Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
The jury has reached a unanimous verdict in the case of Daniel Penney.
He's been found not guilty on the charge of criminally negligent homicide.
Now remember what was at stake here.
The jury could not agree on manslaughter.
They failed to agree twice.
The judge gave them another bite at the apple on this lesser charge.
Negligent.
That is the breaking news of this morning.
It's not the only breaking news.
Hey, Jeff, shouldn't things, like, slow down a little bit?
I mean, President Trump isn't even president yet.
Well, it kind of seems like he is, if you paid attention over the weekend.
You mean how everyone in Paris related to him, right?
Yes.
And don't you love it that the alpha handshake is back?
Little Macron getting his arm broken by President Trump?
Little different than the last four years.
Did you see?
Did you see Jill Biden?
How she looked at President Trump in the cathedral?
Well, I think she was happy to see a guy that doesn't fall asleep in public.
He was a little bit more than that.
I mean, her face, she actually looked pretty.
She was smiley.
She was happy.
Do you think there's something going on there?
What's going on with her?
It's got to be the cologne.
We'll talk about that.
Did you see Prime Minister Maloney with Elon?
No, I missed that one.
Oh my gosh.
All right, we'll share the photographs with you later in the show, but we have so much to talk about.
With regards to Elon, I'm just going to play this straight up.
It's nine seconds long.
Okay, so bear with me.
You know, Elon's everywhere, you know, supporting the president with Vivek, walking around the halls of Congress last week with his kid on his shoulders, who he took.
Didn't he take the kid to Notre Dame?
I think he did as well.
Anyway, this is his...
Four-year-old son who's been hanging around with Elon in the swamp and they're in the back of the limo and they just have a little chat.
Cut 13. What should I do?
Save America.
And?
Help Trump.
Okay.
What should I do?
Says Elon Musk, who's a little kid.
Save America.
And?
Help Donald Trump.
Guys, that's why we're here.
If you love America, God bless that little boy.
God bless Elon.
God bless Vivek.
All right, I want to talk about something, but let's continue with the breaking news because this happened just a few moments ago.
Don't know whether he just has a very Italianate name or whether he's actually an immigrant to the United States, but the murderer of Brian Thompson, the UnitedHealthcare CEO, has been apprehended in Pennsylvania.
His name is Luigi Mangione.
Luigi Mangione.
Looks very, very young.
People have already located his social media.
My team is already locking down and downloading all of the social media because you know what happens.
Eric, welcome back, Eric!
What happens when these shooters are finally identified?
What usually happens to their social media?
It's so weird.
It mysteriously just gets Thanos snapped into oblivion.
It just vanishes off the internet with no traces whatsoever.
Yeah, he said Thanos snout for you of an older generation.
It does.
It just kind of just disappears in a puff of smoke.
So hopefully my guys will save all of his LinkedIn profiles, all his social media, because he's out there.
Unlike the shooter from Butler, Pennsylvania, this individual had some social media, and we will be sharing with you what you need to know about the person who...
Like something out of a bad, bad movie assassinated that CEO on the streets of New York just last week.
All right, what else do we have to talk about?
Well, Notre Dame, absolutely splendid.
That occasion, I mean, think about it, 2019. That symbol of our civilization almost burned to the ground accidentally because of what some repair work, some materials that were left inside the cathedral, a 900-year-old symbol of Judeo-Christian civilization restored, repaired, and who represented America wasn't Joe Biden.
It was Jill sitting in the front row with President Trump and If you haven't seen the reactions to President Trump, how the Prince of Wales received him at the British Embassy in Paris, how Maloney received him, it's as if he's already president.
Truly, truly quite incredible, despite the fact we have 43 days to go.
And in those 43 days, we need things to stabilize a little bit in the Middle East because the other breaking news of the weekend is the collapse of the 50-year murderous Assad regime in Syria.
The jihadi rebels, the Free Syrian Army elements, Druze, militias, and others have managed after many, many years of civil strife in that nation to force the Bashar al-Assad out of the country.
And he, of course, no, it wasn't a plane that went down, all of this conspiracy theory garbage.
Where is Assad today?
In Moscow.
Yeah.
The mass murderer from Damascus is being given soccer, aid and asylum status by Vladimir Putin.
Now, we're going to talk about this next hour, what it means for America, and the significance of how those events relate to October the 7th.
Because this isn't just something happening 9,000 miles away that's irrelevant.
It is part and parcel of the terror threat, the global jihadi threat, and is connected to what's happened to America for the last four years with open borders.
It is about Syria, but it's about the Middle East.
It's about the recredescence of Very, very bad organizations who, under the cover of revolution and justice, have organized themselves into militias to remove Assad.
They say they're going to protect the minorities and the Christians of the region.
Right.
Yeah, because that's what jihadis do.
They protect minorities.
No.
We're going to analyze all of it and explain what the significance of that is.
But let's listen to the updates of where he is.
Cut 15. This is the Fox News update.
He didn't die in a plane crash.
He's hiding in Moscow.
For the first time in more than 50 years, Assad's regime, minority run, no longer in power.
The ousted dictator arriving in Russia, where he's been granted asylum, according to the Kremlin.
As President-elect Trump calls on Russia to take the opportunity and end the war in Ukraine.
Why would Russia do that?
For all of the quote-unquote America firsts who see Vladimir Putin as some kind of exemplar of leadership, why would you give asylum status to the head of a regime that has bombed its own citizens into the dust?
Look up the Hama massacre, what his father did 40 years ago, what he did recently, and also look at the fact that it's a client state.
Syria, until this weekend, was a client state of Russia and provided a perfect...
Smuggling route to the biggest state sponsor of terrorism in the world, which is, of course, Iran.
So things are bubbling.
Things are in motion.
One regime has fell.
President Trump is not interested in intervention.
Remember what he said in this campaign, in the last campaign.
No more stupid wars.
No more forever wars.
But we need a region that is stable.
We need the jihadis of that region to either be neutralized or simply incapable of doing damage to Americans here on U.S. soil, whether it was 9-11, the Boston bombing, on and on and on.

We're not, quote, we're not waiting for January 20th.
Turn.
Didn't Hank Newsome do something against BLM?
Why was he in the news?
Hank Newsome, ah.
He said burn it all down, right?
He was a co-founder, I thought of it.
I thought he criticized the main organization, all those women.
He criticized them for laundering money.
But then he said burn it all down or something, right?
I think.
I don't remember.
10. BLM's Hank Newsome calls for violence.
11.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Ever wondered how moronic at Christian Welker is?
Question mark.
Just listen.

You gotta love at Elon Musk's son.
You mean 13, right?

It may just be starting with a present, but our goal is for it to be a ministry of presents all year round.
Minister of Presence all around.
That is the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Program that gets Christmas gifts to the vulnerable boys and girls across America who have an incarcerated parent behind bars this Yuletide.
It's $30 per child for them to receive a Christmas gift on behalf of their imprisoned mother or father with a note from their parent and a children's Bible.
Will you be a Christmas angel this Yuletide?
It's one of the most beautiful things you can do for these vulnerable children.
Please donate today.
Be as generous as you can.
These kids are really vulnerable.
More than 70% of them will end up behind bars themselves.
We want to break that cycle and make them feel a little bit more loved.

There is no, unless it was Daniel Penny himself, but apart from that, there is no better guest we could have on the show to discuss the incredible news this morning than America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani.
Donnie, Merry Christmas.
Rudy, are you there?
Yes.
Yes, I'm here.
You just cut out for a second.
All right, so I've got to ask you, as a victim of lawfare, as a person who has advised and represented President Trump in his lawfare travails, were you surprised by this morning's news about Daniel Penney?
I'm afraid to say that I was surprised by it, particularly after what the judge did on Friday.
In which he virtually told them to convict them with an Allen charge that was way prejudiced toward the racist Mr. Bragg.
And then, you know, when they came back, I expected if they were not going to convict them, they'd take a while.
Yeah.
And they'd be hung.
They were very quick.
And the minute I heard they were coming back, my heart sunk.
And then immediately I heard, not guilty, and I just let out a yell.
I'm I'm in Florida, and I let out a yell they could hear in New York.
It's one of the first really strong acts of justice I've seen.
And just our citizens in the most left-wing part of America rejecting crass racism, which is what this was all about.
Bragg is a Soros-bought, purchased, and funded incompetent district attorney.
He doesn't even try his own case as he's such a coward.
And he's created havoc in New York.
I mean, you could attribute deaths to him of black children, for example.
But in any event, this case was completely damaging.
I mean, it discourages people from helping other people on the subway.
How much of this echoes for you, Mr. Mayor, back to the subway vigilante and the Bernie Getz case of 1984?
This man who protected himself was attacked by a gang, one of whom had a sharpened screwdriver.
Is this like Getz Mark II, Mr. Mayor?
Yeah.
The BLM, Soros, Obama, Biden, whoever you want to put in charge of this...
A program of racism has taken us back to a different kind of racism, but it has the same manifestations.
People are not going to allow themselves just to be humbled and beaten, and they're going to react.
And some aren't.
Some are going to be afraid.
So someone like Mr. Penny is the kind of person we want to encourage.
We want to encourage people to help other people.
And we don't want them to delay too long because it'll be too late.
The man was screaming out, I'm going to kill you.
I'm going to kill you.
I'm going to kill you.
On which one of those do you decide, I better act because the next time I act, somebody may be dead.
Yeah.
And he is a person with 55 arrests.
And the only reason he's on the street is because we have a sick left-wing set of laws in this city, starting with Mario Cuomo, that reversed all the good that I and Mike Bloomberg did.
We have about 7,000 to 10,000 criminals that should not be on the street in a civilized, lawful And they wouldn't have been on the street when I was mayor.
You mentioned BLM. This is fresh from right after the decision from the New York court.
This is their New York leader, Hank Newsome, who seems to be inciting violence.
Cut 10. We need some black vigilantes.
That's right.
People want to jump up and choke us and kill us for being loud?
How about we do the same when they attempt to oppress us?
Right.
I'm tired.
Tired.
We need some black vigilantes, and we need to do the same to others?
Yeah, I mean, it's a little hard for me to hear that since I'm indicted when all I did was speak out on behalf of my client and proclaim that he had a good case of election fraud in Arizona and Georgia.
He's inciting people to violence.
Now, he has a First Amendment right to do it.
He's got to go a lot further than that to incite to violence.
Just like the people who they tried to frame for January 6th had to go a lot further.
But I mean, this is outrageous what he's doing.
Now remember, Black Lives Matter stands for kill the police.
Every rally they had, pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon.
That's one of the two main premises of Black Lives Matter.
Kill the police and break up the nuclear family.
Get rid of the father, get rid of the mother, and make the child the property of the estate at two years old.
That's not a black agenda.
That's a Marxist agenda, as you know.
And Black Lives Matter is two things.
It's a communist organization.
They admit it.
And...
It's a kill-the-police organization.
Yeah.
No, these are the people who have admitted, the founders, Patrice Colos, have admitted that they are quote-unquote organized Marxists.
We're talking to the former mayor of New York.
We just call him America's mayor right now.
Follow him at Rudy Giuliani, host of Common Sense with Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
I want to keep him on for one more segment to talk about.
What advice he's going to give to Pam Bodney and Kash Patel.
But right now, I would like everyone out there to support him because you know what they've done to him in terms of lawfare.

And.
I'm just gonna ask you outright what advice you give to Pam and to Cash.
Well, very simple.
I mean, in the case of the FBI, it's got to be cleaned out much more thoroughly than we think.
We love to say it's just at the top.
No, I just can't stand it when Hannity and other people say that.
It's not the top.
It's riven through.
It's riven through.
Yeah, yeah.
It's not everybody, absolutely.
But it's a lot deeper than just the top.
Right.
Also, when an FBI agent goes along with orders to...
Let's pick an example.
Arrest Roger Stone dressed up like Gestapo.
He should know better that you don't dress up as a Gestapo.
And you just refuse to execute those orders.
Whether it's the pastor in Pennsylvania, you just say, no, we're not taking SWAT teams.
You got it.
It's just wrong.
It's just wrong.
That's what we expect.
That's what we've always expected from the FBI. Right.
That's what I expected for them when they worked for me.
I never expected them to carry out an illegal order for me.
Right.
Or an improper order for me.
I mean, it's a little deeper than you think.
And the resolution should be, just don't make any mistakes.
Get rid of all of them that you think.
Well, my question is going to be a little bit more technical.
Yeah, my thing is going to be a little bit more technical.
Because really, the FBI should be doing...
Counterintelligence to catch spies and the really heinous federal stuff like hostage taking and whatever.
Shouldn't all the other missions be given back to the states or to other agencies?
I think that would be a very good thing to look at.
I mean, I would not oppose a very serious reorganization of the FBI and even a new name.
The name is frightening to a lot of people now.
Yes, yes.
That's really good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
They've trashed their constitutional rights.
And if they are going to be a law enforcement agency, then it should be very strictly for federal laws, and they should work either very closely with or under the jurisdiction of the U.S. attorneys.
Yes.
Right now, the FBI is this strange in the Justice Department, but the FBI director is sometimes more important than the Attorney General.
Right.
He's not.
And when it was Jim Comey, he really thought he was the Attorney General.
Yes, he did.
He even thought he could decline prosecution and did and fixed the Hillary case.
You know, part of the problem is we didn't prosecute them.
I really do believe that.
I believe in the deterrence value of prosecution.
Not vindictiveness, but you prosecute Hillary, you prosecute Comey, you prosecute McCabe, Strzok and Page, That's all five of them.
Maybe we would have stopped it.
Might have stopped it all.
All right, so I'm going to ask you technically how you do that with regards to statute of limitations.
Do you get them to testify in Congress, catch them in a perjury?
I'm going to ask you on air.
We've got 40 seconds left, and we'll walk through all of these in quick order.
All right, my pillow on the top, and then we're going to go to the mayor.
Did you see Cash from Capitol Hill?
It's exciting.
He even picked up his phone when I called him today.
He said, I'm Capitol Hill.
I was like shocked.
He is terrific.
Terrific choice.
We're saying Merry Christmas again.

GiveSendGo.com slash Rudy.
It's clear from our discussions, Mr. Mayor, in the break that you're a big fan of Pam Bondi for AG and especially Cash Patel for the FBI, who is walking around Congress right now, meeting with the movers and shakers to make sure his confirmation is as smooth as silk.
When I was in the White House, Mr. Mayor, There's so much corruption in this city, but I came to the conclusion that the worst of the worst was the DOJ, truly a hive of political actors, and then we have the FBI who just do the bidding of the Democrat Party.
Getting rid of the director and replacing the leadership on the seventh floor at the FBI or at main justice is not enough, is it, Mr. Mayor?
Not by a long shot.
I mean, it has to go deep into the organization.
Certainly the Washington office Totally has to be rethought.
The reduction of functions is really, really important.
Even if you get rid of personnel, but you keep functions, other people might be likely to come along and distort the use of those functions.
I like the idea of getting foreign intelligence Even the internal version of foreign intelligence out of their hands.
They should be policemen, law enforcement.
How about this?
Akash had this idea on my show that I thought was really intriguing.
Strip them of their law enforcement authorities so they're carrying guns and badges, but allow them to investigate federal cases that can then be handed over for prosecution so it's not You know, you lied to a federal officer, General Flynn, and we're going to charge you with a felony.
Shouldn't they just go back to investigations and not be doing intelligence or counterintelligence?
I think I was saying the same thing.
I think they should be.
I mean, there are a lot of ways to do this.
I found the most effective, and this sounds rather egotistical, when they work for me.
I used to put them, when I did my big cases, I would put the police and the FBI together in a task force, and they worked for me as my detectives.
That's how we brought down the mafia.
When you were doing prosecutions in New York.
Yeah, because I had good friends on both sides.
Judge Webster, I had worked with for two years in the Reagan administration, so he allowed me to do that.
I had become very close to the police commissioner.
And I really, you know, bridged the gap in the police working.
So NYPD, nobody better on homicide.
National investigations, spanning state lines, nobody better than the FBI. A U.S. attorney in New York is almost every case is going to be spanning.
I needed both.
And I needed them working for me like a detective squad does in a DA's office.
Right, so make them accountable and make them do real jobs.
You said something fascinating in the break that I think I have to completely, completely concur with.
So many Americans are just afraid now of those three letters after what we've witnessed in the last nine years, FBI. Break it up?
Change the name?
How do we get Americans to trust federal law enforcement, Mr. Mayor?
I think changing the name will help not only with the public, it'll help with the law enforcement officers.
There's always a tendency, you know, a couple of years from now, if somebody wants to overstep, to start thinking about what they did in the past.
And if it's a different agency with a different history, a different charter, it's going to go a long, long way.
And someone wrote a great column this week that just getting rid of bureaucrats is not enough.
You've got to get rid of functions.
You've got to get rid of functions because if you get rid of the bureaucrats and you keep the functions, somebody else will come along to do the same thing with those functions.
So I think this idea of dividing them into different functions, making sure they're in the right place, supervised properly, The FBI got out of control as a law enforcement agency.
It was bigger than the Justice Department.
In a way, that makes it bigger than the law.
We have 10 seconds left.
We're talking to Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Support him now.
GiveSendGo.com.
GiveSendGo.com slash Rudy.
What's the one thing A.G. Bondi needs to do on day one, Mr. Mayor?
She has to reassert the fact that it's going to be an absolutely apolitical situation.
Uh, department with no exceptions.
Uh, and she's got to make sure she picks her people that way.
And then she's got to do the same thing.
She's got, in her case, it is personnel.
She's got to make sure she gets rid of the internal hidden personnel who will double cross her and make it impossible for her to carry out a function.
Which Jeff Sessions never did.
That's the thing I was most disappointed in Sessions about.
Listen to this advice.
It's not just the bureaucrats.
It's the functions as well.
GiveSendGo.com slash Rudy.

I'll try to find some other ones tonight.

My son, when he received the gift, he's jumping up and down.
Thank you, nice church lady, for my present.
And she said, oh, no, no, no, no.
Come here, honey.
And she said she got down on her knees and she looked at him in the eye.
She said, see this message?
This is from your mom.
And she read the message to him and gave him the present.
and she said he immediately started to cry and she knew in her heart that she needed to stay in touch with him.
Okay.
You won't.
No.
Let's try to connect to Solomon.

is a tough business to run for president.
You're a tough guy, Jeb.
And we need to have a leader that is real tough.
You're never going to be president of the United States by insulting your way to the presidency.
Let's see, I'm at 42 and you're at 3, so so far I'm doing better.
Doesn't matter.
So far I'm doing better.
You know, you started off over here, Jeb.
You're moving over further and further.
Pretty soon you're going to be off the end.
This doesn't do a thing to solve the problem.
Katie was next to me last night, and she starts tittering and laughing one after another.
And these clips, she's watching on her phone.
I got three of them I dumped on Jeff just a few moments ago.
That's President Trump with Jeb Bush.
We need to be happy, guys.
We need to celebrate.
It's so exciting.
We've got 43 days to go.
And then we're going to take back America for those who love America.
And we're not going to leave it in the hands of those who hate America.

Yeah, they're really annoyed.
It's a great metric.
They're worried about Kash Patel and Pam Bondi.
Here's Jen Psaki, who, by the way, you may have forgotten, worked for Joe Biden in the Biden White House.
Cut five.
Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are election deniers.
Kash Patel is somebody who has empathized with QAnon.
They know what the direction is.
He does not need to direct them.
This is why he picked them.
They have passed the loyalty test.
So what struck me is more tone, not a difference in what he intends to do or what he wants the people he's nominating to do.
Jeff, what's this?
Kash Patel is QAnon adjacent.
What is she babbling about?
Sometimes you can kind of figure out what they're trying to stretch into it.
And like we said before the show, I have no idea what she's talking about there.
And why is Mark, was that Mark Short sitting next to her?
Yeah, the guy that used to beg to come on the show all the time.
On my show?
Yes.
What is a guy who worked in the Trump Association, the Trump administration doing, sitting next to Jen Psaki nodding?
Because that's how he really feels.
Yeah.
Well, here's the proof.
It's not just Mr. G. A man who was a disgrace, a fake Trump supporter, fake MAGA, Mark Short from the White House back then from Mike Pence's office.
This is CutAid.
So we talk about the fact that there are 53 Republican senators, which should help them in his confirmations.
But Speaker Johnson's going to have an enormous task next year, and it's going to be a really hard job.
And he really is going to have a margin of one or two members at all to actually can lose.
And so getting legislation through the Congress is going to be very difficult.
And certainly if Trump isn't getting his way, he's going to blame Senate and House leadership for that.
Wow.
So, Jeff, if the Senate and the House don't vote for President Trump's nominees, President Trump's going to blame the Senate and the House leadership?
That's shocking news.
I mean, that's the level of analysis.
I wonder how much it gets paid for that.
What do you think?
Yeah, and let's not remember most of those people were elected on Trump's back.
Oh, yeah.
That's the bottom line.
Let's go to your calls.
Harold, line one in Raleigh.
Thank you for taking my call.
I'm glad the jury did the right thing in New York City.
I'm a retired policeman, and I got a problem with BLM. Where did you serve, my friend?
Did you serve in New York?
NYPD, sir.
God bless.
How many years in the bag?
20 on the button, and I left.
Wow.
Thank you for your service, my friend.
So, yeah, give us your reaction.
Give us your take.
I got a problem with Hank Newsome because he's standing out in front of the courthouse.
Looks like he eats very...
He looks like he hasn't missed a meal.
He has a Yank hat.
And he's kicking and screaming about how racist America is.
Why don't you leave?
Why are you still here?
Because it's probably good business for him.
You know how many mansions the leaders of BLM bought, Harold?
It's good business.
I mean, it's called ethno-business.
He didn't get one.
He's living in the Bronx.
Look, you know why, right?
He's a tough guy behind a microphone, and this is about money, money, money, right?
But where were they when there was a one-year-old baby shot in the crib, shot in a stroller a couple years ago in Bed-Stuy, 1 o'clock in the morning.
Where was BLM? Because those black lives don't matter.
Those black lives don't matter.
Hey, stay on the line, Harold.
I want to say thank you for your service, 20 years in the NYPD. Let's give him, either he can choose the President Trump, he's back, the garbage truck rolling up to the White House, or the Kamala, your fire t-shirt.
Our friend Harold gets to choose.
You can get yours, sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Let's stay in the vicinity of Let's go to Brooklyn.
Robert, welcome.
Thanks for taking my call, Dr. Savage.
Dr. Savage?
I do not talk about meatballs on my show.
I am not Michael Savage.
Sorry, Dr. Gorka.
I just wanted to say, I think he's a great pick.
Many of his appointees are amazingly great.
And just one thing, when you become head of, like, you know, the National Security Advisor for terrorism, I just hope you go after some of these, like, Ivy League schools, that they contribute to what goes on.
They should not be allowed to get away with it, whether it's taking the accreditation, getting the DOJ for civil rights, you know, for anti-Semitism.
Whatever you can do to get these educational places that are contributing to terrorism, they should not be allowed to get away with it.
Well, look, that's not the remit of the Senior Director for Counterterrorism.
That is a question concerning federal funding for these institutions if they are encouraging things that go against the civil rights of Jewish students on those campuses.
But yes, we have to have some kind of response to these incubators of hatred.
hatred, the fact that you can have people shouting from the river to the sea, which is a genocidal chant on the campuses of Harvard and elsewhere, has to be dealt with.
But the first thing that can be done is, OK, if you want to encourage genocide on your campus, no federal funding for you.
But that's not going to be up to me.
That'll be President Trump.
That'll be Linda McMahon at the Department of Education.
But thank you kindly.
These things are connected because it's the Great calls, guys.
Great calls.
PhD weight loss is real.
It works.
How do I know that?
Because I've done it with my muse Katie.
We started the program in a matter of months.
I lost 42 pounds.
My muse Katie lost 36. And no injections, no needles, no chemical dependency for the rest of our lives.
Just five protein-rich meals a day that burnt the fat right off.
Find out for yourself how this incredible program works.
If I can do it, so can you.
Look, you know me.
I've got a wicked sweet tooth, a love of fried food, but it changed my life.
I'm down to a size 36 in my blue jeans.
I haven't had a size 36 waist since I was in my 20s, and it feels amazing.
If you'd given up on being your former Svelte self, don't call her amazing team today, 864-644-1900, or see the before and after pictures.

I thought I gave you Kurt.
No, you did not.
I got the title for Farrell.
From Jeff.
Can Hegseth fix the military?
Monologue...
New York jury...
No, even New York has had enough.
What happened to John?
John is stuck in traffic.
Oh.
Yeah, he went out for a meeting in Arlington, I think, and he's...
Maybe he should have had his over there.
Aren't you guys in Arlington?
Roslyn, yeah.
Do you want to do four or five, then?
Yeah, yeah, we could do four or five if he's on his way in.
That should work.
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, do you want to leave the line connected?
Sure.
It's Skype, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, just leave it open.
Okay, sounds good.
I'm going to put the AAC down.
Thank you.
Oh!
We need images of the people.
We need images of the people.
America First, Magnificent.
Magnificent.
Hey Jeff, are you surprised?
I've got to ask you, Daniel Penny, did that surprise you, acquitted?
No.
Really?
No.
What?
I think he makes it up.
He just wants to sound clever.
I said last year he wouldn't get convicted.
I didn't think he would have everyone, though, acquit him, though.
Because everyone rode the subway in New York.
That's the difference.
That's it.
All right, let's talk about the other big story, the collapse of Syria.
Dave in Arizona.
Dave in Arizona.
Line two, Dave.
Hello.
Thanks so much, Dr. Gorka.
Ultra MAGA, we did it dittos again.
Thank you, buddy.
What's a comment?
What's a question?
Yeah, so unfortunately, the sociopathic overlords are continuing to allow this nihilist Marxist color revolution, and now it's expanded.
I mean, they started in, what, 2014 in Ukraine?
Now they've got the Middle East involved.
It started in our country in 2020 with the fall of Somaliopolis.
I'm hoping in your new position, Right?
Counterterrorism.
Can you take on Antifa and BLM before they burn this country down?
Because I anticipate the next 41 days are going to be 2020 to the 17th power, sir.
They're going to burn this country down.
Okay.
Got it.
All right.
Let's go to Sean, line three.
Dr. Gorka, I just wanted to tell you how much we love you, and we're so proud of you.
It was well-deserved.
I'm very happy for you joining the administration once again.
Well, that's so kind.
That's so kind.
I guess it's official now, as Salem released the announcement this morning, that my morning host, colleague, Salem co-worker, Hugh Hewitt, will be taking over my slot, three to six.
I know he's been wanting it for a long time.
The afternoon shift is a rather delightful one.
So Hugh Hewitt will be 3 to 6 Eastern.
I don't know if he's going to keep the America First appellation for the show.
Maybe, maybe not.
And his morning 6 to 9 show will be taken over by this superb Chris Stegall.
Well deserved.
Because that...
Hey, Jeff, that's his...
That's his national syndication, right, for Chris?
If he takes over Hughes, that's his first national show.
Correct.
Wow.
Aren't we happy for Chris?
Yes, very happy.
All right.
Guys, I've loved you.
I've enjoyed it.
Now I've got to go do something for President Trump in the White House.
But we will be here until the second week of January.
So congratulations to Hugh and congratulations to Chris.
And if you miss me in the future...

Thank you.
What a stupid question.
But I watch you a lot.
You ask a lot of stupid questions.
I can't wait.
Thank you.
It's too long away, 43 days, guys.
And this time, it's going to be different.
I don't want to sugarcoat anything, because you know what the left is going to do.
They've admitted they're plotting.
But this time, it's not just the president.
He's going to have people around him.
I have to celebrate Alina Haber.
Alina Haber announced as counselor to the president in the West Wing.
Wow!
Whether it's Alina Haber, Kash Patel, Tom Homan, just people who have been Loyal not to President Trump, but also to the mission.
America first.
MAGA. People who are fearless.
What Tom is doing now, by himself, changing the battlefield.
I mean, there are caravans of illegals turning around right now because they know that 1201, January 20th, the biggest deportation operation probably in world history for a republic.
We'll be begun by Tom Holman, the Bordesau.
And talking of stupid questions, it was a raft, a raft of stupid questions at the weekend from Kristen Welker of Meet the Press.
My gosh, if you watch the whole thing, she is as dumb as a box of rocks, truly.
Let's start with the question of deportation, the invasion of millions of illegals under the erstwhile border czar who was Kamala Harris.
This is Kristen Welker with the incoming and former president of the United States from 45 to 47, cut 9. Sir, are you going to fire the current FBI director, Christopher Wray, who you appointed?
Well, I can't say I'm thrilled with him.
He invaded my home.
I'm suing the country over it.
He invaded Mar-a-Lago.
I'm very unhappy with the things he's done.
And crime is at an all-time high.
Migrants are pouring into the country that are from prisons and from mental institutions, as we've discussed.
That's such an important question.
You're the director of the FBI. And what are you doing about these criminals who are being let in?
I mean, yeah, it's the vice president.
Yes, it's Alejandro Mayorkas, the secretary of Homeland Security, who's aiding and abetting the cartels.
But you're a sworn officer.
You're the director of the FBI. So if you cared about the safety of Americans...
You'd actually do something in contravention to the un-American actions of the members of your fellow administration.
But no, because Ray has no honor.
What's going to happen on January 20th?
It continues.
Cut 12. Let's talk about mass deportation, one of your big agenda items.
You've talked about prioritizing people who have criminal histories.
Correct.
But is it your plan to deport everyone who is here illegally over the next four years?
Well, I think you have to do it.
And it's a very tough thing to do.
But you have to have, you know, you have rules, regulations, laws that came in illegally.
You know, the people that have been treated very unfairly are the people that have been online for 10 years to come into the country.
And we're going to make it very easy for people to come in in terms of they have to pass the test.
They have to be able to tell you what the Statue of Liberty is.
They have to tell you a little bit about our country.
They have to love our country.
They can't come out of prisons.
We don't want people that are in for murder.
So we had 11,000 and 13,000 different estimates, 13,099 murderers released into our country over the last three years.
They're walking down the streets, they're walking next to you and your family, and they're very dangerous people.
The 13,000 figure, I think, goes back about 40 years.
No, it doesn't.
It's within the three-year period.
It's during the Biden term.
No, that was a fiction that they put that out.
This was done by the Border Patrol.
She doesn't even know their own things, the data sets, for the topics she's asking her interviewee of.
And that look, if you're watching us on video, the open eyes, the deer in the headlights.
I just...
How do these people get these jobs?
Is it all the looks?
Because at least on conservative news channels, they've got the brains to match.
But these people, like Caitlin Collins...
What a dunce!
I mean, truly.
Welker, really not much better.
Well, they're dying anyway.
These legacy cable outlets are dying.
Just listen to the next cut with regards to NATO. If you don't understand what President Trump has done in the past with NATO and what he intends to do, and if you haven't seen the footage of NATO leaders like Prime Minister Maloney, like the British present, the Prince of Wales, The way he received President Trump at the Paris Embassy at the weekend during the Notre Dame celebrations.
You're just an idiot.
You're just a moron.
But President Trump tries to educate her.
He's very patient.
But I think it's pointless with the likes of Welker.
Cut 11!
Sir, will the United States stay in NATO while you're in office?
In where?
NATO. Do you commit that the United States will remain a member of NATO while you're in office?
Again, they have to pay their bills.
If they pay their bills, absolutely.
But not if they don't pay their bills.
But NATO's taking advantage of us because we would go, look, two things.
Number one, they take advantage of us on trade.
Meaning the European nations, okay, like terrible.
They don't take our cars.
They don't take our food product.
They don't take anything.
They think it's a disgrace.
And on top of that, we defend them.
So it's a double whammy.
So let me just tell you, I was able to get hundreds of billions of dollars put into NATO just by a tough attitude.
I said to the countries, I'm not going to protect you unless you pay.
And they started paying.
And that amounted to more than $600 billion.
That's a big thing.
Otherwise, they wouldn't even be fighting.
They wouldn't have any money to fight.
If they're paying their bills, and if I think they're treating us fairly, the answer is absolutely, I'd stay with NATO. That's called negotiating.
When we took over the reins on January 20th, 2017, less than a third of the whole NATO alliance We're contributing to the collective defense of that organization based upon the commitment they made of 2% of their gross domestic product to be spent on defense.
I mean, I don't want to bore you here, but I cut my teeth on this.
I was a NATO fellow in Rome as part of the Partnership for Peace Consortium back in 1997. I was working inside the Hungarian Ministry of Defense after the fall of communism with the express mission to try and get that benighted country into the alliance.
And it's very, very clear.
Because it's a collective defense alliance, you can't be a member unless you contribute your fair share.
For decades, NATO suffered from something called the freeloader complex.
Where America, with the biggest army, the greatest military, basically everybody rode on her back and said, oh, we don't need to...
Contribute our fair proportion, America will look after us.
For decades, we had that phenomena inside NATO. Along comes President Trump in his first year said, no, if you commit it to 2% of your GDP as part of your defensive contribution to the alliance, pay up!
And by the end of his first term, we exceeded two-thirds of the alliance, actually keeping their promise because of the threat of our withdrawal.
It's called being serious.
You're not a serious ally if you freeload off our military capabilities.
And that's exactly what President Trump just said.
But of course, Kristen Welker is too dumb to understand.
We will not fund an alliance unilaterally if the other members aren't serious allies.
That's all the president said.
It's as I said when we were first in the White House.
What's President Trump's policy?
Very simple.
I stole the phrase from the Marine Corps.
I'd just spent two and a half years teaching at Quantico.
What did the Marines say about themselves?
No better friend, no worse enemy.
You want to be our friend?
Oh yeah.
Well then, act seriously and we'll stand shoulder to shoulder with you.
And if you're our enemy, well, we'll betide you at 12.01 on January the 20th.

I want to play one of the Hobbit clips here.
Um, Yeah, let's do that.
Come in with Habba, then I'll do Angel Tree.
Okay, because I got two.
The courthouse one, which you said it's long, it's a minute 16, and I have the one from her from a TPSA thing, which is 39 seconds, where she says, yo, we'll go after the deep state long and hard.
We just played that one.
Come in with the courthouse one.
All righty.
All right, let me fill this color real quick.
Yes, I'll tee up Heather, but after the cut.
All right.
All right.
Alrighty, Angel Tree.
Two and a half minutes.
Coming with Alina.
With Alina Courthouse.
Alrighty.
That Welker is such an idiot.
Even I was noticing her eyes You get around the 14th amendment with an executive action Well, we're going to have to get a change.
We'll maybe have to go back to the people, but we have to end it.
We're the only country that has it.
Through an executive action.
You know, we're the only country that has it.
Do you know, if somebody sets a foot, just a foot, one foot, you don't need to, on our land, congratulations, you are now a citizen of the United States of America.
Yes, we're going to end that because it's ridiculous.
Through executive action.
Yes?
I was going to say, the person called in and then dropped off as soon as I started talking to them.
Oh.
All right, 90 seconds.
I keep accidentally switching my mic on.
Persons born in the United States are citizens.
Can you get around the 14th?
I have to get a change.
You promised to end Birthright Citizenship on day one.
Is that still your plan?
Yeah, absolutely.
The 14th Amendment, though, says that, quote, all persons born in the United States are citizens.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
On March 17, Hunter accidentally admits that it was his laptop from hell.
The next day, DA Alvin Bragg indicts President Trump.
June 8th.
An FBI document is released showing that the Ukrainians paid the Biden crime family millions and millions of dollars.
The next day, the Mar-a-Lago raid and the Mar-a-Lago indictment.
Last week, Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal fell through when the judge realized it had blanket immunity.
The following day, a superseding indictment against Donald Trump.
July 31st, Devin Archer goes to testify in front of the House.
That was only after they failed to put him in jail prior to the ballot.
What happens the next day?
The January 6th indictment that we're here for today.
This is not a coincidence.
This is election interference at its finest against the leading candidate right now for president, for either party.
I think it's clear why President Trump just announced Alina Haber as his councillor in the White House.
I rang her up and I congratulated her so excited that she agreed to come into the administration to be a warrior from inside the White House for America First for the president.
I think, well, lawfare is going to be a lot harder for the bad guys come January the 20th.
Congratulations!
Bravo to Alina Hubba, incoming councillor to the 47th President of the United States.
It is Yuletide.
The Christmas season is upon us and we are enlisting all of you who wish to help the children of the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Program.
Who are they and why is it so important?
Just listen to Heather Rice Minas of the significance of your contributions to this amazing program.
Not only are they not forgotten by their parent, but they are loved by their parent behind bars, and they're also loved by their Heavenly Father, and they get access to a free kids Bible.
And guess what?
It may just be starting with a present, but our goal is for it to be a ministry of presents all year round.
There are thousands of children who have an incarcerated parent during the Christmas season and they're incredibly vulnerable.
They feel guilty through no fault of their own and more than 70% of them end up behind bars themselves.
We want to break that cycle.
We want to make them feel just a little bit more loved this Christmas season by getting them a gift from their incarcerated parent, a note from them, and a children's Bible.
Will you make that possible?
It truly is one of the most blessed things you can do this Christmas season.
It's $30 per child per gift.
$300 is 10 children.
But whatever you can give, please, please be gracious and generous.
Go to my website, sebgorker.com, and click on the Change of Child's Christmas banner at the top, or call them up and make your tax-deductible donation today.
The number is 888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794.
Or just go to sebgorker.com and the Angel Tree banner.
God bless every single one of you.
Let's go to Dylan in Florida, line one.
Dylan!
Are you there?
Yes, here I am.
Go ahead.
So I just wanted to congratulate you on being picked to come back to the White House to help fix America.
Thank you.
Also, just got a question.
I know it's not exactly what your field is for when you're coming back into the administration, But do you think Trump will, or can you bring up the Munch-Smith Act of 2012 from the Obama administration?
Well, it's not just the Smith-Munt Act.
It's much, much bigger than one piece of legislation, Dylan.
It's a good question.
I mean, it's the much broader question of government censorship and the use of disinformation.
I mean, look at what happened with the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Look at the attempt of them to create this disinformation bureau, this czar, this lunatic inside the Department of Homeland Security.
So, yes, that's not going to be my remit as senior director of counterterrorism.
But there are people who I know right now are working on the question of preventing government bureaucrats circumventing the Constitution, as they did when the FBI colluded with Facebook.
Mark Zuckerberg has admitted it.
Just listen to what he confessed to on the Joe Rogan podcast, whether it's coordinating with the prior owners of Twitter, not under Elon Musk, but under Rasputin, who just suppressed.
I mean, just the insanity.
I remember to this day I felt like I was going insane.
Hunter Biden laptop story drops at the New York Post saying, I copy the URL, the link to the story.
I paste it into a tweet I'm writing, and then I press send.
And I get an error message.
And I try it again.
I get another error message.
I thought I was going insane.
But no, the FBI had told Twitter that this is Russian disinformation.
And as such, American citizens weren't allowed to propagate a factual news story.
So Dylan, great question.
It's more than just the Smithmont Act.
But yes, there are people working on this right now.
With executive orders and with reform measures that the president will be making official as soon as he's sworn in as the president, the 47th and not just the 45th president.
Let's go to San Diego.
John.
Sebastian, this Walker woman, one of her questions when she was talking to Trump, she claimed that the 14th Amendment said everyone born in the United States is a citizen.
That's not what it says.
Right.
They edited it out.
She edited the Constitution, John.
Right.
She did.
And it was a lie.
And all you have to do is go back to the congressional debates over the 14th Amendment.
They're in the congressional record.
Right.
And Jacob Howard is the one who wrote the 14th Amendment, the citizenship clause.
And he said that you fall under the jurisdiction of the United States is what it says.
to the jurisdiction of any other country.
Illegal aliens are subject to the jurisdiction of the country they come from.
Yes.
So they are not citizens.
No matter how much people pretend they are, it's simply not true.
And then you go back to Elk v. Wilkins is one of the Supreme Court cases.
It's about Indians, but it also, in the majority opinion, says that Indians born in the United States are no more citizens than foreigners born here.
Yeah.
Then, of course, we changed.
We gave, we passed the Indian Citizenship Act later, but we never passed an illegal alien citizenship.
No, absolutely never did.
You're absolutely right.
But that doesn't matter.
The mainstream lying legacy media hates America, hates the idea that the president of the United States should have jurisdiction over who comes into this country, how they come into this country, and how the Constitution permits them or does not permit them to become citizens.
Absolutely, John.
But, you know, we weren't expecting anything else from the lying legacy propagandists in the mainstream media.
The news cycle is, as you know, insane.
Just look at this last weekend.
Never miss a beat.
Never miss a story.

Christmas is back.

However, don't take anything for granted.
We may have won just five weeks ago.
We may be 43 days away from the inauguration.
However, the lunatics aren't giving up.
Bernie Sanders and his commie buddies on Capitol Hill want to get any kind of free market forces out of your healthcare and through a devilish ploy called de-linking want to explode your healthcare costs.
Don't let them.
The windfall for Big Pharma would be excruciating and would be paid for by you in increased costs for your prescriptions.
Let your voice be heard and let's stop this delinking act on Capitol Hill.
Go right now to pharmawindfall.com.
That's pharmawindfall.com.
We have to stop the big pharma money grab.
Do it today.

Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Conservatives for Lower Healthcare Costs.
I just love the person who was off screen momentarily as we were trying to connect our next guest who said, I will have my analyst for you soon.
He's not just an analyst.
He's a great American, a former colleague of mine.
Oh my gosh, that was a long time ago.
I think 16 years ago I ran the National Security Fellowship Program for the great bunch of guys that come under FDD.org, the Foundation for Defense of Democracy, and it's great to have their CEO, Mark Dubowitz back with us here on America First.
Welcome, Mark.
Thank you so much, Seb.
It's a real pleasure.
All right, so let's tee up why we've got you back on the show.
I think, sadly, it will not be for the last time for a few days or weeks.
This is the Fox News announcement.
Cut 14. President-elect Trump is weighing in on the unrest in Syria, saying the United States should stay out of it.
A rebel insurgent has reached the gates of the capital city of Damascus, forcing the government defenses out of homes.
After 50 years, the murderous regime, the Assad regime in Damascus, fell at the weekend.
Mark Dubowitz, FDD, how significant is this turn of events?
Look, Sam, it's a huge blow.
I mean, it's a huge blow to the Iran-Russia axis.
I mean, this is their man in Damascus who's just gone down.
So huge blow.
And I think it came about as a result, really, of Israeli military action, which did significant damage to Iran and most particularly to Hezbollah.
And so this time around, Assad was not able to rely on Hezbollah or the Iranians to ride to his rescue.
So what happens next?
We have all these quote-unquote malicious freedom fighters who are relabeled al-Qaeda who say we'll look after the minorities.
We have the Kurds in the north.
We have Israel securing their borders in the south.
We have confirmations.
Of course, the initial reports of the plane went down were garbage.
Of course, Assad is in Moscow being given soccer and aid by the former KGB colonel who runs the Russian Federation.
What are the possible scenarios right now?
Because President Trump is not an interventionist, but he understands the jihadi threat.
Is there an opportunity now to empower the locals who are our friends, like the Kurds, and somehow create Difficult situations, shall we put it, Mark, for the regime in Tehran.
Seb, I think there is.
I mean, yeah, first of all, you're exactly right.
I mean, these so-called Syrian rebels, I mean, at the vanguard of them was a former, so-called former Al-Qaeda jihadist.
So he's now claiming that he is moderated.
He's now in his whatever, in his 40s, maybe later.
And he was just a young jihadist.
And now he's reformed.
Let's take that with the whole soul shaker.
It's like Baghdadi, according to the, what was it?
The Washington Post was an austere cleric, right?
Yeah, I'm waiting for the Washington Post.
I don't know the description of this guy, but let's be serious and let's be clear-eyed about who he possibly could be.
And let's judge him not on his words, but certainly on his actions.
But yeah, there is an opportunity for the United States.
I think the president-elect is right to say the United States, at least now, should stay out of it as we see how things develop.
But I do think he should send a clear message on Truth Social that anybody who harms Americans or harms America's allies, they will be hell to pay, I think, as the president has said in other contexts.
And let's put that all in caps.
Very important that the president weighs in because we don't have a president right now, Seb.
Well, we do, but he's in Paris being recognized by all the leaders of Europe, and he's just a president-elect.
But you're right, the guy who should be the president isn't.
He's out to lunch.
There's a very sagacious individual who said to me at the weekend, a message needs to be sent from the incoming president that the bloodshed needs to stop, just like he did with Ukraine, because A different sheriff in 43 days' time will be sworn in.
Don't go anywhere.
He is the CEO of the Superb Foundation for Defense of Democracies, FDD.org, and follow him at M Dubowitz.
That's N Dubowitz.
We're coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.

One more segment.
What's the most important thing with regards to the region or Israel or U.S. actions?
What should I tee up?
Seb, I think Iran's Galloping Nuclear Weapons Program.
Let's talk about that.
Good, good, good.
Perfect.
How's things?
How's everything at FDD? Yeah, good.
Very good.
By the way, congrats on your new opportunities.
Amazing to hear that you'll be in there keeping us safe.
Thank you, buddy.
Thank you, buddy.
Yeah, it's remarkable.
And thanks, by the way.
That national security program that you set up, you conceived of, is going strong.
We've put almost 700 people through it now in the military.
How's Cliff?
Cliff's going strong.
Yeah, I mean, he's working harder and with more energy than any of the 30-year-olds in our I think tank.
Good.
We've grown.
We're about 85 people.
Wow.
We're standing ready for service.
So when you go in, please...
Yeah, well, I'm going to be connecting both you and your colleague to Besant because he needs some assistance on sanctions scenarios.
So I'll do that later today or tomorrow.
But he's been on Capitol Hill all last week, so I didn't want to do it then.
But give him whatever ideas.
He's got some very forward-leaning ones.
So do some good because I'm sure he and others will be leaning on you guys.
That would be great.
And, you know, Mike Waltz used to be at FDD. So he was a senior fellow here for a few years.
And so I think...
Of course he was!
You know Mike.
I mean, Mike's terrific.
You guys will be a serious team there.
No, he's going to be perfect.
And then we have Tom Homan, which is amazing, and Kash Patel.
It's going to be quite, quite, quite the administration.
No, all-star team, Mike.
Thank God.
I mean, thank God.
I told Mike, I said, I think at the hand of God...
Was at work on election day.
Think about how bad it would have been.
Butler, Pennsylvania, election day, you name it.
You name it.
Yeah.
It could have been so bad.
Eric, come in with Assad, cut 15. And then I'll do PhD.
Yep.

As President-elect Trump calls on Russia to take the opportunity and end the war in Ukraine.
Of course, of course, Moscow has taken in the murderous head of the Assad regime.
At least after 50 years, it is over.
What happens to Syria?
What happens to the region?
We'll continue to discuss here on America First.
But first, I want to say thank you.
I'm going to say thank you personally to all of the people who've made this show possible over the years as I head to my new challenge in the White House.
But one of the ones who's at the top of the list It's Dr. Ashley Lucas.
I'd given up a long time ago on being my former svelte self.
I'm 6'3", and I could hide the fact that I was 268 pounds.
But it's not healthy.
And thanks to her amazing program, I shed 42 of those pounds.
My muse, Katie, who said, yep, you're doing it, she lost 36 pounds.
She looks stunning.
When your wife needs a whole new wardrobe because everything's too big...
You know what they say, happy wife, happy life.
I'm down to a size 36 in my blue jeans.
I haven't had a size 36 waist since I was in my 20s, and it feels amazing.
You know me, I've got a wicked sweet tooth.
I love my fried food.
If I could do it, anyone can.
No injections, no needles, no chemical dependency for the rest of your life.
Just six high-protein meals a day that burn the fat right off.
Check out my before and after picture at myphdweightloss.com, and you will be shocked.

We're back with the CEO of the Superb Foundation for Defence and Democracy, where my future boss, incoming National Security Advisor, Colonel Mike Waltz, was a senior fellow.
Of course he was, because it's FDD. Check them out, fdd.org.
Mark, my first time in the White House, My proudest moment professionally was when Steve Bannon and I were called into the Oval Office and the rest of the cabinet were there.
And the boss from behind the resolute desk, the president said, OK, he called us his heavies.
Steve and I were his heavies.
And he said, all right, my heavies, tell these guys and gals why we have to kill the Obama JCPOA deal.
And he knew all the reasons.
He just wanted us to pitch it, why it's bad for America, bad for the region, bad for Israel.
And then we did the pitch, and then he killed it just a few days later.
Explain for us how dangerous that was and also the fact that it didn't stop Iran getting a nuclear weapon and how real that threat remains today.
Yeah.
Yeah, Seb.
I mean, that 2015 Obama deal was a fatally flawed agreement.
It essentially gave the regime in Iran hundreds of billions of dollars in sanctions relief.
And it put some temporary restrictions on Iran's nuclear program, all of which were going to sunset or expire.
In fact, they're going to start sunsetting in a couple of years if we were still in that fatally flawed deal.
President Trump made that decision thanks to good advice from you and others and pulled out of that agreement.
And what's interesting, Seb, is that because the Iranians feared the president, they did not expand their nuclear program.
And in fact, after the president killed Qasem Soleimani, the deadly leader Of the IRGC-Quds Force, they actually froze the expanding program.
And then President Biden was elected, and all of the nuclear expansion has occurred on his watch.
Massive expansion, enriching to 20%, to 60%.
They're near weapons-grade uranium.
They've installed thousands of centrifuges.
They've massively expanded their ballistic missile program.
And now they've started weaponization work.
And so unfortunately, this time around, President Trump is coming into office After four years of President Biden's appeasement of Iran, he's gonna face an expanding, galloping nuclear weapons program that he's gonna have to address.
Now, the good news is Israelis have done severe damage to Iran's strategic air defenses, missile production capabilities, and the Israeli Air Force has shown that they can command the skies.
But we, the United States, need to help the Israelis and provide the Israelis with the capabilities, the bombs, and the strategic systems that they're gonna need to destroy these deeply buried enrichment facilities Follow this man at FDD.org, as well on Twitter, M Dubowitz, D-U-B-O-W-I-T-Z. President Trump has had it with dumb wars, forever wars, stupid wars, as he calls them.
He uses force when necessary, as he did with Assad and the chemical weapons, as he did with whether it's the ISIS leader, whether it's the Moab bomb in Afghanistan.
So he will do what needs to be done for US interests, but put it in the correct context regionally.
What happens to the region, Mark, to our friends like the Israelis, to our friends like the Jordanians, if the people of Iran, and I don't mean just the Iranians, but there are significant minorities there, if that regime falls and the people of Persia and the minorities take back their country, How does that change the region and how does that change things for America and not just Israel?
So I'm in profound consequences because certainly the Islamic Republic of Iran today, leading state sponsor of terrorism, responsible for so much death and mayhem, by the way, has killed and maimed thousands of Americans, including our troops and diplomats.
Together, the Islamic Republic of Iran would be a sea change for the region.
It also would remove a key pillar of what many of us are calling the axis of aggressors, which is China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea that are arrayed against us.
They're cooperating militarily in terms of sanctions busting, economically.
If we remove the Islamic Republic as one of the key pillars of the axis of aggressors, that message to Beijing, to Moscow, and to Pyongyang The United States of America is back on its front foot.
So peace through strength means helping our Israeli allies do everything possible to destroy Iran's nuclear weapons program.
And peace through strength means supporting the millions of Iranians inside Iran who despise the regime in Iran and have been on the streets repeatedly Since 2009, millions of them yelling, death to the dictator.
President Obama, are you with us?
President or the dictator?
President Biden, are you with us?
Are you with the dictator?
Biden and Obama chose to be with the dictator, and President Trump's going to be with the Iranian people.
We've got 20 seconds left.
I know you, Cliff, Jonathan, have very good ties to our buddies in the IDF. What's the mood like in Israel?
Are they staying the course?
How's the esprit de corps?
Yeah, esprit de corps is strong.
I mean, listen, it's been 14 months.
It's been a tough fight.
You know, they've been fighting on seven fronts.
But they've regained their footing.
And they've really—they've eviscerated Hamas.
They've severely degraded Hezbollah.
They've rendered Iran's air defenses completely neutralized.
And so, you know, they're ready to fight.
And they're the best ally we got, Seb.
You know that, right?
They're an ally willing to fight and die in its own defense without asking for American boots on the ground.
So it's incumbent upon us to give them what they need to continue the fight against the common enemy.
They're fighting an enemy that is our enemy, is their enemy, is the enemy of our shared civilization.
Thank you, Mark Dubowit, CEO of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies.

and so where i stand is i stand with the people of this city stand with the people of america to ensure that our economy is protected and it continues to grow by actually investing in people
It's unfortunate that the former president and president-elect has taken a very petite approach towards governance.
What we're doing in Chicago is we're going big.
We'll continue to go bigger by building more affordable homes, investing in our public education.
Eric, what does that mean?
I don't get this Brandon Johnson guy.
This is like the mayor of Chicago.
He says, Trump's deportation plan is petite for the economy.
What?
Petite is like the description of a small, finely boned woman or a piece of China.
What is the deportation plan is petite for the economy?
They must have thought that that would be the kind of insult that will really grind Trump's gears because, you know, obviously President Trump is a very masculine guy.
He's an alpha male.
So like, oh, if we call Petit, that'll really trigger him.
That's the only semblance of a mindset I could possibly think of why they came up with that awful line.
Alright, let's bring in our house diplomat.
Alex, I mean, you're pretty good at English.
What does that mean, petite?
Petite for the economy.
Petite is an adjective.
It's a descriptor.
A petite person.
What is petite for the economy?
I mean, help me out.
I don't know.
My mind went to petite filet immediately.
I don't know what that guy's talking about.
Are you hungry?
Did you not get lunch today?
What's going on?
We didn't get pizza on Friday, so maybe that's it.
Oh, I'm so annoyed he remembered.
Because I was coming into work today and I thought, did anybody realize I didn't order pizza on Friday?
Do I order it today?
And I was like 15 minutes from the studio.
I thought, it's too late to bug Alex now.
Will you still love me if I order it tomorrow, Alex?
Maybe if we get petite fillets.
Little petite fillet slices on the pizza.
Ooh!
We're getting a little bit fancy there.
All right, let's continue the good mood.
Another one of these amazing video cuts Katie found last night from that recent dinner in New York.
There's a group called White Dudes for Harris.
Have you seen this?
White Dudes for Harris.
Anybody know?
Are some of you here?
White Dudes for Harris.
Doesn't sound like it.
But I'm not worried about them at all because their wives and their wives' lovers are all voting for me.
Every one of those people is voting for me.
Eric, that's the former president and future president.
He's making jokes about the wives and lovers of the wives of Democrat voters.
Can you believe that?
He very politely called them all cucks in front of the whole audience.
It was so good.
Assuming he didn't write that joke, whoever did write that joke...
I know who wrote that joke.
It's a former guest of ours.
Deserves a pay raise for that joke alone.
Right.
Somebody's been on the show several times.
I will not reveal his name because I have not been given permission to do so.
It's good to be alive, guys.
It's good to be an American.
43 days to go.

I'd like to have that discussion says everything about Kash Patel and Donald Trump's nominees.
There is no reason why any president must consider preemptive pardons because the incoming administration has made it so clear that they will go after political adversaries, and Kash Patel has been incredibly vocal about that.
And I hope that the Senate Republicans, who know Joe Biden very well and know he would not take something like this lightly, Really consider the fact that that's even part of this discussion about Kash Patel.
He is unqualified.
He is unhinged.
Yeah, we know who's unhinged, Congressman, and it's people like you, pillars of the illegal, unconstitutional January 6 rodeo that was perpetrated against President Trump, his colleagues, and ended up with innocent men like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro in federal prison.
The theme of this manhood hour, and could be the theme of all of them, is the man who steps into the arena.
We'll talk about Kash Patel.
We'll talk about the courage it takes to drain the swamp and what we can expect for the next four years with somebody who...
I think he knows the challenge facing the Trump, the second Trump administration.
He is the head of all things research and investigatory.
That superlative organization, Judicial Watch, he's a very good friend of America First and mine personally as well, full disclosure.
Chris Farrell, welcome back in studio.
Great to be with you, sir.
Thank you.
Man, oh man, do we have a lot to talk about.
We do.
So, let's begin...
With the impolite question.
You are a counterintelligence professional.
You've worn the uniform of the US Army, hunting down and disinforming bad guys, spies inside the United States.
The enemy is inside the wire.
We look at McCabe, Stroke, Comey et al.
What is the magnitude of the task for the second administration?
Let's just put this on the menu.
I would like a government, a bureaucracy that serves the interests of the American people.
To get to that point, what is the scale of the challenge to get us back to that, Chris?
It's enormous.
So you have bad actors who need to be held to account.
But then you have institutional problems where the entire system has been set up in this perverse manner.
We have professional political operatives manning all the The departments and agencies.
And so, let's go for the first category.
You have the Mark Millies and the...
The known bad actors.
Right.
The people who are colluding with China, who are undermining the presidential chain of command.
You know, Vindman leaking top secret documents to the Washington Post.
And they laugh.
These are the known bad guys.
And they joke about it.
They make fun of it.
Oh, they're proud of it.
Right.
I mean, Comey at that event where he said, well, with regards to Flynn, usually with a normal administration, I would have got the sign-off of the White House General Counsel.
But I thought, nah, I'm going to get away with it.
I'm just going to send some agents in and trap General Flynn.
And he laughs about it.
That statement alone is, I mean...
It's a thunderbolt of admission of really the malice, the malicious intent.
So there's guys like that who there needs to be a special counsel dedicated just to them.
And then there's other larger questions that are institutional, where there's a whole bunch of government employees who actually believe that the Department of Justice is an independent department.
Remember that line?
They would say over and over again, well, the Justice Department, it's independent.
It's not independent.
It works for the president.
Correct.
But they love repeating this.
It's funny how the Constitution is clear.
The person elected to be the chief executive embodies the executive, which means the federal government from the Department of Agriculture to Delta Force works for him.
Correct.
They don't work for Congress.
They don't work for the Supreme Court.
They don't work for the Democrat Party.
They work for the man chosen by the American people.
It's not very complicated.
That's correct.
That's exactly right.
So all this language about independence and, well, you know, they need to be able to do their jobs.
Well, their jobs are dictated by the chief executive.
So I don't know what it is that they think they're running off and doing by themselves.
It doesn't work that way.
Let's stick at the target set or the task ahead of the Trump administration.
So we'll stay with the first category, the known admitted malefactors at the strategic level.
Former FBI directors, chairman of the Joint Chief, Brennan, who was instrumental to the tri-agency Operation Crossfire Hurricane that targeted the The Trump campaign and then the Trump administration.
The 51 on the letter.
The letter of the 51, active intelligence officers, contractors and retirees orchestrated by the then acting director of the CIA, Mike Morrell, to lie about the Hunter Biden laptop being Russian disinformation.
Now, I don't want to give the game away, but let's just, with not full granularity, talk about As a former counterintelligence professional, how do you go about people who have acted unconstitutionally,
broken the law under what is called the color of law, that they've used their former bureaucratic powers to denude Americans of their civil rights, whether it's Catholics at a Latin mass in Richmond, whether it's J6s, whether it's Peter Navarro.
How do you go after them?
Or what does a special counsel look for?
Because in many cases, there are statutes of limitations.
Do we get them on the record testifying under oath in Congress?
Get them in a perjury lie concerning something they did outside of that five-year window?
We don't resort to unconstitutional tactics as conservatives.
So you want to do it by the book.
What crimes are these people legally in jeopardy of?
So, I mean, those are a lot, is the short answer.
But I think what's...
What any normal responsible security manager, right, administratively, without even reaching the legal question.
Without going to court.
Without, I'm not an attorney and I'm not going to pretend to be, but without getting to that legal threshold, let's take it down one level and say, if you are a reasonable If you have a manager of an office or a director of a particular office and you have a security manager who's working for you, and up comes a report or down comes a report that there is, and this is a key phrase, credible derogatory information on somebody.
You know, a chairman of the JCS who admits calling his Chinese counterpart or who tells reporters that he told his staff about President Trump, F him.
I'm going to fight him from the inside.
Let him send me to Leavenworth.
That's a paraphrase, but it's very close to what he said.
That's the definition of subversion.
Well, just based on these credible reports of, and we've talked about Comey bragging about, we have video evidence, transcripts, quotes.
That alone, you suspend and or revoke their security clearances right off the bat.
Let me tell you, that dries up the meal ticket real fast.
Because all these guys are trading on their former position as the former this and the ex that.
The active clearances.
See, they have active clearances, right?
And they use that for the consultancies and for their board memberships and their advisory.
Well, and all that goes to zero.
And they don't have access to anything more than, you know, the Washington Post or whatever it is that they're reading.
That changes the nature of who they are because they see themselves as these sort of supreme beings.
They're in the elite of the elite of Washington, and they trade on that.
Well, you cut that off, and then you look at recalling certain people, flag officers, Recalling them onto active duty.
And you impanel an Article 32 board under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is like a grand jury.
And let a grand jury, an impaneled grand jury, evaluate the statements of people like Milley.
And see if there's grounds to court-martialing.
Because people don't realize, you may get your DD papers, you may separate, you know, formally from the service, but you're always on a list.
Flag officers never really retire.
You never really retire.
They're always subject to recall.
And the UCMJ... And so somebody like Hayden, who's gone off the deep end, right?
Another lunatic...
Right.
Set of remarks by him, Milley.
Call these guys back on active duty and let's evaluate them under an Article 32 grand jury process.
Love it.
And, you know, arguably the Army, at least, and I'm sure the other services, they have an affirmative obligation, especially concerning senior leadership.
Especially.
That they police themselves.
That senior leaders who are accused of misconduct get extra scrutiny because of who they are.
Bingo.

We've put it, thanks to our caller's wonderful idea, President Trump in that gleaming garbage truck, pulling up to the White House on a T-shirt with the phrase, he's back.
Get yours at sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
You look at this White House now, and it's hard to imagine two FBI agents ending up in the same room.
How did that happen?
I sent them.
Something I probably wouldn't have done or maybe gotten away with in a more organized investigation, a more organized administration, in the George W. Bush administration, for example, or the Obama administration.
In both of those administrations, there was process, and so if the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official.
You would work through the White House counsel and there'd be discussions and approvals and who would be there.
And I thought it's early enough.
Let's just send a couple guys over.
Bragging about it.
He's laughing about it, perverting the course of justice, laying a trap for an innocent man, General Mike Flynn.
That's Jim Comey.
He needs to pay for his crimes.
He needs to stand in a court of law in front of an actual jury of his peers and pay for what he did, along with so many, many others.
So let's go to the second level, Chris, or go from the strategic rather down to the tactical.
I'm really curious what your approach would be here.
Say you're coming into government service again as a civilian and you're running a directorate of the NSC or you're working inside DOD or the FBI and a special counsel or others are dealing with the Millies, the Comeys, the Brennans.
But we have this huge government bureaucracy, and there are unnamed individuals who have positions of influence, GS-13s, 14s, 15s, SESs, SISs, who probably don't like the fact that 77 million people chose President Trump to come back as the Commander-in-Chief and the President.
How would you set the right tone and make sure that those who are meant to be apolitical are actually implementing the will of the man chosen by the 77 million?
Let me illustrate this by what I witnessed eight years ago.
I wasn't part of the NSC then, but because of my portfolio, national security, I would go to all the NSC meetings that were relevant to me.
So ISIS, China, you name it.
And I observed them, because I'd never been inside a SCIF at an NSC meeting before.
And then after about a month, I identified this trend whereby we'd be talking about something really important like the defeat ISIS plan.
And we'd be in a secure conference room.
We'd have outstations coming in from the CIA, DIA, Kabul, you name it.
And I'd sit there for an hour, Chris, and it's as if an election hadn't occurred.
Nobody mentioned the name of the president, and nobody referred to his policies.
And so after about a month, I decided to be the awkward, you know, squeaky wheel.
And I'd raise my hand after about an hour, and I'd say, excuse me, gentlemen, excuse me, ladies, did you hear what the president said yesterday?
About the jihadi threat?
Did you listen to his speech on China?
We need to be doing that.
If you were in the position to be called to serve again, how does one deal with the inertia of a bureaucracy that just doesn't give a damn about who the president is?
Right.
So this is, like anything else, it's a leadership question.
And I think this time President Trump has been educated the hard way.
And I think...
President Trump, it's incumbent upon him to make a statement as he kicks off.
And this statement can be reproduced or reiterated in every department and agency.
And it should also have a legal check.
But the sentiment has to be, look, If you're interested in serving your country, we want you here.
If you're a political operative who's going to set out to sabotage our operations, get out.
The choice you make is now.
Correct.
If you don't want to agree with the writ of 77 million Americans, you can say goodbye now.
Right.
And you can leave honorably, and we understand you don't agree.
Goodbye, good luck.
Time served.
Bye-bye.
But it has to be explicit.
It has to be absolutely crystal clear.
They won.
And it has to come from the president, where he says, I know that there's people who don't like me.
They don't like how I talk.
They don't like my ideas.
I accept that.
We are a divided country.
But I won.
And if you're going to serve, you took an oath to the Constitution.
And that means that you have to follow lawful orders.
And if you don't want to, you have to resign.
It's that simple.
Chris, how do we get here?
I mean, and I agree with you.
I think that's a wonderful idea.
Day one, the president makes a statement.
The people have spoken.
Correct.
If you don't like what they've said, you can leave government service.
Exactly right.
How is it that a president has to say that?
Because that's kind of absurd, really.
Yeah, well, it's the same reason, you know, I taught journalism law at George Mason University for five years.
And I would go into the class, and I figured I had juniors and seniors, so upper-level class.
And the class that I ended up teaching was like a 7th or 8th grade civics class.
And so I have 20 and 21, 22-year-old kids sitting there.
They don't know what the hell the Constitution is.
They don't know what...
The divisions within the three branches of government, they don't understand federal, state, and municipal.
There's zero education.
There's no knowledge.
So people are more indoctrinated in ideology than they are educated in government.
And that's part of the problem.
The other part is, there's people floating around this town that think that because they went to Harvard, because they went to Yale, because they went to Stanford, they get to make the decisions.
It's the same...
Arrogance as an Alger hiss.
It's one of those operatives.
Who cares about the people?
I went to Harvard.
Right.
And I'll set the policy and just do as you're told.
Yeah.
Never a true word.
We are getting to the pay dirt here.
This is the stuff that has to happen starting 12.01 on January the 20th.

The idea that no person is above the law is a bedrock principle of American justice.
No man is above the law no matter what the crime.
And I agree with you.
No man is above the law.
No person is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No man is above the law.
Nobody is above the law.
No one is above the law.
No man is above the law.
He has to be held accountable.
He's not above the law.
No one's above the law.
Either that nor any other title puts you above the rule of law.
No one is truly above the law.
That is what it means to have a rule of law.
That is what it means to not have a king.
They're not above the law.
Nobody is above the law.
Everyone will be treated, as Merrick Garland has said, as, you know, equally.
No one is above the law, which is foundational.
All right, enough, enough, enough.
The hypocrisy is too much, too much for me.
No one's above the law unless their name is Hillary Clinton or Hunter Biden, I guess.
This is America First, one-on-one, the manhood hour.
You're not a lawyer, but you're surrounded by them, and your organization is called Judicial Watch.
That is correct.
I've got to get your take, Chris Farrell.
It's weird.
First, talk to us about, you know, the Hunter Biden pardon.
11 years, backdated.
And then this incredible thing that floated around last week that the Biden White House is considering pardons for Comey, for Liz Cheney, for John Brennan.
Now, I know I'm an immigrant, but for me...
My understanding is pardons are for people who have been convicted of a crime or are about to be or were innocent and you're setting the record straight because there was a miscarriage of justice.
Why does Jim Comey or Liz Cheney...
Does that mean they've committed a crime?
Guilty conscience, right?
Weird, right?
Guilty conscience.
It's what we've been talking about for the last few minutes.
And you've had some great drop-in segments there to show.
They know what they've done.
The jig is up.
The jig is up.
And they're terrified that once the rule of law is applied to them...
Look, they know the outrageous...
Sort of political jihad they went on to go after President Trump, manufacturing crazy lawsuits and prosecutions in New York.
They know the insanity.
And now there's an opportunity for somebody to come back, somebody like Pam Bondi, let's say, who's going to come in and say, it appears to me that people have misused their authority and power.
It's a very grave crime.
You can't just because you have a title or you have a badge and a gun, you can't just go out and do whatever the hell you want.
And expect zero consequences.
I mean, it's literally dirty cops.
Comey's a dirty cop, right?
And so the idea that they can just run around and terrorize and harass people, and then once you win the election, oh, never mind, right?
Every case gets dismissed, shut down, and there's no consequence?
Isn't there also what a psychiatrist would call a bit of projection here, that they've been using the judicial system and law enforcement as a weapon, and they think, oops, we're not in charge anymore.
Right, right.
And they knew that when they started it.
Because they knew at some point, one way or the other, the pendulum swings, right?
And somebody's going to come back to them and say, hey, what's good for the goose is good for the gander, right?
Let's take a look at what you were doing.
And all of a sudden, oh, you're persecuting me, right?
And that's exactly, this is...
It's so painfully obvious.
And don't think the American public doesn't know it.
That's precisely why President Trump was re-elected.
Because the American people saw through all this phony, baloney, double-talk garbage, and they knew that he was being unjustly pursued.
The lady doth protest too much, as the Bard of Avon once said.
They're protesting because they're as guilty as sin and they know the crimes that they have committed.
It's not ideal to have an incoming potential head of the FBI, Kash Patel, who has published enemies lists.
But one advantage of that is that he wrote a book, he has an enemies list in it, so we know exactly who he has threatened to go after without cause.
Just pardon everyone on it.
The lunatic from the New York Times, Michelle Goldberg, saying, oh my gosh, Kasper Patel has enemies list.
Well, he doesn't.
He talked about the criminals that he chronicled in his book, Government Gangsters, which weirdly the Biden administration tried to prevent the publication of.
I wonder why that is.
So strange, isn't it?
And when it comes to enemies list, hey, Michelle, maybe you should have a chat with, ooh, I don't know, Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, maybe they can help you out on that regard.
We're going to continue in a moment.
Now, we haven't rehearsed this because we don't give out talking points to our guests, not even when the president comes on the show, but I've got to ask you, he's a friend of mine, full disclosure, Kash Patel.
What's the problem with Kash Patel, Chris?
He's too smart.
He's too capable.
He's too knowledgeable of the inside game, the inside mechanics.
And that terrifies them.
He knows exactly where to go, what buttons to push, what questions to ask.
What about this thing that he's not qualified?
I didn't even know this, so I know him pretty well.
I knew that he was a counterterrorism prosecutor for the Department of Justice, chief investigator for Devin Newton, who is on the Intelligence Committee.
Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, Deputy Director of National Intelligence.
And I didn't even know this.
When we killed Baghdadi, he had the job I've been nominated for.
He was the Senior Director of Counterterrorism.
Woefully unqualified to run the FBI, right?
Yeah.
It's just preposterous.
He's got all the credentials and anybody that says otherwise...
He's only 44 years old.
How did he even do that?
All of that in 44 years?
Yeah, he's an accomplished guy.
He's very smart.
He's actually also very humble.
He's a very humble guy.
I'm obviously older than he is by a couple of decades, but he walks up and talks to me and calls me sir.
So, I mean, that's just respect of age, I guess.
He's a very genuine...
Can I underline what you just said?
Yeah.
He's one of these people that shocks you because he's lived and breathed this city, which is a stinking cesspit of egos.
He has no ego.
He just has love of country.
A kid of immigrants who loves America.
He's a very sincere, authentic guy, and he knows exactly what's going on, and he speaks very plainly, and that makes the left nuts.
It makes them crazy.
I think he's an excellent pick, and I think You know, he can really clean house in the FBI and arguably maybe even shut it down, hopefully.
But nonetheless, he can reform it.
Let's talk about reform and let's talk about your bailiwick and what you did for decades in the U.S. Army.
You're the expert.
I'm just going to throw out something provocative.
As a child of the Cold War, I don't think we've done proper counterintelligence.
You did counterintelligence.
Counterintelligence is dead.
I don't think we've done it for a couple of decades.
Correct.
So what do we do?
If we get rid of the corrupt people, right, if we get out the protégés of Comey, Brennan, the Strokes who are still stuck inside, if we get rid of them, how do we begin to rebirth a counterintelligence capacity for America?
So I know for a fact, because I still have friends in various places, that the Chinese are eating our lunch at a rate that is unimaginable.
Your hair would stand straight up on end.
Setting that aside.
Not to mention Iran and everybody else.
Right, right.
But they've also become incredibly risk-averse.
Who?
The counterintelligence world.
So us.
Us.
From the FBI, but also the military services.
Some of the military services back in the dark ages when I was actively doing this, some of them have always been a little gun shy.
Navy and Air Force OSI were always kind of afraid of their own shadow.
Who?
Who were the most forward-leaning?
Who did you respect?
The Army.
Overwhelmingly, the Army, whether it was counter-espionage investigations or offensive counter-intelligence operations, OFCO, which is a nice way of talking about double agent operations is what it really is.
The Army was always much more aggressive.
The other departments were kind of wishy-washy.
They would wait and be reactive.
The Army was aggressively, proactively running operations both ways.
And that's what we need to go to.
Instead of being a defensive, reactive player, Field or discipline within the intelligence, all the different ints, it needs to be spun around the other way.
And we need to be running very aggressive, offensive counterintelligence operations and counterespionage operations looking for...
What was the last time you heard about a big spy bus?
That silly, that Russian one that was kind of a joke.
Other than the woman Montez at DIA who was being robbed of the Cubans.
Tell me a great female spy.
You mean there's none?
Yeah, right.
But to go back to the how you do it, and it goes back to my tactical question earlier, I think you're going to give me the same answer.
This is simply a function of leadership, right?
Correct.
You need to have the forward-leaning director, agency head.
And you also have to be able to tell people, you know what, you're going to do this, and it's not going to be perfect.
You're going to make a mistake.
You're going to screw up.
There might be a problem.
I don't care.
Do it anyway.
And if you're working hard and doing it the right way, even if there's a problem, I got your back.
Which is leadership.
Exactly.
And so your subordinates, and this makes people crazy in Washington, D.C., your subordinates have to be allowed to fail.
And you have to be able, as a leader, to say, I understand.
I got it.
I'll give you the top cover.
You run as hard and fast as you can.
If you don't know what you're doing or you're not sure, come to me and ask me.
I'll tell you what we need to do.
But that kind of conversation...
That I just gave you a shorthand version of?
That conversation doesn't exist in Washington, D.C. It doesn't.
And there's no one going to work every single day with the sole object of defeating China.
Right.
There might be somebody on January the 20th.
I hope so.
There might be.
I think his name is Donald Trump, the 47th president of the United States.
We talked to Chris Farrell, director of investigations and research for Judicial Watch.
And if you put me back in the White House, their reign is over.
Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
I'm not going to let this happen.
The speech that is still reverberating around D.C. and causing quite a few sleepless nights across the nation for malefactors and those who don't believe in this, the greatest nation on God's green earth.

Last question for you, Chris, and This has been immensely fun, and thank you for helping me navigate the future as well.
Again, haven't rehearsed this.
A bit of a spiritual question, a bit of a deep question, personal question.
How are you feeling after November the 5th?
Have we got a shot, Chris?
How are you feeling?
I'm elated.
I really am genuinely very positive and very optimistic.
You know, I tell this to people and I mean it from the bottom of my heart.
Encouragement is like oxygen.
Because, look, when we're down doing what we do, when we're fighting, you know, kind of our heads down, we're slugging away, every once in a while, you're able to sit upright and you get a breath of oxygen, and it really encourages you, it lifts you up.
Somebody says you're doing a good job.
And we now have legitimate encouragement.
Yeah.
President Trump is a better president as number 47. I think he was the best president since George Washington.
Back in 40, he was 45. But now he's coming in as 47. And so it's everything that he was doing right now.
But now he knows all the BS and the backstabbing.
And they tried to shoot him.
They tried to kill him.
So he's pretty serious.
Right.
So he is a different cat.
So coming in as 47, this is exactly, so everything that he was in 45, and I'll just say this to, God rest his soul, Lou Dobbs, a good friend of mine.
I said, you know, he's the best president since George Washington, and Lou loved that.
I kept saying it over and over again.
And he was, and he is.
But coming in now at 47, this is a real opportunity.
And the picks that he's making, right?
Yourself included, but other great folks, Pete Hegseth, Cash.
Sending a message.
These are people who are, they're not going to put up with the same old crap day in, day out.
And they're really going to make a difference.
And I think that a lot of his supporters are really motivated.
They want to see the garbage taken out.
And I think we're going to.
I don't know if that's going to be the title for this hour.
President Trump is a different kind of cat.
But it's true.
47 is going to be different from 45.
