.
We're designing conventional warhead only hypersonic missiles, whereas all of Russia's and Chinese hypersonic missiles, you know, they have operational hypersonic missiles, which we don't, and they're all nuclear equipped.
So...
You know, we're kind of planning, we kind of have a Western misconception that nuclear wars will never be fought because both sides would lose, while the Russians and the Chinese view the nuclear weapons as force multipliers.
And in the Russian military doctrine, they have a new doctrine that says they'll escalate to nuclear weapons in order to de-escalate a conflict and achieve victory on their own terms.
harrison smith
Right, and of course they wouldn't be spending billions of dollars in advancing all of this technology if, you know, they didn't intend to at least have the chance to use it or opportunity to use it at some point.
Right.
Yeah, I'm wondering where, well, okay, we still have a little bit of time in this because I didn't want to get into a new topic and not have time to cover it, but I just want to talk about NATO a little bit because I see NATO as sort of a relic of the Cold War, maybe not even Not serving its purpose anymore and really just creating more friction between us and Russia, which is no longer the Soviet Union, no longer a communist country.
What's your take on NATO, where it is now, and where it's come from through its history?
david pyne
So NATO was a very essential alliance during the Cold War.
It was important to our Cold War, quote unquote, victory.
You know, it was a victory, but it's proved to be a temporary one because the Cold War kind of never really ended.
There was just kind of a lull during the 1990s before President Putin took power in 1999.
But no, I think it was very important.
I think that it helped to keep the peace.
We had a Yalta sphere of influence agreement, which both sides respected between 1945 and about 1999, when we started adding former Warsaw Pact countries to NATO, which was a very stupid mistake on our part.
But it's, yeah, NATO has become, it's Russia's no more a threat.
In fact, it's in many ways, it's a greater threat, not conventionally to Europe, though I think the Russians could still conquer much of Europe in a war using these unconventional weapons.
But it's become kind of a noose around our neck, America's neck, because, you know, if We have countries such as Montenegro that are members that, you know, Montenegro I think has a population of a little over half a million people.
Let's say, you know, if the Russians were to join a war with Serbia to attack Montenegro and give Serbia access to the Adriatic Sea, you know, we would potentially be forced to fight a cyber EMP or a nuclear war over Montenegro with Russia.
The same thing with the Baltics.
The Baltics are former silver republics that Russia is always viewed correctly, I think, as part of their sphere of influence.
And so I'm very leery about the U.S.
remaining a member of NATO with the Baltics states still in the U.S.
without the U.S.
stating that we would not.
harrison smith
Yeah, and of course, and of course, you know, conflict over Ukraine is where sort of the flashpoint seems to be right now.
We'll talk about that and more with David Pine on the other side.
EMPtaskforce.us is his website.
Stay tuned.
unidentified
You're listening to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
harrison smith
My guest is Mr. David Pine, director of the National EMP Task Force.
And I encourage everybody to go read his article on nationalinterest.org, where he talks about how to negotiate peace with Russia to prevent war over Ukraine.
You're highlighting a lot of issues that America has in this, you know, conflict that we're seeming to wage against Russia.
And it seems to me like it all comes down to one word, priorities.
It seems like we have very different priorities here in America than maybe Russia and China do.
Is that what's happening here?
It's just a mismatch of priority where we're trying to, you know, our military is more focused on Having the right gender in the right places.
And I mean, you know, like a bunch of absurd stuff that is rather unimportant, in my opinion, sort of pales in comparison when you're talking about nuclear war.
Whereas China and Russia seem to be all about, you know, really to an almost insane degree.
We actually have stories of Chinese military using brain implants to control their or to make, you know, what they call super soldiers.
I mean, they're going all out, but at least they seem to have their priorities in order.
They're concerned about the actual national security of their countries.
We seem to be more concerned about other things.
Is it is it priorities?
Is that our big issue? - Okay.
david pyne
That is a huge issue.
The Biden administration, their focus has been on what I call sovietizing U.S.
military, using kind of Zampolit-style Soviet-type political officers.
They've kind of set up a system of internal spying where U.S.
Troops can report anyone for, you know, supporting Donald Trump for questioning the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
unidentified
Right.
david pyne
Any number of things for obviously anyone who refuses to get vaccinated can be kicked out of the military.
Thankfully, only with the general discharge and not a dishonorable discharge, which they initially threatened, thanks to the latest NDA bill signed by the president.
Right.
unidentified
Right.
david pyne
But yeah, I mean that, you know, getting, making sure transgenders feel included in the military, you know, all kinds of things like that, you know, making sure that, you know, people are attuned to, you know, to not harassing women or transgenders or gays.
Those should not be the priorities of the U.S. military.
Meanwhile, as you said, the Russian and Chinese military are developing all kinds of super nuclear weapons and EMP weapons that the U.S. doesn't even have, most of which we're not even trying to develop and we have little to no defense against.
And so they're playing for keeps.
If we go to war with Russia and China, they're going to hit us with everything they've got.
They're going to hold back, obviously, most of their nuclear weapons because that's not necessary to defeat us.
But short of that, we're going to be bombarded in multiple ways, as I talk about in Dr. Peter Pryor's Blackout Warfare book that came out recently.
harrison smith
Right.
And of course, again, we just keep pointing back to Afghanistan to see just how professionally things may be handled here in America.
When it's in Afghanistan, it's just an outrage.
If that were to happen here, if that same level of incompetence were to be displayed by our military here in America in a hot war with Russia or China, it wouldn't be just a far-off, you know, catastrophe.
It'd be something here on our doorstep.
Now, you've gotten a lot of attention recently from some of your writings.
You've done an interview with Sputnik TV in Russia, I believe, right?
And you also... Sputnik News, yeah.
Sputnik News and you have...
A Polish magazine has featured you.
Why all the interest in Europe?
And is there more interest in Europe than in America?
And what accounts for that?
david pyne
There has been.
So I wrote my article with three audiences, primary audiences in mind.
unidentified
U.S.
david pyne
policymakers, number one.
Obviously, that's the key folks that I need to convince to change policies, but also Russia and China, to give them kind of ideas that they maybe can suggest or pursue that might be acceptable or good negotiation points in discussions with the United States, with the Biden administration.
And thus far, I've seen my article covered in the Bulgarian, the German, the Greek, the Polish press, and the Russian press as well.
The Chinese press, state-owned press, covered my last very influence article that preceded this one.
So I'm very happy with the international attention that my articles have got, particularly with regards to Russia.
This organization called Rustrat, which I believe is Russia's premier think tank, said that my last article, the Spirit of Influence article that you're showcasing here, received considerable interest in Russia. received considerable interest in Russia.
uh, Because it kind of did expand on some of the proposals that Putin has Discussed he's talked about the desire to for Russia to have us, you know in the US to conclude a second Yalta agreement that recently, you know included a restructuring of the security structure of Europe.
That's something that's not necessarily against US national security interests.
Obviously, I think personally, I think we should limit our vital interests, kind of our red lines to the Western Hemisphere, Japan and Western Europe.
Those are the key areas.
I think when it comes to Eastern Europe, we can kind of negotiate, there can be a little give and take.
Right.
Obviously, we don't want Russian troops in Eastern Europe or actually I'll call it Central Europe.
Central Europe is kind of the term for the former Warsaw Pact countries.
Eastern Europe usually refers to the former Soviet republics.
harrison smith
So when you approach this sort of stuff, you laid out sort of the audience that you're going for.
What is your – if you could have these articles land on the desk of the right people, what would the greatest outcome for you be?
Like, if you could have anything, if you could make a wish and say, I want this agreement to be signed or this pact to be secured, what would that be in your fantasy world?
What are you striving towards?
david pyne
So at this point, I think if I were the lead negotiator in the Biden administration negotiation team, which is currently the deputy secretary of state that's going to be leading the negotiation in our bilateral meetings on the 10th in Geneva, I would say the United States can agree to your security agreement in principle with the three following conditions.
And those three conditions are pretty I guess radical, I guess.
One would be the signing of a non-aggression pact between the U.S.
and Russia.
I think that would be very helpful.
The second would be the signing of a sphere of influence agreement, which would kind of lay out what each side's red lines should be and kind of say, okay, if it's, you know, in these countries, these are part of Russia's sphere of influence, the U.S.
will commit to never send troops, to never intervene militarily, or to give any weapons or military aid.
And obviously Ukraine would be part of that, as well as the Baltic states, which Putin has said he wants out of NATO.
And then Russia would do the same, make the same commitment for the US sphere of influence, which would force them to end all military assistance and basing rights in Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.
And then the last, and perhaps even the most important, would be the signing of a U.S.-Russia Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation, and Mutual Assistance.
That is the same agreement that Russia signed with China back in 2001.
And I'm not saying that They have to, you know, renege on their agreement with China.
So they can kind of have these two friendship agreements, one in place with the U.S.
and one with Russia.
And then the incentive is, I would go beyond that and say, if Russia leaves the FCO, the U.S.
will leave NATO and withdraw its troops from Europe.
And that could potentially lead to the OSCE, the Organization of Security and Economic Cooperation, I believe, or European cooperation, that is designed, that Russia views very positively because it includes all of the former Soviet republics.
And that could kind of replace NATO as a kind of a pan-European collective security organization.
harrison smith
Wow.
So then maybe you could have sort of things in place to where if there is a conflict that comes up, you can adjudicate it through diplomacy rather than having to resort to war.
I think that's brilliant.
We'll be back on the other side, the final segment of David Pine.
Stay with us, folks.
Go to emptaskforce.us to find his website, and we'll be right back.
unidentified
All right.
harrison smith
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
This is The American Journal.
If you're watching us on InfoWars.com and Band.Video, My guest is David Pine.
This will be our last segment with him.
I do want to remind you, go to InfoWarsStore.com, take advantage of the New Year sale, and please support this very important mission we have of getting out the right information to the world.
And David Pine is really helping us to do that.
You know, so much gets talked about Russia and Ukraine is in the news all the time now, and yet you never really get the full story of what's actually happening in that far-flung country.
So I want to ask you, Mr. Pine, again, David Pine is the Director of the National EMP Task Force.
You can find his website at emptaskforce.us, and we'll talk about how you can get involved with what Mr. Pine is doing.
But I want to ask you, what is it about Ukraine that's so important for both Russia and America.
What is it about this country that seems to have both of us pulling at the chain, trying to snap at each other?
david pyne
Well, clearly for Russia, I mean, Ukraine is really the key to Putin establishing his dream of re-instituting control of the Soviet Union.
Putin's dream and his objective is to kind of return to Russia's old glory from the Soviet days in which the Soviet Union had sway over all of Eastern and much of Central Europe as well.
And so, I think Ukraine is Putin's number one national security priority.
And so he's not going to give in on it.
Whereas for the United States, Ukraine is not a NATO member state.
We have no security agreements with it.
And Putin is actually threatened that if we don't agree to his proposed security agreement, if we end up sanctioning, leveling additional harsh economic sanctions on Russia over their invasion of Ukraine, or if we leveling additional harsh economic sanctions on Russia over their invasion of Ukraine, or if we deploy military forces along the Ukrainian border, he will retaliate with military technical means, which I believe is a code he
that is not likely to be limited to US forces in Europe, but will likely hit us here at home as well.
harrison smith
And so is that how you see a conflict playing out?
Of course, you told us that on January 10th, they're having a bilateral meeting with Russia.
Is this sort of the final chance for diplomacy before things potentially spiral out of control?
How do you see what's about to take place on the 10th?
How do you see this going and what do you think the potential outcomes are?
david pyne
I think it is.
So Vladimir Putin, he believes that war with the United States is inevitable.
He's believed that, I think, for the last two decades of his presidency.
But I think it's only inevitable if we continue pursuing the same foolish, provocative policies against Russia that have kind of provoked Russia and China to ally together.
If we abandon those policies and pursue a more realistic policy that is willing to recognize the Russian sphere of influence and their vital interests in the types of agreements that I've mentioned, then I think war could certainly be averted.
But I see if these talks fail, as it appears likely that they will, within just the next, within a three-week time period, by the end of January, you know, Russia could be massing twice as many troops on the Ukrainian border.
Currently, they're believed to have about 120,000.
You know, most analysts think they need about 175,000 in order to successfully invade and occupy all of Ukraine.
I do believe that's what Russia is planning.
So, meanwhile, President Biden has clearly stated that the U.S.
will not send troops to defend Ukraine.
It will only send arms and weapons for Ukraine to defend itself.
So, essentially, if we don't come to terms with Russia, Ukraine is going to get invaded and taken over by Russia.
So, is that really You know, is that really the alternative that we want?
Or, you know, potentially deploying troops along the Ukrainian border that could start World War Three?
Or do we want to make some concessions and simply say, we'll pressure Ukraine to join the Eurasian Economic Union, which is led by Russia, in exchange for an avoidance of war and maybe the loss of the Baltic states for NATO?
These are concessions, yes.
I would not call – term it as appeasement.
We're doing – we would be doing what is in the U.S. national security interest that furthers and increases and enhances our national security.
harrison smith
And do you think – I mean, what's the likelihood – say we don't go down the path that you've prescribed of peace and diplomacy and friendship with Russia.
If we go down the other path, do you think that the agreements that Russia and China have means it would become World War III?
I mean, it wouldn't stay contained to Ukraine, but would pretty quickly spiral out?
david pyne
So with regards to Russia, I think if we were to limit ourselves to additional sanctions, it would cause a rupture as Russia is threatened of our diplomatic relations.
But it potentially might not escalate to World War Three.
However, if we were to deploy tens of thousands of U.S.
troops to the Baltics and to Poland and Romania, I think it would escalate to World War Three.
I think that Putin would view that as extremely provocative and the exact opposite of what he demanded, and that he would proceed to invade the Baltics and likely, you know, the other frontline NATO states as well.
And when he did that, he would probably launch a preemptive EMP cyber first strike on the U.S.
that would, you know, cause the government to collapse.
harrison smith
Right, and for which we, and you've pointed this out in your previous interviews on our program, and of course in all of your great articles in there at EMPtaskforce.us, we are completely unprepared for such an attack.
We are not hardened against an EMP attack.
Frankly, we can hardly keep the lights on in some places in this country, let alone under the threat of a nuclear EMP.
How can people help you with your mission in trying to resolve this peacefully?
Obviously, they can go to emptaskforce.us.
They can read your articles and share those, including the latest one that we've been covering, Negotiate Peace with Russia.
You say, Negotiate Peace with Russia to prevent The first one is to donate to the EMP Task Force at emptaskforce.us.
internationalinterest.org.
But how else can people help your mission in just alerting the American authorities, hey, you need to get your act together?
david pyne
So I think there's two really important things that your listeners need to do.
The first one is to donate to the EMP Task Force at emptaskforce.us.
The second is to share Dr. Peter Price reports and books and articles and my own as well, which are listed on the EMP Task Force website, as well as my national interest articles in If you just look it up, David pine and national national interest, you can find the archives.
Forward those articles to your members of Congress and start a conversation.
Try to get them to be better informed about what the, you know, what our important policy options are and what we can do to avert war.
Because, you know, as I look at even Republicans in Congress, they're not really talking about this.
You know, and the few that are saying we need to, you know, to risk war with Russia over Ukraine, you know, which when it's not even we have zero security commandments to Ukraine.
It's absurd.
harrison smith
It is absurd.
That is actually the only way to put it.
Because you're right.
I mean, they literally wasn't it a senator or congressman very recently who said, you know, nuclear weapons are not off the table when it comes to Ukraine.
I mean, for what?
I think you asked the question while we were in break and we were talking to each other, but you said, you know, is it worth it?
Is it worth the potential of, heck, 200 million Americans dying by nuclear hellfire?
Is it really worth it to tread this line?
I don't think it is.
david pyne
Yeah, no, it absolutely isn't.
And as we mentioned during the break, I believe the preeminent national security priority of the United States, of U.S.
policymakers should be to protect, defend, and preserve the United States of America and the lives of its citizens.
And that means you only risk nuclear war with, you know, an existential war with Russia and China, which are allies.
So if we go to war, we'll go to war with the other one, in the case of our vital interests, which I've narrowly defined as the Western Hemisphere, Western Europe, and Japan.
harrison smith
Right.
david pyne
Not Ukraine.
harrison smith
Right, not Ukraine.
Yeah, not a lot of benefit to going to war there.
I just pray that this word gets to the people with the ability to change things and that hopefully we sort of correct our course and get our priorities straight before it's too late.
Because again, I really do think it is about priorities.
Not saying that some of the stuff they're doing now isn't important, although I don't think it is, but it's like, why don't we focus on survivability and capability first, and then that other stuff can come later.
But first, let's do what the military is supposed to do.
and secure the nation.
I think that's brilliant.
And you, you aren't just speaking in, you know, vagaries or, you know, saying, Oh, I wish there was peace.
You actually lay down exactly how it can happen in the diplomatic points that can be made in the progress to peace.
So I think it's wonderful stuff.
And I wish more people in power had your same mindset.
Again, David Pine's website can be found at emptaskforce.us.
That's where you go to support this movement and, and find more information for that.
And of course, his articles can be found at nationalinterest.org.

Thank you, Harrison.
It's a pleasure.
harrison smith

So stay tuned, folks.
We'll have, we'll have Mr. Pine back, hopefully in time to prevent the nuclear war that the people in charge seem hell bent on bringing about.
Thank you again.

Thanks for keeping us on the air.
Everything we've witnessed in the last few decades has only been the build-up for what the globalists are doing right now.
This is their big offensive.
This is their takeover.
And this is the point that they're at their very weakest because now they've revealed themselves.
Now their world government, their permanent martial law, their medical tyranny is out in the open.
Their depopulation agenda has been exposed.
But they're using their corporate power and trillions to go across the planet and shut down people telling the truth.
So listen, Paul Reveres, when you spread the word about the broadcast, when you pray for the broadcast, you're the tip of the spear.
And when you buy products at M4WarStore.com, you keep us on air.
Plus, we've got great products that have been sold out for months that are back in stock, 50% off, X2 and Winter Sun.
Both of these are in our top five best sellers.
They are so good for your body.
And if there's two things you do for your body, it's these two products.
They're all back in stock at M4WarStore.com, 50% off, and it keeps us on the air.
Only way we fail is if you don't take action.
It was von Bismarck, the unifier of the German Republic, that first said, politics is war by another means.
He also said, war is politics by another means.
They're interchangeable.
We are in a war.
There is a global corporate takeover, the Great Reset, happening worldwide.
And Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates and the UN admit this is their takeover.
They brag that they had this Davos school for 40 years that trained almost every one of these so-called leaders from Canada to New Zealand, from the UK to Germany, under Klaus Schwab and Henry Kissinger's control.
And now they're launching their world government to collapse society to then carry out State Department memorandum 200 for forced depopulation.
And that's why InfoWars is under such incredible attack.
Because we actually identify who the globalists are and go after them.
Donald Trump knows who they are.
Senator Rand Paul knows who they are.
Senator Josh Hawley knows who they are.
Ted Cruz knows who they are.
But they won't dare go after them because they know when you do that, the system destroys you.
Well, you know what?
I stepped up to the plate.
And you stepped up to the plate supporting InfoWars over the years.
So we're here fighting and identifying them to make it safe for other men to finally take action and save our republic and save our world.
At the same time, it's beyond critical to remember that without your financial support, InfoWars will be shut down.
That's why I offer you a 360 win, where you keep us on air and you get great products at the same time.
The only way you fail is not taking action.
They have been sold out for months and months and months.
