So, I'm going to go ahead and get started.
I'm going to go ahead and get started.
Music.
to our incredible community.
You are what makes TikTok so special.
Thank you for making your voices heard.
Over the last few years, we have invested to keep your data safe
and our platform free from outside manipulation.
We have committed that we will continue to do so.
This legislation, if signed into law, will lead to a ban of TikTok in the United States.
Even the bill's sponsors admit that that's their goal.
This bill gives more power to a handful of other social media companies.
It will also take billions of dollars out of the pockets of creators and small businesses.
It will put more than 300,000 American jobs at risk.
And it will take away your TikTok.
That's the CEO of TikTok in the house yesterday.
The vote was successful.
Not to ban it.
Can we stop that, please?
Even conservatives are using the phrase, the ban of TikTok.
Forcing a company's sale to an American company is not a ban.
The company will function.
In fact, The former cabinet member of the Trump administration, Steve Mnuchin, has announced that he is prepared to make an offer with fellow investors to buy that invidious, that evil propaganda platform that is TikTok.
So, it's not a bad.
And several people that we know who are good guys and gals, like Andy Biggs, voted against The TikTok bill.
Why?
Well, for lots of reasons.
Some are, you know, freedom of speech issues, but when it's a communist Chinese platform, that shouldn't be that much of a concern.
But we'll have some experts on to discuss this, including on my Newsmax show this Sunday.
There is a proviso in the bill that gives any future president Very, very wide-ranging powers to do the same with other social media companies.
And if President Trump's in the White House, okay, but what if someone like Biden or Obama's back in the White House?
Are they going to shut down Twitter because Elon Musk believes in the freedom of speech?
So this is a very thorny issue, but the TikTok ban Well, the alleged ban is very important because you know what happened on TikTok this week?
For those who aren't familiar, TikTok is just a video app that shows, you know, 60 second videos of cats and girls dancing and, you know, people falling off, you know, bicycles or whatever.
But it's very addictive.
It is probably the most influential social media video platform out there.
And users in America... TikTok, by the way, is banned in China where it is controlled.
You can't use the Western version of TikTok in China.
Isn't that interesting?
Any user who opened their TikTok account this week received a mandatory video Calling for the users to take action and tell Congress not to ban their favorite platform.
Which led to children, children, American children, calling their congressmen and women saying, Don't ban my platform!
If you do, I'll kill myself!
Can we think about that for a millisecond?
A company called ByteDance that is controlled by the CCP, the Central Committee of the Communist Party in Beijing,
has a platform which has so indoctrinated thousands and millions of children in America,
including with a great deal of transgender propaganda.
Yeah, where do you think they get these crazy ideas from TikTok?
And they've so managed to brainwash these children that they threaten suicide with their
congressional representatives?
That in and of itself should be reason enough not to sell the platform, but to shut it down.
When we're in the White House, we made it illegal for government employees to use TikTok,
at least on government time and on government machines.
Bye.
But that's not enough.
This isn't about mature civil servants.
It's about the future.
As Stalin, Lenin and Hitler all knew, give me their children and I will own their future.
This is perhaps The most corrosive influence in America today.
And something has to be done about it.
In the meantime, we have Elon Musk on X who has cancelled Don Lemon's show.
I wonder why.
And Don Lemon isn't happy.
He gives an interview to Don Lemon.
Cut three.
Play cut.
Hate speech.
On the platform is up.
Do you believe that X and you have some responsibility to moderate hate speech on the platform?
That you wouldn't have to answer these questions from reporters about the Great Replacement Theory as it relates to Democrats?
I don't have to answer these questions.
The Great Replacement Theory as it relates to Jewish people.
Do you think that?
I don't have to answer questions from reporters.
Don, the only reason I'm doing this interview is because you're on the X platform and you asked for it.
Otherwise I would not do this interview.
So you don't think, do you think that you wouldn't get in trouble or you wouldn't be criticized for these things?
I'm criticized constantly.
I could care less.
That's the right attitude.
Eric, I'm confused.
The Great Replacement Theory as it applies to Jews?
What?
I'm at a loss for words on that one.
The only thing I can think of is going back to, I've heard, we've talked about it before on the show, if you criticize people like Soros or Zuckerberg, who are total globalists, who happen to be Jewish, you must be an anti-Semite.
Therefore it's an anti-Semitic conspiracy.
But the whole replacement theory that, you know, left-wing rags like the Atlantic celebrate in articles with headlines such as the browning of America and why it's a good thing, It's about minorities becoming majorities, right?
So it's brown and black outnumbering the white population.
What has that got to do with Jewish Americans who are in the minority anyway?
Did he pull that out of his backside?
He must have.
It really is one of those, like, Schrodinger's conspiracy theories.
It's a good thing, you know, if you're talking about it in a positive attitude, it's real.
You know, oh, we support, you know, more minorities.
We support diversity.
But if you talk about it as a bad thing, oh, it's not real.
It's not happening.
Don Lemon continued because his show has been cancelled and here he is attacking Elon Musk cutthroat.
So I think what Elon Musk is doing is getting information from right-wing bloggers or extremists.
And was that clear to you from what he said?
Yes, because when you go and look at the things that he points to, it is often, quite often, from extremist groups and extremist groups who are putting out information that is just false.
Like Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia?
Information like that?
Or that COVID vaccines will stop the spread of COVID and if you take the vaccine, you can't catch and you can't spread COVID?
You mean lies like that, Don Lemon?
It's incredible the utter complete contempt they have for anyone listening and for the truth.
And that's why we're here.
Please dear friends, Dan Bongino announced today at the top of his show that he very suddenly lost his dear mother last night.
So keep Judy Bongino in your prayers and the Bongino family, may they have strength.

He was at Mar-a-Lago yesterday with President Trump and Alex Marlow of Breitbart.
He's our good friend, and he's going to tell us what the boss had to share.
Matt Boyle, welcome back to America First.
Yeah, Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
Yes, we spent about 90 minutes with President Trump last night.
We talked about literally everything under the sun.
So we talked about Biden's State of the Union address, his I plan to win.
Obviously, he's now officially the Republican nominee for president.
He crossed the delegate threshold just the night before on Tuesday night, and all of
his remaining challenges are dropped out a week before after Super Tuesday.
So Trump obviously is on the precipice here of a really historic thing.
He's the Republican nominee for president for a third straight presidential election,
which is pretty incredible.
So just kind of his plan to win and his plan for victory.
And then we talked a lot about a lot of issues.
And that's what I like about doing these long form interviews with President Trump, is you
get to really drill down on.
on major issues where we talked about social security that's one of the big stories get a lot of attention today
on president trump obviously uh...
should totally supports protecting social security and medicare
Doesn't want to cut either of those programs.
And this is one of the big things that separates him from some of the old guard establishment Republicans of the past, like people like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell.
Those kind of guys, they want to cut Social Security and Medicare.
President Trump never has.
But Joe Biden has been falsely attacking Trump all week about this.
After an interview he did on CNBC, the Biden campaign actually deceptively edited video of President Trump's uh... interview i'm and had the candidate himself by then
are out there card tweeting stuff and then making comments in speeches and
what not attacking trump closely stating his position trying to claim that trump
wants to or is open to cutting social security medicare
from a clear to us he is protecting those programs he is no interest in
cutting that he does want to cut waste in prod in other parts of the government
but social security medicare off limits and on the ice so never do anything that
but social security medicare off limits and uh... i so never do anything that would die that would hurt
would die that would hurt those programs that because they're so important
those programs doctors are so important
i'm going to think that people pay into their blacks radio poker case dot
i'm going to think that people pay into their blacks radio people put the case
stop right like a look at it right the government garnishing
right like a look at it right the government garnishing your wages right
your wages right every every paycheck every two weeks every week or every
every day every paycheck every two weeks every week or every month right like a
month right like a poker based up it has a line on that
that the government taking the money out that the promise that they're making to
you when you're retiring that those programs are going to be there medicare
and uh... social security so president trump is very firm in its commitment that he's going to protect
those programs And any claim by Joe Biden or any Democrat or the media that he is wavering on that in any way, shape, or form is totally misinformation and fake news.
And President Trump made that clear to us.
That's one of the big stories we have out already about this.
And we've got a lot more planned in the works.
We talked a lot about immigration, angel families, etc.
So there's a lot of interesting stuff that's going to be coming out in the coming days.
And what was the mood like?
Because you got to sit down with him for quite some time, so what was his demeanor?
I think he understands he is in the driver's seat in this election.
He knows that he is leading in the polls.
I just saw a poll a minute ago that just came out of Michigan by Quinnipiac.
This is a pollster that never had Trump leading anywhere, never mind Michigan.
Trump is leading in Michigan right now, clear outside the margin of error over Joe Biden, whether you do head to head or you do the full field, right?
Like of all the third party candidates, right?
And in fact, Trump's lead actually expands with the full field.
The fact is that Joe Biden's in serious trouble.
Donald Trump knows that.
Donald Trump knows he is in the driver's seat heading into this general election.
But he also understands that, you know, while seven months to Election Day on November 5th, which President Trump told us he believes that Election Day this year, November the 5th, will be the most important day in the history of our country.
That's a big statement from a president who obviously understands very well the history of this country with July 4th and our independence and so on and so forth.
There's many other important days in our country.
November 5th, this election day, that just shows you the stakes of what's at stake here.
But Trump also said that while it seems like it might be right around the corner, seven months is a long time for what he called, he said, Joe Biden is a lunatic, and that's a lot of time for a lunatic to do damage to America.
Let's talk about one more result that we've been discussing on the show yesterday.
Hawaii had more than 30% of the Democrats vote uncommitted.
Now, I know it's one state and it's a small state, but it's a very Democrat state.
That's disastrous if that's expanded into other Democrat constituents, isn't it?
Yeah, I think this uncommitted voting with Biden is a real serious problem.
We didn't get into that too much with President Trump last night, but I'm hoping that we're going to be doing this on the regular with him, so I think we will in future interviews.
But we did talk a little bit about some of the demographic shifts that are happening, right?
Well, we're seeing Black voters, Hispanic voters, even some women voters, suburban women voters, moving back towards Trump and away from Biden in historic ways.
And part of the reason why he said that's the case is because people feel as though they are not safe, right?
Like, and this gets into the immigration stuff and the Angel families and these horrible stories
like Lake and Riley.
And sadly, Lake and Riley is not the only one, right?
Like, there's so many of them out there.
Yeah, sadly, that is true.
We've been talking to Matt Boyle.
Read the article, the first of many from their exclusive interview.
Donald Trump says he's honored to be the GOP nominee, but the country is in deep trouble

Biden's trying to divide us?
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for taking the call.
Yeah.
I have two questions, actually.
So, the first question is how they divide us here in America.
I wanted to reiterate what you opened up with.
What does a black British person call himself?
Does he call himself African-British?
No.
No.
That's right.
We're the only country in the world that starts off With a way to divide you before you announce your next hour.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I was thinking about exactly that like two days ago.
I was thinking, if I were a black American, why would I want to identify with Africa and not with America?
If Africa was such a big deal for me, why don't I live in Africa?
If I'm an American, do I want to divide myself from the Polish Americans or the Chinese Americans?
It's such a form of indoctrination, George.
You're so right, and you know what?
All of my black friends agree with that.
All of them.
Good.
I don't have one black friend who says... I've got black friends that if you debate, they're called African-American, they're insulted.
Good.
What's your second point, George?
The second point is, here also, what exactly is a white person?
What is a Caucasian?
I'm classified as such.
However, I am Sicilian and Greek.
Mediterranean.
I'm more closely related to a Tunisian or an Egyptian than I am to someone from... And then if you're Jewish, what are you?
I mean, seriously, I mean, and then if you're a Hispanic person who defends himself with a gun, they end up calling you a white Hispanic.
Let's stop it.
Let's start talking about all of us being American.
Stay on the line.
I love that call.
Let's give George one of our Lake and Riley t-shirts.

taking my call. Sure. I just wanted to bring up that you know this TikTok deal this is
the proverbial Pandora's box.
This was something that should have never been opened.
A ChaiCom platform had no business coming to the States in the first place.
And now you're facing a double-edged sword.
Now, if you attempt to ban it or sell it off to an American company, now you're essentially creating a conglomerate, which we have antitrust laws against.
So you're now opening the door?
But hang on, why are you doing that?
Because there's multiple social media platforms.
Why is this a monopoly or a cartel?
I don't get that, Danny.
Well, you have... well, I understand that, you know, a lot of your social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, all that's one corporation that falls under Meta.
It's essentially the same principle that a rock seller uses sand or oil.
There's Truth Social, that President Trump's company.
There's Twitter, that's Elon Musk.
Then there's Facebook, right, and Instagram, which are the same company.
But there are multiple players. How have you created a monopoly?
Because at this particular point in time, you're falling all under the government dictates who takes what.
Well, that's the issue with this one company, right?
This is my problem.
Why does government get to choose who becomes the owner of TikTok?
I have problems with that.
I don't have problems The problem is with banning it, because it's a communist platform that's run out of a communist country.
But the idea of selling it by force?
No.
Just shut it down.
Just ban it.
Like China does in their own country, which is a little bit weird.
Thank you, Danny.

Before we introduce our next guest, I want to play this cut for you from Kamala Harris, who is so stupid, so chronically imbecilic, she doesn't realize the deep, deep irony of what she is saying about justice in America.
Cut one.
And that is not all.
If he is re-elected, the former president has openly said he intends to weaponize the Department of Justice against his enemies.
Weaponize the Department of Justice against his enemies?
Oh, how horrific, because we haven't seen any of that in the last three and a half years, have we?
Or have we?
Let's ask a man who knows.
He's running in Pennsylvania.
He's got a primary in April.

Good to be with you.
So, for those who aren't familiar with your story and how the FBI raided your home, what do you think about that comment from Kamala Harris that, oh my gosh, the DOJ and the FBI could be used for political purposes?
Well, that's just the reality of our deep state right now.
So I am the face, for your audience, of the weaponization of the current government.
So yeah, it's ironic to hear her say that.
I don't think she's fully aware of how meaningful those words are to those of us who have been victims of the government, but here we are.
And your crime was what?
Did you steal Nancy Pelosi's gavel on January the 6th, or did you cross the border as an illegal... What did you do, Mark Hauk?
Yes, I was praying in front of a Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with my 12-year-old son, something I did for 20 years with no incident.
Until the Biden regime decided that they were going to make an issue of it.
And then you protected your child from some pro-baby-killing lunatic.
Your assault charge or misdemeanor was dismissed by the local court.
And then a few months later, the FBI said, we don't care what the court says.
We're going to arrest this man.
Is that a pretty decent summary?
Oh, absolutely.
I mean, it was almost a year from the date of the incident that the federal government raided my home in a pre-dawn raid with 20 plus federal agents and Pennsylvania state troopers.
So it was dismissed.
It was a nothing burger in the state of Pennsylvania.
Yet it became a major Reason for the DOJ to come after an innocent man.
I was found innocent and acquitted of all charges in less than an hour by a jury of my peers.
Pre-dawn raid with 20 armed agents, loaded weapons, state troopers.
Are you like a former head of a drug cartel?
Do you have, I don't know, a meth lab in your home?
No, I have a lot of Cheerios in my home with seven children, so we have nothing like that.
Again, just a citizen who's been exercising his First Amendment rights as an activist for many years, very used to doing that all around the country for that matter.
But yeah, nothing like that.
It was a shock then, and it's still a shock to this day that that's what they did.
Well, you're doing something about it.
You fought the DOJ.
You won.
You absolutely crushed them.
So incredible.
But now you're running for the first congressional district in Pennsylvania.
You've got a primary, I believe, in April.
The website is hawkforcongress.com.
That's H-O-U-C-K.
H-O-U-C-K for congress dot com.
We've got a minute left.
How's the campaign doing and what is your message to the people of the Keystone State?
Yeah, well, our message is faith, family, and freedom.
And look, we just want to get back to constitutional values.
We want to protect the First Amendment.
We want to protect the Second Amendment.
And we just keep telling people, are you better off today than you were four years ago?
And everyone says no.
So if you vote for the incumbent, Brian Fitzpatrick, that's a vote for the current administration.
And so that's what we've been telling people.
And they're excited, they're motivated, and they're ready to vote for me.
What's the most important thing that they need to know about the other guy?
Well, look, he's a former FBI agent, right?
He's the only former FBI agent in Congress.
And I keep saying you can take the agent out of the FBI, but you can't take the agent out of the man.
And, you know, he wants to take our guns.
He's voted for FISA.
He's voted for more surveillance.
He's against the border wall.
He's not good on immigration.
And he wants to send all our money over to Ukraine, which we can't even account for.
So, look, we just keep telling the 1st District where we are that we'll get back to fiscal sanity once we get through this primary on April 23rd.
Wow.
What bittersweet irony.
The Gestapo of Biden.
The FBI raids his home and now he's running against the former Fed who wants to take your guns.
Support this man.
Follow him at Hauk4Congress.
That's with a number 4.
Hauk4Congress.
And the website is Howkforcongress.com.
So the name is H-O-U-C-K-F-O-R-Congress.com.
Keep us abreast of all the developments.
God bless you, Mark.

Why?
Because its ingredients are proven Anti-inflammatories like resveratrol, curcumin, and omega-3s that assault the crux of the pain, which is the inflammation.

Why?
Because I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, for almost a decade.
I took ReliefFactor.
Two weeks later, I was pain-free, and I'm still pain-free as of January, five years after I started.
That should be your story.
It could be your story.

home.
And a title for Chris, actually.
Oh, for Chris, yeah.
What makes an 80s movie.
Yeah, good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I swear, though, that soundtrack that plays several times, like the opening bank robbery scene, the kind of main action theme, it's literally from an escape from New York.
It's the exact same.
If you listen to it with The Duke's Arrival theme.
It's the exact same... It's not.
It's like three times faster.
But you... Listen to them side by side and you'll know what I'm talking about.
I swear I'm not crazy.
This is not a conspiracy theory.
I was like... I know the synthesizer was a big thing in the 80s, obviously.
Yes.
It was almost beat for me.
I'm not complaining about that.
I love that soundtrack, but...
Alright, we're done, Don Lemon.
Ooooooh, I've got a play level, it's so...
Okay.
You think you're gonna use Cut12?
I know it's a longer one.
I will, but not now.
Not now, yeah.
Let's just go to calls.
Okay.
You You
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Are you fed up?
Do you want America back?
Fly the flag that tells the world I stand with 45 Trump 2024 and let's remember The girl brutally killed thanks to Joe Biden.
The t-shirt with her photograph.
Say her name.
Laken Riley.
SebGorkaStore.com.
Staying on the topic of TikTok, John San Diego.
Hey Sebastian.
The worst part of TikTok is it's got spyware on it.
Yes.
We all know that.
So when that idiot Biden takes his previously secure phone and installs it, he installed spyware.
And then it's sitting there with him in the Oval Office.
Yeah, the fact is that the app itself actually clones, replicates your identity, the unique identifying number of the phone.
Even if you delete the app, the spyware is still on the phone.
That's how invidious this product, this propaganda platform is.
Don Orlando.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Yes.
I want to tell you about a political cartoon I saw.
It's 15 years old at least, but it's still quite relevant.
It shows a classroom with a bunch of second-graders running amok.
They've tied the teacher to a chair, and she's screaming, Help me, God!
Meanwhile, you see a voice coming out of the loudspeaker up on the wall, and it says, Miss Johnson, you're not praying in school, are you?
And meanwhile, behind the teacher on the chalkboard, you see in large cursive letters the initials A-D-F.
Okay, thank you.
I think you've just demonstrated one of the rules of radio.
Don't try and explain cartoons in an audio medium.
But thank you kindly, John.
Let's squeeze in one more of our good friends.
Brent, Los Angeles, line one.
Hello, Great Gorka Man.
Gorka Man, thank you.
What is your message for our millions of listeners today?
Well, I wanted to say, God will bless you for constantly and courageously protecting the world's Jews.
United with our righteous President Trump.
Chuck Schumer is now the newest satanic face of Jewish antisemitism and Nazism.
And he's shackled to his breed of suicidal demons, George Soros, Bernie Sanders, Adam Schiff, Mark Zuckerberg, and their evil ancestors, Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky.
And Schumer and his demonic Democrat Jews have so desecrated and discarded God as to have aborted and incinerated their souls from God and Judaism.
And so any Jew who has chosen to divorce himself from God, Torah, truth, and morality has truly transitioned themselves out of Judaism and humanity itself.
Yeah, it's, um, if people aren't familiar with what Brent is talking about, it's the statement made by Chuck Schumer regarding Israel and Netanyahu.
We'll play it in the next hour, but it's truly, truly shocking.
And it just, you know, from the Oscars a few days ago, where a British Jew who's accepting an Oscar says he disowns his own Jewish identity.
And he's getting an Oscar for what?
A movie about the Holocaust?
These people are insane.
One hour down, two to go.
Stay with us here on America First.

You You
You But my constituents want me to vote red and they want their tax money spent on core government functions, on their roads, on their schools.
That's what they want their money spent on.
They don't want us in here trying to play this government planning thing where we and our bureaus can figure out where the jobs should be, who should be employed, how much money should be allocated where in the private sector.
It never works.
It's socialism.
It's never worked anywhere before.
So what are we doing trying to do it here?
Would you consider the fact that South Carolina's track record on bringing major projects into this state has a winning record and therefore, again, commerce should be listened to rather than those people back in your district that may not have ever brokered a deal, may not understand what it means of being a project, may not understand economic incentives.
So what you're suggesting is we should listen to the people back home Mr. Rutherford, I don't think that you could have espoused a philosophy that disagrees more fundamentally than me.
I completely disagree with you, and I think that you believe what you just said.
No, I 100% am going to listen to the people back home who I represent in this house.
and you should listen to the 40,000 people in your area and not the bureaucrats at Commerce.
And I'm going to be honest, I'm not going to be a bureaucrat.
I'm going to be a lawyer.
I get that the people in Colombia, that the lobby wants me to either not vote or to vote green on this.
But my constituents want me to vote red and they want their tax money spent on core government functions, on their roads, on their schools.

That is a video that's gone viral in the last 48 hours.
State Representative Adam Morgan from South Carolina.
Jeff, we don't know anything about him.
His team has reached out to us.
They want to come on the show.
Why do you think that video from somebody we've never heard of before just went viral?
I think also the key part of that is the other guy in the middle.
Yeah.
That just comes out and says we should listen to commerce and not our voters and stuff.
Right!
He actually says out loud, who cares about the voters?
That's unbelievable.
Yeah.
That is unbelievable.
All right.
What did they say?
Are we going to get him on the show sometime?
He's on tomorrow at first hour.
On tomorrow.
Okay.
Super exciting.
All right.
We're going to talk to the man behind the viral video, state rep, Adam Morgan.
Okay.
I want to talk about something.
Really civilizational right now.
There's a video that you may or may not have seen.
If you use social media you probably haven't, but I'm going to talk about it for the next 8 minutes and 10 seconds.
In a high school in Missouri, Hazelwood East High School, a fight breaks out.
between a quite powerful black girl and a 15 year old white student.
The white student is called Kaylee and I thought she was murdered because as the video shows the black girl repeatedly smashes her skull into the concrete just Repeatedly one two three four and then you see Kaylee's body afterwards twitching convulsing from the consequences of that assault on her brain.
She's in the ICU right now and they don't know if she's going to survive.
I posted that video because I thought it was important on Instagram.
My average posts get, I don't know, a couple of comments, a hundred comments.
If it's really popular, a thousand comments.
That video that I posted two days ago has a record-breaking 12,000 comments.
Okay, enough.
Let's stop it there.
Not 12,000 likes where you just press it with a button.
I don't think I've seen a post on Instagram from, you know, the Kardashian that has 12,000 comments.
So why?
Why?
It has to do with the brutality.
There's an individual called Jason Whitlock, who's black, who posted a long explication of his reaction.
I just want to share a couple of points here.
I wanted to share some additional thoughts about the tragedy at Hayswood East High School, where a child's head, that's the right way of saying it, a child's head was beaten into concrete during a fight.
Many are wondering what produced the rage inside the other child.
How could it escalate to such a barbaric level?
Here's Jason's reply.
Victimhood produces rage and animus.
It's a cancer of the mind.
Modern American culture preaches and rewards the victimhood mentality.
It's a lucrative ideology.
We teach victimhood and grievance.
Our young people are more callous and savage than previous generations because we've convinced them they're all victims.
Victims of sexism, racism, homophobia, Islamophobia, fat shaming, transphobia, poverty, pronoun injustice, you name it, etc.
They're all owed a debt.
and unpaid debts foment anger.
He then goes on to tell his own personal story of growing up in poverty and how
he was never angry he was happy because his parents loved him.
But, well let's put the Daily Mail headline up.
So you can see this beautiful young girl, Kaylee, who is fighting for her life.
Her parents have put up a GoFundMe page.
Her brain is swollen.
She's got a brain bleed.
Who knows what's going to happen?
Keep Kaylee in your prayers.
The other child has been provisionally identified as Maurice Duclos.
We don't know how it started.
The fight escalated into three different fights almost immediately.
But it doesn't matter.
Because if you watch that video of a child smashing a 15-year-old girl's skull into concrete again and again and again, there's only one reason to do that.
To kill the person you're fighting.
Which is fine if they've drawn a gun on you.
If they're about to stab you and your life is in mortal danger.
But none of that occurred.
The white girl is half the weight of the black girl.
It's a large, strong, young woman.
There's no weapon in her hand.
It's just animus, like Jason said.
It's just hatred triggered by something.
Is she white?
Is she therefore my persecutor?
There is no... Look, I'm not a shrinking violet.
You know me.
I'm a big guy.
I'm six foot three.
230 pounds.
I like guns.
But there's nothing that justifies that.
And I mean nothing.
There's nothing Nothing that justifies that.
A hundred-pound, unarmed fifteen-year-old girl, savagely having her skull crushed into the concrete.
That is a psychological function.
It is a consequence of a diseased culture in America.
Where the victim can do whatever they want because they've been told the white man or the white girl is out to get you.
Or the heterosexual schoolmate thinks that you're subhuman.
A civilization, a society that has so been infected with ideological rot that dehumanizes the other based on ideological and political metrics will not survive.
Either there will be a conflict throughout that society or it will degenerate and collapse from the inside.
We need to save America.
We need to save our children.
We need to bring them back from the precipice.
And understand evil exists.
Oh absolutely evil exists.
But we don't dehumanize the other because they're the wrong skin color.
Or because of where they put their sexual organs.
Or who they vote for.
That way lies civil war.
That way lies more death, more ICUs, more destruction.
And you have a role to play in pushing back on the subversion and indoctrination of our children.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We have a very special guest for the third hour of the show.
Trump cabinet member Robert Wilkie on what happened at West Point yesterday.
It's part and parcel of what I just told you.
They've deleted the most famous educational motto in the world from the most famous military academy.
Yeah.
Honor.
Country.
These things don't matter anymore.
Duty.
They've been deleted.
By the defence department.
Because they too have been, ideologically, taken hostage.

What is that Latvian prime minister?
Let me check.
She is 48.
Wow.
How does a Prime Minister have only 12,000 followers?
That's funny.
Title for that one?
Something like a civilizational decline or something?
Say it again?
Something about the civilizational decline, or... Yeah.
But how do... It's gotta be something catchy.
Oh, for f... Cavuto, don't be a dick.
Don't forget his latest book.
The Constitution.
Ask him which one he wants us to play.
Oh, yeah.
Mic's are on.
on his.
Can you get me a Fannie Willis cut?
Thank you.
Anyone.
These tensions will lead to like never ending conflicts.
I can't hear you.
Can you hear me now?
Testing.
Yeah, it's just not very loud.
Something about, like, the never-ending conflicts.
You mentioned, like, you know, it's always doomed to conflict with these tensions.
Hang on, I'm not thinking about the title right now.
Do we have Fanny Willis?
Chef's still working on something.
Just put Fanny into the search things and get the second one where she gets mad.
And we have our guest on the line as well Grab the second one
Greg, how we doing?
Well, thank you.
How about you?
Good, good, good, good.
Which book do you prefer we promote?
Constitution of the United States, another patriotic document.
Okay, good.
All right.
I have it.
Good, all right.
All right, yeah, we got this, um, the fanny cut, you know?
Uh-huh.
Play it real quick.
The money that you paid Mr. Wade, the cash, in October of 2022.
How long is it?
You do not know where that is.
29.
Okay, good.
I'll tee it up after ADF.
ADF first, then I'll tee it up, then I'll go to Greg and I'll mention the book.
Alrighty.
You're gonna use the Liam Liner?
Uh, yeah.
Come in with the Liam Liner after the, um, whatever you bump in with.
Okay.
Copy that.
Okay.
One minute.
Anything interesting out of Florida do we know, Greg?
Thank you.
You know, I think it was an interesting hearing.
As I said earlier this morning on Fox & Friends, I mean, I don't think today these motions are going to be granted to dismiss.
I do think that, you know, she seems to be very concerned that this is a case of selective prosecution, and she's right.
Right.
And that's a separate motion and, you know, I think they have a better shot at that.
But it's also tied to today's motion that the Presidential Records Act is why nobody else has ever been prosecuted.
The President's there by his desk.
On that spring morning, I wore a shirt that got right to the point.
There are only two genders.
When my principal pulled me out of class, I was told that people were complaining about the words on my shirt was enough to silence my speech.
I was told that I would need to change my shirt before I could return to class.
Rather than respecting my right to free speech, officials chose to censor me.
That's why, with the help of Alliance Defending Freedom and the Massachusetts Family Institute, we filed a lawsuit calling on the court to hold my school accountable for violating my constitutional freedoms.
Liam Morrison, Massachusetts of course, wears a t-shirt to school.
He's only age 12, which says there are only two genders.
And he's punished by the school in Middlesbrough.
What would you do?
Well, if you know about ADF and the Alliance Defending Freedom, you would have allies.
Allies who would sue the local authorities on Liam's behalf, and if necessary, just like Jack the Cake Baker, represent that client all the way to the Supreme Court.
A client who, by the way, is never charged a penny.
Because the Lions Defending Freedom does it for free.
How?
Because of you.
Because you also believe in the freedom of conscience and free speech.
And you've made a donation to the cause of Liam.
Because next time it could be you or your children.
Or it could be you.
Please be generous.

That's 855-374-4767.
Or just go to sebgorkasebgorka.com and the stand with ADF banner at the top.
God bless every single one of you.
All right, he's back in court.
President Trump in Florida on the documents case.
And Fannie Willis' assault against the president seems to be collapsing.
An imminent decision expected from the judge in that case, Judge McAfee.
Here's a little reminder of how hot and bothered Fannie Willis got.
The money that you paid, Mr. Wade, the cash, in October of 2022, you do not know where that money came from.
I do know where it came from.
It came from my sweat and tears.
You know which job it came from.
Did it come from Fulton County or did it come from a private job?
It came from, I don't, I'm not, what are you talking about?
So it could have come from a private job because before I was VA, I was in private practice.
So I earned money during that time period that's probably in there.
You don't know where it came from.
It could have, what do you mean I don't know where it came from?
I absolutely do.
I understand the situation.
She's getting annoyed!
She's not the prosecutor, she is the person being charged with the allegation of being, how shall I say this, less than fully transparent in her actions with regards to President Trump's trial.
What do we expect?
Let's talk to the man who is so sagacious in his analysis of all matters, political and judicial.
He's the author of the book you need on your shelf today.
It is the Constitution of the United States and other patriotic documents.
Fox News legal and political analyst Greg Jarrett.
Greg, welcome back to America First.
I think called a lot of things sagacious is not among them, but I'll take it.
Thanks for the compliment.
Put it on the resume.
I don't think you need it, but it's a good one.
It's one of my favorite words.
I want to talk about the Florida case in the next segment, but let me...
I am not a sagacious attorney.
I'm just a guy with a microphone who knows a thing or two about national security.
But as a layman in your field, I look at the McAfee hearings, I look at the evidence and what she has said on the stand, and I think Forget being a prosecutor in Fulton County.
This woman's going to lose her law license.
She's perjured herself clearly about when the affair with her paramour, who she hired as a Trump prosecutor, began.
And then she says all of this Transparently garbage, you know, I didn't have any receipts and I just deal in cash and we're supposed to believe it.
What is your expectation?
I know the judge donated to Fannie Willis' campaign.
They were subordinates and superiors to each other.
Is this just going to be another swamp result or are we going to see at least a modicum of justice?
Well, I hope not.
And, you know, what Fonny Willis and Nathan Wade were trying to sell inside that courtroom, no sensible person would buy it.
You know, you just played that clip.
She seems to be in possession of magic cash, you know, and loads of it.
She has no idea, you know, how she earned it.
You know, if you're trying to avoid An impropriety, the money you're paying your lover who's working for you, you make sure that there's a track record of it.
You do it through Venmo or some other method that has a record, or you offer a receipt.
She didn't do any of that.
And I think that suggests to all of us who are watching that she ain't telling the truth.
And if you read the Code of Conduct and the canons of ethics, This is a no-brainer.
Their sexual relationship, regardless of when it began or ended, it happened during a pending case.
And it creates a severe conflict of interest.
It demands disqualification under the rules.
So, you know, I think this judge will remove her from the case and then, under Georgia law, It has to be removed from Fulton County DA's office and reassigned elsewhere.
So if she's withdrawn, it has to go to another jurisdiction?
Yeah.
I mean, it would likely be sent to the prosecutor's committee, which decides where cases like this are sent in instances of disqualification.
And so, you know, it gets sent to a new county.
Well, if you actually get in a different county a prosecutor with a brain, they'll look at this and they'll say, this is not racketeering.
And there isn't evidence to support it.
This was always an absurd stretch because it was politically motivated.
But then if it goes to another jurisdiction, does the trial start from scratch again and then delay it?
So it delays it once more and then we'll probably have to wait till after the election.
Once you start from square one, the prosecutors have to examine the case.
They have to get prepared.
The defense has to be given an opportunity to prepare and renew many of the motions they've already made.
There's no way that any of that can happen before the election or even if Trump wins the inauguration.
So you are optimistic, Greg Jarrett?
Well, I don't know.
I mean, you never know what a judge is going to do.
But, you know, we did get an indication yesterday when he dismissed six of the charges.
And those charges were incredibly unsound, deeply flawed, as is much of the case.
And the most important one was the phone call charge.
Yeah.
I mean, look, petitioning a government official.
To take an action is not by itself a crime.
People do it all the time.
It's a protected right under the First Amendment, petitioning your government to do something.
You know, as long as it's not extortion or bribery, there's no indication it was here.
And there were no piles of cash.
The origins and the destination of which we don't know, because President Trump isn't Fannie Willis.
The book is The Constitution and Other Patriotic Documents.
But what's happening in Florida, that will be next.
In the meantime, make sure you check out Greg's website, TheGregJarrett.com and follow him on Twitter.

at the... And then, no, sorry, then it's a short segment, just Patriot Mobile at the top and nothing else.
Did we just lose him?
We did.
Alright.
We did.
Thought of a title for the monologue?
Gorka?
Did I see the Gorka?
That's the one you want, right?
Yes.
Can you read, darling?
Thanks.
Um...
Thanks, man.
Bye.
Our society's declined in one video.
Yes!
Yes.
He says just call him back.
It's probably one of the most important monologues you've ever done, I think.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
Okay, mics are on and he's back.
it.
I want to talk about the Florida case.
That was great.
That was great.
Um...
Jeff.
He says yeah.
Adam needs information for tomorrow, which I don't know what he needs.
Can you just text him?
I've got his Skype ID, if you need it.
But he needs to know.
Who's he?
Adam.
I don't have his number or anything.
I'll send it to you now.
Do you have butlers?
Turan Tactical, do you have him?
Because we're having two guests.
He was the one that we tried a few weeks ago, right?
Yes.
I still have him.
Okay, good.
So you don't think the judge is a bit milquetoast in Fulton County?
Nah, he seems to be pretty straightforward.
But, you know, again, I've lost a lot of money trying to figure out what judges are going to decide.
So, you know, because they're just like fiefdoms under their own.
Yeah, they do whatever they want.
You know, I think he seemed like a smart guy.
He seemed like he was perceptive.
And you can't say that about And it should be tomorrow, right?
Is it tomorrow?
By Friday.
which rhymes with moron in the fraud case.
So I mean, this actually seemed like a very competent judge.
Now he may, you know, decide matters differently.
And it should be tomorrow, right?
Is it tomorrow?
I mean, he said two weeks ago, he would have the decision.
By Friday.
Yeah, within two weeks, by the end of two weeks, and that's tomorrow, so.
Yeah, yeah.
Interesting, interesting.
Alright, 40 seconds.
I'm going to read you some report from Florida and I'll get your take.
And then what do we have here?
There's no read in this one.
No read, yeah, yeah, yeah.
He said you were going to do Patriot Mobile here.
Oh yeah, Patriot Mobile at the top.
We're coming in with the Gorgon at the top.
Patriot Mobile at the top.
seconds.
Now, let's see it.
Yes, stand up Gorka, quick, get up!
How good, how good is he, Sebastian?
Seb, they call him Seb, I call him Sebastian.
Thank you, Mr. President.
That was at CPAC a couple of weeks ago.
Lots of fun.
What do you do to push back on the lunatics on the left?
You don't have to run for president.
It's as easy as making sure you're not funding the lunatics by being on the wrong cell phone network.
The big guys are all woke.
They're all left-wing.
They donate millions of dollars to causes like Planned Parenthood and gun control foundations.
Don't fawn the left with every call you make and every text you send.
Join the good guys.
The only Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's my company.
It's Patriot Mobile.

Keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade.
They have the same nationwide service as the big boys.
But they're conservative and have donated millions of dollars to causes you believe in.

Sadly, President Trump is back in court today, but with a far more reasonable judge, Judge Cannon in Florida.
Here's a little clip about what to expect afterwards from our good buddy.
It is Greg Kelly of Newsmax interviewing the President last night.
Cut five.
You know, it was very interesting when they were going after me viciously, raiding my house, everything else, because Jack Smith is an animal.
He's a total animal.
He's deranged.
He really is.
He's a deranged person.
The other gentleman who went after her, went after Biden, it was a weird kind of a conclusion, because he said, you know, he's competent to be president, but he's not competent to stand trial.
That's sort of a strange thing.
I don't think people are going to buy that very much, because certainly it'll be used during the campaign.
Certainly it will be used during the campaign by President Trump.
Greg, our buddy Julie Kelly has been reporting from the courthouse and I want to get your reaction to this because it ties in Robert Herr and what's happening to President Trump right now.
Robert, her report and testimony is the biggest elephant in the courtroom today.
The term, quote, arbitrary enforcement is used frequently by both defense and Judge Eileen Cannon.
Cannon hammered the fact that no former president or vice president has been charged under the Espionage Act for taking and keeping documents, including national defense information, which represents 32 counts against Trump in Jack Smith's indictment.
Is the H.E.R.
report going to be the nail in the coffin of Jack Smith's political prosecution?
Oh, I think it could be.
And I was glad to see that point repeatedly raised today because I raised it in a column I wrote last June.
And, you know, I said, look, the FBI did not raid Bill Clinton's home to reclaim classified material that he admittedly had.
The FBI didn't raid the same home when his wife Hillary stored more than a hundred classified documents there.
And she didn't have the protection of the Presidential Records Act.
Abusive raids and inflated indictments only happen to Republicans.
You know, the new litmus test seems to be your party affiliation, not fidelity to the law.
So I think there's a very good chance that the judge will say, This is selective prosecution.
Robert Herr said Joe Biden knowingly and willfully remove classified documents, but he's not being charged.
It's unfair and a violation of equal justice under the law, guaranteed by the 5th and 14th amendments, due process rights, to go after Trump uniquely.
And she may dismiss it on that basis.
She should.
We've got 60 seconds left.
Of all of these, the most absurd for me is the Judge Ingeroll, you know, fraud case that has led to half a billion dollars worth of fines for the president.
Is that the hardest one to get around because it's just, you know, so absurd?
What's the future?
What does Greg Jarrett expect with that case?
Well, I would expect higher courts to knock down the judgment, and I think they must examine the basis upon which that case was brought.
A fraud case in which no one complained that they were defrauded, and in fact they said they weren't, using a consumer protection statute where no consumers were harmed, This is, you know, bastardizing the law to target an individual by the name of Donald Trump.
It would be brought against no one else, not named Trump.
Yeah.
The book is The Constitution and other patriotic documents.
Get it today.

You you
Are you ready to win?
Are you fighting fit?
Or could you lose a few pounds?
Have you tried in the past and failed and now given up?
I can relate.
I've been there.
But now you're looking at and you're listening to Dr. G Mark II.
Thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss I didn't want to do this when they came to me because I get to choose my advertisers.
God bless Salem.
I can refuse or accept anyone.
But then when Katie found out, she said, I need to lose some weight too.
So we did it together.
I lost 42 pounds.
She lost 36.
That's like a Lauren Bobert collectively.
My colleague Mike Gallagher lost 53, and he's kept it off.
No scary injections, no pills to pop, just a system that truly works five meals a day that burn the fat.

I thought this was our northerly neighbors just doing a little bit of modern Monty Python, but it's not.
What you're going to listen to is the Police Chief of Toronto, Marco Ricciardi, who's giving advice to the residents of Toronto concerning house invasions and how they should help the burglars.
Pay attention, because when you hear it, you won't believe it.
Cut 11.
Constable Marco Ricciardi had a new message for vehicle owners who keep their fobs in Faraday pouches.
To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door.
Because they're breaking into your home to steal your car.
They don't want anything else.
A lot of them that they're arresting have guns on them.
And they're not toy guns, they're real guns.
They're loaded.
Hang on, how did they... Eric!
How do the house invaders have real guns?
Canada doesn't allow you to have handguns.
I don't know.
I mean, it's almost like, you know, getting guns that are banned is illegal, and criminals like to break laws anyway, so if there's a law banning guns, they don't mind breaking that law to get guns.
I'm confused.
Jeff, when is that going to come to... When are we going to have that in Chicago or Philadelphia?
What do you think, Eric?
Tell me, what do you think about leave your car keys and your wallet at the front door so the burglars don't have to kill you?
Honestly, I'm so blackmailed right now.
I'm surprised we didn't start doing that first before Canada did.
I can't believe our brothers to the north beat us to that one.
I want to play that on a loop.
We're going to post that on our Twitter, our Truth Social, everything else.

All right, we're ready to roll.
It's almost... I want to leave.
We were talking about it yesterday with Jen.
Can't we do like the July 4th cruise now?
So much fun.
Why?
Let's talk about it with the man who makes it possible from inspiration travel, our good buddy Joel James.
Joel, happy Thursday.
Are you there?
Hello, Joel James, Inspiration!
I see there's somebody on the line, but it's not transferring.
In the meantime, while Jeff is working out the wonders of technology, Let's give you all the details.
It's a beautiful cruise liner.
It's the Eurodame.
We are traveling through the most beautiful state of the Union.
Sorry, everybody else.
It's Alaska!
Check out the details of the itinerary at SebGorka.com and register today.
More than 240 of you have already.
It's June 9th to July 6th.
And I do believe we have Joel.
Joel, were you too busy smoking a cigar?
Are you free now?
Yeah, I was out on the back deck of the cruise ship enjoying a nice cigar, thinking of you.
Well, we've got to do it in person, so tell those who are hearing me every single day, talk about this cruise, hanging out with hundreds of patriots like we did in Israel with you and 350 of our dear, dear listeners, why they should come on this trip, especially if they've never been with Inspiration before.
Well, you know, Dr. Gorka, this is going to be the best possible vacation someone could have, because not only do they get the beauty and majesty of Alaska, but they get you for seven days.
They're going to hear from you.
They're going to hear the latest on what's happening, your updates on the election, on what's happening in the country, even maybe some little sneak previews on the future Trump cabinet, if I may say so.
It's going to be life-changing for people.
And for those who aren't familiar, like me, who have never been on a cruise or have never been to Alaska, you have.
Tell us a little bit about the kinds of things and just the depth of the majesty that this state still holds for Americans.
Well, it's really the last American frontier.
This is a place where pristine wilderness, it remains untouched, and we sail on these beautiful glacier rivers, and you're looking at these majestic mountains, many of them snow-capped, rainforests, incredible foliage, of course teeming with wildlife.
We'll be sailing alongside You'll have whales.
You'll look outside and see sea lions, seals.
You're going to see bald eagles and hawks, owls, maybe, if you're lucky.
It's going to be unbelievable, especially for the nature lovers.
But for the Patriots, we have you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka, Mike Gallagher, Jennifer Horn, Kristi Gall.
It's like a conservative, rock-ribbed group that's going to be on there talking about the issues.
We've only got 30 seconds left.
I haven't even looked, but my wife and my daughter checked out their cabin, went online, checked out this amazing ship, the Eurodame.
Will you say a few words about just how luxurious the ship is?
Well, you know, Holland America's Eurodam is five-star luxury.
It's one reason we love it.
It's going to have everything you need, all the amenities, phenomenal cuisine and great service.
The staff is, bar none, the best out there.
I was talking to Jennifer Warren about this yesterday, and we were wondering, can we bring it earlier?
Can we push it up?
Can we leave next week?
Because we're really ready to roll, Joel.
Well, if people are ready, they need to go on your website, and they need to go to thepatriotsalaskacruise.com.
They can also call in.
We have reservation specialists waiting to help them get signed up.
Right, do it today!
We've been talking to the Vice President of Inspiration Travel, Joel James.
He's going to be my cigar buddy on the Patriots Alaska Cruise.
Don't wait!
I know so many of you wanted to come to Israel, but missed out.
Come with us to Alaska.
Go right now to sebgorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com.

You don't want to miss it.
It's going to be epic.
It's going to be so much fun.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, coming to you live from just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome, ghastly swamp that is Washington, D.C.

You You
You Andrea Jackson was really, really treated badly.
In fact, his wife died during the process.
I mean, a lot of people say she died because of the way they were treated.
I mean, she was heartbroken and broken in so many other ways.
And I heard that for years.
And I look now, even last night I was saying it, I said there's no, I don't care, Andrew Jackson or anybody else, nobody has, when you think of the fake things, nobody's been treated like Trump in terms of badly.
Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, everything was a scam.
And it literally starts, the new one, as you win one, you start the other.
Impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two, all hoaxes and scams.
And I said, if they ever devoted their time to making America great again, it would be a lot easier.
Some people say, sir, how do you get out of bed in the morning?
It's a war.
We're fighting some very bad people, some very evil people.
What an amazing observation.
Congratulations to my colleague at Newsmax, Greg Kelly, for that interview with President Trump last night.
Imagine if the left If Fannie Willis, if Jack Smith, if the Democrat Party, or Washington Post, CNN, actually dedicated their time to good things, to helping Americans, instead of what?
Seven years of trying to take out that president politically, with the intelligence community, with smears, with lies, with propaganda.
Is it any argument that no one else has been so politically attacked consistently for years?
Starts at Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
The FBI, the CIA working with the NSA to spy on President Trump's campaign based upon a smeared dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton and ginned up by a former MI6 British intelligence officer.
And then we get into what?
The attacks on Flynn, Bannon, Navarro, the impeachment hoax, the Russia-Russia hoax, Impeachment 2, the Mueller probe.
Then we have what?
Alvin Bragg, Engeron, Fannie Willis, Jack Smith.
When does it end?
Colorado removing him from the ballots, Massachusetts, California trying the same.
What level of input and energy and investment is that?
Why?
Why?
Because he's the threat to their power.
Because if you choose him again, then maybe we get our country back.
Would you like our country back?
It's up to us.
Are you politically involved?
Are you politically engaged?
Are you helping President Trump?
Are you running for office?
Are you knocking on doors?
Are you running a phone bank?
Are you an election official?
If you're not doing one of those things, I swear to God you're working for the other side.
Get serious!
Do you want to save America?
Get politically engaged.
Even if it's just to fly the flag, I stand with 45 over your home.
Or to wear the FBI t-shirt that says, Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
Or just to point the finger at Biden with the Lake and Riley photograph.
Say her name, Lake and Riley.

You know, look, I mean, that's certainly a risk, again.
But if Hamas truly does care about the Palestinian people, then, again, one would hope that this international mission to deliver aid to people who need it would be able to happen unhindered.
Tony.
Will the terrorists fire on U.S.
servicemen on sailors building a pier on sovereign Israeli land next to Gaza?
The two-star general says, we hope, we hope they won't because What?
Terrorists are good people?
We have so much to discuss today.
Sadly, none of it good with a dear friend of America First, also a colleague at Newsmax.
He is the man for all matters national security, foreign affairs at Newsmax, the honorable former member of the Trump administration, responsible for Veterans Affairs, Secretary Robert Wilkie.
Welcome in studio.
Welcome.
Thank you.
Now, you've arrived with some breaking news that we will discuss momentarily that fits into everything we have to discuss.
But first, I have been speechless for the last three days with regards to that Air Force General who has, it seems from the footage, two stars on his shoulder, who says something so a-strategic that we are putting our servicemen and women into harm's way one of the most deadliest theaters in the world today and he says he hopes that those who slaughtered innocents in october won't do anything bad to our servicemen and women could you just talk to us as a member who served in both services still does
Who had the responsibility for readiness in the Pentagon for that and then rose to the cabinet.
I'm just flabbergasted.
Well, let's start with the statement the original statement that started this from Biden saying we're going to create a harbor and there'll be no boots on the ground.
Well, first of all, by the way, this capability resides not in the Navy and the Marine Corps, but with the 18th Airborne Corps for some reason.
It's going to it takes a thousand people.
to build one of these things.
You're not going to throw the lines to Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
But let's talk about the incredulity.
First, the president saying nobody's going to be on the ground.
Well, that's not true.
Can you explain why that's absurd? Let's just start with that.
Yeah. You cannot bring material from the sea and just throw it over the side and have it land on a beach.
Beach.
You have to create a perimeter first, and then you follow that with machines, people, to construct a mini version of what Eisenhower did at Normandy.
Well, the British actually did it, the Mulberry Harbors.
This isn't that big.
This is designed to bring, I think, three ships together and offload material.
And it has to be secured.
It has to be secured.
You're going to have people on the ground and on the ship with weapons directed toward the shore
to make sure nothing happens.
And remember, we're not just talking about Hamas.
We're talking about groups that have been at war with the United States alone for 40 or 50 years.
Palestinian Islamic Jihad, which is an offshoot of Black September.
And for those of you who have long memories, Those were the people who brought you the Munich massacre and brought you the hijack of the Air France plane in June of 1976 that eventually the Israelis got back.
We're talking about the proxies of Iran that have been at war with us indirectly since 1979.
That's exactly right.
And the Iranians will be happy to kill Americans.
Because they've already taken the measure of this administration.
I'll give you the example.
The Houthis.
The Houthis continue to fire.
At American ships.
They crippled one the other day, killed three seamen, and this thing is adrift in the Red Sea right now.
There has not been the sustained campaign from the air or sea that Biden promised.
It's still pinpricks.
The Houthis have managed to cross the Gulf of Aden and set up shop on the African shore, so now they bracket The Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea.
I'd be interested to know what the rules of engagement are with this administration.
And they continue to fire on our vessels, and there is no sustained response.
So, the Iranians have already taken the measure of this president, and this is—there's also another side to this, Doctor, and I haven't talked with you about it, and I haven't I haven't written anything about it.
But I really do believe that this administration is doing everything it can to destroy the prime minister of Israel.
They are picking up on the Obama playbook.
And if you remember what Obama did, he spent taxpayer funds, sent his campaign hacks to Israel.
With the express purpose of destroying the career of Benjamin Netanyahu.
Let me just repeat this because this may have been missed.
Obama, then president, sent his campaign staff from his election in America, which I would deem, others would call election interference, to Israel to advise the opposition so that they could defeat Benjamin Netanyahu, the regnant Prime Minister.
That's right.
Carvel and Begala were part of that cabal.
They're actively doing it again.
The obscenity, and I'm not using that word just happenstance, or frivolously I should say, for the President of the United States to play the schoolyard bully In the well of the House of Representatives, telling his Senate acolytes, we're going to have a come-to-Jesus meeting with the Prime Minister of Israel.
That is certainly beneath the dignity of the office, but it is also an insult to a Prime Minister who, whatever you may think of his politics, his goal of eradicating Hamas is supported by more than 90% of the Israeli polity.
And not only that, he's our closest friend in the region.
Right.
And he—I mean, this is the first time in the history of Israel when both left and right say, absolutely, and both left and right saying there's no way there's going to be a two-state solution to this thing.
But Biden and his merry band of Princeton fanatics are bound and determined to do this and to pressure Netanyahu.
But it's all about one thing.
And one town in America, Dearborn, Michigan.
Ah, yes.
Explain.
That's what this is about.
Explain.
Joe Biden cannot lose the state of Michigan and win the presidency.
In the last primary, there were over 100,000 votes in the Democratic primary under the banner of uncommitted.
Rashida Tlaib has made no bones about wanting to send this message to Biden that if he doesn't change his ways, meaning stop supporting Israel, stop vetoing anti-Israeli resolutions at the UN, Then she and 100,000 of her friends are going to take a powder on election day.
That's what resonates with Democrats, elections and domestic power.
And let's just add one final little pecan.
spice dollop into the mix.
Why was the current incumbent 20 minutes late to his State of the Union address last week?
It's because Democrat voters in Washington D.C.
blockaded the route of the President's motorcade to Congress because they deemed him too harsh on Israel?
This is the irony!
Those who are in favor of, you know, from the river to the sea!
Right.
It's interesting, the contrast in responses.
When the same acolytes blocked Interstate 95 in Richmond, The Virginia State Police on the orders of the governor of Virginia didn't let him protest, rounded them all up and threw them in Virginia prisons.
But that's quite a contrast to what the Biden administration and the Bowser administration in D.C.
did.
Okay, we have so much to discuss but we have to drill down on this because you are a man who has not only served the nation in the uniform of the nation but you understand strategy and geopolitics and I'd like us in the next segment to just dissect what it means that a uniformed general officer who is the face of the most powerful military in the world makes a statement of that ilk that we hope We hope our enemies will not kill our servicemen.
We're talking to the former Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Robert Wilkie.
This is America First one-on-one with a very special in-depth discussion of the state Not of the nation, but the state of our military.

A gold star father heckled, quite justifiably, the current incumbent.
And he said, say her name, Lakin Riley.

You've heard the story of Jack the Cake Baker, but what about Liam Morrison from Middleborough, Massachusetts?
This young boy, dead to go to school, in a t-shirt that said the following, there are only two genders.
What did that public school do to him?
They punished a 12-year-old boy.
What would you do in that instance?
Would you just say, my son doesn't have First Amendment rights, he doesn't have freedom
of conscience, freedom of expression, freedom of religion?
Well, you have a friend in the Alliance defending freedom.

So I don't want to sound like a broken record, but I think it speaks to what has been wrought
by the social science experimenters on our military, the military you know so well, that
a two-star general can say, as we are deploying into a war zone, we hope the enemy, hope the
enemy will not fire on our troops.
What does that speak to at a highest level of military service?
Talk about what words from leaders mean and that go back in history to somebody who was much more accomplished than this general.
A young State Department official named Dean Rusk.
Dean Rusk gave a speech when he was Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia.
Where he talked about the sphere of influence for the United States, and he included Japan, the Philippines.
He left out one country, by mistake, Korea.
That speech was digested in Moscow and in Beijing, or Peking then.
And words of encouragement were sent to Pyongyang, the U.S.
doesn't care.
And the next thing we know, the tanks came across the 38th parallel.
This general sending the same message.
Instead of a message of strength, strength to deter bad actors, please don't cross this red line.
We hope you don't.
But look at the backdrop.
Obama.
Red line after red line in Syria.
Crossed again, again, and again.
Joe Biden.
Those earth-chilling, earth-shattering words, don't.
Don't.
Echoed by his vice president.
No one takes this administration seriously.
May I add two more examples from history just to illustrate that this is a political reality as well, not just Rusk.
We have April Gillespie, our then ambassador to Iraq.
Who tells the Saddam regime, that little argument you have with Kuwait, that's a domestic issue.
Another country's territory is a domestic issue.
So Saddam Hussein then invades Kuwait, and we have to have the largest operation since D-Day.
And then on top of that, we have Bill Clinton, who said what?
Who said during the Yugoslav wars, we will not deploy ground troops.
Telling the enemy what you are not prepared to do.
How dangerous is that, Secretary?
Well, it puts all of our people at risk.
It means that you have ceded the operational tempo and control of that tempo to the bad guys.
That's exactly what we've done with the Hooties.
The Hooties dictate where they strike and how they escape. How does, let's just red team for a minute, how
does Hamas think now having heard the press spokesman for the Pentagon in uniform say we hope
you're not going to hurt us, what does the headquarters of Hamas, what does the IRGC in
Tehran think? Well look Hamas is already on the rope so the Iranians aren't going to lose
anything by having their proxies take pot shots at Americans.
The end result for them, if it happens, that this administration follows the pattern that it followed in Afghanistan, is that they will chase the great Satan Away from the Middle East.
So we have another Beirut bombing.
So we have another Beirut bombing.
Now, obviously, in that case, the administration recovered and sank the entire Iranian navy.
Well, reacted.
Yeah.
Destroyed all of Iran's offshore oil platforms.
But will this administration do that when we have the caskets coming back to Dover?
No.
I don't think they will.
But look at this administration.
We sort of half-heartedly joked about Lloyd Austin.
There's a reason nobody took count of the fact that the secretary was not well, because the secretary doesn't count for anything in this administration.
Uh, and I'm not demeaning Secretary Austin and his military service.
What I'm saying is a political reality.
Everything flows through the children at the White House.
And when I say children, I mean that.
Yeah, the Jake Sullivan's.
Yeah, we're talking about 30-something-year-old know-it-alls.
Who've never worn the uniform.
Come from radicalized campuses.
Or were propagators of the Russia hoax, as was the National Security Advisor himself?
And the Secretary of State.
Correct.
Blinken, correct.
Blinken.
That's what's at play here.
That's who's running the show.
And let's just say that they were competent on a tactical level.
You've got people running the show who believe that our presence internationally and our record overseas is repugnant.
Well, how are they going to defend this nation if the premise is that we're unworthy to begin with?
Well, this is really the deep point that we can continue to unpack in a moment.
How can you adequately lead a nation that you don't like?
The math doesn't add up.
Just doesn't add up.
We're talking to former Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie.
He is the distinguished fellow at the America First Policy Institute and my colleague at Newsmax for all matters of national security and foreign policy.

To illustrate the point of how much the elite hates the country they are in charge of, here's a little reminder from the State of the Union less than a week ago.
All Americans deserve the freedom to be safe.
And America is safer today than when I took office.
The year before I took office, murder rates went up 30%.
30% they went up.
The biggest increase in history.
It was then, through my American Rescue Plan, which every American voted against, I'm mad at.
That was the State of the Union that was disturbed by Steve Nicoy, who shouted about the Marines who were killed, who were betrayed in Afghanistan, including his son, who died that day with 12 other of our service members, and he was promptly arrested for telling the truth.
Can we just dissect this for a moment, Secretary Wilkie?
When you look at your watch multiple times, at the Solemn Transfer, at Dover, as those caskets, including that man's son, is being transferred to U.S.
soil, and the Commander-in-Chief looks at his watch, isn't that a perfect indicator of where we are And I'll go back to my childhood.
I said this in my confirmation hearing, one of them, that one of my earliest memories is playing on the street, a military installation, and seeing the green sedan pull up, out steps the officer, out steps the chaplain with the triangulated flag.
Nothing shows indifference and just outright contempt for that culture, the military culture, than the way that the president behaved, continues to behave.
And I can tell you that when he did meet with several of the families of those who died In that explosion at the Kabul airport, what I was told and what I read from the families was that he spent the first 30 minutes talking about how he understood what they were going through because he lost a son to the military.
Well, his son was 50.
And a sad thing, though, that was, he died in a hospital.
Well, he died here of a brain tumor.
Right.
He wasn't even in the military anymore.
Telling that to the parents of 17 and 18-year-old children who died because of, I'll just say it, the malfeasance of this administration and its leaders.
And I will say this in defense of General Austin, I cannot believe Knowing where he came up through the ranks that he sanctioned this, I think this was a total White House operation.
You mean the withdrawal?
Yeah.
I can't think anyone who rose to the rank of 4-star would have sanctioned an operation so backwards as this.
But that said, yes, Joe Biden showed his contempt, his displeasure for being there.
And you see that also.
And I think the Wall Street Journal hit it today, Doctor.
You and I have used these terms before and now the Wall Street Journal is using it.
This man believes his job is to manage the decline of the armed forces.
Can I add?
The decline of the nation?
The decline of the nation, but military first.
Yeah, because they have control, up to control.
You've got a piece from the Wall Street Journal which we shall mention next.

Do you need a national radio show?
Do you need to run for national office?
Be nice if you ran for the local school board, by the way.
But in the meantime, if you have a cell phone, please do one thing.
Don't fund the enemies of America with your cell phone.
What do I mean?
The big cell phone companies are left-wing.
They're woke.
They donate millions of dollars of your profits that you give them every year to causes like Planned Parenthood, to gun control foundations, to organizations who are trying to censor and cancel patriots.
Don't do that.
Don't fund those who hate America with every call you make and every text you send.
Join the good guys.
There's only one Christian conservative cell phone company in America.

You've got the story in the Wall Street Journal.
Do we have the headline for the Wall Street Journal?
Then we'll move very quickly to Newsmax.
So all of these things are connected.
So number one, and this is what your portfolio was at the DoD, Biden shrinks the U.S.
military.
That's one thing.
Fighting force.
Then we go to Newsmax.
The story you shared as we walked in that I couldn't credit.
I couldn't believe.
West Point drops duty, honor and country from its mission statement, Mr. Secretary.
So let me take you back to 1962.
Douglas MacArthur makes his last trip to the Academy.
It's a poignant story.
It's a wonderful speech.
In fact, when my father had command in the 82nd, one of the junior officers was the cadet who snuck the recorder into what is now Eisenhower Hall to record MacArthur's speech, because no one else was recording it.
And MacArthur starts the speech off poignantly.
He and Herbert Hoover lived on the same floor in the Waldorf Astoria in New York, and he was coming out in the dorm and says, Where are you going, General?
He says, West Point.
And the doorman says, That's a lovely place.
Have you ever been there?
And MacArthur gives an incredible speech, whenever you think of MacArthur.
And he said, in the evening of my memory, always I return to West Point.
And to those three words, duty, honor, country.
Those words that echo and re-echo in my memory.
Let's put it up on the screen.
country. They represent everything you should be and everything you must be. If you were
to dishonor those words, a million men in butternut, in blue and gray and in khaki will
rise from their graves yelling those three words, duty, honor, country. This is what
they have replaced it with.
Let's put it up on the screen. We have that as well.
To educate, train and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned
leader of character, committed to the values of duty, honor and country and prepared for
a career of professional excellence and service to the nation as an officer in the United
States Army.
Only an Ivy League sociology graduate, PhD could come up with
much like that instead of three words that have inspired so many through the decades. I have to
ask this on a personal level because you've served, I've always, it blows my mind when I meet
people who served in two services, Then you're in charge of all of our military's readiness in the Pentagon.
Then President Trump's asked you to look after our veterans.
Did you ever, ever consider that this could happen in America, to the preeminent military educational facility in the known world?
Right.
Realized it could happen because of what happened when I was in VA.
Remember that VA, its inspiration is the second inaugural address of Lincoln.
Malice toward none, charity for all.
To care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow and orphan.
And to create for us in our posterity a just and lasting peace among ourselves and all men.
That's a mission statement the VA can live with.
The most, probably the most powerful address ever given by a United States president.
Well, um, for three years, Nancy Pelosi tried to rip him down.
The words from the VA.
Because they were not inclusive, and they were sexist.
And God forbid Abraham Lincoln had the temerity not to mention 21st century leftist pressure groups in a speech that he gave in March of 1864.
I mean, how dare he leave out transgenders?
Absolutely.
So, as soon as we leave, this secretary starts yanking him down.
Now, I noticed a few days ago he hasn't yanked the bronze plaque off the headquarters building, but he's covered himself in glory because when his people sent out the policy to eliminate the famous picture of VJ Day, He stood in the breach as a brave man to say, no, that has no place at VA while he's destroying Abraham Lincoln.
But of course, what is that about?
That's about Joe Biden and the election.
Of course, that has nothing to do with what he believes.
He was caught red handed.
He was caught.
And then that's what happened.
But this at West Point.
Now, remember, we have a I believe it is this superintendent.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
This is a guy who's sanctioned degrees in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is a guy who's gone along with the diminishment of physical fitness standards at the academy in the name of equity.
And this comes from a Secretary of the Army, one who has no military experience.
who says she doesn't want second and third generation recruits because that's at war with diversity.
Even though 79% of the soldiers in the army of the United States come from military families.
Legacy.
Yeah, good luck defending the country without people like those.
We're talking to former Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie.
This is America First one-on-one.
Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider, and that's why I am with them.
Well, there's another reason.
Nancy Pelosi subpoenaed my phone records for her illegal January 6th committee.
Not only mine, but my wife's and my children's.
When I heard that, I told my service provider they can go to hell, and I switched to Patriot Mobile instantly.
They will protect you, and they're on your side.
Switch today.
If you're with one of the big cell phone carriers, you're funding, literally, those who hate America.
Switch today.

the first amendment, the second amendment, the sanctity of life.
Call right now 972-PATRIOT, patriotmobile.com slash GORKA.
Now we haven't, we don't prepare our discussions in advance, not necessarily with someone of your caliber.
But I don't know if you've seen this, and I have to share this with you.
As I was preparing for the show today, Mr. Secretary, this news was released
regarding the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs.
An individual who has been rewarded with positions at Georgetown and at Princeton is now going to work for J.P.
Morgan.
At lunch today with my friend Rich Minita, he raised the interesting question.
It's strange that the man President Trump couldn't trust, and who was very, very palsy with General Li in Beijing, his counterpart, saying, I'll give you a heads up if President Trump plans anything with China, the fact that JP Morgan, Princeton, and Georgetown, are we ever going to be rid of those who reward seditionist behavior?
Well, actually, I think culturally it's a bigger issue because had that been someone who stood next to President Trump and supported him, there would be no invitation from J.P.
Morgan.
No, there'd be ostracization.
Right.
Georgetown, it shows you just how far those institutions have fallen.
I mean, even Nikki Haley.
When she left the U.N.
and was put on the board of Boeing, as soon as President Trump lost the election, they booted her.
And this is a cultural assault on all of us, that the privileged Have us in contempt.
They have American society in contempt.
That speech that the president delivered was nothing but contempt.
The State of the Union?
The State of the Union.
For the people who make the country work.
The flyover country.
The deplorables.
And this represents just another manifestation of that.
It's a rewarding of that.
Right.
Yeah.
And I'm not surprised at all.
You had, I've said this before, but I truly believe it, perhaps one of the toughest jobs in the government.
And I'm not even talking about, you know, running or reforming the Veterans Affairs Administration, but making sure that all of our military services are ready to do the only job they have to do, which is prepare for war and defeat our enemies.
That was your job in the Pentagon.
You brought the article in from the Wall Street Journal about the managed decline under the Biden administration of our armed services.
You're close to the president.
The president trusts you, President Trump.
Could you give us a vision for if, God willing, things go correctly and we have President Trump as the 47th commander in chief, what needs to happen instantly?
Give us the first few days of what happens to our military.
Well, let's talk about the rhetorical approach first.
Have you ever heard Obama or Biden go to the country and say, defending the country is a sacred duty, that there is virtue in serving in uniform, that we support you?
We will do everything we can to make sure that you are not only trained, but you survive combat, and when you come home, we will honor you.
That is missing.
Can I just interrupt you?
Yeah.
How important... I mean, that's just two sentences.
Yeah.
How important is it, for example, if President Trump, if a president, says those two sentences publicly?
What is the effect of that?
We know what the effect is, because we saw Ronald Reagan do it.
After Mr. Carter left, no one was joining the military.
The draft was gone.
The military had reached its nadir under Mr. Carter, and Reagan said things similar to what I just said.
The next thing the president will say, the job of the United States Armed Forces is not to begin wars, engage in wars.
It is to deter.
We face a three-headed monster with a junior partner in Pyongyang.
We're going to do everything we can to make sure they don't even think about waging war against this country, displacing us as the leader of the world.
So, declarative statements to the American people, to those legacy families, declarative statements to those who hate America internationally, and then give us one or two examples of functional things that have to happen inside our military.
Well, take West Point back to its... Well, the President's already said what he's going to do, and that is all of this social justice nonsense is gone on day one.
We restore combat readiness by restoring the standards needed to fight and survive in combat.
We tell the people That we need to go on a quasi-wartime footing to restore the power of the United States.
What do I mean by that?
And I've got a paper coming out soon on this subject, a research paper, Defense Production Board.
Using what Ronald Reagan and Franklin Roosevelt did to tell industry this is what we need and we need it quickly.
And I see the other thing is to those uniformed people.
We've spent the last 30 years chasing people in robes around the desert.
The era of big power, peer competition is back.
As we stated in the National Security Strategy under the Trump administration.
As the first Trump administration said.
What I mean, in February, last month, this is staggering to me.
So let me start by saying, in Vietnam, in 10 years, we lost 56,000 Americans.
In February, in Ukraine, the Russians lost 29,000 dead in one month.
That's half of what we lost in 10 years.
In Vietnam?
In Vietnam.
The future looks like the past.
It's artillery shell on artillery shell.
It's submarines.
It's surface ships.
It's aircraft.
It's the essence of war.
Right.
And there are too many people in this town who think that it is a sanitized occupation, that it's push-button, and there are wonder weapons coming.
No.
You still need soldiers to take and hold land.
You still need people to fly the planes and man the ships.
Drones are very cool, but you're not going to hold territory with drones.
Absolutely.
And I'll give you an example.
One area that we have such a substantial advantage in that the Chinese are going to have to rely on us to mess up, and that's in undersea warfare.
Well, this administration is giving the Chinese everything they want because they've almost killed the entire production line of attack submarines, Virginia-class submarines.
Instead of building two a year, they're down to half a year.
The shipyards say that's just to maintain the talent.
We need to be building one new one, at least, at a minimum.
But they don't care.
Everything's gone up in terms of budget except the Pentagon.
We're at a low that we have not seen since the administration of Calvin Coolidge.
Well, sadly we are out of time.
I could continue for many hours.
