We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
My goal is to keep the focus on our mission, on the indispensable work each of you is doing every single day.
And in my view, this is the best way to avoid dragging the Bureau deeper into the fray while reinforcing the values and principles that are so important in how we do our work.
You can run, Chris Ray, but you can't hide.
We know what you did to innocent Americans, whether it was January the 6th, whether it was pro-life protesters, or whether it was innocent parents at school board meetings.
Your resignation may protect you from the limelight, but then afterwards, Kash Patel and Pam Bondi and President Trump will want to see justice for all Americans.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We have an unbelievable show for you today.
The third hour will be with one of the bravest medical practitioners who is a whistleblower against the transgender barbarity occurring in America against our children.
We'll be joined by my former White House colleague Sean Spicer later in this hour, then one of the world's greatest drone experts.
What is happening over the skies of New Jersey?
And then a very special guest, one of the parents of the hostages from October the 7th will be in studio.
He is visiting from Israel.
But to start the show, no monologue today because I am delighted to have somebody who I deem to be a personal friend, one of the greatest patriots alive today, a man who...
We might need to have around the environs of the second Trump administration, former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and a national security advisor to the 45th President of the United States, General Mike Flynn.
Thank you for coming in studio.
Absolutely.
This is great.
Real honor.
So, can I get your reaction to the Ray statement?
I mean, I think there's a sigh of relief across America right now that he's going to be gone here very soon.
And obviously, the best news is that Kash Patel is going to be the replacement for him.
The guy they say is gone.
I can tell you that all of the mainstream corporate woke media, all the crying of tears, I have had all day in the last 24 hours so many people within the FBI that I know that have gotten a hold of me and said, You wouldn't believe the sigh of relief inside.
So all the things that he's talking about, I think one of the things that Cash is going to have to be aware of, and I know that it is happening, is he's going to try to do some things before he departs.
And some of those things are to promote people that are You know, sort of in his likeness into key positions.
And I think that everybody in the FBI right now that's there, everybody needs to just take a deep breath because we're going to have a new director coming in, sort of new chief, new sheriff in town, and to return the, you know, the fidelity, bravery, and integrity back to the FBI. Because, I mean, look at the IG report that just came out today about January 6th.
You mentioned Planned Parenthood.
I mean, all of the things, the biggest National security threat right now is the lack of trust between the most senior federal law enforcement organization in the country and the American people.
I mean, people just don't trust the FBI anymore.
I mean, it's almost zero.
So, you know, I could go on and on about that, but I'm glad that Ray finally made that decision.
He needed to.
And anybody that sits out there and says, you know, the director of the FBI or anybody in the executive branch of the government, everybody in the executive branch serves at the pleasure of the President of the United States.
They're not these independent, you know, organizations out there on their own island out there.
These are serving at the pleasure of the president of the United States.
And if the president of the United States, in this case, the incoming president, President Donald J. Trump, comes in, and it's clear that he's chosen the path that he wants for, you know, his America First agenda to make America great again, Kash Patel is going to be that.
And Kash Patel is probably the most qualified of all FBI directors that have come in in the last, I mean, probably since the beginning of the FBI.
And we have to move on to the state of the U.S. military, but I have to get your reaction to...
One of your successes as a national security advisor, John Bolton, this individual has even lied about what Cash's position was in the NSC. He said he wasn't a senior director for counterterrorism, which is a job I have been offered.
And he was.
Why would somebody who says they're a Republican lie about one of their colleagues in the White House, General?
Yeah, I think everybody that is served around the swamp of Washington, D.C. is concerned about what Cash may do as he gets into the leadership role of the FBI. And I just leave it at that.
John Bolton should be worried.
Okay.
That's the clip.
John Bolton should be worried.
All right.
You served with distinction for decades in uniform.
You rose to director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, and then as a civilian, the NASSQ advisor.
I have to have your reaction to this clip of the former vice chief of the National Guard, Major General Randy Marma, who, well, he was challenged by Senator Kennedy, and it is perhaps one of the most shocking testimonies I have seen in recent years.
Play cut.
Duty, honor, respect.
You talked about that in your opening statement.
On October 14th of this year, you went on CNN. I want to read you what you said.
Make sure I'm accurate.
Here's what you said.
President Trump is not like any sane leader.
I'm very proud of General Milley for saying that President Trump is a total fascist.
To Bob Wood, if he as chairman of the Joint Chiefs is calling the president a fascist, I'm so proud of him for breaking that barrier.
The challenge is because most MAGA Republicans, they don't understand what fascism is.
The reality is that they are in fact fascists themselves.
Did I read that accurately?
Senator, I am happy to discuss my personal perspective with you separately at any time.
That's not the purpose of the hearing today.
Did I read that accurately?
I'm going to cut it off there.
Is that why we elected President Trump?
You know, the level of contempt that Randy Manor, General Manor, former number two of the National Guard Bureau, the National Guard Bureau, former number two, the level of contempt that he is showing in the display of arrogance to the American people, never mind to the somberness that Senator Kennedy was asking him about, is absolutely outrageous.
And I think people need to understand that this is the type of culture that is permeated into our military.
And, you know, it goes down deep.
And so when we start at the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and we go throughout the, you know, the Flag Officer Corps, right, the Admiral...
Down to that cadet at West Point who had the Che Guevara t-shirt.
Exactly.
And so I think that what we're seeing is we're seeing now with this particular testimony and the description by this You know, this guy who was number two in the National Guard Bureau, General Manor.
I mean, to me, it's outrageous and it's something that all of us as Americans need to understand that when Donald Trump takes over the presidency, it's not just reforming some of the institutions, it's changing the culture back to patriotism, back to love of America.
I mean, the idea of America first and making America great again is about the patriotic spirit.
It's not about, I mean, Hey, I'm a Make America Great Again guy.
And I know what fascism means.
And I tell you, Donald Trump is one of the greatest patriots, one of the most historic people that we have had in the history of our almost 250 years of this country.
Now, I know you're going off to some very important meetings in D.C. We've got 50 seconds left.
I'm not going to talk about positions or titles.
Are you prepared to support President Trump's second term in some faculty?
Absolutely.
You heard it here.
You heard it here.
Follow this man.
He's grinning.
I'm not going to say anything else.
At Jen Flynn.
Follow him right now.
Lieutenant General Mike Flynn, former National Security Advisor.

Mics are up.
Okay.
Yep.
Okay.
70 seconds.
Mm-hmm.
So Brinkley is some kind of historian, Jeff?
Yeah, he's another one of those presidential historians that goes on there and just rips Trump.
All right, come in.
Oh, do you have the Prison Fellowship video?
Yeah, it's top.
One second, yep.
Three, it's just under 30 seconds long.
Can you play it?
Download it.
Yep.
Angel Tree Christmas is more exciting, especially for the kids.
Okay, good.
Come in with that.
Yep.
How you doing, Sean?
20 seconds.
So amazing.
Good.
Alright, two segments.
We're going to have some fun.
Angel Tree Christmas is more exciting,
especially for the kids on the letters that they receive especially for the kids on the letters that they receive
from the dad and the gifts they're receiving it from him.
And the most exciting part is the letter that's read out to them from Angel Tree sponsors from the dad.
They'd be excited about that.
And also the gift, but the letter writing is most exciting.
That's really important.
We focus on the gift, right, because it's Christmas time and the angel tree provides Christmas gifts from an incarcerated parent to their child, but also a note, a letter of love from that mother or father so they're not forgotten.
It's really a beautiful thing.
Will you support the children who otherwise will have a less than ideal Christmas?
It's $30 per child.
They receive the gift, a letter from their parent, and a Christmas Bible.
Please be generous.
Go to my website, sebgorka.com, and click on the Change a Child's Christmas banner at the top, or call in your donation, 888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.
Angel Tree, the banner at the top of S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com.
He is one of the nominees.
He is not Senate confirmed, and he's having fun.
This was Tom Holman earlier this week in Chicago, Cut 8. Chicago's in trouble because your mayor sucks and your governor sucks.
And we're going to start right here in Chicago, Illinois.
Now, if your Chicago mayor doesn't want to help, he can step aside.
But if he impedes us, if he no one harbors and conceals an illegal alien, I will prosecute him.
Tom is coming.
It's a little bit different from the first Trump administration.
How different?
Let's ask the man who was at the podium fighting the fake news press.
A good friend of mine, a man who's worn the cloth of the Republic and still serves his nation.
The host of something called the Sean Spicer Show.
Sean, welcome back to America First.
Always good to be with you.
Thank you for joining me earlier this week.
The audience never gets tired of Seb Gorka.
Dr. Gorka comes through every time.
And by the way, I kicked off the week with Tom Homan on the show, then you.
I mean, I'm on a roll.
Well, I know my episode was the greatest episode you've ever had, but let's not talk about me.
Look, I don't want to undermine us because we are, you know, plank holders, to use a Navy term, of the first Trump administration.
But the second one...
I may steal that.
That's...
Oh, wow.
Well, you are a Navy dude.
I love that.
Trump adds plank.
I may make a coin or something.
I like that.
All right.
As long as it says copyright, Dr. G at the bottom, you can use it.
All right.
Plank holder.
You are a plank holder.
I'm a plank holder.
And I don't want to denigrate us, but we were facing scumbags inside the building like John Kelly and Vindman.
He's not even inaugurated.
You look at him ringing the bell.
Do we have that?
We've got to have that.
We'll show that video for the second segment of President Trump ringing the stock market bell.
Second president only after Reagan.
So as an insider, as a former plank holder, they're not even in office yet.
But this is already a very different Trump administration, isn't it, Sean?
Oh, God, yeah.
I'm quasi-jealous of you.
Because...
So first of all, yeah, I mean, I'm still fixated on this plank owner thing because I've been a plank owner in a unit.
I helped commission a ship.
But this commissioning a president, I mean, God, I've got so many wheels spinning in my head.
All right, stop thinking about making money and branding, okay?
Whilst we're suffering on the inside on our government paycheck eating government cheese, you can make the money with the coins.
But talk to us about the difference between OG plank holders and the second round.
Okay, so a couple things.
Number one, what is different?
In 2016, when we won, they immediately tried to demoralize us, that it was Russia, it wasn't legitimate, it wasn't a win of the popular vote, et cetera, et cetera.
The corporations, the media demeaned the administration.
It was a fluke.
This time, I'm going to say this on my show at 6 o'clock tonight.
Think about today.
Think about today.
Time Magazine cover.
Opening of the New York Stock Exchange.
Zuckerberg.
This is how Zuck bucks should be spent, Seb.
One million dollars.
And by the way, one million, you owe him a lot more than a million of Zuckerberg donation to the inaugural committee.
Give me a break.
You got Pete Hegseth making a mockery of West Point after they tried to, you know, Go after him.
You got the FBI director saying he's going to step down.
The FAA administrator saying he's going to step down.
I mean, it was a great 24 hours for Team Trump.
Corporations, media...
Hold it there for a second, because you have the institutional knowledge, because you've been in Republican politics for how many decades?
Like, what, three decades maybe, right?
So...
And I am an immigrant.
I only came here 16 years ago.
But to me, the alacrity, the rate of knots that nominees, hearings, announcements, ambassadors, this is not the usual speed, is it, for an incoming administration?
No.
The thing that people don't realize, and this is sort of the untold story right now, Donald Trump didn't sit around and play golf for four years after 2020. They have taken—and this is the three Ps—the people, the process, and the policies—and took four years and said, if we get a shot at doing this again, how do we get the right people in there?
How do we get the right policies in there?
And then how do we execute that with the right process?
How do we know where the mines are going to be laid for us so that we can achieve without having people in the deep state and the bureaucracy come after it?
And I'm telling you, I've said this before.
Normally it takes three months for an administration to get up and running.
This is going to take him three seconds.
This guy is going to hit the ground running.
If you want to know, I mean, here's what I've told everybody.
Blackout from 1201 the afternoon of January 20th through the rest of the day because he's going to be on fire.
So what does that mean for the next couple of weeks?
Look, I'm quoting conventional wisdoms, but it looks like it's turned a corner for Pete Hegseth.
I'm not saying smooth sailing, but how is the Senate going to behave in January, Sean?
This is another thing.
I told someone the other day, Seb, I said, don't ever use norms and Donald Trump in the same sentence.
Because...
Pete Hegseth went out there and brilliantly pushed back and said, when you come after me, you're coming after MAGA. You're coming after the president's base.
You're coming after the president's attempt to shake up the system and disrupt it.
And I think that day after day, first of all, I was appalled at this notion that he's not qualified.
Two bronze stars, a tour in Gitmo, Afghanistan and Iraq, the head of a veteran service organization, Concerned Veterans for America, degrees from Princeton and Harvard.
Yeah, maybe you can hold that against him.
I mean, but beyond that, why is he not qualified?
Because he didn't come from the defense industrial complex?
Bingo!
Bingo!
Because he wasn't on the board of Raytheon, Sean.
That's why, you know.
And that's one of the reasons I don't talk about my time at Harvard because I like to shred my time there.
Six o'clock tonight.
Watch it.
No, hang on.
I'm talking now.
We'll stay on for the next segment.

He's a plank holder in the OG White House.
We need to get him for the second one as well.
Sean Spicer, you did...
I'm writing that down, by the way, because I'm getting to the age where I'm not Biden yet, but I do forget.
OG plank owner...
Copyright Sean Spicer.
Copyright Sean Spicer.
He's going to steal it from me.
Just watch him, guys.
You did a really good...
You're geeky and nerdy, but you do it in a way that's interesting.
You did this whole episode on my predictions for the Electoral College, which was fascinating.
You know, we've got the image.
How accurate were you eventually?
Because you were like, here's the numbers.
He's going to win.
You got it pretty close, didn't you, Sean?
No, I got it exact.
That's because you're a plank holder.
And the best part is, so I'll tell you two things.
Number one, the best part is, it's all on tape.
For weeks, we did it every Wednesday with the road to 270, and we went through every one of the 50 states.
So we nailed it, 312 electoral votes, every single state.
Nebraska too, Maine too.
But here's why.
Because I'd love to say I'm that smart.
The only thing that I can say that I'm really smart about is listening to people who are smart.
And where the media got wrong, and I got all these phone calls, Sebastian, and people would say, how did we miss this?
And I'd say, we didn't, you did.
Because I had people like Ashley Hayek on the show who works for America First Works.
They were knocking on doors in Michigan.
I had Jessica Anderson from the Sentinel Action Fund.
That was doing stuff on the ground in the battleground states.
And they would say, here's the data.
Here's how many doors were knocked.
Here's how many low propensity voters reacted.
And they would share it to me.
I'd have Seth Keschel on the show who would talk to me about registration numbers, early vote numbers.
I had Scott Pressler on.
And so when I did the analysis of every state, I would simply say, okay, let's talk about Pennsylvania.
Here's what the Sentinel Fund has got from data, you know, that their data says.
Here's what America First Works says.
Here's what Seth Keschel is saying the data suggests.
Here's what Scott Pressler is saying, how many doors he knocked.
There's no way that Donald Trump can lose this if all of these things are true.
It was data-driven, right?
And that's the problem, is that the media doesn't—number one, they have no understanding of how the process works.
Number two, they have a lack of curiosity about how the process works.
And number three is they don't want to believe it.
Well, and they don't go out there and, you know, actually pound the pavement.
Sean, the website is Sean Spicer.
Let's put the numbers up again.
This is the only question that really matters for me because, you know, the team is ready.
The band's getting back together with certain exceptions who are just too lazy and want to stay outside.
And we're going to crush it.
But if you look at this figure, does the Republican Party, especially in the Senate, You said the media doesn't believe it.
Does the Republican Party in the upper chamber believe it?
And are they going to behave in the requisite fashion?
They will.
Some of them for the right reasons.
Some of them because they're being forced to.
And that's what I find fascinating, is that the election revealed where the party is, the support that Donald Trump has for so many of these particular issues.
You saw just now CNN put out a poll that said 55 percent of Americans approve of his transition.
So the real number is probably a lot higher.
And so what that means is why, if you're a senator on the Republican side, Wouldn't you want to act in accordance with that?
I want to give you one interesting statistic.
All right, you got 40 seconds.
Go.
Okay.
When Biden in 2020, not a single Democratic senator voted against a single member of the Biden cabinet.
Not one.
Not one.
Ever.
Why are we sitting around with a 53-seat majority kind of going, oh, I don't know if I like Pete Hegg said.
These numbnuts got Dennis McDonough to be the VA secretary who's never served in the military, never worked with a veteran service organization.
We got Mayor Pete, who ran 66 buses in South Bend, Indiana, and we want to have a conversation about qualifications?
Are you kidding me?
Grow up.
Vote for the guys.
Get over with.
I don't know if the FCC allows the broadcasting nationwide of the phrase numbnuts, but we're about to find out.
Tune in tonight, 6pm, the Sean Spicer Show.
He is an OG plank holder, but is he going to be in the second administration?
We're working on it.
We're going to get out the tranq gun and we're going to tranquilize him and drag him in.
Follow him at Sean Spicer.

These people donate millions of dollars every year to courses you believe in.
The First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the sanctity of life.
Oh, and school board candidates who actually won their elections.
Okay, two and a half minutes, just need titles for everything thus far.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, yeah, thanks. thanks.
Okay.
Okay.
Alright, so...
General Flynn, what is the thing he said?
You opened with Ray, and then you talked about...
No, no, no, no, but he said something, and I'm like, oh, crap, did I not write it down?
You've got to review it because you said something before the general that was really important.
Oh, crap.
How did I not write it down?
I actually said it on air.
This is the title for the segment.
It was the thing about, whatchamacallit, Bolton.
Something about these idiots.
Bolton should be worried.
Yes, that was it.
Was that it?
These people should be worried.
Are you sure that was it, Jeff?
It was definitely John Bolton.
Okay.
John Bolton should be worried about...
About...
Just should be worried?
Yeah, should be worried.
All right.
Spicy.
50 seconds.
Plank holders.
No, no, no, no, no.
President Trump's been planning for four years.
No, they don't realize, colon, Trump's been planning for four years.
Bless you, Alex.
He's been planning for four years.
Any cuts you want to use here?
No, calls.
Calls.
Alrighty.
Oh, good cut, too.
Thank you.
Thank you.
that's where it's going to be emanating from, from Kash Patel and the people he brings in, And I think it's unfortunate that Ray could have stayed in maybe three months, six months in, and then perhaps backed out.
Is that meant to be like a smart person, Jeff?
Who is Douglas Brinkley?
What does he do?
He's another presidential historian that just trashes Trump.
Ken, if you're a historian, you should know the English language, right?
You would think.
And I keep asking this question.
Revenge is done by people who?
Where something was done wrong to them.
Right.
It's the opposite of persecution.
It's something bad was done to you and it's payback time.
I guess he's admitting that President Trump was done wrong?
That's the point that they miss when they bring this all up.
And this has been this campaign they've been on for six months talking about this too.
I guess they're very, very stupid.
Your calls next here.
The call board is absolutely full.
Coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios with me, your host, Dr. G. But it's Mark 2. We're good to go.
Find out for yourself.
If I could do it, so could you.

Noah, Atlanta, line one.
Hey, thanks for having me on.
Go ahead.
I just want to talk about some of the things that are starting to come out regarding the FBI on January 6th.
Yep.
You've got to be quick, dude.
We've got people lining up to talk.
Come on, come on.
Sorry.
I think that it's just weird how he didn't talk about how many FBI agents.
He just refused to answer the question.
Of course he did, because we found out today the truth.
It's the headline on the report I just posted to Twitter from the Daily Wire.
Inspector General says FBI had dozens of informants in D.C. on January the 6th, including in the Capitol.
Noah, it's there.
It's out.
Okay, Noah, you're doing something else.
Get rid of him.
Randy, line two.
Randy, don't irritate me.
Come on, you're up.
Yes, sir.
Hey, I'm worried about these drones flying around.
My wife's a duck hunter.
She's taken her Mossberg 12-gauge instead of her SIG out there because of all these things flying around.
I want to know, sometimes she even uses her duck call on me when I start...
Talking about it.
I come in the house and Dr. Gorka said this and she'll go, wah, wah.
You're making fun.
Don't make fun.
This could be a very serious issue, Randy.
12 gauges isn't going to reach out very far, though.
But we will be talking about it.
What is going on with these drones with one of the leading experts out there, Brent Velikovic, in the second hour.
So, Randy, stay tuned to this channel.
Let's go to Sally in Cleveland, line three.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
We have an idea for a t-shirt.
Go ahead.
Terrace beware, Gorka is back.
I like that, but it doesn't rhyme, Sally.
Okay.
Well, and while we're relieved that you've been appointed and we were anxiously awaiting to hear that, we'll miss your strong, husky voice to shred the mass media hype and also to make us laugh with your sense of humor.
But we'll hear from your youth Katie and Jennifer Horne, so we look forward to that.
And we wish you well, and thank you for all you did.
That's very kind, my strong husky voice.
I've never been described as husky.
That's very kind.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Stay on the line.
Let's reward people who compliment me so nicely.
And talk about my humor.
I never think about having a sense of humor, but I like that.
Let's give her the Kamala, you're fired t-shirt.
She's going to get hers for free.
Stay on the line, Sally.
It's President Trump, his Uncle Sam, with his famous phrase, Kamala, you're fired.

Let's go to Rita in Omaha.
Mr. Gorka, just a little note here that Franklin Delano Roosevelt, he had a fireside chat every so often so people could hear him on the radio.
And I think when Mr. Trump gets into the White House, he should do that.
He should have, like, go on television, maybe keep people up to date on what's going on, what he's accomplishing with what the Biden administration destroyed.
And I think that would go really well towards the 2028 election.
I think, you know...
I think I've mentioned this on the show, but maybe not, Rita, and thank you for your kind call.
Jeff, there's a Salem colleague who will remain nameless who said that I should do at least an hour a week from the White House, maybe interviewing members of the Cabinet.
I first said, that's crazy, and then I thought about it, and I thought, that's a really interesting idea.
You know, like Roosevelt, doesn't the president or somebody who works for him have to have some kind of regular thing talking to the nation?
Yes, that would be perfect because you need to bypass the media as much as you can.
And should it be like the president doing something very official in the Oval or should it be a little bit more loosey-goosey with other people from the administration?
Not from the Oval.
Make it more loose because he's real.
That's what people like about him.
He's more real.
Yes.
And should it be him all the time or him and other people in the administration?
Him and other people, kind of what people are doing.
But you make it one official YouTube thing, like an account.
Yes.
That's it, right there.
That's kind of your series.
I like that.
And maybe we could do it on X. Did I just call it X? On Twitter!
Maybe finally Elon gets that video component that he's been wanting to have for so long and you launch it with what?
With President Trump's weekly address.
A little bit of loosey-goosey, maybe from the Navy mess, maybe from the Southern lawn, maybe just from one of his meetings, his events, one of his cabinet meetings.
Imagine if you did it just before a cabinet meeting.
That'd be so cool.
Just have that little, you know, peek behind the curtain of what the president and his team are doing for you.
Alright, I'm sorry.
I'm taking this idea.
I will give full credit to the person who came up with it when I pitched it inside the White House.
But you know, I think it's actually rather, rather, rather clever.

Good.
Thank you, Lord.

And I just want to say I've never been a celebrity worshiper in my life.
I've liked people.
I've respected people.
But I almost get tears in my eyes when I hear Donald Trump because I believe the man is a true hero.
And that's...
I don't...
Like I said, I'm 65. I've never been a celebrity worshipper.
I wouldn't walk across the street for 99% of the people out there.
But Donald Trump, I'd walk over glass for.
Well, he is a hero.
Just look what happened to him in Butler and what he put up with for the last nine years are absolutely rightly right.
Carlos, Houston, line three.
Hello, Brother Dr. Gorka.
This is Brother Carlos calling from Houston, Texas.
Yes.
Yes, sir.
I have a question and or suggestion concerning what to do with all the illegal immigrants that have entered, especially under the Biden residence at the White House.
I imagine, Doctor, that there is a lot of...
It would be very...
Expensive in terms of time, energy and money to deport them and to find countries and everything.
I'm wondering if we cannot imitate perhaps at your suggestion to the president what Nayib Bukele is doing in El Salvador after he captured all the criminals.
They're working the land, they're working in factories, they're producing and they're really paying their debt to society.
I'm wondering after they are vetted if it's possible to keep No, we're not doing that to the detriment of Americans.
I'm sorry.
We can't have 16 million illegals take the jobs of Americans.
No, I'm sorry.
Bukele can do what he wants, and in most cases those are hardened criminals who are used in the equivalent of chain gangs.
But no, we have to have sovereignty in America, and we have to reinstitute the rule of law.
And these people either need to be deported or deport themselves.
I'm sorry.
It is hard enough in America for Americans to get a decent job.
We're not giving it to people who came here illegally.
But thank you for your recommendation, Carlos.

There's something so polished.
Polish isn't the right word.
It's...
On point, forward-leaning about the whole campaign.
Look at this footage from this morning.
Not only is President Trump standing there ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange, only the second president ever, the first being Ronald Reagan, to do so.
Eric, describe what is behind.
Look how Milani is beaming.
I thought this was like somebody photoshopped it in when I saw it this morning.
What are the giant pictures behind President Trump?
I didn't realize it was real either.
It is two different copies of the Time magazine cover for which he was named Man of the Year for the second time.
I mean, just somebody, Jeff, somebody, I'm sure it's the president who thinks of it and says, hey, I want like six foot versions of that cover behind me.
And then, oh, tell the stock exchange we're just doing it.
It's just, I don't know, is slick the right word?
Today, yeah.
But let's be honest, this should have happened the first time he was elected president.
Of course!
He had a businessman, he had the most anti-business president ever before him for eight years.
Right!
They should have been celebrating it right away.
Are you excited about round two?
Yes, but today was eight years too late.
Oh.
Trust Jeff to just...
Okay, somebody who's not too happy about the time of the year thing is that sad man who has been rechristened Don Lamont.
Jeff, what did you say?
Why is he not looking at the camera here?
What is his putz doing?
Because this is supposed to be his meeting with his producers, and he just happened to find this out.
This is just natural reaction right here.
So this is completely unstaged, of course.
Yeah, because you always film it just in case something happens.
You know what I mean?
Like we do.
We film every production meeting we have.
Don't give Eric more work to do.
Oh, Guy, we don't need more work to do.
Don Lamont, just naturally a little candid behind the scenes.
Oh, yeah.
Cut 10. You have someone on the cover of your magazine who is an adjudicated assaulter.
You have someone who inspired an insurrection.
You have someone who, without a doubt, the evidence is there, tried to overturn a free and fair election.
You had someone who had multiple criminal counts and found guilty on multiple criminal counts.
And you name them person of the year.
Is this a joke?
Did we get something wrong?
Did someone scam us?
Are we sure about this, producers?
There is a convicted felon on the cover of Time Magazine as the Person of the Year.
Maybe we're being scammed.
Did someone put out a fake tweet or something about this?
Jeff, he doesn't look too happy.
He's just playing a part.
He could care less.
But are we meant to feel sorry for him?
What is the purpose of that video?
Well, he's kind of a man without a home right now.
He really has no job, and you can tell he's been trying now.
He's trying to do anything he can to go viral.
I remember he was making fun of Melania Trump when she put up the video about the assassination attempt.
Right.
All that type of stuff.
Is he, like, trying to look for relevance like Geraldo is?
They're about the same, yeah.
Does Geraldo have a job?
I think he's at CNN now.
Really?
Yeah.
I mean, at 80, it might be the time to pack it up.
Well, hang on.
I mean, come on.
Those shirtless selfies in the bathroom.
I mean, really.
And not a hack.
Did it on purpose.
No, no, no.
Yeah, on purpose.
This is the latest performance from that clown.
He's got the Bolton mustache.
Geraldo, who is not happy about my friend Kash Patel trying to be relevant much, Geraldo.
I don't know a lot about Kash Patel.
I've never met him as far as I know.
All I know is that he seems to me, from what I read and what I see and hear, is that he's part of the, if not the chairman of, the lunatic wing, the Steve Bannon, Alex Jones wing of the MAGA movement.
Alex, I'm going to try and be diplomatic.
You are the in-house diplomat.
When you're about to call somebody the chief lunatic, does it look good when you say first, I don't know much about this man, but?
No, not a good look.
He should look in the mirror, actually.
Yeah, yeah, maybe it'll crack this time.
Eric, can we remind the world what Geraldo is most famous for?
Do we have that amazing piece of journalism that he accomplished a few years ago with Al Capone's Vault?
Here's a portion of the secrets of Al Capone's Vault.
Now what, if anything, that vault contains, we don't know.
This is an adventure you and I are going to be taking together.
But when all was said and done, all I'd found was an old stop sign and a couple of empty gin bottles.
It seems, at least up to now that we've struck out with the vault, I'm disappointed about that, as I'm sure you are.
Then I swallowed my pride and kept my work.
I promised all the critics that if we didn't find anything, I'd sing a song.
So, Chicago, Chicago, that problem.
All right, I'm going.
I'll see you.
I was humiliated and deeply embarrassed.
Then the next morning the ratings started coming in, and the telephone in my hotel room where I was hiding out would not stop ringing.
The mystery of Al Capone's vault was, and still is, the highest rated syndicated special in the history of television.
Yeah, but you know why?
Because you're a loser.
That's why.
Because people wanted to see you embarrass yourself, and you did.
Let's go back to President Trump, this incredible second mandate and the campaign, the latest.
What a stroke of genius.
What did he just do?
He invited Xi Jinping, the Premier of China, to attend his inauguration on January the 20th.
Listen to Newt Gingrich explain why this is such a genius move.
Look, we understand that China is our greatest competitor, a very real threat, and that they do a lot of things that are cheating.
We all understand that.
But for, and I frankly doubt if he'll come, but if he does come, the physical image for the whole planet Of the Chinese and American leaders side by side on the day of the inauguration would be a signal of such power centralized in Washington with the Capitol.
And then Clist and I will be there and it will be an extraordinary moment.
I mean, it was going to be anyway.
This would make it really remarkable.
So I kind of hope he comes.
All right.
Think of that.
Our greatest rival invited to demonstrate what a peaceful transition looks like in a republic.
Wow.
And if he doesn't come, he, Xi Jinping, looks weak.
Incredible, incredible.
Can't wait for January 20th.
Can't come soon enough.
In the meantime, I do believe it's Thursday.
Let's squeeze in a couple of calls.
Antoinette, California, line four.
Merry Christmas, Dr. G, Senior Director of Counterterrorism and Deputy Assistant to our President Trump.
Hi!
How are you?
As of 1201, don't jump the gun, but thank you kindly.
Merry Christmas, my friend.
What would you like to discuss?
Well, first off, though, Dr. G, as a side note, you know this, I think you guys need to do that radio program when you're with the president once a week, and I have a title for the segment, because you, as well as President Trump, you guys are so human, and that's what we love about you.
You guys are straight shooters.
I think you need to call the segment this, At the Speed of Trump.
And it's once a week and that's it.
I agree with Mr. G. I think I've heard that phrase before, at the speed of Trump.
It's a great idea.
Thank you kindly, Antoinette.
Merry Christmas.
Let's go to another stalwart of plank holder.
Ray in Livermore.
Dr. G, once again, congratulations on the promotion.
And I hope you won't forget us little people out here and come to see us from time to time.
As the president said through that McDonald's drive-thru window, there are no little people.
Thank you, Ray.
What else would you like to share across the nation?
Well, when you're sharing pictures and images of Geraldo Rivera, don't forget his topless selfies.
They come very close to Anthony Weiner pictures that he...
Willingly put out on the internet that are just...
You're trying to ruin my afternoon.
I mentioned it once.
It is a photograph that can curdle milk.
But yes, Geraldo Rivera.
What is it Chris Blant says?
His real name, Jerry Rivers.
The only things Jerry Rivers will be remembered for is his embarrassing shirtless selfie in the bathroom mirror that wasn't a wiener hack.
He actually posted it himself.
What an embarrassment you are.
And even worse than that, the great Al Capone safe-cracking non-event.
That is who you are.
You're a clown.
You and your moustache.
Maybe you and John Bolton can create the Mustachioed Clown Club.
Next up, a very special guest I met for the first time yesterday talking about what is happening in the Middle East and its relevance to the United States.

The great Chuck Colson's organization every year helps children who have an incarcerated mother or father whose Christmas will not be as joyous as it should be.
Remember what our Lord and Savior told us.
You help the imprisoned, the widows, the orphans, the children.
For just $30, one of these girls and boys will receive a Christmas gift on behalf of their imprisoned parent with a note from that mother or father and a children's Bible.
It's truly one of the most beautiful things you can do this Christmas.
More than 70% of these children will end up in prison themselves and we want to break that cycle.

It's probably shocking to most of you out there that the events of October the 7th are more than 430 days ago.
The greatest slaughter of innocents, of Jewish ethnicity and religion since the end of the Shoah, since the end of the Holocaust.
And the most shocking thing is that the hostages are still being kept by the jihadis and Some of them are American.
I am grateful, I am honored that my friends at the FDD, the Foundation for Defense of Democracy, especially Mark Dubowicz, connected me with some of the families of the hostages, and I got to meet them yesterday in Congress, and we are honored to have one of them with us here today, Ruby Chen.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you for having me.
So first things first, let's talk about it.
What is this number that you've got stuck to the lapel of your jacket?
So those that are old enough to remember, in 1979 there were also US hostages held in an embassy in Iran.
And those of us that remember, there was that small box On TV that each day that number would change.
So we decided to adopt that and have a number on us to remember that how many days have passed since the last time that we have spoken to our loved one.
And now it's 433 days.
And we met yesterday and it was 432 days.
And you change it every day.
Every day.
Will you tell us about your son Itai?
Yeah, we are New Yorkers.
We spend most of Itai's life living in Israel.
My wife, a proud Israeli, she preferred to live in Israel than living in the States.
And at the age of 18, Etai could have gone to college in the States, but living in Israel and the values of the Jewish people and American values, by the way, decided to go and join the IDF and protect the Jewish people,
something that was not possible in the Holocaust that enabled the Holocaust to happen and he at the age of 18 joined and he joined the tanks division and he on that October 7th he and his team were based at a base on the border of Gaza in order to protect civilians there was a ceasefire in place and they were surprised even though so his base was under direct attack by the Nukbot
The elite SWAT team that they had.
His team was able to mobilize themselves.
In the aftermath, we got a hold of the black box of the tank, so we know what they did.
And they spent a good couple of hours doing what they were supposed to do.
Fighting to protect the innocent.
And doing some more, and a bit more of that as well.
After a few hours contact was lost with them, we and the family at home, we had no idea what was going on.
It was total chaos.
We were on the dock for about five days, not knowing what happened to him.
After two days we went to a command and control center.
That the police set up, and we said, okay, where's Itai?
And he was not identified by anybody that would say, oh, I see him physically standing next to me.
He was not in one of the hospitals, and he was not in one of those lists that nobody wants to be on.
So you just didn't know?
He was an MIA, missing in action.
And he was missing in action for a couple of days until we got a knock on the door Thursday morning.
The attack happened on Saturday, so I would ask any parent to understand what that means.
And I would ask any parent, do you know where your kid slept last night?
Simple question.
So we need to endure that for five days.
And then we get a knock on the door where the IDF notified us and the other families as well that were part of the tank.
It was a tank of four team members.
One was found inside the tank, pinned down, killed.
The three others disappeared and most likely were taken hostage to Gaza.
And we understood that the battle of that tank ended after a couple of hours, but a new battle needed to begin, which was the battle of the families, the hostage families, to bring our loved ones back home.
And that battle is still going on.
And it's a difficult adjective to say battle, because you would have thought that it would be so intuitive for the Israeli government, but even more so, the United States, where these are U.S. citizens that would be able to bring its citizens back.
And here we are standing, Sebastian, still...
What is the fate?
What do we know about Itay, your son?
A long time we did not know anything.
There was no forensics inside the tank identifying anything associated to him.
And we thought that if there's no bad news, then somehow he survived because we knew that others survived that Holocaust that happened that day.
And we advocated a lot.
We've been to Washington many, many times, and we've gone, I myself have gone to Qatar.
My wife is a German citizen, so we've been to Germany as well.
And Itai is also a German citizen.
And unfortunately in March, we got another knock on the door.
This one was less fortunate.
And we were notified that Itai most likely will not come back alive.
How old was your son?
19. He's a kid.
We're talking to Ruby Hen, and we're going to talk about the continuing plight of American Israelis who are being held hostage, and also a statistic that you will probably be unfamiliar with, how many Americans were killed in Israel on October the 7th.

He is the father of somebody who, you know, very specifically, Itai, you said, you don't have a body back.
You don't know if your son is dead, this 19-year-old IDF soldier.
So he's still a hostage, and he's still an American citizen.
Will you share what you told me yesterday in Congress?
How many Americans...
We're killed on October the 7th, because we still have hostages today.
How many were killed on October the 7th, Ruby?
So, you know, I see the hats of President Trump.
It says a number that we all know, which is 47, which is President being number 47. For us, it has a different meaning.
That actually is the number of U.S. citizens killed on a single day on October 7th by this terrorist organization, Hamas ISIS. And that is the single largest terrorist attack on U.S. citizens.
If you want to take out 9-11, you need to go back to the 1980s.
And I ask ourselves, as Americans, where's justice for that day and those 47 U.S. citizens that were killed?
It's probably a fact most Americans are not familiar with, that so many died.
So next time you see those hats at 47, the government has another meaning for it.
You gave me a yellow pin and a yellow armband.
Bring the hostages home now.
You gave me a...
Dog tag as well with the same message.
47 Americans killed that day and still Americans in captivity, correct?
Seven U.S. citizens in captivity.
All right, so let's talk about how we bring them back home and the power of what happened on November the 5th.
You and the other family members I met with yesterday spoke repeatedly of President Trump's announcement.
We're going to put it back on the screen right now.
Everybody is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely, against the will of the entire world in the Middle East.
But it's all talk and no action.
Let this post serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20th, The date that I proudly assume office as president of the United States, there will be, in capital letters, all hell to pay in the Middle East and for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against humanity.
In the last 433 days, Ruby, how important was that message from the man who will be the president?
Enormous.
And that is the type of language that we've been missing since this atrocity and tragedy happened to us.
And the United States needed to Make a very simple yet forceful demand, not request, demand from those savages that if these U.S. citizens do not come out by then all hell will happen to them.
Unfortunately the tragedy of it is that these savages believe that holding U.S. citizens is an asset.
Instead of a liability.
They need to understand that if these citizens are not released by October 7th, if they think that the Israeli's going after them...
By January 20th.
January 20th.
If they think that the Israeli's going after them, it's a big deal.
Wait till the US comes after them.
But you do not want it delinked from the other hostages, so it's the American 7 plus all who must be released, correct?
According to the framework that is in place today, we begin with the women and the elderly, and then it is the young men, and then it is the IDF soldiers and the deceased.
So the U.S. citizens out today on captivity actually are part of those different categories.
So the thesis is that if the U.S. citizens come out, that means everybody else comes out.
And that's what we want.
We want all of them out.
Bring them home now.
I'm going in for the president to run counterterrorism, and I say right now in front of three and a half million listeners, we are shoulder to shoulder with you, with the people of Israel, and we understand that your fight, you used the words correctly, your fight and we understand that your fight, you used the words correctly, your fight against barbarity is our fight as well, because it is civilization God bless you, and we will not forget.
Last words.
We are coming up to Christmas and Hanukkah.
You know, it's a time of family being together.
We don't want to have an empty chair at our table again this holiday.
And I ask everyone to pray for us and for all the families that we can be united and be whole back again.
And God bless you.
It is the right thing.
Families reunited.
God bless you, Ruby Khan.

What's the latest?
It's called de-linking.
It is a plan to give a $32 billion windfall to Big Pharma and to make sure you have no control over the cost of your prescriptions.
We can't let this happen before January the 20th.
Let your voice be heard.
Let's stop Crazy Bernie by going to pharmawindfall.com.
That's pharma with a PH like Big Pharma, pharmawindfall.com.
You need to control the cost of your prescriptions.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Conservatives for Lower Healthcare.
Alright, what's going on with these drones?
Is it aliens?
Is it China?
Well, chill!
Carball Kirby says everything's okay with our buddies in Beijing.
Cut seven.
We've worked really hard on this most consequential bilateral relationships.
The President met with Xi Jinping a number of times, including recently, and as you know, at APEC. And we believe that as we get ready to turn over things to the Trump team, that we're turning over a U.S.-China relationship that is in better shape than the one we found it in.
Oh, really?
I don't remember.
Hey, help me out, Eric.
When we were in the White House the first time, did we have, like, Chinese balloons flying over everywhere?
No, that happened under Joseph R. Biden Jr. Well, maybe that's what he means by relationships were better because the Chinese military got to do whatever they want.
Right?
That's diplomacy, I guess.
One way of looking at it.
It's not the way we look at it at America First.
What is going on?
I like to follow the rule.
Never comment until you've got some basic intel in.
However, we did like to talk to people who actually understand the topic area.
Let's bring a renowned expert on all things dronage out there, Brett Velikovic.
Welcome back to America First.
Hey, brother.
Thanks for having me back.
I appreciate it.
Now, you've got to be careful.
You're a national security professional.
All initial reports from the battlefield are wrong.
I'd like to wait a few days.
There are drones.
They're over sensitive sites.
The Defense Department says, oh, chill.
There's no Iranian motherships.
What is there that we know before the aliens take over and it's Independence Day?
I don't even know where to start with that one, my friend.
You know, at this point, I don't even care if it's some big U.S. government conspiracy or this is in fact some Iranian-Chinese adversarial drones.
I'm more just concerned about the lack of transparency on behalf of our federal government and their inability to even want to alleviate the public concerns at all.
It's just unacceptable.
You've also got these local government officials that, frankly, need to stop saying that there's no known threat unless they really know that.
So, in one hand, we've got the Pentagon coming out telling us, hey, we're aware of the drone situation.
They're not U.S. military drones.
We don't know what they are, but, hey, they don't pose a critical threat at all.
Don't worry about it.
Like, how do they even know that?
There's just confusion across the board, and all it does is just showing, one, how vulnerable we are as a nation and how there are a lot of gaps in our defense infrastructure to where they can't figure out for sure if these are even drones at all just— Kirby came out and said we haven't even been able to confirm the original reports from the public.
So let's talk about what has been stated about them.
And you'll verify or say whether or not it is verifiable at all.
They're bigger.
They're bigger than the drones that common usage makes you think of, like, you know, little camera drones.
They're illuminated until they are quote-unquote spotted, and they seem to have the capability to realize they are spotted, at which point they switch off their illumination.
And, according to reports I've seen, they're not emanating any kind of radio transmissions.
Which means they're either, you know, powered by some kind of GPS technology or pre-programmed.
Is any of this verifiable?
What are you hearing?
Are these extraordinarily large?
Are they reacting to being detected?
What have you seen, Brett?
It's all in the art of the possible right now.
I've spent the last couple of years on the front lines of Ukraine and I'm seeing just the innovation in the drone space and everything that they're saying is up there is stuff that has already been built either by the Russians, Ukrainians, the Chinese.
The ability to send a drone, what they're calling now the size potentially of an SUV or car, and even some smaller drones thousands of miles away and be able to control them nowhere near the location they're being potentially spotted at is all possible.
This technology exists today.
Right, but it's probably...
And again, you're the expert.
The appellation is at the drone warrior, at the drone warrior for Brett.
But wouldn't you posit it's a nation state actor?
Because if you're talking about SUV sized drones, that's serious money, isn't it, Brett?
It is.
It is.
But every single day, those costs are getting lower and lower.
I could right now, if you wanted to, do the same exact thing to foreign countries for stuff that's commercially available on the market, very, very cheap technology.
But yes, the size of these drones make it sound like it could be a nation state.
We know China has these mothership drones that can fly with other drones attached to them.
Thousands of miles away and extend the relay signals on these systems.
They have protection GPS type protection systems to make it difficult to pick up the frequencies or jam those types of frequencies.
But there are a lot of other sensors that we could employ to figure out what this is.
The problem is we don't have that counter-drone technology very widespread.
The New Jersey State Police isn't going to have the fancy systems that are being used in Tel Aviv right now to detect Iranian drones.
But we need to change that because this is just the beginning of more situations where we're going to have more drone technology flying over American territory.
We've got 30 seconds left with Brett Velikovic, drone expert at the Drone Warrior.
Intelligence is not science.
It is also an art form.
If you had to give your best take what the origin of these aircraft or these unmanned aerial vehicles is, what would you say the best bet is, Brett?
If we're going with a theory that it's adversarial, I would say that we're looking at something from China or Russia that has the ability to collect intelligence data.
People think drones are just about high-powered cameras.
That's not the case at all.
We can put special sensors on there that pick up cell phone signals, pick up IP addresses.
Sniff out nuclear radiation, pick up frequencies.
That's not hard.
All you have to do is fly over an area for a few minutes and the damage is already done.
That information is going back to the intelligence centers back home.
And if it's not an adversarial nation, it's probably the anti-Elon Musk's rich guy who just wants to have fun at our expense.
Thank you, Brett Velikovitch.
Merry Christmas.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Are you going to get a good night's sleep over Christmas?
My muse has got a suggestion.
Katie, talk to us about Z Factor.
Okay, I will say, if I don't take it, I'm up at 4. And I love that time with the dogs, but I'd rather be asleep in bed.
So when I take Relief Factor, I actually sleep till 6, even 7 o'clock in the morning.
I tell you what, I'm a much happier camper.
So am I. Get a good night's sleep.
One of the most important things you can do, order your Z-Factor bottle at 1-800-4-RELIEF or go to relieffactor.com.
Where are the drones coming from?
Where are the mega drones coming from?
Kirby also said they're a man today, but they're not drones.
He's such an idiot.
He's such an idiot.
I wouldn't trust that guy to walk my dog.
he's such a moron for Luby Luby I think a drone has far way less budget compared to a fighter jet.
So, for example, if there is a manufacturer who could do more than a thousand drones, possibly that thousand drones could take down a fighter jet for sure.
Well, yeah, absolutely.
It's cheaper than a manned aircraft, but a giant drone the size of a bus is not cheap.
That's the point I was making, right?
You can buy a drone for $70 on Amazon, but it's not going to be the size of a bus, and it's not going to have a payload.
That's what's intriguing about these giant drones.
I didn't even know they were that big.
Well, the balloon was huge.
The balloon is cheap.
A big balloon is cheap by comparison.
A drone has to have engines in it.
It has to have a power supply.
Well, the balloon was also way higher in the air, so it's harder to see.
Yeah, it's much, much easier to fly super high.
20 seconds.

We're waiting very patiently in California.
Mike, line one.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Obviously, as people have been discussing, it's absolutely necessary for Donald Trump on day one to issue executive order, just totally abolishing all of the diversity, equity, inclusion, and critical race theory, indoctrination, and brainwashing throughout the entire government that Joe Biden initiated by executive order.
But Trump needs to go beyond that.
He needs to do the deprogramming training programs to teach the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, That we are to be judged by our behavior, that we're all created equal under God or by God, that we have equality and liberty and in rights and alienable rights given to us by our Creator.
So I think Donald Trump should require that everyone, as a minimum, everyone who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution must get training in what's in the Constitution because they swore to defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic, when most of them, probably almost all of them, don't even know what's in the Constitution.
So they need to be trained.
And they need to be tested before they can perform their official duties.
So you're just talking about people who work for the government?
Yeah, well, actually, that should be done through the schools.
Here's another thing, I think.
Before Donald Trump abolishes the Department of Education, he needs to use it to first reverse all the damage the Democrats have done, brainwashing the children to think communism is better than freedom.
But conservatives don't do that.
We don't do that.
We don't believe in big government.
I'm not talking about being a libertarian.
But, you know, government officials, sure, you can have, you know, civics classes for them.
But you really want Washington running the education of the schools across America?
That's the opposite of what conservatives want.
We want to get rid of the Department of Education, Mike.
That kind of deprogramming, if you want to call it, I just call it civics, should be done by the states and the municipalities.
I agree, but what I'm saying is before Donald Trump abolishes the Department of Education, he absolutely should do that.
I think he should at least try to reverse...
He has to reverse the orders and mandates that were issued by the Department of Education.
He has to make it clear that schools...
Well, just get rid of them.
You don't have to reverse them because then what you're doing is, you know...
Big Brother's going to fix it.
Well, conservatives don't believe in Big Brother fixing it.
Dismantle what the left has wrought and then allow it to go back to where it should do, which is the principle of subsidiarity.
This is really important, brother.
I mean, conservatives don't say something is bad, have government fix it forever, because that's the opposite of government.
The old phrase states...
Big government, small citizens.
So, yes, dismantle all the insanity, the executive orders, remove DEI, but don't have Big Brother come in and say, you will do this.
Allow the states, allow the counties, allow the local authorities to do that, because otherwise, you're not really a conservative.
Check out all the America First gear at the website sebgorkastore.com and celebrate.
Have a cigar.
It's really good.
It's called the Teddy Roosevelt, Dr. G.
Next up, whistleblower extraordinaire here on America First.
Music by Ben Thede
Music by Ben Thede
Music by Ben Thede That they were standing in the way of surgery, of surgery.
For prisoners.
For prisoners.
And there was a specific case.
And when I learned about the case, I worked behind the scenes to not only make sure that that transgender woman got the services she was deserving.
So it wasn't only about that case.
I made sure that they changed the policy in the state of California so that every transgender Inmate in the prison system would have access to the medical care that they desired and need.
And I believe it was not only...
I know it was historic in California, but I believe actually it may have been one of the first, if not the first in the country, where I pushed for that policy in a Department of Corrections.
You know, nowadays, with the state of technology and artificial intelligence, when you see something like that, you say, No, no, that's not real.
That's some very adept Trump supporter with an AI tool faking a video of the current vice president saying, yes, the federal government will fund transition surgeries for inmates in federal penitentiaries.
Well, it's not a joke.
It's not AI. It's real.
And I've been saying here for, what, nigh on three years, at least two and a half, that the whole transgender lobby and agenda would be a seminal catalyst, politically, for how people behaved on November the 5th.
And we have the perfect guest to tell me whether or not I'm correct.
She has a very courageous background.
She is a whistleblower on the issue of transgenderism.
She was in the studio recently and now we get to talk one on one.
Jamie Reid, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much for having me today.
So we'll talk about how you think the issue played out politically and what the future is to protect especially minors who have been caught up in all of this.
But for those who aren't familiar with your story, who are you?
What were you professionally?
And what did you blow the whistle on, Jamie?
Thank you.
So, my name is Jamie Reed.
I was working in a pediatric transgender center here in St. Louis, Missouri, as a caseworker, and I have a Master's of Science in Clinical Research Management, so I was also overseeing some clinical research studies.
So, let me let this be prosaic.
What was your job title?
Was it caseworker?
I was the only caseworker, yes.
Okay, caseworker.
Sorry, go ahead.
Which is the equivalent of a social worker's position, but I do not have a degree in social work.
I am a little bit more data science oriented, so have a master's of science.
That'll get you in trouble, sticking to the data.
Carry on.
That is actually exactly what happened to me.
So I worked in the center for close to five years, and what I was starting to see was a number of significant real harms that were...
Happening to our patients, but I also saw that there was just no really rational scientific basis for what we were doing.
There was no real guidelines.
What were you doing?
I mean, I want to really walk through this.
So what were you doing?
What were your colleagues actually doing under the veil of medical procedures?
So we were using puberty blockers in children.
So we were implanting or giving long-term injectable puberty blockers for kids who were in Tanner Stage 2 of puberty.
We were providing cross-sex hormones To children as young as 13, so 13-year-old girls, we were giving testosterone in doses high enough to masculinize their bodies.
And we had patients who were minors who were having surgery as well.
Surgery to remove healthy organs that were characteristics of their innate biological gender.
Yes, primarily we are talking about radical mastectomies, so removing the healthy breast tissue from girls.
And I have to ask the obvious question.
Upon what science was this based?
What is the body of scientific literature that explains in detail how giving a 13-year-old pubescent girl artificial testosterone injections and putting them on a regimen, what scientific data was that done under?
What...
What patterns of medical treatment was this developed under?
So at the time, I believe that we are following really good guidelines written by a path called WPATH, written by a group called WPATH. This is the World Professional Association or Association for Transgender Health.
What I came to understand was that we were basing this on a singular study that came out of the Netherlands.
It's referred to as the Dutch study.
And then also a failed study that was tried to be reproducing what the Dutch did in England.
That study was basically buried and had failed.
And this idea had jumped over to the United States and started in a clinic in Boston called GEMS. But you said, you know, a good study, the WPATH, that the WPATH has made a lot of news headlines in the last six months because of two things.
The WPATH study has in it pretty empirically demonstrable statements to the effect that there is no positive...
There's no pattern of positive consequences to transitioning surgery or chemically.
And beyond that, if you look at the CAST report and the WPATH report, there are statements, you know, prior confidential statements from medical practitioners and doctors saying the parents don't know anything about what we're doing.
They don't understand this.
So even this one body of work seemed to demonstrate, Jamie, that there's no science behind the quote unquote science.
Correct.
There is no good body of evidence that if you look at it from the CAS review as a good example, a systematic level, if you look at it all the way across the board about all of the studies, basically there's such low quality that we do not have any good evidence to do this to children or adolescents in any way, shape, or form.
We don't.
So then what happened?
What did you decide to do?
What did you witness?
What action did you take?
And why is your Twitter handle now Jamie Whistle?
So when I started, I believe that we are operating under good medical guidelines.
And what I started to see, not only were those guidelines themselves shoddy, but this is a field in the US that has gone completely off the rails.
So the physicians that I worked with would medically transition a child based on a child simply saying, I am trans.
So we were letting kids self-diagnose.
Which in turn would then lead them down a pathway to irreversible changes to their body.
And oftentimes, what I was seeing were ethical breaches in basic medical care.
And my Twitter handle is now Jamie Whistle because I became a true whistleblower.
I completed an affidavit with an attorney, and I brought that to my state's Attorney General's office.
I worked with them to file a whistleblower complaint and laid out and provided evidence Of all of the years of harms that I had seen occurring to these kids.
What was the quote-unquote trigger?
What was the event?
Was it just a culmination of things?
Or did you say, okay, I've had it because something just happened?
There was a few things that culminated.
Through the later part of my tenure, I was starting to be told by the clinicians that I was no longer allowed to raise concerns about patients.
So normally in medicine, when you have support staff or nursing staff pointing out ethical failures or harms, those are people that you want on your medical team.
Wouldn't that be part of your job?
It was.
Yeah, it was absolutely a direct part of my job.
What I was doing was what I was supposed to be doing.
But I was told that I was no longer allowed to say I have concerns about a patient.
I was no longer able to basically raise these ethical alarms.
I was, they wanted me to put it in layman's terms, you weren't being allowed to do your job.

How can you help to make Christmas a little bit brighter for very at-risk children across America today?
Well, just listen to Angie, who was once in prison, but then saw how your help made a difference in her children's lives.
I was just forever grateful.
I just had a sense of, like, acceptance and love from the Angel Tree ladies that came.
The program is just amazing.
Just the way they made me and my kids feel.
The program was just such a huge blessing to all of us for several years.
Giving hope, showing love and kindness.
Angel Tree is such a good program.
Just how much they do for our children and loved ones.
Hear the joy in Angie's voice.
Why is it so clear?
Well, because of what you facilitate with the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Program.
There are so many children in America today who will have, well, let's just say a suboptimal Christmas because they have a mother in prison or a father who's incarcerated.
More than 70% of these children will end up in prison as well.
They are in a cycle that we want to break by making them feel...
Just a little bit more love, this Yuletide.
For just $30, they will get a Christmas gift on behalf of their incarcerated parent, a note from their mother or father, and a children's Bible.
It's one of the most beautiful things you can do this Christmas.
Please be a Christmas angel for these girls and boys.
$30 per child, whatever you can afford, will make a difference and may, in fact, save a life.
Go to my website, sebgorka.com, and click on the Change a Child's Christmas banner at the top, or call in your tax-deductible donation to the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794.

Alright, I don't want to get you in any more trouble.
I want to respect the HIPAA laws and no names and what have you, but when you said you witnessed things happening that did not comport with the oath to do no harm or the interests of the patient, give us an example or two of what you witnessed that made you think, okay, this is not medicine.
So the basic premise is that we give these things to kids and their mental health is going to get better.
Right.
First basic that I saw is that most of the time that actually isn't true.
These kids were not having their mental health get better.
They were getting worse.
The puberty blockers, the cross-sex hormones, these kids were just not getting better.
And then I also saw some really tragic cases.
So we did have a patient who had top surgery.
Within three months she called and she said she was no longer identifying as a boy and she was begging the surgeons to have her breasts put back on.
I had patients who we started on testosterone.
Testosterone is a really harsh treatment.
You're not meant to have girls being overdosed on testosterone.
It was destroying their vaginal tissues to the point where we had patients who were bleeding out and needing to have Emergency surgery because of tears because of the testosterone.
We also saw families that were being completely ripped apart.
Oftentimes dads would not want to say yes to these treatments and we would fight them and we would put their kids on these things.
Who's the we?
You mean the medical professional?
Well, I was part of a team.
I mean, I worked on a team and was part of these decisions and these...
I mean, part of being a whistleblower is also acknowledging that I contributed to the harms that occurred for a number of years.
Can we just stop here for a second and just talk about it?
You know, I can't believe I'm asking these questions.
So, you know, we have estrogen, we have testosterone.
What does it do to a 13-year-old girl to pump them full of the male hormone testosterone?
What does it do to them?
How does it change them?
Yeah, testosterone is incredibly potent and these are pretty high doses.
And so right off the bat, we're going to see that their voice is going to drop and their voice will never, ever come back up.
So we were really lowering that vocal cord and scarring the vocal cords on these girls.
Some of the other changes are really difficult to even think about, but testosterone causes the clitoris to grow into a micro phallus.
So we would refer to that as like a miniature penis.
It's not functional, but it would really change what the person's private parts looked like.
And these are kids who probably have had no experience or understanding of what was happening and we were changing their bodies.
What about physically in terms of, you know, face, musculature, bone density?
A beard would start to come in.
We would see the fat actually move around.
So fat would shift from hips to the belly.
You know, testosterone is so potent that it's the one that I actually have almost more concerns about.
Estrogen takes way longer time to see the changes, and it's really hard for some of the boy patients that we are giving just feminizing hormones to see those changes.
But eventually, they will grow breasts.
They will develop breast tissue.
Their skin will change.
Their skin will get softer.
These things are just not changes to the physical body that children have the ability to consent to.
And if you do puberty blockers, I mean, the most famous one, of course, is Lupron.
Lupron was, you know, the on-label use was to chemically castrate sexual offenders and convicted pedophiles in prison, correct?
Yes, you're correct.
And then we go from using it against pedophiles in prison to using it against children and people who think they're born in, quote-unquote, the wrong body, Jamie?
Yes.
So a puberty blocker, when given early, especially to a boy, is actually going to essentially render them sterile for the rest of their life and basically render them...
I've got to ask this question.
Does the doctor say to the 13 year old girl or the 13 year old boy, hey, you're going to be sterile.
No.
So the way that we would phrase it is we would ask these kids, do you think that you want to have your own children?
And if you ask an 11-year-old that, the chances are, the responses we got were either, no, I don't want to have kids, or if I do, I'll just adopt.
That was the way we phrased it.
We did not, when we think about informed...
That's dishonest.
Yes.
Yes, it was.
It was.
Because you're not being truthful.
You're not.
The scientific status is sterilization and being sterile.
For the boys especially, yes.
They will lose all of those.
They will lose their ability to have their own biological children.
And we were taking that away from kids who could not understand what they were.
Well, of course.
What 11-year-old thinks logically about having children?
It's absolute sheer insanity.
Please check out this lady's website, lgbtcourage.org.
We'll discuss that later.
And on Twitter at Jamie Whistle.

Promo code G-O-R-K-A. Okay, so what happened?
How many years have you been working in this clinic?
It's there for four and a half years.
Okay, four and a half years.
And then you say, okay, they've crossed the line.
I'm being told I can't do my job.
I have to be quiet.
You report it to the state authorities.
What happens next?
Immediately, my state's attorney general launched an investigation.
He reached out directly to the university.
He told the university, essentially, you are under watch.
And he actually asked of them to stop.
What eventually ended up occurring is my state legislature took this up, passed a bill to stop these treatments in their entirety, and we have now seen the clinic that I used to work at has been completely closed.
Wow.
And then talk to us about how your life has changed since this happened and what your mission is now, and talk to us about your website.
So my mission currently is to actually see this stopped in every single state in the United States.
So right now we have about half of the states who've stepped up and done the right thing for kids.
We are trying to organize to get all of the other states in the United States on the same pathway.
This is a human rights abuse against children that has to stop.
Any way that we can get it to.
That is what I've been working on since then.
I've testified in other states.
I've become an expert witness in other states.
And I am running a group of other gays and lesbians who are adamantly opposed to pediatric gender.
Let's talk about that for a second, because we've had the people from Gays Against Groomers on.
And for them, let's go back a bit.
So...
Every child has issues around puberty, okay?
It is a maelstrom.
And there are some girls who are tomboys and then, you know, wear dungarees and then grow out of it.
And there are some boys who are a little bit softer, maybe a little bit of feet, maybe they grow out of it, or they become homosexual or they have an identity as a gay man or a lesbian woman.
Talk to us about why this LGBTQ continuum is not a community and why homosexual gay men and women look at the trans phenomena as an assault potentially on their community.
Yes, absolutely.
So you describe me in a nutshell.
I was a total tomboy as a young kid.
I believe I asked for a shovel one year for Christmas.
I was outside all the time.
I was all into sports.
And I really did have distress around my gender and my body, especially in adolescence.
I grew up to be a lesbian.
And it is something that so many...
And if you had been born 20 years later, you might have been transitioned?
Oh, not mine.
I would have adamantly demanded that my parents take me to the center.
I would have been put on testosterone and I would have had my breasts removed.
And I grew up to be a mom of five kids, gave birth to two of them, breastfed.
And I'm a happy, healthy, whole lesbian woman.
And so why so many gays and lesbians are so concerned is that we see ourselves in these kids.
We know what it's like to have early onset gender distress, and we know that these kids need to be left alone.
They do not need any medical interventions, and they need the right to grow up with their fertility, their sexual function, and their endocrine systems intact.
Let me just put it into a little bit of a more geopolitical context.
And I'm not trying to be funny here.
I'm just making a statement.
Why is Iran...
They're one of the leading countries for transgender surgery.
Because they trans the gay away.
Right.
Because in Islam, you can't be homosexual and you will be killed.
You will be killed by the state.
You will be hanged off a crane.
And so, you put it perfectly, they trans away the gay and they say, oh, no, no, no.
No, you're not a homosexual man.
You're a woman.
And that's why there are hundreds of procedures done every single month across Iran.
Why?
Because they are deleting homosexuality.
You don't have to agree with homosexuality, but this is an aspect of the trans agenda that everyone has to be aware of.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, one-on-one.
Be part of the conservative movement.
Yes, we're celebrating what you did six weeks ago.
However, the fight goes on.
Don't fund the other side.
There's only one Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's the one I use.
It's called Patriot Mobile.
The big three are woke.
They're left-wing.
Every single year, they donate millions of dollars to things that are antithetical to your value system, like Planned Parenthood.
You're literally funding abortions with your phone calls and your texts.
Switch today to the company that loves your values.
Glenn and his team are the best.
They have nationwide coverage.
They've donated millions of dollars to the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, to the sanctity of the unborn.
Switch today.
Keep your old number.
Keep your old phone.
We'll get an upgrade.
But Switch today and the first month is on me for free.
Call 972-PATRIOT or go to patriotmobile.com slash Gorka.
Extra discounts for veterans and first responders, but every single one of you who switches just like I did gets their first month for free.
That's 972-728-7468, patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A. I didn't have time to get my guys to pull it up, but I'm sure you're familiar with it, Jamie.
There's this fascinating interview with Richard Levine, you know, this very ugly trans woman who pretends that he's a female admiral in the Biden administration.
And most people miss this interview.
He was at a conference.
And he was asked about why it's so important to support transgenderism and, you know, help children find the real bodies they're in and transition them.
And then 30 minutes later, he says, I'm so glad I transitioned after I had children.
I've seen it.
Yes.
Yes.
And the buried story there is, you couldn't have had children if you'd gone through the surgery before you met your wife, because you'd be infertile, you'd be sterilised.
Can you just...
This is radio across the nation.
It's drive time, so I don't want anybody to be horrified.
But will you talk about, as a person who's worked in the industry of transitioning, who has a master's in these medical data sets, it's not like you go through a course of testosterone and then have your breasts removed and then you're done.
Talk to us about how What the actual reality is of being a...
I'll give the game away.
You are a patient for life, correct?
You're a patient for life, and there are some pretty good studies that show your lifespan is probably going to be reduced.
I've seen up to 10 to 12 years.
So beyond the massive increase in suicidal ideation of those who go through with a transition procedure, you're actually talking about a shortening of the natural lifespan.
Well, if you think about it, we're essentially taking an endocrine system that was created to be...
A hormonal system, yeah.
Right, to function, and it's already functioning, and we're intentionally, we are intentionally causing an endocrine...
I mean, I feel like I'm in some kind of, you know, what is it in the comic book world?
Bizarro world, you know, where Superman is evil and, you know, the Joker is good.
Because I have to stop for a second, I'm thinking...
We have issues.
We're surprised that pumping people full of the other hormone that isn't the determinative hormone for their actual biological gender, we're surprised that that's gonna create problems?
It causes a lot of problems.
I mean, when you give testosterone to women in those high doses, we see their cholesterol changes.
We see them become pre-diabetic.
Their weight sometimes will balloon.
We will see a bleeding disorder where they will get much higher levels of red blood cells.
We just see that the system itself goes into haywire, and that is what we're doing.
It is a process to make the outside look one way while we essentially send the inside into a state of chaos, intentionally.
And what the problem is, is that that is not really what doctors are set out to do.
We're supposed to set the body to home.
So here's the thing that I, and I've never had a satisfactory explanation from all of, you know, the handful of brave people are fighting back like Chris Elston, Billboard, Chris and yourself.
These people are supposed to do no harm.
They're supposed to follow the Hippocratic Oath.
They're supposed to serve their patients and to help better their health.
How does somebody who has the letters MD or DO after their name How do people like that?
I'm going to be brutal here because I can deal with terrorists.
I've watched the videos, the full videos of what happened on October the 7th and people being burned alive and decapitated with hand tools by jihadists.
And that's one thing, right?
But to actually say you are a doctor, you're in a clinic, you're in an OR, and you are picking up a scalpel and removing the healthy breast tissue of a girl, how does that person Get to call themselves a doctor.
And I don't buy what I've heard that they're just trying to fit in.
For me, there's no difference between that and being Mengele, the angel of death, in a Holocaust camp in Nazi Germany.
So you were on the inside.
How does somebody who says they're a doctor literally mutilate a child?
So this became practice because of a myth.
So that myth is the concept that the choice was this person would commit suicide or a doctor would do this to their body.
That was what was presented.
That was the ethical dilemma that doctors actualized.
And the MDs just said, oh, well, yeah, I believe it, that this girl who wears dungarees is going to jump off a building, therefore I'm going to cut her breasts off?
Yes, I mean, the science does not hold up, and we know now that this is a myth.
But even back then, I mean, it's just like common sense.
You don't remove healthy organs.
I know it's kind of a joke, but the comedian says, well, when I was eight, I wanted to be a pirate, and I'm glad my parents didn't cut off my leg and give me a peg leg and knock out my eye.
I mean, the myth may be a myth, but it's a laughable myth.
It is, but this is sometimes what goes so very wrong in science.
The question, which I think, what, was in Jurassic Park?
Nobody bothered to ask, should we, when we figured out that we could?
I mean, when these hormones were first discovered, when we started looking at how you could do some of these surgical changes, the doctors found out that they could and they never paused to think, well, should we?
And that's why, as a society, that's why we vote for people, and that's why we as people have to stand up and bring back into alignment some of these ethical things that can go very, very wrong in medicine.
And I'll also point out to your listeners, they're paying for these things.
Our Medicaid, our Medicare right now, TRICARE, is paying for these things to happen to kids.
Yeah.
Okay, so let me just go back to the thing I said 40 minutes ago.
And I don't want to put you in territory you don't want to talk about, you know, if politics is off the menu, but do you think that this issue played a part in the election on November the 5th?
Because my contention is that a lot of people who didn't see themselves as political said, hang on a second, I'm sorry, that six-foot-three hairy swimmer is not Leah.
He's actually called Will or, you know, having...
Congresswoman Mace, a rape victim, a rape survivor, not be able to go into the women's restroom in Congress because trans.
This has to be an issue for a lot of people who don't see themselves necessarily as political.
Oh, this absolutely was part of why the election went the way that it did.
And this is also what the Democratic Party actually really needs to figure out a way to reckon with.
They are on the wrong side when it comes to the science on this, and they are on the wrong side when it comes to protecting female-only spaces and sports for women.
There needs to be a reckoning, and I think that the party is...
Is really put itself in a really tumultuous position where they can make the decision to be on the side of science.
And most people agree with my position, this should not be occurring.
Or if they're going to continue to bend to a tiny sliver of activists, I think that they're going to see themselves continuing to lose.
Well, we salute you for what you're doing.

I don't think we're necessarily very much aligned, either in our sexual identity or maybe even our politics, but I salute you, Jamie Reid, for being a warrior and for telling the truth and potentially saving the lives of untold children.
I presume you feel confident things are happening.
Numerous states have stepped up and said, no, you're not going to do this to children.
What is the way ahead?
Is it a state-by-state thing?
What can the role of federal government be?
Is it just parents who have to be engaged?
I think one of the most powerful, you know, constituencies in America are the grandparents.
So give us a couple of tips in the last two minutes we have with you.
I really hope we will see some movement at the federal level.
So the federal level could bring about some changes to what is being funded.
Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, what is required by insurance, all of those things could have a way to stop this.
I am afraid, though, we're going to see this on a state-by-state level.
And yes, it's primarily in the blue and purple states that we still need to go in and fight one by one.
And actually, it's not just the parents.
It's the whole community.
It's not just grandparents and parents.
It's the whole community that cares about kids stepping up and saying, this ideology does not need to be in our kids' schools.
Kids do not need to be taught about gender identities in elementary school or even high school.
We need to get this rooted out, and that is going to require all of us knowing what's going on, being educated, and then being courageous and being willing to step up and say something.
I want to editorialize one thing, and you tell me if I'm crazy.
I think five years ago, I mean, let's say before Chris started what he started, like four or five years ago, this was on nobody's radar screen except a handful of people.
Now it may have helped determine an election in America.
That in and of itself should make us feel good, shouldn't it?
It should.
Absolutely.
And I don't think it maybe changed the course of this election.
I know that it did.
This is a voting.
This is a powerful thing.
This is about not only kids' safety and health, but about our whole society.
Are we going to protect, say, spaces for women?
Are we going to protect sports?
These things that are so important to so many people, we have to be the ones to step up and protect them.
A wise person once said a civilization is judged primarily by how it treats the most vulnerable in their society.
Widows, orphans, our Lord and Savior told us, you prioritize the prisoners, the children, the unborn.
