There were discussions about fear being needed to encourage compliance and decisions were made about how to ramp up that fear. | ||

| We're talking about particles like aluminum, barium, strontium, polymer fibers, all of which are toxic in and of themselves. | ||
| When you combine them, the overall toxicity can increase exponentially. | ||
| And this is all raining down through our air column. | ||

| And you know, there was talk about this recently when it was revealed that Bill Gates was, in partnership with Harvard University, planning on dimming the sun by putting things up in the atmosphere. | ||
| And anytime people were talking about this, I was kind of confused, thinking, this has been going on for a long time. | ||
| They're talking about it now as if, oh, they're planning on doing it in the future. | ||
| They're discussing the potentiality of doing it eventually. | ||
| And it's like I'm sitting here going, but they're already doing this. | ||
| We know they're already doing this. | ||
| They've admitted it. | ||
| You know, even as recently as the Beijing Olympics, they were cloud seeding or doing this exact thing, the aerosol injections. | ||
| I believe it was James Clapper gave a speech to the CFR where he was talking about the value of atmospheric injections to control the weather. | ||
| It was Brennan. | ||
| My crew is telling me, John Brennan. | ||
| I get those two guys confused. | ||
| But it's weird, isn't it, that now they're talking about it as if they're planning on doing it, when in reality they've been doing it for decades, haven't they? | ||

| Weather warfare is the crown jewel weapon of the military-industrial complex, a weapon by which they can topple nations, bring them to their knees without the populations of those countries even knowing or understanding that they are under assault. | ||

| They're very bioavailable and very bioaccumulative, means they're easily absorbed and they build up in our systems. | ||
| And this inflammation of our respiratory system, at minimum, makes us all vastly more susceptible to any form of pathogen, including CV19. | ||
| And we should question, again, beyond the weather warfare aspect of the climate engineering operations. | ||
| Again, the stated purpose is to slow the warming of the planet by deflecting some of the sun's incoming thermal radiation. | ||
| But these programs also trap heat, they're destroying the ozone layer, they're completely disrupting the global hydrological cycle, and they're contaminating the entire surface of the planet. | ||
| So, again, this must be considered, when you break it down, Harrison, this is weather and biological warfare. | ||
| Yeah, it's truly incredible, and I was really blown away by your documentary, the dimming, the amount of evidence that you have, and the fact that this has been going on for 75 years. | ||
| I mean, I knew it's been going on for several decades, but the fact that this began just after World War II, can you explain to us the history of this and how it all got started? | ||

Well, when we have film footage, military footage, we got off military archives of World War II B-17s. | |
| Dispersing materials, and we have up close imagery of that, turning dispersion on and off, clearly that's not condensation. | ||
| They would have had to have been beta testing immediately or prior to the deployment of these programs. | ||
| And we see deployment after World War II, the polar regions is where the deployment first occurred. | ||
| And we have programs like Project Cirrus, which is the hurricane manipulation programs that officially began in 1947. | ||
| But the overall climate engineering operations appear to begin right after World War II. | ||
| By the time we reach the 70s, Harrison, we have 800-page Senate documents outlining the scope and scale of these programs. | ||
| We have documents like the one I just mentioned posted at geoengineeringwatch.org with the most pertinent parts highlighted. | ||
| These documents call for global cooperation between nations that have otherwise adversarial relations, because you can't just geoengineer over your own country. | ||
| Once you interfere with the Earth's life support systems, you disrupt the entire system. | ||
| So, again, we have mountains of evidence, Harrison, and we simply are asking people to examine this and to understand, for example, right now there's an illegal federal gag order on all National Weather Service and NOAA employees. | ||
| Why would you gag the weathermen if you weren't trying to hide something extraordinarily dire? | ||
| And that's, again, climate engineering, mathematically, statistically speaking, greatest and most immediate threat we collectively face for countless reasons, short of nuclear cataclysm. | ||
| You know it's so sort of ironic I guess that we have so much talk about climate change these days and it's all about reducing your carbon output and it seems like at least some people are willing to spend trillions of dollars to try to cut down on pollution and all this other stuff and yet it's never mentioned the fact that we've been manipulating the weather for years and as you point out | ||
| The weather is a very intricately intertwined system where if you affect one part of the weather, who knows what effects that will have down the road or what changes that will cause in the atmosphere or in the climate on the other side of the globe or just elsewhere later on. | ||
| And yet this is never talked about. | ||
| Seems to be a glaring omission from people who are concerned about climate change. | ||
| The fact that humans have been Purposefully changing climate for a very long time. | ||
| Can you explain how weather manipulation can have a greater effect on the climate as a whole? | ||

| It's a glaring hypocrisy for these so-called environmental groups that claim to care about the planet and state of the environment and yet completely omit and deny this issue because they don't want to lose their 501c3s and we're not speculating about that. | ||
| Our legal team Spoke to the attorneys from all the major environmental groups, WWF, the Sierra Club, all the major groups, and none of them will address this issue because they don't want to lose their 501c3 nonprofit. | ||

| So I would argue if the population knew that the climate system had been completely derailed and that no weather system could be considered natural at this point, that they would, I would hope, take to the streets with their proverbial pitchforks and torches and look for everyone, anyone that's involved with these programs, either actively or passively, or especially the U.S. | ||
| media that does nothing but cover the tracks for the climate engineering operations. | ||
| So again, they're making every effort, For very clear reasons to hide these programs from public view until the last possible moments and they will take 501c3s for anyone who would dare to address this and that's what we were told specifically by the attorneys from all the major environmental groups. | ||

| Another example is the array of technologies, often referred to collectively as geoengineering, that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. | ||
| One that has gained my personal attention is stratospheric aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do. | ||
| An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. | ||
| This process is also relatively inexpensive. | ||
| The National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly. | ||
| As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community. | ||
| On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. | ||
| On the geopolitical side, the technology's potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions could trigger sharp opposition by some nations. | ||
| Others might seize on SAI's benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions. | ||
| And, as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other geoengineering initiatives. | ||
| Now, I could go on and on and on and on about the things that fascinate me, but rather than talk about them, I thought I'd stop here and start the conversation with Judy, and then So that was John Brennan, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, addressing an audience at the CFR about geoengineering and how excited he is about strategic aerosol injections into the atmosphere, or stratospheric aerosol injections, I should say. | ||

| Our lab testing, our atmospheric testing, have proven that conclusively. | ||
| And for John Brennan and the entire environmentalist community to pretend that climate engineering is some sort of panacea, a cure for the state of the climate, is a completely Ridiculous notion at this point. | ||
| It is, after 75 years of deployment, we can say conclusively that it has come with cataclysmic results. | ||
| It has completely derailed, again, the planet's life support systems from top to bottom. | ||
| But to pretend, for those in power, to pretend that this is some sort of benevolent activity is a completely false narrative, in that we know weather has been used as a weapon for many decades. | ||
| We have Project Popeye in Vietnam, one that's very well known. | ||
| But what's not well known is the cutting off of moisture to various countries, Harrison. | ||
| Let me give one example. | ||
| Immediately after 9-11, you know that General Wesley Clark was given the hit list of Middle Eastern countries that were to be toppled. | ||
| Oh yeah. | ||

And using 9-11 as an excuse, every one of these countries underwent a once-in-1,000-year drought after that. | |
| We had the leaders of some of these countries, for example, in the case of Iran, stating Emphatically in the floor of the UN that their country's precipitation was being systematically cut off by NATO weather modification operations. | ||
| And then I would ask this question, is the American public now the target? | ||
| Because we know conclusively that it is climate engineering operations that are cutting off the floor of precipitation to the entire Western US. | ||
| We can say that conclusively. | ||
| We have satellite imagery to prove it. | ||
| So the question, well, and, you know, John Brennan brought that up too. | ||
| I mean, he talks about the fact that, you know, he's claiming that this is being used to defeat global warming, but he also mentions, oh, by the way, it can also be used to deny precipitation to some places while encouraging in other places. | ||
| So he even there is admitting the weather manipulation as a tactic of war, right? | ||
| So the question, It comes to, well, if they're not really doing it to stop global warming, what's the real agenda behind it? | ||
| Any idea like why? | ||
| You know, and I'm just playing devil devil's advocate here. | ||
| Maybe I'm asking you questions that I already know the answers to. | ||
| But just for the benefit of our audience, you know, people are going to be asking the question. | ||
| Why would they want to do that? | ||
| Why would they want to deny the western half of the United States precipitation? | ||

Let me allow Lyndon Johnson, former President Lyndon Johnson, to answer that question. | |
| As he stated emphatically on film and on the record in 1962, that we had the power to control the world's cloud layer then. | ||
| And in his own words, he who controls the weather controls the world. | ||
| And part of that control is controlling the food supply. | ||
| And that's indeed what they are doing. | ||
| And we have individuals like Bill Gates, now the largest farmland owner in the United States, as farmers are brought to their knees because they can't produce because they have no water. | ||
| Who's snapping up that farmland and buying it? | ||
| But how much good will that do, Mr. Gates or anyone else, the disaster capitalists? | ||
| How much good will that do them on a dead planet? | ||
| The notion that climate engineering is in any way, shape or form helping the climate is completely incorrect. | ||
| Climate engineering can create highly toxic short-term cooldowns at the cost of further fueling the overall meltdown of the planet. | ||
| There's nothing benign in these programs whatsoever. | ||
| And Harrison, the massive cool-down in Texas that we saw earlier this year, if I could cite a few statistics, that moisture for that cool-down came off the record-warm Gulf of Mexico. | ||
| At the same time, it was zero degrees in Dallas. | ||
| It was 85 degrees at the same latitude in Florida, and it was 33 degrees warmer than Dallas at the North Pole. | ||
| There was nothing natural about that cool-down, and that is a major part of climate-enduring operations that most are still missing. | ||
| The engineered winter cool-down events with patented processes of chemical ice nucleation for weather modification that's seeded into clouds, cools down the surface, shallow layer of cold. | ||
| It's a frozen material. | ||
| That is not anything like naturally nucleated snow. | ||
| It's very slick because it's full of surfactants. | ||
| We know we've tested it. | ||
| So again, that's a major aspect of climate engineering that many are missing. | ||
| And that aspect, when you speak of agendas, is part of the agenda because it confuses and divides the population as to the true state of the climate by creating these highly sensationalized cool-downs like what happened in Texas. | ||
| And it's starting to become clear why you call this the number one threat to humankind in a whole. | ||
| I mean, not only do you have the ability to do exactly what you're talking about, starve entire countries, collapse the ability for farmers to create produce, and then they have to sell their land to people like Bill Gates. | ||

| But then on top of that, It's the fact that what they're spraying out is poison and we'll get into that a little bit on the other side. | ||

| Low-pressure zone spins counterclockwise. | ||
| So picture again, the fan belt on the car spinning clockwise around some pulleys, counterclockwise around other pulleys, and that's how they can steer the jet stream. | ||
| It's how they create the so-called polar vortex and push cooler air south. | ||
| They combine it with gulf of Mexico moisture. | ||
| Now we have a warm side and a cold side, the so-called, quote, winter storms. | ||
