		I'm just not used to getting up early, especially with the kids and all that and my husband likes to watch movies late.
		Not getting any sleep, but that's OK.

		So happy to talk to you every day and share the information so.
		Today is another verse shared by one of you callers as the verse of the day.
		It's so poignant for this time.
		It comes from 2 Thessalonians 2 10-12.
		And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness and them that perish because they receive not the love of the truth that they might be saved and for this cause God shall send them strong delusion So true.
		That's all we can make of it for so many that have not woken up yet.
		I mean, all you can figure is it's the delusion.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		It's the spiritual battle.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		They don't have the eyes to see, ears to hear what's going on.
		They've chosen to believe the lie and are still stuck in the delusion.
		So, as far as latest headlines, it turns out that McCarthy just finished a speech just a few hours ago.
		It's pretty funny, actually, because Nancy Pelosi is losing her you-know-what.
		McCarthy delays Democrats' budget vote with record-breaking speech.
		Pelosi calls it a temper tantrum.
		I think it's the other way around.
		So he ended his speech at 5.11 a.m., like I said, just a few hours ago, and it was eight hours and 33 minutes later.
		Man, I have trouble trying to prepare for a three-hour show.
		I can't imagine an eight-hour speech.
		Over eight hours speech.
		It began as the House concluded debate on the sweeping budget Thursday night and proceeded to so-called magic minutes, which allow three members, the Speaker, Majority Leader, and Minority Leader, to speak for an unlimited amount of time.
		And McCarthy, well, he sure did take advantage of that unlimited time.
		Of course, Speaker Pelosi, she was giving real-time statements during a speech saying McCarthy needs a reality check, called the speech a temper tantrum full of unhinged lies.
		After McCarthy had gone on for a few hours, Pelosi's office released another statement asking, is Kevin McCarthy okay?
		But you know what?
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		Pelosi's probably upset because he broke her record.

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		She had a record long speech in 2018 for eight hours aimed at urging Republicans to vote on immigration legislation for DREAMers.
		President's $1.75 trillion build back better.
		It's going to add $350 billion to the budget deficit.
		Quite different from when they said, oh no, this isn't going to cost anything.
		No one will pay a dime.
		But the CBO found that the draft legislation contains $1.636 trillion in spending.
		And 1.269 trillion in revenue over 10 years, adding $367 billion to the U.S.
		deficit over that period of time.
		Anything else I wanted to say about this?
		No, I think that about covers it.
		And so we're going to continue to keep an eye on the Rittenhouse trial.
		Did anyone think that this was going to last this long?
		It's concerning that it's taking them so long to deliberate because if you watched the trial, you would think it seems pretty cut and dry, but it is not.
		Kyle Rittenhouse trial, the judge describes jury instructions.
		It's very confusing.
		36 pages of jury instructions that he gave the seven women and five men who will decide the 18-year-old's fate.
		And, you know, one of them asked if they could take the instructions home.
		The defense attorney appeared hesitant about that request, saying he's afraid it's going to come down to the dictionary redefining words.
		It gets very complicated, but they've been spending 23 and a half hours over three days to deliberate.
		Then they're going to return to the courthouse today.
		at 9 a.m.
		So we're going to be keeping an eye on that.

		You caught me, I was...
		Pointing out that my brain needs to connect to my lips still.
		Anyway, beyond that, we're keeping an eye on this.
		Something major that happened yesterday is that MSNBC banned from the Rittenhouse trial and courthouse.
		I was talking about this when I was on Alison Morrow's podcast just yesterday.
		People were asking about that.
		What about press freedom?
		Well, when you are intimidating jurors and getting in the way of a fair trial, you know, I don't even think you can ask that question.
		We know what's happening here.
		We know they have been threatened.
		And this is just another example of that.
		So MSNBC was banned from the Rittenhouse trial courthouse.
		The reporter has been taken into custody.
		So the reporter's name is James Morrison and MSNBC producer named Irene Bayan.
		Morrison claimed that he was told to follow the vehicle under the supervision of a producer based in New York named Irene Bayan, according to the judge.
		And so the judge then said, I have instructed that no one from MSNBC be allowed into this building for the duration of the trial.
		Very serious matter.
		And I don't know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely it would go without thinking that someone who's following the jury bus, that's an extremely serious matter and will be referred to the proper authorities.
		And it was.
		And the Kenosha Police Department actually did its job that day yesterday and took the suspect into custody last night.
		Person was working for a national media outlet and was suspected of trying to photograph jurors.
		So Tucker Carlson had some good points to make.
		So let's go ahead and take click number one.

		By the way, outside the courtroom as well as inside.
		Yesterday, as hundreds of National Guard troops idled nearby, a fight broke out between protesters with an earshot of jurors.
		Today, we learned that a freelancer for MSNBC followed the juror's bus to the courtroom.
		He blew through a red light to keep up with the bus.
		Now, why would a, quote, journalist follow jurors before they've reached their verdict?
		Well, the judge seemed to understand exactly what was going on.
		This morning he banned anyone associated with MSNBC from the courthouse.
unidentified		The police, when they stopped him, because he was following at a distance of about a block and went through a red light, pulled him over and inquired of him what was going on and he gave that information and stated that he had been instructed by Ms.
		Bayan in New York to Follow the jury bus.
		I have instructed that no one from MSNBC news will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial.
tucker carlson ▲ ● ▼		Now you don't have to like Kyle Rittenhouse for what he did to see this as scary and wrong and a threat to all of us.
		It doesn't matter who you voted for, it doesn't matter what you thought of Donald Trump.
		That's irrelevant.
		Withholding evidence in a criminal trial, intimidating jurors, these things threaten not just Kyle Rittenhouse, they threaten America's system of impartial justice, which by the way is the best thing we still have in this country.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		But yet many of us are doubting the justice, doubting that things will be fair.
		Too much shady business has been observed.
		And it's frustrating because you have to wonder if the answer is going to be fair.
		I know that there were some reports saying that apparently it was overheard, that this is closer than people might think, that the jury is split on this.
		Concede that some of these jury members would be fearful, especially when they have reporters following them and people threatening that they're going to dox them.
		And how will that play and how does that play into the ultimate result?
		So let's take some B roll.
		You know, we can't handle all the The cursing that happens outside the courtroom.
		So let's show some of this B-roll of an armed person dressed in black.
		Here we go.
		His face covered.
		This person was arrested outside of Kenosha and had a knife on his person.
		And, you know, what's interesting to see is the higher police presence out there.
		I guess we are taking some of the sound, but because it's like we didn't see that that night, which is why we're in this situation now.
		But at least they are trying to to be aware of what's going on outside the courthouse.
		Scary business happening there.
		And, you know, it's always someone all dressed in black.
		But Antifa, that's just a myth.
		That's just a concept.
		Antifa doesn't actually exist, right?
		Wrong.
		So moving on, I wanted to cover some, because I didn't get to it during the other week, but it's important.
		We all feel it in our pocket, the higher costs that we're dealing with, with this administration.
		And the media likes to continue to tell us, oh, it has nothing to do with the president.
		He can't do anything about these higher costs.
		But we know better.
		So part of that problem is Biden's spending bill.
		It drops the key child tax credit requirement that could end up paying out billions to illegal immigrants.
		I mentioned this yesterday, but couldn't find the article on my desk.
		Tucked away on the page 1,647 of the Build Back Better Act, the Democrat social spending package is a provision that would repeal the Social Security number requirement.
		Of course.
		To obtain child tax credits.
		This change would expand child tax credits to parents of illegal immigrants who don't have social security numbers.
		Stephen Camarota, a Center for Immigration Studies researcher, estimated that eliminating the requirement could result in up to $2.3 billion in additional child tax credit payouts to illegal immigrants.
		And what does that do?
		More money out in the system, they're just going to keep printing, and we're going to have to pay for it.
		I'm so glad I'm not in California anymore because California's gas prices have basically doubled.
		They have reached a new record high this week.
		They reached that record high at $4 and 4.687 is the average price for a regular unleaded gas.
		This picture is kind of funny.
		Arm, leg, sole.
		Oh, and kids, you know, might as well.
		So this is what's happening in California.
		Unbelievable.
		I mean, even here in Texas, still paying a lot in gas.
		It seems like just a couple years ago, or maybe even a year and a half ago, I was paying about half than what I'm paying for gas.
		Now, the jump most noticeable, like I said, when compared with one year ago in California, the average price at the same time in 2020 was just $2 and about 13 cents.
		So yeah, it's basically double.
		So if you were paying, let's say $40 to fill up your gas tank, you're spending $80 a pop to fill that sucker up.
		And we're not supposed to feel this in our pockets.
		And this is the thing.
		Everyone needs gas.
		So no matter if you're very wealthy or just middle class, chances are you need to get your job and you're paying more, all equally paying more.
		Not to mention the $1.50 in taxes and fees that California has to pay for each gallon of gas.
		Insane.
		Gasoline prices are surging.
		Can Biden actually do something about it?
		So this is from NPR, and we know NPR is more of a public relations firm for the administration than actual journalism.
		So that's the headline.

		And cut through all of the words, and you get to the sentence of, so what can the president actually do?
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		As it turns out, not much.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Of course, NPR is going to say that.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		They're going to try and remove him from the pain you're feeling at the pump and at the grocery store and be like, it's not Biden's fault.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		Most of the other...
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		News stations are running with this trying to say that it's a myth that the president has anything to do with the gas prices.
		And the NPR article goes on to say he could, of course, ask members of OPEC to bring more oil to the market.
		And the Biden administration has done that.
		The answer was no.
		It was mean people at OPEC.
		It's not OPEC.
		It's not Biden's fault.
		Another option is to release oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the stockpile of crude that the U.S.
		government stores underground so the country can cope with any unexpected disruption in crude supply.
		Sometimes the oil is sold off to raise money.
		Then it says why that would not be a good idea.
		Basically, he says there's nothing that he can do and anything that he could do wouldn't be a good idea.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		What's missing from this article is what led up to this.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		What Biden did that might have contributed to this situation, like canceling pipelines and cutting off leases and any of that.
		Oh, but we're not going to mention anything like that.
		We're going to say, what can he do moving forward?
		And oh, he can't do anything.
		It's not his fault.
		Good job, NPR, on your ever goal to be PR for the current administration and try and make excuses for him rather than do real journalism.
		Even though you're not exactly a non-profit anymore.
		But you know, what votes can we expect from NPR?

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		We're seeing the guest hosting today, talking about pain at the pump, pain at the grocery store, all of the fun new things we get to look forward to as far as our money not going as far as it used to.
		So talking about these higher gas prices, Biden reportedly begged China to release oil reserves during a call.
		And the question is quid pro quo.
		This is from Zero Hedge.
		The South China Morning Post reports that President Biden asked President Xi during their virtual meeting overnight to release China's oil reserves as part of an economic cooperation pact.
		China is open to the U.S.
		request but has not committed to specific measures yet, citing the need to consider its domestic consumption needs.
		We find that very hard to believe as it merely sounds like yet another China nod and plot as they commit to nothing.
		So and here's another issue.
		So now China really knows how desperate America is.
		And the other glaringly big question, so why would China help the U.S.?
		The big question, obviously, is what did President Biden offer in return for this favor from China?
		Quid pro quo, probably not what he's offered, but what he's already done.
		All of the deals that have already been made with China, like it's probably like, wait, you owe me payback time.
		Does this kind of political lobbying reach impeachment level actions?
		And then if you've been to the supermarket lately, I've been keeping an eye on the rare times that I go to the supermarket.
		I try and enlist my husband to do that because it's one I hate.
		I hate it.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		I hate going to the grocery store.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		But on the rare occasion that I actually go, I have seen less things on the shelves.
		And it is sporadic and things are arranged a little differently.
		I don't think it's hit here too hard, but it is it is noticeable.
		And so supermarkets are altering layouts.
		They're using decoys to fill gaps left by the shortages and some turning to old age tricks of the trade, developing new ones to cover up those gaps.
		That includes moving products to unlikely places in the stores.
		Shoppers in the UK say they've spotted bulky crates of beer piled into aisles reserved for prepackaged meals and Boxes of chocolate filling crates usually stocked with fresh vegetables.
		Oh, don't worry about, you know, that part of the food pyramid.
		You don't need the fruit.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		Just replace it with chocolate.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Hey, I could deal with that.
		Some 58% of consumers say supply chain disruptions, product shortages and shipping delays have made shopping more stressful.
		And 41% say product shortages and significant shipping and delivery delays would cause them to abandon a brand.
		Some have stacked whole aisles with items that ordinarily have a small space on one shelf.
		Others have filled gaps with cardboard dummies, including empty prepackaged sandwich boxes.
		A tactic that isn't new, but one that shoppers are likely noticing is being employed.
		How about you?
		Are you seeing that in your grocery stores?
		I wonder where this is hitting hardest.
		Biden claimed that his spending bill would be fully paid for, but as we talked about earlier, the CBO says it will add $367 billion to the deficit.
		So that's coming out.
		They just lie.
		And the thing is...

		I mean, are they keeping track of all of the lies out of this administration?
		Because they were being criticized before it even came out that the CBO says it will add $367 billion to the deficit, because they're like, no.
		It's not just free, you can't add a bunch of things.
		This is common sense, but we can't expect this administration to have any common sense.
		So switching gears, you know I'm passionate about protecting children and what's happening with them and the attacks that they're facing.
		So I wanted to go over some of that.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		This is scary.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		This was leaked and just came out from the Federalist.
		Teachers reveal how they stalk kids, sideline parents to pull middle schoolers into LGBT groups.
		Members of California's biggest teachers union plotted how to push LGBT politics on children and undermine concerns about their tactics from parents, principals, and communities.
		Speakers went so far as to tout their surveillance of students' Google searches, internet activity, and hallway conversations in order to target sixth graders for personal invitations to LGBTQ clubs, while actively concealing these clubs, of course, from the participants' parents.
		Multiple seminars at the conference encourage hosting LGBT clubs for middle schoolers.
		An audio clip reveals teacher Lori Caldera explaining why such clubs keep no rosters, noting, sometimes we don't really want to keep records because if parents get upset that their kids are coming, we're like, yeah, I don't know.
		Maybe they came, you know, we would never want a kid to get in trouble for attending if their parents are upset.
		Goes on to say, we were doing our virtual learning.
		We totally stalked what, this is a teacher saying this, when we were doing our virtual learning, we totally stalked what they were doing on Google when they weren't doing schoolwork.
		One of them was Googling trans day of visibility and we're like, check, we're going to invite that kid when we get back on campus.
		So if it seemed like this was happening, it absolutely was happening.
		Darkness is coming to light.
		We're finding out.
		This is the most sinister of what was happening.
		I'm the one who controls the messaging.
		Another teacher is saying this.
		I'm the one who controls the messaging.
		Everybody says, oh, Ms.
		Caldera, you're so sweet and volunteered to do that.
		Of course, I'm so sweet that I volunteered to do that because then I control the information that goes home, she says in one of the recordings.
		And for the first time this year, students have been allowed to put openly LGBT content into our morning announcement slides.

christy lee ▲ ● ▼		We're going to ruin these kids.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		We're going to make it so they're so confused.
		We're going to make it so they're primed and ready for the grooming.
		It's insane.
		Exclusive, Jim Jordan demands FBI Director Wray disclose all counterterrorism efforts against parents after whistleblower report.
		He demanded on Thursday that the FBI submit to the House Judiciary Committee any records related to counterterrorism tools that the agency used against parents expressing outage, outrage at the school boards.
		I'm going to come back to this, but I do want to play a clip that's related to what's happening with all this gender ideology.
		Let's play clip three.

		I have a colleague who's transgender and there is a video of him as a toddler.
		So he was assigned female at birth.
		There's a video of him as a toddler tearing barrettes out of then her hair and throwing them on the ground.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		That doesn't sound like a regular kid at all.
unidentified		That's a gender message.
		And when it happens not just once or twice or three times, that's a gender message.
		Sometimes kids between the age of one and two with beginning language will say, I boy, when you say girl.
		Those two words, I boy.
		That's not a pre-verbal, but an early verbal message.
		And sometimes there's an urgency to say, well, honey, no, you're a girl because little girls have vaginas and you have a vagina.
		So you're a girl.
		And then when they get a little older you hear them say, did you not listen to me?
		I said I am a boy with a vagina.
		Okay, but they can't say that between one and two.
		But they can show you about what they want to play with and if they feel uncomfortable about how you are Responding to them and their gender, if you're misgendering them.
		So you look for those kinds of actions, like tearing a skirt off.
		There was one, I think this was in the Barbara Walters special, where this child wore the little onesies with snap-ups in between the legs, and at age one would unsnap them to make a dress and have the dress flow.
		This was a child who was assigned male.
		That's a communication, a pre-verbal communication.

christy lee ▲ ● ▼		The same could go for the other gender.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		I mean, they make adult onesies now.

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		I would want to undo the buttons of the adult onesie, as my husband calls those bodysuits.

		They're not... Oh, we're going to read into that.

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Alright, so we are talking about the Malfeasance on the part of our justice system.
		We were talking about how Jim Jordan is now demanding that FBI Director Wray disclose all counterterrorism efforts against parents after a whistleblower report.
		And Jordan, he sent a letter to the FBI Director Christopher Wray detailing the committee's requests after Jordan published an email Tuesday from a whistleblower inside the FBI that revealed the agency's counterterrorism and criminal divisions had created a threat tag for FBI officials to apply to investigations into threats made against school administrators.
		We are investigating the troubling attempts by the Department of Justice and the White House to use the heavy hand of federal law enforcement to target concerned parents at local school board meetings and chill their protected First Amendment activity.
		Maybe they should be investigating these teachers that said they're trying to get kids into LGBTQ clubs and hiding from parents.
		No, instead we're going to focus on the parents.
		He said the FBI spied on President Trump's campaign, they abused the FISA process, and now they're targeting parents.
		And didn't Mayor Gerland said that this wasn't happening?
		So he committed perjury and he won't face any consequences just like Fauci didn't face any consequences.
		When will we see justice?
		The Ohio Republican asked Ray for a record of the number of parents who have received a threat tag, which the whistleblower showed was labeled EDU officials.
		He also asked for all documents and communications relating to the education tag and to any investigations of school board threats sent or received by the FBI's counterterrorism assistant directors.
		The letter on Thursday revealed that Ray has not responded to the Judiciary Committee's November 3rd request.
		Shocker!
		The deadline of which was November 17th, Jordan reiterated that request and set a new deadline for the follow up materials of December 2nd.
		So we have other people fighting this, and they're setting these deadlines, but they're ignored.
		What's the consequence?
		Can he just continue to ignore and not face any consequence?
		It's frustrating.
		Also attack on our future daughters.
		The other thing I want to talk about is again this gender ideology.
		It's really, really hurting our young women, especially in sports.
		The Olympic Committee just made it easier for biological males to be women.
		So what?
		It wasn't bad enough.
		There are ratcheting, ratcheting it up.
		Every person has the right to practice sport without discrimination and in a way that respects their health, safety and dignity.
		Athletes should not be deemed to have an unfair or disproportionate competitive advantage due to their sex variations, physical appearance and or transgender status.
		The report said they swapped out their 2015 framework.
		It previously stated women athletes were only allowed to compete if their testosterone levels were below a certain threshold 12 months before the games.
		Under the new framework, sex testing to verify an athlete's gender is deemed disrespectful and potentially harmful.
		An invasive physical examination.
		This video that is being shown right now is heartbreaking because it shows this and then it cuts to the other competitors and they just look so sad and forlorn and basically it looks like they're thinking like, man, this is BS.
		I worked really hard for this and a dude just comes up in here and takes my chances away.
		Women's rights have been, so as I'm saying, as Damian Wilson summed up perfectly, women's rights have been sacrificed at the woke altar by the clueless self-appointed guardians of morality in a sport that sits on the IOC.
		FEMA athletes will rightly feel cheated.
		This is a disgrace.
		And I'm going to.
		There's never an a shortage of media malfeasance going on like to do that each week.
		I you're right.
		I didn't do one last week because I was busy covering this show.
		I'm going to try and have one out for this week.
		But anyways, writers ratioed into oblivion after fact check fail defending Bill Gates.
		After Bill Gates told a UK think tank earlier this month that the COVID-19 vaccine helps you with your health but only slightly reduces transmission, a flood of people pointed out that the billionaire vaccine proponent had essentially said the quiet part out loud, admitting that the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines don't work well and was an explicit acknowledgement that the mRNA and RADV vaccines for COVID are not working well.
		We didn't have vaccines that block transmission.
		We got vaccines that help you with your health, but they only slightly reduce the transmission.
		So we need a new way of doing the vaccines.
		That's his exact quote.
		And so this ended up resulting in a lot of people tweeting this out, saying that Bill Gates admitted that they don't work very well.
		Well, jumping to Gates' defense was Reuters with the weakest fact check in history of fact checks.
		Again, this is coming from Zero Hedge.
		And it points out that the fact check says a snippet of an interview with Bill Gates has been taken out of context by social media users who claim the billionaire philanthropist admitted that COVID-19 vaccines are not very effective.
		A lot of fact checks I've seen do this.
		They fact check what wasn't even said.
		They did this with one of Project Veritas' videos saying, no, there's no fetal cell lines in the vaccine when the Project Veritas video hadn't even said that.
		It was saying that it was used in the development of the vaccines, which is true.
		So they fact checked something that wasn't even said in an effort to put a false So we need somebody to fact check the fact checkers and say false.
		That wasn't even what we were saying.
		But anyways, back to this Reuter reframes the argument.
		Like I said, did not say saying Gates did not say COVID-19 vaccines are ineffective.
		Highly disingenuous because the news outlet founded by Pfizer board member frame Gates comment as the vaccines don't work well.
		Not that they're ineffective.
		Second, Reuters suggests that Gates was taken out of context.
		And it says, missing context, Bill Gates words have been taken out of context.
	He did not say COVID-19 vaccines are not working very well.
	Rather, he said preparation for the next pandemic will likely include research on vaccines that stop virus transmission, something they do not know.
	They do not do now.
	This is a crazy paragraph because it says he did not say they're not working very well.
	Rather, he said they don't stop transmission.
	Wouldn't that be that they don't work very well?

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		And then, um, speaking of missing context, there was another Twitter user that pointed out once again, the founder and former CEO of Reuters sits on an advisory board of Pfizer.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Now, I did fact check that and truly one, the founder and former CEO of Reuters was elected in 2014 and he conveniently retired in 2020, just a year ago.

		Yeah, that that seems perfectly legit.
		Another conflict of interest, Bill Gates gave $319 million to major media outlets, documents reveal.
		Up until his recent messy divorce, Bill Gates enjoyed something of a free pass in corporate media.
		Generally presented as a kindly nerd who wants to save the world, the Microsoft co-founder was even unironically christened St.
		Bill by The Guardian.
		Recipients of this cash include many of America's most important news outlets, the ones you might suspect, CNN, NBC, NPR, PBS, and the Atlantic.
		NPR, which is what we were talking about earlier, you know, the press corps for the current administration, they were given Nearly $25 million from Bill Gates.
		CNN was given nearly $4 million.
		The Atlantic given 1,400 or I'm sorry, 1 million.
		When you're working with such big numbers, it's hard to keep track.
		1,403,000.
		And then he also gave to a wide network of investigative journalism centers as well, totaling just over 38 million.
		Part of that being International Center for Journalists, $20,436,000.
		So no, he's just being philanthropic.
		$436,000.
		So, no, he's just being philanthropic.
		He's not paying them off.
		Giving a bunch of money to investigative journalists, and not to mention that this is against every code of ethics, particularly society professional journalists and others, saying that if there's any person or any entity that you might have to report saying that if there's any person or any entity that you might have to report on or be involved in reporting on, And yet this happens and the Poynter Institute is silent.
		The Society of Professional Journalists is silent.
		The RTDNA is silent.
		All these people that are supposed to be fierce defenders of journalism ethics are just like, oh no, that's totally fine.
		He's just being philanthropic.
		Surely he's not paying anyone off to not report negative news.

		These were 13 days apart.
		And you have the Independent here saying, fact check, DeSantis falsely claims vaccinated citizens without boosters could be declared unvaccinated and lose their jobs.
		And the fact check says that's false.
		And whoa, 13 days later, the New York Post says Fauci says COVID-19 booster might become a new standard for being vaccinated.
		Wait a minute.

		This happens all of the time.
		Can't keep up.
		So all of a sudden the media is no longer interested in blaming COVID on political ideology.

		We constantly saw all of the articles about Florida is having spikes of COVID and it's because DeSantis is against the mandates and against the masks.
		Well, now we're not really hearing much about what's happening with the states.
		Vaccinated versus unvaccinated because it's not convenient for them.
		It doesn't fit their narrative.
		Michigan now leads the country in recent case rates.
		Probably not many know that, but in this article by Ian MSC from Substack, he says, just for the sake of comparison, I Google searched Florida leads the country in a new COVID cases.
		And here are a few of the top results.

		Obviously you could see all of those articles, but nothing matched the search when you try to search for That they're experiencing.
		So this is how they frame things.
		If it's not convenient for the narrative, they just ignore it.
		Wanted to get to some Project Veritas news because this is grave constitutional concerns, especially for journalists and others in the media, to the point that even some unlikely characters have risen in their defense, like Wolf Blitzer from CNN.
		Society of Professional Journalists have come out against this.
		What happened to James O'Keefe and more.
		And now the judge, this is from redstate.com, the judge demands answers from New York Times over publishing a Project Veritas privileged docs.
		The judge in the defamation suit filed by Project Veritas against the New York Times has ordered the paper to provide justification for their publishing of privileged documents.
		that the New York Times allegedly received from either the FBI or Department of Justice.
		These documents were allegedly acquired by federal law enforcement officials in several pre-dawn raids on homes of Project Veritas reporters just last week.
		The New York Times published these documents despite already being embroiled in a defamation lawsuit with Project Veritas.
		The New York Times now has until November 23rd next Tuesday to provide cause for why they published privileged attorney-client documents And they're going to require the New York Times delete any and all articles and links to privileged information of Project Veritas communications with attorneys.
		And second, to prohibit the New York Times from soliciting or taking possession of privileged information at any point in the future.
		If you want to have a good laugh, then read the New York Times article about this and how they're saying this is a grave constitutional concern for freedom of the press.
		And all of that when they were the ones that were colluding with the FBI, the FBI raiding Project Veritas.
		The homes of those that worked for Project Veritas and James O'Keefe himself and the New York Times said nothing about the grave constitutional concerns of press freedom when it came to that situation.
		But now they're saying, oh, this is about press freedom and this is just crazy that they're doing this and this could set a terrible precedent.
		It's insane.
		They're trying to paint themselves as the victim when they created the situation.
		It's all a big mess.
		And yeah, entertaining to read it from their perspective.
		And let's take clip number five about what Cawthorne has to say about what's happening with the Project Grotus.

		So can the FBI be salvaged?
		The FBI should be moved far away from the political and media tentacles that have so deeply squeezed and corrupted it.

		The FBI hired the disreputable ex-British spy Christopher Steele as a contractor.

		You can see the FBI now targeting journalists, now targeting parents.
		Wasn't there a commission years ago to investigate those in the DOJ?
		Maybe we should bring that back.
		Maybe we should talk about defunding the FBI.
		In sworn testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, Comey, on some 245 occasions, claimed he could not remember or had no knowledge of key elements of his own Russian collusion investigation.
		And then we also are seeing so many In the FBI and other Department of Justice placements that are now media contributors.
		Isn't isn't that convenient?
		McCabe, now a paid CNN consultant who often has offered misleading information on the Russian collusion hoax that they helped promulgate.
		It goes on and on.
		We're seeing this happen.
		The FBI is corrupt.
		But will anything be done about it?
		This is the frustration.
		You have to wonder if they do these things so brazenly because they are trying to poke the bear.
		That's the problem.
		You don't want to surrender, but you also don't want to play into a trap where they're trying to poke the bear.
		They're trying to make us so upset and frustrated with being so brazen that we fall right into what they have planned.

		I was talking about with media malfeasance and Project Veritas, and we have some people stepping up, calling them out.
		As far as Jim Jordan has addressed the FBI, asked them for information.

		Gosh, it's hard to keep track of all these names.

		And Senator Chuck Grassley sent a letter saying the department's heavy-handed treatment of Project Veritas is notably different from the kitten glove and deferential treatment given to Hillary Clinton and her staff during its investigation into her handling of highly classified information.
		Based on the reports, the department has clearly treated these two fact patterns much differently.
		On the one hand with Project Veritas and then of course with the Clintons.
		Given the brazen and inconsistent standards employed by the Department against Project Veritas and in order to better understand the Department and FBI's decision-making process in this matter, please answer the following no later than December 1st and it gives a list of questions and again it gives a timeline but you know They've ignored these timelines, these deadlines before, so what's going to stop them before?
		Nice to see I actually saw a local news station doing actual real journalism, so I'm going to play that because this is getting more and more rare, so we're going to give credit where credit is due and play clip four.

		I-Team investigator Vic Michelucci joins us with records we just obtained from state law enforcement.
		These charter flights have been coming and going from JAX for months, usually at night.

		These pictures from local photographer David Rosenblum show a chartered flight offloading migrants into vans and buses at Jacksonville International Airport.

unidentified		Republican Governor Ron DeSantis claims the Biden administration is moving migrants across the country under a veil of secrecy.
ron desantis ▲ ● ▼		So these are middle of the night flights.
		No, no notification to the state or anybody and this is not the way you keep people safe.
		It's reckless and it's wrong.
unidentified		DeSantis says he's working with the legislature to stop these flights and he points to the case of a Honduran migrant who posed as a teenager at the border and was put on a flight to Jacksonville in August.
		Police say after arriving, Yeri Medina-Ulloa killed a father of four in Arlington last month.
		We obtained flight records from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, which the governor asked to investigate these flights.
		A spokeswoman saying, FDLE developed a reliable and confidential source who provided information about numerous flights coming into Jacksonville.
		She went on to say, they were transporting what was believed to be potential illegal immigrants.
		These records show 77 chartered flights that landed in Jacksonville, from all over, but most frequently, Texas.
		including places like Houston and El Paso.
		The date range is from April 22nd to October the 6th.
		One flight had as many as 180 passengers on board, although the number of people on most flights is listed as unknown.
		Not all of the records make sense, however.
		One Army flight came from Ireland, for example.
		Another is a National Guard flight from Norfolk.
		We've asked the state to clarify.
		It's absolutely unacceptable.
		It's a complete national security threat, as well as a threat to our local communities.
		If we have no idea who is coming, because quite frankly, there's been no vetting, there's been no identification, and that's a problem.
		Republican Congresswoman Kat Kamik, who's on the House Homeland Security Committee, says the government is doing this without even briefing lawmakers.
		So you, as a member of Congress, do not know where these migrants are heading?
		No, we have sent congressional inquiry after congressional inquiry.
		What do you do with all of these people?
		Obviously, there's not enough room along the southern border.
		Well, quite frankly, the administration needs to stop inviting them to come here.
		When you have a reconciliation bill this week that we're going to be voting on that grants mass amnesty for people who come here illegally, that's a magnet.
		We reached out to the U.S.
		Department of Health and Human Services, which is running flights for unaccompanied migrant children.

		Let me be very clear.
		Our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplaces safer and protect their workforces from COVID-19.
		That was our message after the first stay issued by the Fifth Circuit.
		That remains our message and nothing has changed.
		I would note that recent polling, I think that just came out yesterday, showed that 60% of businesses are moving forward with measures that keep their workplaces safe.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		They're essentially implementing components or versions of these vaccine requirements because The courts, they continue to ignore the Constitution.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		This is the very definition of tyranny, is doing whatever they want, despite the law, despite the Constitution.
		And we're watching it happen in real time.
		It's really insane and unbelievable at times.
		Also, we continue to get more confirmation that none of this is based on science.
		And Jordan Peterson, a big fan of him, he was talking about that it's really not science, it's just fear driving the policy.
		Let's take a look at clip number seven.
jordan b peterson ▲ ● ▼		In relationship to the COVID restrictions, I talked to a senior advisor to one of the provincial governments a couple of weeks ago.
		He told me flat out that the COVID policy here is driven by nothing but opinion polls related to the popularity of the government.
		No science, no end game in sight, no real plan.
		And so what that means is that the part of the population that's most afraid of COVID, I know it's what, 50% of Democrats believe that you have a 50% shot at getting hospitalized if you catch COVID, and 25% of Republicans And so I suspect it's similar in Canada.
		And so policy is being driven by people who are more afraid than they should be.
		And it's, well, it was a very disheartening conversation because I trust this guy and he, he knows what he's talking about.
		And so, you know, I'm, I wouldn't say I'm cynical about governments exactly because Cynicism is, it's a cheap shortcut to approximating wisdom, let's say.
		And you have to be judicious in your criticisms.
		But I still found that extremely disheartening.
		Because I thought at least policies that I don't agree with, the restrictive policies, were at least driven by something remotely resembling a scientifically informed plan.
		And he was irate at what had been happening.
		Enough to consider resigning.
		So, it's pretty appalling.

		Make sure people realize that what they're hearing is a bunch of you know what.
		Also, we have seen a lot of videos I would say from Canada and Australia and things like that of people going door-to-door and shoot we just saw in China they're now beating dogs up In their efforts to contain COVID, but it's reached our doorstep here in Houston.
		They're pounding on doors to check in and see if people are vaccinated.

		And this is happening everywhere.
		It's happening in the military.
		It's happening in health care.
		in healthcare, it's happening in law enforcement and to firefighters, AMTs.
		They're pushing out and purging anyone that won't comply, which are the very best of them.

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		And speaking of those getting pushed out, a Pennsylvania doctor loses job after speaking against vaccine mandates.
		The Pennsylvania pediatrician, Dr. Shamini Wheeler, has put her career on the line for both speaking freely about COVID-19 vaccination and refusing to get the shot.
		Until this month, Wheeler worked for two hospital systems.
		She says, I've been fired and was told not to come back from one health care system because I did not comply with what they wanted me to do to my body, she told the APAC Times.
		She was employed through Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, also lost a job at St.
		Luke's Medical System.
		Neither Children's Hospital St.
		Luke's responded to the requests for comment.
		Cowards.
		That was a freedom of speech issue.
		If I had chosen to stay quiet, I'm fairly certain I would have been given a health exemption.
		There was another consequence.
		Someone reported Wheeler to the medical board for speaking against the mandate, prompting an investigation, and she had to hire a lawyer to help her save her medical license.
		Talk about tying the hands of physicians.
		You can't even say what you think.
		And this is something that I've been talking about and put out there on my Facebook page, which I still managed to have, even though they suppressed me and shadow banned me.
		I just say, how can you possibly know?
		Because one of the trolls was like, Why do you even talk about this, you know, when the majority of doctors and nurses and health care experts say that this is necessary and this is for the good of our health care system?
		I was like, we cannot possibly know how many health care workers, how many doctors, how many experts are against mandates, are against the vaccine, are for early treatment, are for ivermectin.
		We can't possibly know the true number because this is what happens.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		This is what happens when people speak out.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		You have to worry not only about losing their job, but losing their medical license, their livelihood.

		If everyone, if the majority of people start saying the sky is green and the grass is blue, are we going to downplay everybody else?

		And we had the Maricopa County Reps including Katie Hobbs meeting in what appeared to be a secret with no explanation, perhaps violating the Open Records Act.
		I happen to like this picture better that Wendy Rogers put out.
		They're out in the open saying they were joined by other patriots.
		At AG Brnovich's office this week in support of Operation Join the Suit.
		On November 23rd, 2021, a lawsuit drafted by Kurt Olson will be filed in the Supreme Courts of the United States, asking the court to examine certain evidence.
		So maybe that's why the Maricopa County jerks are meeting in secret because things are heating up on that end.
		Update Delaware County, Pennsylvania lawsuits going to blow the roof off of the Democrat voter frauds.
		You got what's happening in Arizona and now here in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
		An election whistleblower in Delaware County, Pennsylvania released video evidence of the destruction of election data, documents and equipment by election officials in the 2020 presidential election on Wednesday night.
		The videos are part of a larger lawsuit that will break the Pennsylvania voter fraud scandal wide open.

		Roger Stone reveals who he would draft to run for president if Donald Trump doesn't run in 2024.

		And he was talking about, well, Alex Jones seemed to think that he pinned him into a corner and maybe he would run.
		He didn't say no, so there's that.
		And Stone, as do many patriots across the country, said he would love to see Lieutenant General Michael Flynn run as a Republican for president.

		We knew each other by phone and text a full year before we ever met because we were both being put to the test in the same federal courthouse in Washington, D.C.
		I can tell you this guy is tough.
		Yes, he pled guilty because they threatened to indict his son.
		That's how vicious these Mueller thugs are.

		I want a candidate who wants to be president because they want to do something.
		And I would seek to draft him for the presidency in the event that Donald Trump does not run.
		Meanwhile, what the heck is happening with Kamala Harris?
		Now she's lost her top aide.
		This in the wake of a hit piece by CNN and her aides leaving in December to pursue other opportunities.
		There's been serious talk going around in Washington, D.C.
		that Kamala Harris might soon find herself pursuing other opportunities so the Biden team can get her out of the White House.
		This is from Becker News.
		Um, and he points out that Fox News is Chad program was talking.
		I saw that report the other day.
		He is an avid buff of congressional process and mechanics disclosed that he received a message from a well informed insider that told him he should familiarize himself in the process to confirm a vacancy for the vice president in the Senate and the House.
		And CNN and others were saying this is just Fox News nonsense, but it was actually Daily Mail that first reported there was talk of the White House seeking a Supreme Court seat for Harris to get her out of their hair.
		And from the Liberty Daily, sources at DNC have told us the question is not if, but when Harris is escorted out the front door, the general consensus is that she's not a strong candidate for 2024 and most assume Jew Biden won't run in his 80s.
		That means either convincing her not to run or removing her heir apparent status as soon as possible.
		I also want to know what you guys think of this, because my thing is, if we're going to be critical of the Steele dossier and all of that being based on thinly sourced rumors, then I got to be critical of this too.
		Like, Like, it does seem thinly sourced.
		It's based on rumors, so I don't know how much weight this carries, and it would seem hypocritical to not call out that.
		Should we really be talking about all these speculations?

		I mean, it seems like the Democrats are the party of no morals, that they'll do anything to, quote, win, unquote.

		I mean, I think you should go ahead and do your part and pray for the best.
		But my goodness, it is all very scary, and that's what I keep on saying.
		It just seems so brazen.

		In West Haven, there was a memorial race, and the incumbent was losing on the night of the election, you know, this past few weeks ago.
		And I believe his last name is Cohen had won that night.
		But then they started doing the absentee ballots, and the same thing happened.
		They weren't allowing Republicans to check.
		There was no Republicans there to look at them, to make the verify before they went in the machine, the tabulator.
		And she ended up winning.
		You know, there was a count of people that were voting that weren't even living there anymore.
		And what you want by like 30 votes at the end.
		So that came, but I'm saying that election is now under investigation.
		It's in the Superior Court now in New Haven.
		You can check that out and you'll see.
		I got that from left-wing news, you know, so you know.
		I'm in Connecticut, so that's what's happened.
		But people, the thing that's unbelievable, I know you gotta go off real quick, is that you tell people that in a 2020 presidential election, that's just a small section.
		The West Haven, that's just a little tiny section of the country and that happened.

		So in the 2020 election, you have people thinking that, oh, the news, MSNBC, CNN, the clowns everywhere, they tell you and they brainwash people because people watch this stuff and they believe it because they don't know how to think.

		And now this girl had to get her gallbladder removed, she has lesions growing in her brain, and she has been diagnosed with autoimmune disorder.

unidentified		Well, you know, New York is on another, I guess, planet right now, because I guess the rest of the country, aside from California, possibly, are going ahead and Living life, dealing with COVID and just, you know, getting around it.
unidentified		But in New York, we're in a little communist country, I guess, because we've got the heavy hand of tyranny, like what's going on in other countries coming down on us for not being able to let people come inside a restaurant and sit down if they haven't been vaccinated.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Did you see the writing on the wall as this continued to progress?
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Did you have any idea what would get to this point to really threaten your business and you in turn would be personally threatened?
unidentified		Well, honestly, you know, I should have realized when they were asking us to contact trace and take people's temperatures before they could be seated that this was, you know, leading down a slippery slope.
		And unfortunately, I really hated doing that.
		And I was one of the people who did the contact tracing.
		We took people's information down.
		And now I realize how wrong that really was.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		So you, this has been kind of an evolution of things.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		At first you were trying to go along and get along and, and do what was said, but, um, you had a breaking point.
unidentified		Yes.
		The breaking point was when the mayor announced the vaccine passport, uh, or the vaccine mandate stating that, you know, an individual had to be vaccinated in order to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee.
		And I realized it was so un-American, it was discriminatory.
		It was basically a segregation at its finest.
		And there was no way we would be doing something like that.
		There was no way that I could do something like that.
		You know, I realize that the mayor in this administration, it's diabolical.
		And unfortunately, I need to live life by my moral compass.
		And I know that it was inhumane, basically what we would have to be doing, policing people based on a vaccine.
		And I have my customer's best interests, my city's best interests, my country's best interests.
		And to go along with this is actually leading into some type of communist agenda.
		And it's not something that will ultimately be good for our country.
		So this is not the way that I'd like to proceed, or I hope that the country continues.

unidentified		So the flagship store, which is in Manhattan, has been there since 1974.

		It's so much bigger than running a business.
		It's so much bigger than, you know, doing your day-to-day daily functions.

		And the latest is a lawsuit.
		So I want to hear about that.
unidentified		Well, so we just initiated a lawsuit against de Blasio, the city of New York, the health department.
		And basically, we just feel that the mayor is outside of his authority to issue this mandate, which is wonderful because we could see what happened with the Fifth and Sixth Circuit and their decision with Joe Biden's overreach with his OSHA mandate.
		So we feel that this is very much in line With the same premise that, um, just like Joe Biden doesn't really have the authority to go ahead and force companies of 100 and more people to be vaccinated, um, the mayor cannot force the general population of New York City to be vaccinated or even others coming from outside of New York City, honestly, to be vaccinated in order to go to a restaurant, a gym, a bar, an event space.
		Um, it's a complete, complete overrate, overreach, and it's based on the premise that we're still In the midst of a pandemic.

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		And so at what stage of this lawsuit, like how is this going to play out?
unidentified		I have no idea how it's going to play out.
		I mean, it's in its very, very infancy.
		Honestly, we just went ahead and filed on November 9th.
		So we have a hearing on December 8th and it is in its beginning.
		It's very well written.
		I'm very proud of my attorney.
		Her name is Patricia Finn.
		She just did a wonderful job.
		Um, and it hits on every point.
		Um, honestly, it's unconstitutional and the mayor is outside of his authority.
		He's not a tyrant.
		I'm sorry.
		He is a tyrant.
		He's not the king of New York city.

kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		And have you already gotten a lot of fines or anything that you've had to deal with?
unidentified		Well, here's the ironic part.
		I mean, I, I mentioned this, uh, last week there in total is about 15,000 gyms, restaurants, bars in New York City.
		Out of those establishments, we're talking about New York City, well over 15,000 establishments, there have only been a few thousand dollars worth of fines written.
		Honestly, Chrissy, I believe that this was always a ploy to get the general population to be vaccinated, to make it acceptable.
		I mean, I guess if you hear that you can't go out to eat or you can't go to a movie unless you're vaccinated, well, I guess, heck, you know, it pushes people into it.
		I mean, you had earlier on, you showed people losing their jobs.
		Families are being ripped apart.
		People are losing their jobs.
		People who have, like, who went to school their entire lives, basically, to be a doctor, to be an attorney, to be whatever, I mean, are being told now that they cannot work unless they're vaccinated.
		I mean, what kind of country do we live in?
		It's so unfortunate that we've gotten to a point where we're using an experimental gene therapy labeled as a vaccine that is basically killing, killing people, giving them heart attacks, giving them strokes.
		Look at what it's doing to little children.
		We're being told, based on a study of 2,200 kids for two months, Uh, that, you know, this is safe and effective.
		We are actually telling parents that this is okay for pregnant women to take.
		There was only, I think, 871 women that had the vaccine, and most of them, you know, were in their third trimester.
		The ones that were in their early trimester, I think there were 127 women in their first trimester that were given the vaccine.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Out of those 127, 104 miscarried.
unidentified		This is disgusting.
		It's diabolical, like I said before.
		And people have to really be aware of what's going on here.
		I mean, I wasn't in the beginning, I guess, so aware.
		But this has taught me so much.
		And I've become so aware of everything that's been going on.
		And unfortunately, it's sinister in my mind.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Have you been able to coordinate with other business owners and kind of come together and support each other?
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Or do you feel like you're very much in the minority and fighting back?
unidentified		I believe that most business owners feel the way I do.
		I really, I've come to believe that.
		But they're all falling in line.
		They're all saying, oh, we, you know, we have to do this.
		It's a mandate.
		We can't lose our liquor license.
		We, you know, we have a mortgage to pay.
		We have a car payment.
		I have kids in school.
		You know, I have families to feed.
		It's the same, it's the same thing I hear constantly.
		What these business owners are not aware of is that by going along with it, we are actually taking away every single right that we have left.
		We are taking away our freedoms.
		We are now going to be under, I don't know what kind of rule, communist rule, one world order, new world order, I'm not quite sure, but people have to look at what's going on in Australia, what's going on in Austria, what's going on in Canada.
		Um, you know, lockdowns are happening again.
		If people think that just because they're getting vaccinated or following whatever the government tells you that this will set you free, no.
		What will set these businesses free is not complying.
		Absolutely.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		That is the way out, it seems, in the most logical, non-violent way.
		And you've had to face fines and take all this time.

unidentified		Well, my political affiliation, honestly, I'm definitely right.
		Has it changed my view?
		I will be very honest.
		What happened to me is that I realized that the powers in Washington are basically, unfortunately, unified.
		The party that I trusted in to abide by the Constitution has disappointed me.
		Our judicial system, I feel, is upside down.
		I mean, look at Kyle Rittenhouse.
		What's going on there?
		Look at the January 6th protesters.
		I just feel like I don't have faith in government.
		Look at what happened with the 2020 election.
		Look at who's running the country right now.
		That's a joke, because there is nobody really running the country.
		And whoever is, it's just a mess.
		So I don't really have faith in any of the institutions I held dear growing up.
		When I was little, I just believed that I would do the right thing.
		I'd go to work.
		Live life as a moral person and trust in God and my country.
		And that's basically falling apart at this point.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		It's got to be discouraging, but there's so many people who appreciate your bravery and standing up.
		And if more people would do that, it would be easier to get through this now.
		Also back when they first started implementing this, they had threatened fines and they had threatened to come.
		And at this time, you said you hadn't spoken to city officials.
		Have you been intimidated?
		Have you been approached?
		What's that been like?
unidentified		Yes, we have been approached.
		We've been approached and honestly, the last I guess three or four times that we were approached.
		I mean, these inspectors are basically coming in and quietly agreeing with us.
		So, I mean, I don't know what this is really about, but for me, I'm looking way beyond the inspectors.
		I'm looking way beyond the mandate.
		especially since they came out and recommended the vaccines for children, this fight has become so much bigger.
		I realize that this is a fight for my city, it's a fight for my country, it's a fight for the world, it's a fight for humanity.
		So I've basically looked beyond all of that.
		I trust that, um, I am doing the right thing, and I really don't care if an inspector were to come in tomorrow and say that there's a $10,000 fine put on the business.
		Um, I know at the end of the day that I am doing the right thing.
		I need more business owners and more people to realize that, you know, these-these public officials are supposed to be serving us.
		They're supposed to be, um, putting us in their best interest, and they are not.
		So therefore, if they are not giving us the right direction, if they're not telling us to do things that are morally correct and to follow the Constitution, then my God-given rights will not be trampled on.
		And I will make sure that I will do everything in my power.
		I will use the courts, and hopefully the courts are not compromised.
		And there are still some good judges out there that will look at the rule of law and respect what our founding fathers gave us.
		But, you know, for me, again, this is much, much bigger.
		And I want to bring awareness to everybody that's out there, everybody in the city, everybody in the country, everybody outside of the United States, that we will stand together.
		We will fight this.
		If we are united, then these people that are in power cannot put us under their control.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		And that's the bottom line.
		We need to make this less about R versus D and politics and more about we the people against the elite.
		And I think we cannot lose sight of that and definitely need to be united.
		Now, as far as counterfeit paper cards being used, is that still happening?
unidentified		Oh, of course.
		There's a black market for everything.
		I mean, I don't believe the numbers.
		They're saying that there's a 70% vaccination rate in New York City.
		You know, I'm sure it's a thing.
		I don't look at the cards.
		I've never asked one of my customers to present a card.
		Um, I don't have a fake card.
		I don't believe in that either because that for me, that's compliance as well.
		Um, so honestly, yes, it's out there.
		Um, I know many people who have gone that route because they don't want to be vaccinated.
		They want to save their jobs.
		They don't quite trust the vaccine yet.
		Some of them have a religious objection.
		Other have a medical objections, even their doctors, even these people, these people's doctors, when they know the vaccine is not right for them, can't even, I'm writing that recommendation in fear of losing their licenses.
		So I mean, yes, there's a black market out there.
		And yes, there are counterfeit cards.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Wow.
		And you've talked about feeling a bit of a minority there in New York City, standing up, being brave and resisting the tyranny.
		What about as far as like other business owners?
		What do you what about the customers and the people that come in?
		How how supported do you feel by them?
unidentified		Christy, I am so supported by my customers.
		I'm so supported by so many people on so many different levels.
		And that's why I know this resonates.
		I mean, our primary location, which is in Greenwich Village, that's like the epicenter of, like, in the 80s, especially, the gay community.
		I mean, we've never rejected a customer.
		We've always let anybody in.
		And, you know, like, even in such a liberal little section, of New York City like that.
		We have that same sign up.
		The support is tremendous.
		We're getting people from all sorts of -- it's all different sides of the aisle, black, white, different religions.
		It doesn't matter.
		They all really stand against the vaccine mandate.
		It's not about the vaccine per se.
		I mean, we have many people that are telling us that we've been vaccinated.
		We just don't agree with the vaccine mandate.
		I mean, obviously, that's a general consensus in my view across the world.
		It's not just limited.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		And what about all those people that have been vaccinated and now are seeing that it wanes and it doesn't affect transmission and they're being asked to get booster, palm booster.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Is this changing minds, too, just by very virtue of it not working?
unidentified		Of course it is.
		I mean, the last customer that I spoke to a couple of days ago was just like, you know, I happen to go for an antibody test right after I was vaccinated.
		That person had zero antibodies.
		She then went and got a booster shot.
		After the booster shot, she showed very, very little amounts of antibodies.
		My antibodies are higher than hers.
		So, yes, it's starting.
		I think people are realizing that, you know, when is this going to end?
		Unfortunately, I mean, I'm hoping that people start to wake up and realize that they will forever start changing the definition of what fully vaccinated is.
		The CDC directors come out and basically state it as much.
		Fauci has stated as much.
		So when is enough going to be enough?
		I mean, now they're coming after our children.
		They're posing the greatest risk of death On our kids and possible myocarditis on young children for what?
		For something that doesn't really affect them?
		I mean, we will damage more children by vaccinating them.
		We could just leave them alone.
		They're not posing a risk to us in regards to COVID.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		It's just sick.
		It's sick.
		It's getting worse and worse, and that's why it's so important for us to come together.

		So this story is so scary, so frightening.
		A judge granted a doctor rather than the parents authority to vaccinate seizure It's been a wild ride for you, Destiny.
		This mom here, she's been fighting to gain full custody of her twin boys so she can do what every good mother would want to do and protect her children from this experimental vaccine, especially when her twin boys have a predisposition to react negatively to something like this.

		This has been a wild ride for you, Destiny.
		I can't imagine how stressful, how scary this has been.
		Divorce and child custody is never fun in the first place.
		And now you have this extra layer of scary things happening.
		So break down what's happened and the newest information for me and our viewers.
unidentified		Man, that's really hard to sum it up and put it in a short story because this has been a grueling 10 months of fighting for my babies.
		And it's not just about the vaccines.
		Um, their father is a complete narcissist and he has been trying to make me out like I'm crazy.
		Um, he took my kids from me back in February with the TRO with false allegations.
		Um, could not prove any of them to be true.
		Um, I've been basically fighting for my baby since.
		We had a temporary hearing.
		Um, the temporary judge, the judge at the temporary hearing gave him temporary custody because I didn't vaccinate.
		Um, and then we just got our final ruling and The judge is saying that he wants to leave it up to the pediatrician.
		We haven't got the actual thing filed yet.
		He hasn't filed the actual orders yet, so it's kind of put a little bit of a damper on things.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		So you decided to be proactive.
		This judge says, you know what, a pediatrician is going to know better than anyone else, rather than the parents, which is frightening in and of itself.
		We're going to put it in the hands of somebody, someone entirely, not the parents.
		We're getting more and more in this direction of the parents being treated like friends and maybe advocates, but not the parents.
		So that's scary enough as it is, but you decided to take action.
		You hit the ground running.
		You started to get the word out.
		Tell me the evolution of that.
unidentified		Um, well, what do you mean?
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		So you decided to put this out on TikTok.
		You said, Oh, heck no, this isn't happening.
		So tell me how, how you got the word out and the response you started getting.
unidentified		It's been very difficult because I have a gag order, so I'm not allowed to talk about things.
		Um, I've had to be very careful about how I talk about things and I've been fighting this battle alone for 10 months.
		And I finally started speaking out about it once I heard the ruling and I posted it on TikTok.
		Um, And I had over 200,000 people see one of my videos, and I've gotten a lot of, you know, action on that.
		I've had people that have been willing to come and protest with me.
		The doctor actually canceled the appointment, I guess, because he saw how much it was blowing up.
		And we're not doing the protest today, obviously, or I wouldn't be on here with you.
		So what appointment was canceled?
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Was the appointment set to vaccinate your boys, and that appointment was canceled?
unidentified		Yes ma'am, before the order was even signed.
unidentified		Yes.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Wow.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		So that was, but thankfully this pediatrician canceled the appointment and what was the reason given?
unidentified		Um, I'm assuming just because, you know, he got wind of the protests, so I'm sure he was wanting to check into his legal rights and if he was within his legal rights and stuff like that, especially since there's so much exposure.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Wow, and so did you get to have any conversations with this particular doctor about your concerns of your sons having a predisposition to seizures of your very good reason to be extra cautious about this vaccine?
unidentified		No ma'am, so when I found out that this was happening I immediately called the pediatrician and asked to speak to him and they did not let me speak to him and he refused to speak to me.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Insane.
christy lee ▲ ● ▼		The child's own mother and the doctor refuses to speak.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		Man, what happened to their duty to serve and protect?
		So as far as the father of the children goes, you guys were in agreement on this.
		So is his behavior in pushing the vaccine now, do you find it to be vindictive?
		Is he really falling for this stuff that he thinks it's better for them?
		What do you think's going on there?
unidentified		Absolutely.
		He knows how passionate I am about it.
		I actually got religious exemptions when he and I were still together.
		So he's completely aware of it.
		I even showed a text message, a screenshot of him telling me in court.
		I showed it of him saying that he agreed with me and he trusted me on the vaccines and he wasn't going to vaccinate.
		And he knows that's a tool.
		He uses my children as a tool to hurt me and he knew that he was going to be able to hurt me with that.
		He's been gaslighting the system this whole time and it's disgusting for them to allow this abuse and bullying and alienation.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		So have your children gotten any of the vaccines or were you always concerned because of the seizures?
unidentified		No, ma'am.
		They have had no vaccines.
		So I had a religious exemption.
		I also have conscientious reasons as to why I do not vaccinate.
		I had a family that was vaccine injured.
		And on top of that, yes, my kids have seizures and that's scary after I did a lot of research on that as well.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		It's hard to believe that their father, who knows that they have a predisposition to these febrile seizures, would want to put them at higher risk.
		Have you been able to talk to any other doctors that would advocate for you that you could submit as evidence or appeal to reach out to this other doctor?
		Have you been able to do any of that?
unidentified		So as of right now, the order where it stands, as I said, it hasn't been signed, so it's going to be edited probably, but I am only allowed to see that doctor only.
kristi leigh ▲ ● ▼		This is so insane.
		I come from Ohio, and the mom is, like, always favored there.
		Like, it's unheard of for the father to get, like, any right.
		So it's crazy coming here to Texas, and it seems like that it's the other way around.
		Have you been surprised at the court's reaction to you and how this has progressed?
unidentified		Absolutely.
		I'm mind blown with all the evidence that I had to disprove his lies.
		What, what just happened?
		You know, like what, what really just happened?
