[00:00:01]  Well, in the past five months, we have been resorting to various methods and means to tackle this escalating violence.
[00:00:12]  And I do not want to go into details, but I just want to make it very clear that we will spare no effort in finding ways and means that could end the violence in Hong Kong as soon as possible.
[00:00:29]  What various methods are Kerry Lamb referring to?
[00:00:34]  On September 20th, Hong Kong police said they might have to kill someone.
[00:00:41]  11 days later, on October 1st, Hong Kong police shoot a young protester at point-blank range.
[00:00:52]  Plainclothes police have been found attacking protesters.
[00:01:02]  A Hong Kong police officer was seen driving his motorcycle into a crowd of protesters.
[00:01:11]  And on November 11th, at least one other protester was shot at close range by Hong Kong police in what appears to be a blatant misuse of lethal force.
[00:01:25]  That same day, a man arguing against the protesters was set on fire after being yelled at to go back to the Greater Bay Area or go back to Communist China.
[00:01:38]  The protesters know they cannot win against the Communist Chinese, and yet they continue to fight for their five demands.
[00:01:52]  Kerry Lamb has made it clear that the government will not submit to their demands and she stands firmly with the communist Chinese.
[00:02:01]  Our society has been put under strain because of the extensive violence by the rioters.
[00:02:11]  There's no question that escalating violence could get what the rioters want.
[00:02:18]  But I just want to make it very clear that we will spare no effort in finding ways and means that could end the violence in Hong Kong as soon as possible.
[00:02:30]  Clearly, this will end in more violence.
[00:02:35]  And if Hong Kong falls to China, they won't be the last.
