Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: The biggest Super Tuesday win ever?

So, I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop. And I'm going to go ahead and do a little
bit of a walkthrough.
So, I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm not confident that that will produce a result that's good for American democracy.
This is actually what I had been concerned about.
I had been concerned that should it go to the Supreme Court, they would rule this way.
I'd laugh if it weren't so sad.
My next guest says Donald Trump is still an oath-breaking insurrectionist.
Do you have confidence in the Supreme Court?
Do you think this court is partisan?
The court itself may have overstepped.
The court went Way further than it needed to go.
Our colleague Melissa Murray has called this Supreme Court the YOLO Court.
The criticism of the court is that they're playing interference.
Not since Bush v. Gore have we seen a court that has had this many opportunities to interfere in the election.
The headline here is that this is a unanimous ruling, but if you scratch the surface just a little... This is a 5-4 ruling.
I'm part of it.
This is actually a 5-4 decision.
It's five to four.
Trump will take this, spin it, spread the misinformation, disinformation on it, so it's a win for them.
He's on the ballot and voters will vote and he looks like he's headed to become the Republican nominee for president.
You can't save the people from themselves.
If they're determined to re-elect him after he organized that insurrection, then there's nothing to stop the people from doing that.
I may be showing my age here.
Eric, what is YOLO?
This is the YOLO Supreme Court?
Well, what does that mean?
YOLO is an invention of my generation, millennials.
It stands for You Only Live Once.
The kind of thing you basically shout right before you skydive out of a plane or something.
Okay, what has that got to do with the highest court in the land deciding that Americans should be able to choose their president?
Oh, it has nothing to do with that.
That was just that hostess trying to sound hip.
You know, what is up, fellow kids?
YOLO, XD, that kind of thing.
And Jeff, who was the mustachioed guy at the end?
Who's that polster out of, what is it, University of Virginia?
What happened to him?
He's gone totally TDS.
Yeah, what is his name?
It's Larry something, right?
Sabato, yes!
Good for you, Eric.
He was like kind of normal for a while, right?
He used to be like a lot of people that were kind of normal.
They were kind of on both sides a little bit until Trump came along and then he just absolutely hates Trump now.
He's a pollster.
Why would you go TDS?
You're supposed to be a math guy, right?
You would think, but I don't know.
I don't get it.
These people are so weird.
Welcome, dear friends.
I think it's Tuesday.
I think it's soupity-doopity Tuesday.
How many states?
15 states are voting today in their primaries.
Will Nikki Haley win her first state?
Because, by the way, the District of Columbia, it ain't no state.
So she may have got 1,200 votes there, but it doesn't matter.
She's still a loser.
Just take the L, Nikki.
It's going to be a big night.
Salem will be covering it on the Salem News Channel with our guests, with Mike Gallagher.
Who else is going to be hosting it?
Andrew Wilkow.
Super Tuesday, 5 p.m.
Eastern, all through the night.
Make sure you're there for real-time results and in-depth analysis.
One person we won't be having on the show Here's George Conway.
He had a little bitty-itty-bitty meltdown after yesterday's Supreme Court decision.
Cut 6.
Somehow, insurrectionists are completely immunized from any kind of federal action to apply Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
I just don't see it in the majority opinion.
And maybe it was there in a draft?
I don't know.
But I can't make heads or tails, frankly, out of the concurring opinions any more than I can make heads or tails out of the majority opinion.
It was just all shoddy legal work all around by all the justices.
Ugh.
Jeff.
George Conway.
If George Conway says it's shoddy legal work, one of the co-founders of the Lincoln Project, along with John Weaver, who likes to have sex with underage men, if he says it's shoddy legal work, well, I mean, we should just cancel the Supreme Court, shouldn't we?
And he's the same guy that was completely wrong on both impeachments.
Remember he said that Trump was going to be impeached because he broke the law.
He also pushed the Russian collusion thing for about Still does it.
For seven years he's been pushing that, too.
But hang on, hang on.
I mean, you do know that you don't... You can ignore the Senate.
I mean, for Democrats, the impeachment is just the lower house, and actually convicting the person in the Senate, that's like a little detail.
Did you forget that, Jeff?
I mean, conviction.
I mean, who needs a conviction?
Well, exactly.
Plus they get to say two times impeached president.
They love that.
They love that.
They'll say it twice, yeah.
Alright, now you're a sports guy, who is Charles Barkley?
He looks like a rather strong chap, who is he?
He's a famous basketball player, played in the NBA for a while, and then he got, he was popular when he played, but then he's even more popular because he's been doing the commentating for like the last 30 years.
He's kind of like the face of the NBA and their big pre-game and post-game show.
So is he like, you know, the OG woke NBA guy?
Not really.
He's actually more in the middle than you think, but not in this clip.
Yes.
Really?
Yes.
All right.
Well, let's play the clip.
This is Charles Barkley on CNN talking about how he has great respect for people who politically disagree with him and who may have a different choice in headgear.
Charles Barkley.
Big sigh.
First of all, I'm just going to say this.
If I see a black person walking around with Trump mugs, I'm going to punch him in the face.
Charles.
No, Gail.
You really can't say that, because A, you don't mean that.
Oh, I mean that sincerely.
I'm going to just tell you something.
And then you will be arrested for assault.
And then what?
I'm going to bail myself out and go celebrate.
A couple of things to note there.
Number one, why is the left allowed to say that?
Oh, because they normalize violence.
From BLM burning down churches and two billion dollars worth of damage to business owners across America to Antifa cold cocking people from behind with bicycle locks.
Yeah, the left.
They love violence.
Not Republicans.
Name me one.
Just one conservative commentator on a mainstream outlet.
That was CNN with Gal King, of course.
Who says, yeah, I'm going to punch that Democrat.
If I see one of those BLM signs, if I see one of those rainbow signs, I'm going to punch him in the face.
There isn't one.
You literally can't show me one.
But on the left, whether it's Maxine Waters saying, surround them.
If you see a Trump cabinet member in public, you surround them.
You harass them.
Remember what happened to Sarah Huckabee Sanders, my White House colleague?
Who was ejected from a restaurant in Virginia because she happened to work for Donald Trump.
What was it, the Red Rooster?
Do you remember that story, Jeff?
The Red Rooster restaurant?
Eric, do you remember that?
It was the Red Hen.
Red Hen, thank you.
Let's not cast aspersions on the wrong eating establishment.
The Red Hen.
Man, these guys have got it all on their fingertips.
This is impressive.
This must be the America First show.
The Democrat leader of the upper chamber, the Senate, literally standing outside of the Supreme Court, and by name, threatening the President's nominees.
Gorsuch, he said.
Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, you will reap the whirlwind if you go through with that decision.
What does that mean, Chucky?
Reap the whirlwind?
Are you gonna lynch them because they disagree with you?
Oh, and here's a problem now.
It was a 9 to 0 decision.
We should make a t-shirt 9 to 0 with a beaming face of the president.
I guess you hate your Democrat Supreme Court associate justices as well.
Oh dear, the irony.
Mr. Barclay, are you gonna punch Elena Kagan in the schnoz as well?
That's the Democrat Party.
They're a bunch of lunatics, and we've only just begun.

What do the following things have in common?
A fragrance called Puppy Love, Marmaduke the cartoon, Captain Crunch cereal, President Trump, And Goldilocks?
If you know the answer to that question, I'm going to be very impressed.
Everything shall be revealed momentarily, but first things first, something serious.
We fight for the culture of life here on America First.
Are you aware that as of some recent developments under the Biden administration, thanks to his FDA, his Food and Drug Administration, Planned Parenthood isn't the greatest killer of the unborn in America?
It's actually the abortion abortion pill that is being mailed across state lines because of Biden's FDA.
Just listen to Eric Baptist of the Alliance Defending Freedom.
Previously, I thought it was more your brick-and-mortar, Planned Parenthood women who go there and have surgical abortions, and that was what most women were doing.
But come to ADF, I realized, digging deep in this issue, that most are not done by chemical means, by mail, without ever meeting with a medical professional, definitely not a doctor, in your own home, in your own dorm room, by yourself, without any medical supervision.
It's inherently dangerous, and frankly, illegal.
Yes, inherently legal, dangerous, and evil.
That's why ADF is taking this battle all the way to Supreme Court, suing the FDA.
Will you support this amazing organization that fights for our religious liberty and fights the government when it threatens young women?

single one of you. All right, let's get the answer to our question with our newest guest
to America First.
She is the press secretary for some chap called Vivek Ramaswamy, who said, I can't come back on your Newsmax show unless you check this lady out first.
Well, you know, we do what has to be done.
So, Caroline Sunshine, what does Captain Crunch, President Trump, a perfume called Puppy Love, Goldilocks, and working in the White House and working for Vick, what is the thing that connects all of those things, Caroline?
Well, I'll give you a hint.
So it's true.
All of those things.
I used to be an actress in Hollywood.
That was my American dream.
And I played a Russian foreign exchange student on a Disney Channel series.
And then I had the honor of serving for President Trump in his White House.
So you could say I'm the closest thing there ever was to Russian collusion.
Oh gosh, you're gonna get us in trouble now.
Media Matters.
She's joking, okay?
It was a Disney show.
Hey, little Zacky Poo in your mummy's basement.
You can get typing, but we're only going to embarrass you.
So she starts acting at the age of three, playing Goldilocks.
Then she's in Annie.
She's in Captain Crunch.
She's at Disney.
We've got some images from her lifestyle in Hollywood as a starlet for Disney.
And then she ends up on Capitol Hill and eventually in the White House working for my old boss and most recently as Vivek Ramaswamy's press secretary.
Caroline, I've got to ask you the only question that matters.
Why on God's green earth or how does somebody from the cesspit of Hollywood have the gall to work for President Trump in the White House?
That must have been... Was that a hard decision, Caroline?
Oh no, you know, when you are a racist, xenophobic, sexist bigot like myself, Sebastian, it's really quite easy.
Are you one of those Christian white nationalists?
Nationalists, yeah.
But you know what?
I will say this.
I got something on Nikki Haley because I've been in the White House and that's a lot closer than she's ever gonna get.
Thank God.
So proud to be American every day, and I'm even more grateful every day when I wake up and I am not Nikki Haley.
Okay, she's gonna have a bad day today.
Not this lady, but Nikki Haley.

Caroline, so I had Vivek on the show multiple times before he declared.
Now we're very happy that he's with the president.
He's a pretty high-energy dude.
How do you keep up with him if you're his press secretary?
Oh, well, I gotta get my tennis in.
I gotta get my push-ups in.
If you remember, Vivek is one of the only presidential candidates, I think, to be able to drop and give somebody 20.
Joe Biden might be able to drop, but not give anybody 20.
But he's a fast-paced guy.
And as intelligent as he is and as energetic as he is, he has such a heart for this country.
And I think he really shares that with President Trump, that their motivation for wanting to be in this political arena is the exact opposite of Nikki Haley.
It's a huge sacrifice for them to do this and for their families, and they do it because of a deep, deep love of country and their patriots.
And that fuels you.
I feel patriots in the American Revolution fuels us today.
He told an amazing story about President Adams during his CPAC dinner speech.
I'm going to get the video and play a bit of it here.
But in the last minute we have here, I've got a special question for you, Caroline Sunshine.
I know people in Hollywood.
Who are true blue conservatives, but who still won't come out of the closet and say they're patriots.
You're talking to about three and a half million people.
A lot of our listeners are in California, in LA.
What do you say to them, given your life trajectory?
What do you say to those who are hiding in the closet in California?
I'll say to this, I'll say to them what I will say to our country and all of your listeners, which is Be bold, and mighty forces will come to your aid.
That's how I've lived my life.
I believe this country was created with divine providence, and speaking as a Christian nationalist, if you will, according to Politico, my faith says, do not be afraid.
Don't be afraid.
When you live your life with faith over fear, mighty forces are going to come to your aid.
Beautifully put.
I can see why you worked as press secretary for Vivek.
Be bold and mighty forces will assist you.
She's the only white nationalist He's a bigot working for Vivek Ramaswamy.
He must be a white nationalist as well.

So what are your plans?
Are you going back to the White House?
I was about to say, for the day or for what?
For the next four years and eight months.
I, you read my resume right back to me, right?
I have given up on five-year plans.
I really, I just don't, I don't live that way anymore.
And I have so much more fun living that way.
But do you want to go back in?
I think, oh, if President Trump goes back in, I think Vivek should go back in.
Like, I will follow where patriots lead.
Yeah, you have to, it's a sacrifice.
I told Vivek a year ago that he needs to be the Jared Kushner of a second term.
He needs to be the innovation czar.
John's not coming back, so that would be perfect for him.
Magnificent at taking a sledgehammer to the deep state and not losing hours of sleep over it, you know?
All right, tell that loser that next time I ask him to come on Newsmax not to palm me off with some beautiful woman, all right?
Not to palm you off with Goldilocks?
Goldilocks, there we go.

All right, what do we got here?
Oh, calls.
I don't have any time here to do anything.
I've got a brand new article.
For the poll actually on the website, do you want to add more than two choices between
Dr. G. Gorkaman and Seb?

Okay, so... Mithapristone.
What is it?
And why is it so dangerous?
Isn't it bad enough that Planned Parenthood is killing 800,000 unborn humans every single year just in America?
Let's find out more from the Senior Counsel to the amazing Alliance Defending Freedom, Eric Baptist.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you for having me.
So you are taking on ADF and your colleagues are taking on the FDA, the Biden Food and Drug Administration.
Would you tell us why and what this drug is and why in fact it's so very dangerous to women across America?
Yeah, mifepristone is an abortion drug that the FDA approved over two decades ago.
Some of us may remember it as RU46.
It's been approved by the FDA up to 10 weeks gestation of an unborn baby.
Something I didn't know before getting involved in this case is that over 60% of all abortions now in the United States are committed by chemical means, by using Mifidbristone.
People aren't going to the brick-and-mortar plant paranoids anymore.
They're going by mail, getting these drugs shipped to them without ever seeing a doctor and taking these drugs, which induces labor and delivery of an unborn baby and creates serious complications for many women in this country.
So let me get this straight.
Abortions, in and of themselves, are very dangerous.
A, because you're killing a human being, and then the damage it can do to the mother.
And now, instead of doing that heinous evil procedure in a controlled environment, With a medical practitioner, with, you know, blood ready and what have you and, you know, access to a hospital if needed, the FDA is just saying, oh, you can mail this thing across America and induce abortions at home?
That sounds like a recipe for disaster, Eric.
It is a recipe for disaster, and frankly, the FDA admits on its own label that roughly 1 in 25 women who take mifepristone will end up in the emergency room.
They tried to say this is as safe as ibuprofen, but 1 in 25 people who take ibuprofen do not end up in the emergency room like they do with this drug.
Alright, so you're fighting the good fight.
ADF fights for American rights and has done so all the way up to the Supreme Court on multiple cases.
This isn't strictly about abortions.
This is about this dangerous drug.
So what is the goal?
What is ADF's goal with relation to the drug and the FDA?
Well, we've won at the District Court, we've won at the Court of Appeals, and now in just a few weeks, we're going to go to the Supreme Court and hopefully win for the third time already.
And if we are successful, that means the FDA will have to go back and require these abortionists to have in-person visits, to check a woman before giving these dangerous drugs, and then to follow up and make sure she has no life-threatening complications.
So we're here to protect women's health, and that's what we're asking the Supreme Court to do.
Do you have any idea who was behind this?
Who pushed for abortions to be done through the mail?
If this has been around for decades, why do they want to make this something that could just be done without any control?
Well, it kind of absolves the abortion industry from any liability.
It's much easier just to mail these drugs to somebody from Planned Parenthood.
As opposed to having to see and treat and care for a woman in their office, which exposes them to more liability.
It's costlier.
And so it's just easier to generate profits for these companies if they can just mail them to women.
Yeah, that's the right way to phrase it, the abortion industry.

Coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome, ghastly swamp that is Washington DC.
Reliefactor.
It's real.
It works.
I should know.
I've been taking it for five years now.
I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, for almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor.
Two weeks later, I was pain-free, and I'm still pain-free as of last January.
Five years later.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Debran from Massachusetts.
Just listen to Debran's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
That should be your story, shouldn't it?
I think it should.
Find out today.
There's only one way, but it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks you will know whether it works for you.
Like it works for me, Debrin, and over a million of your fellow Americans.
That assemblyman who worked in his office for ten years.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Terrible.
Hopefully Sheriff Badropoulos...
...and the rest of the crew...
...are going to be here.
So, I hope you'll be there.
And I hope you'll be there.
You refuse to call it a genocide.
No, I need you to understand that this is not okay.
It's not okay that there's a genocide happening and you're not actively against it.
You're lying.
I'm lying?
You're not.
You're not even talking about it.
Cut it and you're going to cut this and you're going to clip this so that it's completely out of context.
I already said that it was and y'all are just going to pretend that it wasn't over and over again.
What is that, Jeff?
I recognize that voice.
Isn't that the woman who dances on the roof of Boston College?
Yes, she is.
She's the bartender from New York City that's a congresswoman.
And what's the problem?
Who was shouting at her?
Was it MAGA hat wear?
Was it in downtown Chicago in MAGA land, in MAGA country?
No, it was pro-Hamas supporters.
Shouting at her?
They probably just want to date her, though, like what she says about conservatives.
She wasn't very happy, was she?
She was very angry, especially the parts that we had to cut out.
Yeah, because she used some unwomanly, kind of salty language, didn't she?
It's the word that you can't say anywhere, basically.
But I'm so confused, because...
I retweeted one of her original tweets after she did the barmaid to congresswoman.
Because, you know, in America, this is a misogynist patriarchy.
So, you know, this is the nation where you go from being a bartender to being a congresswoman.
Anyway, such a tough life.
And she tweeted after she became a congresswoman that protests ...are about making people uncomfortable.
That's the whole point of protest.
But then, why was she so annoyed at the protesters from her own party?
What's going on?
And how about the protesters that AOC's not far enough left for them?
I mean, that base is so radical, it's out of control.
Yeah, it's one thing, right, if you're Chuck Schubert, but AOC, a squad member, isn't radical enough.
Hey, Buttercup, how does it feel now?
Do you feel uncomfortable?
All right, we had a melding of minds this morning with Randy the Merchmeister.
I think actually Randy came up with this one.
It's excellent.
Here's the new image for our latest t-shirt.
It's a smiling individual.
You may be familiar with him.
He was the 45th, and God willing, if we do our part, he will be the 47th President of the United States, smiling on a t-shirt with two numbers on the bottom.
9-0.
I think that's going to be a winner.
I didn't think the Biden t-shirt was going to be number one within a week.
What is it?
Dementia Joe has got to go.
But this one, this one has potential.
9-0 and a smiling President Trump.

Thanks for watching.
Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
It's been a crazy couple of weeks.
Let's say a month.
From SHOT Show to CPAC, then events for Salem, our listeners in Dallas, then Mums for America back in Texas, and then the National Religious Broadcasters Convention.
I even broadcast from there, from Nashville, the day all our cell phones went out.
It was a great event.
I've never broadcast from the NRB before, just a lot of patriots and good, good Christian broadcasters.
Places where you meet patriots like Willie Robertson of the Duck Commander family and one of the only... Jeff, what are we up to?
How many senators out of the hundred senators, there's only what, three that we let on this show because we like them?
Who do we let on the show?
JD Vance we like, right?
Yep.
Who else?
Tupperville.
Oh, we had Tupperville, right?
Is there anyone else?
Oh, we had Rand Paul because of his book.
But who's the only senator we'd like to have on with regularity?
That would be Senator Blackburn.
You mean the lady I bumped into at the NRB who actually had the keynote address?
That Senator Marsha Blackburn?
I think you're right.
We should get her on the show.
And here she is!
All the way from Tennessee.
Welcome, Marsha Blackburn.
I am absolutely delighted to join you and what a treat it was to have you in Nashville and see you backstage at the NRB and I hear you absolutely had that crowd with you when you were out there speaking.
Well, it's just the accent.
It just helps.
You've just got to have that funny accent and people pay attention.
I want to talk about the incredibly important bill that you discussed in front of the gala attendees in a moment, but I know we've got the State of the Union coming up imminently, and of course the crisis that dare not speak its name.
For three years we were told, oh, There's no crisis, but now suddenly there is on the border.
And before I get your take on what the Democrat reversal is an indication of, I want to remind people of what a certain senator from Illinois said back in 2005.
None other.
This isn't a deepfake.
This isn't AI.
This is Barack Hussein Obama in 2005.
Cut 10.
I think we should have strong border security.
It doesn't make sense for us to allow hundreds of thousands of people coming through our borders without us knowing who they are.
Oftentimes in very hazardous situations and unmonitored situations that could do us long-term damage.
I think we should have a serious employer verification system where employers, when they hire somebody, find out what their work status is.
Are they able to work here legally?
Right now, what employers will say is, well, we checked their social security card, that's the best we can do.
So we've got to set up a tamper-proof system.
And then hold employers accountable.
You go to the back of the line so that those who came here legally, that backlog is cleared before you have opportunities for citizenship.
That is a reasonable approach.
And one that will ultimately address the biggest problem for American workers, and that is the depressive effect of undocumented workers who aren't right now subject to oftentimes minimum wage laws or worker safety laws or all the other things that make them cheaper.
So illegal immigration is bad, it hurts Americans, and everybody should get to the back of the line and do it legally.
Marsha, Senator Blackburn, what happened to the Democrat Party?
That was Barack Hussein Obama.
And it's amazing to hear those statements of his when he was a U.S.
Senator, and now see where the Democrat Party has moved.
When it comes to illegal immigration, Joe Biden took 94 executive actions in his first 100 days that opened the border that weakened our immigration policy and made this country less safe.
94.
Now, those things he did with the stroke of a pen And if he wanted to close this border today, he could do it.
He could reverse these executive actions that he has taken, and he could make it more difficult for people to come into this country between the ports of entry.
We have a legal immigration process.
We have laws.
We are a nation of laws.
We abide by the rule of law.
And I had a Tennessean this weekend say, look, you know, I don't get this.
Joe Biden does all these things to circumvent the law and then goes and brags about it.
How can he do this when breaking the law is considered to be an unlawful or a criminal
act?
And they said they couldn't get over the fact that nothing happens to them, and they continue
to try to normalize lawless and encourage unlawful behavior.
We've been playing, as you've been speaking, the images of the 22-year-old nursing student
who was murdered in Georgia, Lake and Riley.
President Trump has already spoken to her distraught family.
Joe Biden hasn't mentioned her name once.
Do you have any expectation that this man will do the right thing and mention that woman who died unnecessarily, was murdered by an illegal in his State of the Union address this week?
I do not expect that he is going to do that.
I think they're staying as far away from that situation As they possibly can.
I disagree with their approach on this.
Of course, I disagree with the policy that he has.
That in 2022, not only let somebody claim asylum, but they paroled this individual into the country.
Paroled him.
That means he can get a work permit.
It means he can get benefits.
And parole is something that is just seldom used.
If you look at Barack Obama, for instance, he would parole only about 5,600 people a
year.
Same for Trump.
But with Joe Biden in 2022, he granted parole status to 800,000 people.
In 23, he granted parole status to 1.2 million people illegally entering this country.
And now you have Lake and Riley, who is dead.
You have a man in Louisiana that was bludgeoned.
You have a two year old.
That was killed.
You have two 14 year old girls that were raped, and this was done by people that were part of these Venezuelan gangs and people that had illegally entered the country.
We're talking to the Senator from Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn.
Follow her at marshablackburn.senate.gov, the author of The Mind of a Conservative Woman, Seeking the Best for Family and Country.
Senator, in the last few moments we had with you, you gave a speech on an incredible piece of legislation that you have championed that looks to be closing into its final acceptance with bipartisan support.
Would you mention to our millions of listeners right now what that legislation is about?
Yes, it is the Kids Online Safety Act.
What this would do is force social media companies, these platforms like TikTok and Snapchat and YouTube, to do safety by design and make certain that they have a duty of care for our children, that they're opening up these algorithms and that parents and kids have a toolbox So that they can set these algorithms and settings and a portal that they can report that actor.
So what we know is that our children are being exposed to pornography, to self-harm, to eating disorder, to suicide information.
They're exposed to all of that in the virtual space.
And as I told our NRB friends, There are laws against this.
There are laws against this.
And when you look at the real world, the physical space, but when a child is online, there are no laws and no protections in place for them.
They're exposed to all of this adverse content.
Well, God bless you for putting that legislation before the Senate to protect America's children.
We've been talking to Senator Marsha Blackburn, who I finally got to meet and share a stage with at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention.
Please follow her at Marsha Blackburn.
God bless.

you you
you And while we're on the subject, and another thing that will be coming up very soon, will be immunity for a president.
And not immunity for me, but for any president.
If a president doesn't have full immunity, you really don't have a president, because nobody that is serving in that office will have the courage to make, in many cases, what would be the right decision, or it could be the wrong decision.
It could be, in some cases, the wrong decision, but they have to make decisions, and they have to make them Free of all terror that can be rained upon them when they leave office or even before they leave office.
The president yesterday from Mar-a-Lago very magnanimously saying, this isn't about me, this is about all presidents who should be able to execute the will of the people once elected, and therefore immunity should stand for all, all presidents.
That's after the historic 9-0 win on the so-called insurrectionist case from Colorado, struck down by even the left-wing members of the highest court in the land.
It's a little bit later than usual because we had Senator Marsha Blackburn at the top of the show, but we are delighted to have back with us, as usual, the author of the brand new book, The Political and Strategic History of the World, Volume 1.
Lord Conrad Black.
Conrad, greetings and welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much, Sebastian.
Are you surprised that it was 9-0, even with clearly such ideological jurists such as Katanview Brown, who was incapable of defining what a woman was during her nomination hearing?
But this decision yesterday that Colorado can't unilaterally disbar a candidate from a GOP ballot, even the left-wing members of the court said this is ridiculous.
Yeah, I'm not that surprised because the whole thing was so outrageous.
I think the Democrats, or I don't want to be too cynical here, but those members of the court who are normally fairly well to the left, as you say, wanted to preserve their credibility as not just absolute knee-jerk opponents to Donald Trump, no matter what happened.
No matter what the circumstances.
And I think anyone voting to approve the right of the Secretary of State of a state to decide that so-and-so cannot be a candidate in a presidential election within that state, because that Secretary of State thinks that the candidate committed an offense of which he has not in fact been charged, let alone convicted, that is just so outrageous.
That it would have been very damaging to the credibility of the, broadly speaking, the left in the current controversies.
And I think that it's a good thing, not only in that it was the correct decision, but also reassuring in a way that the more liberal justices are not so far down the well that they are beyond reason.
I mean, we now know there is a point Which even they will, you know, get out of lockstep with this administrative state steamroller trying to grind down the liberties of individuals and specifically, in effect, create a one-party state.
Well, let's listen to that Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, and her reaction on MSNBC to the 9-0 decision.
This is Cut 4.
My larger reaction is disappointment.
I do believe that states should be able, under our Constitution, to bar oath-breaking insurrectionists.
And ultimately, this decision leaves open the door for Congress to act to pass authorizing legislation.
But we know that Congress is a nearly non-functioning body.
So ultimately, it will be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November.
So this phrase that is going the rounds, oath-breaking insurrectionists, I'm curious your reaction to that.
And then it's hard to even quantify the irony at the end of that statement that voters will have to decide come November when the whole point of her action and other states secretary was to make it impossible for the electorate to decide by removing the name of one candidate from the ballot.
It's as if they have no self-awareness, Lord Black.
Yeah, it is an absolute crystallization of hypocrisy.
Since I am denied the ability to dictate who will get the electoral votes of my state, I'm afraid we're simply going to have to let the people decide.
Well, that's all the other side in the litigation wanted.
I mean, the Republicans weren't trying to say, Biden can't stand as a candidate.
They were saying, let's let the people decide.
And then this phrase that is cropping up in the mainstream corporate media in the last 48 hours, repeatedly by different actors, oath-breaking insurrectionists.
What a strange turn of phrase.
What complete rubbish, of course.
I mean, if Donald Trump sought to conduct an insurrection, it would have been something a little more formidable than some lunatic with Bullhorns on his head, dressed in bear skins, and some nonagenarian fugitive from an old age home wrapped in a U.S.
flag wandering around the halls of Congress.
I mean, that wasn't an insurrection.
And in any case, despite confining people In prison, including in Guantanamo, for years, literally for years, sweating them under the plea bargain system, they have not produced one shred of evidence connecting the former president to any unlawful activity on that day, and his precise words were to admonish his followers to be peaceful.
I mean, this is rubbish.
This is complete and utter rubbish.
Nonagenarian!
Look it up if you're not familiar.

The latest design this morning already ready on the website.
It's a smiling President Trump with just the figures 9 to 0 on the t-shirt.
at getyourstodaysebgorkerstore.com.
All of these legal travails he has, all of these indictments, all of these lawsuits and
so on, has given him a chance to look indomitable, look strong, look resilient.
And that's actually in some ways helped him.
Now, the main cases haven't gone to trial yet, that could be a different story.
But he's actually used these to propel himself to this moment.
Quite interesting to have Axelrod make the case that all of the political prosecutions have made President Trump even stronger.
It is.
I mean, I always enjoy him in a way because I think he's the closest we've got to a still-living Saul Alinsky.
You know, he's a completely... I don't mean this in a defamatory way.
I'm not suggesting he's a lawbreaker.
Sociopath, but he's a pretty cynical political operator.
Right.
And an unscrupulous one in tactical terms.
I'm not suggesting he's a lawbreaker, but he's a real hardball Democratic strategist.
And he's never been able to grasp the Trump phenomenon, even though he's a very clever man.
And I detect in what he says not only the obvious fact that The people, instead of the old Trump that the Trump haters hated, the supposed boastful blowhard bully, is now a Trump who is an underdog fighting for his rights, his reputation, and his freedom, and his property, and his family against this avalanche of prosecutions that most fair-minded people can see is just a political corruption and perversion of the prosecution system.
And there's an element of wonder in his voice.
How can this happen?
I mean, we had it all planned.
But if need be, we would deluge him with prosecutions.
We've done it and it hasn't worked.
And so he, as a commentator, has to recite the fact.
But I believe I detected in his voice a certain Astonishment.
I think that's kind of amusing, in a way.
Well, it is, because he seems one of the least rabid of the so-called strategists on the left.
And a very clever one.
I mean, one of the smartest ones.
But still, unable of comprehending the Trump phenomena.
Yeah.
In a way, it kind of illustrates the The problem of mutual non-comprehension.
I mean, he is a very intelligent man, and certainly a political expert, and I don't think he could explain why Trump is so successful.
Yeah, yeah.
No, I think he does understand it.
He's been basically for months now saying that the Democrats need to wake up.
And he understands that Biden is a very vulnerable candidate, but I don't think he understands Trump.
You can't just run on democracy and all that stuff, that it's not going to work.
Well, you can't run on democracy when you're trying to destroy it.
All right, stand by, 30 seconds.
Which custom do you want to use here?
I'm going to use... You said maybe two again.
I'll use Axelrod.
Then I'll use two again, Biden.
And then two.
Yeah, I'm not going to...
force him to listen to Mika Brzezinski again.
15 seconds.
C second.
Oh, C.
Gorka? Did I see the Gorka man?
Yes, stand up Gorka, quick, get up!
How good, how good is he, Sebastian?
Seb, they call him Seb, I call him Sebastian.
That worked out very well, Alex.
President Trump seeing me in the crowd at CPAC.
That's a fun liner.
That's a keeper.
Thank you.
Thank you to all of you who have supported the Alliance Defending Freedom.

I'm going to play two cuts for you, Lord Black, as a juxtaposition.
The first one's hard to hear, it's Joe Biden on the tarmac, taking to task the New York Times and saying everything's just hunky-dory, and then the second one is one of the less radical thinkers on the left, David Axelrod.
But let's start with the current incumbent, cut to Joe Biden.
Mr. President, what's your message to Democrats who are concerned about your poll numbers?
I'm winning. I'm having a go.
You guys are already in the New York Times, so stay patient.
So he says, no problem, I'm winning all the polls.
The last five have me winning an election, which isn't the case.
And then, on the other hand, we have David Axelrod, Obama's brain, cut seven with a very different tune.
All of these legal travails he has, all of these indictments, all of these lawsuits and so on, has given him a chance to look indomitable, look strong, look resilient.
And that's actually in some ways helped him.
Now, the main cases haven't gone to trial yet.
That could be a different story.
But he's actually used these to propel himself to this moment.
Seems to be a bit of a division on the left, Lord Black.
The man himself saying, not a problem, nothing to worry, whistling past the graveyard.
And Axelrod saying every political prosecution just makes Donald Trump look stronger.
Which is it?
Well, it's obviously what Axelrod says, but in what he said and the way he said it, and as we were saying in the break, he is a very intelligent man.
I don't often agree with him.
But of all the Democratic strategists, and frankly all the strategists in both parties that I see, he is as smart as any of them.
But when he says it makes him look resilient, that isn't quite right.
It reveals him as being resilient.
That's the point.
The old Trump that Trump haters hated, who they portrayed, and in a way the former president made it a little easy for them sometimes, as a boastful man and a bully and so forth.
As uttering tweets that had to be walked back and that kind of thing has given way to this man who, yes, he's an ex-president and a billionaire, but he's an underdog.
He's fighting this avalanche of spurious, politically motivated prosecutions, which most people can see that's what they are.
And we have that in the decision of the Supreme Court yesterday, in effect.
He's resisting this, and he's not just seeming to be resilient, he's showing great courage doing it, and people do respect that.
And they're right to respect it.
But at the same time, when we see the Supreme Court decision, the ink wasn't yet dry on the printed decision.
And you had the likes of Jamie Raskin say, well, that doesn't matter.
We're going to bring legislation to ban insurgents from becoming president.
It seems as if the Democrats have just painted themselves into a corner and they just can't give up.
Well, and it's such nonsense.
I mean, I don't think, I think it was written properly, a bill in either house, both houses of the Congress saying, An insurrectionist cannot be elected president.
It would pass.
No one would vote against it.
The problem with its applicability to Mr. Trump is he hasn't even been officially accused of an insurrection, and if he was, he would be acquitted.
I mean, it's nonsense.
He no more conducted an insurrection than Raskin did.
Wow.
The confusion amongst the Democrats is hard to credit.
They're in full panic mode, all of them.
It's hilarious.

I'm going to have to be very strategic as to what I bring up in the 50 minutes we'll have together, but I'll probably give you a heads up over the weekend and then you can focus on just those parts of it.
In all honesty, are you enjoying it?
Oh yes!
It's so readable.
Good, good, thank you.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Which is always my goal.
I mean, I want to write things that can be read by the broadest audience and don't, you know, need you to sit there concentrating with a thesaurus, you know, but it is just, it flows.
It flows.
Yeah.
Yeah, well, thanks.
Did you have a big team help you out or was it just all yours?
No, I don't have any team helping me out.
Wow.

I'm up to Cardinal Russia, you know.
Oh, that's incredible.
Anyway, Monday, it's me.

How's your health, dear friends?
Is it good?
Is it good as it should be?
What about that spare tyre around the middle?
Carrying extra weight, it's bad for the body all round.
And I can relate.
I've been carrying too much weight for about 20 years.
Losing it, gaining it, losing it, gaining it.
And then I met Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss, and I lost 42 pounds in just a matter of months.
And I feel amazing.
My muse, Katie, lost 36.
Our colleague, Mike Gallagher, lost 52, and he kept it off.
And I'm just so excited.
I'm down to size 36 in my blue jeans.
I haven't been a size 36 since my 20s.
If you've struggled, if you want to be the healthier, former Svelte self, then please, go right now.

All right, I'm really excited about our next guest because he's very special to me
because he takes me to very special places.
And then we spoke very special cigars and he looks after us like we're royalty.
When I went to Israel with this man and we were met off the jetway in a private van, my wife looked at me and she said, this is no good.
If this is how we're traveling in Israel, We're always going to travel this way.
And it's not five star.
It's like a hundred star.
Who's the man responsible?
The Vice President of Inspiration Travel, Joel James.
Welcome to America First.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
It's so good to be with you.
It's something I'm looking forward to being with you again very, very soon.
Well, how come you're not smoking a cigar?
I mean, you're the big boss.
Can't you just light up a stogie in your office?
What's going on?
Well, you know, here in California, they have some rules about all that stuff.
So we don't need to talk about that.
But we will be having cigars on the ship on the Patriots Alaska cruise that features you as a headliner.
And you're going to be there.
People are going to be able to meet you, talk to you and enjoy a cigar with you.
At least once or twice on board.
Now, I'm not kidding now.
I'm a little bit concerned.
We'll talk about the trip.
We'll talk about what you did for us in Israel, which is amazing.
But I'm a little worried, Joel, because I'm 53 years old and I never thought I'd go on a cruise.
And Phil and you and Santrella, the big boss at Salem, have said, Gorka, The listeners love it.
You've got to go.
And I'm going on a cruise.
Katie checked out the ship.
The ship looks incredible.
I've never even been to Alaska.
So will you calm my nerves when it comes to going on a cruise to Alaska with you and your amazing company?
Well, it's the best thing you could possibly think about because it's a floating hotel.
This is a five-star luxury line, the Holland America Eurodam.
You're going to be on one of their best ships.
Beautiful restaurants, amazing accommodations.
This is the kind of ship where this isn't the party boat.
You're not going to have rock climbing walls or slides or any of that with all the craziness.
This is top luxury, amazing staff, beautiful scenery.
Everything done top-notch on board.
The food, amazing.
Sumptuous cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
You want to have dessert with your breakfast?
Have dessert with your breakfast.
You can do it on this.
Hey, I just lost 42 pounds!
What are you trying to do to me, Joel?
Behave!
Well, listen, you have to have a reason to keep plugging, you know, losing weight.
So we let you gain a little bit on this.
And then, you know, when you're in Alaska, whatever you do in Alaska stays in Alaska.
All right, so let's talk about my experience with you guys.
And I've been told by all of my colleagues, Dennis Prager, Mike Gallagher, who've traveled with you for years, that you didn't make an exception for me and Katie in Israel.
We did amazing things.
I mean, just giving a lecture to 350 of our listeners outside the Temple Wall in Jerusalem, I never thought I'd get to do that.
And all the places you took us, Caesarea, all of the amazing sites, the biblical sites.
And this, this is my wife Katie.
Underneath the streets of Jerusalem on the original flagstones that Jesus and his family walked up to the temple when it was the time of year to pay homage.
They found these flagstones by accident and they've re-excavated the old pilgrim's way.
Joel, would you just, oh my good, look there we are with Dinesh D'Souza.
Would you just talk about How much work?
I mean, you do this all the time.
You're never home.
You're always traveling.
But that trip to Jerusalem, is that indicative of what you guys do for our listeners?
Oh yeah, at the very least.
You know, we're always trying to make that experience life-changing.
And this Alaska cruise will be no different.
Remember, this is America's last frontier.
I mean, other than space, there really isn't another place where Americans can go.
People from all walks of life can come on this cruise with you, and they can see glaciers, They can see rainforests.
People don't realize that there are rainforests in Alaska.
When we cruised the Stevens Passage, it's like a canyon of amazing mountains and scenery.
And you have these rainforests, the vegetation, the animal life that you'll see there, bald eagles.
You're going to see all kinds of raptor birds out there.
You'll see whales.
Even maybe spot a bear or two as we're going along.
So, absolutely, this is the kind of experience we want to give every listener who is hearing your voice right now and hearing my voice.
And I want to encourage them, go ahead and get your deposit in.
You can put a deposit.
You don't have to pay in full yet, but you want to save your space.
Why?
Because we're going to be sailing to Alaska the week of July 4th.
It's the Patriots Alaska Cruise, after all, featuring Dr. Sebastian Gorka, Mike Gallagher, and others.
So this is a great time for a high touch interaction.
Now, Dr. Gorka, I understand you're going to share some things during this election year on this cruise with the listeners that you don't get to share on the radio.
Is that right?
Well, there's got to be some kind of hook.
It can't be the usual stuff I let three and a half million people listen to every day.
I mean, come on!
You've got to be part of the exclusive Dr. G and Joel James Club!
But I've got last question, 30 seconds.
I'm worried that you're just being polite to me because you took me to that beautiful speakeasy in Nashville for cigars last week.
Are we really going to have a place on the Eurodome to smoke cigars?
Are you just being nice to me or is that true?
It is true.
On the back deck, there's a great bar back there, the Sea View Bar, and they've got a great area with ashtrays.
We'll have tables.
We'll sit out there.
Somebody can order their favorite beverage, whatever they want, and we'll have an amazing time together.
Wow.
I'm going to tell the story next time you come on about how this guy got us to smoke cigars inside the most exclusive hotel in Jerusalem.
And they're like, the waiter said, oh, can I bring you another Astro?
We're inside the Flipping Hotel!
That's how good inspiration is.
God bless you, Joel James.

Mr. G, I heard on the grapevine, is it true that you smoke the odd cigar?
Yes.
You should come to Alaska.
What do you think?
Uh, maybe.
Wow.
That was the pitch of all pitches, and he goes, uh, maybe.
Eric, what's the problem with Mr. G?
Well, don't you remember he doesn't like snow?
And there's plenty of that in Alaska.
Oh!
And icebergs?
That's like solid snow!
Every form of snow imaginable will be surrounding you guys.
I can't imagine why he...
Is that why, Jeff?
You don't want the cold?
That's the problem.
It's the cold.

Yeah, I have to.
Just how much of a scumbag is Michael Moore?
What is it?
I think Chris Plant calls him the wind-filled creosote bag or something.
It's a good description.
What's his take on what's happened in the Middle East?
You won't believe it.
Or maybe you will.
Cut three!
According to my knowledge of history, the enemies of Israel who have been persecuted, the Israelis, the Jewish people of this world have been persecuted for 5,000 years.
But for the last 2,000 years, most of the persecution has come from white, European-centric Christians.
That's been your enemy.
No Palestinian helped to build Auschwitz.
No Palestinian stood on the docks of New York City when boatloads of Jewish refugees trying to escape the Holocaust came here to be protected by this country and were turned away at the docks in New York and sent back to Germany to die.
No Palestinian did that.
No Palestinian ran the Spanish Inquisition.
Your enemy, your enemy is not the Palestinian people.
It is white, Christian, European people who have been slaughtering Jews for the last 2,000 years.
That's weird because Israel doesn't get created without President Truman.
He was white.
And President Trump, he's white.
And he recognized Jerusalem and moved the embassy.
Hey, Eric, when did Christians kill babies and rape women, 1,200 of them in one day?
Who was that on October 7th?
Let me scroll through my memory right here in the history books as long as any of Conrad Black's books.
Yeah, that's literally never happened ever.
Right.
And then we have, of course, the Koran and the Hadith about Muhammad.
What did he do in Medina?
Oh yeah, he slaughtered a whole Jewish tribe because they were Jews!
That's the founder of Islam!
Michael Moore, you're filth.
You're a liar.
And you hate Americans, and you hate Christians, and you hate white men.
Maybe you should move.
To Gaza.
We won't miss you.
In fact, I'll buy you the ticket.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

you you
dueling visits to the border yesterday by the incumbent chief executive and by
by the 45th President of the United States.
What was the result?
Could there have been a greater contrast between the two?
And what does it bode for the next nine months and for the next four years after that?
No one better to ask than the man who supports us every Friday on national security issues and foreign policy, just for two segments, but that's not enough.
The man who literally wrote the book I taught from at National Defense University on Homeland Security, Jim Carufano, but now he's tag-teaming with his colleague who runs the Border Security and Immigration Center at the Heritage Foundation, Laura Rees.
Welcome also to America First.
Thank you for having me on.
Let's start with last Thursday, two very different approaches to immigration security, Jim, correct?
Yeah.
So, look, I'll let Laura jump on it, but I want to brag on Laura for just a second.
You know, there's only two things that reasonably could have gotten done on pushing back against this really incredible Immigration and border crisis, which Biden literally created.
There's only two things that, honestly, you really could achieve in Washington, if we're honest with ourselves.
One is, you could put a bill on the table that says, this is the right way to legislate on immigration.
That was H.R.
2.
And the House did that.
Now, we knew that Schumer would never vote on it, but the point was to say, hey, if you had different governance in America, you could get different results.
The other thing is you could impeach Mayorkas.
Because what he did as secretary, essentially being Biden's hatchet man, was completely irreprehensible.
I've worked with the department since it was created.
I was twice an advisor on the Homeland Security Committee.
Those are the only two things that could have gotten done.
That woman sitting there, she's the one that got them done.
All that started at Heritage.
It all started with her.
Her, Tom Holman, Mark Morgan.
Those are the people that drove those policies.
So the two things that you could do to put a stake in the ground to say, if you don't like what you see on the border today, there's a different way to do that.
She's the person that started it.
Well, it's quite an intro, Laura.
So you have to match that.
Is he true?
Is that right?
Well, it was certainly a team effort, but yes, we set out to do that and a lot of people had doubts, but we were able to pull it off with a lot of help.
Kudos to Mark Green, the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee.
He came in as a brand new chairman and really shook things up and was brave in taking things head on.
We were told you know, Judiciary Committee, they do impeachment, but you
know, we kept pushing to say, hey, there's plenty of impeachment to go around. Judiciary, why
don't you focus on President Biden? And so Mark Green took charge on on Mayorkas and got
it done.
All right, so let's talk about what we've been told about the border. Number one,
Mayorkas is the boss.
This isn't somebody who was sitting at a university for 30 years.
This isn't some political individual who was, you know, a campaign manager.
This is a person who worked at the Department of Homeland Security at the highest position under the Obama administration.
So it would be fair to say when he comes in and does what he did for the last three years, he knows exactly what he's doing, doesn't he?
Absolutely.
Under Obama, he started out as the Director of U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services.
A micromanager got involved in facilitating and accelerating benefits being adjudicated.
He's been written up, investigated by the Inspector General regarding his involvement personally in getting investor visas awarded to his crony friends.
And then he went up to be the deputy secretary under Obama.
So he absolutely knows the job, knows the policies, knows how things work.
And he came in under Biden fully intending to do this.
And if he disagreed with it, he could have resigned.
But after three years, he hasn't.
He's just grown more deceitful about his tactics.
And every time he's challenged on the Hill and repeatedly is asked to qualify whether
or not we have a secure border, and he says, yes, we have.
Yes, we have.
Yes, we have.
How do you qualify those responses?
Lying under oath.
Right.
Because he knows what he's doing.
And this gets us right to the question you started with, which is contrast these two visits to the border, because that day would not have happened if the Biden administration had had their choice.
Their goal was to really bluff their way through four years of this crisis.
So not to have to make that visit.
Not to ever address it, right?
Right.
You'll appreciate this because as somebody who is not just a security expert, you're also an expert on the conservative movement and changing politics and understand what real populism is.
Real populism is not some crazy guy who gets everybody worked up and then they vote him in office.
Real populism is listening to what the people actually want and then responding to their needs.
The immigration and border security debate that we've all lived with for over a decade, the left's response was, you're racist.
So if you raise an issue about illegal immigration, you're racist.
If you care about border security, you're racist.
And that was to shut down the conversation.
And this is the shtick.
right, is the opposing view is beyond the pale and cannot be discussed.
But what's happened now is that this has metastasized to such a level that everyday Americans see in front of
themselves, this is a real problem, and they wanted to address, and
just calling people racist, although Chris Murphy tried that yesterday.
That just doesn't cut it anymore, right?
And so Biden is at the border for one reason, because he somehow has to get the narrative back, because that's all they've ever had from the beginning.
And what's pushed them over the edge with this complete 180 in the last month that everything's fine, everything's fine, don't look at these, these are not the droids we're looking for, and then suddenly You know, from Federman saying, why can't we use the word crisis, because there is a crisis.
What was it?
Was it the deaths?
What was it, the mayor of New York saying, New York is being destroyed?
What do you think made them have to, you know, switch?
I think it's two things.
Polls.
I mean, they are just completely underwater on this issue.
It's the number one issue in every poll right now.
It doesn't matter what state you go to.
And secondly, I think the fact that the House passed H.R.
2 has dragged the Senate to the table to even consider putting immigration policy changes on a funding bill that they so desperately need.
And now, granted what Senator Lankford and Schumer and the rest negotiated was a terrible bill and would not have secured the border, but I think H.R.
2 and a handful of members holding strong have dragged them to that point.
Yeah, here's the October surprise, because there's a bit of bait and switch here.
Because I think this administration, for the next couple of months, is going to, because
all they have is narrative, they want to create a narrative that, oh yeah, we're serious about
the work.
Now, and they'll blame Trump, right?
Well, they're blaming the Republicans en masse.
But here's what I think they're doing, and we don't have evidence for this, right?
But we do know for a fact that the U.S.
government negotiated with the Mexican government.
I would almost put money on that.
What they did is they say, hey, you got a new brother solid here, right?
Got to help us get the numbers on the border down for the next couple of months so we can say, oh, look, even though Republicans wouldn't cooperate, even though they wouldn't give us money, we have put our sweat and tears in this and we are bringing the numbers down.
You must vote for us.
But it's all a sham, right?
Well, there is precedence for this.
This isn't just an empty theory from our colleagues at Heritage.
I mean, there's that infamous hot mic episode with Obama just before the election.
What happened there?
He's telling the fake president of Russia, Medvedev, who's just a stalking horse for Putin, God, just wait till after the election.
Give me, I'll be more flexible after the election.
I mean, it sounds like a redux, but in this case with Mexico.
Slow the roll, and then we'll win the election.
And you want us in office, right?
You don't want the other guy because he'll shut the border.
But you have to pay a price for that.
I mean, it's not for free, right?
Mexican cooperation.
So, the Mexicans are, they hate Texas.
So they really wanted the administration to go after Texas, the government?
They want them to be soft on all their buddies in Venezuela and Cuba, and we saw this massive engagement with Venezuela.
And of course, Venezuela turned around and stabbed him in the face, right?
Because we do all these gimmies to Venezuela, and then they say, oh yeah, we're not taking back any illegal immigrants.
Sorry about that.
Matt, you know, have you heard the story?
I really think it's true because I saw it on Excel.
It must be true, right?
That crime in Venezuela has actually gone down because all of the criminals, because so many criminals have come to the United States.
Well, we'll talk about what's happening in Venezuela.
We had an amazing hour-long briefing with Joseph Humeyra, who told us about the collaboration between Venezuela, Russia and China on illegal immigration, which is absolutely shocking.
We're talking to Laura Rees, who heads the Border Security and Immigration Center at Heritage, and Senior Counsel for the President at Heritage, our good friend Jim Carafano.

Joe Biden will never say Lakin Riley's name.
But we will say it and we will remember it.
We're not going to forget her.
It's been just a horrible story that we've had to live with for the last few days.
It's hard to believe.
And her parents are just, they can never be the same.
Great people.
There's one comparison, just the physical comparison.
If you haven't seen it, it's on my social media pages of Joe Biden doddering at the border, having to be physically assisted by officers, by agents of CBP.
And then President Trump, who actually said, well, I've called the family of Lake and Riley.
Laken Riley's name wasn't even mentioned by Joe Biden, despite the fact that her funeral on Friday had thousands of people come out onto the streets of Atlanta.
Why?
Because this has become a serious issue for all Americans, not just those in border towns or border states.
So, can you give us a picture, Laura, as a professional, politics aside, election year aside, can you just give us a snapshot of what things looked like under the Trump administration as regards national sovereignty in the border, especially under Title 42, and what it looks like today?
How big is the chasm between those two?
The chasm is huge.
We had true border security under the last administration.
You know, at the tail end with COVID in particular, we had something called Title 42, where the
border agents could just turn people back.
Because it was a public health issue.
Right.
That was based on public health.
But what this border crisis under Biden has shown us is those agents need a general purpose
authority.
So if they don't have control over part or all of the border, that authority gets triggered.
And again, that they can turn people back, not just for public health reasons.
But Joe Biden, day one, I mean, before day one, during campaign debates, he said, if
you're an asylum seeker, come on in.
He telegraphed to the world that he was going to open the border.
And day one, he did it and unleashed complete chaos.
Whether it was stopping the wall construction, halting the Remain in Mexico program, which
was a complete game changer under President Trump, ending the agreements, cooperative
agreements we had with El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, which says if people are fleeing
for their lives, they need to apply for asylum in the first safe country in which they enter,
not country shop and come to the U.S.
And if someone's going to do that, we're going to send them back to that first state of the country.
Let's just stop on this point, because this is a point of international law.
If you're an asylum seeker, the expectation is that you must request asylum in the first country it is safe for you
to do so in.
You can't travel from Iran, through Turkey, into Europe, then to Mexico, and then come to America and then request
asylum.
That makes the whole thing a circus, no?
Right, right.
That means you're an economic migrant who's just picking.
Exactly.
That means you wanted to come here all along, and claiming asylum is a convenient tool to defraud, to get in and then to stay here.
And so that those two the remain in Mexico and the cooperative asylum agreements we had with a country those
countries Really halted a lot of asylum fraud and prevented
significant illegal immigration in the first place Whereas Joe Biden is letting them in
Encouraging asylum fraud releasing them not detaining them, which is a violation of the Immigration Act
and I'm going to be back in a They are free to go wherever they want.
The taxpayers are paying for their plane tickets and bus tickets through non-governmental organizations that have built a very secretive infrastructure to carry this out.
And then they will stay here and not be removed, at least under this administration, but certainly President Trump has spoken about deporting a lot of people.
I'm going to get to that later in the hour.
Jim, I've got a question for you that's a little bit different, because how long have you been in the cesspit that is in D.C.?
How many decades?
About two and a half.
Okay, so you should know something about this, so help me out here.
This isn't a political question, this is like a strategy question.
This is self-destructive.
This is political suicide for an incumbent regime.
Right.
Why are they doing it?
Yeah, so this is actually, and you know me, I do policy, not politics, right?
Yeah, but I'm asking you the big picture.
Right, but you have to understand the landscape in which policy is executed.
Because you ask the question, why are you doing a policy that's just nuts, right?
Right.
I've got to be honest with you, I don't think they care if they lose the election.
What?
I'm serious.
So what's the strategic end state?
Let's use military terminology.
No, no, because think about it.
Trump is a one-term president, right?
If he wins, that means they spend four years demonizing Trump.
They don't have anybody else to run right now, so they will pocket everything they gained They'll fight Trump tooth and nail for four years, and in four years they'll have another sock puppet to run.
So I don't think losing this election is the end of the world.
Wow.
Because it'll be four years of the death of democracy.
It'll be four years of every time Trump, you know, sneezes, it'll be the death of democracy, right?
But hasn't it done...
kind of delicious irony that in 2016, with a little oversimplification, he won because
of the border.
And now, you know, eight years later, it looks like he's going to win because of the border.
So they shot themselves twice in the foot.
No, but think about this as eyes on the prize, right?
The prize is power and global governance.
The prize is telling everybody in the world how to live their lives.
So if you think about this, what does border immigration, which at the end of the day is the right for mass migration, the right for anybody in the world to live anybody in the world, which can only be managed by a global government, What is climate change?
It has nothing to do with climate.
It's power.
It's about having the ability to control how power is done.
What is gender?
It has nothing to do with being nice to trans people.
It's about having the ability to control who can you talk about and how can you talk about them.
So we're getting ready to pass hate laws that if you don't like drag queen shows or you say, I think there are two genders, that you have just committed a crime and can go to prison, right?
As Canada just did.
Right, so it's all about – and look, I came out of the military.
I don't have politics.
I watched Crazy Conspiracy Theories, and I thought, oh, look, Crazy Conspiracy Theories.
I didn't come to this conclusion by listening to Crazy Conspiracy Theories.
I come to this conclusion by doing exactly what you did.
Somebody is trying to do something, and you're assuming that they're rational, not idiotic.
Yes.
What is the rationale for doing that and what does the evidence tell you?
And the evidence tells you there is no logic to immigration and border security because
it costs the country easily half a trillion dollars.
You have crime, you have the next 9-11, you've got, you know, actually we could have Title
42 tomorrow because there are so many diseases coming across the border that legitimately
any government could say no illegal migration because we're worried about communicable diseases.
Why would you do all that?
And for only one reason, because it puts power in the hands of a select few.
I'd like to understand from you what Trump-era immigration policies have been banned, ended, reversed, and if any investigations are underway by you.
So we have rescinded so many Trump immigration policies, it would take so much time to list them.
That was the Secretary of Homeland Security three years ago.
With a piece of video that I hope will go viral.
You can find it on my social media.
Re-post it.
They admit, on camera, they rescinded too many Trump-era immigration policies to even mention in an interview.

And please do follow our friends JJ Carafano on Twitter.
And Laura, L-O-R-A, Laura underscore Reese, that's R-I-E-S, both of the Heritage Foundation.
So explain that clip to me, Laura.
I thought we spoiled everything and we left a disaster.
So what were the Trump-era regulations that they had to undo?
Well, it was Remain in Mexico.
It was the wall construction.
It was ending asylum fraud, whether it was those cooperative asylum agreements with the other countries or requiring that someone be returned to a safe country.
It was the public charge rule, which says you can't be a charge to the public if you're going to come here temporarily or even permanently.
Explain that.
What does that mean?
So public charge goes back to the 1800s which said if you're going to come here you either need to stand on your own two feet, be self-sufficient or have family members who are going to sponsor you financially so you can't become a drain and take welfare and become a public charge.
Under the Trump administration we really heightened that rule and immediately Biden undid it and
loosened it further.
So not only has he opened the border, but he is turning this into a welfare state, trying
to give all sorts of welfare benefits and downstream benefits to help illegal aliens
live here longer.
What from the point of view of national security, Jim, is the big picture that nobody talks
about?
The number one thing that we really have to wrap our heads around and how the problem
is different than it's ever been before and certainly much different even when Obama was
president was because we have so loosened up and so encouraged illegal migration and
really made it profitable, we're seeing all the illegal migration routes, all the human
trafficking routes around the world reorient to the United States.
So we are the magnet.
So Africa, the Middle East, Asia and particularly China, all those people now are coming.
So there are places around the world where there are literally travel agencies where
you go and you book your travel to illegally migrate to the United States.
The first thing that has to, I know we can talk about border security and deporting people and all this, the number one thing an administration has to do as soon as they come in is they have to shut that down.
Because if these routes become regularized and normalized, it'll never stop.
And even under the most Cautious conservative estimates.
If we just leave these things open for a period of time, we will get half a billion people here.
And so people who don't do the math, there's 330 million Americans in the United States, give or take.
Half a billion people could wind up here.
And the numbers, and Laura's the expert on the numbers, they're not increasing mathematically,
arithmetically, they're increasing exponentially.
So it's not like you got one guy from China today.
It's a hockey stick.
And you get two, that's right, two guys tomorrow.
And soon it'll get out of control.
And that's why the next 12 months are so really, really crucial.
We're talking to Jim Carafano and Laura Rees of the Heritage Foundation, heritage.org.

This issue will destroy New York City.
Destroy New York City.
We're getting 10,000 migrants a month.
Strange!
Now Democrat mayors have problems?
They've woken up to the issue of sanctuary cities and sanctuary states?
The irony is so thick you could cut it with a knife.
Laura, you're the Director of Border Security and Immigration Issues at the Heritage Foundation.
Can you explain two things?
How this is now A geopolitical enterprise.
When we have Joseph Humira here from the Center for a Secure and Free Society explain how China and Russia are working with Venezuela to ship people into our hemisphere through Mexico.
This isn't just random people leaving the favelas.
This is a geopolitical conspiracy, correct?
It certainly appears that way.
And just talking about the Chinese, for example, pre-Biden, Customs and Border Protection would encounter, apprehend 1,000 Chinese nationals per month nationwide.
Now they're averaging 7,000 a month.
They've even hit one month at 8,000.
So you want to talk about a hockey stick?
That is what the numbers just for Chinese nationals.
And that's not a nation that borders America, last time.
I'm not that good at geography, but China and America, not exactly contiguous.
No.
And so given how active the Chinese Communist Party is, and there are many tactics in the U.S., whether it's espionage or, you know, stealing trade secrets, Confucius Institutes, the list goes on.
We have to assume that they are behind this.
The Chinese nationals that are coming often will take different routes around the dairying gap, around the most dangerous Pathways that the rest of the foreign nationals are taking.
Why is that?
Who's paying for that?
This seems highly organized.
It is not coincidental.
And US needs to act like... It's real.
Yeah.
General, let's use a military phrase here.
For the last decade or more, you know, unit commanders, especially in theater, have something called the red team officer.
Somebody who has to think like the enemy.
If you're in CENTCOM, they're thinking like ISIS.
If you're in Europe, you're thinking like the Kremlin.
How do the bad guys look at open borders?
Whether it's terrorists or whether it's, you know, bad actors like North Korea?
How do they look at this as an opportunity?
Well, that is a really, really great question because, again, you know, we tend to kind of get stuck in our frameworks and don't leave them.
So we all think about terrorism on National Security Board, the next 9-11, terrorists coming across.
That, of course, is a really viable option.
But what we're seeing now is a new phenomenon, and it's called the weapon of mass migration.
It's not the weapon of mass destruction.
It's the weapon of mass migration.
It's having the capacity to destabilize a country by flooding it with people.
And if people think that this is some kind of James Bond movie or something, first of all, the Russians have already tried this.
They tried it through Belarus.
They tried to flood people into Central Europe.
They've done that.
That it's been tried in Syria, where they threatened about flooding people in Western Europe.
First of all, I don't know the current population of China.
I'm sure many of them would be happy to leave.
I'm sure the Chinese would be happy to get rid of part of them.
There's going to be half a billion people Born in Africa in the coming decades.
That is a population which can be moved either forcefully or enticed.
Or just exploited.
And so the reality is it's not just about us and our communities.
If you want a stable global order You need to abolish the right to migrate.
You need to abolish the exploitation of asylum and fraud.
And you need to shut down the capacity of countries to move masses of population to destabilize other populations.
So the massive irony here is everything Biden has done has been under this thing of empathy, humanitarianism, taking care of people.
What he has done is perpetrated one of the greatest threats to humankind.
Well, and it's, you know, he's become an ally to the traffickers.
You know, somebody colludes with the traffickers.
You should, Lur should give you the numbers on what these people are making on the traffickers.
Oh, it's, I mean, $8,000 per head.
If you're Chinese, it can go up to tens of thousands of dollars per head.
And then once here, it's not like their lives get better.
Then they have to pay that off.
So then they're subjected to sex trafficking or slave-like conditions.
So we're in the tens of trillions of dollars.
And the cheapest thing is to actually move people.
It's way cheaper than drugs, right?
So it's the most profitable thing the cartels are doing now.
And then they take all that profit and they pour it back into other stuff.
And this administration is their accomplice.
I want to ask you the most important question, I think, in all of this.
And it has to do with, okay, how do we fix it?
And, you know, Mark Morgan is a good friend.
He was my wife's colleague at DHS.
And I asked him, okay, so if we have sanity back in the White House, how do we deport illegals who came here?
And Mark's stock answer, which I love, is, one by one.
Now, here there's this issue that they didn't come here quote-unquote illegally because the Biden administration gave them this cover.
You download the CBP One app, you're sitting in Mexico and you pre-clear yourself and therefore when you come here you've got your immigration number and here's your $10,000, here's your phone and here's your plane ticket.
Isn't it going to be tied up in the courts for 20 years?
The argument, well Biden said they're not illegals therefore, or what is the solution to millions of illegals and having to send them back to where they came from?
Do we have one?
Well, one tool that Secretary Mayorkas has used, also in violation of the Immigration Act, is parole.
And it's this pseudo-in-between category.
It was supposed to be rarely used, intended for someone if they have an urgent humanitarian reason to come here, like emergency surgery, or a significant public benefit.
They're going to testify in a big criminal case.
It was super rare in the past.
Yes.
And it's supposed to be issued case by case, and as soon as you complete your surgery, testify in your trial, You're gone.
Secretary Mayorkas is handing this out across the board, and with it, work authorization.
And so, day one, those paroles need to be terminated and the work authorization terminated.
I mean, if you think about it, illegal aliens basically want five things when they come here.
They want to enter, they want to remain here, they want to work here, they want to send money home, and they want to bring family here.
So, you need to remove those, and people will self-deport.
You don't have to deport 7 million, 11 million.
So by making it not lucrative for them to stay here, you think the majority of the 8, 10, 15 million will eventually self-deport?
If they can't work here, if they can't make money, the risk calculation changes, and therefore their behavior changes.
Certainly you'll have to deport a lot more, but people will also act accordingly.
Such a key point, because people say, well, we're going to deport the criminal aliens.
Well, that's just not going to cut it, right?
So, two things by large-scale deportation.
Number one is, you send a message to people, it's not easy to come here anymore, and people are going to be less willing to fork over their $10,000 to come here.
The second thing is, and we have data from this because it definitely happened during the Trent years, people will self-deport just because it was actually easy for them to come here, it's honestly just as easy for them to go home.
They're not going back to a death squad, they're just going back to their you know, to their country to live.
So, when you start putting people out of here in big numbers,
it's going to massively change the calculus, and that's the important thing about the strategy.
Well, this passed far too quickly.
I think we have to spend even more time on this issue.
So grateful for Jim spending more than just his usual Friday segments with us and bringing Laura in as well.
I've got one question each for you as we close our discussion here one-on-one.
Please follow Laura and Jim on social media and join the Heritage Foundation today.
That's heritage.org.
Jim, for those who are sitting in, you know, Massachusetts or North Dakota, why should they care?
Because it's impacting their communities, too.
I mean, when they say every state is a border state, that's become so trite, it's literally unforgivable.
And the other thing is, here's the other reason why they should care.
They know it can be fixed.
It was fixed by the last administration.
Just going back to those policies will fix the problem they have.
So when you have a problem, and somebody offers you a fix that you know works, that's why people should care.
And to you, Laura, what is – different question.
What has to happen if there's the election, if God willing we do our part, President Trump comes back, what needs to happen in the first 24 hours, the first week?
What is instantly fixable and has to drop with executive orders instantly?
Allowing CBP to do its job.
Secure the border.
Allow ICE to do its job.
So you seal that border.
You allow agents to turn people back.
Reinstitute, remain in Mexico.
Resume the wall.
Because walls work, right?
They absolutely work.
Just ask Joe Biden.
His beach house in Delaware.
And start significant deportations.
We haven't spoken big-picture national security, global national security.
Do a quick pitch for your publication from Heritage, Jim.
So one of the things that we do is something called the Index of U.S.
Military Strength.
So it's the only comprehensive unclassified assessment of U.S.
military capability.
We publish it every year.
It's all online.
It's like 500 pages.
But what's important about it is it's not just the hardware. It also assesses what our friends and allies
do in every theater.
And it looks at what do the bad guys do. And so what you have is this objective assessment,
because we rate it in the same way every year for 10 years, of how better protected are you
than you were the year before.
And I don't want to give away that, you know, but the reality is, is if among all the problems that we've talked about, if you look at Biden's stewardship of the U.S.
military over the last three years, it is a constant, a constant line of decline.
I'm not sure we could use the word stewardship to describe it.
Download it.
