		The unvaccinated will be banned from shops and every other area of society besides essential services.
		That means that the government is graciously still allowing them to buy food.

		So long as they properly segregate themselves from other vaxxed shoppers.
		Yeah, that's an actual supermarket in Germany.
		But they are banned from bars, restaurants, cinemas, all lifestyle, all culture, basically everything else.
		They've even told the unjabbed that they're only allowed a maximum of two people inside their own homes over Christmas.
		No jab, no life.
		And pretty soon, no jab, no job, as authorities announced they'd make the vaccine mandatory by February.
		And for those who still refuse, well, it'll probably be the same as in Austria.
		But don't worry, they're not going to forcibly drag you off to a vaccination centre.
		They're just going to forcibly drag you off to a detention centre until you get vaccinated.
		See, they're nice, reasonable people.
		Before the vax was available, Germany was already incarcerating rule-breakers in detention camps.
		Such facilities are really going to come in handy.
		Germany using emergency powers to segregate, stigmatise, persecute and ultimately imprison an oppressed minority.
		What could possibly go wrong?
		I think I remember reading about something similar happening at some point in history.

		If only there was a neighbouring country that had been doing something completely different from the start of the pandemic that Germany could emulate.
		Such a shame that a country like that doesn't exist.
		A country that never imposed legal lockdowns, mask mandates or vaccine passports.

		Senate passes bill to avert government shutdown, sends to Biden for signature.
		The Democrat-controlled U.S.
		Senate on Thursday passed a bill to fund the government through mid-February, averting the risk of a shutdown after overcoming a bid by some Republicans to delay the vote in a protest against vaccine mandates.
		The Senate acted just hours after the House of Representatives approved the measure by a vote of 221 to 212 with the support of only one Republican.
		Congress faces another urgent deadline right now at the heels of this one.
		Oh no!
		Oh no!
		We're all gonna go broke again!
		It's just like, does anybody get tired of this?
		I mean, it pretty much literally happens every year, every single year.
		It's just like the government blows past its, you know, allotted money, just destroys any roadblocks in the way of it.
		Just gouging the American people for every cent they own.
		And then it's a panic.
		Oh, no, the government's about to shut down.
		Oh, we can't afford... Oh, no, and everybody runs around with their head cut off, and then they're just like, and we raised the limit.
		Whew!
		Avoided again.
		Wow, another tragedy narrowly missed.
		Gosh, can't wait till a month from now when we do this all over again and act like this makes any sense at all.
		Yes, folks, Congress faces yet another urgent deadline right on the heels of this one.
		The federal government is approaching its $28.9 trillion dollar borrowing limit, which the Treasury Department has estimated it could reach by December 15th.
		Failure to extend or lift the limit in time could trigger an economically catastrophic default.
		It's like, it's like a video game.
		It's like a video game, one of those bad video games where every level is the same.
		Every level, you know?
		Every time you get to the castle, it turns out Peach is in the next castle, and it's like, oh no!

		Quick, there's the next catastrophe!
		Are you gonna be able to raise the debt limit in time?

		And then they're just like, do.

		Meanwhile, tensions are rising on the Ukraine's border with Russia.
		Here's what you need to know from CNN.com.
		Tensions between UK and Russia are at their highest in years, with reports of Russian troop buildup near Russia's border with Ukraine fueling fears of Moscow's intentions.
		Ukraine warns Russia is trying to destabilize the country ahead of any planned military invasion.
		Western powers have repeatedly warned Russia in recent weeks against further aggressive moves against Ukraine.
		Last month, satellite photos revealed Russian hardware, including self-propelled guns, battle tanks and infantry fighting vehicles, on the move at training ground roughly 186 miles from the border.
		But little other information has been made public to back up allegations by the Western powers of an increased threat.
		And of course, Russia is pointing to NATO buildups of troops and supplies on their border to point to why they might want to do this.
		But what we know is that the Ukraine has been a goldmine for the elite of the world, including the most corrupt here in America.
	And many, many of their nefarious activities originate or take place in Ukraine.
	It's really been literally a goldmine for them.
	They have been, you know, sucking the wealth out of Ukraine and using Ukraine to their own advantage for quite a while.
	That's why when Donald Trump started to communicate with the government of Ukraine and trying to ferret out some of this nefarious activity, they impeached him for it.
	They couldn't let that rabbit trail be followed.
	Have to have to shut that down.
	A lot, a lot of the human trafficking victims come from Ukraine.
	That's another big epicenter there.
	But yes, China and Russia still apparently headed inexorably towards war with the United States.
	Meanwhile, and I guess I'm not really changing topics here as we continue to discuss the United States government, Epstein's former house manager testifies, calls Ghislaine Maxwell the lady of the house.
	Former house manager of Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach, Florida estate testified on Thursday That the first time he met Ghislaine Maxwell in approximately 1991, she made it very clear to him that she occupied a central role in Epstein's affairs.
	She's like, yes, I'm his Mossad handler.
	She right away took over.
	Juan Alessi told the jury on the fourth day of Maxwell's criminal trial on multiple charges of sex trafficking, child sex trafficking.
	And right away, she mentioned to me that she was going to be the lady of the house.
	Alessi's testimony could provide prosecutors an important connection between Maxwell and the government's key witness.
	Jane, as she's being called, has previously testified that she suffered sexual abuse by Epstein beginning in 1994 when she was 14 years old and continuing for several years.
	And she has accused Maxwell of facilitating and sometimes even participating in that abuse.
	Alessi testified on multiple occasions.
	His orders included picking up Jane and driving her to and from Epstein's house at the behest of both Epstein and Maxwell.
	And this exchange is pretty illuminating.
	He's asked, do you remember Mr. Epstein instructing you to pick Jane up?
	Yes, he says.
	Do you remember Ms.
	Maxwell instructing you to pick Jane up?
	Yes, he said.
	He picked her up, he said, because, quote, I don't think she had a license.
	You know, because she was a child.
	She wasn't old enough to drive yet.
	Amazing, isn't it?
	Really, what we're getting here is the Piecemeal, like, reconstruction of what a criminal network looks like and how it operates.
	Yes, the driver, in a way, is complicit in going and supplying teenage victims for his masters, but he doesn't know what he's doing.
	He doesn't know what they're going for.
	He doesn't know who this person is or what connection she has to Jeffrey Epstein.
	He's told, go pick this girl up by the lady of the house, and he goes and picks her up and brings her.
	Did he do something wrong?
	Maybe he should have asked questions.
	Maybe he should have been a little bit more suspicious.
	But this is the way criminal networks operate.
	This is why they're decentralized and secretive.
	This is why conspiracies seem so outrageous, because people go, how could everybody be keeping this secret?
	Well, 99% of the people have no idea what they're participating in, what part they're playing.
	They're confined to very limited roles.
	They do those roles with no idea how it connects to the larger picture.
	This is how criminal networks operate, and it's the criminal network that we're now being uncovered that operates at the highest levels and controls entire governments of the world.

	Of all of the new cases of Omicron variant identified in the U.S.
	on Thursday, every single one of the individuals were vaxxed.
	Every single one of them, when the vaccination status was known.
	It's the vaccinated variant, folks.
	It's amazing, but it's true.
	Discovered in vaccinated people, spread to vaccinated people.
	I don't know if there's been a single report of an unvaccinated person getting Omicron yet.

	Heroes of the New Imperium.
	Yes, folks, it is practically official at this point.
	Omicron is the vaccinated variant of the new cases of Omicron variant identified in the U.S.
	on Thursday.
	All the individuals were vaxxed when the vaccination status was known.
	Some of these cases, they don't know the vaccination status, but every time they do, it turns out Yeah, they were vaccinated one day after the first case of Omicron variant was confirmed in California.
	New York reported five cases of the virus, while additional cases were identified in Colorado and Minnesota, public health officials said Thursday.
	A fully vaccinated and boosted Minnesotan is the nation's second case of Omicron-19 variant.
	The nation's first Omicron variant was discovered in Wednesday in a California individual who had traveled to South Africa.
	That person was also fully vaccinated.
	A Minnesotan with the Omicron variant is an adult male resident of Hennepin County who completed his vaccine series more than six months ago.
	He was then boosted in early November, but then came down with the Omicron variant shortly after.
	There are five cases in New York.
	Four of the vaccine statuses are unknown, but the one that they do know was that they were fully vaccinated and boosted.
	Really, really incredible stuff.
	Now, here's a headline that took the world by storm yesterday, just about the time our show So it's a little bit, uh, slightly older.
	You know, in this, in this crazy world, 24 hours is like ancient history, but kind of worth getting this information out there.
	Kind of worth actually spreading this news and forcing the people that Want to ignore it?
	Come to terms with this verifiable information.
	Pfizer document reveals over 1,200 vaccine deaths over 90-day period.
	An official Pfizer document titled, Accumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Records Reports, obtained via the request, contains data on adverse reactions to the vaccine.
	According to the document, there were tens of thousands of adverse reactions to the vaccine recorded over a 90-day period from December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021.
	Over this period, there were 1,403 cases of cardiovascular issues, accounting for a whopping 3.3% of the data set.
	More alarmingly, there were also 1,222 recorded fatalities over the 90-day time period.
	But the data only included serious adverse effects.
	Any side effects deemed non-serious were to be processed within 90 days in a separate report.
	And that data was not included in this data set, nor was any data, well, all of the data, I should say, was collected voluntarily and offered up to people.
	So it's not even really a full data set, but there you go.
	And then so they just had a couple thousand cardiovascular issues, a couple of thousand deaths, a couple of thousand other things.
	And then they said, yeah, we'll approve it anyway.
	We'll go ahead and approve it anyway, just in case.
	Of course, the numbers are even bigger when you really expand your view over.
	Over 42,000 adverse reaction reports revealed in first batch of Pfizer documents.
	As first reported by Kyle Becker, there were a total of 42,086 case reports for adverse reactions Spanning 158,893 total events.
	More than 25,000 of these events were classified as nervous system disorders.
	This set of data comes from the, as Zero Hedge puts it, the FDA's excruciatingly slow release of data related to Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine.
	It's a trickle of just 500 pages a month out of 329,000 pages.
	It'll take until about 2076 to complete.
	So, just shockingly high numbers of adverse reactions from the vaccine trials, but don't let a little death and destruction get in the way of your tyrannical medical measures.
	Really incredible.
	Meanwhile, Spanish investigation finds vaccine passports have no impact on the infection rate.
	An investigation by experts in Spain concluded that vaccine passports have no significant impact on reducing COVID-19 infection rates.
	Details of the studies, carried out by Spain's Interregional COVID Committee, were obtained by El Pai and reported on by The Telegraph.
	Looking at how the scheme was implemented in other European countries, experts found that mandating people show proof of vaccination to enter venues like bars, restaurants and cinemas is not reducing the level of transmission.
	No, it is reducing the level of freedom.

	In our final story here, George Floyd's nephew arrested for intimidation of Kyle Rittenhouse jurors.
	A man who has been identified as both a relative, close friend, and nephew of the deceased George Floyd was arrested sometime on Thursday for alleged intimidation of jurors assigned to Kyle Rittenhouse's homicide trial.

	Now, a little bit earlier in the Daily Dispatch, I talked about one of the only measure taken by the Biden administration to combat COVID that is not just vaccinate everyone, was mention of a pill.

		If you were just willing to use your basic human logic, just go, hey, look, this pill works by mutating viruses.
		That's weird and bad.
		Hey, gain-of-function research was a horrible idea that likely led to the COVID pandemic outbreak.
		Like, if you can just acknowledge these simple, easy-to-understand truths, you are More, you know, capable of leadership than 99.9% of the politicians out there.
		So no, I don't agree with Tulsi Gabbard and everything, but how refreshing is it seeing somebody other than Rand Paul, Thomas Massey, and like one or two others actually just speaking in a human way, reflecting human concerns and not just some sort of robotic automaton of the system.
		It's just like, oh, we're just desperate for human beings.
		Just send us a human being who doesn't openly despise us, and we will be so grateful.

		Just a semblance of humanity, and you're better than 99% of absolutely everybody.

		Now, we're about to cover a story from a woman named Haley Hodgson, an Australian woman.
		And I'll play the video here in a second that's been going somewhat viral, but she did an extended interview.

		On arrival, she was told she'd have to stay there for the full 14 days.

		Yesterday was the fourth day of the Ghislaine Maxwell trial.
		Now, we already covered some of it in the Daily Dispatch, but just to remind you, the former, the Epstein's former house manager testified yesterday, calling Ghislaine Maxwell the lady of the house.
		He was the former house manager of Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach, Florida estate, and he testified that the first time he met Ghislaine Maxwell in about 1991, she made it very clear to him that she occupied a central role in Epstein's affairs.
		She right away took over.
		Juan Alessi told the jury on the fourth day of Maxwell's criminal trial on multiple charges of child sex trafficking.
		And right away, she mentioned she would be the lady of the house.
		His testimony could provide prosecutors an important connection between Maxwell and the government's key witness, Jane, who's previously testified that she suffered sexual abuse by Epstein beginning in 1994 when she was 14 years old and continued for several years.
		She's accused Maxwell of facilitating and sometimes even participating in that abuse.
		Alessi testified on multiple occasions that his orders included picking up Jane and driving her to and from Epstein's house at the behest of Epstein and Maxwell saying he had to pick her up because she wasn't old enough to have a driver's license.
		Once again, what we're finding out here is we're illustrating just how these criminal networks operate.

		Unaware of the larger picture, they perform their roles unaware of the part they're playing in a larger scheme.
		And that way you keep them from being able to talk, being able to resist.

		Juan would proceed to disclose he possessed a close relationship with Epstein and Maxwell, stating he had his own room at Epstein's Paul Beach mansion, would bring his wife and other girls to help him.
		When working for the now-deceased pedophile, Juan would also describe Ghislaine Maxwell as the lady of the house.
		Unless you would proceed to reference a checklist given to him by Maxwell, stating specifics relating to how employees of Epstein were expected to conduct themselves.
		One line read, quote, remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you.
		These people are such despicable... I mean, the...
		Child sex trafficking ring, leave that to the side, okay?
		We'll ignore that for a second.
		These people's just interpersonal relationships, the way they treat other people is always, uniformly, in a degrading, humiliating, and suffocating way.
		And it happens all the time.
		It's, I mean, look at the most powerful people in the Democratic Party.
		Look at the most powerful people on the left wing, the most powerful people in these corporations and everything, from Harvey Weinstein to Joe Biden to Kamala Harris.
		It's just like, to Ellen DeGeneres, right?
		Like all of these people, they treat their fellow human beings like dirt.
		And that's how they have power over them in a lot of cases.
		Like humiliation is a very powerful tool.
		Shame is a very powerful tool.
		Money is a very powerful tool.
		They bring all of these to bear.
		You go and talk to people who worked for people like Donald Trump.
		Go talk to people who work for people like Alex Jones.
		You'll never find one of their employees feeling humiliated by their boss, feeling shamed and degraded and...
		You know, made to feel small and insignificant by their bosses.
		Like, there's two types of power, right?
		There's generous, benevolent power, where people are eager and willing to help you because they care about you and they feel respected.
		That's how I feel about Alex Jones.
		Alex Jones, he'll stop what he's doing, he'll talk to you for a couple minutes, like, doesn't matter who you are, doesn't matter where you are.

		Then there's these types of people.

		And, we'll dangle a little carrot of, if you serve me enough, then one day you too will be able to humiliate and subjugate your inferiors.

		It's a perpetuation of this cycle of domination that can be very effective with weak people.
		It's true.
		Let's listen to this.
		I mean, they say, remember that you are to hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you, right?
		These people are royalty and you are the serfs, the peasants, the slaves that are not to address your betters or even look at them.
	Other requests made by Maxwell that he felt were particularly degrading were also detailed, providing insight into efforts made by Ghislaine within her social life to demean and humiliate those around her, perhaps a quality nurtured and encouraged by her now deceased father.
	Or perhaps it's just a, A common attribute they all share, all these people in power.
	Look at the chaos going on in the Kamala Harris section of the administration these days, just like humiliation, degradation.
	Look at the real Facebook whistleblower employees that came out several years ago and talked about the humiliating and degrading way that the employees were treated.
	And if they tried to speak their mind or say an opinion, they were shouted down and shamed and excommunicated until they showed enough contrition to be welcomed back in.
	It's a cult mentality.
	It only works on weak people, right?
	Because the people employing these tactics are weak.
	If you have to try to humiliate or degrade people to make yourself feel big, it's because you're a weak person.
	Who wants everybody else just to be weaker than you?
	Juan proceeded to inform the prosecution of a normalized routine of Epstein's child sex abuse.
	It was practically a, well, it was a routine, really.
	Alessio also testified to the authenticity of both Epstein black books.
	Both the 1997 copy and the 2015 copy leaked by Gawker was authenticated.
	Also mentioning, Maxwell kept a call directory engraved with her initials that he'd witnessed.
	This is significant, as it allows attorneys to reference the black books as legitimate accounts of evidence, providing tools for prosecution to evaluate the motivation for Epstein possessing such relationships.
	Juan recalled signing a non-disclosure agreement as well when working for Maxwell and Epstein, a common tactic employed by abusers in efforts to convince the victims of illegitimate legal understandings.
	Oh, by the way, Les Wexner will step down as the chair of the Columbus Partnership.

	Now, that person could be miserable, Or that person could be happy.
	They could be healthy and miserable, unhealthy and happy.
	They could be rich and well-to-do, but their body's collapsing.
	It's not a holistic approach, but you gotta have some sort of number to look at just the physical health of a being.
	Well, what does the physical health of America look like right now?
	Frankly, it's not good.
	Frankly, if America was a person who went to the hospital, they would immediately be triaged and probably hooked up to a whole bunch of machines and drastic changes to lifestyle would have to take place to save the life of this dying beast.
	And the numbers that you can look at...
	Our myriad.
	And you could look at things like the GOP, right?
	You could look at some of the positive numbers, some of the corporate numbers, that sort of stuff.
	But that's more like looking at the house and the car of the person that you're trying to treat.
	It has nothing to do with their health.
	It's the window dressing might give you an insight into exactly how their lifestyle, but it's not actually getting to their health.
	The health are things like, what's the homelessness rate?
	What's the unemployed rate?
	What's the rate or the amount of people on welfare or on some sort of government dependency?
	What is the rate of illiterate people graduating high school, right?
	Because you can look at the number of people graduating, that might look very good.
	But if you look at what the people graduating actually know, it looks pretty bad.
	Now one of the numbers That gives you most insight into the state of America right now is the crime rate.
	Murder, violent crime, or even nonviolent crime.
	Shoplifting, burglaries, stuff like that.
	Those numbers are absolutely through the roof.
	Absolutely climbing with no sign of slowing down.
	And when you look at all these numbers, it looks really bad.
	And on one hand, you've got Well, on both hands, I should say, these numbers are reflective of the crisis that America's in, and the suffering of the American people.
	And in the political realm, on one hand, you have one side that's saying, that's recognizing this misery, recognizing the crisis, and putting forward so-called solutions.
	The other side is acting like it's no problem.
	Look at the GOP.
	It's, or look at the, why am I blowing it on the word?
	You know, look at Wall Street.
	Look at the stock numbers.
	It looks great.
	Okay, but that's not the actual health.
	That's not the actual status of the American people.
	The status of the American people is falling quite rapidly and inflation is taking care of that.
	But crime is really one of the number one indicators.
	Now, the people on the left recognize the problem and their solutions uniformly, like without exception.
	Cause the problems to get worse.
	It's really amazing.
	It's really incredible.
	Like if you think about all these numbers that I'm talking about, unemployment, you can look at the, you know, raised government benefits and see a direct correlation between unemployment numbers and government benefits.
	But that's what they push.
	When you look at homelessness, Austin is the, is the prime example.
	You have a couple homeless people.
	They go, we're going to solve homelessness.
	One year later, 10,000 homeless people.
	There's more homeless people in Austin than there are in the entire country of Japan.
	Think about that for a second.
	Everything they try.
	You know, crime.
	They're like, oh, crime is up?
	Why don't we get rid of police?
	Hey, there's an idea.
	Why don't we stop punishing criminals?
	Yeah, maybe we should do that.
	I mean, it's absurd.
	But they're the only ones coming up with solutions.
	They're the only ones even recognizing that there's a problem.
	Republicans don't even seem to give a crap.

	This is like the... Are the organs of your government actually functioning right now, or are they on the cusp of failure, which will lead to, you know, system-wide collapse?

		So that's one of the steps.
		We've also worked with a range of communities across the country on strike forces.
		As you know, something we've talked about in the past, we're continuing to implement that from the Department of Justice.
		But the president absolutely believes that community police forces can have an important instrumental effect in helping keep communities safe.

		And also one of the root causes of crime in communities is guns and gun violence.
		And we've seen that statistically around the country.
peter doocy ▲ ● ▼		To your point, so when a huge group of criminals organizes themselves and they want to go loot a store, a CVS, a Nordstrom, a Home Depot, until the shelves are clean, you think that's because of the pandemic?

		It's probably the pandemic.
		Maybe it's climate change.

		That Democrat prosecutors and DAs don't charge criminals that they release them the next day without a bond.

		They make all these changes to the rules.

		And what's their solution in places like San Francisco?

		Is this a solution?
		It's a way to deal with it, I suppose.
		And if you want to know where this goes and what this looks like down the road, if nothing's done about this, just look at South Africa or look at Israel.
		You know, I have an Israeli friend who's like, yeah, it's fine.
		You go into the mall and every time you go into the mall, you have to go through a metal detector and a security checkpoint.
		But then you know everybody in the mall is safe.
		It's just like, that sounds miserable and awful.
		Or South Africa, where every single house is surrounded by a 10-foot wall with barbed wire and attack dogs.
		And you have to have cameras and guns constantly because you never know when a gang of criminals is gonna burst their way in and boil your baby to death.
		Like, it's horrific.
		And it's awful.
		And the way you deal with this, I suppose, other than actually putting policies into place to use the government to mitigate this rampant crime, is you have to protect yourself.
		You put up barriers.
		You put up walls.
		We can't have nice things anymore.
		I've always said, you know, liberty, the best symbol of liberty is an unguarded cookie jar, right?
		That's all these things are.
		And now you can see on Breitbart and Infowars.com, photos, San Francisco Union Square boards up for Christmas after mass looting.
		This is why we can't have nice things.
		It's what you have to do.
		It's what you have to do with it.
		Like the idea that you can have just like luxury items out on a counter behind nothing more than a plane of glass, that's a privilege of a civilized nation.
		That requires virtuous people.
		Glass can't stop you.
		It's a symbol.
		The glass is just a symbol.
		It's saying you're not allowed to touch this.
		And, but everybody knows if you want to break the glass, you can break the glass.
		You can get the stuff if you really want to, but you don't because you live in a civilization and you understand a civilization requires a ecology of virtue.
		Everyone must be virtuous and not take advantage of weaknesses because that's what a lot of civilization is, is showing weakness, is having weakness, is having that cookie jar out unguarded.
		Yeah, you could steal something if you want.
		It's up to you to not take advantage.
		And if you can't, then I guess we have to put the cookie jar away.
		I guess we have to board up our shops.
		I guess we have to live behind barbed wire.
		Because we refuse to punish criminals, I guess.

	Organized crime rates have been targeting ultra-luxury retailers such as Louis Vuitton stores.
	There's also an 80-person flash mob that looted a Nordstrom in the Bay Area last week, and they're having fun and they're laughing, and the media doesn't know how to cover this because for the last year, they've been covering this exact thing, but they've been framing it as as protests, as peaceful protest against injustice.
	Now the thieves have completely disregarded their cover for legitimacy, and now the news doesn't know how to talk about it because what they're seeing is what they saw over 2020, but back then they could say it was a protest, Now it's obvious this isn't a protest.
	This is about stealing things and it's pretty simple.
	And so now everything's boarded up and it looks like a ghost town.
	It looks like a city under lockdown.
	And it's what happens every time leftists get into power.

		New York was one of the first cities to implement the reduction of bail.
		Bail is unfair.
		Racism, global warming, who cares?
		Racism and global warming, whatever excuse you need to use, bail is unfair, so we're going to get rid of bail and we're going to let criminals walk.
		And of course, this has caused massive, massive problems.
		It's not complicated and these are all stories, all of these stories are from today.

		This should give you an idea about how severe this crime wave is and about how directly it is attributable to the leftist policies, okay?
		A few days ago, we reported that Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, had reported its 500th murder of the year in a case of domestic violence, the highest murder rate I think perhaps of all time.
		But they're not the only ones.
		Of course, New York City has also seen a surge in violent crime in the nearly two years since the start of the pandemic.
		Yeah, maybe it was the pandemic.
		Hey, according to the White House, it's the pandemic.
		So maybe it's the pandemic that's causing this, or maybe it's that literally on the month that the pandemic began, New York also implemented their no-bail policy and stopped punishing criminals.
		How bad is it getting?
		Well, robbers corner mother and baby in the driveway of her LA mansion to steal diaper bag and a bottle cooler.
		And this was caught on film, the terrifying moment brazen robbers cornered a mother and her baby in a driveway of her LA mansion as she waited for its electronic gates to close with a pair of stealing diaper bag and bottle cooler before fleeing in the car.
		So there you go.
		You think you're, you think you're, you know, pregnant, pregnant women and babies are safe.
		Nobody's safe.
		These people are criminals.
		They're despicable.
		If you don't stop them now, it gets worse.

		Is the human concept of creating machines and then having those machines that you created and gave life to turn on you?
		Is that not just like an extrapolation of what humanity did with God?

harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		All right, well, I want to get the latest on you, on your defense, on, you know, your case, what's happening, how it is in prison.
		We've heard some really, really disturbing details about, you know, how some of the January 6th people are being treated.
		How are things?
		I mean, how are conditions in jail there for you, Jeremy?
unidentified		Well, the conditions at the jail I'm in, which is the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, they're not really bad at all.
		I mean, even though they have me in maximum security, to try to make my experience as bad as possible.
		The jail staff here has really been professional.
		In fact, I have actually quite a few silent supporters.
		I was coming back from a visitation the other day, and one of the guards inside the pod that controls all the gates and everything held up a sign and said, Let's go, Brandon.
		So I have quite a few, like I said, silent supporters in here now.
		I know that is a stark contrast to the conditions in D.C.
		and that's of course to be expected, right?
		Florida is friendly territory.
		At D.C., not so much.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Regardless, you're still in prison, which in and of itself is a complete violation of justice.

		And so yesterday I was reading through my latest copy of the Epoch Times that have delivered to me here in jail.
		And there was an op-ed piece about Ronald Reagan, and ultimately the piece is about what's going on in Australia, but the quote from Ronald Reagan that struck me is, freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.
		We don't pass it on to our children in our bloodstream.
		It must be fought for, protected, and handed over for them.
		Or, one day, We will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was like to live in the United States when men were free.
		And, you know, it really struck me, and I wrote it down, and I wanted to basically remind people that we are that generation where freedom is dwindling away.
		And if we don't stand up and do something now, we'll be sitting on our porches or probably behind bars.
		You know, like the scene from Red Dawn where the dad is talking to his sons and saying, you know, you boys go out there and fight.
		Yeah, they're that generation.
		I mean, we're seeing the signs of that right now.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, as Thomas Jefferson put it, the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
		And, you know, I keep trying to warn people right now, what we're seeing in D.C., what we're seeing in school boards across the country, I mean, the forming of committees to target political opponents to punish them for crimes or to Punish them whether or not they've committed a crime.
		I mean, this isn't just reminiscent of a communist takeover, the destruction of freedom.
		It's literally what's happening right now.
		But, you know, Jeremy, you always, this is, it's like you always put your own struggle into like the wider frame.
		Every time I've talked to you from prison, you know, you've talked about what it means, you know, that the threat of freedom that America is under, we're going to lose it.
		I mean, I guess, do you see yourself as just A player in a much wider sort of epic that's taking place?
		Because you never seem to talk personally about how you're doing.
		I'm just wondering about that.
		Do you just see yourself as a leaf on the wind and you're looking at the wider trends?
unidentified		Well, the reality, Harrison, is this, and this is a struggle that I recently had with my girlfriend, and that is, look, I've been in way worse situations.
		I spent 20 years in Special Forces.
		Special Forces' mission is to do what I'm doing now in other countries, to build these resistance elements, and not so that the government can mischaracterize the word resistance, but to build up those who seek freedom and desire to basically regain self-governance.
		And so I've been in these situations, just not on my own homeland.
		And part of that experience is to always be encouraging to them because, you know, you're an American Green Beret, you're in this S-hole country, and these people are wearing flip-flops.
		You can't go in there and be like, oh, you guys are screwed.
		You're only wearing flip-flops and you have no guns.
		There's nothing you're going to be able to do.
		You have to always have That positive attitude, and you have to always encourage them.
		It's just like with any other problem set in life, you know, it's all about attitude.
		But, I mean, look, the reality is, it's stuck.
		I mean, like you said, I sit here and I think about the fact that I'm in jail in my own country, and I'm reading my constitution, and I'm going, they violated this, they violated this, they violated this, and it's really,
		Yeah, I had probably 200 pages of documents delivered to me by my legal team yesterday, and while probably 75% of it is just the same repeat narrative in every single document, reading through it, it just amazes me that our federal government is getting away with these violations.
		I mean, they can almost accuse you of anything, and then that False accusation opens the door to just complete violations of every single one of your constitutional rights.
		They know that that's what they're doing, and these judges and this legal system allows it to happen under the guise that, oh, well, you know, we've got a pre-crime, we've got a B minority report, and stop things before they happen.
		When that has never been the intent.
		of the foundation of government.
		The government's job is to protect your liberty, not your safety.
		It is disheartening at times, but yeah, I mean, I am one of 330 million people in this country.
		I just happen to have a little bit more knowledge and insight as to what's going on.
		And the sad part of it is, I've already accepted the fact that I'm prepared to serve life in prison.
		If they want to strap me into Old Sparky, that's what I'm willing to do, because I've spent my entire life operating under an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
		And I'm not going to stop doing that now.
		And the sad part of any resurgence of liberty, resurgence of freedom, is that the first wave of patriots Usually don't fare that well.
		I mean, George Washington was fortunate to get through everything that he went through on the other side, but most didn't.
		And not to put a gray cloud over this, but you know, sometimes you just have to, you know, be at peace with what you know is coming.
		And like I said, when I was in studio back in June, you know, back then I was telling people that the Republic had already fallen and now you're seeing Uh, the results of that statement, because it's true.
		I mean, our republic has fallen.
		I mean, the fact that the two ladies from Atlanta are now suing the Gateway Pundit for defamation is like just one more indication that the enemy is in full control.
		They feel like they can do whatever they want.
		And until we all start fighting back and rowing in the same direction together, we're not going to get anywhere.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Wow, yeah, that's such a good point.
		In case people don't know, yeah, the Gateway Pundit is being sued by the people that they published the video of them pulling ballots out from underneath the desk in the box and running them multiple times.
		They're suing them for showing that video.
		So here you have Jeremy Brown, who's never committed a crime.
		He's in prison and has been there for 65 days and may be there for longer.
		Meanwhile, the people who are revealed to have committed crimes are suing the people who revealed the crimes they committed.
		I mean, it is such backwards, upside-down clown world.
		You know, I find your mindset incredibly inspiring and incredibly selfless.
		And you know, it's like we call in, you know, expecting...
		To hear you maybe talk about like the suffering that you're going through and whatever but instead you always come with a message of hope and really historical reality and where we are and you seem to have a very good idea of your place in it and really it's incredibly admirable and we just thank you for sharing it.

unidentified		Well, the wheels of justice turn slowly, especially when they've already got you locked up.
		There have been some good things that have come out in the last week.
		One, my attorney filed to be able to actually, for the first time, sit down with me face-to-face, across from each other, and share the products of our defense, which has not happened in 65 days.
		Just like the Constitution says that you're entitled to gather your own witnesses and have your attorney.
		Well, I've been denied that under the guise of you can't sit down with another human being because, my God, you might get COVID.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Oh, my God, yeah.
		Whatever excuse they have to use to destroy your constitutional rights, whether it's COVID, just very conveniently prevent you from actually speaking to your attorneys.
		Just tack that up on the list of constitutional violations that have taken place in this case alone.

		But essentially what they did was during the January 6th protest, the Capitol Police designated huge swaths of the Capitol grounds, not inside the Capitol building, but up to like 150 yards away from the Capitol building, was deemed to be reserved space or, you know, basically if you were to pass an imaginary invisible line, now you were trespassing.
		And so Jeremy Brown, as I understand it, you never went into the Capitol, but they basically invoked this concept of, well, the entire Capitol ground was actually, you know, violated that day.
		And by simply being outside of the building, you are somehow guilty of trespassing, I guess.

harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		I mean, absolutely absurd.
		You've been in prison for 65 days.
		You've finally gotten to talk to your lawyer.
		Again, I sort of just want to hand it off to you because you're able to put this in such admirable scope as to what's going on in the world around us.
		But you will now be able to actually sit down and talk to your lawyer about your defense for the first time in two months.
		That's right.
unidentified		I've been able to talk to him.
		The problem is that they've been using monitored systems, basically the same system that you would have a visitation with.
		And so we've not been able to exchange documents.
		I haven't been able to give him writings or ideas of mine based on things.
		Everything's had to go through the mail.
		In fact, one time he even brought documents to the jail.
		Wow.
		Right.
		turned him away and said you have to mail them.
		Wow.
		This is the absurdity of the so-called preparing of my defense.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Right.
		And so people can understand it's, I mean, if you can't talk secretly with your lawyer, there's no point in talking to them because if the government can have access to your legal strategy, then they can learn how to combat it.
		I mean, if you aren't able to talk to your lawyer with the privacy guaranteed by the Constitution that nobody's listening in to you, then it's actually worse than not talking to them, because then the government could have the information that you're sharing with them.
		It's a total violation.
unidentified		That's exactly right, Harrison.
		But here, this is the stance I've taken, and I've heard many a people say, Use the old, flawed strategy of don't talk in the public.
		Don't say anything to anybody.
		Here's the reality.
		That is a flawed strategy, and here's why.
		Because the federal government leaks information about my case to the media, and the media runs false information to the public, tampering with the jury pool in essence, right?
		Then they tell you, oh, you should be quiet.
		That's going to help your case.
		That's BS, right?
		Because my case is based on two things.
		The U.S.
		Constitution And the truth.
		So if they want to hear me spout about the truth and think that they're going to use the truth against me, I welcome them to do so.
		So the main difficulty has been is that we're not able to sit down over extended periods of time.
		You know, these sessions on video chat are like 40 minutes long.
		Right?
		But now we're going to be able to go through, I'm going to be able to show my notes, I'm going to be able to actually talk about things, because there are things that I don't want the federal government to know that I know, right?
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Oh yes, exactly.
unidentified		Just like you said.
		But this is what I want to get to the American people, and I hope Jim Hoff is listening, is that when you are approached with these opportunities to fight Take them, okay?
		They use this lawfare strategy as a way to intimidate people, right?
		Because they have unlimited resources and they know that most people don't want to ruin their lives, whether it's financially, emotionally, or any of that.
		Right.
		fighting something, right?
		So that's what all these plea deals are about.
		They're about putting people in these situations that are horrible and then saying, you know, if you want to get out of this situation, all you have to do is just plead guilty to this one little thing, and it might be trespassing.
		But then they take that trespassing guilty plea and they go in the media and they say, "Oh, another person pled guilty to involvement in the insurrection," right?
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		And they'll imprison you for 41 months.
		They imprison you for 41 months anyway, but they say you either take the 41 months or we'll put you away for 25 years, right?
		So yes, you're exactly right.

		So what they want to do, they want these plea deals.
		They don't want to go to trial.
		That is the big thing.
		They want to avoid the trial because guess what happens in trial?
		You get to plead your case, you get to ask for information that they're denying all these people pretrial, right?
		Because there are still laws, and it's really, really hard for them to violate every single law, right?
		At some point, the American people say, wait a minute, this is not right, right?
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		I'm waiting for that, yeah.
unidentified		The problem is that they make it so horrible.
unidentified		for everyone that the plea deal seems like the easy case because, see, you're not dealing with 20-year Green Berets out there.

unidentified		You're dealing with, hell, one of the kids is Caleb Berry.
		It's 19 years old.
		The guy washed dishes at a restaurant or whatever.
		I mean, after being held in prison for six months, somebody says, hey, you'll do anything to get out more than a wife.
		So I don't fault these individuals that are taking the police.
		Now, they've done the wrong thing because now I have in my document, all defendant so-and-so has pled guilty to conspiracy.
		That's complete garbage.
		So it doesn't make my case any easier, but I understand what they're going through, right?
		So my message to American people is that when you're faced with these threats, just like Jim Hoffa's facing, then you should take it.
		As an opportunity and say, okay, you want to sue me?
		Guess what?
		Discovery, right?
		Well, your request, we're going to get, you know, these two ladies in Georgia have made the biggest mistake ever, because how much information do you think Jim Hoff has against them?
		That's now going to be under oath exposed in these courts.
		And it just goes to show that the, our enemy, you know, these leftist radicals that have these control of our government.
		are in their jump the shark moment.
		They are pushing too far too fast.
		And we have to realize that and we have to continue to one, you know, when the enemy is in the middle of destroying themselves, don't interrupt them.

		Whether that means he was beaten to death, whether that means he was stabbed, the details are a little bit light, but you heard there from his wife, who is pregnant with his unborn child, say that he was attacked, brutally beaten, and did not survive.
