The End
The End of the Day.
It's the most extreme.
Ben Dominic called it the party of death.
And I think that's a fair statement.
These people voted today for the most radical position on abortion anywhere on the planet.
And when you look at the details of what they voted for, it wasn't Roe vs. Wade.
It was radically more anti-life, radically more hostile, and would basically create an engine of killing babies.
And I don't know how these 49 senators are going to go home and defend it if people have the nerve to take them head on.
And don't get involved in some big, broad generalization.
Take item by item what's in that bill.
And I think people will be appalled that their senators voted for this kind of radical position to make it easy to kill babies.
Stop interrupting him, Laura.
Seriously, he's the former Speaker of the House, he's the smartest guy on politics in America, Newt Gingrich, and he's absolutely right.
It's not about Roe v. Wade.
Oh, dear friends, Sebastian Gawker here, America First, Salem News Channel.
It's not about reaffirming Roe v. Wade.
The vote that they lost in the Senate would have been the most radical pro-death measure in the world.
The idea that a fetus, an embryo, a child in the womb could be killed up to the day of labor.
There's nothing like that!
Not only that, the idea that parents of minors needn't be informed of their grandchild being killed in an abortion.
And the fact is, they lost.
Thanks to that one Democrat from West Virginia who walked across the aisle and voted against it, they didn't have it.
But it doesn't matter.
It is now a measure of who they are.
This is a Democrat party out of control.
The idea that we as citizens have to go armed to church because radicals wish to kill children in the womb until the end of gestation.
We have quite a show for you today.
Things are hotting up.
It is hard to keep on top of all the developments, but we're going to talk about the most important ones.
The fact that GOP members have subpoenaed five serving GOP members of the House for the January 6th Committee.
We'll be talking to one of those momentarily.
He should be with us.
Signal me guys, whisper in my ear when he is up.
On top of that we have The unbelievable footage from the FBI whistleblower on what's happening inside the FBI targeting people for political purposes thanks to Project Veritas and James O'Keefe.
We also will have Cathy Barnett Good to be with you, sir.
I'm good.
in some kind of attack about her military credentials.
We'll have Matt Boyle from Breitbart.
We'll have Doug Mastriano and Will Chamberlain.
Don't go anywhere.
But right now, breaking news, he is on deck.
We have with us Andy Biggs, Congressman Biggs.
Welcome to America First.
Good to be with you, sir.
Well, what kind of day have you been having so far, Andy?
I'm good.
I'm good.
I mean, it's always good when you're the pinata, right?
I mean, people taking a poke at you, but that's okay.
All right, so let me read the breaking news.
The committee investigating the January 6th riot at the U.S.
Capitol took the unprecedented step Thursday of issuing subpoenas to five Republican congressmen, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.
These individuals are Jim Jordan, Scott Perry, Mo Brooks, and Andy Biggs of Arizona.
What is your reaction to being subpoenaed by the star chamber of Nancy Pelosi and the Radicals?
Well, there's a lot of things to say about it, but first of all, if you want evidence that they're looking for headlines and distractions, and they have no interest in the truth, but they want to pursue political opponents, look no further than the fact that one of those people learned about it through Politico.
Another one learned about it by seeing his picture on TV.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I need this to repeat this.
You're telling me members of Congress subpoenaed by the committee weren't informed by the committee?
That's correct.
When we found out about it, this is the most unbelievable wall to me, is my chief got an email from the House Council.
The House Counsel are the guys that approve and issue the subpoenas, and they have the audacity to say, you know, would you like us to accept service on your behalf?
Can you believe that?
I view it as, if you want to know what a witch hunt and a star chamber looks like, if you want to know what it looks like to see the erosion, of an institution.
That's what this is about.
But Congressman Biggs, please follow this man, Rep. Andy Biggs AZ, Arizona's Fighting Fifth.
That's Rep. Andy Biggs AZ.
There's two ways to look at this, and I'm not sure either of them stands by itself, and it isn't a combination.
You can say that this is just a distraction.
They look at the economy, they look at inflation, Ukraine, the open border, the inability for families to feed baby formula to their newborns, and they want to distract the nation.
That's why they do this.
On top of that, Andy, I think it's worse, potentially.
I think they really believe After two attempts to impeach my former boss, they believe they can take you down.
Are you not afraid that they actually believe their own hype?
I do believe that.
I think that's part of this.
I mean, I look at the people that are on this committee, many of whom served on those bogus impeachment attempts of President Trump.
And also, you know, they They basically will believe whatever they will believe.
I mean, some of those people still believe there was a Russian collusion when it turned out to be a Russian hoax and has been totally debunked.
But they say that.
And, you know, so I look at it and I say, they are going to attack us.
And look, and Sebastian, just think of the people that they went after.
They went after Kevin McCarthy, who is the minority leader.
They went after Jim Jordan, who is the first House Freedom Caucus chair, and also will be the next Judiciary chairman, so he'll be a very powerful member of Congress.
They went after Scott Perry, who is the current House Freedom Caucus chair, and they're going after Mo Brooks, who's running for the Senate in Alabama, and they went after me, who was the previous House Freedom Caucus chair, and who also worked to basically remove Liz Cheney as chair of the House Republican Conference.
So, they've chosen what I would consider some fairly high-profile Republican political enemies that they want to go after.
You're being very polite, but you are the heart of MAGA right now.
I mean, if they'd added MTG and Matt Gaetz and Louie Gohmert, you would have had a full house.
But this is political targeting.
So, here's my question to you, Congressman Biggs.
We've got 90 seconds left.
You talked about who's going to be the next chairman of the judiciary.
God bless Jim Jordan.
But that's if we win in a clean and fair election.
Given what has happened in the last one, given what we know thanks to Dinesh D'Souza, the movie 2000 Mules, which has broken all records in less than a week, are you confident that your colleagues in the GOP are going to secure those results by making sure that they can't steal an election?
Yeah, and here's why.
I've seen so many states come in and clean up some of the mess and to make elections more free, fair, and transparent.
I've seen that happen.
Also, to give you an idea, the Democrats are so concerned, that's why they've elevated and escalated this January, this bogus January 6th commission as well.
They know That if it's free and fair and honest that they're going to lose.
So Americans have got to protect our elections.
State legislatures have to.
And U.S.
Congress has to.
It's up to us.
He's leading the way.
It's biggs.house.gov.
Rep.
Andy Biggs, A.Z.
God bless you.
We're praying for you and the others being targeted.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.

Look up my name right now.
Back after these messages.
Back after these messages.
He is not.
He is not.
He's gone.
Okay.
Um, Geoff?
He's, uh, I think he's stepping back in now.
Yeah, he's back.
Mics are live on Rumble.
Geoff, he wants to talk to you.
Alright, he's walking in.
I'll get Cut10.
Um, let's get Jim Jordan or, um, Scott Perry on as well tomorrow.
Oh, good.
All right.
Yeah, a long time ago, I think.
Isn't he the... He's a former military guy.
Yeah, years ago.
Okay, I have cut ten.
Do you want to test it here real quick?
Yeah, go ahead.
All right, take it.
I can say we already knew this already.
Everybody assumes the government's looking into fill-in-the-blank.
This is the standard thing.
Well, the government's looking into my phone.
They can hear my conversations.
That may or may not be true.
There certainly are people whose conversations are being captured.
But what people don't think about is this.
When you open up an intelligence investigation, you have an entire suite of tools.
You can write secret subpoenas called NSLs that you'll never know about.
The government can pull your bank records.
They can find out who you were talking to on your phone.
They can look at your social media.
What's an NSL?
It's a National Security Letter.
And we'll never know about that?
Never.
So the predication of the National Security Letter is classified secret.
It's hidden for 25 years.
It's not going anywhere.
No one's going to read it outside.
To what end are they doing that?
For the purpose of information.
The end is itself... And they could do this to journalists?
They could do this to anybody.
And there's no question right now that the American public has looked at the FBI and they have lost the shine that may have existed 10 or 20 years ago.
And I'm not going to speak whether or not it's appropriate for the FBI to have had the reputation it did.
I think there have been crimes that have been committed in every decade by this organization.
Some of them have been openly acknowledged.
There's a reason why all FBI Academy graduates have spent a day at the Martin Luther King Memorial.
because they're acknowledging this is the penance, it's penance that the future is doing for the past.
And in the same way, we all have to go and attend the Holocaust Museum, spend a whole day at the Holocaust Museum with a specific program for law enforcement, with the whole idea that tyranny happens incrementally, and it happens by a bunch of people agreeing to small injustices over and and it happens by a bunch of people agreeing to small injustices over and over, simply to keep their That's the end of it.
Okay, I sent you another buffer for Matt.
Can you try and work it in?
Yeah, let me see what it is.
He's on the line, I believe.
Oh, good.
Oh, boy.
Alright, yeah, yeah.
Let me work some magic on this.
Is that Mr. Boyle?
Yep.
Can you hear me?
Yes!
How you doing?
Doing well.
How are you?
Good.
Did you have fun at Mar-a-Lago?
Oh, it was a blast.
It was an absolute blast.
I need those pictures from Mar-a-Lago, Eric.
Yes, I have them.
Oh, do you have pictures?
Do you have pictures of me?
Didn't we do a selfie?
Didn't I send you a selfie?
I think we did.
I think we did while we were there.
I don't know whose phone it's on, though.
I don't think it's mine.
Let me see.
Let me see.
If you have it, great.
If not, no worries.
Let me go back.
We have 20 seconds.
Oh, yeah.
30 seconds.
25.
Let's go back to Mar-a-Lago.
I put you in my story, by the way.
You saw that, right?
On Mar-a-Lago?
Yeah.
Yes.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
We didn't plan it like this, but how cool is it?
Oh, put that headline up, okay?
It is now the most successful streaming documentary in history.
It's 2,000 mules in less than a week, more than a million downloads.
Guys, that is Dinesh D'Souza's 2,000 mules.
A year ago we planned this trip to Israel with Dinesh and Debbie.
So guys, watch the movie and then get to ask him questions as we travel to the Holy Land.
Book your tickets 10 days later this year in the Holy Land with me and Dinesh.
Go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
The trip of a lifetime with a guy who made the movie.
And I'm in the movie too.
Call 855-565-5519.
That's 855-565-5519.
Or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com to join me, Dr. G, and Dinesh in the Holy Land.
Okay, it is that time of the week we've got to check in with the Washington Bureau Chief of the most influential conservative news site on the planet.
It's brightbar.com and he's Matt Boyle.
Matt Boyle, have you recovered from our little trip to Mar-a-Lago?
I have, I have.
And by the way, it is very possible that I will be joining you in studio next week in Washington.
You mean in my new studio?
Your new studio, yes.
So I'm going to be in Washington next week.
We are super excited.
Let's put up some of those photographs from that amazing evening at Mar-a-Lago with the President.
700 people.
I found out yesterday 500 were invited and the President said, yeah, I want another 200 of my closest buddies.
700 people.
The MAGAverse was there.
So was Matt Boyle.
That's us.
That's the Salem hosts.
So all in the movie with Dinesh and the President.
An amazing night.
Can I just talk you through the... I need your reaction because I got the figures this morning.
Show the images.
Eric, of the 75,000 DVDs of the 2000 Mules movie being shipped out of Salem's headquarters, right there, being manually put into those FedEx boxes.
Guys, if you're waiting for your DVD, they're winging their way to you right now.
The fact that this has made $10 million in less than a week, more than a million downloads, this has to be a factor in the midterms, Matt, doesn't it?
I think so, and I think that, look, this in many ways does vindicate President Trump.
Look, I'm looking forward to, because at the end of the movie, there's this little thing where the True the Vote people, whose investigation that led to all of this, right?
Their work on the GPS surveillance data and getting the surveillance footage from these drop boxes from the states is the core of this whole thing.
So there's a little QR code where people can click where they can go see what's next.
And they call it Operation Ripcord, right?
And so that's what Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips, who are the two, in addition to yourself and the rest of the Salem crew, the main stars of the movie, right?
And they walk through how they're going to release all of this raw data, right?
Like this raw data and the raw video.
That's going to be where the truth really comes out.
We didn't rehearse this, but let me just give all of our millions of listeners and viewers the actual figures here.
So what we're talking about, you've got to see the movie, but we had to crunch it down into 90 minutes.
But it's built upon almost two petabytes worth of data, that 10 trillion phone signals and more than four – And Catherine and Greg, just like you said, Matt, they're going to make all of that data available within a few weeks' time.
That's got to be a game-changer, no?
Yeah, look, here's the deal.
Once we have the video of somebody going to two different drop boxes and it's clear that they were not dropping off a family member's ballot when they were doing that, that's evidence of a felony.
So I hope that federal and state prosecutors will be investigating these people and holding them accountable because now we're going to have it out in the public domain.
They can't hide anymore.
They can't say that there's no evidence anymore.
So I'm looking forward to that day when that stuff becomes publicly available and all of us can go through the raw footage and the raw data and make sense of it all.
But what the film does is it really explains this.
It sets the table for this moment when all of this stuff comes out and explains the analysis that they did and then how they procured this evidence.
And then it shows several of the clips of people putting multiple ballots in boxes and whatever.
But from what I understand, the actual raw surveillance footage is going to show far more of those.
And that's going to be the thing that really kicks this thing off.
So yes, the movie does an excellent job in terms of setting the stage for this, and I'm looking forward to that Ripcord thing.
When they put out the raw stuff, because, I mean, look, as a journalist, that's what we do.
We go through, we sift through significant amounts of evidence, you know, reams of documents, hours of video, looking for interesting stories, and so if we can show the same person going to two different Dropboxes, or 20 different Dropboxes, like, there's one part of the movie, and I don't want to give it all away, but there's one part of the movie where they show in Atlanta, Georgia, In one night, somebody drives around the whole city and goes to like 27 Dropboxes or something.
28 Dropboxes.
28 in one night, right?
So, I want to get the video from those 28 different places and show that same person going to all of them because I guarantee you that was not family members ballots.
Right, 28 different Dropboxes.
And I want to know who that person is and I want to know why the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Governor Kemp haven't charged them with a crime.
Bingo.
We're talking to Matt Boyd.
You've got to read his articles.
You've got to right now bookmark Breitbart.com.
Matt, we opened the show moments ago with Andy Biggs.
Your reaction?
What does it mean that Nancy's January 6th committee has now subpoenaed, unprecedented, five members of the other party for this witch hunt?
Is this an act of desperation?
I think so.
I think the American people are not paying attention to this that much.
They should be.
Frankly, this is an abuse of power by the Democrats of the highest order.
And dare I say what goes around comes around.
They've created the precedent now that it's okay for these committees that are totally partisan to subpoena members of Congress.
I cannot wait until Eric Swalwell and Ilhan Omar and Maxine Waters and the rest of them all get subpoenaed when the Republicans are in the majority.
Well, there's nothing there with any of these people that they're going after.
There is something there with them.
We know that Eric Swalwell had an extramarital relationship with this Feng Feng woman.
We know that Ilhan Omar has all sorts of different problems in her personal life.
We know that Maxine Waters does too.
And we know that many of the other Democrats do as well.
So, frankly, I think this is a desperation play by them.
They are doing everything they can to keep the conversation off of the things that matter.
Inflation, the border, their radical abortion views, and the out-of-control spending in Washington, D.C.
I frankly think the Republicans are headed for a massive, giant red wave in November.
And the only thing that stands in the way of the Republicans right now is the Republicans.
Right.
So frankly, as long as the Republicans get it together, they stay focused and they stay on point.
And by the way, this should be a message to Kevin McCarthy that they are going to mess around with you.
They're going to mess around with everyone.
And I do think it's a positive point for him with conservatives in that I do think that he's being lumped in with all these other people and being targeted as well.
And I think it will only make him stronger if and when he's the speaker to go after the left because he will remember this.
We hope so.
We hope so because he needs to be tougher.
That Kevin McCarthy has not been tough enough.
But it would be fun if the tables are turned.
It's not just Swalwell.
That needs to be subpoenaed.
Let's have Swalwell sitting next to Fang Fang.
We're talking to the Washington Bureau Chief of BrightBar.com, Matt Boyle.
He'll be with us after the break as well.
In the meantime, you've got to see 2,000 Mules.
I'm in it.
It is the proof that they stole the election.
It's so important.
I've got a vested interest in it.
You've got to check it out.
SalemNow.com.
It's the proof you've been waiting for.
2,000 Mules.
SalemNow.com.
- Can you play cut four, please?
Cut 4.
Yes.
Take it.
The fact that things like inflation can happen and it can become more expensive to feed your kids and to fuel your car is exactly why people need to be able to be in charge of how many mouths they're going to have to feed.
So I think the fact that we're seeing this jump in expenses That we're seeing people having to pay more in the grocery store, pay more at the pump, pay more for housing, is a reason that people are saying, I need to be able to make my own decisions about when and if to start a family.
Okay, um, Geoff?
I need three, four, and five posted.
He's got a hammer three and four, like, he's going after Clarence Thomas' wife, and then Katie Porter.
Food is expensive, so you should be able to abort your baby.
Something like that.
Alright.
She might be the most disgusting member of Congress.
I'm visually repulsed every time I see her on screen.
She's a joke.
The MSNBC loves her.
Remember when she dressed up as Batman?
Yeah, well you know that her sister is like a surgeon or something, and in the beginning she's the lunatic that had the viral video that started the whole ventilator crisis that was gonna happen.
She had this whiteboard and all those ridiculous numbers.
What district is she?
California, I think 45, let me check on that.
And like the rest of the squad, also divorced.
Yeah, 45, that's right.
The one thing I'm seeing, and Matt brought that up, is that The second you get somebody who's pinged at two boxes on video, verifiable, that I think is going to change a lot more people's minds as well.
Because that's the one thing that I've seen people sort of say, well they haven't, they've said these people go to the boxes and they sort of ignore the statistical part, but they say, you know, the second I see somebody going to two drop boxes on CCTV, that's when I start to take this seriously.
Hopefully.
So, that's something.
And once that information's released, that is easy for the internet to do.
Can you play Cut 7, please?
7.
Go ahead and take it.
I'll assume short.
We had an economy on the brink of a Great Depression.
Millions of people losing their jobs, losing their homes, but even more importantly, losing hope.
Can you come in with Cut 6?
We'll get Matt to respond.
Coming with Cut 6.
Crazy thing I was thinking about, too, is that at the very least, Jimmy Carter was able to acknowledge things were bad when things got bad.
Like, he called it malaise.
He kind of blamed on other people, but he at least acknowledged things were bad.
Biden and the media are running away with, oh, the economy's booming.
What are you talking about?
The economy's booming right now.
Right.
Gaslight, gaslight, gaslight.
That cut, he was just plagiarizing Trump's inauguration speech for 2025.
Titles, if you have any in mind.
Or true the vote, bigs.
True the vote, bigs.
For bigs.
60 seconds.
What's a good thing for bigs?
Something like the January 6th committee, Pelosi's Star Chamber.
Latest stunt from Pelosi's January 6th committee.
Mm-hmm.
What goes around comes around.
Yeah, one-on-one.
2,000 mules.
Most successful documentary ever.
Okay, and we're coming in with cut six after the liner.
Okay, and we've got 2,000 mules here if we want to hit it again and really...
Okay, stand by, let's go down, and come down.
We'll be right
back. - No.
Remember those long lines you'd see on television?
People lining up in all kinds of vehicles just to get a box of food in their trunk.
How quickly we forget!
People were hurting!
And what did the MAGA crowd want to do?
Forget it.
Forget it.
God, this is the United States of America.
The idea!
That people would have to wait in line an hour or hour and a half to get a box of food in their trunk.
It's just unbelievable.
He seems nice, doesn't he?
Waiting in line for boxes of food?
What are you blabbering about?
At least under the president, President Trump, people could feed their children baby formula.
Let's get back to our special guest.
He is Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
Do you have any idea what Slow Joe's talking about or shouting about?
Well yeah, what he's trying to do is he's trying to blame Republicans for all of the problems that he created.
It's the last Dutch effort play that he's got.
He can never take responsibility for anything he does.
It's so wild to me because I wish he would just...
There used to be a time when people would say, OK, the buck stops here, right?
And that was the sign that was on the desk of the Oval Office, right?
And the fact of the matter is that the buck stops on Joe Biden's desk.
I mean, he's the president of the United States.
His party controls the U.S.
Congress, both the House and the Senate, and they are responsible for the border.
They are responsible for the economic belays.
They are responsible for the supply chain shortages.
I mean, again, the fact that there's not baby formula in the stores is a sign of a nation in distress.
This president has failed.
He is a loser.
He is the loser in chief, right?
Like, I can't say it enough, and frankly, the fact that he will not take responsibility for his own actions and try to address them and course-correct and try to do something different, in that he's doubling down and tripling down on failure.
I mean, look, last night they just did That they cut off the drilling and gas exploration again, right?
They always double down, they always triple down, and then they have this bizarre... Let's look at this communications policy.
Let's put up the little meme, the image I just found on Facebook.
They try to insult President Trump by calling him the the MAGA King and then a few days beforehand, that's from one of my buddies on Facebook, the return of the great MAGA King, and then a couple of days ago they come up with this phrase, Matt, of Ultra MAGA.
Which we've turned into a t-shirt if you want, if you want, if you're proud of being MAGA.
I think UltraMAGA is even cooler.
You can get your, your version of that at the Seb Gorka store.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A store.com.
Matt, this is going to work about as well as the deplorables insult, isn't it?
I think generally, yes.
The one thing that the right needs to be careful of is, especially in these primaries, so there are a number of competitive ones coming up.
We've already had a few and now we've got some more.
We need to be sure that we're nominating the right candidates that can win the general elections in these states and in these races.
And it's important that we don't go too Crazy in response to establishment people or the left etc.
So it's important that we are Keep our stuff together here, right?
We're calm cool collected as we go.
We're a winning movement Okay, when it comes to MAGA when it comes to America first, this is a winning movement.
It's a majority coalition It's a growing movement Americans by and large agree with it on every major issue and I think it's important that we find the right people in these primaries and that's important in some cases because some folks maybe flashy in this place or that place or wherever.
But again, their general election prospects, not so great.
And so I think that it's important we keep our cool as we combat the left on these things.
But this idea that make America great again and liking that a lot is a bad thing, that has got to backfire.
Yeah, I agree with that.
I think that their vision on it backfires.
That their attacks on MAGA and America First backfire.
Because MAGA and America First make sense.
I mean, they're common sense ideas.
All right, guys.
We've been talking to the Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart.com.

His write-up of Mar-a-Lago and the premiere of 2,000 Mules with President Trump is must-read.

Oh yeah, cut nine.
Yep, take it.
Take it, please.
I believe in democracy.
And I don't believe that the minority should have the ability to block things that the majority want to do.
That's not the Constitution.
What we're talking about right now are the individual rights and liberties of half the population of the United States of America.
I think that's enough to say it's time to get rid of the filibuster.
70 seconds.
Alright, I need to talk to him.
Jeff's calling him back.
Yeah, he's getting that done right now.
One minute.
And there's so much going on today.
It's great for a Thursday, too.
We've got merch and Patreon Mobile.
Two weeks ago.
Oh, uh, we have 45 seconds.
Mic's on.
Hello?
Hello?
Yes, hi, Sebastian here.
Hello, Dr. Gopher, this is Tron Gall.
Are you on a speakerphone?
I am not.
It's really echoey.
Where are you?
Maybe I was in a small room.
How does this sound?
A little bit better.
Keep talking.
Okay, I'm in a larger room.
Okay, that's better.
Okay, stand by.
We're live in 10 seconds.
Okay.
America First are brought to you in part by 2000 Mules.
Executive produced by Salem Media Group.
It may only be a Thursday, but man oh man, what a day for political stories.
What's the truth about Kathy Barnett?
We're going to find out.
She's going to be on the show in the next hour.
Doug Mastriano, also from Pennsylvania.
Looks like he's the man for that seat as well.
Super exciting.
I want to hear from you as well.
Guys, I need to see the screen calling software.
Could you pull that up so I can see if people are calling in?
The number is 833 three three gawker that's eight three three three three four six seven five oh look as if by magic there it is don't go anywhere antoinette to al and the rest i'll talk to you but we have a special guest right now it is eight three three three three gawker eight three three three three four six seven five two so The economy shambles, inflation, wrong direction, prices for food, even if you can find it, like baby formula, and of course we have the awful productivity and jobs figures.
What do you do if you have some money or you want to secure your future?
I met a group of individuals from an amazing company that told me about a tax shelter that's legal, That I had never heard of and I'm so grateful to learn about it.
I want to share this information with you.
The company is called Cornerstone Real Estate Investments and we have their Senior Vice President with us right now, Tron Gao.
Welcome to America First!
Thank you very much, Dr. Gorka.
It's a pleasure to join your show.
So I'm going to see your whole team very soon at a charity event here in DC, but every time I talk to you guys, I feel like this is a piece of information I want to share with millions of Americans.
It seems like this is the thing so many people look for in an age of uncertainty and when, you know, options to pay a minimal tax are very, very hard to come by.
So this is the DST system.
Will you explain the multiple ways why this format of investing in real estate is so unique?
Yeah, it's my pleasure.
I'd like to just give a brief review of the basic points and advantages of investing in the DST or Delaware Statutory Trust structure.
And it all starts with the IRS Code 1031, which allows an owner of investment real estate to sell that property and indefinitely defer all capital gains tax liability if they follow the rules of 1031.
So the source of this benefit is the IRS code itself.
Now the key provision is that to do a proper 1031, you need to roll over the equity, roll over the proceeds from the sale of your property into a quote-unquote like-kind property.
Now this can either be any property on the real estate market that you want to invest in, but the problem there is that you would need to own it, manage it, finance it, oversee it, etc.
Or you can invest in the Delaware Statutory Trust structure.
So let me, you know, you're an expert in this.
You've brokered more than a billion dollars worth of syndicated real estate at Cornerstone.
So let me put in layman's terms.
Because of this option that's been around for a century, the 1031, if you invest in real estate and then reinvest that in a like kind of real estate, you're not hit by the tax man.
Exactly.
Well, that's totally genius.
Two questions I have for you.
Number one, why do so few people know about it, me included, and what are, let's be honest, what are the disadvantages, if any?
Well, I would say that the 1031 exchange is somewhat known in the real estate market, and for sure larger, sophisticated investors, people dealing with multiple million dollar properties, they know about and use 1031.
The key is that the DST structure, which accommodates multiple investors, even 100 investors in one property, the investment minimums have come way down.
So a 1031 exchanger with $100,000 can invest in the DST.
This opens up the DST structure to a whole group of smaller retail investors, people that own a rental property worth a half a million or one million or a small retail property.
The DSC structure all of a sudden is a fit for them with the small investment minimums.
So you don't have to be a billionaire who's looking for somewhere to invest money.
You can go in through the Delaware Statutory Trust with others.
What kind of properties are we talking about?
Really attractive things, no?
Yes, large institutional quality property that these retail investors could never hope to own on their own.
Even an investor with $5 or $10 million could never think of acquiring one of these properties.
We're talking about properties with a purchase price of $50 to $150 million, Amazon distribution centers, corporate office headquarters, 300 unit Class A multifamily properties in in good markets like Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, Washington, D.C.
These are institutional quality properties professionally managed from start to finish.
The investor has a passive position.
They merely receive their monthly dividend check.
And they're pro rata share of the sale proceeds when the property is sold.
It's a completely passive investment, institutional quality.
So you're not involved with other people and then collectively stuck with, you know, managing that Amazon piece of real estate or managing that CVS.
You don't have to do that.
Nothing at all.
Literally, you only receive the monthly check.
Then, of course, you get quarterly reports, you get a tax document so that you can file your taxes at the end of the year, and that's it.
Everything is completely handled by the professionals.
So this is the advantage.
There's a large number of Americans today that have owned investment real estate, they have built up capital gains, but they want to retire, they want to spend time with the grandkids, they want to rest a little bit, but they don't want to pay that capital gains tax.
Previously thought there was nothing for them to do.
The DST opens up the option for all of these investors to sell their real estate, retire from active management of real estate, Well, you know what?
It just sounds absolutely perfect to me.
You're avoiding tax in a completely legal fashion.
You don't have to manage the real estate and it's high quality real estate.
I want everyone who's interested, you do the due diligence for yourselves.
How do you do that?
You have to find out what the Delaware Statutory Trust actually means.
There's a book on this you can get from these fabulous investors who are helping you.
You just go to dstrealestate.com and the book is Modern Real Estate Investing.
I want to thank you, Tron.
I want to thank John Harvey and everybody at Cornerstone Real Estate.
The book is Modern Real Estate Investing.
It explains it all.
Get it for free with my name, G-O-R-K-A, if you just go to D-S-T, Delta, Sierra, Tango, dstrealestate.com.
Thank you, Tron, for doing what you do and educating people like myself and the millions who are listening to our show.

The chat is really lighting up about Pennsylvania right now.
Oh yeah?
That seems to be the big thing everyone's talking about.
They're referring to what Trump said as well.
It's like Jeff said, this primary became absolute madness as soon as Sean Parnell dropped out.
Oh my goodness.
We thought Ohio was crazy.
All right.
There's the book.
Okay.
Fifty seconds.
What am I doing here?
This is E, so JP.
My pillow.
That's it, yep.

Have a little private showing.
That's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to rent a theater near me, and I'm going to invite my buddies.
It is too important not to bang that drum super loudly.
Okay, we've got to go to calls.
I promised you.
Let's go to... He's been waiting patiently.
I think he rang yesterday.
Al in California, line two.
Is this the Salem Tobacconist?
Tobacconist?
Not yet.
I need my brand of cigar, but I like the idea, Al.
Okay.
Listen, I've got two questions.
I messed up and cut myself off yesterday, Two questions about Vladimir Putin.
They're both speculation, but you see if they have any currency.
One, Vladimir Putin wants the crops in the Ukraine to sell to China so he can finance his military.
Is there any currency to that?
I don't know if he wants to sell them to China.
He wants them for himself because it is truly the breadbasket of Europe.
So yes, he wants the agriculture of Ukraine.
Second question.
Okay, the second question is, do you think in the back of Putin's mind he would like to take all of Europe, including the UK, if he could get away with it?
If he could get away with it, sure.
Or he would like to have them enslaved.
But all he wants is the former empire reconstituted, which includes countries like Poland.
Great questions.
It's hotting up in Philadelphia.
It's hotting up.
Let's talk to Phil.
Hey, Dr. G. Ground Zero out here.
The long nights are out for Kathy Barnett.
I know.
The Erdogan voting Turkish soldier and the Chinese cash cow hedge fund manager.
They're distorting her record saying she backs BLM, backs Antifa, backs the funding police.
They're distorting her military record.
It is absolute nonsense.
Now, she said she wants to fight for Pennsylvania.
I called her campaign office today.
I said, now we see how you can fight.
You got to go with these guys hard because they are shivering in their boots because she's coming on so strong.
Somebody really is worried, Phil.
We're gonna have her on in literally, you know, six minutes.
She's gonna be on the show.
I was calling and texting her.
They're coming after her.
Even a former member of the Trump cabinet played a very highly edited video of hers that I think doesn't truly represent her views.
I'm gonna have her live on deck and I'm gonna ask her some tough questions, but I like Kathy and Oz.
Oz refuses to come on the show, so what does that tell you?
This is probably the most MAGA show out there.
What would you say, Jeff?
Bannon and me, probably the most MAGA shows out there?
I'd say so.
Oh, don't get too excited there.
You can hear it in his voice.
He's getting very excited there.
And if Oz doesn't want to come on this show, he probably tells you something.
So we'll hear from Cathy herself.
Thank you for your calls.
Antoinette, Brad, don't go anywhere.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.

Thank you. . .
Elect more MAGA Republicans.
If you want to see a nationwide ban on abortion.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Elect more MAGA Republicans if you want to see a nationwide ban on abortion, if you want to see doctors and women arrested.
Doctors and women arrested?
If Roe v. Wade is sent back to the States, they're going to be arrested.
That is the depth of the mendacity.
That is how deep the lies are from the swamp and from the Democrats.
We have to crush them in the midterms.
We need MAGA candidates.
We need a full court press.
And that's why I think things are hotting up in Pennsylvania.
Not always in a good way.
We're going to have Doug Mastriano on the show in about 20 minutes, who's a running for the governor's position, doing very, very strongly.
And I think he supports our first candidate for this hour.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
She was on the show recently.
I've known her for years.
She's veteran Kathy Barnett.
Kathy, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much for having me on, Dr. Gorka.
All right, so I'm gonna just tell people what's been happening, how they've been coming after you, the attacks.
We've had a member of the Trump cabinet post a very weird, highly edited video of you We've had the president just about an hour ago say that Kathy Barnett can't win the general election.
There are things in your past that haven't been clarified or explained and Dr. Oz is the only one who can defeat the crazed leftists.
Dr. Oz doesn't want to come on my show.
I don't know what he's afraid of.
I think he's in hiding from the MAGA base, which itself is an indicator.
But Cathy, I like you.
I've known you for, I don't know, six, seven years, ever since you came on Fox with the National Security Moms.
And so I've spoken about the latest attacks against you with somebody who served in the military, in the reserves, knows these records.
So I want to give you an opportunity in front of millions of people to answer these questions, put them to bed, and then we'll see who wins this race.
So, In the records that you've released from your campaign yesterday, in a book about you, there are questions as to officer candidacy school, what your MOS was, two months of additional federal service that we don't know what it was for, Whether you actually worked for the CID or were a wheeled vehicle mechanic.
So I want to just give you the opportunity to talk about your military record and clarify anything that you think needs clarification.
Yeah, listen, my military records are right there in front of people now.
Yesterday, let me just say, I've been running for 13 months.
And only yesterday did mainstream media want to even talk to me.
And I've been in a statistical tie for first place for at least four weeks, right?
So for at least four weeks, I should have been on their radar, except they just wanted to talk about the two rich men and pretend there was no one else in this race.
So the only people who have been derelict in their duty here has been mainstream media because I've been here for 13 months and at least in a statistical tie for first place for the last four weeks.
But in regards to my military records, I served three years in the Army Reserves and I was assigned to the CID, the Criminal Investigation Detachment.
My MOS was 71 Lima when I came out as an administrative specialist.
Three years there, moved back to Alabama and served with the National Guard.
It was the closest school to my family and to the college that I was attending.
I was with the National Guard for four years, graduated from college and moved to St.
Louis, Missouri, and then moved back, transferred back over into the Army Reserve.
I went in in 1990 and came out in 2000.
That's 10 years.
That's very clear.
Okay, good.
That's the first question answers because it wasn't clear whether it's 7 years or 10 years.
So it's 3 plus 4 plus 3.
So that is 10 years of service.
You were a 71 Lima, which is an admin specialist attached to CID.
That's the specificity.
And then people are making a big deal out of Did you go to officer candidate school?
Candidacy school, they say you misspoke.
Did you flunk out?
What happened at the the three months of federal service on your DD-204 that haven't been detailed?
So tell us about those aspects of your career and then we'll move on.
Yeah.
The three months plus 29 days, I think it is, that's my basic training.
So that would be when I went in in 1990.
That's the two months of boot camp and then two months of AIT training.
And so that's what that is.
So I don't know what's so hard about understanding that.
And then the other piece, what was the other question?
Officer Candidate School.
Officer Candidacy School put in my paperwork.
I thought, you know, I did the first 10 years as an enlisted and I surmised that if I was going to do another 10 years and I was going to do it as an officer and started the process I was accepted.
And to Officer Candidate C School and then I met this really cute guy who wanted to marry me and now I'm having to rethink how I wanted to raise my family.
And so I decided as much as I enjoyed being in the military at that time, I was working full time, getting my master's degree.
Now I'm getting ready to plan a wedding and concentrating on what kind of family life that I want.
And I decided that I would end my career in the military at that time.
All right, let me give you one piece of advice.
They're coming after you because you said Officer Candidacy School.
There is no such thing.
It's Officer Candidate School.
And I know they're going to attack you again.
All right, I'm satisfied.
Most people have no idea what they're talking about when they mention the DD214 or military careers.
Let's talk about the really fascinating thing that you mentioned at the beginning of the interview, that you've been in this race for over a year.
You are now neck and neck with a multi-multi-multi-multi-millionaire, another individual who's heavily linked in with China.
The fact that they're attacking you now, in the last few days, explain why that should be of interest to all Pennsylvanians and why that's really the story here, Kathy.
It is!
Because we're winning!
And we are not the, you know, the candidates that they brought in from Connecticut and New Jersey to run in Pennsylvania.
Talk about not vetting.
Did they vet to see that Oz had voted in the Turkish elections at the embassy here?
That's not vetting.
Or did they have anyone really talked about their ties?
to the World Economic Forum.
Have anyone, have you seen any real reporting on Dave McCormick talking very positively about ESG scores, Environmental Social Governance scores, that if you're not woke enough, compliant enough, then you can't get special funding, then a whole litany of other things.
So talk about lack of We should be paying attention to that aspect of it.
But yeah, we've been here for 13 months.
We've been running.
I ran a much smarter, more efficient campaign than the others.
And they're mad because for the first time since 2016, the people's voice is about to be heard.
They've spent almost $60 million.
There's a lot of numbers floating around.
For roughly $60 million and it's a horrible return on investment.
They haven't even been able to get out of the low 20s in polling.
And I've spent less than $2 million over the past 13 months.
And that is the story because I certainly could not buy this election as they are.
I can't afford the fly-in high name people to endorse me.
I have simply walked out my front door and spent the past 13 months traveling over 1,500 miles a week these last couple of months.
Going into the homes of the people here in Pennsylvania.
Well, you are clearly...
You are clearly the upset candidate, that's without question.
Last thing I have to get you to respond to, when people like Rick Grinnell retweet highly edited videos of you alleging that you're pro-BLM, that you're at Mount Vernon attacking US presidents.
What is your response to those attacks and those smears?
Well, I went on Fox News because of you and the Security Mom panel that you were putting together.
And I came in as the conservative, and I was very pro-Trump then as I am today, his policies.
I talked a lot about being against Black Lives Matter.
I've always been against Black Lives Matter.
Incorporated.
I have never evolved on that topic.
I have not changed from the moment I saw them when Obama was in office to today.
I have never changed on my stance about being vehemently against defund the police.
I'm vehemently opposed to defund the police and I'm vehemently opposed To nilling um at the flag but what was done in that video is that they took words what i just said i said defund the police black lives it is it is a shamefully edited they took literal one word clips from you and strung them together it is it wasn't even it wasn't even Cleverly done.
So guys, she came on here.
Oz didn't come on.
Draw your conclusions.
We've got callers who want to talk about this, about Oz and Kathy.
Her website is Barnett4Senate.
Barnett4Senate.com.
It's Kathy4Truth on Twitter.
That's the number for Kathy4Truth.
I love upset candidates.
You know why?
Because my old boss, Donald Trump, was the biggest upset candidate of all.
Keep crushing it, my dear.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Comms are up.
Comms are all extended.
Oh boy.
Yeah.
Yep.
Okay.
That was... That was great.

Absolutely.
30 seconds.
Okay, 30 seconds comes going down.
No, I've got a course.
Okay.
Okay.
The End
I polled my team, my massive team in the break about Kathy and there wasn't unanimity.
So it's up to you guys, Dr. Oz, Kathy and the other Individual.
We're going to talk to Doug Mastriano momentarily.
We're going to go to your calls next.
But first, I'm so excited.
2000 Mules is now the most successful streaming documentary ever.

Okay, we're gonna get to Antoinette in a moment, but we've got to stay on Pennsylvania.
We've got Brad from PA, from the Keystone State.
Brad, welcome to America First.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you so much for having Kathy on today.
Yeah, so where do you stand as a resident of the state?
It's getting pretty dirty, isn't it?
Well, I've had the opportunity to meet Kathy twice and listen to her speak and personally just sit down and talk to her.
And she is next to Margaret Thatcher, the most impressive woman I've ever met.
Wow.
You better not be married, Brad.
I am.
Out.
I hope she's not listening.
But I've interviewed over 120 people just on the street in the last week.
How come?
Are you a campaign worker?
How come you've interviewed 150 people, Brad?
Because I believe in Kathy so much.
I've been campaigning and talking to just walking into restaurants, talking to people, supermarkets, anywhere I can find people.
I just walk up to them and start asking who they like for Senate and who they're going to vote for.
Every single person without exception said, I won't vote for Oz, I don't want to vote for McCormick, but I'm not sure who.
I told them about Kathy McCormick and they loved her.
Okay, so let's break that down.
Let's break that down.
Let's break that down.
Why they don't want to vote for McCormick.
Why?
They just have a bad feeling about him.
They said they just don't trust him.
I don't.
And then why do they say that they definitely won't vote for Dr. Oz?
Because Oz has been a public figure.
I mean, they know his liberal attitude, you know, that he's definitely not a mega candidate, and that they just don't, you know, believe what he says.
He's, you know, been, you know, made things about, you know, being pro-abortion, being pro-gender, you know.
Changing for, you know, young adults, you know, Children 9 to 10 years old.
There's just too many things have come out about him that they've heard over Oprah and things over the years.
They don't believe he's a true MAGA candidate.
All right, let's be fair here.
He has not been pro-transgender.
He's had a couple of shows where he's interviewed these people, but he never made a statement that he's pro it.
But thank you for the update.
Fascinating stuff.
Thank you, Brad.
That's from the Keystone State.
Things are hotting up.
Let's go to Antoinette.
It must be Thursday.
Welcome, Antoinette.
Hi, Dr. G. This is the ultra-MAGA Voice for the Voiceless.
I love it.
No, no, no, no.
That's not... No, no.
I have to correct you there, my dear.
I would say hyper-ultra-MAGA.
Do you take it?
Thank you, Dr. G. First off, I want to say I am so grateful that the law, Roe v. Wade, did not become federalized.
Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
But today I am bloody hell angry, Dr. G, like you were about three weeks ago.
You were so mad.
Just like the Republicans, just like the Christians, Catholic, Jewish people that are not at our different locations helping us.
We had a young Christian woman come by and get angry with us because we were saying stuff like, You should be ashamed not supporting us and being there.
And she was arguing with us.
I said, young lady, and I got angry.
I shouldn't have, but I said, wake up, smell the coffee, be with us.
What is wrong with you?
Will, you shouldn't be telling us things like we should be ashamed.
I'm like, are you bloody kidding me, young lady?
Over 60 million babies have been killed with Roe vs. Wade and you're saying this to us?
So it's been a crazy last three weeks and definitely we're still there on Sundays from 11 in the morning to 1 at 700 South Tustin Avenue.
We're fighting the good fight.
Dr. G, there's craziness in the air right now.
What can I say?
The world would be a much better place for children, for the unborn, if there were more shame in the world.
There is no shame in the world.
It does actually make people behave in better ways.
So yeah, that woman has no idea what she's talking about.
Before we go to our next caller, Antoinette, give us the time and the address again for the Voice for the Voiceless.
Yes, Dr. G. On Sundays, Planned Parenthood, Tustin Orange, 700 South Tustin Avenue, and from 11 in the morning to 1 p.m.
now.
Be there, you guys!
We appreciate your prayers and your support.
Even if you flip us off and spit at us, whatever, we are not giving up and we are not giving up these babies.
Thank you, Dr. G, for this platform from the bottom of our hearts.
She is hyper-mega, no, hyper-ultra-mega.
That's Antoinette.
Let's go to Glennon, Arizona, line three.
Hey Seb, so I have a theory.
I want to get your take on this.
So, from what I remember in my studies, the executive branch is the only one you could do a FOIA request.
You can't FOIA request Congress or the Supreme Court.
Is that correct?
You can FOIA lots of places.
That's how they actually got the footage of the drop boxes from the counties.
So... As far as the three, the three branches in the federal government, I was under the impression you can only FOIA... Well, let me just get to my point.
Two months ago when the FBI coordinated with the National School Board's Association, we know that there was collusion.
My theory is that the White House colluded with this Supreme Court leaker and that's the reason they don't want to be on the record because if somebody does a FOIA request on them, we will find out that the White House would coordinate it just like they did with the National School Board Association with basically this leaker from the Supreme Court.
What do you say about my theory?
I don't have any evidence, I don't think you do, but I think it's a fascinating theory, Glenn, and I don't think it's out of the question.
Okay, because from what I remember, you can only FOIA request the executive branch.
But it doesn't matter.
With your theory, it doesn't matter.
Because if they're colluding with the White House, then you can FOIA the White House for any information pertaining to a coordinated leak.
So I think it's genius.
Superb.
Stay on the line.
What should we give Glenn?
Let's give Glenn the third only ever!
Third only ever t-shirt that's Ultra MAGA.
First it was Dan Bongino, then it was one of our guests yesterday.
Let's put the Ultra MAGA t-shirt up there.
You know you want one because you're proud to be not just MAGA but Ultra MAGA.
It's got the president on it in a kind of Iron Man suit.
It says Ultra MAGA USA November 2024.
Get yours today.
SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkaStore.com.
Next, We're going back to the Keystone State to a guy who's been a champion in fighting election fraud.
He's running for the governorship, Doug Mastriano, here on America First, wherever you are, whatever you're doing.
Don't you dare touch that dial. .
.
So here's the thing.
Geoff, are you there?
Yeah.
I think, for some reason, right behind this wall is the Town Hall cappuccino machine, because every five minutes it's like somebody's doing a root canal.
Can you go and find out and ask them if they can move it?
Are you sure that's what it is?
Yeah!
It sounds exactly like, you know, one of those automated... I think it's the bathrooms behind it.
No, we're checking... You can hear the speakers so loud in the bathroom.
Really?
Yeah.
I can hear the show in the bathroom.
Alright, well let's walk in there afterwards.
Hang on, we've got so many important cuts.
Yes, and also need a title for Barnett.
The truth about Kathy Barnett.
Nice, nice, nice, nice.
All right.
Which cuts haven't we played?
We've got to do Hakeem.
We've got to do Porter.
FBI.
Oh my gosh.
What is that?
Is that cut 10?
It's two minutes long, a minute 51.
Wow, where do I even do that?
We don't have to do two segments with him, do we?
No, we don't.
Okay, good.
All right.
What's his Twitter?
At Sen Mastriano.
S-E-N.
Mastriano.
Oh, this is his phone.
And then his website is Doug4, the number 4, Doug4Gov.
The other thing, everyone thinks that Dr. Oz is promoting debris blockers and all that stuff.
Yeah, it's bollocks.
Well, that was all started by Jack Acosta.
Jack Acosta?
Yeah.
Who's that again?
Our fake news guy.
Oh, oh, Jim Acosta.
Oh, Obilio.
No, Jack Posso.
Oh, Jack!
Oh, Posso!
Yeah, he started that, he found the interview and did all that stuff.
He's been tweeting 30 times a day about it.
Aye, aye, aye.
All right.
Pennsylvania, man.
Who could have thought that Pennsylvania would be as nuts as it is?
Like, from our standpoint of being in the media, it's entertaining, it's amazing, but like, for the sake of winning a seat?
Yeah, but also, you know, this doesn't happen in North Korea, so be thankful.
Yeah, no, no, I'm definitely thankful.
It's just, again, the most important thing is winning, because both of them, it's not, like I said, they're formidable opponents, but also like Shapiro, He's the Attorney General of Pennsylvania.
He basically single-handedly stole the state for Biden.
He's a scumbag.
And Fetterman is a little...
Fetterman should be in a penitentiary.
He's a literal socialist.
Okay, I've got him.
Should I bring him up?
Yeah.
Let him know the mics are live.
Yep, mics are live on Rumble.
Colonel.
Thank you, Sebastian, for having me on.
Are you crushing it every single day, as I expect?
Yes, we are.
And the rhinos are crying, isn't it?
It's fantastic.
I just had Kathy on and I asked her some tough questions and she acquitted herself quite well.
I'm not surprised.
Good.
All right.
So what's important?
I'm just going to talk about how dirty the race is becoming, why you like Kathy, and then the rhino versus MAGA phenomena.
That sounds fantastic.
Thank you.
Good.
Jeff, can you do me a favor?
I'm sending you somebody who was in 2000 Mules, who I want you to do a deep dive if we should get her on, okay?
Alright, and I'm not coming in with anything?
We've got Israel here.
No, not coming in.
Okay, stand by.
We still need a 2A for tomorrow, right?
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by 2,000 Mules. - I.
I'm so excited.
Can I just, this isn't an ego thing because I didn't write it, my team did, but this is the tweet and Facebook post for this show.
2000 Mules is now the most successful documentary ever.
A million downloads in less than a week.
They can't stop the truth.
Guys, they can't stop it.
You've Got to watch it tonight.
It's so important.
I've got a stake in this because we can save the Republic.
It is www.salemnow.com.

75,000 DVDs are being mailed out from Salem headquarters.
Watch it tonight.
Order the DVD www.salemnow.com.
And how about this for a double whammy?
We didn't plan it like this, but guess who's coming with me to Israel for our Stand With Israel tour?
Dinesh D'Souza and his lovely wife Debbie, the people who directed the movie.
Book your tickets today.
I'm not vaccinated and I'm going.
It's StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Call 855-565-5519.
Call 855-565-5519.
That's StandWithIsraelTour.com. 855-565-5519.
We can't get away from it!
It is the Keystone State.
We have with us another individual who's fighting for the truth.
He is Doug Mastriano.
He is a former member of our armed forces, 30 years in the U.S.
Army, veteran of Desert Storm and Afghanistan.
Senator Doug, welcome back to America First!
Thank you, Sebastian.
So my wife and I watched 2,000 Mules a couple of days ago, and we were shocked to see that 1,100 of those 2,000 Mules were in Philadelphia.
I guess not so shocked, but still, it's like, what the heck is going on?
Yeah, you pick a place where the votes reversed overnight, where they stopped counting the ballots, and you will find the mules.
That's how they did it.
You've got to watch it.
Thank you, Senator Doug.
So let's talk about your race for the governorship.
But first, it's getting pretty ugly in Pennsylvania, isn't it?
Oh, hang on, we're losing you, we're losing you.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Stop moving if you're moving.
It's getting ugly for who, Doug?
Oh, is he in a car?
Is he moving?
Whilst we try and get him back, it's Doug4gov.com.
Doug, the number 4, gov.com.
Doug Mastriano, he's running for the governorship.
Senator Mastriano, are you there?
We're on a bus tour, so sorry about that.
Stop that flipping bus!
You're in front of 3 million people.
Safely stop that bus right now.
Okay, so who's it getting tough for?
Say that again.
So we're traveling the length and the width of the state this week here and we just left an event in the middle of the state where about 300 people came out and I mean it was a packed house and it was fantastic and we're seeing that everywhere we go.
And talk to us about how nasty this race is right now.
We had Cathy on the show moments ago, but Cathy v. Oz v. McCormick.
So it's getting pretty heated, is it not?
Yeah, also in the gubernatorial race as well.
The reality that we're going to beat the establishing candidate and witness a People's Candidate meet has put shockwaves through the years, ignoring our movement, and then for months denying.
It looks as if it's going to be a shoo-in for you.
I don't want to take anything for granted, but... Look, it's Saturday here.
The audit of the vote that I had endeavored and had been fighting for is pretty much dead.
So it's going to take a governor like me to get in there and clean it up.
But to get across the line in November, we're going to need to follow the Virginia model.
Yonkin got in because people showed up in massive numbers.
And plus, they manned the polls.
95% of the polls in Virginia were manned.
We're going to have to do the same on November 8th this year.
And what is your promise to the people of Pennsylvania?
How are you going to change things for the better?
Give me the key elements of your plan as governor.
Yes, so returning to the people and not being afraid to wield the pandemic executive orders.
Of course, I'll work with the General Assembly to code these things.
No, we're breaking up.
We're breaking up, guys.
Find out for yourself.
We trust this guy because he's been fighting the good fight on election fraud and cleaning up the state of Pennsylvania.
It is Colonel Doug Mastriano, Senator in Pennsylvania.
The website is Doug4Gov.com and you can follow him right now on Twitter at Sen Mastri.
What did he say?
Campaigning?
What?
He's coming on my show?
How dare he?
No, that means he's serious.
Send Mastriano on Twitter.
God bless you.
Keep doing what you do.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
What have we got now?
Have we got time for some calls?
Let's take some calls.
Let's share some cuts.
The number is 833 33 Gorka.
That's 833 3, 3, 4, 6, 7, 5, 2.

Can we get ins and outs for the pre-record real quick?
There are 58,000 tweets using the phrase Maga King.
It is the number one trend on Twitter right now.
They can't stop it.
it and title from Astriano something like maybe Pennsylvania's embracing MAGA or something like that Yeah.
51,000.
Okay, Pennsylvania's Embracing MAGA.
Okay, and then ins and outs for the prerecord?
Combs. Combs.
Combs.
Thank you.
That's a closed circuit, so that doesn't go through the board.
So we just need to mute our mics, right?
Yes.
Or just go off of channel C. Channel C is what's going to go to him.
But the way that we have it now set up is channel C. You will also hear him on channel C. We could hear him, yeah.
You want to have that active.
You just want to make sure that you turn off the talk function.
40 seconds.
Alright, so I'm going to use FBI here.
FBI, you got it.
Okay, we've got 35 seconds.
Cut 10.
Are we coming in with that?
Actually, come in with 9.
Come in with 9.
Okay, after the liner.
Merchant relief here.
because the FBI cut is a really long cut.
Thank you.
Thank you.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
I believe in democracy.
And I don't believe that the minority should have the ability to block things that the majority want to do.
That's not the Constitution.
What we're talking about right now are the individual rights and liberties of half the population of the United States of America.
I think that's enough to say it's time to get rid of the filibuster.
I think I can still do long division, but I was never a great math expert.
Our producer worked in construction, so he must do math quite well.
Jeff, are you there?
I am here.
So hang on, hang on.
That was Elizabeth Pocahontas saying the minority shouldn't be allowed to block the majority.
What was the math of the vote on the Roe v. Wade bill in the Senate yesterday?
Yeah, I think, I remember when I was in fourth grade, before they did gender identity, they used to teach greater than or equal to, and then you would figure it out.
51 is greater than 49.
Hang on, hang on, and who was the fifth?
The 51 said no to legalizing abortion up to the ninth month, right?
Yes, that was the greater number.
Hang on, so 50, hang on, let me just make sure, 51 is bigger than 49, right?
I think so.
Okay, so who's the minority blocking the majority?
That would be Liz Warren and the Democrats.
Yeah.
Liz, go back to school, okay?
You can't do math.
51 is more than 49.
51 is the majority.
And Joe Manchin is part of that majority.
Cry more, Liz Warren.
Okay.
They really are either cretins or just inveterate liars or both.
Okay.
I have something very special to play for you right now.
It is probably the biggest story of the day.
It is audio from a whistleblower that the FBI identity is hidden.
Before I do that I want to mention that if you are looking for something made in America Our store is only made in America.
All right?
So SebGorkaStore.com.
If you're fed up with Amazon, go to a place that only sells materials made in America.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
SebGorkaStore.com.
Let's cut this reliance on the communists in China.
Project Veritas has finally attracted somebody who's had enough.
Not retired FBI, but active FBI, who has Spilled the beans on what the FBI has become.
How they're using national security letters for political purposes, for political surveillance.
And also how Project Veritas themselves were targeted by the FBI under political direction.
So it's a relatively long interview.
About 15 minutes has been released so far.
Mr. G has extracted this excerpt We're going to discuss this for probably days and weeks, but listen to what this special agent of the FBI has to say about the Bureau today.
I can say we already knew this already.
Everybody assumes the government's looking into fill-in-the-blank.
This is the standard thing.
Well, the government's looking into my phone.
They can hear my conversation.
And we'll never know about that.
Never.
So the predication of the national security letter is classified secret.
It's hidden for 25 years.
It's not going anywhere.
No one's going to read it outside.
To what end are they doing that?
For the purpose of information.
The end is itself.
Because they're acknowledging this is the penance, this is the penance that the future is doing for the past.
And in the same way we all have to go and attend the Holocaust Museum.
Spend a whole day at the Holocaust Museum with a specific program for law enforcement.
With the whole idea that tyranny happens incrementally and it happens by a bunch of people agreeing to small injustices over and over simply to keep their paycheck and their pension.
The political perversion of the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world that goes unstopped.
Why?
Because colleagues of that agent want to keep their paycheck and want to keep their pension.
The idea that One of the most powerful tools available to the most powerful government in the world is the National Security Letter.
You heard the terminology there.
The predication of the NSL, meaning the reason for the acquiring of those secret warrants to spy on American citizens.
The excuse, the predicate, the predication is itself classified.
And if you are the target of it, you won't even know about it.
It will be kept classified for 25 years.
It means they can get away with anything.
How many people were the targets of NSLs for political purposes?
Not just Mike Flynn, not just Paul Manafort, not just Roger Stone.
People who are doing their job.
I know.
I was told by a former station chief in the CIA that when I was in the White House, Steve Bannon and myself and others were targeted by a four-man team of contractors of the National Security Agency, which is supposed to catch terrorists.
Intelligence officers of foreign nations.
Not people who are politically commissioned officers of a president elected by 64 million Americans.
That's not the job of the NSA or the FBI, but that is what it has become.
That is what they have become.
They have become political weapons with inordinate power.
And if they can do it to President Trump's team, they can do it to anyone.
And we must stop them.
You need to be part of the solution.
Are you engaged?
Are you volunteered?
Are you politically active?
If you're not, you're part of the problem as well.
Dear friends, I'm Sebastian Gorka, former strategist of President Trump.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Coming to you from TheReliefFactor.com studios.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else to no avail, please try this 100% drug-free product that is providing relief to tens of thousands of Americans across the country, me included, but also people like Yvonne from California.

We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Pain-free.
That should be reason enough for you to order the 3-week quick starter pack that'll be at your door in 3 days or less.

And call it... Project Varitas has the goods on the FBI.
Okay, and then I'm gonna use... I'll try and squeeze both three and four in here.
What happened to Ray Livermore?
He dropped off pretty quick.
What?!
Yeah, I know.
Ray!
He was on yesterday, he was only calling to make sure I had his address correct.
Ah, that makes sense then.
Oh boy, what a show today.
I know, nuts.
A livelier Thursday than most?
Yeah, it's not even a Friday.
Exactly.
I so can't wait for Tuesday night.
I need somebody to confirm this.
Allegedly, pallets of baby formula on the border.
That was, wasn't that in the rundown?
No, but I need it confirmed, because National Review is reporting it now.
I just want to know how many sources they have for that.
I would guarantee you that's true.
This administrator, their priorities, I guarantee you.
I think you're right.
I think you're right.
I'll tee him up.
I think, wasn't there a source, a congressman, but they didn't say who it was?
It was Cat Kamek, I think.
Oh, wow.
I think Cat Kamek tweeted it, yeah.
Let's get her back.
Do you want any MyPillow audio here?
Um, sure.
Alright, we'll come in with the MyPillow audio, TF3 and 4.
Coming in with the MyPillow audio.
That'll be that.
Alright, stand by 20 seconds, calm down.
Thank you.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
Not that the FBI is even sniffing and looking.
But what if somebody came in and said, you know what?
We are going to subpoena all his account records and this and that, and then all of a sudden we make the news.
So it's more of a reputation risk.
Whose reputation though?
It's not Mike Lindell's.
It's yours.
That's Heartland Financial's Senior Vice President deciding to shut down all of Mike's bank accounts because he's a conservative.
Let's have his back.

mypillow.com promo code g-o-r-k-a and get yourself a good night's sleep into the bag 800-829-8468 that's 800-829-8468 mypillow.com promo code g-o-r-k-a all right before we get to our special guest on big tech in the next hour we have to share a couple of cuts with you What's the most... Oh, let's start with the most disgusting.
This is a Democrat representative, Katie Porter, saying, Well, you know, if it's tough, if you can't choose between what you should buy at the grocery store, you should just get to kill your unborn child.
Cut four.
The fact that things like inflation can happen and it can become more expensive to feed your kids and to fuel your car is exactly why people need to be able to be in charge of how many mouths they're going to have to feed.
So I think the fact that we're seeing this jump in expenses, that we're seeing people having to pay more in the grocery store, pay more at the pump, pay more for housing, is a reason that people are saying, I need to be able to make my own decisions about when and if to start a family.
What about killing the child you already have?
I mean, that gets to lessen the number of people you have to feed.
Is it the mouths you have to feed?
Well, you don't feed a baby in the womb through the mouth.
So is that what you're talking about?
Infanticide, you sick, sick pervert?
Almost as bad as Hakeem Jeffries, who brought up the wife of an associate Supreme Court justice because he's a scumbag too.
Cut three.
And if Justice Thomas really wants to deal with bullying in America, or this problem of people supposedly unwilling to accept outcomes that they don't like, I've got some advice for Justice Thomas.
Start in your own home.
Have a conversation with Jeannie Thomas.
She refused to accept the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.
Why?
Because she didn't like the outcome.
And so instead, she tried to Steal the election, overthrow the United States government, and install a tyrant.
That's bullying.
Hate on civil rights.
Hate on women's rights.
Hate on reproductive rights.
Hate on voting rights.
Hate on marital rights.
Hate on equal protection under the law.
Hate on liberty and justice for all.
Hate on free and fair elections.
Why are you such a hater?
It's Ginny Thomas, you cretin, to start off with, not Genie.
And she was going to steal the election.
Wow, she's powerful.
You're a misogynist, that's what you are.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Next, a special one-on-one.
Don't go anywhere.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.
2000 Mules.
In select theaters May 2nd and 4th.
Virtual premiere May 7th.
Stream May 8th at Salem Now or Locals.
...alienated a large part of the country and did not ultimately result in Donald Trump not having a voice.
He is now going to be on truth social.
I guess the answer is that I would reverse the promo ban.
He would revise the permanent ban of President Trump.
My former boss.
That voice from the ether is of course Elon Musk, the future owner of Twitter, future CEO.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First one-on-one.
Delighted to have somebody in studio who's a true expert on that dastardly sector of the so-called media that is Big Tech.
He is Senior Counsel for the Article 3 Project, formerly publisher of Ronald Reagan's favorite newspaper, Human Events.
Will Chamberlain, welcome in studio.
Obviously, great to be here with you, Seth.
Well, now we have the luxury of a little bit longer to discuss.
You were in recently because of a very powerful long thread you published on Twitter on the possible identity of the Supreme Court leaker, an individual who in her past associations and writings has shown quite a radical bent towards pro-abortion.
Since we last, let's just do a little update, since we last spoke, anything changed in that analysis?
Has anything countered that?
I haven't seen anything.
No, there hasn't been anything.
I think Nina Totenberg tried to suggest that it was a conservative clerk, but her analysis didn't have any connections to the reporters.
It was just speculation about, well, a conservative clerk would have seen the strategic value of doing it this way, because it fixes the justices in their positions.
Right, because conservatives are the ones who break the rules.
That's what conservatives do, right?
Right.
And also, what conservative clerk is going to subject their own justice to the kind of protests that we've been seeing at their houses?
I mean, and they know that's coming.
You know, conservative clerks know what the left does, especially in this town.
So, I just don't see it.
I think, as my analysis was from the beginning, this is probably the work of a desperate liberal law clerk trying to preserve Roe v. Wade.
And then, in that thread, I showed how this one particular clerk for Justice Breyer, Elizabeth Deutsch, not only has an extensive record through her career and her academic work of trying to work on pro-abortion and reproductive rights causes, and that Josh Gerstein, the journalist who published the leak, at Politico, went to her wedding, co-wrote, shared bylines with her husband.
I mean, these people know each other, so I think the odds are still fairly high that it Very, very impressive.
Let's repost that thread right now.
Guys, you need to read Will Chamberlain's.
I mean, real, it's real journalism.
Before we talk about Big Tech, you were the publisher of Human Events, fabulous newspaper.
For those who are not familiar with it, because it's like this silent conservative success story, say a little bit about Human Events before we move on to Big Tech.
Oh, sure, yeah.
It was a Ronald Reagan favorite magazine, but it was basically defunct for about five years, from about 2014 to 2019.
At the time, I bought it with Rahim Kassam and had him as EIC.
We split pretty quickly, but I think we brought back a little bit of a higher aesthetic.
A lot of the early Human Events articles, especially when I was publishing, were really beautiful art from Ian Miles Chong, who's actually on Twitter.
Most people know him just from his tweets, but you wouldn't know that he's actually a very talented graphic artist, and so much of the beautiful art that was on We just had a lot of very good, interesting contributions.
I was really trying to push, at the time, push the right towards this kind of more almost like pragmatic ruthlessness in achieving things.
It kind of connects to Big Tech because when I was on the aggressive action on Big Tech bandwagon back in 2018, 2019, when Most conservatives, I think, were still a little hesitant about trying to regulate it because they come from this, you know, predisposition.
Small government.
Small government type thing.
And we were just really trying to push no, no, no.
In this case, that's a self-defeating principle.
You can't, you know, let your small government biases allow Twitter to silence your constituents.
That's not a good way to go.
And I think, you know, in the end, you look back at some of those articles and then you look at where people are now, three years later, you'll see that I think those articles were very influential.
We should actually spend a little time on the state of conservative media because I think that's a very important topic.
But before we move on to big tech, given this phrase you use, was it aggressive pragmatism?
Yeah, I think sufficient ruthlessness is one of them.
Ruthlessness, okay.
So my devilish producer had an idea yesterday that we aired on the show with our listeners and viewers.
That Steve Bannon and myself, given the idea that a conservative clerk would release this Supreme Court decision and then put his employers and the conservatives at the mercy of these hounds baying outside their doors, we came up with the idea, or Jeff did, that Steve Bannon and myself should do an outside broadcast of our shows from Sotomayor's house this Friday.
What do you think of that?
I mean, I think you're probably going to get arrested if you do it, because sadly... Wouldn't be the first time for Steve.
Right, right.
Wouldn't be the first.
True, in this case.
But the problem, I mean, when it comes to stuff like this, you know, there's a double standard, obviously.
Of course.
Right?
But, you know, I like to say the double standard is always just an example of unexamined privilege, right?
Like that's, you know, we live in a two-tiered society, especially in politics, especially in DC.
So the stuff you can get away with in front of conservative justices house, there's no way you'd get away with in front of a liberal justices house.
So you gotta be practical until we retake power, until we actually have like our people in charge of prosecuting cases. - Well, are that ideas still out there?
We shall see if Steve bites.
I've texted him.
We'll see if he texts me back at 3 a.m.
Okay, let's return to Big Tech.
Here's a little cut from the second richest man in the world, because, guys, it's actually Putin who's the richest.
I mean, he literally has privatized half of Russia into his back pocket, so it's not on the books, but he is the richest man in the world.
Elon Musk is, you know, a close second, and this is what he said at a recent TED Talk.
Cut one, play cut.
My strong intuitive sense is that having a public platform that is maximally trusted and broadly inclusive is extremely important to the future of civilization.
But you've described yourself.
I don't care about the economics at all.
Richest man in the world, or second richest, says I'm not in it for the money.
Interesting.
And he says it's vital for the future of civilization, not exactly what you hear from liberals.
We'll deal with the question of whether or not we trust this man, but give us the strategic analysis of how important a development is it that a guy who made his money out of PayPal than electric vehicles, a darling concept of the left, and then reinvigorating almost single-handedly America's space program, that this is the guy who wants to buy Twitter?
How unusual is that, Will?
I mean, it's very unusual, especially because we're used to billionaires kind of hewing to the line of the left, like they're scared as anybody else of the New York Times or the Washington Post, writing a hit piece on them, which they shouldn't be because they're that wealthy.
So it is really unique, and it's really gratifying, I guess would be the word, just to see someone step out and be willing to, despite, you know, Do you trust him?
high standing in elite circles be able to say no this is just wrong what you have been doing is completely wrong and and not only i'm literally going to buy the biggest and most not the biggest but the most consequential and influential social media platform in the world to make sure that we you know this censorship stops um do you trust him
i mean there's one metric that we've seen in the last month and a half that the number of people who hate him now who are the right people to have as your enemies has multiplied like topsies.
So this is, as you say, the hit pieces are coming from the establishment every couple of seconds.
He's now gone on record to say that he's going to fire a lot of people and he's gone on record in a tweet saying, yeah, Twitter is biased to the left.
So does this add to his credibility or is the jury still out?
Well, I think he has a lot of credibility here.
I mean, the guy has a lot of skin in the game.
$20 billion of his own money.
And he clearly would not have done this had Twitter been acting in a more free speech manner.
There's no way.
He has better things to do with his time.
He's got three or four other major companies and not enough time of the day as it is.
So I think he's clearly doing this not out of, again, as you said, not out of economics, but out of a personal sense of this is wrong and I can fix it.
And so I trust him as far as that goes.
Now, will he be perfect?
Will he be aligned with us on everything?
Will he get rid of every instance of shadow banning and censorship?
Probably not.
But I think we can expect to see a dramatically more right-wing friendly Twitter in the world where Elon Musk buys it.
And the chances of it being sabotaged from the inside before he gets to close the deal?
I mean, they're just pretty low at this point.
There's no odds of some white knight left-wing buyer coming in, because the company's economics don't make sense for a normal leveraged buyout.
It's like a company that has a huge cash flow, but is poorly run, like RJR Nabisco.
So you can have a white knight come in and run it properly.
That's not Twitter.
And so I don't see a white knight coming in.
I don't see anybody wanting to get on Elon's bad side, because of all his other important business interests.
So I think this is going to ultimately go through.
We're talking to Will Chamberlain.
You've got to follow him on Twitter.

Okay, so social media.
Let's look at the pre-Elon Musk situation.
We have a cartel or a monopoly in most cases.
Whether it's Google, Alphabet, YouTube being one company.
Whether it's Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
There have been clear instances of shadow banning of a president being removed like that after an election.
Up to now, the options that we've been given have been rather limited.
It's removed their 230 immunity that they were provided in the 1990s, so that they can be liable for what is published on their platforms, or break them up.
Where do you stand on these conservative recommendations?
Is there one better than another?
Or does it have to be a combination?
So I think we'll take those in turn.
So 230 immunity is tricky because I think there's there's two basic problems.
Let's explain it first.
So 230 Immunity is essentially saying that if you're a platform, you're not liable for what people post on your platform.
You're not a publisher.
So the argument was, we're not the New York Times, we're not Fox, we're just a platform where anybody can put anything, therefore we're not liable for the content.
Yeah, we're not exercising editorial responsibility.
So we shouldn't be liable for what one of our 300 million users says, even if it's defamatory.
Or horrible rhetoric, you know, terrorist rhetoric or whatever.
It's not, you know, we can't be held responsible for that.
And so, you know, there's a good point to be said.
It's like, wait, but you are, you guys are acting with editorial authority when you delete posts.
They're censoring.
They're censoring.
They're making decisions that are editorial.
So at its core, there is a basic unfairness there.
And so I'm not, I guess I wouldn't say I'm opposed to removing or tailoring their 230 liability, but I'll make two points.
One is, when you do expand the liability protections that these companies face, they actually have to get more careful.
They have to think about censoring more.
So that's one downside.
They might be even more restrictive in the future.
And the second is that removing their 230 protections, it doesn't redress the wrong that's been done to the victim of censorship.
Correct.
Right.
Like the victim of censorship still doesn't have their account, but then some third party who was defamed gets to sue them.
It doesn't put Donald Trump back on Twitter.
Right.
Right.
So I think it's sort of – it comes from the tendency, again, to try and find ways to achieve conservative goals by repealing existing laws or existing regulations rather than implementing new ones that directly solve the problem.
And so that's why I think it's tempting for a lot of conservatives to do that.
Oh, we can still be small government and solve the censorship problem, but it isn't directly targeted at it.
So that's the problem there.
And the second thing you talked about was...
Breakup.
Breakup, right?
And I think in some companies actually probably...
I'm for more severe antitrust laws.
Like there's some bipartisan antitrust reform that I think is generally good.
But then, again, I don't think it gets to the core of the censorship problem in particular because, again, two main reasons.
One is that I think these companies are kind of natural monopolies.
Like the network effects...
You can't replace Twitter.
And you can't compete with Twitter, as we've learned.
over the past few years.
Like, all the Twitter competitors have struggled Mightily.
And, you know, if Elon Musk... Elon Musk's a brilliant businessman.
He has the money to start a Twitter competitor.
He didn't.
He bought Twitter.
Are you saying that TruthSocial is doomed then?
I think TruthSocial's in bad shape.
I think in a world... TruthSocial's major competitive advantage was being a free speech platform in comparison to Twitter.
And that's with Twitter's already existing advantages in terms of existing software, user base, etc.
So let's unpack that prior point.
into a mostly free speech platform.
There's no reason to have true social.
Yeah, or any of it.
Unless it's avowedly the conservative Twitter.
Right, right.
But even then, I mean, the fun part of Twitter is the fact that it's where everybody interacts.
And so...
So let's unpack that prior point.
So are you saying that because of the nature of the internet, the system of systems, the network of networks, that monopolies are kind of a natural byproduct?
Yes, absolutely.
I think that's the right way to look at it.
The network effects, the more people are on your social media platform, the stronger it is and the more of a competitive advantage it gets, which means you have this natural tendency towards consolidation.
And, I mean, people will say, well, there's Facebook and Instagram.
Okay, but Facebook and Instagram are owned by one company, and they're different.
They're qualitatively different services.
They serve different functions.
Exactly.
And TikTok is not the same as Facebook.
It's a different audience doing a different thing.
And so when you look at it, there are people trying to compete with Twitter, doing text-based, public, square... Mini-blogs.
mini-blog social media, and they're struggling completely.
And they're not Instagram.
And if you think, what's the other big photo-driven, centric social media platform other than Instagram?
There isn't one, really.
So they're natural monopolies.
So my thesis then is that antitrust laws can only fix that so much because you will inevitably end up with some amount of consolidation.
Well, and as somebody said to me, a wise person, if you do the Mar-Bell breakup and you turn into lots of mini-Bells, what is your expectation that the mini bells won't be left-wing as well?
Why would they naturally correct themselves?
Why aren't you replacing, you know, one left-wing giant with a thousand left-wing little mini-blocks?
Exactly.
You can't make Silicon Valley not left-wing, right?
That doesn't solve the problem either.
What about the last one?
I should have mentioned it at the top, and this is the public utility concept.
When I pick up my phone, if I say something racist to my friend on the phone, they can't take my phone away from me.
Could we treat the social media environment as a public utility?
Or then does the whole issue of liability come in?
No, that's exactly the way we should approach it.
I almost look at it from Like a civil rights perspective.
I think the way we look at Facebook and Twitter as public accommodations.
And in the 1960s, I'm not trying to compare the gravity of racial discrimination to censorship on social media.
Obviously that's much worse.
But the basic logic works in a very similar way.
You had a mass regime of private discrimination.
against black Americans in the Jim Crow South.
And you didn't say, well, build your own motels and build your own restaurants.
That was not adequate.
And people looked at that and were like, that's wrong.
That's a very good point.
And so then the solution was national, federal regulation to say, you're just not allowed to discriminate in that way anymore.
And I think that's the way you make the government guarantees of freedom in the 14th Amendment meaningful, is you have to extend them to restricting private actors, too.
So same here, right?
If the First Amendment is to be meaningful in 2022, you have to have the right to speak on the most, the central town square of social media.
And I think to make First Amendment rights meaningful, you need to say, Americans just have a right to speak as long as they're engaged in lawful speech on these platforms.
Bingo.
Talking of somebody who gets canceled and is under attack, our good friend of the president, good friend of the show is Mike Lindell.

And a good sign as to whether there's free speech is, is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like?
And if that is the case, then we have free speech.
And it's damn annoying when someone you don't like says something you don't like.
That is a sign of a healthy, functioning free speech situation.
That is the definition of free speech.
It's not speech you agree with.
It's all speech, including speech that you find annoying.
Thank you, Elon Musk.
Exciting times to watch what is happening in social media.
Will Chamberlain, one thing you mentioned is TikTok.
What should people understand about TikTok?
Who owns it?
How dangerous it is?
It's not Silicon Valley.
It's even worse.
I think it's Tencent, or it might be somebody else, but it's the There's a CCP affiliated firm.
Yeah, Chinese, right.
Yeah, right.
That has a lot of control over it.
And, you know, I don't use TikTok.
I generally think we should not use TikTok there.
I'd rather, you know, I don't like Mark Zuckerberg that much, but I prefer him having access to my data than the Chinese Communist Party.
It seems like a pretty easy deal there.
You know, we have, we want, we want American social media companies to be dominant.
That is, and that is, I think, something else that is true about, you know, it, that means they're under the sovereignty of the American government and we have a voice in how they're regulated and run themselves.
All right, let's pull out a little bit and let's talk about, given that you've published a seminal conservative newspaper, you're writing on social media, let's talk about what the trend is.
I need a sanity check from you, Will, because I look at the last year nine months and I identified one trend and I don't want to read too much into it so tell me if I'm wrong but I and I may be in a conservative bubble but I look at social media I look at quote unquote influences and I'm not talking about the Kim Kardashians I'm talking about substantive influences that talk about cultural issues
And I really only see three that when they say one thing or they post a 20 second clip, they've got 20, 30, 40 million likes within 24 hours.
And those people are Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, and Elon Musk.
And the fascinating thing I see about those is that none of them are left-wing.
So I wouldn't say that Rogan is a Thatcherite conservative like me or a Reaganaut, but he's a pro-gun, pro-hunting, meat-eating libertarian who like Bernie Sanders, but let's say he's some kind of libertarian.
Jordan Peterson, as far as I'm concerned, is a classic liberal with a small L. And then Musk, I think, has started to find a political identity in the last year and is creeping towards libertarianism.
I don't think he's fully solidified, but he's definitely not a lefty because of his criticisms of Twitter.
How significant?
Am I seeing a trend that isn't there?
And if I am, how significant is it that these are the three people?
In other words, are conservatives, ironically, now the cool kids will?
Yeah, I would say the way to classify all three of those people is they're disaffected liberals in one way or another.
I like that.
Right?
Like they are, I think all three of them probably, well, Peterson's a Canadian, but all three would have voted for Obama, right?
In 2000, I think.
And yet all three of them are hated by the current left.
And would much be more easily classified as among the modern right wing.
I think that it shows how much the political spectrum has moved to make those people conservatives.
And I think you have identified a trend which is the people who really, there's a lot of very, people who are really motivated to consume political content are people who are disaffected liberals themselves who feel like bewildered by the way the left has just abandoned them and are looking for a new political home.
From a conservative perspective, I wouldn't say these are red-blooded conservatives and they're Trump voters necessarily.
But also, isn't there an interesting aspect to all three of them that they're not Ben Shapiro's, they're not Sebastian Gorka's, they're not going at a topic politically, right?
They don't come out, I'm going to talk about politics!
No, I'm going to talk about Sasquatch and mythology.
Peterson's going to do a lecture on the Odyssey.
And Elon Musk is going to talk about Twitter.
So these aren't political actors in the classical sense.
I think the left recognizes that there are political consequences to their arguments.
Peterson is really interesting in this way because I think Peterson has what I would call a charitable secular reading of the Bible.
He's a Christian who says, I can't admit to being a Christian.
That's my biggest issue with him.
I'm not good enough to say I'm a Christian.
Right, but I think the right should just let him do his thing in that respect, because it's very valuable for somebody to be getting up there and say, you know, okay, so maybe you don't believe in every medical physical claim in the Bible, but look at all this fundamental ethical wisdom that's buried in there, right?
I think one of his most compelling points is that, you know, the Bible is also a compendium of our oldest stories, the stories we as humans co-evolved with.
And so that's why it still resonates so strongly today.
And that's a way that kind of brings, you know, this is a whole separate conversation, but essentially all the people who were the new atheists of like the early 2000s, you know, if they were right-leaning at all, which many of them were, they now end up sort of not caring about the atheism anymore and are just kind of conservatives.
Right.
And they're looking for a new home.
You've got to follow this guy, Will Chamberlain, at Will Chamberlain.

I want to get really big picture now Will.
You know I served I was an advisor to candidate Trump then I ended up in his White House as a strategist to the president and I guess now I came out of the post office once and a little old lady stared at me and recognized me and I didn't know whether it was going to be a crazy lib because we live in, you know, the swamp or not.
And she said, you're Mr. Magga!
So I thought, that's great!
So now on my bio on Truth Social I say, yes!
Somebody once called me Mr. Magga!
Here's my problem with the MAGA movement and everything the President achieved is that it was almost an act of God.
Hillary Clinton outspent us 2 to 1.
She spent at least 1.4 billion dollars.
The whole establishment was against President Trump.
The GOP hated him.
They still hate him.
The Huffington Post said on the night of the election that Hillary has a 92% chance of winning.
That's what we were dealing with with President Trump.
But he won!
That's the remarkable thing.
He won.
In the intervening five years, I've seen attempts here and there, but I haven't seen a serious organic locus for the heavy lifting intellectually of what a MAGA conservative movement is.
Because he just came in with the pragmatism of somebody who's, you know, building golden towers in Manhattan and golf courses in St.
Andrews.
And he said, okay, the board is broken, people are being overtaxed, and the swamp doesn't work.
Let's fix it!
It wasn't an ideological argument.
It was a prag- like, you know, you talked about pragmatism.
It was a pragmatic approach.
Talk to me about the deficiency.
Of the heavy lifting, the intellectual heavy lifting for conservatives.
The kinds of things that I think human events was about.
Yeah.
It's a tricky thing because you can over-intellectualize everything, right?
Yes, yes.
But I think clearly there was a lot of intellectual force behind a few things.
One was essentially the sort of new non-interventionist foreign policy.
Yes.
In many ways it was I think a revenge of the young Ron Paul voters in 2008.
They got older.
And they change their views on certain things like ISIS and jihadism, but the general resistance towards foreign intervention is still there.
But again, if I may, because that was my field, was national security.
It wasn't because we came in with a new theory of international relations.
It's because a pragmatist comes in and says, we've got to stop these stupid wars, which was his phrase.
So it wasn't a big intellectual new taxonomy.
It was, this is dumb!
Seven trillion?
What are we talking about?
I think the War on Iraq really shaped us.
I look at my generation, but the War on Iraq really shaped us because we were naturally right-wing.
I think people sort of have a right-wing or a left-wing temperament at the end of the day.
Most people, one or the other.
But if you're a young right-winger growing up, turning 18 or something in 2003, then you're seeing Iraq and you're being told by the elder people in your movement, this is what you need to support.
And then you look at it and it goes terribly.
And not only does it go terribly, the people who advocated for it suffer no career consequences.
Like, think of a Bill Kristol.
I mean, he was dominant in the Republican Party for years, well after, and it finally was Trump in 2016 that did him in.
So that's a big part of, I think, the MAGA movement, is sort of that generation of people who felt really jilted by Republicans in the 2000s coming back and saying, we are conservative people, we're just not for these silly interventions.
And then I think there's the second part of it, which is, you know, this more heterodox economics, which is, you know, it's not socialist, but it's saying things like, Why do we have to export all the jobs in Ohio overseas?
That doesn't make sense.
And it feels like we're not really taking care of American citizens first.
The hillbilly allergy argument.
Killing two generations of manual laborers in America.
Yeah, for these trade deals that just enriched a few people but just destroyed the industrial base of our country.
That's not good.
That can't be seen as good.
But you're describing the logic of MAGA then.
My question is, have we done enough as thinking conservatives after the 16 victory to put flesh on the bones?
I don't think we have, and I think partially it's because we've been in this defensive crouch.
I would say that as much as my work on tech is about You know, encouraging offensive moves to protect conservatives.
The fact that we're even doing that work, we're literally just fighting for our right to speak.
Correct.
It's a rearguard action.
It's a rearguard action.
And so we're just, you know, right now we've been so desperately trying to fight that.
I think that putting forward a really robust intellectual program hasn't happened yet.
That's not to say it won't, and there's plenty of time to do it now.
Really?
I think we can get it done.
I mean, maybe not the full thing, but we can get a lot done in the next two years, I think, prior to either the next Trump presidency or the next Republican.
And are you seeing people making an effort?
I mean, I love the guys at AmericanGreatness.com, Chris Boskirk.
There's also a conference that an Israeli has been doing at Carmel.
Yoram Zoni, yeah.
Zoni on nationalism or modern nationalism.
So are you seeing glimmers?
Oh, yeah.
No, I'm very encouraged by what I see at the Hozoni conference.
Yoram's a friend.
I'm actually a reviewer.
He's got a book coming out that I'm I'm going to be reviewing Conservatism, a Rediscovery.
It's very, very good.
I like The American Certive is doing excellent work in my judgment.
There's a new magazine called Compact by Saurabh Amari.
And you've got guys like Adrian Vermeule, who's, I think, a fascinating Harvard Law School professor, put out a book called Common Good Constitutionalism.
That's sort of – so there's a lot of really good intellectual ferments going on on the right.
I think, you know, developing a full, complete program by 2024, probably challenging.
But I think we'll be in a much better position than we were and than President Trump was in 2016, where he had won office on this mandate to put in place an America First platform, but there was no, you know, what was the list of 2,000 people he was going to hire?
Yeah, that's the issue.
To staff all the agencies that agreed with him.
He didn't have anything like that.
And I think, you know, much of the story of President Trump's first term is these really great successes on foreign policy where so much of the responsibility falls on him as the president.
And then these difficult struggles with the bureaucracy and the deep state.
Who refuse to actually implement.
Right, exactly.
So, you know, that's, you know, I mean, and some of that falls on him.
He ultimately is the chief executive with some firing and hiring authority.
But I think, you know, if the lessons are learned for 2024, I think things can get, you know, much better.
And the relationship, we'll talk about the deep state in a second, but the relationship of the establishment, the GOP to him.
Yeah.
That's unfixed.
Yeah, it's still unfixed.
And I think something as simple as yesterday's vote to send $40 billion to Ukraine when there's baby formula shortages all over the country.
We have not done enough work.
No Democrats voted against that.
So the idea that there's any sort of non-interventionist part of the Democratic Party, that's over.
AOC voted for it.
Ilhan Omar voted for $40 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
But we only have 57.
We need to get more.
I mean, I think they should have been resistant to sending that money until we had an investigation into exactly why Hunter Biden was getting paid so much.
As Bannon put it, it is the Uniparty.

So just this week, Last week we reported that the DOD is trying to take Michael Flynn's pension away from him or to dock part of his pension because of his lunch with Putin in Moscow when he was actually working for the DIA.
collecting intelligence which he brought home to give to the U.S.
government.
So here's the big question for you, Will.
In what you've witnessed in the last five years, maybe we can deal with the GOP, maybe the swinging successes for the midterm Republican MAGA candidates will be enough When it comes to party politics.
But what about the deep state?
Do you think a second Trump term, MAGA, can grapple that thorn?
Maybe.
It depends.
And that's actually going to be on Trump and the people he hires at personnel.
And he has to do a better job than he did in the first term.
I want to preface this.
I really like President Trump.
I've said this again and again and again, I don't care what you think is the most important part of MAGA, whether it's the borders, whether it's the economy, whether it's the First Amendment, whether it's pro-life, I really don't care which one is the most important to you.
If we don't fix personnel, it doesn't matter.
Right, and I kind of, I want to stress that, you know, remember, one thing, his worst habit, I would say, is publicly, when he was president, was complaining publicly about his direct subordinates, because he had firing authority over them, right?
That's terrible management any way you cut it.
If you don't like what your subordinate is doing, tell them privately.
Don't blast them on Twitter.
It's one of the great ironies of the man whose TV show hit phrase for 14 years was, you're fired.
I'm not talking out of school here.
He hates to fire people.
Face to face.
He just hates to.
Yeah, and I think that's very human of him in a sense, right?
He's not some robot, he's a human being.
But that said, I think it's really important that he learns the lesson of his first term.
And I would be very frustrated if I see more whining about his subordinates and how terrible they were.
At a certain point, if every subordinate you hired for a certain position is net was a loser and useless and whatever well that's on you you're the executive who hired them and if you don't like him call him in and fire them right and hire somebody and hire somebody to fix it so i think i think he but if he learns that lesson i mean there's so much potential to be unlocked and and i think you know jd vance might have said it like masters might have said it like you know just we just need to start firing a lot more people early on Bingo.
And get the departments out of DC.
If we have to have a Department of Agriculture, move it to North Dakota.
Take the State Department and set it to Anchorage.
We've been talking to... No, seriously!
Because only patriots will work there.
It's closer to Russia.
Exactly.
We've been talking to Will Chamberlain.
This has been one-on-one.
