In Canada, Exposing a Hate Crime Is Now … a Hate Crime?! | Guests: AG Andrew Bailey & Ezra Levant | 6/24/24

AG Andrew Bailey and Ezra Levant confront escalating legal and social conflicts, with Bailey suing New York over "lawfare" targeting Trump while Levant defends his billboard truck against a Toronto hate crime investigation. The episode exposes alleged DHS weaponization under Clapper and Brennan to surveil conservatives, contrasts this with ignored Hamas campus violence, and highlights whistleblower Vanessa Sivage's fight against Medicaid fraud. Ultimately, these segments argue that current tactics suppress free speech, undermine due process, and threaten democratic integrity through state-sponsored censorship and selective prosecution. Patriot Mobile: Christian Wireless Provider 00:04:17
I want to talk to you about Patriot Mobile.
It's exhausting to listen to all of the different things that are going on in the world.
But you know what?
It's really exciting to hear all of the good things that are happening.
And we have a couple of good things happening.
The people that are trying to do business the right way in America, one of those companies is Patriot Mobile.
They are the world's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
You can get access to all three major networks, which means you get the same coverage you're accustomed to without funding the left.
And they hire all Americans for their customer service base right here in America.
And they're going to give you a free smartphone if you switch today.
Go to 972 Patriot.
You're going to save a lot of money.
That's the most important thing.
And it's a company that cares about our country.

More good news and then some troublesome things from Saudi Arabia coming up.
It's a new day.
This is the Glenn Beck program.
Hello, America.
Welcome to Monday.
We've got a lot on our plate this week.
We have the final decisions from the Supreme Court.
They saved all the best for the last, I guess.
We also have the presidential debate the day before that.
That's Thursday.
And there's some disturbing video that has been released by the FBI that shows that Saudi Arabia was involved in 9-11.
You might have heard that before, but you haven't heard that we have video evidence that seems to verify it.
They've had this evidence since 2001, but they're sharing it now for the first time.
The question is, why?
We'll tell you in a few minutes.
Stand by.
Also, some really good news on the American front.
We begin there next.
If you feed your dog kibble food, you probably know that it's like the guy in the Princess Bride.
It's mostly dead.
Not entirely dead, just mostly dead.
And you can recover from mostly dead if you put a supplement on your dog's kibble food.
And that supplement is Rough Greens.
Naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black has created something that you put on your dog's food.
They love it.
And it has everything that is healthy for your dog.
I mean, if it's good for your dog, it's probably in Rough Greens, the probiotics, the antioxidants, all of it.
The folks at Rough Greens are so confident that your dog's going to love it, A, and gobble it down, but also that you're going to see a difference in your dog that they want to give you the first trial bag for free.

Bringing American Manufacturing Back 00:13:31
How are you, sir?
Glenn, how are you?
Very good.
Big week.
Big week.
Big, big week this week.
Just trying to figure out what to cover, where to go is a task in and of itself outside of actually doing a program.
Yeah.
Well, let's start with some good news.
Let's start with something positive happening.
That would have been my guess.
Baird Winthrop is with us, and he is the founder and CEO of American Giant, a sponsor on this program, full disclosure.
I don't ever do interviews with sponsors unless it's something that is newsworthy, and I think this is newsworthy.
And I'm going to let him break the news.
Hey, Barrett, how are you?
I'm great.
Thanks for having me on, Glenn.
You bet, you bet.
So this is something that you have been working on and really kind of dreaming about in some degree since you started the company, because one of your company's goals is to bring American manufacturing back to America.
You've been begging Levi's and everybody else, look, just make 5% of your clothing here in America and everything can change, right?
That's right.
It's one of the things that is really standing between a revitalizing industrial base is just getting orders flowing.
And unfortunately, over the last 35 years, that's becoming less and less common.
So we're always looking for people to step up and step in and get some business coming back to the States.
So you are announcing today what?
After about 18 months of work, we are announcing a collaboration with Walmart, bringing some entirely American-made t-shirts to 1,700 Walmart doors all across the country.
And it is an extension of their commitment that I think far too few people know about to spend $350 billion on American-made goods over the coming decade.
Their efforts in textiles is a piece of that, and we're one of their key partners in that regard.
And to your point earlier, it's an important moment, I think, not only for the textiles, but more broadly for American-made to have a major retailer like this step up with this kind of a commitment.
So what does that mean for you guys?
How is this going to change your company and jobs, et cetera, et cetera, here in America?
I don't know if it'll change our company that much.
We started the company 13 years ago.
It was a pretty simple idea to begin with, which was to make really high-quality American-made clothing entirely within the United States, from the cotton all the way through.
And as you mentioned, I think that has unfortunately remained at the premium end of the category.
And that has always been a source of frustration to me.
There are many, many men and women all across the country that want to support American-made, but can't afford a $35 or a $45 t-shirt.
What Walmart does is they bring just their tremendous scale to the problem.
And scale, and combined with time, gives the space to American manufacturing partners to invest, to have more confidence about re-engineering lines, to help to automate and innovate in ways that can get them back onto a more competitive footing with their international counterparts.
So I think our core business hasn't changed.
Its focus remains the same, but it does expand our offering.
And it allows us, I think, to continue to rethink what's possible here.
And on the jobs front, Walmart scale, as you know, is massive.
And having a commitment like this is pretty profound throughout our supply chain, from yarning all the way through to sewing.
And so it's a big deal in that regard.
I mean, I started, I don't know if you remember this, Beard, but I started 1791 years ago, which was a clothing, a jeans company.
And we tried to make everything here in America.
And, you know, we're not you.
We're much, much smaller than you.
To get things made with American fabric, American cut and sewn and finished, is almost impossible.
At least it was at the time.
You know, our baseball hats, I don't remember, we never sold them because I think they were going to be like 50 bucks at the time.
Was crazy if you don't.
The irony is that, as you well know, the American worker is, at least in my judgment, the best worker in the world.
And we have allowed our domestic capability to decay over the last 35 years.
I think thankfully, both parties are waking up to this reality that we've got to do something about it.
But if you give the American base, the American worker, the opportunity to get competitive again, and that opportunity comes with orders, it's remarkable what happens.
And so you're right that it is a difficult thing to do.
But when you make a commitment, you get some volume into the mix, pretty magical things start to happen.
And we just need more people in the fight.
Well, Baird, thank you so much for being a sponsor of this program.
Thank you for what you stand for and all the things that you are working on.
And what is impressive to me, there are businessmen, and you're one of them.
But then there's also people who love the country.
And, you know, I'm not talking politics.
I'm just talking about what we all thought we stood for.
And thank you for fighting for that.
Well, I appreciate you having me on, Glenn.
Patriotism ought to be a non-partisan thing.
And I think that we've all got to just recognize that, start doing the right things for the country and put our disagreements aside.
It's overdue.
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
Appreciate it.
Check out.
Go ahead.
Thank you, Glenn.
Thanks for having me.
Check out American-giant.com.
That's American-giant.com slash Beck.
And look out for American-made teas in thousands of Walmart stores starting the July 4th weekend.
That's really exciting.
Really cool.
Really cool.
That is good news.
Good job, Glenn.
You started with good news.
Yeah.
Now I want to take you down the road.
I want to take you to a 60 Minutes report that just was released.
And it shows a videotape that was made in 1999.
Listen.
Saying, translated, oh, beloved brothers, greeting to you from Omar L. Something rather cool.
We greet you, the esteemed brothers, and welcome you to Washington, D.C., Washington, the American capital city.
And we come back once more to this building, whose name I do not know as of yet.
However, I will provide you with the results soon.
I will get over there and I will report.
I'll report to you in detail what is there.
He's showing the Washington Monument now.
No comment here because I did not know this place exactly, and that's the front of the Smithsonian building.
I'm transmitting this only what I see.
Their cars.
Who are they?
You said that this was needed for the plan or something like that.
I couldn't read it fast enough.
But he talks about the plan.
Now, there's a whole 60 minutes, and we'll tweet it out for you, a whole 60 minutes episode or segment on this videotape.
And this has just been released.
Now, the 9-11 investigators, one in Phoenix and one, I don't remember where the other one was, were talking about how this tape has been known.
We've had it.
We've had it.
And it was just buried.
And the 9-11 victims' families got access to this for their trial against Saudi Arabia.
But it was still quiet.
Nothing happened.
Why are they releasing this tape now?
Why would the United States government release a piece of 9-11 evidence 23 years after 9-11?
Why would they hold that and just now release it?
There's no such thing as a coincidence, by the way.
This isn't just like, oh, you know what?
I was going through a box of tapes in my closet and I just found this.
It's not that.
What is it?
Let me tell you a little bit of history first.
I opened up, I think it's episode number three of my new podcast on history, the Beck story, telling the story of Black Tom.
I've told this story before.
But if you really want to hear the whole story on it, you just listen to the podcast.
But Black Tom was a place in New Jersey that was making armaments.
And it was a storage depot and a shipping depot where they'd get all the armaments.
They'd make some there.
They'd gather armaments from all over the country.
And then they would put them on a ship in New Jersey.
And they would ship it overseas for World War I before it was declared World War I.
It was about 1916, 1915, 1916.
And the Germans did not want us making munitions.
They didn't want us to be involved in the war, and the munitions were killing them, literally.
So they sent a bunch of spies over, and they targeted a bunch of different places.
One of those was the Black Tom factory.
Well, it was just a couple of miles away from the Statue of Liberty.
The Germans went in at night, set it on fire, and the first explosion happened, I don't know, 11 o'clock maybe at night.
And it registered a 5.5 on the Richter scale.
Every piece of glass was broken for, I think, two miles, three miles.
The shockwave was unbelievable.
Then, a few hours later, another part of the Black Tom, because it was burning out of control, another part took off.
And this was explosion after explosion after explosion.
And shells were being launched because of the fire.
One pierced the skin of the Statue of Liberty.
And if you've ever wondered why we can't walk up the arm of the Statue of Liberty and go stand on the torch, it's because of the Black Tom explosion.
It shook the Statue of Liberty so hard, the arm came loose and started to lose its strength.
So no one's been allowed up in the arm since the Black Tom explosion.
So this was a very big thing.
Wilson, however, blamed it on the manufacturers, blamed it on big business, blamed it on people that didn't care about their workers, didn't care about the community, et cetera, et cetera.
Even though he knew that it was Germans.
But this was right before the election.
He was promising America we wouldn't get into war.
So he held his tongue on it.
And he blamed it on others and said, well, we're investigating still.
Well, the investigation, the end of the investigation was announced in 1941.
They announced the investigation and the results of the investigation with FDR saying, you may remember that Black Tom.
Well, we did investigations on it at the time and we found that it was German sabotage.
And now we have the Japanese among us.
And we're worried about Japanese sabotage.
So we need to round them up.
So news that was about 25, 30 years old or so was now being brought up again by another president and applying it to something else.
The Petrodollar Fault 00:06:52
Now let me ask you again, why is this video being released now?
I'll tie it together in 60 seconds.
Stand by.
Leftists are leading the charge to run our entire country off a cliff.
Unfortunately, too many Americans are running headlong to join them.
One of the primary ways we do this is by supporting big business that contribute to leftist causes.
Big mobile is a huge part of this.
And when you're signed up with them, your money is helping them, you know, ruin the place.
Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative mobile company, and their mission is to passionately defend God-given constitutional rights and freedoms and to glorify God always.
That's what they do every day.
They're involved at all levels trying to do that.
Plus, their dependable nationwide coverage, you can access any of the three major networks that everyone's on.
They have affordable, excellent plans, and their 100% U.S.-based customer service team is going to help make switching easy.

10 seconds station id so stew do you have a theory why I mean, not really.
It's such a out of nowhere story.
Yeah, do you have a theory why it was held?
I mean, protection is the thing that would come to mind.
Is it that simple, though?
Protection for what?
I mean, the Saudis, the relationship there, you're on.
You're starting to.
You're warming up.
Okay.
What does our relationship provide?
I mean, many things, right?
I mean, the stated thing, of course, being protection against terrorism and such, but also, of course, resources and stability in that region at some level.
What is the main thing we get from Saudi Arabia?
I mean, energy is the petrodollar.
When we went off the gold standard, we made a deal with Saudi Arabia because people were starting to say, I'm getting off the dollar.
This is not stable.
They're going to spend into oblivion.
So we made a deal with Saudi Arabia and said, you make sure that all oil in the world is sold with U.S. cash only.
That made the whole world say, I've got to have a reserve of U.S. currency if I want to have oil.
What happened just a few weeks ago?
They're getting off the petrodollar.
They're starting to side with Russia and they're getting off the petrodollar.
This is us going and now setting up war, not necessarily with Saudi Arabia, but if our financial house collapses and it collapses today because there's no shock to anything, it's just a house of cards and it blows over.
Everyone will point the finger and say, see, these policies suck.
You destroyed the country.
However, if we have an emergency, if we have a plague, if we have war, well, then it's the war's fault.
It was Russia's fault.
Remember, the gas prices were Russia's fault, not his fault, Russia's fault.
Putin price hike?
Putin price hike.
This is sending a shot over the Saudi bow.
And so this is essentially us saying, hey, we have this.
You want to play this game?
We'll play this game.
Right.
And of course, when you have that type of relationship and, you know, ammunition that you're holding, it's a scary place when you start using it, right?
The point of it is the threat of it.
You never use it.
Right.
Yes.
Right.
You don't want to be using it.
You never use it.
You're far down the road if you're using it.
That's terrifying.
And the winner never has to use that stuff.
The winner is like, it's all right.
You go ahead.
Take your shot.
Take your shot.
I'll wipe you out.
And we're taking a shot is Saudi Arabia saying, that's okay.
We're part of bricks now.
And we'll dump all of your treasuries and we'll wipe you out.
Go ahead.
Play this game.
This is another step towards global war.
Glenn, back.
I'd love to hear your opinion on that when we come back.
Burna launcher.
Have you ever found yourself in that situation where you're confronted by something dangerous and you have absolutely no way to defend yourself?
Yeah, it's a very naked, terrifying feeling.
Good reason to arm yourself.
Now, I believe strongly in the Second Amendment and carrying a gun, but I also believe in being prepared for situations that don't require deadly force, which is why I have a Berna launcher as well.
We have one in our cars.
My wife carries one.
It's a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home that will send potential threats running in the opposite direction.
It's legal in all 50 states with no permits or background checks required, and it can be used by all age groups over 18.
And you could pack it in your checked luggage without the need to declare it as a firearm, which makes your time in an airport.
I mean, it doesn't make it great, but it makes it a little more smooth.

60 Minutes Audio on Nuclear Apocalypse 00:13:43
I think it's cut 24.
You'll listen to a bit of this.
What we're talking about is a new video that the police have had since, the federal government has had since 2011, right after 9-11, this surfaced.
And it was taken by a Saudi in Washington, D.C. in 1999.
A voice on the video says in Arabic, I am transmitting these scenes to you from the heart of the American capital, Washington.
This video, unsealed in federal court this week and obtained by 60 Minutes, was recorded in the summer of 1999.
The man behind the camera is Omar al-Bayoumi, who the FBI says was an operative of the Saudi intelligence service with close ties to two of the 9-11 hijackers.
The video was filmed over several days.
Bayoumi recorded entrances and exits of the Capitol, security posts, a model of the building, and nearby landmarks.
In this portion of the video, Bayoumi points out the Washington Monument and says, I will get over there and report to you in detail what is there.
He also notes the airport is not far away.
What I see Bayoumi doing is going out and making a detailed video record of the Capitol from all its sides and then conducting that 360-degree panoramic view.
GS11.
Richard Lambert is a retired FBI agent who led the initial 9-11 investigation in San Diego, where Bayoumi and the two hijackers lived temporarily before the attacks.
He's now a consultant on the case filed by the 9-11 families.
If you've ever flown into Washington, D.C., one of the first things you see on the horizon is the Washington Monument.
So if you know where your other targets are in terms of the Washington Monument, it helps guide you to your intended target.
Federal investigators believe the hijackers on Flight 93, which crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, had the U.S. Capitol as their likely target.
The lawyers for the 9-11 families and former intelligence analysts we spoke to believe portions of the video show Bayoumi surveilling the Capitol as part of that plan.
And in the video, he references a quote, plan.
You said that in the plan.
What plan?
Who is he talking to?
What do you think he's talking about?
I think he's talking to the Al-Qaeda planners who tasked him to take the pre-operational surveillance video of the intended target.
So this video is taken in late June and early July of 1999.
What does that timing tell you?
Well, that means it was taken within 90 days of the time when senior al-Qaeda planners reached the decision that the Capitol would be a target of the 9-11 attacks.
That's when Osama bin Laden decided to approve Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's so-called planes operation.
In the days after 9-11, British police discovered the video during a raid on Bayoumi's UK apartment.
They also seized Bayoumi's handwritten address book that the lawyers for the 9-11 families say was filled with phone numbers of numerous senior Saudi officials who were in the government at the time.
And when Bayoumi filmed the Washington video, he was often with two Saudi diplomats who the FBI says had ties to al-Qaeda, a finding the Saudi government disputes.
So notice that this just came out last week.
It was unsealed.
Now, I've been in a courtroom against the United States government.
Okay.
If they don't want it out, it doesn't come out.
Okay?
Very true.
Right?
They will not release this unless there's no court in the world that is going to say, you know what, you need to rule it.
And they'll do it.
They'll stonewall and stonewall and stonewall.
Now this has been released just last week.
What are your thoughts so far, Stu?
Would you like to hear the rest of the analysis?
Yeah, sure.
Here's the rest of the analysis from 60 Minutes.
Very large brick in a massive wall of evidence that at this point indicates the Saudi government was complicit in the 9-11 attacks.
Stop.
So, what do you think?
What do I think?
Yeah.
Well, that is a shocking development.
What you're saying is right that they don't just release these things.
Occasionally, these things come out after 50 or 60 years, but we've seen what's happened with the JFK stuff, how hard it is to get this stuff released.
That still hasn't been released.
Right.
So it's fascinating to see.
I mean, your idea that this is a message being sent to the Saudis is the, I mean, seemingly the most likely explanation.
You think so?
Yeah, I mean, I don't know that it, I hope that it doesn't mean that we're as close to world war as maybe your analysis indicates.
Maybe it's, you know, it could have, there's other economic concerns.
There's other, there are other things.
Well, they announced a couple of weeks ago that they are, you know, accepting other forms of payment for oil that will crush our dollar.
If they get off our dollar, it will be worse than the Great Depression.
When this happens, it will be worse than the Great Depression because our dollar will have no value.
There will be trillions of them floating around and no one will want them.
And that's the importance of the Saudi relationship.
And that's a worst case scenario, right?
Like it doesn't mean that everyone goes that way, right?
I mean, they still have to have something to pay for this, and they're going to trust what Russian currency, Chinese currency.
Well, somebody needs something, and that's why we'll get a digital currency.
They'll reset.
They'll reset.
Sorry, but they'll reset.
Didn't you start this show with good news?
I did.
And I did that for a reason because I knew it was all downhill from there.
Right.
Okay.
All right.
I mean, you could have, I don't know.
You should have at least asked us if he wanted the good news or bad news first.
I think I would have rather had this and then maybe have a little hope at the end.
Well, I got a little hope for you.
A little later on in the program, I've got some good stuff.
In fact, our next guest is Andrew Bailey.
He is the Missouri AG.
Yeah, he's great.
He's great.
He is planning to sue the state of New York for unconstitutional lawfare.
That's interesting.
That's very interesting.
There has to be some defense to this and these tactics.
Yeah.
And I will tell you, I also think that this stuff is all coming undone.
That's what makes me nervous is we're in a race to the end, you know, and this thing is going to come down to a photo finish.
I don't know who's going to win.
Give us time, we win.
But the sooner things go unstable, the worse chance we have of holding on to things.
But people are waking up.
So if people continue to wake up faster and faster, we're going to win.
And this time, it will knock the progressive anti-American stuff out.
We'll knock it out.
That's optimistic, though.
You don't believe that.
No, I'm not that optimistic.
No, I don't know.
It doesn't seem like we do a good job in these arenas very often.
So I'm certainly concerned because we tend to be, how do we become better victims?
How do we have slightly better outcomes than the worst case scenario seems to be our goal?
It's like we're always like, well, what if we only raise taxes by this much?
We always are on the side.
It's a defensive side.
We're going to either get radically constitutional or we're going to get radically unconstitutional.
Which way?
I don't know.
Which way, which path do you think we're closer to right now?
But I never saw us, except for a few people, charting a course back to radically constitutional.
I never really saw, you know, they were like the Tea Party guys.
We were all standing there.
I got a tri-corner hat on.
You know what I mean?
That's what it felt like back then.
It was just a small group of us.
Yeah, I see what you say.
Now it's starting to be people who don't necessarily vote the way I vote.
They don't, you know, they're not like in the Tea Party movement.
You know what I mean?
You don't sense that there's more.
I feel like there's more openness now to a radically unconstitutional path.
And it's not going to be a fight to the end.
The left.
Yeah, I feel like now there's a much more appetite on the right to say, look, this has been so bad.
We have to do something.
And I don't know that they would describe it as radically unconstitutional by any means, but like open to more tactics.
Put it that way.
Well, open to a little bit more than maybe we would have tried before.
And look, there's an understandable motivation there.
It's desperation.
They're trying to throw our candidates in prison all the time.
Yeah, I know.
You know, I mean, I understand why this is not.
But there's pushback.
But like that, yeah, it is pushback, but like these things can spiral out of control easily.
The balance is difficult to maintain.
So I read something last night that said, you know, the difference between now And what most likely is coming and the Great Depression is we didn't have, we don't have neighbors to depend on.
We don't have each other.
We don't have our churches.
We don't have the structure within.
There was a study done, I can't remember, there was a study done in the 1950s, a heart study.
And it was done on this little town in Pennsylvania.
Boy, I'm pulling this one out of my butt.
So you'll have to look this up for yourself.
But there was a study done on heart disease because this is when we were first really starting to study heart disease, et cetera, et cetera.
And the number one killer in America was heart disease.
And there was this one community in Pennsylvania that was like off the charts good.
And they went and they're like, we got to find out what these people are doing.
So they found a couple of things.
First, they thought they would find, you know, it would be olive oil because they were all Italian.
And in this Italian town in Pennsylvania, everybody still spoke Italian.
They still ate Italian food, et cetera, et cetera.
There was only 1,600 people in this town.
And the heart disease was off the charts good.
And so they went and they studied and they thought, okay, well, these people are going to be, you know, probably not putting lard in their food.
It's olive oil.
Nope, they were using lard.
They were eating the same kinds of things that Americans were eating.
They were out of shape, just like other Americans.
They were just, you know, they would work, but nobody was doing exercise or anything else.
They couldn't figure it out what is causing this heart, these heart problems to be almost non-existent in this little town.
They found in 16, with 1,600 people, there were like 23 separate community organizations that were neighbors backing up neighbors.
So the stress level was so low in this town.
You're looking it up.
Do I have this right?
Rosetto?
Yeah, Rosetto.
Yeah.
Rosetto, Pennsylvania, yeah.
1,600 people, exactly.
That's a pretty good memory.
You have numbers?
I've never seen you get a number right in 30 years.
We are at the apocalypse.
Yeah.
But what does it say?
Because it was the stress was so low because people knew they had safety nets for each other.
It was less about traditional risk factors like diet, exercise, or genetics and more about the close-knit community and strong social bonds that characterize the town.
So what do we learn from that?
We should be learning.
It's not about lard.
Well, it probably is a little bit.
It is some lard.
But it's about stress and it's about community.
That's maybe because I'm back in Dallas for the day and I'm sitting here and I drove in today for the first time in a long time, not thinking about all the doomsday stuff that I always think about every day.
And I was driving and I thought, you know, I wonder how much of that is because I've been out in a very, very small town of 500 people.
That might be it because everybody knows each other.
Community Care Over Doomsday 00:03:30

All right.
You know how every day you got the list.
You know the one I'm talking about.
It's always there.
It's never done.
Just seems to grow longer and longer and longer.
Because there's always a job that you forgot even existed.

That's a big one.
You have an emergency abortion care ruling.
Basically, like, do you have to force people to provide emergency abortion care, which is another one of these lines that today's the two year anniversary of Roe versus Wade being overturned, by the way, the way they would turn this into it was an emergency.

Right.
We had to kill it.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Glad you're here.
Andrew Bailey joins us in a minute.
He is the Missouri Attorney General.
He is now suing the state of New York in response to the unconstitutional law fare against President Trump.
I'm interested to see how this one works.
How can one state sue another for something that Missouri doesn't seem to have standing in, I guess, but I know he's figured that out.
He'll explain it coming up in just a second.
First, blinds.com.
They invented the better way to get custom window treatments by doing it online and getting rid of any upfront pricing.
That means no more annoying salespeople coming to your house.
No more, well, you know, and inflated showroom prices.
They've changed the game.
Right now, during summer savings, you can get up to 45% off their already amazingly low prices for the best blinds and other window treatments that you've ever seen.
So give your home a summer makeover.
Blinds.com, amazing products to choose from.
You can do it all from the comfort of your own home.
You won't get the hidden fees or anything else.
They get the upfront quote online.
And you can either do it yourself by measuring and installing yourself or let blinds.com come out and do it for one low cost, no matter how many windows you're doing.
I recommend this honestly to hotels.
Blinds.com, they not only offer you free shipping, but also their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
It's blinds.com right now for a summer savings up to 45% off, but only for a limited time at blinds.com.
Rules and restrictions may apply.
The Missouri Attorney General, one of the better attorney generals in our country, Andrew Bailey, joins me now from Missouri.
Hello, Andrew.
How are you?
Hey, Glenn, thanks for having me on.
Yeah, you bet.
You bet.
So tell me about this.
I read this last week when you announced it, and I'm trying to figure out how you can do that.
What is your standing to be able to sue New York?
Well, Glenn, somebody's got to do something to fight back against this unconstitutional law affair that's depriving all voters, but specifically in my instance, Missourians, of access to and to hear from a presidential candidate in the heat of a national election in the most consequential presidential election in this nation's history.
And so Missourians are being harmed by the actions in New York that have taken President Trump off the campaign trail and will continue to take him off the campaign trail after sentencing and have silenced him through the gag order.
It's called Perrin's Patriot.
That's the standing argument.
Essentially, Missouri has a sovereign interest in a national election and being able to participate in that national election.
And I will tell you, the founders contemplated just this kind of dispute when they codified in Article 3, Section 2 of the United States Constitution, a method by which states could resolve differences with original jurisdiction of the United States Supreme Court.
That's where we're going.
When states have a problem with one another, they go to the Supreme Court.
It happens all the time.
And in this instance, Missouri has a real problem with New York's law fare against President Trump.
So the Supreme Court going on vacation Friday night.
When are you going to argue this?
Yeah, we're going to get it up to the court this week.
I mean, we've got to get it on file and put the marker down that red states are ready to fight back against this kind of election interference.
This is an attack on our democratic process.
We've got to stop looking at lawfare in terms of individualized cases and start seeing not just trees, but the forest for what it is.
They have silenced conservative voices.
They have silenced President Trump.
They have censored free speech on big tech.
They have kicked President Trump off the ballot in certain states.
They've sanctioned him through civil suits.
And now you've got the crooked Department of Justice leading an effort at the federal and at two different state levels in order not to obtain a legally valid conviction of President Trump, but again, to deny voters access to a presidential candidate.
It's important to remember the First Amendment right to free speech applies not only to the speaker, but to listeners as well.
Every American who wants to hear from President Trump has been harmed not only by the gag order, but by the illicit prosecutions that take President Trump off the campaign trail and put him in a courtroom.
So when you the founders were genius, quite honestly, I have appreciated the separation of federal and state more and more as we go down this road on how states can choose to do their own thing as the rest of the government wants to take those rights away.
But you say that we have to grab hold of the Constitution again and we have to restore the law and order.
So what does this actually look like?
What do you have to prove To win this case.
Well, as he pointed out, we've got to prove first and foremost that Missouri has a sovereign interest in Missourians participating on equal footing with other states in a presidential election for a chosen candidate, a candidate that Missourians, through the caucus process, have chosen as one of the leading parties in this presidential election.
So that's the standing argument.
The second issue that we have to adjudicate is the harm.
What's the harm?
Well, the harm is, again, it's not only a speech issue, but an access issue.
When President Trump is tethered to a Manhattan courtroom for months at a time, after sentencing, what's that going to look like?
Is he in a prison cell?
Is he on house arrest?
Is he doing community service?
Because all of those things take him off the campaign trail and deny Missourians access to a presidential candidate and ultimately interfere with this presidential election.
And then it's the gag order.
Again, there is a strong presumption because of the First Amendment against gag orders.
And one of the things the court looks at in determining whether or not a gag order is appropriate is whether or not speech will prejudice the defendant's right to a fair trial.
Well, the presumption against that gag order should be heightened in the middle of a presidential campaign when you're talking about a leading presidential candidate.
And so it's not only that President Trump's right to speak out on these issues is violated, but Missouri's right to hear from him.
We've got to fight back.
The founders contemplated this.
I would submit to you that we have not seen this kind of perversion of the law, weaponization of government against political opponents since the Alien Sedition Acts of 1798.
And if you remember what happened, there was such a backlash against the Federalists that they lost all power in 1800.
I predict the same thing happens here.
This lawsuit puts a marker down and starts to make a stand where we fight back.
Have you gotten any other states to join you in this?
Right now, it's Missouri going it alone.
I'll tell you, we would welcome other states.
I think that for far too long, Republicans and conservatives have sat on the sidelines and watched this happen.
This didn't happen overnight.
This happened back in 2016 when the deep state suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story and then injected the Russian collusion hoax into the American body politic that undermined President Trump's the first few years, attempted to undermine the first few years of his presidency.
And it has gone on in 2020 and now in 2024.
And we've got to start taking steps to fight back against it or we will lose our democratic republic.
What do you say to those people who say we don't have a republic?
We have a democracy.
Well, they're wrong.
I mean, there's structure in place in order to mitigate against the capricious whims and tyranny of the majority.
And that structure matters.
And so things like original jurisdiction at the United States Supreme Court for disputes between states, I submit to you as a little R Republican structural mechanism that, again, it's a timeless principle of separation of powers and the balance between federal and state authority that matters to our system.
And I lament the fact that the left has jettisoned this traditional approach that we used to agree that we would elevate the rules of the game above the players and the outcomes.
But the left hates Donald Trump so much, they're willing to destroy our system of government to retain power and destroy a political opponent.
That is shameful.
We are looking at a country now that the left learns.
And they learn if nobody stands against them.
Nobody is willing to play hardball.
They'll play hardball every step of the way.
They did it with the boycotts of sponsors until now that's just accepted from the left.
They've done it now with the silencing on social media.
And their biggest one yet, I think, is lawfare.
And this is they're going after the president's attorneys, putting a chill through the air.
What happened in Connecticut, I think it was last week, where the Bar Association of Connecticut said, you can't speak out against this judge or they'll be held to pay.
This is when you're starting to go after the attorneys and you're using attorneys on your side to shut everyone down, that's a final stage of freedom, is it not?
Glenn, I think you're absolutely right.
I think one of the most unreported problems with the lawfare is that the left has criminalized the practice of law.
Let's go to New York and look at the fact that essentially what they said was the false entries in the business record where President Trump paid his attorney to enter into a contract were illegal.
Well, certainly the founders understood that we had a right to seek counsel, and they would have understood that counsel would assist with contract because contracts often end up in legal disputes.
And so criminalizing the practice of law, again, it destroys the very foundational principles upon which our judicial system is based.
I mean, it hurts President Trump today, but it also hurts voters today, but it's going to hurt all of us down the road when we're denied due process, when we're denied the right to counsel, because those things have suddenly become criminal.
So this is not going to be something that is heard right away.
This is something that you're laying the marker down on the table for later?
We're laying the marker down on the table and asking the Supreme Court to put a stop to the lawfare against President Trump in the instance of the in the case in New York to allow press issue in order to allow President Trump to remain on the campaign trail and continue to court the electorate and talk to the American people and have look, the American people have access to their chosen presidential candidate.
So you're asking for an emergency hearing then before they.
Absolutely.
OK.
Okay.
All right.
I hope you win, Andrew.
I really hope.
And I applaud you for standing up for the system.
And it is time for all of our states to do this.
I mean, you know, I don't mind if we go and we vote and we disagree and you vote for somebody that I don't like.
I don't mind that.
I don't mind if your guy wins.
As long as it's fair, I don't mind going after my guys if they're corrupt, as long as we go after your guys as well.
And they should stop being my guy or your guy when they're corrupt.
And I think that's what most Americans are still fair, but they have been so warped with what is true and what is not that I don't think they even understand what fair is anymore.
Andrew, thank you.
Thanks, Glenn.
Appreciate you.
You bet.

Cuomo's Pandering and Abandoned Allies 00:15:24
Ten seconds.
Station ID.
OK, so.
So I really wanted to play some audio here because I know it's going to set Stu off.
Here is Bill Maher over the weekend with Andrew Cuomo.
Listen to this.
The trial in New York, the one he got convicted for, was the greatest fundraising bonanza ever.
He's now, he was lagging behind Biden, and now he's pulled quite a bit ahead.
That trial was the greatest reason people had to send their checks for $5, $10, $25, whatever dollars to Donald Trump.
So I was always with you on the one in New York, the hush money trial.
I don't think they should have brought that one.
It was just always going to look like a sex case, and people were always just going to look at it that way.
So anyway.
That case, the Attorney General's case in New York, frankly, should have never been brought.
And if his name was not Donald Trump, and if he wasn't running for president from the former AG in New York, I'm telling you, that case would have never been brought.
And that's what is offensive to people.
And it should be.
Because if there's anything left, it's belief in the justice system.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, here's Stu.
I mean, he's obviously right.
And I think this is what happens, and you're noticing this with both Cuomos.
Yes.
They've now, their careers have been destroyed so much, they're desperately looking for anyone to like them.
And now the new approach is going to be that I'm watching how I'm saying this.
The new approach is going to be to try to kiss the butt of the other side because their side abandoned them both.
And so this has always been about them and always have been about how they can survive and how they can thrive.
And so when it was time to say, you know, Ivermectin was evil, then that was what was said by Chris Cuomo.
And now that it's time to say that I'm on Ivermecton or whatever he's blabbing about now, that is where he is today with Chris Cuomo.
Andrew Cuomo has been abandoned by his side completely.
And now he can come out and I guess try to take this tack to see if will it brace him.
And I hope we don't.
I hope we don't.
Look, that is a obviously correct.
He's correct on that.
There's no doubt about it.
He's making a point that is obviously correct.
I'm interested to see if this is a longer-term project to kiss the butt of the other side now that his side has abandoned him.
May I disagree with you?
No.
All right.
Well, there you go.
Yes, of course.
So here is the disagreement.
I don't think he's kissing the butt of our side.
I think he's trying to kiss the butt of the Democrats who are like, okay, enough is enough here.
Can we have an adult in the room step in and worry about the things we're worried about?
And it isn't a sex case with Donald Trump.
Okay.
He's running for the city.
He's running for mayor of the city of New York.
I bet you.
I definitely think that's on his docket.
Yeah.
So he's running for the mayoral race in New York City.
If he can just be moderate enough, but still liberal enough, but moderate enough to go, I'm an adult.
I'm not playing these games.
We're not doing all of this stuff.
I'll restore law and order.
I mean, what a comical idea that this man could possibly be the guy who does this.
A guy who famously used his power over and over and over again to show he was the last thing he was was an adult.
He was constantly manipulating his power against his political enemies.
He did all the things that he's complaining about in this clip.
It was, he invented half of the tactics that Bragg used.
It is so completely absurd that he would be the messenger of this.
I would just say, I don't know that you have the evidence of that.
You're just trying.
You were talking earlier this hour about stress causing heart disease.
You're trying to make my heart explode.
No, I'm just asking you.
And I'm not going to allow you.
I'm just asking you an honest question.
Well, I have young children.
Let me just switch topics then, okay?
We don't have to talk about that.
Here's Bill Maher talking to Andrew Cuomo about something else.
45% of Hispanic voters prefer Biden compared to 39% for Trump.
Last time he won, 59%.
That was 2020.
So he's lost 14 points there.
He went to Morehouse.
He said, what is democracy if you have to be 10 times better than anyone else to get a fair shot?
That seemed like pandering to me.
Black voters under 50.
He led by 80 points in 2020, now by 37, still a lot, but he's lost 43 points off the key constituency.
Student loans.
He's forgiven $144 billion in student loans.
Only 36% of student debt holders like it.
I mean, if you can't win the people you're pandering to, I mean, I get it.
Politics is somewhat about pandering.
That's not even an insult.
You're supposed to do what people want to a certain degree.
Well, how can Andrew understand such a thing?
You're not winning these groups, and he's lost 8% off women since 2020.
And yet I read in the polls, he's pulled ahead this week.
Explain that to me.
Well, Cuomo said that he was pandering, and pandering doesn't work.
Oh, it doesn't, Andrew?
Oh, God.
Again, I'm not going to fall for your nonsense here.
But all that is, again, completely true.
Yeah.
If, in fact, If you can't win a constituency that you're literally buying off with tens of thousands of dollars apiece, what does that tell you about your policy?
Well, it tells me something different than I think it tells you.
What does it tell you?
I mean, first of all, it tells me that no one thinks the student loan situation is fair or just or constitutional or anything else.
But, you know, why would you do it?
That one's honestly a bit perplexing.
I think all the people around him are in the situations that he's solving.
I mean, all of his little, his little 27-year-old aides are all the ones complaining about it.
And I think that's part of it.
Is it good for capitalism?
Is it good for America?
And it also destroys our institutions and destroys our history.
Destroys law and order.
Yeah, it is structurally weakening our country.
Yes.
And so I don't think he's pandering.
He's just doing what he has done from day one in office.
Weakened the country in every way he can.
Time to take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
What started out as a war of defense in the Middle East very quickly also became a war of hearts and minds.
In this country alone, we have seen anti-Semitism come crawling out of the woodwork in rapid and shocking ways.
It's disgusting.
Meanwhile, Israel's ground campaign against Hamas continues.
It's almost over.
Did you hear Benjamin Netanyahu say he's almost done, but now it's moving to the north to Hezbollah?
The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has pledged, they have a pledge that they're asking you to sign.
I've signed it.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
You know, I am so fortunate to have you as a listener.
Thank you.
Thank you for listening.
I was thinking about you driving in today, thinking.
Technically, you pay me to come in here, Glenn.
I just want to.
No, I was talking about the other listener.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
But you pay me too, Glenn.
Oh, yeah.
No, okay.
The third listener.
Is there a third?
I'm pretty sure.
I'm holding out hope.
Anyway, so I was thinking about you today and thought, you know, how you have just made my life have meaning.
And thank you for that.
That's legit.
That is, I mean, we joke, but that is sincere.
And I really think about that from time to time.
This group of people that's been around us this long, I don't know why they hang out so much with us, but man, it means a lot to both of us.
It does.
Now, I also am very blessed because I get to meet people that I think are going to be remembered as heroes and people who stood.
I think we are seeing those times where people who take a stand and become the Bonhoeffers or the Martin Luther Kings.
I think we're starting to see them.
And they are on the front lines and they are coming under attack.
And a great, great friend of mine, Ezra Levant, he is the Rebel News founder up in Canada, which is a lot like the Blaze News in some ways.
And he has been outspoken and his team is outspoken and he's an attorney.
So he never takes anything sitting down.
And the Canadian government have been after these guys for a long time.
Well, he is now having to fight the censorship bill up in Canada.
And it looks like he may be facing prison time because of hate speech.
Ezra is with us now.
Hello, Ezra.
Hi, Glenn.
Thanks for having me.
I appreciate your very kind words.
Like you, I rely on the strength of our viewers because we are an independent group of citizen journalists and we're fighting against an establishment.
A crazy thing happened to me just a couple days ago.
We tell our stories through video, but also podcasts and written work.
But we also have, we love billboard trucks.
I don't know if you know what I'm talking about.
It's like a digital, it's like a jumbotron truck.
So Toronto, Canada, where I live, is the site of a pro-Hamas encampment.
There's screaming mask wearing thugs marching through the city every week, not just in the downtown, but besetting synagogues and residential areas.
There was a Jewish school that was shot up a few weeks ago.
It's a crime wave.
It's an anti-Semitic crime wave.
We put some of the images of the crime wave on our billboard truck.
It was actually an ad by a local community group called Canadians Opposed to the Occupation of Our Streets and Campuses.
So we drove this Jumbotron truck around the city, showing some of the scenes of Hamas thugs threatening to kill people, blocking the downtown streets, having a mass prayer gridlocking the city.
So we're just showing scenes from the crime wave.
And the police chief made an announcement on Twitter that he was investigating us for a hate crime.
Not investigating the people doing the crimes that we put in the video, but the fact that we showed those things.
We were conducting the hate crime, and he announced his investigation in advance, declaring it an Islamophobic hate crime, and then starting the investigation.
And if we're convicted, God forbid, under this provision of the Canadian Criminal Code, it's a two-year prison sentence.
So we're not talking about a Human Rights Commission slap on the wrist or a fine or anything.
The chief of police in Canada's largest city has publicly announced that what we did with that truck is a hate crime.
Then he announced the investigation.
Well, gee whiz, I wonder what those police are going to find.
And it's prison time, God forbid, if they succeed.
Well, you know what, Glenn?
Not if I have anything to say about it.
So the very next day, I got in the Jumbotron truck and I drove it and I parked it right outside the headquarters of the police chief, right outside.
And I walked into the main police station in Toronto and I said, I'm here to see the chief.
I hear he's looking for me.
Can you have him come down?
And he can either talk to me about where he gets off trying to censor our journalism or he can arrest me.
His choice.
And I stood there in the reception of the main police headquarters of Toronto for an hour and he wouldn't come down and he wouldn't send anyone else down.
So I eventually left and we've been driving the truck with those same images for a few days now and I don't know what's going to happen next.
I went to his place of work and he wasn't there.
Maybe he's going to show up at my office.
Maybe he's going to show up at my house.
I don't know.
They won't talk to me.
They're not communicating with me even though they've announced they're investigating me.
We have lawyered up.
Truckers Face Investigation 00:13:39
My lawyers are confident that what we've done is still lawful in Canada, even though we're sliding towards censorship.
But this is a risk for hate speech, Glenn.
Hate speech is in the eye of the beholder.
So I think there's a hate crime wave in Canada, anti-Semitic hate.
But by merely showing that and describing that, the government is investigating me for hate speech.
Beware of people who want to prosecute hate speech.
They'll only go after enemies of the state.
By the way, if you would like to help Ezra and his team, you can just go to save the truck.com.
You'll see the story and ways for you to help, save the truck.com.
Ezra, can I ask you, because you grew up in Canada, I think it was your, was it your grandfather that came to Canada in the early 1900s?
Yeah, my great-grandfather came to a Western province called Alberta before it was even an official part of Canada.
So I feel very Canadian.
I am Jewish also, which I suppose makes me extra alert to Hamas, but it's the Canadian-ness in me that says this hateful crime wave is so un-Canadian.
And I feel like a lot of Canadians are blown away by what they see on the streets.
And all the establishment people we used to rely on, all the authorities, the police are turning a blind eye.
And I saw that happen in Los Angeles recently.
Just police standing by while a kind of pogrom happens.
It's happening across the world.
It's happened a lot in France here just the last few days.
How does it feel to be, you know, in a synagogue or to be Jewish in Canada right now, in Toronto with this going on?
Toronto has a large Jewish community, one of the largest in North America, 200,000 people.
And until recently, it was so comfortable and so accepting and so wonderful.
And, you know, Toronto has had a Jewish mayor.
The leaders of industry are Jewish.
And there was nothing, you never had to be shy or embarrassed or scared.
People would walk, you know, Jewish children would walk on the street to school.
Now they get attacked.
Now they get attacked in classes.
Gunmen shooting at schools.
It's just, it's shock, part of it, is shock that this is happening.
But the second shock is that all the people that we and all the institutions that we thought would be there for us just aren't.
Like the University of Toronto, the largest university in Canada, has had a Columbia-style encampment and no one's stopping it.
McGill, the largest English university in the province of Quebec, the court wouldn't order it shut down.
The police refused to remove it.
The university is begging anyone to remove this thuggish encampment.
And the police, the courts, no one.
And people are saying, where?
What?
How?
I think there's an astonishment.
It's like everyone is stunned.
And I don't know.
I just, I don't think, and I mean, like I say, I'm a Jew, but I don't think even non-Jewish Canadians can recognize. the response.
For decades, we've been told about anti-bullying and anti-racism, and no one on the left meant it.
They just, they obviously didn't mean it.
They're putting, I just don't understand how they can, you know, there's swastikas flying on the streets.
There is mobs of Islamic extremists wearing masks, walking through residential neighborhoods of Jews, looking for Jews, shrieking at them, screaming at them, besetting a synagogue, an eight-hour mob outside a synagogue, shouting, screaming.
How's that even related to Gaza?
They're just Jew hunting here.
Isn't it amazing how this is what the government of Canada tried to accuse the truckers of being, and they weren't.
And now here they are on the streets, and they won't do anything.
That's a perfect analogy.
The truckers were completely peaceful.
The only thing they did was maybe some parking infractions.
There was not a single act of crime committed by the truckers.
They were flying Canadian flags, may I remind you.
And Trudeau brought in a form of martial law.
He brought out riot horses to stomp on them.
He jailed the leaders.
He froze the bank accounts of hundreds of Canadians who had not been accused of any crime.
That was Trudeau's response to citizens who were peacefully protesting forced vaccine mandates.
Here you have many non-citizens.
Like I saw a video of someone from Pakistan the other day with a thick accent.
I don't know if he's a citizen or a newcomer or what, standing in the middle of downtown Toronto shrieking whose streets, our streets, in a very thick Pakistani accent.
And I was just thinking, who are you?
You just arrived here.
You're breaking the law so blatantly and not a thing.
And by the way, I'm not calling for censorship.
You don't need a hate speech law to go after people who are committing trespass, mischief, violence, vandalism, uttering death threats, assault.
There's a law in Canada against besetting a church or a synagogue.
The police are acting as concierges.
There was a prominent Muslim leader who offered a $25,000 bounty for someone Who could help get me arrested?
It's madness here.
And I just, the left, I don't think they ever meant it when they talked about anti-bullying or anti-racism.
They're plenty racist when it comes to their enemies.
And they've made the decision, and it's a Marxist decision, sort of a critical theory decision, that all Jews are oppressors, actually.
So you can do anything to Jews.
And it's exceptional and we saw this in Colombia and we saw this in other places in America.
What's crazy this time is that the police chief has announced he's investigating me for a crime.
That's the crazy part.
The police chief of the biggest city in Canada has announced he wants to prosecute me.
It's crazy.
Again, if you would like to help and make sure that this is stopped, you can go to what was it?
Support the truck?
Save the truck.
Save the truck, dog.
It's not just the truck.
I mean, the truck is a symbol.
It's a peaceful ad.
But, you know, the reason we bought the truck is because we couldn't get anyone to rent.
We know we rent these trucks, but the truck companies who love us and deal with us 100 times, they said we're afraid of running messages that criticize Hamas, not because we like Hamas.
We're just worried our trucks will be attacked.
Our drivers will be violently attacked.
We're afraid we have to say no to any criticism of Hamas because we no longer think our trucks are safe.
So we bought our own truck.
And now the fear is that the police will be the enforcers.
I just don't recognize this.
For 50 plus years, I've lived in one of the freest countries in the world.
And it's astonishing what's happening.
And I appreciate you shining a light on it.
Canada is in jeopardy.
Yes, I know.
So is America.
Ezra, thank you so much for sharing this.
Let me read to you what the chief of police wrote.

Nothing wrong with that.

You know, I remember the days when it was hard to find people of courage standing up.
And.
And this show today and what's coming here in the next few minutes, all examples of citizens just standing up and doing heroic things.
We're going to talk next to a registered nurse.
She is a pediatric sex change whistleblower.
Now she's under attack by the federal government.
They are investigating her.
And I can't ask her anything legal about this because it's happening to her right now.
But I want you to listen to her story and tell me if you think she broke any laws.
Tell me if you don't think this woman is a hero or should she be put in jail.
I think the answer will be quite obvious to you.
Next.
The Glenn Beck Program.
Let me tell you a little bit about Coin, a new coin card.
It's spelled C-O-I-G-N.
You know, every time you use your credit card, your woke credit card company uses some of your money to support left-wing groups.
Did you know that?
I am absolutely convinced that the reason why Occupy Wall Street stopped is because all of these people, you know, like Visa, MasterCard, and everything else, said, will help you on your causes.
That's what happened.
I'm convinced of it.
Well, Rob Collins, he's the CEO of the new Coin Card, C-O-I-G-N-S. Coin, he's been a guest on the program, and he is using the free market system to disrupt the left's entire movement.

Kelly: A Hero Under Investigation 00:02:50
In times where the world goes insane, there are those people that choose to stand up and honestly take the bullet for the rest of society because there's something in them that says, I can't stand and just watch this happen when I know what the truth is.
Those people are always remembered as heroes.
Those people at the time are usually vilified by those in power and the state.
And that's exactly what's happening all over the world now to those who are standing up.
And they're trying to make examples of these people so you won't.
Well, let me do the opposite.
Let me make an example of somebody that we have, I want to introduce you to here in a second, who stood up against all the odds.
And now she's under investigation.
And I don't think I can tell you any more than that.
She's a whistleblower at a children's hospital.
And as soon as she blew the whistle, for some reason, even though no one knew her name, she was anonymous, the federal government found out her name.
And now, we don't know what's going to happen.
I want you to hear her story.
She joins us in 60 seconds.
When you own a business, you love hearing that it's doing well.
Well, we got an email a while back from Walt and Carolyn about their experience with Kelly.
One of the agents who works with my company, Real Estate Agents I Trust, they wrote in, Glenn, just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it was working with Kelly.
We sold our house the first weekend for more than we had planned on, thanks to Kelly.
She helped us over some anxious moments and was able to work out a solution on a Sunday night for us.
She was very professional and kept us updated on any changes or questions we had.
On a scale of one to 10, we'd give her a 10 plus.
10 plus.
That's what I like to hear.
If you want a great real estate experience, find a great real estate agent, one that you can trust.
This is my company.
I don't charge you anything for the referral.

Vanessa Sivage is with us now.
And Vanessa, welcome to the program.
Thank you so much for having me.
Thank you.
Now, Vanessa, I don't know what I can ask you, what I can't ask you, because you're involved in legal action now.
Exposing Medicaid Misdiagnoses 00:12:39
So I just want to I want to hear your story that brought you into the position where the government's now looking at you.
Absolutely.
Well, the story really starts in 2021.
I accepted a new position in a pediatric multi-specialty clinic at Texas Children's Hospital.
And, you know, at first, my background is in cardiology.
And so I was helping babies born with congenital heart anomalies and through a series of medical interventions and surgeries were saving their lives.
However, I just contrast that with the Endocrine clinic where I started seeing perfectly healthy patients and teenagers with functional anatomy and we were harming them.
The hospital was turning them into a patient dependent on the medical system for life through puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.
So I started to see this rise in transgender patients coming to clinic and specifically in something I feel like we don't talk about enough, which is teenage girls who are confused about their sex, that not only are they confused about their sex, they're also suffering with depression.
And many of them are autistic.
And many of them are coming into the emergency room because they've tried to commit suicide and take their lives.
And it was just very clear that there's so much going on and they're truly suffering with just a variety of issues.
And that was really devastating to me.
So what did you, how did you get involved in blowing the whistle?
Tell me that part.
I know that a doctor who we talked to a couple of weeks ago, who is also under investigation himself now for blowing the whistle, Dr. Heim, he did an article.
He was anonymously giving the information anonymously to Christopher Ruffo.
And he blew the whistle.
And when did you get involved?
Right.
Well, it was May of 2023, and I had contemplated quitting on a number of occasions because, you know, I was being asked to do things that were against my belief and my faith and would come home crying to my husband because I couldn't fathom what was being done to these children.
And it was in this time that I read Christopher Ruffo's article with an anonymous whistleblower who we now know is Dr. Eiton Heim.
And, you know, I knew I had to come forward to corroborate his account to just affirm that everything that he was seeing was true because I was also seeing it where I was working.
And so that's when I came forward anonymously in May of last year and worked with Christopher Ruffo and just provided a different perspective from an outpatient clinic nurse that, you know, transgender patients were being seen and it was true.
So when was the first inkling that someone knew who you were?
Yeah.
Well, you know, life went on as normal for a little bit.
And I thought, you know, I had done my part.
I had come forward.
I had helped expose what was being done in secret.
I felt like that was a redemptive opportunity for me.
And, you know, it was the evening of July the 24th of last year when we were having dinner with friends in our home.
We were laughing in the kitchen and I think we were making burgers.
And all of a sudden, there's a knock on the door and my husband goes to answer it.
And he didn't come back right away.
And I just thought, oh my goodness, maybe something, someone's selling something, you know.
So I go out and I to the front door and at my front door are two federal agents who are asking to speak with me about issues at my work.
And, you know, I think in that moment I can say that time just stood still.
And I couldn't believe, I couldn't believe it what was happening.
But they essentially said that I was a person of interest.
in an investigation where they were seeking to unmask the identity of this first whistleblower who we now know as Dr. Heim.
But of course, I had no idea who he was.
And I listened as they talked about how he had broken HIPAA by releasing patient confidential documents.
And I referred to him, which is not true, absolutely.
And I referred to him as a whistleblower.
And they immediately corrected me.
And they were like, no, he's not a whistleblower.
He's a leaker.
And he has broken HIPAA by releasing patient information to the public.
And I knew that they were lying to me.
Not only that, but then...
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
How did you know they were lying to you?
Because I had read Chris Fruffo's, you know, his article, and there was absolutely no patient identifying information on those documents.
Everything was blacked out and redacted.
And I knew that.
And so that's when I knew they were lying.
And so anyway, they continued, and they said that they threatened me and said they promised they would make life difficult for me if I was trying to protect this quote-unquote leaker.
They claimed that I was not safe at work.
They claimed that someone had given my name to the FBI.
And it was a very, I felt very coerced and intimidated.
And they, you know, to seal the deal, they said that they wanted my help to expose Dr. Heim.
And, you know, I was never going to help them.
There was not a scenario under the sun in which I was going to help them.
And you didn't have the information at the time anyway.
No, yeah.
I hadn't, again, I had no idea who he was.
This hospital has 20,000 plus employees.
Like, I do not, I did not know him.
And so anyway, they acted as if they wanted to be my friend, but they said, of course, if you don't help us, we can't protect you.
And so it was very terrifying for me.
And they left, and I just remember looking at my husband in stunned disbelief and shock at what had just transpired.
We were so scared, but we also knew that they had crossed a line and we would not be intimidated into silence.
So everything after that point, everything changed.
Did you have any moment at all?
I mean, having the FBI come into your home and say those kinds of things and say, we're going to make life miserable for you if you don't help us.
I mean, that's that feels like Stasi kind of stuff, quite honestly.
Was there a second at all that you went, oh, I don't want to be this person.
I don't want to be here.
I don't want to be here.
You know, no, no, absolutely not.
Because, you know, the hospital has a reputation of lying to the public.
And I felt like I was helpless and I was the only one who had these deeply, these religious beliefs that motivate everything I do.
And I felt like I could no longer be silent.
I felt like someone, I know that I'm not the only nurse in America who feels this way.
I know that I'm not the only nurse who has seen illegal things happening in the workplace.
And so I feel a sense of responsibility to bring to light what has been done behind closed doors.
You, I talk to a lot of people and some in your situation, and I can hear it in your voice how nervous you are or how frightened of the situation.
You're not some zealot.
You're just a woman trying to do the right thing.
Can you talk to other nurses?
Because as you said, there are other nurses that see it.
And you said see illegal things happening in the workplace.
Can you talk directly to them and give them courage to speak out as well?
Yes, absolutely.
You know, I believe that the saying is true that courage is contagious.
It just takes one person.
And the world is in desperate need of people who will stand for what is good and right and beautiful and true.
And other nurses around the country must feel like they can come forward if they are seeing something illegal happening at their workplace.
You know, do no harm has to mean something.
Medical professionals, you know, whether it's nurses or others, they just, I want them to feel a sense of responsibility to tell the truth about what they are seeing.
And that's regardless of the outcome.
And so regardless of the consequences, because the truth is always worth the truth is always worth it.
So I want for others to feel emboldened and to feel empowered to protect children from irreversible damage and lifelong regret because ultimately it's their lives and their well-being that are at stake.
When you say you saw crimes being committed, you're talking about Medicaid fraud and how was that done?
Yes.
You know, I started noting some discrepancies in the paperwork, some red flags that were very concerning.
For one, I saw that the hospital was using Medicaid to pay for transgender treatments.
And this is Medicaid fraud, plain and simple.
The Texas Medicaid policy, which is, you know, available online, just clearly states that any medications or surgeries related to gender affirming care are not covered.
And so in essence, I saw a healthy teenage boy who was being prescribed estrogen to feminize his facial features and sexual characteristics.
And likewise, a healthy teenage girl was receiving testosterone to masculinize her facial features and sexual characteristics.
And in both of these examples, the insurance listed on file was Medicaid.
So it wasn't like they were trying to conceal what was going on.
This was easily, you know, it was available.
But not only that, the hospital was using Medicaid to pay for transgender treatments.
But on several instances, I noted that the patient was intentionally misdiagnosed for the purpose of justifying the prescription of cross-sex hormone.
And that's even worse.
So to justify the medical need for medications like estrogen and testosterone, the hospital was listing false diagnoses for these patients.
So for example, a biological male was said to have a diagnosis of estrogen deficiency.
And this fraudulent diagnosis allowed providers to prescribe estrogen-based therapies to biological males in order to feminize their physical and sexual characteristics.
And likewise with biological females, you know, a female was said to have a testosterone deficiency, which is ludicrous.
Like, you know, it's clinically incorrect.
But that then justifies the quote-unquote need to prescribe testosterone for a healthy female.
Vanessa, thank you.
Thank you for standing up.
Thank you for remembering who you are.
Thank you for knowing who you serve.
Thank you.
God bless you.

Tomorrow, I'm going to bring in a book.
was reading it on the airplane back here to Dallas and I'll finish it up on the airplane back today.
But I'm going to bring in something that I found.
It's a book from 1970.
It was originally written in France and it exposed some things that had never been exposed before about the hospital system under socialism.
And she said so many things there that I just read about that you need to hear from history.
We'll share that with you on tomorrow's program.
So Ben Franklin once referred to this country as a democracy if you can keep it.
Oh no, wait, that's not what he said.
Mr. Franklin, what have you given us?
A republic if you can keep it.
There's an awful lot of debate going on about whether we're not a republic, whether we're a republic or not.
You know, the people who are trying to destroy us say that we are a democracy.
We're not.
They are deliberately muddying the waters because they believe it's a good winning political tactic to get what they want.
These are also the people in charge of our economy.
Did you see that California, no job, no job increase, all the rolls from California unemployment that shows that they were having big job growth, big job growth from 20, what was it, 2022 until today.
All of it has been falsified.

Domestic Terrorists and DHS 00:10:43
I get it.
Glenn, our troubles come, blah, This one, jam-packed with stuff that I don't think you're going to hear anywhere else.
Do you?
I don't think so.
I mean, it's some really important stuff that I just don't think you're going to hear anywhere else.
And you can get it wherever you get your podcasts.
But make sure you look for today's podcast.
Now, on Friday's show, we told you something that neither Stu nor I remembered this.
Right.
It was on the front page of our show prep on the day that it happened back last fall, I think.
September, I think.
And we completely forgot about it.
Well, thank God American First Legal did not.
These are the people that are going after the government on really important issues.
And one of them is the targeting of average citizens.
What was happening was the deep state was weaponizing DHS, and they started to release a few of these documents last week because of this court thing.
They shut it down immediately, which is strange and suspicious because they don't ever shut them down.
They just relabel them.
But this was trying to get you to snitch on your neighbors, going in and influencing teachers to get their kids to snitch, to get mothers to snitch.
I mean, it's incredible.
Gene Hamilton is here.
He's not only got the stuff that was released last week, but I think he has some stuff that I didn't hear about who they're labeling domestic terrorists.
Welcome to the program, Gene.
Glenn, thanks for having me, sir.
You bet.
So let's start at the beginning of the story.
This was something that was done by The two former Clinton intelligence people, Clapper and Brennan, right?
Correct.
And what was it?
So DHS has had an office of intelligence and analysis since its creation in the Homeland Security Act of 2002.
So it has been around.
It has traditionally been the least effective and most in search of purpose organization you could imagine in the entire federal government.
Of course, it was stood up in the wake of 9-11 and the threat of attacks from terrorists abroad.
But because of misincrease and because it had no actual purpose, it's the same exact entity that over the last 20 odd years has had routine issues with documents and policies that aim to target conservatives or that describe conservative Americans or Americans with traditional values as though they posed some kind of threat to the country.
So fast forward to last year, and Joe Biden stands up in advisory committees of so-called experts to help this office figure out what it actually needs to do.
And he stacks this committee with people like John Brennan and people like James Clapper.
And they have meetings in secret behind closed doors and they start to try to scheme out based on their experience, based on their political biases, what it is that they think that this office should be doing to achieve its goals.
And so we, thanks to our litigation that shut this down, at least in its prior form, this committee obtained all of their internal notes and all of their internal kind of documents and discussions.
And we started releasing these last week.
We're releasing another set today.
And we're going to release a set of information every single day this week.
But as a, you know, for example, the group, and this is something that we released on Friday, described that most of the domestic terrorism threat now comes from supporters of the former president.
And so if that's your framing, and if that's your thinking, and if that's who is advising this committee at the Department of Homeland Security as to how they should do their job and the kinds of things that they should be focused on, we all know that only bad things come from there.
Only bad things like getting Neighbors to report on neighbors and kids to report on parents and all the kind of stuff that you would never imagine happening in the United States, that you would only traditionally think about happening in communist China or the Soviet bloc or other places, is potentially going to be happening here in the United States if we don't make drastic change in the way that we do things soon.
So, what is coming out today?
What are you releasing today?
Well, we've got a lot more of the organization's notes today that we're putting out related to their discussions about domestic violence, domestic violent extremists, about how there were reservations before January 6th to engaging in monitoring of American chatter and things like that online,
and that how somehow now, post-January 6th of 2021, maybe there is an appetite for doing so.
Now, this not, of course, notwithstanding the fact that Congress has repeatedly, and of course, we also have the First Amendment, but has repeatedly refused to allow law enforcement and intelligence agencies to engage in these types of activities, are things that this group is now discussing as potentially being within the ambit of stuff that should be looked at for the department, which is just shocking and alarming.
There's a lot more coming, and it will be out here very, very shortly.
The thing that really concerns me is these people believe it.
It wasn't like the notes I saw, it wasn't like there were people going, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, this is way out of line.
These people believe it.
And if you actually believe that the greatest terrorists are, in fact, I saw a report, might have been from you guys, that it is Trump supporters, religious people, service members, and people who fly the flag.
Yep, that's right.
Same committee.
Same committee here is identifying those types of folks as the greatest threats of Domestic terrorism to the United States.
Now, I mean, Glenn, there's another issue that is underwriting all of this, which is it's not just that they're doing this, and it's not just that they view and they truly appear to believe that conservative Americans pose the greatest threat, but it's the same people advising the same department that's responsible for bringing in foreign nationals into the United States, including foreign nationals who are supporters of Hamas,
who were going crazy on college campuses all across the country.
And do you think that this same Department of Homeland Security Committee or any of its entities within DHS are having discussions about taking action to stop these folks from rioting on college campuses for inciting violence and inciting terrorism and actually finding ways to deport people who are supporters of terrorism from college campuses?
No, of course not.
But they are more than happy to characterize and label conservatives, Trump supporters, people with service in the military, et cetera, as being threats to this country and that should tell you everything that you need to know.
You know, we've changed the wording of fascism, which is the government allowing private citizens to own property and to own companies, and they can keep that as long as they do exactly what they're told to do and play ball with the government.
That used to be called fascism.
Now, the Biden administration calls it a public-private partnership with NGOs.
And the public-private partnership is usually where these things end up.
They'll start there, they get shut down, and then they just move money and people over into an NGO.
Any evidence that that has happened with this?
Well, we haven't seen it yet here with this.
That doesn't mean that it's not happening.
Obviously, everyone, every one of your listeners probably understands now that that's precisely the way, of course, that they managed to achieve their censorship goals.
At the start of the Biden administration was to outsource the censorship model to NGOs and to universities and to other nonprofits that were stood up to engage in the pressure and collaboration and collusion that resulted in Americans' speech.
censored by big tech platforms.
And they did it through their allies, their outside allies, because they knew that they couldn't necessarily get away with it on their own.
And so they outsourced it.
They put it out.
There's a record, there's a pattern, a practice of them engaging in these types of things.
And so, you know, look, we're going to keep working hard at America First Legal to explore and to expose and to hold accountable those bad actors who would subject the American people to violations of the Constitution.
Thank you so much, Gene.
I appreciate it.

All right, let's take a quick break.
Let me tell you about Pre-Born.
You'll remember what I said two years ago when Roe v. Wade was overturned, that the left was going to fight harder than ever before on the abortion issue after losing the battle.
Do you remember?
It was two years ago today.
Well, they have.
In fact, abortion numbers have gone up, not down.
The abortion pill is now more popular than ever, and it's doing murderous work every day to the tune of literally thousands and thousands of unborn lives.
Pre-born is the largest pro-life organization in the country, and they're leading the charge to put an end to the atrocity of abortion.
Every day, they sponsor free ultrasounds for women, as well as providing help for up to two years after the baby is born.
When a mother sees her unborn child on that monitor, when she hears that heartbeat, she's twice as likely to consider choosing life for her baby.
One ultrasound costs 28 bucks.
140 helps rescue five babies.

And it's a big night, obviously, a massive night for both of these candidates.
I mean, there's so much to talk about it.
We'll get into it as we get closer.
One of the fascinating parts about this time, though, is the escalation of everything.
You know, when the left talks about global warming, they constantly escalate the threats, right?
It's five years away until we get to that point, and then it's five more years away.
But every threat gets more and more dire about what's going to happen to the planet, what's going to happen to your family, what's going to happen to you.
And we get this as well around these, around the elections.
I remember back in 2004, George W. Bush, he's running for reelection.
And I'm almost positive it was Cameron Diaz, who was on some talk show, and she made the claim that if George W. Bush was re-elected, rape would be legal in this country.
Legal.
Just no qualifiers to that.
It would happen.
And then the audience, I think it was like Oprah or something.
Everyone's like, cheering.
Yay.
I don't know why you'd cheer that.
It seems like a bad thing.
We're at that stage now, though, with Trump.
He's already been president, so you kind of know what he would be like as president, but they have to make it sound scarier than ever.
Here's Maxine Waters with the latest pitch.
I'm concerned about the safety of so many people in this country, particularly people of color.
Donald threat, Donald, you know, Trump has said that if he does not win, it's going to be fraud.
And because it's going to be fraud, there's going to be blood in the streets.
He threatens about a civil war and he threatens there's going to be violence.
So I say all of this talk is motivational with many of those who are racist, who are sitting at home listening to him, and they're taking him up on his threats even before the elections take place.
And so it's about thousands, maybe millions of people, you know, being threatened and being at risk because of Donald Trump and his desire to wreak revenge on anything and everybody.
Just millions of people who may be killed with blood in the streets.
That's all we, that's the only stage we're at right now.
And you have to love the big pushback from the media there on MSMBC.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Millions of people at risk.
It's fascinating what they have to say and what they have to believe.
I mean, it's fascinating as well to see that the money from Democrats and Democratic PACs and all these organizations going to support candidates who are aligned with Trump in these primaries across the country.
Like if they really believed he was Hitler and all these people were Adolf Hitler in the flesh, you'd think donating to their causes would be a bad idea.
Real Democracy Is One Name 00:00:37
But hey, they just believe in democracy.
They just want you to have the chance to make a choice as long as the only choice on the ballot is Joe Biden, not RFK Jr., not Donald Trump, not Jill Stein, not Cornell West, but you have the choice to make as long as there's only one checkbox for you to check, because anything outside of that is not real democracy.
Real democracy is one name on the ballot, and that name is the name of an 81-year-old man who can't form a sentence.
