What should protesters do?
You really do.
You don't like it.
I don't like it.
It scares me.
We've got to make sure that they know that we need business.
alex jones
Maxine Waters, along with major CNN hosts and others, are calling for violence and calling for dead white people.
unidentified
And you know what the answer is?
You really do.
You don't like it.
I don't like it.
It scares me.
Shootings, gun laws, access to weapons, overshadowed.
Oh, yeah, I know when they'll change.
Your kids start getting killed?
White people's kids start getting killed?
Smoking that doobie that's actually legal, probably, in your state now, but they don't know what it was, and then the kid runs, and then, pow, pow, pow, pow!
Cop was justified.
Why'd you run?
Oh, we had a baseball game tonight.
Oh, the white kid.
Oh, big family, that house over there?
Those start piling up?
What is going on with these police?
Maybe we shouldn't even have police.
That kind of mania, that kind of madness, that'll be you.
That'll be the majority, because it's your people.
alex jones
And then Maxine Waters just came out and said, from Minnesota, that you need to be more controversial.
You need to occupy the streets.
You need to be aggressive.
unidentified
We've got to not only stay in the streets, but we've got to fight for justice.
alex jones
She's the same one that said, go and confront Republicans, get in their faces.
unidentified
And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.
And you push back on them.
And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere.
alex jones
And then she's the same person that says everybody should be charged with terrorism that entered the Capitol, most of them peacefully.
unidentified
If this had been Black Lives Matter.
You know, acting in the way that the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys and the White Supremacists had stormed our Capitol.
What do you think would have happened?
Do you think, you know, in essence, they would have gotten away with it?
And, you know, I got the kind of responses where, you know, everyone was saying, of course, we know.
They said it in so many ways.
Blood would be all over the place.
They would be killed.
They would be shot.
alex jones
This is so hypocritical.
It's total fraud.
We decry all of this offensive violence.
We have multinational corporations.
They're dividing and conquering this country right now.
And they want to distract us from destroying our borders, from destroying our dollar, from selling us out to China, from the slave camps that Apple runs in China.
And that's why all the big corporations have given $10.6 billion the last year to Black Lives Matter to make that the huge issue.
And within hours of Maxine Waters calling for violence, the National Guard and police just got shot at in Minnesota and were almost killed.
This is a designed civil war they're trying to trigger and we've got to stop it.
Cuomo say this, to watch Maxine Waters say this, while they activate the CIA illegally, domestically against Trump supporters because a few hundred people went to the Capitol, and a few hundred people might have gotten in a fistfight with the cops.
Now all of us are guilty while they've burned down cities, police stations all across the country last summer, and now we're heating up to do it again, to hold the cities hostage until local governments This is the key.
Turn control of their police departments over to George Soros, who already has most of the DAs, who already has most of the Blue City mayors, who already has many of the state's attorney generals, who will then prosecute police officers.
Who make a mistake or who are outnumbered and get attacked, to then bully them to politically align with the left, and then they'll be totally protected.
When the police attack viciously folks for lockdowns, liberals love it.
When the police shoot a white person wrongly, the media loves it.
Because it's simple, divide and conquer.
This is the takeover.
unidentified
InfoWar.
The most banned network.
harrison smith
Folks, you can share that video.
It's called The Democrats Want Civil War, available now at band.video and infowars.com, edited by the great John Bowne.
You know, the most amazing thing to me during that is the, uh, Cuomo, with his crazy eyes, going, once white people start getting killed by police.
Uh, this year, 52 black people have been killed by police.
White people?
109.
More than twice as many.
unidentified
Huh.
harrison smith
Facts.
Kind of strange, huh?
unidentified
You're listening to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at Band.Video.
harrison smith
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
It is the 20th of April, 2021.
You're watching American Journal InfoWars.com Band.Video.
Just trying to make sure I have all of these Really incredible stories.
I have so many videos to show you today.
Really, like, how long is this list?
I have over 20 videos to show you, not including the fact that I will be welcoming two guests to today's program.
Norm Pattis will be joining me and Ben DeLaurentis.
Who is the singer and songwriter behind the Bill Gates song that we've played on this program several times.
So, a lot of stuff to show you today on American Journal.
And again, just really incredible videos from all around the world.
Some good, some bad, almost all of them bad, but there are a few good ones.
We'll laugh at Kamala Harris thinking that she's funny.
But let's begin, as we always do, with our daily dispatch, shall we?
Here it is, your daily dispatch for the 20th of April, 2021.
This news should come as a shock to nobody.
Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who enraged, who engaged rioters, Washington Post says, suffered two strokes and died of natural causes, officials say.
That's right, Capitol Police Officer Brian D. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died of natural causes a day after the January 6th riot the district's chief medical examiner has ruled.
So, it's official.
The only person to have actually died as a result of what occurred At the Capitol on January 6th is none other than Ashley Babbitt.
Officer Brian Sicknick, whose death was blamed on being knocked out by a fire extinguisher, and then there was speculation that it was reaction to a chemical that was used like bear spray.
You gotta ask, where did these stories come from?
Why were they spread on mainstream media?
And what will be the consequences for that?
We'll get more into that later in the program.
Of course, today, America waits with bated breath to find out whether the Black Lives Matter communist mob will be rioting because Derek Chauvin is found guilty or rioting because Derek Chauvin is found not guilty.
The point is, you can expect squalls in your area if you're anywhere near a big city.
As the final arguments were made yesterday and the jury is now in deliberations and may have a answer to this question by as early as today.
But interestingly, the judge in the Derek Chauvin trial says Representative Maxine Waters comments may be grounds for appeal.
The judge overseeing former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin's trial in the death of George Floyd said Monday that Representative Maxine Waters' comments could be grounds for appealing a verdict in the trial.
He says, quote, I'll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in the whole trial being overturned.
We'll show you that video later in the program.
Of course, Maxine Waters, just the latest in a long line of public threats and extortion attempts against everybody from defense witnesses to jurors, threatening them with violence should they decide against the will of the mob.
This is as interesting as it is predictable.
Black Lives Matter protesters rally for a victim of police violence, only to leave after learning that he was, in fact, white.
Black Lives Matter protesters in Minnesota dropped to a knee and set off to march over a fatal police shooting, only to return when they learned it was a white carjacker who fired at police.
It's about police brutality!
No, no, not that type of police brutality.
Incredible.
The FBI, that venerable, unassailable bastion of honor that serves as the secret police of our government, who has never been embroiled in any sort of controversy, surely is doing its job perfectly well.
They have now appointed their first chief diversity officer.
His name is Scott McMillian, and he is the first FBI chief diversity officer.
You know, when I look at the modern FBI, what I think is it's just not diverse enough.
That's the issue.
That's the real problem here.
Biden is set to push critical race theory on U.S.
schools.
The woke revolution in the classroom is about to go federal.
In an early but revelatory move, President Biden's Department of Education has signaled its intent to impose the most radical forms of critical race theory on America's schools, very much including the 1619 Project and the so-called anti-racism of Ibram X. Kendi.
Kendi's anti-racism, which advocates a massive and indefinite expansion of reverse discrimination, is more like neo-racism.
Biden is obviously co-opting conservatives' interest in reviving traditional U.S.
history and civics to deliver its perfect opposite federal imposition of the very ideas conservatives aim to combat.
In other words, conservatives want to teach history.
Democrats are very interested in using their position as arbiters of what is taught to children not to teach history, but to aggravate racial sentiments and bring down white people in their youngest and most vulnerable stages.
CNN reports that disinfecting surfaces to prevent COVID is often all for show.
CDC advises the risk of surface transmission for COVID-19 is low, the U.S.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Monday.
Far more important is airborne transmission, and people who obsessively disinfect surfaces may be doing more harm than good.
Imagine that.
Keep that in mind as we continue this daily dispatch.
Satellite images show Russia's expanding Ukraine buildup.
Russia has moved warplanes to Crimea and bases near Ukraine to an extent greater than has previously been disclosed, adding to its capability for political intimidation or military intervention, according to commercial satellite photos of areas being used for the military buildup.
You may remember that the ADL and Washington Post work together to create a map of so-called terrorism, and they say that there is a massive rise in right-wing terrorism.
Ignore the cities being burned down by leftists.
Ignore the jury intimidation.
Ignore the assassination attempts.
No, it's the white people you have to be worried about, says the ADL and the Washington Post.
Well, apparently, They got to these massive numbers by counting extremist online chatter as incidences of terrorism.
That's right, if you said something edgy on Twitter or YouTube, perhaps in the comments, they counted that as an act of terrorism.
Burning down a church, throwing animal blood on the door of a defense witness in the Chauvin trial, that's not terrorism.
That's activism.
Oh, but saying something edgy on Twitter, that's terrorism, according to the ADL and the Washington Post.
The terrorism number's just about as legitimate as the pandemic numbers.
Mike Lindell's new social website, frankspeech.com, comes under massive attack.
Apparently the website is back up now, but it has sustained continuous attacks since they tried to launch it.
We need your help, Frank.
Nancy Pelosi says Maxine Waters does not need to apologize for incitement to violence that led to shots fired at the National Guard.
Yes, because we'll impeach President Trump and attempt to imprison him.
We'll strip him of all honors.
They literally banned his name from being put on public places.
They passed a law banning his internment at the Arlington National Cemetery once he eventually passes away.
They've done everything they can.
Why?
Because he said you should go and peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
That was incitement.
That was worthy of action.
But when Maxine Waters tells people to get more confrontational and literally incites a riot, Nancy Pelosi says, no, that's totally fine.
Kevin McCarthy, the tepid, lukewarm, I don't even know, psilocyst.
Squid at the top of the GOP moves to censure Maxine Waters for breaking the law.
Yes, he's going to wag his finger at her.
That will teach her.
That will show her.
It's not like she has continuously gotten away with this for years with absolutely no recompense, no pushback whatsoever.
I'm sure now her being censored, that'll show her.
That'll teach her a lesson.
She's a despicable fish monster, and she should be ejected from Congress if not in prison.
unidentified
She's a despicable fish monster.
harrison smith
Of course, the major story of the day is that we all eagerly await the verdict in the Derek Chauvin trial.
I'm not really holding my breath though because again, you know, do we expect this to be a legitimate weighing of the evidence or is this entire system so corrupted by left-wing activism?
I say that advisedly.
When I say activism, what I mean is, of course, terrorism.
It's absolutely incredible.
Absolutely incredible this is just allowed to continue on.
I'm going to show you a bunch of videos in the next few segments that will hopefully put things somewhat into perspective.
Later, we'll talk about some shocking new COVID news.
Uh, that has now come to light and the nine o'clock hour I'll be joined by Norm Pattis and we'll break down, uh, some of the particular legalities of the actual, uh, show trial itself.
And then of course, some really shocking videos of, uh, the way COVID is, is being used to justify total brutal military lockdowns around the world.
It's just like, we told you so.
We told you so.
I mean, all of this has been so blatantly obvious that this is what was coming.
You're really an idiot if you didn't understand this.
So just again, it's just another day in America as rioting terrorists once again destroy Portland, target a youth center, a Popeye's, natural grocers, just smashing up churches, historical museums, immigrant-run businesses, just destroying everything.
Burning down archives of priceless information.
Let's go to, uh, let's go to some of this B-roll.
Here's a, uh, massive fire burning at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Minnesota, mere 10 minutes away from where the, uh, hardcore rioting was going on.
Just burning churches?
Oh, thank God it's not a synagogue.
Then we'd have to care about it.
No, just a church.
Just another attack on Christianity and the foundation of this country.
Here's another angle of that blaze.
Arson investigators now on the scene.
Yeah, I wonder.
Gee, I wonder if this was arson or not.
Gosh, if only there was some way to tell.
If only there was something that could be done to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
But no, no, we can't arrest the rioters.
We can't lay a finger on them because they're the ones that apparently dictate to the soldiers where and when they go.
In fact, I have video evidence of that.
Let's go to clip number two, shall we?
This is a Black Lives Matter group that was blocking The streets in a neighborhood, this guy was trying to get home, they were blocking his streets, he got out to tell them to get the hell out of the way because he wanted to go home, they assault him, and then the police rush in and arrest him and throw him in the back of a cop car and impound his vehicle.
This is, uh, this is America under anarcho-tyranny.
Let's roll the tape.
Here you see the inane, pointless chanting of the brainless morons.
Here this guy is saying, uh, I want to get to my house.
You have to let me through.
These, uh, petulant morons are getting in his face.
There they shove him.
There he continues to try to push forward.
Shoves them back.
He didn't start it.
They pushed him first.
They assaulted him first.
Here come the police, rushing in, rushing in to save the protesters, to save the people blocking the police, blocking the street.
Here they rush in, grab the guy, and take him away.
He's literally, like, shocked.
He's like, what the hell are you doing?
He is literally the victim here.
But this is how it works.
This is modern America.
This is just how we are now.
His hands are behind his back.
They're putting the handcuffs on.
They throw him in the back of the cop car.
He was the one who was pushed.
He is the one who is the victim of this violent protest.
But this is just the way it goes.
In fact, let's go to this video, video number 16 here.
Let's go ahead and roll this because this is, you can go ahead and roll it in the background.
This is a group of National Guard members who were there, you know, because, you know, it's America in the 21st century.
So, of course, we have to have massive troops of armed guards just on call waiting to respond to the communist riots that are attempting to burn down the cities.
Let's listen to some of this audio.
unidentified
Seem to be moving in quite a hurry here.
Prior to us getting here, for those of you that just turned it in, again, my name is Cliff Willing.
I'm a registered nurse here in the Twin Cities areas and We found out that one of the Building Trades folks had allowed the National Guard to occupy the Labor Center here in St.
Paul, Minnesota, obviously in the context of the uprisings against the Derek Chauvin killing of George Floyd and the trial there, and then the additional racist police killing of Dante Wright in Brooklyn Center just several days ago.
We came down here to confront them.
Folks seem to be moving nice and quickly here.
And moving out of the Labor Center.
I want to give you a sense.
Of how many people were down here.
How many National Guard were down here.
harrison smith
Do you understand what's going on here?
unidentified
Let's keep in mind, from the labor movement perspective, the National Guard, we understand that these are working class folks.
Multiracial, multigendered, working class folks.
But the labor movement and the National Guard has had a river of blood A river of blood.
harrison smith
Do you understand what's happening here?
You have National Guard members who were told they could stay, you know, in wait.
Just, you know, stand by.
We know there are going to be massive violence, massive riots.
We know there's going to be violence.
We know there's going to be arson.
We know there's going to be attacks against police.
So we have to call in the militarized, you know, in uniform, heavily armed guards to Watch over our city and they're being housed at this, uh, labor union headquarters.
And then the labor union showed up and kicked them out, ordered them out.
Get out of here.
You're not allowed to wait around here.
It's just, they just dictate, they just dictate.
I mean, literally it's just these absolute freaks, total anti-America.
I mean, literally they spray paint death to America on bear on police barricades.
They chant, no border, no wall, no USA at all.
They are enemies of this country, within our own borders, and they just shriek.
They just scream their dictates, and the soldiers are just like, okay, okay, better do what you say.
They block off the street, they attack you, the police roll up and arrest you.
They burn down your city.
They have to send soldiers in to protect the city.
Then all the leftist rioters, mobs of masked black-clad communists, yell at the police, attack them, and then the police just are like, okay, sorry, sorry, we'll do what you say, whatever you want.
You're in charge here.
It's just...
unidentified
I'm saying it.
You're listening to The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
Alright folks, so we just have mobs of roving communists, pretty much every single one of which is living entirely off of welfare and unemployment.
So you're paying for them.
You're funding them.
When they get arrested, which is rare, that they actually go so far as to become arrested, they're immediately bailed out by people like Kamala Harris.
Massive funds poured into by millionaires and billionaires to immediately get them lawyers, get them out.
No bail.
No worries.
They're out the next day to continue to do it again.
The people who are there to protect you, supposedly, are taking orders from these people and will actually arrest you if you stand up against them.
This is all completely fabricated from the very beginning.
The narrative of unarmed police, unarmed black men being shot by police, totally false.
Doesn't exist, doesn't happen.
It just doesn't.
Watch Tucker Carlson piece on it.
I mean, they, it's literally like maybe, maybe like one person a year this happens and the police officers always punished for it.
Every other example, it's just like, well, they were firing at police.
Well, they got in their car and tried to run a cop over.
Uh, well, they were like on drugs and just like overdosed while near police officers.
They shot at police first and then got returned fire.
They literally tried to grab a shotgun out of the hands of somebody who's holding it and end up getting shot.
It's just like, so that doesn't exist.
It just is just doesn't exist.
Does not happen.
White people killed twice as many times, twice as often, as black people by police.
So the racial aspect doesn't exist.
The overwhelming numbers don't exist.
So the whole thing's predicated on a lie.
The individual instances are lies.
It's all whipped up.
It's all fabricated.
And it's incredibly profitable to the people that are carrying this out, that are instigating this.
that are serving the lies for all of this, just like Officer Brian Sicknick died from a stroke.
That's okay.
Use his death.
Use his death to go after his friends and the people that he was associated with.
He was a Trump supporter.
Incredible.
Let's go to, there you go.
There's no epidemic of fatal police shootings against unarmed black Americans.
It doesn't matter.
Facts don't matter anymore.
Reality doesn't matter.
It's all a fabrication.
It is all an illusion.
And again, incredibly profitable one.
Let's go to, and this is just how like blatant and open and disconnected these scumbags are.
This is Al Sharpton.
I guess he thinks he looks heroic.
He writes, I'm headed to Minneapolis to stand with the Floyd family as closing arguments are set to be made today.
Here's him yesterday.
Waddling towards his private jet.
He's just like, how out of touch?
How effing stupid do you have to be to follow this guy?
To believe this guy has your best interests in mind?
To think this guy is anything other than what he is, which is a total swindler.
He's just like, I'm going to exploit more racism.
unidentified
I'm going to make more money.
harrison smith
I'm going to use the death of black people to enrich myself and destroy black lives.
That's what I do.
I mean, honestly, what is the point of Black Lives Matter?
If the point of Black Lives Matter is to fill American streets with militarized police, they're doing a fantastic job.
They're really, really good at massively increasing the presence of heavily armed proto-military police officers on American streets.
Ready and willing to fire on American citizens.
If that's what they wanted, fantastic.
You're doing a great job.
You're really, really good at that.
If it's to protect black lives, oh, well, you're not so good at that.
In fact, because of your heroic activism, because of your standing up against an illusion, your tilting at windmills, your valiantly hunting Bigfoot, You're, pardon the expression, total retardation.
You have caused thousands of more black people to die.
Thousands.
Because the murder rate has skyrocketed in every city that has defunded the police, and the vast majority of those are black people killing black people.
So if your goal is to protect Black Lives Matter, you have failed utterly.
If your goal is to radicalize the right wing and bring domestic military onto American streets, you're succeeding wildly.
Let's watch some more videos, shall we?
This is a Black Lives Matter activist explaining just how righteous her cause is.
Truly incredible.
Clip number eight.
Black Lives Matter activists talk about how righteous it is that she creates the scenes that you're seeing here of just total destruction, rioting, and looting.
Gotta get that money!
Gotta get those goods!
Gotta get new sneakers!
unidentified
I support all that.
I support them looting the dollar tree.
I support the looting of what are the day loop?
Like the like the advance eyes.
I remember last year they looted Target.
I support audit audit.
Do you know why?
Because black people and marginalized and oppressed people could loot every store in this whole country for 200 years.
It would not even come close to the debt that America owes us.
harrison smith
Oh, the debt America owes you.
The debt America owes you.
They're just collecting debt, folks.
You know, people that were never affected by slavery, never affected by discrimination.
State discrimination ended decades before these people were even born.
Oh, but they're gonna They're going to collect that debt from people that had nothing to do with it.
Total morons.
Just brain-dead psychopaths.
unidentified
They're just like, yeah, I got a sweater.
harrison smith
It's just like, okay.
I mean, they should all just be taken very good care of.
We should really care for these people.
Clearly, they love justice.
They love, you know, peace.
They're very peaceful, very justice-minded folks.
They're intelligent people.
They're really high thinkers, you know.
They've really put a lot of thought into this.
They're certainly not just rabid animals, destroying.
Without compunction?
No, no, no.
I would never say such a thing.
unidentified
No, these are, these are our, our, our bettors.
harrison smith
These are our, you know, they really, they need to be, they need the debt to be paid.
The debt that somebody 300 years ago You know, just like literally 2% of 25% of the country, right?
Like .05% of the people in America actually own slaves.
We all have to pay.
unidentified
It's just retarded.
harrison smith
It's just, it's just beyond stupid.
unidentified
Do I have time to go?
harrison smith
Let's go to, uh, Let's go to Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.
Stoking the fire, shall we?
Clip 15.
unidentified
Thank you for being here today.
As we await the verdict, there are several inescapable truths.
Over this last year, our Twin Cities have experienced a barrage of trauma, all culminating with this trial.
And then the verdict.
There's been pain and anguish, anger and frustration that is undoubtedly, acutely felt by our black and brown communities.
Regardless of the outcome of this trial, regardless of the decision made by the jury, there is one true reality, which is that George Floyd was killed at the hands of police.
harrison smith
So here's Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey saying one thing is certain, George Floyd was killed at the hands of police no matter what the outcome of the trial is.
Why have a trial?
We know what happened because the media told us what happened.
Oh, what's that?
Oh, it's a total lie?
Oh, complete falsehood.
Oh, the circumstances are entirely opposite of what the vast majority of people think it is because the media is full of complete liars?
Okay, that's interesting.
Well, it doesn't matter.
We don't need a trial.
We don't need to hear the evidence.
We don't need a jury of our peers to sit in solemn deliberation.
We have mob outrage to guide us, like the North Star, towards total oblivion.
So you have Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey coming out and saying it doesn't matter what the outcome of the trial was, is, is going to be.
We know what happened and we know it's whatever the narrative demands that it be.
You have Maxine Waters demanding a result of this election.
It's not jury tampering though.
It's not Putting your foot on the scale of justice.
It's not perverting and corrupting the most basic, sacred, and important system in American governance.
The jurisprudence system.
No, no, no.
It's about mob outrage now.
It's about baseless, incoherent hysteria.
Pointless, destructive outrage against all of society.
Well, specifically the white people.
Specifically the white people.
They're the ones that invented this, this darn system.
This jury system that actually attempts to come at the truth.
We don't want the truth.
We want baseless, pointless outrage.
We want racist conflict.
We want riots and burning and arson.
And then if you attempt to defend yourself, the police will arrest you.
Let's see this played out in all of its glory.
With this, this just absolutely beautiful interaction between one of the dumbest protesters and that's saying something because they're all morons.
Clip number nine, argument between stupid protester and police.
Let's just sit back and just soak in America in April 2021.
Let's just soak in the stupidity, the self-righteousness, the self-importance, the complete lack of factual evidence or any sort of in-depth philosophy or deeply rooted ideology.
It's just all surface-level moronic outrage pouring out in the tepid, lukewarm, I'm trying to be your friend response from the authorities that have utterly failed on every possible level.
Let's enjoy this, shall we?
unidentified
A black person born into privilege and power is white?
Yes, sir.
A white person.
harrison smith
A black person born into power and privilege is white.
Yes, sir.
unidentified
My black wife is calling me.
harrison smith
This cop's like, yeah, but I have a black wife.
You're talking about racism.
The protester says, that doesn't mean you're not racist, just because you have one black friend or a black wife.
You can still be racist.
He has no acquaintances.
It's his wife.
unidentified
Wow, it must have been so intimidating if all the police moved that way.
That's impressive.
Jessica, what a drive.
harrison smith
Just stomp her face.
unidentified
Sorry, don't stomp her.
harrison smith
The police should not stomp her head in.
The police should not curb stomp this absolute moron.
They shouldn't.
They absolutely should not beat her with batons.
unidentified
No, no.
harrison smith
She's very important.
She's a very deep thinker.
unidentified
Oh, because I can't be racist, right?
harrison smith
Yeah, try to reason with her.
Oh, she's very reasonable.
Try to use logic.
Systemically, systemically, sir, she's not a human being.
She is a robot that has been programmed for evil.
And if it doesn't fit your agenda, you don't want to hear that conversation.
And God bless these police officers for having the patience.
But then we have to sit here and these are the people that are dictating what our police do?
unidentified
You just called him a liar, saying he don't have a black wife and black children.
You called him a liar?
harrison smith
She should not have her head slammed in the concrete.
Absolutely not.
unidentified
That's a despicable thing to think.
She should be reasoned with.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
It's justice and hate and anger and violence come from.
harrison smith
It's not about race.
unidentified
You think they race for the black and white?
Absolutely!
Read the Bible!
harrison smith
Yeah, these are the people.
I mean, literally, you know, I always compare it to, like, chihuahuas.
Like, when you just have, like, this tiny little chihuahua just, like, barking and yapping at this massive pit bull that can just swallow the chihuahua in a single bite.
But the chihuahua, they don't, like, they really think that they're, like, the tough ones.
It's, it's the perfect example because it's just this like, like they really, you know, chihuahuas, they don't know how small they are.
They have no self, they have no conception of that.
And usually when chihuahuas, they'll do like a dominance thing on a human and the human just lets them do it because who cares?
It's a dumb little chihuahua.
And so they think they're like, yeah, I'm big, I'm tough.
I beat up that other dog.
And meanwhile, it's just like the people could just, just crush them.
So you just have this, this little girl, this, this dumb little robot programmed by evil.
is just here spouting utter nonsense, and the Pitbull's here, heavily armed, he's like dudes with like sleeve tattoos.
We're just like trying to reason with her, and she's just like got some weird toga wrapped around her.
Meanwhile, these Antifa members with like hard hats are just like strolling by, and this is just who we have to deal with.
This is just where we are now.
The goddamn pointless little chihuahuas are running things now.
They really think they're tough.
That's you, you dumb little girl.
You stupid young woman.
I mean, you just... I just... I mean, all of these people, they just need to be... Like, this girl needs to be sent back to Africa.
Okay, she's not African.
That's the point, right?
She needs to be packed up and just shipped off to Saudi Arabia and just go, oh, oh, were you oppressed back in America?
Were you standing up against power?
unidentified
Oh, were you, are you a righteous freedom fighter?
harrison smith
No, you're, you're permitted to do this.
You're allowed to do this.
You are a shrieking, pathetic moron.
Who contributes nothing, knows nothing, stupid as hell, and you're just permitted to continue just to be stupid.
It's honestly, it's not nice to let people be this stupid.
It really isn't.
But again, it's compounded.
Like, this is what we're up against.
This dumb little girl has been convinced by The media, by the politicians, by the talking heads, by the race activists.
She's been programmed.
She's been conditioned.
She's told, you're the, you're a deep thinker.
You know things that other people don't know.
She's literally just like, she's not even wearing pants.
She's just like wandering around.
The most vulnerable, the most weak, the most stupid,
Human being that the world has ever produced and instead of being humble about it instead of like Wow, i'm so glad i'm in his first world country that was built for me by other people that other people died to create No, no humility no You know thankfulness Just self-righteousness
And it's like you this this beautiful crystal palace has been built for you and you're just like shattering it just like tearing it all down in your unfounded fury and they destroy it all so again it's just it's It's absolutely everybody is doing this.
So before we go to break here, I want to show this clip.
This is the judge in the Derek Chauvin trial, basically saying that this stupid, pointless outrage from Congresswoman Waters has essentially destroyed the entire concept of fairness and judicial impartiality in the system.
And she's going to justify a retrial.
unidentified
Let's roll that.
And it is so pervasive that it is, I just don't know how this jury, it can really be said to be that they are free from the taint of this.
And now that we have U.S.
representatives threatening acts of violence in relation to this specific case, it's mind boggling to me.
I'll give you the kind of swimming waters may have given you in the earth.
You're listening to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
All right, welcome back, folks.
harrison smith
I had to calm down a little bit.
unidentified
Um...
harrison smith
It's too early to get this worked up.
My goodness.
I'm so glad that I have my guest, Norm Pattis, here.
He's a trial lawyer, which means it's part of his job to remain calm during high-stress situations.
I need your help, Mr. Pattis.
I'm going a little bit insane here.
Let me...
Let me introduce you properly here.
Norm founded and leads the Pattis Law Firm, a Connecticut-based criminal defense and civil rights firm.
He's a veteran of more than 150 successful jury trials, many resulting in acquittals.
A regular in the national media from the New York Times and the Today Show, Norm is a frequent speaker, twice best-selling author, labeled America's fiercest trial lawyer, a prolific blogger, and Pattis on Justice podcast host.
His website is normpattis.com.
Thank you so much for joining us here, Mr. Pattis.
norm pattis
Thanks for having me.
What are you wound up about?
I just logged on.
harrison smith
Where to begin, my friend?
I've been talking a lot about this Derek Chauvin trial.
I want to ask you about this because this is from, I believe this is CNN's lead legal analysis, analyst rather.
She says defense begins the closing.
This was yesterday talking about the The closing arguments in the trial.
She says, defense begins closing by defining reasonable doubt, not why Derek Chauvin is innocent.
Think about that.
I did think about that.
Is that not the process by which our justice system works?
Is that the burden of proof is on the accuser and not on the accused?
And how does the CNN chief legal analyst get this so wrong, sir?
norm pattis
Well, I guess CNN had to go trolling for a new analyst after Toobin was caught Zooming.
But it doesn't look like they reached very high into the talent pool.
You know, one of the fundamental misconceptions people have about jury trials is that the defendant has something to prove.
The complete and entire burden is on the state in a criminal case.
And what you remind jurors of during voir dire is you're not here to sit in judgment over the defendant.
You're here to sit in judgment over what the state has brought to you.
Has the state been able to eliminate reasonable doubt as to each and every element of the offense charged?
In my estimation, there should be an acquittal in this case.
There's very little question in my mind that there is reason to doubt that Derek Chauvin is legally responsible for the death of George Floyd.
However, I fear a compromise verdict.
I think jurors are going to smell smoke in the air.
They're going to see all the folks demonstrating outside.
They're going to see the boarded store windows on the way to and from court.
They're going to be treated like crown jewels at their secret destination of sequestration.
And they're probably going to say, hey, if we acquit, the city's going to burn again.
And that's what drives me crazy.
This is the most significant trial in American history since John Adams tried the shooters in the Boston Massacre case in 1770.
And we are perilously close to getting it fundamentally wrong here.
harrison smith
Well, and this isn't the first time this has happened, is it?
You know, I'm having sort of flashbacks to OJ Simpson.
I was too young for OJ Simpson, but recently I've gone back and watched a lot of this, and I see a lot of similarities where it's not even about what's happening in the courtroom, it's about the wider societal impact, and I mean, this is totally undermining one of the most important Well, absolutely.
of our government, the justice system.
I mean, I would like to think I would get a fair trial if I'm ever accused of a crime.
I'm seeing the possibility of that fly out the window.
norm pattis
Well, absolutely.
I mean, to me, more shocking than the public reaction to the Chauvin Floyd trial, which is in some sense understandable the way we've come to politicize race and PC culture and, you know, all this chatter about systemic racism.
I mean, this is not a case about race in the police.
It's a case about a knucklehead who couldn't take instruction from the cops.
And the cops had reason to question him.
But what's most shocking to me is Maxine Waters.
I mean, the notion that a congressman would go out of her district on to say in the suburbs adjoining this trial, guilty, guilty, guilty.
And if we don't get that, we basically have to double down.
I have never seen a congressman do something like that.
Now, congressmen can't be impeached as a matter of law.
They can be removed from office.
I understand Kevin McCarthy is tendered a censure motion.
I think each of your viewers should be calling their congressman and demanding action as to Maxine Waters.
harrison smith
I totally agree.
unidentified
You're watching The American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
The second hour of American Journal has begun.
It is Tuesday, the 20th of April.
My guest is trial lawyer Norm Pattis.
His website is normpattis.com, and he hosts the Pattis on Justice podcast.
You were mentioning the really, so I almost have a hard time putting this into words.
Sometimes, you know, you want to talk about concepts that are a little too esoteric and you kind of have a hard time putting this into words.
This seems like something so obvious, it's almost difficult to explain because if you don't just get it automatically, how can this be explained to you?
A congresswoman From another state coming in and essentially dictating what the result of the outcome of a trial should be is so it flies so in the face of all concepts of justice that we have in America that again, it's almost like I can't put into words.
How wrong this is, how bad this is, what a precedent this sets, because if you don't, if you can't understand this automatically, how am I going to explain this to you?
Maybe you're, certainly you're better than I am at this, so maybe you can help explain to people why this is such a big deal.
norm pattis
So I wrote about this, and the name of the podcast is actually Law and Legitimacy.
So since you've mentioned it twice, I'll correct it out there.
And if people want to see an essay on Maxine Waters and what's wrong with what she did, I gave a 20-minute talk on that yesterday.
And at the end of it, I give her phone number.
And I would encourage your producers to put her phone number on this screen.
And I would encourage each of your viewers to call her office and tell her, resign and call your congressperson and say, what are you going to do about Maxine Waters?
Here's what's wrong with what she did.
You know, there was another shooting in Brooklyn Center while the Chauvin jury was out and things were tense and people took to the streets.
Again, if you look at police shootings in the United States, since statistics have been kept by the Washington Post, what you'll find is roughly 1,000 people are shot per year each year in the United States by police officers.
Roughly, a different database shows that 51 police officers were shot and killed each year in the United States.
There's a lot of violence out there.
More people, white people, are killed by police than people of color, but people of color are a smaller percentage of the population, so you stand a greater chance per thousand population of being shot if you're a black male.
If you're an unarmed black male or an unarmed white male, there's a de minimis, a very low chance that you'll be shot and killed.
About 20 unarmed black males are killed in the United States each year.
That's hardly an epidemic.
And if you think of the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of traffic stops and responses to domestics, it's a remarkably low number.
We are a violent people.
We always have been.
The way you resolve these cases is by way of investigation.
How is an officer trained?
You assemble evidence.
You look at the evidence.
You ask, what would a reasonable officer have known in these circumstances?
And given that training, what would it be reasonable for him to do?
Now, one of the mistakes I think the defense team made in the Derek Chauvin trial is they let the quizzling commander of the Minneapolis Police Department get on the stand for the prosecution and say, this is unnecessary.
The standard isn't whether it's necessary or not.
The standard is whether it's reasonable.
And so the question that should have been asked of each of the state's witnesses is, what do you think Floyd should have done?
Should he have engaged in catch-and-release law enforcement?
Or, you know, and just let people go if they're too much trouble?
We don't want to live in that kind of community.
But here's wrong what's wrong with what Maxine Waters did.
Maxine Waters says, and I read this account in the Washington Post, so I assume it's her words, I was so upset about the shooting in Brooklyn Center that I couldn't sleep.
Now, she is a congressman with a constituency, a congressperson with a constituency in Los Angeles.
So she didn't take it.
She didn't get a drink.
She didn't take a sleeping pill.
She didn't call her doctor.
She hopped an airplane and went to join demonstrators in suburban Minneapolis while the Floyd jury is out.
And these are the words she told the crowd.
The words we want to hear are guilty, guilty, guilty.
And if we don't hear those, we need to act up more.
We need to take to the streets.
We need to make sure we are heard.
We need to make sure they hear us.
What kind of divisive nonsense is that coming from a congresswoman?
Doesn't she have the sense to realize that jurors are in the community she's stirring up, and that she's stirring the very sort of passion that a disciplined fact-finding proceeding, which is a trial, is meant to eliminate, so that jurors could focus on the real issues in this case, apply the reasonable doubt standard to the state's case, and determine whether Floyd is legally responsible, excuse me, Chauvin is legally responsible for Floyd's death.
That's the task for jurors.
But Max, that wasn't good enough for mean Maxine.
She had to take to the streets bullhorn in hand or microphone in hand and basically say to people, look, if we if they don't give us what we want, then you got to go out and take it from them.
That is not justice.
That is mob behavior.
And coming from a congressman, it is shocking.
The Bill of Rights guarantees to each and every American, including Maxine Waters, the presumption of innocence.
That's part of the Due Process Clause.
A person is presumed innocent unless and until they're proven guilty.
You're entitled to a jury of your peers in a fair trial.
That's what the Sixth Amendment says.
There are complicated and time-tested rules of evidence, complicated and time-tested rules of criminal procedure that a judge enforces and advocates engage in the spirited contest of trial.
We say that's done in the search for the truth.
You don't search from the truth with a microphone in hand in front of an angry crowd and basically threaten to burn the town down unless you get what you want.
Maxine Waters has no business sitting in Congress.
And if she's not removed, or at least censured, there's something wrong with that.
Now, a friend of mine called after hearing what I had to say and said, why aren't you being a hypocrite?
Doesn't she have a First Amendment right to speak?
Well, of course she does.
And a private citizen can say those words.
That's not inciting.
I don't think that's witness tampering.
People have a right to petition for grievances.
But if you're going to bear the mantle of the United States congressperson, and she's been in Congress now for 30 years, she had 15 years of state legislative service before taking her congressional seat, If this is the best you have to offer after 45 years in service, then you're done, in my view.
Maxine Waters has lost her credibility.
The very sight of her on the screen there is enough to fill me with disgust at this point.
She has jeopardized core constitutional values that each American is entitled to rely upon, whether that person be Maxine Waters, whether that person be George Floyd, or whether that person be Derek Chauvin.
And if she's going to have the audacity to claim and to suggest and insinuate that the color of her skin gives her special status at the table of American public life, then I say we're teetering ever closer to not just the status of a failed state, but to something like open civil war.
This is not a case about race, and the use of the George Floyd case to make this into a racial narrative is one of the most irresponsible moves I've seen the left engage in in my lifetime.
So I know I'm going on and on.
There was a question back there at some point, but I'm on my high horse, and I'm going to keep riding it until you tell me to get off it.
Call your congressman.
Ask them to support the censure motion for Maxine Waters.
If you believe in the United States, if you care about the rule of law, if you want to be assured that there is a fair trial for you or your family members should you run afoul of the law, Maxine Waters needs to be publicly rebuked and shamed.
harrison smith
Absolutely.
No, I'm in no way trying to get you off that high horse because I'm right up there with you.
My response is just a little bit perhaps more expletive-laden than yours is, so I prefer your well-spoken version to my perhaps incoherent and rage-filled version.
norm pattis
I was beside myself.
Your viewers may remember the movie The Fugitive.
The Fugitive took its name was inspiration from the Sam Shepard case.
Sam Shepard was a neurosurgeon, and in Cleveland, I believe, in the 1950s, he was tried and convicted of killing his wife.
And the trial became a public circus.
Doctor kills wife, trouble in paradise, upper middle class people in court.
The press mobbed the proceedings.
They were in the courtroom, outside the court.
And after his conviction, many years later, The United States Supreme Court overturned the conviction on the grounds that the judge permitted the courtroom to become a carnival-like atmosphere.
And he did so for two reasons.
First, what happened inside the court, he didn't manage the press well.
And second, because of what happened outside the court.
Now, since that decision, trial judges have taken greater responsibility for assuring orderly proceedings.
I haven't watched enough of the Chauvin trial to know whether the judge let it get out of hand.
I haven't heard that he has.
But Waters' comment, I suggest, will land this case before the United States Supreme Court.
And we could well have a decision that Derek Chauvin's right to a fair trial was reasonably undermined by that comment from a public official, given the carnival-like atmosphere that it pains outside the courthouse.
harrison smith
Well, that's exactly what the judge in the trial himself says.
We'll play that clip on the other side.
Norm Pattis, stay with us, folks.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back, folks.
My guest is Norm Pattis.
His website is normpattis.com.
His podcast, I have been corrected, it is Law and Legitimacy by Norm Pattis and it can be found on Audible.
Do I have that right, Mr. Pattis?
norm pattis
You do.
Thanks.
Thanks for the plug.
harrison smith
Absolutely.
And obviously, you know, from what you're saying here, this is something that I think everybody can go and listen to and really be informed by.
So you have Maxine Waters going and Really overstepping her bounds, as you point out, as a congresswoman.
This is completely unacceptable.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has officially filed a resolution to remove her from the House of Representatives.
You have Kevin McCarthy, I believe.
Yes, here's the headline here.
He moves to censor Maxine Waters.
But you have Nancy Pelosi actually saying that Maxine Waters does not need to apologize for incitement to violence.
Uh, and, and she's actually staying behind her, which again, you know, if, if I think America, if I, I think if America had a population that was actually concerned with the rule of law and justice, uh, for justice's sake, uh, this would be completely unacceptable and, and neither one of these women would have their, uh, positions at the end of this.
You know, obviously that's not the way things are going to go.
The one thing that has perhaps come out of this is what this judge said, what the judge in the Chauvin trial has said, and I'll play the clip here.
He says that Congresswoman Waters may have given the defense something that they can bring up in appeal to perhaps get this entire trial thrown out.
I'll play this clip and then get Norm Pattis' response to it.
Here it is, the judge in the Chauvin trial interacting with the defense lawyer.
unidentified
And it is so pervasive that it is, I just don't know how this jury, it can really be said to be that they are free from the taint of this.
And now that we have U.S.
representatives threatening acts of violence in relation to this specific case, it's mind-boggling to me, Josh.
Well, I'll give you the kindest woman in waters may have given you Something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned.
harrison smith
A whole trial being overturned.
What would you read on this, Mr. Battis?
norm pattis
It's tough.
You know, I mean, mayhem is the word.
So, you know, the issue...
The case law says blatantly and explicitly that no one's entitled to a perfect trial, just a fair trial.
And so the burden is going to be on the defense to prove that these extrinsic or extrajudicial statements by Waters had an impact on the jury.
Obviously, we don't know that at this point.
You know, I've watched Mr. Nelson and I've been I'm puzzled by some of his moves.
I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
There's no right way to try a case.
But there are wrong ways to try a case.
And I'm not sure he's making as much of a record as he should.
I think what he should have done at that point is say, given the extraordinary character of Waters' remarks and the extraordinary events in Minneapolis in the last 72 hours, he should have asked that jurors be canvassed, that they be brought into the judges chambers.
One by one, and asked whether they heard those remarks, whether they had concerns for their safety, the safety of their family, or the safety of their community.
Because right now, we don't know what's on the jurors' minds.
So, I think Mr. Nelson missed an opportunity to make a record.
You know, I tell the young lawyers who work for me, when you walk into a courtroom in a criminal case, you've got three objectives.
Win the case if you can.
And that takes some doing.
It's hard.
You can't win them all.
Second, preserve issues.
Object if you see something not right so that you've got stuff to work with on appeal.
But third and more fundamentally is force error.
Force the judge to make difficult decisions because sometimes he'll make the wrong one and you'll get an opportunity for appeal.
So Eric Nelson should have asked the judge to canvas jurors individually in the courtroom to see whether they were aware of Waters' remarks.
If they were, Then I think he would have had adequate grounds, the judge, to declare a mistrial.
Basically what the judge did was kick the can down the road.
Now unfortunately for Mr. Chauvin, jurors are unlikely ever to be canvassed in this case unless somebody asks for it.
So if he's convicted, only that material on the record And that's the route that Sam Shepard had to take.
And remember, Sam Shepard was convicted for 12 years before his case was reversed, and when he was retried, he was acquitted.
harrison smith
I see.
And so much comes to mind.
Of course, this isn't the first thing.
Maxine Waters may be perhaps the most egregious, or she's somebody in one of the highest positions to actually make these statements.
But I showed earlier in the program, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey basically said, We know one thing, whether it's guilty or innocent, George Floyd was killed at the hands of police making really inflammatory comments.
There has been animal blood thrown on the house of one of the defense witnesses.
I mean, there's been a lot of intimidation that's gone on here and even during jury selection They had many jurors say, I don't want to be on this, you know, potential jurors say, I don't want to be on this because I'm, I fear for my life.
So, I mean, to me, this has been really tainted since the beginning, hasn't it?
But how do you deal with that and yet still stick to our traditional, you know, jury system with the 12 people drawn from the community?
I mean, it's almost becoming untenable, it seems.
norm pattis
Well, in this case it might have been, and I think one of the issues for appellate review will be whether a change of venue should have been granted.
And there's been some suggestion that, you know, that Minneapolis wanted to have this case, that this judge perhaps wanted it too badly for the wrong reasons.
He's not showing signs of Lance Ito, the judge who appeared to enjoy the camera in the O.J.
Simpson trial.
But the fact of the matter is, you know, Trials are occasionally moved, it's called a change of venue, when there are reasons to believe they can't get a fair trial in their community.
Now in this case, the state of Minnesota versus Shelvin, there were several weeks of jury selection and they were able to find jurors who said they could be fair and impartial and decide the case based only on the evidence.
That would work against a change of venue motion.
The other thing that I found particularly shocking in this case, though, and cynical in the extreme, was the City Council of Minneapolis's decision to pay the George Floyd family $27 million during the re-selection.
I mean, that really couldn't have waited.
You know, I think that Plus, Waters comments, plus the mayor's comments is going to outrage an appellate court.
And it may be that we need better training for police officers when they deal with intoxicated and disturbed people.
And if you viewed all 48 minutes of the police body cams in this case, Floyd was not in a right mind.
One of his colleagues who was with him in the back of the car when police came as Floyd was reacting to officers does one of these to the officer pointing out he's nuts, he's out of his mind and clearly he was.
Maybe we need to better train officers and maybe that $27 million was a down payment on a promise to better train officers.
Fine, but you do that during jury selection when a man's fighting for his freedom under the presumption of innocence and you call yourself an elected official in Minnesota.
If I were a Minneapolis resident, I would be outraged and I would run for office and seek to replace each and every one of these clowns.
Their conduct in the Floyd case has been reprehensible.
harrison smith
Well, and I know your time is tied.
Do you have time for one more segment with us here?
norm pattis
One more, yeah, sure.
harrison smith
Okay, alright, we'll do one more because I do want to get to what you just pointed out that at the end of the day what this is about is the life of Derek Chauvin and whether he's going to be sort of a sacrificial lamb for this social justice movement and what justice really means because I think that really gets to the heart of the matter and whether, you know, punishing this guy for something he didn't do.
Anyway, I think the entire concept of justice has really gone by the wayside here and I think it'll be good to get back to that and ask what is justice in this case or in other cases and what can other police departments learn from this and how we move forward.
I'm very excited to get to all of that in the next segment.

Welcome back, folks.
My special guest this hour is trial lawyer Norm Pattis.
His website is normpattis.com.
His podcast, Law and Legitimacy by Norm Pattis, can be found at Audible.
He's a twice best-selling author labeled America's fiercest trial lawyer.
You know, one of the things we hear a lot of talk about is this concept of justice.
I don't want to necessarily get into the, you know, platonic ideals of what exactly justice is, but...
You know, part of the problem that we have in sort of arguing this case in the media is these basic misunderstandings of what justice is at its very basis and how this contributes to the Derek Chauvin trial or even Black Lives Matter as a whole.
You know, there's a lot of talk about, well, you know, your ancestors kept my ancestors as slaves, therefore you owe me something.
And to me, it's just this completely flies in the face of what justice is, which is, Again, I don't want to get into the platonic dialogue about this, but, you know, if I didn't do anything, me being punished is unjust, and it's not justice.
And I feel like there's a major disconnect there, and maybe you can just sort of talk about how that relates to the Derek Chauvin trial, and whether he's a sacrificial lamb for something bigger than himself.
It almost doesn't matter whether or not he did anything wrong, he'll be punished, and that nowadays is considered justice.
norm pattis
Well, you know, justice is a difficult topic, and I'm a trial lawyer, so I think I sit with Clarence Nero, who once famously said, there is no justice in or out of court.
We have our rules and commitments to deciding cases based on those rules under fair process.
And we have a hope that if the rules are followed and the procedural rules are followed, that more often than not, jurors will get it right.
But everybody who's involved in the criminal justice system recognizes the substantial danger of infection in the operating room, of jurors getting it wrong.
And that's why we have appeals.
That's why there are post-conviction proceedings.
I mean, the Innocence Project, for example, has demonstrated the number of men who've been placed on death row, even though there was evidence of their actual innocence.
So, you know, there is a danger that George Floyd, or that Chauvin, rather, will be a sacrificial lamb.
You know, I was thinking, in anticipation of coming on your show this morning, what is it that's making me so crazy right now?
And I realized that we're living in times that look a little bit like Salem in the witchcraft trial era.
And I know that's going to sound crazy, but you know, the Salem witchcraft trials were in colonial America on the frontier in Massachusetts at that time, in a community that was struggling against social change, that had anxieties about Indian uprisings and so forth.
And then suddenly people began to develop the notion that a servant, a witch named Hecuba,
Was dancing with the devil and that others were also satanic Worshippers and before you know it there were trials And the rules of competent evidence were relaxed and something called quote-unquote spectral s-p-e-c-t-r-a-l Spectral evidence was admitted and that was sort of like opinions about ghost demons possession that really had no role in
in a competent courtroom, but an aura of mass hysteria took over and permitted this evidence to be admitted.
A number of people were killed.
I forgot how many, a couple dozen, I believe, and others in their property confiscated.
And some of those deaths were horrible.
And it took a few years for people to wake up and say, wait a minute, we're better than this.
This is nonsense.
And it was nonsense.
I think we're living in the midst of something like mass hysteria right now.
If you look at pandemics, they always produce riots.
They always produce social dislocation because the ordinary rules of commerce and social exchange have been suspended and they reveal underlying tensions in a society.
I think during 2020, the winner in the battle of public relations went to the organized group and that was Black Lives Matter.
And they managed to capture the heart and soul of the media.
They managed to capture the heart and soul of the liberal intelligentsia.
And they're pushing a racial justice narrative that has very little to do with the rule of law, that has very little to do with fair process, and that, in my view, is a cancer on the American body politic.
You know, you suggested that you don't owe people anything on account of their ancestors being held as slaves.
I'm with you on that.
My family came into the United States.
My father snuck into the country.
He was born in Crete.
He came via Windsor, was an illegal alien at the time he died in his 80s.
I was born here, so I guess that makes me a citizen.
But we held no slaves.
We inherited no property.
He worked hard.
Well, he was a professional thief for many years, but once he cleaned up his act, he worked hard for everything he got.
And the notion that somehow I am going to have to pay more in taxes or the notion that I should go to the back of a line, because people you read about were enslaved, it fills me with dread and despair and, quite frankly, anger.
It has very little to do with justice.
But, you know, the argument for reparations, however, is more complicated than that.
And it is that not just slavery, but the legacy of Jim Crow, the legacy of failed reconstruction, the legacy of racial discrimination has created, quote-unquote, systemic problems that situate persons of color in a social world where they are given unequal opportunities systemic problems that situate persons of color in a social world where they And as a result, we white folks enjoy white privilege.
And therefore, to level the playing field, we need to own our inherent bias, our systemic racism, our tendency to engage in microaggressions, and yield in the name of social justice.
But yield what?
Does every transaction have to become more costly?
Do I have to stop and bend my knee to recognize every ancestor of a slave because their life has been difficult?
The white working class life has been difficult as well.
There was a book published in early 2020, Deaton and Coates, I think the authors were, although I'm a little hazy on the name.
I should have looked before I came in.
It was called Deaths of Despair, and it was about the overwhelming epidemic of death in the white middle-aged working class.
That book received almost no attention.
It's almost as though white folk are expendable, and if you didn't get ahead when the kitten was good, well, maybe you should be drinking too much alcohol, taking drugs, and killing yourself, because it's time to move over and make room for the new boss.
No way.
I'm just not buying that narrative.
But the argument is that unless you acknowledge your inherent racism, you're a racist.
And you can't win arguments by definition.
You can't say that unless I agree with you, I'm evil.
I heard you refer to the Bible earlier when I was waiting to come on.
I would encourage people to open their Bibles to the Gospel of John, chapter 5, and read this story of the sick man at the fountain of Bethesda.
Jesus entered Jerusalem, and at Bethesda there was a fountain where sick people would congregate, and as waters rose in the fountain, Jesus appeared at Bethesda one day and said to a man who was laying on his mat, disabled for life, you know, why are you laying here?
rather, or the crippled folk, into the water because it allegedly had healing power.
Jesus appeared at Bethesda one day and said to a man who was laying on his mat, disabled for life, you know, why are you laying here?
Well, I want to get to the waters, but every time they raise, I can't get there.
And Jesus looked at the man, and he didn't look at him with pity.
He didn't order someone to carry him there.
He looked at the man and said simple words, and I think we need to begin to say these words in each interaction where we're confronted with a demand that we do something in the name of social justice.
And here they are.
Write them down, folks.
Pick up your bed and walk.
There are no free rides in the United States.
Social justice doesn't mean that because your distant ancestors were enslaved, people you had to read about, to identify with, to acquire a sense of racial entitlement.
Because you did that doesn't mean I owe you anything.
And so if we want to create a bumper sticker, remember when kids used to talk about Hawaii 5-0, and on the streets they'd say, cops 5-0, 5-0, 5-0.
Why isn't our response 5-8?
5-8 for John chapter 5 verse 8.
Pick up your bed and walk.
I'm thinking about making one of those bumper stickers and putting it on my car because I'm fed up and I'm not buying the reparations narrative.
I'm not buying the racial justice narrative.
I've represented people of color.
I've represented people who aren't people of color.
It's the same courtroom, the same rules.
If we're going to get back to the business of making and creating an economy that works for us all, we've got to get beyond identity and get back to character.
The problem with politics in the United States right now is we're so hooked on diversity, we now have come to love choice for choice's sake.
And we're actually entertaining whether children should have a say at 7 or 8 years old in changing their own gender.
That's absolute madness!
What happened to excellence?
Excellent.
Who reads Aristotle anymore?
Who reads St.
Augustine?
That's where we need to return.
We're a great culture and a great society, but we're spending our moral capital at a prodigious rate.
When it's gone, we're going to be left with nothing but anger and nothing but rage and nothing but Maxine Waters.
Hansel Maxine Waters, you have the power to do so.
Call your congressman today.
harrison smith
Alright folks, as we near the end of the second hour of today's program, I have not fulfilled my obligation to the network.
Now, it has been nearly two hours and I have not told you once about InfoWarsStore.com and folks, I can't do that.
I can't let that go by because we won't be here if we do not have the funds to carry on this fight and our entire operation is funded entirely by you going to Infowarsstore.com.
So there's a new sale as of yesterday.
It has just dropped.
It's the restocked and reloaded sale at Infowarsstore.com.
Alpha Power is back in stock.
Prostagard is back in stock.
Winter Sun Plus and Rocket Rest are all back in stock.
40% off and they really will do incredible things, especially when paired with diet, exercise, activity.
These are the real keys to health here.
Alpha Power, Winter Sun, Vitamin D3, the Prostagard.
I can't tell you how many people have called in and told us that their lives have really been changed by these supplements in particular, right?
Rocket Rest is one that I'm very eager to try, since I have not had the best of sleep with a newborn recently.
Perhaps you've noticed large and growing bags under my eyes, but I'm doing my best here.
And of course we have Operation Endgame, War in the World, Stop the Great Reset.
Get the film that predicted it all, now available for as low as $3.95.
That's the Endgame DVD, where you can see that It was years ago that Alex Jones laid out exactly what the plans would be that you are now seeing come into fruition.
People are so often now saying, hey, it turns out Alex Jones was right.
I see it at least 10 times a day on Twitter.
10 times a day I see people going, huh, turns out Alex Jones was right.
It's like, yeah, yeah, he was.
If only you'd been listening this whole time.
And now you can spread the word by buying multiple copies of the Endgame DVD.
Not only is it something that you can obviously keep in your bookshelf, keep in your media room, you know, just keep this somewhere where the globalists can't get to it, they can't delete a DVD, try as they might.
This is the physical media revolution where you need to get back to, in some way, The end game right now is on sale.
If you buy one DVD, it's $14.95.
Two DVDs, it's $9.95.
Three DVDs, $8.95.
If you buy five DVDs, it's $5.95.
Or you can buy ten of these DVDs, give them out to your friends, give them to your coworkers.
Simply, I don't know, leave them on park benches.
I can't.
Okay, there are certain things that you hear quite often.
You always hear Alex Jones is right.
I hear so many times people say what woke me up was the Endgame documentary.
I'm serious.
I could name for you at least four or five people that I know personally that said one day I was flipping through channels.
They were in Houston on a phonoscope connection.
And they said, I flipped to the InfoWars channel and there was this documentary playing and I never seen anything like it.
And it really opened my eyes.
These documentaries are incredibly powerful, incredibly informative, and even more so now.
I mean, they're a few years old, which you may think, well, you know, so much has changed.
What importance could it be?
It's even more important now because now you can look back and go, OK, this isn't, you know, Alex Jones and InfoWars, they're not responding to what's Happening that day and just reacting to it.
The forethought that goes into it or simply knowing the fact that we knew this was all going to happen.
However, many years ago.
Is evidence that this is all a plan.
It's all organized.
It's all scheduled out.
I mean, it's it's proof.
It's proof that what we're talking about isn't speculation.
It isn't reaction.
It is the real deal.
And so it's almost like, you know, the more it comes true and the farther, you know, back in time.
It was is really just evidence that You know, what we're talking about is the reality of the situation.
And it's amazing how ideas transfer, and it's sometimes tempting to think that you were the impetus of something, when in reality it could all just be multiple minds seeing the same trends at the same time.
If you go to InfoWars.com, if the crew can pull up InfoWars.com and scroll down, I was really struck by today's comic by Bronco.
LegalInsurrection.com.
At Infowars.com, you scroll down.
There it is.
The crew's got it.
They'll pull it up in just a second.
Because it's mega merger.
It's what I've been saying on this program since it began.
That the Great Reset is in fact the great merger.
He has the radical left with BLM, Antifa, the Communists, the Democrats merging, becoming one with a two-headed monster with corporate America, with the Koch, MLB, Delta, Wall Street.
Of course, there are hundreds of these massive corporations.
It's almost too many to fit on a single on a single suit.
So the radical left in corporate America is merging.
But on top of that, it's the military industrial complex.
It's the media, it's big tech.
All of these things are all merging as one.
And it's a rather terrifying, rather terrifying to see, but I thought that was a really great.
So I don't know if Bronco watches the program and maybe I've, I've inserted that seed of the great merger rather than the great reset.
Or maybe it's just that great minds think alike, or we're all seeing what is reality.
We're all seeing this, this really take place.
And, and, And so it's perhaps not a coincidence that we both see this exact same thing going on.
I want to play a clip here.
I was going to play a longer clip.
I'll save that for a little bit later in the program.
It goes along with what I was just saying.
It's the idea of anarcho-tyranny.
Michelle Malkin did a monologue about anarcho-tyranny on Newsmax.
I thought that was interesting because not too long ago, Nick Fuentes did a little monologue of anarcho-tyranny, and I just love seeing the way ideas move through different stratas and what one person can say will get picked up by another, that'll get broadcast out on a larger platform, that'll get picked up by more people.
This is the information war, and this is the way that we win it, this guerrilla sort of guerrilla tactics that we're taking with our information.
But I want to play a clip.
This is clip number seven.
It's Alex Jones literally predicting the COVID variants last March.
So remember, last March was the very beginning of the pandemic, the epidemic of the COVID lockdowns and all that sort of stuff.
It had just been introduced in February.
And by March, Alex Jones had already started to predict the idea of COVID variants before this was on anybody's radar.
Let's watch this clip.
alex jones
We were explaining to Trump that it was a setup that, That if he didn't respond, at least in their rhetoric up front, they were going to set him up for what this virus did because they've got other versions of it that are weaponized that they can release that it looks like have already been released in areas of Europe and other areas.
You understand?
It's very sophisticated.
So this is a huge operation.
We know it's synthetic.
We know it's an attack.
We know it's coming.
But in the fog of war, you can bet and you can see and you can research that they've already got other versions of this ready that mutate quickly and that aren't deadly anymore.
They'll go through a few groups of people, kill a saturated group, create a panic, but then they retrograde out.
harrison smith
So, I mean, there you go.
It's just like, you can listen or you can ignore us.
So it's at your peril if you choose to just think we're spouting nonsense here.
Finally, I want to go to one more clip.
This is Alex Jones saying, it only gets worse from here.
Clip number six.
alex jones
They are never going to end the lockdowns.
They are never going to stop the mask.
And it's only going to get more intense and only going to get worse from here.
Unless we say no.
That's why they've announced emergency centers where people will be taken secretly by contact tracers that are of the political, cultural Marxist training.
Whether you're in Germany, Australia, the United States, Canada, England, it doesn't matter.
England is always five years ahead of us on average.
They're now announcing 10 years in prison if you leave your house If you've flown back into the country, unless you're an illegal alien, then you're above the law.
Same thing here.
Within a year, things are accelerated now.
It's normally five years ahead.
Within a year, you'll be hearing 10 years in prison here.
And they say the police will come to your house to check on you daily.
And of course, there'll be special fines you have to pay to pay for them to come to your house.
This is just normalizing spying on each other, normalizing medical police coming with a little computer the size of a credit card, mobile scanner, mobile checkout kiosk, fits in the palm of your hand, and they stick it up your nose and stick it in and whatever they want, they can pre-program that machine to do.
If they set it at 40 times, which is the average in the UK, about 100% come up false positive.
And they admit it's all a giant fraud, so they just, like a corrupt cop, Dukes of Hazzard, that's fiction, but you know the cop's been caught doing it, rigging the radar guns, setting them 5-10 miles faster than they are.
Well, this is just a totally rigged system, and of course, Australia, many other nations, South Africa, Merck have all pulled the vaccines, saying they don't help and they hurt people.
But Facebook put out new rules two days ago saying any criticism of vaccines...

Gotta, gotta get me that government needle.
Gotta, gotta get me that foul-cheeked jab.
Think I'm coming down with the Bill Gates fever.
They let it out of that Wuhan lab.
Gotta pledge allegiance to the man of science.
He forgot to mention vitamin D. Ask too many questions and you'll wind up crazy.
Just relax and roll up your sleeve.
Thank
you. - Brilliant stuff.
harrison smith
That is the product of my guest this hour, Ben DeLaurentis.
He's a singer-songwriter.
He's an American singer-songwriter, guitarist, and info warrior taking part in the culture war.
You can find his albums Liar for a Muse and Should Have Been a Mime on SoundCloud under his name.
Ben recently appeared on Nashville's Songwriters Association's Internationals 2020 January 2020 EARS, E-A-R-S list of musicians to watch.
His SoundCloud is Ben DeLaurentis and his Twitter is Ben underscore DeLaurentis.
Thanks so much for being honest with us, Ben.
ben delaurentis
Happy to be here.
Very surreal.
I watch you all the time, so this is wild for me.
harrison smith
Oh, that's great.
Well, good, then you already know what to expect.
You know, the funniest thing to me about that song is that take out a few little quips like the Tuskegee mention and like things like that, it could be a song that was legitimate, like that a leftist really made.
We're seeing songs being produced where they really are like celebrating Bill Gates and like they're praising him and they're making these like pseudo worship songs about leftists.
So that's what really kind of tickles me about it is that, you know, just a few of those little comments about Tuskegee or about, you know, stop questioning things.
You take those out and what you're left with is a legitimate worship song by the left.
ben delaurentis
Yep.
I think that's where I got the idea.
I heard them singing that, uh, Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen, but they were singing, take the new jab, take the new jab.
The young kids are indoctrinated.
Take the new jab, take the new jab.
Made me sick to my stomach.
And I finally was like, I have to write a little jingle about this.
I can't take it anymore.
It's getting so disgusting.
I have to, the song wrote itself in like 30 seconds on the ride back from the gym one day, listening to Infowars as usual, just like, These people really feel this way.
Their government wants its best for them.
It's so bizarre to me.
harrison smith
It really is.
And it's incredibly... There it is, right there.
Yeah, yeah.
That's the one.
Yeah, science is strong.
They've yielded the proof.
I mean, they... Oh my gosh.
It's amazing.
It really is amazing.
You know, when I say amazing, of course I mean cringe-inducing.
I mean, it's the most cringe-inducing stuff I've ever seen.
I much prefer your version, I must say, and it really is catchy as heck.
Is this the first time you've done something with a political bent, or what's your music normally like?
unidentified
100%.
ben delaurentis
I have literally, I've been on the road opening up for a jazz fusion band called Marvin, and they are unbelievable, virtuoso musicians, and they've taken me all over the country with them.
And our main job was to keep quiet politically.
Everywhere we went, every home we stayed in, every hotel, every venue, just keep quiet because everyone just bashing Trump day in, day out.
And like Alex says, Trump's not perfect, but we far preferred him to Hillary or Biden.
harrison smith
Right.
ben delaurentis
But we had to keep quiet every day.
We're staying in people's houses and they're just like ranting about Orange Man bad and like literally getting upset, like to tears.
And we're just like nodding and agreeing.
Quiet.
I always kept quiet.
We would kind of make jokes among each other and they wouldn't even pick up on them.
But all this time later, I was like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna finally just say something.
Cause like playing their game and everyone's becomes, the music scene has become so liberal.
They used to be counterculture.
Now it's CNN regurgitated through song.
Like the new rock and roll is to post your vaccine card on Instagram.
I don't stand for it.
harrison smith
It's so insane.
ben delaurentis
So I finally had to say something.
harrison smith
Yeah, you know, I went through a very similar process where I was working on film sets and it was just so overwhelmingly liberal.
But, you know, I tended to fight back and maybe I lost some jobs that way.
Maybe your strategy was better.
ben delaurentis
But you wound up with the best job there is.
harrison smith
I know.
Yeah.
So who can say I made a mistake when I have such a glorious position here?
Not even joking.
Amazing.
I'm so glad that you are with us, all of you.
We'll be right back.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
Yeah.
Spare me your conspiracy My government wants what's best for me Seen it all through history My government wants what's best for me How dare you bring up Tuskegee
Alright, I had to hear it again and it's so short.
harrison smith
Is there going to be a longer version?
I want more of this, Ben DeLaurentis.
Ben DeLaurentis is my guest.
He's the singer and songwriter that you just saw or heard performing that jaunty little tune.
I love it.
I want more of it.
Are you planning on doing more of this?
ben delaurentis
I mean, to be honest, it could go on, you could do 40 verses to this song.
I mean, it's possible.
I don't want to ruin like the quick, simple, I feel like it should be something people just send to their friends.
Like, so this is how you feel just quick and short.
I could definitely rant about these topics to nauseam.
I haven't planned on it yet, but we'll see.
harrison smith
I think you have a career ahead of you, if that's the way you go.
Of course, you have an extensive career, and you're one of Nashville's Songwriter Association Internationals.
January 2020 ears list of musicians to watch, which is, I'm sure, a great honor.
So clearly, this isn't your first foray into songwriting.
Are you worried about how this is going to affect your career?
I mean, it's so sad that this is the state that our current culture is in.
But especially in creative outlets, as you point out, they're so oversaturated by liberals.
I mean, are you worried that this might affect your ability to get jobs in the future?
ben delaurentis
I'm sure I won't get.
The majority of the ones I used to get, but the ones I'll get from it, I'm much more interested in.
unidentified
Right.
ben delaurentis
This was the trade-off.
Like, I had very little success since coronavirus.
I was living in Nashville at the time when they closed everything down.
I was doing well, playing like five nights a week and kind of working my way into the scene.
Then they closed everything down.
We're all afraid for like two weeks, like, oh no, is it going to eat the flesh off our faces?
And you start paying attention, like, oh, nothing's really happening.
But.
I don't know I've never like I said I've never spoken politically before it was always kind of frowned upon and I've watched all the bands I grew up with are all like totally just regurgitating the mainstream narrative and I it sickens me like where Ted Nugent I saw was on the other day and he was amazing that was awesome.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
So, so yeah, you're right.
It can be done.
Um, and there's certainly, you know, they're missing out on such a huge swath of America that feels the way you do, feels the way I do, uh, that are not being served creative, uh, create, uh, you know, any creative outlet whatsoever.
There aren't movies that cater to us.
There aren't songs that cater to us, not mainstream ones.
So it's up to us to go out and create this stuff, which is why I think it's so good that you're sort of taking these people on on their own turf.
Right.
Not not aggressively, but sarcastically sort of a funny thing.
And it's it's such a good creative outlet.
You know, I'm tempted to do the same things.
I go on Instagram or whatever, where all of my old friends from high school are and they're all posting their vaccine cards and they're all wearing masks and posting their vaccine cards of how proud they are.
And I'm so tempted just to mock them somehow.
I don't know what I'm, you know, either like post a picture where I've got my vaccine card, but my skin is peeling off or something, you know, just some sort of way to mock them.
And I think the way that you do it is so good because it's a soft touch.
It's just sort of poking fun at them.
And if they get mad, then maybe they should look up the Tuskegee experiment and start to rethink.
unidentified
Exactly.
ben delaurentis
Exactly.
I had an idea last night.
I was like, how funny would it be to make a little short video of some, it's a liberal girlfriend with her conservative boyfriend, and she says, my boyfriend listens to Alex Jones and is a conspiracy and he won't take the vaccine.
Luckily, I have one here, so I'm going to jab him in his sleep.
So she jabs him in his sleep.
She comes back the next morning to tell him.
She's like, babe, wake up and he's dead.
unidentified
Yes.
Yes.
That was the same.
harrison smith
I was thinking the same thing when we were talking about earlier.
These people go out and they're doing these musicals where they're like, I love the vaccine.
I love, you know, being in, you know, I just want to do one where it's somebody talking about how great the vaccine is and how wonderful it is.
And they just start like twitching and falling over and dying.
I mean, it's.
Because it's funny, but it's really not funny because this is what's literally happening.
I mean, you see headlines day after day after day of the incredible negative reactions that are being that are a consequence of this vaccine.
And, you know, I'm sure it's the same with you.
I see so many of my friends just.
Just doing it.
They just, you know, strap on the feedback and eat the lies from the mainstream media.
No question, no second-guessing, no, you know, second opinion on this.
They just buy it hook, line, and sinker.
It really is a strange phenomenon that we're seeing and hopefully, hopefully, you know, your work will help to at least get people to ask the question a little bit, right?
ben delaurentis
That would be amazing.
Or get some other people that are musicians that think like me to finally say, you know, it's time to say something because art is supposed to kind of drive the culture.
It's not supposed to regurgitate mainstream narrative.
I mean, that's never been the case.
This is the first time I feel like when, like to see all these rock stars become so domesticated.
What happened?
And all your favorite celebrities, they're posting on Instagram, get the shot, get the shot.
Why do you care?
Get the shot.
You still gotta wear a mask.
You still gotta social distance.
The vaccine passports are coming.
Unless we say, we're done with this.
Take off the mask.
We're done.
I actually got in an argument with a liberal fellow.
I played a show Thursday night, and I was just pumped up from hearing I was going to be on with you guys.
I played Bill Gates' Fever, and he got triggered with his table.
He was the only one there that did.
I took a risk playing it, but he's like, vaccines are good.
This vaccine is safe and effective.
And I was like, you're sure of this?
You're certain?
He's like, absolutely.
I'm like, how?
Like, did it just come out?
He's like, these have been around for a hundred years.
I was like, I don't think so.
I said, let me ask you something.
I said, are you for mandatory vaccination?
He said, absolutely.
I said, then I don't really have anything else to say to you.
We're coming from different worlds.
Like, I'm telling you I want to be free.
You're telling me what to do.
There's a huge difference.
harrison smith
Yeah.
unidentified
Yeah.
harrison smith
And that's what, um, I tweeted that out yesterday and it got a, it got a huge response.
I didn't expect as much, but I simply said, I'm not going to take the vaccine because I don't do things that people threaten or coerce me into.
It's as simple as that.
So talking about sort of your, your past and before you got political and all, I mean, have you always sort of felt this way?
Have you always been aware of this?
Because it seems to me like me and the, and the, the alternative culture were sort of on the same track for a while.
And then they went off the deep end.
I feel like I haven't changed.
I still.
You know, believe the same things that I did back in middle school.
Uh, but it seems like everybody else went off the rails.
It doesn't seem the same to you.
ben delaurentis
That is exactly how I feel.
Like I, I remember I liked Alex when it was fringe, I was like 18, but it was cool.
And all my people, we were all cool.
Like, let's listen to this.
This guy's onto something, you know, this is amazing.
And now all those people are like anti Alex Jones.
I'm like, what happened?
How did this happen?
Alex is the same as he was then.
He's amazing.
I want to hear him sing.
My government wants what's best for me.
That would, Blew my mind to smithereens.
But no, I feel like I didn't think about politics much.
I knew the government.
I just said, government bad, period.
A big Alex person since I was young.
Government's bad.
But then when Trump ran, I started hearing everyone say, ooh, Donald Trump, he's a horrible racist.
And I was like, really?
That guy, that rich guy?
Like, I thought everyone liked him.
They're like, no, he's a horrible racist.
And I was like, what did he do?
So I started looking into it.
Just curious.
Like, what did this guy do that's so racist?
Couldn't find anything.
Then I'm watching his debate, then I'm watching the coverage, and I'm like, these aren't matching up for me.
These are not the same things.
I'm not seeing the same thing they're reporting.
And that just got worse and worse and worse and worse, and now it's la-la land what's going on out there.
What they're reporting is so far from the truth that I'm seeing.
CNN, it's all just like such a joke, it's all such theater.
But they try to paint InfoWars as this thing, you know?
You Google InfoWars, there's alt-right, far-right, conspiracy, Nazi group, hate group, fake news.
This is the real news.
We're living in the upside-down world.
harrison smith
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We really are, and it really is amazing.
You know, I just think back to, you know, living in Austin back before I worked here.
Ten years ago, there would be, back when Infowars had the magazine, there would be stacks of the magazine at every coffee shop, and they would be gone the next day because people loved it.
I mean, they would go, and they would grab it, and they loved to see this, and then suddenly they all changed.
We stayed on the track, and yet we're the crazy ones.
It's just mind-boggling.
All right, welcome back, folks.
My guest is Ben DeLaurentis.
Am I saying that right?
Let me spell it out for you fine folks.
You can find this gentleman on Twitter and SoundCloud.
It's Ben DeLaurentis on SoundCloud.
It's D-E-L-A-U-R-E-N-T-I-S.
I got that right.
And Twitter... De Laurentiis.
ben delaurentis
De Laurentiis, okay.
And if they want to go to my Twitter, I have a link to the Bandcamp that has both albums on it, and that's the best way to support any musician right now, Bandcamp.
iTunes and Spotify take, like, 98% of whatever you make.
harrison smith
Yeah, and Bandcamp, a lot more goes to the artist.
So there it is, Ben underscore De Laurentiis on Twitter and you can follow him there.
We're trying to get him a lot of followers and trying to get, introduce Ben to other creatives because I, you know, we were talking during the break, there's a lot of untapped potential with our side of people that are really creative, that are really good in their jobs, but they're scared to be political or they're scared to express themselves.
They feel like they have to stay under the blanket of liberalism.
And there's enough of that.
This is a spiritual war.
We are in the endgame now.
There is no time to bide your time and wait.
And it was a process that I went through that has paid off splendidly.
I mean, look at where I am, you know.
Again, we were talking during the break and I was saying that for a long time I was like, you know what, I just want to get established in the creative filmmaking world.
Uh, and then I'll, you know, once I'm established, once they can't really kick me out, then I'll, I'll reveal my politics.
And then around 2016 or 2017, it was like, you know what?
It's, it's too important.
I'm just going to go all in and it's really paid off for me.
And I, I hope it's that case for other people.
Has it paid off for you very much, Ben?
ben delaurentis
That's exactly my story.
Like, this InfoWars thing, for me, is the biggest break.
Other than touring all over the country with that band, Marvin, who are amazing.
Dear friends, I hope they're watching.
They're actually closeted Alex Jones fans.
harrison smith
No, they hate Alex Jones.
They need gigs.
ben delaurentis
I told him, I said, I'm gonna drop it, guys.
I'm gonna let everyone know how you feel.
He's like, I do what you do.
Whatever.
harrison smith
That's great.
ben delaurentis
But no, this InfoWars thing is the biggest thing that's happened for me.
And it's like a dream.
It was like a fantasy of mine.
I never thought it could be possible.
But like the day that I was like, I'm going to kind of just let my opinion be known finally, that everything started working out from then on.
Bizarre.
Like you said, spiritual warfare.
I mean, that's what's going on.
harrison smith
Yeah, you tweeted at me.
I saw it.
I thought it was hilarious.
I put it on air and here you are, you know, a couple weeks later on the air with us.
So, you know, it can really happen with anybody as long as you, you know, have the skill to back it up, which you obviously do.
And I think a lot of people out there do.
Is this something you're going to continue doing?
I mean, have you shifted gears here?
Are you going to continue to do the non-political stuff, or are you doing more political songs?
What's in the future for Ben DeLaurentis?
ben delaurentis
I'm definitely going to keep doing non-political.
It's just part of who I am.
I have to once in a while get something out.
But as far as the political stuff, I feel like since it writes itself, I might as well do a couple more.
I have some ideas for some love ballads.
One is called Two More Weeks Forever.
I've been flirting with that idea since March of last year, of course.
Another one, my cousin Max thought of the title.
It's six feet under or six feet apart.
And it's going to be something probably along the lines of I'd rather be six feet under than apart.
harrison smith
Right.
ben delaurentis
Come on, baby.
Let's come together.
We met on Tendor.
Let's get together and die.
This horrible, horrible virus that 99.8% survival rate, but you got to take this experimental vaccine to beat it.
Snap out of it, everyone.
Snap out of it.
harrison smith
Yeah.
ben delaurentis
It's important to me that everyone, like, if you feel this way, just start making it known.
Just small ways, little things, just small, peaceful acts of, this doesn't make sense.
I don't feel good in my gut about this, so I'm going to say something.
I'm not gonna wear the mask when I walk in the gym from the check-in to the treadmill.
I'm just not gonna wear it during that space because it doesn't make sense.
Little steps.
harrison smith
Yeah, yeah, and I, you know, it does seem like, I don't know if it's because people believe in the vaccine or what, but recently I've had less Negative interactions by not wearing the mask it used to be people would they would?
Yell at you you get out or you wear the mask and now it's like if anything they're like hey, man Here's a mask.
Would you please wear it?
And I'm like, I'll take it just be like, yeah sure Can I get a number two with a you know, whatever?
It seems like it's becoming less intense now and you can kind of get away with like just not Not following the orders people realize what nonsense it is Yeah, and they're tired of yelling at people like us that aren't gonna do it.
ben delaurentis
They're just like whatever nobody's dead Right.
harrison smith
It's totally fine.
And I think you're right.
I mean, one of the things I just, people will be like, Oh yeah, I got the vaccine.
Oh, why?
Just ask why, you know, make them justify why they're doing this.
Uh, because they can't.
ben delaurentis
The doughnuts?
harrison smith
Yeah.
ben delaurentis
The Krispy Kreme free pass to obesity and diabetes?
harrison smith
Yeah, nothing like that.
ben delaurentis
The virtue signal.
Isn't it really the virtue signal?
Isn't that really the point of why they do anything?
It's like to post it on social media and talk about, I care about people.
I care about people more than you.
You support Alex Jones.
You don't care about people.
You didn't think Trump was a monster racist Nazi.
You don't care about people.
harrison smith
Yeah, yeah.
ben delaurentis
We gotta respect the narrative.
harrison smith
It really is that.
I wonder, so you've, um, you haven't been able to go on the road because of the pandemic very much, but you have, uh, you said at least once you've played this song, uh, for a live audience, you said one guy got a little bit mad at you.
What was the other response?
I mean, do people laugh?
ben delaurentis
Oh, it was amazing.
It was amazing.
This guy, him and his table got up and left, and I was a little bit worried about it, but I was like, I want to be on InfoWars.
What do I care about this?
I kind of really had that dude.
I'm walking around the house saying, I'm not taking the garbage out.
I'm going on InfoWars, you know?
I say, well, you're not doing anything.
You're just sitting there.
I say, I'm not sitting here.
I'm thinking.
I'm actually thinking.
It's an act itself.
But this guy gets up.
We're outside.
He puts his mask on and walks to his car.
And I'm just like, I'm still kind of saying something out of my breath.
And everyone's kind of laughing.
After the show, multiple people approached me and were like, thank you for that.
We're so done with this.
Thank you.
Because you could tell they had never heard of Infowars or anybody kind of standing up for what's right.
So they were shocked to see somebody be like, we're done with the masks.
We're done with this.
It's over now.
And they seriously loved it.
I got more of a positive response than I could have ever imagined.
And the liberals were just kind of, they just kind of tucked their tails between their legs and were like, eh.
Freedom is freedom.
Power is power.
What can you do?
harrison smith
Right.
ben delaurentis
Next time.
harrison smith
And I think that's, you know, part of the power of the leftist media, the mainstream, is that they convince you that you're the only one that feels this way.
You wear an InfoWars t-shirt around, you wear an InfoWars hat around, you find suddenly there's people coming up to you all over the place going, hey man, cool shirt, or hey, hilarious song, thank you so much for that.
There's a lot more out there, and especially, I mean, even in these, or maybe even more so in these more leftist Exactly.
It inspires quickly.
entertainment.
I was talking to a guy who works, you know, really closely in Hollywood recently, and he was saying, you have no idea how many people in Hollywood listen to Alex Jones every single day.
I mean, they're out there.
It's just that they're hidden and they're scared, and you can help break through that fear by being fearless yourself, right?
unidentified
Exactly.
ben delaurentis
It inspires quickly.
You see it happen very quickly.
harrison smith
Yeah, that really is great.
And I really look forward to more of your productions, and I guarantee you we'll play anything that you come up with, We will play it on this program and have you back on to discuss it for sure.
Are you going on the road?
Are you going on tour?
Can people go and see you live?
ben delaurentis
Uh, not at this moment.
I mean, once things, the thing about this pandemic where they're literally trying to destroy small business, so you're forced to shop at the super stores.
They put a lot of the venues that the band that I opened for toured out of business because they're music venues.
They don't make money in anything else.
They make money from live music and people huddled together and that experience.
So it's not looking good.
for um for that i mean they've been saying you know once the vaccine happens and it'll go back to normal but i'm not thinking that's going to happen i'm thinking it's going to take all of us saying no we demand it like we're reopening people come out it's going to take something like that peaceful it's got to be peaceful but it's got to be um There's gotta be some kind of resistance to them.
harrison smith
Yeah, for sure.
Well, folks, you can support Ben DeLaurentis at his website, bendelaurentis.com, as well as, or I'm sorry, SoundCloud.
I'm sorry, your SoundCloud, Ben DeLaurentis, the Twitter, ben underscore DeLaurentis, where you can find the link to the band camp, where you can get all of his music.
Support this man, inspire him, and be inspired.
unidentified
You're tuned in to the American Journal with your host, Harrison Smith.
Watch it live right now at band.video.
harrison smith
Alright folks, welcome back.
We've had a very fun second half of this program.
The first half was a little intense, I admit.
unidentified
I admit, it was a little intense.
harrison smith
I may have used the term curb stomp.
I probably shouldn't.
It's not good.
It's not good.
It's much better to be joyful in the face of all of this insane nonsense.
Of course, you know, there's a thin balance.
You know, you don't just want to be laughing as the world is burning.
At the same time, you don't want to take on the... In the Hippocratic Oath, there's a statement that it says, you know, I must avoid the twin traps of Like over prescription and therapeutic nihilism.
So we try to avoid therapeutic nihilism where you just go, you know, it feels good just to say none of this matters.
It really makes me feel happy just to go, none of it matters.
It's all bull crap.
So let it all burn.
So I feel good about ignoring all of this.
And we try not to do that by the same time.
You know, we get it out of our systems and then we move on.
Get it out and then we move on.
Let me tell you folks, we are supported entirely by the Infowarriors out there.
I'm sure you know this already, but have you participated?
Have you taken part in the war to take back humanity and re-establish liberty worldwide?
If not, I invite you to do so now.
You go to Infowarstore.com.
Buy the Alpha Power, buy the Prostagard, buy the Winter Sun Plus, buy the Rocket Rest.
All four of those are back in stock and now 40% off.
It's also 50% off Lung Cleanse Plus I see there.
I'll be trying out the Rocket Rest tonight, I think, so I can finally get a good night's sleep.
And the t-shirts are $17.76, as I was pointing out with my guest Ben DeLaurentis.
you wear around these t-shirts, you might expect people to be cursing at you and how dare you wear an InfoWars t-shirt.
You get a whole lot less of that and a whole lot more of, hey, I love that shirt.
You know, even if it's whispered, you know, people will come up and they'll, they'll whisper to you, hey, you know, cool shirt, man, cool shirt.
You know, they don't want anybody else to know, but they'll let you know.
And it's a great way to make friends or make acquaintances.
And I'll tell you always, anytime that happens, and it does happen, I swear, you know, I'm not just making this up.
I'll be walking through a a parking lot and either I'm wearing a shirt and somebody says, Hey, I love that shirt to me.
Or, you know, I was walking through an HEB parking lot and I saw a guy wearing a shirt.
I don't think it was one of ours, but it was a, you know, it said LGBT and it was like Liberty guns, boobs and Trump or something like that.
And I was just like, Hey man, cool shirt.
He was like, Hey, are you on info wars?
He's like, yeah, I am.
He's like, hey, love your show, man.
He shook my hand.
I mean, you do.
You have these interactions with people.
So, you know, wear the shirt, wear it with pride, show people that you know what's up, that you're not afraid to speak your mind in the face of overwhelming social pressure.
Weren't we all taught?
As children, not to succumb to the peer pressure.
Weren't we all told, don't do what others are doing just because they're doing it?
Didn't they all ask you, you know, if your friends jumped off a cliff, would you do it as well?
It's like, well, if your friends got injected with an experimental serum, would you do it too?
Nobody else is like, I already did.
Of course I do.
Of course I would.
I did it twice.
I can't wait for my six month booster shot every six months for the rest of my life or else I can't go out and eat.
I'm an idiot.
That's what a lot of people are.
I want to talk about these vaccine side effects, folks, because it's almost like every single day there is a new adverse reaction that nobody expected there to be.
New York Post.com or NY Post.com reports today, herpes infection possibly linked to COVID-19 vaccine study says, Go ahead and throw herpes on that list of things that are caused by the vaccine, because why not?
Because you already have false positives in the HIV realm.
Now you have herpes.
Your skin might peel off.
You might get bubbly blisters all over.
You might just get flu-like symptoms, aka you'll get COVID from the vaccine.
You might just have your arm go numb for a week.
You might have to miss a few days of work.
I mean, what else do we have?
Shingles now is one of the things that they're saying is caused by this.
It's just like, what the hell are we doing?
What are we doing?
I mean, I can understand if like, okay, you get a vaccine and you might feel a little bit sick.
Your arm might be a little bit sore.
I can understand that.
You might experience some of the symptoms of the disease.
Well, you're injecting part of the disease into you in order to activate your immune system.
That makes sense as well.
But what about all these other ones?
What the hell is going on here?
Why are these being caused?
From QZ.com you have the COVID-19 side effects that specifically affect women.
Swollen underarm lymph nodes.
False positives in mammograms.
Heavy irregular periods after a COVID-19 shot.
Fertility issues.
Oh gosh, if only somebody had told us about that a long, long time ago.
Pregnancy increases the risk of COVID-19 infections turning severe, and if possible, women trying to conceive should get the vaccine before doing so.
Get the vaccine before doing so.
Blood clots, why not?
Why not just get blood clots as well?
Why not have just a massive array of these insane side effects that have nothing to do with COVID-19 and yet are being caused by the COVID-19 vaccines?
Should we be questioning this?
Should we be looking into this?
Should we be asking why the injection of the COVID-19 vaccine seems to have such unpredictable and wildly variant effects on the human body?
Should we be asking, perhaps, why a mRNA?
Vaccine has never been produced ever in the history of the world before or why it was approved and started to be injected less than a year after it was invented when most vaccines take 5 to 10 years to be approved.
It's not approved by the FDA.
You know that right?
It's been approved for emergency use like temporarily.
Basically what they mean is that they didn't go through all the processes that they would normally go through.
That they should go through by law.
No, that was all circumvented.
That was all gone around.
We have none other than Donald Trump to thank for that.
The man wasn't perfect.
In fact, he made some major mistakes.
First of all, was not being the person that they said he was.
If only he had been as intense and authoritarian as they claimed, perhaps we wouldn't even be in this mess in the first place.
But I digress.
Here's a headline.
Unvaccinated women report miscarriages even after interactions with vaccinated people.
That's right.
You don't even need to get the vaccine to be affected by the vaccine side effects.
You can just be an unvaccinated person near people who were vaccinated.
Now, these aren't confirmed.
These are just statements that were posted on Twitter, so take them with a grain of salt.
This person says, I'm a pharmacist.
I'm unvaxxed, but I'm administering shots every shift.
I just had a miscarriage.
I didn't think anything about it until after reading all of these stories.
A close friend of mine, also a pharmacist, had a miscarriage a week apart from me.
Very strange.
It is strange, isn't it?
This person says, Hi Kim, I'm a nurse in LTC and I'm jab free and will continue to be after our second vaccination clinic at our faculty.
My period was 2.5 weeks late, which is extremely odd for me.
I even took a pregnancy test, which was negative ever since the vaccination began at work and I have been experiencing a big increase in migraines.
These stories are crazy.
Thank you for sharing them.
Here's another one.
My boss got the vaccine and I did not.
About a week later, I had the worst period with horrible cramping, vomiting from pain, heavy flow, and blood clots and extreme fatigue.
I was two weeks early in my cycle.
I'm not on birth control.
I bled for almost two weeks, then spotted for one week and started bleeding heavily again.
Definitely not normal for me.
Very regular and short monthly cycles.
I told my mom I thought it had something to do with the vaccine, but I felt crazy thinking that since it wasn't supposed to shed, So what I mean by shed is that if you get the vaccine, you can then shed the virus to people near you.
So even if you don't get the vaccine, perhaps somebody near you got the vaccine and you're experiencing side effects because of that.
It says, my boss got the Moderna and was very sick after the first jab.
I'm so glad people are speaking up about this.
They can't even talk about this on social media.
The way that they're spelling vaccine is becoming increasingly creative.
By the way, according to the Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders Lockdown Skeptics Group on Twitter, 624,633 adverse reactions have been reported in the space of 10 weeks, which include miscarriage, paralysis, cardiac arrest, seizures, stroke and sudden death.
And there are example after example after example of people saying, I can't wait to get the vaccine!
I'm going in to get my vaccine today.
And like a week later, they're like, horrible news as we suffered a miscarriage today.
It may have been the vaccine, but I still encourage you to go get the vaccine because I'm an idiot that's in a death cult and I want you to suffer like I suffer.
We will all obey.
We will all succumb.
We will all lose our children.
We will all go infertile.
We will kill ourselves at the behest of the global pharmaceutical military industrial complex because we are sheep led to the slaughter.
Morons.
unidentified
Yep.
Welcome back folks.
Final segment of American Journal.
harrison smith
So many more videos to show you.
Where do I go here?
Where do I go?
unidentified
Hmm.
harrison smith
I feel like I gotta show you this one.
I feel like I gotta show you clip number three.
Because of how disturbing it is, I'm sorry to do this to you.
I understand it's still technically the morning, and I hate to disturb you on this fine Tuesday morning, but, uh, well, disturbing things are going on in the world, and you should know about them.
This is a video from Los Angeles.
Wow.
I really don't even want to play this, honestly.
Oh gosh, do I do it?
Alright.
I'm gonna do it.
I'm gonna play it, but, uh, It's not pretty.
Children being paraded on stage at a late night drag queen show in California.
Here it is.
unidentified
Why in the hell these people got these f***ing little bitty ass kids at this f***ing drag show, y'all?
It is 11.40 at night.
These people have children in a f***ing drag show in L.A.
on a big... Look at this f***er.
harrison smith
Alright, so what you're seeing are like, maybe nine, maybe eight, nine, ten-year-old little girls in very short dresses.
Striking sexual poses on stage.
unidentified
Little girls now.
While people throw money at them.
Look at this.
Look at this.
And throwing money at these little girls.
They're wearing masks on top of all of it.
Got them picking up money off the floor like they strippers and shit now.
harrison smith
I'm picking up money off the floor like they're strippers.
Story from Infowars.com.
Disgusting video shows children being paraded around drag queen shows taking cash tips.
Why not, right?
I mean, why not?
They're advocating for legalized incest now.
Drag queens, your children have no privacy in their school, they have to shower with the opposite gender.
Why not let eight-year-old girls strip for money, right?
I mean, if morality is subjective and everything is nothing and, you know, it's liberal and cool to prostitute your children, why not?
This is the world that we're living in.
I'm sorry to do that to you folks.
I feel a little sick in my stomach here.
Let's carry it on, shall we?
Let's watch some more rather disturbing stuff.
Because you have to, you have to think.
You have to take it all in, in totality, right?
What were we talking about just before that?
We're talking about COVID-19, the insane side effects from the jab that people are experiencing all over the world.
Everything from herpes to shingles, or I guess it's a type of herpes, to HIV, false positives, false positives on mammograms, to women's menstrual cycles being severely affected by this.
It's all incredibly disturbing and yet it's being mandated or at least they're attempting to do so.
Meanwhile you have little girls being paraded on stage at a strip club while people throw money at them and it would be a gross violation of Our rights to have police shut that down.
No, no, police will not shut that down.
The police will not stop people from burning down your neighborhoods in the name of social justice.
They will not go after people making threats of violence.
They will not go after the swindlers making millions of dollars off of defabricated lies of racist police work.
No, no, the police have much more important things to do, much more vital things to do.
are very busy all around the world attacking people who resist the COVID lockdown.
So first we'll go to, we'll make our way back home on this little journey around the world.
First we'll start in Dresden, Germany.
And we'll just see how the police act when somebody is simply walking away from them without wearing a mask.
Watch how brutal they are.
Watch how intense they are.
Watch how filled with righteous fury these police are at something that matters so little.
Let's roll the tape. Let's roll the tape.
He wasn't running, he wasn't fleeing.
He didn't even seem like he noticed that the police were after him.
The police run up behind him, grab him in a headlock, throw him to the ground.
There's now two of them kneeling on him as they haul him off.
There's people actually clapping for them.
unidentified
I don't know whether they're being sarcastic or not.
harrison smith
I can't really tell.
There you go, that's Dresden, Germany.
Let's make our way to Britain, shall we?
Clip 17.
Here's an old man being beaten by the cops.
unidentified
Look at what the officer is doing to this man.
Look at what he's doing!
harrison smith
It's an old man on the stoop of his own house.
unidentified
Look at what he's doing.
harrison smith
Stop resisting!
unidentified
Look at what these cops are doing.
They punched this man.
harrison smith
Beating him in the face.
He's an old man.
unidentified
They're breaking his balcony.
This is an old, frail man that they're doing this to.
Look at this.
harrison smith
Dragging him.
unidentified
Look at what they're doing to him.
- Look at this thing!
Oh!
Put your hand behind your back! - Look at what they're doing to him. - Slap!
Put your hand behind your back!
harrison smith
I thought it was UK.
It might have actually been Canada.
It's amazing, isn't it?
Places where crime is permitted to just go on endlessly.
I mean, even now we have places in America where they are getting rid of cash bail.
They're letting people out of prison even though they're on murder charges.
They go out and murder again.
People with, you know, rap sheets a mile long with, you know, 18 felony convictions suddenly murder again, you know, it's just just complete lawlessness there, you know, places from Dallas to California just say, yeah, we're no longer prosecuting property crime.
So if people rob from you, steal from you, break into your home while you're there to take your stuff, we're not going to prosecute that.
We're too busy.
We're too busy.
But if you dare to stand up against the police dictates on COVID, which are completely antithetical to science they will come down on you like a ton of bricks here is a perfect example it is a woman arrested for simply denying the police identifying herself so they say give us your papers tell us your identity she says no I don't have to
and the really interesting thing is very and she says she starts talking about the CDC actually says So, the actual authorities that all of these baseless laws are seemingly justified by, she starts bringing up that authority, and, uh, they can't let her discuss that.
Just watch this.
Watch how brutal this is.
Watch how intense this is.
This is America.
In 2021, while criminals and communists riot in the streets and nothing is done to them and they're released the next day, this is what happens if you are simply a, you know, Midwestern woman who doesn't like being treated like a criminal.
You get treated like a criminal.
Here it is.
unidentified
I don't have to identify myself.
Yes, you do.
Actually, I don't.
It's called common law.
You should read up on it.
I do not.
Okay?
So we both know that I don't.
I am a woman of God.
This is my right as much as it is yours.
This is my land as much as it is yours.
I did not sign up for this.
I am a Christian woman of God and you are not going to put your disgusting rules on me that are false and not true.
I will not have it.
Do you understand that?
I will not have it.
I'm sick of being bullied.
I'm sick of being lied to.
And it's not going to happen anymore.
Do you understand?
The CDC just released... Oh my gosh.
Oh my gosh.
Oh my gosh.

What did she do?
What did she do?
What justified her being arrested?
Nothing.
It's the petulant self-righteousness of the police state that says, if you disobey us, you will be punished.
And it's as simple as that.
What did she do wrong?
Her argument was exactly right.
She said, I'm a woman of God.
I did not sign up for this.
I have just as much of a right to be out here as you do.
You do not have a right to accost me and demand that I give justification for my mere existence in this country.
Well, not anymore.
Not anymore.
And you can just see, I mean, you know, this cop behind her wearing the gloves and the mask is just like, you know what?
Enough's enough.
He gets fed up.
Just arrest her.
Just manhandle her.
Just grab her, twist her arm behind her back, throw the handcuffs on, and arrest her.
Who is she threatening?
Who is she hurting?
What law did she break?
None.
It's a police state.
The entire world is in a police state right now.
And the earlier you realize this, the more Likelihood there is that you can break out of it.
If this goes on much longer, the mere possibility of resistance will be stolen from us.
So, this is happening all over the world right now.
It's completely backwards.
It's completely nonsensical.
The criminals, the pedophiles, the perverts, they're running the show now.
And if you dare to resist them, if you dare to stand up for even the scientific reality, you are an enemy and will be destroyed.
