[00:05:46]  I talked to Alan Dershowitz yesterday and I said, so where do we stand?
[00:05:51]  And he said, well, if we don't change our ways, we're done.
[00:05:56]  But I'm an optimist and we're going to be fine.
[00:05:58]  We're done, gang.

[00:06:00]  This is the most important election of our lifetime.
[00:06:03]  And so you have to know who do you trust.
[00:06:06]  Now you've got a guy, Donald Trump.
[00:06:08]  You may not like him.
[00:06:09]  You may say, because I didn't in 2016.
[00:06:12]  I didn't like the way he behaved.
[00:06:14]  And I didn't trust him because he didn't have any record.
[00:06:19]  He had no track record.
[00:06:21]  Now he has a track record.
[00:06:23]  You know what one of the headlines is in Jerusalem today?
[00:06:26]  The world is witnessing biblical prophecies coming to life.

[00:06:39]  He is not a dictator.
[00:06:41]  He hasn't done anything dictatorial.
[00:06:45]  Yes, he uses executive orders, but so did Barack Obama.

[00:06:57]  But we're not getting a dictator, no matter what you hear in the press.
[00:07:04]  Now, on the other side, you have to decide whether or not your whole four-year period here with the Democrats have been a lie.
[00:07:15]  Because you were told from the very beginning that Donald Trump was in league with Russian spies.
[00:07:22]  Well, we now know because of FOIA requests and the news, they're not covering any of this.
[00:07:32]  We now know that the Steele dossier, that file that said, you know, Donald Trump is working with the Russians.
[00:07:41]  We now know that it was not only Steele who was discredited by the FBI and you were not supposed to use anything that came from him because they found it unreliable.
[00:07:52]  But for some reason, this time they accepted him.
[00:07:57]  We thought, originally, when we laid out the case on impeachment, we said this guy was getting it from his drinking buddies, it appears.
[00:08:06]  Well, now because some things are loosening up and we're getting actual documents out.
[00:08:12]  No, it wasn't from his drinking buddies.
[00:08:15]  His source was an actual Russian spy.
[00:08:21]  Somebody the FBI knew was trying to recruit people in the White House.
[00:08:30]  Not Trump's White House.
[00:08:31]  Anybody's White House.
[00:08:33]  He had already been nailed as a Russian spy because he was saying, look, you want to make some extra money.
[00:08:39]  You work in the White House.
[00:08:40]  Maybe we can work a deal.
[00:08:43]  We knew that.
[00:08:45]  So we knew he was an active Russian spy.
[00:08:48]  He's the source of the steel dossier.
[00:08:52]  Comey and everybody else knew it.
[00:08:55]  And what was the Russian spy saying?
[00:08:58]  That Donald Trump was working with Russian spies.
[00:09:01]  Now who do you believe?
[00:09:03]  That's not even the big news today.
[00:09:06]  That's two days old.
[00:09:07]  Had you even heard that?
[00:09:09]  That's two days old.
[00:09:12]  Now we have this one.
[00:09:14]  I'm going to read this verbatim.
[00:09:16]  This will tell you we are done as a nation if we don't pursue this and clean this up.
[00:09:26]  Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI agents tasked by former Director James Comey to take down Donald Trump during and after the 2016 election were so concerned about the agency's potentially illegal behavior that they purchased liability insurance to protect themselves two weeks before Donald Trump was inaugurated.
[00:09:52]  You have that?
[00:09:54]  New communications in internal FBI notes were disclosed in federal court filings today.
[00:10:01]  The leaked details?
[00:10:03]  Quote, this is from a text from one agent to another.
[00:10:08]  We all went and purchased professional liability insurance.
[00:10:11]  One agent text January 10th, 2017.
[00:10:14]  Same day CNN leaked the details of the steel dossier, which was from Russian spy we now know.
[00:10:24]  The president-elect had been briefed by Comey about all the bogus Christopher Steele dossiers on that day.
[00:10:31]  That briefing of Trump was used as a pretext to legitimize the debunked dossier, which was funded by the National Committee, Democratic National Committee, the Clinton campaign, and compiled by a former intelligence officer that the FBI had on a do not use as a source list, and his source was a Russian spy.
[00:10:55]  The agent responded, holy crap, you bought insurance?
[00:11:01]  All the analysts too?
[00:11:03]  Next agent, yep.
[00:11:05]  All the folks at the agency as well.
[00:11:08]  Can I ask you who the most likely litigators would be?
[00:11:13]  As far as who's potentially going to sue y'all?
[00:11:16]  Ha ha, who knows?
[00:11:19]  I think the concern is, when we got it, that there was a big leak at DOJ and the New York Times, among others, is going to do a piece.
[00:11:28]  The latest documents of production, including handwritten notes and texts from Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, and the FBI analysts who worked on the FBI's investigation of Flynn.
[00:11:42]  Agents also said that they were worried about how a new attorney general might view the actions taken against Trump during the investigation.
[00:11:51]  Shortly then, shortly after then, Senator Jeff Sessions was confirmed to be Trump's new attorney general.
[00:11:57]  Congressional Democrats, media, and Obama holdovers within the DOJ immediately moved to force Sessions to recuse himself from overseeing the department's investigations on Trump.
[00:12:09]  Quoting.
[00:12:11]  The new AG might have some real questions.
[00:12:13]  Then, yada, yada, yada, we all get screwed, one agent wrote to another.
[00:12:19]  The FBI agents also discussed how the investigation's leadership was consumed with conspiracy theories rather than evidence.
[00:12:28]  I'm telling whoever, if this thing ever gets FOIA, there's going to be some tough questions asked, and a great deal of those are going to be related to Brian having scope way outside the boundaries of logic.
[00:12:43]  Redacted, we don't know who it was, is one of the worst offenders of the rabbit holes in conspiracy theories.
[00:12:49]  This guy traveled with that guy who put down a third guy on his visa as a sponsor.
[00:12:54]  Well, the third guy lives near a Navy base, therefore.
[00:12:58]  Several texts show that the order to close the criminal investigation against Flynn came now as early as November 8th, the same day as the presidential election.
[00:13:11]  But it was opened by Joe Biden and Barack Obama in early January.
[00:13:19]  It was reopened.
[00:13:23]  One text says we have some loose ends to tie up and we all need to discuss what to do with each case after we shut down Razor.
[00:13:31]  Next agent, so glad they're closing down Razor.
[00:13:34]  That was the investigation on Flynn.
[00:13:37]  New disclosures made by the DOJ also show that the FBI used so-called national security letters to spy on Flynn's finances.
[00:13:47]  Unlike traditional subpoenas, which require judicial review and approval before authorities can seize an innocent person's property and information, NSLs are never independently reviewed by courts.
[00:14:00]  One of the agents noted in a text message that the NSLs were just being used as a pretext by the leadership of the FBI to buy time and find dirt on Flynn after the investigation of him yielded no information.
[00:14:16]  Quoting the text back to one agent to another.
[00:14:20]  The decision to NSL finances for Razor bought him time, one agent said.
[00:14:25]  What do we expect to get from an NSL?
[00:14:28]  The other agent texted back.
[00:14:30]  We put out traces, tripwires to community.
[00:14:33]  Nothing.
[00:14:34]  Bingo.
[00:14:35]  So what's an NSL going to do?
[00:14:38]  No content.
[00:14:40]  Ha ha, this is a nightmare.
[00:14:43]  If we're working to close down the case, the other one said, I'm not sure what NSL results would do to help.
[00:14:50]  Exactly, said the agent as he wrote back.
[00:14:53]  That makes no sense.
[00:14:56]  Quote, doing all this election research, I think some of these guys want a Clinton presidency, the agent wrote back.
[00:15:04]  In a series of texts sent the same day as the infamous January 5th Oval Office meeting between Biden, Obama, Comey, Sally Yates, and Susan Rice, one agent admits Trump was right when he tweeted that the FBI was delaying his briefings as incoming president so they could cook up evidence against him, as the Federalists first reported in this operation run out of FBI for Obama.
[00:15:29]  The agent wrote, so Razor is going to stay open, he wrote on January 5th.
[00:15:35]  Remember, they closed it November 8th.
[00:15:38]  They're reopening it.
[00:15:39]  So they're going to stay open?
[00:15:41]  Yep.
[00:15:42]  Crimes report being drafted.
[00:15:45]  First agent writes back, F. What's the word on how Obama's briefing went?
[00:15:51]  One agent referred to the January 5th meeting.
[00:15:55]  Don't know, but people here are scrambling for any information to support certain things, and it's a madhouse.
[00:16:02]  Jesus, the agent wrote back.
[00:16:04]  Trump was right.
[00:16:06]  Still not put together.
[00:16:07]  Why do we do this to ourselves?
[00:16:10]  What's wrong with these people?
[00:16:12]  A week later, FBI agents also wrote they suspected that an illegal leak of top-secret information about Flynn's phone call with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. surgery, the U.S. ambassador from Moscow to the news media came directly from the White House.
[00:16:28]  FYI, somebody leaked the Flynn calls to the Wall Street Journal.
[00:16:32]  Man, I am sorry to hear that.
[00:16:34]  I'll resume my duties as chief morale officer and rectify that.
[00:16:39]  Yeah, published this morning in the Washington Post, it included top-secret information.
[00:16:45]  It's got to be somebody on the staff, somebody on the presidential daily briefing staff or White House seniors.
[00:16:52]  Documents unearthed during the review showed that the FBI was tasked by the Obama White House in early 2017 with retargeting Flynn.
[00:17:03]  By the way, I've got to take a one-minute break, but there's still more.
[00:17:08]  And this is only the first shoe.
[00:17:11]  This was not brought out in a big fanfare.
[00:17:16]  This is not what they have.
[00:17:18]  This is what they're leaking to tell everyone.

[00:18:50]  10 seconds station id so i think so far this is pretty incriminating uh So the review uncovered evidence that FBI's interview of Flynn, which later led to charges that he lied to investigators, had no legal basis.
[00:19:19]  And the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe that he had lied.
[00:19:24]  Contrary to the claims by Mueller's office that Flynn had lied about discussing financial sanctions against Russia during post-election phone calls with Russian ambassador, declassified transcripts of those conversations confirmed that Flynn spoke to the ambassador, but only about expulsions of Russian diplomats, and that the two men never discussed financial sanctions against Russia that was levied by the Obama administration.
[00:19:54]  So in other words, they charged him with saying he's doing fine.
[00:19:58]  He's talking about financials things.
[00:20:00]  He's making a deal.
[00:20:02]  Everything they said Flynn said, now the actual transcript is out.
[00:20:07]  It shows he didn't say that.
[00:20:12]  Previously revealed handwritten notes from the FBI's top counterintelligent official admitted the primary goal of the FBI's anti-Flynn operation was, quote, to get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired.
[00:20:24]  Despite the overwhelming evidence that Flynn did not lie to agents, the FBI had no legal basis to interview him, that the FBI later hid exculpatory documents from Flynn's defense team.

=== Mail Ballot Fraud Scandal (16:05) ===

[00:20:36]  They set him up and then they hid documents that showed that he was innocent.
[00:20:42]  Flynn did not discuss financial sanctions during the phone calls and the FBI agents who interviewed didn't believe that he lied, but the federal court, the federal judge, refused to dismiss the case against Flynn.
[00:20:54]  Instead, Sullivan personally appointed a left-wing shadow prosecutor whose partners represent former DOJ official Yates to smear Flynn and attempt to continue the baseless criminal case against him.
[00:21:08]  At one point last April, Sullivan even tried to order the DOJ to stop producing and publicly filing exculpatory evidence for Flynn or evidence of FBI misbehavior during its investigation of Flynn.
[00:21:25]  Is this the kind of country you want?
[00:21:28]  Is this the kind of, if they do it to these people, if they will just be this brazen and the FBI agents all know it and they're all going, geez, what are we doing, man?
[00:21:43]  If the FBI agents are afraid of the superiors in the deep state, how afraid should you be?
[00:21:52]  You think you're going to, you think they're not going to do this?
[00:21:55]  You don't think that they can keep evidence that clears your name?

[00:25:50]  And yesterday, looks like he found a scheme and is putting the cuffs on a few people that had a mail-in ballot scheme.
[00:26:02]  What a surprise in the Democratic Party here in the great state of Texas.

[00:26:10]  I'm doing well.
[00:26:12]  I guess you have not heard the narrative.
[00:26:13]  We don't have mail-in ballot fraud.
[00:26:15]  Yeah, well, I was going to ask you, beside the 134 felony charges, what else do you have?
[00:26:24]  Well, I mean, you know, it's interesting.
[00:26:27]  This narrative that there's no voter fraud and there's no mail-in ballot fraud is largely, I think, pushed because there hasn't been a lot of focus on it.
[00:26:35]  There hasn't most states don't have a lot of resources or any resources behind it.
[00:26:39]  Some of them don't have any.
[00:26:41]  We only have, when I started, we had one prosecutor and a few investigators.
[00:26:44]  I asked the legislature to triple that.
[00:26:47]  We have three.
[00:26:48]  And those people are busy all the time.
[00:26:51]  And 66% of the cases that we've done, I think, in the last 10 years, have been mail-in ballot fraud.
[00:26:59]  Okay, well, that's something, you know, like the violence at these beautiful, peaceful rallies.
[00:27:06]  That's just not happening.
[00:27:09]  So, tell me about this ring.
[00:27:12]  Who was involved and what were they doing?
[00:27:15]  Well, it was definitely to appear to benefit the county commissioner, a guy named Shannon Brown.
[00:27:22]  He ended up winning by five votes.
[00:27:25]  The precinct that he is in, I think covered about 20% of the population, but it had 50% of the mail-in ballot votes.
[00:27:32]  And if you look across the county, there were only 12 disability-checked boxes for people who were voting with mail-in ballots, whereas in his precinct, there were 376, I think.
[00:27:43]  So the numbers were definitely not proportional.
[00:27:46]  They were way outsized for his precinct, and he ended up winning by five votes.
[00:27:52]  So what happens?
[00:27:54]  First of all, how did you find out about it?
[00:27:56]  How did you nail them and who was involved?
[00:28:00]  So we had a lot of help from the Greg County Sheriff, Sheriff Tubbs.
[00:28:05]  And we also, you know, my office investigated, but we also, I think, get that information from the elections people.
[00:28:12]  I think they discovered the inequities, which in some counties, you know, it's difficult for us to get that because the elections people are not going to take note of things like that because they may or may not like the result.
[00:28:25]  So, Ken, you are as concerned as I am about this.
[00:28:29]  These felony charges, you can face six months in jail to 99 years in prison.
[00:28:38]  That's kind of a big spread.
[00:28:41]  What do you have to do to get 99 years in prison?
[00:28:45]  You know, it's always up to the court system to determine that jury, trial by jury.
[00:28:53]  And so they end up making these decisions based on how bad they think the crime was.
[00:28:59]  So I've had cases where we've tried to negotiate.
[00:29:02]  We had a woman who had voted in like five counties, a non-citizen.
[00:29:07]  We asked, we actually tried to negotiate a two-year sentence for her, and she refused it.
[00:29:13]  And the jury ended up giving her eight years.
[00:29:16]  Well, it's Texas.
[00:29:18]  I don't know if that's going to happen elsewhere.
[00:29:21]  So what do people do this election?
[00:29:24]  I mean, I am, I have to tell you, Ken, I have no problem.
[00:29:29]  I mean, I do, but I will accept a fair and honest vote.
[00:29:35]  If it goes the other way, I won't like it.
[00:29:38]  I don't know how we survive, but I will accept it.
[00:29:41]  And I think most people on both sides of the aisle will do the same.
[00:29:45]  But there, I mean, how does the post office in Pennsylvania just lose Trump votes in a ditch in September?
[00:29:54]  That's a really good question.
[00:29:56]  I was actually with the president yesterday, and he was asking the very same question.
[00:29:59]  He said, how do they lose?
[00:30:00]  How do my votes end up in the trash on the side of the road?
[00:30:05]  And I know he is extremely concerned about the mail-in ballots.
[00:30:10]  I think he said he's anticipating 80 million mail-in ballots.
[00:30:14]  That's a lot of openness for fraud.
[00:30:16]  I can tell you that.
[00:30:17]  Scary.
[00:30:18]  So what does the average person do?
[00:30:20]  How can we volunteer?
[00:30:22]  How can we over, what do we do?
[00:30:24]  I think one of the things, I mean, the mail-in ballot thing is really a challenge because it's impossible to watch.
[00:30:30]  At least when people are voting in person, you can have people at the poll site watching people vote, just sort of watching the process happen and ensuring that people are doing what they're supposed to do.
[00:30:41]  And it's pretty simple, right?
[00:30:42]  You show up with a photo ID, and if that's you, you get to vote.
[00:30:44]  And if you're on the, if you register to vote, you get to vote.
[00:30:47]  But with the mail-in ballot, we don't know who those are coming from, and the people counting them don't know it either.
[00:30:53]  And so it's very difficult with that kind of process.
[00:30:57]  And with our state, at least it's limited.
[00:30:59]  You know, there's only certain categories of people that can do it.
[00:31:02]  People over 65, people that are disabled.
[00:31:05]  But even there, there's room for fraud.
[00:31:07]  Imagine states that have universal mail-in ballot.
[00:31:10]  I do not think you can protect against significant voter fraud if you have universal mail-in ballots.
[00:31:19]  Did the guy, what is his name that won this commissioner seat?
[00:31:27]  Shannon Brown.
[00:31:27]  Shannon Brown.
[00:31:31]  He's not serving, right?
[00:31:34]  I mean, he's going to serve in a different way.
[00:31:36]  Well, we have to prove this.
[00:31:40]  He's still presumed innocent until a jury convicts him of a crime.
[00:31:45]  So at this point, he continues to serve and will continue to serve until we prove the case and a jury says, yeah, you've proved your case that this guy committed fraud.
[00:31:56]  So yeah, he's presumed innocent just like anybody else that gets indicted.
[00:32:01]  How did this scheme work?
[00:32:02]  How did they do it?
[00:32:03]  Where did they get the ballots?
[00:32:04]  How'd they do it?
[00:32:07]  I think that these things just get mailed out.
[00:32:09]  And sometimes they just go around and grab them out of mailboxes and fill them out.
[00:32:15]  And that's usually the way it's done.
[00:32:16]  And there's sometimes we're pretty certain that the elections people let their operatives know that they're going out, and they just know the dates, they know the locations, and they grab them and fill them out.
[00:32:28]  And no one ever knows.
[00:32:31]  Wow.
[00:32:32]  Ken, thank you so much.
[00:32:33]  By the way, let me ask you, I don't know if you have the answer.
[00:32:36]  Why did the governor increase the time of voting before the election?
[00:32:42]  We went from like 12 days to 17 or something like that.
[00:32:45]  Why did we do that?
[00:32:47]  I actually do know the answer.
[00:32:48]  So one of the arguments that we've been making, we've been sued so many times over election issues.
[00:32:52]  We've been sued, I think, 12 to 15 times.
[00:32:55]  I have more election cases than I've ever had in my life.
[00:32:58]  Probably ever happened in the state's history.
[00:33:01]  They're trying to affect our elections.
[00:33:03]  So we have three different mail-in ballot cases.
[00:33:05]  One was in Travis County.
[00:33:06]  We already won that at the Texas Supreme Court.
[00:33:08]  We have one at the Fifth Circuit.
[00:33:10]  And by the way, just note, they have to win one time, and it opens it up for cheating.
[00:33:14]  We have to win every case or we lose.
[00:33:18]  So we have another one in the Fifth Circuit that's a constitutional challenge saying that it's unconstitutional to only let people over 65 vote.
[00:33:26]  Then we have another one in Harris County where the county clerk or district clerk is trying to mail out over 2.7 mail-in ballots to everybody, not upon request, just mail them out.
[00:33:36]  So one of the arguments that we have made is, hey, the governor has already accommodated these people and accommodated the whole COVID issue by allowing for more hours and longer early voting.
[00:33:49]  And I think that's a much safer way to handle it.
[00:33:51]  Oh, yeah, it is.
[00:33:52]  It's much safer because we don't have any proof that really that early voting hurts us.
[00:33:57]  Actually, I think it actually helps us get more people up, and it tends to be good for Republicans.
[00:34:03]  So I don't think that's really the problem.
[00:34:06]  The real problem is mail-in ballots.
[00:34:08]  And I find it frustrating that we have lawsuits, somebody, even the state party, going after something that really doesn't change the game and really undermining our case that, hey, we've already accommodated, don't do mail-in ballots.
[00:34:24]  Who's funding all these lawsuits?
[00:34:25]  Because it's not just Texas.
[00:34:26]  This is happening all over the country.
[00:34:28]  I mean, my speculation is George Soros.
[00:34:31]  There's a law firm.
[00:34:32]  There's a law firm that's involved in many of these cases.
[00:34:35]  Not just mail-in ballots.
[00:34:36]  They sue us over all kinds of issues.
[00:34:38]  How many poll workers we have?
[00:34:41]  How many ballot order putting the Republicans ahead of the Democrats, which we've done since the beginning of time.
[00:34:50]  Whoever's in power gets to go first.
[00:34:52]  I mean, just name it.
[00:34:54]  We're defending it.
[00:34:56]  Ken, it was said you brought up George Soros, and Fox News just about wet their pants when the name George Soros went on the air.
[00:35:08]  I know this to be true.
[00:35:09]  You and I have talked about it, that George Soros has pumped all kinds of money into district attorneys and even into some offices of attorney generals in different ways, trying to affect even the attorney general's office.
[00:35:25]  They say that there's no proof of that.
[00:35:27]  Can you prove?
[00:35:30]  Look, this guy is so, he's so good at like hiding how he does it.
[00:35:35]  But like, for instance, here's the focus.
[00:35:39]  He wants to put in DAs that won't prosecute crime, but they will go after Republicans.
[00:35:44]  That's the idea.
[00:35:45]  Get people in there.
[00:35:46]  And so I'll give you two examples.
[00:35:48]  Bear County had a really good Democratic DA, a guy named Nicola Hood, who I work with very well on human trafficking and all kinds of issues.
[00:35:57]  Well, Soros didn't like him because he was prosecuting people.
[00:36:00]  He was doing his job.
[00:36:02]  Same thing just happened in Travis County.
[00:36:03]  Margaret Moore, excellent DA, doing her job, not partisan, just doing her job.
[00:36:11]  But she was prosecuting people, so that was a problem.
[00:36:14]  So they send in another DA who supposedly is going to not prosecute people, but we'll go after Republican leaders at the drop of a hat.
[00:36:22]  So that's the strategy.
[00:36:24]  Criminalize politics and weaponize the DAs to destroy anybody that they don't like and not prosecute real crime.
[00:36:36]  It's an incredible time to live, and I'm glad you're our attorney general.

[00:46:39]  They were all social distanced, but they didn't wear masks.
[00:46:44]  Now, I should give you the fact that this county is overwhelmed with COVID.
[00:46:52]  The hospital is teeming with people with COVID.
[00:46:58]  Or I think no one has had COVID and the hospital is fine.
[00:47:01]  I'm not sure which one it is, but one of the guys who was arrested is Gabriel Rynch.

[00:47:12]  Can you tell me what the hell is happening to Idaho?
[00:47:16]  Oh, man, I'm just as blown away as you are.
[00:47:20]  You know, this whole our mayor signed into a resolution, you know, social distancing mask resolution on July 2nd.
[00:47:29]  Our city council keeps extending it.
[00:47:31]  And throughout all this, my church occasionally would, you know, we'd go to like the middle of downtown and sing psalms, you know, sing three or four psalms as kind of a protest, as kind of a worship protest to all this.
[00:47:44]  And then our mayor on this past Monday extended the resolution through January 5th.
[00:47:50]  And so my pastors on Tuesday had decided, hey, let's go sing the Psalms again and let's do it at City Hall's parking lot.
[00:47:58]  And so we went to City Hall's parking lot and started, I mean, we didn't get halfway through a song, and the police officers walked up to me and proceeded to talk to me and say, hey, you know, my mom was standing right next to me and they asked her, are you with him?
[00:48:16]  And she said, he's my son.
[00:48:17]  And then so I put my arm around my buddy next to me.
[00:48:20]  I said, but this is my friend.
[00:48:22]  And the officer said, okay, well, let me give me your ID.
[00:48:25]  And I said, officer, you don't have to do this.
[00:48:27]  And he said, give me your ID.
[00:48:29]  And I said, officer, you know better than this.
[00:48:30]  And he said, give me your ID.
[00:48:32]  And I said, officer, I have First Amendment rights.
[00:48:34]  And your duty is to the citizens, not to the mayor.
[00:48:36]  Your duty is to protect the citizens' freedoms and rights and not to the mayor.
[00:48:41]  You need to stand up.
[00:48:42]  And then he said, one more time, he said, I'm going to ask you one more time, give me your ID.
[00:48:47]  And I said, officer, you don't have to do this.
[00:48:48]  And he said, I don't want to.
[00:48:50]  He didn't want to arrest me.
[00:48:52]  And then he proceeded to arrest me.
[00:48:56]  Our chief of police, Chief Fry, after the resolution was signed in on Monday, I emailed him Tuesday morning and I said, Officer Fry, he's a Christian man.
[00:49:07]  I said, don't be like the Apostle Peter and run away when Jesus is getting sacrificed.
[00:49:15]  Be Daniel.
[00:49:16]  Be the bold guy in that moment.
[00:49:18]  And so as I'm getting arrested, he's standing behind the arresting officer.
[00:49:21]  And I said, this was your Daniel moment.
[00:49:26]  And so they walked me over to the police car while Psalm 20 is singing.
[00:49:31]  You can hear the handcuffs click in the videos that have been going viral.
[00:49:36]  And it's just a beautiful juxtaposition as my people behind me are singing and I'm getting arrested.
[00:49:42]  And they walk me over to the cop car and my brother walks up.
[00:49:46]  My brother's always late, so he walks up late.
[00:49:50]  Hey, bro, what's happening?
[00:49:52]  I don't know.
[00:49:52]  Come on, man.
[00:49:53]  So he comes in.
[00:49:55]  He's like, this is bull.
[00:49:57]  You know, just starts going into the officers.
[00:50:00]  And then my associate pastor comes in, walking in, and he's like, he starts rebuking the officers.
[00:50:05]  I mean, my pastor had my back.
[00:50:07]  It was fantastic.
[00:50:09]  So I get in the cop car.
[00:50:11]  They take me off to jail.
[00:50:14]  And here's, there's a couple crazy things that have gone on through all this.
[00:50:17]  First, our mayor.
[00:50:19]  on September 5th, officiated a religious event without a mask, without social distancing.
[00:50:26]  And then on September 2nd, he was at a gathering, a social gathering of more than 50 people.
[00:50:31]  He attended that without a mask, without social distancing.
[00:50:35]  And here I am.
[00:50:36]  I go sing psalms in City Hall, and I get arrested.
[00:50:40]  And then I go to the deputy, they check me in the Layton County jail.
[00:50:46]  And as they're checking me out, I was in jail for about two hours.
[00:50:49]  My buddy Sean Benet, him and his wife, Rachel, also got arrested.
[00:50:52]  So Sean comes to jail.
[00:50:55]  He comes to visit me in jail.
[00:50:57]  And his wife had to go to another jail cell because they actually believe in male and female here in Moscow.
[00:51:04]  And as I'm getting released from jail, so I was there for about two hours.
[00:51:11]  I look across the way.
[00:51:12]  I'm sitting down talking to the deputy who's booking me out, getting all the information.
[00:51:17]  And I'm sitting down and across the way, there's three deputies in an office, and two of them aren't social distancing and aren't wearing masks.
[00:51:25]  And so I walk over there and I say, officer, arrest these people.
[00:51:28]  They aren't social distancing.
[00:51:29]  They aren't wearing a mask.
[00:51:31]  And the officer said, hey, hey, just go, man.
[00:51:34]  Just go.
[00:51:34]  And I said, no, you need to arrest these people.
[00:51:37]  They aren't social distancing and wearing a mask.
[00:51:40]  This is what I'm here for.
[00:51:42]  And so, I mean, basically, they didn't get physical to me, but they basically pushed me out of the jail.
[00:51:48]  Were these police officers when you said the deputy?
[00:51:51]  Was this a sheriff or was this police?
[00:51:53]  So the MPD, Moscow Police Department, arrested me and then handed me over to the Layton County Jail, which is run by the Sheriff's Department.
[00:52:01]  So it's a both fiasco.
[00:52:05]  Wow.
[00:52:06]  You should rethink your sheriff if your sheriff is for this kind of stuff.
[00:52:11]  Sheriffs are the, they respond directly to the people.
[00:52:16]  They don't have to go through anybody else.
[00:52:18]  They go to the Constitution and to the people.
[00:52:21]  If that's your sheriff, you should get him out.
[00:52:24]  I don't know anything about this sheriff, but I'd be interested to see what he had to say about it.
[00:52:29]  Go ahead.

[00:53:23]  I mean, we have basic constitutional rights that were violated.

[00:53:28]  I have a right to protest.

[00:53:34]  And I mean, the constitutional right to worship tells the government that you can't tell me when to worship, where to worship, and how to worship.

[00:53:43]  And I got arrested for that.
[00:53:44]  So I got a court hearing on Wednesday, and I'm talking to some lawyers.
[00:53:50]  I haven't kind of finalized my game plan and all this.
[00:53:54]  But yeah, I'm going to fight this because I told the cops as I was getting arrested.
[00:53:58]  I said, man, I'm doing this for your liberties, brother.

[00:59:07]  Like so many other women in the United States, when I learned of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's passing, my first reaction was not grief, but fear.

[00:59:16]  I fear the American citizens are inching closer to living in a theocracy or a dictatorship, and the checks meant to prevent this from happening are close to eroding beyond repair.
[00:59:26]  When Justice Ginberg died, I immediately knew action was needed on a scale we have not seen before.
[00:59:34]  Our democracy has become so fragile that the loss of one of the last guardians of common sense and decency in our government less than two months before a pivotal election has put our civil and reproductive life rights in danger like never before.
[00:59:46]  And so I have turned to Satanism.
[00:59:53]  She goes on.
[00:59:54]  What other thing could you do?
[00:59:55]  No, there's not another option.
[00:59:57]  It's either Satanism.
[00:59:58]  I got to take the kids.
[01:00:00]  I got to take the kids to soccer practice.
[01:00:02]  Then I've got my temple rituals I got to do to help Satan.
[01:00:10]  Now, this is where it gets even more interesting.
[01:00:14]  This is where I think it becomes even more evil, quite frankly.
[01:00:18]  So you know, members of the Satanic Temple don't believe in supernatural or superstition stuff.
[01:00:27]  In the same way that some Unitarians and some Jews don't believe in God, Satanic temple members don't worship Satan.
[01:00:35]  They're really more atheists.
[01:00:38]  They're not affiliated in any way with the Church of Satan.
[01:00:41]  I mean, this is like the Jehovah Witnesses going, hey, I'm not with those Mormons.
[01:00:47]  It's not really helpful here.
[01:00:49]  Because I thought, because only realtors can be members of the National Association of Realtors.
[01:00:54]  I was worried.
[01:00:55]  Not all Satanists can be part of the Church of Satan.

[01:01:02]  Just like other faiths, the Satanic Temple has a code that their members believe in deeply to use to guide their lives.
[01:01:10]  These are the seven fundamental tenets that include one should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason, that the struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions, and that one's body is involatable and subject to one's own will.
[01:01:30]  Reading through the seven tenets from the Satanist temple, I was struck by how closely they align with the unwritten code that I have used to guide my own life for several years.
[01:01:43]  I realized happily that these were my people, that I had been a Satanist for several years without even knowing it.
[01:01:50]  When Justice Ginsburg's death suddenly made combating the threats to reproductive rights and government free from religious interference more urgent, I knew it was time to join them and support their conceptual and legal battles.
[01:02:04]  So the person who's very upset about losing her, quote, reproductive rights, end quote, is actually been a Satanist this whole time.
[01:02:15]  Isn't that interesting?
[01:02:16]  That is fascinating.
[01:02:17]  It's a fascinating realization that those are the line.
[01:02:21]  Golly Gee Wally, I think dad's going to be really upset when he finds out mom joined the Satanist temple.
[01:02:27]  I mean, what?
[01:02:31]  What?
[01:02:31]  Now, here's why it goes on paragraph after paragraph after paragraph defending why she's a part of the Satanist temple.
[01:02:41]  Now, the Satanist church came out, or the church of Satan or whatever that was, came out and said, hey, we don't associate with these people.

[01:02:54]  Okay, so the Satanists are having a little war on this.

[01:02:57]  Now, the Satanist temple says, we're not into Satan.

[01:07:24]  I'm telling you, there's a war in all of our churches and there is a war going on and we are not fighting men.
[01:07:31]  We are not.
[01:07:32]  We're not fighting against the Democratic Party.
[01:07:34]  We are fighting against evil.
[01:07:36]  And quite honestly, for those who are awake in the Democratic Party, they're fighting it too.
[01:07:41]  They know.
[01:07:44]  Luckily, this weekend, there is, I think, something that is really critically important.
[01:07:52]  Whether you're there or you do it yourself tomorrow, but there is a prayer march tomorrow in Washington, D.C. with Franklin Graham.

[01:08:06]  And Jonathan Kahn is also holding an event called the Return, the National and Global Day of Prayer and Repentance.

[01:08:27]  I don't believe in our lifetime we have ever seen America at the place it's at now.
[01:08:32]  As you said, critical.
[01:08:34]  In fact, I don't know that America has ever been.
[01:08:37]  We are in danger of literally a collapse of judgment.
[01:08:43]  Glenn, at the beginning of this nation, there were promises made.
[01:08:47]  And actually, he was a Puritan saying, if we follow God, we'll be the most blessed, powerful, prosperous nation on earth.
[01:08:55]  And it's all come true.
[01:08:56]  But it says, if we turn away from God, those blessings are going to be removed.
[01:09:00]  And we're watching that.
[01:09:01]  We're watching the danger sides.
[01:09:03]  We have driven God out of our culture.
[01:09:06]  We have called evil good and good evil.
[01:09:09]  We've done all these things that we're following in the ancient mistake of ancient Israel, and that leads to judgment.
[01:09:14]  So I believe it is so critical.
[01:09:16]  I mean, if we've never been so critical as we are right now, that we had to, we have to return to God.
[01:09:22]  And if we don't, we may pass the point of no return.
[01:09:26]  So, Jonathan, you wrote The Harbinger and The Harbinger 2.
[01:09:35]  And you were, I think you had your dates wrong on the Shemitah.
[01:09:41]  I think it's coming now myself.
[01:09:45]  But you have been a voice that has really exposed this all the way along as a spiritual battle.
[01:09:53]  I've followed you since The Harbinger came out, and you follow it from ground zero.
[01:10:00]  And I'm not sure this is just a bad time for America.
[01:10:06]  I mean, I believe that there's a chance.
[01:10:08]  The headline today in the Jerusalem Post was, the world is witnessing biblical prophecies or the times of fulfillments of the Bible, something along those lines.
[01:10:19]  That was the Jerusalem Post.
[01:10:22]  I think there's a shot that this is the beginning of those things foretold.
[01:10:30]  Yeah, yeah.
[01:10:31]  If you remember, Glenn, when we first met, and we spoke about the Harbinger, and the Harbinger, for those of you, is the biblical template of a nation's judgment.
[01:10:42]  And what it is, you know, it begins with a strike on the land.
[01:10:46]  As we see, this is the pattern again and again in the Bible.
[01:10:48]  An enemy makes a strike.
[01:10:49]  With us, we had 9-11.
[01:10:51]  And that's a shaking.
[01:10:52]  It's a wake-up call.
[01:10:53]  And it calling the nation back.
[01:10:55]  But then there is a window of time that the nation is given.
[01:10:59]  And a span of years.
[01:11:01]  And that's why I knew when I wrote The Harbinger, it was not the end.
[01:11:03]  It was really the beginning of this pattern.
[01:11:05]  And we have followed, in that window of time we've had, we have followed the, we haven't turned back to God.
[01:11:12]  We have all the more departed from God.
[01:11:15]  And that's exactly what happened to ancient Israel.
[01:11:18]  And one of the things is, Glenn, this is why I knew that this year was not only the year for the return, but also for the sequel, The Harbinger, too, because there's a time period given in the Bible where how long is it from that strike, that first warning, to the time when the greater shakings come on the land?
[01:11:35]  Well, within ancient Israel, it was a period of 19 years from the strike to the year that the greater shakings came.
[01:11:42]  Well, 9-11 was 2001.
[01:11:44]  When is the 19th year?
[01:11:46]  It's the year 2020.
[01:11:48]  And so we are seeing the shakings coming, and we are watching the danger of this window of time ending where we have to choose one way or the other.
[01:11:57]  And so we are watching all those things.
[01:11:59]  In fact, the prophet Jeremiah, when he's talking about this 19th year, what's going to happen, one of the things he says, he talks about plague, he talks about shaking.
[01:12:07]  Well, we are shaking.
[01:12:08]  And if we don't get this warning now, again, this is a time we must return.
[01:12:13]  It's really, I believe, life and death.
[01:12:16]  I agree with you.
[01:12:17]  I think that I didn't understand men's hearts will fail them until this year.
[01:12:26]  The number of people that it's not hard yet.
[01:12:30]  It's not hard yet.
[01:12:33]  And the number of people that will cower in fear and won't say anything because they'll be kicked out of school.
[01:12:40]  They will lose their job.
[01:12:42]  They'll lose friends.
[01:12:43]  They'll lose family.
[01:12:44]  That's your heart failing you.
[01:12:46]  You know what's right, and you won't do it thinking, well, this one's a little one.
[01:12:52]  But if you don't do the little ones, you don't stand a chance when it gets hard.
[01:12:58]  Yeah, yeah.
[01:12:59]  In fact, I mean, we have been paralyzed.
[01:13:01]  And never in the history of America have we gone through this thing.
[01:13:06]  We are paralyzed.
[01:13:08]  We have seen things grind to a halt.
[01:13:09]  And by the way, there's a chapter when we first spoke, there's a chapter in the harbinger that says things to come.
[01:13:15]  And it talks about how these shaking come.
[01:13:17]  And the shakings are the breakdown of society, the disorder, civil disorder is another one.
[01:13:24]  The breakdown of the economy, all of these things, and really grinding to a halt.
[01:13:30]  And one of the things is that I was praying, you know, this was a year ago, and I'm praying, Lord, what's the next book?
[01:13:34]  And I got, because I always knew there was going to be a hard way to do, and I got that.
[01:13:37]  But I said, okay, this is the year.
[01:13:38]  And then I got a very strong thing that this is going to be the year of shaking.
[01:13:41]  And I'm telling people this before all this happened.
[01:13:45]  And the thing is, we didn't realize.
[01:13:47]  One of the things that in September 26, this wasn't over a year ago, we didn't realize it turns out on the biblical calendar, it is an appointed day tomorrow.
[01:13:57]  We didn't know it.
[01:13:57]  And it's called Shabbat Shuvah, which means the Sabbath.
[01:14:00]  It's a Saturday.
[01:14:01]  And of Shuvah, the word means the return.
[01:14:04]  And we had no idea.
[01:14:05]  It's appointed for ancient.
[01:14:07]  Wait, wait, did you break?
[01:14:08]  Wait, wait.
[01:14:08]  Is it just my headphones, or did you break up?
[01:14:11]  I didn't hear you said, okay, I'm sorry.
[01:14:13]  It was my headphones that broke up.
[01:14:14]  What did you say?
[01:14:15]  It means the Sabbath and... Shuvah actually means the return.
[01:14:22]  We had no idea.
[01:14:23]  And it's appointed from the biblical calendar to be a day of return for a nation to return to God.
[01:14:29]  And there's an appointed scripture that can be read all over the world in the synagogues of the world.
[01:14:33]  And it's all about having a sacred assembly, a solemn assembly of return and repentance, exactly what we're going to do on the National Mall.
[01:14:41]  We had no idea.
[01:14:42]  So I believe this is so much the appointed time.
[01:14:45]  So, Jonathan, is this coordinated with Franklin Graham's or is it just because I know of yours long before, and I know Franklin is doing on the mall, so there should be lots of Christians there.
[01:14:59]  Yeah, there, and yeah, and there's also people who just fear God and they're coming.
[01:15:03]  You know, yeah, well, Franklin called us up.
[01:15:05]  This was said, yeah, as you know, a while back.
[01:15:07]  Franklin called up and said, I want to do a march.
[01:15:08]  So he's going to do a march from the Lincoln Memorial coming across for it'll be two hours happening in the middle of the day.
[01:15:15]  The return is going to be the entire day starting at 9, 9 a.m. in between the Washington Monument and Capitol Hill.
[01:15:22]  And it's going to be, it's a gathering, it's really the sacred assembly, you know, which literally God used in ancient times to bring a nation back.
[01:15:29]  And actually, God used in American history to bring America back before.
[01:15:34]  So it's all going to be converging.
[01:15:36]  That's why I believe this is so much the Lord.
[01:15:38]  Tomorrow, all converging.
[01:15:39]  We didn't plan this, you know, but it's all coming at the same time, same place.
[01:15:42]  So, yes.
[01:15:43]  Well, I will tell you, I'm speaking and praying tomorrow there, and it's an honor to have even been asked to go.
[01:15:54]  A lot of really, really big people are involved in this.
[01:16:00]  And God doesn't care about the big people.
[01:16:03]  He wants to hear it from us.

[01:40:28]  Here's Jalen Rose, another ESPN NBA guy, former player.

[01:40:35]  Tyler Hero is quoting double figures every game this postseason.
[01:40:37]  He's been putting in work for a young fella.
[01:40:40]  But it'd also be a great day to arrest the cop that murdered Breonna Taylor.
[01:40:45]  Imagine going there for a freaking NBA game, and this is what you're getting all the time.
[01:40:50]  You complain about the NFL.
[01:40:51]  You complain about baseball.
[01:40:53]  The NBA is unbearable right now.
[01:40:54]  But here's the thing.
[01:40:56]  Cops who return fire after getting shot and hit do not get charged for murder.
[01:41:04]  It's like just not a thing.
[01:41:06]  You can say you want to charge for murder all you want, but when a cop gets shot by someone and they return fire afterward, they do not.
[01:41:13]  And this is according to Breonna Taylor's boyfriend.
[01:41:16]  That is the order of events.
[01:41:18]  There's not, murder charges don't happen in that situation ever.
[01:41:21]  They certainly don't get convicted if they charge them.
[01:41:24]  How about this one?

[01:41:26]  She's a 25-year-old reporter for ESPN.
[01:41:29]  And I know that Pat because she told me all about it.
[01:41:32]  I have prided myself in being able to be objective and cover these sorts of issues.
[01:41:42]  But when it is so clear that the system of objectivity in journalism is so whitewashed and doesn't account for the fact that when I am walking up the hill, my wonderful producer Melinda reminds me that Breonna Taylor was 26 and I am 25 and that could have been me.
[01:42:03]  It is very hard to continue to go to work and that's what these players were feeling.
[01:42:08]  Now, players on the side stage said that they didn't contemplate not actually playing in this game.
[01:42:14]  They always knew that was the same thing.
[01:42:16]  Oh my gosh, that's so for some reason.
[01:42:18]  The whitewashed media pat does not account for her producer, Melinda, reminding her of her age, which is a weird thing.
[01:42:24]  I don't know why they're not doing it.
[01:42:25]  Brianna was 26 and she's 25.
[01:42:27]  Right, which isn't the same.
[01:42:29]  That's not the same.
[01:42:30]  So, and I love that, you know, look, a lot of this is, I couldn't really tell.
[01:42:33]  I think she was very emotional there.
[01:42:34]  Couldn't really tell.
[01:42:35]  She was wearing a mask in an empty arena.
[01:42:36]  So I don't really know what was happening, but I think she was being emotional there.
[01:42:41]  She's terrified that this could actually happen to her.
[01:42:44]  It seems.
[01:42:44]  I mean, that seemed real, right?
[01:42:46]  I mean, she may have been going for the viral video moment.
[01:42:49]  A reporter breaks down in the middle of broadcast.
[01:42:52]  I mean, but that seemed real to me.
[01:42:54]  But that's what's worse.
[01:42:55]  The fact that the media has given her this message for so long that police are out to kill her, and she's internalized it to the fact that she thinks that this thing that almost is absolutely certain not to happen to her may happen to her.
[01:43:08]  So let me give you this.
[01:43:09]  How many unarmed black women between the ages of 18 and 29 were shot by police in 2015?
[01:43:15]  Can I take a guess?
[01:43:16]  Oh, yeah, sure.
[01:43:18]  320,208.

[01:43:23]  Is that right?
[01:43:23]  You may want to adjust your future guesses here of video data.

[01:44:39]  So it's hard to say really it's an unarmed situation, but that is how it's categorized.
[01:44:45]  By the way, do you know how many toddlers this year have found a gun inadvertently and shot someone and killed them?
[01:44:54]  Four.
[01:44:55]  Oh my God.
[01:44:56]  So she should be about one-fourth as scared of police officers as she should be of toddlers.

[01:47:25]  And not actually, what's great about it is they're completely avoiding the truth about what happened to Brianna Taylor.
[01:47:33]  There's no balance whatsoever.
[01:47:35]  They're not talking about what actually happened.
[01:47:37]  I never hear it reported, except on Fox, that a police officer was shot in that.
[01:47:42]  That's the, yeah.
[01:47:43]  I think I bet you 99% of people who are protesting don't know that occurred.
[01:47:47]  They don't know.
[01:47:48]  And you can still say, like, I have a problem with the way they got the warrant or whatever.
[01:47:52]  But like when a police officer is shot, they're going to fire back.
[01:47:57]  And there's no way you're ever going to charge a police officer after actually having a bullet inside of their body with murder.
[01:48:04]  That's just not going to occur in any circumstance, nor should it occur.
[01:48:08]  And what they tend to do on all of these things and virtually every one of the cases that we hear about nonstop, say their name, say their name, say their name, are not the way they're being depicted.
[01:48:20]  Right.
[01:48:21]  Up to and including the Jacob Blake situation, where he was fighting with police.
[01:48:26]  He was tasered twice.
[01:48:27]  He escaped their grip.
[01:48:28]  He's walking around.
[01:48:29]  He's ignoring their orders.
[01:48:31]  He's getting into the car to reach for who knows what.
[01:48:34]  And that's when they shoot him.
[01:48:35]  Now, there were two cops in where did that shooting happen?
[01:48:40]  Where the two cops pulled over the white guy in the car, begged him for eight minutes to get out of the car.
[01:48:47]  He wouldn't do it.
[01:48:48]  They finally tased him a couple of times and pulled him out of the car.
[01:48:53]  He reaches back into the car.
[01:48:55]  And all of a sudden, now I don't know if it, if he reached for the gun in the car or it was on, you know, in his pants or whatever, but he suddenly produces the gun and shoots both officers, killing one of them.
[01:49:08]  Well, should they have shot the guy before that?
[01:49:11]  Should they have allowed him to reach back into the car?
[01:49:14]  No, obviously not.
[01:49:16]  One of them died as a result of it.
[01:49:18]  And this stuff happens all the time.
[01:49:21]  And they know that.
[01:49:22]  And the cops know that.
[01:49:25]  And cops will take action to, you know, so that they can go home to their families at the end of the night.
[01:49:29]  And I think that's what that cop was doing with Jacob Blake.
[01:49:32]  But they're all lumped into the same category of police brutality and racism.
[01:49:37]  Now, nobody knew the races of, I mean, it was dark.
[01:49:41]  They were shooting through doors part of the time in the Breonna Taylor case.
[01:49:46]  There's no racial issue to that.
[01:49:47]  There's no actual reason to believe they even knew the color of the people they were shooting at.
[01:49:52]  They just knew a bullet was in his leg.
[01:49:54]  They described it as seeing a silhouette of two people.
[01:49:57]  Now, they knew Breonna Taylor was black because that's where she lived.
[01:50:00]  However, they thought she was alone, which is one of the reasons they were going in in the first place.
[01:50:04]  They thought it was going to be a relatively safe environment.
[01:50:09]  And then obviously they were shot, by the way, by a legal gun owner who I would also defend for his rights.
[01:50:16]  We don't know.
[01:50:17]  There is one witness that says they did announce themselves as the police.
[01:50:20]  Some other witnesses say they did not.
[01:50:22]  And even if they did, he may not have heard it.
[01:50:24]  And he might not have heard it.
[01:50:25]  Right, exactly.
[01:50:26]  I mean, he was going to get his gun because he heard banging on the door, which is the whole reason why, by the way, you don't send officers and put them in the position of having to serve a warrant at 1 a.m. to a woman in a random apartment.
[01:50:39]  Like, Brianna Taylor is, you could have, you could have got her next time she went.
[01:50:43]  She was a frontline worker during the COVID thing.
[01:50:47]  You could have had her maybe on the way back from her work before she walked into the house.
[01:50:52]  She was not known to be dangerous.
[01:50:54]  She, you know, this is not the type of thing that should have warranted a 1 a.m. call for this type of thing.
[01:51:02]  And that's the part of it I have a problem with.
[01:51:04]  If there's banging on my door at 1 o'clock in the morning, I think I'm bringing my gun with me too.
[01:51:08]  100%.
[01:51:09]  I honestly, like, I don't think I'm particular, like, I would be particularly good in that situation.
[01:51:16]  No.
[01:51:16]  But I can tell you this.
[01:51:17]  If my wife is standing there next to me and I hear someone break down my door.
[01:51:22]  And by the way, we should add into the context that she had a long-lasting relationship with a dangerous drug dealer who was known for violence and likely had abused her.
[01:51:31]  And they thought this might be him.
[01:51:33]  Supposedly.
[01:51:33]  And the boyfriend says he thought it was him.
[01:51:36]  He thought it was Jamarcus Glover, the boyfriend, the ex-boyfriend, but he was actually already arrested across town.
[01:51:43]  But again, I actually, you could argue that maybe you don't think he did this.
[01:51:48]  Like you think that maybe Kenneth Walker didn't know or he did know it was police and he shot anyway.
[01:51:53]  I don't believe that.
[01:51:55]  I think the evidence is on the side that he didn't know.
[01:51:58]  Plus, what is his out there?
[01:51:59]  Like he's going to, people are going to break down his door for police officers and he's just going to fire at one shot at the police officers and win somehow?
[01:52:07]  Is that the logic?
[01:52:08]  It doesn't make any sense.
[01:52:09]  It doesn't.
[01:52:10]  And it does, it makes sense that he thought it was someone else.
[01:52:13]  And honestly, if you thought someone was doing a home invasion at 1 a.m. into your apartment, look, I probably do the same thing.
[01:52:21]  I probably do the exact same thing.
[01:52:23]  And God forbid the same circumstances happen.
[01:52:25]  But you know what?
[01:52:25]  If I hit one of the police officers, they'd fire back at me too, even though I'm one.
[01:52:29]  No question.
[01:52:29]  No question.
[01:52:30]  And they would be justified in doing so.
[01:52:33]  That's why I hate this situation so much, because the situation that was set up by a 1 a.m. I don't want to say raid, but serving a warrant at 1 a.m. over something like this, a drug crime in the middle of a pandemic, too.
[01:52:50]  It sets up a situation in which everybody can act rationally and you still have this tragedy.
[01:52:56]  And that's what happened.
[01:52:57]  Yeah.
[01:52:58]  So as a result of the verdict, when they no-billed the two, two of the three police officers, and nobody got actually charged with Breonna Taylor's death, now we've got unrest again and rioting in the streets and people going crazy all over again.
[01:53:15]  And so for some reason, though, the Black Lives Matter protesters tend to bring everybody they can find into their world of protest.
[01:53:31]  Like if you're just having dinner on a restaurant that happens to be by the street that they're marching down, they're going to come and hassle you too.
[01:53:39]  I don't understand that strategy.
[01:53:42]  I don't understand why going into a restaurant and bothering people and ruining their night, I don't see how that helps Black Lives Matter.
[01:53:49]  Every time I see one of these videos, I think of you, Pat, because in the story you always tell about Houston and the garbage union, was at the garbage man.
[01:53:56]  Yes, it was the janitors, justice for janitors.
[01:54:00]  The downtown building, the Skyrise janitors were striking.
[01:54:06]  And so a bunch of union members came down from Chicago and they had a great plan of driving trucks into the middle of intercept, really super busy intersections in Houston.
[01:54:19]  In like rush hour, right?
[01:54:20]  In rush hour and then dumping garbage into the intersection so that it messes up traffic for hours on end.
[01:54:28]  Brilliant strategy.
[01:54:30]  Like, because that, what I would assume is that would make people hate you.
[01:54:35]  Yes.
[01:54:36]  That didn't make me friendly to SCIU.
[01:54:38]  Right.
[01:54:38]  You're just like, wait a minute, you're screwing up my day.
[01:54:41]  Why are you killing my day?
[01:54:42]  I might even be on your side on this one.
[01:54:44]  Exactly, but I'm not now because you just dumped garbage in the middle of the road and now I can't get to work on time.
[01:54:51]  Yeah, it's a weird strategy.
[01:54:52]  And you're seeing this now with Black Lives Matter, where people are just having a nice dinner.
[01:54:56]  Again, minding their own business.
[01:54:57]  If you're in one of these cities, you should probably rethink the outdoor dining thing.
[01:55:02]  I love the outdoor dining thing.
[01:55:03]  For sure.
[01:55:04]  I mean, they've gone inside restaurants too, so you're not protected necessarily in there, but they have a better chance outside.
[01:55:09]  It does seem that you have a better chance than outside.
[01:55:12]  And watch this.
[01:55:13]  You tell me if this is helpful to their cause.
[01:55:18]  Outside at a restaurant, yelling at people who are eating under umbrellas.

[01:55:23]  Then one of them comes down and sits at the table.
[01:55:27]  And then a couple more protesters come and join him.
[01:55:32]  I mean, so there's two protesters at this table, and the Black Lives Matter protesters just come and sit down at the table.
[01:55:41]  Yeah.
[01:55:41]  And the woman goes, she shakes her head.
[01:55:43]  No, she stands up and she just tries to tip the chair over as he's sitting there.
[01:55:48]  So then, okay, we got it.
[01:55:51]  And then the guy who just went and sat down at their table threatens him because she's telling him to get out.
[01:55:57]  Please leave.
[01:55:58]  And he's like, shut up or I will knock out your effing old old ass boyfriend.
[01:56:05]  So he threatens them while he's sitting there too.
[01:56:08]  And I just don't understand how this is, again, helping for one thing.
[01:56:13]  Or what the age of his ass has to do with the particular problem.
[01:56:18]  I mean, I don't think that really is related.
[01:56:20]  Because if it was a young ass boyfriend, that'd be okay.
[01:56:23]  I don't know.
[01:56:24]  He'd still be white.
[01:56:25]  I know.
[01:56:25]  Young or old, he's going to have the same skin color.
[01:56:28]  But I think, too, there's a little bit of a thing that some of these people who are at the restaurant don't realize.
[01:56:38]  When this happens to you, look, I understand the instinct to be like, get out of my chair and try to tip it over.
[01:56:43]  These people are freaking dangerous.
[01:56:45]  Like they kill you in the streets because you were having dinner.
[01:56:51]  Yes.
[01:56:51]  So it's up to you what you do in that situation.
[01:56:55]  You probably want to avoid it as much as you can.
[01:56:57]  You might want to just leave at that point, but I'm not.
[01:57:01]  You shouldn't have to.

[01:57:02]  This is not okay.
[01:57:04]  No.
[01:57:04]  It's not an okay strategy.
[01:57:06]  And it's not okay to do to people.
[01:57:08]  And the threats of violence and the intimidation that's going on, eventually this is going to end up really badly.
[01:57:13]  Somebody is going to take a stand and somebody is going to take exception to you sitting down at their table.
[01:57:18]  And there's going to be violence.
[01:57:21]  And it's going to be ugly.
[01:57:22]  Now, if that were a black couple sitting at the restaurant and whiteys stroll up and sit down with them.
[01:57:28]  You think we'd hear about that?
[01:57:29]  I think we might hear about that.
[01:57:31]  You know, I think the media might say something about that.
[01:57:34]  Like, I don't know, racial intimidation.
[01:57:37]  What are we back to the days of Jim Crow?
[01:57:40]  Threatening behavior of white supremacists.
[01:57:43]  We'd be hearing all that kind of stuff.
[01:57:45]  Insanely, even when these protests are happening, we're still hearing that white supremacists are responsible.
[01:57:51]  So, yeah, you could guarantee if they actually were responsible, we'd hear about it.
[01:57:55]  If you and Lisa are out to dinner, because that does happen quite often, four or five times a day, and BLM strolls by and shows up and sits down at your table, do you just leave?
[01:58:05]  Well, first I order him an appetizer.
[01:58:06]  Okay.
[01:58:07]  That's what you do.
[01:58:07]  Maybe a nice drink.
[01:58:08]  A very friendly gesture.
[01:58:10]  Can we get the cocktail menu, please?

[01:58:21]  Now, hopefully, it happens after I've eaten my dinner because then I'm walking out and not paying the bill.

[01:58:28]  You know, it's not my fault.
[01:58:29]  The protester did this to me.
[01:58:30]  No.
[01:58:30]  It's on him.
[01:58:31]  He's picking up the bill.

[01:58:33]  I find that the best reaction in such circumstances is to try to avoid the problems.
[01:58:41]  Now, again, there is an fallback situation.
[01:58:47]  I happen to have a concealed carry license.
[01:58:51]  If I were you and I were a protester, would I do this?
[01:58:53]  I would not because it's not a good idea.
[01:58:55]  However, I'm going to try to avoid using that or any other.
[01:59:00]  I feel nothing to prove to get in an argument with them and try to win in that situation.
[01:59:04]  I want to keep my wife and my family safe.
[01:59:05]  Because really, it's a no-win situation.
[01:59:07]  Because they're not listening to reason.
[01:59:09]  Right.
[01:59:09]  They're not.
[01:59:10]  Anything about the things they're talking about.
[01:59:11]  Exactly.
[01:59:12]  Have they ever read an FBI report on crime statistics?
[01:59:15]  I doubt it.
[01:59:15]  I don't think so.
[01:59:16]  So your point on like, well, actually, you're actually more likely to die if I have a toddler shooting.
[01:59:21]  That's not going to work on them.
[01:59:23]  This is mob justice, and this is why we avoid mob justice in this country.
[01:59:27]  That being said, when the Minneapolis police evacuate an area to allow protest, quote-unquote protesters, to light their precinct on fire, well, what, you know, of course you're encouraging this type of behavior.
[01:59:42]  And that's part of the problem.

[01:59:44]  They've been enabled during the last six months of this kind of stuff.

[01:59:49]  We see this in Seattle and Portland and all these cities where they're just saying like, well, look, we just got to give them chop.

[01:59:55]  You know, what are you going to do?
[01:59:56]  You just got to hang back here for a couple months and just give them a chunk of the city.

[02:03:39]  They eventually chase him down, stop him with multiple vehicles, bash his door windows open, all this damage to him and his property.

[02:03:49]  He escapes again and then eventually seemingly gets arrested by police.
[02:03:53]  Now, it's unclear whether I'm talking about the guy who's getting beaten and his car being destroyed.
[02:03:58]  It's unclear whether the police had the whole story at that point, though.
[02:04:01]  So they may have sorted that out afterwards.
[02:04:02]  But they did cuff him.

[02:04:04]  They did pull him over and they cuffed him.
