If I run and if I win, we will treat those people from January 6th fairly.
We will treat them fairly.
And if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons, because they are being treated so unfairly.
That probably is the hottest take from President Trump's rally this weekend in Texas.
Is he right?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious ever more fetid and rank swamp that is Washington DC.

So, pardons for the January 6th, quote-unquote, insurrectionists.
it.
Is that wrong?
Is that right?
What did the president just say?
He said, because they have been treated unfairly.
Absolutely.
There is no question.
When compared to the individual who was recently arrested for shooting a police officer in New York, who walked out of the jail cell after two days.
What, because of his skin color?
Or because it was a police officer that he shot?
We have people who are still in custody for misdemeanor trespass offenses.
We have individuals who've been put in solitary confinement.
There's only one thing that's happening in the DC prison cells right now, and that's political persecution.
What happened to the left?
You've been sold a Lie about the Southern strategy?
About how the racist Democrats magically became lovely, nice, tolerant people?
That bumper sticker?
Co-exist!
Yes, absolutely, unless you're Joe Rogan.
What really happened?
Was there a switch in American politics in the last 60 years?
Oh yes, there was.
But it has nothing to do with the South, with Nixon, with the Democrats of the KKK suddenly becoming lovers of democracy.
The switch that actually happened has to do with aging revolutionaries.
Back in the 1960s and 70s, left-wing politics in America was defined beyond the cliches of flower power and unrestricted love was about challenging the establishment going up against the man the establishment was bad in whatever shape it took
The Feds, the G-Man, the local police officer, just far too uncool.
Oppressing me, getting me down.
I wanted to just switch off, tune out.
And chill with my favorite recreational drug.
That was the left's message.
The establishment is the problem.
The man is the issue.
Today, they can't even define what a man or a woman is.
We have Apple releasing the emoji for your phone of the pregnant man.
Which, of course, is impossible.
Which is a denial of science!
They are the science deniers.
What happened to that class in America?
Who in the 60s and 70s defined themselves through the virtue of dissent.
Strangely, over time, they wanted power at all cost.
And they transmogrified into the establishment.
They became the man, even if they deny the chromosome makeup of what a man is.
Today, whether it's Dan Bongino, Who is now banned from YouTube after he said two days earlier, I'm leaving YouTube.
Whether it is Joe Rogan or whether it is those MAGA hat-wearing patriots, some of them misguided, who are rotting in prison cells today, who are being ordered, yes ordered, to read the right materials.
When they appear in court, finally, after six months or twelve months, are told, you must make a public statement and say, yes, I believe that that sleepy senile old man is the rightful president.
Whether it is any of those individuals, they are not to be tolerated.
That's why Joe Rogan must be cancelled.
That's why people who preached, who sang songs about rocking around the free world are now calling for his memory-holing to be censored as the most popular podcaster in the world.
Why?
Why?
Did he say he's a doctor?
Did he say, no, you shouldn't take vaccines?
No.
He asked questions.
Which we have been told for decades is one of the greatest forms of patriotism.
To dissent from the given narrative forced down from above.
Dissent is the greatest form of patriotism.
We're even told that by the left as recently as the first Gulf War.
Code Pink et al.
Don't believe the establishment.
Now, if you dare question what the establishment, in the guise of Dr. Fauci, or members of the Biden regime say, if you dare question any one of their edicts, You're killing grandmothers!
You're a hater!
When they make racist pronouncements right now, one of the most bigoted men in modern American history, who tried to prevent a black conservative becoming a judge on the Supreme Court, when he makes racist promises that I will choose a black female for my next Supreme Court appointment.
That's fine!
Ruling out more than 90% of the population based upon skin color.
What do the Asian Americans say?
The Native Americans?
Are Korean lawyers up in arms because they're not even allowed to be considered?
Those who preached tolerance for decades have truly become the fascists.
They have become the big brother that approves of one narrative.
And the narrative can change.
As George Kennan taught us in the long telegram about the Soviet Union, for a socialist, truth is that which serves the party interest.
Which means it can change from one day to the next.
Originally, you didn't need masks.
No, irrelevant, because we need them for hospitals.
Then you needed a mask.
Then you needed two masks.
And then it became theatre.
Truth is irrelevant.
Only that which matters for the retention of power by one party is important.
I think people are waking up.
God bless the Canadian truckers.
Where are the American truckers?
Give us a call today.
I want to hear from you.
833-33-GORKA The giant is awakening.
833-334-6752.
We're coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Next up, a very, very brave marine.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, stay on this channel.
Music Yep.
The Joe Rogan effect.
Yes.
mic's on the Joe Rogan effect yes and the pre-record how to defeat YouTube All right.
Can you play me cut seven?
Yes.
Cut seven.
Pardons?
Do you agree?
Yeah.
No, I don't want to send any signal that it was okay to defile their capital.
There are other groups with causes that may want to go down the violent path if these people get pardoned.
But isn't that a dangerous thing to say?
Yeah, well, I think it's inappropriate.
I don't want to reinforce that defiling the Capitol was okay.
Um, well, can you play me Cut 9?
I have attended protests and rallies in the past when I agreed with the goals, when I supported the people expressing their concerns and their issues.
Black Lives Matter is an excellent example of that.
But I have also chosen to not go anywhere near protests that have expressed hateful rhetoric, violence towards fellow citizens, and a disrespect Not just of science, but of the frontline health workers and, quite frankly, the 90% of truckers who have been doing the right thing to keep Canadians safe.
All right, I'm dialing him up now.
Can you get Casso to post that?
Yeah.
BLM is good, truckers bad.
All right.
It says recipient not online.
Hang on, let me try again.
And then cut five to DJT1.
Pardons for the J6, quote, insurrectionists.
Okay, let me try this one.
Can you play me, Cutty13?
Hello, Lieutenant Colonel Duncan.
Can you hear us?
Yes, sir.
Can you hear me okay?
Yes, we can hear you.
And just letting you know, the mics are live on our video broadcasts right now.
We are in the break for radio.
We'll be coming back on the radio in about 90 seconds.
Colonel Duncan, greetings.
Sir, it's good to see you.
How are you?
Thanks for joining us today.
Thank you for having me.
It's a pleasure to be here.
So you're still active, Judy.
Where's your station?
Where's your post?
Yes, sir.
I'm actually at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona.
Yuma.
Okay, good.
Can you adjust?
We need headroom because we're cutting off all these things at the top.
Okay, good.
Perfect.
All right.
Good, good, good, good.
Can you get a little bit further away?
I sure can.
55 seconds.
Good, perfect.
Alright, standby, 50 seconds.
Okay, we got Israel here.
Yeah.
You wanna play one more cut?
Uh, what did I say?
Oh yeah, 13 please.
Do not need to shut down most of lower Manhattan because one cop died for probably doing his job incorrectly.
They kill people who are under 22 every single day for no good reason and we don't shut down the city for them.
Wow.
Alright, standing by.
Okay, yep.
20 seconds, stand by.
Are we coming in with that or are we just... No, no, no.
Okay.
Bye-bye.
Making sense
out of today's news, Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Okay guys, we're going to get to your calls momentarily.
Dean, Victor, Judy, don't go anywhere.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But we've got a special guest first.
And I need to remind you, if you haven't done so already, Have you booked your tickets for the Stand With Israel tour?
It's time to get out.
Even Israel's admitted that they got it wrong with the vaccines and the vaccine passports.
Come join us for the trip of a lifetime.
Walk in the same areas where your Lord and Savior walked the earth.
Things you've read about in the New Testament, even if you've been to Israel.
You haven't been with me and with my good friend Dinesh D'Souza.
Reserve your tickets today 855-565-5519.
We're going to go to all the holy sites.
We're going to go to the Sea of Galilee, the Dead Sea, Masada, Jerusalem, the Holy Church of the Sepulchre.
You name it, we're gonna go there.
That's 855-565-5519.
Or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
655519 or just go to standwithisraeltour.com.
That's standwithisraeltour.com.
The state of the U.S. military, whether it is infiltration by those promoting wokeism, critical race theory, or just other political correctness is, of course, of concern to us every single day here on America And beyond that, the readiness of our troops because of the vaccine mandates.
We're going to talk right now to a very brave man who has requested an exemption from those mandates.
He's going to tell us what the results of that request are.
I have his CV in front of me.
I have his curriculum vitae, his resume.
Incredibly impressive.
He served as a F-18 pilot, went as an instructor to the Naval Fighter Weapons School, otherwise known as Top Gun.
He served as a DARPA Service Chiefs Fellow in the JPME system.
He's with us today, Lieutenant Colonel Scott Duncan.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you, sir, for having me.
I appreciate it.
All right.
Tell us your story.
Tell us the beginnings of your request.
Why did you request an exemption from the vaccine mandate, Colonel?
Well, sir, there were several tenets to the conversation and several things we had concerns.
And one of those concerns was religious in nature.
And there were actually several tenets to that religious component as well.
So what we had an opportunity to share earlier this week was the fact that we had an issue with the lineage, the technology progression and the use of aborted fetal cell tissues.
In addition to that, We feel led by the Holy Spirit, and we did not believe that the narrative matched the requirement for a mandate.
In addition to that, we believe in the sanctity of life.
We believe that we are the holders of our temple, and that it is our responsibility, conferred by God only, to have the opportunity to put anything into our bodies, and we should have the right opportunity to say no.
And then, as we mentioned before—oh, my apologies.
Go ahead, keep going.
We believe that all that was really substantiated by the oath that we took to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
So this sounds very well reasoned on the foundation of bodily autonomy, bodily sovereignty, and of course with regards to the technology used to develop these vaccines.
What has the response been from the Marine Corps or from DoD Central?
So far, Marine Corps leadership specifically, well, my religious accommodation was denied.
I'm not aware of anybody so far personally who's had theirs approved.
That was the original accommodation request.
And the reasoning being, we also had an opportunity in accordance with the Marine Corps order to offer reasonable suggestions, perhaps a way to reconcile it in the middle.
And those were not accepted because current risk mitigation measures have been proven to be ineffective.
The next step for us was to appeal.
And then last week, on Tuesday of last week, we received our appeal denial on the grounds that the government interest is compelling.
And in addition to that, this is the least restrictive method.
And so far, the unvaccinated have proven to be a threat to ourselves and potentially a threat to those that we are in service with.
How many years do you have in uniform, Colonel?
Sir, I have just over 18 years.
And what justification beyond them saying that this isn't good for the military was given for refusing your request and the appeal?
Was there any substantive legal justification given?
Sir, I think that's part of the discussion following, you know, part of the discussion.
Certainly there are legal concerns, there are medical concerns.
None of those that I'm aware of were offered and that's what we're asking for is What exactly is the rationale?
And so far, they've been all medical in nature.
And the medical component of it is, most recently, that leadership believes that the unvaccinated spread the virus at a greater rate than those who are vaccinated.
And therefore, not only am I a threat to myself, but I'm also a threat to the readiness of the unit by not being vaccinated.
And that's the most consistent narrative we've received so far from leadership.
So what are your options now?
What is your plan, given the fact that both your request and the appeal have been rejected?
Well, sir, I think the next steps for us is to go through a board of inquiry.
And so we're going to bring civilian legal defense as well as assigned defense counsel to that board of inquiry and make what we believe to be a very reasonable argument on a variety of different fronts.
And when we do that, it is up to the board to make a determination of the characterization of discharge or hopefully an opportunity to continue to serve.
We have every desire, Dr. Gorka, all of us are involved in this process, have every desire to continue to serve.
So that is the end state, that is the end goal.
And if that cannot be achieved, then we're going to have to move through the administrative process to be separated in some fashion, deemed being fit by leadership in Marine Corps.
How has this affected your family?
What has this been like for you and your family, Colonel?
It has been a significant challenge, there's no doubt.
God uses all things, though, as we are aware, and he uses adversity to develop the character in us that we are to become.
And so for this opportunity, we are grateful for that.
But it has been an incredible challenge.
When we first started this, Um, everything from the possibility for a full conviction of an article 92, um, is, was on the table.
So we had to really spend the last several months, uh, in a very rapid fashion.
Developing how we are going to transition to the civilian world and how we were going to do it based on potential characterization of discharge.
And so that has been a challenge.
I think you know my history.
I think you know that I served for two and a half years as a faculty member in Quantico for the Marine Corps.
It's the service that's closest to my heart.
I know you're still serving, so there are limitations on what you can comfortably say about leadership or specific commanders.
But in general terms, would you talk about how this issue affects the core readiness and the esprit de corps of the Marines?
Yes, sir.
I think, you know, that's been one of the difficulties.
I think there are people who genuinely believe that this is the best course of action, and for those, I do not fault them.
They're operating on a conviction, just as we are operating on a conviction.
However, there are folks who believe this was not necessary, and there are a growing number of Marines who are having a very difficult time with the decision that they made, or perhaps felt like they were forced to be made, especially with this last winter season, what has transpired in the surrounding narrative.
Um, in addition to that, some of the concerns we do have, you know, we had a very grassroots and limited movement that had about 350 pilots that offered their personal information just to begin to substantiate some of the impacts of readiness.
And so we just asked leadership to consider those things when we aggregate those 350 pilots, which is certainly not all that, uh, are going through this process.
It comprised of several billion dollars worth of training assets, uh, an average timing rate of 14 years.
30% of them are instructor pilots responsible for training the next generations.
10% of them are weapons school graduates or weapons school instructors, so responsible for tactics development.
So we just had some concerns that we've never been in a position where we have too many pilots.
And even just simply looking at that population alone, we believe has probably a negative impact on readiness.
Well, God bless you, Lieutenant Colonel Scott Duncan, United States Marine Corps.
Your family will be in our prayers.
Thank you for your service to this nation and for standing up for principles upon which this nation was founded.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, Semper Fidelis.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Alright.
Mic's back on.
All right.
Can you play me cut 11?
Cut 11.
Oh yeah.
If you look at Fox on a daily basis, I mean, do you remember the four boxes that we had on all the TVs, right?
Which is on my TV right now.
So right now, just to give you a sense, so CNN, Pentagon, as many as 8,500 US troops on heightened alert.
Okay, true.
Same on MSNBC.
CNBC is doing their own thing about the market.
And then on Fox is Jeanine Pirro talking about soft on prime consequences.
I mean, what does that even mean, right?
It means that there are greater domestic threats right now than there are foreign threats.
She's so dumb.
I think it's Kathy Griffin's daughter.
I'm convinced.
All right.
Oh, Solomon's not until the segment after.
Yeah.
Got it.
Uh, title for that one?
It was really good.
Let me just hear 14 first.
Uh, yeah. 14.
Their enemy is themselves, because they've become what they hated.
They've become what they mocked.
And now they're taking food from soup kitchens because they're so put upon for being asked to do what they've been asked to do, required to do, their entire lives.
It's a cult.
Crazy.
I swear his eyes get smaller and smaller.
I know, I know, they're like little piggy eyes.
Cut ten.
And then just like that, Mr. Biden was thrown a lifeline with the news that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer would indeed retire at the end of this term.
President Biden vowed to keep his promise during the campaign that he would appoint an African-American woman to the first court opening he had.
That could help with declining black support.
Oh, Random Acts of Journalism.
Oh, and Jimmy Sharpton.
Twelve.
Twelve.
But if I understand correctly, even then, black motorists are disproportionately at risk.
How's the administration in your department tackling this through this new strategy?
3,000 people a month being killed on public transit or in air travel, and yet we as a country have just gotten used to it when it comes to our roads.
Not only that, even though it's felt everywhere, it is not felt equitably.
Going into 2020, deaths nationwide on the roads were up 7%, but we're up more than 20% for black Americans.
There are a number of reasons going into that.
Completely gives a whole new meaning to the question, who will build the roads?
Equitable and equity, they love that.
That is their new word.
That's their thing, yeah.
I love that, yeah.
Can you come in with cut four?
Come in with four.
I think he has to be the dumbest person in the media, no?
Even more than Don Lemon.
Sharpton.
Oh yeah.
There's nobody thicker, right?
No.
He used to have a five day a week show.
That was the best.
And now it's what?
Oh, like one day a week.
All right, 20 seconds.
We've got merchant relief here.
Standing by.
Standing by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Stand With Israel Tour.
If you care about your future, your family, and your country, then you have no choice.
This November, you have to throw these raving lunatics the hell out of power and elect strong, smart, tough Republicans who will restore.
Your borders, protect your safety, defend your jobs, and put America first.
Throw those raving lunatics out in November.
I think that has to be the battle cry.
Guys, did you meet your matters together?
I said battle cry.
Did you soil yourselves?
Why, when did they last, hey, Mr. G, when did they last do a transcript of the show?
It's been a while, hasn't it?
They got very soft during COVID when they all worked from home.
Do I need to try harder?
I think they need to work harder.
They're not really working, is what I'm thinking.
Do you think they're getting, like, PPE checks from the government?
Probably, yeah, and they're definitely not working as hard.
What about ZakiPoo as well?
No, he's still around every now and then.
Oh, he does.
Hey, Eric, what was the last thing he wrote?
It was like two sentences long, wasn't it?
It was embarrassing.
Zachy-poo.
Try harder!
Who does he work for now?
What is it?
Is it Daily Beast?
Salon.
Salon.
Whatever.
Who cares?
It's irrelevant.
It's just too much fun.
Okay, guys, we've got to go to your calls, but first things first.
If you are ready for November, You've got to tell the world.
How do you do that?
You've got to have flags, you've got to have yard signs, you've got to have the right gear, and we've got it all for you.
Yes, and it's all made in America.
America First!
Everything you could need, from the stay frosty Turvis tumblers, to the just softest, warmest America First hoodies, with the stars and stripes in the hood, to all the let's go brand in gear, the hats, The t-shirts, my favorite, the yard signs.
And then the t-shirt we made for when the president came on the show.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
And then, thanks to Phil in Philly.
God bless you, Phil.
To remember forever.
What Biden did by surrendering Afghanistan and the 13 who died, the war fighters who needlessly were killed by ISIS.
He asked for it and Randy made it.
It is the Americans abandoned in Afghanistan.
You are not forgotten flag and t-shirt with 13 stars for the 13 U.S.
servicemen and women murdered there as he surrendered that airbase.
Go today.
Order at SebGorkerStore.com and the world will know who you are.
And also, you'll be a catalyst when your neighbors, when others see you proudly representing America first, they'll realize that we outnumber the extremists.
That's SebGorkerStore.com.
S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
SebGorkerStore.com.
Let's go to your calls.
Dean, New Jersey, welcome aboard.
Yeah, hi, Dr. Gorka.
You know, I'm thinking about this Joe Rogan thing, and Joe Rogan is in trouble for asking questions.
Yes!
For asking questions, and then I'm thinking, you know, I'm taking this online course from a really good college, and it's on Socrates.
And I'm thinking, whoa, this just hit me now.
Socrates had the ultimate cancel.
For corrupting the children, corrupting society, and all he did was ask questions.
For the Socratic method, he was condemned to death.
You're absolutely right.
Great one, Dean.
God bless you.
Let's go to Victor Silverspring, our good friend.
Welcome, Victor.
280 days until the November elections and counting.
Thank you.
We should have a countdown clock.
280 days to go.
I appreciate that, Victor.
Okay.
You know me.
I talk to a lot of truckers and I used to listen to the show that came out of Cincinnati, Overnight Drive with Steve.
And when I called in the show, my handle was Blind Man.
It still is.
But I got to know a lot of truckers and they're telling me All kinds of stuff that happened up in Canada.
One of them was somebody wrote on a sign when they went through Brandon, Ontario and put down, let's go Brandon.
And now there are signs going up making fun of Justin Trudeau saying, let's go Brenda.
Oh yes, do we have that video?
The latest reaction?
Let's play it.
This is from Pyjama Boy Trudeau.
His response, allegedly he's hiding out from the truckers.
Play cut.
I have attended protests and rallies in the past when I agreed with the goals, when I supported the people expressing their concerns and their issues.
Black Lives Matter is an excellent example of that.
But I have also chosen to not go anywhere near protests that have expressed hateful rhetoric, violence towards fellow citizens, and a disrespect, not just of science, but of the frontline health workers and, quite frankly, the 90% of truckers who have been doing the right thing to keep Canadians safe.
So, Black Lives Matter is okay, I guess because he did blackface, but if you're a trucker who wants to do his job, you're an extremist.
And I love the way they say fringe, when Canada is just cheering them on in this convoy across the nation.
You know who's fringe?
You are, Trudeau.
Thank you, Victor.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

What did he do?
He posted something.
Oh, just tell him Rogan and Hunter.
New Revelations.
Oh, the story that was out there.
What was it?
There was a... What was the grand jury on Hunter?
What was that story?
JPMorgan, right?
A subpoena in 2019 for JPMorgan.
Like Hunter, James Biden, and like a couple... But it was JPMorgan, right?
Yes, it was JPMorgan Chase.
Dialing up Mr. Solomon at this moment.
Ringing at the far end.

Nice.
We're going to have a lot of fun, so I can tease some of that tonight and give you a little early glimpse of it.
Good, good, good, good.
Alright, we'll talk about that, we'll talk about people trying to, the media trying to cancel Rogan, but let's tease your show.
Alright, stand by.

Are we doing any cuts?
I might do... No, I'll save Rogan for the next hour.
What was that big thing they just, um... Did you see that ad on Hunter Biden that Janine's doing some shows on?
I saw it.
They're doing a four-piece miniseries.
I think it's Fox, uh... Oh, the service?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
15 seconds, standby.
Standing by.
Standing
by. with Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome back, dear friends.
My gosh, this first hour is just flying by.
I want to take more of your calls.
Don't go anywhere.
Judy, Kevin.
Also, the number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But it's been too long.
He cancelled last week on me.
833-334-6752.
But it's been too long.
He canceled last week on me.
How dare he do that?
Well, I found out it's okay because he's building his empire yet again.
The man who is one of the few true investigative journalists left in America, the creator, the caliph-in-chief of justthenews.com.
Well, he's got a couple of big announcements, one to do with a massive treasure trove of new information about Hunter Biden.
But first things first, John Solomon, what is happening this evening in America?
My mother can't believe it, but I'm actually launching my own TV show.
She's in complete shock.
I'm a little bit in shock.
But yeah, it's a really great opportunity.
Is she worried for you?
Is she going to make sure that her little boy is going to perform well tonight?
She said, I hope to God that makeup worker is a miracle worker.
That's what she said.
Good to have a mom that keeps you humble.
What's it called?
Who's doing it with you?
Where can we watch it?
It's called Just the News.
It's going to be co-hosted with my good friend Amanda Head.
She's known as a Hollywood conservative, great journalist, and it will air each night 6 p.m.
Eastern Time on Real America's Voice.
I'm just really grateful for them giving us a platform to take some of the Just the News stories we do in print and then extend them out and out of television like I get the chance to do with you guys every Monday.
He's building his empire every single day.
When I was a kid in England, the six o'clock news, it was called Nationwide.
That was the news on BBC that set the tone for the whole media.
So yeah, it must be a big exciting thing, that six o'clock slot, John.
Yeah, it's exciting and intimidating, right?
Because I'm a print guy, so it's a different thing to be, as you know, behind the camera is a different thing.
And so I'm really looking forward to it.
And I want to do something different.
I want to have a conversation with America and talk about facts instead of all the spin that the rest of the media spends their time wasting America's time with.
I want to talk about facts and then let people make up their own mind.
And I'm really grateful that we get this opportunity, as I am with you every Monday.
I look forward to this hit every Monday as well.
No, we do too, and I know our millions of listeners and viewers do across the country.
Okay, John, you have been indefatigable when it comes to not only pushing back on the Russia hoax, but also the Hunter Biden story.
First things first, can you tell us about, it just never ends.
Peter Schweitzer's got his new book out.
Have you ever seen a story that just has legs like the corruption of the Bidens, John?
No, and I don't think we know 20% of it yet.
I think the more we dig, the more I learn, the more tentacles I do.
Just a week ago, there was a whole path that took us into two or three countries that we hadn't been looking at.
Kazakhstan, other places.
And the one pattern is the same.
It doesn't matter the country, right?
It matters the fact that wherever Joe Biden was going as vice president at the time, Hunter Biden had a plan to cash in.
And so we tell the story of, you know, Joe Biden goes here and Hunter Biden shows up, goes to China.
Hunter Biden's with him with a business plan.
There was a steak dinner for a French guy.
He's got a plan to make money off of that.
Hunter Biden was living in the jet stream of his father's political office and finding ways every day to cash in, almost always with foreign actors.
It is the most hideous form of overt corruption I've ever seen in my career.
Tell us about this treasure trove of documents that you can discuss more freely in the next few days, but give us a hint of what you'll be discussing.
Well, there are some very important storylines that the Democrats imposed on America during the first impeachment trial of Donald Trump.
One of those was, Joe Biden, yes, he did fire that prosecutor, like I reported at the helm, but he had good reason to do that because everybody agreed that that prosecutor, Victor Shokin, was crooked.
It had nothing to do with the fact that that prosecutor actually was investigating Hunter Biden's company.
We're going to produce two documents.
One is a letter that the State Department said, Victor Shokin, it didn't tell him he was doing a bad job.
It was giving him an attaboy.
You're doing a good job.
We're impressed.
You're going to see that letter tomorrow morning.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
So the guy that had to be fired because he was corrupt and not doing his job, the State Department under Obama said he was good?
Victoria Nuland, then the Ukraine principal, policy person working directly with Joe Biden, told them, we're impressed with what you're doing.
We're impressed.
Then they fire the guy.
Just before they fire him, there's an interagency task force that evaluates whether Ukraine's making progress.
That task force found that Ukraine was making enough progress on corruption, as Prosecutor Shokin was, and that they should get their next loan installment.
Then Joe Biden says, no, no, you're not getting that loan until you fire the guy.
One of the key tenants of the Ukraine impeachment story is going to be exposed tomorrow as definitely problematic, if not inaccurate.
And then we're going to give some folks some other taste.
There's going to be, when Joe Biden was going around in 2019 saying, that's a conspiracy theory about my son, we're going to be telling you what the FBI and the IRS was doing at that moment.
I've got a new document there that I think is going to open up some people's eyes and an incredible email from a State Department official to their bosses that lays out how Hunter Biden's Corrupt relations in Ukraine undercut American policy.
First time you're ever going to see that memo.
We see the reports in the last few days about grad jury investigations, indictments from last year concerning Hunter Biden, his colleagues, JP Morgan.
Am I naïve, but in other countries or at other times in America, one story like that would bring down an administration, wouldn't it, John?
Listen, in earlier times in this country it would have brought down an administration.
I remember when things that Billy Carter did were big scandals, right?
For some reason the media has protected Joe Biden from 2019 forward.
First by attacking the stories I legitimately did at the Hill, then by coming up with the impeachment story which we now know is predominantly concocted much like the Russia collusion story.
The media has been the most complicit I've seen in my lifetime in furthering false stories, not accurate stories, but false stories.
And I think over the next few days, you're going to get a sense of just how far off the official media tale of Ukraine impeachment was with these new documents we're going to make public.
Can't wait.
Every time he comes on the show, there's always another thing that he's going to blockbuster release.
And he knows how to drip, drip, drip it out like the great Andrew Breitbart did.
But it's always the real deal.
He's John Solomon.
You've got to watch him.
You've got to check out justthenews.com.
The new show with Amanda Head is on Real America's Voice, 6 p.m.
this evening, and it's got a natty name.
It's called Just The News.
We'll be back with John momentarily.
This is America First coming to you from the Refactor.com studios.
We will take your calls, especially at the top of the next hour, but please, please don't call us from a phone that's connected to the big cell phone companies.
I want to take a moment and thank the amazing people at Patriot Mobile for their support.
I was texting the CEO earlier today.
Whether it's this show, whether it's other conservative hosts, Turning Point USA, CPAC, or the March for Life, Patriot Mobile is there for us, supporting all of it because they are in the trenches with those who love America.
That's why I'm so proud to be partnering with Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider, and they want to partner with you.
They offer broad nationwide coverage with the same cell phone towers as the major carriers, so you get the same great service.
They have plans to fit every single budget, and they have an incredible 100% US-based customer service support team, and they really are excellent.
More importantly...
They share your values.
They support organizations that fight for religious freedom, your constitutional rights, the sanctity of life, and our veterans and first responders.
Unlike the big guys who give money to things like Planned Parenthood.
Why would you fund those?
that support things that you hate.
Go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A to switch today.
You can keep your old number.
It's so easy.
Or call 972-PATRIOT and give them the free activation code GORKA.
They have special discounts for veterans and first responders.
Make the switch today to the company that loves America like you do.
patriotmobile.com slash
G-O-R-K-A 972-PATRIOT. G-O-R-K-A 972-PATRIOT
Mike's back on.
So tell me, you're going to do a little bit of a different format.
I can't wait.
Describe it.
Yeah.
Listen, we're going to drop the monologue, go right into the news every day with a breaking interview, usually triggered off of one of our investigative stories, and just have a conversation all day and try to put facts out, send documents out to people during the middle of the show so they can really get them on their phone while they're watching the show.
Nice.
Here's the big question.
I only know how to do one thing, reporting.
So I'm just going to try to adapt it to the medium if I can.
Here's the big question.
Are you going to use teleprompter scripts?
Very little.
You know, I can't do it.
I've tried it a couple of times, and it just kills the energy.
I don't think I can either.
Alright, I'll let him know.
I think you can tell.
You're such a natural communicator.
Yeah, you can.
When people do it, yeah.
You're such a natural at it.
You know, sometimes I feel like you are reading from a product because it's so precise, but that natural flow is what makes great TV people.
He's so smooth.
I don't know what I'm going to do.
He's so smooth.
We'll have to figure it out.
Alright, cool.
Can't wait.
Want to come in with anything?
No, I don't think we have time, because it's a super short segment.
I'm just going to jump straight in and get John's take on Joe Rogan.
And then we'll talk to Judy at the top of the hour.
All right, 20 seconds.
Stand by.
My pillow here.
My pillow here.
This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka. - No.
I think we have to find that audio and play it in the next hour.
Every day we have to share with you the phone call between Mike Pillow and the Senior Vice President of Heartland Financial in Minnesota when they said, yes, we are cancelling all nine, nine bank accounts of Mike Lindell.
Why?
Because he's a conservative.
Even his personal bank account or the bank account for the foundation where he supports former drug addicts.
Let's support Mike.
They want to cancel him, but we will not let them do it.
Please go to mypillow.com, buy whatever you want, and because you're listening to this show, Mike's going to give you up to 66% off.
Let's show him some love.
And tell the left what we think of their cancel culture.
Call 800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
I just ordered another mattress topper.
Go to MyPillow.com.
Promo code Gawker.
And let's support Mike.
We're back with John Solomon, the editor-in-chief, the founder of JustinNews.com, the co-host of Justin News.
Tonight premiering on Real America's Voice 6 p.m.
Eastern.
John, whether it's Mike Lindell or whether it's Joe Rogan that they want to cancel off Spotify, it seems like it's out of control.
Have you ever seen it this bad where one political side of the aisle literally wants to shut down the First Amendment for those on the other side of the aisle?
No, you know, I was thinking the other day, I had a conversation with someone who said, you know, 20 years ago, someone would ask you the question, what's the difference between China and the United States?
And you'd rattle off all these things, and it was a clear distinction.
In China, they're making Hollywood change the ending of a movie to censorship.
Well, we're doing the same thing here.
We're telling people what they can say, when they can't say, what platforms they can go on if they don't agree with the official government stories.
We are in one of the most insane periods of It was these form of restraints that led the Founding Fathers to rebel against the British Empire and give birth to this great nation and now we have an entire elitist society trying to take us back.
And I think, we don't have to play partisan politics here, but I think what it is doing is it is red-pilling a lot of people who had really no political identity or activity but now are kind of waking up, John.
I agree.
I think you see this in the polls, the strong movement of people towards the Republican Party, self-identifying as conservative, where through three years ago they might not have.
The Democratic heavy-handedness is creating the classic political boomerang, and it probably plays out in the next two elections, 2022-2024.
We're going to see a reckoning by middle America saying, these elitist, anti-freedom policies, we're done with them.
God bless you, John.
You are part and parcel of America waking up.
Follow him on Twitter at JSolomonReports.
Make sure right now you bookmark justthenews.com.
And don't forget, I haven't mentioned it once yet.
How bad of me.
He is the co-author of the fabulous book, Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies, and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden Dynasties.
I am Sebastian Gorka, former strategist of President Trump.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
Thank you.
Thank you.
The End
The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End
Thank you.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I promise those who've been waiting so long, I will get to your calls before our next guest.
But I have to, have to talk about the big topic in the media.
Sadly, it's not Russia invading Ukraine imminently or China invading Taiwan.
It's podcasters!
Yes, podcasters who must be put in the gulags in America, who must be cancelled.
Why?
Because they question the establishment narrative.
I'm shocked!
I need to go to my confessor.
Mr. Jay, are you there?
Yes.
Do I spend too much time on social media?
Open it up.
Let's see what your weekly screen time is.
Oh, no!
I can't.
I can't do that.
No, no, no, no.
I think he's already answered the question for me.
So I was on Twitter this morning, and I was commenting away, thinking, oh, my gosh, should I not be prepping for this show?
It's kind of preparation for the show, being on social media.
And I posted about the whole Joe Rogan thing and how all these old, oh, hang on.
Sorry.
I am fading back and forth.
Tom, you know who you are in the Salem network.
He texted me this morning and said, I gotta use this, Tom.
He said, it's my gift to you.
Joe Rogan, I love how aging rock artists, many of whom end up drunk or in drug rehab or dead, are now the go-to people to protect America from disinformation on health.
Ooh, that's spicy.
Thank you, Tom.
Yes, we're getting a health censorship from former or active drug addicts or people who are in the industry known for, I'm not exactly being very, very, very healthy.
So thank you, Tom, for that fabulous observation.
So I was posting about the whole, you know, Neil Young and now Meghan Markle.
Meghan Markle wants to get Joe Rogan cancelled because she's such an authority on Yeah, exactly.
And I had somebody jump into my Twitter feed commenting, a conservative, because I looked at their feed afterwards.
I wanted to check if it was a troll saying, oh, Rogan's already wimped out.
Really?
Has he?
So let's just give you the facts.
You may not know anything about Joe Rogan, but he is the most influential podcaster on the planet with, what, six million?
I think six million.
Subscribers on YouTube at least and then however, I mean he just sold his back catalog for between a hundred and we don't even know a hundred and two hundred million dollars to Spotify.
That's how much of a big deal he is and they want to cancel him.
So here is his response that people are calling A backing down, which it isn't, but I want to share it with you.
It's not the highest grade video.
Clearly he was outside his house or a buddy's house and he just wanted to respond.
This is cut to.
This is Joe Rogan responding to those calling for his cancellation.
My pledge to you is that I will do my best to try to balance out these more controversial viewpoints with other people's perspectives so we can maybe find a better point of view.
I don't want to just show the contrary opinion to what the narrative is.
I want to show all kinds of opinions.
I am going to do my best In the future to balance things out.
I'm going to do my best but my point of doing this is always just to create interesting conversations and ones that I hope people enjoy.
So if I pissed you off, I'm sorry.
And if you enjoy the podcast, thank you.
Thank you very much.
Thank you to Spotify.
Thank you all the supporters and and even thank you to the haters because it's good to have some haters.
It makes you Reassess what you're doing and put things into perspective and I think that's good.
Alright, let's ask everybody here.
John, does that sound like he surrendered and backed down?
Not at all.
I think his whole brand is being able to sit down and have a conversation with anyone, and that is just taking a step back and saying, you know, I've talked to some controversial people.
I am fully open to talking to people who are more mainstream if they can come into the Thunderdome, and they can't.
That's the real problem.
They won't.
They won't come into the Thunderdome.
And saying, I'm sorry if I pissed you off, but I'm going to keep on doing it isn't exactly an apology.
Eric, am I missing something?
Did he climb down?
Definitely not, and I think he is fully aware of his position that he holds all the cards when it comes to this.
Like, with Spotify, again, how much do they spend to make him move from YouTube to Spotify?
Between a hundred and two hundred million dollars.
Exactly.
For a podcast!
For a podcast!
Right, and he left YouTube to get away from the censorship, so he knows if Spotify starts censoring him, he's just gonna go to another platform after that.
Mr. G, did he surrender?
I'm usually the one that's defending the people.
Apology.
I was kind of disappointed in it a little bit.
I'll tell you what's disappointing, and I'm glad you raised that.
What did he say?
He said, I'm gonna get more balance to find a better answer.
But that's not his stuff.
His thing is not finding the answer.
Exactly, and then he also said, yeah, I'm okay with the warnings the way that he went with a little soft.
What I think he did, if you watch the whole thing where he screwed up, is he tried to talk to the haters with rational points when he went through it, and they're lunatics.
It doesn't matter what you say, they're gonna have a problem with it.
So there's no point of even acknowledging them.
Yeah, it's the rule.
You don't apologize to lunatics and extremists.
But, it wasn't a backtrack, but Joe, if you're listening, Don't change anything you do.
Why would you change anything you do if you are the most successful podcaster out there?
Your response is trying to placate A bunch of crazies.
A bunch of extremists.
And at the end of the day, look at the twinkle in his eye.
Guys, find the video when he said, if I pissed you off, I'm sorry.
I don't think he was serious.
You know, you can see when somebody's eyes are smiling.
So you don't have to be a fan of him, but keep doing what you do, my friend.
Now, let's go back and look at what was the alleged Sin that he committed.
This is what got him into trouble is asking questions about masks, about COVID, about therapeutics, because he took therapeutics when he caught COVID.
And this is the most important thing he said on his podcast about how the narrative simply crumbled Qatari.
The problem I have with the term misinformation, especially today, is that many of the things that we thought of as misinformation just a short while ago are now accepted as fact.
Like, for instance, eight months ago, if you said, if you get vaccinated, you can still catch COVID and you can still spread COVID.
You would be removed from social media.
They would ban you from certain platforms.
Now, that's accepted as fact.
If you said, I don't think cloth masks work, you would be banned from social media.
Now, that's openly and repeatedly stated on CNN.
If you said, I think it's possible that COVID-19 came from a lab, you'd be banned from many social media platforms.
Now, that's on the cover of Newsweek.
Bingo.
The things that we were told were propaganda and lies that got you cancelled are now on the cover of Newsweek.
And that's because for the left and for the establishment, truth is irrelevant.
Truth is whatever keeps them in power.
Waiting very, very patiently in Brooklyn.
Judy, welcome to America First.
Happy Monday.
Hi!
Hey!
Should I say this?
I'm going to say this.
Greetings, Captain Dr. Gorka.
On flight 2022, a la Antoinette, remember her?
Yes!
And I'm going to humbly add on, I'm going to humbly add on, besides on flight 2022 as Captain Dr. Gorka, aboard America First Airlines, I can't resist that one.
With no masks, Judy.
Nobody on my plane will be, unless we lose pressure and the cabin is depressurized, nobody will be wearing masks on my flights.
I hear you loud and clear, yes.
I want to tell you something.
There once upon a time when you said the Earth was round and they claimed the Earth was square, they would literally put these people to death.
Do you know that?
It's just so ridiculous.
Or if you said that the Earth isn't positioned in the center of our galaxy, but it's the Sun, you would.
You would get punished by those who said that science is about consensus.
Yeah, it's ridiculous.
You know a lot of questions.
You know, I'm calling about... I'm actually calling about a politically persecuted righteous man, and his name is Mike Lindell, and it bothered me a lot.
And I think, you know what, let me call now.
Because I wanted to call even last week, two weeks, when the banks got up with him and everything.
So, they are persecuting him for three things, because, even more, but three things, because number one, he's loyal to President Trump as a Trump supporter.
Two, they're persecuting for his faith, a righteous man.
Yes.
And three, because he has the right to dare to question the validity of the 2020 elections, okay?
So, Dr. Gorka, I want to point out two very good reasons to support him, besides all the stuff that they're persecuting.
Number one, his products are all made in the United States of America.
Not China, not Turkey, this is made all in the United States of America.
And two, he employs over 2,500 Americans, giving them jobs so they can be able to come home and feed their families.
These are two good reasons, if anything else, just to keep supporting Muttonville.
I just had to call to support him on that.
I love it.
I love it.
I will add one thing.
The sheets are made from the finest Egyptian cotton, but I do think that they are actually made finely here in the United States because it's the best cotton out there.
Yes!
Let's support him.
They want to cancel him.
Go to MyPillow.com.
Use my name.
She's absolutely right.
We need to have his back right now.
They hate him.
Not simply because he supports the president.
Because he believes in God.
And he's a patriot.
800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code Gawker.
Let's have Mike's back.
This is America First.
I might use that in...
Let's see.
Yeah.
It might be worth it to cut a smaller portion.
How long is it?
It's 45 seconds.
Where he starts talking about the Tom thingy.
I don't need that.
Yeah, exactly.
All right.
So I'll get that squared away for tomorrow.
So Davis, this segment.
Oh, can you just, can you quickly, how hard is it for you to do a buffer?
Of what?
Just the Federalist website, that'd be cool to just throw that up there.
Let me grab a screenshot real quick here.
Okay.
Yeah, they redesigned their website recently.
Oh yeah?
Yeah, it looks, it's more of like a red and black color scheme now instead of kind of the gray scheme they had before.
Remember one segment, I think it was a one-on-one or something, you were talking about how red and black, you know, that's...
And I couldn't help but notice your book right behind you with a Dave Gellers game.
I was like, look at that.
That's delightfully placed.
That's how it works.
It's just something about the eye, the human eye.
He's phone, right?
Yeah, Sean's always fun.
Got it.
Okay, so we've got phone, we've got Israel here.
Two minutes.
Okay.
Hey, it's Jeff with Sebastian Gorka.
Good.
And put you on hold.
Just remember, if he talks you into breaks, you're live on Rumble during the commercial breaks, alright?
Sure.
Hey, Sean.
Seb Master Flash, how are ya?
I like that.
Nice job on Bonzina today.
Thank you.
Love that guy.
Yeah, he's a fighter.
He has just declared war on Google, and I love it.
I just love it.
Good.
We need more people doing it.
I know.
We need more media entrepreneurs.
Amen.
Yeah.
Let's discuss.
Let's discuss.
Yep, and there we go.
Nice.
Oh, yes.
Yeah, they have a nice redesign for your website, Sean.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Excellent.
I like that.
That was a long time coming.
Is that to welcome Molly?
Isn't that great news about her?
I know.
Well, mention it.
Superb.
Yeah, she's fantastic.
Well deserved.
Well deserved.
All right.
We're going to talk Rogan.
We're going to talk state of the media.
Standby.
40 seconds.
Standing by.
OK.
Yep.
Israel here and nothing else.
Let's let her rip.
seconds.
Stand by.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Monica Crowley's really coming out of her shell.
That video I played you of Trudeau in hiding, trashing the truckers and saying BLM is cool, Monica just reposted it and said, look at this spineless dirtbag.
Hey!
Don't be mean to dirtbags.
Seriously, Monica.

We are delighted to have with us the co-founder of one of our favorite websites.
It's The Federalist, newly redesigned to welcome their new, I do believe she's now the editor-in-chief, Molly Hemingway Wittgenstein.
Well, well deserved.
Look at that lovely new site.
He is, of course, Sean Davis.
Sean, welcome back to America First.
Always a pleasure to be on, Seb.
Thank you for having me.
All right, I caught you early today on my buddy Dan Bongino's show.
I'd already planned to have you on my show, but of course, great minds think alike, because we love your commentary on the state of the establishment media.
I played Joe Rogan's videos just a moment ago.
Give us your take.
How much of How ironic is it, let's start there, that the counterculture heroes, the rockers of the 1960s and 70s are now behaving like Big Brother and wanting to memory hole the biggest podcaster on the planet, Sean?
Yeah, what's really amazing is that it's not like Joe Rogan is some sort of right-wing radical fanatic.
I mean, this is a guy who is a Bernie bro.
I'm not even sure it would be accurate to say he's even right-curious, let alone on the right, and yet the left has decided that he needs to be destroyed because he's such a threat to their narrative, not because He's particularly decided it's a lie, the way we have all understood it to be, but because he dares to have on people who don't agree with it, and he dares to ask questions about whether this or that we're hearing from the government is true.
He really is kind of...
The fact that they can't handle Joe Rogan ought to tell you they can't handle anything.
But this raises a question that we always struggle with here, because exactly what you've just commented on, that this isn't exactly, you know, a MAGA hat-wearing, hardcore America First, you know, broadcaster.
This is a guy who liked Bernie.
If he's anything, he's more of a libertarian if he's right, curious at all.
But at the end of the day, trying to take him out is just so dumb from the point of view of the Democrats.
Is it not, Sean?
It is.
But you have to remember that censorship and totalitarianism That's what the left believes now.
And the thing about totalitarians is they will brook no dissent.
It doesn't matter how small it is or how big it is.
Uh, the loudest voice has to be shouted down or else other people are going to get the idea that they have the right to say things that they want to say or that they want to believe.
So there's a reason they go after the biggest fish and there's a reason they're going after Joe Rogan.
This is a guy who gets like 15 million listeners, just eye popping numbers.
He crushes the networks.
He crushes cable news, and these people have no control over him, and it drives them nuts.
I understand that, you know, they want to take him down because he is so influential, but at the end of the day, Sean, purely from a politically tactical point of view, a lot of those millions of subscribers and viewers and listeners are people the Democrats want voting for them.
So it seems like the biggest political own goal I could imagine.
It is.
So I think in a vacuum, you're correct.
But imagine a world where, say, voting is super, super insecure, and you're just going to mail ballots out to everyone, and then you can go harvest ballots, and then you can have Dropboxes you control.
You can use Zuckbucks to buy up election offices.
Hypothetically, in that world, Does it actually matter if people really wanted to vote for you or not?
He's talking about an American in which elections aren't safe.
What a crazy, crazy idea.
Follow him, Sean M. Dav on Twitter.
He's got a very, very good Twitter game.
Of course, bookmark The Federalist.
Check it out every morning, every evening.
Let's talk about another phenomena.
I didn't mention it as you were coming on in the break, but I see it on your Twitter feed.
Where are the American truckers, Sean?
Because I just reposted a couple of photographs this morning of what's happening in Canada, and I just used the word glorious.
Where are the American truckers, Sean?
You know, it's funny.
I just texted a friend about that.
I was asked And I said, you know what the only thing that upsets me about the trucker convoy in Canada is that it didn't start in America.
Right.
This is the home of the brave in the land of the free.
And why are we seeing such an incredible historical protest originating in Canada?
And not here.
It makes my heart sick as an American that we are not the tip of the spear on that.
That we're not leading the battle.
And man, I'm all for those truckers.
God bless them for doing what they're doing.
My only beef is that it's happening in their country and not mine.
So do you think that the back has been broken of the classic patriotic American because it happened in Canada first?
What conclusions do you draw after two years of COVID?
It's a little depressing.
I mean, I look at why our nation exists, and it exists because a bunch of people who decided to sail a very dangerous voyage across the ocean to start a new life in a foreign land got pissed off because of, you know, a maybe two or three penny tax on stamps and tea.
And so they decided to throw off the shackles of the most powerful, intimidating monarchy on Earth.
And I look at that and I say, that is our heritage.
That's our history.
And I find it just utterly depressing that we are something like 700 days into 15 days to stop the spread and we're still kind of sitting and taking it.
When it comes to this year, what are your predictions?
Do you do predictions?
Is it going to be as a result of all these things, the cancel culture and so forth, is it going to be a shellacking for the Democrats or is it just simply a question of whether the election can be quote-unquote stolen again?
Oh, I'll definitely do predictions.
I think the real question is, are my predictions worth anything?
I have no idea.
I mean, I'd say looking at the environment right now, looking at the numbers, the Democrats are going to be in a world of hurt.
But at the beginning of 2020, looking at the economy and the environment then, before China unleashed COVID on us, I thought Trump was going to fail the re-election.
So, and your concerns, is the GOP establishment doing enough to secure the elections?
I mean, my concern is that the GOP is ever doing enough to secure anything.
The establishment really is so feckless.
They're generally only concerned with getting themselves back in power, and then they'll kind of figure out what to do with it later.
So yes, the GOP establishment is always my concern.
I will say that it's not nothing that if they retake the House and the Senate, that they'll at least be able to block Biden's agenda for the next two years.
But you know, looking at the Senate map, The Senate's a totally different world than the House.
I think it's almost a gimme that Republicans take the House, but the Senate map's pretty thin.
I think it's going to be quite a battle there.
Gotta have the right candidates.
He's Sean Davis, Sean M. Daft, co-founder of The Federalist.
Go there right now, TheFederalist.com.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Thank you, Sean.
Thank you.
Well, it's just Clips Channel, but yeah, it's 6.27 million.
It's just his Clip's channel?
Right, yeah.
Do we know how popular his podcast is?
How would we know that?
I don't know off the top of my head.
I've seen it before.
Because he said 15 million per episode, right?
No, it's not that high.
I think it was like 10 or 11.
Okay, which is twice Tucker Carlson.
And now I think it is important to remember that he is not a conservative.
No, absolutely.
He's been pushed into the sort of camp of conservatives because it's the basket of deplorables.
Of being sympathetic to conservatives.
I think he's that kind of, he's a kind of, if you can say, a bit of a lefty libertarian.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, a normie liberal.
Again, not too long ago.
Normie liberal?
Not too long ago.
Is that a category?
Normie liberal.
He said Obama was the best president in modern history and Michelle Obama would make a great president.
I think he's a guy like a lot of people that never cared about politics.
Yeah!
And has no idea about it.
And now it's gotten into everything that he's coming to this side.
Yeah.
It is also a joke that he does very much kind of subtly change his views to fit whatever his current guest thinks.
Really?
To not piss them off.
I think that's having a conversation.
When he had Andrew Yang or Bernie Sanders on, he kind of talks a little bit more.
He's facilitating the conversation, I think.
I can't believe he records multiple episodes a day.
Really?
I didn't know that.
For every six hours worth of stuff?
He does two, sometimes he does three.
Well, when you're high, it's probably easier.
Well, you know, it's not exactly news that Donald Trump doesn't change, but Donald Trump doesn't change.
in the hood.
Oh, six. - Six. - The former president speaking to supporters in Texas, essentially calling for another insurrection if he ever faces charges in the multiple investigations into him, his business, or his coup attempt. - Well, you know, it's not exactly news that Donald Trump doesn't change, but Donald Trump doesn't change.
And, you know, what's so remarkable about this statement is that it almost identical to what he said right before the riot at the Capitol.
That, you know, it walks up to the line of calling for violence.
The implication is to call for violence, but he doesn't exactly say he's calling for violence.
They're so mad because with that one line, Trump showed this is how you keep your base behind you.
Like, Biden's losing his base faster than you wouldn't believe, but Trump knows he has his base behind him 100%.
SC Cops put on weight.
Did you see?
I didn't even recognize SC Cops.
Well, that's who that is?
Everywhere I saw it's 11 million.
It's what?
It's 11 million?
Yeah.
I just didn't know that not calling for violence was actually calling for violence.
But then again, speech is violence.
Indeed.
Silence is violence.
Yeah, silence is violence.
Everything is violence.
Okay, we gotta play a bit of Rev, Al.
Oh, God.
A little bit of that crazy actress.
We can play that cut, that cut.
Podcast and relief here.
Okay.
Wow.
Wanna come in with anything?
Uh... Oh!
Um... No, but I'm gonna tee up seven.
You'll tee up seven.
Yeah.
Copy that.
Alright, teeing up seven.

Okay, we're going to take your calls momentarily, but first I have to discuss again this issue of Morgan Ortegas, the Trump appointee who has photographs of herself with Sleepy Joe, photographs of being married by
Ruth Bader Ginsburg officiating and wearing a Jeb Bush t-shirt in 2015, who apparently, it wasn't a real endorsement, President Trump said, I heard she's running potentially or considering running in Tennessee 5, where Robbie Starbuck, a completely MAGA candidate, is already storming to a victory.
I heard at the weekend the following.
Do you know who came up with the sterling idea that Morgan Otegas should run against a MAGA candidate in Tennessee?
Lindsey Graham.
Lindsey Graham, who had this to say about the President's speech, the rally in Texas at the weekend, where the President said, yeah, these people are being abused, the January 6th rioters, and I'm going to potentially pardon them should I be back in the White House.
This was Senator Lindsey Graham's response on CBS.
Do you agree?
Yeah.
No, I don't want to send any signal that it was okay to defile the Capitol.
There are other groups with causes that may want to go down the violent path if these people get pardoned.
But isn't that a dangerous thing to say?
Yeah, well, I think it's inappropriate.
I don't want to reinforce that defiling the Capitol was okay.
Why doesn't he just become a Democrat?
Because he's not a Republican.
You're not a Republican anymore, if you ever were Lindsey Graham.
Yes, during the Kavanaugh hearings, you gave us that dramatic moment, but you're not even listening to what President Trump said.
He said to consider parting them because of their being abused.
Not because I'm saying it was right, what happened on January 6th, because they are being persecuted.
Grandmothers being arrested.
Thirteen-year-old girls being handcuffed by FBI SWAT teams as they come to the house of somebody who didn't even step inside Congress.
But no, no Lindsey Graham, no, that's fine.
Political persecutions is fine.
Let's go to you.
Of course, Maria has been waiting very patiently in Los Angeles.
Maria, welcome aboard.
Thank you for taking my call, Dr. Gorka.
What do we do with the Spotify?
How do conservatives get behind Joe Rogan?
We have got so many... I'm a healthcare professional, by the way.
We have so much research out there that could back up everything that Dr. Malone was saying.
Yes!
How about getting Dr. Fauci together maybe with Dr. Atlas and let's have it out with Oh, he'd never do that.
Look when Sanjay Gupta went on Rogan's show and he just completely destroyed the guy.
CNN's mouthpiece for the narrative of masks and vaccinations.
The idea that Fauci would debate any of the guests that come.
Oh, hang on.
Is Dr. Malone coming on our show?
Oh, that's exciting.
Did you hear that, Maria, this week?
Hey, I'm waiting with bated breath.
But in the meantime, who do we call Spotify?
Who do we call?
How do we do this?
How do we get a big voice from conservatives, patriots, to let them know, hey, we have a voice and we've got Joe Rogan.
You know, look, these big corporations nowadays, you can never find somebody who's actually alive to talk to.
So the most effective way, really, I think, is if you can find an email, email them.
Or the best, the thing that they really pay attention to is the social media.
So, Maria, I don't know if you're on social media, but I tell everybody, even if they censor us, You get on Twitter, you get on Facebook, and you tag Spotify and you send them a message.
You say, you know, Joe Rogan is being censored.
Do you agree, Spotify?
The left wishes to memory hole the most successful podcaster who actually cost you at least a hundred million dollars.
Are you going to censor them as well, Spotify?
So, Maria, superb question.
Thanks for your patience.
Get on social media Tag Spotify because they've got an account on Twitter as well, on Facebook, and tell them what you think.
Keep it clean!
You can be a little bit spicy, but keep it clean.
Great question.
Just get engaged.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

I took Relief Factor two weeks later.
I was pain-free and I'm still pain-free.
But it's not just me.
It's people across the country, like Alicia from California.
This is Alicia's story.
I'm a grocery store worker and was working doubles during the coronavirus shutdown.
At 52 years old, my two bad knees were not getting a rest.
I literally limped to and from bed.
Wow.
Two days into Relief Factor and the pain decreased substantially.
So thankful for this amazing product.
That should be you.
That could be you.

Uh, yes.
Okay.
Hello, Mr. Laxalt.
Can you hear us?
Loud and clear.
Awesome.
We can hear you.
Just letting you know the mics are currently live on our video live streams on the internet at this time.
And yes.
Excellent.
We have your image.
So did you have a good time at SHOT Show?
Oh, it's great.
Hard to beat it.
Well, you know, unfortunately, we still had a lot of the mandates in place.
So, you know, you saw we were still lacking in some attendance, but I think they were happy with the big pickup from the year before.
Yeah, well, hang on, didn't they cancel it the year before?
They may have had to cancel the whole thing the year before.
Yeah, I think they did.
I think they did.
Yeah.
Okay.
How's the campaign going?
You know, we think it couldn't be going better.
You know, we're just trying to be as aggressive as possible and continue to go on offense with all these terrible things that are going on thanks to our failed leadership class right now.
But it's a great opportunity.
No question.
Good.
All right.
Standby.
by 70 seconds and we are live.
All righty.
70 seconds. - Thanks.
Wanna come in with anything?
Let's have a look, what have I not played?
Racist roads, that's fun.
The CNN people reacting to what Trump said about January 6th.
No, I want to tee up that crazy actress, Cut 13.
Oh yeah.
I want to tee that up.
Alright, that shall be teed up.
She's been fired.
I know.
I'm surprised.
As well as the teacher, right?
Yeah, I didn't hear that story.
I heard someone mention it.
Yeah, a teacher who said, what did he say?
Oh, that somebody should drive an SUV through the police offices.
Oh, I missed that.
Oh my god.
I'm not even surprised because she worked for like a theater company.
Those are usually left-wing.
I'm surprised they fired her.
I know.
But when you've got 10,000 police officers on the street, it's like... Are we coming in with anything?
No.
No?
No, not in front of the...
All right.
On the side of the U.S. Constitutional, Constitution, America first!
Just to prove to you the point.
About why anyone, Rogan included, shouldn't apologize or try to placate the crazies.
Here's an Instagram post from an actress from New York called Jacqueline Guzman.
Who reacted to the fact that there was a funeral last week for officer Rivera gunned down in Harlem and that lots of police officers on the street to honor their fallen comrade meant that some roads were temporarily shut down in New York.
This is what clearly Biden voter Jacqueline Guzman standing on the streets of Manhattan had to say.
We do not need to shut down most of Lower Manhattan because one cop died for probably doing his job incorrectly.
They kill people who are under 22 every single day for no good reason and we don't shut down the city for them.
He was killed because he wasn't doing his job properly?
And people under 22 are killed every day in New York but we don't shut down the roads for them?
You can't placate these people!
They're insane!
At least somebody has a backbone in New York because Jacqueline Guzman is now an unemployed actress.
Well done.
That's the kind of cancel culture I approve of.
Let's go to our next guest.
He is the former Attorney General of Nevada.
You bump into the coolest people when you go to SHOT Show.
He's now a candidate for the U.S.
Senate.
Adam Laxalt, welcome to America First.
Thanks so much for having me on.
So did you have a good time?
Did you enjoy SHOT Show?
No question.
You know, it's really, really important for our state.
And it's the backbone of the gun industry.
And like I was saying offline, the only thing that was upsetting is we still have mask mandates here.
We're one of the only few states in America left.
Even though we know these things are not effective, our governor is still following Newsom And we're still stuck with these things.
And so it's very much hurt our economy.
It's hurt our schools.
Our kids are still struggling.
But the good news is I think we're on the march.
Thanks to guys like you and others that have been fighting and fighting for what, 14 straight months now.
I think the tide has turned and people are absolutely fed up.
People understand what you and I have known for a long time.
That we need to be trusted to make our own decisions.
And carry on with life.
but, you know, it's just taken a little while for everybody to get around.
I don't think I shared the story, John.
Did I tell the story about us almost getting kicked out of the hotel?
No.
I'm going to have to share that on another day, but we checked in, and John doesn't wear a mask, I don't wear a mask, and we said, sorry, we're not wearing a mask, and the manager came up and called security on us and tried to get us kicked out as we were checking in to the hotel, and the lovely security officer who came up five minutes later, and the lovely security officer who came up five minutes later, he was a cool guy, he didn't care, and we walked off, but that's in Guys, you're insane!
Okay, we have to talk about your campaign for the Senate.
You've already served this nation with honor as a Navy combat veteran.
I just want to read one thing somebody sent me today about you, a mutual friend.
I hear you're going to have Adam on the show today.
He was a one-man tornado during the election lawyering in Las Vegas.
A solid guy, even if he is Navy.
Adam, thank you for your service.
Let's start with that.
Are we going to get to the bottom of what happened in the last election, given that you were on the front lines trying to get to the truth?
Where do we stand today?
Look, what happened here was absolutely unpardonable.
The Democrats went in with 80 days to go.
They took us from a pretty traditional election.
They gave us universal mail-out balloting, ballot harvesting, drop boxes, you name it.
And of course our system was not ready.
We had Zuckerbucks.
You know, everything came down on our system and we fought as hard as we could.
I was the Trump chair here.
We continue to try to shine a light on it.
The media, of course, was not interested.
I was censored by big tech for simply pointing out that some people got 19 ballots to their houses.
There were ballots strewn in apartment buildings.
And so it's It's something that we have to continue to focus on.
It's something that we've got to steal a few things from Virginia, where we've got to get more poll watchers in, so we have more eyes on this process.
And I'm working with a few other groups now.
We've got to have a multi-pronged program to do our best to secure this election.
And the good news is, once you get out of Las Vegas, our elections are secure.
So, you know, it's important for people to be motivated and understand that this is an election of our lifetime.
This is an election, just because we won a red wave election in Virginia means nothing, right?
Now we need to actually take advantage of this, get a conservative fighter in the U.S.
Senate for six years, when the people are fed up with absolutely everything.
I mean, you watch these Chuckers and what they're doing in Canada, and you see Trudeau out there calling them, you know, racist and extremist.
This is their side.
This is what they believe in.
This is what they've been calling our people for many years, including Hillary Clinton, the basket of deplorables, you name it.
But people are wising up.
People understand that it's kind of a now or never time.
And it's not just about winning elections.
We need to get the right people in that understand that our job is to defeat the left.
Our job is to Win these battles for our culture, to go win the war of ideas.
He's a veteran from Iraq, served in the Navy, former Attorney General of Nevada, former co-chair of the Trump campaign in Nevada.
Go to his website right now, Adam Laxalt, that's L-A-X-A-L-T, Adam Laxalt.
In the last minute we have with you, former Attorney General, what is your vision, what is your message to the people specifically of Nevada?
Look, my message is the days of pacifying the left are over in November.
This is our chance.
My opponent, Masto, had a chance to stand against BLM when they were riding in our streets, when they shot an officer in the head.
She was a former attorney general, but she didn't stand up for us.
She doesn't stand up for the police.
In the incident you're talking about, where we know the left reviles our law enforcement, now is the chance for us to show that we're ready to fight back at the ballot box.
We're ready to put people in that are going to actually represent this state, represent the common sense, America First values that the majority of Nevadans have.
We're ready for a change and I'm going to be that change.
I like that.
That's really a great summation.
America First is just common sense.
It's not about party politics.
It's about America.
It's about common sense.
Great, great message.
Follow him on Twitter, Adam Laxalt.
And check out his campaign website, Adam Laxalt.
That's L-A-X-A-L-T.
Running for Senate in Nevada.
Godspeed to you, Adam.
This is America First coming to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating tens of thousands of Americans from their daily pain.
People like Debra from Massachusetts.
This is Debra's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
Did you hear those words?
My hip?
Pain is gone.

You've waited long enough.
You know it makes sense.
What have you got to lose except the pain?

The End
I said the two Trumps and Trudeau.
Yeah, I want to do... I want to... Okay, can you just send him one more?
Can you send him the... Oh, I was thinking cut three was Trump.
Never mind.
No, no.
Cut three is Rogan.
He's no doctor, but Rogan is 100% right on this.
And that's for three, right?
Three.
Yeah, that's for three.
Um, last couple titles here for Davis and Laxalt.
For Laxalt, um... Um... America vs. Common Sense.
No, what did I write?
I can't even bloody read my writing.
Can I hear the last two minutes?
It's at the top of the hour, and then I'll tell you.
Eric?
Yes, yes.
OK.
And what else?
To be continued...
With more journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network, Sebastian Gorka.
Deep Voice didn't have to mention CNN.
Let's have a little bit of fun here.
This is a little stealthy boy.
What does Tucker call him?
The court eunuch of CNN.
Reacting to Joe Rogan and talking about how you should really trust us at CNN.
Cut eight.
Think about major newsrooms like CNN that have health departments and desks and operations that work hard on verifying information on COVID-19.
And then you have talk show stars like Joe Rogan who just wing it, who make it up as they go along.
And because figures like Rogan are trusted by people that don't trust real newsrooms, we have a tension, a problem that's much bigger than Spotify, much bigger than any single platform, Kate.
But that's what is at the heart of this right now.
Yeah.
They have desks at CNN.
Did you know that?
I think I have a desk.
Do you have a desk, John?
You got a desk?
He's got a desk.
Okay.
So that's why CNN should be trusted.
And the problem's bigger than just Spotify.
You know the problem?
Why the problem's big for you, Brian?
Because nobody watches your show.
400,000 people as opposed to 11 million?
That's the real problem for you, Brian, because nobody trusts you.
OK, I promised I was going to play it.
Do we have the audio of the Heartland Financial Bank in Minnesota that cancelled nine of Mike Lindell's bank accounts?
This is the reason we have to support him.
Let's play that.
Not that the FBI is even sniffing and looking.
But what if somebody came in and said, you know what?
We are going to subpoena all his account records and this and that, and then all of a sudden we make the news.
So it's more of a reputation risk.
Yeah, yeah.
A reputation risk.
Well, you have taken that risk right now because you are trying to cancel somebody who's committed no crime.
That's the audio.
Nine of his bank accounts, including his personal account and the account of his foundation supporting former drug addicts.
I think you made a mistake there, Heartland Financial.
Let's support Mike.
Please just go to his website.
Buy whatever you want.
I just bought another mattress topper.
Please use my name and Mike will give you up to 66% off.
They want to cancel him.
They want to destroy him.
We will not let them.
It's very simple.
He's done nothing wrong except Be a conservative.
Be an individual who stands in the Rose Garden in front of a microphone and says America needs to come back to God.
An individual who said we need to return to the Bible.
An individual who supports America First and the president who embodied America First.
That's why they want to cancel him.
Let's show him our support because this isn't just about a successful businessman.
This is about all Americans.
They're doing it to people who aren't conservatives, like Joe Rogan.
Why?
Because he's asking the right questions.
Next, my good buddy from over the pond.
He is a talk radio phenomena in the UK.
He is the master of common sense.
We're going to talk about how they got rid of the masks in the UK and the vaccine passports.
We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air.
We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be.
We shall fight on the beaches.
We shall fight on the landing grounds.
We shall fight in the fields and in the streets.
We shall fight in the hills.
We shall never surrender, and if Which I do not for a moment believe.
This island, or a large part of it, was subjugated and starving.
Then our empire, beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British fleet, would carry on the struggle.
One of the greatest speeches, not of the modern age, but ever, coming as it did from the man who most single-handedly saved Western civilization.
That was, of course, Prime Minister Winston Churchill and the We Shall Fight Them On The Beaches speech.
We mention that, we play that card, because just a few days ago was the anniversary of the passing of Prime Minister Churchill, 1965.
We're trying to celebrate that spirit.
A half-American, half-British statesman.
His mother was, of course, American.
And we're going to do so with one of our best friends on the other side of the Atlantic.
A man who's keeping that bulldog spirit alive.
He is talk radio's Mike Graham.
He is the Caliph of the Independent Republic of Mike Graham.
Welcome to One on One on America First, Mike.
Sebastian, thank you so much.
I'm delighted to be able to join you.
There's an awful lot to talk about.
Unfortunately, I'd have to say we don't fight them on the beaches anymore.
We help them out of dinghies and then give them a free hotel room and a couple of pizzas to be getting on with.
Yeah.
Unlike here, where CIA contractors fly them on unmarked jumbo jets across the country and unload them under the cover of darkness.
So the The connections are still there across the channel between our two nations.
For those who don't listen to your show via podcast or YouTube every day, shame on you!
Because Mike is superb.
For those who aren't familiar with your story, Mike, would you tell us?
Would you share with us?
Because you have an interesting background, not only in journalism, but here in the United States.
So, Mike, what is your story?
Well, my story is that I got into journalism because it seemed to me to be the only thing to do when I was growing up in London in 1970s.
My father was involved in newspapers and I just thought it seemed like a fantastic business to be in, getting sent around the world, covering stories that somebody else was paying you to do, staying in nice hotels, you know, hanging around, driving great cars.
Meeting fascinating people.
And I found myself working in Fleet Street at a time when the trade unions basically had the business by the throat.
And believe it or not, the Times newspaper, which is still going, used to be known as the Thunderer, actually didn't publish for an entire year, thanks to the trade unions who were so powerful in those days.
So it was very difficult to get jobs.
It was very difficult to find You know, like a permanent work situation because so few people were employed in newspapers because they didn't know whether from one day to the next they'd be going out on strike.
So I sort of headed off to make my fortune in America back in the days of Ronald Reagan's America, which is what my favorite one of my favorite times in America, the 1980s.
You know, when you got rid of Carter, you got rid of Watergate, it all gone away.
And I became very successfully the president of a thing called North American News Service, where I basically sold news to outlets all over the world, from Australia to Scandinavia, to Europe, to Britain.
And I worked for almost every newspaper under the sun that you can think of.
I even had something published in the Boston Herald, believe it or not, when I was working there.
We covered, you know, royal visits we covered.
I was in the Reagan White House when Princess Diana and Charles were in there, the famous night she danced with John Travolta.
I covered the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
I was in the courtroom in Milwaukee when he was sentenced to prison.
You know, so I had a fantastic time writing everything from show business news to political news to covering Margaret Thatcher when she would come over, John Major when he came to the United Nations.
And then finally decided to go back to London in my 30s after having had My first daughter born in New York City.
And then sort of got back into Fleet Street and became an editor.
And I guess I'm sort of rushing through this, but by the time I got to sort of in my sort of early 40s, newspapers were beginning to run out of road.
And I went into the radio game.
And incredibly, I became quite famous at it and I became rather good at it.
And so all of that arguing that we used to do around the bars of New York and London, Came handy.
Came in very handy.
Well, I have to say, you know, I love being on your show.
You invite me on there regularly, you know, to update what's happening in the swamp here with Creepy Joe.
And I read the comments after you post a little clip on Twitter or Facebook.
And I love it because, you know, the love you engender in your listeners and clearly there is a common thread that Mike Graham gets from his listeners, which is you're the only guy talking about this in the UK.
You are representing common sense, so you must have found your métier, Mike.
Well, I really have, because I mean, like your media, I'm afraid our media has been mostly infested.
I mean, you've been because of your I think I don't want to claim you, but because of your exposure on my show, you've been on with the Kay Burleys of this world and the BBC.
I'm not sure if they've ever come to you, but they've rather rather like CNN and NBC and MSNBC.
You know, we have a very craven media now in this country, which becomes so politicized that it's almost a sin.
to have at the very first juncture decided that you might want to leave the European Union.
That makes you obviously a racist and a complete bigot and also an idiot.
Right.
And you're treated like that.
But the people who really matter to me are the audience.
And the audience understands that actually there's nobody doing what I'm doing.
Very few people, a couple of other people on the talk radio, of course.
But at the end of the day, you know, we rather like when Boris Johnson was elected in 2019 and nobody could believe it.
When Donald Trump was elected and nobody could believe it, they didn't realize what actually ordinary people talk about or what ordinary people think.
You know, people don't sit around, you know, in the northern gritty towns of Britain reading The Guardian and watching, you know, plays put on by some left wing, you know, Islington dweller.
They actually care about immigration.
They actually care about, you know, the pound in their pocket and the food on their table and whether they're going to have a job tomorrow.
You know, so so we sort of represent that.
And we and we like to think that the people who even if they disagree with us, we give them a voice, you know, because nobody was talking to them.
One of the best things I've seen you do, and I want to see it again when the weather changes, is that you decamp, you know, on the lawn outside the Commons.
You broadcast from there.
I mean, some of your most viral video clips is you get somebody, you know, a Labour MP or a Lib and you'd sit down with them and you get them to try and justify the lunacy of their policies live on radio and on a video stream, which is what journalism should be, no?
Exactly right.
And these guys turn up and they refuse to answer questions sometimes and we just put them on the spot.
And they're not used to being spoken to like that.
I remember I had Lord Heseltine, you know, one of the most pompous men.
Arrogant.
Oh my gosh.
What an arrogant, arrogant guy.
And a man who's never really needed to work in his entire life.
He was left a bucket load of money by his family.
He ran a publishing organization.
And I asked him a question which he didn't answer satisfactorily.
And I just said to him, well, I just think, I'm sorry, Lord Hemsworth, I think that's absolutely rubbish, nonsense.
And he looked at me and said, I don't think I've ever been spoken to like that.
And I was like, well, maybe somebody should have spoken to you like that a bit longer ago.
You know, my father was from Scotland originally.
He taught me to treat everybody the same.
And the last thing I'm going to do is suck up to the likes of Lord Heseltine, who shouldn't even be in the House of Lords.
And the whole House of Lords should be done away with, in my view.
But some of these people have never actually encountered someone like me, who treats them with complete disdain.
Well, you know, you're the peasant class.
You shouldn't be asking your bettors questions about their lack of integrity, Mike.
I mean, come on.
Well, that's right.
And I mean, Ed Vasey, famously, I think that was the first one you saw, because I remember when you you noted that he was the guy who was one of the refuseniks on the Tories side.
Yes.
Who didn't want to leave the European Union.
And I said to him at one point, we were in a real stalemate.
And I said, so what are you going to do tomorrow, you know, when you come back here?
And he just sort of laughed.
And I said, well, it's not a laughing matter.
There are people whose lives depend on this, whose livelihoods depend on it.
And he said, he actually said to me, I wasn't laughing.
And I said, look, trust me, Ed, you were actually laughing.
And he got up and stormed off because in the end he didn't like being, he didn't like having pointed out to him that he had a duty of care.
Because I always say to these people, look, you work for me.
I don't work for you.
I pay your salary.
I pay your rent.
I pay your expenses.
Even when you have a sandwich at lunchtime after you've spoken to me, I'm also paying for that.
So do me the courtesy of at least answering the question with a bit of honesty.
Yeah that's what we call gaslighting over here from the famous movie with Ingrid Bergman where somebody's laughing and you tell them stop laughing and he says well I'm not actually.
Well no you are and you're doing it right now.
They're trying to convince you you're the crazy person.

Mike, you have this almost unique experience because you're not just a media professional from one country.
you, you, You've done it here in America.
You've been massively successful being this, you know, one man wire service for the globe before you came back to the UK and then started your superb talk radio program.
Let's drill down here a bit on what's happened, because as a kid growing up in West London, you know, I'd love, you know, as a news junkie, I was listening to LBC radio as a kid, you know, Adrian Love at midnight as an eight-year-old on my little transistor.
I'd buy that, you know, I'd pick up the evening standard coming home from school on the tube, on the subway.
That media doesn't exist anymore.
Back then, you know, if you said the word journalist, it wasn't necessarily pejorative and it was actually a trade.
I mean, you knew stuff, you worked your ass off, the unions were a problem, but you had a skill set and you were challenging the establishment.
Yes, the BBC was always lefty, I get it, but it was a skill set.
It wasn't just, here's a typewriter, write stuff.
Today, A snotty-nosed 21-year-old is given a Gmail account and a search engine and they're allegedly a journalist.
Will you walk us through, you as a first-hand witness, what has happened to your industry, Mike?
Well, you're absolutely right.
I mean, the BBC was always slightly left-leaning, but it was never so obviously biased as it is now.
You know, when I grew up watching people like Richard Baker reading the news, you know, these were people like sort of Walter Cronkite, you know, they were that respected and you could believe everything that they said.
And that now has kind of changed.
Now we have a guy called Hugh Edwards who makes £750,000 a year.
Now, I know that is dwarfed by some of the salaries over there, but he took a £250,000 pay cut and thought we should be grateful that he'd done it because he was apparently saving us all some money.
But let me just remind everybody, that's paid for by the taxpayer.
That's our money, right.
Because if you don't buy a BBC television license, you can actually go to prison.
It's the only tax which immediately sends you to jail if you don't pay it.
And people are currently revolting about it because, of course, apart from anything else, the BBC is massively overfunded.
It's full of people educated at university.
It doesn't any longer employ people as it used to, who just went to journalism school, who might have come from you know, backgrounds for more working class families.
I mean, they talk about diversity at the BBC, but it doesn't matter what colour you are because everybody's from the middle class.
And, you know, you can't get in there unless you've been to university.
And so they only reflect one kind of world.
And that's the world that they know, which is a world of privilege, a world of highly educated people, you know, a world of sort of, you know, foreign holidays and skiing in the winter and gestard and, you know, going off to, you know, France in the summer.
some jeet or other.
And so they have no real idea.
They don't even know how to talk to people.
And they've also, for some reason, stopped questioning politicians in the right way.
You know, during the whole lockdown period where we had Boris Johnson, who was more or less being held hostage by the medical people, you know, your Dr Fauci and his counterpart, which I've discovered they talk a lot, which explains quite a lot.
There's a guy called Chris Whitty, the chief medical examiner.
And Neil Ferguson, the vaunted modeler who told us two million Americans were going to die in the first few months.
What was he doing?
He was having an affair with a married woman and breaking quarantine, right?
Yeah, that was the only model really that he got right, to be honest, because all the other models that he put out there, he didn't have any success with at all.
But he managed to find this German woman who was in an open marriage.
And so he broke his own rules twice to go and have a little bit of nookie with her.
When everybody else was being told they couldn't even go out.
And so, you know, Boris Johnson was being held to ransom by these people.
And at no time did any of what I would call these mainstream Sky TV, who are now owned by NBC, BBC journalists, they didn't ask the right questions.
You know, we all the way through, probably like yourself, we're asking, you know, why are we doing this?
What is this all about?
You know, 99.9% of people that get COVID recover and don't die.
You know, and the ones who are dying are mostly Very overweight or very old.
And so, you know, now everybody's asking these questions, but why were they not asking them, you know, last year when we were, when we were asking them, we were being accused of being COVID deniers, of being dangerous people, you know, people who didn't care about the population of Britain.
We were putting people's lives in danger.
Endangering the National Health Service as well, right, Mike?
Oh, yeah.
Well, that's the other shibboleth in this country.
The National Health Service has become a kind of religion.
not just for the left, but now for everybody.
It's a cult.
It's a cult, isn't it?
It's a total cult.
And as I often say to people, well, you know, it's so successful, National Health Service, but no other country in the world runs its health business the same way we do.
And again, you know, I pay for all the people who haven't got any money.
And I mean, I always remember trying to explain to them about one thing I love about the American health care system is that, you know, if you can't afford it, you don't get to go ahead of the person who's paying, not only for you, but for themselves.
You know, if I'm paying for my own healthcare, I should be going in front of anyone who can't pay for their own.
I'm not asking people to die in the streets or anything, but you know, what we do is we say, well, I'm sorry, Mr. Graham.
I know that you've paid more taxes than all these 10 people who are in front of you, but I'm afraid you're going to have to wait until we see them.
They haven't paid any tax at all.
So you've actually helped them to get better while you're sitting there dying.
You know, it's a ridiculous situation.
Talk to us about what you're seeing in the media today with the massive rise of talk radio, with challenges to social media.
We do have the censorship of the oligarchs in Silicon Valley, YouTube, Google and so forth, but are you excited?
I mean, people said talk radio 10, 15 years ago, they said it's dying, it's dead.
Are you an optimist when it comes to the industry?
Oh, very much so, because people are so fed up now with what they've been seeing and what they've been hearing.
The BBC News now is trusted by something like six percent of the population.
They just don't believe a word they say.
And it's very simple, because the reason is that they've caused that situation themselves, because they literally put out propaganda.
If you watch the main news at six o'clock, which is our main evening news on the BBC, it's like some kind of social service.
You know, it's stories about people who are on benefits and You know, they're inevitably very large people saying they can't afford to eat.
And you're going, well, they look pretty, pretty well fed to me.
What are they talking about?
You know, it's all about the government's cruel.
The Tories are cruel.
You know, do you have the mandatory?
So the state funded National Public Radio here, you can't switch it on literally without within 10 minutes, a story about some poor transgender individual being persecuted.
Do you have that on the BBC?
Oh, yeah, we have all that.
And, you know, they represent these ridiculously small groups of people who most people in the world and in Britain certainly have no interest in.
You know, if you're working, you know, in a reasonably blue collar job in the northeast of England in Newcastle, you know, there's very little chance you're going to run into anybody trans.
And if you do, You don't really care whether they're trans or not.
What you don't want is to be told you must think this or you must think that or you must stop talking about people in a certain way.
You know, people are fed up.
There's a massive backlash and the growth of talk radio and other sort of media that are going on now in this country is going to be a huge and very successful thing.
I mean, we're going to be putting out later on this year an actual terrestrial TV channel as well, which is going to have all sorts of interesting people on it.
And it's going to become a massive thing because people have had enough of being preached at I mean, even now, we've heard people saying, like Lord Adonis, who I'm sure you've seen, and people like Heseltine, if they can get rid of Boris Johnson, they can reverse Brexit.
I've got to ask you about that.
We're talking to Mike Graham.

Talk to us about the late... I don't know what happened to him.
Had high hopes.
This is a guy who can debate you in ancient Greek.
This is a guy who had a iconoclastic attitude.
Was a little bit of a rabble-rouser journalist.
And then he just disappointed us.
Maybe it was the new girlfriend.
Maybe it was catching COVID.
But just a few days ago... Is it true?
Give us an update.
Have you returned to normalcy?
Can you go out with a triple mask?
Will you not be arrested if you go out for a jog?
Tell us what the situation, the COVID reality is in the UK right now, Mike.
Well, again, what we've got here is a sort of a nation of split personality, because people like you and I, Sebastian, have never really believed the hype, have we?
No.
I mean, we've gone about our business.
You know, you've never, I think you said you had had COVID.
I don't think I've had it.
Many people around me have had it and they were all fine.
Lots of things have happened.
But there are still, even though we're now being told that, you know, masks are no longer by law required in any place whatsoever.
You've got the likes of Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, demanding that people still wear them on the underground, on the buses, you know, but it's not a loss.
So I mean, I don't wear one and nobody can make me and the same with shops.
You know, some shops are still demanding that you should wear one.
And unfortunately, you've got all these kind of virtue signaling remainers because they tend to be remainers.
You know, it's like the people who wanted the UK to remain in the European Union.
Yes.
And by wearing a mask, they're immediately sort of signaling to you and to everybody else that they're much nicer people than you are, because you're just a horrible, ghastly, you know, mad, Probably right wing Tory who's a bigot and who hates people and who hates people from foreign countries.
Absolutely the reverse of the truth.
But they're all wondering about outside, believe it or not, in London, wearing masks and you're thinking, what is wrong with you?
But aside from that, pretty much everything is back to normal.
I'm able to come to America now because they did away with all the ridiculous travel restrictions which were in place over Christmas.
So I'm coming next month to see my 97 year old mother.
So I'm very pleased about that.
Unless, of course, sleepy, creepy, Beijing Biden decides to put some ridiculous quarantine on me because I come from a place where loads of people supposedly died of COVID.
But the problem is Boris, the good thing, actually, Boris Johnson has kind of fallen backwards into his into defensive mode because he, it turns out throughout the lockdown and throughout the COVID sort of pandemic, was having a party every night, which I'm very happy for him to do.
At 10 Downing Street.
These are the Friday wine parties.
Is this going to lead to him losing the premiership?
Well, I think inevitably it will, but it won't be the parties that cause it.
What it will be is the policies that he hasn't carried out.
You know, he came in to office sweeping through on a really good breath of fresh air.
He was going to get us out of the EU, which he did.
Thank goodness.
And that's proven to be very successful.
But what he hasn't done is all the other things.
The only thing he's now focused on is because of his new wife, Carrie, is this green agenda.
He organized COP26.
He wants everybody to get an electric car.
He wants everybody to get a heat pump in their house.
And, you know, I'm burning wood in a wood-burning stove, even as we speak.
You know, this government should be supporting that and they should be digging up the ground and getting shale gas out of it so that we're not actually having to rely on Vladimir Putin like the rest of Europe.
because we've given it all away.
He also promised that he would stop people arriving on our shores.
We've got the same problem you have on the southwestern border.
Our people come from all over Africa, Libya, Iran, Afghanistan, and they all take dinghies across from France to land on our beaches.
And we welcome them in and give them money and give them somewhere to stay.
And I'm going, this is not conservative policy.
So so luckily, I think now Boris is going to have to start doing some of that if he wants to stay in power.
So in some ways, a weakened Boris Johnson is better for conservatives.
Because he's got to actually perform now and keep the promises that actually got him into office, not just Brexit, which I have to say is massive.
I mean, having the actual will of the people realised, what was it, 17 million Brits saying we don't need to be part of that socialist scheme is a big deal, but now you have to follow through.

The End
Mike, let's let's get a little bit highfalutin.
Let's put on our faculty lounge tweed jackets with our leather elbow pads and talk about philosophical aspects of politics.
You and I, about the same age as we were growing up, politics was very clear.
You had Tories like Maggie, Conservatives believed in the UK when there was a threat like the Argentinians in the Falklands just completely crushed them.
And then you had You know, the allegedly working class representation of the Labour Party.
I live just down the road from Neil Kinnock, the Welshman who ran the Labour Party in the UK.
I think those days are dead.
They're gone.
They're buried, especially after President Trump comes and wins the presidency as the first time he ever ran without ever holding political office before, which is stunning.
What do you see as a keen observer of politics on both sides of the Atlantic?
What is the rift?
Because it's clearly right and left has very little traction.
Is it the citizens, vice the elite?
Because I look at the response to Brexit in the UK and I'm gobsmacked.
You know, the House of Lords, billionaire lawyers trying to undo the will of the people.
Where is the fault line in modern politics, Mike?
Well, I think it's interesting.
The Labour Party, for me, are more or less a busted flush because they're so argumentative with each other.
You know, you've got the Corbynites, the people who used to support Jeremy Corbyn, who was kind of left wing of Fidel Castro, you know, and probably would have nationalised the whole parliament building and including the rest of the country, you know.
And they all, you know, they're anti-Semites.
They're horrible, nasty people.
They say they're going to be kind to you, but actually they'd rather string you up.
I mean, they're total Bolsheviks, to be fair.
They've now got this guy in charge called Sir Keir Starmer, who literally, if he had any personality at all, it would be something.
But he has no personality.
And I think the Tories and the centre ground sort of labour, like Tony Blair, who won't go away, by the way.
For some reason, he keeps popping back up like anybody wants to see.
And what is the latest outrage that Tony Blair did?
What did he say?
If you if you don't get vaccinated, you're an idiot.
What did he say?
Yeah, he said, if you don't get vaccinated, frankly, you're just an idiot.
And everyone's going, well, hang on a minute, you know, sorry, we still live in a free country as far as I'm concerned.
And, you know, all of this nonsense about, you know, public opinion, this public opinion that and he talks about, you know, why he does things that are popular.
And he hates looking at what he calls the anti-vaxxers, who are people, for example, in the NHS who are being told they're going to get fired.
Nurses and doctors who are not vaccinated, they'll be fired next month by this government.
Because apparently they should be getting vaccinated to make everybody safe.
And everybody's going, well, how does that make everybody safe?
If you're vaccinated, you should be fine.
And if you don't want to be, you shouldn't have it.
But Tony Blair now is all about literally sort of lying people down and vaccinating them against their will, practically.
So which everybody always says, well, I don't remember you agreeing with all the people, the million people who marched against war in Iraq.
He still went in and still decided to go and do something that most of the British people didn't want him to do.
I think the Conservative Party is going to have to become more conservative.
You know, the days of of sort of David Cameron taking the middle ground and going into partnership with the Liberal Democrats are all over.
The ordinary people of this country want Britain back.
Right.
Bit like your campaign with Donald Trump.
You know, America first.
Let's get America.
Let's make America great again.
Britain's a great country, but it's been allowed to go to rack and ruin by these elites, by these people who are privileged, who make an absolute fortune.
I mean, Tony Blair's richer than he's ever been.
And you kind of go, well, how is that possible?
You know, this is a guy who's got his own foundation.
He's got millions and millions of pounds in the bank.
And that never used to happen in our country.
You know, you'd become prime minister.
Winston Churchill, you know, was not a multimillionaire.
He was not, he was not badly off, but what he wasn't was a sort of global shill, you know, for the likes of the crowd in Davos.
Well, and he didn't pick up, you know, a million bucks for giving a speech.
He actually wrote incredible books, like the history of the English-speaking peoples.
He actually, you know, worked for a living.
Exactly right.
And so I think the people are fed up with being represented by the kind of people you were describing.
He used to sit in my tent of shame, as I used to call it, being paid virtually ridiculous amounts.
I mean, we've got a Labour Party MP called Barry Gardner, right?
He's not the brightest tool in the box.
He was infiltrated by a Chinese spy who's given him about half a million pounds.
Now, according to the rules of engagement in Parliament, that's perfectly legal.
She was so obviously a Chinese spy that MemI5 knew she was a spy, told him she was a spy.
He employs her son to work in the office.
Right now, he sits on various committees which were talking about trade deals with China.
And you're not going to tell me that that's not a corrupt system.
And people are starting to get wise to that.
People are just going, we want younger people.
We want people who are more experienced in life than some of these characters who've done nothing else except be in Parliament all their time.
And I think they want proper representation and they want to be listened to.
And we have become a force for that.
You know, so stop immigration, you know, stop illegals coming here and getting houses when people who can't afford to find their own house and can't afford to live in the area where they grew up, are getting completely shut out of the system.
And so we need to kind of revamp the whole system, and let's represent properly the people of this country.
I have to ask you this, because somebody posited this to me, that the political system is forever changed with America First, MAGA, and Brexit.
Because if you're working class, if you're of a certain class, if you go against your establishment representatives, like labor, there's no way you go back.
Once you've seen the light, you don't go back to the people who betrayed you for 40, 50 years.
Do you buy that theory, Mike?
I think that's right.
And I think the two party system in Britain is kind of on the way out, rather like it probably is in America.
As you said, you know, Donald Trump would have got into the White House, whether he was with the Republicans or not, I suspect.
Because 75 million people, although, of course, when 75 million people voted for him, he lost to the guy who couldn't arrange to get more than 20 people at a rally, which is all slight.
Who got more votes than the first black president.
Yes, right.
80 million in quotes.
Thank you very much.
Right.
Exactly right.
So, you know, I think people see now individuals who will represent what they represent.
I think Boris Johnson was one of those characters.
He may have spoiled that for himself, but we need more people like Donald Trump and Boris Johnson to come through the system.
And not be, you know, these kind of pen pushers, not be these grey men like Sakhir Starmer and also not come from that kind of really, really disturbing kind of Democrat background like the Clintons, you know, where and the Blairs.
I mean, you know, I wouldn't be at all surprised.
I mean, Tony Blair's got a son who's made an absolute fortune in tech.
And you think to yourself, now, how does that happen?
You know, I'm sure he's quite a bright boy, but he's no brighter than anybody else's boy.
But he's suddenly Tony Blair's son, and he's now worth about 200 million quid.
And I'm sure he's got, you know, Chelsea Clinton's cell phone number in his mobile as well.
We're talking to Mike Graham.
He is the leader of the Independent Republic of Mike Graham on Talk Radio.
and I'm Sebastian Goulkett.

From this day forward, it's going to be only America first.
America first. America first.
America first.
America first.
America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first.
America first. America first. America first. America first.
America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first. America first.
I gotta ask you as somebody, I am a legal immigrant to the United States, but I have my heritage growing up in the UK, great memories of the 1970s and 80s.
Is the bulldog spirit still alive?
Is, you know, the Tommy spirit of we will fight them on the beaches, the Battle of Britain, or has Covid, has the insane sheeple propagandizing project fear broken the back of that spirit or is there still hope?
Oh the spirit is very much still there and thankfully there's enough people to still, you know, keep the flag flying as it were, but The elites who have infected your country as much as they have mine have sort of made it very unpopular and very unfashionable to be patriotic.
You know, if you say that you're proud to be British, you're immediately labeled as some kind of right wing nutter.
You know, what the hell is wrong with you?
You know, surely you must employ at least three people from the European Union in your household.
Most of these people who wanted to stay in the EU.
Wanted to do it because the au pair was from France or, you know, Norway, because they've all got loads and loads of money.
And many of them had houses in Italy and houses in France.
And so they wanted to make it easier for themselves.
And of course, now the whole ordinary British spirit and the ordinary British people have seen through it, you know, and we're sick to death of it.
And we're not going to put up with it anymore because we're not going to be told what to do by people.
I mean, the Labour Party, very interestingly, the only seat that it won was in a place called Putney in southwest London, which is where houses retail for around about an average of two million pounds a pop.
Right now, you're going to tell me that when they lose the they've lost mining villages, that Margaret Thatcher closed the mines down to the Tory party.
But they're winning seats in places where houses cost two million quid.
What does that tell you about the left?
No, absolutely, absolutely.
Absolutely.
I have one last question for Mike Graham.
Now that Sleepy Creepy Beijing Biden has opened the door for not just illegal immigrants, but for decent, decent British cousins, if you're coming this way soon, can we potentially tempt you into the swamp and have a chat with you in studio and share a cigar and a jar?
I would absolutely love to.
I'm going to be somewhere between sort of New York and Connecticut.
But if I can, I'll jump on the Metroliner and come and see you, if that's at all possible, because that would be great.
I used to love my trips to Washington, D.C., and even now that it's being occupied by, I'm not going to say the enemy, but, you know, by old Sleepy Creepy, I may well do that.
That would be great fun.
But also, isn't it interesting that we find ourselves in the midst of a sort of Ukrainian pyramid?
Because that's where it all started, wasn't it?
Yes.
you know, Biden's son was knocking about hanging around with the Ukrainians.
You'd think that Beijing would have some special interest there.
I know.
And it's strange.
I mean, given that Hunter got $83,000 a month for a no-show job from a Ukrainian oil company that was more corrupt than any other one, you'd think that maybe he'd have some influence in being able to stop the war.
It's been absolutely cracking.
Thank you, Mike Graham.
Keep doing what you do.
Listen to this guy.
If you want to see, if you want to get good news that there are fighters across the Atlantic, not just here, check out his Twitter feed.
I-R-O-M-G.
That's the Independent Republic of Mike Graham.
And of course, talk radio.
You've been listening to America First one-on-one wherever you are, dear friends.
