Hussein Farah details his $350k monthly earnings and natural physique, attributing success to quitting vices, high-protein diets, and strict social filtering. He contrasts this with Hugh Sane's split-routine training at Boxer Gym, who validates Andrew Tate's natural status while warning against early steroid use. Both emphasize that personal value precedes networking and that disciplined lifestyle choices, not just genetics, drive rapid transformation and business scaling. [Automatically generated summary]

Building Muscle and Losing Weight00:14:50
And we are live.
Welcome to the podcast Money Monday Impression Fit.
Today we have Usain in the building.
Let's get into it.
Let's go.
You know what's crazy, bro?
Yeah.
Stop.
Hickory, dickory, dickory, dack.
From the dead is a miracle, dack.
They counted me out.
Pressing my destiny, shaking his hand.
Flipping the script, changing the plans.
To the top of them, taking the fans.
I'm making them jump.
Making them dance.
Making them jump.
Making them dance.
We bout to change the game We out here taking names Let our voices rise Let them reach the skies We bout to change the game Listen, man, we were doing gym training like two days ago, basically.
And Hussein's work ethic is insane, bro.
So I know who you are.
They may not.
Tell me who you are, brother.
For sure.
So I'm Hussein Farah.
I'm 23.
I live in Montreal, Canada.
I'm here in Miami.
I'm probably going to move here.
I just literally posted a story right now to ask people what they think.
You should, bro.
Yeah.
Everybody here is winning.
Like, there's nobody that does what I do in Montreal.
But yeah, I grew up in Montreal.
I'm Lebanese.
My parents are both Lebanese.
And I do fitness content now.
Yeah.
Help people get in shape.
So, when did you start training?
At what age?
And then, how did you get this?
Because obviously, speaking, I was thinking, like, how do you do this at this age, you know?
100%.
I started when I was 19, bro.
And in my mind, it was like too late.
Like, everybody starts like 16, 15.
I was like, oh, this is a bit too late.
And then I told myself, like, the time's going to go by anyway.
I feel like this is good advice for anybody who's like delaying stuff.
Like, if you're 16 and you think, oh, like, I should have started before, like, you're going to be 18, 19, whatever, you know?
Like, it's going to come anyway.
So, might as well have the results.
So, I started when I was 19, and now I'm 23.
So, it's been four years now I've been training.
Only four years, yeah, yeah, yeah, bro.
You look like this in four years, bro, yeah, bro, yeah, yeah.
Oh man, okay, okay.
So, like, what inspired you?
Was it like maybe bullying in school?
Was it just because, like, you want to get fitter?
What inspired you to actually want to actually get in shape?
A bit of everything, honestly.
I had the bullying, bro.
I was skinny as hell when I was younger, I was like 130.
Can you show them on the screen?
Yeah, you can show them.
Instagram page before and after, right?
Yeah, yeah, um, so it's crazy because I'm 33, okay, as you know, and uh, I just started training.
Actually, training hard.
Seriously.
You see the results from it.
Of course, I saw the back, bro.
Yeah, thank you, bro.
Pause.
Pause.
And I'm mad I didn't start earlier.
Yeah, that's the thing.
Everybody is, bro.
So they kept delaying it.
They're like, oh, it's, you know, I'm 30 now.
I should have started when I was 25, whatever.
But like, you're going to be, imagine if you started when you were 30.
You know what I mean?
You would have had the physique now that you've always wanted.
So I always push, like, time is going to go by anyway.
Good, good that you started now because now when you're 35, you're going to be like, okay, I have the physique now.
So always never tell yourself, like, oh, it's too late.
Always tell yourself, like, I'm going to get there anyway.
You know, I'm going to be 35, 36, whatever.
So, Start as soon as you can.
And typically, people want to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
Is it possible?
How should someone do that?
It definitely is, bro.
It's called the recomp, body recomp.
So, like the way you do it traditionally is like you eat on your maintenance.
So, let's say, for example, like your maintenance calories is 2,400.
You eat that amount and you make sure that you're hitting your protein and that you're strength training.
So, like you're pushing weights, progressively overloading, so you're getting stronger.
And if logically, if you're the same weight and you keep getting stronger and stronger and stronger, then you're most likely losing fat and building muscle at the same time.
That's how it goes.
Perfect, yeah.
Uh, we have the video here of the before and after, yeah.
It's pinned.
I actually have it pinned in my profile, bro.
You pinned, yeah, yeah.
No, no, no.
If you go back to like uh, were you working at a pizza spot in the middle?
Yeah, I used to work at a pizza spot, bro.
Yeah, this one, yeah.
Click on it, go to the right, and you'll see my uh, yeah, that's where I started.
Bro, now, was you at 19?
Yeah, no, that was uh, 17 here, 16 or 17 around this, this uh, this time, bro.
Sorry, dude, 16, 17 here.
I'm not gonna lie, I was worse than you though, yeah.
I'm from Barbados, you know what I'm saying?
But dude, that's that's impressive, bro.
So, four years of Hard work gave you this, yeah.
Okay, so I saw a video, they were saying that you have an unnatural or un or not natural uh growth hormone, something, yeah, yeah, cause that, yeah.
I think it was with Greg, that's with Greg.
So that whole thing was a joke, like that.
Again, just think about like we made I did four blood works in the last year just to show that I'm natural.
Like, we can go get tested right now if you want, bro.
Like, I'm looking the best I've ever looked right now.
You probably saw me like at the gym, yeah, pause, but like you saw that I'm lean, I'm probably the biggest I've ever been at this body fat.
And I'm down to get tested today.
If we go right now, we do it.
But like, I've done four blood works in the past year, past every single one of them, all of them were random.
And people were still calling me fake natty.
So, we're mean.
It probably wasn't a good idea, but Greg was like, let's do a video just trolling everyone.
We'll come out, say, Oh, he's uh, he hopped on here for 18 months, then stopped, then he kept all the gains, which is impossible, bro.
Nobody can do that.
So, we just invented something, and then he tried to hype up the video before it even happened, which was the mistake, I think.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Tried to be like, Uh, guys, yeah, he's good, yeah, exactly.
Like, hype it up just before it goes out, like you have some hype around it, uh, but it just blew up and it wasn't planned to blow up as much, and uh, people thought I was a daddy.
So, now it's like 50 50.
People think half the Think I am, half think I'm not.
I have half a million on the line, bro.
Like, if someone can prove that I'm on gear, I've ever done gear, half a million goes to them.
If not, they just pay for the blood work that they gotta really.
Yeah, okay, that's pretty dope.
Listen, because I know Greg is a jokester.
Shout out to Greg.
Yeah, good dude, but uh, he just joke around a lot.
So, so let me ask you this question if someone started for the first time in the gym, what are some of the biggest mistakes they make?
I guess you could do in three categories, yeah, um, trying to gain weight, losing weight, and then I guess like, uh, Lifting correctly.
Yeah.
So I think mainly when it comes to seeing results, the diet, bro.
Everybody messes up the diet side.
They don't know exactly how much they should be eating, the calories, the protein.
They think just, I'll go to the gym and I'm going to build the physique I want.
80% of it, in my opinion, maybe even 90%, bro, is in the food that you eat.
If you're hitting your protein correctly, if you're not hitting protein and you're training, bro, you're just not going to build muscle.
It's as simple as that.
If you're trying to lose weight and you're going to the gym, but you're in a caloric surplus, you're never going to lose weight in your life.
But whenever I'm traveling, I try to hit my protein with those.
Obviously, it's not like the best, but like, it's still better than nothing.
So that's how I do it.
If you're really busy, bro, you can.
Get some protein shakes, string them throughout the day.
That's something the fish do as well.
Yeah, there you go.
Exactly.
It tastes pretty good.
Yeah.
They do the job, bro.
And again, if you're trying to get your goals, the taste, you don't really give a fuck, bro.
I just eat for, for, like, actually get the results that I'm looking for.
So usually when someone's in the gym, right?
Yeah.
Either to get girls or to just, like, look better than his friends or he got bullied.
What actually inspired you?
Because obviously speaking, this is not just like, I'm going to wing it one day, go to the gym and then figure it out.
This is like dedication.
Yeah.
So what inspired you?
Was it somebody that your mentor, your dad, or like, Family member or 100%.
So it was a mix of everything, bro.
Bullied when I was younger, of course.
Like, I was skinny as hell.
Everybody.
And also, I had a condition, bro.
It's called pectus.
Here, I have like a hole in my chest.
I've had it.
It's not like anything like it doesn't affect me on a day to day basis, but I had like a hole.
So it looked like I was even skinnier, bro.
So I was like, okay, I want to get in shape, build some muscle.
So that, a mix of like getting girls as well.
That was why I started the first one.
I'll be honest, bro.
And then also, my dad, my brother used to train.
So I kind of like also, from like my environment, I had to do it and I had to get in shape.
So, yeah, that got me to go in the gym.
Also, like, I hated what I was seeing in the mirror.
So I was like, okay, let me actually lock in.
And I took the before pictures because I knew I was going to actually lock in.
Like, there was no backing out.
I was also in, like, this whole self-improvement crowd, like, where I was watching, like, Andrew Tate, for example, Hamza as well.
I don't know if you know Hamza, but, like, he's like a self-improvement YouTuber.
I used to watch him back in the day.
Yeah.
And, yeah, just that was my whole life.
I stopped video games.
It was COVID.
I had nothing to do, bro.
I was literally locked in.
So that's what I did.
That's dope.
Four years later, you're here today.
Four years later, I'm here on the floor.
Pressure and finish.
So, let's move forward now.
Okay.
Let's say, right, I am brand new.
I saw you today.
This kid is 23 years old, looking like this.
How does somebody start?
Because obviously, you said diet is important.
Yeah, yeah.
100%.
What's the routine they should do to gain muscle?
Is it like a set routine or is it like based on their body type?
Yeah.
How would they start?
It really depends where you're starting, bro.
If you're, if you're in, let's say, exactly what I did.
I was skinny.
I wanted to put on weight, put on muscle.
First thing I had to do was look at my maintenance calories.
How much is that number?
So, like for me, when I was 130, I think it was around 1,800 calories.
So, I had to eat around 400 to 500 more calories than that number.
So, I started, I learned how to track calories.
That was step number one.
Then, I was eating 22 to 2,300 calories every single day consistently and hitting my protein and training with a proper training program.
You can, I have a bunch of videos online on how to grow your chest, how to grow your back, everything.
So, everything is online.
Like, you can literally learn from other people.
You stick to the split.
I was training six days a week.
You don't need to.
You can do five, four, it doesn't matter.
But as long as your diet is on point, you're eating according to your body.
So, if you're skinny, you're in a surplus.
If you're fat, you're in a deficit.
And then you're training enough to be able to build muscle and not just like if you lose weight and you're not training, bro, most of it could be muscle as well, even though you don't have any.
Like, let's say you're fat and you're trying to lose weight and you just cut your calories, maybe you'll lose some muscle.
So, that's why it's important to eat protein.
And also train enough so that you're actually building.
But you're saying, listen, bro.
Yeah.
I don't want to wait too long.
Okay.
Listen, bro.
I've been waiting my whole life.
I need it now.
What's the shortcut people can use?
Sure.
Again, I'm not going to promote them, but like a lot of people are in gear.
Gear is like, again, cheat code, bro.
It gets you results insanely fast.
Like you've seen Clav recently.
You've seen all the other people, like Togi, for example.
They hop on early on.
But what's the, okay.
Yeah.
You can transform pretty quickly with that stuff, right?
But what's the side effects?
Because obviously it has to be a downside to it.
Yeah, they are crazy, bro.
Like, again, if you're like small balls or like, that's tough, bro.
The small balls, yeah, because like your body doesn't produce testosterone anymore.
So, like, they just don't see the point of being there.
So, they atrophy, they get smaller.
But, like, I would recommend, honestly, like, if you want to lose weight, I've seen a lot of people start Retta, which is a peptide, and they lose like a crazy amount of weight fast.
Again, the same thing is, if you don't know how to properly do it, you might lose a bunch of muscle as well.
You look soft, you look like, you won't look the way you want.
So, even if you do take these supplements, like, These supplements, or you hop on gear or peptides, you still need to understand how to train properly because you can just lose a bunch of muscle, a lot of weight fast, and it wouldn't look the way you want it to look.
Damn.
So basically, you're saying any type of foundation, regardless.
You need to know how to do it.
Yeah, of course.
Because if you lose a bunch of weight, bro, and you didn't build muscle at the same time, you're going to have loose skin.
You're going to look kind of soft, but you're not going to look the way you want.
If you do exactly what we said before, like kind of a recomp, you lose the weight, but you put on muscle, that's going to replace.
You know, the size that you're losing, and you're not going to have that much like loose skin.
You're not going to look soft.
You're going to look the way you want to.
So, yeah, like I wouldn't say it's a cheat code.
I know a lot of people on gear and they look worse than me, which is, I get the accusations.
But yeah, even if you hop on, you have to know how to do it properly.
Yeah.
Bro, your bicep is the size of my head, bro.
Yo, dude, one is the size of my head.
It's crazy.
So, okay, it's funny.
I remember back in the day, there was like a whole controversy with you, right?
Yeah.
Obviously, that's passed now.
When you were actually, before you even got to this size or this, I want to say, look, how did girls treat you?
How did girls treat you back in the day?
Because this is very important.
I think you said here.
Definitely.
Like, the thing is, I'm Muslim, right?
So I've never been much into girls, but before, like, obviously, like, the way.
Hold on, there you go.
But, like, I used to see, like, it wasn't the same, bro.
Now I see a lot more respect.
I see, like, kind of, obviously, girls, you know, messaging me every single day.
So, definitely, like, I see the benefit of being in shape.
And even when you go out, like you saw at the gym the other day, like, you know, girls complimenting your physique, the way you look, starting conversations.
So obviously, I see the difference.
By the way, this is just a side quest here, side tangent here.
Yeah.
So, Hassan's training me in the gym, right?
Yeah.
He's two baddies, bro.
I promise you guys, it was crazy.
So, I legit, I'm standing there, right, doing my set.
The girl's like, hey, could you help me with this?
I'm like, why are you asking him?
There's a worker right there.
But then I realized they just want to talk to you.
Yeah, it's funny, bro.
Yo, you say, listen, I got to get back to my sets, but nice meeting you.
Back to working now.
He didn't give two craps.
You got to stay locked in again.
I started for the girls, but now I'm just doing it because I saw the improvement it has on my life and just like the people I'm able to help.
Uh, but yeah, again, yeah, to answer your question, I definitely see the difference.
So, if it is something you want to do and you just want to get girls, the gym is going to definitely be like a good ROI for you for sure.
And just to reiterate the question again, you were treated how by girls back in the day?
I wasn't treated at all, I wasn't even like seen most of the time, to be honest, bro.
Like, uh, yeah, I didn't much like have much, exactly.
I was invisible.
There you go, you saw it 130 pounds.
I was too, bro.
I was so glad you couldn't see me, but uh, now we got a little more shine.
So, there you go, more shine, got the diamonds now.
So, you actually started making a lot of money coaching people, right?
Yeah.
I got to know.
Pocket watching here.
For sure.
What's the most you ever made in one month?
For sure.
So, I'm doing now, like, I did fitness coaching, obviously.
I'm doing the mentorship now, which I'm helping people get into it.
Most we've done combined just those, like, without the sponsors or anything, we did a quarter of a million a month.
Let's go.
Which is what we're averaging around this number, like 200 to 250.
It's pretty stable, but I'm going to scale it, you know, to the moon.
Probably going to get like, within the next six months, I'm aiming for like a million a month.
But yeah, that's without sponsors, without the clothing brand that I have.
Yeah.
And let's say we add in sponsors and we add in like merch.
Yeah.
What could that be up to?
Could be around like 300 to 350.
Yeah.
Yeah.
If we count them all, yeah, that should be the number.
Yeah.
So, guys, this is Monday Monday.
I got to ask questions here because this is very important.
So, knowing what you know now, could you teach others to do the same thing?
Of course.
That's what I do.
I help so many people, bro.
Niche Down to Grow Your Audience00:13:29
I have a guy literally on house arrest.
I use this story a lot because, like, if a lot of people are like, oh, I don't have, This, I can't do this, I can't do this.
I don't have the resources.
I don't know how to do content.
The algorithm doesn't like me.
I've heard it all.
I have a guy on house arrest, bro.
He started with me five months ago.
He went from zero followers to 300K now.
You can pull him up if you want after.
But yeah, literally zero to 300K now.
He's making like 30K a month coaching people, fitness coaching.
From his house?
Yeah, yeah.
He's locked in.
He can't go outside.
He doesn't have a choice.
Oh, he's stuck.
Yeah, yeah.
He's on house arrest now for like the next two and a half years.
So that's an example.
I have a kid.
He's 14.
He's making around like 8K a month now.
14?
Crazy, bro.
Crazy.
Small guy Luke, shout out to you, Luke.
At 14, I was.
I don't know what I was doing at 14.
At 14, I was legit riding my bicycle with friends.
Yeah, yeah.
Trying to figure out what to do.
Yeah, dude, that's crazy, bro.
I'm telling you.
And I use these examples.
Like, obviously, I have a lot of people with good physiques.
They have a good following that I've helped.
I've had people come, they had like 500K followers and they weren't monetizing.
So, also, there's an art to monetizing properly.
Yeah.
I taught them a few things.
I have a client, Landon.
Shout out to you, Lennon.
He makes like 100K a month now off of peptides.
He's selling them, which is great.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's insane, bro.
It's insane.
There's a lot of money to be made when you know how to do it.
And the guy doesn't even have that many followers, bro.
Like, it's really annoying.
I had a competition with some guys the other day, right?
Yeah.
And they're saying followers don't matter that much anymore.
They don't.
It's the value you bring and what you have to offer.
Exactly.
So, yeah, I know people making with 10K followers making a million a month.
Yeah.
It's insane.
It's crazy, bro.
So, what about if, like, I mean, That's a lot of money.
That's a lot of money.
Wow.
Man, I need to get a Pepe too, huh?
So, okay, for me, you've seen my progress so far.
What would you recommend for me to do now to gain my muscle and get out of bed of summer?
Honestly, bro, you mean taking what I recommend taking or what I recommend doing?
Doing first and then taking.
Because taking, you don't need to take anything, bro.
Like, I've been lean for a show naturally before, and I know, like, it is harder, obviously, on the mindset, but it is a mindset, bro.
Like, if you take anything, like, let's say peptides, for example, they don't do anything in terms of like giving you a boost.
They just stop you from thinking about food, for example.
Let's say we take Retta.
Yeah, yeah.
Like Retta, for example, it just, you stop thinking about food as much, you're not as hungry.
So that's why you don't really need it.
It's just you're going to have to go through, like, oh, I'm hungry now, but I'm not going to eat.
That's the difference.
If I was you, bro, and you want to recomp, I'm assuming, build muscle, lose fat, same thing that I told before, like, you find out your maintenance.
You're 180, 187, you think?
Yeah, I think that.
Yeah, 187.
So I would say your maintenance could be around like 2,400.
Eat 2,400 calories, around like 187 grams of protein, and just get stronger.
Focus on going to failure, like I showed you in the gym.
Yeah, guys, guys.
I'm going to keep it a bee.
This is me.
You say you're my nigga.
This is me being transparent, y'all.
Yeah.
When I met you saying, I was legit.
I was legit going in the gym.
I got some progress, though.
Yeah.
But I wasn't going all the way.
I'm telling you, bro.
I chilled with him.
Shorty was like, What's your phone number after finishing it?
There you go.
Exactly.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Got two Instagrams from the workout, bro.
Yeah, we did.
I got you, bro.
I got you.
You got to do that every day, bro.
Every day, every day.
So, but I will say this, though.
Having a partner in the gym is better than going by yourself, though.
Of course.
Of course.
It pushes you.
You know, you're actually not like, bro, Diamond Gym changed my life.
Honestly, bro.
The way I train.
Yeah, yeah.
The way I train now, like, because I know I went to, like, it was past failure, absolutely.
But now I know what my limit is.
Like, I know, okay, this is, I'm bullshitting myself right now.
I could be doing more, but I'm not doing it.
So that's why I feel like you have to have someone, if you've never trained hard, you have someone with you who shows you, like, okay, pushes you a little bit.
Next time you go to the gym and you're not pushing yourself as much, you're going to feel like a bitch, bro.
Like, to be honest.
So that's why I'm happy we went to failure.
I'm sure next time you're going to train, you're going to be like, okay, now I might be.
I'm not going as hard as I should, you know?
So that's good.
But I agree.
But we did a vlog as well.
It's a supplement, freshman CEO.
Really good vlog.
Oh, yeah.
Check out freshman vlogs.
Yeah.
So I guess what's the biggest thing you've learned that normies make mistakes on about lifting weights?
Honestly, going to failure, I think.
I think they try to just lift weights.
And then as soon as it starts getting hard, they stop it.
Like they just drop the weights or they move over to the next set.
It's going to failure.
Like you can be doing so much less volume.
Instead of doing four sets, you can do two or even one.
I've seen some people do one set.
And that's it for exercise.
But because they have the intensity so high, they're able to build muscle.
So you're telling me I can do one set in the gym.
Yeah.
And.
Yeah, 100%.
You'll get more gains.
Like, again, I don't know.
So hold on.
I could spend.
So let's say there's two people, right?
Yeah.
Jack and Jack Dumb.
Okay.
Right?
Jack is in the gym for 30 minutes.
Yeah.
Jack Dumb, two hours.
Yeah.
I can get more value from the 30 minutes than two hours.
100%.
If Jack is training harder, And he's going to failure more, like I would say.
Obviously, like you can compensate intensity with volume, like you can do more volume, but I still think, again, if you don't want to get fatigued, because that's also another thing, you can get fatigued if you do too many reps.
Next day, you're not going to feel as good as, you know, the other guy who's going intense, but just doing one set, and you're going to be able to push even more.
So, yeah, Jack, not dumb, Jack regular, will get more jacked.
So, yeah.
Okay.
That's good, man.
I feel like when we, well, I go to the gym or when people I know go to the gym for the first time, they're like, I don't know what I'm doing here.
So you need someone to guide you, at least from the very beginning, at least.
100%.
I had a trainer too, but you know.
So let's say, like, when it comes to making money, right?
Yeah.
How does somebody monetize Pinnacle Stream?
Because obviously speaking, you're making a bunch of money, which is great.
How does somebody monetize that you would say for A to Z?
100%.
So I would say it depends on how big they are.
Like what I recommend every single person, let's say you're just getting started, you have zero followers, you need to niche down.
All right.
Reason is let's say, for example, you have a guy who has 10,000 followers now.
I have 2.7, whatever it is, like on Instagram.
And they are targeting doctors who are above 35 who want to lose like 10 to 15 pounds, for example.
That's their niche.
Their niche down.
They're going to be able to attract and make maybe like similar to me because they're in this niche down.
Because if a doctor wants to get in shape and he looks at both accounts, obviously he sees me.
Okay, I have 2.7 million, but I'm targeting just men.
I'm helping men get in shape.
The reason why I do this is because I'm bigger.
I can like niche out a little bit.
But if you are niche down and you're talking to that specific avatar, they're only going to go to you because there's no other competition.
So that's why I feel like, and I've seen Brandon talk about this a lot like specialists get paid more in general.
Like if you're a general doctor or if you're like a specialist in like, I don't even know, a bone in the foot, and you have that issue, you have an issue with your foot, you're going to go to the specialist and you're going to pay them more because they are specialized in that area.
So, yeah.
They're the expert.
Yeah, they're the expert.
Exactly.
So, like, you niche down first, you grow your audience, and then as soon as you start growing more and more and more, you can kind of start niching a bit out if you want to.
But that's how you're able to make money.
I have clients, again, they have 8,000 followers, 9,000 followers, or making 20, 30K a month, which is unheard of.
When I had 10,000, I wasn't making that much.
So, damn.
Yeah.
So let's go back to your money now, right?
Obviously, it's money.
Back to the money.
What'd you buy first when you start making money?
Was it stuff for your parents?
Was it cars?
Was it watches?
Because you got Richard Million.
I got the Richard Million.
Yeah.
How much was that?
This was, yeah, that's the US as well.
Yeah.
That was last year, though.
Hold on.
Let's show no, no.
You just bought this watch on Instagram, right?
You got the video?
I haven't posted it yet.
I'm working on the video.
Video's going to get posted soon.
But yeah, I got this a few days ago from Neil.
Okay.
Oh, you're so.
Yeah, he's stunting right now, man.
Yo, 23, by the way.
Yeah, good stuff.
So, what's the first thing you bought when you started making money?
First thing I got was my M4, BMW M4.
It was always a dream, always wanted it.
And I kept telling myself, like, ah, you know, it's a lot of money.
I didn't have money.
Yeah, that was my car before I started making money.
But yeah, I was like, it's a big investment, it's a big purchase, but I've never thought that I would get there.
But then I was like, okay, if I want to stay here and even make more, I got to live like I deserve to be here.
So, I got the M4.
Honestly, helped me make way more money like connections that I would get, or even just the way I was feeling driving it, just pushes you to make even more money.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Just after your story here, man, um, goddamn VJ, yeah, all right, bro.
When I tell you, my confidence was through the roof, bro.
Yeah, I just felt like I was super superman, 100 do anything, be anywhere, pull any girl, and I did, and it felt amazing, but it was more of like I did this, yeah, yeah, like made this happen.
You get major confidence, you could do anything.
So, that's a pretty good point.
That is true.
Yeah.
Again, if you want to get to some place, you got to live like you're already there, bro.
That's the biggest thing.
Like, a lot of people, they make content, but they're not sure, like, oh, I might, like, that's also a big thing, bro.
Even in sales, bro, I have a lot of people, I teach them how to sell properly because they're doing coaching and everything.
You got to believe that you can help people.
If you don't believe it, you're not going to be able to sell them.
Like, you got to genuinely feel like you're able to help people to be able to actually be confident on the call, tell them, like, okay, this is what we're going to do.
This is how I'm going to guide you.
Because if not, bro, like, they can see through you.
100 question for you.
Yeah, if someone's 20 years old, 19 years old right now, they feel lost, they don't know what to do.
Yeah, with their purpose or passion, how would you, I guess, say they could find that passion or get in the gym?
Number one, number one thing.
Because if you're 19, 20, you probably haven't achieved much in your life, like because again, it's normal, you just get started, life starts like when you're 18, 19.
I would say get in the gym because that's going to show you and reinforce, like, the mindset of, oh, I can put effort into something and get the result.
When I was 19, bro, honestly, I was a loser, bro.
Like, you've seen the picture, but even past the picture, like, I was a gamer.
I used to spend like 10 hours a day gaming.
I wasn't doing anything with my life.
And getting in the gym taught me, okay, I can actually put effort into something and get the results that I want.
And then that's what I applied to.
Now I'm doing the business.
Now I'm doing, like, you know, coming, I'm going to move here to Miami because I know, like, okay, I'm going to be around people and I know I'm going to make the best out of it.
So, really, effort now equals result.
It didn't before the gym.
So, I would say get in the gym, get in shape, actually, you know, apply stuff, you know, learn from how to get in shape, learn how to eat properly.
And when you see the result, you're going to believe in, like, okay, I can actually put effort into business, effort into relationships, anything that you want, and actually get the result.
Yeah.
It's a good advice because, I mean, being a fat slob, I don't think you could really have that much confidence.
I mean, you could, but it'd be probably.
You could, but do you want to?
Like, you can choose, bro.
You can literally make the life that you want if you decide to, bro.
I remember I saw a guy when I was broke.
I just had the physique at the time.
I was like 19 and a half, 20.
I just got in the gym and I saw a guy pull up Ferrari.
With his friend, I had a Lambo, and then he comes out the car and he's fat.
I told my brother, I would rather be broke than be this guy.
And now, I'm just being honest, bro, 100%.
And now, I have both, and I think you don't have to choose, bro.
You can do anything you want in life.
Also, you know what you did that was first, Mark?
You quit gaming.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bro, before the podcast, I used to game, right?
I would go to work.
All right, bro, I do some side quests here and there, but yeah, game my boy Casey, playing video games.
And I met Mario, he's like, Bro, if you're gonna do this.
We got to lock in.
I'm like, all right, cool.
So, you're telling me cool turkey, no games, bro?
I legit went on Facebook Marketplace, yeah, yeah, so my switch the same day, bro.
And then something happened the time slot I spent gaming turned into like just grinding, grinding, and then before you know it, the habit that was bad is gone, yeah.
So, uh, I would say gaming itself does hold a lot of men back because it's fun, it's exciting.
You stay home, you don't do much, you're locked into games, like I can forget about the worlds, but when you finish the game.
You're still in the real world, so yeah, you know exactly.
That's the thing, bro.
Like, it's an escape, you don't have to work on yourself anymore because you can go into the game.
I have all these things, I'm killing these people.
If you're playing COD, obviously, like whatever, but you feel like accomplishment from not doing anything.
Same thing for like jerking off.
Like, I quit it as soon as I got in shape, bro.
I quit everything that was a bad habit because I don't want to get dopamine from not doing any effort.
Wait, how'd you quit jerking off?
Pop stopped, just stopped it, bro.
Cold turkey, yeah, yeah, 100%.
Cold turkey, yeah, yeah.
This thing over here is different, okay.
How about?
Drugs and alcohol.
How do you manage that?
I've never done them.
Never?
No, never.
I've tried alcohol before, never done drugs.
I've tried alcohol.
I was young, bro.
I was like 18 just to see the taste.
It tastes like ass, bro.
Yeah, it tastes terrible, bro.
Yeah, it tastes terrible.
Yeah, I've never done them, bro.
I don't want to do them.
I'm not like someone who, even when I'm around friends, the whole Muslim thing that I told you, I stay away from girls.
I try to stay away from girls as much as possible.
I don't have this, I'm not easily influenceable.
Nobody can change my values or the way I act.
If I'm not going to be cool around people because I'm not doing a specific thing, then I'm good.
I don't need to be around these people.
But yeah, that's just me, bro.
I've always been that way.
And I think, honestly, this is a cheat code for everybody, bro.
This is how I quit gaming.
This is how I've never just wasted time on bullshit.
The way I go through life, bro, and this is a cheat code for everyone.
I don't know if you.
Do you have any kids?
Life Values Beyond Money Tags00:04:33
All right, look.
I'll be honest, man.
I do have one kid.
Okay.
His name's Hero.
Okay.
He's around here somewhere.
I'm in a ball.
Pause.
He's already here.
Yeah, I did.
Nah, I have no kids now.
But yeah, the way I go through life, bro, is like, I would imagine my kid watching me 24-7.
I don't have a kid yet, but I would be like, okay, imagine if your future kid is watching you 24 7.
Or you can even, if you're religious, you can be like, imagine if God is watching me.
Like, imagine you wasting 10 hours of your day gaming and God is watching you, bro.
Like, you're not going to feel like you accomplish anything.
You're not going to feel like you're not going to be productive.
Exactly.
Exactly.
You're going to feel like shame.
You know, God is watching me.
I'm gaming.
I'm doing drugs.
I'm drinking.
I'm wasting time with random girls.
So that's how I go through life.
And it keeps me like, really, everything that I do has to give me a benefit in the end or please God in some way.
So, yeah.
Good stuff, man.
I like it.
And his age, that's pretty good.
Okay.
How do you maneuver going out with friends?
Because obviously, you want to hang out with your friends sometimes.
Yeah, yeah.
Obviously, there's distractions.
Shaytown's always sending you some hoes.
How do you deal with the, I guess, not going out with friends?
I don't go out to like, if I know it's going to be a waste of time, I wouldn't go out.
If I would go out with friends, I would make sure those friends are doing something productive.
Like, productive again.
Or they're in a place that, again, like, for example, if I go out with you, like, I know obviously you're successful, you're doing something with your life, so that's fine.
But I don't go out when it's like just random people, bums that just want to waste time.
I wouldn't.
You know what I mean?
I would maybe put myself in a position where, like, okay, if they're going to a club, but it's a bunch of people that are, you know, successful, I'm going to maybe learn some business.
I might do a business deal with someone.
Then I would go because I know myself.
I'm not going to be like, oh, there's hoes around.
I'm going to, you know, act out different than my values.
So I would put myself there, but I am disciplined enough to not act on it.
So that's the main sense.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
100%.
Yeah.
So I would go to the club, not to like, if it makes sense, like, business wise, and it could bring me something, you know, a benefit, and I'm, you know, spending time with people that are successful or like whatever I relate to, then I could do it.
Yeah.
It's crazy because you're only 23, right?
With this mindset, you could take over the world.
Do you have any mentors that mentor you?
Yeah, I do.
I have, like, right now, I work with, you know, Eddie, right?
Yeah.
Eddie's good, dude.
Yo, by the way, guys, yo, chat.
Bro, I didn't know that Eddie's brother was A rap.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's crazy.
I'm like, that's your brother?
The one that saved him from kidnapping?
That's crazy, bro.
I tell you, Eddie, man.
He actually saved him from kidnapping, I think.
Yeah, he talked on the phone.
He's the one.
Yeah.
On the phone, bro.
Eddie's a shrewd businessman.
He's respected in the marketing space and does many, I help many creators.
Shout out to him.
He's a good dude.
That's one thing about Eddie, bro.
Like, I admire him a lot because every single person that I talk to has something positive to say about him.
Like, for example, bro, I had people, they wanted to, Eddie right now is going to help me with the offer that I told you, like the mentorship and even the fitness coaching.
Yeah.
A lot of people pitch me their IDs, oh, let me run this offer for you, or let me help you scale it, whatever.
Yeah.
And then I would tell them, I'm going to be working with Eddie soon.
And they would be like, okay, just work with him.
You know what I mean?
That's, bro, if someone trying to get your, You know, help you grow something or like help you scale an offer, and you tell them, Oh, I'm gonna work with this guy.
Usually, they'd be like, Oh, no, I can do it better.
Yeah, he's so respected in the space, they're like, Oh, just go work with him, it's a better idea.
Word him off, man.
Yeah, so he's respected, bro.
He and again, he uh, he inspires me a lot, bro.
He's he has a family, he doesn't you know, whatever, he's really like disciplined with his stuff, so that's one of them.
I've worked with a lot of people early on, like Brendan Carter, I used to watch a lot too, like to learn the whole fitness space and how to actually help people.
Yeah, um, but other than that, no, it was mainly just the way I was raised, bro.
I just like, I was Muslim.
Um, my dad, my mom just raised me the right way, and I've always had these values, yeah.
So, what's your goal now?
Because obviously, speaking, you're successful, you're making money, yeah.
Uh, what is it now?
More money, family, kids, like help more people.
What's the goal for you now?
Definitely, like, I want to scale the offer just because I don't like to, uh, I want to make more money, just not because of the money itself, just because I don't like to be complacent and be like stuck in one, uh, like just stuck and not progressing.
That's just my life in general.
Like, I go to the gym.
Not because I'm not happy with my physique.
I just want to improve it because I would feel bad being in the same position.
That's how I move.
So it would be definitely like just improving everything, making more money.
But now, honestly, bro, I'm in a position I wouldn't really care if I'm not making more money if I'm able to help more people.
And usually, like, they go hand in hand.
If you're helping more people, you're going to make more money.
But I'm reinvesting a lot more into my business to be able to make it better, have better results for people, just because, like, I don't really need money in the position I'm at.
Like, I have everything I've always wanted.
So now it's like really just helping people.
The Natural Physique Debate00:03:29
I see, like, the house arrest guy or even the kid.
Luke, I went to Ohio.
His dad came.
I did a mastermind with all my clients, and, you know, there was like.
Luke Belmar?
No, no, Luke, the 14 year old kid in my program.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
He came to my mastermind.
It was just like closed, not a much, much people.
Like it was 12 or 13 people.
And his dad came with him.
And it was sick, bro.
Like his dad is there.
He said, I'll have a clip.
I'll post a clip soon.
But his dad was like, he's making more money than his teachers.
Let's go.
That's crazy.
The guy's 14, bro.
So just being able to help people in this position, the house arrest guy, a lot of people that I'm helping, is just, you can change your life, which, you know, it's, it's, it's doesn't, you can't put a money tag on it, bro.
Okay, let's play a game real quick.
Yeah.
All right.
I'm going to call some names.
You know what?
No.
Look at this way.
Yeah.
I'm going to say Natty.
Okay.
Or not.
Okay.
Right?
Yeah.
And then you tell me what you think.
What I think.
Okay, sure.
Greg Ducette.
No, he's on that.
He said it multiple times.
Yeah.
Okay.
How about Greg O'Gallagher?
Ooh, that's a good one.
I like Greg.
I like Greg.
I've never talked to him personally or anything.
I do think he's natural.
I do think he's natural.
His physique, he has a really good physique.
He's pretty lean year round.
But he's never really, like, he hasn't had any crazy changes in size or, yeah, he's just always had a really lean aesthetic physique.
And his size isn't anything like crazy out of the ordinary.
So I would say Natty, yeah.
Brandon Carter.
No, not Natty.
Definitely not.
Definitely not, bro.
His physique is crazy, bro.
And at his age, it's like, yeah, not Natty.
There's no way.
It's a compliment.
It's a compliment.
Even if he's not, like, he has a crazy physique, bro.
Myron Gaines.
Ooh, that's a good one.
I've never seen Myron's physique before.
Pause, but I've never really seen his physique.
I would say Natty.
I think he's someone who's actually trying to work for essentially improve himself for longevity, from what I understand from listening to him.
I would say Natty, yeah.
Unless he's on TRT to replace his testosterone levels.
But from his physique, from what I've seen, I would say Natty, yeah.
Jeff Nippard.
Jeff Nippard.
Oh, that's a good one.
That is a good one.
A lot of people think he's not Natty.
I've trained with him, I've been next to him.
I would say Natty, yeah.
He just has a really good physique, yeah.
Really?
Yeah, yeah.
What do you think about Jeff?
I don't know him that well.
Yeah.
I've only heard about him.
But to be real with you, who really cares anyway?
But okay, Alex Eubank.
Alex Eubank, he's not natural.
He's been honest about it.
But I, no, no, he's not natural.
But I think before, I think maybe he just did some peptides or something.
But I don't know.
Like from his physique, obviously now he doesn't look natty.
But no, he's been honest before.
So he's not natty, no.
Wes Watson.
Maybe natty now.
I've seen him.
He lost a lot of weight recently.
So I think he might have stopped, but no, he wasn't natty, bro.
Honestly, off of his physique, I think he could have been natty.
His physique is like a chain of, like when he was at his biggest.
I do think it's achievable naturally.
But I know he's been honest about it, I think.
Yeah, he's been honest about it.
Who else should I name here?
What about, well, I mean, this is like, obviously, Clav is not.
Yeah, he's on that.
Zerka.
I haven't seen Zerka's physique.
Nobody has.
Yo.
Avoiding Overtraining Mistakes00:06:24
Zerka left, went into hiding, and then reappeared randomly.
Shout out to Zerka, man.
That was funny.
Guys, who else should we name in the chat, man?
We got a.
Oh, of course, Greg.
Let me do that one already.
Can you ask him what he thinks about two a day?
Can you ask him what he thinks about workout?
Okay.
Actually, very good question.
Yeah.
If someone's working out twice a day, is that effective or is that kind of like.
It depends how they're doing it.
It depends how.
If they're doing actually two crazy full workouts for two hours, it's too much.
I've seen a study recently where, like, I think that was also Brendan Carter.
I think that's how he does it.
You're a lot more intense in your first 30 minutes to 45 minutes of your workout.
So, again, if you're going to be training twice a day, you can split the muscle.
So, if you're going to be doing back and biceps, you can split them, do back for the first 30 to 45 minutes, and then later in the day, do it again because you're going to be most intense in those first minutes.
So, essentially, you're getting the first minutes twice in the same day.
So, you're saying back and biceps, do back in the morning, biceps at nighttime?
Yeah, if that's what you're going to be training, you can split them, but only don't do like two hours and then two hours.
You're just not going to, it defeats the whole purpose because the first 30 minutes to 45 minutes of a workout are the most intense usually.
Essentially, like if you're going to be splitting the workouts, you're going to be having those times twice a day, intensely, like the same intensity twice a day.
So you can do 30 minutes to 45 minutes of intense workout, let's say for your back, and then you do the same thing for biceps.
That's the best way to go about it.
But if you're going to be doing the same workouts twice, so like back and biceps, and then I don't know, legs twice, that's too much, bro.
You're not going to be able to grow.
Yeah.
So while we were in the gym yesterday, someone said to you, Bro, how's your chest so big?
Yeah.
Like, did you work out twice a day?
No, no, no, no.
It's not about, yeah.
No, no.
Honestly, bro, it's really about understanding the muscle.
So that's something I recommend to people is like, again, if you watch my videos, you'll see how I split up the different exercises, really understanding what targets were.
Like when we did back, we didn't do random exercises of back.
Like it was lats.
Yeah, yeah.
100%.
So it wasn't just like random exercises of back or we're doing like lats or like we're just doing back exercises.
It was really thought out.
We were doing lats and then it was like, okay, we're going to target the upper back, then we're going to target the rhomboids, for example.
So It's really about picking exercises that are going to target the different parts.
So for my chest, I've always done upper chest first.
You know, as soon as I saw my workout, upper chest.
Incline, upper?
Incline, yeah, yeah.
I would do incline dumbbell or incline Smith machine when I started training in the gym.
So, yeah, bro.
That's really the most important thing for a chest, at least, to grow it.
Incline, I do this first, and then I move over to like flies and then flat press.
So, yeah, that's how I would go about it.
Should be the last one here.
Yeah, right here.
Yeah, you can see.
All right, guys.
Give it a little bit more down, down, down.
All the way down.
More.
More.
A little more.
There we go.
Yeah, that's us in the car.
Wait, go for a little bit.
Yeah, right there.
No, right before this one.
By the red dot.
Yeah.
Okay, leave it there.
Yo, chat.
This guy was crazy, bro.
Remember this guy?
Goku.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I see.
What the heck?
I hold world records.
That will never be tough.
Ever again, bro.
That was so random, bro.
I don't know how that happened.
We're headed to the gym.
I'm like, is that Goku?
I'm like, bro, what the heck?
Yo, yo, W Clip.
What the heck?
I hold world record.
That will never be touched.
The jump killed me, bro.
Goku, chill, bro.
Crazy.
I'm live, bro.
I need to watch a vlog.
W Clip.
Go watch her as the vlog.
Okay, let's continue a little bit more.
So we're in a car now, going to the gym.
And it should be like, come forward a little bit more.
A little bit more.
Okay, now we're in the gym.
That's a Hassan here as well.
Only with a couple people I know, the Eddie guy as well.
Yo, Eddie's cool, right?
I don't know.
More.
That's a house pop, man.
How do we do it?
We're gonna.
It's like good.
Here we go.
Low and steady.
Yeah.
With the race.
Yep.
A little bit more forward.
There we go.
A little bit more forward.
There we go.
Learn from him, man.
You got good fun, bro.
Pause real quick.
By the way, when I'm in the gym and I don't know what I'm doing, I shut my ass up.
Nah, bro, you're an expert.
I'm going to just follow what you say because you're an expert.
100%.
That's how I go about life.
Like, if I was to do a podcast and you're showing me how, bro, I'm shutting the fuck up.
Like, I'll listen.
That's honestly a good trade.
That's how people that are successful are, bro.
You better shut up because you don't shut up.
They'll help you.
I'll move on a little bit more.
So, guys, just to see my progress here.
This is like a little more forward.
Here we go.
This is some games, guys, being in the gym, man.
Your boy's been working, bro.
Obviously, it ain't the greatest games, but.
No, no, you're getting good, bro.
See the games.
So, give me like two, three more months.
Right?
The bat wings, you know?
Bat wings.
Look at when he's doing the exercises.
Yeah, there you go.
Look at the traps.
It's coming.
It's coming.
Yes, sir.
It's coming.
He's smiling.
He's smiling at me right now.
Yeah, yeah.
But no, hold on.
Go to his back.
Pause.
Mine is in there?
Actually, no.
This is enough, bro.
Yeah.
Look at this dude, bro.
Yo, bro.
Bro.
I kid you not, man.
Like, it's kind of like, you know what?
Like, when you're in a race and someone's so far ahead of you, you're like, damn, I can't beat this nigga.
But that's the thing, bro.
Yo, his chest is so big.
Pause.
But, dude, I mean, look, guys, he's 23 years old.
23, yeah.
Four years in the gym.
This is the progress.
Like, this is inspiring.
Networking With Actual Value00:04:51
Like, I can't hate.
I just got to appreciate it because, bro, this is dope.
Appreciate you, bro.
So now I don't want to stop.
Oh, that's one of the girls, by the way.
Those two girls.
Yeah, those two girls over there.
Yo, those two girls are on Usain's chest, bro.
On them chest.
And, you know, I had to close.
I had to close.
But, yeah.
Good vlog, man.
We worked out back and biceps.
That was so gorgeous.
Yeah.
We can stop there.
But yeah, that's Boxer Gym in Miami, guys.
Good for networking and also as well.
Shout out to the owner, Mateo.
100%.
Having us and take care of us as well.
But yeah, I think we need to see Andrew Tate and you stay in collab as well.
That was pretty sick.
That was pretty sick, bro.
100%.
He got, actually, funny story.
I did a video talking about how he got him in the gym.
And I was talking to, you know, Mike Thurston, right?
Yes.
Yeah, so I was talking to him.
We did a video together and I was telling him, like, oh, how Andrew influenced me getting in the gym.
Like everything, money now that I'm making.
Like everything started with his mindset of trying to be the best version of yourself.
Yeah.
The comments, bro, all of them, gay people, feminists, all hate, hate, hate.
I feel like it's fake, honestly, bro.
Like, I feel like there's so much hate.
Yeah, bots, bro.
They're all like unfollowed, whatever.
But honestly, it's good.
I'm getting rid of the people that I don't want in my community and I'm getting the people that I want inside.
But that was just a funny video.
Like, hundreds of comments, all hating.
But again, I speak the truth.
So, yeah.
You know what I realize about content, man?
You can't please everybody.
100%.
Yeah.
But what I will say is, Where you're at, bro, you got a bright future because you're young.
You're doing things the right way.
And look, other creators are doing random stuff and doing wild stuff on camera.
And that's cool for clicks, but long term success is just adding value like what you're doing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
No, I agree.
So, okay, if you had to put into, I guess, two categories.
Yeah.
Let's say, what should men your age, they're younger, because I'm 33, in your 20s, focus on?
And then what do you hope to focus on in the future?
Okay.
So, two categories.
Yeah.
So, let's say young guys watching you, you're saying, like, I want to be like you.
What should I focus on first?
Yeah.
I would say, honestly, your physique, number one, that's going to be the foundation of everything.
Like, you have a good physique, your mindset is going to be on point.
Everything is going to, like, there's no way you can. handle the pressure of like life and business and all of it.
In my opinion, if you don't have the foundation, which is your body and your mindset.
So that's number one, get in shape.
Number two is make money.
Like cash flow is the most important thing when you're young.
Obviously, like the whole exits and all of this, like exit a company or equity, you can look at, and for me personally, like I don't think about it much.
I just try to have as much cash flow as possible so I can like, you know, whatever, just live life, be able to provide for people that I love.
So that's number two, like make money.
Don't focus on, in my opinion, don't focus on dating right now.
I know Myron is a big, Uh, the advocate of like not looking for love when you're young.
I've seen a bunch of videos, and I do agree.
I feel like it's gonna get complacent, you're not gonna focus on the things you should be focusing on, which is gonna build your future.
So, for now, make as much money as possible, get in shape, help as much people as possible.
Uh, make sure you make good connections, be a good person in general.
Yeah, network is really important, bro.
Imagine if again, that's what I'm doing right now.
I'm trying to network with as many people as possible, provide as much value as possible, so that when I'm 30, these are like friends at this point, you know what I mean?
Uh, so can I add to your point real quick about that too, as well?
So, networking is used very vaguely, yeah, and very, um.
Unclear.
Yeah.
And networking to network is really dumb.
Like, you need to know your value, right?
100%.
So, my thing is like, with you, your value is pretty much fitness.
Adding value to coaching, helping people out.
100%.
But could you imagine if you had no value?
That is true.
That you didn't know?
100%.
I'm going to go network.
You're not doing shit right now.
Because people that have success and have value, they're looking for that as well.
Absolutely.
If you don't have that to them, why are you talking to me?
That's true.
That's 100%.
I do agree, bro.
I wouldn't network if I didn't see anybody.
The biggest thing I see is like, okay, I'm going to go network.
This meeting.
Yeah.
But what do you do?
What are you good at?
Well, yeah.
Why would they want to network?
I just want to be cool with you, bro.
But this is the issue.
Yeah.
You got to network with actual value.
Yeah.
If you don't do that, what are you doing?
I 100%.
It may take you locking in by yourself at home for a while.
Figure out what that value is.
Yeah.
Or your friends say, listen, brother, you're good at this.
Or your mom says, you're really good at this.
And you say, okay, you know what?
I'm going to work towards this.
And then you're good at it.
100%.
And that's your value.
But if you don't know what your value is, there's no point networking.
I agree.
And that's why the first two things, like I said, physique to be able to actually handle Business and everything.
And then, if you're making money, in my opinion, is because you're providing some sort of value to people.
And for me, for example, it was fitness coaching, it was getting people in shape.
And that's value now.
Obviously, I know how to run a business.
I know some people that can help you, for example, run a business.
Like, if you want to, I don't know, whatever, like, let's say you want to sell peptides, for example, or whatever it is, I can help you with that.
I can get you in contact with people that can help you with that.
And I feel like that comes from me wanting to obviously grow my business and make more money.
I just met these people along the way.
Why Being Natural Matters in Business00:04:11
But I definitely agree, bro.
There's so many people come up to me.
They want to work with me, but there's no value that is given on their side.
A lot of people think, oh, I'm going to network, but you got to be able to provide something to the other person as well.
So, yeah, I definitely agree with you.
Yeah, 100%.
All right.
And then, guys, if you don't mind, put your chats in as well for you saying here any fitness questions.
But, real quick.
So, okay, one more, some couple of names left behind with this game.
Natty or not, Larry Wills.
There's no way you're asking me this question, bro.
I'm just curious, bro.
I don't know.
I'm curious.
I think the most unnatty, Would be Larry.
And he's honest with it, bro.
He's done trends.
He's done a lot of things.
I think every single drug he's tried, from what he said.
So, no, no, not that, you know.
Okay.
Cool, Shoop Shoop, right here.
What about Andrew Tate?
That's a good one.
That is a good one.
Andrew Tate.
I want to believe that he is.
I trust him a lot just because of how much he's helped me with my life.
Fireblood.
But with his physique, bro, at his age, he's like 40 now, right?
Damn near, yeah.
Yeah.
So I would say I would believe it if he said he wasn't, but I wouldn't be surprised if he said he was, which is a compliment.
It is a compliment to him because he has a really good physique.
He's lean at his age.
And he's still active, so I would say, like, again, it's hard to get to that point without, like, obviously your testosterone tanking or going down at least.
So it would be impressive, it would be impressive regardless.
But if I had to guess my life on it, I would, I would believe him.
I would say he's natty just because he said so.
But if it was, if he didn't say it, I would say non natty.
Justin Waller, Justin Waller, he's no, he looks kind of juicy a little bit.
Hey, pause, bro, pause, pause, pause.
But Justin looks good, bro, he's uh, he has a lot of muscle mass.
I would, I would say non natty, but I don't know how old is he.
Damn, how was Justin Waller?
I don't know, bro.
Honestly, I don't know.
I think he's like late 30s, I'm pretty sure, if I had to guess.
Yeah.
But same thing, similar to Andrew.
He has a really good physique.
I would be surprised if he's natty.
44?
Damn.
Okay, yeah.
Yeah, probably not natty then.
Probably not natty.
But has he talked about it before?
I don't think he's ever talked about it.
Not that I know of.
No?
Okay.
Probably on gear then.
Okay.
Yeah.
Testosterone.
I'm trying to think who else I would name here that we actually care about.
Yeah.
Okay, but question is a good one.
Tristan is good.
Tristan Day, bro, he's massive.
I think he's like 240 or close to 250, maybe.
He's like 110, I think, which is like close to like 240.
Yeah.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's on as well.
Same thing.
But this is just compliments to them, bro.
If they're natural, it's a compliment.
If they're not, then they're doing a good job.
So I have a question.
Yeah.
As a non gym, I guess, follower or like fitness expert or like fitness fanatic, Does being natty really matter?
It doesn't.
Honestly, it doesn't.
Because I'm like, oh, he's fake natty.
He's natty.
I was like, bro.
Yeah.
Okay, now what?
I got you.
Yeah.
I would say it depends.
I push the message of being natty just because I know a lot of people that are younger follow me.
I think it matters at a point where, again, if a lot of kids are watching Clap, for example, I love Clap, by the way.
I relate a lot with his message, the stuff that he pushes.
I do think the way you look obviously influences a lot of your experience in life.
Yeah, of course.
But the thing is, a lot of people that are watching him, Might start gear like 17, 18 when they shouldn't.
You know, they don't need to.
Obviously, like you might get results faster, but you're 18.
Like, what does faster mean?
Like, if you wait until you're 20 and you live longer, you know, it might be worth it to actually do it naturally.
So that's why I feel like it matters.
I push the message just because I feel like a lot of younger people are watching me and I want to show them that it is achievable naturally.
I'm not saying it's achievable for everyone, but I do truly believe everyone can improve themselves naturally.
You don't need gear to build muscle, you don't need to be on peptides to lose fat.
But yeah, that's why I feel like it matters.
But if you're 40, bro, and you're on gear, who cares?
And especially if you're not pushing the natty thing.
Like, if you're honest about it, if I was on gear, I'd be honest about it.
I just wouldn't promote it.
Honesty About Training and Gear00:01:14
That's my point.
Yeah.
That's fair.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, this has been a great interview.
100%.
Any cash bills at all here?
All right.
So where can I find you?
What's up next for you?
100%.
Houston.FHT on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
You bring it up.
Yeah.
If you don't mind.
And what's next for me, bro?
Just moving here.
Making as much money as possible, helping as much people as possible, and staying in shape.
Yeah, so guys, just so you guys know, if he moves here, he's my full time trainer.
I got you, of course.
For free, of course.
He has no say at all because, you know, he's chopped him out with me, and that's what it is.
But no, guys, I got you.
All jokes aside, man.
Thank you for coming, bro.
Appreciate you for having me.
I'm going with you a couple times.
Really good dude.
And I got to say this because at your age, bro, I was wild, bro.
I was trying to figure shit out.
And to be this dedicated, disciplined, and focused at your age and your physique, bro, is impressive.
Appreciate it.
Because this is only like the beginning.
This guy's limit.
Your actual peak is in me in your 30s and 40s.
So to be this here now, impressive, bro.
Appreciate it, bro.
It means a lot, man.
I'm trying.
I'm trying.
Good stuff.
All right, guys, man.
Go follow him.
This is Hugh Sane here.
Really good dude.
Go support him as well.
And we'll see you guys on Wednesday with Outdoor Show and more girls as well.
