[00:03:38]  And I drank my way through it.
[00:03:54]  My mother, when she died, I was 15 years old.
[00:03:57]  She committed suicide.
[00:03:58]  She was an alcoholic.
[00:03:59]  She was addicted to prescription drugs.
[00:04:02]  In a time when nobody ever talked about that.
[00:04:11]  And I hit a place in my life where I was about to do the same thing.
[00:04:17]  And luckily, I was, quite honestly, too much of a coward to do it.
[00:04:26]  Thank God for cowardice.
[00:04:29]  At least in that example.
[00:04:36]  I didn't know how to live.
[00:04:39]  I just knew that death was in front of me.
[00:04:42]  If I continued down this road, it would mean death.
[00:04:48]  I would either drink myself to death, drug myself to death, or I'd kill myself because there was just nothing in my future.
[00:05:01]  And I couldn't find happiness.
[00:05:04]  It seemed as though all truth was nothing more than a lie.
[00:05:13]  It's amazing how insidious darkness is.
[00:05:20]  It's amazing how it can play on you.
[00:05:30]  It's amazing how distracted you can become.
[00:05:34]  I just looked up at my monitors here in my studio.

[00:05:59]  We need to hold those failed bank CEOs accountable.
[00:06:14]  Do you remember the movie The Ten Commandments?
[00:06:19]  Do you remember they were free?
[00:06:22]  People were free.
[00:06:25]  God treat them.
[00:06:28]  And then the minute they were at the Red Sea, you remember Edward G. Robinson?
[00:06:36]  And he's like, yeah, see, I told you this was bad.

[00:06:42]  Where's your Moses now?
[00:06:47]  And he immediately stands up and says, see, this guy led you to death.

[00:07:36]  And while the people were condemning him, God moved because of his faith.
[00:07:45]  And then as soon as they get across the water, you know, he goes up to the mountain and he gets the Ten Commandments.

[00:07:59]  And they were like, oh, we've got to have orgies and we have to build a golden calf.

[00:08:10]  And Edward G. Robinson said, I'll be your leader, see.
[00:08:24]  They worshiped the things their hands had made.

[00:11:07]  There was a coal fire down at the furnaces, and it wasn't in the furnace.
[00:11:14]  It was the coal pile that was on fire.

[00:11:20]  This ship is unsinkable.
[00:11:26]  And I've had 20 years to count the lifeboats.
[00:11:30]  I have 20 years telling people, hey, maybe you shouldn't be playing shuffleboard right now.

[00:11:58]  And the reason why this is happening to Donald Trump is because they need you.

[00:12:12]  They need that because everything is about to collapse.
[00:12:17]  And it can't be blamed on them because they're the ones who are going to say to the rest of the world, see, this is what happens.

[00:12:31]  That's why we've got to put a lid on it.
[00:12:35]  Instead of the rest of the world looking at the elites, all those with answers, and say, look what you have done.

[00:12:55]  You and your experts have taken the greatest nation to ever bless the earth and flush it down the toilet.

[00:15:01]  There are those classical liberals, the ones that were Democrats that actually believed the ACLU was standing up for rights, that they stood for the Bill of Rights.

[00:15:17]  And I hope that they are outspoken about this today.
[00:15:21]  Most people, you have to feel bad for them.
[00:15:24]  If they're just getting their news from, I don't know, Maria Menunez or whatever her name is at the movie theater.

[00:15:36]  They're not understanding what this is.
[00:15:39]  They're being told that felony.
[00:15:43]  Well, if we understand the charge here, it was something that Hillary Clinton did exactly the same thing, except it was to overthrow the presidency of the United States.

[00:16:02]  She paid for all of the Russia gate file.

[00:16:09]  And then she said, it was a legal, legal expense.
[00:16:14]  So they fined her for it.

[00:16:20]  Anybody who was trying to overthrow the presidency with things they knew were lies, I think they should have gone to jail.

[00:16:30]  I was for Nixon going to jail.

[00:16:34]  But I thought, guy should go to jail.
[00:16:36]  If he did something wrong, he should go to jail.

[00:20:22]  And they happen to give it to this district attorney that I really, really like.
[00:20:29]  I didn't want to give him a million dollars myself.
[00:20:32]  No, I give it to charity.

[00:20:38]  Now, I like this guy a lot.
[00:20:42]  But if you don't like him, don't give him a million dollars.
[00:20:47]  So he didn't technically give him a million dollars.
[00:20:52]  But that other charity gave him a million dollars.
[00:20:56]  And that helped him get elected.
[00:20:59]  Now, let me just quote, man who I very, very much respect, famous men from movies.

[00:21:16]  And you will return the favor at that time.
[00:21:22]  I love that line.
[00:21:23]  So I technically did not say, hey, remember favor I did for you?
[00:21:30]  Now maybe you do favor for me.

[00:21:37]  And if someone else said it to the DA, I cannot be held responsible.

[00:23:44]  What I like is fomenting revolutions.
[00:23:51]  And so I don't care.
[00:23:53]  Donald Trump is merely a pawn in my world.
[00:23:57]  I just want the people to experience real freedom through chaos.

=== FBI Agent Testifies for Defense (03:01) ===

[00:24:15]  And by the way, the same people who passed on Donald Trump, the man going only as Aaron, who joined the Kansas City chapter of the far-right Proud Boys organization in 2019, had another relationship that went back a decade.
[00:24:35]  And that relationship was with his employer, the FBI.
[00:24:43]  As the crazy Donald Trump supporters swarmed the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, Aaron sent a quick series of messages to an FBI agent.
[00:24:55]  Barriers are down at the Capitol building.
[00:24:58]  Crowd surge forward, about to reach the building now, he told his FBI handler.
[00:25:03]  Proud Boys did not do it nor inspire.
[00:25:06]  Okay, so this testimony was now given.
[00:25:09]  An FBI agent gave the testimony, but not as the FBI, you know, not for the prosecution, but for the defense.
[00:25:20]  Four FBI sources were approached by the defense.
[00:25:25]  Two others are on trial.
[00:25:27]  And it was the federal prosecutors who undermined the credibility of the FBI informant, suggesting, yes, this guy works for FBI, but he's not credible.
[00:25:44]  Wait, wait, what?
[00:25:47]  Yeah, Your Honor, I'd just like to say this hostile witness, wait a minute, the witness was working for you guys.
[00:25:54]  Yeah, buddy, really.
[00:25:56]  I mean, he was probably involved in this.
[00:26:01]  Wait, you send a guy undercover, and now you're saying that that guy was part of the plan to overthrow things?
[00:26:13]  What happened there?
[00:26:15]  Well, that's probably what happened.
[00:26:17]  These guys, the FBI is so corrupt.
[00:26:24]  The federal court system now is so corrupt.

[00:27:19]  But the climate crisis continues, okay?
[00:27:22]  No matter what you try to distract people with, the climate crisis continues.
[00:27:27]  And thank goodness, CAMPAX, which is like TAMPAX, but it's not.
[00:27:40]  It's just a little community action group that makes change happen, along with the Coal Action Network, the Rainforest Action Network, Reclaim Finance, Recommon, Reset, the Sierra Club, Stand Earth, the Sunrise Project, Water Keeper Alliance, Public Citizen, Market Forces, Oil Change, Green Peace.

[00:28:06]  They've all gotten together.

[00:28:42]  And it is coming to the CEOs of 30 major insurers.
[00:28:50]  If you're an insurer and you are insuring fossil fuels, why?
[00:28:55]  Let me tell you, they're on to you.
[00:28:58]  Dear CEO, very personal.
[00:29:02]  The global climate crisis continues to escalate and many have already crossed irversible tipping points.
[00:29:08]  Well, then let's party.
[00:29:10]  World leaders have committed to limiting climate change to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
[00:29:15]  Even half a degree beyond this would be significantly worse.
[00:29:21]  Drought, floods, extreme heat, poverty for hundreds of millions of people.
[00:29:25]  Client scientists at the Intergovernment Panel on Climate Change have warned this.
[00:29:31]  Fossil fuels emissions are primary cause of climate change.
[00:29:35]  Governments, businesses, and other actors all need to urgently scale up their efforts to avert unimaginable climate breakdown.
[00:29:43]  Insurers, you are society's risk managers, and you have a special responsibility to act and you have the power to drive change.
[00:29:54]  Without insurance, new fossil fuel projects cannot go ahead and existing ones cannot operate.
[00:30:02]  Okay, so it goes on.
[00:30:04]  Insurance companies are like, hey, I'm trying to work with the companies, and they're saying, don't.
[00:30:09]  You don't work with them.
[00:30:11]  Okay, it's the hottest time on record right now.
[00:30:16]  In recent years, the insurance agencies and industry has taken a series of steps to accelerate the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, albeit with notable exceptions.
[00:30:28]  Since 2017, at least 41 insurers have adopted restrictions on underwriting coal, 22 on tar sands, and 13 on conventional gas and oil.
[00:30:40]  But numerous loopholes in policies and standards allow insurers to continue underwriting the expansion of fossil fuel production.
[00:30:49]  Several oil and gas policies restrict cover for exploration, but not the development of expanded production.
[00:30:56]  Others restrict cover for upstream projects, but not midstream or downstream infrastructure, which if built will lock in expanded oil and gas production for decades to come.
[00:31:08]  Many insurers will argue they're actively engaging, but it is not enough.
[00:31:15]  In line with the scientific consensus and appeals from the UN Secretary General, not just the general, but the Secretary General at the UN, the undersigned organizations, all those crap heaps that I read to you in a minute, of the Insure Our Future campaign call on you to take the following steps.
[00:31:40]  Now, these are their demands.
[00:31:42]  One, immediately cease insuring all new expanded coal, oil, and gas projects.
[00:31:51]  That sounds good, doesn't it?
[00:31:53]  Still, get it going.
[00:31:55]  Fired up.
[00:31:57]  Two, immediately stop insuring any new customers from the fossil fuel sector, which are not aligned with the 1.5 degrees Celsius pathway.
[00:32:07]  Stop offering any insurance services which support the expansion of coal, oil, gas production at existing customers.
[00:32:14]  Within two years, phase out all insurance services for existing fossil fuel company customers who are not aligned.
[00:32:21]  Immediately divest.
[00:32:23]  This is demand number three.
[00:32:24]  Immediately divest all assets, including assets managed for third parties from coal, oil, gas companies.
[00:32:31]  So you got to get rid of everything you have unless you're part of ESG, which, by the way, I want you to know, I just point out, is a conspiracy theory.
[00:32:45]  By July 2023, that's this coming July, define and adopt binding targets for reducing your insured emissions.
[00:32:54]  Immediately establish and adopt as policy robust due diligence and verification mechanisms to ensure clients fully respect and observe all human rights, including the required, except for China, including the requirement that they obtain and document the free prior and informed consent of impacted indigenous peoples as articulated in the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
[00:33:22]  Immediately bring stewardship activities, membership of trade associations, and public positions as shareholder and corporate citizens in line with a credible 1.5 degrees Celsius pathway in a transparent way.
[00:33:35]  These policies should be applied by both insurance and reinsurance companies at the group level.
[00:33:41]  Reinsurance companies should apply the policies to direct, facilitate, and treat businesses.
[00:33:47]  As always, your response to this letter will serve as the basis of our annual scorecard report on insurance, fossil fuels, and the climate emergency.

[00:37:33]  The bill that we've been working for and hoping for on ESG, a bill that actually takes on the banks, protects individuals while dealing with pensions and government contracts, has passed the Florida House.

[00:37:56]  It is already passed through multiple committees in the Senate.
[00:37:59]  It is being heard by its last committee, according to the schedule online.

[00:38:06]  If it passes, it will be the first time a truly effective ESNG becomes law anywhere in America.
[00:38:17]  The bills have been killed by lobbyists and establishment Republicans and our friends at other think tanks, Heritage Foundation.
