Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. .
Greetings dear friends, and welcome to America First.
What were you doing at 1.30am this morning?
I unusually...
Yes, I was actually asleep, which is not usually the case.
Usually I'm awake in the wee hours, but for some reason I fell asleep at about 12.30 last night.
An hour later, Congress dropped a 1.7 trillion dollar page omnibus, sorry, 4,000 page omnibus bill, which gives lawmakers Time until Friday to read those 4,000 pages.
It would fund the government through September and would boost the total spending of the United States to eight $858 billion.
It's an outrage.
Somebody in the Senate has an opinion.
Let's listen to that lady's brave opinion.
Let's hear the cut of Senator Blackburn.
We want to get this spending under control and inflation under control.
What we should do is have a CR, get into next year.
We need to do three things.
We need to freeze federal spending, federal hiring, and federal employee salaries so that we can begin to cap this and work it back down.
We're going to spend over six trillion with the T.
Six trillion dollars.
We have not seen the omnibus bill.
We are hearing that it is full of earmarks and special interest projects.
That is something that I oppose.
It includes, she's right, earmarks in terms of a billion dollars for Puerto Rico's electrical grid and 45 billion dollars for economic aid for the Ukraine.
Can it be stopped?
Well, we are honored, delighted to open our show with none other than Tennessee's Senator Marsha Blackburn.
Hi there, how are you?
Well, I'm annoyed, probably as annoyed as you are.
Is this thing a done deal?
Because I like your idea, freeze government spending, freeze government hires, freeze government pay increases.
Is there a chance of any of that happening?
Well, as you know, I've been pushing this idea forward since last spring.
And not any of that is going to happen, but I'm going to continue to push this idea forward.
Because if you're going to stop the increases in spending, what you have to do is freeze the spending.
Put a halt to it.
Say, okay, no more.
That is what a continuing resolution would do for us right now.
It would put us at the levels where we are, which are too high because there's elevated levels from the COVID spending.
But then you have to get back in there and some of these things that were deemed mandatory spending during the pandemic, you have to begin to remove some of those components.
And this is a deep dive budget work.
It's where Republicans need to stand together and say, we're going to oppose continuing to pass these massive spending bills and we're going to oppose these earmarks for local governments and communities.
You know it's one thing for a for elected representatives to weigh in on interstate highways and military bases that are in those districts and areas and states and Things that have a tie to federal government.
It's a completely different thing to be passing funding that goes to special projects in local communities.
Yeah, that's absolutely outrageous.
We'll discuss a breaking story about the plans that DHS has for your state, but before we move to Tennessee, Senator Blackburn, I have to ask you, yesterday Congress forwarded multiple criminal referrals to the DOJ for the 45th President of the United States.
that if they went through and he were convicted would lead to 40 years in prison for President Trump.
Your reaction to the January 6th committee's decision yesterday to send those referrals to Biden's DOJ?
And what we know is that this committee from the start has been a political partisan committee, and they had said they were going to come up with some referrals, and they took their action yesterday.
But this is a partisan political exercise on their part.
Do you have an expectation that this DOJ will actually do that to a former president of the United States?
I would hope that the DOJ would realize that this committee that was put together was put together for political purposes.
And that they would not move forward.
You know, many times people forget that Congress cannot indict anybody, they can't try anybody, they can't convict anybody.
So this committee felt like for them, the outcome they wanted was to be able to make these referrals.
We have the news yesterday of the Supreme Court staying of the suspension of Title 42.
We'll see what the final decision is.
The White House is about to give its response to that decision from the Supreme Court.
However, we have the breaking news that ICE plans to release illegal immigrants into your state of Tennessee.
Your reaction, can anything be done about it?
We are trying to figure out exactly what is happening.
We have a letter going into ICE to try to get a to figure out exactly what they're doing.
What we hear is that this is going to be buses, 50 adult immigrants per bus coming into Tennessee.
And that is what we know at this point.
The governor, the Attorney General, Senator Hagerty and I are working on this, trying to figure out exactly what it is doing.
But you know, the thing to keep in mind is that it is not up to the people of Tennessee to clean up the mess the Biden administration has made with this open border policy.
And what they're trying to do is to keep from having these communities on the border, which have declared states of emergency, In their towns and cities and communities and then they're going to bust that problem all around the country and look to states and cities around the country and say, okay, your problem now, how about it?
And it is not our job to do that.
Lastly, I must ask you the revelations coming from Twitter.
The seventh drop was yesterday of collusion between the FBI and Palo Alto.
Three million dollars sent to Twitter to pay for them to help the FBI censor conservatives.
Will there be any ramifications for the information revealed in the next Congress, in the next Senate?
We would hope that there will be.
I mean, what we have to realize is that these are individuals that took it upon themselves to collude and to coordinate and collaborate with campaign committees, the DNC, the FBI, DOJ, different federal agencies, and private businesses.
And, you know, if it was happening with Twitter, if DOJ was having weekly meetings with Twitter, they were having weekly meetings with other entities.
And when you look at the way that Google would preference and prioritize information...
When you look at how YouTube would position different videos, when you look at Instagram, when you look at all of these platforms, Facebook, and what we know about Twitter now, you see, you begin to see a picture of what they were doing to carry out their wishes.
And to disadvantage not only President Trump, but other Republican candidates, and to preference Joe Biden and other Democratic candidates.
Yeah, there's no way you can have a free and fair election if information of that ilk is controlled by the government agencies such as the FBI.
Wishing you and your constituents and your family a very Merry Christmas.

This is America First.
Stay with us here on the Salem News Channel.
The Salem News Channel That segment... Yeah.
That was good.
Ice dumping illegals in Tennessee.
And for the professor.
Yeah, what did I write down?
I wrote something down.
The most important communist you've never heard of.
All right.
Never heard of.
Alright.
They're referencing Gramsci or Dodd?
What?
Is that reference, is that title referencing Gramsci?
Gramsci.
Oh, okay.
Gramsci.
Were you not listening to our interview?
I was listening, well, because the part, oh, sorry.
Guy, turn it down.
The, the, um, the part where he mentioned, like, yeah, Dodd obviously repented, but, like, she's still allegedly organized to get, like, communists into the clergy, which that's, you can't exactly reverse that, unfortunately.
Which is a shame, but that is an interesting story, though.
It is.
Um, is Cortez gonna be Skype?
Um, he's phone.
Why?
Uh, Geoff's got him on the line right now, I'll get a picture of him.
Uh, want the mics on or off?
Um... On.
Oh, okay.
Oh, he's not on yet, sorry.
Thought we were having... Wait, which segment is he in?
Oh, not yet, okay.
But yeah, Geoff says he is gonna be phone.
Why?
Uh, that's a good question.
Um... Geoff says he's not at a spot where he can do it.
I don't care.
All right.
Okay, we're getting him on the line right now.
Okay, mic's on.
Uh, yeah, er, oh sorry, mic's off.
Kill the mics of the video feed, Alex.
Thank you.
I just like to thank Angel Tree because they helped us, they connected with our dad.
Thank you Angel Tree for doing all that you do because you don't have to do this but you choose to do it and I really appreciate it.
Two of the children you have helped, you guys are so amazing.
We have the latest figures in that we're getting close to our deadline for the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree campaign this year.
Wow, wow, wow, wow.
You've raised over half a million dollars.
$515,000.
That's $100,000 over our target.
And in increments of, you know, $25 at a time.
$25 gets one of these children that has an imprisoned mother or father, a Christmas gift chosen by their parent with a note of love and a Christmas children's gospel.
It's one of the most beautiful things you can do this Christmas.
If you want to give back, if you're thinking of where can I donate this Christmas season, please give a gift.
$125 would be five children whose Christmas you make a little bit brighter.
They're very vulnerable and they deserve all the love we can provide them.

I didn't have time to remind you at the end of our opening segment with Senator Marsha Blackburn.
Don't forget, if you want to guarantee you never miss any of our one-on-ones, we've got an amazing third hour today with Kash Patel.
Just think of the revelations we found out about The DOJ spying on Kash Patel and Devin Nunes' staff members of the Intelligence Committee.

All right, we've been trying to get him on the show for weeks and weeks.
He's too busy palling around with that chap.
What's his name?
Bannon, that's right, on that thingamajig called War Room.
Steve Cortez, welcome back to America First.
Hey, great.
Thank you for having me.
Appreciate it.
And Merry Christmas to you and the audience.
Merry Christmas.
Follow this man right now at CortezSteve on Twitter.
So much to discuss with you politically, Steve, but let me just exploit you for your economic expertise, which is, I know, what Steve does when you're on the show with him.
I have a financial advisor because I'm very bad with money.
I'm very good at spending money.
My wife is the sensible one and I've hired a financial advisor just to make sure that Biden doesn't destroy all of us.
My financial advisor, Steve, says that things are going to get much worse before they get better under this regime.
Your reaction?
Unfortunately, I do concur, and I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, because this was a terrible year.
It was truly an honest, horrible year for investors, and it's not just because of the way stocks got slammed, which they did.
The Nasdaq right now, year-to-date, is down 31%, so deeply into a bear market.
But even more alarming, perhaps, is bonds got crushed.
The place that normally provided safety and stability to a portfolio completely backfired.
The long treasury ETF, which goes by the ticker TLT, so if you buy it, it trades like a stock, but it's effectively full of long-dated U.S. treasuries, that's down 28% year-to-date.
And that is totally unprecedented in American history.
We have never had a year, never, going back to the Great Depression, where you saw the stock market get absolutely routed.
And at the same time, bonds, which, again, normally is the flight to safety, the financial state harbor mechanism, supposed to stay stable.
stable and even rise when there's volatility in stocks, bonds get crushed too.
Why?
Because of Biden's inflation combined with an economy which is now turning over and rolling over to the ditch, unfortunately, with intensity.
So I have to agree with your advisor.
Things are not likely to get better soon.
That's just a sad reality.
Now, thank goodness we did win the U.S. House, and that is at least a lever of power to try to save America, economically speaking, from this Biden just financial catastrophe that he's inflicted a pause.
Yeah, but I don't know if it's going to happen because let's just listen to a clip from Tucker and Devin Nunes after the revelations that the DOJ was spying on Nunes and his committee This is cut three, play cut.
You can't have a democracy in which unelected bureaucrats with guns control elected officials.
That is not a democracy.
Why does no one burn this down and start again?
It's the most serious possible threat.
It's a much greater threat than any foreign government.
Why does no one ever do anything about this?
Well look, we tried, Tucker, and we made 14 criminal referrals.
I assume John Durham has that.
Now look, a lot of these referrals did involve lying and misleading Congress, obstruction of justice.
These are all things, if I'm John Durham, I know that they're trying to close him down, the Biden administration is trying to close him down, but I think Congress, my former colleague, should be pushing this information, ask Durham to look at this, because this is clearly In the realm of what John Durham's scope was to look at.
And I know he brought some cases in D.C.
against citizens.
He has yet to bring any charges against the very people who we trust with these really high-level powers that appear to, well, not appear, they did.
I mean, they turned it against the United States Congress to try to figure out, either to try to figure out what we were doing or try to get blackmail on us.
And it's very clear that members of Congress are being blackmailed.
I can say that maybe you can't, but it's true.
So Steve, forget about fixing the economy.
You have a reputation for being very outspoken on Steve's show.
We see congressmen being spied on by the DOJ, the FBI censoring conservatives on Twitter with parody accounts.
Do you have any expectation that the GOP is going to do anything about that after January?
Listen, well, they better if we're going to save our republic.
And the clock is ticking in terms of our republic, because I think we are sliding into, devolving into an oligarchy more and more, where there is an unholy marriage of extremely powerful corporate interests, particularly big tech.
Working hand-in-glove with the intelligence community of the United States for the benefit of a very small cadre of collected and credentialed crony operators to the vast detriment of most citizens in the United States, both in terms of their economic prosperity, but also, even more importantly, in terms of their political and human rights.
So, listen, your alarm is very well-placed and well-deserved because, in many ways, we do not have
a republic right now in the united states intelligence community is that far out of control and we now have proof positive what most of us you know certainly suspected and theorized previously is just how involved the intelligence community was in interfering with um and colluding to to fix the 2020 election um and these twitter relations by the way i believe
are just the tip of the iceberg because while Twitter is important, I don't think it's nearly as important as Google or Facebook in terms of total reach and total influence.
And we've not even yet had any revelations about what the IC did with those big tech firms.
And I think that one of the main things, too, that Steve Bannon and I have talked about a lot on the show is folks are focused on big tech, and that's really important, of course.
And I think these companies should be broken up and reined in.
But even more important is what the IC is doing to us.
We'll discuss that next with Steve Cortez.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
This is America First.
feed steve i'm sorry mics are still hot on the rumble feed in the break great thank you for is there anything else i should put up on the chiron is there a website or anything you want me to push no right now just my social media so I appreciate it, thank you.
Alright, we've got up your Twitter.
Should I mention anything else through social, getter?
Just my getter, please.
Yeah, I'm at Steve.
Very simple there.
At Steve?
Yes, I got it.
I love to tease Baron about that.
You bastard!
At Steve!
All right, put that in his chyron, Eric.
Getter at Steve.
All right.
What should we talk about next?
Should we talk about the ICs?
Oh, no, I got a question for you.
I got a question for you for 2024.
2024.
All right, good.
And if we have time, I'd love to talk to you on the bus, too.
OK, good.
Yeah, we talked about that with Marsha.
I'll raise the honor.
OK, if you already covered it enough, you know.
Hey, whatever you like, sir.
Your show.
All right.
How often are you in the swamp?
Very rarely, thankfully.
I was there briefly last week, but not too much.
I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee now, so you have my senator on, which I'm excited about.
She's wonderful.
Oh, you're in Tennessee?
Yes, I moved my whole life, basically, in Chicago, and moved a year and a half ago.
I just finally had enough.
Wow.
I got to get to red America.
She's the only senator I let on the show.
Good.
She's the only one who's normal.
Yeah, what's Haggerty like?
He's been great so far.
Good.
How did you choose Tennessee?
You know, the main reason for us was we wanted Red America generally, but specifically there was school, and particularly school for my youngest son.
So I just found the perfect fit Christian school that's amazing at sports.
How old is your son?
He's 16.
He's a sophomore in high school.
And he's our youngest.
He's the only one still home.
Do you ever have any interest in guest hosting radio?
Sure.
And you know, I used to have a stand-up show in Chicago, so I mean, I know my way around the dial.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Good.
If you need one, I'd certainly be willing.
All right.
Appreciate it.
Yeah, no, thank you for thinking of me.
All right.
80 seconds.
Okay.
That's too long.
Thank you.
Oh, actually, I'll tee up McCarthy.
I'll tee up 11.
Can you move camera four and never leave it in the middle of the track?
Because it just completely blocks this screen.
Thank you.
This is ...don't like ordinary people choosing, for they might not choose socialism.
Chris is using Maggie Thatcher.
It's a little bit discordant, but we'll work it out.
Don't worry, guys.
Best of the season to you.
Do you remember your history about World War II?
The Lend-Lease program, before we got involved with troops on the ground, we gave the Soviet Union a lot of weaponry and ammunition.
And then of course that helped them, you know, build up their military for the next 40 years against us during the Cold War.
Why would you fund your enemy?
I ask you because you don't have to be the United States in 1941.
It can be just an American using a cell phone today.
If you're with one of the big cell phone providers, guess what?
Every time you make a call, every time you send a text, you're funding people who hate America.
Because those corporations are woke.
There's only one Christian conservative cell phone company in America.
It's the one I use.
It's Patriot Mobile.
And you should be with them because they don't fund organizations like Planned Parenthood, like the other cell phone companies.
They actually believe in the things you believe in and they love America.

That's Sebastian Gawker, my whole name as one word, SebastianGawker.substack.com.
We are back with the man who on Getter has the name just at Steve.
That's how cool he is.
He's Steve Cortez.
Play a quick cut for you, Steve.
You're totally MAGA.
I'm totally MAGA.
This guy isn't absolutely MAGA, but he's a pretty good authority on things legal and judicial.
This is Andy McCarthy on what happened yesterday with the charges recommended against President Trump.
So the Justice Department, in order to prosecute Trump at this point for inciting or aiding and abetting the incitement of the Capitol riot, they would have to completely unwind and reverse the position that they've taken for about two years on these cases.
And the other thing about that is the committee knows that.
Uh, and yet they don't, they haven't addressed it, they don't address it.
Um, you know, in connection with Trump's speech, he took pains in the speech, uh, to say that, you know, he wanted them to march peacefully.
The fact that the committee doesn't broadcast that he said that doesn't make that go away.
So, you know, again, this is a theatrical exercise more than, you know, a real hearing process.
A theatrical exercise.
I predicted it, Steve predicted it, I'm sure you did as well.
I think they're going to go there.
I think Merrick Garland's DOJ is at least going to do the obstruction of an official proceeding.
In my opinion, that probably strengthens President Trump.
Your response?
I think it probably does as well.
But yeah, listen, I think this coward's gambit, this legal gambit, to set up another special counsel, this Jack Smith, and when you look at his background, you realize just how incredibly biased and conflicted he is.
He was set up to indict President Trump.
I think that's the reality, because Eric Garland simply didn't have the spine to do it.
but intends to do it, so he appointed somebody he knew would do that.
It's a complete sham, of course.
It is illogical.
It is totally unsound.
And I think politically speaking, you're right.
It will actually work to President Trump's benefits.
Because even people who are critics of the president, even people who do blame him at least partially for January 6th, I certainly am not one of them.
But I'm saying even for folks who do, if you're a reasonable person, if you're not just consumed with Trump hatred, right, you have to say clearly he was not involved in actually instigating crime.
And the very plain public record proves that.
And yet this is what the Democrats choose, along with a few establishment Republicans who are thankfully leading the Congress.
This is what they choose to hang their hat on.
I would submit to you also, by the way, of that panel of nine, that sham committee of the Jan 6th inquest, of that panel, the four of them are leading Congress, either because they didn't want to face their voters or because their voters punted them out in the case of Liz Cheney.
That is a good thing that they are leaving.
But of course, they're going to leave with this unfortunate valedictory of a shameful recommendation, which sadly, I think, yes, I agree with you, will probably be followed up on by this disreputable special counsel.
All right, we've got to get Steve back because I still had questions to ask him, but we've run out of time.
In the meantime, you can watch him on Steve Bannon's War Room.
You can follow him on Getter at Steve, simply at Steve and Cortez Steve on Twitter.

Charging Trump will make him more popular.
Mm.
Preferences, Jeff?
Wherever you want to go.
All right, I'm going to read a passage from the Bible, Alex, after I do PhD.
When I start it, can you start playing one of the traditional pieces of music?
Give me some examples that's not too intrusive.
All right, let's see here.
Good, perfect. perfect.
Just play that.
Just play that.
I still think my personal favorite rendition of Oh Holy Night is the one from Home Alone.
It's just so good.
You're obsessed, man.
I don't think they even put that on the soundtrack for the movie for whatever reason.
Oh, no.
What a disaster.
So PhDs.

If I can do it, anyone can.
All right, before we get to your calls, we have a tradition here at America First, because it is that time of the season.
Let's remind ourselves what that season is.
In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be enrolled.
This was the first census when Quirinius was governor of Syria.
And all went to be enrolled, each to his own city.
And Joseph went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be counted with Mary his betrothed, who was with child.
And while they were there, the time came for her to be delivered.
And Mary gave birth to her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
And in that region there were shepherds out in the field keeping watch over their flock by night.
And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with fear.
But the angel said to them, Be not afraid, for behold, I bring you glad tidings of great joy, which will come to all the people.
For to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior who is Christ the Lord.
And this will be a sign for you.
You will find a babe wrapped in squaddling clothes and lying in a manger.
And suddenly...
There was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace among men with whom he is pleased.
We'll do that once every day just to remind us of this season that, at least for some, for me, has crept up all too soon.
If you want to celebrate it by giving to others, don't forget our Angel Tree program at our website to give to children who have a parent behind bars this Christmas.
Just go to SebGawker.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
Thank you.
Let's go to Glenn, Phoenix, Arizona.
Welcome, Glenn.
Well, just a good question is, I know that you guys are real strong supporters of the police, but then we're always talking about how the police are being used by one political party.
Why is it that we should still keep supporting them?
I don't understand it.
Because we do support the police when they're not the corrupt FBI.
Is that complicated?
All right, well, we're turning into other countries.
In Canada, the police sided with Justin Trudeau.
They didn't side with the citizenry.
I don't understand what your point is.
We have 16,000 police agencies in America.
16,000.
We don't have 16,000 police agencies breaking down the doors of conservatives.
We have the FBI.
Why is that complicated, Glenn?
Are you just being pig-headed?
I just think that people like you are a little naive when it comes to the police.
No, I'm not naive because I've worked with them for decades and decades.
What have you done with the police, Glenn?
Well, I have a lot of family.
I've told you this before.
I know, but you're not going to convince me, okay?
So don't waste my time.
I don't betray all the police because one agency is corrupt.
You're really being simplistic, Glenn.
Goodbye.
Let's go to Dave, Arizona.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Happy Warrior greetings from Phoenix, Arizona.
Just got back from AmFest.
What an amazing adventure.
Wow, wow.
How big was it?
Was it crazy?
Was it fully energized?
Did you have a good time?
Sir, yes, sir.
I was honored to ask Tucker Carlson the first question in front of 10,800 people on the opening evening.
What was your question?
I need to know, Dave.
What did you ask Tucker?
Well, I said, you know, here in the belly of the beast, Maricopa County, it's hard at times to be full of gratitude.
I think that's actually the most important virtue.
But when we see the DNC who's corrupt and the GOP that's complicit, who do we have to fight for us?
Because our voices are not being represented.
The establishment class steals the voice and the votes from we, the people, sir.
And what was his response?
Oh, he went on a 10-minute thing.
He said, you know what, at this point, I don't know.
I don't know who we trust anymore.
Because as you said, you know, the DNC is corrupt, the GOP is complicit, the DOJ and almost all the other three-letter agencies seem to be crooked.
Yeah, well look, it's what our founding fathers left us.
They didn't, say, trust the establishment, so it's up to us.
If you don't like the GOP, guess what?
Take over the GOP when more than 45% of all the local positions across America in the Republican Party are empty!
Don't bitch and moan about the GOP being rhinos.
You need to volunteer.
You need to take it over.
Congratulations, Dave.
I'm going to watch the video of you asking Tucker the first question at AmFest.
I wish I could have been there this year, but after so much travel... What did you say, Jeff?
How many shows have I missed in the last few weeks with Israel and everything else?
I think it's been like six.
Oh, that's too many.
That's naughty.
All right.
Thank you, Dave.
Let's go to Riley Atlanta.
Welcome, Riley.
Hey there, Sebastian.
Uh, just wanted to say, yeah, I kind of agree with the last guy, but I also agree with you.
I think that, uh, more of the, uh, American citizens need to be stepping forward and running for office because right now the representation that we have is just awful.
And me being a younger person, a millennial, uh, It breaks my heart to see how the country is deteriorating and it's just the destruction from the people that are in power right now.
Yeah, but that's exactly my message and has been since I started this show.
Oh my gosh, it's going to be four years on January the 1st.
Don't sit back, don't just listen to talk radio.
If you're not engaged, if you're not running for public office, like the school board, Then you're part of the problem.
Being an American isn't voting every two years.
It's about your civic duty.
Take it seriously.
Thank you, Riley.

Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.
All of the members of the panel today have indicated, uh,
The fact that they were able to conduct this type of inquiry with such intense pressure and maintain the dignity of it all was incredible and I think will go down in history as one of the most important moments of congressional inquiry ever in the Republic.
That's Hakeem Jeffries talking about the January 6th committee.
I'm curious, what was the intense pressure?
Was it from the massive conservative media establishment?
Was it from all those hardcore MAGA Republicans that control Congress?
Jeff, Hakeem Jeffries, he's like the replacement for Nancy, right?
He's the new Democrat leader.
Yeah, so he's got to just outdo her now.
He's got to be further left than Pelosi.
I'm not impressed.
He doesn't look like a very smart guy.
He didn't deliver that very well.
If that's the best they got, I think we'll be fine.
Let's go to Kevin waiting patiently in Ohio, line 2.
Welcome, Kevin.
Hi, Sebastian.
How are you?
Good.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
My comment was, I just turned on the radio show a few minutes ago.
I just got in the car, and a guy called and talked about the police were disappointed.
Sometimes the police don't support us.
I know there's a difference between the What's going on in Washington, the federal agencies.
You know, you could have been a little more... No, the guy's called in many times before and I've had it.
He's wasting my time, Kevin.
I'm not here to be polite.
I don't have time for polite.
Do you have a question or a comment?
That was my comment.
Okay, goodbye.
Kathleen, line four.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Hey!
I just wanted to thank you for that beautiful reading.
I had tears, chills, and goosebumps.
All at the same time.
I did it.
I did it for you, Kathleen.
I did it for you, Kathleen.
Thank you.
I needed it.
And I appreciate what you do so much.
And especially this time of year.
I'm so grateful to be an American.
Wow.
And I don't understand the evilness of these people and why they want To hurt Americans.
They're supposed to be Americans.
We have the greatest country in the world.
But Kathleen, they don't believe that.
They don't believe that.
They think we are the worst country in the world, and that's because they hate themselves.
They have been brainwashed and indoctrinated, and they don't understand how blessed they are to live in this country.
Thank you for your kind comments.
Stay on the line.
I want to reward you with one of our MAGA, the return of MAGA t-shirts.

The Supreme Court has said no, the Biden administration cannot just unilaterally suspend it.
How long will that last?
Is it a bulwark against The open border getting even worse.
We'll discuss that and so much more on the second hour of America First with me, Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you.
Yes, sir.
Merry Christmas.
Same to you.
Are you staying up north or going to the UK?
Staying here.
It's always nice here at Christmastime.
How cold does it get?
It's not bad.
Here in Toronto, it's the same as New York.
It's sometimes dismal, but never severe.
Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, terrible.
They're like Chicago, but here it's fine.
You're in Toronto?
Yeah.
It's mild.
And what about moisture in the air?
The snow falls occasionally, but it doesn't stay.
Is it dry or wet?
Medium.
Not that terribly humid cold.
Medium.

It's that time of the week.
Perfect, perfect timing, given what's happened yesterday in Congress, to talk to.
I can't put him in a box.
There is no taxonomy that is adequate to this man.
We will ask him to wear one of his hats for the next few minutes and that is presidential historian Lord Conrad Black.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian, and thank you for your kind greeting, kind introduction.
So, you've written numerous works on the Chief Executive, on President Nixon, on Donald Trump, on FDR.
Yesterday, the House forwarded multiple criminal indictment referrals to the Department of Justice, which, if President Trump were found guilty, would lead to a You know, who was Jefferson Davis?
A man who was a presidential historian had this to say about recent events.
This is Michael Bush-Schloss on MSNBC.
Cut nine.
Play cut.
You know, who was Jefferson Davis?
He wasn't president of anything.
Confederacy wasn't a country, but he waged an insurrection for four years.
And he was put in jail for two years.
And he was finally never tried because the equivalent of the Justice Department in those days, the attorney general of the United States, wasn't sure he would get a conviction, was thought it would look too political.
So what happened when Jefferson Davis was let out?
Just like Donald Trump and just like Richard Nixon.
Although Nixon did, I think, not one-tenth of the bad things that Donald Trump did.
Nixon didn't do one-tenth of the bad things Donald Trump did, and Donald Trump is far more like Jefferson Davis.
Beschloss actually used to be a presidential historian, correct, Conrad?
Yes, and I thought his first books were very good, but he has gradually degenerated and he is now just a babbling fool.
And what he says on these matters, as the recording you just played for us, indicates and shows is simply bunk.
It's just bunk.
I mean, what on earth he imagines the parallel between Donald Trump and Jefferson Davis, who led an insurrection in which three quarters of a million people died because he insisted on the retention of slavery.
Where he draws a parallel like that, I really don't know.
But even in that one, as you know, President Lincoln and then President Andrew Johnson Neither of them had the slightest interest in trying Jefferson Davis.
They just wanted to put the war behind them and, in Mr. Lincoln's famous phrase, bind up the nation's wounds.
As for Mr. Nixon, 50 years after Watergate, there's still no probative evidence that he himself committed any offenses.
So in this, as in many other matters, I don't know what Beschloss is talking about, and neither does he.
But as for President Trump, This reporting out from the January 6th Kangaroo Committee yesterday, it was inevitable.
We knew the day it was set up, but it would do.
There was no other side to it.
It was all fanatical Trump haters.
The witnesses who appeared and supposedly spoke spontaneously had their evidence on teleprompters and just read from that.
The whole thing was an outrage on a scale that Well, it wouldn't have engaged in the same barbarity as a matter of jurisprudential conduct.
It was no better than Hitler's favorite judge raving Roland Freisler.
It was just a mockery.
And there is no evidence whatsoever, as the FBI director Christopher Wray has confirmed, connecting President Trump to any of the hooliganism or vandalism or trespass at the Capitol on January 6th of last year.
This is just bunk.
It's a disgrace.
Just a reminder of how deranged these people can become who fall to Trump derangement syndrome.
This was Beschloss just about two months ago prior to the midterm elections actually outdoing himself.
This is cut ten, play cut.
And a historian 50 years from now, if historians are allowed to write in this country, and if there are still free publishing houses and a free press, which I'm not certain of, but if that is true, a historian will say, what was at stake tonight and this week was the fact whether we will be a democracy in the future, whether our children will be arrested and conceivably killed.
We're on the edge of a brutal authoritarian system, and it could be a week away. - Local access cable channel, that's MSNBC talking about children being murdered if the Republicans win the election.
It's hard to even comment on that, but let's look at what happened yesterday, Lord Black.
We have multiple referrals for criminal indictments, including aiding and abetting an insurrection and also obstructing an official proceeding.
What is your expectation coming out of the DOJ under Merrick Garland?
My prediction is that they will try one of the lesser, lesser charges because they just, like Beschloss, seem to have lost all connection with reality.
I'll tell you, first of all, Garland will do what he's told.
The conduct of the Justice Department in important matters involving public office holders present and past has nothing to do with the laws.
Even Andy McCarthy has acknowledged it's a straight political call, and the Department of Justice is just an arm of the Dirty Tricks division of the Democratic National Committee.
Garland is simply an operative who will sign indictments if told to do so by the White House.
And looking back on it, the greatest service Mitch McConnell has performed for the United States in his long period as head of the Republicans in the U.S. Senate is not to allow Garland's nomination to the Supreme Court to come to a vote.
Yeah.
But I think what is going to happen is, because it appears, and I personally regret this, but it appears that President Trump's standing as a candidate for re-nomination is slightly being diluted and starting to fade.
If the Democrats pursue him anyway and indict him, They will commit the classic error of fighting this war by last war's standards and targets.
And the fact is, while a great many people have been whipped up by the wall-to-wall Trump-hating media to dislike the former president, at least as many people dislike the chaos inflicted on the country by the persecutors of the former president.
And if they indict Trump, I think it is going to be a disaster.
Meaning it will make President Trump stronger?
Well, in either sense, it will either make him stronger, or if he isn't the nominee, it will be a distracting sideshow that will show that the Democrats have simply gone down the rabbit hole of their obsession with Trump, even though, it will be a distracting sideshow that will show that the Democrats have simply gone down the rabbit hole of their I'm not sure if you're a If Trump isn't the candidate, it'll be a pro-Trump candidate.
It'll be a candidate espousing Trump's policies.
And the Democrats will simply be transported into obsolescence and retirement and discredit and departure from office in every respect, chasing to the end They're a demonic, pathological hatred of Trump who, whatever they do, and contrary to what Beschloss thinks, 50 years from now and long before that, will be seen as an outstanding president.
But they will not show temperance when it comes to these indictments.
Do you agree that they will at least try something in the next few months?
I think the likelihood is that they will.
I mean, I'm not the best qualified person to judge what goes on in the febrile minds of these Trump haters, and there are few people who are in less sympathy with them than I am, but I think the only circumstances in which they would finally leave it alone would be if they were satisfied that Trump was not going to be the Republican nominee.
In that case, they might just let it go, but they might just be fanatical and stupid enough To go after him anyway.
I think that is probably right.
Fanaticism, arrogance and stupidity.

Are you surprised by Elon Musk's decision so soon or airing of his potential decision to hand Twitter over to somebody already?
I am.
I am.
But on the other hand, he's a surprising guy.
You know, I mean, I assume that if he does it, it's to assuage the concerned Tesla shareholders who've seen their stock price decline by 50 percent.
And because he might think that One, if he did it, it would reduce controversy, and two, he's done as much as he needs to do to expose the horrible, disgraceful skullduggery that went on there with the FBI essentially turning Twitter, which was happy to volunteer to do it, into simply a propaganda arm of the Democratic Party.
We will discuss that next, the latest findings.
Yeah, look, while I've got you, I know the mics are live, but it does seem that the former president has slipped a bit.
Now, I think that can be a temporary phenomenon.
He can definitely come back from that.
But do you have a prediction?
I mean, you're in touch with him in a way that I'm not.
Yeah, so my issue is the following, and I had a monologue to this effect when He had that cacophony last week of the NFT images going for sale on the same day he dropped that excellent video on the First Amendment and what he would do to protect it in his second administration.
My issue is that he doesn't have a serious person around him at the level of a Chief of Staff.
He needs to have a heavy weight Right now.
I think two years is a lifetime in politics, so everything is recoverable.
But he doesn't have a Bannon, Baker level individual, which he desperately needs right now.
By Baker, you mean the distinguished James Baker?
Yes.
Not the FBI hack.
No, no.
Yeah, he is not a man of disgrace.
I mean, it's just shocking what goes on.
Incredible.
As we discussed this a little bit last week, Sebastian, what worries me is there are clearly scores of millions of Americans who don't care that the Biden family are crooked.
They don't care there are millions of people coming over the southern border.
They don't care that crime has reached a rate that many famous streets, many of the most famous streets in the world, are shooting galleries in the United States.
And, you know, they don't care about any of it.
They care about inflation of it, but that's all.
And that scares me.
They don't care about Twitter being taken over by the FBI.
They don't care about the intelligence agencies and the FBI becoming just elements of the Democratic Party.
And, you know, countries where the people don't care about their rights, they don't keep their rights, and it's very worrisome.
You know, I would rather say that who you're talking about are low-information voters.
I really don't think there are many people who don't really care.
I would think most Democrats really believe there is no problem, you know, with corruption in the Biden family.
They really have no idea.
They don't listen to anything except the New York Times or CNN, and they have no idea, Conrad.
You have to be a thoroughly non-inquiring mind.
That's true.
I've got them in my family.
Stand by.
You're listening

We are back with Lord Conrad Black.
Lord Black, so many things are being divulged out of Twitter headquarters in just the last couple of weeks.
However, yesterday we have this blockbuster revelation.
Five years ago, Google was subpoenaed surreptitiously by the FBI to hand over, and I'm reading directly, From an article at justthenews.com.
This is the exclusive from John Solomon.
Subpoenas demanded a broad swath of records from Google, including all customer and subscriber account information, addresses, mailing addresses, local and long distance telephone connection records, and even means and sources of payment for such service, such and even means and sources of payment for such service, such as credit card or bank account Who were the people they subpoenaed?
Staff members.
Serving staff members of the House Intelligence Committee.
Working for Devin Nunes, including Cash Patel, who will be with us in the third hour.
Yeah.
Am I disconnected from reality, or would all other things being equal in a normal country, just that one disclosure alone, be cause for a massive, enduring scandal?
You are not out of touch at all.
It is crowding the flagpole with red flags of warning.
I mean, it's like a day at the beach when the sharks are only 10 feet from the shore and all the flags go up.
I mean, it's a maximum danger signal that the rights of people on a scale that means the rights of all are being challenged.
And the entire institutional structure of the country is endangered.
I mean, it is an absolute outrage.
It's conceivable that such a step could be justified in the midst of a war or something like that.
But for the times in which that occurred, and for the purposes for which such a step was taken, that is an absolute assault upon any sense of security one could justifiably have in the integrity of the electoral system.
And for those who missed one of the buried leads in the story, this information wasn't released willingly or even by court order.
Google, shockingly, has an internal protocol whereby they inform their customers five years after a subpoena has been surreptitiously obtained by the government and just tells them, oh, by the way, five years ago, we gave your information to the FBI and the DOJ.
Doesn't this make a mockery of checks and balances and division of power in the American system?
A complete mockery.
And such a practice is simply an insult.
I mean, notice five years later.
is absolutely absurd.
There's no precedent to be found for that in any respectable system of protection of people's rights of privacy.
I mean, as you know, telephone intercepts are acceptable under certain circumstances, but you have to give notice of it on a timely basis.
You can't sit around for five years.
And then when it comes to Twitter, the latest revelation that the FBI actually paid Twitter more than $3 million for email – You're doing their dirty work to censor conservatives.
Again, that by itself should be a national scandal, should it not?
It should and it is.
And I have been one of those who up to now has accepted the view that Jack Dorsey probably couldn't be charged with lying to Congress, although he was under oath, on this issue, because you might not know for certain what the right answer to the question is about.
Are you censoring?
Those questions were put to him.
But this, I think, we're getting into an area here where he could not possibly have been unaware of it, and to have answered as he did seems to me like a straight case of laying under oath.
Now, look, I have no particular bone to pick with Jack Dorsey, but again, it's a pretty shocking business when someone goes to the Congress, takes the oath, And says certain things that are then proved to be completely false.
Is there any way to posit reasonably that a nation has free and fair elections when the leading information platforms are being covertly censored by law enforcement?
I wouldn't put it quite as strongly as your question implied, but I think it is a clearly A grave impairment of the credibility of the process.
It's an absolutely outrageous intervention by an agency of government sworn to impartiality, in a way bound to be prejudicial to the results.
It's something that The entire population should be pitchfork in hand about it.
I don't mean up in arms, because I'm not, you know, I'm not calling.
I mean, nowadays you have to be, you know, accused of calling for insurrection if you suggest picking up a letter opener.
But, I mean, the way the Justice Department is conducting itself.
But no, I mean, the answer to your question is that this obviously is an assault upon the integrity of the electoral system.
I'm mystified and very disconcerted that that isn't apparently the view of everybody in the country above the age of six with an IQ in at least double figures.
We only have a few seconds left.
Do you have any confidence that the GOP will do something about this after January?
Yeah, I think they will try to.
I think they will try to, and I think they'll do their best.
But all indications are that they'll be stonewalled by most of the media, and the Democrats, the leadership in the Senate and others, and the administration will simply pour cold water on it and say it's just a smear job and an overreaction.
And the Trump Republicans merely trying to cover their tracks, given that their leader is clearly so far unconvicted, but only temporarily.
Unconvicted criminal.
And, you know, I haven't seen anything yet that gives me any optimism that the great silent majority of decent, sensible, law-abiding Americans are getting anywhere near as concerned and outraged at all of this as they should be.
Well, that is why our conversations will have to continue into the new year.
I am wishing you a very, very Merry Christmas.
We've been talking to our regular guest, one of your favorites, Lord Conrad Black.
Follow him at ConradMBlack on Twitter and ConradMBlack.com.
Author of Donald J. Trump, a president like no other, this is America First.
Stay on this channel.
Thank you, Conrad.
That was superb.
Thank you.
Look, are you more optimistic than I am?
With regards to the GOP?
Yeah.
No.
No, they're a bunch of oxygen thieves.
I'm sorry, they're a bunch of what?
Oxygen thieves.
As bad as that?
No, I look at the treatment of the January 6th inmates, and I just say, yes, some of them broke the law, but the idea that they're held without arraignment for two years in solitary, and only six members of Congress even go and visit in the prison, it just tells you, as a guest of ours said yesterday, they have spines made of balsa wood, Conrad.
Yeah, that's a very good way of putting it.
Look, Jim Jordan will be head of Judiciary.
Yeah, he'll bring some action to Judiciary.
But, you know, Kevin McCarthy is not a bad man, he's just a weak man.
He's a weak man.
Is he even going to get to the Speaker's chair?
Oh, he will.
He will, yeah.
They don't have the votes to defeat him.
Well, I think they'd rather have him than Pelosi, and that's your choice right now.
Indeed it is.
All right.
God bless.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas, Conrad.
We're off next week, right?
We are off.
Yes, I'm off.
I'm traveling.
So I'll talk in the new year.
Splendid.
All right.
All the best.
Same to you.
Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.
Constitution, America first.
It's a fun time of the year, not just with the reunion of family and the celebration of our salvation, but also, you know, you've got to watch some fun movies.
Last night it was the Santa Claus for my family.
Our daughter chose it.
She loved the Santa Claus.
What else are we going to have to watch?
We're going to have to watch It's a Wonderful Life.
We've already discussed Die Hard, that quintessential Christmas movie.
One thing I can recommend for you that is new and exclusively with us at salemnow.com, it's a true story about what they did to us under COVID and what a brave pastor, singer-songwriter Sean Foyt did when California tried to shut down the churches and even banned parishioners from singing.
During Sunday worship, they started the Let Us Worship movement.
The movie about their proud resistance is called Super Spreader because that's what they were accused of doing.
See this heartwarming film and get inspired for when they try to do it again.
That's SalemNow.com for all the great movies like 2000 Mules, And the latest is Superspreader.
That's the film Superspreader at our website salemnow.com.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Salem Now and Superspreader.
All right, so Target of Opportunity had a lovely dinner with our good friend the Galactic Grand Master Andrew Claven this weekend and I met somebody who I instantly thought Yeah, I like the cut of this woman's jib.
She knows of what she speaks.
She's from that hardship posted as the postgraduate naval school in Monterey Bay.
We have with us Dr. Professor Brenda Schaefer.
Welcome.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Is it hard to work in Monterey?
Is that a hard job?
One of the most beautiful places in the in the United States.
And precisely because this is a beautiful country, we need to preserve this country.
And what we're currently doing with renewable energy, we're telling our kids and that this is the green future.
But actually, with the incredible landmass that most of today's current renewable energy uses, We're discovering that renewable isn't green.
It's not the same.
Right, so this is exactly why I want you on the show, because you're truth teller when it comes to energy.
The war on fossil fuels, which isn't my opinion.
Let's listen to the man who sadly has the position of chief executive during the debate on CNN.
This is what Joe Biden had to say about the heart blood of America.
Thank you, Mr. Vice President.
Just to clarify, would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?
No.
We would work it out.
We would make sure it's eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those.
Any fossil fuel.
Let's start with the basics.
So nobody wants to pollute the environment, but can you switch off, like a light switch, Western civilization's use of fossil fuels?
What happens then?
Right.
So I think something that unites Republicans and Democrats is actually opposition to pollution.
Everyone wants clean air, clean water, clean land.
We want open spaces.
What's open spaces?
That's nature, right?
Actually, fossil fuels, for instance, natural gas, does a great job at providing electricity and producing very little pollution.
The U.S.
is the largest producer in the world of natural gas.
This was just growing and growing.
And suddenly, now there's this complete sort of war on natural gas.
I get it why there's a war on coal.
Again, I think we all agree that air pollution is a bad thing.
But natural gas is such a liberation for many countries where they can have abundant, cheap and truly clean energy.
And what about nuclear?
Right, so I think something that tells you, I mean nuclear, the problem with nuclear is actually the price.
People think it's proliferation, but actually as it got safer it got more expensive.
So I think we're still going to confront that, especially in the developing world.
That's to put it in place.
But once it's in place, in terms of comparing it to energy generation from windmills, it's very, very reliable by comparison, is it not?
Right.
I mean, clearly, if you really were concerned about carbon emissions, you would embrace nuclear.
It's hard to imagine why you wouldn't.
And the reality is we hear these phrases all the time.
The energy transition, we're in an energy transition, still 75% of U.S.
energy is fossil fuels, 84% globally is fossil fuels.
This is the reality.
And today's renewables, the biggest source of renewable is hydropower.
Have you ever seen a hydropower plant?
Have you ever been in a park somewhere?
Huge concrete structure that, you know, just disrupts all the birds, fish.
It's far from green.
And the other sources, wind and solar, also huge land consumption.
And altogether, still this generation of renewable energy will never deliver the goods.
They're dependent also on a stable basis of either nuclear, coal or natural gas.
So today's renewables really don't replace fossil fuels.
They maybe go hand in hand with fossil fuels.
It's an addendum.
It's an addition.
It's not something that can replace.
We're going to continue the discussion on the reality.
of what truly is green when it comes to energy with our special in-studio guest, Professor Brenda Schaefer of the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Diabolical.
That's another movie we have to watch, The Grinch.
Perfect timing, by the way, thanks to the team at Midas Gold Group.
They sent us an early Christmas gift, very Grinch-ian.
It's a box labeled Jabby the Elf, and inside it... Can you guess who Jabby the Elf is?
Oh yeah, you got it!
It is that little fascist Fauci.
I don't know if it's made in China, but the head's made out of China.
And that is Jabby the Elf with a letter from Midas Gold from James, Kenneth and Gabor with the explanation of why they sent this to us.
And my certificate!
of achievement awarded to the unvaccinated for surviving the greatest psychological fear campaign in human history.
Thank you guys for that very thoughtful present.
I'm not sure Jabby the Elf Fauci is going to go on our Christmas tree though, but we appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Also, you guys have given me the answer.
Our latest poll At SebGorker.com we have the results.
What should the GOP investigate first in January?
We gave you the options.
The Hunter Biden and Hunter criminal cartel or Big Tech or COVID-19 and Fauci the elf.
64% of you said they need to investigate Hunter Biden.
23% Big Tech.
Only 13 of you wanted them to investigate COVID.
Our new poll is up.
Tell us what you think.
If you go to SebGawker.com, one very simple question.
Will Biden's DOJ actually charge President Trump with insurrection?
Yes or no?
Will the DOJ charge President Trump, yes or no?
Go to sebgorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com.
We are back with our in-studio guest, Professor Dr. Brenda Schaffer.
She is the author.
She's into geopolitics, not just energy.
The author of the book Iran is More Than Persia.
You can follow her on Twitter at Prof B Schaffer.
That's S-H-A-F-F-E-R.
Prof B Schaffer.
Can I ask you just an obvious question?
When we talk about the environment, it's one thing to try and change our behaviours.
As a nation, but when there are countries like Russia, India and China that pollute magnitudes more than we do, and we give them money for some kind of compensatory guilt complex thing, and they still continue to pollute.
Where's the geopolitical logic on any of that?
I can't see it, Professor.
Right.
So first thing, you know, and I recently released National Security Strategy, there's no section on energy security.
And in the handful of places that energy appears, it usually appears in the combination of clean energy, renewable energy, but really only barely some mentions, even as we said before, with, you know, over 75% of our energy being fossil fuels.
So we use it, but we don't have a strategy about it.
And in terms of geopolitical implications of our policies, most of them really benefit China on so many levels.
So one, as you said, the climate policies, the war on fossil fuels, China isn't a part of it.
Even by their open agreements, they can continue to increase their emissions.
They're building coal-fired plants.
Recently agreed in a recent climate meeting to actually pay China in a compensation fund, even though they're a very rich country.
So U.S. funds will be going to compensate them for the past growth of the U.S. and of Europe.
Moving from a system, a fossil fuel-based system, where America is king or queen, and we are leading producers of almost every fossil fuel, to a system based on electricity where China is the king.
And, of course, all the relevant minerals and minerals.
And even in the issue of finance, the United States and Europe have decided, and all public international institutions, not to give any finance for fossil fuels.
So if you're in Tanzania and you want to develop your offshore natural gas, you can't ask the World Bank, you can't ask the United States, of course you're going to ask China and with all the strings that are attached.
So it's a huge geopolitical problem that we're creating of our own.
And not only does it create problems for us, if you have this doctrinaire attitude to fossil fuels and to petroleum products, and you say that applies to everybody, don't you condemn developing nations such as those in Africa?
If you say, oh, plastics are evil, well, then most of the water jugs, for example, that are used in rural Africa to actually provide hydration for rural populations suddenly become evil.
So isn't it the opposite of environmental justice?
Yeah, I mean, I think on so many levels that one on the issue of, you know, not really allowing people to to rise up out of poverty because without plastics, without fossil fuels, it's very hard to have that advancement.
But again, even the nature, I'm a big fan of Tanzania.
I visit there frequently.
And you see, you know, that when the highest concentration of primates in the world and migrating animals and then suddenly stopped by a huge industrial solar farm, you know, solar farms Don't look like this little red roof with a couple little mirrors on top.
An industrial solar farm can really disrupt animal patterns, migrating tribes.
Where a nice elegant offshore gas pipeline would have a much lower environmental impact.
So we really need to start rethinking.
Renewable is one thing, green is another.
They're not the same thing.
Now, when we were in the Trump administration, we managed to create energy independence and actually export energy more than we needed.
That changed January the 20th at 1pm when Biden came into the White House and destroyed it all, including the XL Keystone Pipeline.
Is there anybody you're impressed with when you look around the world?
I just got back from Israel.
I saw the natural gas That's a great question.
with an installation there offshore.
What countries kind of get it when it comes to geopolitics and energy?
Who's doing it right, Professor? - That's a great question.
I think Turkey and Israel are good examples if you compare countries that are in the periphery of Europe where they understood that energy, you still need energy security policies and can't just let, and you have to treat energy security like national security, not just let the market bring it in and bring it out.
So I think Turkey and Israel are well-supplied, diversified systems and I think that's good.
Over the years, relatively, Switzerland's had better energy policies than most of its pure EU neighbors.
But I think what's really interesting, what's happening in Europe right now, that in response to the energy crisis, which it created itself, is actually re-nationalizing its utilities, its energy systems.
I mean, that just was thrown away so fast and it won't solve the problems.
We saw some very interesting events occur in the UK recently.
The total reversal when it came to fracking is a sharp wake-up call connected to the war in Ukraine.
Far too brief a discussion.
We'll have to have the good professor back to discuss Iran.
Given its geopolitical significance, the book is Iran More Than Persia.
And you can follow her on Twitter at Prof. B. Schaffer.

you you you you you you you you you you you you you New reporting tonight from John Solomon at the website JustTheNews reveals that DOJ began spying on the U.S.
Congress in 2017.
Specifically, DOJ sought grand jury subpoenas for the personal emails of at least two staffers on the House Intel Committee, including Kash Patel.
Now, this is right around the time the House Intel Committee was probing the Russia collusion hoax.
Now, Devin Nunes, you would think, would be beyond Congressman, thank you so much for coming on.
Great to be with you.
I should say, it looks like you were spied upon as well.
the guy overseeing the intel agencies but it looks like he wasn't we now know devin nunez joins us tonight congressman thank you so much uh for coming on so it i i should say it looks like you were spied upon as well um what do you make of this now that we know it for sure Well, look, at this point, at this point, Tucker, it appears to be that it's not just a couple staff.
It looks like it probably is more.
We only have a couple subpoenas at this point, so we're, this is probably just the tip of the iceberg.
And what this is, is by, remember, they targeted my lawyers.
So, and if you go back to the time frame, what was happening?
We were in a brawl with the Department of Justice and the FBI because we caught them spying on the Trump campaign and other Republican operatives in 2016 that continued on to 2017.
At this time, we had confronted high-level folks at the highest level of the Department of Justice and the FBI Saying that look, we think you guys might have a problem here too.
Maybe you should recuse yourself.
Maybe you shouldn't be involved.
You would have thought they would have got to the bottom of it.
But instead what they did is they did this cute little way of reverse targeting me.
By going after my staff to figure out how did we know this information?
What were we going to do with this information?
And this was all just months before we made this all public that the FBI used the Clinton and DNC dirt to spy on Trump and the Trump campaign.
Absolutely incredible.
Chairman of the Congressional House Intelligence Committee.
His staffers spied on.
His attorneys spied on.
I think that explains to me what I heard today from Randy, who's in charge of all our America First gear.
Still, you know what the number one best-selling item is?
It's the Gestapo mug.
Yeah, the one that I was told was just too strong, too on the edge, is still the number one seller.
The third hottest selling item is the FBI t-shirt.
Yeah, the one that we designed jointly with Chris Plant, the FBI Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
So it resonates with you guys.
But you know what's really surprising?
Second hottest selling item, still year to date, is the LGBTQ t-shirt.
Yes, because we're so LGBTQ here, let's get Biden to quit.
If any of those resonate with you, go to SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.

Now, what time did you say?
say oh wow welcome dear friends to a very special edition of america first one-on-one This is where the rubber meets the road.
Why?
Because you know why we exist.
We exist because America First.
Because politics changed irreversibly back in 2015 when you, the American people, chose a man who'd never run for public office before and chose him to be the president of the United States, something that had never been done before.
From Washington to Obama, every single chief executive was a congressman, former governor, senator, or retired general.
We did something a little different back then, and it's changed America forever.
Does he have a chance to come back?
If he does, what is he going to do?
What is the advice of those who are in the trenches for him?
You know me, I served in the White House as strategist to President Trump, but we have somebody who, my gosh, I don't think he slept at night after he left Devin Nunes' office in the House Intelligence Committee as chief investigator of the Russia hoax.
He ended up in the Trump administration finally as Deputy Director of National Intelligence, as Chief of Staff for the Department of Defense, a former DOJ counterterrorism prosecutor, and he's been lighting it up in the last few days.
Kash Patel, welcome back to America First!
Hey, Seb, it's so good to be with you.
You know, I thought I would take a nap after the Trump administration ended, but you haven't either, so I got to keep up.
Well, look, the enemy doesn't sleep cash, so how the hell can we?
That's true.
That's true.
America first is too important.
America first is far too important.
All right.
So you were on my show a few days ago.
You've been on Bannon's show with Irregularity, really kind of bringing the A-game of what it's going to take, the severity of the threat to the Republic.
I want to get into the the nitty of gritty of that so the three million people listening understand the stakes involved and then I want to do a little bit of back and forth a little bit of blue sky brainstorming on on what has to happen in a second Trump administration but first first because you were right there at Alex Wan at the Director of National Intelligence
You know the truth behind Big Tech and the IC, the intelligence community, so I want to play two clips because the question now is the issue of collusion, not between the DNC and Democrats and Big Tech and censoring Americans, but between the state, between elements of the intelligence community and the White House.
The first clip is from the current Press secretary for President Biden talking about the interaction between James Baker, Twitter and the White House.
Play cut.
Twitter, Elon Musk this week fired the former FBI General Counsel Jim Baker, who's serving as a top Twitter lawyer.
Musk alleges that he may have been involved with countermanding his attempts at transparency.
And I was wondering if anyone in the Biden administration was in touch with Baker, either regarding moderation decisions that critics call political censorship or regarding his transparency efforts recently.
So it's up to private companies to make these types of decisions.
We were not involved.
I can say that.
We were not involved.
So that's one statement.
They had nothing to do.
They didn't interact with James Baker, who was Deputy Chief Counsel for Twitter.
But peculiarly, that woman's predecessor, Jen Psaki, who, thanks to Courant Jean-Pierre, is only the second worst press secretary in White House history, she had a slightly different answer.
Let's play that cut.
Well, first, we are in regular touch with these social media platforms, and those engagements typically happen through members of our senior staff, but also members of our COVID-19 team.
I'm a little confused.
Help me out here.
We've got the Twitter files dumps now.
We've seen Yoel Roth, the former Chief of Safety, say weekly, weekly meetings with the FBI, with DHS, with the Director of National Intelligence.
So what is it that people should understand about that collaboration when it is okay, when you're talking about terrorist threats and so forth, and when it crosses the line?
You were there.
Tell us, Cash.
No, you're absolutely right.
Look, those companies can and do play a valuable role in law enforcement matters and national security matters when they team up to do things like execute the America First mission, when they leave politics out of it entirely.
That's what we did in the Trump administration.
You did it on a daily basis, whether it was manhunting terrorists, rescuing hostages, ending the wars, or kicking the drug cartels back to where they came from.
And what the problem is, we unfolded this in Russiagate, and it's still continuing today, the same operation.
The government, the administrative state, as our friend Steve Bannon calls it, continues to collaborate and conspire with big tech, like Devin Nunes and I called four or five years ago, for political interest.
And that's the crossing of the Rubicon that can never happen.
Because what you do then is you turn our free speech constitutional rights into a government operation that's run by political government gangsters.
And listen, you outlined it brilliantly just now in your opening as to the evidence for it, but let's say none of that existed.
Let's say we didn't have the press secretary's comments contradicting each other.
Let's say we didn't have Yoel Roth, the guy that likes children at an obsessively criminal level.
How about the FBI themselves?
Agent Chan, a supervisory agent at the FBI, testified under oath two weeks ago.
In a in an investigation being run by the Missouri Attorney General, where Agent Chan said himself, we met all the time with the folks at social media, Twitter, Facebook, Google, the FBI has admitted it in a in a in a court filing under oath.
And my ask has been since these Twitter files stuff has started, because I know how these guys conspire, they did it in Russiagate is that why isn't Elon Musk putting out the FBI files, the FBI agreements.
We'll get to that.
That's going to be my next question.
You are a former prosecutor, so you are the perfect person to answer this question.
What kind of legal ramifications are there for the kinds of things we've already learned in terms of terms of service, contractual requirements, end runs around the First Amendment by the executive?
I know we want to see more and we'll get to that in a second, but are we starting to finally get a chink inside, a view inside Pandora's box legally?
What are the ramifications for what we've already seen?
Yeah, I think you're going to see a ton of civil suits being brought by private citizens based on the violation of the contractual agreements that Twitter supposedly applied to its users, but they broke their own agreements, as has been evidenced by the recent dump on the Twitter files, everything related to Trump and everything related to the FBI and the censorship.
That's from a civilian side.
Now, from a government side, we don't have a DOJ, Seb, that's going to prosecute people based on just the facts in the law anymore.
That system is totally gone.
There's a two-tier system of justice.
What I do hope to see, though, is Congress and specifically the House with the Republican Majority Act And issue subpoenas on a daily basis for documents and for sworn witness testimony from everyone at Twitter that was involved.
Roth, Vijay, Gadjack, Dorsey and all the rest.
Facebook, Google, YouTube, whatever.
And put them on blast before the American people without a time limit and do the same for their collaborators, their conspirators.
And what is it if it's a hearing it's one thing on Capitol Hill and that would require the GOP to grow spine but when it comes to civil or criminal suits what is it these people could be a charge with having done?
So criminally, if this DOJ wanted to, they could basically hit him up with a conspiracy to commit fraud and or wire fraud and or bank fraud.
Because while those terminologies don't necessarily have to do with actual banking, If you use the banking system or the postal system or the communication system of this country to conspire to commit an act that is illegal, which is lie to the American public and are in bed with the United States government, that's a crime of epic proportions, then you can be charged with that style of conspiracy, almost like a mob style RICO case, right?
Right.
If you do something illegal and it's inside the communication sphere of public America, then you've committed those crimes or you can be charged with those crimes.
Right, exactly.
And they should be looking at that.
But this, D.O.J., you know that seminar.

We hit our initial targets for our Angel Tree Prison Fellowship campaign.
And after we hit that target, I was sent the video of the audio cut that we've been using so long.
This is Quinton and Alana, two of the children that you have helped.
Let's play this amazing video.
I would just like to thank Angel Tree because they helped us, they connected with our dad.
Thank you Angel Tree for doing all that you do because you don't have to do this but you choose to do it and I really appreciate it.
You don't have to do it, but you chose to do it, to get them a Christmas gift on behalf of their incarcerated father.
It costs just $25.
You've raised more than $300,000.
Let's knock it out of the park.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Alright Cash, I got into a little bit of hot water.
I wish you had been standing next to me when I did it because I said on a tweet that was picked up by the Daily Mail of all places that the first Twitter file drop was, I said, Big Whoop!
You know, where's the beef, guys?
The DNC is colluding with Palo Alto and Twitter.
98% of Twitter votes for the DNC.
This isn't news.
This isn't some big denouement.
We knew this.
Now, since then, we've had some more things.
You know, the internal screenshots of the Blacklist search on search engines for Charlie Kirk.
I mean, some interesting things.
None of them The real pay dirt.
And when you came on my show a couple of days ago, I don't know, you were on fire.
And you pointed to this key issue.
This is what we've seen already.
It's nice, but it's peanuts, isn't it?
Yeah, it's great window dressing.
Like, we knew you were censoring Donald Trump.
Everyone knew that.
Wow, jackpot, pay dirt.
You know, it's almost that Elon Musk, if he doesn't do it, he still has a chance to, is running his own sort of disinformation operation.
He's getting out just enough out there to sort of somehow gain business credibility or whatever he's trying to do.
But it's not actual free speech that he's achieving right now, because that can only come when you release the information that shows the government conspired with Twitter.
We know it happened.
We know the proof is there.
Are you telling me the FBI doesn't have any contractual relationships with Twitter and Facebook?
No way!
So we're waiting for that email that is the smoking gun, the illegal relationship where they're saying, you know, we can't do this constitutionally, we can't monitor without a FISA warrant, but we want you to do this, this, and this.
You know, the DMs.
DMs, for example, direct messaging, is one of the most valuable things that the intelligence community, if you're politically inclined, would want to see.
So, your supposition is, these things exist and he's not giving them to us.
No, exactly.
And we know they exist because, Seb, you know this, the FBI has admitted to going to meet with Twitter weekly.
No FBI meeting ever occurs without a 302, an investigative report written up.
Ever.
That is 101 diog stuff out of the FBI.
So if we can't get it from Twitter, we should be getting it from the FBI by subpoenas from Congress come January 1st.
And that will expose Elon Musk Fake attempt at true free speech and censorship-free platforms.
Because for whatever reason, he has the goods.
He's got the receipts, as Bannon says, and he's not showing them to us.
And he hasn't given us a good reason why.
And the journalists that he's giving this stuff to piecemeal, who then select what to release, maybe they have it, maybe they don't.
But there's no good reason to withhold that information from the American public.
If he's really wanting to fix and support the Constitution, Then the people we need to hold accountable the most in the court of public opinion is the FBI and DOJ, who we know have a track record for conspiring based on political objectives that they want to reach.
And the characters are there.
James Baker was there front and center.
Jay Agathe, Roth, all these guys, Agent Chan, FBI headquarters, they were in bed with Twitter.
And they helped him censor the Hunter Biden laptop.
We know that.
It's the ultimate election rigging scandal.
Why he's not showing us the receipts is just very disappointing.
I want you to explain in a moment just the significance of this individual, James Baker.
I don't like doing this in general because nobody is kept to their prognostications.
Nobody says six months later, hey, you predicted this and it didn't happen.
But given your incredible portfolio in the past, I'm going to ask you to just theorize.
Just theorize for a second.
Why is he doing it the way he's doing?
One suggestion for me is he's bought this organization that he said is a crime scene, not a company.
And he knows that if he really releases everything, it's going to be a complete firestorm.
You know, the future of Twitter may be in doubt.
He just wants to placate.
He just wants to, you know, give a few morsels out there and move on.
That's one theory.
What does Kash Patel think could be the ulterior motive for what he's doing?
Well, first of all, he's a businessman, so he wants to make money.
He's the world's richest man, and you don't want to become the world's second richest man once you've achieved that platform.
To do it, if you buy the world's largest social media company, you have a chance at exponentially increasing your value.
So that's always going to be at the forefront of his mind, being a businessman.
But what I think is happening is partly what you said, and partly a combination of the following.
And we're going to find out.
It's going to come to light.
That Elon Musk has been poorly advised.
And I personally know that because while I'm not on Twitter, I've had people directly communicate with Elon on two facets, two factoids for you guys, right?
One, James Baker.
Yeah.
I said, how can you have this guy, and we'll get into his details, work for you, calling balls and strikes, when he's the biggest government gangster who authored the Russiagate conspiracy, which you, Elon Musk, have called the biggest crime in modern history.
That's your umpire.
Right.
And then he's like, oh, I didn't know he was there.
He's fired.
Two.
Here's another point.
Elon Musk, how is it that Perkins Coie, the law firm for the DNC that paid millions of dollars for the Russiagate hoax and the Steele dossier, how is it that Twitter has these people on your payroll as lawyers?
And he said, no, we're not.
And then what did I do on my show, Cash's Corner?
I showed him the receipt with a federal pleading that said Perkins Coie is Twitter's lawyers in these cases.
And he has yet to publicly announce their firing.
So he's definitely misinformed.
Why he has people around him not telling him the truth is a question that leads me to believe that that's part of it.
But the other part of it is what you said.
He didn't buy a $44 billion company to light $44 billion on fire.
He needs to have it maintained.
And now we just see the EU is threatening to shut down Twitter.
Literally.
So this guy's got to make some other moves.
I'm not here to make excuses for him, but it is useful to listen to the Twitter spaces I was on with him for two and a half hours, because it was free-floating.
Anybody got to ask a question.
It was kind of random.
If you listen to it, and you can find it on my Twitter feed the whole two hours, You're listening to a guy who's just discovered politics, who may be a businessman and a genius, but he's very, very naive in certain instances.
Some other things he may be covering up intentionally, but in other things, I think incredibly, incredibly naive.
That does not apply to our guest.

Alright, there's so many names, there's so many figures.
We know there's at least a dozen FBI, CIA, you know, guys floating around Twitter to this day.
Why is James Baker So important.
A guy who's been floating around DOJ and FBI since the 1990s.
Can you talk to us about what he did before he came to Twitter to be their Deputy Chief Counsel and also a particular meeting he had with somebody called Michael Sussman Cash?
Yeah, look, you only need to listen to the next two minutes to know who James Baker is and why he's so corrupt.
James Baker and me, I was a former federal prosecutor at DOJ.
James Baker was renowned as the FISA guru.
Remember that fancy search warrant that the FBI conspired with the DNC to lie to a federal judge and unlawfully surveil a presidential candidate?
Yeah, that one, the one I used to manhunt terrorists.
James Baker was the number one lawyer.
For Comey at the FBI.
James Baker is the architect of Russiagate.
James Baker was the lawyer at the FBI who leaked information to the media during Russiagate while he was the FBI's number one lawyer running the Russiagate hoax.
And James Baker is the same FBI General Counsel who received from Michael Sussman Track two of the Russiagate hoax, the Alfa Bank falsehood that Michael Sussman from Perkins Coie, yes, the law firm that still represents Twitter, walked into James Baker's office with made-up intelligence, gave it to the FBI, and it caused the FBI to go out and find a contract relationship to wiretap the White House.
During the presidency.
This all happened on James Baker's legal watch and more importantly his authorization.
Now this guy was over at Twitter for the last two and a half years as the number two lawyer.
You think that guy wasn't talking to the FBI and Perkins Coie?
This is the first question I ask.
Does anybody who's over the age of 18 and have a triple digit IQ think that James Baker was censoring the Twitter files documents without Musk's knowledge and not telling the FBI or not under orders from the Biden White House.
And this is the same person.
We've got the text from Sussman from Hillary's lawyer saying, Hey, James, can I come to the DOJ tomorrow with some information about President Trump?
I don't represent anybody.
No, no, no.
Hillary's not paid me anything.
That text alone should have put him in prison.
Of course, he was cleared in a swamp court.
Naive question.
How does somebody with that track record for corruption just kind of saunter in to one of the most cushy jobs in big tech?
This is what happens, Seb.
You know this.
If you want a promotion in government, screw up.
If you want a huge promotion, screw up big time.
And then if you're a part of the radical left-wing mafia, If you screw up big time, they will provide you with a golden parachute of epic proportions.
James Baker, front and center, gets one of the highest paying jobs at Twitter, the largest media company in the world, because he was in on it from the beginning and he said, how do I?
And here's where these government gangsters are most corrupt.
When they get caught, McCabe, Comey and company get fired.
They go out into the real world, get paid $10 million to keep doing the same criminal conspiracy acts against the American people.
James Baker's Front and Center, Michael Sussman, another great example.
But you've said it all the time, and I've said it all the time, all roads lead to Russiagate.
If your audience doesn't understand it, go get the books now.
Go watch the movie.

That number again, 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
All right, here's the big question of the day for you, my friend.
I'm going to list a few names for you, and maybe you can work out what the commonality is.
Stephen K. Bannon, Kash Patel, Andy Sarabian, Devin Nunes, Amanda Milius, John McAtee, Joe DiGenova, Victoria Tansing, Rudy Giuliani, Bernie Kerik, Tom Holman, Ken Cuccinelli, Mark Morgan, Carrie Lake, Newt Gingrich, Mike Flynn, Scott Pressler, Peter Thiel, Ben Carson, Robert Ambassador, Robert Lighthizer, and Corey Lewandowski.
This is a working list that we've just made up here at America First in the last few days of people who should be in a second Trump administration.
My biggest concern is personnel, personnel, personnel.
My logic for supporting President Trump is he's the only non-politician out there Who couldn't run for a second term, which means he's not going to be distracted by the needs to be reelected.
He can come in with a nuclear flamethrower and drain the swamp.
That's why I support him.
But one man is not enough.
What is your response to our chances of getting good people to actually man a second Trump administration, Cash?
I think you know this best, and that's a fantastic list of America First warriors.
Personnel is going to dictate and does dictate government, and that's the thing the Trump administration in the first go-round got wrong, and they know that now.
And we know, more importantly, Seb, that we have the bench for it.
These people exist.
You just listed a ton of them.
And there are others out there that want to go back in and do exactly what you said, drain the swamp, serve the American people, and remove this political, toxic environment.
That's immodest.
That would be immodest.
I grew up in England, okay?
allowed government gangsters to take over.
So I know this bench exists.
You've worked with him.
I've worked with him.
But Seb, you did it again.
You left one name off.
Seb Gorka is not on that list.
Like, well, I'm not signing on to any list that doesn't have that guy's name on it.
That's immodest.
That would be immodest.
I grew up in England, OK?
We don't blow our own trumpets in England.
Well, I'm putting it on there for you.
All right.
So you look at what happened last week with the NFT being dropped on the same day as an actual policy announcement from the president, an important one on the First Amendment.
He doesn't have serious people around him right now.
He doesn't have a serious chief of staff.
This has to happen soon, does it not?
Yeah, I think, you know, people are overly critical right now.
Not you, but the mainstream media is overly critical.
You know, we're still two plus years away from the next president.
You know, that's an eternity in politics.
Two months is an eternity.
And we're talking two years.
Could he have streamlined these things better?
Yeah, I agree.
That policy piece that he put out, that seven minute video on free speech and censorship, was amazing.
That's what America is craving.
How are we going to fix it?
And he laid out from everything from Section 230 on down to banning people from going and working in big tech like James Baker once you served in government and things like that and actually going after the collaborators at Facebook and Twitter and the FBI.
These are solutions to the biggest issues of the day and he started with free speech.
I hope he does 10 more of those.
He will.
The video was great and he needs to.
What do we do if we win the election and we're back in government?
Steve Bannon on Thursday asked me, OK Seb, what do we do day one?
And I told him, and it went viral.
Here's what I said, and I want your reaction.
What's missing?
OK?
So I said the following.
Number one, You move most of government out of DC.
You move, you know, the State Department to North Dakota.
You move the CIA to, you know, Wyoming.
The scumbag deep state will not want to live in real America.
They want to stay at their cocktail parties in Georgetown.
So real Americans who live in real America will become parts of those much smaller departments.
Before you move them, and it has to happen in the first month, you have to send investigators to every department and find incontrovertible evidence of people who are breaching the Constitution or have stolen the people's money or otherwise broken the law as bureaucrats, arrest them at their desk, you have to send investigators to every department and find incontrovertible evidence of people who are breaching the Constitution or have stolen the people's money or otherwise broken the law as bureaucrats, arrest them at their desk, put So you change the culture of corruption in the deep state.
People who are guilty but make them a public example so other people inside the deep state understand that they cannot keep ignoring the writ of the people.
And then lastly, what I'm recommending to Steve In the first month of the administration is have groups of heavies, two guys, I told Steve back then I'll be one of them, who go from department to department every Friday, go to the Secretary's office and say, Mr. Secretary, Madam Secretary, what did you do for the President's agenda in the last seven days?
And if they don't get the right answers, they take him back to the Oval and that guy gets canned.
If you do those things, and you can do them, there's nothing legally to stop us.
I think we've got a shot.
What do you think of my plan, and what is missing from Cash's perspective?
No, I think your plan is spot on and I think you should actually lay it out as you have done in written form so we can start getting it out and putting it everywhere on social media, in writings, and getting it out to media outlets that will actually listen.
Yes, personnel, personnel, personnel, personnel.
And they will adjudicate those policy actions you have talked about.
And the other thing I would add to that plan, though, is one thing, and I've said it from the beginning, money.
You take the government gangster money immediately for failing to act for the American people and then you use a DOJ... You mean by the budgets?
By the budgets.
And then you use a DOJ that's no longer going to be a two-tier system of justice and prosecute those in government as much as they went after those outside of government.
And very quickly get rid of DNI and dismantle the FBI and give it CICT and CRIM missions to other agencies.
What do you think of that?
That's actually a great idea.
Look, they're all just three-letter agencies doing the same thing, so it doesn't matter where you put them as long as the mission continues.
And like you just identified, the mission can continue.
We need to decrease the size.
That Hoover building in downtown D.C.
is a monstrosity.
It needs to be made a permanent museum for people to show them how corruption was annihilated, and we need to move the FBI out permanently.
Ooh, I like that.
Okay.
After the end of the second Trump administration in the Hoover building, we will open the museum to the deep state, to the defeat.
There you go, Sam.
What do you think?
What do you think?
All right.
I can think of a few people.
The museum of the deep state.
I love it.
I love it.
We're talking to Kash Patel.
Kash's Corner on Epoch Times.

Kash, simply Kash with a K.

One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following directions, in eight days I found relief only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100%.
Amazing words.
That should be you.
That could be you.
Find out today.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
You've been waiting long enough.
What have you got to lose?
Nothing except the pain.
Call right now.

800-500-8384, relieffactor.com. That's 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.
All right, last few minutes left.
Amazing.
So good.
Thank you, Cash, for taking the time and coming back on the show.
We're talking about things that will happen in two years' time.
The President can build that team.
He can get his communications strategy together to be effective.
But we've got two years in the meantime.
You've got Fight With Cash, where you're representing people who've been attacked, besmirched, and hard done by the mainstream media.
What about the GOP?
Do we just, like, write them off?
If Rona McDaniel stays in place, if Kevin McCarthy's the speaker, it's just gonna be a lot of, you know, milquetoast garbage initiatives that don't go anywhere, and Lindsey Graham saying for another six years, yes, I'm gonna subpoena somebody!
Yeah, look, you're right.
We got to do the work ourselves.
We learned that the hard way.
We got to do the work for them.
We got to expose the corruption at our own RNC.
Millions of dollars on jet rides and fuel and bouquets.
Are you kidding me?
That's absolutely unacceptable from RNC leadership.
And that's up to us to change immediately.
And same with the speakership, whether it's Kevin McCarthy or whoever, we have to have the mandates given to the chairman and women to unilaterally subpoena government gangsters and get the documents and the Holman rule to withhold their funding when they fail.
And, you know, you're going to continue the fight, and I'm happy to announce that fightwithcash.com is a 501c3.
You know what we've done this year, Seb?
We've funded whistleblower campaigns.
We've provided $30,000 in holiday meals to families in need.
We've funded active-duty service members.
These are the missions that we, as America First patriots, come together on, on your show, or fightwithcash.com.
And it's the proudest stuff that I'm a part of, and I know you feel the same way.
So that's what we have to do.
We have to do the work, and we have to do the mission.
And when we do that together, we will get the right headshed in place.
And it's got to start, you're right, with the RNC and the right headshed at this House of Representatives.
It's so funny.
You reminded me of something I meant to text you late last night and I didn't because I was, as I was getting ready for bed, I watched your interview with Stephen Bannon and twice, you just did it again, you used the phrase headshed, which is, as far as I'm concerned, I learned it in the British Army and I appreciate you for bringing the phrase headshed to common knowledge in the United States.
Is that an American phrase?
I mean, I've been using it my whole life when you're talking about the C-suite and the big bosses that you dislike because they don't do their job.
And the headshed government is too big and we need to take an axe to it.
Yeah, we do.
The headshed.
We need a new headshed.
We need patriots in the headshed.
And it starts with Kash Patel, who I'm nominating for Chief of Staff at Mar-a-Lago instantly.
Stop writing children's books and making too much money.
FightWithKash.com.
Seriously, I salute you.
Thank you for doing what you do.
You are a true, true patriot.
