jon bowne ▲ ● ▼		To add insult to financial injury, the United States General Accounting Office wrote back in 1993, GAO obtained cost estimates from the five states that account for about 80% of the illegal immigrant population, California, Texas, New York, Illinois, and Florida, ...are estimated to spend $2.9 billion in annual federal, state, and local costs for illegal aliens and their citizens' children.
		Under the Medicaid program, they are eligible for emergency services only, including labor and delivery.
		But some programs, such as the Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children, WIC, and school nutrition programs are available to all those who qualify regardless of their immigration status.
		And the Supreme Court has ruled that illegal alien children may not be denied a public education.
		Illegal aliens may also be receiving public housing assistance, even though by law they are not eligible for these benefits.
		In addition, illegal aliens may apply for AFDC and food stamps on behalf of their U.S.
		citizen children.
		Though it is the child and not the parent, in such cases who qualifies for the program's benefits help support the child's family.
		In 2016, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement revealed that 124 illegal immigrant criminals released from jail by the Obama administration since 2010 had been subsequently charged with murder.
		And now, as the Heritage Foundation points out, when the Trump administration ended, the US was deporting more people than were illegally coming into the country.
		In less than a month under Biden, the number of people illegally coming into the country is more than 6,000 per day.
		That's six times the crisis level as set by the Obama team.
		What will Biden's released murderer numbers add up to?

		We're going to take this first segment to inform you about my friend and coworker, Sam Montoya, who has been scooped up by the federal secret police last night.
		Here's a statement from Alex Jones.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		I've got some shocking news that will horrify all freedom-loving Americans and anybody, not just here but around the world, who believes in the freedom of the press.
		Sam Montoya, a great video editor and camera person for InfoWars that's been here about three years, was arrested today at his apartment in Austin, Texas.
		Thirty-plus FBI agents and federal marshals showed up.
		and knocked down his door with a battering ram.
		We have some photos of it.
		We got a call from him in jail a few hours ago.
		We also have the arrest materials that were left on the counter inside his home with the door knocked open, stating that he's under criminal investigation for a conspiracy with others to storm and attack the Capitol, and that he's being charged with unlawfully entering the Capitol.
		This, again, is truly disgusting.
		We've seen the biggest law enforcement investigation in U.S.
		history, in our own words, carried out.
		Over 400 people arrested.
		Thousands and thousands and thousands of people visited, including my medical doctor, who I didn't even know went to D.C.
		for the Trump rally.
		They got a visit.
		Many people that didn't even go to D.C.
		But our Trump supporters have also gotten visits.
		I mean, this is really Soviet-style activity here in America.
		But we were able to talk to Sam for a few minutes from jail, where he's been for several hours.
		And if the feds follow what they've done in the past, because he is a patriot, he is a Christian, he is a conservative, he will probably serve month after month after month, I guess, until he finally has a trial.
		Even though Jaden X, who got $70,000 from CNN and others, went to the Capitol and said, let's burn this mother effer down, Jaden X was released right away after a day in jail and is even allowed to go out and violate the terms of his bail and do interviews, which I think he has a right to do.
		But what we're getting at here is, this is an attack on InfoWars.
		I have talked to a lot of experts about this today since we learned about it, and they agree, upon reading the paperwork, that it's clearly an attack on InfoWars.
		They clearly think they can pressure him, keep him in jail, and have him make up lies about us.
		But I know God's real, and I know Sam's a good person, and I know the truth is going to come out.
		And I know that the left has taken over the Capitol in Iowa and shot up police stations in just the last few days in Minnesota and burned down buildings in Portland and are calling for police officers to be randomly killed, and the left Is there celebrating at the left?
		Is there pushing at CNN?
		Is there instigating it as well?
		And that's why if anybody needs to be charged for the Capitol attack, if anybody ran a conspiracy, it was CNN with Jaden X and Anderson Cooper that paid him the $70,000 to go into that Capitol and try to rile people into an event to burn it down, in his own words, outside the Capitol and inside the Capitol.

alex jones ▲ ● ▼		And you watch, I predict they're going to keep Sam in jail, like they've done other conservatives, while Jaden X and other leftists that help actually trick some of the crowd of hundreds of thousands to go into the Capitol.
		Remember, most people walked in between the velvet ropes.
		They went in after the police stood down and waved them in.
		I am all for people that defecated on Nancy Pelosi's desk and folks that attack police officers to be indicted and to be punished, but fairly like others are punished for committing similar crimes.
		But for the vast majority of people that went in, they didn't engage in any type of crime, and they are being politically persecuted and punished for their beliefs.
		Plus, you've got the FBI involved with this giant political dragnet, not responding to anti-fund BLM shootings, not responding to buildings being burned down, but saying, in the words of Chuckie Schumer, this is the greatest attack on America since Pearl Harbor or 9-11.
		And that's just not true.
		Four citizens died who were at the Capitol.
		One police officer, a few days later, of a heart attack and a stroke.
		And his family says it was not related to what happened at the Capitol.
		But still, it's a sad thing that that happened.
		But it does not rise anywhere to the level of Pearl Harbor or 9-11.
		And that just shows the hysteria that the left is involved in in this country to persecute Americans.
		So, I know Twitter.
		I know the Facebook mob.
		I know all the leftists and the Washington Post and everybody that's just hoping I get indicted and hoping that I get set up for launching an attack on the Capitol are going to be very, very, very pleased about this.
		But really, this just shows how authoritarian they all are.
		The truth is, I went to be part of a lawful event with President Trump at a Secret Service-sanctioned event with fences and porta-potties and security.
		Then Trump said, let's march to the Capitol.
		I'd been told that was his plan.
		And then Trump pulled out because a minority of people, before he ever finished his speech, began to attack police.
		The police stood down.
		They were outmanned because there'd been an order to send most of them away to do crowd control and traffic control at the Trump event.
		And so, with the Capitol undefended, a small minority of people, led by Jaden X and others, broke into it with the intent to burn the mother-effer down.
		But the person saying, burn the mother-effer down, is out on bail, and Sam, who is such a nice, sweet, hardworking person.
		I mean, out of the hundred people that work at Infowars or so, I have to say he's the nicest, the kindest, the most genuinely Christian person that's here.
		I remember after the tragic events of January 6th, I had a chance to talk to Sam and I said, man, are you worried they're going to try to set you up, try to arrest you for covering the Capitol?
		And he was like, no, Alex, this is America.
		I didn't do anything wrong.
		I was just there covering it.
		There was other media as well.
		And I said, Sam, I hope you're right.
		You see, Sam still believes in America.
		He still believes in the freedom of the press.
		He still believes in the American people.
		He still believes in you.
		And that's why this fight is so important.
		So many other people put their tail between their legs, and they grovel to the globalists, and they think if they just submit to the system, everything will be okay.
		It's that form of groveling and bowing down to tyranny that's gotten us to the place we are.

		Capitol building.
		This is what's happening today.
		She had officers standing right behind her that could have grabbed her and just yanked her down and pulled her from the window.

		He's disappeared into a black hole.
		If they follow the pattern they followed, they will intend to hold him as a political prisoner until they can pressure him to lie.
		But again, I trust in God and I believe that justice is going to return to America.
		And if the system wants to try to set me up and I have to be a political martyr for this republic, so be it.
		But at the end of the day, the tyrants that have hijacked this country and they're running into the ground will be brought to justice.
		America and the world is awakening.
		And the globalists with their open borders, smuggling children, the globalists shipping fentanyl into this country, the whole system that's trying to devalue our dollar and sell us out to communist China is not going to be able to stand.
		And no amount A political intimidation.
		No amount of witch hunts is going to stop that.
		But right now, I just ask you all to say a prayer for Sam and his family.
		His father was here today.
		I talked to him and comforted him.
		And just pray for his speedy release and that they drop these false charges because they are completely false.
		They are a complete and total fraud.
		And again, in closing, to all of my enemies that are going to be so gleeful and, oh great, Let's get Alex Jones.
		Let's put him in jail.

		You fools all know that you guys even bragged in Time Magazine how you helped stage the Capitol and how you set us up.

		InfoWars reporter Sam Montoya arrested for covering the January 6th Capitol riot.
		As American cities burn at the hands of Soros-funded leftists, the Biden-controlled Justice Department accelerates its attacks on the free press.
		Fascistic arrest warrant charges Sam with being loud and disorderly at the Capitol.
		Truly incredible.
		He was arrested during a federal raid at his residence on Tuesday with U.S.
		Justice Department documents showing he's charged with essentially being loud at the Capitol on January 6th.
		Montoya was reporting live on the ground freely, exercising his First Amendment right to document the events of that day in a journalistic capacity.
		He has now been taken away.
		He sits at this moment in a jail cell somewhere.
		We don't know where.
		We don't know how long it will be until he's back out.
		If it's anything like the other People rounded up in this.
		He may well be in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day.
		He may remain in that torturous position for the next several months until they decide to give him a day in court.
		We'll cover a little bit more of that later in the show.
		Meanwhile, the New York Times confirms stand-down order was given to Capitol Police during January 6th riot.
		In other words, it was all set up.
		This was allowed to happen.
		Despite being tipped that the Congress itself is the target on January 6th, Capitol Police were ordered not to use their most powerful crowd control weapons, according to a scathing new watchdog report.
		That's right, a new 104-page report dropped by an internal investigator shreds authorities for intentionally hampering the police response on what has subsequently been claimed as a coup, an insurrection, or an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
		Remember that Major General William J. Walker, the Commanding General of the D.C.
		National Guard, confirmed many of Americans' worst suspicions about the January 6th Capitol riots in his explosive Senate testimony in early March.
		The National Guard has been prevented from providing ample security to what he described as concerns about optics.
		They were concerned about optics.
		And they essentially allowed this to go on.
		They knew.
		I mean, heck, you'd had two previous protests that were absolutely massive.
		This one was actually led by Donald Trump himself.
		They knew probably something like a million people would be there.
		And they went ahead and put about 20 cops in a line to Defend against any problems and then those cops Themselves were the ones that actually started the fight with the crowd and then they opened the doors and allowed it all to spill in Then everybody who took the bait and simply followed the police officers in Ended up well if they weren't murdered in cold blood.
		They're now sitting in a jail cell being charged with sedition and terrorism and Absolutely incredible.
		It's especially incredible when you consider that just yesterday, more violence, more chaos, more activity that could be considered an insurrection occurred around the country than the entirety of January 6th.
		We have Brooklyn Center Police deploy riot control munitions, declare unlawful assembly as a Black Lives Matter mob formed outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department Tuesday evening, chanting, Whose streets are streets?
		This is the third consecutive day a Black Lives Matter crowd has shown up to the police department to protest the shooting death of DeJuante Wright.
		Black Lives Matter demanded white people to the front of the line to be used as human shields.
		Brooklyn Center Police deployed riot control munitions and declared an unlawful assembly last night there in Brooklyn Center.
		This, of course, continuing on the long-held happy tradition of Black-clad communists attacking police officers in the name of some nebulous justice.
		Meanwhile, rioters set Portland Police Union headquarters on fire during the second night of unrest.
		The rioters blocked traffic, vandalized the building, and shot fireworks at police before lighting the building on fire Tuesday night.
		That event there in North Portland alone being more violent and more destructive than, again, the entirety of January 6th.
		But this is just the latest in hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of days in a row or in close proximity to each other that this has occurred in the northwest of this country.
		Portland rioters lay waste to police cruisers in precinct parking lot.
		As far leftist rioters terrorized East Portland late Monday night, a different group targeted a police parking lot on the other side of town.
		They allegedly cut through a chain-link fence and smashed up several police cruisers and flattened tires.
		Windows and mirrors were left shattered.
		Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Antifa and Black Lives Matter activists were attacking the Northeast precinct.
		They chanted, every city, every town, burn the precincts to the ground.
		Before setting fire to the dumpsters, hurling rocks through the windows of the precinct buildings, and through fireworks at police, they also deployed rebar tire spikes to flatten the tires of police cruisers.
		They even managed to smash up a church.
		So there you go, they're chanting, every city, every town, burn these precincts to the ground.
		Crowds on January 6th sang the national anthem.
		Black Lives Matter took over a Dallas restaurant as well, so now we have Dallas, Brooklyn, Center in Minneapolis.
		Of course the crowd continues to await the orders to riot following the Derek Chauvin trial, and now we have, even in Dallas, a Bob taking over a Dallas restaurant, chanting, who burns crap down?
		We burn crap down.
		Well, you certainly don't build anything.
		You certainly don't help anybody.
		You certainly don't create anything.
		You may be incapable of it intellectually, but no burning things.
		Well, that's easy enough, isn't it?
		Destruction.
		That's all you're good for.
		But the group went on to demand that silence is violence and intimidate people who weren't playing along with their public temper tantrum, even kicking drinks off of tables.
		My simple question.
	Where my Dallas boys at?
	Why are they permitted to do this?
	Who is allowing this to happen?
	Why are people just sitting politely allowing overgrown children to brag about how good they are at destroying everything?

	Building nothing.

	Oh, meanwhile, by the way, in case Dallas, Minneapolis, Brooklyn Center...
	Portland, Washington, Seattle, of all these places all experiencing violent riots.
	If that's not enough, we have Columbus, Ohio police station being broken into by a violent Black Lives Matter mob who actually pepper sprayed a police officer.
	Because hey, if you're a Republican and you walked through the Capitol, prepare to have your door kicked down in the middle of the night and be hauled off to a secret prison for months on end, perhaps decades.

		This is the head of Black Lives Matter NYC.
		He's called for an investigation after it was revealed that Black Lives Matter co-founder has been spending millions of dollars buying property in predominantly white neighborhoods.
		Again, I would say to you, if you actually wanted to help black people, you might do something to actually help black people.
		Everything that Black Lives Matter is engaged in has only increased the death and suffering of black Americans.
		So it shouldn't be a surprise to you that the leader of this organization is a total grifter who has made millions of dollars and scuttles off to an all-white neighborhood to, I don't know, impose herself on them, I guess.
		This leader of Black Lives Matter of Greater New York, Hawk Newsome, says, if you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask how much of our personal money is going to charitable causes.
		You don't have to ask that.
		We know the answer.
		None.
		The response to this, perfectly predictable for the communists that they are, literal trained Marxists that they are, When Black Lives Matter says accusations against the co-founder are part of a tradition of terror by white supremacists.
		Because this is what happens in socialist communist organizations.
		So called leadership is making out like a bandit and not actually helping us.

		A Texas bill will label parents getting sex change hormones and surgeries for their children as child abuse.
		A new bill in Texas seeks to protect children from getting sex change procedures they may regret later in life by criminalizing parents who do so.
		Hey, I'm not allowed to, you know, nobody's allowed to mutilate their children just because they do it with the permission of a doctor doesn't make any difference.
		This is a fantastic news.
		Of course, across the world, things are going in the opposite direction as Melbourne schools are urged to not use the words mom and dad.
		They get rid of gendered sports teams for inclusivity.
		Hey, sports teams are all male now, I guess, in Melbourne.
		Schools are urged to replace gendered terms with general neutral terms such as parent or partner instead of mom, dad, boyfriend, and girlfriend.
		Furthermore, unisex bathrooms, non-gendered sports teams, and displaying rainbow and trans pride flags are recommended to improve inclusivity on school grounds.

		We'll get into this a little bit more later as the hashtag Republican Pedos was trending on Twitter today in response to Matt Gaetz sleeping with a 18-year-old girl, actually, it turns out.
		And I saw often people saying, see, Republicans just, they just project.
		They're the pedophiles.

		Well, meanwhile, former mayor of Sebastopol, Robert Jacobs, has been arrested on suspicion of having sex with a minor, including five felony counts and one misdemeanor related to alleged sexual assault crimes against a child 15 years old or younger.
		We'll get into Matt Gaetz's Shenanigans a little bit later.
		Incredible amounts of misinformation going on about that.

		Minors being loaded onto planes and given to random strangers.
		Loads of underage illegal aliens are being delivered to random strangers who signed up online to take them in and house them.

		One group connecting the unaccompanied illegal adolescents to American volunteers is the Southwest Key Programs.
		This is called a reunification process, but how would somebody be reunited with somebody they've never met before?
		That's right, you have government Employees or random strangers signing up and saying, heck yeah, I'll have a child who doesn't speak the language, knows nobody in this country, has no possible way of reaching out for help in any situation.

		Last week, National File, along with a number of other conservative news outlets, reported on the Black Lives Matter protests at the Iowa State Capitol on Thursday.
		These reports included images and footage of a protest turning violent following the arrest of a high school student later identified as 18-year-old Josie Mulvihill.
		Uh, however, CNN, the left-wing network, which Project Veritas exposed on Tuesday as having mentally pumped out anti-Trump propaganda, attempted to fact-check and debunk the reporting on National File and these other news organizations.
		As National File does not engage in such propaganda efforts, we now feel duty-bound to correct the record on CNN's article, which we judge to be misleading.
		In other words, yes, there was violence at a Black Lives Matter rally.
		I know, it's shocking.
		It's almost impossible to believe.
		But the violence that you're seeing with your very own eyes, that's captured on video of Black Lives Matter and Antifa throwing fireworks, setting fires, or slashing tires of police cruisers, or jumping on top of them, shattering the windows.
		That's not staged by the right wing.
		I know.
		It's shocking.
		This is really happening.
		There really are mobs of black-clad communists taking over this country, and the mainstream media is doing everything they can to divert attention away from that to allow it to happen smoothly.

		This virus was the cause of a pandemic in 1918 and 1919 that resulted in over half a million deaths in the United States, as well as 20 million deaths around the world.

		Here you have one major event where hundreds of thousands, potentially millions, you know, over a million Trump supporters were in Washington DC.
		About three of them broke windows.
		About 300 of them actually took a stroll through the Capitol building.
		Nothing was burned.
		Nothing was destroyed.
		No statues were smashed.
		No officials were injured.
		In fact, the only people killed at the event were Trump supporters.
		Ashley Babbitt, of course, gunned down by a Capitol Police officer.
		So let's compare that event and the reaction to it, which has been a complete onslaught by the FBI.
		The FBI daily posting images of people who they say were involved.
		The media going along with this.
		Banks providing information to the FBI as to anybody that was even in Washington DC at the time.
		They have been ruthlessly seeking out and capturing anybody even remotely involved with this.
		The federal secret police knocking down the door of Sam Montoya.
		Infowars cameraman last night.
		I should say the night before.
		So let's compare that to what has gone on since January 6th, not including 2020, which of course was an endless onslaught of violence from Black Lives Matter.
		Kenosha was bracing for unrest before the ruling on Jacob Blake shooting.
		Oh, by the way, the officer who shot Jacob Blake has been completely cleared by, I believe, a grand jury and is now back on the force because, well, Jacob Blake deserved it, according to the law.
		He had a knife and was attempting to kidnap children at the time that he was shot.
		Portland mayor promises to hold people responsible after two days of vandalism and violence.
		This was early in January.
		You have just, I mean, just really continuous sub.
		Black Lives Matter rioters destroy and torch St.
		John's Church in D.C.
		That was a little bit before January 6th, but we'll go ahead and include it.
		Josh Hawley actually was in Missouri when Antifa scumbags came to his place in D.C.
		and threatened his wife and newborn daughter, who can't travel.
		They screamed threats, vandalized, and tried to pound open Josh Hawley's door.
		He says, let me be clear, me and my family will not be intimidated by left-wing violence.
		And then activists, of course, defended this action saying it was a candlelight vigil.
		Sure, it was just one of those candlelight vigils outside of a lawmaker's house where they attempted to kick down the door when the lawmaker himself was out of town and his wife and newborn daughter were Actually, the only ones there.
		Protesters in Minneapolis raised a Somalia flag after police kill a suspected felon.
		Andy Notes on Twitter last night, a large mob of Antifa dressed in black block surrounded and tried to break inside the Tigard Police Department near Portland.
		They smashed windows and doors using weapons in the third consecutive night of rioting.
		You have U.S.
		prosecutors not charging Portland protesters with Antifa ties, and we've seen this as well.
		Leaked text messages from Antifa groups that say, if you get arrested, contact these organizations.
		They will not only pay your bail, but provide you with pro bono lawyers to get you out and on the street to continue to cause violence the very next day.
		One billion dollars plus in riot damage most expensive inch in insurance history.
		This is the cost of Just some of the violence that occurred January or January through January 2020 Let's see what else we have PBS top lawyer saying the government should build enlightenment camps and remove children from Trump's supporting homes and You have enraged Black Lives Matter activists screaming at police officers near Capitol Hill.
		So remember, even after the January 6th event when tens of thousands of troops were on the ground in Washington, D.C., you still had Black Lives Matter allowed to rally there and threaten police with no sort of recompense whatsoever.
		Charges dismissed against 28 Detroit protesters in court.
		This was the result of a collective arrestee organization and legal support from NLG Michigan.
	Antifa supporter Daniel Alan Baker was arrested for plotting an attack on Trump supporters on Inauguration Day.
	He trained in Syria in 2017.
	A Baptist church that was targeted as a hate group by the SPLC was bombed in Los Angeles County.
	The Democratic Party in Oregon was actually attacked by Antifa, but then they came out blaming Republicans.
	So Antifa smashes the headquarters of the Democratic Party in Oregon.
	Democratic Party in Oregon comes out against Republicans because of this.
	And Antifa riot in a Portland ICE facility happened overnight, early in January, and they threw a mortar explosive at police officers.
	This was all just in January, immediately following the January 6th event.
	We'll move on now to February.

	We'll go down to my leftist violence.
	Remember, Red Lion was a hotel that was occupied by Antifa, where they held hostages and the SWAT team actually had to force their way in and reclaim this hotel, the Red Lion Hotel, from the Democrats.
	SWAT team forcibly removes homeless activists who tried to take over a hotel.
	Black Lives Matter then got engaged in tearing down barricades at a Rochester police station.
	By the way, I don't know if you remember this, on May 31st, 2020, 60-plus Secret Service agents were injured protecting Trump from George Floyd insurrectionists.
	So, that was a year earlier, but just to put the January 6th event into perspective here, the pretty much exact same thing had occurred, although much more violent, with much more cost to human lives earlier that year.
	Far be it from the government to claim those people are terrorists or insurrectionists or seditious.
	BLM Antifa protesters chant, burn it down, during March through the nation's capital.
	That was in February.
	Far-left activists raised cash for Antifa terrorist suspects' court costs, so they get off without even a slap on the wrist.
	At least 25 Americans, by the way, were killed during political unrest in 2020.
	None of those killed by right-wingers, I should add.
	Rioters also tried breaking down the door of the Portland Police Association.
	In February, Black Lives Matter was then nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.
	Because why not?

	You have just an endless, endless supply.
	Just an endless, Recitation of attacks and chaos and violence committed by Antifa and Black Lives Matter just since January 26, January 6, just in the last three months, we've seen this just continual, endless violence, protests, insanity.

		Portland protester was actually arrested twice in the very same day.
		For engaging in illegal activities as part of a riot there in Portland.
		Breonna Taylor protests turned violent in Seattle, LA and Portland in March.
		A man who tweeted before he firebombed the Republican women's headquarters pled guilty in federal court.
		So just the second bombing in this list.
		Second bombing, third attack on some sort of political groups headquarters, including the Democratic headquarters by Antifa.
		You also had a very interesting video where you had Antifa wandering around Portland, smashing windows, and the citizens actually going up to them and saying, we know who you really are.
		You're the Proud Boys, because this is how it goes.
		You have literally just an endless supply of stories of Black Lives Matter and Antifa burning and destroying things, and then the people who they are attacking actually blame Antifa's political enemies.
		Because that's how screwed up in the head everybody is, apparently.
		Kenneth Devery, the convicted pedophile who once impregnated and gave an STD to a 13-year-old girl who sucker-punched a Trump supporter during the Million Maga March while armed with a handgun, was released by a D.C.
		judge pending trial despite facing a potential mandatory minimum of 15 years because, obviously, Trump supporters who wander around the Capitol must be kept behind bars in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day for months on end.
		Oh, but if you randomly attack somebody by punching them in the back of the head, knocking them out while you have a handgun, while you are on parole for a different crime, well, you get released once again because you're not a terrorist.

		Antifa in their telegram chat room are preparing for violence at the Oregon State Capitol in Salem.
		They're telling each other where to gather to avoid being caught by police.
		They're giving out contact info for the NLG and other far less groups for legal aid and bail.
		So essentially letting everybody know, hey, go out, commit violence, and then billionaires will fund your bail and get you out on the street the very next day to continue doing it even more.
		This with complete cooperation from the justice system in Oregon.
		Four Antifa arrested a violent organ capital riot.
		LADA drops charges against anti-police protesters despite clear video evidence with a veteran prosecutor speaking out.
		A Black Lives Matter mob trapped 100 customers inside of a grocery store saying we're shutting crap down as they tried to light fires.
		Young Democrats, Antifa, Black Lives Matter and socialists marched in Lansing against the police.
		And then they actually stopped to harass a homeowner with a Trump flag in his window.

		In other words, they're nothing more than pieces of garbage They're like cattle, but they're worse.

		That they're just being marketed.
		And that's why I'm glad you guys had Craig Sawyer on from Vets for Child Rescue, and he did that documentary, Contra Land.

		Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has expressed her concern about it.

		Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations under the U.S.
		Department of Homeland Security.

		So let me ask, you know, I'm so glad to have you on because yesterday I was covering the news story of the footage that you captured of people, sort of a long stream of illegal immigrants, all with a sidekick, sort of a long stream of illegal immigrants, all with a sidekick, with a single child with them, whether they were related or not, sort of yet to be seen or yet to be None of them have papers, obviously.
		Tell us about this footage and about what this says to you.
unidentified		Well, the most shocking part about these individuals that you see there, the illegal aliens, is that I saw them when they came from the river, actually from the river.
		There was about 400 plus of them at the initial contact with Border Patrol when they turned themselves in.
		The most shocking part, even to me, when I was down there talking to the border agents, is that I still assumed that these individuals were going to a detention facility, the Adonis Center, that everybody's familiar with.
		But I was shocked when I found out that they were released straight to the street.
		The video you're watching right now is that they were released.
		That's downtown McAllen, Texas, right across the street from the bus station.
		They were not issued a notice to appear.
		There was no DNA testing of the children and adults.
		And so it was high concern for me because then that tent you see them go into is for a COVID test.
		And then they get released to the streets where they walk across the street to this Catholic Charities, which, by the way, I was able to enter.
		I convinced the guard there to allow me to walk into that Catholic Charities NGO, non-governmental organization.
		And it's highly organized.
		It's like a store in there.
		They have toiletries, clothing, they give them a meal, they clean up, and then they're released with money.
		I don't know where the money's coming from, but they get airfare and they get bus fare.
		And I saw them board the buses and the airplanes without any identification.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		You know, it boggles my mind.
		I almost have trouble, like, just saying it.
		I've trouble expressing how insane it is that not only are people who are crossing the border not being prevented from entering the United States or being apprehended once they're here, but now it's to the point where, like you said, they're just turning themselves in because they know that they won't be stopped.
		They'll actually be shipped further into the country.
		I mean, this is, in my opinion, an invasion that's not only not prevented by our government, it's being carried out by our government in coordination with these NGOs.
		Am I crazy in thinking that this is an unprecedented situation that we're facing right now?
unidentified		No, as a seasoned and veteran border agent, I had never seen this myself.
		And I actually stood there by the water thinking exactly what you just said, Harrison, is like, how can this be happening?
		I felt helpless.
		I felt kind of embarrassed and ashamed that this was happening.
		There is absolutely no enforcement of our immigration laws, none whatsoever, not even of our asylum laws.
		Because if you look at the criteria, For our asylum laws, these individuals, most of them, if not all of them, do not qualify for asylum.
		That's why the Remain in Mexico policy and Remain in Your Country was working, because we know that these individuals are not being persecuted by their government because of their race, religion, or political opinion.
		And so it made sense to keep them over there.
		But now you see them coming to a neighborhood near you because they're coming all over the all over the country.
		They're taking airplanes to Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland, you name it.
		They're coming to a neighborhood near you, if not your own neighborhood.
		And we're going to feel the influx and the burden that some of these small towns around our country are going to feel in our education system, our healthcare system, and unfortunately, our criminal justice system.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		It really is incredible, and that's another point that I try to make all the time, is that you have NGOs actually training them to present their case as if they should qualify for asylum, but it's just by using these certain, almost like magic, you know, open sesame.
		It's like if they say these certain words, then they can check the asylum box on the form and send them in.
		When in reality, as you point out, asylum is supposed to be for extreme circumstances where governments are oppressing people for specific qualities that they may have, their race or all this sort of stuff.
		Now, your book, Agent Under Fire, details your work as a Border Patrol agent or a special supervisory special agent with ICE.
		You've paid the price.
		I mean, you've been shot.
		Your partner lost his life, I believe I read.
		And so, I mean, you have to feel in some way betrayed by this, right?
		I mean, you've given so much to try to protect the border of the United States just to see it completely undermined with this new administration.
		How does it feel, having given so much to the border, to see it completely undermined like this?
unidentified		That's a great question, and that's why I went down there myself, and I had to see For myself, what was going on, because I did—in 2011, while on assignment in Mexico, I was assigned to the U.S.
		Embassy in Mexico City.
		Special Agent Jaime Zapata and I were ambushed on Highway 57 on the road back to Mexico City by Lozeta's cartel, and Special Agent Jaime Zapata tragically lost his life in the line of duty.
		This was 10 years ago.
		I was shot three times and survived by the grace of God.
		And I think it's important for me to continue to tell the story because many people don't even know that a U.S. agent was killed in the line of duty serving and protecting our homeland.
		And so I'll continue to be a voice for Jaime and for our country as I love our country and I don't like what's happening.
		And you're absolutely right.
		I have many feelings as sometimes of betrayal and that confusion that's not making sense.
		As I stood down there, I didn't like the complacency of ushering strangers, illegal aliens into our country without any checks whatsoever.
		And this is footage that you're seeing from the actual scene of the ambush of our suburban that we were shot over 100 times.
		And so I'll continue to be a voice to protect our sovereignty because I think we're losing it every day, a little bit every day.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, it really is.
		Incredibly brutal the way these cartels operate, isn't it?
		I mean, I think people maybe don't understand how sophisticated the cartels are and how brutal they are.
		Can you maybe help us understand for Americans who just think, well, it's poor people, they're coming across the border, we need to help them.
		No, this is an industrialized operation by some of the worst people in the world being the cartel members, right?
		Can you help us understand this?
unidentified		You're absolutely right, Harrison.
		These cartels are highly sophisticated.
		And let me tell you, in the last 10 years, they have evolved and have become even more sophisticated.
		They have unlimited budget.
		They have billions of dollars.
		They have the time.
		They have the weapons.
		They have the security.
		They have the intelligence.
		Highly sophisticated.
		And they might be headquartered in Mexico, but let me tell you, they are everywhere and have presence in our country.
		Do they continue to bring the poison into our country, the fentanyl, the methamphetamine, the heroin, the cocaine?
		More so now that taking advantage that Border Patrol is, you know, busy with the family units and the hundreds of thousands of people coming over.
		By the way, the other human smuggling and human trafficking still happens.
		It's still continuing to happen.
		I talked to the agents down there and they're very concerned that they can't be down there patrolling the border and they have to be caretakers and medical assistants and everything else that they did not sign up to do.
		They don't want to do that.
		They want to go back to do their jobs.
		And I'd like to see Border Patrol come together with all the border agents and all the sector chiefs of every sector.
		I think there's approximately 20 sectors around the border And say, listen, we took an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States, no matter who the president is, and hopefully come together and start enforcing some of these laws.
		Because it's not just immigration laws that we are ignoring at this point.
		There are many other violations of law that these illegals are claiming.
		For example, we got 19-, 20-, 21-year-old males claiming to be 17-year-olds.
		And we have absolutely no way to verify their identity and they're being allowed to come in as an unaccompanied minor, just like if you were five or six or seven years old.
		So it's a big issue and it's a national security issue.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		It absolutely is, and again, I can't imagine having taken bullets for this cause to see it so undermined by our own policies and our own politicians.
		It's a betrayal of the highest order.

		You've had extensive experience in ICE and with the Department of Homeland Security and other organizations protecting our country against the encroachment of the cartels.
		Now, this is something that I've heard.
		There's not a lot of reporting about this, and maybe the people involved is why.
		But I've heard personal stories of people in small towns in Texas who say we are being overrun by the cartel.
		And even people like in small town city council members, they'll be involved in schemes to build high school stadiums and tens of millions of dollars will go missing.
		And essentially, there's an untold story about the influx of cartel members or cartel influence into small towns in Texas and elsewhere in America, which really represents a major danger that's not being addressed by our government, not being stopped and certainly not being reported on.
		Is this because people are just so scared of the cartels that cartels sort of use that terror to get away with stuff?
		And what's the threat to American cities that the cartel poses?
unidentified		Harrison, you and I are on the same page this morning.
		This is incredible, and thank you for that question, because you're spot on.
		And it just goes to prove that what I'm going to tell you about the cartels is so true, that they are in this country, they are in the communities, especially in the border towns.
		I actually used this map from the DEA where the cartels are present in our country.
		And it just shows the power that they have and the influence they have, not just in the country of Mexico, because they control that right now.
		It's everywhere in our country.
		They have these individuals, by the way, most of them are illegal, that are overseeing their product and their purchases and the money going back south to these cartels.
		Let's not forget the money laundering issues.
		I offer a lot of these solutions in my book.
		One of the solutions that you mentioned, and I'll cover right away that I've been telling people a lot, is you mentioned city council.
		And there's no better time right now to start waking up and paying attention to who you have elected for your local government, your city council, your mayor, your county commissioner, your school board.
		Because they will start making decisions when these individuals arrive to your town.
		Are they going to put the illegal aliens first?
		Or are they going to put the U.S.
		citizens first?
		Are they going to overlook and protect our U.S.
		citizen children?
		Or are they going to, you know, give preference to the illegal alien kids that are coming over?
		By the way, the Border Patrol agents tell me a lot of these kids are illiterate.
		They cannot read or write Spanish.
		And they have a lot of health conditions.
		These are serious issues that they're going to arrive to your town very soon, if not already.
		And so one of the solutions I offer about the cartels in my book is it's time to tackle them and designate them as foreign terrorist organizations.
		The times of like what I did is investigate them for narcotics trafficking and identifying an individual.
		They'll take two years and build a case.
		That doesn't work anymore.
		They have evolved, and we have to move a lot faster.
		And designate them as foreign organizations would, first of all, strip them of all their money and seize all their assets everywhere around the world, because not only do they operate in the U.S., they operate in 40 countries around the world.
		And let's hit them where it hurts most, because, you know, we know that that's their ideology is money and power, and designate them as a terrorist organization.
		It's just like ISIS, just like Al Qaeda.
		And so if these gangs in Chicago and New York would be dealing with a terrorist organization, they themselves would then become terrorists themselves.
		And so you could go pick these up and there's different rules that apply.
		And so I offer different solutions that I've seen on the border.
		Sanctuary cities is a huge problem because these individuals, these illegal aliens, get arrested and come in contact with our criminal justice system in our towns.
		And then these sanctuary city policies release them back into our country.
		We have sex offenders, violent crimes, DUI offenders that are being released back into our country, and they fail to notify ICE.
		Because they hate ICE.
		Because they want to defund ICE.
		They want to abolish ICE altogether.
		And all they do is actually just endanger our communities.
		And so you see the videos I'm watching here of the buses.
		I was actually there just a couple of weeks ago where these buses are now.
		They're putting them on coach buses where they're just coming from the border right across and actually was there right in that same spot where I took the video of them continuing to be brought from the bridge.
		I'm sorry, from the way it's actually under a bridge where they hold them initially into our country.
		And it's going to affect this in our communities.
		And that's what I want to bring across.
		And I offer these solutions in my book.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		And this is sort of the game that they play, isn't it?
		They put the children out in the forefront to say, look, you know, these are all just helpless children coming across.
		But that's a very, very small proportion of the real numbers of people that are crossing.
		And the funds that they're generating through this go directly to fund the things like what you're seeing here, which is literal armies of people that are incredibly brutal, that are under no international jurisdiction or any restrictions of government or anything of the sort.
		They're literally international terrorist organizations, as you point out.
		But it's the trick they play, isn't it, to frame it all around the children as if that's the main source of immigration or that's the main point, when really that's just sort of a smokescreen to hide the industrial human trafficking network that the cartels are operating, right?
unidentified		The cartels start recruiting these kids as young as 12, 13, 14 years old.
		They already know how to use weapons.
		They're already sicarios.
		They're already hitmen for the cartels.
		And they're coming across as unaccompanied minors.
		And do you want a 15, 16, 17 year old in your school all of a sudden thinking that he's going to acclimate from one day to the other?
		And also, it's an important point here that the high percentage of individuals coming over are young adult males in their 20s and that you don't hear a lot in the mainstream media.
		You see a lot of the children.
		Yeah, we have a lot of children.
		We have 19,000 unaccompanied children in custody right now.
		How many of those that we do not have in custody?
		And it's a lot of issue also with the parents.
		You know, if you did this and put your child in this type of endangerment scenario in the US, you would be arrested for child endangerment or child abuse.
		But like I said earlier, the laws are being ignored.
		No one is being prosecuted for anything.
		It's a free-for-all down at the border.
		And it's time that we start enforcing our laws, protect our sovereignty, because we're going to lose our country the way we see it now.
harrison smith ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, absolutely, and it's of vital importance because it seems to be only getting worse, the numbers seem to only be growing, and every day we're seeing more images like we saw just last week of cartel members literally just like throwing children over the fence, children just being left in the desert, you know, crying.
		One of the stories I think has not gotten enough coverage is the fact that Border Patrol agents are finding piles of plastic bracelets because this has literally become industrialized where they're tagging people in order to sort them and send them around.
		I mean, this is like human cattle being operated here.
		It's completely unacceptable, and yet it's going on without resistance.

		They have more money than the rest of us combined two times over, but they don't appear on these lists because all of their money is secretive.
		All of their money is hidden.
		All of their money is squirreled away somewhere.
		They know how to hide their money.
		They know how to pull the strings.
		They know how to manipulate things.
		And if you want to be like them, if you want to be that rich, if you want to be a part of their little club, they have to give you permission to join it.
		And so, when we see examples of it over and over now, they're openly doing it.
		You know, it used to be a little bit of a secret.
		You people used to somewhat try to hide How all of this went on now they're openly doing another just openly cabals of hundreds of Industrial leaders coming together and saying yes, we will now exert our influence Explicitly we will now extort the legislature of states.
		We will say we will bankrupt your state if you do not You know change the law that you lawfully voted in It's incredible really how open they are now about it.
		Maybe they're stretching too far.
		Maybe they're making a mistake here.
		Maybe the people of America are not as asleep as they think they are.
		And maybe the people of America will wake up and understand that this is not a preferable situation to be in.
		So anyway, we don't have one of the prerequisites of joining this upper caste.
		is not being like us.
		You don't want to give normal people rights.
		You don't want to have decentralized power.
		You can't actually want to empower humanity.
		No, no, no.
		It's the exact opposite.
		You show you're willing to consolidate power.
		You show you're willing to use your power to manipulate the American people to gain more Power and influence for yourself, then you get in.
		People don't realize Warren Buffett was one of the richest men in the world.
		Bill Gates was one of the richest men in the world.
		They joined their fortunes together under the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
		Warren Buffett gave all of his money to Bill Gates to put it in a non-profit to control the world that way.
	It's almost impossible to imagine how much money is being wielded, not for your benefit, but for your destruction.
