Time Text
So, I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
This time around, the negotiation didn't have a path to citizenship.
It was entirely on their terms in order to get Ukraine funding, right?
Well, I mean, Chris, that's been a failed play for 20 years.
So you are right that that has been the Democratic strategy for 30 years, maybe.
And it has failed to deliver for the people we care about most, the undocumented Americans that are in this country.
What did Senator Chris Murphy just say?
That their number one priority is what?
The undocumented Americans?
What is an undocumented American?
An American who left his driver's license at home?
Dear friends, welcome to America First.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Did you hear what that Democrat Senator from Connecticut just said?
Please, remember this day, because this is the moment, like in The Wizard of Oz, where you see behind the curtain, and you see what's really going on, and what their intent truly is.
So let's play that cut again.
Senator Chris Murphy.
Failed to deliver for the people we care about the most.
The undocumented Americans.
Meaning illegal immigrants.
You've been told, what, for 90 years, the Democrat Party, especially after the Great Society, welfare state, trying to buy off tens of millions of Americans, that the people they care for are the average Americans, the working class Americans, the downtrodden, the minorities.
But here you know, here you have it.
The people we care for the most.
The people who are illegals.
That's what undocumented Americans really means.
The illegals.
They don't give a damn about you.
If you're a Republican, of course, but if you're a Democrat voter, if you're a working class voter, if you make a living with your hands, if you're a legal immigrant who waited years, who paid your money, got in line, took the test, your oath of office, your oath of allegiance to the U.S.
Constitution.
No, you don't matter.
You don't matter one whit.
Let's keep listening.
Cut six.
Play cut.
The short answer to your question is, Jake, is that I think for the time being, Republicans are never going to compromise on immigration.
I think the only way that immigration ever gets solved as a problem is if Democrats are in charge of the House and the Senate.
We change the rules and we get something passed with a majority vote.
Oh, Jeff, you said something about that clip there, another buried lead, right?
They win the election and then what do the Democrats do?
They said they'd change the rules so they get it through by majority.
So basically right now they're like three House seats away from amnesty for everyone.
Right.
That's the solution.
That's the real fix.
That's what they mean when they say they inherited a broken system from us and the Trump administration.
Why?
Because we secured the border.
We kicked out illegal aliens.
We sent them back to Mexico or wherever they came from.
We used Title 42 to make sure America is Americana.
If you want to come here, you come here legally.
And you don't get let in simply to be amnestied after the Democrats change the rules.
And because they're such bigots and racists, they think, oh, you're brown.
If we give you citizenship, you're going to vote Democrat, right?
And it's so strange.
The narrative is that they're the border hawks now.
It's all lies.
If anyone believes Mika Brzezinski, And by the way, when it comes to our foreign policy and our domestic policy, if there's anything good going on in Congress that's good for us on those two fronts, let's kill it for him.
I mean, that's where we are in terms of the Republicans with their candidate.
That's the candidate they have chosen and will stick with.
My question to you is, is there anything Joe Biden can do at this point for the parts of what's happening here where this party is being self-destructive for Trump to the point where it's hurting our foreign policy and our domestic policy?
Wow, Mika Brzezinski!
She's now a hawk on the border?
On presidential authorities?
On foreign policy?
What happened?
Our friend Dan Bongino read the statute on his show today.
Anybody can look it up.
It's really one of the most uniquely powerful authorities That the executive, the chief executive has.
It's just a paragraph long and I'll paraphrase it for you to, you know, avoid all the legalese.
But the incumbent president has full authority by proclamation, by simply stating it, how illegals are to be handled according to American process.
It's up to him.
He doesn't have to go back to the Congress.
He doesn't even have to issue an executive order.
He can simply state, illegals will be kicked out.
Illegals will be held in these facilities.
Illegals will be vetted in so-and-so fashion.
Simply by the proclamation of the current incumbent of the White House, You have full control over immigration.
Well, you have to have.
Even in a Republic of States, you can't have Texas deciding who can be a citizen and then Massachusetts does it another way.
You can't have a Department of State giving out visas in California in a different fashion to Nebraska.
You can't do that.
It's the executive.
So what powers does he not have?
Well, the one that he's missing is what?
Making American citizens out of 16 million illegals who've crossed our border in the last three years.
Or, you heard Stephen Miller.
What was it, two weeks ago?
The greatest brain on immigration policy in America said what?
He's done the math.
It's 40 million.
40 million illegals in this country.
How many are terrorists, spies, subversives, cartel members?
Nobody knows!
Especially after the last three years.
But if you're the Democrat president and you amnesty 40 million people with the expectation that they're going to vote for you because of their skin color, because that's how much of a bigot you are, then America ceases to be.
Then we just have a fiefdom run by an elite that's created a new political plantation.
All right guys enough monologue and we've got so much news it is coming out of our ears.
The Supreme Court hearing today the immunity case concerning President Trump and the next election and prosecutions against him.
We have the report from the special counsel basically exonerating Joe Biden for having documents he was not permitted to have.
Classified documents sitting in his garage.
We have Well, we have Mayorkas.
We have Mayorkas yet again proving that he is the most mendacious Most morally bankrupt individual in this administration outside of the Oval Office, and so much more.
We'll have Congressman Lee Zeldin, we'll have my good buddy from Barrett Barrett, Matt Boyle, Attorney to the President, Boris Epstein on what's happening in the Supreme Court, and so much more.

All right, so much news to discuss.
More news than you could shake a stick at.
Who better to analyze it than the Washington bureau chief for the conservative powerhouse that is Breitbart.com.
Matt Boyle, welcome back to America First.
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
Busy day.
Crazy busy day.
Crazy busy day.
So where shall we begin?
You mentioned it in the break.
Let's talk about the special counsel's report that has been just dropped on Congress to say that President Trump can't have any classified documents, but Senator Biden, Vice President Biden, no biggie.
Right, Matt?
I mean, it's an explosive report for a number of reasons.
Obviously, the top line takeaway is that they're not going to charge Biden with a crime when he clearly should be charged with a crime, at least by the two-tier standard of justice that we have right now.
It's just unbelievable.
But I'm reading through the report right now.
It is astounding.
This man belongs in a memory care institution, not the White House, okay?
Literally, I want to quote this report for you, for your audience.
It literally says, this is what Special Counsel Hurst says in the report, he goes, in his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse.
He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended.
Quote, if it was 2013, when did I stop being vice president?
End quote.
And in forgetting on the second day of the interview, when his term began.
Quote, in 2009, am I still vice president?
End quote.
He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Bo died.
And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.
Among other things, he mistakenly said he had a real difference of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally with whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama.
Again, the special counsel is describing somebody who belongs in a memory care institution, not holding the nuclear codes for the United States of America, being our commander-in-chief.
The man is disqualified.
I mean, again, we need to see a very serious discussion about this, and there needs to be Uh, you know, medical professionals weighing in as to whether or not Joe Biden can actually execute the office of the presidency.
As evidenced by this, it's clear that he cannot.
And the key phrase that many are focusing on, Matt, that the Vice President, the Senator, willfully retained classified documents.
That means it's not an accident, it's not a filing error.
He knew he was taking documents he was not authorized to take.
Yes, and by the way, Jackie Heinrich from Fox quotes from the report on a tweet.
It says, quote, among the places Mr. Biden's lawyers found classified documents in the garage was a damaged open box containing numerous hanging folders, file folders, and binders.
The box was, quote, in a mangled state.
Again, this is just a willful disregard for our national security.
And it appears as though, again, the special counsel has even identified that Joe Biden
is mentally incompetent, mentally unfit to be president of the United States.
And so, I mean, this is just an explosive report for a number of reasons.
But again, the fact that he's not charged with a crime and Trump is, is another point of, another piece of evidence of our two-tier system of justice.
What Biden did was so much worse than what Trump did.
And they charged Trump, they haven't charged Biden.
Right.
So I feel, I don't know if you do, Matt, that we're like...
I feel like I just stepped into a time warp in a time machine and we've gone back to what is it October 2015 and we have that unbelievable surreal press conference for 13 minutes by Jim Comey where he goes through this litany of all the top secret SCI, Special Compartmented Intelligence Communications, that Hillary Clinton had kept on her private server in her bathroom that would have seen you or me arrested and charged with multiple felonies.
He goes through them one by one by one by one and then in the 14th minute he says, but we're not going to prosecute her.
It sounds like we're back in the same position but now with Biden.
Yeah, it's a two-tier system of justice.
Again, if you're a conservative, if you're an America First person, if you believe in this country, you are held to a different standard than if you are a liberal Democrat.
It's really that plain and simple, right?
Like, again, Democrats are above the law.
They are protected, and the rest of us aren't.
And the fact is that the only way to change this is to Change the president.
The only way to change the president is to elect Trump and remove Biden from the White House in November.
It's that simple.
It truly is that simple.
We've got nine months to make that happen.
It's up to every single one of the listeners of this show.
It's up to every single one of the millions of people who go to Breitbart.com every single day.
So, given your experience, your knowledge of the swamp, what we've seen in the last three years, This report by the special counsel, this means this will be a non-story by next week.
I don't think so.
I think that people are looking at this and they're looking at the way that Trump is being dragged into court.
And you know, look, we see the Supreme Court case playing out today with the oral arguments and the whole Colorado situation, right?
Like they see that Trump is being persecuted.
They see that this is happening and they see that Biden's getting away with it, right?
Like, and they see that the Democrats more generally are getting away with it.
I don't think it goes away at all.
If anything, I think this is a major point of discussion throughout the course of the year, especially as you're going to see the Democrats try to say, oh, he's a convicted felon or he's a accused felon or whatever the heck talking point they come up with at whatever point these things play themselves out through the legal process.
This is the answer to it, which is that what Joe Biden did is worse.
Right?
And he's not getting held accountable.
So I think that this is not a one-week story.
I think this is a year-long, actually a decade-long story, really longer than that, digging into the deep state and the two-tier system of justice.
All right.
You heard it here first.
We'll be taking your calls later this hour.
There's only a couple of lines open.

We'll be back in a moment with Matt.
Yep.
Um, have you?
Oh, sorry.
How long is the report?
Mics are on.
I don't know.
I've been just been getting clips of it sent to me.
I haven't gone through the actual thing yet.
I've just been reading some snippets of some people.
Alex, can you see if you can find the PDF of it and get it to me?
Yes, sir.
Thank you.
What is it exactly?
The special counsel report on the Biden classified documents.
It's just been handed to Congress.
Yes.
So Fox has it.
So, um, okay.
Yeah, it's out there, and people are digging through it, so... Jeff, I'm asking you.
Oh, is Jeff listening?
He stepped out.
He might be able to hear us if he's back in his office.
Oh, and I need a title for Ruse.
I didn't get one yesterday.
Never mind that.
Uh-oh.
It's that thing I said.
It's that thing I discussed at the end.
About... Crap, I wrote it down yesterday.
We discussed it.
I don't have it written down here.
Alright, well first I want to organize the next segment.
Right, so, um...
I'll do that with Boris, with Boris...
uh...
We've done Chris Murphy.
We did both Chris Murphy's, right?
Yes.
We haven't used cut one yet either.
We'll do that.
Axelrod.
Oh, Axelrod.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We'll do that with Boris.
No, we'll do that now with Matt.
No, okay, with Matt.
We did Brzezinski.
Played four again.
I think on this particular issue, if I were the Supreme Court, I wouldn't want to wade into this.
It's such a good opinion, I would deny cert, let the opinion stand.
It's in line with previous opinions.
You know, when Trump made the argument about, well, this will hamstring future presidents, well, he's the only one who has been in this position, and he is the only one who has claimed such Broad.
Blanket.
Immunity.
And we know what his real thoughts are.
Remember, I could shoot somebody on Fifth Avenue.
My supporters wouldn't care.
He thinks that he should be above the law.
That he should be able to manipulate the law.
Who's Alex Wagner?
What is that show?
I don't know that.
MSNBC.
Huh?
I think she's MSNBC, right?
Oh, is she?
Oh, okay.
Of course Matt knows!
I think she wanted to have me on her show at the Republican convention in 2016 and I almost did it and then I didn't end up doing it in the end.
I don't know why.
It would have been fun.
I like arguing with the liberals.
It's always fun.
Are you guys going to be broadcasting from CPAC?
Uh, no, we'll probably just send a few reporters out to go cover stuff, kinda as it happens.
I don't think we're gonna do a- Thirty.
Um, on-site thing.
I'm going though, I'm going to be there.
So I'm going to be there on Thursday.
Good, good.
I'm speaking Friday morning, so I'll see you there.
Are you doing your show there, or?
No, no, no.
I'm just going to make a speech and hang around.
Come with the cut or no?
No, I'll take him.
If you want, I'll come in studio with you that day.
Good.
So, we've got to get this.
On the side of the U.S. government.
Constitution.
America first.
It's incredible.
I'm just taking photographs from the television of... I guess these are images from the special counsel's report to Congress.
I mean, forget about Mar-a-Lago, you know, the Secret Service secured facility.
It's ripped boxes next to trash cans and broken standing lamps.
In Biden's garage, full of secret documents.
Wow.
All right.
We have so much to discuss with President Trump's attorney in the next hour.
Take your calls before that.
8333... Oh my gosh, there's only one line left.
You got to hurry.
8333 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.

Let's talk about the other story of the day.
Let's talk about what's happening in the Supreme Court.
I need your take.
I don't get this, Matt Boyle.
This is allegedly Obama's brain, David Axelrod, on CNN saying, We shouldn't do this to President Trump.
Cut one.
I'm trying to imagine what it would be like if the Supreme Court said, we're removing the front-running Republican candidate from the ballot, and essentially saying to the American people, you won't have the opportunity to vote for him.
And I think it would be very, very disruptive in this country.
I think it will create a huge reaction, and that worries me.
Is there one normal person amongst the Democrats, Matt?
Help me out.
I think that they understand, even the top-ranking Democrats understand how unpopular and frankly stupid this move is by them to try to do this.
It's just a politically toxic decision.
And I think that you may see as high as a 9-0 decision by the Supreme Court.
The justices are definitely signaling 8-1 or 9-0 against this because it's just a monumentally stupid effort by the institutional radical left.
Frankly, the question is, they literally followed along with these indivisible radical lefties and all these crazy groups and whatnot that they have out there around the country.
They've totally hijacked the Democrat Party.
But yeah, I think there's some senior ones in Washington, people like Axelrod, who get it that this was a monumentally stupid move by them.
Alright, talking of monumentally stupid, we've only got a couple of minutes left, but I've got to get your take on the vote yesterday.
Another failure by the GOP.
I am shocked at my former intern Mike Gallagher voting the way he did.
So, are you surprised?
And then what happens now?
Will they actually get to impeach him next week?
What are you hearing, Matt?
Yeah, so I talked to Speaker Johnson yesterday.
It's so sad to see, because the fact is, is that they came off of the biggest win that they've had, where they killed this whole Senate immigration deal, right?
And then 24 hours later, they blew it on two votes, right?
And so, look, Speaker Johnson's still getting his sea legs, I think, really.
I think he's getting better at the job, but the fact is- Matt, Matt, Matt, Matt, Matt, you can't count the number of votes you've got?
Right.
It's a total disaster.
And by the way, the Democrats literally wheeled that guy in from the hospital.
In his gown!
In his gown!
And meanwhile, Steve Scalise, and I understand that he's going through some really tough things, right?
He's got cancer.
He's going through treatments down in Louisiana or Texas.
And like, why can't they have a jet standing by to fly him out to Washington to make sure he's there for the vote?
Right?
Like, so look, that being said, the Speaker says they're going to come back and they're going to try again.
They're going to do it next week or the week after.
So I would imagine that Mayorkas, while he gets a A temporary reprieve is going to be impeached by the House of Representatives before long.
So, they will get there.
And I am confident of that.
And then, does it make a difference?
Do we keep the heat on?
Are other people going to be impeached?
What's your prediction for the next nine months?
Look, I think that the battle here is about exposing the fact that Joe Biden caused this border crisis.
The Democrat Party as a whole caused this border crisis.
Each one of these things is a step in that thing.
I don't have any expectation that the Senate would convict Mayorkas or Biden or any of them.
They won't.
The point is to use the process, these votes and the legislative debates, etc., the committee hearings, all of this is about informing the American public so that the real jury, the American voter, can convict Joe Biden at the ballot box in November.
That's what they need to do.
We're going to convict Joe Biden at the ballot box.
The real jury is the American electorate.
Yeah, I love that.
The real jury is the American electorate.
I love that.
That's great.
That could be a bumper sticker.
That's why you need to follow this man on Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle, Washington Bureau Chief for BrightBart.com.

It's Harmett Dillon.
She needs to get in there to chair that RNC.
I'm telling you, if she was there, we wouldn't have lost the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
We wouldn't have an astronaut senator in Arizona.
We would have gotten Retta Murkowski.
And most importantly of all, Carrie Lake would be governor.
Yeah, I think I was on Breitbart, on their radio show, and I said the same thing.
Of all the potential picks, Lee Zeldin would be great, but I think he's got something else planned.
But Harmeet Dhillon, a lawyer who's fought in the trenches, fought the corrupt Democrats in California, I think you're on to something, my friend.
Nicely done, Phil.
Antoinette is on the road!
Antoinette, where are you heading?
Hey, Dr. G. I'm actually here.
I am in Vegas.
We need to pray for President Trump.
He's on his way here in Vegas.
Are you going to go see the boss?
You never know, Dr. G. I'm sure you've put in a good word for me every now and then.
I'm so excited for you.
This is a couple things.
This past Sunday we had our big baby shower.
I am amazed how God used our little tiny pro-life group, I Am for the Voiceless, and Pastor Larry G. Simone from Calvary Chapel of the Canyon there in Orange County.
So we have blessings to Crystal, who kept her baby, didn't have the abortion, and her baby son is called Ozzy.
So there were about 45 Some guys, but mostly women, at this baby shower.
I sent pictures to Jeff so you guys could post it, and we're just very grateful.
But definitely, Dr. G, there's so much praying we need to do.
Mothers, fathers, go to your school board meetings.
Planned Parenthood is getting definitely worse and worse.
They don't believe in virtue, truth, duty, or God.
And I'm going to say this last little thing.
Let us not become weary in doing good.
For the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Galatians 6, verse 9.
And we've got to get President Trump in office.
You guys, this is it.
Never, never, ever give up.
And I love you all there at America First, that we are AFC's, America First Conservatives.
Thanks, Dr. G.
We love you too.
Another life saved.
God bless you and all of the voice for the voiceless.
Stay safe in Vegas and say hi to the boss.
Thank you Antoinette.
It must be Thursday and yes it is.
Oh my gosh!
It's the other beauty of America First, Judy in Brooklyn!
Hi!
Hey!
You know something?
What?
You know something?
In the word good is God.
It is true.
And in the word devil is evil.
That is very sagacious, but is that why you called us?
Of course not, of course not.
But when Antoinette, the wonderful Antoinette was speaking, that's what came into my head.
And you should know, I'm concerned about Barack in a skirt Michelle, but we'll put that aside.
I'm calling because I want to make a suggestion, Dr. G.
There is a video of Vice President Biden in 2015, I saw it myself, and he's saying that he wants a continuous stream of migrants from the border where they will be the majority and the white people like himself, and he called himself European white, will be the minority.
And guess what?
That should be played over and over and over again all over the place, like your show, Well, and not only that, he says, uh, don't worry about, uh, immigrants having to learn Spanish.
Your kids need to learn, uh, about immigrants having to learn English.
Your kids need to learn Spanish.
He just, they just hate America, Judy.
Yeah, but you know, absolutely, but you know something, Dr. Gorka, listen, if you would play that over and over and over, I'm sure you could find it, I'm sure Alex could find it, Eric, whoever, and just play it over and over, it's his words, he's sitting here with a bunch of men, and he's very proudly talking this way, and just this, just play it, just in his own words, simple as that.
This is what he wants in 2015, and this is what's happening now.
And they're gonna try to pin it on Trump, they're gonna try it on President Trump, so they should just play this over and over, your show, Newsmax show, everybody, everybody.
Thank you, my dear.
Thank you.
God bless.
Thank you.
She likes me now.
I remember there were a few months where she didn't like me.
I said something she thought was a bit, you know, mean.
But she's back!
Why?
Because we have to stick together.
Those that love America.
Those who aren't Putin lovers.
Like, who's that?
What's that guy's name?
Jack?
Eric?
What's that guy's name?
Posobiak.
Posobiak, yeah.
Not good, not good.
I'm curious to see what that interview with Tucker Carlson will be like this evening.
I think it's going to be released at six o'clock tonight.
Better not be a puff piece.
He's a KGB killer.
He doesn't believe in freedom of speech or journalism.
In fact, If you write anything negative against you, oh, you just end up dead on a doorstep!
That's what happens to Russian journalists who do real journalism.
I wonder if Tucker will ask him about people like Anna Politkovskaya, who wrote an article about Vladimir Putin that wasn't laudatory.
And then she ended up dead, amongst dozens of others.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.

Mic'd up.
To the report.
Come on, come on, come on.
What?
Just, the rumble chat.
Man, these people will not let up.
Are they Putin lovers?
One person did say, um, Steph, who's new, said, Putin is less harmful to the world than most American representatives.
Wow.
Wow.
I mean...
God, that person should be shipped out.
Just ship him out to Moscow.
Just leave.
Just go.
Although, I wonder if that's a Russian bot.
I wonder if that's a Russian bot.
These are all new names I don't recognize.
Might be a Pozo bot, too.
Pozo bot!
But can he afford bots?
I don't think he can afford bots.
Sadly, he's probably made a lot of videos.
You know what he should do?
What?
With the punk rock, him and Blinkin should team up and do it.
Oh, yes!
Yes!
The CDC guy, what was the name?
That guy who also had a guitar?
Francis Collins.
Yes!
It's so weird, I cannot paste the link you sent me.
So weird.
Oh, so yes to Schmidt?
That's a PDF, not an actual link.
Yeah, but at the bottom when you open it, it says you can forward it.
I'm gonna try it as an email.
Let's try that.
Do I say yes to Schmidt by the way tonight?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
00 You
You You
Dr. G is ready for anything on America first.
Did you ever wonder what kind of people end up as federal judges?
Well, here's one.
Michael Luttig.
Every single case he ever heard should be thrown out, reinvestigated, and the people charged should have their day in court again.
Because this is what he said about President Trump.
Cut 11.
Section 3 disqualifies any person who engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the Constitution of the United States, having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution.
There's no question whatsoever that the former president
engaged in an insurrection against the constitution when he attempted
to remain in power beyond his
constitutional term of four years I wonder if anybody
taught him in law school that you can't just declare somebody guilty
you've got to charge them judge and then you've got to have a trial
and then the jury has to find them guilty beyond a reasonable doubt
That's how it works because there's this thing called presumption of innocence in America.
That guy was a federal judge.
Hey, if you ever faced Michael Luttig, In a court, you might want to use that clip to have your case expunged, because that man, he's not a judge, he's a political hack.
If you stand with President Trump, show the world!
It's the hottest t-shirt we have, it is the FBI, Fascist Bureau of Intimidation, and the flag that says it all.
I stand with 45, Trump 2024.
Get yours today, SebGorkerStore.com, S-E-B, Hey, good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
Hey!
You got half a second for a movie recommendation?
I have 90 seconds for you.
Hang on, let me get my movie list out.
Hey, good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
You got half a second for a movie recommendation?
I have 90 seconds for you.
Hang on, let me get my movie list out.
Alright, go ahead, Randy.
One of my favorites, every scene is a work of art, cinematically.
Lawrence of Arabia.
It is beautiful to watch, but you know what?
It's bloody long, isn't it, Randy?
Yeah, if I was just shy of four hours, you'd have to do a couple of hours with your buddy, Mr. Cole.
It's a little long.
It's David Lean, if I remember.
And to see it on a little TV is kind of cheesy, because you want to see it on 70 mil, you know, panoramic screen.
And also, it's beautiful.
But it's long, it's slow.
I love Omar Sharif in it.
And the other thing is, Randy, it's a kind of...
It's a kind of hagiography.
It's a kind of puff piece and doesn't tell the truth about Lawrence of Arabia who was, let me just put it this way, a troubled young man, if you get my meaning.
But I've added it to the list.
We shall discuss and debate with our buddy Chris Coles whether it should be reviewed.
But tomorrow, making movies great again with that cult classic.
Tombstone.
Don't miss it.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, one hour down, two to go.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, do not touch that dial!
We'll be back after these messages.
Thanks for watching!
Bye!
you you
Dr. G is ready for anything on America First!
Have you read my latest piece, fresh out?
It is on American greatness.
It's on my sub-stack.
Who should be a member of the second Trump cabinet?
Oh yeah, it's quite the MAGA team.
One person who undoubtedly has a place there, who has proven himself in uniform, out of uniform, on Capitol Hill, now campaigning for the president, is a good friend of America First.
Congressman, former congressman, and just all-around decent chap.
Lee Zeldin, welcome back to America First.
Hey Sam, always good to be with you.
All right, so, so many questions to ask.
We need to talk about New York, the Alvin Bragg decision of about 70 minutes ago.
But first things first, even It's just a crazy breaking news day.
The Special Council has dropped a 388 page report.
It's on my Twitter.
It's on my Truth Social.
You can read the whole thing.
We'll summarize it for you tomorrow on the show.
But 400 pages in which the Special Council says, quote, Joe Biden willfully retained top-secret documents he had no authority to retain and didn't know, in repeated questioning, which years he served as Vice President.
Your reaction to that report?
Too old to stand trial.
Too debilitated to be charged with a crime.
And that sounds like someone who doesn't have the ability to continue to serve in the White House.
It's going to be extraordinarily hard for the left to be spitting this and arguing that President Biden is fit to serve four more years.
The reality is setting in.
This is going to highlight just how much we have two scales of justice in this country.
While pressing forward to try to lock up President Trump for the next 1,000 years and remove him from the ballot and engage in all sorts of lawfare to deny Americans their ability to elect a president of their choosing this November, they're going to continue to apparently give President Biden a free pass.
The truth uh... is
it's something that president biden free of continued service as president
uh... should set the american public free of having a a president who
apparently is to see now at this point to even stand trial
do you have any confidence that uh... based upon the we have some audio will
play later with the uh... president's attorney from the supreme court
hearing this morning to have confidence that they will throughout this attempt to have his name removed from
ballots across america The Supreme Court was not just going after the merits of this case to throw out
President Trump tossing him off the ballot as a 6-3 type of a situation.
Yes, you hear great points coming from the likes of Neil Gorsuch, for example, but you also had a line of questioning and points coming from justices on the other side of the spectrum of the Supreme Court.
So we might not be looking at a 6-3 vote here in favor of President Trump and the American people, this could potentially be a 7-2, 8-1, or even 9-0.
Because clearly, almost at least a unanimous, at least close to unanimous is where this thing is looking based off of the arguments and the opinions and the questions That we're coming from these justices today and quite frankly the right decision here is a 9-0 Supreme Court ruling.
Even Katenshi Brown surprised us with some of the comments she makes saying this is an absurd case to bring, so that's quite stunning.
I have a very devious executive producer who said the following, I'm just curious because you know what the Swamps are like.
A 9-0 result could actually be bad for the President because when they bring another ruling with regards to immunity or January the 6th, they'll have to come down on him more negatively to show that they're unbiased.
Is that how the Swamp works?
Interesting.
I mean, your executive producer could potentially be on to something.
However, I don't expect it to be drastically flipping to the opposite end of the spectrum.
But to that point, you do have that situation at times where the Supreme Court seems to rule one way on one topic and then go a little bit the other way on the next to try to show It'd be interesting to see if that's proven true.
It's a possibility.
Well, he is the best producer in radio, so Mr. G might be on to something, but let's see.
All right, you ran for the governorship of New York.
Your result was absolutely stunning.
We need you back there or in a Trump White House.
Have to get your reaction.
The breaking news at the top of the show after The illegals who beat up the NYPD officers were released on their own recognizance without bail four hours after they were arrested.
They escaped, allegedly, to California.
Four of them were arrested in Arizona.
And today, after the horse hasn't just bolted the stables but is disappearing over the horizon, Alvin Bragg says that A grand jury has indicted the illegals.
Your reaction as a New Yorker?
Alvin Bragg should have asked for bail in the first place.
The fact that these guys were able to be released and be given the double middle finger to the cameras on their way out and to flee is something that is really at Alvin Bragg's feet.
It was his own decision.
You know, to allow that whole spectacle to play out.
And he continues to make a mockery of his office, of the laws.
It's a danger to New York.
Alvin Bragg is a danger to New York City.
We've seen that time and time again.
And Alvin Bragg is going to continue to do this.
He told us who he is.
I would have, on day one, been informing Alvin Bragg that he's being removed for his refusal to enforce the law.
It's not too late.
For Kathy Hochul to do the right thing, she should fire Alvin Bragg today.
How long can New York survive with illegals taking over the hotels, stabbings, we played the recording from the security offices in the migrant camp with stabbings occurring in New York City in the migrant housing facilities and with these people just doing whatever they want to and Alvin Bragg letting them run out of the city?
Well, this is one respect that Eric Adams was partially correct in.
He said that this is destroying the city.
I agree with him.
The problem is, in the same exact statement, he said, it's all the fault of those MAGA Republicans.
Joe Biden is the president.
Kathy Hochul is the governor.
Eric Adams is the mayor.
Supermajority Assembly and Senate up in Albany.
A heavily Democrat and Socialist New York City Council right now.
If you want to actually fix this, you should be calling on Joe Biden to finish construction of the border wall, end catch and release, bring back Remain in Mexico.
Joe Biden proved he had the power to open the border.
President Trump proved that the president has the power to close the border.
If Joe Biden has this much power to be able to open the border, he has the power to close it.
He doesn't need a new law.
from Congress to get it done.
This is destroying the city, at least that much of Eric Adams' statement was right.
Yeah.
I have to get your reaction to the failure of your colleagues to impeach Alejandro Mayorkas.
What's going on, Congressman, former Congressman Lee Zeldin?
They need to get this done.
And it's inexcusable that that played out Mayorkas is failing to do his job and uphold the laws and the Constitution of this country.
There needs to be accountability, and if the accountability is not going to be delivered before November, I sure hope that the American people, tens of millions of Americans, all decide to mobilize, get involved, and ensure that they're delivering accountability come November, because our country can't survive more of this.
Rona Romney McDaniel apparently leaving or not leaving.
If she does, who would you like to see in that position?
It's going to be whoever President Trump wants.
He's going to be the nominee.
He has plenty of options to choose from.
There's been some reports out that he favors the chair of the North Carolina Republican Party,
but it's whoever he wants in that position, who he believes will put his candidacy
and Republican candidates in the Republican Party in the best footing come November.
So when President Trump says that he is endorsing whomever from across the country, I think it's important
for all of us to get behind that person.
Follow this man right now at Lee Zeldin.
We need him in a second Trump administration.
Check out my list of cabinet members.

All right, I need to be convinced about the next segment, Jeff.
Is it true you found more videos about this person, Jack Posobiak?
Yes, and I'm sure I'll find some more.
Okay, but are they easy to find, these ones?
These are not.
They weren't listed by him anymore.
He originally must have posted them, I would assume.
Well, weren't they on, like, one of his YouTube channels that didn't go anywhere?
Yeah, it was an old one.
Uh, Jack Pozo Fan, something like that.
Pozo Fan.
Okay, so, uh, let's just, we don't want to give this guy too much air time, but let's, is there something about gummy bears?
Is that right?
Yeah, I really like this one.
This is really good.
It's very catchy.
Okay, this is after the, what was it, the punk rock thing we played yesterday.
Okay, Eric, do you have the Gummy Bears video?
Dashing and daring, courageous and caring, faithful and friendly with stories to tell.
All through the forest they sing out in chorus, marching along till their song fills the air.
Gummy Bears!
Was that leaked by somebody who filmed it or did he post that, Jeff?
It looks like he's holding the camera.
They are the gummy bears.
They are the gummy bears!
And the gummy sandor.
Was that leaked by somebody who filmed it or did he post that, Jeff?
It looks like he's holding the camera. So that's him.
Okay, alright.
Well, I need to know more about this person.
Eric, you've done some research here.
I can't believe half of these stories that are attached to him.
So, 2018, Posobiec-supported Democrat nominee This one blew my mind.
18th district, Conor Lamb, over Trump-endorsed Republican nominee Rick Sancone.
Okay, well, what?
Okay.
But then, tell us about some more serious story you found.
This one blew my mind.
This is just the most egregious to me because it involves just literal fiction being pulled
out of thin air.
In June of 2020, amidst the race riots that were going on all across the country, the
summer of love, as it was called, Pacific just randomly tweeted, back when it was still
Twitter, quote, breaking, two crates filled with pipe bombs discovered near Korean War
Memorial in DC after suspects spotted in bushes, federal assets in pursuit.
There's just one problem with this here story.
It literally never happened.
Both the U.S.
Park Police and Washington Metropolitan Police said they never found anything.
They did a search of the area.
They never found any bombs or crates or any suspects in bushes.
They never got any reports, and the Park Police admitted they only began searching the area because of a tweet.
They couldn't say who the Twitter account user was, but his was the first tweet about it, so presumably it was due to him.
So he lied about pipe bombs?
Just straight up lied!
At the Korean War Memorial?
Yup.
Made it up out wholesale, out of nowhere.
Okay, I think there's an even worse story concerning the First Lady Melania.
I'll let you do that, but there's one more I want to mention because I like these guys.
It's Rebel News.
Apparently he worked there for a couple of months before he was jettisoned.
When he was at Rebel News, Jack Posobiec plagiarized white supremacist Jason Kessler, the organizer of the Charlottesville rally, In several of his videos for Rebel News, after Kessler complained that Jack Posobiak is copying his white supremacist videos, his employers confirmed that Posobiak had plagiarized him.
Jeff, why would you plagiarize a white supremacist?
I'm confused.
Why would he do anything?
He thinks it'll get clicks.
Probably.
Okay, alright.
That's actually a very good answer.
Alright, and then the last one.
What did Posobiec do in 2017, Eric?
This is due to reporting from... I know it's BuzzFeed, but they actually had receipts, as it were.
They had screenshots to prove this.
You mean to infiltrate it to pretend that they were anti-Trump?
protest. I remember this, I believe it was outside of the Trump Hotel. What was the Trump Hotel?
You mean to infiltrate it to pretend that they were anti-Trump?
Yes, to make them look bad by holding up one sign that said, quote, rape Melania, end quote.
What?
and screenshots of these text messages showed Posobiec planning this,
or there were people saying, or infiltrating them with bad signs,
and suggesting what the sign would say.
Posobiec, of course, denied it.
However, the screenshots of the group chat that they were planning it in,
the number that showed up for Posobiec, the cell phone number,
was the same number at which BuzzFeed was able to contact him for comment on the story.
So that lined up, and Posobiec later admitted that the Secret Service did question him about the incident.
What?
Yep. He claims that, you know, he was vindicated, like, oh, they never confirmed I did it,
but the Secret Service still approached him and talked to him about it.
So make of that what you will.
Alright, so what's the theory here?
So he's come after me because I think, you know, flacking and making excuses for a KGB colonel who's a bloodthirsty dictator is a bad thing, especially if you're of Polish descent like he is.
What's the modus operandi, Jeff?
Is this just somebody who's like constantly changing his MO to try and get clickbait?
Because we've seen in the past that he's flitted from one place to another.
Who is this person?
Yeah, I mean, that's what it looks like to me, because it looks like before he started doing the stuff on Twitter and getting political, he was running a Game of Thrones blog, which he talks about, which is fine.
But before that, with all these videos, that wonderful Gummy Bear video he just did, the Ice Bucket Challenge and a bunch of other stuff, his punk rock, he was trying to do YouTube videos, and this goes back, like, 2011, 2012, I think.
Looks like the guy's been trying to be an internet celebrity forever.
And finally, something clicked for him.
And then what was the other thing?
He was in a Chinese film as an extra as well, right, Eric?
A film made in China?
What's that about?
According to our sources, our exclusive sources right here at America First, yes, he had an extra, a little cameo appearance as an extra in a film that was made in China.
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.
I think, well, first things we have to win the election, but maybe we have to do this first.
We have to excise, we have to shun those who are fake, who aren't America first, because as Jen said yesterday on the show, perfectly put, how can you be America first and pro-Putin?
How can you be America first and pro-KGB killer?
You can't be.
Well, unless it's all about the clicks.
We'll see what Tucker does tonight with his interview, but These people, they're not America first.
They never were and they never will be.
And all the homoerotic texts?
Why would he send me things about Zolinski's testicles?
I thought he was some big Catholic and a conservative.
We've got your number, Jack.
We know who you are.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Make sure you follow us on all social media.
Look for Seb Gawker or Sebastian Gawker.
And my latest take on the Trump cabinet.
Who should be in 2.0 is on my Substack.
SebastianGawker.substack.com SebastianGawker.substack.com
SebastianGawker.substack.com So I just say that in watching the Supreme Court today, I thought it was very, it's a very beautiful process.
I hope that democracy in this country will continue.
Because right now we have a very, very tough situation with all of the radical left ideas, with the weaponization of politics.
They weaponized it like it's never been weaponized before.
It's totally illegal, but they do it anyway.
And it has to stop.
Every one of the court cases, and I'm involved in every single one, civil, whether it's the attorney generals or the district attorneys.
You look at Fani in Georgia.
They had many meetings.
With the White House and with the DOJ.
They went there.
Eight-hour meetings.
That was all staged.
That was a phony hoax.
And now you look at it, and it is a phony hoax.
And hopefully that case will be dismissed in short order.
It's a disgrace to this country.
We know what it is.
It is a disgrace.
It's an attempt to steal an election because he's the leader of the opposition.
If the election were today, he would win in a blowout victory.
That's the reason for all of these court cases.
It's a real luxury to have him in the city, in the studio, to discuss all of these things.
He is, of course, attorney to the president.
He is his advisor, his Well, look, just pick a title.
He's had it.
He is just trusted as in eminence Gris of the 45th and, God willing, the 47th President of the United States.
It's up to us.
We call him the Baron.
Boris Epstein, welcome in studio.
It's great to be in studio.
All right, and I'm delighted because, you know, there's this sensitivity that attorneys can't talk about cases they're representing their client in, but that doesn't apply to today in the Supreme Court, so we can let the Baron loose to talk about all of these things.
Now, we've got some audio cuts from the hearing in the Supreme Court.
You work quick.
Oh, the team works quick.
The first two Kind of shocking because they come from Elena Kagan and Associate Justice Katonji Brown.
So I've got to get the Baron's response.
Let's start with Elena Kagan.
Both well-known Democrat Associate Justices.
Cut 13.
And then the question becomes, does anything in the 14th Amendment say that only Congress can create that process?
And Section 5 very clearly is not an exclusive provision.
It says Congress shall have power.
But maybe put most boldly, I think that the question that you have to confront is why a single state should decide who gets to be president of the United States.
In other words, you know, this question of whether a former president is disqualified for insurrection to be president.
Why one state gets to decide whether somebody becomes a president for all states?
Great question, Judge Kagan, or Justice Kagan.
And here, even more shocking, is Ketanji Brown.
Cut 14.
The more broad point I want to make is that what is very clear from the history is that the framers were concerned about charismatic rebels who might rise through the ranks up to and including the presidency of the United States.
But then why didn't they put the word president in the very enumerated list in section 3?
The thing that really is troubling to me is I totally understand your argument but they were listing people that were barred and president is not there.
And so I guess that just makes me worry that maybe they weren't focusing on the president and, for example, the fact that electors of vice president and president are there suggests that really what they thought was if we're worried about the charismatic person, we're going to bar insurrectionist electors and therefore that person is never going to rise.
Wow.
I've read that passage out on air.
The president isn't mentioned.
I guess she's read it, too.
Are you shocked?
Are you pleasantly surprised?
Here's what I'll tell you.
It was very interesting.
It was an honor to be at the Supreme Court today.
And if you look at the structure of argument, and if you look at how this was approached, President Trump's counsel, Jonathan Mitchell, did really a masterful job going through the key points.
But then here's what I was really enthusiastic about or thankful for is that the justices
brought this to the real world, right?
This was a program, a largely pragmatic discussion you heard from Justice Alito,
Katonja Brown-Jackson, Justice Kagan, you know, right there, Justice Katonja Brown-Jackson saying,
what are you really telling me here?
And she said another point, if this is ambiguous, how can we rule against democracy?
Right?
And that was a vital passage to me.
And then you had Justice Alito over and over again, Justice Gorsuch, saying, what are you really trying to get to?
It's going to be a disaster.
You're going to have this ambiguity.
You're going to have different states, different rules of evidence.
And we're never going to really know who's the president.
And then I think it was Justice Roberts, Chief Justice Roberts, who said, Could this be a situation where one state decides, or just a few states decide who the president is?
So the justices took this obviously vital conversation, these vital legal points, the Constitution, and they brought them to the real world in a parade of horribles.
This isn't even about politics, we're about party.
were this absolute hoax, this sham perpetrated by Crew, which is a fake non-profit organization
and perpetrated by crook Joe Biden, were allowed to go forward.
So it was, this isn't even about politics or about party.
It's a good day for America.
It's a good day for democracy.
And of course we wait for the resolution.
We don't have the result yet, but we've got some more audio from Supreme Court where we're
breaking all down with Boris Epstein, senior adviser to the Trump 2024 campaign.

Suppose there's a country that proclaims again and again and again that the United States is its biggest enemy.
And suppose that the President of the United States, for diplomatic reasons, thinks that it's in the best interests of the United States to provide funds or release funds so that they can be used by that country.
Could a state...
...
No, your honor.
And you're saying that, well, this also authorized states to disqualify candidates.
So what I'm asking you for, if you are right, what are the examples?
Well, Your Honor, the examples are states excluded many candidates for state office, individuals holding state
offices.
We have a number of published cases of states considering that.
I understand that.
I understand the states controlling state elections and state positions.
What we are talking about here are national candidates.
I understand.
You look at Foner or...
...
America First Magnificent!
Bye.
How many times have I been asked, what can I do?
What difference can I make?
Every single one of you has a role to play.
You know what the easiest is?
If you have a phone, please don't be using it to fund those who hate America.
It's that easy.
What do you mean?
Fund America.
If you're with one of the big cell phone providers, they're woke.
They're of the left.
They donate millions of dollars of your money they make from your phone calls to causes like Planned Parenthood, gun control foundations, and those organizations who are trying to cancel and censor conservatives.
Why would you fund those who hate you and all that you stand for?
You can stop that today by going to the only Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's Patriot Mobile.
They have the same nationwide coverage, a performance guarantee, free activation with my name, but they're on your side.
You can keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade.
972-PATRIOT or go to PatriotMobile.com slash Gawker.
Glenn and his team are superb.
Their customer service is U.S.
based and is better than anybody else's.
Don't fund those who hate you and hate America with every call you make and every text you send.
Switch today like I did.
972-PATRIOT or patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
That's 972-728-7468 patriotmobile.com slash GORKA.
All right, it's fascinating.
We don't have video because they don't allow video, but we have the audio from the Supreme Court of today's hearing about the ballot removal or the ballot censorship motion from the Democrats.
Jason Murray is on the side of the people who don't want to let you choose who you get to vote for.
And here we have the great Associate Justice Samuel Alito.
Kind of... was stomping Jason Murray. Cut 15.
Suppose there's a country that proclaims again and again and again that the United States is its biggest enemy.
And suppose that the President of the United States, for diplomatic reasons, thinks that it's in the best interests of the United States to provide funds or release funds so that they can be used by that country.
Could a state Determine that that person has given aid and comfort to the enemy, and therefore keep that person off the ballot?
No, Your Honor.
Oh, really?
Well, that's weird.
So a state can't do that, but they can remove a president from the ballot, or a future president, who happens to be the leader of the opposition and a former president.
And lastly, I've got to get the Baron to react to this, because, you know, Clarence Thomas doesn't talk a lot.
He writes.
He writes these amazing decisions, especially his dissents with the former Liberal majority.
But Clarence Thomas, Asked a very simple question of the same individual, Jason Murray, today in the Supreme Court, cut 16.
You're saying that, well, this also authorized states to disqualify candidates.
So what I'm asking you for, if you are right, what are the examples?
Well, Your Honor, the examples are states excluded many candidates for state office, individuals holding state offices.
We have a number of published cases of states considering that.
I understand that.
I understand the states controlling state elections and state positions.
What we are talking about here are national candidates.
I understand.
You look at Foner or Foot, Shelby Foot, or McPherson, they all talk about, of course, the conflict after the Civil War.
And there were people who felt very strongly about retaliating against the South, the radical Republicans.
But they did not think about authorizing the South to disqualify national candidates.
And that's the argument you're making.
And what I would like to know is, do you have any examples of this?
Many of those historians have filed briefs in our support in this case, making the point that the idea of the 14th Amendment was that both states and the federal government would ensure rights.
So, you're a practicing attorney.
You work for the president as an attorney.
Precedence is pretty important.
How come that this individual, Barron, how come this individual, Jason Murray, can't give any examples of states having done this before?
I'm confused.
Well, actually, there are several times.
When Mr. Murray was absolutely stumped by the justices and didn't have answers, really he was stumped and stumped by the justices that didn't give answers and tried to give different hypotheticals and was, frankly, chastised for doing so.
The reason he doesn't have examples is because there are no examples.
And because what is happening, this attempt to take President Trump, who, let's not forget, One Iowa by the largest margin ever for a non-incumbent Republican.
One New Hampshire with the most votes ever, ever for any candidate, either party.
So the attempt to take someone who's going to win Nevada today in huge fashion, the attempt to take him off the ballot is unprecedented, it's unconstitutional, it's wrong, and seemingly you had an overwhelming number of people.
You know, Mr. G, Mr. G's pretty devious.
He's got a very good political mind.
Jeff said, you know what the trouble is here?
This is too good.
If we get a nine to zero, what happens if in the other cases in the Supreme Court, they have to look balanced and they say, well, it's not in the president's favor this time.
Could nine to zero be too good?
It's not about the numbers, really, right?
It should be about the law.
It's about the law, and all President Trump asks for, or any of us could hope for, from any judge or justice, right?
Everything is for fairness.
We are very confident that obviously on this case, on the immunity case, and wherever we have legal cases going, the law is square.
The law and the facts are squarely with President Trump.
And let's not forget what just happened right now with Crooked Joe.
And that, I mean, vicious, vicious report being released saying that he effectively committed crimes, but he's too old and feeble to stand trial.
You know, I said this earlier, it's exactly like James Comey, that 14-minute presser, listing every felony Hillary committed, and in the last 60 seconds saying, oh, but, no, it shouldn't be charged.
I feel like we're going back in time.
Well, selective prosecution is what it is, right?
You're seeing very clearly that Joe Biden, throughout his career, mishandled documents.
They said that he fed classified information to his ghostwriter, which Is, last I remember, exactly what General Petraeus pled to.
Yep.
That's a crime.
When he was director of the CIA.
When he had the authority for those documents not to be in his garage.
In his garage, in a mangled, in a shambles box.
I've got to show these photographs.
We'll prep them in the break.

all right you mentioned selective prosecution Baron These are some of the images from the 388-page special counsel report on Joe Biden's, quote, willful retention of classified documents he was not authorized to keep.
Show these images.
They're like battered boxes.
One of them was a Zappos shoe box.
That he had classified information and put the next one up on the show.
And mangled shape.
Mangled shape, beat up.
And weirdly, Barron, none of them were protected by armed secret service.
No secret service.
No, no, no, no.
So what is this?
It's selective prosecution, is exactly what it is.
It's clear that Joe Biden, throughout his career, mishandled classified information.
There's no doubt about it.
So can this be used to say that, I'm sorry, you can't prosecute President Trump because he's the President.
Absolutely.
And that's the key point.
Joe Biden was not covered by the Presidential Records Act, which says that there is no criminal enforcement.
The Presidential Records Act says that you can have, go back and forth, you negotiate.
And the President decides what he keeps, and it's a process of negotiation.
Under the Kermit Sachs case.
And it's administrative.
It's not a criminal statute.
It is not criminal.
Civil only.
So, your prediction is this report, even if Biden doesn't get charged, it's good for President Trump.
In your name.
The bottom line is...
That this shows that Joe Biden and Merrick Garland and Derange Jack Smith have all come together to try to perpetuate election interference and selective prosecution against President Trump.
And we know the background of that nonsense document, folks.
We know the background of when they attacked President Trump over and over again and raided his home.
Uprooted his family's, you know, his family's belongings.
This was all contrived and convoluted, and now it's shown that the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, under the PRA, was absolutely justified in how he handled documents, did everything right, did everything by the book, and Joe Biden, as Senator and Vice President, did everything wrong, including, again, sharing classified information with his ghostwriter.
And don't miss the fact that his own DOJ says he's too feeble to be interviewed.
How can he run a country?
We'll keep discussing it tomorrow.
We've only got a few seconds left.
Did you read my article about the future Trump administration?

as a mackerel snapper.
When I say mackerel snapper, people have no idea what I'm talking about.
It means I'm a Catholic, you know?
Fridays, fish, yeah, mackerel snapper.
As a cradle Catholic, I didn't even think it was possible.
I'm 53 years old as we speak.
I thought I would go to my deathbed with that abomination, that Legal justification for genocide still on the books here in the United States.
Of course I mean Roe v. Wade, responsible for the deaths of nigh on a million babies every single year.
And then, and then something interesting happened.
Somebody who'd never run for public office, One, the first time he ran for the presidency.
Then, thanks to the good Lord, he was able to nominate and also get three Supreme Court Associate Justices confirmed.
And then, beautifully, on the 50th anniversary of that abomination that was that fake law, it was struck down.
And the estimate is that already tens of thousands of babies have been saved because of this man, the first president so far, the only president to date to have addressed the March for Life.
All of us here today understand an eternal truth.
Every child is a precious and sacred gift from God.
Together, we must protect, cherish, and defend the dignity and the sanctity of every human life.
Thank you.
When we see the image of a baby in the womb, we glimpse the majesty of God's creation.
When we see the infant in the womb, we glimpse the majesty of God's creation.
Who talks like that anymore?
Outside of a church?
Away from a pulpit?
Politicians don't!
Presidents don't!
Not even Ronald Reagan, and it pains me to say this, addressed the March for Life.
How did this happen?
Have we won?
What more is there to do?
Let's ask a man who has been in the trenches for decades, who made results like the striking down of Roe v. Wade possible.
He's the founder, the president of the Center for Family and Human Rights.
He's a great American.
Austin Roos, welcome to America First one-on-one.
I am delighted to be with you, my friend.
All right, so we have so much to discuss, especially with regards to those who think, OK, we've won now.
We can relax.
The babies are safe.
Not so.
Not so.
We'll get to that momentarily.
But would you tell us about how you got involved in this fight?
Your background, the creation of CFAM, how on earth did a pro-life organization manage to get any kind of recognition inside the United Nations?
So tell us about who is Austin Ruse?
I'm a sinner.
Well, that goes for all of us.
I was in, well golly, I went to journalism school at the University of Missouri and when I graduated I had an offer to go to work for, hold on to your hat, Teddy Kennedy.
Wow.
And so I loaded up my car upon graduation at the University of Missouri and I drove to Washington D.C.
And interviewed with a man named Ralph Murphine, who worked for an old-time Paul named Matt Reese, who ran West Virginia for John Kennedy back in the day.
And they offered me a job to work for his political operation.
And for some reason, I had a change of heart there at the last minute.
And I went into the magazine publishing business, and I was in New York.
For 20 years working for Fortune, Forbes, the Atlantic Monthly, Rolling Stone, and then I had two conversions.
I had a conversion to the Catholic Church and I had a conversion to political conservatism because of foreign policy.
So hang on, let me stop you there.
Were you a godless liberal at this point?
You know, there was a movement in the Democratic Party to bring the party back to a more conservative—it was the Coalition for a Democratic Majority, which was a movement in the Democratic Party to bring it back from the McGovernites.
So I was really that.
You could call me a conservative Democrat back in those days.
I mean, I was a Libertine, you know, let's face it, you know, college and after college.
But in terms of the issues, I was probably right of center and certainly...
You know, an extremist, according to today's Democratic Party.
But, you know, I was convinced of the fight that the Republicans were fighting, the Democrats seemed to be giving up, because of a book by Daniel Patrick Moynihan at the UN called The World is a Dangerous Place.
And that book convinced me that I needed to be a full-on conservative So let's stop there for maybe the younger listeners.
So you're talking to millions of people across the country.
Explain Moynihan's significance and what he was arguing for and how this external international issue gave you that Damascene moment, Austin.
Well, you know, Moynihan, of course, was a longtime figure in various administrations, including quite famously as an assistant secretary in the Department of Labor, or was it education, for Richard Nixon.
And then later on, he was appointed U.S.
ambassador to the U.N.
Economic and Social Council, where he saw up close the intense anti-Americanism of the Soviet bloc.
And he wrote a book about his experiences there called The World is a Dangerous Place.
And reading this, it convinced me that there was only one party that was willing to stand up.
on what was then, you know, the Twilight Struggle, it was called, against the Soviet Union.
And that's another thing you and I have talked about is, you know, whoever thought that Roe would be overturned, whoever thought that the Soviet Union would end.
And golly, I remember sitting at a saloon in New York City the night that the wall started coming down.
And I said to a buddy of mine, I said, let's get on a plane and go over there.
So it was foreign policy that moved me to the right.
And I was in magazine publishing for many years, selling advertising for these big magazines.
And so I had this political conversion.
I converted to Catholic Church.
And so I up and I quit the magazine publishing business and started volunteering during my time for a Catholic priest in New York named John Perricone and kind of waited for the main chance.
And it came one day over lunch after Mass.
This young lady was there from Canada.
She said that she worked for Human Life International Canada.
They had raised a bunch of money to open up a pro-life lobbying group at the UN.
And so this was like Daniel Patrick Moynihan, my faith, and the issue that I cared most about.
And why Catholicism?
Was it the people you met?
Was it happenstance?
one day after the Tridentine Mass and I said you know that's that's the job for
me and two weeks later it was and I've been doing it since the summer of 1997
and nothing else. And why Catholicism? Was it the people you met? Was it
happenstance? Was it something you've been ruminating over?
You know I remember that moment too.
It was in a political science class at the University of Missouri, where this snot-nosed TA said something denigrating about religion, and it occurred to me at that moment, you snot-nosed TA, how dare you denigrate the thing that has occupied the greatest minds of all time?
It was a remarkable moment.
I was a fallen-away Methodist and a Libertine, But I was offended by what he said that day, and I did not know it at that moment, but I probably became a Catholic at that moment.
And I say that because once you get serious about facing God and all of these eternal truths, I think inevitably you're a Catholic.
And it took me years of reading in the faith to actually knock on a rectory door.
Among the people that helped me were Bill Buckley.
I wrote him a letter out of the blue, and he responded and sent me books.
And it was through him that I met Father Ruttler, who I had my first—this was many—it took years for me to find my way into the church, and I spent all of that time reading.
So I kind of read my way into the church.
And why a pro-life body to work inside the UN?
That's like, you know, somebody saying, let's create an Alcoholics Anonymous chapter in the frat house.
What made you think this is a good idea?
Well, you know, that was back in the days not too long, I mean, just a couple of years after the Cairo conference on population and development that John Paul II made such a big deal about.
He gave a series of Wednesday audiences Calling people of faith to drop what they were doing and raise money and come to Cairo and help the Holy See negotiate this document.
I was not among them, but that was what was in the air at that time.
A year after that, in 1995, was the Beijing Women's Conference and the same thing.
Hundreds of regular pro-lifers dropped what they were doing and went to Beijing to stop a global right to abortion.
So it was in that milieu that this appeared to me, because the Holy See had said, that there needed to be a full-time office of Catholic laymen
in New York doing this work every day because the negotiations go on every day.
And so that's why Human Life International raised all that money and then came to New
York looking for people to staff it.
And yeah, it was perfect.
It was confidential.
And the rest is history.

All right, so you have this conversion experience, this political experience.
You think, oh yeah, this will be easy.
I'll fight for the unborn inside the United Nations.
Tell us how the years have treated you since then, Austin Roos, and what CFAM, the Center for Family and Human Rights, has been doing inside that benighted entity on the Hudson.
Well, the heart of our work is assisting U.N.
delegations in negotiating documents.
You know, there are negotiations that go on pretty much every working day at U.N.
headquarters in New York and also Geneva.
And so our central work is gathering U.N.
delegations together and convincing them to take out bad language and put in good language.
And that's the heart of our work, and it has been from the very beginning.
You know, we fight Phony, you know, euphemistic words like reproductive rights and reproductive health and comprehensive sexuality education, sexual orientation and gender identity.
And we have actually been quite successful.
I mean, we don't work on the ground around the world.
We work on documents in New York.
That's all we do.
And there is no global right to abortion in UN documents.
Sexual orientation has never been accepted as a new category of non-discrimination in UN documents.
So for the most part, we have won the debate.
And this is why for years they've tried to kick us out, keep us out, you know,
through all sorts of nefarious ways.
But we have official recognition from the, we're in special consultative status
with the UN Economic and Social Council.
There's roughly 20 other pro-life organizations who have that status.
We're the only one up there doing it full-time.
Alliance Defending Freedom has a small office up there, but that's it.
It kind of has lost its sexiness that it had back in the Cairo and Beijing days, but we have kept at it, and I have an amazing staff.
I've got a guy up there, Stefano Gennarini, Notre Dame Law School grad, who has been up there doing this for me for 12 years.
Our research director, Rebecca Owens, has been with us for 12 years.
She was a bench scientist at Emory University.
My executive vice president, Lisa Kerenti, has been with us for about 13 years.
And we have an amazing institutional memory that UN delegations don't have.
Because UN delegates come for three or four years and they don't know anything.
And so we teach them, we help them, and we help them negotiate.
That's what we do.
Don't forget your muse, who's very good friends with my muse, Kathy Roos, who has helped us as a very, very capable attorney.
Thank you, Kathy.
And my wife, Katie, values your friendship so very dearly.
I've got to ask you this question because, for fun, you know, I saw the president back in December, and we're talking about, you know, what happens if, God willing, we win and whether I'd be willing to work in the administration again.
And one of the things I've said openly, I won't talk about those discussions with the President, but one thing I've said on the radio, you know one of the jobs I would accept in the second Trump administration, just for the laughs, would be to be ambassador for the United Nations, so when I stepped into the building on the first day it would just burst into flames.
Having worked with this entity, How do you keep your soul clean?
Do you not wish to scrub yourself down with a wire brush and a detergent and acid after you work with this entity?
You know, I will just say this.
When you walk onto the property there, my friend Jean Head, who was a lobbyist for many years with National Right to Life, now retired, and she covered Hundreds of negotiations.
She said that she would feel a palpable sense of evil whenever she walked into the building.
You know, prior to the five-year review of the Beijing Women's Conference, we actually brought into the balcony of the negotiating auditorium Father Kazimir Kowalski, who has since passed, who was one of the exorcists of the Archdiocese of New York.
He read the Prayers of Exorcism and the Blessing of a Building of Communication. So, you
know, it's very much like Michael O'Brien's book, Father Elijah. Father Elijah evokes what it's really
like at the United Nations.
It does seem like a completely different world.
Having said that, I will also say we have lots of friends there who really need us and love that we are there.
You mean in individual delegations or actually inside the UN?
Well, I mean, even inside the U.N.
I mean, when my office was up there, I mean, I was visited by a young lady who came in.
She was in the bureaucracy and she came in crying because she felt that she could not openly express her Catholic faith.
So there are lots of good people, even squirreled away in the bureaucracy.
But I'm talking primarily about the delegations.
And so we work very closely with a number of delegations.
We're having a dinner next week.
With a bunch of delegates to talk about the zero draft of what's known as the Commission on the Status of Women, which is a two-week radical feminist fest that kicks off in March.
Right now there's a negotiation going on for the commission.
This is the commission season.
Starts in January, goes all the way through spring.
And the next two weeks is the Commission on Social Development, then the Commission on the Status of Women, so on and so forth.
And they all produce documents.
And they try to put bad language in these documents, which are then later accepted by the General Assembly or not.
And their theory is the repetitious use of certain phrases in non-binding UN resolutions will establish international law.
They have failed at that.
I mean, they say that there's an international right to abortion, but when they say that, they lie because there is no such thing.
And you know what?
We did this.
You know, CFAM and other unknown pro-life groups have done this.
It's one of the great unknown fights of all time, and also one of the most important, because they use these documents to force governments to change their laws.
And we've whooped them for 27 years.
And it's important because you can't win a fight if you're not physically on the battlefield.
That, I think, is the logic behind this gentleman and his organization c-fam.org, the Center for Family and Human Rights.
He's the author, most recently, of Under Siege, No Finer Time to be a Faithful Catholic.

You heard what Fox did to him recently?
An utter insanity.
Talk about killing the goose that lays the golden egg.
They've banned him.
Their biggest advertiser.
Why?
Well, because I guess Paul Ryan, who's on the board, hates him because he's too MAGA.
Let's have Mike's back.
He has sold more than 81 million of the pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.

Okay, so I have lots of questions to ask you, but I'm going to ask the big one right now, Austin.
What you're doing every single day, what President Trump did with his Supreme Court appointments, what the marchers were doing last week and every year for the March for Life, This isn't just some cultural thing that comes out of feminism or the hippies.
The abortion industry is a diabolical, genocidal enemy.
This isn't just some thing that women don't think about, or some alternative to contraception.
We are fighting the dark one, aren't we Austin?
Yes, the sexual left is in love with death.
And there's no greater proof of that than their maniacal efforts to ensure that women may kill their babies.
You know, as you know, the Supreme Court is hearing a case soon about the abortion drug.
You know, half of the abortions in the United States are now performed with poison drugs that make the mother's womb inhospitable to the unborn child and basically starves the child.
So finally, there's a court case that is going to be going after that.
Not the abortion drug itself, but various ways that it has been loosened up over the years.
So yeah, you know, it's like they never met an abortion that they didn't like.
yeah yeah but but is enough of this conflict Understood as a spiritual battle and not a political one?
Because I see, you know, every two years, I see the GOP rhinos say, oh, don't talk about abortion.
It's too political and we'll lose the race.
And I'm thinking, hang on a second.
I mean, either it's the work of the devil or it isn't.
And shouldn't it be understood as a spiritual warfare?
Well, you know, that is one thing about the pro-life movement, is that it is made up almost exclusively of people who pray.
There's a group that participates in the coalition called the Secular Pro-Life Movement, fine, well and good, but overwhelmingly it is among people who go to church.
Whether it's evangelical, fundamentalist, Pentecostal, Catholic, what have you, they're all people who pray.
In our own work, like I said, we read the prayers of exorcism before a U.N.
negotiation.
There are women that come to the United Nations during negotiations that only pray.
And they pray for the confusion of our opponents and the bravery of our friends.
So, yeah, this is a spiritual battle.
Satan loves the idea of killing unborn babies.
He always has.
And so, yeah, this is absolutely a battle against powers and principalities.
Everybody in the pro-life movement, almost everybody in the pro-life movement understands this thoroughly.
Yeah.
We're talking to Austin Reuzen, I think, in the next segment.
Since we're more than halfway through, I better ask him about his book, because it would be rude not to.
It's Under Siege!

What can you do in the fight to save America?
You don't have to be the head of an organization fighting the crazies at the UN or host of a national radio show or running for the presidency.
Every single one of you has a role to play.
How about this?
How about you stop funding Planned Parenthood?
Who?
Me?
Yes, you!
If you have a cell phone that's tied to one of the big cell phone providers, guess what?
Every time you make a call and send a text, you're funding people who hate you and your values.
Mm-hmm.
The big cell phone providers donate millions of dollars every single year to things like Planned Parenthood, to gun control organizations, to foundations who are trying to cancel and censor patriots.
Why would you fund your enemy?
With your cell phone?
That's insanity.
There's only one Christian Conservative cell phone company in the nation.
It's the one I use.

All right, let's do it!
Let's talk about your book.
It is Under Siege.
No finer time to be a faithful Catholic.
Now, full disclosure, I heard an excerpt from this book at a Christmas party that my wife and your wife held for Catholics in our county.
They'd created a new organization to kind of get Catholics involved politically, because guess what?
You need to be.
And you were invited to be the keynote speaker.
And it was quite the speech.
Because you listed all of these damnable, awful things that are happening.
From the open border, to crime-ridden cities, to war in Europe, war in the Middle East, on and on and on.
And then your response was, that's great!
It means we've got something to fight for.
So, whether it's Catholics, or whether it's the larger family of those who follow our Lord and Savior, Why is it a good time to be a person who believes in Jesus Christ, given what we see around us, Austin?
Well, before I answer that, I want to point out a very proud moment that night is that I made your wife cry.
You did.
She was smiling, but she was crying.
So yes, thank you for... They're tears of inspiration.
They were.
That room was quiet for 23 minutes.
I recorded it on audio.
You could hear a pin drop and people by the end of it, who are kind of beleaguered because we live in North Virginia.
It's full of people who love abortion.
And by the end of it, we were just ready to storm the ramparts.
You know, the central message of that talk and of the book is that, yes, we're living through very dark times, as dark as they have ever been, and what did that rascal God do?
He sent us.
And as I said that night, and I said, we are so lame.
You know, my joke often is, he sent the likes of us so that he could get all the credit.
Because it's like, you know, how can you guys win?
Because you're totally lame, like the apostles.
So the message is, yes, I don't sugarcoat the times that we're living through.
You know, I talk about abortion and transgenderism and operating on children.
And in pornography, the scourge of pornography.
But he sent us.
And one of the lines from both the book and my talk is that there are halos hanging from the lowest branches of the trees.
Explain that.
I love that image.
that all you need to do is reach up and grab one.
And what that means is that we're in such a dark place.
Almost anything you do to make the world a better place is going to make the world a better place.
You know, and people ask me all the time when I'm out on the hustings, you know, what can I do?
I often say, stay home and take over the school board.
But, you know, if you don't want to do that, at least go down to the school board
and shake somebody's hand who makes a good speech.
You know, go down and shake the hand of a school board member who's good.
Write a check to your favorite pro-life and pro-family group.
My wife used to, they used to sell Plan B, the abortion drug, in the shelves at the Giant here in Northern Virginia.
And my wife used to take them down and hide them behind the shampoo.
You know, even stuff like that.
You know, everybody, there's something for everybody to do.
One of the images in that talk, Sebastian, as you'll recall, was Animal Mother in the movie Full Metal Jacket,
who leaps over the wall and charges the sniper's desk.
And I said then, not all of us are able or called to charge the sniper's nest, like Sebastian and myself, but we're all called to charge the sniper's nest in our own way.
And that includes writing checks.
That includes shaking hands.
That includes encouraging people who are in this fight.
That's the essence of my optimism and why I'm a happy warrior.
It's because I've been given this great job to do in these dark times, as you have been, as your wife has been, and mine.
That battle, the pro-life battle better than most, and I want to have a kind of sanity check because one of the reasons I'm buoyed and feel positive, not least because of the crushing of Roe v. Wade, is that whenever I've been at the March for Life, or whenever I see a pro-life event, it's just full to the brim.
With people who are in their twenties or younger.
Am I reading something right?
I see us winning the youth over.
Is that an accurate reflection of what you're seeing, Austin?
Well, I mean, like you, I go to the March for Life and I see that it's a youth event.
Yeah.
And I know that this is the case all across this country with Students for Life, you know, and their chapters in hundreds of of college campuses.
You know, it's multigenerational.
There's old duffers like me and even older, and there are younger people as well.
I mean, but we have to keep in mind that the woke monster is on the prowl, and the sexual
revolution has really done extreme harm to—everybody's been affected by the sexual revolution, and
most especially young people who are growing up without a mom and a dad, certainly without
a dad in the home, without aunts and uncles, without cousins, and therefore a kind of unrootedness.
And they are the perfect prey for all sorts of movements, including Klaus Schwab.
including the abortion lovers, including the transgender agenda.
So even though the Pro-Life March and the Pro-Life Movement is a youth movement,
there's a lot of youth that we haven't reached yet.
Do you agree with me that the truly demonic trans movement is perhaps one of our greatest assets
in terms of waking otherwise somnambulant parents up to what's happening in America to their children?
You know, a couple of things happened at the same time.
You know, COVID, I think, was a great benefit to us because of the Zoom calls that parents were able to watch.
CRT was a great benefit to us.
It created hundreds of Phyllis Schlafly's.
And then also the whole trans madness, I think, has awakened a lot of people.
So, you know, I'm cautiously optimistic that all, well, I'm not cautiously optimistic.
I know for a fact that these things have all worked in our favor.
One thing we have to guard against, and I've written about this, guys like Andrew Sullivan are working very hard to separate the G's from the T's.
He said, oh, you know, transgenderism has nothing to do with, you know, the gay rights movement.
And I say it's all the same thing.
And so he's working very hard to separate the LGBT's, LGB's from the T's and set them adrift.
And I say we can't let them because it is all part of the same sexual revolution going all the way back to, you know, the contraceptive pill.
Yeah, yeah.
It's all one, one progressive movement that is about destroying the unity of man and woman, and what it means to be a man, what it means to be a woman.

you Monsignor Rousse to end our interview.
We've got a couple of minutes left.
With a little personal message, if you'd be so kind, because you called me, you know, the guy storming the sniper's nest with you by my shoulder.
What would you say to those, because you're talking to millions of people from places as disparate as, you know, California, to Chicago, to Massachusetts, and to Texas, and to, you know, other freer parts of America, who see what's happening and are just I feel like giving up.
I don't think you feel like giving up any day.
So what's your message to those who need a little chivvying up, Austin Roos?
You know, one of the things that I tell people all the time is that they ought not to... Well, first of all, we've been given this great gift of this fight.
You know, in the early church, there was a fight over, you know, the identity of Christ.
Who is he?
What is he?
In the Middle Ages, there was a fight over what is the church.
And our fight that's been given to us is, what is the human person?
A proper anthropology.
And so all of us have been given this to fight.
And so it is a remarkable thing that it's been given to us.
I would further say that people should not get all spun up about wins and losses.
They should just enjoy the fight.
When my guys walk into a UN negotiating room, we don't even have to do anything.
Just by walking in, the air goes out of the place and you can see, oh no, not those guys again.
And it ruins their day.
Even ruining their day is a victory.
And so people should not get all spun up about wins and losses.
If you get too spun up about wins and losses, you might get frustrated and walk away and just decide to play golf and hope that it all passes over your head, which it won't.
So yeah, just be a happy warrior.
Be grateful that you have been given this great fight by God Almighty and enjoy it.
That's what I say to people all the time, because people do get beaten down.
And they should also understand, as I said in this talk, No Finer Time, that we're living through one of the most remarkable epics that the Church has ever known.
The world is obsessed with the Church.
There's so many reasons to celebrate where we are right now.
And finally, I would just say, The victims of the sexual revolution really, really need us.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
So, um, I'm going to quote these to my wife because she sometimes doesn't quite understand my attitude to pugilism politically.
Um, revel in the fight!
I, you know, this, you've just nailed my life for me, Austin Ruse.
I just, I actually get excited about fighting the good fight.
And then the other thing is even ruining their day is a victory.
Don't think about, you know, the ultimate victory, because it's already been won for us.
It's out of our hands.
It's happened.
But just revel.
The fact that you're breathing, you've got a pulse, and you have, you've been gifted the opportunity to fight for the truth, to fight for the unborn.
I knew this would be a perfect interview.
