[00:00:00]  The following video shows transparency in our justice system.

[00:00:06]  So I'm here to provide an update for what you are well aware is an active shooter that occurred in the Oregon District in the early morning hours of today.
[00:00:15]  The suspect has been identified as a Connor Stephen Betts.
[00:00:20]  He has a minimal criminal history as an adult.
[00:00:23]  His traffic violations, speed, failure control, and failure to yield.
[00:00:28]  He was wearing a mask, a bulletproof vest, and hearing protection.
[00:00:34]  He was armed with a 0.223 caliber-like rifle with 100 round drum magazines.
[00:00:42]  He is 24 years of age and he is deceased.
[00:00:45]  These are outside of Ned Pepper's.
[00:00:48]  It's a Dayton police officer running along the top of the screen to engage the suspect.
[00:00:53]  See the suspect enter the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
[00:00:57]  That's him there entering or attempting to enter Ned Peppers when he is struck multiple times.
[00:01:03]  And he stops there.
[00:01:05]  You see a lot of officers who are entering in from the upper left-hand corner of this screen and begin heading down the roadway there to engage the suspect.
[00:01:26]  Here's one officer there.
[00:01:29]  Another officer coming with a patrol rifle.
[00:01:37]  Additional officers responding.
[00:01:43]  Officer with a sergeant with a shotgun.
[00:01:45]  The Dayton Police Department was forthcoming enough to show us the surveillance video of the perpetrator.
[00:01:51]  This is what the American people deserve in a so-called free society.
[00:01:56]  In stark contrast to this, we were shown very little in El Paso, Texas.
[00:02:02]  The El Paso Police Department reported multiple reports of multiple shooters.
[00:02:08]  The El Paso mayor reported three suspects in custody.
[00:02:14]  One eyewitness claimed the shooter was wearing all black and had a mask on.
[00:02:18]  What else did you see?
[00:02:19]  Did you see people running out?
[00:02:20]  That kind of thing?
[00:02:21]  I even saw the guy with the gun.
[00:02:24]  I saw him twice.
[00:02:26]  What did he look like?
[00:02:27]  Was he Dren Anglo?
[00:02:29]  About six foot.
[00:02:33]  He had an AK-27.
[00:02:36]  Was he dressed in like military, all black, all black?
[00:02:40]  He had a mask.
[00:02:41]  You could see his eyes.
[00:02:42]  Another eyewitness claimed seeing three to four shooters.
[00:02:50]  And Anna Giaratelli, Homeland Security reporter for the Washington Examiner, claimed a law enforcement source in El Paso told her a second suspect was killed when the police responded to the Walmart shooting.
[00:03:04]  But within hours, without any investigation, we were shown only still images of the Walmart surveillance video, an arrest made blocks away from the crime scene, and a snapshot taken by Police Sergeant Cardenas.
[00:03:22]  We were told within hours that Patrick Crucius acted alone.
[00:03:27]  His supposed manifesto was uploaded to the internet the same morning.
[00:03:33]  And his My Life social media page was altered the same day to change him from a registered Democrat to a registered Republican.
[00:03:43]  There seems to be no investigation, and yet the FBI is now assisting the El Paso Police Department.
[00:03:51]  Why?
[00:03:53]  Only a fool would accept this as justice.
[00:03:57]  The transparency demonstrated by the Dayton police when they released the surveillance video is exactly the sort of justice we should expect from our law enforcement.
[00:04:07]  Will the FBI release the Walmart surveillance video, putting all these claims of multiple shooters to rest?
[00:04:16]  Or will it be another Las Vegas?
