While other networks lie to you about what's happening now, Brianna Morello tells you the truth about what's happening next on Good Morning InfoWars.
Good morning, InfoWars.
It's been a busy, busy week, and a very sad one, as many of you guys know.
Charlie Kirk was assassinated earlier this week.
And during this show, we're gonna be going into all of the details to bring you the very latest.
But there was so much going on in the world that you probably missed out on.
So let's take these next few minutes to catch you up on the very latest.
As many of you guys saw earlier this week, there was a horrific, horrific murder inside of a North Carolina train.
It involves sadly a Ukrainian refugee named Irania uh Zaruski.
Now, folks, the murderer, the suspected murderer in this case, is now confessing to all of this.
His name is Di Carlos Brown Jr.
And uh the recordings, the audio recordings of him speaking to his sister are uh both heartbreaking and infuriating at the same time because he's ultimately admitting that he doesn't really have much in the way of a recollection as to why he did what he did.
Just said that he thought that the woman was reading his mind, and that is why he stabbed her in the neck.
He goes on during the call to say, I don't even know the lady.
I never said not one word to the lady at all.
That's scary, ain't it?
Why would someone stab someone for no reason?
That's something that the rest of us would like to know.
Let's turn to Brazil, because there was even more devastating news in Brazil.
As many of you guys know, the former Brazilian president, Javier Bolsonaro, was just convicted and also sentenced to 27 years in prison.
It was over fake allegations that he led an attempted coup.
As many of you guys know, the Supreme Court in Brazil is extremely corrupt, and they were gunning for him.
Uh, we view Bolsonaro as the Trump of Brazil.
Uh, it just highlights how corrupt these individuals were, that they were gunning for him, and that's why four of the five corrupt Supreme Court justices found him guilty of those accusations.
And he had valid reason to even question the election, but they don't want you talking about that.
So he does have a very narrow lane for an appeal, and I'll continue to follow that and bring you the latest on just that.
Now let's turn to something else because this is big, big news, and I think it kind of flew under everyone's radar.
It has to do with Steven Crowder.
Now, as many of you guys know, Steven Crowder hosts the show Ladder with Crowder, and he got his hands on a document, an internal email that was sent to ATF agents.
Now, ultimately, it detailed how the bullets that were used to kill Charlie Kirk earlier this week had different terms engraved in them.
So he released that. | ||
He made it public. | ||
Well, now the ATF is supposedly gonna be subpoenaeing his company.
Now, what does that mean?
That means that they're looking to find the source behind that leak.
Now, as a fellow journalist, I've been screaming about this because the Trump administration has been doing something that is very, very unconstitutional.
They took away protections earlier this year that allowed journalists to kind of shield themselves and protect their sources so that they couldn't be privy to things like subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants when it comes to their sources.
Well, Pambani, the attorney general, uh took all that away earlier this year because they wanted to get to the bottom of the leaks.
And what does this mean?
Well, this means that if you are a federal employee looking to, or even a local police officer, maybe looking to drop some information in the hands of a journalist because you feared that the government might be lying to the American people.
Well, that the DOJ will then go after you.
And so it appears, they haven't yet received those subpoenas yet, but it appears the ATF is going to subpoena Crowder's team because they're looking to figure out who the source is.
This is a First Amendment issue.
I've reached out to several people, including the DOJ Tarmeet Dylan for comment.
I have not heard back from anyone.
Folks, this is gonna be a big one.
We're gonna continue to follow it.
You know, according to those who I've spoken to, the Crowder's team plans on continuously protecting their sources and fighting back.
So this is going to be a landmark case.
And I'll be following it all week long.
So make sure you tune in.
All right, We got a lot coming your way in just a few moments.
I'll be bringing you the very latest, everything that we know regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
It's devastating news.
But we're learning so much about the shooter, and his wife has declared war on all of the evildoers.
I'll bring you the very latest next.
unidentified
|
Is it possible to say, you know what?
I don't like the way the country is going.
And to do something about it.
That risk. | ||
Take that leap of faith.
unidentified
|
Stay involved. | |
Trust God and act obediently.
Romans 12, 2 verse. | ||
unidentified
|
That God will use all things, all things for good for those who love him.
It's bigger than you. | ||
I want you to remember that.
It is bigger than you. | ||
It's bigger than me. | ||
unidentified
|
You are here to make somebody else's life better, the pursuit of liberty and freedom.
You know what gives me strength?
Hundreds of thousands of you that say Charlie, keep going.
First Corinthians 5 and 15.
So that's all pretty amazing evidence.
Not just intra-biblical evidence, but extra biblical evidence that Jesus Christ was a real person.
He lived a perfect life.
he was crucified died and rose on the third day and he is lord and god of law what a beautiful piece the white house has put together Earlier this week, we've received, and we saw devastating, devastating news of Charlie Kirk's assassination.
It's absolutely heartbreaking because, folks, that man, that nothing but incredible things to say about him.
I briefly met him. | ||
I don't know him personally, but everyone I knew would tell me about how amazing he was.
How randomly throughout the day they would receive text messages from him of scripture, and how he was so loyal to his faith and his family and to his country.
And then there was a liberal who decided to take him out.
And it's it's devastating news, but I want to focus for the first part of the show on all of the good that Charlie did within our movement because there's never going to be another Charlie Kirk.
And what do I mean by that?
Well, that man was an incredible, an incredible fundraiser.
He was incredibly well, did well at organizing.
As many of you guys saw the turning point events, were massive, massive.
Young people, teens, college students, were finally getting a conservative take on things.
That's something that most of us never even have.
I mean, I remember being in high school, and it was always just liberal, liberal, liberal nonsense being shoved down your throats, even throughout college.
And so I was so confused about politics, but he gave young people an avenue towards conservative Christian values.
And it's heartbreaking to see it all play out.
I did get it, I think, before anyone else did, and it was devastating.
I just can't believe this is what people do.
This is what the left does.
The left breeds terrorists.
Charlie Kirk was speaking out on that.
He knew well what we were up against.
And he did his very best to push back, and he's going to continue to do his best because folks, he has left behind a legacy.
But why was Charlie killed?
Charlie was killed because he wanted to have an open dialogue with those on the left.
And the communist pricks who took him out, they don't like that.
They don't like the fact that you sit there and you talk to people and you want to have conversations.
They got violent, obviously sending him lots of death threats over the years.
And even one woman tried to assault him.
And I have to say, Charlie Kirk's reaction to this woman is something that most of us probably wouldn't do in return.
Take a look. | ||
unidentified
|
What is that simple? | |
Immigration costs and enforcement.
Hey, don't talk about this.
What are you doing? | ||
You gotta literally have our emotions, man.
Listen, listen. | ||
Let's have a conversation.
unidentified
|
She was not, she was wrong today.
If you really love that, no, guys.
unidentified
|
I'm not gonna press you.
Thank you. | ||
See? | ||
I'm not gonna be one of those.
Oh boys. | ||
No, no, that's not let's have a conversation.
That's all he wanted to do was have a conversation with those who disagreed with him.
Folks, when he threw a turning point event, there was kids who wanted to go, grandparents who wanted to go.
Very rarely do we have events that unify every American across the age spectrum like he was able to do.
And it's cra it's crazy to think that that man, I don't even know how he had time to do half the things he did.
I mean, he hosted a show.
Obviously, went to Fox, did his Fox hits, would do many hits on many different shows, then organize all these massive events while being a father and a husband.
He's just, he's such an impressive person.
And to think he was only 31 years old makes the rest of us look very, very lazy.
I remember seeing Charlie at Fox a couple of times when I was working over there, and everyone loved him.
Everyone loved that man.
It's devastating to see.
It truly, truly is. | ||
He was the very first person, I think, probably one of the top 10, to back President Trump and put all of his weight behind the president.
And it's being felt everywhere.
Sports this week. | ||
Finally took a break from being liberal uh activists and decided to shift now towards we'll just say the middle.
Sanity. | ||
They started showing their support for Charlie Kirk.
Across the country, we saw professional sports pay their respects.
As a Yankee fan, I was very proud to see the Yankees pay their respects.
And others. | ||
This was yesterday. | ||
This was a dodgy Dodgers closer pitcher who decided to put crosses on his hat with the name Charlie Kirk in between.
He's so impactful. | ||
It's just devastating to see what took place.
Um, it's heartbreaking, it's devastating.
But the fight's gonna go on.
Listen, we are battling evil.
Evil, evil, evil, evil.
And the goal here is to stop Charlie Kirk's message from resonating across the country.
unidentified
|
He was speaking common sense.
He was respectful. | ||
He was debunking the left's narrative, which they rarely get the rebuttal for because they don't want to talk to you.
They live in their own algorithm, and it's why they're so crazy and nutty.
They've got both their algorithm that keeps them secluded from sanity, and uh they also have their hormones that they're all perpped up on these days.
Charlie Girk wasn't afraid to continue the dialogue.
unidentified
|
And obviously he knew the risks.
But he wanted to keep going.
That man died a hero. | ||
I think they're gonna learn a very valuable lesson about all of this.
Charlie Kirk's message is now going to be heard all across the world.
Because people saw that what happened that day in Utah, and they are absolutely infuriated.
You know, I'm talking to my friends in Europe, in Poland, we saw the Polish parliament have a moment of silence and pray for Charlie.
I mean, so many people saw what happened and were absolutely disgusted.
It's not gonna stop the movement, it's only gonna make it stronger.
The intent was to create and instill fear into conservative voices from stepping forward.
But guess what? | ||
There were hundreds and thousands of people watching live that day.
They saw what happened to Charlie.
Instant, instant infuriation swept through the entire crowd.
What's that gonna do? | ||
It's going to make thousands, even millions of Charlie Kirk's turning point, I'm assuming, is going to be flooded with college-age students who are going to want to create chapters in their schools, as well as become voices, even if they're not in school, show up to these events.
These events will be bigger.
There will be more of us there.
I will probably start attending to these events at this point.
I don't think I've ever gone to a turning point event, but now, yeah, we'll go.
We'll go. | ||
Because you can't sit here and allow these people to win.
We are up against true evil.
True evil. | ||
And we're seeing it. | ||
We're saying that it wasn't just the shooter.
We're seeing that there are liberal hacks all across this country going out there and celebrating his death.
Erica Kirk spoke last night.
I don't know how she did it, but she did an incredible job.
And what she said in regards to the future of turning point must Be heard.
To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die.
It won't. | ||
I refuse to let that happen.
It will not die. | ||
All of us will refuse to let that happen.
No one will ever forget my husband's name, and I will make sure of it.
It will become stronger.
Bolder, louder, and greater than ever.
We are all in on that mission.
Charlie Kirk's message isn't going anywhere.
I will continue to post clips everywhere that I can.
I will continue to say his messaging.
Any chance I get, they can't silence us all.
Folks, that was their goal, and they are gonna sure as hell regret it.
That is the goal for them.
Our goal is to never back down.
Folks, we have a great show lined up for you today.
I'm gonna be digging into the very latest into all of this.
I just wanted to take a moment to remember Charlie Kirk before we get into the mud with all of this because there's a lot of details the mainstream media is not gonna tell you about, but we are, so don't go anywhere.
Good morning, InfoWars.
We've got a jam pack program for you today.
I'm bringing you the very latest regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk, and just saying that is absolutely devastating, something I never even imagined we'd have to even mention.
But folks, there's a lot, a lot coming out right now, and I want to make sure that this all is on your radar.
But first, we have to talk about Democrats because Democrats are trying their very best to distance themselves to what happened to Charlie because they want to pretend like they are level-headed individuals, like they are people who have been peaceful.
Now, as you and I both know the left continuously breeds terrorists, it's not a coincidence, it continues to happen over and over and over again.
Christians are being slaughtered all over the country because the left continues to demonize both Christianity, President Donald Trump, and obviously conservative beliefs.
But while they sit here and deny it, we've got the reel of all of these politicians who have sat here and declared war on us.
In case they forgot, let's take a look.
Inscriptions on the three unfired casings read, hey fascist exclamation point, catch exclamation point.
Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?
unidentified
|
Yes, I do. | |
No one has ever been more dangerous to this country than Donald Trump, and he is a fascist to his core.
And shut down the city! | ||
I have war. | ||
We're a war right now. | ||
We are at war. | ||
unidentified
|
So you have to be willing to do whatever is necessary in order to save the country.
And that's why the gloves are off.
Donald Trump and the Magor Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.
unidentified
|
And yes, there are many threats to democracy.
We see it with these extreme candidates.
I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be. | ||
unidentified
|
You can only push people so far.
And then they start to take matters into their own hands.
What the American public want is for us to bring actual weapons to the smart fight.
This is an actual fight.
You know, this is literally called to arms.
The MAGA movement is a threat.
unidentified
|
Michelle says, you know, when they go low, we go high.
No. | ||
With all due respect, if they go low, we don't go high.
When they go low, we kick them.
unidentified
|
We take them to the mud and choke them out.
And make sure that they stay down.
And you know what? | ||
Kit them when they're down because they deserve it.
unidentified
|
Get up in the face of some Congress people.
We are gonna be in your face.
We are gonna be on your We have to fight this in the streets.
We're gonna fight it in the streets.
It's time to step out of your comfort zone and step out into the streets.
unidentified
|
To our Republican colleagues, if you do not see the light, we will bring the fire.
You and your little friend off of Twitter.
Y'all about to find out.
And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.
And you push back on them.
And you tell them they're not welcome.
Any more, anywhere. | ||
You're not going to have a bird.
He may not finish with him.
That's the last few days you woke up thinking there might be news.
Awesome. | ||
Just saying. | ||
Just saying. | ||
There will be news sometime, just so you know, there will be news.
you you you Thank you. | ||
Some of the most evil people you've ever seen, they want to pretend like they weren't a part of any of this, but we all know that they were.
You don't say things like that, you don't demonize Americans if you don't want them attacked.
That's what's been going on these last few years, and it's absolutely egregious.
But the problem with the left is they live in their own algorithm.
So a lot of the times, the people that we see on social media who are going crazy, these unhinged lefties, they're uh just dealing with their own echo chamber.
They don't understand the reality of the world we live in, and then they're perked up on home runs that don't belong in their bodies in the first place for the most part.
But uh, when it comes to what we know from well, regarding this current suspect, uh, we are kind of getting a little bit of a mixed messages here.
Uh, we do know that his family is apparently conservative Republican voters.
He was apparently, according to reports, the only lefty in his whole family, which is strange on how he jumped off that cliff.
But again, um, this is what we know so far.
But the worst part about it is we're not really getting consistent messaging from those within law enforcement and politicians.
Earlier in the week, it was reported by the governor of Utah that uh, and law enforcement as well, I should say, that there were discord messages that were shown regarding the suspect and his roommate.
Now, they didn't give you the name of the roommates because they wanted to protect this person, but it was in regards to the weapon that he was using and where he was going to leave it in hope that his roommate apparently was going to retrieve it.
Um, but this is really interesting because I was scrolling the red web and I saw this on NBC that NBC is apparently claiming that they received a statement from the Discord spokesperson saying that the company did ID the account that was used by the suspect, but says that the messages that were mentioned in the press conference were not the messages that were sent on their platform.
So is someone lying or was this a mistake?
Well, we don't really know.
Uh that's going to take continuous digging into the court documents that are going to be filed.
I'm sure those messages are going to have to be handed over as evidence.
But Discord is uh is an app as a service that is constantly being named in a lot of egregious crimes.
And although the platform says they do their very best to uh eliminate things like hate speech and violence, they do have a problem.
We have Alex Rosen on this program.
A lot of the predators he catches are using Discord to reach out to children.
It's a it's a program that's used, an app that's used to communicate through gamers and other services like that.
Uh, but just to remind you guys, I mean, there's been a lot of issues related to Discord.
And again, you can't really hold them accountable because it's a massive, massive platform.
But ultimately, uh, it's important to highlight the fact that the 2022 mass shooter in Buffalo at the supermarket, well, apparently, according to court documents, uh, he used Discord as well as uh the shooting that took place last year at a Georgia high school, Appalachi High School, many of you guys recall that one as well.
And the list goes on to even a school in Iowa.
So that shooting as well is linked to Discord.
So there's a lot of issues with it.
Now the company continuously comes out and says that we are doing our very best.
So we'll continue to see what's going on there, but it's just it's very interesting, the mixed messaging that's coming out because Discord is completely denying what was said at that press conference, and we haven't yet heard back.
Maybe it was a misunderstanding.
But you probably shouldn't name a private company's name on a very high-profile assassination without all the facts.
But it's not just that. | ||
The New York Times is reporting something that's very egregious.
I mentioned it on X as well, because I was wondering what the heck?
We don't have any images of the alleged assassin.
Well, according to the New York Times, there was a group of FBI agents who did in fact have those images, and they delayed releasing it for about 12 hours.
Now, again, it's just a report.
But apparently there was a call Thursday morning where they, well, and by they I mean uh director at Cash Patel and FBI director, deputy director Dan Bon Gino, apparently ripped these agents, saying, quote, we're not tolerating a Mickey Mouse operation.
And according to the New York Times, there's approximately 200 agents on that call.
So again, mixed messaging, Even coming from the director himself, saying that they arrested the person that they believed, shot Charlie Kirk, and then quickly they had to correct themselves because that was just the person of interest that was not the shooter.
So is this intentional?
Is this some well orchestrated plot to make these individuals look bad, these officials look bad, or is it just sloppy police work?
Well, again, we'll continue to learn more about this, because I'm sure the great reporters, like people like Ken Silva, who are gonna be digging into the court documents, are going to be airing out all of the wrongs, all of the missteps throughout this investigation, and you know we'll keep bringing that to you.
We got a jam-pack program, like I keep saying, heading your way.
Don't go anywhere. | ||
I've got a guess, and he's ready to sound off in just a few moments.
You're not gonna want to miss that.
So stay tuned, folks. | ||
The evildoers responsible for my husband's assassination have no idea what they have done.
They killed Charlie because he preached a message of patriotism, faith, and of God's merciful love.
They should all know this.
If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, you have no idea.
You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country.
In this world. | ||
You have no idea. | ||
You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife.
The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.
unidentified
|
The cries of this widow will echo the words of this widow.
To everyone listening tonight across America, the movement my husband built will not die.
It won't. | ||
I refuse to let that happen.
unidentified
|
It will not die. | |
All of us will refuse to let that happen.
No one will ever forget my husband's name, and I will make sure of it.
It will become stronger, bolder, louder, and greater than ever.
My husband's mission will not end, not even for a moment.
unidentified
|
Nothing left up his mind on my soul.
How many, how many men out there would have will love a woman like that, declaring war on her husband's enemies.
It was so powerful to sit back and watch last night.
Um, I I don't know a single person who probably didn't cry their eyes out while watching that woman.
The level of strength to get up there and to directly deliver a message to both her husband's supporters and her husband's enemies.
Now, here's the best part about it.
She didn't sit there and give a fluffy, we need to unite speech.
She let them know that she is going to come after those who wronged her husband.
And I don't know what more you could ask for in a wife.
Joining me today to discuss is Matthew Martison.
He is an actor and a producer, extraordinaire, and he joins us now to discuss.
Matthew, I was watching last night, and I couldn't stop crying.
Not only for her, her family, uh, her children, obviously, but also for the the thousands of Americans that this man touched.
And the fact that she is able to pull herself together, get out there and to directly speak to both his supporters and his enemies.
It was just impressive.
I don't think I've ever seen a speech like that.
Your reaction to her speech last night.
Well, Brianna, firstly, I want to say thank you for having me on.
I think that Charlie touched so many people.
Uh, and it's not just in America, actually.
I've said multiple times that when America sneezes, the world catches a cold.
And I was receiving messages the day that Charlie was murdered from people all over the world.
And they were saying, we're done.
We're done. | ||
He's he was the good guy, as uh as Brandon Herrera said.
And I think that it took immense courage for his Wife to stand up there and say what she said.
I think that it's a testament to their marriage to the strength that they both gave each other.
And of course, I mean, I don't think there was anyone that saw that that didn't have a um didn't cry, let's put it like that.
I mean, I certainly did.
Uh, it's very, very difficult when you see such a good man be taken away from us, someone that had so much to offer.
But it was also very encouraging because I think you're right.
I think that what she said was a cry out to people to say enough.
Because unfortunately, conservatives have been turning the other cheek for too long.
Now, I don't mean obviously because you know what the left's like they'll try and say that someone's saying something like this, as they've already said about her, she's calling for violence.
That's absolutely not what she said.
It's absolutely not what she said.
But I think that a lot of people across the world have been radicalized by the reaction of people.
And she's showing righteous indignation there.
I mean, this is unbelievable.
This is a human life. | ||
It's a dad, it's a husband whose life was taken away from him.
And I'll tell you this right now.
Every single person that I know, every person that I know has said, all right, this is it now.
This is enough. | ||
We're not tolerating this silliness anymore.
unidentified
|
Yeah. | |
Yeah, because it's it's I mean, it's it's happened so many times, right?
There's one side, the bullets are coming from, it's not coming from both sides.
And although the left will sit there and pretend like that's the case, it's not the case.
And so, yes, it's great not to call for violence.
And then I wouldn't tell people not to, because also I know our adversaries are looking for us to ignite in civil war.
I'm talking about China, Iran.
Uh, I I know well that these are the countries that are provoking those online because they do want to create uh some type of uh fury in folks.
But again, this is somebody who appears to have acted independently as far as we know now.
I'm sure we'll start digging into the Discord chat and other chats to see who he was speaking with, because I can't imagine someone just kind of coming about this idea and this planning by themselves, a 22-year-old man just doesn't make sense to me.
But you know, we'll dig into that a little bit further as as time goes on and we start getting some more court documents and evidence.
But the fact that she's able to sit there and deliver such a powerful speech, I think is a game changer.
I think most Americans who haven't picked up their Bibles in quite some time pick up their Bibles and started reading, because it's very hard to not be inspired when you sit here and you watch this woman and how strong she is in her faith, and how not to just become inspired by that.
Um, but then there's those on the left.
And, you know, I caught up with one yesterday, and uh somebody sent me a tip and I was uh floored by it.
I'm talking about somebody who who was claiming on their social media to be the current Miss Fort Worth.
Now it's a beauty pageant, of course.
And this individual took to Instagram to celebrate the suspect who was arrested for killing Charlie.
And in it, she goes on to say that, you know, they say he's he's a fascist.
They say, I believe she also says that he they say that he's uh a hateful person, and that she loved the shooter for for shooting him.
And so uh I first reached out to Miss Texas for comment on this, the executive director for Miss Texas, and she was completely shocked.
Uh, but she also told me that this woman is no longer uh Miss Fort Worth, that she was replaced about two months ago.
They just haven't updated their website yet and taken new photos.
But the fact that this woman is so boldly coming out and saying that the individual who assassinated Charlie Kirk is a man that she could either relate to or that she loves, because she said the word love, uh, it's pretty egregious, but it's happening everywhere.
It's not just this one case.
What are you seeing and what's the responses that you're seeing publicly on all our social media about it?
Well, same as you. | ||
I mean, same as that everyone around the world that clicks on X is seeing this.
They're seeing one side that is celebrating, which is is it's it's so bizarre.
It is I didn't think that the left could get any lower than this than celebrating someone's death.
But this is look, Brianna, what is happening here is this is systemic.
The left likes to talk about systemic racism, which isn't a thing.
But what is systemic is you have a bunch of children That were never told no.
They were never told that they had consequences for their behavior that went through a university system for the most part that enabled them even more or radicalized them.
And then they went out into the world and they said these things.
They're saying these things, and then they cry free speech.
But they say these things with impunity.
Like they never see any consequences for it.
So what you've started to see, which has been great, is companies have started firing them.
And this is what we need to see, because this is not just a freedom of speech issue.
Okay, these are radical communists, whether they know it or they don't.
They can be the useful idiots or they can be the actual uh die-hard communist communists that know what they're saying.
But we need to stop putting pressure on these companies in the same way that the left puts pressure on companies to do things that we don't think are right.
Like why are we having uh uh a month of pride?
Or why are we having a month of pride to target?
It's ridiculous. | ||
We need to stop pushing back.
These people need to be held responsible for that uh for their behavior.
Yeah, they do, and I'm so happy to see that conservatives are jumping on board with this and making sure that these individuals are held accountable.
Matthew Marsden, thank you for joining us again, folks.
Give him a follow over on Axe Matthew D. Marsden.
Matthew, thank you. | ||
We appreciate your time.
Folks, we got a jam-packed program, heading your way.
Don't go anywhere. | ||
But more details related to the charges that are going to be filed against the suspect by the federal government's not going to charge him so far.
Good morning, InfoWars.
Thank you for being with me today.
A lot we've been kind of diving into.
In regards to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Now, again, it's devastating news and uh it's heartbreaking to report.
It shouldn't have happened in the first place.
But we're here and we're trying to figure out number one what happens, and number two, how do we prevent a terrorist attack like this from happening again?
But in regards to what is next for this suspect, uh, I want to give you some insight on that front.
It looks like, because of a legal loophole, the federal government is unable to charge him.
And so this would have to fall into the hands of the Utah prosecutors.
Unfortunately, it looks like the federal government's not going to be able to step in as of yet.
Now, if you're wondering, well, what the heck does that even mean, Brianna?
Let me explain it to you.
According to the Daily Mail, you know, they've asked their legal teams about this, so this is what they're saying.
Unless the murder took place on federal property, involved a federal official, or is classified as a hate-based crime, which is based off race, religion.
I don't think it's religion, though, unfortunately, here, folks, uh, or another protected category, then yes, federal prosecutors can step in.
Now, given this suspect's background, I don't think it's going to be able to pivot to a religious aspect, unfortunately.
So maybe we need to rewrite the laws.
Maybe we need to actually do some correcting to involve politics as well.
When people are targeted for their political beliefs, that to me is a hate crime.
And so that's something that we really do need to look into.
Now, the investigation has been a conglomerate of all different law enforcement agencies coming together, both federal and state, even though the federal government cannot charge the suspect right now.
Uh the FBI was standing besides beside local law enforcement and was making it very clear that they were going to investigate, help as much as they can.
And um it was it was refreshing to see.
But um, you know, obviously there's nothing that could be done on the federal level in regards to this.
Now, the FBI director, Cash Patel, I think made it very clear because he's also a former prosecutor, so he understands the legal backing behind all of this.
Uh he spoke during a press conference after the suspect was arrested.
And this is what he had to say about the FBI's ongoing role in this investigation.
When the public who had a right to demand such an expeditious solving of an investigation, the FBI answered that call diligently, critically important to our nation.
And we delivered. | ||
And I'm proud to be their leader, and I'm proud to be the director of the FBI.
This is a very much an ongoing investigation, As the governor said.
And we will continue to work with state and local authorities to develop the investigation to provide them the evidence they need for their ongoing prosecutions.
And we will be here to answer every call they absolutely have, as long as it takes, for as long as we need to find and apprehend whatever suspects were involved in this crime.
So the FBI is saying that they're going to continue their role in helping out Utah officials to make sure that this conviction is handed to them on a silver plot.
I mean, they it they need to be able to do this.
They need to make sure that this suspect is convicted if he is the individual in fact who did this.
Um, but according to reports, he did admit it to his father.
And so uh we'll see how that all unravels.
But let's just say the suspect is someone who is convicted.
He's likely going to head over to the Utah State correctional facility in Salt Lake City.
Now, he is expected to face the death penalty, which includes lethal injection or a firing squad in the state of Utah.
Now, what does that mean?
That means that he will be brought into a room with a all black chair with straps, surrounded by walls with black cushions, and a firing squad could potentially open fire on him.
That would be an eight-person team, uh, including five actual shooters.
And so that's what he's facing right now.
And if you're wondering, because I know a lot of people think, you know, obviously they we know that Charlie was a Christian, and so I know a lot of people are wondering, well, where did he stand when it came to the death penalty?
I actually went through, I found a clip, uh, it's up on my ex page right now, where he actually says that you would be doing victims injustice and saying that their life had no value if you didn't implement and enforce the death penalty.
It is our responsibility here on this earth to make sure that those who take a life have theirs taken as well.
Charlie Kirk was on board with the death penalty being implemented for those who have committed the most egregious crimes, and this is that.
This is an egregious crime that justifies the death penalty.
Now, whether his wife will someday forgive the suspect, that is up to her.
I, for one, cannot do that.
His actions were absolutely egregious, and he deserves the most worse penalty imaginable, public, so that we could sit there and instill fear into anyone, anyone who decides to go after another American because he disagree with their political beliefs.
We need to make sure this ends now, because it's been escalating.
And for far too long, people continue to sit here and pretend like, oh, we're just gonna unify, we're gonna come together after every type of tragedy that takes place.
Conservatives have been dealing with death threats for years, for years.
I think I've only been on camera for what, two years now, and the amount of threats I've received, stalkers, all the craziness that's happened over these last few years, it's insane.
I can't even imagine what Charlie was dealing with because he's been in this fight for far longer than I have.
So let's say the suspect is convicted and heads over to a Utah State correctional facility.
That one, like again, I say, uh, is gonna be in Salt Lake City.
Now that prison was just recently built, and so if you're looking to understand as to what he might have to endure, uh it's important to note that he's going to have to deal with the law.
It's not really a great condition to live in.
Uh, in fact, according to reports, they do have a mosquito problem because they live or they're by wetlands.
And so the jail is constantly having to pass around mosquito repellents.
They also have a scale scale bees problem, which is obviously highly contagious, as many of you guys know, it is a parasite.
And uh they had a massive outbreak just a little while ago.
They also have a staffing issue where they had to actually close down three housing units because they didn't have enough staff to supervise.
So I'm sure that's going to lead to some issues for this man.
Making sure he's convicted is got to be a top priority.
And I'm sure it is because it it would not go well if there's not a conviction at the end of this.
And uh no plea deals, no plea agreements to get out of the death sentence.
People need to see, need to see justice.
We can't just continue to sit here and allow people to get away with what they've done.
As many of you guys know, President Trump has, well, they tried to assassinate President Trump several, several times.
And every time President Trump has come out, and he's been very peaceful.
He has not been aggressive.
But if for me, if you came shooting at me, I'd be a little bit more aggressive.
But he continues to preach about peace and unity.
Something the left knows nothing about because they continue to raise monsters.
But how did this happen?
How did this suspect? | ||
How did the suspect who according to reports comes from a Republican family somehow end up becoming a radical left-wing communist?
It doesn't make sense. | ||
It doesn't make sense. | ||
But what makes sense is the fact that we have a threat.
The threat is the left. | ||
And Charlie Kirk knew that.
He knew that they were escalating.
He knew they were becoming more and more violent.
And he actually told Stephen Miller just that.
Now, Stephen Miller went on Fox News and he recited his last discussion with Charlie.
Take a listen. | ||
But the last message that Charlie Kirk gave to me before he joined his creator in heaven, was he said that we have to dismantle and take on the radical left organizations in this country that are fomenting violence.
That was the last message that he sent me before that assassin stole him from all of us.
And we are gonna do that under President Trump's leadership.
I don't care how, it could be a RICO charge, a conspiracy charge, conspiracy against the United States, insurrection.
But we are going to do what it takes to dismantle the organizations and the entities that are fomenting riots, that are doxing, that are trying to inspire terrorism and that are committing acts of wanton violence.
It has to stop. | ||
And my message is to all of the domestic terrorists in this country spreading this evil hate.
You want us to live in fear.
But you will live in exile.
Because the power of law enforcement under President Trump's leadership will be used to find you.
We'll use it to take away your money, take away your power, and if you've broken the law to take away your freedom, Sean.
Did you hear that? | ||
You left-wing terrorists.
The federal government is going to come after you, and we will make sure that they do just that.
This will not be a broken promise.
If you are funding these left-wing terrorists, we will make sure that not only are you defunded, but you end up behind a prison cell.
Because folks, I am so done with this nonsense.
The RICO case should have already been launched months ago.
We hope they have already started that.
Because all of these terrorists, global terrorists funding these groups, need to be held accountable.
Thank you for joining me on this beautiful, beautiful morning. |
