[00:03:32] If it's not, you know, COVID-19 is the situation with Gabby Petito, who was killed, and where was her fiancé, Brian Lundry, who's been missing, what, for a month? [00:03:44] Yeah, more than a month. [00:03:45] He's been a person of interest. [00:03:47] Person of interest since that time. [00:03:49] Everybody's pretty sure he's a little more than a person of interest, right? [00:03:54] But, I mean, innocent until proven guilty. [00:03:59] And if this is him, I mean, the same person who killed Gabby could have killed him. [00:04:04] Yeah, that's possible. [00:04:06] That's possible. [00:04:10] Followed him from Wyoming, right, where she was killed. [00:04:14] All the way to the Miakai. [00:04:15] All the way to Miakahatchee Creek Park. [00:04:21] The swamplands of Florida. [00:04:24] And then killed him. [00:04:26] It's possible. [00:04:26] It's possible. [00:04:28] Not likely, but possible. [00:04:30] I'm the attorney. [00:04:30] That's what I'm pushing. [00:04:31] I'll tell you that. [00:04:33] You know what else is possible is he killed her, and then he couldn't face the consequences and killed himself. [00:04:40] Definitely. [00:04:41] That's very probable. [00:04:43] That's kind of what I thought would happen would be the outcome of this from the beginning. [00:04:48] But they did find human remains, and they do think it's him, right? [00:04:51] Yeah, he's been in the water for quite a while. [00:04:53] So I don't know. [00:04:55] I mean, because if he hasn't been dead long enough to not be able to see who it is, right? [00:05:03] I don't know. [00:05:05] I don't know. [00:05:06] But if he was in the water for a while, and if he's in the water for this time, I mean, things tend to happen that aren't good. [00:05:15] There's alligators in Florida. [00:05:18] So, yeah, that can't be pretty. [00:05:20] No, it cannot be good. [00:05:22] So it is probably him. [00:05:24] So it may be the resolution to this thing. [00:05:26] Yes. [00:05:27] And then I guess people want to know what the parents had to do with it. [00:05:30] Did they help him get away into the park? [00:05:34] I don't know. [00:05:35] I don't know. [00:05:36] I mean, who knows? [00:05:38] Right. [00:05:38] And this will be the resolution, though, right? [00:05:41] Because you still, you're never going to know for sure. [00:05:44] Right. [00:05:45] So you just have to, now we're saying, okay, well, he's dead now, so that's the resolution. [00:05:50] Yeah. [00:05:51] This is his. [00:05:52] That would be my assumption. [00:05:53] This is his admission. [00:05:54] And maybe it's, yeah, it's essentially it's his confession. [00:05:58] Yeah, and so that'd be the end of it, right? [00:06:03] Well, I mean, yeah, it'd be the end of it. [00:06:05] Unless you do actually believe that the same person killed Gabby and him, then you got to find that person out there. [00:06:11] Yeah, so the hunt for the actual murderer. [00:06:15] It's just like, it's just like OJ on those golf courses looking for the real killer of Nicole. [00:06:20] That's correct. [00:06:21] All these years. [00:06:22] When's he going to find him? [00:06:23] I don't know. [00:06:25] Don't know. [00:06:25] Has he ever been at the same golf course at the same time? [00:06:28] I don't know. [00:06:29] Maybe. [00:06:29] Maybe. [00:06:30] As far as I know, he's still looking. [00:06:32] Oh, he's absolutely still looking. [00:06:34] Yeah. [00:06:35] He's searching golf courses all over the country for that killer. [00:06:38] And one day I'm convinced he will find him. [00:06:42] He will too. [00:06:43] Yeah. [00:06:43] So we'll see. [00:06:44] But we'll keep an eye on both of those stories. [00:06:47] Absolutely. [00:06:49] Absolutely. [00:06:51] It's been amazing, though, how many people have followed this story. [00:06:54] And, you know, some of the sleuths on the internet that have sort of tried to figure out that Gabby were what happened. [00:07:08] And that she was sending certain signals to her parents because one of her last messages, she talked about her grandfather. [00:07:16] And she never called her grandfather Stan, but she called him Stan in this message several times. [00:07:23] So because she never called him Stan, some people on the internet figured out that was a secret message that meant send the authorities now. [00:07:39] Now, if her parents can't figure that out, what kind of boneheads are they? [00:07:45] Are you idiots? [00:07:47] How did you not figure that out? [00:07:50] I mean, she's lucky that grandpa was named Stan. [00:07:53] Yeah. [00:07:53] Yeah. [00:07:54] Because it meant send the authorities now. [00:08:02] Because if his name was Bob, what kind of message would that be? [00:08:08] I don't know. [00:08:09] I can think of something. [00:08:10] I don't know that I want to say it out loud. [00:08:14] And then they had the guy that they thought was him. [00:08:17] They busted in on him and his girlfriend at the hotel, broke down the door. [00:08:22] They thought he was Brian Landry staying at the hotel. [00:08:24] And someone at the hotel reported him saying, he's staying at our hotel. [00:08:29] And it wasn't him? [00:08:30] No, it was not him. [00:08:31] No. [00:08:31] They busted down the door. [00:08:32] Then they realized, oh, hey, this is not him. [00:08:36] So, I mean, the hotel was kind enough to say, hey, sorry, we'll give you a free night and a free breakfast. [00:08:42] Is that what the room did? [00:08:43] Yeah, we'll give you a free night. [00:08:44] Free night and a free breakfast. [00:08:46] I think I would have asked for a little bit more. [00:08:47] Yeah, but that would have been just me. [00:08:52] Free night and free breakfast. [00:08:53] If that's not enough for you. [00:08:55] Tough. [00:08:56] Tough. [00:08:56] Yeah. [00:08:57] That's what we're giving him. [00:08:58] Too picky because that's a pretty sweet deal. [00:09:01] Right. [00:09:02] All right. [00:09:03] Triple 893393. [00:09:05] Also at Pat Unleashed on Twitter. [00:09:09] Netflix protesters accosted a single supporter of Dave Chappelle. [00:09:15] Did you see this? [00:09:16] I did. [00:09:17] Did you read about this? [00:09:18] Do you read about that? [00:09:18] You think it's in the paper today? [00:09:20] Kevin, did you read about it? [00:09:21] You think it was in the paper? [00:09:22] Those are crazy, Jay. [00:09:25] So here they are at this protest, one guy holding a sign, and the crowd is going crazy on this guy. [00:09:35] Yeah. [00:09:39] So his sign says, we like Dave. [00:09:41] Oh, and now we're just going to rip it out of his hands. [00:09:43] And now some douchebag just rips it out of his hands and breaks it. [00:09:49] Stomps on it. [00:09:51] And now he just has a pole that used to hold a sign. [00:09:54] And now they're going to call that a weapon. [00:09:58] He's got a weapon. [00:09:59] Shut up. [00:10:04] And then they get right up in his face. [00:10:06] This woman is in his face. [00:10:09] You know, and she's wearing a mask. [00:10:10] I would have just been breathing in her face like crazy. [00:10:13] You like that? [00:10:14] Putin? [00:10:15] You like that? [00:10:16] She may identify as Putin, but I don't know that she identifies as a woman. [00:10:20] I don't care. [00:10:21] I don't care how she identifies. [00:10:23] That wouldn't matter to me. [00:10:24] Get out of my personal space is all I'd want. [00:10:29] Look at that. [00:10:30] Look at the Nazis. [00:10:32] Oh, yeah. [00:10:32] The fascism involved here. [00:10:36] They can't stand that somebody has a differing point of view. [00:10:41] I know. [00:10:42] And they are not about to let him be heard. [00:10:46] Look at that. [00:10:47] They're crazy. [00:10:48] They're insane. [00:10:49] Oh, yeah. [00:10:49] The one, the one, I don't know what that person identifies as, was just out of her mind. [00:10:55] Yeah. [00:10:56] Yeah. [00:10:58] So angry. [00:11:02] I mean, that guy is lucky to be alive. [00:11:06] You just don't know what those animals are going to do. [00:11:08] I know. [00:11:09] When they turn on you like that. [00:11:12] Did you see the letter that they wrote, though, to Netflix with their list of demands and what they wanted? [00:11:19] It was, you know, it was interesting that one of the top demand was create a new fund, a fund to specifically develop trans and non-binary talent. [00:11:32] Yes. [00:11:32] All right. [00:11:33] So I'm going to develop content on Netflix for 0.4% of the U.S. population. [00:11:43] Yes. [00:11:43] Is that what you're asking me to do? [00:11:45] Yes. [00:11:46] Okay. [00:11:46] Okay. [00:11:46] 0.4% is that's what I'm going to develop content. [00:11:52] Now, this fund. [00:11:53] All right. [00:11:53] Those will be huge hits. [00:11:55] Should exist in addition to the existing creative equity fund. [00:12:00] Yeah, it doesn't replace that. [00:12:02] No. [00:12:03] It's in addition to that. [00:12:05] In fact, I want you to create as much trans content as you create transphobic content. [00:12:14] Thank you. [00:12:15] Including marketing and promotion. [00:12:17] Right. [00:12:18] Okay. [00:12:18] Don't just think you're going to create it and then not talk about it. [00:12:22] Right. [00:12:23] Then, of course, let's not forget they want them to recruit trans people, especially BIPOC trans people. [00:12:30] Yes. [00:12:31] Isn't that weird that the I guess it's Black Lives Matter and LGBTQQIA2 Plus communities have essentially merged. [00:12:47] They have almost, I mean, if you look at the Black Lives Matter website, it's all about LGBTQ issues and trans issues, almost as much or more than black issues. [00:13:00] Oh my gosh, yes. [00:13:02] Yeah, they've overtaken it all. [00:13:04] Yeah. [00:13:05] Absolutely. [00:13:06] So recruit trans people, especially BIPOC, for leadership roles in Netflix and promote an inclusive environment for them. [00:13:17] Allow employees to remove themselves from previous company promotional content. [00:13:22] I mean, I guess that's okay. [00:13:23] If you were in some kind of promo that now you're not happy with, that's fine. [00:13:27] I love working for Netflix and now you don't. [00:13:30] Yeah, then you can remove yourself. [00:13:32] Go ahead. [00:13:33] Eliminate references and imagery of transphobic titles or talent inside the workplace, including but not limited to murals, posters, room names, swag. [00:13:44] How many room names are there at Netflix that are trans? [00:13:47] Transphobic. [00:13:48] I'm guessing. [00:13:48] Now this is just me. [00:13:49] How many murals have they devoted to being afraid of transgendered people? [00:13:56] Get out of here. [00:13:57] The walls are covered. [00:13:58] Covered. [00:13:59] Covered. [00:13:59] With anti-trans murals at Netflix. [00:14:04] Every hallway you walk down. [00:14:07] That's embarrassing. [00:14:09] Yeah. [00:14:09] Yeah. [00:14:10] You can't even walk in without seeing the anti-trans. [00:14:12] I honestly, I don't know how they work there. [00:14:14] I don't either. [00:14:15] Because you know the walls are covered. [00:14:16] It's so stupid. [00:14:17] It's so ridiculous. [00:14:18] It's really amazing. [00:14:19] And I know that I love the, we need to suggest a trans affirming content alongside an after-content flagged as anti-trans. [00:14:33] I do watch Netflix. [00:14:35] Yeah, I find it hard to not see anti-trans promotion on Netflix. [00:14:43] There's a lot of anti-trans shows. [00:14:46] They have a whole section that covers, you know, watch this now. [00:14:51] When I had Netflix, which I don't anymore, but when I did, I kind of noticed the opposite of that. [00:14:58] I noticed that just about every show on Netflix features LGBTQIA2 Plus, Tripod. [00:15:06] All of it. [00:15:06] Yes. [00:15:07] Absolutely. [00:15:08] Whole sections of it. [00:15:09] Yes. [00:15:09] Every show has somebody in it with a trans message. [00:15:14] Yes. [00:15:14] I mean, they definitely, they definitely. [00:15:17] They've gotten way out of their way to create content. [00:15:20] I mean, come on. [00:15:21] What's his face? [00:15:22] The head of Netflix even went out and said, yeah, you know, when I made his statement about Dave Chappelle and we're going to keep it and it doesn't matter. [00:15:32] We don't care. [00:15:33] And now he's even backed off of that. [00:15:35] Yeah. [00:15:36] Saying that, yeah, I screwed up the internal communication there. [00:15:40] I feel I should have made sure to recognize that a group of our employees was hurting very badly. [00:15:48] Okay, Ted. === Internal Communication Screwed Up (03:03) === [00:15:49] Yeah. [00:15:49] Take it easy, bro. [00:15:50] Yeah. [00:15:50] I mean, this is the same guy that allows the murals on the walls of the transphobic murals. [00:15:56] Right. [00:15:57] So he's deep into transphobia. [00:15:58] Deep into it. [00:15:59] Right. [00:16:00] And he made the mistake of saying, well, the David Chappelle show is too popular to take it down. [00:16:08] And then they jumped all over. [00:16:10] Right. [00:16:11] So, because you can't say that. [00:16:12] You can't say it's on there because people like it. [00:16:15] I mean. [00:16:15] You can't say that. [00:16:16] How dare you say people like it? [00:16:19] What? [00:16:20] You mean everybody doesn't agree with us that it's offensive and nasty? [00:16:23] Right. [00:16:24] Oh, man, it's agonizing. [00:16:26] Now, they did get, you know, they did have the one employee that gave out the information of how much Chappelle made and some of the contractual information. [00:16:37] They gave that employee the boot. [00:16:40] They said, no, you can't be giving out internal information. [00:16:43] How much was it? [00:16:44] That was like 20 million, 21 million. [00:16:46] For that particular special. [00:16:48] He made 20 million on the special? [00:16:49] I think it was something like that. [00:16:50] Nice. [00:16:53] The guy's just flat out. [00:16:54] I mean, though, he's just flat out. [00:16:56] I don't know if he can get by on the 20 million. [00:16:59] Probably don't. [00:17:01] Well, he's got a family. [00:17:02] You know, he's got a family to feed. [00:17:04] That's not just him. [00:17:06] That's right. [00:17:07] All right. [00:17:07] Triple 8933.93. [00:17:09] More coming up in one minute. [00:17:13] Oh, I'm supposed to do the thing live today, too. [00:17:15] NMLS1-82334, www.consumeraccess.org. [00:17:21] Nicely done. [00:17:21] How about that? [00:17:22] Nicely done. [00:17:23] Mortgage rates are still so incredibly low right now, and that means it's still a reasonable time for a loan if that's what you need. [00:17:30] Now, I've said this before. [00:17:32] So is Glenn. [00:17:33] And I'll say it again, and I'm sure he will too. [00:17:35] You need to be financially responsible, but you also need to understand the difference that a better percentage rate can make in your life, whether it's something like a mortgage refinance or a consolidation loan, so you can get out from underneath things like credit card debt. [00:17:51] I mean, you have to approach everything carefully, but that's where American Financing comes in. [00:17:55] They're a family-owned business that's been helping people just like you get into better financial shape for over 20 years. [00:18:02] They're honest with you. [00:18:03] There are never any upfront or hidden fees. [00:18:06] And if they can't help you, they're going to tell you that. [00:18:09] They did that with Stu, as a matter of fact, at one point. [00:18:12] Then I think he just got a loan with him this time. [00:18:15] Please, I urge you, take a little bit of time out of your busy day to give them a call and let their mortgage consultants do a free review of your finances. [00:18:24] You're going to be glad that you did. [00:18:26] Call American Financing at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or go to AmericanFinancing.net. [00:18:48] It's Pat and Jeffy for Glenn Today, 888-727-BECK. === Taliban Admits Emails (15:13) === [00:18:53] It'd just be nice if everybody wasn't so sensitive now. [00:18:56] Everybody is so easily crushed or offended. [00:19:01] I mean, can we not just grow up a little bit and toughen up a little bit? [00:19:07] Right. [00:19:08] Really? [00:19:10] I mean, the things that we're all going through right now, white people are fair game at this point, but we got to have pretty thick skin. [00:19:19] So maybe others should have thicker skin as well. [00:19:23] I don't disagree with that, but I just heard you get a little upset over hashtag bike back to Utah. [00:19:31] The Taylor fans were saying to the BYU fans. [00:19:35] Am I crying about it, though? [00:19:36] Am I crying? [00:19:37] No, I am not crying about it. [00:19:39] Did I take the day off? [00:19:40] Did I go home and seek a safe space? [00:19:42] Do you need a personal day? [00:19:44] Am I in a safe room right now? [00:19:47] No. [00:19:48] No. [00:19:48] I'm here somehow. [00:19:51] Getting through the show. [00:19:52] You know, the geez, this was amazing to me the other day when John Gruden got fired. [00:19:58] Oh, my God. [00:19:58] The day the email came out. [00:20:00] Yes. [00:20:00] Okay. [00:20:00] This is his personal private email that he sent to people who were his friends, right? [00:20:05] Yes. [00:20:06] And one of them mentioned there was an insult for blacks. [00:20:10] One of them, there was an insult for gays. [00:20:12] There was an insult. [00:20:14] I mean, he just, he was, you know, he was saying things he shouldn't have said. [00:20:19] But on the other hand, we shouldn't have heard any of it. [00:20:22] Correct. [00:20:22] Right. [00:20:23] It wasn't intended for anybody else's conception. [00:20:26] And, you know, Goodell got butt hurt when he saw his name in a couple emails. [00:20:30] So that's when he okayed. [00:20:32] Well, when you're done looking at the Washington football team emails, we're going to look at the other 650,000 emails to find out if anything more bad was said about me. [00:20:43] Maybe you should. [00:20:44] Let's look at every single coach. [00:20:46] Have private emails to everybody. [00:20:48] All of them. [00:20:48] Open them all up. [00:20:49] Yep, open it up. [00:20:50] But on that day, because he was so crushed, Carl Nassip, who is a defensive, I think he's a defensive end, right? [00:20:58] For the Raiders. [00:21:00] He's defensive alignment, yeah. [00:21:01] And he's gay. [00:21:02] He just came out as gay. [00:21:03] Nobody cares. [00:21:04] It's fine. [00:21:05] Everybody's fine with it. [00:21:06] But because Gruden said something about homosexuals in general, he had to take the day. [00:21:12] He needed a personal day. [00:21:13] He needed a personal day. [00:21:14] He took a personal day off. [00:21:15] Wait, what? [00:21:16] It wasn't even said to you. [00:21:17] What do you mean? [00:21:19] What's in the national football league? [00:21:21] I know, right? [00:21:23] Well, that doesn't matter. [00:21:25] That doesn't mean he can't be hurt. [00:21:26] Oh, okay. [00:21:28] He was allowed. [00:21:28] In fact, one of his teammates said he was allowed to go home and grieve in his own way. [00:21:32] Grieving over an email that John Gruden wrote about somebody else, not him. [00:21:41] 10 years ago. [00:21:42] 10 years ago. [00:21:45] I mean, unbelievable. [00:21:47] It's unbelievable. [00:21:48] It truly is unbelievable. [00:21:49] Seriously, I don't care if you're in the cis community, the straight community, the LGBT, QQ, IAA2 Plus community. [00:22:01] We all need to toughen up a little bit. [00:22:04] Just a tad. [00:22:05] Come on. [00:22:06] And at one time, he sent a picture or at least was on an email chain where pictures showed up of topless females. [00:22:15] Now, one of the people on that email was Ed Drosty. [00:22:18] I don't know who started Hooters. [00:22:21] So big surprise that that email chain was there. [00:22:24] Yeah. [00:22:25] So, I mean, I don't know how many people got a personal day because of that email, but. [00:22:30] I need one, I think. [00:22:31] I think I need one right now. [00:22:32] Yeah. [00:22:33] I don't know. [00:22:33] Now, okay, between this and the Baylor thing, I don't know if I can get through the show. [00:22:37] Oh, no. [00:22:37] Yeah. [00:22:38] It's bad. [00:22:38] Oh, babe. [00:22:39] It's bad. [00:22:39] It'll be okay. [00:22:45] This is the Glenbach program. [00:22:48] Cozy season right around the corner. [00:24:35] The other number I was about to give, you would use when you listen to me on my show right before this one. [00:24:42] You're going to listen live or you can listen anytime during the course of the day, wherever you get your podcast. [00:24:46] Pat Gray unleashed. [00:24:49] Amazingly, somehow, Jeffy has secured a podcast as well. [00:24:56] Yeah, it's called Chewing the Fat. [00:24:58] I don't know why you say amazingly, because unless you're talking specifically about the show, Chewing the Fat. [00:25:04] Yes, that's what it is. [00:25:05] That's amazing. [00:25:06] Right. [00:25:06] Okay. [00:25:06] Right. [00:25:07] Yeah. [00:25:07] Yeah. [00:25:08] Get that anywhere. [00:25:11] And I've been able to keep the cost down on that because I know that they've been trying to charge untold amounts of money and you've been fighting them tooth and nail for the people, you know? [00:25:22] For the children. [00:25:23] For the children. [00:25:24] You know, you say that like that's a bad thing. [00:25:26] No, you're absolutely right. [00:25:27] I think it's a very good thing. [00:25:28] I left a meeting yesterday where they wanted to charge for it and I said no. [00:25:32] No. [00:25:33] Again, you just stood up and said no. [00:25:35] No, it's going to be free. [00:25:37] Wow. [00:25:37] Thank you for fighting for us, those of us who want to listen to it every day. [00:25:42] Thank you. [00:25:42] You're welcome. [00:25:43] Appreciate it. [00:25:44] You're welcome. [00:25:44] Anything I can do. [00:25:45] Hey, the Taliban promises land to suicide bombers who have killed Americans and Afghans. [00:25:54] Huh. [00:25:56] Okay. [00:25:57] I mean, do you have to prove that you did, or do you just get to show up and say, hey, I did. [00:26:03] And they give you land. [00:26:04] I'm not. [00:26:05] Let's see. [00:26:05] Addressing a gathering on Monday evening, Sirah Judine Haqqani praised the sacrifices of moders, martyrs, and fedayeen, referring, of course, to fighters killed in suicide attacks. [00:26:18] Haqqani called them heroes of Islam and the country. [00:26:22] And at the end of the meeting, he distributed, he distributed 10,000 Afghanis per family and promised each a plot of land. [00:26:31] Now, how much is 10,000 Afghanis? [00:26:33] I don't know. [00:26:34] $112. [00:26:35] 112 American. [00:26:41] It's not great in Afghanistan. [00:26:44] The economy has completely collapsed since we left. [00:26:48] Yeah, it's probably pretty good. [00:26:50] And they get a plot of land from it. [00:26:52] The Biden administration reportedly agreed last week to provide humanitarian aid to Afghanistan as conditions worsen under Taliban rule. [00:27:02] They won't work with us against the ISIS terrorists. [00:27:09] They won't really work with us on getting the remaining Americans out. [00:27:15] I don't know why we're helping these people. [00:27:16] I don't. [00:27:17] I really don't. [00:27:17] I don't know. [00:27:18] Because you know, any aid we send over there is not going to the people we intend it to go to. [00:27:22] They're giving 10,000 Afghanistan. [00:27:24] Yeah, tickets to the suicide bomber families. [00:27:26] Yeah, that's great. [00:27:27] That's great. [00:27:28] I mean, that sounds very business-like and professional, doesn't it? [00:27:31] It's the new Taliban. [00:27:32] Of the Taliban. [00:27:32] It's a new and improved Taliban that's business-like and professional. [00:27:36] It's so professional and business-like that they're giving land and $112 to suicide bombers families. [00:27:43] It's interesting to see what plot of land you get. [00:27:47] I mean, do you get the land in Afghanistan, I believe? [00:27:51] It's only premium. [00:27:52] All right. [00:27:53] You know, maybe it's maybe it's Poppy Fields. [00:27:57] Maybe they get the old. [00:27:58] No, no, we're not giving you that. [00:27:59] Not giving you anything. [00:28:00] Oh, okay. [00:28:00] I can't have some of that. [00:28:01] No. [00:28:02] I want some of that. [00:28:03] That's part of the Afghan drug lords. [00:28:04] You don't get any of that, my friend. [00:28:06] Sorry about that. [00:28:07] You know that's true. [00:28:08] It absolutely is. [00:28:09] That's absolutely true. [00:28:10] But there were reports that they were meeting with India and Pakistan and China and Russia. [00:28:17] Right? [00:28:18] Yes. [00:28:18] Iran. [00:28:19] Yes. [00:28:20] So that's good. [00:28:21] That's right. [00:28:21] That is the new improved Taliban. [00:28:23] Well, they're being legitimized by these people. [00:28:27] And I think this is a thumb in the eye to America. [00:28:30] Yeah, we'll meet with the Taliban. [00:28:32] In fact, we were supposed to be in that meeting. [00:28:36] And then a scheduled conflict came up. [00:28:41] Did it? [00:28:41] Yeah. [00:28:42] Did it. [00:28:42] Yeah, Daniel. [00:28:45] Wasn't that the same day? [00:28:47] You say something. [00:28:49] We only had somebody else we could send. [00:28:51] But we don't. [00:28:53] You know, 330 million people only go so far. [00:28:56] You know what I mean? [00:28:57] I mean, I feel like we should. [00:28:57] We can't get them to everything. [00:28:59] As bad as it sounds, we should be there, though, right? [00:29:02] No. [00:29:03] We should, though. [00:29:04] No. [00:29:05] I want to know what they're saying to China. [00:29:08] Well, yeah. [00:29:09] That's true. [00:29:09] Yeah. [00:29:10] And Russia. [00:29:10] That's true. [00:29:11] I kind of want to know. [00:29:12] Because I'm not. [00:29:13] I mean, I have a feeling, and maybe I'm wrong. [00:29:16] If we asked them, I wouldn't believe what they told me. [00:29:20] Yeah. [00:29:21] I said, hey, what'd you guys talk about? [00:29:22] Oh, nothing. [00:29:24] We just hung out, you know, had a couple drinks and just, you know. [00:29:27] You had a drink? [00:29:28] Talked with the Taliban. [00:29:29] Yeah, we just hung with it. [00:29:30] I thought they didn't drink. [00:29:31] No, that's what I'm saying. [00:29:33] It was a special night. [00:29:34] It's a new Taliban. [00:29:35] The new Taliban. [00:29:37] Right. [00:29:37] These are the professional and business-like Taliban people. [00:29:40] Yeah. [00:29:41] Okay. [00:29:41] So, I mean, we had a couple of frescas and, you know, we just talked for a little while, just chit-chat. [00:29:46] Oh, nice. [00:29:47] Yeah. [00:29:47] That's nice. [00:29:48] So, I mean, I feel like we need to be there for that. [00:29:50] I mean, I know that we don't want to be, but. [00:29:53] Yeah, I don't know. [00:29:54] I'm kind of torn. [00:29:56] I'm torn on the humanitarian aid because obviously the citizens of that country are in a terrible way right now because of the Taliban. [00:30:04] And you would like to help them. [00:30:06] But, you know, when you send the money there, unless you can somehow get it directly to the citizens of the country, if you send it to the Taliban, it's not getting to the people. [00:30:16] Right. [00:30:17] So that's completely wasted. [00:30:20] And then on the diplomatic front, do you recognize them as, and I guess you should because they have been every step of the way. [00:30:28] They took over the country. [00:30:30] We allowed that to happen. [00:30:32] We did. [00:30:33] Yeah, we did. [00:30:34] And so, you know, whether it's legitimately legitimize them, you almost have to pretend like you legitimize them, right? [00:30:44] I guess. [00:30:45] That's a strange place. [00:30:46] It's a really, that whole thing was been botched from the get-go from this administration, no question. [00:30:54] Yeah. [00:30:54] And fixing it now is really tough. [00:30:56] It's almost impossible. [00:30:57] I don't know how to fix it now. [00:31:00] The country is just going to be a mess now. [00:31:01] Yeah. [00:31:02] And, you know, there's a lot of elected officials who have said, we're going to have to go back and undo what's happened here. [00:31:10] That would be a catastrophe. [00:31:12] I think the American people would be very angry over that. [00:31:16] Yeah. [00:31:17] If we went back into that mess again now after we left it, I don't know that we tolerate that. [00:31:24] I don't think so. [00:31:26] I feel like no. [00:31:28] Unless we say that, okay, this time we're going to, I don't know, if you don't get out by Thursday, we're going to turn the place into sand. [00:31:39] If whoever we're not going to do that, we wouldn't run the Taliban out. [00:31:44] Or anyone, any Afghani. [00:31:46] You've got until Tuesday, and then we're going to turn the place into sand, which we're not going to do ever. [00:31:52] No. [00:31:53] So, man, just to say we're going to go back in. [00:31:57] Wars just aren't fought like that anymore. [00:31:58] No. [00:31:59] We don't have the stomach for that anyway. [00:32:00] No. [00:32:01] We don't do that. [00:32:01] No, because you'd see the picture on Twitter of some kid blown up and that's the internet. [00:32:08] I mean, it was bad enough that the Biden administration botched that drone strike against the three terrorists that were about to blow themselves up. [00:32:22] And instead, it's a family of 10 or 7 or whatever it was, killed them and no terrorists. [00:32:29] And so that looked really bad. [00:32:30] Yeah. [00:32:31] Really bad. [00:32:31] And they admitted it. [00:32:32] And they admitted it. [00:32:34] Yes, they did. [00:32:37] I admitted it. [00:32:39] It's just like it's, well, we're not sure. [00:32:42] It took a few weeks, but they did admit it. [00:32:44] Yeah, yeah, we did. [00:32:46] We got no terrorists there, and we killed seven children. [00:32:50] We were looking. [00:32:50] One guy was looking at one screen. [00:32:52] Another guy was looking at another screen. [00:32:54] Our bad. [00:32:56] Our bad. [00:32:57] Dang it. [00:33:00] I don't know. [00:33:01] I don't know what you do. [00:33:04] I would love to turn this over to the military who are not in league with Biden. [00:33:10] Well, the military that is still the American military, Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, those guys who want to go in there and do the job and then get out. [00:33:24] And you know that those guys exist. [00:33:26] The Marcus Luttrells of the world exist and could get this job done. [00:33:31] They could go in there and get all the Americans out and do it effectively. [00:33:37] Right. [00:33:38] And then get out and we're done with it. [00:33:41] Okay. [00:33:42] Yeah, I'm all right with that. [00:33:43] I don't see Biden doing that. [00:33:44] No way. [00:33:45] No way. [00:33:46] I mean, he barely wants to be at the table with them. [00:33:49] I mean, for all intent and purposes, we're done. [00:33:53] Yep, Afghanistan. [00:33:54] Yeah, they don't even want to mention the name anymore because it was such a disaster for them. [00:33:58] All they want is for that to be forgotten completely. [00:34:01] I'll tell you what needs to happen, Pat, is we need to pass the infrastructure bill. [00:34:05] Don't talk to me about Afghanistan. === The $2 Trillion Infrastructure Bill (10:53) === [00:34:07] Those days are over. [00:34:09] What we need to do is pass the infrastructure bill. [00:34:11] What needs to happen? [00:34:12] And how much is that one? [00:34:13] I don't know. [00:34:14] $1.9 trillion. [00:34:15] I think it's about $2 trillion. [00:34:17] I think it is, actually. [00:34:18] I think we've dropped it down now, right? [00:34:20] To either between $1.5 and $1.9. [00:34:23] You have the reconciliation bill at $3.5 trillion, and I think it's still at $3.5 trillion. [00:34:27] Yeah, that's the reconciliation bill. [00:34:30] The infrastructure is about $2 trillion. [00:34:32] $1.9, I believe, is what they're doing. [00:34:33] I think they said they're willing to back down between 1.5 and 1.9 on that. [00:34:39] And this time, this fixes the infrastructure, right? [00:34:43] As opposed to the last three infrastructure bills that didn't fix the infrastructure. [00:34:49] No, those weren't done properly. [00:34:50] I see. [00:34:51] I see. [00:34:51] Barack Obama did one, though. [00:34:53] Why? [00:34:54] In fact, I think he did two. [00:34:55] Why didn't he do those properly? [00:34:57] That's weird. [00:34:58] I don't understand. [00:34:59] But I know Trump was in office. [00:35:02] Yeah. [00:35:03] And I mean. [00:35:04] Well, he probably undid what Obama did. [00:35:07] You know how many roads were destroyed during the Trump administration? [00:35:11] He just took in a road grader and just broke them all up. [00:35:14] That's essentially what his term was: a road grader. [00:35:17] Wow. [00:35:18] Wow. [00:35:19] Why'd we allow that to happen? [00:35:20] I don't know. [00:35:21] But finally, though, finally now, we're going to get the infrastructure fixed. [00:35:25] Roads and bridges will be drivable if we get it past. [00:35:28] And airports. [00:35:29] If we get it past, yeah. [00:35:30] Because I understand our airports are just pathetic compared to China's. [00:35:33] China's are beautiful. [00:35:34] Beautiful. [00:35:35] Airports. [00:35:36] You walk into an airport in China and you think that you're in like the plaza in New York City. [00:35:43] That's where you go. [00:35:44] Yeah. [00:35:45] Yeah. [00:35:45] Uh-huh. [00:35:46] Oh. [00:35:46] I've only seen pictures. [00:35:48] It didn't look like the plaza. [00:35:49] Yeah. [00:35:50] It's like the plaza. [00:35:51] You think you're in a five-star hotel. [00:35:52] That's how beautiful it is. [00:35:54] Well, we definitely need to do something. [00:35:55] We definitely need to do something. [00:35:56] You've seen DFW? [00:35:59] You know, you're not in the plaza when you go in there. [00:36:02] Tell you that right now. [00:36:05] Isn't that dump in Atlanta? [00:36:06] I mean, Chicago. [00:36:08] $2 trillion. [00:36:10] And you know they'll come back in a few years again with another infrastructure bill. [00:36:15] Because $2 trillion wasn't enough. [00:36:18] We just couldn't get it done. [00:36:18] Exactly right. [00:36:19] We thought we could get it done with $2 trillion, but couldn't do it. [00:36:22] You were wrong. [00:36:22] Couldn't do it. [00:36:23] Way more destruction than that. [00:36:25] All right. [00:36:26] Triple 8 727. [00:36:28] BECK. [00:36:29] More Pat and Jeffy for Glenn coming up. [00:37:44] The guy leads discussions. [00:37:46] He's asking questions. [00:37:48] He's solving quadratic equations. [00:37:52] He's leading parades in municipalities all across the nation. [00:37:56] He is so engaged. [00:37:58] I see this man. [00:37:59] I see him speaking. [00:38:02] Videos of him. [00:38:03] I do too. [00:38:04] Yes. [00:38:05] And he's powerful, right? [00:38:07] Yes. [00:38:08] Yes. [00:38:08] That's the word I'm looking for. [00:38:09] Powerful. [00:38:09] Powerful. [00:38:10] Sharp. [00:38:11] Because we have to take it Scranton, Pennsylvania. [00:38:14] I think yesterday. [00:38:16] Yeah. [00:38:16] About the economic agenda. [00:38:18] And he was there and he was talking about reminding everyone about his days on Amtrak. [00:38:25] Oh, he did that again? [00:38:26] Are you kidding me? [00:38:27] No. [00:38:29] I'd ride every day. [00:38:30] I commuted every single day for 36 years as Vice President of the United States after my wife and daughter were killed. [00:38:38] I went home to see my family. [00:38:40] Never stopped. [00:38:41] Wait. [00:38:43] Okay. [00:38:43] All the days. [00:38:45] He was vice president for 36 years. [00:38:49] Is that what we just learned there? [00:38:51] Yes. [00:38:51] Wow, that's a good term as VP. [00:38:53] Yeah. [00:38:54] Huh. [00:38:55] It's an awesome term. [00:38:56] I'm just saying engaged. [00:38:58] How amazing is that? [00:38:59] He works in The Wife and Child Killed. [00:39:02] Yep. [00:39:02] Or Bo dying. [00:39:04] Went home to see my family. [00:39:05] Never stopped. [00:39:07] Never stopped. [00:39:07] Road the Amtrak 36 years. [00:39:09] He just keeps taking Amtrak no matter what. [00:39:11] Doesn't matter. [00:39:12] His wife and child died every single day for 36 years as president, vice president. [00:39:17] That's unbelievable. [00:39:19] Oh, my gosh. [00:39:21] He also had this to say about the economic agenda. [00:39:28] Jobs. [00:39:31] Making sure there's a high-speed internet, affordable and available anywhere, everywhere in America, including for nearly one in six families who go without internet. [00:39:42] You saw what's happened when we've had this COVID. [00:39:45] Yeah, you saw it. [00:39:46] Try teaching from home. [00:39:47] Try it. [00:39:48] How many people just did it for 23 years? [00:39:51] Wait. [00:39:51] With their kids in their cars because they get access to the internet to be able to help the kid in school. [00:39:58] What are we doing? [00:39:59] This is the United States of America, damn it. [00:40:02] Damn it. [00:40:03] What are we doing? [00:40:04] Why are you so angry, Joe? [00:40:06] What happened? [00:40:06] I hope that these bills are going to help us meet the moment on the climate crisis in a way that creates good jobs, makes us more economically competitive. [00:40:14] Shut up. [00:40:15] How many times have you seen it? [00:40:16] The people in the parking lot at McDonald's with their children just scamming the internet off the McDonald's. [00:40:23] First of all, I'd like to store. [00:40:24] Thank this great country that has places of business that offer free Wi-Fi to anyone. [00:40:31] Well, if you're like a vampire and you just show up and suck it out of the building. [00:40:35] Now, 888-727-BECK, the number to call. [00:40:49] Still have just a ton of stuff to get to. [00:40:52] We haven't even scratched the surface yet. [00:40:55] In New York, they're removing a Thomas Jefferson statue. [00:40:58] Yeah. [00:40:59] It's been in City Hall for 187. [00:41:02] Getting rid of that thing. [00:41:03] Finally, right? [00:41:04] Yes. [00:41:05] 187 years it's been there. [00:41:07] 187 years. [00:41:09] And now all of a sudden. [00:41:11] Sorry, that's we're really offended by that. [00:41:14] The people who are really proponents of this, they've been after, they've been trying to remove this for a long time. [00:41:21] Oh, yeah. [00:41:21] A long time. [00:41:22] And do you remember when President Trump, when all the statues were coming down? [00:41:26] And he's like, okay, what's next? [00:41:28] Are you going to start taking down George Washington and Thomas Jefferson statues? [00:41:33] And they're like, oh, that's ridiculous. [00:41:35] That'll never happen. [00:41:37] You're a cook for even bringing that up. [00:41:40] Okay. [00:41:40] And now, how many times has this happened? [00:41:44] Many. [00:41:45] That's right. [00:41:46] It has. [00:41:47] Many. [00:41:48] In fact, in our biggest city, in their city council building, where they hold their meetings all the time, they can't even stand to look at it. [00:41:55] And they're taking it out. [00:41:56] That's unbelievable. [00:41:58] All right. [00:41:58] Much more to come as we get on with the radio program in seconds. [00:42:14] Yeah. [00:42:19] Pat Gray and Jeffy for Glenn Beck on the Glenn Beck program. [00:42:23] Our number, 888-727-B-E-C-K. [00:42:26] Like to get in touch with us? [00:42:28] We were just mentioning on the, I don't know, what is that sort of segment where we only do it? [00:42:34] It's the in-between segment. [00:42:35] It's the in-between segment. [00:42:38] The four-minute buzz, right after the four-minute buzz, but before the radio show. [00:42:42] The between segment. [00:42:43] The between segment. [00:42:44] Where we were talking about removing Thomas Jefferson statues. [00:42:48] Something we were told would never happen is outrageous and stupid. [00:42:53] We'll tell you about that. [00:42:55] Mask mandates and much more coming up in 60 seconds. [00:43:03] The Glenbeck Program. [00:43:05] Cozy season right around the corner. [00:44:18] The burr in the air, the dimp in the air. [00:44:20] It's chilly here in autumn. [00:44:22] And he's so right. [00:44:23] When it gets down to 85 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you need that fire to take the chill off, don't you? [00:44:30] Today it's only going to be 85. [00:44:34] Now you're going to need a fire. [00:44:34] I'm cold. [00:44:35] It's cold. [00:44:36] It's going to warm up this weekend, though, because it's going to be, you know, in the upper 80s this weekend. [00:44:40] So you'll be fine. [00:44:41] 88 on Saturday. [00:44:42] You'll be fine. [00:44:43] Don't worry. [00:44:43] So you maybe won't need the fire on Saturday, but for today at 85, you definitely want to fire that thing up. [00:44:56] Autumn just isn't the same in Texas, is it? === John Adams' Last Lie (04:03) === [00:45:00] I don't care. [00:45:00] I mean, I lived in Florida for a bunch of years and we didn't necessarily have it in Florida. [00:45:05] No, that's true. [00:45:07] But New York. [00:45:08] Yeah, Connecticut. [00:45:11] That was nice. [00:45:11] It was nice. [00:45:12] I loved it. [00:45:13] I love it. [00:45:14] I love the changes. [00:45:15] My wife does too. [00:45:16] Yeah, I love it. [00:45:16] It's a good place for both of you to be. [00:45:19] Really? [00:45:20] Yeah. [00:45:20] You're going to banish me back to the East. [00:45:22] That's a good place for both of you to be. [00:45:24] And your wife? [00:45:25] I love that. [00:45:26] You're going to banish your wife to that. [00:45:27] Yeah. [00:45:32] You were talking about the Thomas Jefferson statue. [00:45:34] I love the quotes from the congresspeople and the assemblymen who were all happy about it. [00:45:41] The husband and wife team, the Barons, Councilman Inez Barron, she was saying that we're not being revisionist. [00:45:50] We're not waging a war on history. [00:45:53] We're saying that we want to make sure that the total story is told. [00:45:58] Like, do you, Inez? [00:46:00] Like, we haven't heard the total story, right? [00:46:03] Has anybody ever hidden the fact that Thomas Jefferson had slaves? [00:46:06] Nobody's ever hidden that fact. [00:46:08] I learned that in first grade. [00:46:13] Come on. [00:46:13] And hubby Assemblyman Charles Barron. [00:46:17] When we remove this statue, we're making a step in the right direction for erasing honoring of those who murdered and raped us. [00:46:26] Oh, my God. [00:46:28] Okay. [00:46:29] Thomas Jefferson did not murder or rape anyone. [00:46:36] Nor did he have a bunch of children with Sally Heming. [00:46:39] That didn't happen. [00:46:40] How did that speak? [00:46:41] Oh, they did DNA tests. [00:46:43] Yeah, the DNA test, you know what that showed back in 97 or 98? [00:46:47] It showed that it was one of 27 Jefferson men, one of 27, and more like, much more likely, either his brother or his nephew. [00:46:57] Thomas Jefferson, at the time, nobody believed it because his contemporaries knew him and they knew his character. [00:47:04] And they tried to slander him with that back then. [00:47:07] And nobody, it didn't take hold back then because they knew he wouldn't do that. [00:47:12] And so we were some campaign and they were putting it in the town newspaper or whatever trying to slander him. [00:47:20] John Adams tried to slander him with that. [00:47:22] Yeah. [00:47:23] John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were, of course, really close friends until they ran against each other. [00:47:28] And then not so much. [00:47:31] And then the campaign brought it down. [00:47:33] Yeah, a little bit. [00:47:34] And then later on, they repaired it. [00:47:37] Like much later on, I think it was 15 or 18 years later. [00:47:40] They started writing back and forth to each other to the point where, you know, they died on the same day, right? [00:47:47] And they had just written to each other. [00:47:50] And John Adams' last words were, Thomas Jefferson lives. [00:47:56] And then he died. [00:47:57] And then he died too. [00:47:58] Yeah, and then he died too. [00:47:59] But Thomas Jefferson had died an hour before that. [00:48:01] So it wasn't a true statement. [00:48:03] No, it was a lie. [00:48:04] Yeah. [00:48:04] John Adams' last sentence was a lie. [00:48:08] We better tear down his statues, too. [00:48:10] Oh, we're good to do that. [00:48:12] And is it a coincidence? [00:48:14] Okay. [00:48:14] Jefferson and Adams die on the same day. [00:48:19] And what is that day? [00:48:22] July 4th, 1826. [00:48:25] The 50-year anniversary of the United States of America. [00:48:28] Isn't that something? [00:48:29] That is. [00:48:29] Coincidence? [00:48:30] That is. [00:48:30] I think not. [00:48:31] Yeah. [00:48:31] Yeah. [00:48:32] That's intended. [00:48:33] That's some kind of divine thing that happened there. [00:48:37] Really? [00:48:37] Yeah, I think so. [00:48:39] I think so. [00:48:40] And now here we are. [00:48:41] They were about the same age and lived. [00:48:43] Had nothing to do with that. [00:48:45] Nothing to do with it. [00:48:46] Yeah. [00:48:46] All right. [00:48:50] Okay. [00:48:51] They hadn't seen each other in years and they just happened to die on July 4th, 50 years later. [00:48:58] Yes, they just have happened to die out in those days. [00:49:00] Yeah. [00:49:01] All right. [00:49:01] Okay. [00:49:02] Whatever. === Lower Expectations Amid Founders' Phobia (09:40) === [00:49:04] But to me, what we need to do is start calling this what it is, and that's founders' phobia. [00:49:11] Because everything that they don't like that is, you know, I love that. [00:49:14] That is supposedly against trans people and it's not even supposedly, it's not against that. [00:49:22] You don't mean it like that, but that's transphobia. [00:49:24] Yes. [00:49:25] Or homophobia or Islamophobia or you name it, it's a phobia. [00:49:31] So let's just start calling this founders phobia. [00:49:34] That you're afraid of the founders, and they are, of course, because they can't live up to them. [00:49:38] And because they can't live up to them, they have to bring them down to their level. [00:49:45] And then, you know, you can't insist that they be any better than they are. [00:49:49] And it discredits the Constitution and our founding documents because these are the people who are responsible for them. [00:49:57] So don't tell me about the Constitution that was written by a bunch of white, rich slave owners so that they can throw that out all the time. [00:50:07] I love it. [00:50:08] Founders Phobia. [00:50:09] It's all good, you know, because obviously instead of looking up, it's easier to tear down. [00:50:18] I mean, that's the plan. [00:50:19] That's definitely the plan because, I mean, we see, there was just an article the other day about Americans. [00:50:25] You know what you need to do is lower your expectations. [00:50:29] Yeah, I saw that. [00:50:30] That's what you need to do is lower your expectations. [00:50:32] Okay, we all got spoiled by this supply chain thing. [00:50:37] You know, it's not that big. [00:50:38] Stop whining. [00:50:40] This is how it's supposed to be. [00:50:41] Yes. [00:50:42] It's broken. [00:50:43] Do yourselves a favor. [00:50:45] Get used to it. [00:50:46] Lower your expectations. [00:50:48] Just get used to it. [00:50:49] Just get used to not having things on the shelf. [00:50:51] Get used to not having food in the pantry and thus on your table. [00:50:58] Get used to not making as much money as you used to. [00:51:00] Don't worry about it. [00:51:03] Get used to America just not being quite right. [00:51:06] Okay. [00:51:07] Yes. [00:51:09] And then you won't be disappointed when things get even worse. [00:51:16] Because they're not going to get worse, right? [00:51:18] Yes. [00:51:18] They're not going to get worse. [00:51:20] It's probably a little worse before they get better. [00:51:22] Really? [00:51:22] I think so, yeah. [00:51:23] But the good thing in that statement is they will get better. [00:51:26] They will get better one day. [00:51:27] Yes. [00:51:28] I think they will. [00:51:30] That's the good news. [00:51:32] But will we be around for it? [00:51:34] I'm not sure. [00:51:35] I hope so. [00:51:36] Oh, boy. [00:51:36] That seems longer than I wanted. [00:51:39] Yeah. [00:51:39] Longer to get better than I really wanted. [00:51:41] Yeah. [00:51:42] Yeah. [00:51:43] I love how we're already originally it was, well, we'll get that supply chain bottleneck taken care of and next year be fine. [00:51:52] Maybe you clean that up by the end of this year. [00:51:55] No, sometime in 20. [00:51:57] You know what? [00:51:58] It's probably going to be 2023 before we get this thing. [00:52:03] I know. [00:52:04] So yeah, get used to it. [00:52:05] Yeah. [00:52:05] Okay. [00:52:06] You might have a shortage of a few things, but you don't really need them anyway. [00:52:09] Toilet paper, who needs that? [00:52:10] Use your hand. [00:52:14] So go outside and find a leaf. [00:52:18] If you can find one. [00:52:19] Because there's not any trees anymore, thanks to climate change. [00:52:22] But if you can find a leaf. [00:52:23] If you can find a leaf, use that. [00:52:25] You know, whatever. [00:52:27] I mean, we're going to go ahead. [00:52:29] Maybe your neighbors have recycled some paper towels or some toilet paper you guys can share like that. [00:52:36] Get together. [00:52:37] A little co-opting of the neighborhood. [00:52:39] But lower your expectations. [00:52:41] Don't think there's going to be new, fresh merchandise around. [00:52:44] Right. [00:52:45] Don't do that. [00:52:46] Well, you're spoiled because this hasn't been a third world nation until recently. [00:52:51] And now, you're just going to see what it's like to be a third world nation. [00:52:56] Because we're the evil Americans. [00:52:59] Right. [00:52:59] And we deserve this comeuppance. [00:53:01] We deserve it. [00:53:02] Right. [00:53:03] We've lived high on the hog too long. [00:53:07] There's no more hog, my friend. [00:53:08] Now, America's chickens are coming home to roost. [00:53:14] Amen. [00:53:16] Amen, Brother Pat. [00:53:17] Amen. [00:53:18] Hallelujah. [00:53:19] There you go. [00:53:22] It's not funny. [00:53:23] It's not funny. [00:53:24] It's really not funny. [00:53:25] And, you know, as a small business owner myself, I see the effect it's having because there are ingredients for our cooking company, which, by the way, we do have the cookies in stock right now. [00:53:35] Is there a way that someone could order those cookies? [00:53:37] Yeah, you could go to kexi.com, key s-i.com, and order delicious cookies. [00:53:43] Like we got the pumpkin right now, you know, for the pumpkin spice thing because everything has to be next time I'm in a McDonald's parking lot. [00:53:52] I'll log on to kexi.com. [00:53:54] Good idea. [00:53:55] Good idea. [00:53:56] And maybe try the, I highly recommend the cinnamon roll cookie. [00:54:01] Yeah, that was, I have, I have actually eaten the cinnamon roll cookie and I recommend it. [00:54:08] Yeah, I recommend you. [00:54:10] In fact, giving it to me is what I recommend more than anything. [00:54:14] But anyway, we've already noticed that there are some ingredients you just can't get, or it takes a long time. [00:54:21] It takes a much longer time to get them than it did before. [00:54:24] The good news is, with a lot of those products taking longer to get, is that they cost more too. [00:54:29] Exactly. [00:54:30] So good. [00:54:32] Yes, you've got the inconvenience of waiting a long time for them when you need them right now. [00:54:37] But also they're three times the price. [00:54:41] So that's great too. [00:54:42] Quit your wine. [00:54:43] You're getting it, aren't you? [00:54:44] Yeah. [00:54:44] Well, sort of. [00:54:47] We're getting it, all right. [00:54:49] Yeah. [00:54:50] Thank you. [00:54:50] Yeah, we're definitely getting it. [00:54:52] And I love this administration. [00:54:54] Well, it's a, I mean, people, it's a supply thing, but more people want it. [00:54:59] Everybody's profiting out there. [00:55:01] Yeah. [00:55:01] Yeah. [00:55:02] I thought it was supposed to work the opposite way. [00:55:04] I know. [00:55:05] Now, I know, I realize that's old school American thinking. [00:55:09] So I know I need to lower my expectations. [00:55:12] But if I don't lower my expectations, I thought that when the demand was up on something, the price went down. [00:55:22] I mean, is that anymore? [00:55:26] No. [00:55:26] Okay. [00:55:28] All right. [00:55:29] No. [00:55:30] If the supply is not meeting the demand, then the price would obviously go up. [00:55:37] Right. [00:55:38] Yeah. [00:55:38] No, I get that. [00:55:39] Yes. [00:55:40] But if you have a bunch of a product. [00:55:44] Yeah. [00:55:45] A lot of it. [00:55:46] Right. [00:55:47] And less demand, then the price should go down. [00:55:51] Way down. [00:55:51] Yeah, it should. [00:55:53] But here's the good thing. [00:55:55] We might soon see breadlines in America. [00:55:58] And of course, in the past, we've heard that's a good thing. [00:56:02] You know, it's funny. [00:56:03] Sometimes American journalists talk about how bad a country is because people are lining up for food. [00:56:08] That's a good thing. [00:56:09] In other countries, people don't line up for food. [00:56:11] The rich get the food and the poor starve to death. [00:56:14] Right. [00:56:15] See the logic there in Bernie Sanders food lines are a good thing. [00:56:23] Just like a Marxist. [00:56:25] Yeah, food lines. [00:56:26] That's a really good thing. [00:56:28] Well, yeah. [00:56:28] To communists, that is a good thing. [00:56:31] We are, dude. [00:56:32] What are you talking about? [00:56:32] We're letting you stand in line for bread. [00:56:35] You're going to get it, right? [00:56:36] Just wait in line long enough. [00:56:37] 888-727-BEC. [00:56:44] Oh, yeah, I'm supposed to do American Financing, NMLS. [00:56:48] What is that? [00:56:49] I got to do the disclaimer. [00:56:50] You don't have that memorized by now? [00:56:52] I don't. [00:56:52] Holy cow. [00:56:52] I don't. [00:56:53] I know. [00:56:53] It's American Financing NMLS. [00:56:55] 1-8-2-3-3-4, www.consumeraccess.org. [00:57:00] There's still time to make a positive impact on your budget before the end of the year. [00:57:04] And if you're wondering how, the answer could be as simple as taking a look at your mortgage percentage rate. [00:57:09] You might think your mortgage is fine as it is, and it could be, or it could be better than fine. [00:57:16] It could be working for you and saving you more money every single month. [00:57:21] And maybe you're happy with 4%. [00:57:23] Maybe you're happy with 3.8%. [00:57:25] But it could be much less than that. [00:57:28] And you could pay less money for your mortgage. [00:57:31] The best way I know how is to find out is to give the mortgage consultants at American Financing a call and let them do a free mortgage review for you. [00:57:41] If you can lower your percentage rate through a refinance, you could end up saving hundreds of dollars a month, maybe as much as a thousand. [00:57:48] American Financing is the only lender that we endorse because we believe in them. [00:57:55] They don't pressure you. [00:57:56] There are never any upfront or hidden fees. [00:57:59] Instead, they get to know you and find out how best to save you money so that your financial house is as stable as it can be. [00:58:05] So call American Financing today. [00:58:08] Call them at 800-906-2440. [00:58:11] 800-906-2440 or go to AmericanFinancing.net. [00:58:16] 10 seconds, Station ID. [00:58:18] We noticed that Jon Stewart and Bill Maher and even Russell Brand, some of these really famous, extreme left-wing guys, are making some actual sense lately. === Jon Stewart on Gender-Neutral Toys (03:42) === [00:58:44] Yes. [00:58:45] I think the left has gone so far left that if you have any common sense in your body left, you just can't abide it. [00:58:55] It's like, okay, I got to say something now. [00:58:57] This is ridiculous. [00:59:00] Jon Stewart on CNN the other day talked about how stupid some of the things are that they're doing, and especially in California where they've done the gender, the gender-neutral toy law. [00:59:11] Yeah. [00:59:12] Where starting in, is it 2023? [00:59:15] Most of those new laws. [00:59:16] I'm going to broke in in the next couple of years. [00:59:18] Next couple of years, if you have a department store that sells toys, you must have a gender-neutral section where they're neither for boys nor girls. [00:59:29] Nor g's, nor gems, nor gers. [00:59:33] I don't know. [00:59:34] Whatever gender you are, there's 97 of them. [00:59:36] After all, I can't name them all. [00:59:41] But he said. [00:59:42] We have the Jon Stewart clip, I believe. [00:59:43] Oh, okay. [00:59:44] Yeah, here's what he said. [00:59:46] Debate going on right now in the Democratic Party about how to appeal to voters in 2022. [00:59:52] There are a lot of social issues getting a lot of attention. [00:59:55] Governor Gavin Newsom in California just signed a law requiring gender-neutral toy sections in stores. [01:00:02] There's obviously a lot of debate across the country. [01:00:05] Not all of it well-informed about critical race theory and how race is taught in schools. [01:00:13] Do you have concerns about how these debates are taking place? [01:00:17] Obviously, I'm not talking about how they're depicted in right-wing media because it doesn't matter what the Democrats do or liberals do for right-wing media to lie about it. [01:00:27] But there are a number of independent voters who might not understand what's going on. [01:00:33] Yeah. [01:00:35] I mean, there are a lot of things a lot of people don't understand. [01:00:39] And it's something's either right and common sense. [01:00:43] I mean, I do think there are ways to accomplish some of these goals in ways that, but you can't govern to the lowest common denominator. [01:00:55] You can't, I think one of the difficulties, and again, it's with the way that the lens through which we view everything is based on, and what will that mean for the midterms? [01:01:09] I saw a great headline in Politico as Afghanistan was descending into chaos in that final week. [01:01:16] And the headline in Politico, this was the top line headline, the one with the 40 point font, whatever it was. [01:01:26] It said, why Afghanistan may not matter in the midterms. [01:01:33] And then the subhead was, and why it might. [01:01:40] I mean, I think they have a point. [01:01:41] They have a point. [01:01:43] But that's our journalism, right, man? [01:01:45] Isn't that like how many times have you seen stories about the battle over masks? [01:01:50] That's the Karen yelling in the store and the people throwing them out and all that. [01:01:57] And how many stories have we seen about the efficacy of masks or the why or the actual like there are some, but the overwhelming majority of stories seek to expose the conflict lines. [01:02:14] But do you think it's all about the media? [01:02:16] There isn't anything to the degree of that sometimes activity. [01:02:19] Okay, we don't have time for the whole long-winded jet tapper question soliloquy. === Why We Care About Free Speech (02:50) === [01:02:27] He does that really well, though. [01:02:28] Yeah, he does. [01:02:29] Not really, though. [01:02:30] Stewart goes on to talk about the gender neutral story. [01:02:33] And who cares about that? [01:02:35] Why are we talking about something that stupid? [01:02:38] Can't govern to the lowest common denominator. [01:02:40] Yeah. [01:02:40] And he's right. [01:02:41] He also said, hey, maybe it's time to stop bashing Trump all the time and demonizing Trump all the time. [01:02:48] This guy hasn't been in the White House for almost a year now. [01:02:53] Can we stop with that? [01:02:54] Well, he's getting bludgeoned by the left for that. [01:02:59] But he's making some sense. [01:03:01] Yes, absolutely. [01:03:02] Never thought I'd say that, but Jon Stewart's making some sense. [01:03:05] So is Bill Maher and Russell Brand. [01:03:08] And so is Russell Brand. [01:03:10] All right, 888-900. [01:03:11] No, 888-727 V-E-C-K. [01:03:14] More of the Glenn Beck program with Pat and Jeffy coming up. [01:03:24] This is the Glenn Beck. [01:03:27] A ton of people are inspired by Mike Lindell. [01:05:14] You can get that wherever free podcasts are sold. === Quotas vs. Ability in College Play (13:10) === [01:05:17] What's really cool, too, is you can subscribe to this fabulous network. [01:05:23] And then when you do, you can see both of our shows. [01:05:26] Well, I don't know. [01:05:26] Is your show, it's not on, it's not actually video. [01:05:30] There's no video about this charging people that see Chewin the Fat. [01:05:33] I thought we covered that already. [01:05:35] No, I'm not. [01:05:36] I don't want to have a fight with you about it. [01:05:38] No, we don't. [01:05:38] No, I don't. [01:05:40] No, I think it's great. [01:05:42] All right. [01:05:43] I think it's great that you care so much about the people who want to view your show or listen to it that you've fought hard to keep that price down. [01:05:53] And I think that's really admirable. [01:05:55] So congratulations on that. [01:05:57] I tell you, I almost believe you. [01:05:58] Okay, so I'm just going to let it go. [01:06:01] We were talking about CNN a few minutes ago, Jon Stewart's appearance on CNN. [01:06:06] That network's in trouble, man. [01:06:07] Boy, no kidding. [01:06:10] I mean, the latest ratings that have come out are unreal for them. [01:06:14] Their latest primetime rating, the primetime lineup, which obviously Tapper is part of it that we just watched with Jon Stewart, 661,000 people. [01:06:25] On average, yeah. [01:06:27] Really bad. [01:06:28] I mean, really, really bad. [01:06:29] More people are using the McDonald's Wi-Fi. [01:06:32] Oh, yes. [01:06:33] By far. [01:06:34] Yes. [01:06:36] In fact, Brian Stelter's show, Brian Stelter being one of the bigger douchebags around, he actually lost on the cable channels to... [01:06:49] He had the lowest rated week of the year in 2554 Demo. [01:06:56] And he lost to the Golden Girls. [01:07:00] The Golden Girls. [01:07:01] A Golden Girls repeat, obviously. [01:07:05] Wait. [01:07:06] That's 30, what, 35 years old? [01:07:08] There isn't a new Golden Girls. [01:07:09] No, there's no new Golden Girls being produced right now. [01:07:12] It's not like season 732 of the Golden Girls. [01:07:17] There's probably only, I mean, there might be one or two still alive, right? [01:07:21] On the Golden Girls. [01:07:22] Well, Betty White's alive. [01:07:23] Oh, yeah. [01:07:24] So she's, what, 99? [01:07:26] Yeah, she turns 100 in January. [01:07:28] Yeah. [01:07:28] So he lost to the Golden Girls. [01:07:34] I mean, that's embarrassing. [01:07:35] That is embarrassing. [01:07:37] You know what? [01:07:37] You send somebody out to the transmitter. [01:07:39] You tell them to find the power switch and tell them to hit off and just shut that thing down. [01:07:48] It's not worth the electricity you're spending. [01:07:58] There goes CNN. [01:07:58] There you go. [01:07:59] Done. [01:08:00] Now, I will say they did shut it off. [01:08:02] Sure, 661,000 viewers. [01:08:05] Average, you know, in the primetime sounds, you know, catastrophic. [01:08:09] Good. [01:08:10] But they did beat the NBA Finals viewership. [01:08:15] The WNBA. [01:08:17] Yeah. [01:08:17] Whoa, did they really? [01:08:19] So, I mean, they have victory there. [01:08:22] You know how intensely popular the WNBA is. [01:08:27] Now, this was, of course, the WNBA final featuring the two teams that were playing in the finals. [01:08:36] Why are you saying it like that? [01:08:37] They play two teams play each other. [01:08:38] Oh, here it works. [01:08:40] I just had a mind blank for some reason. [01:08:42] I don't know why, because I'm so excited every time the NBA finals are on. [01:08:50] But it was the Chicago Sky versus the Phoenix something or others. [01:08:57] Is that what they call themselves? [01:08:58] The Phoenix or something. [01:08:59] The Phoenix something or others? [01:09:01] That's exactly what their name is. [01:09:03] They went kind of the Washington football team direction for some reason. [01:09:06] Right. [01:09:06] Phoenix something or others. [01:09:08] It's interesting. [01:09:09] And so the Chicago Sky won and had a massive celebration on the streets of Chicago. [01:09:17] It looked a little something like this. [01:09:19] Look at that. [01:09:20] Look at that. [01:09:21] What you're seeing if you're not watching the radio show on Blaze TV is a bunch of trucks driving down the road with the Phoenix Sky team and supporters. [01:09:31] Oh, yeah, the Chicago Sky out there. [01:09:33] Chicago Sky supporters. [01:09:35] And about four people watching the parade. [01:09:37] No, there's out. [01:09:38] There's tens people there. [01:09:39] People in the parade outnumbered people watching the parade by about a thousand to one. [01:09:48] It's unbelievable. [01:09:50] Can't they have the celebration like at the park or wherever they play, wherever the NWNBA plays? [01:09:56] Just so it looks like they've got a – when 10 people show up, it looks like, oh, there's a lot here. [01:10:02] Right. [01:10:02] That's what they should do, but that isn't what they did to. [01:10:07] So it was unfortunate. [01:10:08] Because they have to be equal and we're all about equity. [01:10:13] So when the Bulls won their championships, plural, I remember those parades. [01:10:20] Are you saying there were more people at the Chicago people? [01:10:22] More people that showed up. [01:10:24] Yes. [01:10:24] Yes. [01:10:25] That surprises me. [01:10:26] Michael Jordan walks down the street today. [01:10:28] He gathers more people than that. [01:10:30] Oh, no question. [01:10:32] By a lot. [01:10:33] Yes. [01:10:34] Jeez. [01:10:36] I don't know. [01:10:37] What keeps them going? [01:10:39] Well, the NBA keeps them going. [01:10:42] Absolutely. [01:10:43] The NBA makes something like $9 billion a year. [01:10:48] The WNBA makes something like $50 million a year. [01:10:54] I would bet you I bet it's less than that. [01:10:58] I bet it's less than that. [01:11:00] Seriously. [01:11:00] I mean, I don't know that. [01:11:03] That seems like, because I've looked this up before. [01:11:06] Wow. [01:11:07] But maybe I'm remembering it wrong. [01:11:08] Maybe it was 500 people or $500. [01:11:15] It might have been $500. [01:11:17] Like one person contributed a dollar each to the WNBA cause. [01:11:24] Are you seeing any numbers? [01:11:25] I guess they have. [01:11:27] Let's look up WNBA revenue. [01:11:29] Yeah, Flash sucks. [01:11:32] See, I'm not. [01:11:33] The fact is, I'm not that interested in the NBA anymore. [01:11:37] I know. [01:11:37] Let alone the WNBA. [01:11:38] I know. [01:11:40] Yeah, it says here 60 million. [01:11:41] 60 million? [01:11:42] Okay, I was close to that. [01:11:44] It was more than 50. [01:11:46] That's what I was saying. [01:11:47] Yeah. [01:11:47] Yeah, yeah. [01:11:48] I find that hard to believe. [01:11:50] You find it hard to believe? [01:11:52] The WNBA has revenue of $60 million? [01:11:55] No. [01:11:57] No, I'm sorry. [01:11:58] No. [01:11:59] Now, maybe they have some pity sponsors. [01:12:03] Yeah, maybe. [01:12:04] Because of the NBA? [01:12:05] Yes. [01:12:06] Okay. [01:12:06] But no. [01:12:09] There's no way. [01:12:10] Okay. [01:12:10] All right. [01:12:10] Congratulations. [01:12:11] Good for you. [01:12:12] Yes, congratulations. [01:12:12] Good for you. [01:12:13] On your revenue. [01:12:14] It's incredible. [01:12:15] Good for you. [01:12:16] But, you know, it's the same with the women's soccer thing. [01:12:19] You know, they keep claiming they should make as much as the men because we're more successful. [01:12:24] Yeah, you win more games. [01:12:25] There's no doubt about that. [01:12:26] You're a higher-ranked team. [01:12:27] They're number one in the world. [01:12:29] Yeah. [01:12:30] The men are not. [01:12:31] But who brings in the revenue? [01:12:34] You've got to look at that. [01:12:36] And even the U.S. Soccer Association is not saying that. [01:12:40] They're not saying, hey, look, we'll pay you the same when you bring in the same revenue. [01:12:46] Doesn't that make sense? [01:12:47] It does. [01:12:48] It does. [01:12:48] Even for those college kids. [01:12:50] You played it this morning on Paul Lee from Campus Reform. [01:12:53] Yeah. [01:12:55] It's all about diversity. [01:12:55] Don't mess with our sports team. [01:12:56] It's all about equity. [01:12:57] Don't do it. [01:12:58] Yes, we want diversity. [01:13:00] In fact, you got to watch this. [01:13:03] This is campus reform going out to the campus of the University of Florida on game day, asking about diversity quotas. [01:13:12] Check this out. [01:13:13] Talking first about diversity just in general. [01:13:15] Do you think diversity should be a factor in hiring decisions and in college admissions processes? [01:13:19] Yeah, absolutely. [01:13:21] Probably they should all have diversity quotas for college admissions. [01:13:26] A bunch of other things. [01:13:26] I think they already have quotas, though, but like those are definitely a good thing. [01:13:29] Absolutely, definitely. [01:13:30] I mean, I think it's an absolute necessity. [01:13:32] Yeah, everyone should have an equal part anywhere. [01:13:35] As a first-generation college student from a Hispanic household, it's very important. [01:13:40] Should we develop diversity quotas for the workplace or for college admissions? [01:13:44] How they usually work is if a population is 35% Hispanic, then the school in that region, I guess, would also have to be 35% Hispanic in its student population to reflect the demographics of the larger community. [01:13:58] Is that something that you would support? [01:13:59] Yeah, I would suppose that you weren't. [01:14:00] Yeah, how about that? [01:14:02] I'm surprised. [01:14:05] It sounds pretty reasonable. [01:14:06] Yeah, I think it does. [01:14:07] Yeah, Sam, I think it definitely should be taken into account. [01:14:09] No, absolutely. [01:14:10] There should be more diversity in basically every single field. [01:14:12] So what about diversity quotas on sports teams, college sports teams? [01:14:16] Do you guys think? [01:14:17] No, I think that should be skillful. [01:14:18] No, not necessarily. [01:14:19] That's skillful. [01:14:20] You want to win, no matter what you are. [01:14:24] Probably not. [01:14:25] I feel like it should be based off of talent. [01:14:26] That's something that's a little bit different. [01:14:28] Yeah, it's less important. [01:14:31] More emphasis placed on ability. [01:14:32] Sports is different than college. [01:14:34] Sports is not the same. [01:14:35] I mean, talent is talent, is talent is talent. [01:14:37] Right. [01:14:38] I don't think we should. [01:14:39] College sports is about getting the best players for your team. [01:14:42] And I don't think we should focus on which race or ethnicity to get. [01:14:46] I think the diversity quota for any sports team doesn't make much sense. [01:14:50] It should be. [01:14:50] It doesn't make sense. [01:14:51] No. [01:14:52] Just let the skills shine, and whoever's the best player deserves to be on the team. [01:14:56] Obviously, with sports, it's talent first over half of the world. [01:14:58] I did some research about the demographics here that you asked for. [01:15:01] We're going to put this into a hypothetical situation. [01:15:03] So 50% of students here are white. [01:15:05] This is from 2019. [01:15:07] 19% are Hispanic, 8% are Asian, and 5% are African American. [01:15:11] If we were to apply that quota to the offensive lineup for the Florida Gators football team, this is what the lineup would look like. [01:15:19] And that's pretty much a couple of Latinos. [01:15:21] Yeah. [01:15:22] Two Asians and one black person. [01:15:24] I feel like that doesn't work. [01:15:29] No. [01:15:29] I mean, I guess you could say more skilled people should get into schools too. [01:15:34] I guess what I said could kind of be applied both. [01:15:37] Oh, yeah. [01:15:38] Because we recruit based on skill, and if we recruited based on diversity, then we'd probably be worse. [01:15:44] I see nothing wrong with the current people. [01:15:45] That's what we supported one minute ago. [01:15:48] I think it's perfectly fine. [01:15:49] If they're the best players fit for the job, then they deserve the spot. [01:15:52] I don't necessarily think that it's a bad thing that these people are just better at the sports that they play. [01:15:58] Better? [01:16:00] I mean, it would definitely be different. [01:16:01] When's the last time you saw a prominent Asian in football? [01:16:04] Does this kind of change your mind about diversity quotas in other sectors like the workplace, like college admissions? [01:16:11] If we're talking about being the best in sports, shouldn't we also be talking about being the best in the workplace, being the best company, being the best college, regardless of anyone's race? [01:16:22] Yeah, I think it was a good idea. [01:16:25] Recruiting athletes based on their skill level, maybe you should admit students based on scores and their academic merit more so than diversity. [01:16:34] Right, yeah, a little bit because I didn't think about it being a problem. [01:16:37] I didn't think about it. [01:16:37] I guess you did. [01:16:38] That's your problem. [01:16:39] You didn't think you make a good argument for why my reasons for school would be the same for sports, basically. [01:16:46] Sure. [01:16:47] Yeah. [01:16:48] I think so. [01:16:49] This is one thing I did later about diversity too much and like college admissions or workplace. [01:16:56] I think now that I think about it, I wish you would have done that before. [01:17:01] Skill always comes first. [01:17:03] I don't necessarily think quotas are the way to go. [01:17:06] I know they're on the way. [01:17:07] Oh, really? [01:17:08] I feel like that's just counterappreciative. [01:17:09] Did one motivate to admit anybody or do anything? [01:17:13] Uh-huh. [01:17:13] Yeah. [01:17:14] Yeah. [01:17:14] I mean, it doesn't really matter what person's race is, who they are, whatever. [01:17:20] Like, it's kind of the complete opposite of what I just said to you. [01:17:23] Yeah. [01:17:24] Yeah. [01:17:24] Really? [01:17:24] You're right. [01:17:26] You know, it's interesting when you think about a problem, the difference that can make. [01:17:31] Then when some professor or teacher is just telling you that diversity is good, and so you instantly believe it without putting one second of thought into it, it does change things. [01:17:43] It does. [01:17:44] Yeah, it does. [01:17:45] That makes sense. [01:17:46] That does make sense. [01:17:48] Yeah, it does. [01:17:49] I think about it differently. [01:19:13] Got good news here. [01:19:14] Okay, good. [01:19:15] Because I'm still struggling with the $60 million from the WNBA. [01:19:18] But go ahead. [01:19:19] Are you really? [01:19:19] It's really bugging. [01:19:20] Struggle. [01:19:20] I'm going to go break down the WFBA because it's really not that much. [01:19:24] You know, it's really not in comparison to some things. [01:19:27] I mean, $60 million, if we were getting $60 million a year, okay, yes, that's a lot. [01:19:31] But for the entire WNBA to bring in $60 million in revenue, the promotion they get. [01:19:38] If they weren't subsidized by the NBA, it would not exist. [01:19:42] You know that. [01:19:43] No way. [01:19:44] They could not exist. [01:19:47] I mean, the NBA revenue is what? [01:19:50] 10 billion? [01:19:51] That's what I thought. [01:19:52] I think it's 9 or 10 billion. [01:19:53] Yeah. [01:19:54] There's somewhat of a difference there. [01:19:58] One of these sports just doesn't belong. [01:20:02] One of these sports is not like the other. [01:20:04] Go ahead with your good news. [01:20:05] That's what I can't figure. [01:20:07] Here's the good news. [01:20:08] In the coming weeks, millions of American children aged 5 to 11 will likely become part of an urgent vaccination program, the likes of which hasn't been seen since the polio days. [01:20:20] Good. [01:20:21] Yay! [01:20:24] Good. [01:20:24] Finally, our five-year-olds can be vaccinated with this thing that we know almost nothing about. [01:20:32] And you people that thought that you were vaccinated with your double shot for Pfizer or Moderna, right? [01:20:41] No. [01:20:42] All right, get ready for the third, maybe fourth or fifth, but third for sure. [01:20:46] Well, they're already talking about fourth and fifth. [01:20:48] What's going to happen, I really believe, it'll be yearly. [01:20:51] It's going to be like the flu vaccine. [01:20:53] Well, they're already trying to give you the bundle package. [01:20:56] Yes, they are doing that. [01:20:57] Yeah. [01:20:57] I mentioned on my show this morning that I was listening to a local Dallas station coming in, and they were talking, I forget what location it was, like, I don't know, 7-Eleven or someplace where you get really quality, high-quality medical care. [01:21:12] Yeah. [01:21:13] So they were bundling COVID and the flu shot. [01:21:17] You come in and get them both. [01:21:18] It would be so much fun. [01:21:20] It doesn't matter. [01:21:20] And now with the boosters, they've recommended that it doesn't matter what exactly COVID that you got, what shot you got, either Moderna or Pfizer or Johnson-Johnson. [01:21:30] Just get one for the kids. [01:21:32] It doesn't matter. [01:21:33] Mix and match. [01:21:34] It doesn't matter. [01:21:36] I don't think that's a good idea. [01:21:39] What do you think? [01:21:40] Is that a conspiracy theory? [01:21:42] It's going to be headline. [01:21:43] Pat Gray doesn't think it's a good idea to mix your vaccination serums. [01:21:49] Okay, man. [01:21:50] Sorry about that. [01:21:51] Conspiracy. [01:21:52] This is the Glenn Beck Program. [01:22:17] This is The Glenbeck Program. [01:24:18] We all know that. [01:24:18] And our vice president, Kamala Harris, who went out to Nevada to tout the Build Back Better agenda and tackling the climate crisis, who, by the way, just as a side note, Kamala Harris is terrible. [01:24:34] I don't know why they have her speaking for anything, but they saw her going out to fight the climate crisis as she gets out of her SUV and gets on her plane. [01:24:45] I love that. [01:24:46] Gets on her plane. [01:24:48] Air 2. [01:24:49] Yeah. [01:24:50] You know, costs, I don't know, I don't know how much planet she ruins just by having that sit on the tarmac running. [01:24:58] A ton. [01:24:59] Yeah. [01:24:59] I mean, the Earth is a minute closer to death every second that plane runs. [01:25:05] But I saw a list from, I was, well, first it was on Bright Bar, but it's a list of all the climate doomsday predictions that have, Well, many of them have not come true. [01:25:21] What? [01:25:22] Yeah. [01:25:23] What? [01:25:24] Many of them, in fact, all of them have not come true. [01:25:29] Yeah, aren't they zero for 41 or something like that? [01:25:34] Yes. [01:25:34] Yeah. [01:25:35] I mean, actually, I don't know, like 50. [01:25:37] They list 50 different things here starting in 1967 that has been predicted. [01:25:46] It hasn't really come true. [01:25:48] In 1967, we were a dire famine was forecasted by 1975. [01:25:55] Oh, man. [01:25:56] How many years are we from 1975? [01:25:58] We're close. [01:25:59] We're really close. [01:26:00] It's coming up. [01:26:01] 1975. [01:26:02] In 1969, everyone will disappear in a cloud of blue steam by 1989. [01:26:10] That's scary. [01:26:11] 1970, ice age by 2000. [01:26:14] Wish that would have happened. [01:26:16] 1970s. [01:26:18] America subject to water rationing by 1974, food rationing by 1980. [01:26:24] Hard to find water. [01:26:25] Can't get a glass of water in America now. [01:26:28] I mean, we're pretty close. [01:26:29] You get out there to where she's at in Nevada. [01:26:31] I mean, water's down to nothingness. [01:26:35] Well, they still have it, but it's almost gone. [01:26:39] And, you know, if there's, it's never going to rain again and bring no water. [01:26:43] So it could be dumb. [01:26:45] 71, a new ice age coming by 2020 or 2030. [01:26:50] So that one, I mean, it could still happen. [01:26:53] That could still actually still happen. [01:26:55] Yes. [01:26:56] And what year was that prediction? [01:26:57] 1971. [01:26:58] Okay. [01:26:59] So I'm not sure what, who, you know, what Nostradamus saw that. [01:27:03] Wow. [01:27:03] But we're on the way to the end. [01:27:04] We are that, perhaps. [01:27:06] Now that was in 71. [01:27:08] Now in 1972, there could be a new ice age by 2070. [01:27:13] So we've even stretched it out even farther. [01:27:15] Oh, okay. [01:27:16] So they're giving themselves some wiggle room there on the prediction. [01:27:20] Yeah, another 30, 40 years. [01:27:22] In 74, they said space satellites showed new ice age coming fast. [01:27:28] Oh, boy. [01:27:30] But how fast. [01:27:34] In 76, there was scientific consensus that the planet cooling famines are imminent. [01:27:43] Planet cooling famines. [01:27:46] That was in 1976. [01:27:48] Well, and now it's famine brought on by climate warming. [01:27:53] So either way, we're going to have famine. [01:27:55] In 1989, rising sea levels will obliterate nations if nothing is done by the year 2000. [01:28:06] So we're already gone. [01:28:07] We're already wiped out. [01:28:09] We've been obliterated. [01:28:10] We're undersea. [01:28:11] We're underwater. [01:28:12] We don't even know it. [01:28:14] In 2000, We were told that children won't know what snow is. [01:28:19] Oh, yeah, I love that. [01:28:20] I love that. [01:28:22] You'll have to explain to your children what snow is like. [01:28:26] Really? [01:28:27] Yeah. [01:28:27] Huh. [01:28:28] Okay. [01:28:28] You just don't see it anymore. [01:28:31] In 2002, if we don't give up eating fish, meat, or dairy, we're going to have famine in 10 years. [01:28:42] So 2012 will have famine? [01:28:45] Yes. [01:28:45] Okay. [01:28:47] You know, apparently people gave up eating fish, meat. [01:28:50] Barely, yeah. [01:28:52] So, all right. [01:28:53] In 2008, the Arctic will be ice-free by 2018. [01:29:02] That's something to look back on. [01:29:04] Except that it's not. [01:29:06] It didn't happen. [01:29:07] Happen. [01:29:08] In 2008, again, the same year, and Gore actually predicted in the same year that the Arctic would be ice-free in 2013. [01:29:20] Yeah. [01:29:20] So he even, he cut that. [01:29:23] He said 2018. [01:29:25] No way. [01:29:26] I'd say 2013. [01:29:27] I vote 2013, not 2018. [01:29:31] I think I have that actual prediction. [01:29:33] And some of the models suggest to Dr. Matt Lowthkey. [01:29:39] There is 77% chance that the entire North Polar iceberg during summer months could be completely ice-free within the next five to seven years. [01:29:57] Five to seven. [01:29:57] Five to seven years. [01:29:58] So many different years of that. [01:30:00] Yeah. [01:30:00] I think we counted seven at one point. [01:30:02] There's a lot. [01:30:02] There's a lot. [01:30:03] Yeah, there's a lot. [01:30:04] And so in 2009, the following year, climate, well, genius, really, Prince Charles, said that. [01:30:15] I get all my scientific information from Prince Charles. [01:30:19] He then, in 2009, claimed we had 96 months to save the world. [01:30:24] Oh, that's right. [01:30:25] 96 months. [01:30:26] That's right. [01:30:27] I'm not a mathematician. [01:30:28] No, but it seems like 96%. [01:30:31] More than 96 months to the same. [01:30:34] Surprisingly, that's the one thing that they got wrong. [01:30:38] At least Prince Charles got it wrong. [01:30:41] So a year later, a year after Al made this, after he made that prediction, a year later in 2009, he decided that, you know what, it's not going to be 2013 when the Arctic is going to be. [01:30:54] It's going to be 2014. [01:30:56] Oh, wow. [01:30:58] So gave himself an extra year to do that. [01:31:00] Yes, he did. [01:31:01] Thrill, the prediction didn't come true. [01:31:04] And then they claimed that it was 2015. [01:31:06] So really, they should have just stayed with the 2018 and it would have all been fine. [01:31:13] Unbelievable. [01:31:15] And then we go back a few years where in 1968, overpopulation will spread worldwide. [01:31:21] I mean, that's real. [01:31:22] That hasn't happened. [01:31:22] That happened. [01:31:24] It's been overpopulated. [01:31:25] Yeah. [01:31:26] Yeah. [01:31:26] There's way too many people on this planet. [01:31:28] Yeah. [01:31:28] Where's 7 billion of us? [01:31:30] Do you know that all 7 billion people could fit on the island of Maui? [01:31:38] You know that? [01:31:39] That's not even the biggest Hawaiian island. [01:31:41] All 7 billion. [01:31:44] I mean, it might be a little bit crowded, and I don't know that you could have a lot of land. [01:31:49] You know, like you couldn't have an acre apiece. [01:31:53] Would I have to wear a mask? [01:31:54] Yes. [01:31:55] You might have to wear a mask. [01:31:56] There may not be social distancing involved, but you could all fit on the island of Maui. [01:32:01] So you put that $7 billion into Texas, and we could all live comfortably in this one state. [01:32:08] That's how much. [01:32:09] Would it be comfortably? [01:32:10] Yeah, I think it would. [01:32:11] Would it be comfortable? [01:32:12] If there were 7 billion people, 7 billion people? [01:32:15] Well, you'd fill up some of the free space now. [01:32:18] There's no doubt about that. [01:32:20] But I think we could all have homes, you know, businesses, drive places. [01:32:25] Traffic might be an issue. [01:32:26] It would be a little supply bottleneck issues. [01:32:29] Come on. [01:32:30] It might be. [01:32:30] Yeah, maybe. [01:32:32] So maybe that's not a good idea. [01:32:34] But it could happen. [01:32:35] But it could happen. [01:32:36] It could happen. [01:32:38] Now, there have been plenty of times when the oil was going to be gone. [01:32:43] Oh, that started in 1920. [01:32:46] And you know my theory on that. [01:32:48] I do, which I believe is correct. [01:32:50] 100%. [01:32:51] Oil is not a fossil fuel. [01:32:55] It's not for fossils. [01:32:56] I think it's a renewable goo from this planet. [01:33:00] Yeah, absolutely. [01:33:01] Yeah. [01:33:01] 100%. [01:33:02] And that's why we keep finding more of it. [01:33:04] Every time an area gets low. [01:33:06] Every time. [01:33:06] And it's going to be where that's it. [01:33:08] When we're at peak oil, you know, I mean, you go down this list here, oil gone in 10 years in 1966. [01:33:16] Oil depleted in 20 years. [01:33:17] That was in 1972. [01:33:20] Department of Energy says oil peaks in the 90s. [01:33:23] That was in 77. [01:33:25] 1980, peak oil, 2000. [01:33:27] 96, peak oil, 2020. [01:33:30] 2002, peak oil, 2010. [01:33:33] It's just amazing. [01:33:34] They've almost given up on that claim now. [01:33:36] You hardly ever hear peak oil anymore because it's been debunked so many times. [01:33:41] Every time we find a new place. [01:33:43] Oh, my gosh, we've just found another place. [01:33:45] Oh, geez, we just found a reserve larger than in the entire country of Saudi Arabia. [01:33:51] Every time. [01:33:52] Yeah. [01:33:52] Every time. [01:33:53] Yep. [01:33:54] So it is possible that you are correct. [01:33:58] I think today I personally believe that you are. [01:34:00] I mean, I believe that it is a renewable goo. [01:34:04] That's something that the planet creates. [01:34:06] The planet takes care of itself. [01:34:08] And, you know, if the planet didn't do what the planet does, then we'd be in real trouble. [01:34:14] Real trouble. [01:34:14] Yeah, it's a funny thing, the way that actually works. [01:34:19] Yep. [01:34:20] Do I have to remind you that we'd be 200 degrees hotter? [01:34:25] Do I have to remind you? [01:34:26] I think you do, yeah, because I mean, I'm just saying that it's going to happen. [01:34:30] All right, carbon emissions also trap heat. [01:34:33] Today's report shows oceans have absorbed 90% of that heat, raising ocean temperatures by half a degree. [01:34:39] Wow. [01:34:39] Had all that heat gone into the atmosphere, air temperatures could have risen by more than 200 degrees. [01:34:45] Well, that'd be definitely uncomfortable. [01:34:47] That would be uncomfortable. [01:34:49] Right. [01:34:50] And so fortunately, the Earth works the way it works. [01:34:54] Right. [01:34:55] So it does take care of it. [01:34:57] Amazing. [01:34:58] Huh. [01:34:59] Amazing. [01:35:00] If we, many of these things that have happened, you know, so many water rising, all that. [01:35:04] I mean, humans adapt. [01:35:06] That's what we do. [01:35:07] Yes. [01:35:08] I mean, all of these predictions and other predictions that we hear are based on, well, if nothing happens, you know, if we don't. [01:35:17] Yeah, if we do absolutely nothing. [01:35:18] Well, why would we do absolutely nothing? [01:35:20] Of course we would do absolutely nothing. [01:35:22] We're going to progress in technology. [01:35:24] And who knows? [01:35:25] We might find cold fusion by then and it would solve the whole problem. [01:35:29] Right. [01:35:30] So. [01:35:31] And I mean, who knows? [01:35:32] We may move billions of people to the great state of Texas. [01:35:37] We might. [01:35:37] We may do that. [01:35:38] Yeah. [01:35:38] And just grow food on the rest of the planet to feed in Texas. [01:35:43] How about that? [01:35:44] You, my friend. [01:35:44] Uh-huh. [01:35:45] Are it a genius? [01:35:45] It's a genius. [01:35:46] Let's run that up the flagpole at the UN and see what happens. [01:35:49] I'm sure it'll go over good. [01:35:53] Yeah. [01:35:54] I'm sure it'll go over good. [01:35:55] Now, they have said in the 1970s, they said that we would have killer bees on the planet. [01:36:00] We do have that. [01:36:01] We do have that. [01:36:02] We do have killer bees. [01:36:04] That's a problem. [01:36:05] That's a real, real problem. [01:36:07] So that's the one thing they got already. [01:36:09] I don't even know if they actually have it right. [01:36:10] In 1970, they said the urban citizens will require gas masks by 1985. [01:36:17] Well, we do have masks on now. [01:36:20] Yeah. [01:36:21] But they're not gas masks. [01:36:24] But we are wearing masks. [01:36:26] Yeah. [01:36:26] That's getting a little old too. [01:36:28] Yeah. [01:36:28] By the way. [01:36:29] It sure is. [01:36:30] It's getting way old. [01:36:31] I mean, I realize that we're supposed to mask up and protect everybody else. [01:36:38] We got to protect the unprotected. [01:36:40] No, we have to. [01:36:41] the protected have to be protected by us wearing the mask to protect them because they're protected i thought they were already protected with their no no no not if you're not wearing a mask But wait, they got the vaccine. [01:36:54] Yeah. [01:36:55] But they're still, you know, endangered by you. [01:36:58] So we need you to wear a mask and get the vaccine. [01:37:02] Huh. [01:37:03] Why don't I just stop breathing? [01:37:06] Then would that fix it for you? [01:37:09] You know what? [01:37:10] I think that's what they really want in the end. [01:37:12] Yeah. [01:37:14] Dealing with car repairs can feel like a lose-lose situation. [01:37:17] Repairs have become so expensive. [01:37:51] It's Pat and Jeffy for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program. [01:37:54] We're talking about some of the ominous predictions of the climate change people. [01:38:01] Alarmists. [01:38:02] The alarmists. [01:38:02] The warmest. [01:38:03] You know, like the alarmists at the United Nations, who in 1989 warned that entire nations would be wiped off the face of the earth by the year 2000 from global warming. [01:38:17] Wow. [01:38:17] Well, Al Gore kind of explained that. [01:38:20] Two kilometers or so down in most places there are these incredibly hot rocks because the interior of the earth is extremely hot. [01:38:27] Several million degrees. [01:38:28] Several million degrees. [01:38:31] You know, when you've got the interior of the earth hotter than the surface of the sun, yes, you're going to have some problems. [01:38:40] Several million degrees. [01:38:42] And of course, it's not. [01:38:43] It's several thousand degrees. [01:38:47] The lava and whatnot at the core of the earth does get warm. [01:38:52] Really? [01:38:53] You know, but not several million degrees. [01:38:58] Just underneath the surface. [01:38:59] Just underneath the surface of the earth. [01:39:02] It would burn to a crisp. [01:39:05] Burn to a crisp. [01:39:07] It just seems strange that we just keep getting these ominous predictions and we're supposed to act like, okay, that's the one. === Ominous Predictions Are Wrong (02:43) === [01:39:16] Right. [01:39:16] That's the one. [01:39:18] And they're wrong every time. [01:39:19] And they just keep making the same kinds of catastrophic predictions that they've made for 40 years now. [01:39:27] And they're wrong again. [01:39:28] And they're wrong every time. [01:39:30] And we're still supposed to believe it. [01:39:31] Or we're science to believe it. [01:39:32] We're going to be underwater. [01:39:34] We're going to have some super hurricanes. [01:39:36] We're not going to have any fossil fuels. [01:39:38] Fossil fuels are killing the earth. [01:39:40] Sure, we're not going to have any actual power. [01:39:42] And our windmills don't really produce all the power we claim they do. [01:39:47] And our solar panels, guess what? [01:39:49] We forgot to tell you, they don't work at night. [01:39:52] Who'd have figured? [01:39:53] Yeah. [01:39:54] Who'd have figured? [01:39:54] Who saw that coming? [01:39:55] I don't know. [01:39:56] No one. [01:39:56] They didn't. [01:39:57] James Hansen said the West Coast Highway in New York would be underwater by a long time ago. [01:40:03] I think 20 or 30 years ago. [01:40:05] How many people drove on the Westside Highway this very day? [01:40:08] How many are driving on it right now? [01:40:11] I don't know. [01:40:12] Just prediction after prediction. [01:40:14] It was ludicrous. [01:40:15] Yeah. [01:40:16] I mean, the oceans being dead in a decade back in the 60s and 70s. [01:40:21] And each time these predictions get extended out, they miss the deadline. [01:40:25] Nobody calls them out. [01:40:26] Nobody says, hey, you know, you said 10 years ago that we were going to be dead. [01:40:32] They've never been accountable for any of it. [01:40:34] Nobody holds them accountable. [01:40:36] And so they continue to get away with it. [01:40:38] Well, right now, you know, they're doing this big climate gathering in Glasgow, Scotland. [01:40:45] And that sounds like a fun place to be. [01:40:48] It does. [01:40:48] Yeah, it actually does. [01:40:49] I'd like to be part of this. [01:40:51] But so all the big climate change leaders of the world have gathered in Scotland together now, you know, flying their private jets there. [01:40:59] And then they're staying at Glen Eagles Hotel, which is a big, swanky, beautiful hotel. [01:41:04] Well, you can't expect her to pitch a tent. [01:41:07] And no, you don't. [01:41:07] No, of course not. [01:41:08] Not for these elites. [01:41:10] And they bought 20 Teslas to ferry them back and forth. [01:41:14] The 20 Teslas cost about $140,000 each. [01:41:20] So they're ferrying them 50 miles back and forth from Glen Eagles Hotel to Glasgow. [01:41:29] And when they get back home, or at least where they're staying at the hotel, there's one Tesla charging station. [01:41:38] One. [01:41:40] So what'd they do? [01:41:41] They contracted to supply diesel generators to recharge the Teslas overnight. [01:41:49] Wait. [01:41:50] What? [01:41:50] So the climate change goofballs are using all this fossil fuel, diesel, to power their Teslas. === Beautiful Irony of Diesel Teslas (02:59) === [01:42:00] That's beautiful. [01:42:02] You can't make that up. [01:42:03] Beautiful. [01:42:04] You can't make it up. [01:42:04] It's so ridiculous. [01:42:07] And yet, again, you're supposed to just swallow everything they tried to feed you. [01:42:11] Right. [01:42:12] And if you don't believe that the earth is about to end because of climate change, you're a moron. [01:42:17] You're a science denier. [01:42:21] Have they ever gotten anything right? [01:42:24] I don't think so. [01:42:25] I don't think so. [01:42:26] No, I don't think so. [01:42:27] It's just all worry, doom, and gloom. [01:42:28] And we're going to end it all, give us more money, and we need more control. [01:42:32] Absolutely. [01:42:33] Yep. [01:42:34] And even if we get it wrong, we are going to get it right next time. [01:42:38] We were just a little off. [01:42:39] Yeah, we were just not as right as we usually were. [01:42:42] We didn't see things changing. [01:42:44] Yeah. [01:42:45] Oh, you know what? [01:42:46] We acted. [01:42:47] It was because we gave you the warning and you listened to some of what we had to say. [01:42:52] So that was avoided. [01:42:54] But there's so much more work we have to do. [01:44:52] And everybody deserves to have Pat Gray Unleashed, do they not? [01:44:55] Everybody deserves it. [01:44:57] I'm hearing it. [01:44:58] I'm hearing about it everywhere. === 5G and the Fully Vaxed (12:23) === [01:44:59] Yeah. [01:45:00] I mean, if you're hearing about it and you don't have access to it, find free Wi-Fi somewhere. [01:45:06] Yeah, and that's get into a McDonald's parking lot if you have to, because that's a great place to get your Wi-Fi. [01:45:16] You know, anybody other than you who's ever gone to a McDonald's for free Wi-Fi? [01:45:21] Sat in the parking lot and gotten their Wi-Fi? [01:45:25] No, but I have not sat in the parking lot of a McDonald's in yet. [01:45:29] And that's what Biden was alleging. [01:45:31] I know. [01:45:31] But I have, well, they couldn't get inside, right? [01:45:35] The restaurant was closed during the pandemic. [01:45:37] Oh, yeah. [01:45:37] Right. [01:45:38] So it was just the drive-through, if they were open at all. [01:45:41] So they had to be in the parking lot. [01:45:43] But I have gone to a McDonald's and gone inside for a coffee and Wi-Fi. [01:45:49] Have you know? [01:45:50] Yeah. [01:45:50] Okay. [01:45:50] I mean, I felt obligated to purchase something, but they didn't. [01:45:53] So you got a coffee. [01:45:54] I don't know that they would come over and force me. [01:45:57] Probably not. [01:45:58] The McDonald's police would come over and say, hey, hey, hey, are you in here just using free Wi-Fi? [01:46:04] Yeah, they probably would not do that. [01:46:06] Yeah, they probably just let me sit there and leave me alone. [01:46:08] Yeah. [01:46:09] Wasn't there a deal at Starbucks? [01:46:11] Kind of. [01:46:12] Oh, they always, you know, back in ancient times in the 2000s and early, I don't know, 2010, 2011, maybe, right? [01:46:21] That was all Panera Brad, and you could come in and get free Wi-Fi. [01:46:26] That was all a big deal. [01:46:28] Yeah. [01:46:29] And today, I mean, it's kind of expected. [01:46:34] I mean, you don't go to someplace and you don't have Wi-Fi. [01:46:39] Yeah, and so many people have the other thing. [01:46:44] Cell service? [01:46:45] Yeah, cell service. [01:46:46] But it's called, what is it? [01:46:48] No, it's just got a mind blank. [01:46:52] It's, you know, the 4G LTE. [01:46:55] Yeah. [01:46:55] It's the LTE thing. [01:46:57] 4G or 5G, which, by the way, 5G was supposed to revolutionize the world. [01:47:02] It has, man. [01:47:03] And wow, what a difference we've seen with the 5G thing. [01:47:06] It's everywhere, right? [01:47:08] Yes. [01:47:08] Oh, man. [01:47:09] Now cars can drive by themselves. [01:47:12] That was the big stumbling block, they said, because the response time still lagged just a tiny bit with the 4G. [01:47:18] I could barely stand how the lag time on 5G. [01:47:22] I know. [01:47:22] I can't do it. [01:47:23] Now, 5G was supposed to revolutionize the self-driving cars because the response time would be so low. [01:47:29] But now we're up to like seven or eight G is going to do that, right? [01:47:33] Is it? [01:47:34] I don't know. [01:47:35] I don't know. [01:47:36] Because, I mean, 5G has made no difference. [01:47:38] Has it made any difference to anybody? [01:47:40] I'd like to hear from somebody who says, oh, man, what a difference. [01:47:43] 5G. [01:47:44] What a difference. [01:47:44] It's a thousand times faster than 4G. [01:47:48] In fact, when I click on a website, I get it yesterday. [01:47:51] That's how fast it is now. [01:47:56] It is so. [01:47:58] I would say that has not happened to me in 5G. [01:48:00] I've not gotten my website yesterday. [01:48:02] No, it's not happened 5G. [01:48:04] That's a little disappointing, actually. [01:48:06] If anybody's seen a major difference, maybe you don't get it yesterday, but it's a big, big difference. [01:48:12] Because I can remember to talk about it. [01:48:14] Yeah, I remember when they made such a big deal about going, you know, you're able to get, I'm able to get 5G on my phone. [01:48:23] And I really didn't notice a difference. [01:48:27] I mean, I guess that's good. [01:48:30] Is it, though? [01:48:30] I don't know. [01:48:31] I don't think so. [01:48:32] I don't know. [01:48:32] You should notice the differences much, much faster. [01:48:35] Oh, it's revolutionized the way I use my phone. [01:48:38] Because I really didn't have, you know, the lag time. [01:48:41] I'm just so used to it, I guess. [01:48:43] Yeah. [01:48:44] The lag time of when I click on some web and I have to wait for that click for it to come up. [01:48:52] You know, if you wait three seconds, it's like an eternity now. [01:48:56] It has changed so much from when the first debuted and you get the dial-up. [01:49:02] Oh, way past that. [01:49:04] But even then, now that we get the load, you'd load a picture of somebody and their forehead would be there. [01:49:10] Yeah. [01:49:10] And then you come back 10 minutes later and their nose is visible. [01:49:14] And then maybe it gets down to the lips 15 minutes later. [01:49:18] And now it's so fast that if you have to wait three seconds, you're living. [01:49:22] What is wrong with my service now? [01:49:25] Right. [01:49:26] What is the matter with this? [01:49:27] I'm going to change companies. [01:49:29] We're flying in metal tubes at 30,000 feet above the 600 miles an hour now, right now. [01:49:36] And that is a problem. [01:49:38] They do have a problem on airplanes. [01:49:40] I maintain that that still is an issue. [01:49:43] Get that fixed. [01:49:44] Okay. [01:49:44] I want it instantly in the plane, too. [01:49:48] I mean, it works on TV just like always. [01:49:51] If you're on a plane, it works just like it's supposed to. [01:49:54] But it doesn't in real life. [01:49:56] It really doesn't. [01:49:57] And you pay, you know, what do you pay? [01:49:58] 15 bucks for it for 15 minutes or an hour. [01:50:02] You pay for the whole flight. [01:50:03] It's $38. [01:50:05] I don't know, some ridiculous price. [01:50:06] And then it doesn't even work. [01:50:08] Yes. [01:50:09] That makes me angry. [01:50:10] That makes me angry. [01:50:12] All right. [01:50:12] Triple 8, 933 93. [01:50:16] Also at Pat Unleashed on Twitter. [01:50:19] Mayor De Blasio has a message to the unvaccinated people of New York. [01:50:27] He's good. [01:50:28] He's getting tired of you people. [01:50:29] All right. [01:50:30] Why haven't you been vaxed yet? [01:50:32] I've given you so many chances. [01:50:35] Get vaxed, you selfish killers. [01:50:38] Here he is. [01:50:39] Announcement. [01:50:40] It's a mandate now for all city agencies, all city workers. [01:50:44] It's time. [01:50:45] It's time. [01:50:47] Our public employees are going to lead us out of the COVID era. [01:50:51] Look, look. [01:50:52] What we did with our schools worked. [01:50:54] Our schools are incredibly safe. [01:50:57] And families needed to know their kids would be safe. [01:50:59] Well, we all need to know we're going to be safe going forward. [01:51:02] We got to end the COVID era. [01:51:04] We did the vaccinate or test option, but it hasn't gotten us where we need to go. [01:51:09] So we say, vaccinate. [01:51:10] If you choose not to, you have the right to go on unpaid leave. [01:51:15] We're going to work with your union to figure out what happens next. [01:51:18] But without the bottom line is you're not going to pay people unless they're vaccinated. [01:51:21] They don't lose their jobs. [01:51:22] They can correct and come back. [01:51:24] I think that's compassion. [01:51:25] I think that's right. [01:51:26] I think that's fascism. [01:51:27] But the bottom line is 96% of our education employees did it. [01:51:32] 96% of our healthcare workers did it. [01:51:34] It's time for a learning. [01:51:35] That's still not good enough, by the way. [01:51:37] Still not good enough. [01:51:38] If you're at 96%, just get over it and move on and leave the people alone. [01:51:44] Are you kidding me? [01:51:45] Those 4% are in danger now? [01:51:48] Fauci told us in the beginning herd immunity was going to be what, 65 or 70% would be fine. [01:51:55] We'd be great then. [01:51:56] Then I think he raised it to 80%. [01:51:58] Well, he's talking 96%. [01:52:01] That's making things unsafe. [01:52:03] Those four percent, please get out of here, right? [01:52:08] But the thing is wow, that we we started out with why don't you please get vaccinated? [01:52:13] Yeah, we did, and then we did start, and then we gave you a choice, hey, why don't you get vaccinated? [01:52:19] Or, right now, what's going to happen? [01:52:23] We're going to make you stay home and not be able to get paid. [01:52:26] We're not going to fire you, but you might not be able to come into the office right maybe, maybe you work from home, and then it was, no, can't allow you to even work from home. [01:52:38] No what, we need you to be vaccinated or you're just not going to get paid. [01:52:41] We're not going to fire you right, but I, we're not going to pay you. [01:52:43] No, we're just, we just won't pay you and you can't come in here, but that's not fired. [01:52:48] To be honest, I don't really want to talk to you on the phone. [01:52:53] Uh, maybe you can, you know, text me with your 5g phone. [01:52:56] Yeah, that you can't pay for because you're not getting paid. [01:52:59] But uh, you know that you, you know, just text me when you get vaxed and then we'll get you and then, and then maybe we'll talk. [01:53:06] Yeah, I mean, you're fully vaxed and then not after the first one. [01:53:10] No, I don't want to hear from you. [01:53:11] Fully vaxed and it's two weeks later, then i'll, i'll go ahead and take your call, right? [01:53:18] I mean, it's asinine, it really is, but you don't care, you're fully vaxed for now. [01:53:24] For now, they're gonna assume they're going to insist that you get the booster shot and they're saying, I think the booster shots are um, if you are 65 and over oh, you have to get, and you're in the uh and you've been, you've had the double vax or the Johnson And Johnson Signal Vax um, and you've had that, I think, for three months. [01:53:48] Right, I think it's, I think it's after up to. [01:53:50] If you've had that and it's been three months, you can get the booster, because originally it was supposed to be six months and then they dropped that back down and I think now it's even, maybe even uh, a less amount of time. [01:54:03] I think they're down to two months, so it'll be a month. [01:54:07] The efficacy levels are way lower than we were told. [01:54:11] Yes, that's for sure. [01:54:13] And they're lower for the, the uh, for the older patients, they even drop farther. [01:54:19] Yeah, holy cow. [01:54:20] And I think well, I know, initially both Moderna and Pfizer were claiming 94 94, 95%. [01:54:26] Okay, you get this shot 94 to 95 percent of the time, you're going to be covered. [01:54:31] You won't get the virus. [01:54:33] That's down to like 67 percent or worse now. [01:54:36] Well, after the first couple minutes, right. [01:54:38] That's it, though. [01:54:39] Right. [01:54:39] Yeah. [01:54:40] Yeah. [01:54:41] I mean, it's still darn near 100% for a day. [01:54:46] Yeah. [01:54:46] But you're still going to get it. [01:54:48] You could still get the virus. [01:54:50] Well, now, but what it does is prevent severe illness. [01:54:55] You probably won't be hospitalized. [01:54:57] Well, okay, yes, you'll be hospitalized, but you won't die. [01:55:02] Okay, well, maybe you'll die. [01:55:04] It could be, but even if you do die, it would have been so much worse if you hadn't been vaccinated. [01:55:12] I looked for it. [01:55:13] Wait, it could be worse than death? [01:55:15] I looked for the numbers of the breakthrough cases. [01:55:18] The breakthrough cases being, you know, if you're fully vaxed and get COVID and then breakthrough cases that have not ultimately ended in death. [01:55:28] I didn't find any. [01:55:29] So I don't think that's ever happened. [01:55:31] Oh, you didn't find any cases where I didn't find any. [01:55:36] I could give you one. [01:55:37] Colin Powell. [01:55:39] Really? [01:55:39] Yeah. [01:55:40] He had way too many underlying issues to blame that on COVID. [01:55:44] That's right. [01:55:44] Yes. [01:55:45] No way that was COVID. [01:55:46] Okay. [01:55:47] All right. [01:55:47] Because they don't even track them now, right? [01:55:50] I mean, those deaths are technically track. [01:55:52] Yeah, they're not tracking the breakthrough deaths. [01:55:55] So those are done. [01:55:56] They're over. [01:55:56] That doesn't happen anymore. [01:55:58] If they're not tracking it, you know it didn't happen, right? [01:56:02] It's amazing. [01:56:03] I guess. [01:56:04] What will we hear next? [01:56:06] Because that's really the progression. [01:56:08] All right, give it a shot. [01:56:09] You're going to be fine 95% of the time. [01:56:11] No, okay, 67% of the time. [01:56:13] Okay, it's not really that efficacy. [01:56:14] It's not really that kind of protection, but you'll be less sick. [01:56:21] No, okay, you're just as sick. [01:56:22] Well, all right, you might be hospitalized and you could die. [01:56:25] I mean, that's what? [01:56:27] Why did I get this? [01:56:28] And isn't that kind of what you're wondering now? [01:56:30] Yes, I am wondering why. [01:56:33] Yeah. [01:56:33] Why I got it. [01:56:34] And I am, you know, I'm fully vaccinated with Moderna. [01:56:37] So I don't know if it's time for me to get the booster. [01:56:42] You know, do I get the... [01:56:43] And they're also saying you can get any of the... [01:56:46] Yeah, mix and match. [01:56:46] Any of the three now. [01:56:48] Doesn't matter. [01:56:49] Seems kind of scary to me. [01:56:51] So if you've been vaccinated with Moderna twice, now you can get Pfizer or Johnson ⁇ Johnson as a booster. [01:56:57] Or wherever you got. [01:57:00] Fully vaccinated. [01:57:00] It doesn't matter what you get the booster. [01:57:02] That's some weird, weird stuff, but good luck to us all. [01:57:05] AAAAAA727, B-E-C-K. [01:57:11] Oh, let me tell you about real estate agents I trust, because navigating the housing market these days isn't what it used to be. [01:57:19] And it was never exactly what you'd call easy. === Real Estate Agents I Trust (04:00) === [01:57:23] That's why it's so important to have the best real estate agent you can get your hands on. [01:57:28] And I'm not sure if you want to get your hands on him in this day and age. [01:57:31] Maybe you just want to talk to him, you know, about things and ride in the car with him maybe from time to time, but don't put your hands on him. [01:57:39] If you're selling your home, you'll need somebody who can essentially build a team of experts to make sure the house is where it needs to be so that you can get the most money out of your home. [01:57:51] And if you're buying a home, you'll need someone who's going to put the kind of work it takes to find your exact right house and who you're going to go into the lion's den with when it comes time for the negotiating phase. [01:58:05] Glenn started Real Estate Agents I Trust a number of years ago to make sure that you have access to exactly the sort of agent in your area who can perform at this level. [01:58:15] Their agents know the best practices. [01:58:17] They got the best track records and they have great marketing plans. [01:58:21] Their agents know all of this stuff and they've been using all of this stuff. [01:58:26] They're really experienced. [01:58:27] Real Estate Agents I Trust, the name says it all. [01:58:30] RealestateAgentsI Trust.com. [01:59:01] Ray and Jeffy for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program. [01:59:04] 888 727, B-E-C-K. [01:59:08] Wow. [01:59:10] If you haven't had a delicious cookie lately, there's one thing you can do about that. [01:59:16] Really? [01:59:17] Yeah. [01:59:17] I mean, my thought would be to buy one. [01:59:19] Yeah. [01:59:20] Buy one. [01:59:21] Now, we're not talking about just a regular cookie. [01:59:26] Yeah. [01:59:27] Somebody actually asked me at our event, the Mercury One event. [01:59:33] Our cookies, the Kexie cookies were put into the bags. [01:59:37] You know, the VIP bags. [01:59:39] Not that I, you know, made sure I got one of them bag or two. [01:59:44] That would surprise me if you did, because, you know, you're usually so concerned about your girlish forces. [01:59:49] Well, there was a couple that left at an area just sitting there by themselves. [01:59:54] What am I supposed to do? [01:59:55] Just leave them? [01:59:55] No, because they could be a hazard to somebody. [01:59:57] Right. [01:59:57] Need to take those babies. [01:59:59] But somebody came up to me and said, you know what? [02:00:03] I like crunchy cookies. [02:00:04] Can you make some crunchy cookies? [02:00:07] No, we don't do that. [02:00:09] No. [02:00:09] I recommend like Keebler or something. [02:00:14] If you like them crunchy, try the Keebler cookies. [02:00:17] These aren't that. [02:00:19] So, no, I can't. [02:00:21] Sorry. [02:00:22] Can you make your cookies gross? [02:00:24] Because I like my cookies gross and not techie is good. [02:00:27] TechSi.com. [02:00:29] Not gross. [02:00:31] Right. [02:00:32] All right. [02:00:33] 888-93393. [02:00:36] No, it's 888-727-B-E-C-K. [02:00:39] Use that number tomorrow because we're probably not going to be able to take your call. [02:00:42] No, I don't. [02:00:42] But Glenn's going to be back tomorrow. [02:00:44] Right. [02:00:44] He just had to have a personal day today. [02:00:45] Had a personal day. [02:00:46] Yeah. [02:00:47] I think he was offended by something. [02:00:48] And he said, oh, my gosh, I just, I got to have a day. [02:00:52] And so he took it. [02:00:53] Yeah. [02:00:53] I mean, that's the world we live in. [02:00:55] When you need a personal day, you just take it. [02:00:57] That's right. [02:00:57] Nobody says anything. [02:00:58] It just happens. [02:00:59] That's right. [02:01:00] Where's Glenn? [02:01:01] He needed a personal day. [02:01:02] He needed a personal day. [02:01:03] Okay. [02:01:03] Get off him. [02:01:04] Okay. [02:01:05] We don't man up anymore. [02:01:08] We are just, if you're offended by something, then you need the day off. [02:01:12] Take the day. [02:01:12] And he took the day. [02:01:15] So I think it's just one day of being personally offended by something. [02:01:20] I don't even know what it was, but hopefully he'll be back tomorrow. [02:01:23] See you then.
