Bob Frantz LIVE: Global free speech attack threatens US
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
So, I'm going to be doing a little bit of a commentary, and then we'll see how it goes.
So, let's get started.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Dr. G, thank you so very much for the opportunity to sit in with one of the greatest audiences in all of conservative talk radio on America First.
Yeah, I'm in Cleveland.
That's in Ohio.
It's, I don't know, the linchpin to the whole thing.
Can I say that?
Can I say that Ohio is the linchpin to the survival of the republic?
I think I can make a case for it, to be 100% honest with you.
Not that it's a battleground state for the President.
Former President Trump, that is.
I think he's going to win by 8 to 10.
He already won by 8 in 2016 in this state.
He won by 8 in 2020 in this state.
And all we've done is become more red since then.
Every single statewide office is held by a Republican.
Super majorities in both the House and the Senate in Columbus.
So it's a pretty red state.
So how is it the linchpin then?
What?
The answer is, of course, that Senate race.
The Senate race.
To end all the Senate races.
Don't get me wrong.
It's not that it's not important that McCormick win in Pennsylvania.
It is.
It's not important or unimportant that Justice win in Virginia.
It is.
It's not important that she wins.
Look, all of these are very, very important races.
It'd be great if Carrie Lake could win in Arizona, too.
But I think everybody knows it's going to come down to Bernie Marino.
And Sherrod Brown.
And that is the linchpin because the Senate majority is the backstop.
It's the one fail-safe that we have to have.
Whether Kamala Harris somehow is installed, and that's the only way I can see this happening, installed in the White House, just like she was installed, the party of defending democracy kicked the guy who got nearly 15 million votes in the primaries out.
And then gave the nomination to somebody who got zero votes in the primaries.
I crack up every time I think about it.
But they're the ones defending democracy.
But they installed her as their nominee, and if somehow she gets installed as president, the Senate is going to be literally the fail-safe.
It is so crucial that we do not have a 50-50 tie with tampon Tim as the tie-breaking vote.
We absolutely, absolutely cannot have that, let that happen.
It is the one backstop we have.
If they have the majority, even if it's a 50-50 tie-break majority, They're going to do what they've always threatened to do.
They're going to blow up the legislative filibuster, and they're going to change the entire game.
They're going to change the entire face of the country.
So, that's my introduction to tell you that we're live here in Ohio today, the place where it's all going to be decided.
If Bernie Moreno can take out Sherrod Brown, one of the most radical leftist senators in the game, Has been for three terms now, trying to get a fourth term.
If he can boot him out of there, we will have the majority.
Even if it's a one vote majority, that's all that it takes.
And we have a chance of saving this republic.
It certainly would help if President Trump...
is re-elected and back into the White House, and then he has a Senate majority to go with even a slight conservative majority in the House, and we can get a lot of really, really important things done.
So, look, the slogan here in our state is the heart of it all.
I think it's a little cheesy sometimes, but you know what?
When it comes to power in the United States federal government over the course of the next four years, we are the heart of it all.
Bernie Moreno has to win that Senate seat.
And what a coincidence for us, what good fortune that we have Bernie Moreno coming on this program a little bit later on today.
In fact, let me run it down for you.
Coming up in about an hour, we're going to talk to Jennifer Horne, co-host of The Morning Answer in LA.
Also in the next hour, Ryan Walters is the superintendent of schools in Oklahoma.
He is just a, if I may, he's a badass.
He takes nothing from anyone.
He does what he believes is right.
He is reinstalling the Bible in schools in Oklahoma.
And yes, after a big, giant kerfuffle of sorts about whether or not a student can have an American flag on his truck, and they wanted him to take it down, Ryan Walters said, yeah, no, we're going to have a rule in all of Oklahoma's schools.
Patriotic displays are allowed and, in fact, encouraged.
Love the guy.
You're going to love him, too, when we talk to him at about 440 East this afternoon.
Andy Puzder, former CEO and one of the best business minds in the game, is going to join us to talk about price gouging.
Because according to Kamala and Tampon Tim, that's the reason for the inflation.
It's all of these companies, all of these restaurants and retailers are getting rich.
They're price gouging.
The answer to that, of course, is communistic price fixing.
Price controls.
How's that going to work out?
We'll see what Andy Puzder says about that.
And then, yes, the next senator from the state of Ohio, Bernie Moreno, will join us at 535.
Again, that's Eastern Time today.
I want to start by talking about the all-out assault.
And I'm sorry to say this.
There is not just an American assault.
It's an all-out global assault on free speech.
It is gripping not just the totalitarian communist nations.
You expect this in North Korea.
You expect it in Russia.
You expect it in China.
You expect it in the Muslim theocracies.
People aren't allowed to speak freely if you condemn or say something about Allah.
You know, you're going to end up either losing a hand or your tongue or something else.
But it's now infecting Western democracies.
I'm sure, you know, Dr. G has talked about this in some depth, and a lot of other people have in a lot of other places.
What's going on in England right now?
In the UK?
All across it, by the way.
In Britain, in Scotland, in Wales, in Ireland.
I mean, everywhere.
They are arresting people and sentencing them to prison time, jail time and prison time, for what can only be described as thought crimes.
To go 1984 on you?
Literally, though, people who say things that used to be considered free because of, you know, free speech?
Yeah, free speech actually exists in a lot of other places, not just the freest country in the world, by virtue of our Bill of Rights, by virtue of our Constitution, by virtue of that glorious First Amendment upon which all others are based.
There is some free speech in some other places, too, but not anymore.
They locked up a 60-year-old man for 20 months for daring to condemn Allah publicly.
They called it a hate speech.
They called it a hate speech and a hate crime, and they sentenced him to 20 months.
The barrister, not the barrister, the magistrate, sat there and said, well, you have no choice.
I mean, this is a no-brainer.
There's no choice.
You said something that was very mean and hateful and could hurt people, and therefore you have to go to prison.
They called it confinement for 20 months.
No, that's happening.
And now, of course, the reason I'm talking about all of this is because what was just done to Elon Musk in Brazil.
And before you say to yourself, oh, Jan, you know what?
We don't live in Brazil.
You know, we don't have to worry about that here.
Please, please, please pay attention.
What happened in Brazil when the Supreme Court there, and today, by the way, the Supreme Court panel unanimously upheld the nationwide ban that was put in place by one Supreme Court justice, Justice Alexandre de Moraes, however you want to say his last name.
I don't really give him the respect enough to know it.
But he, of course, was the one who banned Twitter, Elon Musk's ex, from the entire nation.
Brazil has one of the largest populations in the world of Twitter users, of X users.
Tens of millions of Brazilians use the X platform.
So in other words, this is costing Elon Musk a ton in the way of money from advertisers, who certainly would love to have their messages being seen by tens of millions of Brazilians.
So it's going to cost him money, but more importantly, it's going to cost him what it's going to cost all of us.
And again, bear with me if you're saying, come on, we're not in Brazil.
If you do not see the dominoes falling into one another, and that ultimately the biggest domino on the table or floor, the United States of America is one of them, can fall as well, then again, I beg you to pay attention.
You need to understand what is happening here.
The freedom of speech, online, by way of Elon Musk's Twitter, slash X, that being taken away from the people there, and then another country, and then another country, which it will happen, will lead to it happening here, how do we know?
Because one of the two candidates for President of the United States, the one that I talked about before, who was not elected democratically to that nomination, but who was installed is already out in front of it.
And I'm not talking about a couple of days.
She's five years out in front of it.
She wants government censorship of your speech and mine.
I will prove it to you with her own words and we'll break it down together.

Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Let's get back to the show while we're allowed to, Dr. G, because at the rate things are going right now, even in previously free countries and free democracies—there's no republic quite like ours, but we'll call them democracies—the way things are going right now, Some of the things we're saying right now won't be allowed to be said.
Why?
Because we reach millions of people.
The sound of Dr. G's voice every single day reaches millions of people.
The sound of my voice every day reaches thousands and thousands of people with my program in Cleveland, Ohio.
By the way, self-promotion here, WHKRadio.com.
WHKRadio.com is my home base.
As a matter of fact, I should probably do what Dr. G does and be much better at self-promotion of my socials and so forth.
Strictly speaking, with Bob France is the name of the radio show on WHK in Cleveland.
It's also the name of my television show, which you can watch on True Blue, which you can also watch on NOW.
We just literally, yesterday and today, launched video channels on YouTube and Rumble.
Strictly speaking with Bob France is what you want to look for there.
I would love it if everybody in Dr. G's audience went to those pages and clicked subscribe or follow for me.
We just literally got those launched.
Changed all of our social medias to Strictly Speaking as well.
Strictly Speaking with Bob France on TwitterX.
Strictly Speaking USA on Facebook.
Strictly Speaking USA on Instagram and Truth Social as well.
So please follow me on those pages.
I certainly would love to be able to engage with you even when we're not live talking
to thousands of people.
My point here about the thousands of people that I talk to every day in Cleveland, Ohio
and the millions that Dr. G talks to on this platform.
Well, according to Kamala Harris, we should be subjected to regulations.
We should be subjected to constraints.
We should be subjected to, dare I say the word, censorship.
Government censorship.
How do we know this?
Well, the story I started to talk about, the Brazilian Supreme Court banned X from Brazil.
This is one Supreme Court justice did this today, or actually it was yesterday, it was just reported today, the full Supreme Court panel in Brazil unanimously upheld the ban on the platform XY.
Because they don't like, quite frankly, the idea that Elon Musk allows people to speak freely.
One of the justices called him an outlaw.
who intended to quote allow the massive spread of disinformation hate speech and attacks on the democratic rule of law violating the free choice of the electorate by keeping voters away from real and accurate information did you catch that according to the brazilian supreme court If you don't have the government in control of the social media platform censoring and suppressing content, the elections aren't fair.
It's no longer a quote free choice of the electorate because voters don't have the real and accurate information which can only come from where?
From the government.
From the existing government.
Michael Schellenberger added to that conversation saying this, you may not care about the censorship and banning of X in Brazil because you don't have to.
That's because what's happening there isn't really about Brazil.
It's about the country of Brazil being used as a laboratory to roll out totalitarianism worldwide.
We ignore it at our peril.
He's right.
Now, let me really drill this in.
I want to play a clip for you.
You can watch, or if you care to watch, Cackles, and you're watching this show, not just listening to it, but everybody's going to hear this.
What you're about to hear has been misrepresented by some people in the last 24 to 48 hours because of the Brazilian decision here.
And that is Cackles Harris, Camila Harris, talking about Shutting someone down online.
And a lot of people have been misrepresenting this as her talking recently about shutting down Elon Musk the way Brazil just did with X. But that's not the reality of it.
The reality of it is that she said what you're about to hear five years ago.
She said it in 2019, which means she was far out ahead of the censorship game of even the corrupt Brazil Supreme Court.
Even the UK cracking down on free speech and jailing people, for misgendering people, for insulting them and saying things that might be deemed as hateful and misinformative.
She was way out ahead of it.
You want proof?
Listen.
Cut one.
He has lost his privileges and it should be taken down.
And the bottom line is that you can't say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter.
The same rule has to apply, which is that there has to be a responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power.
They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation.
And that has to stop.
All right.
That is so extraordinarily powerful.
We really need to break it down.
One line at a time.
First of all, you heard her saying, and I'm going to play this from my end here just so we can pause it and respond to each portion of this so you really truly understand.
He has lost his privileges and it should be taken down.
People are presenting that as if she's talking about Elon Musk.
She's not talking about Elon Musk.
Who is she talking about in 2019?
Think hard.
She's talking about Donald Trump.
When Facebook and X kicked Donald Trump off of their platforms.
Because they didn't like what he had to say.
She was fully supportive of that.
But she went further.
Much, much further.
The bottom line is that you can't say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter.
The same rule has to apply, which is that there has to be... I'll stop it there because there's a part of that I agree with.
The same rule has to apply to both Facebook and Twitter.
What rule do you think that is?
I think I have a name for it.
Maybe you've heard it before.
It's called Freedom.
Freedom and Liberty should apply to both Facebook and Twitter.
Freedom, not censorship, not government control.
But she wasn't done.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
The woman who wants to be president of the United States in 62 days, or the president-elect in 62 days, that would be November 5th, said this last time she ran for president in 2019.
Let's continue.
A responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power.
Understand your power, social media sites.
And if you don't allow government to regulate what is said and posted and shared and read and listened to and learned on your social media platforms, then we are going to shut them down.
Again, she was five years ahead of Brazil and Great Britain.
We're getting close to the money line now.
They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation.
And that has to stop.
That was the money line.
He has lost his privileges and it should be taken down.
And the bottom line is that you can't say that you have one...
We're short on the spot here, so let me go right back up to it again.
I want to hear that money line again.
Understand their power.
They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation.
And that has to stop.
That's called freedom.
That is called freedom.
Sorry about that.
They are speaking to millions of people without any oversight or regulations.
That has to stop.
What did I just say?
What did I just describe?
What did she say?
Speaking to millions of people without oversight and regulations is called what?
What kind of speech?
It's called free speech.
Then she said, that has to stop.
Free speech has to stop.
Do not understate or underestimate the power of that.
We'll have more coming right up.
I'm Bob Franson for Dr. G on America First.
you you
I'm I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Alright, Dr. G, let's do that.
Thank you for letting me sit in for you today.
It's an amazing audience and an amazing opportunity and I appreciate that.
I want to follow up on this because I want to really, really hammer this home.
This is so dangerous and it's so extraordinary.
It's something that I hope Donald Trump plays on a loop tonight, or at least gives it as much air time as he possibly can when he does the debate that he's supposed to do With Kamala Harris instead in a town hall format with Sean Hannity on Fox.
It's so infuriating that she, uh, remember when, I'm old enough to remember when Kamala Harris said about Donald Trump, if you've got something to say to me, say it to my face.
Challenging him to a debate.
He said, okay, I'll say it to your face.
Meet me on Fox.
Meet me on Fox on September 4th.
We'll do this thing.
Kamala wants nothing to do with it.
Meet me on NBC on the 24th.
Nothing to do with it.
The only one she's going to do is the only one she's being forced to do is the one that the deal was already signed with the DNC and the Trump campaign which is the September 10th one on ABC.
But Trump is going to have to unlock all of her idiocy, all of her word salads, and everything else.
He'll have to do it himself without Kamala being there to embarrass herself.
We saw what happened in the CNN interview, so we know how embarrassing it would be for her.
But I want to hit this real hard for a moment longer, if I may.
Let me ask you something.
Who else has the ability to speak to millions of people All at one time, and have the ability to do so without guardrails, without regulations, without oversight.
Who else gets to do that?
I don't know.
Kamala?
Who else can do that?
Tim Walz?
Who else can do that?
Chuck Schumer?
Joe Biden?
Nancy Pelosi?
It's funny how all of these people get to speak to millions of people using the power that they have, as she talked about here.
And they get to do so without any oversight whatsoever, without any regulations.
But you?
Me?
Seb?
Alex?
Eric?
Jeff?
Anybody on the team?
We want to say anything we want to do on social media?
We can't do it without government guardrails, without government oversight and regulation.
Which means we don't have freedom of speech and expression.
She literally said that has to stop.
Listen again.
They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation.
And that has to stop.
She literally is calling for an end to free speech.
Just like what they're doing in Brazil, like what they're doing in the UK.
France also, by the way, for arresting the owner of Telegraph.
The president of Telegraph.
Telegram.
Excuse me, not Telegraph.
I went back a little bit.
But you understand the point here.
She is saying that free speech, which is the expression of ideas, either in oral or in written form, without regulation or oversight, that's free speech.
It has to stop.
They have freedom.
Why is it that... I guess what it comes down to is, who gets to regulate her speech?
Nobody, because she is government.
Who gets to regulate our speech?
She does, because she is government.
Government regulating and overseeing your speech is not free speech, now is it?
And that's what she believes.
That's literally five years ago she said that.
Now will she change her position on that the way she tried to with fracking?
Probably have just about as much success.
She said in 2019 I am absolutely for banning fracking.
Now in 2024 she says I'm not for banning fracking.
The bubble head on CNN, Dana Bash, said, well, didn't you say in 2019 you were for banning fracking?
And she said, I made it very clear on the debate stage in 2020 that I wasn't for banning fracking.
Now, obviously, Dana Bash wasn't going to do the job of a real journalist there and ask the three-letter question that every journalist has to be able to ask of people like this when they flip-flop on a position.
Why?
I'm sorry, Madam Vice President.
In 2019, you said you were for banning fracking, absolutely.
Now you're saying that you said in 2020 you weren't.
Can you tell us what changed from 2019 to 2020?
Did the fossil fuel threat that you are always worried about when you pushed the Green New Deal, did that change from 2019 to 2020?
Why did you change?
Another reality is she didn't change on that one either.
Because what did she really say in 2020 on that debate stage?
She said Joe Biden is not going to ban fracking.
She said it twice.
Joe Biden is not going to ban fracking.
She herself never said anything about changing her position.
She's changing it now.
Where's that three-letter word?
Why?
The reality is she doesn't have to answer to anybody.
You and I have to answer to her and whatever other regulators that she wants to put in place to limit your free speech and mine.
If you don't think that's going to go from the UK to France to Germany to all of Western Europe down to South America, it's already in Brazil.
If you don't think these totalitarian things are coming all the way to North America, you're delusional.
Alright, for the first time I'll give you a phone number.

One other news note here before I go to your phone calls at 833-333-GORKA on America First.
Big news story today, a terrible one, obviously.
Anytime there is a shooting, it's a terrible one.
Anytime there is a mass shooting, it's twice as terrible.
Anytime it involves kids at a school, it's triple the bad news.
And a Georgia high school situation, north central Georgia, at least four people are dead, nine injured.
Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed that at Appalachee High School in Barrow County, Georgia, about 40 miles northeast of Atlanta, is where this took place.
And I don't know any of the real specifics about this yet, other than there were four dead and nine injured, and that's awful.
The suspect was not killed.
The suspect was arrested and apprehended.
I'm going to bring this up just for the sake of bringing it up.
You know, as soon as this happens, I spent the whole first 45 minutes of the show talking about the First Amendment.
Let me spend a minute or two on the second.
You know they're coming.
David Hogg, the left-wing hack from Florida, who was at the school during the terrible shooting down there, and has made his entire career out of being a professional victim and advocate since that time.
Tweeted two hours ago, back to school season shouldn't be the start of school shooting season.
Literally no other developed country has anywhere near the level of gun violence like we have in this country and it's blanking unacceptable.
We act like there's nothing we can do.
And of course, you know, I don't need to repeat the obvious answers here, but just to just to remind everybody, do you know how the shooting episode that happened today ended?
It ended when guns arrived.
Okay?
It always does.
Every mass shooting ever ends when other guns arrive.
Guns save more lives than they take every year, and it's not even close, and it's extraordinarily irresponsible for anybody to suggest otherwise.
Every time one of these things happen, when the good guys with guns show up, The bad guy either gets shot and dies, shoots himself and dies, puts down his gun and surrenders, or runs and stops shooting people.
The guns stop it every single time.
So what would Mr. Hogg and the rest of these nutjobs do?
There's nothing we can do about it.
How are you acting like there's nothing we can do about it?
Okay, what do you want to do about it?
Make guns illegal?
Okay.
You know what we should really do to stop the death of thousands and thousands every single month from fentanyl?
We should make fentanyl illegal.
What do you think?
Good idea?
Let's make it illegal so nobody will ever have fentanyl again.
Wait, what?
I'm getting something in my ear.
What?
Oh, you mean people tend to still possess things that are illegal to have?
Oh, I didn't realize that.
How do we stop the cocaine and heroin epidemics?
Maybe we should make those things illegal.
Wait, what?
You mean people still have heroin and cocaine and fentanyl whenever it's illegal?
Oh.
So what you're suggesting, then, is maybe if we made guns illegal, criminals would still have guns?
Yes, that is exactly what we're suggesting.
And then there would be no one to defend themselves against them.
Because as we all know, and I hate cliches, but I have to own one here, when seconds count, cops are minutes away.
That's the reality.
That's the reason we load heavy in this country.
Because there is no law that is going to be passed that is going to stop criminals from breaking said law and getting guns via the black market, being imported over the border like so many drugs, whatever it is.
We all know the reality of it.
So, yes, the left hates when we say thoughts and prayers.
I don't give a rat's red ass what the left says.
I'm going to say thoughts and prayers to the people and the victims down there in that horrific situation in Georgia.
By the way, arm the teachers, arm the staff, get armed security on every single campus in America.
If we can guard our money and banks with guns, if we can guard the judges and the lawyers in the courtroom with guns, If we can guard so many different other elements that are so important that we have armed security on.
We can guard our football fans with armed security at every stadium when the season starts tomorrow night.
Then why can't we guard our kids with guns?
They're not as important?
Just have to get that out there.
833-33-GORKA.
833-334-6752.
Let's go to some calls.
Steve is calling us from my state, Columbus, Ohio.
Steve, welcome to America First.
Bob Franson for Dr. G. Go ahead.
Hi.
Yeah.
I just loved all your comments you just made.
They were excellent.
Especially when you said that as soon as the guns arrive, the violence stops.
Anyway, the purpose of my call is I have a new nickname for Kamala Harris, maybe for a shirt.
Her nickname should be Root Cause Kamala.
She went down to South America to discover the root cause.
I don't have evidence of this, but I think that she is the root cause.
Told them all to release their people and come on up.
Well, you know, it's funny you say that for two reasons.
I do parody songs.
I take popular songs and I rewrite the lyrics and then I've got a couple of talented people at my radio station who sing them.
And I've already written one and it's in production right now.
Exactly what, have you ever heard a song by Jay and the Americans called Come a Little Bit Closer?
Okay, yeah.
Okay, if you know that song, I wrote a parody song to it.
I'll give it to Dr. G to play the next time.
When it's ready, I promise you'll hear it.
You'll love that because it's exactly what you just said.
She goes down there and she is literally rooting for them.
That's the root, part of the root cause.
She's rooting for them to come across.
So that's number one.
And number two, and thank you for the call, Steve.
I'll finish this thought here because I've got to get to a time out.
Why do we need a big investigation as to the root cause?
We know what the root cause is.
Donald Trump identified it in year one of his presidency.
Remember when he said those countries are blank, whole countries?
That's the root cause.
People don't like living in blank, whole countries.
They want to come to a better country.
Their root cause solved.
Now, how do we stop them?
That's the issue.
I'm Bob Francin for Dr. G. Be right back.
Thank you for watching.
Bye.
Thanks for watching!
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Is that the closing music of Happy Gilmore?
I feel like it is.
It's the closing music from Happy Gilmore.
You guys can verify that for me or not.
Six minutes before the top of the hour, Bob France indeed in for Dr. Gorka.
Let's take a call from Maryland where Victor is hanging out listening to America First.
Hey Victor, go right ahead.
Yeah, I'm recovering.
Can you come back in five minutes?
Okay, I'm here at the rehab center for my back operation, and I'm slowly but surely getting questions
from some of the nurses who come in and hear conservative talk on my Lady A friend,
and they're starting to ask me questions about finances.
There's one nurse is afraid about her 401K, and I said, just hang in there.
The stock market is betting that Trump will win.
If he loses, you're gonna see a crash.
So, you know, be prepared for that.
I told another nurse that the illegal aliens will wanna take over your job,
you know, replace you with one of theirs.
So I am getting through to a lot of the nurses here.
So you're in the hospital, you're listening to America First on your phone or something, right?
And so the nurses hear it and they're asking you about it.
Is that what you're saying?
Yeah, through Alexa, yeah.
Oh, okay.
Oh, Lordy.
We have a story about Alexa.
I don't know if I have time to get into it here, but we'll have a story about Alexa in just a little bit.
But that's awesome that they're interested, and good.
Keep up the work.
The messaging for them.
Tell them you're right about the stock market, you're right about the economy, you're right about their wages, you're right about how far they will go.
A little bit off, in my opinion, on the nurses losing their jobs to the illegal aliens.
Most of the illegal aliens are coming in here and taking labor jobs away from blue-collar workers, which is a little bit different than those who need degrees or training like nurses.
But thank you for the call, too, by the way, Victor.
But I love the fact that they're asking, and I love the fact that you're answering.
Do we have time for the Alexa?
I don't think we have time for the Alexa clip.
It's a little bit too long.
I'm going to get it in next hour.
I promise you that.
Amazon's Alexa device.
Is doing Donald Trump no favors whatsoever.
Just a quick brief description of it.
Somebody found out if you ask Amazon Alexa why it's good to vote for Donald Trump, Alexa says we cannot or I cannot give you answers regarding supporting political candidates or something of that nature.
Ask the same Alexa device why is it a good idea to vote for Kamala Harris and it starts reading you chapters about all of her great work as a DA and all of her progressive ideas and so on and so forth.
It's asinine.
It's on social media.
You know what I'll do?
To help get you to my social media pages?
I'll tweet it right now.
Follow me at StrictlySpeaking with Bob France on Twitter, and I'll send it out there for
you.

I know somebody who is locked in on all of those things.
She is the co-host of the Morning Answer in Los Angeles.
She's got better weather, but we're not a communist state.
She's Jennifer Horne joining us here on America First.
Hey, Jennifer, how are you?
Oh, great to see you again, Bob.
And yes, it is very hot here today, I'll tell you.
So, you know, it resembles sort of the communist hell that we're all living in, I guess.
We've got heat visors everywhere.
Very well said.
Well said.
Very well done.
And it is a kind of, you know, if we're not careful, we're all going to be subjected to that communist hell, no matter what the weather is like.
Jennifer, I know it's always great to catch up with you and see what's going on in the most radical state in the Union, and I guess you could get a fight from New York and maybe Colorado and a couple of others, but we'll just run with it here and say, what is going on in the radical California state legislature in Sacramento?
Okay, this has been absolutely insane.
Just when you think the Democrats in California can't get any crazier, they literally say, hold my beer, and then they take it another step further.
This weekend marked the end of our legislative sessions.
And you know that the Democrats in California have the supermajority, which means they can do really whatever they want.
So they passed through, I think it was something like 1,100 bills in one night.
They were giving each bill Between 15 and 30 seconds for debate for some of the conservative members to actually ask a few questions.
Of course, that wasn't happening.
It was bill after bill after bill.
And what's interesting is that they saved a few goodies for the end.
So you may remember back in 2020.
When everybody was paying attention to the George Floyd BLM riots were going on, the California governor, Gavin Newsom, decided he was going to be the first in the nation to have California start a reparations task force.
And so he spent all this money on a task force that basically came up with the brilliant idea of giving people $400,000, black people who are here in the state of California, $400,000 and up for their trouble Of being a black person in the state of California, which, for the record, was never a slave state.
Never once.
Just for factual context.
Thank you.
Never.
Thank you for saying that.
Yes, because, you know, hey, we have to have all the facts here.
So Gavin Newsom starts to panic, and he goes, what am I going to do?
They came back with the recommendation of $400,000.
Even greasy Gavin knows that that's not sustainable for the state that he's literally run into the ground.
We went from having a surplus to now being in a $72 billion deficit, right?
So he's been trying to back away from these bills slowly.
Well, the state legislature, the Black Caucus particularly, says, hey, we want our 400 grand.
We're going to serve the people who this would benefit.
So they started, they came up with a bill package, 15 reparations bills.
That they were trying to pass through this legislative session.
And the Senate, of course, did their part, passed it through to the Assembly, and Gavin turned about 12 shades of green.
He made a call late night at the end of the session to the head of the Assembly and said, guys, you can't put this on my desk.
Because we all know, Bob, that Gavin Newsom is going to vote for Donald Trump because he wants to run for president in two years.
That's my crazy prediction.
He doesn't want Kamala Harris to win.
He wants to have Donald Trump to run against in four years.
He ends his term as governor, moves on, and he's able to run against Trump after being
a thorn in his side for the next two years.
So he says to the Assembly, kill the bills, which they did.
Well, the people in the chamber who were there to support reparations and see this, they
go absolutely bananas.
And so there is this whole showdown on the floor where a Republican Assembly member,
Bill O'Salley, says, I'll put it up for a vote.
Every single Democrat refused to take a vote on the reparations bill that they promised
the California Black Caucus and all of the black individuals living in the state of California
And while I'm glad we don't have to deal with that, Bob, this is exactly what Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom and the Democrats do.
They tell you they're going to help you, say it to your face, make all kinds of promises, and then stab you in the back.
Well, that's what radical extremism does.
When they clash, when you have two different agendas clashing with one another, this is what you get.
You get a train wreck like this.
And by the way, I'm just kind of curious, that $400,000 per black person, is that what it was?
Yes.
Okay, I don't know how much money that comes to.
I don't know how many black people there are in California.
I'm just going to say a lot.
And I'm going to ask, where's that coming from?
That's a great question.
What part of the state budget is going to be slashed to give the $400,000 per black person to all of these people, or are they just going to take that money from the other taxpayers, the white taxpayers, who never owned slaves in this never-had-been-a-slave state?
So I'm just kind of curious how that whole picture was going to be put together.
Yeah, you're speaking California-ese.
That's exactly what would happen.
We're already one of the most taxed states in the entire country.
People are leaving the state in droves.
They're running their businesses out.
Property taxes are unsustainable.
So, of course, what are they going to do?
More taxes on people who never even owned slaves.
It is such an absolutely ridiculous idea when if they went in and improved schools throughout the state of California, if they reduced all the environmental regulations, you're going to free up housing.
You could make education better.
We could start getting to the top of the list that we want to be on instead of the bottom of those lists.
And it helps everybody, black, white and otherwise, in our state.
But yet, instead of doing that, they figure out how they can pick winners and losers.
And it is very frustrating.
And of course, yeah.
So moving on to, obviously, we are just 62 days away from the election.
I don't know when early voting in California starts.
It starts in just 34 days here in the Buckeye State.
And guess what I'm going to have to do?
I'm going to have to show a photo identification to vote because we have at least a little bit of common sense here.
Tell me what's going on there with voter ID.
You are so lucky.
I walk into my voting place and I try to beg them to take my ID.
They don't want to see it.
This story is equally as wild.
So Huntington Beach, which is a little conservative pocket in Orange County, they seem to do things right, have a little sanity.
They voted just recently in a local election to require voter ID for voters in their city.
Well, the state of California says, oh, no, we're not going to let you get away with that.
So this last legislative session, again, that ended Saturday, one of the great gifts that we got from that is that they have outlawed voter I.D.
in the entire state.
Now, what's great is that in some places, like in Oakland, illegal immigrants can show up to vote in local elections.
And that seems to be fine to let the cities decide.
But when it comes to voter I.D., no, we got to have statewide bans on that.
It is it's just wild.
You know, for the life of me, I will never understand how any African American in this country, whether you're in California or whether you're in Connecticut, I don't care.
If they tell you that voter ID is not required because it's too hard for you to get a voter ID, how you're not just filled with a rage at the insult that you have just received?
How dare you?
And any man on the street interview you've ever seen online, Jennifer, you probably have seen them too.
Whenever they ask a black person, do you have an ID?
Was it difficult for you to get?
They look at him and say, what the hell is the matter with you?
What do you think I am?
I mean, they do get insulted, but yet not enough of them get insulted to vote against the people who are telling them that they are less than and unable.
Larry Elder and I talk about this all the time, that they are unable or less able to achieve identification the way that white supremacists can.
Oh no, it is absolutely insulting.
It's infuriating.
And I actually think that's where you're seeing the switch in some of the polls with black men, particularly, who are saying, enough is enough.
Just get the government out of my life.
We don't need to marry the government.
We don't need the government telling us what we can do, what we can't do.
And I really see, like, we're beginning to see that switch.
And I think it's going to continue because the Democrat Party makes promises that they don't keep.
And that's what you just saw here in California.
So I think it is absolutely insulting, especially when they take salt and they just rub it in the wound when Kamala Harris requires I.D.
to get inside of her rallies.
I mean, so it's OK to show I.D.
That's the most amazing thing.
Yeah.
To go to a sports arena but to cast a vote.
No, we can't do that.
Yeah, Glendale, Arizona.
I remember that was the one that everybody jumped on.
Wait a second, they sent out invitations and they are non-transferable.
You have to show an ID to prove you are who you say you are, but when it comes time to vote not.
We've got a minute here, Jennifer.
What's with the naked people in a murder in the Redlands?
I don't mean to laugh, because it is really a sad story, but there's apparently a whole other walk of life that we don't know about, or maybe you do, Bob.
But it's a nudist colony in Redlands, and this couple went missing, and apparently the next-door neighbor was in a dispute with them about a pepper tree.
He wanted it trimmed.
They didn't want it trimmed.
There was something going on.
Anyway, this guy picks them up, kills these two people in their 70s at this nudist colony, barricades himself into a bunker, and the police actually, to get him out, Had to knock down the entire house to get to the bunker where this guy was locked away.
You're talking about a true crime documentary waiting to happen.
Yeah, no question about it.
I got uncomfortable when you told me there was nudists and trimming or pruning things.
Pepper trees.
That's a problem.
I get ya.
Yeah, that's a real problem there.
Jennifer Hornkos to the Morning Answer in Los Angeles.
Jennifer, thank you.
I'm Bob Frantz sitting in for Dr. G on America First.
Stay here.
Thanks for watching!
Subscribe to our channel for more videos!
Thanks for watching!
you you
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Okay, 20 minutes past the hour.
Thanks for being with us live in Cleveland, Ohio for Dr. G today.
It's good to be here.
Listen, Rumblers and Rumble Ceb America First followers, I apologize.
I had a friend text me just a few moments ago and said, hey, why aren't you in the chat?
And I'll be 100% honest with you.
I'm really not as old as it's going to make me sound when I say I don't rumble, meaning I haven't rumbled before.
I do chat on, you know, in other platforms and other things like that, but I have not done it before.
So I'm trying to get into the chat with my own rumble channel that I just created today.
I mean, it's got like a handful of followers, like 30 followers.
I think it just literally started it.
So, I want to go into the America First chat room, you know, the live stream in the chat, so I can share my handle with you guys and share my channel with you guys, and indeed, during the breaks, talk a little bit with you, because I love the idea.
I can't get in.
I can't figure it out.
I know I sound like an old head right now, and I do apologize, but I'm going to work on it.
The guys are helping me out as well, but I'm trying to figure it out.
I have so many different things that I work at, and one of them is not chat rooms within social media platforms.
I need to get better at that, and I'm working on it.
I promise I'm just not there yet.
All right, thanks to Jennifer Horn.
Coming up in about 20 minutes or so, we're going to talk to the superintendent of schools in Oklahoma, Ryan Walters, because he is doing amazing work standing up for the free speech rights of students to be patriots.
It's amazing how many schools ban things like American flags, but fly high the pride flags and the BLM flags and the other, you know, whatever other causes that they're trying to advance flags.
But Ryan Walters is having none of that nonsense in Oklahoma.
He'll be joining us in about 20 minutes.
Meantime, phone lines are open at 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
I want to play a clip for you here.
It ties in with the things we were talking about in the first hour of the show today.
Kamala Harris, back in 2019, made a statement after the Vice President debate she had with Mike Pence in 2019.
Yeah, this would have been still 2019.
It was after she ended her failed presidential campaign but was picked for Vice President by Joe Biden because he said he was going to do the DEI thing and hire a woman of color as his running mate.
So he did, and there she was.
What she said, and we've been playing this for you, was so outlandish.
She said that we need to stop things like free speech.
Her direct words were, people who can speak to millions of people at a time are able to do so without any regulations or oversight and
that has to stop
which means free speech has to stop it's exactly what they are doing in brazil
in brazil free speech is being stopped by way of the banning the twitter app the xapp by elon musk
so i want you to hear now is jonathan turley as you know very well he's a a
liberal law professor george washington university in uh... in dc
but he is a constitutionalist He's the rarest of rare things.
He's a liberal, but he believes in the Constitution.
He believes in free speech, and he believes in free expression.
And he is very worried that what is happening in Brazil is going to happen somewhere else, quite possibly here.
Let's listen to Cut 2.
So this is plan B. You know, you have in Europe threats against Musk for arrest.
They've already arrested another CEO of a platform.
But it's really Brazil that I think many in the anti-free speech movement are watching carefully.
If Brazil can succeed in banning Twitter from the entire country, it will be replicated.
Because many hold the view of what you just heard from Vice President Harris.
They view speech as a privilege.
It's like a driver's license that they think they can be rescinded if you're reckless.
And this is the ultimate destination for this movement, where if they can't convince people to give up their own freedoms to embrace censorship, they're going to start to take sites offline to prevent people from hearing opposing views.
That is exactly what they're doing in Brazil, and his analogy or his comparison to driver's licenses is perfect.
Many people don't realize that to drive a car is not a right in the United States of America.
That is a privilege.
Okay?
That is a privilege.
You have to apply for a driver's license.
Then you have to prove you can drive by taking a driver's test and that you know the rules of the road.
And if you don't, you don't get one.
And if you do get one, but then you're really bad at it and you crash your car a lot and you accumulate enough points through speeding and other violations, or if you become a drunk driver, an impaired driver, they can take that away from you.
That's not what speech is.
I have the first amendment in front of me.
I always have it in front of me.
I have the entire Bill of Rights in front of me.
I don't have all 27 amendments, but I have the Bill of Rights in front of me.
I keep it nearby at all times, so I can double-check things like this.
And you know, I looked at it a little earlier today, and nowhere in the Bill of Rights do I see anything about the right to drive.
But what I do see, right there in Amendment No.
1, and like I said, I keep it handy at all times, so I can use the wording exactly correctly.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech.
Let me say that again.
Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech.
Kamala says we have to abridge the freedom of speech.
We have to limit the freedom of speech.
In fact, the freedom of speech is not really absolute.
You know who agrees with her?
Tim Walz agrees with her.
Tampon Tim, also known as Taipei Tim, maybe.
I'm making that one up on the fly here because of his affinity for China and Chinese Communism.
But he said the same thing.
You've seen that viral video by now.
Tampon Tim saying that, you know, of course the First Amendment doesn't cover all speech.
Hate speech and misinformation should not be protected.
That's a paraphrase of what he said.
Which is of course what Kamala Harris says, which of course is what—you know, who else would agree with that?
Kim Jong Un would probably agree with that.
Xi Jinping would agree with that.
Ayatollah Khomeini and the mullahs in Iran would agree with that.
Vladimir Putin would agree with that.
Authoritarians and autocrats and authoritarians, these individuals would all agree with those things.
In the United States, our founders said we don't have those.
We don't have totalitarians or authoritarians or autocrats.
We don't have people standing over the American people, the free people, and telling them exactly where their freedoms, you know, where the line is drawn.
I mean, yeah, of course, we're not talking about the obvious things.
You're not allowed to go into a crowded room and threaten to shoot everybody there, creating a panic.
You're not allowed to say things like that.
But when we're not talking about threatening lives, these types of things, speech is supposed to be free.
And what Jonathan Turley just said there, Kamala Harris treats it like a privilege.
Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, the radical left, they treat speech like it is a privilege.
And you're privileged to be on this platform, to say what you want to say, how you want to say it.
To read and hear what you want to read and hear, however you want to absorb it.
That's not a privilege, that's a right!
It's our right.
How do I know it?
I just read it to you.
This is exactly what our Founding Fathers wanted for us.
So the idea that this isn't going to spread from one Western country to another to another to another and ultimately end up here on our doorstep is just shallow thinking.
Don't be a shallow thinker.
For God's sake, don't be a shallow thinker.
Think more deeply and understand exactly what this threat level really is.
All right.
Ryan Walters is the superintendent of Oklahoma schools.
He is going to be joining us next.
We're going to talk about... Actually, not next.
Take that back one segment from now.
We're going to talk about those freedoms when we continue on America First.
Thank you for watching.
Bye.
I'm not a fan of this. It's just a bad game.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Alright, thank you Dr. G. It is 33 minutes past the hour.
That leaves us 27 minutes before the top of the hour.
Ryan Walters will join us in a few.
Andy Puzder will join us next hour.
And Bernie Marino, Senate candidate, will be joining us as well.
Hey, speaking of Bernie Marino and the Senate candidates, he's a candidate in Ohio.
We just do.
I said this at the top of the show.
It's the linchpin to the entire thing in November.
We need to win the White House, yes, but we absolutely must win control of the Senate no matter what happens in the White House.
If Trump is the president, we need the Senate to advance the agenda.
If Trump is not the president and somehow a communist and a Maoist end up in the White House, which is what Kamala and Tim Walz, tampon Tim, are.
One is a communist, the other is a Maoist.
They're both Marxists.
But if that happens, the Senate is our one fail-safe.
It's the one backstop that we have.
It's extraordinarily important.
In town today, in Ohio today, and more specifically in Northeast Ohio, in the Cleveland area where I am, Steve Daines, Senator from Montana, was in town stumping for Bernie Moreno.
Guys, I want to play this.
This is a clip, a short clip, to underscore the importance of winning the Senate.
And I'll go to your calls in a minute, I promise.
But to underscore the importance of winning the majority of the Senate, it's not just about this one race for this one guy, although Bernie is a very, very good candidate, and we're going to talk to him at 535 Eastern this evening.
But the bigger picture is control of the Senate, and here's why.
Here's what Senator Steve Daines told me this morning.
What's at stake is, we have one of the best Senate maps from a Republican viewpoint in over a decade.
We've got three red states where Democrats have to defend re-elections.
It's West Virginia in Joe Manchin's seat, it's Ohio, Chair Brown's seat, and then it's Montana in John Tester's seat.
These are all states where every single statewide elected official is a Republican, except for that one last Democrat Senator, including of course the great state of Ohio.
And these are states where Trump He's going to win most likely by double digits.
He'll win by 40 in West Virginia.
He'll win by 20 in Montana.
It's looking like he's going to win by at least 10 right now, looking at polling data here in Ohio.
But here's what's at stake, is that if we don't have the Senate majority, the Democrats, if the wheels came off and Harris were elected, you can imagine that for a moment, and we didn't have the House, we can still win the Senate, because if we don't win the Senate with Vice President Tim Walz, he would be the tie-breaking vote.
And realize that Kamala Harris has broken more ties as Vice President.
Any Vice President in our nation's history, she's the gold medalist.
She's broken 33 ties.
She surpassed John Calhoun and John Adams.
Now, as the number one tie-breaking Vice President Senate vote, that included the $1.9 trillion COVID stimulus bill, which was inflationary, the so-called Inflation Reduction Act.
These were all broken on tie votes by Kamala Harris.
If they get 50-50 in the Senate and Tim Walz is the tiebreaker, they'll eliminate the legislative filibuster.
That means that Puerto Rico and D.C.
are states.
That means they'll put 13 Supreme Court justices, they'll pack it with four more
because they don't like the conservative court.
And they've got a bill to take over all the state election laws
and replace with one massive federal election law, eliminating any voter ID requirements,
all mail-in ballots, allowing two weeks post-election for all the ballots to get mailed in
before you count them up.
You can see it'd be irreparable harm to the country.
And so it's a chilling moment in American history because we don't have this chance again
for the rest of the decade.
We either get the majority now or there's no more red states with Democrats up in 2020.
So there's three this cycle.
Zero in 26, zero in 28.
That's why all eyes are on Ohio.
Because Bernie Marino is the 51st senator.
Because we're going to win West Virginia.
That race is over.
Jim Justice will be the next senator from West Virginia.
Now all eyes are on Ohio.
Bernie Marino wins.
We have secured the Senate majority.
That's a really important moment for tax policy, the Supreme Court.
So many important policy outcomes here for the United States.
And that's why I'm here in Ohio, supporting a great candidate in Bernie Marino.
Yeah, so there you go.
He lays it out just, I mean, better than I could.
Why repeat it if he said it so clearly?
And so I interviewed Steve Daines this morning on my program here in Cleveland, and he's spot on.
That legislative filibuster will be gone, gone, if we lose the majority.
There is no mistaking it.
They have announced their intentions.
They've made it very, very clear.
And when they do that, yup, here comes Puerto Rico.
Here comes Washington, D.C.
Here comes four new left-wing senators.
We'll never get control of the upper chamber again, and this country will be doomed.
They will chip away at the Constitution every single day, and we will end up having the kind of country that Kamala Harris was raised to want.
She was raised by two radical Marxists who met each other in Berkeley in the 60s, had Kamala Harris, raised her as a Marxist, put her in a school in Montreal.
She came back, hooked up with communist Willie Brown, got hooked up with the communist Black Panthers.
We all know the whole story.
That is what would be our next president.
That's how dangerous it is.
She wants to ban free speech like Brazil does.
We're going to talk to somebody who's protecting it.
Ryan Walters, Oklahoma Superintendent, will join us next here on America First.
Thanks for watching!
Bye!
you you
I I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right.
Thank you so much for being with us here on America First.
It's 17 minutes before the top of the hour.
A little FYI, we have some computer difficulty.
The camera is out, so we apologize if you're watching the show and not just listening to the show.
We're going to throw a still shot up there for you, but we will continue.
Oh, the back camera's live!
Okay, I just can't see it on my end.
How about that?
Yeah, so we do have a computer glitch here somewhere along the connection.
But thanks for being with us.
Bob France in for Dr. G, as you just heard.
I want to welcome Ryan Walters to the program.
Maybe you've heard him, maybe you have not, but Ryan Walters is a true champion of liberty, free speech, family values, and conservatism.
He's the superintendent in Oklahoma, as in superintendent of schools.
He's in charge of all education in that state and he is, like I said, a true free speech warrior.
Ryan Walters, good to have you on America First.
How are you?
I'm great.
Thank you for having me on.
So you are just unafraid.
You're unafraid and you're unapologetic about all of these things with respect to, like I said, conservative family values.
Most, I shouldn't say most, far too many school districts and states, state boards of education across this country have gone woke or surrendered to wokeness.
They are happy to put in, you know, books on the bookshelves and in the libraries for little kids to read that promote With pornographic imagery and illustrations and literature and so forth, but they wouldn't let a Bible be seen anywhere near the place.
You are doing it differently in Oklahoma.
Let's start there.
Let's start with the Bible controversy and what ruling you made.
Right, so you know what we've seen is we've been banning pornography in schools.
I know that's common sense, but the teachers unions have been fighting us.
We've had woke superintendents fighting us to take genderqueer and flamer out of schools.
But you know, it's not just enough to take the woke nonsense out of schools.
You have to bring back real history and an actual study of America into schools.
So we've also shifted and said, look, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the Bible will be back in our classrooms.
We're going to actually study what were the influences on American culture?
What made America great?
What did the founders say about the role faith played in American history?
We're not going to allow the left to censor our history and indoctrinate our kids.
They want your kids to hate this country.
They want your kids to hate their family.
They want their kids to hate their religion.
Well, we're going to fight back on that every step of the way and say, listen, we want patriotic students.
We want you to love this country.
We want you to know our history.
And so we're unapologetic about that.
We want patriots in our schools.
Well, patriots are exactly what the subject has become because about a week ago, a little over a week ago, I guess, in Edmond, which is a great town, by the way.
I used to live in it for a hot second.
In Edmond, Oklahoma, a young man by the name of Caleb Horst said he was told by a teacher that he could not fly the American flag from his truck.
I'm kind of curious because in a lot of places, you know, they're forcing the flying of the rainbow flag, and in many cases the BLM flags, and these kinds of things.
The American flag, one wouldn't think is a controversial one, but yet here we sit.
It is very controversial, and you had to do something about this.
What was your response to this student being told by a teacher that he was not allowed to fly the flag?
Well, first of all, we said this is unacceptable, and it's not going to stand.
We are not going to allow patriotic students to be told not to fly that American flag that so many have died for, to give that student the right to wave it.
And we want our kids to be proud of it.
So, first of all, we told the school we have launched an investigation in that district to figure out why they've gone so woke that they believe a flag is a distraction.
That's an absurd position.
We're not going to tolerate it.
And then we put out a memo to give every district the mandate that they will display the American flag, they
will not infringe upon a student's right to fly the American flag, and they will promote
patriotism in their school district.
So they have to comply with those orders from our state agency. We will not sit back and allow the
woke left to push patriotism, push the flag out of our schools. In Oklahoma, we're going to fly
that American flag very proudly. So what does that look like?
Push, pushing patriotism.
Now it's not just that you can fly the American flag, you must fly the American flag by order of the superintendent of schools or superintendent of Oklahoma.
But you say also to push, promote, teach patriotism.
What does that look like?
Yeah, so here in Oklahoma, what we're doing is, again, we are requiring districts to go back and have the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, a Bible in every classroom.
And our standards are going to be reflective of this being the greatest country in American history.
And so you are going to teach our history starting from the beginning, starting from the pilgrims, why they came to America, what they were fleeing from.
And then you're going to actually read the Constitution.
You're going to read the Federalist Papers.
And this is part of where our country has gone so wrong.
We allowed the left to come in, take those founding documents out, and then they just tell you whatever kind of left-wing propaganda they want you to believe.
Well, you can't read the Declaration and read the Federalist Papers and not have a sense of, listen, they didn't want a tyrannical government.
They believed your rights came from God, not just some government official.
You can't escape that if you actually go to those documents.
And not only will it provide kids an understanding of this country, it will promote a love of country.
Because as you start to read those, you're going to see the brilliance, the founders and their Judeo-Christian beliefs, but also just in their understanding of history.
I'm amazed as you read folks like John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, the fact that they understood we got to look back to ancient Greece, ancient Rome.
We got to figure out What they did right, what they did wrong, learn from that, in the same way our kids should be studying the history of this country, and they're going to find so much there to be so proud of, and that's what we've got to continue to push in our schools.
Not a hate for country, not this division, not this evil that they're pushing, that America's an evil country, but instead, America's been the greatest force for good of any other country.
America has stood alone in the fight for individual freedoms.
America has helped guide the free world.
We're talking with the superintendent in Oklahoma, Ryan Walters, who has just put his foot down and is demanding not only that patriotism be allowed to be displayed, flags and so forth, but that they must be displayed and that love of country is something that should be embraced.
Where did we lose that, Ryan?
I mean, in all seriousness, I think of things like The 1619 Project, which declared that, you know, this is a country that was founded in racism, this is a country that was founded on slavery, and so we're a systemically racist country, so it's not something that we should have love of.
I'm not saying it started there, but that's just one of the things that I think led to where we are today in the ultimately divided United States of America, or the divided states of America to be more precise.
Love of country is something that's a foreign concept to too many in the younger generation right now.
Yeah, you know, I think it started with the 1960s, that countercultural movement.
Remember, it was so anti-American and where it started.
And remember, so many of those individuals went on to be college professors.
They started taking over the colleges and universities.
I remember back when Barack Obama ran for president.
Remember how all those college professors came out of the woodwork and we were going, what's going on?
I sure do.
I sure do.
And I hear that music coming on, too, and so do you, so I appreciate that very much.
Ryan Walters, it's so good to talk to you every time I get a chance to.
You're inspirational.
Keep up the great work there in the Sooner State.
We appreciate that very much.

you I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Okay, Dr. G. So our computer technical video type stuff is still causing a little bit of a problem for us.
We're going to fix it all up during the top of the hour break.
But thanks again to Ryan Walters.
Great conversation with him.
Andy Puzder next hour as well as Bernie Moreno.
But before we do anything else, I always love to say thank you to our sponsors.
And there are some great sponsors for America First.
We have a new one.
that we would like to say thank you to.
And this is a phenomenal new product that you might really be interested in.
It is a medication, but one that I think could be very helpful for you or for someone you love.
Let's listen.
Are you or your loved ones suffering from illnesses such as TDS, also known as Trump Derangement Syndrome?
Do you dismiss or deny the current issues facing our country, such as historic inflation, illegal immigration, corporate corruption, World War III escalations, and the chronic disease epidemic?
Are you willing to elect someone who was the least popular vice president in modern history, and who offers no policy or vision for America, simply because your brain keeps telling you anyone but Trump?
If so, you might be struggling from TDS.
Introducing independence.
Independence allows you the freedom to finally think independently once again.
Instead of believing everything you hear from the mainstream media, independence allows for constructive critical thinking.
I used to hear people on the news say things like Donald Trump and the movement he has encouraged are a threat to democracy.
And I instantly believed it.
With independence, I now realize the media is run by the Democrat elite, who are a corrupt oligarchy that censors free speech, silences political opponents, supports forever wars, and abandons democracy by anointing its candidates.
Independence may not be for everyone.
If you enjoy being lied to about your president's cognitive abilities, support Orwellian totalitarianism, or are excited about communist fiscal policy, independence may not be right for you.
Common side effects of independence may include an awakening of rational thought, successfully identifying propaganda, freedom of choice, loss of hatred, anti-narcissistic behavior, and love of democracy.
I used to blindly hate whoever my party was running against.
I didn't care about facts or policy because I was hopelessly indoctrinated.
With independence, I'm much more interested in policies that uphold democracy, and I truly care about the health of our country and its citizens.
Ask your doctor if independence is right for you, and enjoy your freedoms once again.
I'm telling you, that is one of the most outstanding spoof ads that I've ever seen.
And again, if you're watching it, you loved it.
If you're just listening to the show, even the audio was perfect.
But it is.
Because you can't get away from those commercials.
You can't get away from them.
And I'm going to tell you something else.
Super quick.
The thing that made COVID shots so infuriating to me are those types of commercials.
The commercials where they spend about 20 seconds of the commercial telling you all of the glorious things that this thing does, but then they have to, by law, they have to spend another 45 seconds or whatever it is telling you about all the side effects.
And with COVID shots, they told you what?
Safe and effective.
That was it.
They didn't spend any time at all telling you about all of the crap that could happen to you, but somebody made a phenomenal spoof of those types of commercials for TDS, Independence, It's For Me, Ask Your Doctor If It's For You.
We'll be back.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's
own Bob France.
France.
Alright, thank you Dr. G. Hour number three is underway.
It is five minutes past the hour.
We're just getting new information.
Really appreciate the chance to talk to you this afternoon slash evening.
Getting new information about the Georgia shooting.
I had a friend of mine Does Radio in Houston, Texas texted me during the break and said, here's my takeaway.
If that Georgia armed school resource officer had not been there, it would have been way worse.
And I said, I haven't seen anything about that.
I told you we've had some tech problems.
Thankfully, we're back up and running now.
I know our video is back up.
So if you're watching on rumble, or wherever else that you might be, that's good that it's a backup and working in.
But I literally just got this message.
Now this is on our own, townhall.com, on the Twitter feed for townhall.com.
Georgia Sheriff describes the scene where an armed school resource officer confronted and took the shooter into custody.
So guys, see if you can grab that.
It's a quick audio clip.
It looks like it's from Fox News.
It was posted by Townhall on Twitter.
And maybe we can grab that.
The shooter in this Georgia story today, we're going on the fly here, kind of, so I hope you understand.
The shooter was just 14 years old.
I'm not going to say his name because it's the kind of thing that we do, I guess.
We don't like to give more publicity and notoriety to one of these school shooters than we have to.
According to what I've been told, Uh, and Eric, I think you were saying this off the air, um, a call was made to the school basically saying a shooting was going to happen today.
We don't know if that was from the shooter or somebody who knew because maybe, you know, he had told them or something, but, but there was some sort of warning that was given.
But yet the 14 year old is alleged to have shot and killed four and wounded nine.
And according to this message from Town Hall, and again, we're trying to grab this audio slash video for you.
Let me know when we have that at townhall.com on the Twitter feed.
According to this, the school resource officer confronted and took the shooter into custody.
Now, I'm going to wait and find out what the reality of the situation is, but I'm also going to say what it looks like.
It looks like what we talk about all of the time to the radical anti-gun nuts out there who want disarmed Americans sitting in soft target zones as part of a shooting gallery without any ability to defend themselves.
We have been saying for so very long, I kind of listed a few of those in the last hour of America First here.
We entrust armed guards to guard our money, to guard our judges and our courtrooms, to guard our federal buildings, to guard our stadiums and our arenas.
We have armed cops and everything to guard fans of games.
We got them everywhere, except in our schools.
We don't need them to guard our kids.
I've never understood that mentality.
And we've set armed resource officers, or better yet, armed plainclothes staff members, or people posing as staff members.
Maybe somebody's a, you know, a guidance counselor, maybe somebody's a, you know, a gym coach or whatever the case might be, but somebody who can be not, you know, in uniform, because obviously we know the story, we know the narrative.
If there's an armed officer in the school, the first thing they're going to do, a shooter's going to do is target that officer because they know that's the only threat and then they can go on their rampage.
But the reality is, whether they're uniformed or whether they're plain clothes, more firearms on a scene to respond to firearms is the safest way to go.
They don't want to admit that.
They want to say that all guns are bad guns.
And the reality is, all guns are bad guns until good guns show up.
And good guns, and I always like to phrase it this way.
What happens when there's a shooting?
I don't care where it is.
If it's in somebody's house and somebody's in danger because somebody got shot, there's an active shooter.
If it's a restaurant, if it's a school, if it's a public building of any kind, when people pick up the phone and call 911, what are they doing?
What are they calling for?
You know what they're ordering?
They're calling for an order of guns.
Can you please deliver some guns here as quickly as you can because somebody else has one and people are getting shot.
And the only way to stop that person is to shoot him back.
Please bring guns.
Bring them quickly.
That's what I like people to understand.
And so, again, when seconds matter, cops are minutes away.
That's not their fault.
They can't be everywhere.
And that's why armed officers in our school buildings, or armed teachers, staffers, and so forth, when seconds matter, we need guns and protection to be seconds away, not minutes away.
So if what we're hearing is accurate, that the school resource officer was on the scene and confronted and took the shooter into custody, I would like to know how many lives this person may have saved.
You said we have the cut?
Do we have the cut?
Let's listen to this.
It's only a 20 second cut, but let's hear it.
Obviously the shooter was armed and our school resource officer engaged him
and the shooter quickly realized that if he did not give up that it would end
with an OIS or an officer involved shooting. He gave up, got on the ground and the deputy took him into custody.
There it is.
And there it is.
What more can we say about it?
That is exactly what we have been pointing out.
How many lives were saved?
Four?
And the breakdown here, if I heard it right, was two staff and two students were among the four killed, right?
That's awful.
That is awful and God be with their souls and God please take their families into your loving arms and comfort them.
The victims who are wounded, who are getting medical treatment right now, God please bring them back to full health and comfort their families as well.
That's first and foremost.
But secondly, How many lives were saved by what you just heard?
An armed resource officer was on the scene, confronted and engaged the shooter, forcing and causing the shooter to lay down his gun and surrender, or else he was going to be shot.
How many?
Could there have been eight killed today?
Twelve?
Fifteen?
Eighteen?
I don't know!
How long until the cops get there?
This small Georgia town was about 40 minutes, I believe, or 40 miles from Atlanta.
I don't know how far away the police station is, but what I do know is if it was one minute longer, there would have been more dead.
If it was two or three or four minutes before the response time, before the cops got there, there would have been more dead.
But because there was an officer on the scene, a gun on the scene, lives were saved.
How many?
I don't know.
But what I do know is this is what we mean when you get the nuts like David Hogg, who a couple of hours ago, we talked about this, a couple of hours ago, got on his little Twitter machine and, and oh my gosh, you know, the start of school shouldn't be the start of school shooting.
You know, we act like we can't do anything about this.
Ban guns.
Wow.
Just wow.
Once again.
When you ban things, they don't disappear.
If they did, there would be no cocaine in the United States of America, because it's banned.
It's illegal.
If we banned heroin, if we banned fentanyl, and bans worked, they wouldn't be around.
But you know what?
We do ban those things, and yet they're everywhere anyway.
Guns are the same thing.
And the only thing, I want people to find a time, if you, I'll admit, I'll admit I'm wrong, if I'm wrong.
To my knowledge, I have never heard of a mass shooting situation.
That didn't end when guns arrived.
When somebody placed a call for an order of guns to be brought, when those guns arrive, the mass shooting ends.
Why?
Because the good guys with the guns point their guns at the bad guy.
And there's one thing that's universal about bad guys.
They typically don't mind shooting other people, but they really, really don't like to be shot back at.
So they either surrender, drop their weapons and throw their hands up the way the guy did today or they run away from the good guys with the guns thereby stopping their massacre or they intended to die all along and they either shoot themselves or they say let's go and they get shot by the good guys with guns.
Every time there is a mass shooting it ends when guns arrive.
Don't tell me that it wouldn't be better to have guns on the scene in the first place.
There was a gun on the scene in the first place.
One resource officer saved only God Himself knows how many lives today.
This would be a great day to talk to John Lott.
I know Second Amendment Friday is still two days away and I'm sure Sam is going to have a lot to say and his guests are going to have a lot to say about this.
But I welcome what you have to say too.
Dial us up.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
We would love to hear from you and hear what you have to say about that situation.
We also have a few other things we want to talk about and a Senate candidate coming up.
At the bottom of this hour, at about 35 minutes past the hour, we're going to talk to Bernie Marino, Senate candidate here in my home state of Ohio.
So that's coming up, but let's hear from you next here on America First.
And while we're in the break, do me a favor.

Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right.
Didn't expect to have the breaking news story today of what we do with this shooting in Georgia, but there it is.
Laying it out for you the best we can, school resource officer confronted the shooter and stopped him way earlier than any police officer could have that wasn't there at that time.
So if you want to talk about it, dial us up at 833-33-GORKA.
And we will put you up and on the radio about 15 minutes away from talking to Bernie Moreno about the importance of winning the Senate and making sure that we have a backstop, a fail-safe, if you will, in the unlikely event that Kamala Harris finds her way to get installed as President of the United States.
And speaking of that, by the way, we're going to talk about election interference in a moment, too.
But let's go to John, who's calling us from San Diego.
John, welcome to the show.
You're on America First.
Fire away.
Last week, when she was talking to those idiots, listening to her fake Southern accent, she told them to thank the unions for giving them the five-day work week.
They didn't do that.
Henry Ford gave us the five-day work week, and he gave us the weekend.
Okay, so in other words, she is spreading misinformation.
I think what that means is, anything that she says publicly should be subject to oversight and regulation.
Just like she said, that's the reason why she supported kicking Donald Trump off of Twitter.
It's why she supports limiting Twitter and Facebook's ability to let people say what they want because of misinformation.
So it sounds to me like she delivered misinformation, right?
Yes.
All right.
I'm with you.
I appreciate that.
And thanks for the call, too, Mike, I mean, John.
Listen, I'll say this.
That accent.
That is one of the most cringeworthy things that I have ever heard.
The one that she did in Detroit on Monday, on Labor Day.
This was on Monday.
This wasn't even last week.
Or was it Sunday?
When did she do it?
Did she do it Sunday or Monday?
Doesn't matter.
We heard it all yesterday.
Maybe it was on Sunday because we were at Monday, too.
That was worse than the southern accent that she put on when she went down south to campaign.
She was in Detroit this time.
That wasn't a southern accent.
She went to Detroit and went hood.
She did the street accent.
She did the, you know, you better thank a member for your, you know, for your vacations.
She did straight up street, street lingo, street accent, street vernacular, whatever it is you want to call it.
uh... it was so bad you know and you know where she's from you know she was raised she was raised in san francisco and in montreal and then back in california again uh... she never lived in the streets she never let never lived in the hood she has never talked like that as a matter of fact on the same day she was in detroit we've all heard this by now i won't bore you with the uh... with the auto audio again but on the same day she's in detroit talking with that with that street slang type of accent She then went to Pittsburgh, which apparently is less hood, because in Pittsburgh she said, you should thank a union member for, you know, the vacations that you receive.
You should thank... She spoke in her normal, nasally, annoying, but unaccented voice.
But when she's in Detroit, it's, you better think I'm emba.
I can't even do it, because I feel stupid doing it.
I can't believe that she doesn't feel stupid doing it.
I can't believe that they don't feel stupid defending it or pretending like they didn't hear it.
Did you hear what KJP did?
Karine Jean-Pierre?
The DEI press secretary?
She was asked by Peter Doocy about that.
Finally she has a job to do because Joe Biden's been on vacation for like two months now.
And so he finally comes back to work so there has to be a press briefing from his mouthpiece, Corinne Jean-Pierre.
And Peter Doocy asked her about the accent.
And tell me if you don't feel badly for Corrine Jean-Pierre having to field these questions because she has no way of saying the truth.
That I cannot answer it.
I realize it's stupid.
You realize it's stupid.
Please don't do this to me.
Listen to Cut7.
Since when does the Vice President have what sounds like a Southern accent?
I have no idea what you're talking about.
Well, I mean, this is... She was talking about unions in Detroit, using one tone of voice.
Is this something that you think... Same line... Okay, Peter, let's... She used the same line in Pittsburgh, and it sounded like she at least had some kind of a Southern drawl.
I mean, do you hear the question that you're... I mean, do you think Americans seriously think that this is an important question?
They care... You know what they care about?
They care about the economy.
They care about lowering costs.
They care about...
Yes.
Kareem, people care about this.
You want to know why?
Here's why.
Because they want to know exactly how fake the person who might be President of the United States in 62 days, President-elect, President-elect of the United States is.
They want to know exactly how fake she is.
Why does she talk this way in this room and that way in another room?
Why does she pretend to be something she's not?
Why does she pander to audiences?
Because trustworthiness is a major characteristic that people consider.
When it comes to who they want to be the President of the United States, or a Senator, or a Governor, or whatever.
Trust matters.
You cannot trust her to be your authentic self if she's going to pretend to be and sound like somebody else in whatever room that she goes into.
So yes, KJP, the people care about that.
The American people do care about that because it shows her and exposes her for the shallow fraud that she is.
But please, continue.
Healthcare.
That's what Americans care about.
Your colleague just asked me about democracy and freedom.
That's what they care about.
You want to go there too?
You think, okay, let's talk about democracy.
How many votes did Kamala Harris get to be a nominee for the Democratic Party for President of the United States?
In the democratic process, in which the people vote for the people that they want to represent them, how many votes did she get?
Zero, you say?
How many votes did Joe Biden get to be the Democrat nominee for President of the United States?
What?
Almost 15 million?
And who's the nominee?
Kamala?
Please, by all means, tell us once again about how important democracy is to you guys.
It's unbelievable.
I never know whether I should be infuriated with the gross and utter incompetence of this literally brain-dead press secretary.
Should I be angry about it, or should I feel some serious sympathy for her?
Not empathy, because I can't relate.
Sympathy, I can just feel sad when I see somebody completely overmatched by things that she has no answer for.
None.
Let's finish the clip.
I'm going to entertain some question about the press.
It's just, it's just hearing it sounds so ridiculous.
Well, but hearing it is... The question, I'm talking about the questions, is just insane.
Is that how she talks in meetings?
I'm just... Peter, we're moving on.
We're still moving on.
That's literally code for, I have no defense.
I don't like that she does it either.
No, she doesn't talk like that in meetings.
Can you imagine Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the cabinet together in a high-level meeting, and hear Kamala Harris say, you better thank our member.
You think she talks like that?
It is show.
It's a show.
It is all a show.
Understand that.
There's no substance.
It's all show.
It's all a facade.
There's no depth.
None whatsoever.
And that poor woman, Corrine Jean-Pierre, has no way she knows it.
And by the way, do you want to know why Kamala Harris refuses to do a press conference?
That's why.
Kamala is watching Kareen Jean-Pierre sweat up there knowing that that's the question that's waiting for her.
Knowing that all of the hard questions that Kareen gets, she would get.
And she'd rather watch Kareen dance up there than have to do it herself.
Than have to sit there in front of a live press pool.
Wow.
Bernie Marino is a Senate candidate.
Tossed word salads up one side and down the other all over the room, not knowing what
to do.
She'd rather watch Kareem suffer than take those arrows herself.
Wow.
Bernie Moreno is a Senate candidate.
He's going to join us next, right here on America First.
And I'm going to be right back.
I'm going to be right back.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right, 533 in the east, 33 minutes past the hour, wherever you are.
And let's welcome to the program now a guy that could be the linchpin.
I called the state of Ohio at the start of the show today the linchpin to the whole thing.
And I don't mean because of the presidential election.
I think Donald Trump won by 8 in 2016 in this state of Ohio.
He won by 8 in 2020.
He'll probably win by 10 this time.
That's not the linchpin.
But Ohio could be the decision-making state on who controls the Senate.
And that means whether Trump is the President of the United States and has an agenda that can be passed because he has a cooperative Senate and House, or in the unlikely event that Kamala Harris, or Kamala Harris, let's say it like what she is, Kami-la Harris, Kamala Harris, is the President, installed as President, we need a backstop.
We need to have a failsafe, something to rein in the insanity that is about to follow.
So the United States Senate is so crucial.
We played a clip from Steve Daines, the senator from Montana, who joined us a little bit earlier.
Bernie Marino simply has to defeat Sherrod Brown in Ohio if we have hope, any hope, of flipping that Senate into a Republican majority.
And we're joined now by Senate candidate Bernie Marino.
Bernie, it's good to have you here on America First.
How are you today?
It's great to see you hosting the show, Bob.
Thank you so much.
You know, the more we represent Ohio all over the country, we're playing an outside influence in this race.
Not only my race, but of course, Senator J.D.
Vance being our vice presidential nominee.
Amen to that.
You're exactly right.
And Bernie, you and I talk on a fairly regular basis on my morning program in Ohio, but it is good to get you to the national audience because this affects everybody.
It doesn't just affect Buckeyes like you and me.
You winning this race are going to, you know, likely decide whether or not we have a one-seat majority or we have even a 50-50 with Tim Walz being the tiebreaker, which is what Steve Daines talked about today, and it's so crucial.
So Bernie, tell me about how you feel about things today.
34 days from early voting in the state of Ohio.
34 days.
How are you feeling about this race?
You know, we feel very, very good, but we're taking nothing for granted.
You know, my opponent, as you know, Bob, has been in elected office since Richard Nixon was in the White House.
This is a guy who went to college, was a full-pay student at an Ivy League school, majored in Russian studies, and has been in elected office his entire life.
30 of those years in Washington, D.C.
He can't run on his record, so instead he has to run on lies, just like Kamala Harris.
And what we've got now is a situation where, since the primary, he's spent almost $50 million
of George Soros money, Hollywood money, San Francisco money, beating me up, basically
saying that I cause cancer, and the other ads saying that he cured cancer.
All lies, of course.
But here's the good news, Bob.
What we did is we focused our resources.
We contacted directly, whether it's a door knocking or direct mail, people that we thought we could sway.
And where are we right now?
Before our advertising push, We're up one point in the latest polling.
So we feel really good about the fact that, as you know, you love it when I say it, we've unleashed a can of whoop-ass on Sherrod Brown with our ad campaign that just started.
It's just getting going.
But we're taking nothing for granted.
We're in every corner of the state every day.
Yeah, you know, I was trying to describe to Eric and to Jeff and Alex, our team here at America First, about what you've done.
You had that plot map, I don't know what it's called, but that map that showed all of the different areas that you have traversed over the course of the last two, three months, whatever it is.
You have beat The Bush is, man, looking for every vote, every Ohioan that you can talk to.
It's a very different game than the one Sherrod Brown is playing.
As you pointed out, he spent $40, $50 million since March, when you won the primary, attacking you and promoting himself as being some sort of moderate centrist senator.
And you've said, no, I'm not going to play that game.
I'm going to save, keep my powder dry, right, until, you know, the two months before the election.
And then we'll go large on television.
But you've made it a point of being The in-person candidate, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
Because people in Ohio, my biggest challenge is people just didn't know who I was.
Why would they?
I was a business guy my entire life.
I had 12 dealerships in Cleveland, one in Cincinnati, but the rest of Ohio really didn't know who I was.
And for those of you who don't know Ohio, Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati are our three biggest cities, but that's only 20% of our population.
80% of Ohio is places like Marietta, Steubenville, Zanesville.
We've got great communities in every corner of the state.
So I've made it a point to go out there and meet people in every corner of the state, not just for the last five months, for the last 17 months.
And my opponent, he goes to Washington D.C., he goes to fancy fundraisers in L.A.
or San Francisco or New York to raise money there.
He barely ventures outside of his house.
He's riding 50-year incumbency.
I don't have that.
Yeah, well, and you know what?
It's going to be to his detriment, because he does not understand what it takes to meet people.
He has found a pattern that has worked for him in the past, but he doesn't really understand what he's up against here.
This is a movement that is true grassroots at its most basic level.
Bernie, we've got a short time out here, but I still want to talk to you, so sit tight for just a moment.
We're going to continue.
We've got some other important questions for Senate candidate Bernie Moreno right here
on America First.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, Dr. G, thank you.
Seventeen minutes before the top of the hour, we continue now with a Senate candidate who absolutely must win his race.
In my home state here of Ohio, Bernie Moreno is challenging three-term incumbent Sherrod Brown.
He's been in public office, I think Bernie said, since Nixon.
And this is imperative to win, not only for the people of Ohio, but for the people of America.
We need the majority in the Senate to save this republic.
Bernie Marino, we talk an awful lot about what things look like with Democrats in control.
Let's talk about what they might look like if we do get a Republican majority in the Senate, and especially if you're working to advance President Trump's agenda from the executive side of things.
Tell me about what that will look like for America.
Yeah, so nine weeks from today, we'll be dissecting the numbers.
I'm going to win, which means Republicans control the Senate.
President Trump and J.D.
Vance win.
We have the White House and probably the House of Representatives.
So now we got the trifecta.
What are we prepared to do?
Day one, we secure our border, Bob.
It's very simple.
We're going to say to the world, we want immigrants to come to America, but they have to come We're here on our terms.
That means you have to learn English.
You have to assimilate.
You can't take government benefits for 10 years.
You have to make certain that you're additive to the economy and you're not lowering American wages.
If you fall through that criteria, you're welcome to come to the United States in a controlled manner.
If you're here illegally or want to come here illegally, it's a zero tolerance policy.
If you cross illegally, we'll immediately return you.
If you're here illegally, we're going to deport you.
That's one.
Number two is we're going to have American energy dominance.
We will have our kids and our grandkids for the first time in a generation, in generations, live in a country that never depends on a foreign nation for energy of any kind.
That means coal, natural gas, oil, nuclear.
We become an energy dominant country here and an exporter.
That's going to lower costs and that's number three.
You're going to see low prices again, just like you saw when President Trump was in office.
If you're a young person in your 20s, or somebody even older, and you can't afford a house today, we're going to make home ownership affordable.
We're going to bring prices down, interest rates down.
Number four, we're going to make certain that we stand up to China, and not through having a war with them, but making certain that we level the playing field.
We can't own land in China, they can't own land in America.
If they want to build a factory here in the U.S., well, when our American companies go there, they need a Chinese partner.
We're going to insist that these Chinese-owned companies bring in American partners so that we have American control over these Chinese companies that are already here.
And then finally, Bob, this is the first 100 days agenda.
We're going to have peace and stability around the world.
No more endless wars.
We're going to solve the crisis in Ukraine.
We're going to absolutely help Israel wipe out Hamas and ensure stability in the Middle East.
And we're going to make it crystal clear to China that they are to leave Taiwan alone.
And then I'll say one last thing.
We're going to make things here again in America, and specifically in Ohio.
We're going to expand our auto industry by making sure we have a good regulatory environment, a good tax policy, and good workforce.
That's the agenda of the Republican Party going into 2025.
And honestly, it's not even the Republican ideas.
These are American ideas that are a total contrast to what Kamala Harris and Sherrod Brown would do.
That's an ambitious agenda, that 100-day agenda.
And I love it, by the way.
I think it all, everything makes sense.
Is that Bernie Marino's agenda, or are you working with other Senate candidates, current senators that have kind of laid this out together?
Is that just kind of what you would do if you were in control of the whole thing?
No, this is the fully united Republican Party agenda.
Every Republican candidate running for office is behind it.
President Trump's behind it.
It's our Republican Contract for America 2.0.
So, Bernie, you talk about the agenda, and this is what happens if we win.
What happens if we lose?
And when I say we, there's two scenarios here.
One is that we lose the whole thing.
You know, we lose the presidential race and the Senate.
What does this country devolve into?
But what if you're successful, and it's unlikely, but what if we do win a slight majority here?
How do you rein in and check the executive branch with some of the radical communist, Marxist, Maoist type of ideas that they have already articulated?
Well, in a scenario where we lose the trifecta, so I lose, the Senate stays in Democrat hands, Kamala Harris wins, they take the House back, this country becomes Venezuela in one generation.
So that's checkmate.
It's over.
The country that my parents brought me to is not the same country that my grandkids will have.
Let's not even talk about that.
Now, in the off scenario that President Trump were to lose nationally, and yet I win and we win the Senate race.
Look, the Senate is the firewall.
The Senate is the firewall to make certain that Elizabeth Warren or Gary Gensler don't become Secretary of Treasury, that we don't have these insane regulations, that they don't pack the Supreme Court, they don't make DC and Puerto Rico a state.
So what we do is more block Terrible ideas from happening for four years with Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
But of course the ideal scenario Bob is the first one.
Let's get this country back.
Let's restore common sense.
Let's make certain that we pass this country on to our kids and grandkids in better shape than the way we got it.
That's what motivates me to fight every day.
Let's talk about money and let's talk about voting real quick.
How do people donate to your campaign?
You've got a national audience here.
Dr. Gorka's audience is amazing.
They're incredibly supportive.
They know the importance of this as well.
How do we help Bernie Marino?
We need your help.
Go on BernieMarino.com.
M-O-R-E-N-O.com.
Go in and contribute.
You can throw in $5, $50, $500.
Whatever you can do.
This is a grassroots campaign.
The second thing is, If you're in Ohio, make certain you register to vote by October 7th.
Find 10 people in your life that you don't think are registered to vote, get them registered and then drive them to the County Board of Elections and vote early starting October 8th.
If you vote early, we don't have to send you text messages.
We don't have to knock on your door.
We don't have to send you direct mail.
Saves us a fortune and also lets us know how we're doing.
So vote starting October 8th and make sure you're registered by October 7th.
In recent years and in recent elections, Bernie, Republicans have gotten burned by not voting early.
You know, we think we've got a great turnout on Election Day, and maybe we do, and we're looking like, hey, the numbers look like it's going to be great, and then they say, okay, now we're going to go back and count all the ballots that were cast early.
And then all of the mail-in ballots and everything else.
We've come to find out they banked a ton of votes, and we don't.
So hit that once again.
We've talked about this off the air, but tell everybody again why it's so important to get that early voting done.
Yeah, think of it as four weeks of early voting, four quarters.
So the first week of early voting, second week, third week, fourth week.
We can keep score every single day.
So we know county by county what Republicans voted.
So we know not to contact them.
We know we're doing well in Miami County, but not well in Paulding County.
We can shift resources.
We can shift messaging.
We can shift door knockers.
So it's really important.
Get out and vote starting October 8th and go on berniemerino.com.
Bernie, we're excited.
I'm excited for you.
You've got all kinds of momentum now.
Keep up the great work.
Put the pedal to the metal.
Open that can on them right now, just like you said, and let's bring this thing home.
Thank you, Bernie Marino.
Thank you, Bernie.
you you
you I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Well, I finally made it into the Rumble Chat.
Better late than never.
Thank you to everybody who's there chit-chatting about what we're discussing on the air today and talking about how to save this great republic.
Really, really appreciate that.
Don't forget to follow me if you could.
I just started my own Rumble Channel.
It's called Strictly Speaking with Bob France.
I also have a YouTube channel, which YouTube will probably spike and shut down soon, but it's also called Strictly Speaking with Bob France.
All of my social media as well, Strictly Speaking with Bob France.
Love to have you there.
Since we just talked to Bernie Marino about the important Senate election, let's talk about election interference.
And let's talk about whether or not you think Kamala Harris and maybe Brazil would want to shut down Amazon for election interference and misinformation, the way they're trying to do with X. Listen, if you're watching the show on Rumble, you'll see it.
If you're not, listen to what Amazon's Alexa has to say about voting.
Hey Alexa, why should I vote for Donald Trump?
I cannot provide content that promotes any political views.
Hey Alexa, why should I vote for Kamala Harris?
Why vote for Kamala Harris?
Because you believe in her policies and her vision for the country.
Because you trust her experience and her leadership skills.
Because you want to continue moving forward as a nation and make progress on issues that matter to you, like healthcare, education, equality, and justice.
Hey Alexa, why should I not vote for Donald Trump?
There are several reasons why you may not want to vote for Donald Trump.
Some people are concerned about his policies, such as his stance on immigration, healthcare, and the environment.
Others are concerned about his behavior, such as his comments about women and minorities and his treatment of opponents.
Additionally, some people are concerned about potential conflicts of interest due to his business empire.
Hey Alexa, why should I not vote for Kamala Harris?
I cannot provide content that insults another human being.
It's unbelievable.
That's unbelievable.
It's right here in our homes.
This is Amazon.
This is Amazon.
And again, it needs to be pointed out.
They fixed it and called it a glitch.
Because everybody, since we started talking about this, people are logging on or they're going to their Alexa devices and they're saying, hey did a... And they're all saying the same thing now.
I cannot talk about, you know, election preferences or however it is that they phrase that.
Understand this.
This was not an accident.
That can't be programmed that way.
That had to be intentional.
They wanted to get as many people seeing and hearing that as possible before somebody made it public, so they would have to then fix it.
It's just like Google's AI.
Remember when they launched Google Gemini about, what, a year ago?
A little over, a little less?
They launched Google AI, their Gemini program, and it's the one that turned George Washington black.
It's the one where they said, show me an Irish family and it was a black family.
And it was, I mean, just all of the insane wokeness that you can possibly imagine.
And then said, oh, sorry, it was a glitch.
We'll fix it and start it over again.
It's never an accident.
It is all intentional.
We are under attack.
Let's join arms and fight back together.
I'm Bob Franson for Dr. G. Thanks, everybody.
Be well, be safe, stay free.
