Eric Swalwell, Herb Geraghty, and Sara Gonzales confront the Justice Department's unprecedented use of the FACE Act against pro-life activist Herb Garrity, contrasting it with unchecked violence against clinics. They analyze Swalwell's controversial abortion clinic ad, the discovery of 115 fetal remains in D.C., and the alleged Soviet-style eradication of religion orchestrated by the left. The discussion extends to Texas drag brunches involving minors, Wuhan lab conspiracy theories, and Georgia Senate races featuring radical candidate Mandela Barnes, ultimately framing these events as a coordinated assault on religious freedom, parental rights, and traditional societal structures. I want to talk to you a little bit about my Patriot Supply.
My Patriot Supply is food storage.
And if you don't have three months of food storage now, I don't know what I can do to motivate you.

Yes, but food's going to be even more expensive in the coming days.
This is just being prepared for it.
And right now, you can save $250.
Every day that I look at the news, every day, I think we are getting dangerously close to the cliff.
And you're not going to like what's on the bottom of that cliff.
Please prepare now.
Do everything you can.
Prepare physically, spiritually, especially, and temporarily.

It's a whole new tender.
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glenbeck program.
Teddy, you sick twisted freak.
Welcome to the Glenbeck program.
We're so glad you're here today.
Well, the Justice Department has done it again.
They have charged yet another pro-life activist with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
This is, you know, if you dare try to block the way, which these guys are not doing, by the way, the FBI coming in guns ablazing with a SWAT team to bust you.
Hmm.
Well, they've done it again.
But when was the last time you heard of our government going after a progressive activist?
This is the first time that I know of.
You see, this pro-lifer happens to be a progressive.
He's joining me on the show today.
It's going to be a wild interview.
We begin in 60 seconds.
All right.
Let's just move past the era of cybercrime.
Seriously.
I'm just closing my eyes.
I wish it away.
Wish it away.
Wish it away.
I mean, that's working for inflation, isn't it?
Biden's wishing it away, wish it away.
We're not in it.
Cyber criminals, like inflation, are real, and they're not just going to go away.
I am concerned that Russia is going to be a new interesting player in our world.
By the way, did you hear about the GPS, Stu?
GPS here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Planes are being diverted.
They have no idea what's causing it, but the GPS in the Dallas-Fort Worth, all the way from here to Waco, something's wrong with the GPS, and it's going in and out, and they don't know why.
Could be a hack.
Really?
Or just the end of the world.
Could be just the end of the world.
That's all.
Could honestly just be Wednesday, right?
Yeah.
Okay.
We'll talk about that a little later on in the program.
Listen, with everything that is going on, do not cut cybersecurity out of your budget.

Okay.
Tonight, I mean, this is so, you know, I wrote the book, what was it?
It was the second, The Eye of Moloch.
And it came out.
Do you remember?
It came out on a Tuesday, and either Monday or Wednesday was the day that Snowden came out and said, the CIA is spying on you.
Remember that?
I don't remember that.
Yeah.
And I remember just thinking, wow, what timing?
Because that's what that book is all about.
Tonight, I'm doing a special, and I'm going to show you how there is a net or a noose that is being readied.
And it is well coordinated, and it is closer than you think.
Tonight, I'm going to show you how churches, religion, religious institutions are directly under attack, not just by this administration.
Religion is being hit methodically from multiple different directions.
The media, street activists, perversions within the church itself, as well as directly from this government.
And it is all happening right now.
I'm going to show you how a group of House Democrats are looking to weaponize the IRS directly at Christian leaders that have been staples of the American religious community for decades.
Oh, those IRS are just going after rich people.
Well, and pastors.
At the same time, the left is creating their own religious networks and their own religious experts that, let's just say, have questionable opinions.
I want to show you the opinion from the new president of the Evangelical Network, a group called Equal Justice USA.
That sounds like something really doesn't.
I mean, that sounds like the church I want to go to.
His name is Sam Heath.
Here he is recently on a podcast talking about, you know, people of trouble.
Here it is.
There may need to be a season of separation without harm for an individual.
Someone may need to be removed from a situation, a person or from society.
But the goal of that is ultimately to have that person reintegrated back into community.
And we already believe this as Christians, right?
If we did church discipline in the right way, that's exactly what it is, right?
We approach someone.
If that's rebuff, we approach with a group.
We bring it before the church, and then that person is removed.
Excommunication is never meant to be this permanent lasting punishment.
It is meant to be this thing that is done for the safety of the community because harm is always communal in its effect.
And it is done with an invitation to return.
It is done always with a handout of welcome, of return to this healing is offered to you.
But if you can't pursue that, in order to protect this community, we might need to remove someone for a season.
For a season?
I mean, it wouldn't be bad.
You know, like summer camp.
Right.
Like summer camp.
A camp?
Okay.
Now, let me just ask you.
This is a guy who is, let's just say, all he's talking about is abolishing all prisons.
And the churches just are like, hey, you know what?
For a season, I got to have you in a timeout.
But what is illegal right now?
What are we really talking about?
Because I've heard people on MSNBC for years now talking about what are we going to do with these people that voted for Trump?
What are we going to do with these people?
Now, first, if this was a Christian talking on a podcast about the sanctity of human life, they would have been labeled white Christian nationalist.
So we did some digging around because this guy, you know, he hasn't been labeled anything but good.
So his group, Equal Justice USA, has received a seven-figure fund from George Soros's Open Society.
Religion is a left-wing weapon now.
It is under attack.
leftist agendas are being poured into doctrine and to churches all over the country.
You need to be aware of it, but you also need to be aware that the government is going to do whatever they can as well.
Abuse of power is what the FBI is doing right now.
They are using the FACE Act.
How many times have you ever seen a SWAT team or FBI guys kicking down the door of somebody's house?
I have seen that now more, and it's on an act I hadn't even even heard about.
I mean, I remember when it was passed, and I'm like, okay, well, that's kind of reasonable.
Make sure you don't block people, but they should be able to pray.
They should be able to say, hey, don't go in.
Please don't go in.
They should be able to do that, but don't block somebody from entering.
Okay.
All right.
Well, now the Biden administration has taken another political target, those who believe in the right for life.
The guy who's involved on this one, 25-year-old Herb Garrity, he was charged with a conspiracy against rights and face act offenses.
Wow, a conspiracy.
Yes.
Yes, it's conspiracy.
He's going to be on with me in just about an hour.
He can't talk about some things.
You know who this guy is?
This is the guy who helped find, remember they found all of the fetuses, all the little babies in Washington, D.C.
And then it just kind of disappeared, that story?
Remember?
Loosely.
Yeah, you'll remember it next hour.
You're going to have to be more specific when you talk about one of these abortion clinics or situations that turn out really ugly.
Yeah.
Because there's been a lot of them.
Okay, so he's now facing 11 years in prison.
He will tell you in a little while.
He found out about it on Twitter that they were coming for him.
That's how he found out about it.
He has since said, I'm willing to turn myself in, but they're not, you know, I don't have a word from them yet.
I hope they don't bust down my door because I'm welcome.
In fact, I have the feeling he kind of welcomes a trial.
So this is the world we're headed in if we don't stop the FBI.
A whistleblower on the FBI just came out.
He blew the whistle on the agency because they're not following, I'm quoting, they're not following their own rules.
The way they are using, quote, excessive tactics ensures that the process is the punishment, even if the suspect is innocent.
That's what's happening.
You think that 86-year-old woman's going to prison?
I don't think so.
No, no, but the process is the punishment in and of itself.
And I think to make a quick distinction here, Glenn, you mentioned the FACE Act being rational as far as like, okay, we don't want to block people from going into clinics.
And look, you shouldn't be able to do that.
It is irrational in the United States of America, however, for that to be a federal crime.
There's no reason that comes from the federal government.
No reason.
Local states, these things, communities.
Always local.
That's how it is.
Always local.
The problem is, is the local police, they're not doing it.
They're not arrested because they'll arrest them, charge them with a misdemeanor, and they'll say, look, guys, you can't do that.
And they'll arrest them with a misdemeanor.
And that's it.
This particular act happened two and a half years ago.
And the FBI is just on it now.
Right.
And that's the problem.
When you say the problem is that they're not, the local police aren't doing enough.
They're just charging them with a misdemeanor.
That's not a problem.
That's how it should curve.
That's why that's correct.
Correct.
What's going on now is they found this rule and they're utilizing it as a weapon to go after people they don't like.
Exactly right.
And we're seeing it over and over again across the country.
This is why even a sensible law should not be in the hands of the federal government.
This is why you keep it close to home.
This is why you keep it in your local community.
There's no reason, no reason why a federal law needs to exist to block because people in Pocatella, Idaho are being blocked walking into a clinic.
That's an Idaho situation, not a Washington, D.C. situation.
I was reading something the other day unrelated to this and it said, and it is true on page 23,897, 23,897 of the federal code, it states.
And I thought, oh, oh, it's just that.
It's right there.
Why didn't we go?
Now, here's the craziest part of this thing.
We are living in a time, and this, we are living in a time that has been lived in before where the two sides don't see the same thing at all.
We're not seeing the same thing at all.
We are seeing FBI come in and bust down the doors of people who were praying, praying, bust their doors down, and then everybody else who steals, kills people, they're just released.
It's no big deal.
FBI Raids Abortion Clinics00:03:51
Okay.
Now, we're also seeing this happen because people were praying at abortion clinics.
Here is a new ad from Swalwell.
Eric Swalwell, the congressman?
It's a new campaign ad.
I'm going to describe it.
It is a couple having dinner in their house with their children, and they're having dinner, and all of a sudden you see the blue and red lights through the window.
Listen.
Nom, You're weird.
He is weird.
Fuck cute.
Oh, look at this.
Gross!
Mary Anderson?
Yes.
I have a warrant for your arrest.
Arrest for what?
Penal code 243 violation.
Unlawful termination of a pregnancy.
You gotta be kidding me.
No, he is my personal business.
That's for the courts to decide, man.
Your medical records have been subpoenaed, and Dr. Landry's already in custody.
This is unbelievable.
No, my.
God, you can't just.
You will have to submit to a physical examination.
What?
By him?
No, no, no one's touching her.
Oh, this is incredible.
Pull the guns.
Put your hands behind your back.
Okay, stop.
I can't watch anymore.
You know why this is crazy is, first of all, it's local police.
It's local police.
And they're not knocking.
They're pounding.
Open up, FBI.
Right.
And if you don't open, then they come in.
But they come in with rifles pointed at people.
87-year-old ladies.
This is really happening against the pro-life movement.
It is not happening against women who have had abortions.
By the way, none of the laws passed in any of these states make the women be prosecuted.
I would stand against it.
I would stand against it.
You can't.
We have got to heal hearts, not throw people in prison.
On this, now, doctors are maybe a different thing.
That's against the law.
That's where the law usually hits, is it's illegal to do it, and the doctor is the one that gets punished, not the woman.
I don't think there's, I honestly don't think there's one law in the entire country that does that.
No.
Would you stand against it?
Regardless, well, I mean, yeah, I don't think that's certainly the right approach for today.
Correct.
I think at some point it would be interesting if we actually do believe that this is taking a life, that the person is.
Oh, I know that, but I'm not sure if that is not far.
We're not there.
Right.
And the point here is that this is a mythical thing.
You know what it reminded me of, Glenn?
Corey Gardner banned birth control.
Oh, I know.
Right?
Remember that whole thing where Corey Gardner, the former senator from Colorado, they tried to get him to beat him initially when he was running for office, and they ran these ads where he was going to delete birth control from availability.
And it's like, well, you know, that's not at all.
That's not at all what happened.
The guy's already left office.
They're still warning people that birth control is going to go away just around the corner.
And it never happens.
They never have to honor this fanfiction they put out there in election season.
Correct.
So now the FBI is moving at gunpoint, not like, I almost said Corey Gardner, Eric Swalwell.
No, yeah.
Not like he's saying.
The exact opposite of that.
There are cases now that are two years old with no violence, and the FBI is trying to put these people in jail for 11 years.
May I ask, where is the FBI with Jane's revenge?
Where is the FBI in the over 170 attacks on Catholic targets since May of 2020?
Tunnel to Towers Foundation Honors Heroes00:02:38
Where are you on that one, FBI?
There is an agenda, and I will show it to you tonight at 9 p.m.
You don't want to miss it.
More in just a second.
As it turns out, America's darkest crawled out of the woodwork.
Some of the finest examples of patriotism and American courage ever seen also crawled out from under the rubbles.
When we had our darkest moment, 9-11, that's when Americans found out who they really were.
I pray we are still those people.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation has been helping America's heroes ever since.
Members of the military and first responders put their lives on the line for hours every single day.
And when one of them doesn't come home and young children are left behind, Tunnel to Towers pays the mortgage on that family's home.
It's a way of saying thank you to the families whose pain represents the safety and freedom of others.
But it also is a way to do what's right, something we always should strive for.
Tunnel to Towers has a veterans homeless program providing housing and services to homeless veterans all across America.
I told you about the police officers that were ambushed in Connecticut.
One of them is a relative of my wife's.
And we got a note, Tunnel to Towers has already paid off their mortgage.
It's an amazing, amazing thing.
We're all going to know be related some way or another.
We're going to be related to these heroes that are losing their lives.
America's heroes and their families, you can help them by donating $11 a month to tunnel to towers at t2t.org.
That's t, the number2t.org.
10 seconds station id.
So the Vermont school district, um in Randolph Vermont Uh, has um has suspended a dad and his position as a soccer coach for using male pronouns to
refer to the trans identifying student that was on the team.
He's been suspended without pay from his job.
He was the girl's soccer coach.
Uh his, his daughter had discomforted the biological male using her locker room while she was changing.
Misnamed Coach Fired00:03:14
He didn't like it.
Uh, apparently he misnamed and now he's been fired.
Uh, by the way, did you see, in England, the police are now urging, if you misname or use don't use someone's preferred pronouns, you are to report that person to police.
Do you realize what we're becoming?
Do you see where this is going?
So you are now told to call the police if you don't use a preferred pronoun.
This is Gestapo stuff.
The speed is remarkable remarkable.
I was.
We were just talking about this the other day.
Remember Barack Obama, who was the, the Democratic president before this one?
Right, there's only two presidents ago, he ran for president, being against gay marriage.
That seems like it's 1907.
So did this president?
When he, when he was in 2001, he was running.
Yeah yeah, it wasn't until 2011, or something like that he actually came out and Barack Obama came out and said the same thing right, remember?
Joe Biden screwed it up and announced it by mistake.
Yeah quote, unquote.
Yeah right, what a mistake.
What a mistake.
America please please, notice how fast things are moving and prepare your families more in a minute.
The Glenn Beck Program.
Okay, so your dry kibble dog food?
Bad news, unfortunately it didn't make it.
We did everything we could, but it's time to put the bag down.
You know it had already been sterilized, so it could.
You could have a long shelf life, but not any real life life.
Bad choice of words, shelf life.
Your dog has been being fed, my dog too, dry kibble food without any of us realizing that there is nothing alive in that.
And that is really important.
Now, you can feed your dog whatever you want, but there's a supplement developed by naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black that you sprinkle on the dog's food.
Chock full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, you name it.
If it's healthy for your dog, it's probably in Rough Greens.
Most dogs love it and will go crazy for it, but they want to send you the first little trial bag for free just to make sure that you're not spending money on something your dog won't eat.

Defunding Police and Religious Pushback00:15:16
We're glad you're here.
So now the FBI is making moves on pro-life activists.
If you just joined us, they have gone after yet another pro-life activist.
This guy, he's charged with violating the FACE Act, which can put you in prison for 11 years.
11 years.
I just want you to think about that.
That if some federal Bureau of Investigation pinhead says you blocked this person or made her uncomfortable to where she wouldn't go into the abortion clinic, you can go to prison for 11 years.
Look at the state of our cities.
Look at what's happening.
Why?
Because no one is being held responsible for anything.
Why is our financial system upside down?
Because no one is held responsible for their own actions.
Don't worry about it.
Oh, yeah, I know.
Nobody twisted your arm.
Nobody said you had to go to that college.
You chose to go to that college.
People chose not to go to college because they couldn't afford it.
But don't worry about paying it.
You're not going to be held responsible.
This is unbelievable what's happening.
So, you know, they haven't done anything on the 170 attacks on Catholic targets since May 20, 2020.
By the way, it was in 2020, I believe, that this incident happened.
They're just getting around to arresting him now.
The Biden administration wants the religious community to know that whatever you do, if it's not in line with them and the progressives, you're done.
Let me tell you this little fun fact.
Last month, the Department of Homeland Security announced the Department of Homeland Security announced that they have a new faith-based security advisory council.
Now, wait, the Department of Homeland Security has a new council on faith-based security?
What's that all about?
Well, here's a couple of the new additions.
Salam Al Marietta or Marietti.
He's the co-founder and president of the Muslim Public Affairs Council.
Now, you might remember the name, probably not the way I pronounced it, but this is the guy that was nominated in 1999 to serve on the National Commission on Terrorism.
He later had to withdraw and resign after, quote, backlash highlighted his defense of terrorist acts and the groups who carry them out.
He's now on the faith-based security council for the Department of Homeland Security.
Why?
Why?
What is it that they do?
How about this new edition?
Reverend Dr. Leslie Copeland-Toon.
Too many names, Leslie.
The chief operating officer for the National Council of Churches.
Now, I don't know much about Reverend Dr. Leslie blah, blah, blah, but I am concerned with her organization, the NCC.
It sounds good.
National Council of Churches, that's got to be good.
Well, they're the largest coalition of leftist religious denominations in the country.
1950, they absorbed its predecessor, the Federal Council of Churches.
Why do they sound familiar?
Why did they change it to the National instead of Federal?
Ah, because it was a communist front group.
And uh, you know, listen to this quote.
In the 1950s and 60s, under the rubric of charity, NCC provided financial assistance to the communist regimes in Yugoslavia and Poland, funneling money to both through its relief agency, the Church World Service, and in 1970s, working with its Geneva-based parent organization, the World Council OF Churches, NCC earmarked money for Soviet Sponsored guerrilla incursions,
which it characterized as liberation movements, in Zimbabwe.
Uh Namibia, the Mozambique and Angola.
Since then, they've been a leader amongst the religious left ever since.
So do you think that the Biden administration with Homeland Security has this faith-based security?
Uh council um, that's gonna help religious institutions.
These are just two of the new names added to the council.
I haven't seen a single report in the media about any of this.
Who's?
Is there anybody even asking questions about this Biden more concerned with protecting religious organizations or advancing the left-wing agenda which?
Which is it?
Which is it?
Tonight i'm going to expose some things you didn't know about and I am trying to find a way to vocalize this, but it's already.
The call is coming from inside the house.
It is, it is closer than you think and uh, hopefully you haven't fallen prey to it yet, or your church hasn't fallen prey, but there is a real agenda from this White House to destroy religious people and destroy religion and uh, of course that's going to be a conspiracy theory, but stand in line please please,
do everything you can to live the right and righteous life.
Don't miss tonight, the special at 9 p.m. Eastern on Blaze TV exposed the next phase of the left's war against Christians tonight at 9.
Right after a brand new Stu Does America.
Is that what you want?
At eight.
I was just looking at I'm looking at Stu and he's like, I got something to say.
And I'm like, okay, well, what do you have?
Right after a brand new Stu Does America.
At eight.
By the way, have you seen the Democrats, their undercover video that they're trying to, they're saying, oh my gosh, look at the, look, look at the underbelly of the Republican Party.
Oh my gosh.
Dave Schweikart of Arizona.
Yeah, he was apparently, apparently, he's been duped and they caught him on tape holding a baby saying, yeah, I mean, the FBI is out of control and, you know, we got to defund them.
We got to defund them.
We got to break them up.
This is wrong.
We got to get rid of the head people.
And the only way we can really do this is to defund them and squeeze them on money.
Oh, they're trying to get them on the defund the police angle, basically, trying to explain the people.
No, they're trying to say that the conservatives now want to break up the FBI and that's bad.
Right.
That's their little version of defund the police as if it's the same thing, which is.
Really?
Really?
I'd rather have the local police than the feds.
Right.
Yeah.
That's, of course, what everyone was talking about.
It's just the left lying yet again.
Right.
And we're just not wanting to defund the police.
We're just, we're not those people.
We don't want law enforcement.
You know, if the law enforcement wasn't completely corrupt, we wouldn't want to defund them.
Now, we are not reimagining how law enforcement works.
We're saying there's some bad guys and some good guys.
Let's get the bad guys out and hire more good guys.
See, that's how you do it when there's a problem.
I'm not suggesting that we say no FBI.
Well, actually, I am because we have local police, but no FBI.
Okay.
I'm sure, look, there are some functions the FBI performs that are vital, but it's not a, it does not have to be done in its current form.
I think that is the, and that's a growing thing on the right, not just from, you know, your conspiracy theorists and your people, like mainstream people on the right are saying, okay, look, there's too many problems here.
It's not that we don't want law enforcement.
There's just so many problems in this particular organization that it seems unsavable.
It is so weird that everything they used to say, they're now sounding like the most hardcore right-wing, I mean, crazy, religious, you know, the crazy of the craziest, almost the Westboro Baptist Church kind of crazy, you know?
Yeah.
And they're saying these things.
And we all used to look at the Westboro Baptist Church and go, that's not true.
Now we're listening to these same kind of zealots.
Well, we can reimagine the police and, you know, that dude's a girl.
That's not true.
But nobody's saying it out loud.
Yeah, I think there's been maybe a problem with conservatism as it's been expressed over the past, I don't know, a couple decades where the focus is, like, for example, on law enforcement.
It's pro-law enforcement versus anti-law enforcement.
Really, the question here is centralized power, right?
There's no problem with law enforcement, but when you centralize power in Washington and you, as we just talked about, have FBI agents going after people blocking entry into clinics, which has nothing.
That's not what we're talking about.
Like the FBI.
We all know what the FBI should be doing.
Right.
Right.
There are certain crimes that you can understand when they're spread out over states, when they're in federal districts.
There are certain things you can understand and see them doing.
There is no value whatsoever in the FBI investigating someone being blocked going into a clinic.
That is a local issue, not a national issue.
Everyone on earth knows this.
But they did this anyway, not because they think it's a federal issue, because they wanted to centralize power so they can use it on regular people.
Yep.
This is what one of the whistleblowers from the FBI said.
We took an oath before our family and our friends and the Lord Almighty that we are just supposed to be people of integrity.
That's not a leisure pursuit.
And if you're indeed a person of fidelity, bravery, and integrity, the FBI motto, then you have to be willing to do things that aren't easy, especially when they're as simple as stepping up and pointing out when we are not meeting the standards that we all set out for ourselves.
By the way, we're doing a special.
You don't want to miss election week on Blaze TV.
On election night, we're having just blowout coverage.
You're going to love it.
Best coverage we've ever done.
Blowout coverage for election night.
So join us on election night.
But then on the following Saturday, I think it's at 6 o'clock.
I don't know if it's been locked in yet.
But the following Saturday, we are doing a special.
I'm doing a special on what do you do?
What do you do if the FBI comes knocking at your, or the ATF or the IRS?
What do you do?
We don't know our rights, and we certainly don't know how to deal with a hostile government.
We have the whistleblower that would not participate in the FBI raid in Florida.
He's going to be there talking about the FBI.
We have the best legal and law enforcement minds and people who have already gone through this, what they learned.

Do you ever take a moment out of your day and just contemplate how much money you're forced to waste every month?
I mean, not the money that we've thrown away, unfortunately.
I mean the money that we spend on debts with high interest rates, things like credit cards.
How much money are we throwing away?
There's an article came out yesterday.
I was reading and they said that they thought that interest rates for mortgages are going to be 8.75 in the next year.
I hope that's not true.
I mean, I hope it does because of inflation, but I hope it's not because of, I don't know, life.
But we're at this place.
And when the credit card industry, when people start to crack, the first thing that's going to happen is they're going to tighten all the restrictions on being able to get a loan and they're going to raise any rates that they can.
So they'll take a bigger risk on you now.
Things are riskier.
So I got to increase that interest rate on your credit card.

We're glad you're here.
Coming up in just about 10 minutes, we have the Pennsylvania man indicted on Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act and conspiracy against rights offenses.
Pennsylvania Man Indicted00:03:46
This is a guy who he's the latest at an abortion clinic.
This guy is a progressive.
By the way, this is how he found out he had been indicted and was going to be arrested.
He saw it on Twitter.
DOJ Civil Rights, Pennsylvania man indicted on, he's like, Pennsylvania man, I wonder if that's, oh crap, that's me.
He thought because he's been in trouble with the pro-abortion lot a lot, he is a progressive who defends the right to life in all circumstances.
And that's all he does.
And he's like, I'll stand with anybody as long as they're for life.
Against war, against the death penalty.
Correct.
Against abortion.
Correct.
And, you know, I can respect that.
He seems like a very logical, reasonable, like, nice guy.
But we're going to talk to him coming up in just a minute.
Herb Garrity joins us from Pittsburgh, charged with conspiracy.
Wow.
By the way, did you see the Washington Post?
Washington Post has another story in it today about another conspiracy, a conspiracy of what the GOP is going to do on the economy, and that is collapse it.
They use the word conspiracy.
Because you're the theorist here.
Yeah, I'm the theorist.
I'm the theorist.
Herb is the, well, he's he's the one directing that other conspiracy.
I'm not going to be threatened by a guy named Herb.
I just, I feel like it's the least threatening name in the world.
I'll think so.

Indicting Peaceful Pro-Life Activists00:03:23
What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glenn Back Program.
On October 14th, Pittsburgh pro-life leader Herb Garrity was indicted and charged with violation of the FACE Act in connection with the nonviolent pro-life direct action that occurred in 2020 in Washington, D.C. Two years later.
This is part of the aggressive campaign from the Biden administration's Department of Justice and Merritt Garland to target peaceful pro-life activists.
So far, at least 22 anti-abortion activists, some at 87 years old, that have been charged with the FACE Act this year.
This is also a little more shocking because no arrests or charges have been brought up against any individual who has firebombed, vandalized, or otherwise attacked pro-life churches and pregnancy centers just this summer.
If convicted, Herb and his other defendants will face up to 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $260,000.
Herb is the latest.
Came out today.
We saw it in the news actually yesterday.
He is with us today.
I talked to Herb in 60 seconds.
Now, if you're like me, you probably love dogs.
Well, I'm not saying more than certain family members, but I'm not saying it either.
You know what I'm saying?
If your dog is eating dry kibble food, you need to understand that's dead food.
It's not doing him any good, but filling his belly and keeping him alive.
This is why Rough Greens is so incredible.
I didn't know that.
I didn't even pay attention.
I mean, I got really good dry kibble food, like really expensive stuff.
Apparently, yeah, not, not, not enough, not enough.
You need a supplement.
This is not food.
This is a supplement.
It's called Rough Greens.
It has vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, you name it.
If it's healthy for your dog, it's probably in Rough Greens.
So get your free trial bag just to make sure your dog will eat it and like it.
They'll send you a little bag for free.
You just pay for shipping.
And if your dog loves it, I'm telling you, you will see changes in your dog, massive changes like I've seen in Uno in the next couple of months.
It's great stuff.

Welcome, Herb.
How are you, sir?
Hi, I'm all right.
So this is thank you, first of all, for being on and feel free if I kind of meander any into any place that, you know, could cause you any kind of legal trouble, just feel free to say, not going to go there.
But I think we're okay.
I know that you are, you know, these guys are serious what they're doing.
And I think it is an absolute outrage.
Standing Up for the Unborn00:16:15
But you can't tell us anything about what happened, but I understand you're ready.
I mean, you're like, okay, I'll testify in court.
You bet.
Yeah, I mean, I think that obviously this is disturbing.
I think anyone paying attention can recognize that over a decade in prison for an alleged nonviolent offense is ridiculous.
But I think that while it's happening, I'm going to use it as an opportunity to speak up for the unborn because that's why I'm involved in this.
And so I'm going to do whatever I can to continue being an advocate for them.
So, you know, we've had a couple of people, and I don't want to get into your case, but we've had a couple of people that they've, you know, they've had rifles and shotguns in their house being pointed at them.
And they've agreed to surrender.
It's no big deal.
Why do you think the FBI is using this force?
You know, I think that what it looks like to me is that we know that the Biden administration has an extremist pro-abortion legislative and judicial agenda.
And to me, it looks like they also have a prosecutorial pro-abortion agenda where all they feel they can do right now for the abortion industrial complex, which has funded their careers to this point, is hand over myself and my codefendants and other pro-life leaders head on a platter.
And so they're going to be as aggressive as they possibly can to try to silence pro-life activists, to make us feel isolated and alone and targeted.
But it's not going to work.
We're going to continue to speak up for the unborn because as much as it's disturbing what's happening to us, potential jail time, having guns pointed at some of our faces and at our wives and children for some people.
It's nothing compared to what the government allows to be done to the unborn every single day in this country.
They are the real victims here.
You were a part of a story that happened a couple of years ago, I think, in Washington, D.C.
It was you and your group that found all of those pulverized baby parts buried, right?
Can you refresh my memory on this?
Yeah, so that was actually only just a few months ago.
It seems like every week a decade goes by.
Yeah.
So in that case, two activists who I'm proud to work with named Teresa McCovanak and Lauren Handy, while doing advocacy outside of Cesare Sant'Angelo's clinic in Washington, D.C., they were able to intercept a delivery.
So the sorry, the clinic system for getting rid of what they would call medical waste was coming to collect the medical waste.
And they intercepted that and were able to open the box.
And what they found inside was that, you know, what the clinic calls medical waste was actually the bodies of 115 murdered unborn children, five of whom were clearly past the age of viability, meaning they could survive outside of the womb potentially.
So what we're talking about in that case, all of them were murdered.
Every single child killed in abortion is a victim of injustice.
But for a few of those children found, they're also potentially victims of crimes.
It was illegal to kill children in the manner that he did at the age of development that they are when, again, they can survive outside the womb.
And so that was just a really horrific discovery.
And I think that the activists that were involved in actually finding the bodies are still reeling from that.
I mean, they discovered the bodies of murder victims.
And the D.C. government and the federal government thus far have not done any investigation.
That is insane.
It's insane.
It's incredibly disturbing.
But that is what the abortion industrial complex in this country is.
That's what they do.
They make their money by dismembering children and often coercing very poor, low-income pregnant people and families into feeling as though the only option they have is to pay them thousands of dollars to kill their unborn children.
It's a horrific industry.
And they make millions and millions of dollars propping up this extreme injustice.
And so whatever, again, whatever they do to me and the co-defendants in this case, it's nothing compared to what they're doing to these children because 11 years in prison, horrifying.
I'm hopeful that I'm not going to be indicted and I'm confident that I will be vindicated of these charges.
However, 11 years in prison is nothing compared to having your life snuffed out before you're even old enough to take your first steps or speak your first word.
Let me interrupt you here for a second, Herb.
I just want to remind the audience.
I don't know when it was, maybe sometime last week, could have been two years ago.
I mentioned that this is why authoritarian governments have got to take out religious people because they know why they do it.
They know how important it is to them and they're willing to pay the price.
This is nothing that Herb hasn't thought about, and you can hear it now.
Well, you mentioned religious people, but I'm not sure if you know.
I'm actually an atheist.
For me, this isn't about religion.
Good for you.
To me, it's solely a human rights issue.
I'm against abortion for the same reasons that I'm against the death penalty and police brutality and murder of anyone, whether they're born or unborn.
I believe in human rights for all human beings.
Good for you.
Good for you.
Where do you get the, is it just your love for humanity?
Because sometimes, and this is not a, I should tell the audience this.
I know this, and they might know it if they know the stories, but you are a progressive, which, you know, the early 20th century progressives are very Malthusian.
I mean, they were the ones with eugenics and everything else.
And, you know, progressivism, the early stuff, and if it's still translated that way, is very anti-human.
Well, you know, what I think is that my beliefs are simply that it's wrong to kill human beings.
I don't think that that should be something that is partisan.
And I think it's interesting.
That seems pretty obvious, doesn't it?
And so I don't think that this should be something that is a religious issue or a conservative or progressive issue.
I think that everyone should be able to agree that human babies should not be killed for profit for a billion-dollar industry.
Like, this is something that I really don't, I don't think needs to be a political issue, but unfortunately in this country, it is.
So help me out on this.
I went to my first abortion rally a couple of years ago with my kids.
And there were two kinds of people.
There were the kinds of people that were shouting and carrying signs of bloody babies and everything.
And then there were those that were quietly praying, helping, being kind to people that were going in, but trying to convince them not to go in.
And to me, there was a winning tactic, and it wasn't the screaming and yelling.
What is your tactic?
Well, so I think that people have different tactics, but what should always be at the center of your activism when you're at an abortion clinic is focusing first on the pregnant person and their needs.
Because at the end of the day, when abortion is legal, they do have a choice.
And so when I am at an abortion clinic outside, the focus has to be on serving that person because we know that the reason people are seeking abortions in this country is because most often they feel as though they cannot afford to have another child.
And those are numbers from the abortion industry.
They say that themselves.
The Guttmacher Institute says, you know, people are seeking abortion because they feel as though they have too many children.
They don't have support from their partner or their parents or their community.
And so I think the pro-life response to that needs to be, well, we're that community.
We will stand up and support you in whatever it takes to make it so that you feel empowered to choose life.
Right.
I was at a pro-life women's center just the other day, and they don't care about the mom and the baby just to make sure that the baby stays alive.
They've got a program that runs two, three years where they provide the clothing and they provide all kinds of aftercare for the mom and the child.
And if we would just love one another, it would be so much easier, so much easier, not care just about winning this one battle.
It's a longer term idea.
Absolutely.
And I think that the abortion industry is threatened by that.
That's why after the Dobbs decision, we saw pro-life pregnancy centers, like you mentioned, as well as pro-life churches be attacked.
Some are firebombed, vandalized, and otherwise attacked by pro-abortion activists because they're threatened by the love that the pro-life movement has for pregnant women and young families and people who need help.
That's why we're here.
We exist to help them.
And so I think that there's a lot of different ways to be pro-life.
You know, you can be outside the clinics.
You can work at a pregnancy center.
You can work in Congress trying to protect them in the law and serve pregnant people that way.
But I think that there's a lot of ways to do it.
And as long as we are always being peaceful and nonviolent in our activism, we will win.
And I'm confident we saw this major step towards justice in the Dobbs decision when Mobie Wade was overturned.
But of course, that's not the end of the story.
There's still thousands of children being killed despite Dobbs every single day.
Herb, I've only got about a minute left.
And I have to ask you, is this going to, is this FBI indictment, is this going to cause you to reconsider your activism at all?
Oh, absolutely not.
If anything, I am just more passionate about speaking up for victims of violence.
Again, in all circumstances, not just the unborn, but their parents and all people who are at risk of being killed or abused by state-sanctioned violence, whether it's in the form of abortion or the death penalty or police brutality or anything else.
I care about human rights for all human beings and I will not be silenced.
Yeah, good for you.
And, you know, Herb, politically, we're on the different side of the aisle, but I bet we would both be surprised how much we agree on anyone who has principles over politics, I can stand with.
Thank you so much, Herb.
Oh, by the way, you have a GoFundMe page, don't you?
Because this is going to be very expensive.
Yeah, I have a GiveSendGo.

10 seconds station id so a couple of weeks ago on my wednesday night special um i showed you a decades-old plan by the soviet union to demoralize and destroy our country And the process hasn't stopped.
It's festered among the left ever since.
And the cornerstone of the entire operation was, first and foremost, attack religion and pervert and destroy the church.
The machine would use every tool at its disposal to make sure this happened.
The media would delegitimize and stigmatize religious institutions.
Activist groups would weaponize from the streets.
Priests and pastors would be perverted, turned loose on the pulpit.
Faith leaders would fight other faith leaders.
And running parallel to all of this, the federal government would begin to slowly chip away at religious freedoms bit by bit.
All of these things are happening right now.
Church and state has now become church versus state or state versus church.
Things are escalating.
Tonight, I'm going to show you some of the false prophets.
I'm going to show you how the government is coming after our religious institutions.
Also, which ones might be next.
The time to stand is right now.
Grab on to your faith.
You are going to need the spirit with you at all times.
You are going to need to make this your number one priority because by you not being demoralized, by you knowing that faith will conquer all, that you serve a bigger king, that your first citizenship is more important than your second citizenship.
Faith to Conquer All00:03:05
That's what makes people terrifying, quite honestly, to dictators.
Tonight, expose the next phase of the left's war against Christians.
And we'll show you the perversions that are going on.
By the way, also, I don't want to fail to mention we have one of the whistleblowers on with us the week of election, the election week.

We have multiple legal experts and people who have gone through it.
We'll also have a live studio audience.

If you've been following the craziness with the drag shows, make sure to stick around.
and we'll have more on that coming up.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program, and welcome to Sara Gonzalez.
She is Blaze TV host of The News and Why It Matters.
And she's in real trouble because she has been falsifying videos, which had to cost her a fortune to make these deep fakes.
Sara Gonzalez Admits Drag Show Footage00:10:19
And she's lying about these drag shows.
Or she's not.
And the video is what it is.
Sarah Gonzalez is here with us to talk about what she experienced and the video that she captured.
Yeah, thank you for having me on, Glenn.
It's been quite a time over the last weekend gathering this footage from this particular drag brunch.
It was where you would not expect, which is just in the middle of suburbia where you would expect to be very conservative, you know, an affluent neighborhood.
For those of you who are familiar with the area, the shops at Legacy, a restaurant slash bar at the shops at Legacy, having this drag brunch.
And it said on the event where you purchased the tickets online, it said, all ages are welcome.
It did give a viewer discretion is advised.
But this was clearly an all ages welcome drag brunch.
So I decided to go just to see if anyone would actually bring their children knowing that this was going to be raunchy.
And of course.
It makes it worse that it's all ages are welcome.
However, parental discretion is advised.
This is spicy stuff.
Right, right.
So do you have video?
Yeah.
Yeah, we do.
Here's the vit.
Oh.
Okay.
Viewer discretion is advised.
Yeah, please.
So here is a, I believe this one was an actual woman dressed as a dominatrix with her rear hanging out.
That's definitely a man.
That is a man with fake breasts.
People are cramming money down the fake breasts.
There is at one point they ask the child to tip.
Her parents are waving her arms around wildly.
And here is walking all the way up to tip them.
And they, of course, compliment her glitter shoes.
She came with the glitter shoes.
She said, I wore my glitter shoes.
This is exploding.
I won't say.
I've seen the unedited version of this.
Thankfully, you did blur the child's face out.
It's important to note.
But definitely a child.
Also, I mean, this is just the part we can air.
It gets much more explicit than that in other parts of the video.
Yeah.
At one point, they were giving away sex toys as prizes for their contests that they were having.
And so I have footage of I'm filming them giving away the sex toy with the little girl right there in the background.
And the most bizarre thing to me is that everyone around me did not, it didn't even register on their radar.
This is, Stu and I have been talking off the air.
I didn't even know how to explain it.
I am in a place right now I have never been before spiritually.
And I don't even know how to express it other than evil is.
everywhere.
It is closer than you think and farther down the road than you think.
It's everywhere.
And this is kind of goes into what we were talking about off the air, Stu, about look at it.
She's she's in a, you know, in a regular part of Texas, of Texas.
She's in a regular, you know, decent part of town and they're having this and children are going and no one is having a problem with it.
And Texas, this part of Texas is very religious, very religious.
But it doesn't, it doesn't matter to people anymore.
Well, all of the evil that you mention has desensitized so much of the country into thinking that this is completely normal behavior.
It's completely normal to bring a child to a sexual show.
It's completely normal to have them experiencing and even engaging in tipping all of these people where they have dollar bills stuffed in their cleavage.
I mean, this is how far society has degraded that you're sitting in a room with all of these people and none of them see the problem.
And even to your point, Glenn, about, you know, people accusing me of creating a deep fake and this isn't true.
It didn't say all ages are welcome.
This was 18 and up.
All of the lies that they're spewing.
And it's like, number one, at the end of the day, you see the child there and you know that it's there.
But number two, even if you were to ask them, okay, so you think that I'm faking it.
So you admit that this is a problem.
They still won't admit it.
They won't admit that this is.
This is not a problem to too many people on the left.
I mean, and I don't understand it.
I saw the footage of this one drag queen come out, not at this particular event.
We're doing splits and her crotch and it's horrible.
And little kids are at the edge of the stage.
And I'm thinking to myself, this is hell.
We have, we, we have become a unrighteous and loathsome people.
What, uh, what are you doing about it?
Because you just, you got involved or you started a group.
I'm not sure.
Yes.
So I am working with a nonprofit called Texas Family Project.
We have launched a special project within that called Defend Our Kids Texas.
And we are fighting back.
We are holding our leaders accountable.
We are holding the businesses accountable.
And ultimately, we would like to hold the parents accountable for all of this debauchery going on because this is clear sexual child abuse.
And whatever community you're a part of, if it's the LGBT community, you are not exempt from consequences of sexualizing children.
It is clear abuse and it has to be stopped.
So we're holding people accountable.
And I would urge your listeners to go to defendkidst.com, even if you are in a different state, because our goal is to take this nationwide.
And I would ask them, there's a donation button there, but what I'm asking them is to join the fight.
I don't need your money.
I need your time.
Because for too long, conservatives have sat back and stayed in their little bubbles, stayed and minded their own business while the left has been infiltrating academia, the schools, the medical community.
They've infiltrated all of these places to normalize this behavior.
This is why the culture has gone so far downhill.
They have been working overtime to make sure that this happens.
And we have kept to ourselves for far too long.
The time is now to get up and join the fight.
You know, Hitler was really a response to the Weimar Republic.
They had destroyed what the German Republic even meant.
Drugs were everywhere.
Money was loose and fast.
The cabaret shows were basically this.
But they didn't go as far as injecting it into their children.
We've now injected it directly into our children.
This is, you know, if we don't stop it now, it will come to a stop.
But will it take a strong man to stop it?
And then what do you get from that?
This has got to be stopped in our own neighborhoods.
Yeah.
And I would urge the Texas comptroller, Glenn Hager, who is a Republican, by the way, I would urge him.
He can take action on this today if he so chooses.
Why hasn't he?
It's a great question.
I hope to find that out from his office today.
All right.
Let me know the answer to that.
I will.
Okay.
Thank you very much.
Again, the address for the website.
Yes, defendkidst.com.
Please, please join us.
Send us your email so that we can keep you posted on what's going on.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
There are so many groups that are being started now and have been in play for the last couple of years.
They're much smarter than the Tea Party ever was.
They are actually getting funding because people, they're usually parent groups.
This is where they've really overplayed their hand.
Going after parents, going after children, and going after our religion, that was the wrong play for them.
And I urge you to get involved locally and stand guard locally.
Back in a minute.
Thanks, sir.
By the way, did you know that the sheriffs can actually tell the FBI, you're not going in with a SWAT team for that?
Did you know that?
No.
Yeah, there's one sheriff, and I'm trying to get him on.
There's one sheriff in the country that's already done it.
Nope.
You're not going in with a SWAT team.
No, period.
And they have that power?
They have that power.
They have that power.
If you have a sheriff on the ballot, make sure you know who they are and make sure they are somebody that understands exactly what we're facing.
Now, when it comes to knowing how to best situate yourself and your family financially, sometimes you really do need a helping hand.
Nothing wrong with that.
Things are really complex.
And God only knows what's going to happen.
Our economy is very complex right now.
You need financial freedom.
As much of financial freedom as you can get and as quickly as you can get it.
Right now, American Financing is there to help refi your mortgage, maybe at a better rate.
Consolidating your debt with a low interest loan, that is so critical.
If you have credit cards, please pay those things off.
And if you can't, look at a consolidation load to pay it off.
So you're paying 5%, not 25%.
Even if you just need to raise your credit score, American Financing is there for you.
Please take 10 minutes out of your day-to-day.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
The CDC committee is going to meet tomorrow, most likely, and vote tomorrow to deliver permanent legal indemnity to Pfizer and Moderna.
Now, you're not going to believe how this is working.
So we know in a case of an emergency, if a drug company runs and rushes to get something to market, the government suspends liability during that emergency and says, you can't sue them.
This is something that we didn't have 10 years to work on.
And you kind of understand it.
Now, that understanding to me goes out the window when you force everyone to take it.
That's an experimental drug and you've just forced everyone to take it.
That's against the Nuremberg laws, okay?
You cannot force people into medical experiments.
And that's exactly what these drugs are, medical experiments.
By definition.
So what happens then after the emergency is over, that liability goes back to the companies.
So in other words, if you got a shot during the emergency, even today until the expiration date, which I think is coming soon, if you get a shot today or a year ago, you can't sue them because that's the way that emergency act works.
However, once that expires, if you take the vaccine and you have ill effects and you can prove it, you can sue them.
That's the way it should be.
So here's the way the government is getting around this.
The government, the advisory committee, wants to introduce it.
Hang on, I just want to see here exactly what it's called.
The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices will transfer liability for vaccine injuries to the federal government's National Vaccine Injury Compensation.
What the Health Resources and Service Administration says has to be done for it to become liability free, quote, for a vaccine to be covered, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC, must recommend the category of vaccine for routine administration to children or pregnant women.
Oh, and it also has to be subject to attacks.
So wait, they're going to roll this in to a vaccine like polio.
And they're just going to roll this in so now your child's going to get it.
The reason why you do that is because it's so well known.
We've had the polio vaccine forever, forever.
Now they're just going to put this COVID vaccine, which means if it's safe for children, it's safe for you, according to the Food and Drug Administration and the CDC.
So you can't ever sue them.
That's insanity.
And it has got to stop.
Oh, by the way, do you remember the culprit that we told you about when we were first going through this?
And we're like, wait a minute, this looks like it came from a lab and it was EcoHealth.
They just got a million dollar grant to work with the 80% mouse death serum.
Remember in Boston University, they just took the COVID-19 and mixed it with something else and then put it into mice and it kills 80% of the mice.
They're saying it would probably kill less people because the mice are different than people.
Oh, thank you.
Thank you.
But you know who's involved in that?
What a surprise.
The buddies of Dr. Fauci, the ones who were definitely not doing anything wrong at the Wuhan lab.
And by the way, the Boston University lab wasn't required to contact the NIH.
The Danger of Sloppy Science00:05:41
They weren't required.
They can just do this in their in their university lab and no big deal.
Can we can we can we ever learn from history?
Can we.
Can we ever just remember these things don't usually go well.
You don't want to mess with all of that.
You don't want to be sloppy with things that can kill people.
Why?
Why is there no one answering for anything anymore?
This is not the government of the people, by the people and for the people anymore.
It is a government of a select group of people that will tell you exactly what you are supposed to do and how you're supposed to live.
That ain't America.
And I, for one, will go down with that banner blazing.
The Glenn Bach program.
I was very concerned yesterday because I ran out of Sweat Block, the deodorant that I use.
And my wife hugged me and I said, do I smell really bad?
And she's like, what?
I'm like, do I, because I'm really, I'm freaking out because I hadn't had sweat block.

OK, we're going to talk about the ever fun and fabulous Dr. Fauci and what the CDC is doing.
Perhaps tomorrow to hear
is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
This is the Glenback program.
Hello, America.
I met Kibbean to just talk about Liberty and what the hell has happened to it, how fast and quickly it is disappearing.
And I specifically want to talk a little bit about Fauci and what the pharmaceutical industrial complex has done to America.
And is there any hope of it stopping anytime soon?
We go there in 60 seconds.
When you look for a real estate agent, you don't want somebody who's been working at Starbucks, you know, and moonlighting, selling real estate, but they're working.
I go into Starbucks.
I just want a tea.
That's all I want is a tea.
And I want the big one.
And I don't speak their language and I don't care to speak their language.
I am not their happiest customer because I hate it because they speak a different language.
And they're like, would you like, what size would you like?
A vente?
I don't know.
I want the big one.
That's what I want.
The big one.
I don't need any fancy names for it.
And I appreciate that you're selling it to me for $6.
No, I really, I appreciate that.
I should be able to call it whatever the hell I want.
Anyway, you don't want that person that's been working the counter that thinks that their, you know, their cup sizes in their own language is the most important thing that's ever happened.
You don't want them moonlighting and trying to sell or help you buy a house.
You want somebody who actually knows what's important in life.
Real Estate Agents I Trust.
The name says it all.
These are real estate agents all over the country that we have vetted and we monitor at all times.
We talk to the people that we turn them on to, make sure they don't work for us.
We work for you and we're trying to find the best person in your area.
By the way, this is a free service to you.

Okay, Matt Kibbe is here.
Oh, Matt.
Dangerous Virus Science00:15:04
Do you remember when we were just worried about, oh, I don't know, socialism and that was it?
Well, I remember when we were just worried about balancing the budget.
Those seem like the Halcyon days of fighting for something that actually made sense.
We were talking to Matt Kibbe.
He's from Kibbe on Liberty, a Blaze podcast.
Stu, we were just talking about how fast it is going, like decades in a year.
It just seems like forever ago, and it's getting faster.
There's an exponential growth in the arrogance of government and the power of government and what Hayek would call the fatal conceit of government.
And I don't think any of us expected this three years ago.
I was gobsmacked.
Like, what is going on?
How on earth are they wielding this much power?
And why are people falling in line?
I could never understand why it was happening.
So I've been digging deeper and deeper trying to figure out what is the plan behind this mess?
Is it just government stupidity?
Is it just government power?
But no, there's actually a central plan that goes back to the war on terror that I think explains a lot of the stupidity that's going on now.
So, yeah, we just talked about something in the Department of Homeland Security.
They've got their new religion security detail, which is like, what?
But if you're looking at Fauci in particular, I can't believe, and they're doing it knowingly.
I cannot believe that nobody's been held responsible for COVID and where it came from.
Nobody, nobody.
I absolutely believe it was from the Wuhan lab.
And Echo or EcoHelp.
There's little doubt now.
Yeah, there's little doubt.
There's Eco Labs.
Fingerprints are all over it.
It was absolutely gain of function.
Fauci knew it.
Nobody but Rand Paul is saying anything about it.
Now we find out that Boston University has one that kills 80% of the mice.
And that, I mean, please tell me, how is that not gain of function?
They're taking in gene splicing to make it worse.
Well, it's a killer virus built off of a killer virus that leaked from a lab that was probably built with gain of function.
And yet they're saying, this isn't gain of function.
It's just like a killer virus.
I'm like, okay, why do we care about the semantics of what they're creating?
And this is what is so shocking, I think, to people that have watched the last three years.
So we're still doing it.
We're still funding it.
The same guys.
EcoHealth is involved in this one with a million dollar grant.
What?
Yeah.
And of course, you've covered this endlessly, but I had Matt Ridley on my show, I think, two years ago now, talking about the origins of COVID.
And one reason to know that they did it was the smear campaign they launched against anyone that suggested that the virus came from a lab.
That's all you need to know.
And then the second smear campaign against the signers of the Great Barrington Declaration.
This is all classic, you know, shift the blame so that no one's paying attention to what we're actually doing here.
But as I alluded to earlier, this goes back to even before the 9-11 attacks.
There was a hearing actually chaired by Joe Biden, who was the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, talking about building this grand infrastructure to fight bioterrorism.
And, you know, then comes the 9-11 attack.
And then by 2003, and this is something that Jay Bhattacharya pointed out on my show, they massively increased the budget for NIAID, which is Fauci's agency, and reassigning the whole project to focus on biodefense and bioterrorism.
And out of this came this mad science project where we're going to create all these monster viruses and then we're going to come up with a vaccine to deal with them.
And in the process of doing this, I think they became the terrorists.
They became gods.
In their mind, they became gods.
And they can do no wrong and don't question.
And so you do become a terrorist in a way.
And I'm not saying intentional.
I don't believe it's intentional at all.
But I think that the fatal conceit of thinking that they could science their way out of anything.
And basically, it's a form of central planning.
We're going to imagine every alternative future.
By the way, we're going to create those things and we'll never make any mistakes.
Well, what do you think?
I mean, that is the great reset.
Yeah.
We're going to control.
I mean, nobody even talking about this.
They say they're going to reimagine.
We've seen how that works with the police.
They're going to reimagine the way our food is grown, delivered, sold, and eaten.
They have a new plan from seed to fork, and they're planning on doing it by 2030.
The unintended consequences of that could be millions and millions of people dead.
Yeah, it makes Mao's Great Leap Forward sound like child's play.
It does.
It does.
I mean, we are just.
And by the way, everybody should read this.
There's an essay by Anthony Fauci published just a few years ago in Cell Magazine where he talks about his grand plan to bend modernity.
And this is chiseled in my brain now.
And it's in some ways even more arrogant than the Great Reset because there's this arrogant scientistic idea that you can reorganize every aspect of society from the top down.
And by the way, you know where this comes from?
This comes from the first version of socialism, which was Saint-Simone.
And he imagined replacing God with science and putting scientists in charge of everything.
He was actually going to build temples to Sir Isaac Newton, and we would be governed from this crazy world where the really smart people redesigned everything from the top down.
So before Marx made socialism violent, it was this fatal conceit that we're seeing play out today.
Government knows no bounds.
And then the problem is it's a combination of two things, right?
They got too much power and they have unchecked power.
No one can hold this guy accountable.
But they also have this idea that they're smart enough to do this.
And that's more dangerous.
I will tell you, this is what Ray Kurzweil, I'm a fan and I'm terrified of.
And I've told this to his face.
The arrogance here on the singularity, the merging between man and machine, and how you can augment humans and how it's going to be so fabulous is absolutely terrifying because it is the reason why we're in the situation we are in with COVID is arrogance.
It's arrogance and thinking I can do whatever I want to do.
You know, there was a study that we just talked about on Monday that came out where they put human brain cells and mouse brain cells in a Petri dish.
Did you see this?
And it taught itself how to play Pong.
And they were, and the people that were responding to this were saying, well, this is great because, you know, when does life start and it's intelligent life and all of this.
And I'm like, are you kidding?
They took human cells, mixed them with mice to see if it could play a video game.
What are we doing?
What is that going to lead to?
You know, I always used to point to the matrix to explain what was going on in the world, but now I've decided that it's stranger things.
And this is the classic story of a powerful government financing a rogue agency to come up with a strategy to defeat the enemy, in this case, the Soviets, and in the process, unleashing unchecked evil on the world, and they can't figure out how to contain it.
That's where this goes.
And this goes back to your original comment, that the check has to be liberty.
The check has to be decentralization of all this power, because when you centralize it, and when you put one guy in charge of essentially all science, like all scientific research.
As he said, he is science.
And he wasn't lying in the sense that all the financing and all of the control of the scientific community, this is why scientists refuse to speak out.
They get cut off.
It's all centralized now.
And that is more dangerous than anything that we've seen come out of government.
But the answer has to be, and this is like the scientific process itself, decentralized science and arguing in public and challenging one another and being humble enough to know that you don't actually know that much about what you're trying to figure out.
The more I learn, the more I realize I don't know anything.
Yeah.
And that should be the way the world works.
This is how we organize society.
This is how we solve problems.
And this is how the scientific process is supposed to work.
You're supposed to have people arguing with each other.
You're supposed to have competing sources of financing.
You're supposed to be able to question authority.
And this is something I've already mentioned Jay Bhattacharya, one of the heroic epidemiologists from Stanford that signed the Great Barrington Declaration.
Another guy that asked questions early was John Ioanitis, again from Stanford.
And these were the guys that were demonized.
But I asked them, why would you do this?
And they said, it would be dangerous not to.
That's some guts.
But everybody else fell in line, which is why, you know, I'm going to throw out the libertarian perspective on this.
There should be absolute separation of science and state.
Because it has become a religion.
Yeah.
This is, this is, um, you know, this is state picking sides on what to believe is fact.
Science is only right until they're proven wrong.
Yeah.
You know what I mean?
It's a process.
You can't pick science as a government.
You can't.
Let people pick it.
Let people try it out.
You know, I have no problem with the fact that in an emergency, if we need a vaccine, the government says you can't sue them for this amount of time if you don't have to take it.
Right.
You know, that's a violation of the Nuremberg laws.
But if I don't have to take your experimental thing, I'm totally fine with that.
However, now that that is expiring, now they're going in to jam it into a children's vaccine because then it will get the protection.
So both of those pharmaceutical companies can never be sued.
That's an abomination.
Yeah.
And this is part of the central plan.
They have to finish the plan that they hatched even before there was a pandemic.
And part of that is 100% compliance.
Whether it's zero COVID or 100% compliance with a vaccine, they have to prove to their masters that the plan worked.
That's why we don't have any understanding at all whether or not it's effective, whether or not it's safe.
That doesn't matter anymore.
And that's evil.
It's dangerous.
And we're doing it to children.
We're doing a lot of things to our children right now.
And it's all evil.
It's all evil.
Matt Kibbe, you can find him on blazetv.com, Kibby, K-I-B-B-E.
Also, free the people.org, freethepeople.org.
But make sure you check out his podcast as well, Kibbe on Liberty.
Thank you very much, man.
Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Back in just a second.
Imagine if someone had the audacity to tell you that you should spend some time working on yourself before you try to go fix all the world's problems.
Imagine if the person just had a step-by-step book, improvement, self-improvement, like clean your room, stand up straight.
That's crazy, especially if the guy had 12 of them.
Wait, Jord Peterson has 12.
All right.
Well, he's a nut job, right?
Because he believes in personal responsibility.
Jordan Peterson, I would rather have my kids listen to Jordan Peterson than pretty much anybody else out in society.
He's just saying personal responsibility, something that our government is 180 degrees in the opposite direction.
Our whole society is.

10 seconds station id hey we're going to go over the uh election and some of the i think really exciting things that are happening with the election It's moving in the right direction.
Yeah.
That's very good news.
Most of the news is good.
There's a couple of weird polls out there, a couple of weird developments, but generally speaking, much good news.
Fetterman's Third Trimester Poll00:12:30
So Fetterman came out yesterday and he said, you know, I'm not for any restrictions on abortion.
Yeah, Mandela Barnes, same thing.
This is so bizarre.
Here he is.
Here's Fetterman.
Do you support any restrictions on abortion?
I don't.
I've always been.
Even in the third trimester?
I believe that choice is between a woman, her doctor, and a God if she prays to one.
Okay.
So I mean, I will say that's about as clear an answer as we've heard from anyone in the Democratic Party.
Yeah.
At least he's owning it.
Yeah.
I mean, look, because that is what we're actually battling here.
That's what we're actually battling.
There are people that believe that, you know, once the egg and the sperm meet, no, you have nothing you can do about it.
There are others who believe, you know, maybe a week or so after birth, we can kill the baby.
Maybe it's heartbeat.
Maybe it's heartbeat.
Okay.
So there's all kinds of stuff.
But I can guarantee you that very few people are on the extremes and even less people are on his extreme.
Yeah, we know the polling shows this quite clearly.
84% of Americans object to being third trimester abortion being legal.
Now, of course, third trimester abortion includes what John Fetterman was talking about there, but also abortions that happened three months earlier.
Yeah.
Right.
So it's important to understand it's birthday abortions, also, you know, seven months in that general vicinity.
84%.
Again, this is one of the most uniting things in our public discourse.
There are very few things you can find when you ask Republicans and Democrats and Independents together to get 84% approval or discussed in this particular case.
And we should also point out second trimester is, I think, 67% opposed to it being legal.
So this is not a borderline issue.
The Democrats are way, way, way out of step with the average American on this issue.
And they're trying to make everybody believe they're the only ones.
This is why they release, that's why Swalwell releases an ad like he did, try to fool people into thinking that Republicans are going to come to your door with guns to arrest you.
They've had to elevate it.
I mean, remember the Corey Gardner radio ads.
Remember these?
They're super classic.
They're all out.
Did you try the corner market?
Of course.
Grocery store?
Sold out.
Drugstore?
Come on.
So everyone's sold out of condoms.
Hmm.
How did this happen?
Corey Gardner banned birth control.
And now it's all on us guys.
Stop.
Hey, idiot.
Why are you out looking for condoms if you know that Corey Gardner banned birth control?
Right.
You're a moron.
And if, I mean, I thought at the beginning, I'm like, ah, yeah, it's government interference with the baby formula, which we still don't have on the shelves.
No, no, it's condoms.
They had to, that's what they used to threaten.
Now they're threatening the arrest of women who have had an abortion when the FBI is out arresting 87-year-old women because they were praying at an abortion clinic.
You tell me this world makes sense.

Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
So when I saw the headline, more than 100,000 Georgians cast ballots on first day of early voting, smashing the record.
Honestly, I thought, oh, geez, is it all, has it been, I mean, are these real people?
Is anybody checking?
I mean, these could be robots.
At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if like.
Facebook had made some humanoid robots that would go out and vote and nobody knew it until the very end.
I mean, I just, anyway, but here's the good news.
This is blowing away the previous midterm first day record, which was about 72,000.
So there's a lot of people that really care about, really care about this.
Can we add to this, though, too, that it's also ahead of the 2020 presidential election pace, which is it's impossible to overstate how crazy that number is.
The fact that a midterm is outperforming a presidential election is completely unheard of.
And whatever suppression is being attempted at voters is really, really not working out.
Whoever is trying to suppress is terrible at it.
Unless you're a robot.
Linda Moraine, this is a good part of the story.
Linda Moraine cast her ballot in the North Fulton Service Center on Roswell Road.
Her first time voting since she moved to Atlanta from Chicago.
This is totally different than what we do in Illinois.
The process worked seamlessly here.
It's so easy to follow.
And glad we were able to do it early because we encourage everybody to come out early.
Okay.
Now you ready?
Absentee voting is also now available.
But if you want to vote absentee, you must request a ballot online or by mail by October 28th.
Then you need to return your ballot by mail or in a drop box by the time polls close on election day.
According to the new law, drop boxes are located inside early voting locations.
Oh, yes.
The suppression.
I know.
Making people open doors.
Now, here it is.
You may vote early at any time within your county, but you do need to show one of seven forms of photo ID to vote in person.
Can you even name some of these things?
I cannot.
I have no idea.
I'm at my blockbuster video card at that point.
I don't know.
I would have to go find mine.
I have a license.
I've got two license.
Then a credit card.
I've got an account.
I got nothing.
No, of course, there's a lot of different kinds of.
The bottom line being, of course, even if you don't have a driver's license, there's six other types that they're going to accept.
Trying to make it as easy as humanly possible.
This is Jim Crow.
Anyway, let's look at some of the races.
Walker and Warnock now in a dead heat.
46.1.
Warnock, 46.
Walker.
Yeah, this is a new poll out, I believe today, that is promising.
Also has Kemp up by five or six, I think, against Stacey Abrams in Georgia.
How can it be that close?
Is that what you're trying?
Be this close.
How?
Well, I mean, Walker obviously had the big, highly publicized scandal allegations.
And there was question as to whether he was going to be down after that.
There are some polls that show him down, but he seems to have weathered that storm and also seems to have performed well in the debate, which is putting him in a position of real promise, I think, here.
You know, some of these other races that we were talking about as being really, really close, I mean, I think two months ago, we would have said one of the most pure toss-up races in the nation was Ron Johnson and Mandela Barnes.
The polling now seems to show Johnson consistently ahead.
You know, there's a new poll out with Blake Masters where he's only down one point.
It's the best he's performed in any poll so far.
This one has narrowed from 13 or 14 points just a couple of months ago down to now one point.
Carrie Lake leads in that same poll, by the way, for the governor race.
How many points is she leading?
I want to say three off the top of my head.
I don't have it in front of me, but it is three.
49-46, Masters 46, Kelly 47 in that same race.
Another poll out, Fetterman, 48, Oz, 46.
That's as close as that race has been.
I'm really like, I'm now on the edge of my seat waiting for the poll that shows me Dr. Oz is leading.
And we still have not seen one of those yet, but it has narrowed dramatically.
Dramatically.
It was 21 points at one point in this race.
Now it's two.
That one is pretty significant.
And the Warnock one is really good as well.
I mean, 46-46.
Again, I would prefer to see a lead for Herschel Walker in this race.
But with three weeks left, having weathered the Democrats' attempt at an October surprise, this is probably a pretty good position for Walker.
I mean, he's shown to be a better candidate than a lot of people said he would be.
So let me ask you this.
Ron Johnson, how's he doing?
Johnson is leading.
Let me see if I can pull up the latest poll.
Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes once compared black conservatives to slaves and refused to accept that a black sheriff was the same race as him.
You know, no big deal.
No big deal.
That sounds good.
I would direct people who care about that race.
I did a show last night called Stu Does Mandela Barnes, which I'm sure he'd love the title.
But it was just going through a good 20 minutes of going through him, how he said he now likes to say he's not for defunding the police.
Now he likes to say he's not for abolishing ICE.
We went through all of his extreme positions.
Well, many of them, some of them are quotes, some of them.
I mean, we have a picture of Mandela Barnes holding up an abolish ice t-shirt.
Okay.
Now, I don't know if that's exactly supporting about how many times are you holding up t-shirts of things that you totally disagree with?
Is there a lot of times?
No.
Okay.
No, never.
So we went through all of that kind of an extensive.
And he's also, you know, he's the type of guy, you know, we're living, this country was founded on stolen labor.
This is stolen land.
He's that type of guy.
And look, that was really popular with the Democrats in June 2020, which is a lifetime ago.
Lifetime ago.
And now he's having to answer for all these really radical positions he's taken.
I mean, he is, he's basically AOC.
He did an event with Ilan Omar.
He's basically a squad member running for Senate in a purple state against an incumbent Republican.
And it's been close.
At times, it's looked like he might lead.
Latest poll has Ron Johnson 52, Mandela Barnes 46.
But, you know, there's it's definitely not a blowout race.
And there's not, you know, I will say there's not, polling is getting really, really difficult.
We always complain about the polls.
Polls are not supposed to tell you down to the 10th of a percent what's going to happen.
They give you a general vicinity of what the range of results are.
And so people don't like them.
People don't like taking them.
They are now at the point where they are making 200 plus calls to get one person to take the survey.
There's 0.4% response rate right now.
Why Polls Are Getting Difficult00:02:55
I used to have to, this is 30 years ago.
I had to do radio research.
And so I would, you know, walk into the call center and look at the research.
And it was like, you know, maybe five calls to everyone.
Now?
Yeah.
200.
Yeah.
And this is down just from recent history, too.
You know, people avoid calls.
They screen calls.
We all know that now.
But in 2016, I think it was 1.8%.
Amazon, you know, Alexa or Siri.
Why don't they just say, you know, they're at headquarters and they can say, I'm not going to say the A or the S word, but hey, tell me what, tell me what everybody's talking about politically in this section of town.
Why don't they just do that?
It's so frustrating.
I was doing homework with my son last night and, you know, I was helping him with it.
And I was reading the question to him.
And of course, the A-L-E-X-A was the name of the person in the general question.
And I said it, and it's like the whole house shut.
It almost blew up.
I don't know what happened.
Just saying that word now, it's off limits to our society.
You mixed that word with homework.
And I just want to say, my kids whine about homework.
Yes.
That's something I've dealt with.
Yeah.
Oh, it gets even better.
Oh, good.
They whine about homework.
And you've got Google.
If we were lucky, we had the Encyclopedia Britannica, which was 30 years out of date.
If we were lucky, don't talk to me about homework.
Oh, I mean, it's so bad.
The lessons, you know, my son at one point yesterday is like, what is this?
And I'm like, I look at him.
I'll be honest with you.
I have no idea what it is.
Some term.
I don't even remember what it was.
So, of course, what do I do?
I pull out my phone.
I just Google it and I have the answer.
And I'm like, oh, okay.
Now it kind of like clicks back in.
And then I try to walk him through it.
And I'm realizing that he's seen me do all this, right?
Like he's got to realize that he could just, when he gets older, he's just going to do it too.
Right.
So why not just put the chip in?
Let's just put all the chips, chips directly on the forehead and move on with our because that's basically where we're going.
I tell you, you know, it's just, it's so aggravating.
Dad, can you help me?
No, I already went to school.
Yeah.
I went to school once.
Okay.
That was the only time I ever wanted to go to high school.
Yeah.
Was that one time and I barely wanted to do it then.
I didn't do my homework then.
I'm not doing it again now.
Yeah.
Why am I all of a sudden in charge of your homework?
And there's a song.
Did you do that?
Did you do that?
I know.
It really.
Oh, my gosh.
It's impossible to keep track of as a parent.
I mean, this is totally off, a total sideshow shoot of where we were going here with this conversation, but it is like, I feel like, you know, they have that project management software where you're like, that's what I feel like.
I need a teacher to teach me how to use that thing.
Attacking Religious Organizations00:06:35
Oh, my God.
And in my kids' school, they've got all these different terms.
They don't call it an essay.
They call it something else.
They don't call it a test.
They call it something else.
So they're all like, well, he hasn't done his, you know, hibba gibbets.
And you're like, what the hell is a hibba gibbets?
They look at you like, oh, you're not from around here.
And then you Google hibba gibbets.
Yeah.
Who knows what comes up?
Yeah.
It could be anything.
It could be anything.
It's bad.
Hey, Siri, Google Hibba Gibbets.
So as I was saying, Mandela Barnes sucks.
That was kind of my point there.
That's what we were getting to.
Look, these races are going the right way if you want conservatives and Republicans to win and to get, more importantly, control of the Senate in particular away from Democrats.
The only way you're going to get anything done with the Department of Defense, with the Department of Justice, the FBI, the IRS.
You want those 87,000 IRS agents?
And I'm telling you, if the Republicans have the opportunity and they don't shut that off, they're out of their minds.
They're out of their minds.
Look, you are more optimistic on this than I am.
Meaning, I am just trying to stop the worst things that can be done.
I have no expectation whatsoever that a good thing will occur.
There's no moment where I'm like, oh, we might get some good stuff done.
I don't even, I'm not even thinking about that.
All I'm thinking about is stopping the worst stuff from happening.
We are so jaded now.
I just want them not to kill me.
I take it if they kill me, but kill me quickly.
Don't torture me.
Yeah.
I just want them to 51 to 49 block the torture stew act.
That's all I'm asking for at this point.
Oh, golly.
All right.
Hey, listen, if you're thinking about being tortured or you have recently been tortured, have you thought about Relief Factor?
Ever since they pulled those shoulders out of the sockets, they just haven't been the same.
Try Relief Factor.
Don't give up.
Get out of pain.
Honestly, I was thinking about this the other day.
There are going to be so few people that are really truly prepared.
And I don't know if I'm going to be one of them, honestly.
We have to spiritually, physically be prepared for what is coming because it's going to be a big job.
And we need everyone in the fight.
Please try Relief Factor.
If you have pain that is setting you back, not allowing you to do things, you are critical.
Everyone, everyone here is critical.
Please get back in the fight.
Get your fight for life back into you.
It's Relief Factor.
Try the trial pack for three weeks.
Take it as directed.
If it's working for you in three weeks, great.
If not, probably not going to work.
Yeah, you're out 20 bucks, but man, if it works, you're part of that 70% that it works on, you get your life back.
ReliefFactor.com, 1-800, the number 4, relief.
Relief Factor.
Feel the difference.
The Glenn Beck Program.
Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
I'm glad you're here.
Thank you so much for listening.
Coming up tonight at 9 p.m. is my TV special, and we are going to be tackling something that I think you really, you really, really need to hear.
And that is the attack on religious organizations, churches.
The IRS is going after some of the bigger names in the religious community, people that we've known for a long, time.
And IRS is attacking them, going after the churches, going after really pretty much any organization that has any kind of religious affiliation.
We told you just yesterday, one of the big religious organizations that works with all religions, they were just debanked.
JP Morgan Chase just said, yeah, we can't tell you why, but we can't do business unless you give us a list of all of your donor, all of your donors.
Oh, oh, it's just that easy.
No, thank you.
Our churches and our faith is being attacked.
And, you know, if you're not a church person, that's fine, fine.
But you've got to stand for the First Amendment.
Our freedom of speech and our freedom to attend the church and get government out of the church is critical.
Critical.
Think of that.
Speech, religion.
What else is under attack?
Gathering together in groups, First Amendment.
Petitioning your government, First Amendment.
The press, First Amendment.
Second Amendment.
I mean, if they start quartering soldiers in my house, we're in trouble.
We're in real trouble.
Third Amendment always gets ignored.
I know, it does, and it shouldn't.
But anyway, that's tonight at 9 p.m.
Critical.
And you can join the Stu Does Something Tonight.
What are you doing tonight?
I am doing, I'm going to do some stuff on Eric Swalwell and his ridiculous, horrible campaign ad that he plays.
That's one for the record.
Stu does Eric Swalwell.
Well, Fang Fang, actually.
Fang Fang.
Does that.
All right.
Tonight at 8 o'clock, followed by my program at 9.
