	Because these lunatics that we have running our government, they've allowed inflation to rise to a level that we've never seen before, and it's not affordable.

	Kamala Harris cast the deciding votes that launched the worst inflation in our country's history.
	She cost a typical American family over $30,000 in higher prices.

	And now, Kamala, A disaster who shouldn't be allowed to run.
	She has no right to be running.

	They're a threat to democracy.

	Kamala wants to raise the typical family's taxes by nearly $3,000 a year.
	And I'm announcing today a new step that I'll take to get emergency price relief to all Americans.
	On day one, I will sign an executive order directing every federal agency to immediately remove every single burdensome regulation driving up the cost of goods.
	They drive up the cost of goods.
	We have so many regulations that hurt our country.
	I cut more regulations times four than any president in the history of our country.
	And that's why we had the best.

	I want to address the comment that Joe Biden made yesterday, last night, that said the supporters of Donald Trump, us, are garbage, are garbage.
	I can assure you we're not garbage. - How dare he say that, looking out?
	I see police officers, teachers, nurses, grandparents, students.
	I see everyday Americans that make this country great.
	Is it the defining moment for this election?

	Whatever the political prostitutes of the mainstream media, the likes of Politico who doctored this transcript, or even the White House officials who, against the law, changed the transcript of what Biden said, let's listen to what he actually said as Kamala Harris was having her event outside the White House.
	This is what he said inside the building.
	Or Puerto Rico, where I'm in my home state of Delaware.
	They're good, decent, honorable people.
	The only garbage I see floating out there is their supporters.

	People who work hard, people who sweat for a living, get their hands dirty, people who, in the armed services, have bled for us.
	You're garbage if you support President Trump.
	What does he have to say about it?
	Well, this is the man who was president, and if he gets enough of your support, this is what he thinks of the current incumbent cut to.

	And I have to begin by saying 250 million Americans are not garbage.
	So what did he do?
	Some genius on his team, as he was getting ready to land in Grand Rapids, had an idea that turned into, well, what shall we call it, the anti-Dukakis?
	Snapshot of this election potentially.
	Remember when Michael Dukakis, I think we have the image, tried to look like a tough guy, put on the helmet, got in the tank, and he was lambasted for looking like a clown.
	Well, President Trump, he reversed that.
	And, well, let's listen to him tell the full long story of what happened yesterday as he was getting prepared to land for his next rally.
	This outfit, you know, is when he called us all garbage.
	How stupid.
	What a stupid word.
	That blows deplorable away, don't you think?
	And one of my people came in and said, You know, the word garbage is the hottest thing right now.
	Would you like to drive a garbage truck?
	Now, we're about, you know, 30 minutes from land.
	We had to do this pretty quick.
	I said, it's sort of cool, though, isn't it?
	Because, you know, they pulled up this garbage truck.
	I don't know how the hell they did it so fast.
	I have very capable people.
	And then they said, sir, we have a vest.
	You know, one little mistake with these guys is that your political career is over.
	You can't even...
	So I said, man, if I don't get up there, this is going to be very embarrassing.
	The first day is like, up here.
	I'm saying, shit.
	So I had the adrenaline going and I made it.
	We drove about two feet.
	I got out, got into the plane.
	And then I got in the car, and I'm driving over here, and I have this still on.
	And I come into the arena, and I say, where's my jacket?
	I want to get out of this thing.
	And they said, it would be unbelievable if you could wear it on stage.
	I said...
	I got 25,000 people standing outside.
	I got all these people here.
	There's no way I'm wearing it on stage.
	They said, oh, okay, sir.
	I said, get me my jacket.
	But, you know, it actually makes you look thinner.
	I said...
	And they got me.
	I said, I want to wear it on stage.
	Who does that?
	Name me one—well, he's not a politician, right?
	That's why America loves him.
	But name me one politician who does that, gets off the plane, gets in the dump truck, puts on the high-visibility vest, drives it around, and then wears the vest for the whole podium speech yesterday in Grand Rapids, and then the self-deprecation.
	I did it because it makes me look thinner than my handmade Italian suits.
	Wow, you gotta love this man.
	What a performer.
	What a patriot.
	Have you voted?
	We have barely a few days left.
	Make sure you voted early.
	Make sure you've taken five of your friends to vote early.
	For all those suffering right now, who bled for this nation, all those who can't make ends meet, for those maimed, for those raped, for those murdered by the illegals let into this country, and just for the future of your children and your grandchildren, will you step up to the plate?

	So we're out there, nice clean air, but the air from China blows over our country every three and a half to four days.
	And when they dump their garbage into the ocean, it floats on by in the Pacific.
	It floats on by Los Angeles.
	It's a lovely sight to see.
	We end up picking up their garbage, right?
	Because we allow that to happen.
	We won't allow that to happen.
	We're not going to allow that to happen.
	You know, China, when I was president, paid us hundreds of billions of dollars in taxes and tariffs.
	When all of the other people — I won't use names — but when they were — China never paid them 10 cents.
	Not paid — they didn't pay us 10 cents.
	I got hundreds of billions of dollars, and they were fine.
	I had a good relationship with them.
	I had a great relationship with President Xi until the China virus hit our shores, in which case that was a bridge too far.
	But we did a great job on that.
	Never got the credit for that.
	We got a credit for the economy, for the military.
	Rebuilt the entire military.
	Got great credit for not having started wars.
	He's answered.

	Let's have the scenario that the good guys win.
	President Trump is reelected.
	The decision is fast.
	He's inaugurated.
	He comes back in.
	How bad is the damage that has been done in terms of what things were like in the 15-16 transition?
	Can you give us a kind of snapshot of the scale of the task first?
	It's a gigantic scale because almost everything has gone wrong since Biden came into office.
	So I think on day one, President Trump will be in the Oval Office, behind the desk, and I think he will sign about 150 executive orders that are ready to go on day one, Sebastian, to reverse a lot of the damage that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have done.
	Starting with what?
	XL, Keystone, fracking?
	What's the priority?
	Almost every regulation that Biden has put in place will be gone.
	I believe we will pull out, once again, of the un-American, the Paris Climate Accord.
	I think all those EV mandates, you know, that you have to buy an EV, that you have to have a gas stove, that you can't have a gas stove, all of those, they're gone.
	I think we're going to eliminate a lot of the The green energy programs.
	And I think you're just going to see a liberation of the U.S. economy.
	And I expect, give us three months.
	Will you give us three months to get the whole thing resolved?
	Well, it's three months enough to actually see something.
	When are American consumers going to feel the return of Maganomics?
	Well, first of all, I laugh.
	I mean, I break out laughing when I hear these Nobel Prize economists say, oh, well, Kamala Harris is going to be better for the economy than Donald Trump.
	But wait a minute.
	We've had four years of Donald Trump, and we've had four years of Biden and Kamala Harris.
	This is the point of our book, by the way, Sebastian.
	I mean, all we did in the book was just look at, here's what happened when Trump was president, and here's what's happened since Biden and Kamala Harris have been in the White House, and it's night and day.
	On almost every, not everyone, but almost every statistic and measurement of economic performance, whether it's people's take-home pay, whether it's the price you pay for groceries, gas prices, what's happened to our small businesses, can people make a mortgage payment?
	What's happened with the stock market?
	All of these things performed substantially better when Trump was president.
	And so when somebody says, well, Kamala will be better for the economy, well, how?
	They've been in charge for four years.
	And look, if you think things are going fine and dandy for the country, you probably should vote for Kamala Harris, because she's going to give you more of the same, except I do think she's more radical than Joe Biden in terms of the things she— We're proposing a $5 trillion tax increase.
	I was on one of these news shows a few days ago, and the commentator said, well, do you think that Do you think that this would be the biggest tax increase in American history?
	I said, no, this would be the biggest tax increase in world history if she gets elected.
	Can you address this canard that we hear from, you know, they've roped in Obama of late, and he's returned to this, well, of course, Trump had a good economy because it was my economy.
	Can you slap that down for me, Stephen Moore?
	Yeah, if you look at the eight years that Obama was president, the economy severely underperformed.
	This is one of the mythologies that somebody has to take on, you know, because we can't let them write the history books, right?
	And they're very good at writing the history books, and they distort history.
	And so they—I saw something the historian said, Barack Obama is one of our best, five greatest presidents ever.
	What?
	I mean, the economy did so poorly.
	If it had been anybody but Mitt Romney running in 2012, Obama would have been a one-term presidency.
	He got lucky and ran against a feeble Republican.
	But no, that was a really bad economy.
	By the way, I want to add to that, Obamacare was a total disaster.
	And remember, they called that the Affordable Care Act.
	You think healthcare is affordable today?
	Yeah.
	Yeah, no, you're absolutely right.
	What can be done about that?
	So we've talked about energy, deregulation, tax policy.
	Is there any quote-unquote solution to the disaster that was Obamacare and the Obamacare market?
	Yeah, let the free market work.
	Let people choose their plans.
	Let people have all sorts of options.
	Just like in education, let everybody have options about where they send the—isn't it interesting?
	We believe in freedom.
	We allow people—giving people choice, the freedom to choose, as Milton Friedman would say.
	They're against that.
	They want to tell you, this is where you have to send your kids to school.
	This is where you—the hospital you have to go to.
	This is what you have to buy.
	You know, remember when Obama famously said, oh, if you like your health plan, you can keep it.
	Under Kamala Harris, she said, no, it doesn't matter if you like your plan.
	We're going to put everybody under Medicare.
	Did you know that she supports Medicare for All?
	Oh, yeah.
	We played the clips.
	Yeah.
	So why isn't the media talking about that?
	Why does the media let her get away with running away with everything that she's ever stood for?
	Folks, I want everybody to understand.
	Kamala Harris is not some kind of a moderate Democrat.
	She was the most left-wing Democrat in the entire United States Senate.
	She was to the left.
	Are you ready for this?
	She was to the left of Bernie Sanders.
	How does that happen?
	Rated as the most extreme leftist senator in the upper house, worse than even the man who honeymooned in the Soviet Union when it was the Soviet Union.

	Hispanics want great jobs, rising wages, and safe communities.
	You don't want vicious gang members getting dumped into your state.
	And you don't want Kamala teaching your children that they can change their gender anytime they want.
	And many Hispanics are also Catholics, and Kamala is persecuting Catholics.

	Well, I think what it's been about is about politics for the last several years.
	And if a group of people are told and, frankly, misinformed over and over and over again that the economy is terrible, they think to themselves that the economy is terrible.
	But the truth, in black and white, I like to think that we live in a very world of gray.
	This is black and white.
	Historically, under any empirical measure you can find, this economy is...

	It's hot.
	You have wages up this morning at 4.6% year over year.
	I mean, there's no number in these reports, whether it's about economic growth, whether it's about jobs, whether it's about wage growth.
	You know, they say, well, what will the economy be like if the next four years were anything like this last four years?
	What would it be like?
	It would be actually quite extraordinary.
	I mean, just think about the trend line of what's happening here.
	If it were to actually continue this way, I think people would think we're living in Alice in Wonderland.
	Stephen Moore, the New York Times financial expert, has said the economy's amazing.
	How could you be so wrong, Stephen?
	Well, I guess if you're on Wall Street, it is good, and if you live in Washington, D.C. You see, what we have in America today, in Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and Washington, D.C., is a bubble, bubble economy.
	You know, they don't have any idea what people in Main Street America are facing.
	They don't—you know, if somebody really rich like Andrew Sorkin It's facing 25% higher grocery prices.
	That doesn't affect him.
	He's making a million dollars a year.
	But somebody living on a $60,000, $70,000 income and working 40 hours a week, and maybe both parents are working, and then they have to go and pay 25% more for groceries, 35% more for gasoline.
	They have to pay 60% more for their mortgage.
	I mean, what planet are these people living on?
	When you've got two out of three Americans saying that they believe the economy is headed in the wrong direction, they're not making this up.
	This is what they feel.
	You know, my wife, the other day, she dragged me to the grocery store because I've been citing the official numbers.
	She said, you've got to just see what things cost.
	You know, $8 for a box of Wheaties?
	You know, $5 for a dozen eggs?
	I mean, it's unbelievable.
	I mean, McDonald's.
	My God, I went with my kids to McDonald's, the three of us, and my bill was $35 for McDonald's.
	I mean, so everything is so damn expensive.
	We have not seen anything like this since Jimmy Carter was in office.
	The answer is Americans in general are poorer today than when Joe Biden came into office.
	What kind of an economy is that?
	Yeah, so this is where you realize that there's two Americas, Stephen Moore.
	The isolated, the cost of gasoline has no impact on them.
	They have no idea what the price of a gallon of milk is.
	That's the reality.
	What is your message to those people who are sitting on the fence?

	We know what Donald Trump can do.
	We know he can rebuild the economy because he's done it once before, if not twice, after COVID was over.

	At the top of your Twitter feed, you have a new one about the pro-life prisoners that you spoke to, which is amazing because we had Ricky Williams on the show yesterday, his beautiful wife in prison for three years for just standing outside an abortion clinic.
	But I have to talk about this article because somebody had to write this article.
	And of course, It's Mary Margaret.
	How Trump learned...
	I prefer learnt, real English.
	How Trump learned to embrace the transgender culture wars.
	Now, you and I have been having this conversation for years now.
	Tell me...
	You're the expert.
	I think the trans devil-worshipping cult is perhaps the biggest red pill for non-political voters in America who don't see themselves as left or right but think, you know, a hairy 18-year-old man walking into the changing rooms naked pretending he's a woman with their daughter is a problem.
	So tell us about Trump and the anti-trans movement on the right.
	Yes, so this was a story that we felt was really important to write because exactly what you're saying, this has brought so many people to the conservative movement who otherwise probably wouldn't have been interested in joining forces with Republicans at all.
	But what I've been hearing from all of the people I've talked to, which includes people close to the Trump campaign, activists who've been fighting in this battle for the last decade, is that parents have been so radicalized by the crazy content in their kids' schools, whether it's critical race theory, Progressive sex education, pornographic books or materials or just gender ideology.
	Parents had enough and this grassroots movement of parents and then different incidents like the rise of Riley Gaines and the Loudoun County sexual assault scandal caused this movement that made enough of a fuss that People in Trump's orbit paid attention.
	Trump himself paid attention.
	And now Republicans are aggressively messaging on this issue.
	They're saying men don't belong in women's sports.
	They're saying that kids shouldn't be pushed through irreversible transgender procedures.
	And they're saying that parents should have the right to decide what their kids are being taught.
	And across the spectrum, this is helping GOP candidates.
	We've even seen two Democrats backtrack on their stances on men and women's sports because they realize how unpopular this is.
	So I would argue this could be even the 2024 sleeper issue.
	And who do we owe the most credit to?
	We've got amazing people who've been on my show in addition to yourself.
	We've got Chris Ruffo, James Lindsay, Miriam, what's her name, the amazing doctor?
	Grossman, yes.
	Grossman, amazing.
	And of course the detransitioners like Chloe Coles.
	Who else should we recognize at this point, Mary Margaret?
	Well, some of the people that I talk about in my story are Scott Smith, the father in Loudoun County who was arrested after he tried to talk back about his daughter being sexually assaulted in a school bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt.
	Of course, Luke Rosiak here at Daily Wire broke that story, and we're really proud of that.
	Also, this really helped Glenn Youngkin win in Virginia.
	You know, Youngkin paid attention to parents And elevated their voices and their concerns and won this battle in Virginia.
	And I think the Trump campaign and GOP candidates in general pay a lot of attention to that race and how Youngkin really became the champion of these parents and advocated for their concerns.
	But then, of course, you got people like Chloe Cole, Luca Hine, Prisha Mosley, these detransitioners.
	Paula Scanlon, who was a teammate of Leah or Will Thomas at the University of Pennsylvania and was forced to share a locker room with a man for months and to change in front of a man for months.
	Riley Gaines, whose story I wrote at the University of Pennsylvania.
	Yes.
	Lots of different individuals.
	So trans could be the biggest red pill.
	Let's talk about the second story, which I'm so glad you did this.
	All the pro-lifers who are behind bars right now, like Beverly Beattie-Williams, what is their message to America?
	This is the headline, Defend Our Country, Imprisoned Pro-Life Activists Urge Americans to Vote Against Kamala.
	Tell us what you found.
	Yes, so we did a lot of work trying to track down where these activists were, how we could get in touch with them through the federal prison system.
	And I talked to a number of them and they told me, well, they're disappointed in former President Donald Trump for some of his recent comments on life.
	They also view Kamala Harris as the greater threat to the life movement and to people like them.
	And they also pointed out that Trump has literally promised to get them back to their families and to investigate their cases.
	So one person told me, you know, Trump has promised to get us out of here and Kamala is part of the administration that literally put us in here.
	So some of them told us, defend our country, get out there and vote.
	Don't vote for Kamala Harris because she's part of one of the most pro-abortion administrations in our country's history.
	And so I thought these voices were worth including, especially because recently Kamala Harris has spent a lot of time talking about how Donald Trump is going to imprison his political dissidents.
	Well, I don't know that he's going to do that, but she certainly has.
	Yeah, she absolutely has.
	It's what Dennis Prager says is the rule of the left.
	Accuse conservatives of exactly what you are doing today, which is weaponizing the judicial system and imprisoning those that you disagree with politically.

	That's a distraction.
	People in the room, like my whole goal with her and with him is just talk, just have a conversation like a human being.
	You find out things about people.
	You get a sense of them at least, a real sense.

	The media sets up a false narrative.
	They want to say that you're losing and you've lost support.

	And now towards the end, they're having to catch back up and get back to reality.
	But this pollster is apparently an A++ poll.
	And it shows me up about a point, almost a point over Ruben Gallego.
	My internal polling has shown me up three points.
	So we feel confident where we are.
	But you know what I feel really comfortable with is the level of turnout we're getting.
	And we got to thank Charlie Kirk and Turning Point Action for helping out here in Arizona, getting people, A, registered to vote.
	We have a voting registration advantage over Democrats.
	That's almost seven points.
	And now going in and getting those ballots returned and getting those ballots filled out and getting people to the poll, I think we're up to 150,000 ballots returned over the Democrats right now.
	This is massive, and we still have more time to vote early.
	You can vote in Arizona today and tomorrow, and then it's going to be up to voting on Election Day, and we're going to get people out to vote then as well.
	So I feel really confident about it.
	I'm running against the most radical liberal Tell us a few things about this Gallego's chat.
	What kind of things does he believe in, Carrie?
	Take the craziest stuff you've ever heard of, and then you can just—I can guarantee you he's voted for it.
	Like, he's voted for an open border.
	He called the border wall dumb and stupid.
	He calls Trump supporters the worst people in the world.
	He votes to give federal dollars to sanctuary cities.
	He co-authored— And co-sponsored the George Floyd legislation, which would have defunded the police nationwide, which is insane.
	He's voted to allow schools to start puberty blockers and give our kids puberty blocker pills behind our backs and start pushing them towards that gender transition craziness that will ruin their lives and make them very sick people when it comes to their physical health.
	And he's voted for, you know, when it came time with the COVID vaccines, he wanted people punished if they chose not to get the vaccine.
	He wanted people who chose not to get the vaccine to have to pay 50% more for our insurance premiums.
	And he wanted to torture businesses and take away their liquor licenses if they weren't the mask Nazis forcing people to put masks on.
	This guy is amazing.
	As radical as they come, has voted for every penny of the $260 billion that's gone to Ukraine, but doesn't want to put a single penny into real border security, such as the border wall.
	And what was this stuff about his very, very ugly divorce, serving the divorce papers to his wife while she was pregnant?
	And then is it true that he wanted to suppress the release of those papers?
	What is he hiding, Carrie Lake?
	Well, he was really trying to hide what a terrible character he is, what a man of just a terrible character.
	And he had his divorce record sealed.
	Nobody gets their divorce record sealed.
	It's really hard.
	But you can see why he would want them sealed because he served his wife divorce papers days before Christmas.
	And in them, he said she's going to give birth any day that he wanted her to pick up the tab for his attorneys.
	And he walked out on his wife and child.
	She had to deliver that baby alone without him.
	And he ran off with a DC lobbyist who is his top priority because 38 pieces of legislation that she has been behind and spearheaded, he has then shepherded through the Congress.
	So his priority is whatever his lobbyist wife wants, not what the people of Arizona want.
	You know, he's also been investigated for fraud and defrauding Latino immigrants out of their life savings when he was a director at a bank down here.
	And when he worked for an ambulance company, they ended up under federal investigation for defrauding Medicare.
	This guy has the worst background and the media doesn't want to touch it.
	He lied about his father.
	He didn't tell us his father was a convicted felon Mexican drug trafficker.
	His uncle was killed by the cartels.
	His family is knee deep in the Mexican drug trade and he didn't say a word about it.
	This is really, really scary stuff.
	We don't want someone, we already know his record is coddling the cartels.
	We don't want someone who is pro-cartel.

	He's a master of political imagery like this.
	But it's also a really important moment, right?
	A skill set that Donald Trump has is so important here is because you really have to drive home this thing, because the media doesn't want to cover this, right?
	They're all trying to dismiss it or agree with the White House's cover-up here, where they're trying to pin the positive fee on the supporters' word and the transcript and so on.
	The media is trying to ignore it or cover up for the White House or, say, You know, and the best cases out there in the media, I think, are like where some of them say that Joe Biden appeared to call Donald Trump supporters garbage.
	But the vast majority of the establishment media doesn't want to cover it.
	So now, to cover Donald Trump, answering their questions, they have to cut into live broadcasts.
	I saw it happen on CNN Live last night, where he's riding around in a dump truck.
	And you have to ask, why is Donald Trump riding around in a garbage truck?
	Right?
	Well, then, you know, the audience can then see.
	And he's connecting the dots for folks out there.
	But the fact is that Joe Biden let the cat out of the bag and said what we all know, and we've known for years, that Democrats view American citizens as.
	You know, Hillary Clinton thinks this.
	She called us all deplorables.
	Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have called us all Nazis and fascists.
	And now you have Joe Biden with the coup de grace calling us all garbage.
	And now the latest today is more Cubans out there, Kamala Harris, his top economic surrogate who thinks he's going to get a job in the Kamala Harris White House, is out there saying that the women around President Trump are not strong and they're not intelligent.
	That's just not good.
	I mean, just attacking people Out there for their political beliefs.
	This is why you saw people like Josh Shapiro very quickly, the Democrat governor of Pennsylvania, very, very quickly distanced himself from this.
	He went on CNN and within seconds was out there saying he disagreed with it.
	One of my reporters here at Breitbart went to every single one of the battleground state Senate candidates and all of them tried in different ways and some of them in very crafty ways and carefully written statements to distance themselves.
	From Kamala Harris and Joe Biden thinking Americans are garbage.
	But the fact is that this is what Kamala Harris thinks of you, right?
	So this is the point.
	I literally just got off the phone with Senator J.D. Vance.
	We taped an interview with him that's going to air on my Saturday show on Sirius XM this weekend, the final Saturday before the election.

	The big picture here is that these elitists and globalists think they look down At ordinary Americans.
	And if ordinary Americans want to be heard, and they want to have a seat at the table, and they want their actual problems solved, then there's only one choice to vote for in this presidential election.

	The fact of the matter is that these are major tectonic shifts, as you said, in American politics that we've not seen before.
	It's a political realignment, right?
	We are seeing this in the demographic data in this election, where the Republican Party is becoming more and more working class and the Democrats are becoming the party of Wall Street and elitists and billionaires.
	And again, look at what they, not at what they say, but what they do.
	So the Democrats like to say that the Republicans are the party of the billionaires.
	No, they're the party of the billionaires.
	You've got George Soros and Reid Hoffman and Mark Cuban and all these other losers running around.
	Whereas, you know, the Republican Party under Donald Trump has, you know, Teamsters members and working class unions and, you know, firefighters and things like that.

	Kristen, what's your analysis based on what we just heard from Trump?
	Well, my analysis is exactly what we talked about before.
	They are trying to milk this for every single drop that they can.
	They want this to turn into what happened in 2016 when Hillary Clinton said that Trump supporters were a basket of deplorables.
	I cannot stress enough how we have spent the last three days, which has been Reiterating, going over these racist, vile remarks that we heard in the pre-programming leading up to Donald Trump taking the stage.
	We have talked about how Puerto Ricans have been pulling back from Donald Trump, how they have been calling for him to issue an apology, how he has not condemned those remarks in any way.
	Now he has flipped the script.
	He is trying to change the narrative and he is trying to latch on to these garbage comments to try to drive people out to polling places so that they cast their ballots and get Everyone who was already somewhat interested in him more energized in getting to the polls.
	Matt, she doesn't seem too happy.
	Well, there's one thing she said there, that's right, that Donald Trump has flipped the script, right?
	Right.
	The fact is that the Democrats are on defense.
	Kamala's big moment was totally ruined by Joe Biden doing a Zoom call from inside the White House a thousand feet behind her.
	And their last shot at turning this race around failed.

	Now they have to sleep in it.

	And what's surprising?
	How big a deal is it that Kamala canceled over $2 million worth of TV ads in North Carolina?

	I mean, it's basically her surrender in the state at this point in the game.
	We did a big story on it earlier in the week.
	I think Anthony Scaramucci was challenging us on it, and then other local news backed us up afterwards, because they all know.
	But the point is that she's basically given up there.
	The early vote is very strong there.
	But the key races I'm looking at are the Senate races, right?
	And I have a huge story coming tomorrow on Breitbart that will go in-depth with Senator Daines.
	I spent You know, several days out in Montana with him earlier in the summer, way back even before they switched to Kamala Harris, but we saw all this coming.
	President Trump and Senator Daines got together at the very beginning of this cycle and saw this coming, this key moment of a close race at the very end.
	Where they have strong Senate nominees across the board, from Carrie Lake in Arizona to Sam Brown in Nevada.
	Okay, I'm going to stop you there.
	We have Carrie on at the top of the hour, and the latest Atlas polling has her up a fraction of a percentage point.
	Does she have a shot now, Matt?
	Yeah, she's always had a shot, right?
	Anybody that said she didn't is just lying to you, right?
	Like, all of these Senate candidates, Mike Rogers in Michigan, all of them do.
	Right, like Eric Hovde in Wisconsin.
	And so frankly, but the point is that this is not an accident.
	We have strong Senate nominees in all the battleground states because President Trump and Senator Daines planned this from the get-go.
	The two of them got together and they planned the whole thing, right?
	And I talked to Daines about this this summer and he laid out the whole thing.
	He literally said it was deliberately and intentional.
	Those are his words, not mine.
	And the point is that he walks through how him and Trump planned the whole thing, and they endorsed the candidates, and they got them through the primaries, and then they got them to the general election.
	And so I think that not only does President Trump have a really good chance here of closing the deal and winning this presidential election, and I'd much rather be President Trump than Kamala Harris at this stage of the game.
	I think not only that, but I think the Republicans have a chance of building a lasting and historic Senate majority.
	And frankly, it could be a majority for the rest of the decade in the U.S. Senate.
	So I'm watching all of those states, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Montana, and even beyond that, New Mexico, where President Trump is today, and in Virginia.

	Let's put at least the headlines up there.
	The first one from the Washington Times.
	John, I know, will have something to say about this.
	Headline, James Comey, then director of the FBI, had FBI honeypot spies infiltrate or attempt to infiltrate the 2016 Trump campaign.
	And these were, quote, off-the-books operations.
	Jim Comey, the disgraced former director of the FBI, hid this from the Office of the Inspector General.
	He sent multiple female agents to With the mission to inveigle themselves into the Trump campaign and somehow use that against the president.
	And that's coming out right now.
	Let's ask John his take on that and the other story.
	We'll talk about ActBlue in a second.

	And the timing of James Comey, the current story, the story that came out from a whistleblower the other day, keep in mind in 2015 it wasn't obvious that Donald Trump was A nominee yet for the president.
	And some of the people that were targeted, George Papadopoulos and Carter Page, were actually working for other campaigns in 2015.
	And so I think we need to be a little careful and dig into this a little bit.
	It's one whistleblower's allegation that hasn't been validated yet.
	I will say this.
	I do know from the documents I saw that there was a moment in the 2016 timeframe in Crossfire Hurricane where an FBI asset, possibly loaned to the CIA, tried to get close to George Papadopoulos, and it does appear that she was using flirtatious or dating sort of tactics to get there.
	Right.
	This is the operation that was run in the UK to try and get close to him, correct?
	That's right.
	That's right.
	And that was definitely controlled and had...
	An element that the FBI handlers for one of the FBI's other sources knew about and were operational on, meaning that the FBI controlled both assets.
	And George Papadopoulos doesn't bite.
	He basically says, I'm not going to take something from Russia.
	I'm not going to help Vladimir Putin.
	And it kind of blows up the whole operation, and they shut it down.
	There's something about the way this allegation has been reported the first time right now that doesn't quite match the timeline or the facts that we do have in evidence.
	So I want to be careful with it.
	We are asking lots of questions, and when we get a resolution, we will definitely come back to you.

	House formally subpoenas Act Blue as feds confirm suspicious activity tied to Democrat fundraising.
	This is a font of billions of dollars worth of funding for Democrat candidates.
	What is the allegation or what are the subpoenas concerned about?
	Is it foreign monies?
	Is it masked monies?
	Is it money laundering?
	What is the case they're trying to build, John?
	Senator Ron Johnson, Chairman James Comer, Chairman Brian Stile all say they have evidence and information suggesting that Venezuela, Iran, China and Russia, four of our Least favorite countries are all trying to launder money into the United States to benefit Democratic candidates using the ActBlue online fundraising platform, which since 2004, it's in session, has raised more than $16 billion.
	It's one of the largest sources of political cash anywhere in America.
	It's a very successful Democratic fundraising platform.
	Now, it isn't certain that ActBlue is complicit in this in any way.
	It could be the foreign powers are using this separately, but the allegation is These foreign powers go get gift cards, $100 credit cards that you can buy at Walmart or Walgreens, and then launder money into Democratic candidates who act blue by putting it in the name of unsuspecting Americans.
	They'll grab someone's email address, they'll grab someone's account, and they will put some money in.
	Sometimes it's the user's credit card, sometimes it's a fake credit card, but a real identity.
	It's called smurfing.
	In the old days, we used to call this straw donations.
	It is illegal.
	Today, Mike Johnson, the speaker, spoke to me about this.
	He says he thinks this is one of the most serious matters that the Congress has faced in a long time for foreign interference in American elections.
	They're still in the formative stages.
	The big news this week, and you know this because you've done lots of great work over the years, the Treasury Department, the Biden-Harris Treasury Department told Congress this week that it does have hundreds, hundreds of suspicious activity reports flagging transactions, foreign money and other transactions flowing in and around ActBlue. foreign money and other transactions flowing in and around ActBlue.
	They're tied to ActBlue in some way.
	We don't know more than that because they haven't turned over the SARs yet.
	But these are the money laundering alert reports that the banks file.
	The suspicious activity reports.

	As Elon said in the return to Butler, we vote, vote, vote.
	So everyone out there listening right now, I don't care who you are, where you live, whether you're in California or Massachusetts, it doesn't matter to me.
	You get five of your friends to vote because if he wins the Electoral College...
	And the popular vote, that is a double mandate.
	So that's why everyone has to get out and vote.
	Vote early and take your friends to vote.
	So let's just take it as a hypothetical.
	Okay, he can lose or it can be stolen.
	But let's say he wins.
	It's called on the night or on the morning after.
	Let's focus as experts in this stinking cesspit I'm broadcasting to you from.
	Let's talk about November the 6th, the morning of the 6th, to January the 20th.
	Given what you have seen, what you have suffered under, especially after 2020, I'm sorry, I'm prattling on.
	I had one good friend say, who's a regular guest on the show, a giant brain say, no, they're going to give in and, you know, they tried in 2020, they had COVID as a cover, and they'll just behave themselves.
	I say absolutely not.
	So as people who have the scars on their bodies from the political trench warfare, let's start with you, Joe.
	What is Mark Elias?
	What are all the Soros foundations?
	What are Mark Zuckerberg's millions going to do after a putative Trump victory on the 5th?
	On November the 6th, The post-election lawfare will begin, which will be a continuum from the lawfare that has been going on for the last seven or eight years.
	They will do everything they can to delegitimize the election and to try and prevent him from taking office.
	They will do it through litigation.
	Jamie Raskin has indicated that on January 6th, they will attempt to prevent the certification of the election.
	And let us remember, That in the House of Representatives on January the 6th, during the certification, Kamala Harris will be the presiding officer in the House of Representatives, and she will wield the gavel and have power over motions that are being made.
	Oh, I didn't even think of that.
	This is why you guys are such high-value guests.
	The presiding president of the Senate will, of course, be ex-officio, the current vice president, Kamala Harris.
	So that's another wrench in the works.
	But I just thought immediately, as you said, that thought of the irony...
	That after 2020 and the whole Pence debacle, that they changed certain aspects and limited the powers of the president of the Senate just to prevent President Trump from doing what he did back then.
	So have they created a quagmire and an ambush of their own devising, Joe?
	Well, they have.
	They have.
	They've changed the rules so that the sort of things that were being asked of Pence can no longer be even asked for.
	They've clarified that it is a ministerial rule only.
	There are no judgments being made.
	But remember, this is not about Democrats obeying the rules.
	They don't obey the rules.
	They break the rules.
	They change the rules.
	She's not going to obey those rules.
	If there is something that is afoot, Between November the 6th and January the 6th to prevent him from taking office, she will partake of it.
	Because at that point, her legacy will be that she lost.
	And she won't want to do that.
	And believe me, there is no telling what type of lawfare activities, litigation, will ensue at that point.
	So people better get ready.
	They better understand that the war has just begun.
	And praise God we win.
	It's not going to be easy taking office.
	Victoria, you worked in the Senate in a very senior position.
	You have a background in intelligence.
	You're a practicing attorney.
	Talk to us about the Senate and the House, what we're hearing from the likes of Jamie Raskin.

	And continual efforts by Democrats in every election to say, oh, no, no, no, we're not verifying this, and who cares about those electors?
	So what is your expectation if President Trump wins the Electoral College vote?
	What is the House and the Senate going to do then?
	Well, they'll be very different because they're very different bodies.
	And the House is a bunch of Of loose cannons like Jamie Raskin and Maxine Waters and the rest of them.
	And they have had no problem in the past opposing the Electoral College.
	They were not called election deniers.
	And by the way, Seth, I just have to say, ever since my former boss, who I was chief counsel for for the Senate Intelligence Committee, Barry Goldwater, ran for president, Republican presidential nominees have been called Hitler.
	I've got the Roy Wilkins quote about Barry Goldwater that he sounds a lot like Hitler.
	That was 1964.
	So this is nothing new.
	It's just the press making more of it.
	So that's a very interesting point you make, and I'd like to put this to bed because I was at an event hosted by the great Steve Moore.
	It was like 20 people who were inside the Reagan administration, and one of these eminents gris, I was asked to speak at the end of the dinner, and he said to me, oh, pish posh with what you suffered under in the Trump White House.
	They did all of this to Reagan before.
	And I just kind of, I didn't blow up, but I said, excuse me, sir, you may have had people undermining President Reagan, but they weren't charging him with 730 years in prison or using the FBI to To raid his home at gunpoint.
	So the deep state has been around for a long time.
	Conservatives have been called Hitler for a long time.
	But isn't there a qualitative difference from what we've witnessed in the last nine years and what you have suffered through, Victoria?
	Yes, it is so different.
	It is so much different in degree that it is different in kind.
	Just as you said, the FBI and the CIA. The FBI and the CIA back in my day pretty much went along.
	They were not political.
	And they have been politicized.
	Trump has got to get rid of Chris Wray, who he chose, by the way, against our advice.

	Given the last three and a half years on the rampant crime, the illegals, 20 million of them crossing our border, the President Trump saying that we have to have reparations for those who lost so much, including loved ones, because of our open borders.
	Is that something conservatives shouldn't agree to?
	Because we always hear about the reparations for slavery.
	But given what happened in the last four years, what do you think of the President's recent suggestion?
	Well, reparations for slavery is a bad idea because nobody that they're asking to pay the reparations now was alive or a slave owner, or mostly were not descendants of slave owners.
	So reparations is an illogical idea, and it's really a game, a political game being played by the left.
	Reparations for people who have been the victims of crime created by the Biden-Harris border policy is a great idea, because there is a direct link between the President of the United States, Joe Biden, violating his oath of office to faithfully execute the laws by opening the border,
	and then the direct result of women being raped, children being raped, There's a direct result.
	Congress can appropriate that money and it should.
	As I understand it, though, Trump is saying, I'm going to take the money from the drug cartels.
	Yes.
	And that's going to be used.
	That'd be great.
	So, be my guest.
	Yeah.
	And by the way, I would get the new president of Mexico on the line, the leftist woman who's now the president of Mexico, And tell her in no uncertain terms, you seal that border today, or I will close the border.
	There will be no traffic between our two countries.
	I'm going to put a tariff on every product coming into this country immediately.
	And you have them stay in Mexico right now and get your troops on your side of the border.
	And we know what that's like because we represented a client in Mexico who had to get transportation and trucking.
	Okay, let me ask you a very technical issue that's been bothering me for several months now, because the President, Tom Homan, and others have said, we're going to deport them all.
	How do we do this legally?
	Because the CBP1 app gave that veil of probity whereby people cleared themselves into the country as asylum seekers.
	If one administration under this fake app says, well, we recognize you as asylum seekers.
	If one executive has done that, can that be countermanded in the courts?
	Or will the lawyers just say, well, DHS cleared them in 2021?
	Therefore, how can these people be removed if one executive has said, nope, you can come in?
	It's going to be a very, very good argument for the illegal immigrants to make.
	It's going to be difficult for the government to refute it, because when the president of the United States changes the rules and uses it technically to allow them to apply, The Justice Department is going to have to say that conduct by President Biden in using that particular visa was illegal and unenforceable.
	But what they have to start doing immediately is deporting the people who didn't use that and start big roundups.
	They have to seal the border immediately.
	That has to be done with orders to Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, stop everything coming in from Venezuela.
	Not just their people, but everything coming in from Venezuela.
	And of course, drill baby drill.
	But that's going to be a difficult argument.
	That's going to be litigated for a long time.
	It's going to be laborious.
	It's going to be, those people, just forget about them in the immediate aftermath.
	You start deporting the people who didn't come in that way.
	Victoria, but isn't there like some kind of argument to be made that the executive has to, you know, have due diligence and care and protect our citizens and can't just wave people through in the tens of millions because of an app they created?
	Is that not an argument?
	The president's not doing his job.
	You know, this is why elections matter.
	What are the courts going to say?
	Those are the arguments before the court.
	But it also emphasizes the need for a Republican Senate and a Republican House, because I am sure that there are some kinds of legislation that could be provided that would cure some of the issues.
	And unless we have the Republicans in both houses, which Trump doesn't say enough in his rallies, he brings up the Senate candidate from that state where he is, but he should keep reminding people, I need a House and a Senate to do the things that I'm telling you I want to do.
	Because one thing is for certain, the leader, the Democratic minority leader in the House of Representatives, Hakeem Jeffries, is a vicious partisan, is a nasty, mean-spirited individual.
	People should go back and look at the speech that he gave when he handed the Gavital over to Kevin McCarthy as the new speaker.
	It was one of the most vicious, partisan, nasty speeches ever given on the floor of the House, It was matched only by Nancy Pelosi tearing up the State of the Union speech.
	The Democrats are going to do everything they can to destroy the presidency of Donald Trump if they control the House.
	Yeah, he's a vicious, vicious individual.
	The only thing about him that's good is he's not very intelligent, but that is a dangerous concatenation as well.

	Joe and Victoria, what What can be done as people who understand the swamp and the way the government works to prevent not just the Kellys of the world coming back.
	I don't think we have that to worry about in a second Trump administration at that level.
	But the Vindmans, you know, the others, the lower level individuals who slow roll things, who leak things right now.
	I presume the Biden-Harris administration is burrowing in, as it is termed, political hacks into permanent civil service positions.
	Is there anything that can be done about that?
	Yeah, Trump has to clean house and he has to be tough about it.
	He was not in the first term, as you all know, Seb.
	I know a person who went in and said, you've got to get rid of your whole national security staff.
	Because they're opposing you.
	And he wouldn't do it.
	So he has just got to get the tough one.
	But there's one thing about toughness, right?
	But I'm asking the legal aspects, right?
	We don't have the kind of options that President Reagan had with the air traffic controllers.
	We have these asinine thing of government unions.
	They used their national security justification at VA when Secretary Wilkie fired 8,000 people for cause, who, by the way, have been rehired with bank paid by Joe Biden.
	So, Joe, what can be done with borrowed-in civil servants who think that the election of the president is irrelevant?
	Well, what I would do is I would make Vivek Ramaswamy the head of OMB. And have him take control of the hiring process along with the Office of Personnel Management.
	You need a killer in OPM. And they need to take control of the civil service system.
	They need to reorganize the system.
	They need to relabel people.
	And they need to have better lawyers than the lawyers on the outside.
	This can be done.
	They need to ask for the defunding of large segments of government agencies and just get rid of people.
	People are not going to stay around for not being paid.
	Believe me, these people who work for the federal government, there's no place to go for them except to go out into the private sector, which isn't going to be hiring during the Trump administration.
	I just think that Trump has to surround himself with people who know how to kill.
	He has to have very smart people, and his transition team has to be the best transition team in history.
	And I'm not talking about people who know about Wall Street or anything like that.
	These have to be people who know Washington, who know how the place works, who know how to cut things off, who know how to reorganize government agencies.
	That's why I think Vivek would be fantastic in that job at OMB. Hey, little Zacky Poo, everyone else at Media Matters.
	When Joe says he needs people who can kill, he means politically, okay?
	He means financially.
	So calm down, okay, little Zachy Poo and everyone else.

	Victoria, what about this idea that I've been pushing for years now, that for the most recalcitrant, unconstitutional members of the administration, can't we move...
	Parts of the federal government to like Alaska or, you know, the U.S. dependencies or to South Dakota, because I don't think a lot of these people want to live far away from their French restaurants in Georgetown.
	I agree with you.

	I mean, this is why we need to have both houses in Republican hands and then it can be done.
	And I agree with it as a policy matter.
	I do think some of these...
	The department should be moved out of Washington, D.C. And I think the education department, as a matter of fact, should be abolished.
	There is no reason to have a federal education department.
	That's just nonsense.
	That can be made.
	Whatever educational funding needs can be done through a subagency of another cabinet department like Treasury.

	The EPA, education, so many things that need to be asked because the bloat is just unconscionably gargantuan.

	By two trillion.
	Yeah, that was quite a moment in Madison Square Gardens.
	Okay, so let's talk about if we have the personnel policy, if we get rid of the dead wood, if we have the likes of Vivek and Elon at OMB, at OPM, at DOGE, what is the Department of Government?
	What is it, Eric?
	The Department of Government.
	What's DOGE stand for?
	Oh, I thought those were in reference to the meme.
	No!
	No, it's the Department of Government something, enhancement or whatever.
	I mean, slash and burn.
	That's what Elon's going to do.
	What about everywhere else?
	You understand the law.
	You understand intelligence.
	Here's my issue, and I don't want to dampen the situation.
	We have to win.
	Everybody has to get five friends to the polling stations in the last five days.
	Are there enough Americans out there, as you said, Joe, who understand D.C. and are prepared to represent the will of the people as GS-14s?
	Are there?
	Yes.
	Yes, there are.
	There are plenty of people, conservatives around the country, who want to serve, who are willing to serve.
	The last time, Trump had around him Bush people, and they were not looking for the right people.
	They brought in people like Chris Wray and others who didn't have the interest of Donald Trump at heart.
	This is over.
	This has to be—there are plenty of people, and there are people out there now who have lists of people who are willing to come in and serve in these.
	And there are former people in government who are willing to come back.
	Just to give you an example, Joe and I were getting the message to the White House, because we didn't know Trump at that time, to get rid of Jim Comey on day one.
	We had all kinds of reasons.
	It would be good people.
	Hillary's people were mad at him, and the Republicans were mad at him, so it would have been an ideal time.
	And people around Trump said, no, it would look bad.
	Yeah.
	All right, let's talk about, we discussed the lawfare, if President Trump wins, the assault through the courts, the attempt to slow roll or undermine a victory by President Trump.
	Talk to me about judges.
	Do we not have a bigger problem in America, especially as you fought after 2020, that even, and I'm really very annoyed at this because I know Leo and I know the people of the Federalist Society, of the hundreds of judges who were recommended to us for appointments, Very few of them turned out to be originalists or men and women of substance and backbone.
	I think of Eileen Cannon in Florida, who just threw out that specious and absurd classified documents case against President Trump.
	Why are there not enough Eileen Cannons in America, Joe?
	No, go ahead, Victoria.
	Go ahead, Victoria.
	I feel strongly about this because we lived through it.
	The first thing Rudy and Joe and I said after the 2020 election, what is the remedy?
	So when you've got a situation, for example, in Georgia, when Brian Kemp made an unconstitutional, illegal deal with Stacey Abrams to mail out ballots to everybody on the voter registration list, oh my, what a recipe for fraud.
	And they could be returned in unmanned ballot boxes.
	But the judges look at you and say, well, how do I know?
	What are the good ballots and what are the bad ballots?
	That's why Trump was losing the cases.
	It wasn't that they were meritorious.
	In fact, Wisconsin's Supreme Court said about its issue, which I won't bore you with right now, that we don't know the good ones from the bad ones, so we can't make a judgment for you.
	And that's the problem and why even now, these state legislatures are screwed up.
	In Pennsylvania, they're screwing it up as we speak.
	They're having a problem with voting.
	But in general, on selecting judges, you know, per se, that's why the vetting process has to be done by people that know what they're doing.
	And this requires people who are loyal to the president and who have an overarching judicial philosophy of conservatism.
	But that's what we were told by the Federalist Society when we were in the White House, Joe.
	Yes.
	Well, you know what?
	Sometimes things just don't work out perfectly.
	But the bottom line is this.
	There are people who are ready to do this.
	There are people that are known, who are excellent at this, who know judicial candidates, who've been working on this for a long time.
	There are people at the Heritage Foundation.
	There are people all over the place who are ready to do this.
	And they know who the good candidates are for this.
	They are everywhere around the country.
	And so this requires a phenomenal transition team.
	Now, you know, for those of us who've been around for a while who haven't heard from the transition team, we're a little concerned because we think we know a few things and we think we might be able to help.
	But even people like us haven't heard from the transition team.
	Now, that doesn't mean that they're not working hard and they don't know what they're doing.
	It's just kind of odd.
	Yeah.
	Well, we'll discuss that offline.

	Joe, what do you say to those people who think their vote doesn't matter or who say after 2020 they'll just steal it again or who just aren't mobilized?
	What do you say to them?
	It's an abdication of responsibility.
	Every citizen has a duty to participate.
	We have a responsibility to save the republic.
	This is not an ordinary election.
	We have an incompetent president who was guilty of committing crimes, but the special counsel said he was too incompetent to stand trial.
	But he's competent enough to be president, who was assisted.
	In that unconstitutional performance of duty by Kamala Harris.
	She cannot become the president of the United States.
	She is incompetent.
	She doesn't know what she's doing.
	To put somebody like that in charge of this country is an abysmal choice for anybody.
	No way anybody can stay home.
	That's the choice.
	The future of the country versus disaster.
	The future of the country versus disaster.
	I think that's the title of this segment with our good friends.
	There's one argument I have that I think is impossible to gainsay.
	A mother talking about her 12-year-old child being found With her pants pulled down, her ankles and wrists bound behind her back, raped and strangled in a ditch less than two miles from her home.
	Murdered, raped by Venezuelan illegals, led into this country.
	A twelve-year-old child.
	Or Rachel Marin, a mother of five, killed in Maryland, not far from this studio.
	Laken Riley, a 22-year-old beautiful nursing student, likewise raped and murdered by an illegal.
	If you won't do it for the Republican Party or Donald Trump, will you vote for the memory of Jocelyn Nungere, 12 years old?
	Well, let's get more practical to prevent the next rape and murder of a beautiful 12-year-old girl in America.
