Israeli Official Caught in Pedophile Sting Operation Allowed to Flee; Israeli Data: 83% of the Dead in Gaza are Civilians
An Israeli official accused of soliciting a minor online in the U.S. was able to return to Israel: why was this allowed? Plus: new data from Israel reveals that 83% of the dead in Gaza are civilians. Finally: Bari Weiss's Israeli propaganda outlet attempts to deny Israel's atrocities once again, showing the Free Press's shameless loyalty to the foreign country. -------------------------------------- Watch full episodes on Rumble, streamed LIVE 7pm ET. Welcome to a new episode of System Update, our live nightly show that airs every Monday through Friday at 7 p.m. Eastern exclusively here on Rumble, the free speech alternative to YouTube.
We were off the last couple nights because I was feeling a little bit under the weather, but as you can undoubtedly already see, I am back stronger than ever and ready to go.
So tonight we have this.
A top official of Israel's cyber warfare unit was arrested in Nevada on Monday night after police say he tried to lure what he thought was an underage child to have sex with him.
The Israeli, Tom Alexandrovich, was let out of jail on bail and then rather strangely had no measures imposed on him to ensure that he did not simply flee the country and go back to Israel.
As a result, the accused pedophile did exactly that after telling the FBI that he intended to get on a plane to go back to Israel.
That is what he predictably did.
Why were no measures undertaken to prevent that, whether it be seizure of his passport or wearing an ankle bracelet or monitor.
We'll examine the latest about this increasingly strange case, as well as one of the officials, the attorney for Nevada, the U.S. attorney for Nevada, who has her own interesting background.
Then, A harrowing report from Israel's own intelligence units documents that all of the people, of all the people the IDF has killed in Gaza, an astonishing 83% of them are civilians.
All this revealed today as Barry Weiss's free press continues to engage in some of the most brazen.
atrocity and genocide denialism imaginable in service of the foreign government to which they are loyal.
We'll examine these latest revelations and what they mean for U.S. policy.
Finally, in September of 2022, the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which had been built to connect Russia and Germany and allow the purchase of Europe of cheap natural Russian gas, was blown up in a very sophisticated sabotage operation.
It was one of the worst acts of industrial terrorism in decades and one of the worst environmental disasters to boot.
At the time, the U.S. media and Western leaders had the audacity to try to suggest that it was Russia which for some reason decided to blow up its own pipeline.
Today, though, the first arrest in the case occurred.
It was of a Ukrainian citizen who was arrested in Italy on an indictment from a German prosecutor.
We'll examine what this tells us about who is behind this attack on Nord Stream 2 and how brazen media propaganda functions during wartime.
Before we get to all that, a couple of programming notes.

For now, welcome to a new episode of System Update, starting right now.
There is still a lingering anger and confusion about the fact that the Trump administration, many of whose leading officials came in power promising to release the Epstein files, insisting that what lies in those files are the key to deciphering.
globalist corruption and predatory schemes on the highest levels of power in the West have instead decided to largely conceal those files.
And at the same time, we now have a obviously related scandal, one that is much more concrete and much more specific, but one that raises a lot of the same issues, which is that a group of eight people was arrested in Las Vegas early this week on charges of trying to lure underage children to have sex with them.
And of the eight, one was a relatively high-ranking official with one of Israel's most important government units, its cyber warfare unit.
And he is no longer in the United States, despite having been charged with this crime.
Instead, he simply was allowed to waltz onto a plane and go back to Israel with absolutely no leverage to bring him back to the United States to face the charges that were...
So here's a story from the local Fox 5 Las Vegas affiliate on August 15th.
Eight people arrested in the Las Vegas area at child sex sting.
An undercover operation targeting child sex predators in the Las Vegas Valley over two weeks resulted in the arrest of eight individuals according to a release from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The individuals arrested are, and there you see the names of the individuals and the person who is the person of interest in this particular case is Tom Artyom Alexandrovich, a 38-year-old Israeli citizen.
He has no ties to the United States.
He doesn't live in the United States.
He has no property in the United States, no work in the United States.
He was simply on American soil where according to police conducting undercover operations where they pretend to be underage children on dating apps, they tell the person with whom they're speaking that they are a 15-year-old girl or 14-year-old girl.
And when the adult male expresses interest in meeting them for sex, that's when they swoop in and charge the person with trying to lure a minor for sex or basically pedophilia.
And there you see his name.
Now, the guilt of these people is obviously undetermined.
That happens only at trial.
The police report and the police charge is exactly what I just explained.
They all face, all eight of them, charges of luring a child with a computer for a sex act.
It's become a very common police practice.
You can question whether it's an effective use of time, whether the police are actually creating crimes where none would otherwise exist.
But in general, I think the sympathies lie with the fact that if you are an adult man, an adult 37-year-old man, and you are led to believe you're talking to a 15-year-old girl who wants to meet you for sex and you express interest to do so and take steps to meet her, that that is not really entrapment because people would not ordinarily be inclined to do that.
Most people would immediately say, no, if you're 15 years old, I have no interest in meeting you.
And this is intended to not create criminals and pedophiles, but to detect them and find them before they can actually meet young girls themselves.
But whatever else is true, it's been upheld many times as type of investigation by the police.
As I said, the guilt or innocence of each person is determined only at trial.
Right now, they're just charged.
But the charges themselves are serious.
They're felony charges of the kind that courts typically take very seriously.
This is not some misdemeanor.
It's not a jaywalking offense.
It's not a disorderly conduct.
It's a felony charge where people are expected to go to jail when they're arrested and only let out on release conditions that ensure that they will then come back and face these charges.
And that depends, those conditions, on each individual person.
how much they can pay.
I mean, obviously a bond of $50,000 for a person who's financially struggling where they have to put up their parents' house, say, or as collateral is much, much different than, say, for a multimillionaire who, for whom $50,000 bond would be essentially nothing.
They would be happy not to face those charges.
So each case is supposed to be determined individually on what is required to ensure their return.
And oftentimes, in cases where it's a foreign national with no interest in the United States, meaning no job, no property, no ties to the United States, there's obviously huge flight risk.
Why wouldn't a foreign national with no ties to the United States, when released from jail, knowing they're facing these kinds of serious felony charges that could destroy their reputation and their life, result in serious prison time, why would they stay in the United States?
Why wouldn't they simply get on the plane and go back to their country knowing that they can't be extradited because they're a citizen of that country?
And that's why oftentimes what is typically done are measures are imposed on foreign nationals where they have to wear ankle monitors so that if they do go to the airport, the police will be immediately known and can sweep in and intervene before they can do so.
Or their passport is simply seized pending.
the resolution of the case so that they're prohibited from leaving.
None of that was done with respect to this Israeli citizen who has no ties to the United States.
Now, the person who really first broke this story, who discovered the connections and to Israel, not just to Israel, but to the Israeli government and the status of this defendant, is Melissa Whitty, who was just on our show a couple weeks ago where she had done other really impressive shoe leather journalism in defense of the whistleblower who exposed the cruelties and savagery that he saw at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,
so-called, and he blew the whistle and he was attacked for having been a white beater, and she was able to go and investigate the file.
the files and prove that that was that those documents were fabricated.
We had her on our show.
We talked about how great she is as an analyst, as a journalist.
She was the one who essentially discovered who this person was and posted this on August 15th, the night of the arrest.
Quote, the executive director of Israel's National Cyber Directorate was arrested this week in Las Vegas in a child predator ring sting.
The guy works directly under Netanyahu, so of course he was allowed to go back to Israel.
And he's not just some like low-level bureaucrat in the Israeli government.
He's not just someone who works like as a human resources person in the equivalent of the commerce department or as a paper shuffler in like their housing ministry.
This is somebody very high up in their national cyber directorate, part of the Israeli intelligence unit that reports directly to Netanyahu's office.
Here is his LinkedIn, which he found, and there you see his name, Tom Alexandrovich.
And his title there is listed as Executive Director of the Israeli National Cyber Directorate.
In the building of national cybersecurity, he works on AI for defense and threat intelligence.
He also says he's an aviation security and a public speaker.
And so, and there you see as well, he has as his official listing the Israeli National Cyber Director.
So this is a person who inside the Israeli government is of value and importance to them.
And a lot of evidence that has emerged since shows that he actually is a person of a great deal of influence when it comes to their cyber warfare operations, meaning he oversees hacking and intrusions and data collection.
And this is the person who, according to Nevada police, Las Vegas police, was online on an app led to believe that he was talking to a 15-year-old girl who he then tried to lure to have sex with him.
And yet there were no measures taken, despite his high-level status with the Israeli government, or I think more accurately because of that, to ensure that he could not flee the United States.
Now, once this all started breaking, and there was obviously questions about how could it possibly be the case that he was simply allowed to waltz back to Israel, to just get on a plane, and the—
And if you just think about it, it would mean that somebody could just come to the United States, commit a serious felony, like trying to lure a child to have sex with you.
And as long as the court just doesn't impose on you any restrictions as part of your release from prison, your bail release.
then you could just get on a plane and go back home as if nothing ever happened and not face any consequences.
People could just come to the United States from other countries, commit crimes.
And that's why it's so common as bail conditions for a person in this position to have measures imposed like seizure of passport or wearing an ankle monitor that are designed to ensure that can't happen.
And yet none of that was done.
It was almost done purposely to ensure that he could just get right onto a plane and go back to Israel.
Especially since, as we're about to show you, the FBI came and talked to him and he made very clear what he does with the Israeli government and the fact that he intended to go back to Israel, to get on a plane and go back to Israel.
And he was permitted to do so despite these charges.
YNET News, which is an Israeli Hebrew newspaper, published this article after these controversies started emerging about who exactly.
arranged for all of this to happen?
And the headline was The Vegas Entanglement and the document that revealed tough questions.
The senior cyber official and the suspicion of pedophilia.
Quote, the Prime Minister's office and the National Cyber Directorate claimed he was not arrested.
But official documents show otherwise.
A YNAP investigation reveals that Tom Alexandrovich, a senior division head in Israel's National Cyber Directorate, who was questioned in the United States on suspicions of online pedophilia, was in fact arrested and later released on bail.
The documents indicated Alexandrovich is suspected of luring a mentally impaired child using computer technology into sexual relations.
According to a statement by the Las Vegas police, Alexandrovich was arrested along with seven other individuals as part of a large-scale operation against online pedophiles.
These details contradict the official statements of the Prime Minister's office and the cyber directorate, which had asserted that, quote, the employee was not arrested and returned to Israel as scheduled.
Because as this controversy circulated online, Israeli officials felt compelled to provide an explanation in Netanyahu's office and the cyber directorate went online and said, oh, he wasn't arrested.
And that's why there were no conditions imposed upon him preventing his return from Israel.
He just went back to Israel as scheduled.
That turned out to be a total lie.
He in fact was arrested and charged.
And that was the reason why he needed bail.
Now, the other individuals charged along with him were also released on bail.
And it's fairly common to release people on bail.
You don't want to imprison people.
simply based on a charge.
They're supposed to be imprisoned only once they are actually proven guilty in a court of law through a plea bargain or through a trial.
And unless they pose an immediate threat to the public safety or some sort of extreme flight risk, it's common to release them on bail.
Bail that will be sufficient for them to have an interest in coming back so they don't forfeit their bail.
So it's not that he was released on bail that is the issue.
The issue is that given his situation, the fact that there were no measures taken to prevent his fleeing from Israel is extremely odd.
Here is a statement on August 18th, a couple of days later from the US State Department, Near Eastern Affairs, And it says this, quote, the Department of State is aware that Tom Artyom Alexandrovich, an Israeli citizen, was arrested in Las Vegas and given a court date for charges.
relating to soliciting sex electronically from a minor.
He did not claim diplomatic immunity and was released by a state judge pending a court date.
Any claims that the U.S. government intervened are false.
Now, there's no proof that the U.S. government intervened, but There are a lot of questions, very difficult to answer questions about why, given how obvious it was that he was going to do what he did, which is flee the U.S. and go back to Israel with no consequences, he was permitted to do so.
Why would that happen?
Sagar Anjeti, the host of Breaking Points and a good friend of our show, obtained documents from the Henderson Police Department, which shed more light on his arrest, and here is There you see on his on the screen, there you see his name, Tom Alexandrovich.
He's charged.
The charge is luring a child under the Computer Sex Act.
It's a felony charge.
There's one count of it.
And the details of the probable cause statement for the arrest is that it says, I learned the following facts and circumstances which lead me to believe that the below named subject committed or was committing the offenses below at a predetermined location and the address is blocked out.
And the crime there is luring a minor using technology, a violation of NSR 201-5604A and there you see it says it is a felony charge so this is not something that authorities would play around with it's not something that courts would play around with they take that very seriously now here is part of the next document where this is the Henderson Police Department interview with him And
it describes there how his native language is Russian.
He speaks Hebrew.
He agrees to speak.
He fully understands English.
They advised him of his rights and this is what he told them.
And this is, you can see.
in this box here.
Alexandrovich is from Israel and is visiting for the Black Hat Conference, works for the Israeli government agency and has done so for approximately 14 years.
Alexandrovich stated he has never been arrested and was not familiar with the consequences of speaking or not speaking with U.S. authorities.
Agent note, Walsh stated he was not able to give legal advice.
However, if Alexandrovich wanted his story to be heard, he was able to speak to investigators.
He stated he has a meeting with the NSA tomorrow.
So he told the investigators that he has a meeting with the National Security Agency, the NSA tomorrow, which makes sense given the relationship between the Israelis and the Americans on questions of cybersecurity.
And he said he had several bureau people and NSA people, that he had met several bureau people and NSA people over the past week.
So we had spent the week meeting with the FBI and with the NSA.
So again, it's not someone unknown to federal authorities.
The federal government is saying, oh, we didn't intervene.
But they certainly had a lot of contact with him, a lot of relations with him.
They know who he is.
He was in the U.S. for official business between Israel and the United States.
He commits, according to the police, a serious felony charge.
And then he's permitted to just waltz back to Israel with no consequences.
The document goes on, Alexandrov stated he was in shock.
and he needed to contact someone about his international flight back to Israel.
Alexandrovov stated he did not know the numbers for the Israeli government.
He stated it was very important he get numbers for his flight.
He stated his flight is on Friday to New York and then will fly to Israel.
Alexandrovov stated his phone does not have a password but uses his right thumbprint.
He stated he needed the following numbers from his phone.
So he wasn't hiding the fact that he was going to simply go back to Israel.
He told the police that that's exactly what he intended to do.
He said he had to fight back and he intended to take it.
So why would the court, why would the prosecutors, why would the court, why would the court, why would law enforcement knowing that his intention was to leave the U.S. and go back to Israel, at which point there's no way to get him back.
It's extremely unlikely.
Why would he come back to the U.S. to face felony charges, why would they not then impose conditions to prevent him from doing this?
And It makes no sense whatsoever.
Here's Reuters on August 19th as more facts emerge.
Quote, the court records reviewed by Reuters show a $10,000 bond was posted in Alexandrov's case at the Henderson Detention Center southeast of Las Vegas on August 7th.
But we still don't know who posted that bond.
that allowed him to get out of jail.
He wasn't there with people.
He doesn't have family in the United States.
Who posted that bond to allow him to get out?
And what explains the fact that there were no conditions imposed on him to prevent him from doing exactly what he said he was going to do after spending the week meeting with FBI and NSA officials with a meeting with the NSA the following day?
Does any of this pass the smell test at all?
Now, one really interesting aspect of this is that there is currently a U.S. attorney for Nevada.
She is in an acting capacity because she could not get confirmed by the Senate.
So the Trump administration appointed her there, put her in an acting role.
It's unlikely she's going to get confirmed for reasons that we'll show you.
But the reason why she got appointed by Trump to serve as U.S. Attorney for Nevada, and these were not federal charges, these were state charges.
So I'm not suggesting that she directly decided or helped decide on these bail conditions, but it's hard to believe.
given the role of the FBI and the NSA and all of this, that they didn't have some contact with her office, with the U.S. Attorney's Office for Nevada.
She had run previously for Attorney General as a Republican candidate in Nevada.
And she ran not only as a conservative, but explicitly based on the fact that she's Israeli.
She was born in Israel.
She was raised in Israel.
She's an Israeli citizen.
She has since become a United States citizen, so she's a dual citizen.
But a big part of her campaign and of her public profile is her Israeliness.
And that's how she wants it.
In fact, she doesn't even identify as American.
She identifies as an Israeli American in that order.
Here's a biography or a profile of her from the Times of Israel in December of 2021, which is when she was running for Attorney General.
The headline is, a Nevada conservative running for attorney general leans hard into her Israeliness.
Now imagine any other kind of politician, say a left-wing politician, a liberal politician, saying, oh, this man.
Every person on the right would be saying, what do you mean?
Why is she stressing her citizenship of and her allegiance to a foreign country?
She shouldn't be in our country if she's not American, certainly not in a position of power.
I've certainly heard conservatives making that argument with respect to an endless number of people and politicians who were born in a foreign country, were citizens of that country, naturalized into the United States, but continue to talk about their roots in that other country.
It's a very common conservative critique.
Get out of our country.
You're not really American.
We don't want you here.
She does it.
Her name is Segal Shada., at least as aggressively, if not more so, than any of those other people.
Here's the Times of Israel.
Goes on.
Sigal Shada, that's her name, rose to prominence in the U.S. for her anti-COVID restriction advocacy.
Now she's promoting Israeli pride.
So she and her fellow expats won't have to go back to Israel.
Quote, I asked her how she identifies as a Jewish American or an Israeli American.
Quote, I would say I identify as an Israeli American.
She waited a beat.
Absolutely.
And while the United States., while emphasizing what she calls her Israeli-ness.
This U.S. Attorney for Nevada, which is the district where this accused pedophile was released with no restrictions that would prevent his return to Israel, spends a lot of her time talking not about the United States but about Israel, as you would expect, given her very stated allegiance to Israel and the centrality of Israeli-ness as her identity.
Here she is posting on X on October 10th, 2024.
Now that Sinwar is gone, let's see how many quote innocent civilians in Gaza It's about protecting those innocent civilians who have been quote forced into holding kidnapped hostages in their home.
In January this year, she, Segal Chatta, tweeted this, quote, there are no innocent civilians in Gaza, which is a definitively genocidal.
sentiment that every single person in Gaza is guilty, babies, old ladies, whoever the IDF wants to kill in Gaza, they're automatically killing a terrorist or someone who's guilty because there is no such thing as an innocent gazan the 2.2 million people who live there half of whom are children they're all guilty so presumably you can just wipe them all out which is basically what's being done but here you see her allegiance to israel which she is very explicit
about she spends her time talking about israel like so many of our politicians here's another tweet from February of 2025.
No statement ever, no statehood ever for these animals.
Netanyahu needs to start acting like Churchill instead of a Chamberlain and wipe Gaza off the map.
They don't deserve statehood.
Not Hamas, Gaza.
And Netanyahu, she says, should wipe Gaza off the map.
This is a genocidal maniac.
Not even one advocating genocide on behalf of the U.S. government, but on behalf of the foreign government, to which quite explicitly she still maintains loyalty, even though she was appointed to her position.
by a president and a movement that calls itself America First.
Is there anything America First about this woman?
She's the living, breathing anti antithesis of what the America First ethos is supposed to be.
Not only is she a genocidal maniac who's obsessed with a foreign country and not the United States, she is also a joke in Nevada, among the Nevada legal community.
The Society for the Rule of Law in July of this year has this title.
More than 100 judges say U.S. Attorney-appointee Segal Shada is unfit for her office.
Quote, in a powerful show of support for the rule of law, 116 former judges signed a letter to Chief U.S. District Judge Andrew Gordon of Nevada and his district court colleagues.
The letter urges them to resist former President Trump's attempt to bypass constitutional checks and appoint Segal Chadda as U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada.
Chadda is known for incendiary rhetoric.
and a record of urging weaponization of law enforcement for political ends.
Quote, the role of United States attorney demands honesty, integrity, impartiality, judgment, and deep respect for the rule of law, said J. Michael Luddig, a retired judge who served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
And I would note.
is a renowned conservative federal judge Michael Leddig quote based on Miss Chada's public statements and conduct we do not believe she even arguably meets that standard Even her temporary appointment by the federal judges Nevada would seriously undermine the public's confidence in our legal system and in the rule of law, as well as suggest the federal courts condone the statements and conduct that have given rise to the controversy surrounding her nomination.
Now, it is interesting just today, President Trump has tried to do the same thing with Alina Chabab, his very controversial former personal lawyer who he tried to appoint as U.S. Attorney to Nevada to New Jersey over huge amounts of opposition by the New Jersey legal community and couldn't get her confirmed through the standard channel so he named her acting U.S. Attorney and after that time period that she had elapsed the Trump
administration continue to argue that she was still the legitimate U.S. Attorney and a federal judge today argue that she has no legitimacy, that her term has expired.
She has no authority to act as U.S. Attorney for Nevada, for New Jersey, rather.
And it seems quite clear that this will.
will happen as well to this judge in Avada.
Now, there's a videotape of this accused Israeli pedophile.
I don't know if we have it.
Do we have it?
We do.
I just want to, this is him speaking on Khan News in Israel in December of 2023.
I just want to, I'm just showing you this to illustrate to you that, again, this is not some low-level, obscure, unknown bureaucrat buried deep in the Israeli government.
There's a very significant player in Israel's cyber warfare division.
This person charged now formally with the felony of luring a minor for sex, who was allowed to just go back to Israel under very suspicious circumstances.
Here he is speaking on mainstream Israeli television about the work that he does as part of his role in this cyber warfare unit.
Tomo Aleksandrovich is standing on the side of the cyber world in the region.
He is the head of the technology guard.
Hello, thank you for coming.
I want to meet you in the last conversation that we see Sharon.
Yes.
Tomo Aleksandrovich is standing on the side of the cyber world and he is the head of the technology guard.
Hello, thank you for coming.
I want to meet you in the last conversation that we see Sharon.
Yes.
Just a second.
I just think that's a fake.
I mean, that's a fake.
So the introduction into this interview is obviously in Hebrew.
But then there's a translation once he starts speaking.
Can we pull that up again?
So they're asking him about this tweet from Khan News, and the tweet asks, and again, it's like summarizing what his job is and what they're asking him about.
It says, quote, how much inciting content has been found on Facebook and Instagram since October 7th?
The head of the Technological Defense Department at the National Cyber Directorate, Tom Alexandrovich, told our reporters about the efforts to reduce fake news content content on social networks.
So one of his jobs is to oversee and monitor content on Facebook and Instagram with respect to Israel and to alert social media executives that certain content should be removed because it's unfair or disparaging or untrue about Israel.
So this is somebody deeply entrenched in this work of cyber warfare on behalf of Israel.
And he was in the U.S. to meet with officials of the FBI and the NSA.
And while in the U.S., and according to the police, he got swept up into this dragnet to the sting operation where he tried to arrange to have sex with a fem 15-year-old girl, and now he is safely and happily back in Israel because someone or some group of people worked to ensure that he had no conditions imposed on him the way that you would obviously expect in a case like this to prevent him from doing so.
And the question is why?
Why was this Israeli...
It is a case that we will certainly continue to follow.
There have been no real coherent answers, let alone persuasive answers offered by any American authorities as to how this was allowed to happen.
The attempt by Israeli officials to answer for this turned out to be total lies.
They claimed he was never arrested and that was the reason he was able to go back to Israel as scheduled when that turned out to be completely false.
We showed you the arrest record.
So there are a lot of questions here and a lot of answers due.
And so far, none of those have been forthcoming, even though the case obviously demands those kinds of answers.
And I don't know, I would like to say presumably at some point we're going to get them.
But as we saw with the Epstein files, that by no means is guaranteed.
We still don't have an answer, and I don't think we're ever going to get an answer as to whether the U.S. government has information suggesting that Jeffrey Epstein had ties to the Israeli government.
He clearly had ties to the Israeli government.
His best friend was former Defense Minister and Prime Minister Ehebaruch.
And he had all kinds of connections through himself, but also through his bizarre billionaire patrons like Lex Wessner to the Israeli government.
And that's something the U.S. government obviously knows about and yet has not disclosed and apparently will not disclose.
So you would think one could confidently say at some point we will get answers.
Maybe it's totally innocent.
Maybe it's just like a big oversight.
They just like forgot to impose any kind of condition on him that would prevent him from fleeing the U.S. and going back to Israel.
Courts are busy., the docket can go fast, sometimes there's oversight.
Maybe that happened.
Maybe.
Seems extremely unlikely.
And at the very least, we should be owed explanations as to why this was permitted to occur, especially given the nature of the charges, which, whether proven or not, are still charges that have been lodged and officially made.
And that he should have to answer for, but right now doesn't have to because he's safely back in Israel.
So we will continue to report on this, assuming there.
are things to report on, we'll do our best to get information as well.
But for the moment, I do think it's a case that is highly worthy of attention and full examination, and that was why we decided to cover it.
All right.
It has not been difficult to discern that huge numbers of civilians have been killed over the last 22 months.
in Gaza by the U.S.-financed Israeli attack on Gaza, destruction of Gaza, genocide in Gaza, ethnic cleansing of Gaza.
We're coming up on two full years now of just non-stop atrocity.
And there are, and always have been, very extreme, vocal, and influential loyalists of the Israeli government who are American citizens who live in the United States but maintain loyalty to the Israeli government, who defend Israel no matter what it does.
It doesn't matter what evidence you present, they will instantly claim the source is lying, that it's anti-Semites producing this information, that it's all sorts of conspiring against the poor Israelis, the poor set upon Israelis, the whole world is aligned against the Israelis, even the most powerful and richest country on earth, pay for its military, pay for its
wars, deploy our own service members in harm's way to defend them.
They see themselves as constantly beleaguered and persecuted by the whole world, even though Western Europe as well provides them with arms, provides them with intelligence, in a way that almost no other country on the planet receives.
But Its loyalists believe that anytime there's studies, anytime there's data, anytime there are reports, anytime there are accusations, inherently those who are making those, who are presenting that evidence, are anti-Semitic liars, just by virtue of the fact that the information reflects negatively on Israel.
One of the questions that, of course, has circulated around this, especially as scholars of genocide, including Israeli scholars of genocide, have been rapidly concluding that genocide is the only accurate word to describe what the Israelis are doing in Gaza is exactly how many civilians have been killed in Gaza, whether there's been any care taken to ensure that or to avoid the slaughter of innocents.
And the question is what is the ratio between the number of militants or terrorists killed and the number of civilians.
Benjamin Nagano has been making the rounds by doing interviews with podcast hosts who he knows are extremely pro-Israel.
or just too ignorant to ask him any meaningful questions or push back on him, as is the case of the Nelk Boys.
He sat down with Trigonometry and Constantine Kizan and Francis Foster, both of whom are fanatically pro-Israel.
And one of the claims that Netanyahu made was that they have a kill rate of a civilian combatant ratio of one-to-one for every civilian who's killed.
That means that they have killed one terrorist or one militant, which is considered not a great ratio, but another.
an acceptable ratio in war.
This is the claim that Netanyahu made and it was released just this morning.
We do.
We call up the Palestinian civilians and we say leave the area.
No, millions.
Millions of text messages, millions of individual phone calls.
Please get out.
And Hamas stands there and tries to prevent them by shooting them, killing them.
So what do you think?
Is that genocide?
No, it isn't.
You know it isn't.
And yet Israel is being blamed.
And of course, the ratio of combatants to non-combatants killed is about one and a half to one, which is probably if you, I mean, I think every civilian death is a tragedy.
We do everything we can, as no army has done in history in such dense urban warfare to prevent it.
No army in the world.
You know, it is amazing.
This is a very common claim in American discourse.
The IDF is the most moral army in the world that goes out of its way more than anyone to avoid civilian death.
It's kind of amazing because it is quite an insult to the American military.
It's basically saying, yeah, the American military is pretty reckless.
They go around killing civilians.
They're not a very moral army.
The Israeli army, however.
They're the most moral army in the world.
And you'll hear Americans saying that about this foreign army.
And it's a joke.
It's an absolute joke that the IDF is even close to that.
You could almost make the case at this point, as we're about to show you, that they're the most immoral army, that they have the least amount of concern for civilian death because they don't actually consider the people of Gaza to be civilians.
They consider them animals, subhumans, their lives having no real value.
We just showed you the statements from this U.S. attorney for Nevada.
who leans into her Israeliness, even though she's an American citizen, no American official, who says that there's no such thing as an innocent person in Gaza.
This is a common theme.
We've heard this from so many people.
So do you think with that level of dehumanization and contempt for the people of Gaza that they're not innocent they're not even human they're animals they're subhuman that there's any care taken whatsoever to avoid slaughtering them obviously the answer is no unfortunately for Netanyahu he made this claim a day before 972 magazine,
which is an Israeli magazine, obtained and then shared with The Guardian a database that came from the Israeli military that suggests that at least 83% of the people killed by the IDF in Gaza were civilians.
Obviously, very far from the one-to-one ratio or one and a half to-one ratio that Netanyahu baselessly claimed yesterday that of all the people killed in Gaza, according to the Israeli army's own database, at least 83% are innocent people, are civilians.
That's a hideous, horrific war crime ratio.
Here's what 972 reported, quote, "Data from an internal Israeli intelligence database indicates that at least 83% of Palestinians killed in Israel's onslaught on Gaza were civilians
The public statement of Israeli army and government officials throughout the war, which have generally claimed a one-to-one or two-to-one ratio of civilian to militant casualties.
Instead, the classified data backs up the findings of several studies suggesting Israel's bombardment of Gaza has killed civilians at a rate with few parallels in modern warfare.
The world's most moral army killing civilians, quote, at a rate with few parallels in modern warfare.
The Israeli army confirmed the existence of the database, which is managed by the Military Intelligence Directorate.
Multiple intelligence sources familiar with the database said the army views it as the only authoritative tally of militant casualty figures.
In the words of one of them, quote, there's no other place to check.
The database includes a list of 47,653 names of Palestinians in Gaza whom this unit considers to be active in the military wings of Hamas and PIJ.
According to the sources, the list is based on the group's own internal documents acquired by the Army.
The database designates 34,973 of those names as operatives of Hamas and 12,700 as operatives of Islamic Jihad.
According to the data, which was obtained in May of this year, the Israeli Army believed it has killed around 8,900 operatives since October 7, the death of 7,330 of whom were considered certain and 1,570 recorded as probably dead.
Assuming that all of the certain militant deaths were counted in the death toll, that would mean over 83% of Gaza's dead were civilians.
If the probable deaths are discounted and only the certain deaths included, the proportion of certain deaths of civilian death rises to more than 86%.
And there you see the graphic provided or created by the Israeli intelligence database.
This is not NGOs or outside groups.
This is or or any agency in Gaza.
This is the Israeli intelligence's own accounts.
And there you see at the top, Palestinian civilians and militants killed by the Israeli army in Gaza between October 23 and May 2025.
And this red here is civilian deaths and the black is militant deaths.
So you can see it.
So it's expressed here, an infinitesimal number of the people killed in Gaza by the IDF.
are civilian or militants, but overwhelming majority, obviously nowhere near a one-to-one ratio claimed by Netanyahu.
And here's a pie chart illustrating the same data where you can see how big the red is, which is the death of civilians and the black is representative of the number of militants who are killed.
That's what's been going on in Gaza conducted by the world's most moral army.
Now here's how this compares to other conflicts.
Quote, in global conflicts tracked by UCDP since 1989, civilians made up a greater portion of the dead only in the genocides.
in Bosnia and Rwanda and during Russia's three-month siege of Maripol, Peterson said.
And here you see a chart of the different comparisons.
Here's Rwanda at the top with a 99.8% civilian death toll.
Maripol, which is one small part of the Russian-Ukraine war.
And there in fourth place, you see Gaza at 83%.
And there's a huge drop off from Gaza to the other.
So in Ukraine, the whole Russian war in Ukraine, 10% of those killed are civilians, 10%.
And here you see in Gaza 83%.
And again, the ones listed above.
and Maripol in Ukraine, and Srebrenica in Bosnia, these were limited massacres.
These weren't overall wars.
These were massacres, part of an overall war.
In terms of a sustained war, there's really no parallel in modern warfighting.
Rwanda was basically a civil war.
So the percentage of 83% killed is about as bad as it gets, at least in the 21st century or even going back into the 20th century.
And that has been something that has been clear for us for quite a while.
The cruelty, the sadism, the number of civilians killed, the disregard for civilian life has been as atrocious and heinous as it gets, you have to go back to World War II to find anything comparable.
We've talked to experts in genocide and famine who say you have to go back to World War II to find anything quite as brazenly criminal, war criminal, from all of this data as what's happening in the U.S. funded Israeli genocide in Gaza.
And these numbers just prove more and more exactly what the reality is here.
Going all the way back to December of 2023 when Israeli propaganda was Here from CNN, the Israeli military says that two civilians are killed for every Hamas militant.
And that's a tremendously positive ratio given combat challenges.
So even then, they were claiming that the ratio is two to one.
But it's actually infinitely higher even than that.
Here from the Times of Israel in May of this year, Netanyahu, the ratio of Hamas combatants to Gaza and civilians killed in the ongoing war is about one to one, which would be 50 percent of civilians killed.
An absolute lie.
And then here from the Prime Minister's office in November of last year, statement by Prime Minister Netanyahu, quote, in Gaza, we dismantled the Hamas battalions and killed close to 20,000 terrorists.
We killed Sinwar.
We killed Daif.
We killed senior Hamas officials and we brought back 154 hostages back.
They claimed 20,000 Hamas militants killed in this statement in November of 2024, even Less than half as of May of 2025 than what Netanyahu just fabricated in late 2024.
The Israeli government just disseminates utterly unhinged and baseless lies without the slightest regard for whether there's evidence to substantiate them.
While all this has been going on, Barry Weiss's The Free Press has become a model of how a ostensible media outlet can actually become an even more aggressive arm of a foreign country and engage in denialism of war atrocities and genocide in a way that really does border on criminal.
There have been war criminals in the past who have been punished as war criminals for running cover for or whitewashing or deliberately propagandizing on behalf of atrocities and war criminality.
And the whitewashing that Barry Weiss and her free press have been doing on behalf of Israel has become so extreme that you could certainly argue they've c asked before, I mean certainly APAC should be forced to register as a foreign agent of Israel.
Why shouldn't the free press, given how completely removed they are from any function that's journalistic in nature, and are instead a purely propagandistic arm of a foreign nation, of foreign government?
Here is something that they did.
The headline was, they became symbols for God's in starvation, but all 12 suffer from other health problems.
A free press investigation found that the viral photos lacked important context.
The subjects have cystic fibrosis, rickets, or other serious ailments.
So they're talking about the photos of starving children that have been circulating in the Western press.
And what they're trying to say is, oh, they don't just have starvation.
They have other problems as well.
For the past several weeks, critics have fumed at the New York Times over a misleading photo of an 18-month-old boy in Gaza on its front page.
It turns out that the boy was a symbol of a story about widespread hunger in Gaza, wasn't simply suffering from malnutrition he had pre-existing health issues quote affecting his brain and his muscle development according to an updated version of the story but that detail didn't find its way into print the incident wasn't just a one-off an investigation by the free press reveals that at least a dozen other viral images of starvation in gaza also act important context the subject of these photos have significant health problems
It's not that there isn't hunger in Gaza.
There is.
The World Health Organization reported 53 deaths from malnutrition last month alone, including 25 children.
Some of them might have been sick or even worse if there was no war.
Yanay Spitzer, an economist at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, who has been tracking food prices in Gaza during the past few months, said hunger in Gaza is largely declining since Israel resumed in deliveries in late May after its nearly 80-day blockade.
But those photos have helped convince a growing number of Americans that Israel has induced famine and is committing war crimes in Gaza.
Let me just stop and say here that from the beginning of this war, top Israeli officials promised to blockade any food from entering Gaza.
They said that in the first week of the war.
They said it over and over.
The Biden administration constantly documented how the IDF and settlers backed by the IDF and activists were blocking aid trucks from entering Gaza.
The World Hunger Program led by Cindy McCain has been complaining for a year now that they can't get trucks into Gaza.
because they're being blocked by the IDF, often for days or weeks at a time.
There have been times when they have let aid trucks in and then shot at the people getting the aid or shot at the aid workers as well.
They've made it deliberately impossible for aid to get into Gaza and they've been explicit about it.
And as even the free press acknowledges, the Israeli government imposed an absolute impenetrable blockade of any food from entering Gaza this year for 80 days, for almost three full months into a strip of 2.2 million people.
that already was severely malnourished.
What do you think is going to happen if you block all food from entering a region for three months, something the Israeli government admits that it did?
And then once the blockade ended, they refused to allow any of the groups with expertise or competence in distributing food, such as the UN or the World Health Program, to get into Gaza to distribute it.
They created this new entity of American military contractors where they're barely open, even for 15, 20 minutes a day.
They're miles away from where huge numbers of Palestinians live.
There are only four locations in all of Gaza.
It's extremely dangerous to get there.
When they do get there, they've been massacred routinely by the IDF.
There is no question about there being a deliberately imposed famine inside Gaza.
And as famine emerges and every famine, again, we talked to the scholar of hunger and starvation and famine and war just about a month ago, and he explained what should be obvious, that the more vulnerable you are, the sicker you are, you're more likely to die first.
So young children and babies don't have the strength to sustain starvation for very long.
They die first.
Old people die first.
And particularly people who already have illnesses die first.
So yes, if you have degenerative sicknesses or various diseases, your body's immune system and everything else is more likely to break down first.
So the idea that the people who are dying, many of them have, the children who are dying have other diseases is not exculpatory.
It's totally expected and normal.
Of course that's who's going to die first.
The free press goes on in the case of Mossad al-Devs.
The 14-year-old boy was featured in the same CNS story as another child, quote, suffering from malnourishment.
The original caption didn't mention that last May he sustained a traumatic head injury amid what SHMS news agency, a Gaza-based outlet called, quote, an Israeli shell explosion.
My son was injured in the head, his mother explained.
Part of his skull was removed.
And there you see him.
Now, is that supposed to be helpful to the Israeli government?
That one of the children who is dying of malnourishment and starvation is more vulnerable because the IDF blew off part of his skull months ago?
Is that helpful to the cause of Israeli propaganda?
Is that what the free press really has to sink to in order to justify what it's trying to do in whitewashing these war crimes?
Yes, it is.
That is what they're reduced to.
Abdullahani Muhammad Abu Zarq, another child whose photograph has circulated in late July, images of the bald and emaciated four-year-old began circulating on Hamas-affiliated social media accounts, including the Quds News Network.
A video of the boy wailing and telling the camera, I'm hungry, received over 23,000 likes on Instagram.
The comments included, Allah will never forgive Israel and Netanyahu and Israel, America, why do you enjoy doing this?
But in a video interview with Al Jazeera's Mubarak, the boy's father, shared that his son's health problems dated back to before the war started, including joint pain since age two.
The doctors say they suspected he might have rickets or a muscle problem, the father of the interview said in the interview.
One of the amazing things about this disgusting attempt by the free press to minimize what the IDF is doing in Gaza is that rickets.
is a disease that you often get because of deficiencies in nutrients.
Starvation is something that contributes to rickets.
In fact, there are a lot of prisoners in Israeli dungeons, people who are rounded up, Palestinians who have never been charged with a crime, who are put into these dungeons for indefinite detention.
They're really properly called hostages and not prisoners since they're not charged with any crimes.
in these horrific facilities and a lot of them verge with rickets as one of the diseases because of how poorly fed they are in there.
Some of them actually die of hunger there as well inside these facilities.
The free press has become so repulsive in its denialism of war atrocities and criminality and genocide on behalf of the government it serves in Tel Aviv that Pod State of America,
Crooked Media, which is fairly constrained when it comes to criticizing mainstream outlets, did a segment on how repulsive The free press's behavior is.
Here's Tommy Veter and Ben Rhodes, both former national security officials for President Obama, talking about the free press.
Barry Weiss's publication, The Free Press.
They decided to write an entire article attacking other news publications for running photos of kids in Gaza who are starving to death.
In the Free Press, the argument they make in this article is that the images don't prove there's a famine because the kids featured have other health problems too.
They have like twelve different examples they use, and one is a photo of a 14-year-old boy named Mossab Aldebs.
He's described by CNN as suffering from malnourishment.
But the big gotcha from the Free Press is that the story didn't mention that the kid suffered a traumatic brain injury after he was hit in the head by shrapnel from an IDF airstrike.
So that they think that is making their point.
If your reaction to looking at children literally starving to death in a place where 20,000 children have already been killed is to try to dunk on those kids or the New York Times for putting a picture of one of those kids on the front page by pointing out that there's some other condition that the starving kid is suffering from, that's sociopathic.
I actually feel some pity for you, right?
Like I mean this.
There's something wrong with you, deeply, deeply fucked up with you, if you look at starving children and then go try to launch investigations to prove that those starving children have other conditions and then to think you're somehow owning the Palestinians or the left or whomever you're trying to own with it.
Who do you think dies first in a famine?
It's people with pre-existing conditions.
Not mentioned is the fact that the IDF has blown up all the medical facilities in Gaza, so these kids can't get treatment they might need to look less emaciated or to be healthier.
The free press story is so condescending.
It's like, you don't need in-depth reporting or to be on the ground.
You just need Google.
It's like, that is, fuck you.
Fuck you and your obnoxious scolding type.
Sanctimonious.
And again, you're looking at people who are objectively starving.
Your reaction had to, quote, cover that story is to try to poke holes in.
Try to weaponizeizing.
Yeah.
I mean, it's just grotesque.
It's grotesque.
And the free press, by the way, has run previous stories back in May just claiming the whole claim of famine in Gaza is a hoax.
It's just like real Nazi-level stuff.
It's just like the kind of people who in 1943 and 1944 would point to, They're taken care of well.
They're not hungry.
Look at them.
They're plump.
And they arrange, you know, music festivals for them and dance festivals and nice gardens for when the International Red Cross comes.
And you had the Barry Weisses and the free presses of that era writing that allegations of Holocaust or abuses of Jews by the Nazi army were hoaxes and were overstated or fabricated based on manipulated images.
This is exactly what we're seeing from the free press.
And remember, the Allison family, which is an extremely pro-Israel family., extremely Zionist family.
Larry Allison's philanthropy all goes to Israel and now his son is trying to buy or has bought Paramount and CBS News and all of its properties including 60 Minutes that go with it.
And they're talking about paying Barry Weiss $250 million to buy the free press and integrate it into CBS News and give Barry Weiss some influential role in overseeing the news of CBS to make sure it's balanced, meaning pro-Israel.
This is all being done in order to control the flow of information that Americans get about this foreign country Because there have been polls really showing that a plurality of Americans now believe that what Israel is doing is a genocide.
We've shown you the polling about the collapse of support for Israel in every demographic group except conservatives who are over the age of 50.
That's what explains the censorship.
And that's what Barry Weiss is doing, and it's why the Ellisons are so interested in her, because she is willing to go to any length, to any extreme, to serve the propagandistic narratives of the Israeli government, no matter how blatantly false or disgusting those tactics are.
Here is a...
This is on August 16th, and here's what he says.
Gaza, Gaza City itself, should just look like Rafah, which we turned into a pile of rubble.
And this is what Israeli media is saying constantly.
This is what they're saying is the real goal.
We should just turn it all into rubble.
We should destroy it all.
And you have Israeli officials and Israeli media figures in Hebrew and Israel about what the real war aim is.
And then you come to the United States where you try and say this is what Israel is trying to do.
And you have Israel's loyalists in the United States calling you an anti-Semite or denying it vehemently when you point it out, even though Israeli officials are openly boasting about it and have since the end of the war.
What makes it all the more amazing to watch Barry Weiss and her disgusting propaganda outlet try and call into question or cast out about the fact that children in Gaza are starving is the fact that even Donald Trump,
who has proven to be a very fervent loyalist to Benjamin Netanyahu, who has not only given the green light to Netanyahu to do anything in Gaza, but is paying for it and arming it and using the U.S. military to enable it.
On several occasions, he's now said there's clear starvation in Gaza.
Even Donald Trump is not only talking about it, but talking about how sad it is to see.
Here he is on Air Force One, July 29th, when he was asked about this, and here's what he said.
Can I ask about the First Lady?
You mentioned a couple of weeks ago, her role in talking to you about the war in Ukraine and perhaps a big part of your evolution in thinking.
Have you discussed the crisis in Gaza and the terrifying situation?
She thinks it's terrible and she sees the same pictures that you see and that we all see and I think everybody, unless they're pretty coldhearted or worse than that, nuts.
There's nothing you can say other than it's terrible when you see the kids and those in Kitchener, whether they talk starvation or not, those are kids that are starving.
That's, I mean, they are starving.
And you see the mothers, they love them so much and there's just nothing they seem to be able to do they got to get them food and we're going to get them food i mean that's trump just saying it outright and you'll have trump supporters who will call you anti-semitic or stupid or whatever if you point out that there's extreme famine and starvation on the part of children even as trump himself on multiple occasions using u.s intelligence has said it none of this is doubt Israel's
own data shows the amount of widespread indiscriminate slaughter of civilians because that is the goal.
The goal is to kill as many Gazans as possible and then take the surviving ones and either drive them out or put them in concentration camps where you can imagine what the treatment will be so that Israel can take over Gaza or impose on it some sort of puppet government that it controls in order for Israel to exercise effective control over Gaza.
Because even though the whole world views the West Bank and Gaza as belonging to the Palestinians, the Israeli government and its fanatics see that as territory that belongs to them, as promised to them by God or some other religious or theological view or just some disobedience.
But because they have the United States government and both parties standing behind them firmly, they feel correctly for now that there's nothing that can stop them.
There's no accountability for them.
And it's one thing to watch that happen and at least be able to condemn it and discuss it and debate it and try and bring an end to it.
But when you have people masquerading as journalists engage in absolute denialism in order to serve a foreign government that they barely hide their loyalty toward, that becomes something else entirely.
And that is what Barry Weiss and the free press in particular have led the way in doing.
That's why, even though they don't have much of a following online, their YouTube videos barely break 10,000 views if that.
Among elites, it's why they're getting massive amounts of investment.
And among pro-Israel billionaires.
and are now being treated as though they're some gigantically valuable, some gigantic valuable media property that a highly pro-Israel family, billionaire family, is about to pay for it so that they can integrate Barry Weiss and the free press into some critical editorial function inside CBS News so that they can control what it is that CBS News does and says, particularly about this conflict.
And it's repulsive to watch.
I do think that the diffusion and dispersion of media influence as a result of a free and independent internet has made that ability to concentrate and monopolize power in the hands of a small group of people as we always had, much more difficult.
It's one of the reasons why a free Internet is so crucial and simultaneously one of the reasons why the Israeli government and the U.S. government have been so hell-bent, along with other governments throughout Europe, on ending those freedoms, on imposing censorship controls as a way to prevent dissent from flourishing.
But that train has really left the station.
I think it's very difficult to achieve at this point.
You see it in the polling data.
You see it in the changes in views about Israel that are infiltrating almost every sector.
And while it's producing increasingly desperate means of trying to censor our colleges and impose all sorts of hate speech laws, hate speech codes into our laws, force TikTok to hire a former IDF soldier to be the chief content moderator for anti-Semitism in Israel.
These steps that are being taken, even in that interview we showed you with Trigonometry, Netanyahu demanded that we have to quote, fix the algorithms.
that are allowing too much imagery and information about Israel to spread.
The mask is off.
The world is seeing what Israel is doing.
And I think, especially for younger generations who haven't been inculcated with that kind of propaganda for decades.
Once that is seen, the true character of Israel is seen, the true nature of the relationship between the United States and Israel is seen as it's being seen, I think it's almost impossible to unsee.
And that's the reason why there's so much extremism coming from the very voices of the world.
Because they too see the writing on the world wall and they're losing faith in their ability to do anything.
And so the more they get desperate, the more they start panicking, the more extremist, and therefore the more transparent their behavior comes.
And it's kind of a cycle that they're in where the more they do it, the more people start resenting what's being done, and the more people start resenting what's being done, the more they panic.
And I think that's the kind of inescapable spiral that they're currently in.
The problem is that that doesn't do much to end the unparalleled atrocity, at least in this century, of what the Israelis are doing in Gaza with the indisputable and indispensable, not just help, but central role that the United States government is playing in all of this.
