		My name's Harrison Smith.
		It's Friday the 13th, ladies and gentlemen.
		Who knows what evil deeds are now percolating through the shadows to greet us here in the light.
		Uh, huge show we have for you today.
		Lots of videos.
		So lots of videos of, uh, once again, people speaking out at, uh, school board meetings and other city council meetings across the nation.
		We'll show you some really great videos there.
		Well, some protest videos in Australia and a few other places.
		We're going to start today with a video from Tucker Carlson's, uh, morning show clip number two, uh, about China using companies like Nike and Disney as Trojan horses to create a false moral equivalency between China and the U S. Before we go to that, I just want to.
		Quick little note here.
		We've lived with COVID-19 for over, well, just about a year and a half at this point.
		And if the claims are to be believed, we are in one of the worst phases now.
		Some of the highest hospitalization rates of the entire pandemic.
		What does this mean?
		Well, quite simply, the leadership has failed.
		utterly and totally failed to contain this pandemic.
		Just completely.
		Everything they've tried has not just failed to contain even a portion of the pandemic, but it's caused untold damage in various other ways.
		The lockdown, of course, economically, mentally, physically, just total destruction.
		It's something that needs to be talked about.
		They have failed.
		They have utterly and totally failed.
		Every one of their tactics has been disastrous.
		It's not about the unvaccinated.
		It's about everything else that they've attempted to do.
		The vaccines themselves aren't doing anything.
		See, the problem is that since the very beginning, the entire strategy to treat COVID was to simply lock down everything, totally, until we had the vaccine.
		Total nonsense.
		Complete bullcrap.
		I can think of a million different things you could have done from day one that we were talking about.
		I think probably we wouldn't even be in this if, what if we just replaced all of the streetlights with UV lights?
		What if that was what we did instead?
		Instead of all the lockdowns, instead of all the vaccines, instead of anything else, what if we just put UV lights in public places?
		Because UV lights kill coronavirus.
		Would that have been so difficult?
		Would that maybe have been, maybe if we'd spent a trillion dollars doing that, we still would have come out on top.
		Look, this is the point.
		They have failed.
		They have utterly and totally failed because it was never about coronavirus.
		It was always about getting the vaccine into your arm.
		That's been their only concern this entire time.
		And now that the vaccines are failing, they simply double down on this attempt.
		It's as absurd as it is predictable.
		Just mind-blowingly stupid.
		Our entire leadership, I have to say.
		There's wild, wild stuff.

		Um, I wanted to tell you that I have two vaccine injured children, and they have medical exemptions because after the seizures and the hospitalizations, after all of their immunizations, I was granted, obviously, a medical exemption.
		So my children are those rare children that will just not be able to get the vaccine.
		And still, I would never put them in a mask because their brain needs oxygen to grow, which the neurologist can confirm.
		Anyway, the real part of the clown show is that you all think that you actually have the authority to mandate this.
		Because there are these books that I have, and I have them as a gift for you.
		The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Federalist Papers, and also the Bible.
		and these guarantee my freedom and yours and our children's to breathe oxygen.
		Time. Time.

		A little bit of good news here to start off the day, and of course, if you were watching yesterday, I ranted quite extensively about this, and it looks like I was right.
		Austin restaurants backtrack on COVID-19 vaccine requirements after contact with the TABC.
		Austin restaurants Laundrette and Fresas will no longer require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for indoor dining after being contacted by the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission.
		Earlier this week, the two restaurants announced intentions to require vaccination proof at its restaurants but backtracked after communication with the TABC.
		They say they weren't aware of the full requirements of the law and immediately took steps to comply.
		Laundrette confirmed on its Instagram page vaccinations are not required, but guests are required to wear masks indoors when not seated at a table.
		There they are.
		Another update for you.
		Say thank you for the overwhelming support we've received from our community.
		Yes, the overwhelming support.
		People like, thank you.
		Thank you for oppressing us.
		Thank you for keeping out the bad unvaccinated people.
		We vaccinated people.
		We're 42% less likely to get it, although we're not really less likely to get it.
		We're actually just as likely to get it because it doesn't decrease transmission as announced by the CDC.
		Just incredible stuff.
		But there's an interesting dichotomy in today's stories.
		On one hand, it's people saying, you know, it's illegal to demand vaccine proof.
		And on the other hand, it's municipalities and corporations and You know, huge swaths of industry mandating vaccine proof.
		It's kind of wild.
		Here's the reverse of the story.
		Students cannot block Indiana University vaccine mandate.
		This, according to U.S.
		Supreme Court's Amy Coney Barrett.

		Barrett rejected the student's emergency request without offering any explanation and without referring to the matter to the full court for review.
		The decision marks an early test of vaccine mandates during a period of surging infections and hospitalizations caused by the Delta variant of the coronavirus.
		No, caused by the failure of our medical industry to Even reduce COVID-19 at all, even slightly.
		We're in the middle of the summer when respiratory illnesses should be at their lowest, and yet we're experiencing a spike higher than the one that we experienced when the virus was totally unknown and unprepared for a year ago.
		No, it's not.
		This isn't.
		Because of the Delta variant.
		It's because of the mismanagement.
		It's because of the failure of the people who have deemed themselves in charge.
		But, you know, I don't know who it was.
		Somebody posted like, you know, here's a live view of Republicans.
		And it's just the Charlie Brown going to kick the football and getting the football pulled away.
		It's just like everybody we fight for just betrays us.
		We just we fight for them.
		We suffer for them.
		We, you know, take the slings and arrows.
		We get called all sorts of names.
		We steadfastly stand by the people that We, you know, actually say the right things.
		You know, they seem conservative.
		They seem like they understand freedom.
		And then we just get stabbed in the back over and over and over again.
		My God, what are we supposed to do?
		I would say like, when will we learn?
		But like, what are we supposed to do?
		People say the right things.
		They're like, I love freedom.
		I'll stand with you.
		And we're like, great, awesome.
		We have your back.
		We'll take all the suffering.
		We'll fight for you.
		And they're like, yes, awesome.
		They get into power and they're like, Just red stamp of approval, vaccine mandates, go ahead.
		Just go right ahead.
		And one of the earliest cases to reach up to the Supreme Court could set a precedent, could help dictate what goes on in the future.
		But just don't even consider it.
		Don't even bring it to the full court.
		Don't, you know, take arguments from both sides.
		Just rubber stamp the ability of some public institution to mandate vaccines on children and just move on.
		Just incredible.
		Incredible.
		We need a revolution.
		We need to literally just overthrow this entire government and replace it.

harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Divided Supreme Court sides with landlords lifts part of New York's eviction moratorium.
		The Supreme Court on Thursday night lifted New York's pandemic-related ban on residential evictions, siding with a group of landlords who said their rights were being violated.
		The short emergency order was opposed by the court's three liberal justices who noted the moratorium was scheduled to expire at the end of the month.
		Like, yeah, just let them, you know, bankrupt them for a little while, a little while.
		Let them violate their rights for a month or so until a new moratorium comes in.
		Kind of very strange, again, that this goes up to the Supreme Court, considering that the people who imposed this eviction moratorium had no Right to do so.
		No authority to do so.
		It's the CDC.
		Absolutely no oversight over renters and landlords, but they just dictate and everybody else obliges.
		San Francisco will require full vaccination for people entering indoor public spaces.
		Worried that the highly contagious Delta variants of the coronavirus could derail San Francisco's economic rebound, Mayor London Breed announced Thursday the city will require proof of full vaccination at indoor restaurants, bars, gyms, and entertainment venues to help keep businesses open.
		It's to help keep business open.
		This is to protect kids, they say.
		This is to protect those who can't get vaccinated.
		It's to make sure we don't go backwards.
		It's to make sure I never have to get up in front of you and say, I'm sorry.
		I know we just reopened and now the city is closed again because we're seeing too many people die.
		Yeah, just go ahead and exclude, you know, half the population because of their medical choices.
		Open tyranny, that's all this is.
		As virus cases surge, Biden administration encourages more use of antibody treatments.
		Oh, wow.
		It's just a year and a half late.
		Just a year and a half late.
		We're getting around to the idea that the vaccine is not a...
		You know, one-size-fits-all solution to every single problem.
		And it's not the, or shouldn't be, the sole and exclusive concern of doctors everywhere.
		They say in states where vaccination has stalled and cases have soared, not mutually exclusive, the treatments have become a key component of the federal strategy to reduce the toll of the worst outbreak, underscoring how many Americans remain at risk.
		And they talk about the antiviral that President Trump received when he was diagnosed with COVID-19 last year before it had been authorized for emergency use.
		So again, it's just like hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, all these other ones just been demonized, been made illegal.
		The doctors who have actually used them and said, hey, all of my patients are surviving because I do this, have actually been investigated and potentially At risk of having their medical license revoked because this is, again, it's all about tyranny.
		It's not about solving the crisis.
		It's not about actually promoting health in the population.
		It's about getting you to submit to an inoculation and a series of inoculations that will never end as they continue to just alter your genes in real time.
		It's just incredible.
		Nearly a million Michigan households lose power.
		Why does this keep happening?
		Nearly 1 million Michigan households were without power on Thursday after severe storms blew through the Midwest.
		Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois all saw outages, but Michigan seemed to have been hit the hardest, having more than 10 times the outages of the other states.
		The reason this keeps happening is because we are in a state of societal and civilizational collapse.
		It's being aggravated and accelerated by the people in charge because It's more difficult to control people who live in a functional society, actually support themselves and have private rights.
		Jobs and self-determination.
		What we need is just to totally collapse everything so they can rebuild it up with you as a slave and them as the master.
		Virginia issues universal mask mandate for K-12 schools.
		Governor Ralph Northam's administration issued a universal mask mandate for all schools on Thursday.
		The move came after a handful of school districts in recent days decided to buck the governor's interpretation of state law and opt not to require face coverings against the current recommendations of the U.S.
		Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
		FDA authorizes vaccine boosters for people with weakened immune systems.
		Some people can get a third shot of the mRNA vaccines, Pfizer or Moderna.
		FDA plans to authorize a third vaccine shot for immunocompromised.
		The Food and Drug Administration is also planning to authorize the third shot for the immunocompromised.
		You'll be able to get a third shot of Pfizer or Moderna.
		This was announced late Thursday.
		The booster will specifically be targeted for people who do not have ideal immune responses to the initial vaccine, which has proven to be the case for many cancer patients, transplant patients, transplant patients, people with HIV, and people on immunosuppressant drugs.
		Yet another wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, because everything they've tried so far has been an utter and decrepit failure.

		You haven't been inoculated with the shot that's killed 12,000 people and provides only 42% protection and has caused half a million severe side effects.
		Are you ready for that to be mandated for you to travel in between states and clear open Blatant violation of the Constitution.
		Are you ready to admit that this government has no interest in actually protecting its people and is simply using the excuse of COVID-19 that they created, by the way, to destroy your every freedom, to limit your every ability, including just to travel, just to walk around?

		Because remember, if you say medical misinformation, by which they mean anything that contradicts The, you know, dictates of those in authority, you know, the ones who have utterly failed over the last year and a half to do anything to even remotely mitigate the spread of this disease.
		You know, the ones who have been wrong over and over and over again and openly, blatantly lied to us continuously.
		You know, like when Dr. Fauci and the CDC is out there saying there's no way it's a lab leak, but in their private emails, they're discussing how it probably was a lab leak.
		But if you talk about that, then you'll be censored from the Internet because.
		It's not what they're saying publicly.
		So you have to comport yourself to the lies of the authorities, the lies of the failing authorities, or else you'll get kicked off of YouTube.
		Or they'll just kick you off anyway because, you know, you dare question their mandates.
		This has nothing to do with medical misinformation at all.
		It's talking about a lawsuit about your rights, about whether you are allowed and permitted to live your life without Having the government dictate sticking a needle in your arm and injecting you with an experimental inoculation.
		So she holds a press conference talking about a lawsuit defending the rights of the American people and YouTube deletes it.
		It has nothing to do with medical information.
		It has nothing to do with curing you.
		Stop being an idiot.
		These people are evil, okay?

		I made the mistake of going on Facebook for the first time in like months and months and months yesterday.
		So I was curious about what one of my friends was up to.
		My God, what a mistake that was.
		I just want to let everybody out there know, your false sense of superiority has been inoculated into you by evil people to convince you that suspicion of them is somehow stupid.
		That you're smart and enlightened by never questioning the dictates of your superiors.
		It has been falsely implanted into your head.

	We need water, we don't have it.

	All businesses and homes rely on wells, some hand dug in the 1800s, but rain has been scant.
	Underwater aquifers are depleting and wells are running dry.
	Well, that's probably climate change.

	Can we demonize cars more?
	Can people stop eating meat?
	Or can we realize that all of this is nonsense and that they're using, once again, another fabricated catastrophe to destroy your country?

		Do you remember like two days ago when a Democrat lawmaker was caught, audio of him apologizing to the underage victims that he routinely molested?
		Do you remember that?
		Not reported at all, just not anything, but it's just like, it happens to a Republican and suddenly it's trending on Twitter.
		And then people are literally like trying to flex on QAnon.
		As if this means they're wrong.
		I just, I can't understand what's happening in this world.
		Like QAnon, their whole thing is like, our elites traffic children.
		Our elites are pedophiles.
		This was, it was never a partisan thing.
		It was a pro-Trump thing, but Trump himself wasn't partisan.
		He destroyed the Bushes just like he destroyed the Clintons.
		He was up against the Republican establishment just as much as he was up against the Democratic establishment.
		So this just proves QAnon.
		This proves QAnon's right.
		Time and time again, it's shown that very powerful people are involved with sex traffickers and pedophiles and sex rings and disgusting activity.
		It's like that's what QAnon is about.
		But so they find this out that it's true.
		And then they like laugh at QAnon.
		They're like, here's your here's your pedophile ring.
		It's like, yeah, we know this is what we're talking about.

		China uses companies like Nike and Disney as Trojan horses to create a false moral equivalency between China and the US.

		The first thing that comes out of Xi Jinping's mouth is, actually, Black Lives Matter shows that the United States is no better.
		But now you don't have to take it from Xi Jinping.
		You could take it from Nike.
		You could take it from the NBA.
		You could take it from Disney, the neutral arbiters of moral justice, who actually make a better buck because they can enter the Chinese market if they shut up about China, but they criticize the United States.
		But for China, they get something out of that trade, back to that mutual prostitution.
		It's not three-way prostitution.
		Where China's able to get something out of it, which is the people who are known to criticize injustice never criticize injustice over here.
		That creates this false equivalence between Chinese nihilism and American idealism.
		And when that happens, Chinese nihilism wins every time.

		That's the world that we live in.
		And so that is what I call the birth of this woke industrial complex.
		It is a new Leviathan, a new monster that is far more powerful than what Thomas Hobbes might have envisioned 400 years ago.
		And it is the biggest threat to individual liberty today.
		It is not big government alone.
		Conservatives are reciting lines that they memorized in 1980, thinking that big government was the threat to individual liberty.
		Maybe it was in 1980.
		It's not today.
		It is this new hybrid of big government and big business.
		And big government not just in the United States, but big government in places like China, commingled with big business.
		Creating the actual threat to our liberty and our prosperity.
		And it's really hard to know what to do about it when we have spent the last 40 years defending the castle of capitalism from the front door without recognizing that that castle was invaded through the back door from woke activists to the Chinese Communist Party.
		And I think the defining challenge for us as Americans today is how do we actually sterilize that castle without burning the whole thing down?
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		I think we need to remind ourselves the opposite of communism is not capitalism, it's freedom.
		Capitalism is just a consequence of freedom.
		It's pretty simple.
		Nobody wants to defend capitalism.
		Capitalism is also what's got us to this state.

		It's acting like capitalism is a fortress that we need to protect.
		No, capitalism is the bridge that is being built to communism.
		They're two sides of the same coin.
		It's about control of the population.
		It's not capitalism that we need to protect.
		It's freedom.
		Capitalism happens to be an outgrowth of freedom but still needs restrictions on it.
		It's just wild what's going on in this country today.

		Yeah, so first off, I have two ways to fight back.
		One is economic strategy.
		If you look back on a chart from 1972 when we decoupled from the gold standard, Since then, our real wages just for inflation have gone up 1.1 10% while production has gone up 2.5 times, right?
		That's causing an obvious imbalance due to the fiat.
		So my idea is to invest in crypto because crypto assets are mainly fixed.
		They're risky, but this is economic strategy and warfare, not necessarily investing.
		And you want a dollar cost average.
		Say you wanted to invest $1,000.
		Don't just put it all in and hope it goes up.
		Put in $100 every week for 10 weeks, you know, spread your risk, take two or 3% out of your paycheck and put it in and do the different ones, whichever one you find is happy.
		Now, That's going to probably make people a lot of money.
		So the SEC will get involved.
		This comes to my second point.
		If the SEC tries to shut it down or put the law out, what you do is they put a statement out and your portfolio tanks half.
		Take how much you lost.
		Multiply it by 100 and file a civil suit against them, against the state, against federal and local government.
		And this brings me to my final point.
		I hope everything's coming through clear.
		We have lawsuits on our hands.
		We've been under rule of the color of law for the past 18 months.
		So say you're a family of four, the enjoyment of your family going to the park each weekend could be $10,000.
		That's a very reasonable estimate.
		You can say $10,000 times, you know, 12 months, 52 weeks, that's $520,000.
		You would be well within your rights to sue under the color of law.
		Look up historicals, find holes in their mandates, and you put the suit in your local court, your state court, and the federal court against your governor and against the government, your state government.
		And then you get everyone to do it.
		Don't do one suit.
		Each family do their own so that it drowns them.
		You can put a suit on for $3,000 to $4,000 if you're your own lawyer.
		Those are the two things I had, ma'am.

		Yeah, I think that's a couple good ways to fight back against tyranny.
		We do need to be launching lawsuits and I mean all sorts of stuff.
		We literally just need to be thinking like the leftists, like not in the way, not in the sense of You know, their policies or their ideology, but in the sense of their relentless, you know, legal and economic attacks, that's, we need to be, you know, fighting the war on the battlefield that we're on, which is the legal and economic battlefield, which is a very good point, Danny.

		We could give kind of anecdotal stories, but they don't really get traction or credibility the way that a family member.

		So, say you had a family member in New York who died during that time in the COVID surge or anywhere due to COVID.
		If that family member requests the medical record, they could get information that we are not allowed to talk about.
		That would expose that they didn't actually die from COVID, they died due to gross medical negligence.
		And that's also something, so the order with COVID, families and patients can't sue for anything related to COVID, but that stops short at gross medical negligence.
		So if you could get the evidence that gross medical negligence occurred, you can hold the hospitals liable for that.
		And I think if people, especially in New York, request those records, they're going to find a significant number of instances of gross medical negligence.
		You know, and that'll kind of help poke holes through the narrative that everybody just died of COVID in New York or any, you know, various places around the world.
		Because that's not true.
		And you'll find that it was actually more of a system wide issue, as opposed to just the patients came in and were sick, that there was more of a Yeah, they should be able to request it from the hospital.

		So that's where my knowledge of how to get records is a little short.

		And from my experience, usually around this time of the year, when a lot of kids have to go back to school, they literally have to go see their pediatrician or their doctor so they can have routine vaccinations.
		And as we know, a lot of those routine vaccinations come with side effects, if not illness.
		And now they're going to put this fake PCR test and literally say that all your kids are coming down with COVID.

		Americans are dying off and not having enough babies to replace themselves and...
		Aren't just having those numbers made up, but actually exceeded by the number of foreigners coming into our country to replace the people that live here.
		It's replacement migration.
		It's what happened in Europe over the last 10 years and is continuing now with a massive migrant surge like they've never seen before happening, you know, as we speak.

		But first, I just want to preface with a little story that just happened to me this past Saturday.
		I was kicked out of a restaurant in Philadelphia for not providing proof of vaccination, and I recorded the entire thing.
		I posted it to my website, essentialliberties.com, but also on Rumble, it's called Philly Restaurant Kicked Out Local Resident for Not Having Proof of Vaccination.
		And keep in mind, this restaurant is the most authoritarian, liberal, restaurant in the city.
		It's a rooftop bar and a restaurant and any given day, they have like a rainbow flag flying from the top.
		And, uh, you know, I drove by it one time and saw, uh, you know, drag queen outside doing literally like what we hear about pedophile story time, like outside with children.
		Like I saw it with my own eyes and I'm like, man, so I knew I was deep behind enemy lines, uh, doing this.
		So I knew they were going to deny me.
		I told them, you know, that I have a medical condition and, you know, here's the thing, like, the vaccine is the medical condition.
		Like, you know, the mask is the medical condition in these particular instances.
		But anything that has death as an adverse, you know, reaction, I would say that justifies as a medical condition.
		But so anyway, so they can't take something where like, you know, death is an adverse reaction.
		And the exchange got really heated, but it got even more heated when I told them I cast a big yellow star on my chest.
		And I said, this is my vaccination passport because I knew they were going to deny me.
		I was like, and they all completely freaked out.
		And I was starting to say, you know, like this is medical segregation, like Nazi and Jim Crow segregation.
		And they kicked me out and then I bullhorned them outside.
		All the patrons on the roof while I was getting heckled and flipped the middle finger, flipped the bird.
		So I basically just did this to encourage other people to put a face to the tyranny in their communities, right?

		Yeah, I've done this like last year, too, where I recorded myself going into a business about the mask and then exerting my right.

		That's so blatantly obvious that you can't hide that.
		And in Montana, it's 46-5-502.
		You know, lots of great callers talking about using the law against them.

		Meanwhile, military documents show that the military can detain civilians here in America, including U.S. citizens.
		A leaked U.S. headquarters of the Army document titled Internment and Resettlement Operations describes an official category of detained persons called civilian internee.
		A Department of Defense directive published below discusses civilian internees and makes it clear that the military detainees can be U.S.
		citizens.
		So, social credit score, internment camps, total slavery because of this vaccine, at the same time that state senators from California are describing vaccine hesitancy as akin to domestic terrorism.
