Chris Goes To An AA Meeting!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
And welcome to my Alcohol Anonymous meeting, so-so, so-called, my boy Daniel, a mental health coach.
Let's do it.
Let's go!
All right, ninjas.
I'm here, man.
You guys finally made me decide to go and, you know, this one-on-one session with Daniel, okay?
Because y'all niggas been complaining, oh, Chris, man, you drink too much honey, blah, blah, blah.
Listen, niggas, if you deal with how much I do all the time, then you guys will understand, alright?
So we're here, one-on-one session.
My first time hosting.
That's the main host.
Blackie's not here, or Big Nose is not here.
It's just me, Henny Chris, and your boy here.
So, wait, what?
The smoke alarm going off.
So, anyways, a few announcements, guys.
If you want to join Council Club, the code is CC17, right?
And do we have like an end date for that?
In two weeks.
So, yeah, so join Council Club, guys.
It's lit.
I see the memes.
You guys are going crazy.
We got act hours after this.
So, you know, it's going to be a nice, fun show.
And, yeah, hopefully he can convince me to live a better, healthier lifestyle or, you know, at least drink a little less or something like that.
Who knows?
Y'all chatting.
I'm being the chats right now.
So, you know, we lit and we're having a good time.
So, you know, can you introduce me to yourself and what you do for a living and, you know, et cetera?
So my name is Daniel Gabay.
I do a lot of mental health coaching.
Most of it is health, trauma, stress, and addiction.
But especially recently, it seems like it just got pushed into recovery and addiction because a lot of people are having a hard time right now.
I mean, definitely.
COVID's happened and people have been staying home.
And yeah, I mean, I think have you noticed people have been drinking more and more the past few years or so?
I think all types of drugs.
And I just think a lot of mental health issues, especially after COVID.
And a lot of people moved.
A lot of people had changes in work.
And a lot of people are hurting.
I mean, work, some people are jobless, mainly.
People in Miami, the women, they're broke, but they're still doing drugs and drinking.
I've been having a good time.
It's tough out there right now.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, so how long you been doing this?
What's the backstory behind?
Because you seem like you're, how old are you, by the way?
I turned 40 this year.
Oh, 40?
Yeah.
Thank you.
So, you know, drinking less and exercising for sure?
I definitely try to take care of my body.
Okay.
Because I'm 37.
Yeah.
I mean, nobody thinks I'm 40, but until I tell them, which is fine.
But yeah, I just try to work as hard as I can.
And that's what leads into reducing drinking a bit.
I mean, are you married with a wife and kids?
No, no.
Okay.
Yeah, I'm dead.
I'm in a relationship right now, but that's it.
The backstory, I've been doing this for almost a decade.
Oh, 10 years.
Yeah.
I didn't start taking on clients, like paid clients, until a couple of years ago.
I lived in New York.
I moved here like four and a half years ago.
And about nine years ago, I got in like a really bad accident.
What car accident?
I was actually on a bike going home from work.
That year, 2015, I worked like seven days a week.
And a garbage truck just came up next to me.
Sound with you, right?
It kind of like the back wheel sucked my body in.
And I, yeah, I lost between 70 and 80% of my blood.
And basically, they told my mother that I was going to die.
And thank God at that moment, I was in really good physical shape and mental shape.
And that's why I was able to get through it.
I mean, if someone like Mo was there, he would have popped like a cherry.
I'm joking, Mo.
We love you here, man.
So, yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, so I mean, at that moment, I was in really good physical shape.
I lifted weights for like 20 years.
And then in the hospital, they didn't expect me to survive.
and they pumped me with the hardest narcotics you could get like Dilaudid even for dressing changes they had to inject ketamine right into my Yeah.
And I was really lucky because when I got out of the hospital, I stopped the narcotics cold turkey at like the peak of my pain.
But during that time, I realized how addictive they are.
Oh, so you were just popping.
No, no, they send you home with a bottle of pills.
Like, I had the pills, but it's like the pain was so high that sometimes it wouldn't even kick in.
But at that time, they're like, oh yeah, Oxy is like 4% addictive.
But when it's in your body, you're like, this is like really, really addicting.
So I spent about six years after that volunteering for like a nonprofit to get people like off of drugs and people who had been in bad traffic accidents or their families and just be around to try to get them off of these things.
Because somebody who's like never done hard drugs in their whole life could just go to the hospital, say they break their leg, and then they leave and they get a bottle of pills, they could be on heroin in like a year or like they could die from that.
So that's what introduced me to this.
And I would just, I literally just volunteered for this organization.
So I'm like, look, anybody who was in a position that I was, just give me their number, let me visit them.
And because I just want to get people off those drugs.
And then a couple of years ago, it went into like alcohol and everything else to just help people deal with that.
So you aren't really, you know, because I know there's some AA meetings and stuff like that.
So that's not what you do primarily.
You do, like, it's like, here's AA meetings and then you do like the final frontier of things.
Basically, so a lot of my previous and current clients are in AA, but I'm usually where people end up when like the system really didn't work for them.
Wait, so you're saying you're the final boss?
And then I have to deal with you.
I mean, I'm already persuasive.
And I'm like, you know, I'm with the sword and the level one shield.
And okay.
Yeah, let's do it.
I mean, it doesn't end today.
I'm going to do my best to like, obviously, we're joking around a bit, but like by the end of this podcast, I want to figure out like what you envision, what you want things to be like for you.
Okay.
And we're going to work on that, even if it's obviously not paid.
I don't care.
Oh, and also all people who can't afford my fee, I take on for free.
So that's always been a part of now, because it was free for six, seven years.
It was pro bono.
And now I take on clients.
Usually a lot of them are wealthy or had a really hard time or are running companies or doing other things.
And they just haven't been successful with rehab.
Okay.
Well, we're in Miami, so let's see what's going on.
Let's see what's up.
Bills, there are any chats?
Yeah, we do.
We got one right here.
I got one.
Build it up right here.
All right, let's make out.
Let's read it.
Can't see too well, so a little bigger.
I'm blind as fuck.
Yep, there you go.
So, gas with the $1 tip.
Yo, Chris, speak slowly, nigga.
We can't understand you and make sure you speak English, not Niganese.
All right, well, there you go, nigga.
I will try to speak slowly, but so far, so good.
Right, chat?
Put a one in the chat.
If you guys want me to speak slower, put a two if it's just fine, okay?
You know, you know me, man.
I just drink henny and press buttons.
So, um, how would one start like, you know, like the process right now?
Another chat?
Um, freshest dog, two tips, which is hero, well, or a nigga.
So, does a guest have a discount code for FNF supporters?
Might need to give him a call.
Cheers.
So, actually, Mexican.
Will you have a discount call, meaning a code for our FNF supporters, just in case if they want to come to you for help?
Yeah, I mean, anybody who comes through the podcast, I'll definitely take care of them.
And again, whoever can't afford my fee, I do it for free.
I work with them for free.
I speak to them.
And hopefully, in a couple of years, I want it to be free for everybody.
But the only thing is, is like when somebody even pays like a little bit, they're more invested in the outcome when something's just like a free service.
But usually, I just work with people for like a few months because I try to get them improve in whatever way.
Have you ever started like a podcast or YouTube series?
I think that's something that you should do because if you invest one on a one and a one and one, I think that's a lot of your time.
So, I think if you just start a channel with our audience, maybe a few hundred people watching at the same time, you could do a live show and then you can talk to them and they can send super chats and you could, you know, I'm definitely down because you want to do it for free.
Yeah, I'm down to do it for free.
That's why I even came on here.
I appreciate the opportunity and like hopefully a couple people get help from this hour.
Even if we joke around a bit, like the end goal is that like people are helped.
And like the whole reason I got into this is like I want people to be able to get something out of like what I experienced, like my pain.
You try to turn it into good.
Yeah, because me personally, my, you know, my lifestyle, I really don't have any negative experiences with alcohol.
Right.
Mine is the hangovers.
And right.
And when I wake up, I see like these text messages.
I'm like, fuck, I shouldn't never text this bitch last night.
So, like, you know, y'all niggas, when y'all be lit, drunk, or whatever, y'all text that, what you doing text at like three o'clock in the morning.
And then when you wake up, you're like, fuck, I shouldn't never text this shit.
Oh, shit.
And then she asks back, oh, I was just home.
Yeah, you know, that's the most I would go.
But me driving around or doing, because, you know, because when I get lit or have a good time, the audience knows me.
You know, I'm a fun guy to be around.
So, you know, but who knows?
You know, maybe I can.
Of course, thank you.
And anybody, if you ever drink and you have a car, like, use Uber, use Lyft.
Don't drink and drive.
Don't do anything stupid.
No, because a lot of people, they're like, oh, it's just this distance or whatever.
And you don't want to ruin your life over nothing when you just could press a button on an app and get home.
So what you say most people who drink alcohol, alcoholics, would they say, oh, yeah, I don't have an issue with drinking alcohol.
I'm just, you know, I'm fine.
Or like, how's that, you know, how's that sound to you?
Like, if someone's saying that, is that something that you encounter often?
So this is actually a perfect thing to talk about, especially after this weekend.
It was July 4th.
A lot of people drinking.
I went to like a pool party.
Well, it was a barbecue and obviously it was raining.
So we couldn't really get into the pool.
But like there are a couple of people I know there who just drink socially.
And then there's like a couple people who really like, every time you see them.
Is it the girls?
Is it like the girls?
No, usually there's a couple guys that every single time you see them, they're ripped.
Like they like tomato red face.
The thing is, no matter how in control you are, like I do my best, you know, work out, be focused, be on point.
If somebody's drinking all the time, constantly, they're going to eventually make errors.
So it's tough.
And it's like sometimes people drink, obviously, because of a bunch of reasons.
And we could do a test.
Like, I take some notes based on your lifestyle and stuff.
And then I try to find the pain points to see if it's an issue or not.
But it's just like if somebody's not at their best, or like, for example, if somebody has a family or they have kids and like they keep drinking, they don't realize like the damage it does to their body.
So I'm not saying like, oh, never have a drink or like be sober forever or like never take a shot of Henny, never celebrate.
But when it gets to the point where like you're really hurting your body, it's problematic because if people depend on you and you're not at your best, it's...
It does so much damage to the body.
And, you know, look, I always drank socially my whole life.
Obviously, when I was younger, like in high school, I would drink a ton in college.
In New York, I never paid for a bottle.
I always promote it.
So he does drink socially, guys, but it's moderation, guys.
Of course.
Like me, I drink socially in moderation.
Okay?
I'm tired of you niggas saying in the chat.
Oh, like I read some comment today, like earlier on YouTube.
Some nigga said, oh, some guy was like, oh, what AA meeting?
What is this about?
And I think I responded.
Oh, yeah, Chris, he's always drunk behind the scenes.
I'm like, nigga, I'm not drunk.
I'm just tipsy.
What are you talking about?
Like, it's a difference.
Yo, put a one in the chat if you believe me, man.
Does anybody have questions?
Before we start.
Put a two in the chat if you don't believe me.
What?
What?
Yo, put up my account.
Yo, that's Prince's account.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, who's on the wrong account right now?
Oh, DBG run?
Yo, try to DBG button.
By the way, because of him, he's a majority of why we have this meeting.
So, read the chat.
Can you show it on screen?
Can you show him on camera?
Chris, listen, Ninja.
Listen.
This is the happiest day of Fresh's life.
W Fresh.
We won.
W Subs.
Man, fuck y'all niggas.
Anyways, fuck you, Fresh.
You catching a straight, nigga.
All right.
Well, it's a nice set.
You have a lot of people around you that care about you and they want you to get to the next level.
And even if you don't completely stop drinking, you'll be in a healthier place where you...
You don't want to depend on it.
You don't want to use it in order to get it.
Actually, I've been sober this weekend, believe it or not.
That's amazing.
Yeah, I didn't drink alcohol because I had acupuncture on Thursday and I just felt great.
Did they tell you not to drink or just you got such a boost from that?
Yeah, a boost from that energy.
Yeah, it was like a high.
Like you wake up out of bed.
You don't want to drink to feel down again.
You just want to, you know, it was pretty good.
You know, I don't think I've, you know, and, you know, and I hit a grandmaster today at my rivals.
All right, anyways, go ahead.
That was something, you know, off-center.
Yeah, cool.
So if you want, we'll actually get started.
I ask you a few questions about your lifestyle.
I take a few notes and then we talk about, you know, what we'd maybe do next.
Okay.
So, shoot, let's go.
All right, cool.
What's your schedule like, like day to day?
So basically, my schedule was like Monday.
Okay, so Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Monday, Wednesday, we have the show.
Okay.
So I wake up.
You know.
Is there always a live stream?
No.
So basically, my sleep schedule was fucked up.
All right.
So I sleep during the day and mornings.
All right.
Okay.
More or less.
I wake up in the mornings to do like, you know, petty errands and whatnot.
And, you know, and that's about it.
So I fall asleep and, you know, I do personal errands.
I booked for the show.
Okay.
Recently, I have been working out.
So chat niggas, I gain weight, you know what I'm saying?
So I have to lose the weight for sure.
And I've been feeling better recently.
So I've dropped like 10 pounds.
And, you know, I feel better because, you know, I was in a car accident in the past.
So I had to watch myself.
I was going through, you know, personal issues.
So I had to make sure, you know, I'm still walking around.
So that's me during the day.
At nighttime, I do go out and network, you know, make sure my team is good, like clubs.
Okay.
So I drink socially.
Where do you usually get people for the show?
Is that what most of your time is spent on?
Yeah, most of my time is spent on getting people for the show.
So networking, make sure that our podcast is seen in a good light, especially in venues.
So if my side, people see me outside, they want to hang out with me.
It's all right, cool.
I recruit new people.
I see new girls.
I bring them onto the show.
I stream a little bit on my personal times at my place.
And yeah, I'm single, no kids.
I don't have to deal with any nagging headaches waking up.
And yeah, I'm a very simple guy.
I rinse and repeat.
I'm not complicated.
All right, cool.
Can you tell me anything about your accident?
It was a car accident.
My ex, this bitch, she can't drive.
I was showing her how to drive.
I call her a B because, you know, she's selfish as fuck.
But shout out to her.
But long story short, a hernia dissipated my neck and a herniated diss in my lower back.
So what pain do you have from that?
Well, currently I fixed it.
So no more pain.
But like Dak Punch has really helped with my neck pain per se.
I still have two more sessions to get a fix.
I've recently got a personal primary doctor and then we're going through things.
And so yeah, my lower back, I've been taking care of it for the past few months and now I'm back, you know, I'm back at it again.
And then from losing that 10 pounds, do you feel like there's a lot less pressure on your back?
Maybe your pain has gone down since?
Yeah, I mean, it's been gone off for sure.
But yeah, you know, because once I get to high school, I play football.
I just lift weights.
I'm a muscler guy and per se.
You see me in person.
But I can still, you know, losing the weight actually helps with, you know, with things.
Okay, awesome.
And then I don't know what you could answer.
If you can't answer a specific question, like, don't worry about it.
Yeah.
I'm just going to ask you a few more questions.
So when do you usually drink?
Is it usually social?
Is it usually work-related?
Is it a function of work?
After I'm finished dealing with these girls in the studio for the most part.
Mainly.
So Monday and Wednesday after work.
Monday and Wednesday.
After work.
And we had shows Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
So I deal with the girls.
Look, chat, all day, right?
Morning, afternoon, and night.
You guys know me.
You know, I talk to the girls.
I wake up.
I make sure they come in right now, currently.
That's not me.
So currently, like, right now, I'm still booking these girls.
Girls may flake.
So it's a very high, you know, stress situation.
So meaning, like, you know, right now.
It's time intensive.
Yeah, it's time intensive.
It's, you know, and dealing with women in general, it's a pain at times.
Not all women, but, you know, we shout out to some of the lady mods in the chat and, you know, in our community and girls who actually DM me.
It's not easy dealing with these girls.
Okay.
You know, so most shows try to do it what we do and they can't do it like on a constant basis.
So to get the edge off, soon after we go live, then I'm like, okay, the henny.
So you have Heny during the podcast or mostly after a combination of both?
Both.
Okay, so both.
And then do you ever drink alone?
No.
Okay, so you don't stop the cap.
Social, like drinking alone, like, what's the point of drinking alone?
Like, to me, this is a good Bills, bro.
Wait, who's that?
Bills or Jungle?
Bro, chat.
Do you think I'm capping him?
I don't drink alone.
Listen, I don't drink alone.
But when I first started streaming, I used to have a drink or two on stream for fun.
But really, I don't drink alone.
It's not stressful.
I'm chilling.
So I'm only drinking when I'm in a high stressful situation or social or I just have a drink or two.
Like I don't need to drink at all.
Okay.
So it's never like you go home if you're alone, you just open a bottle and hit.
Because look, I don't judge because I've seen everything, like the extremes of everything.
Like I had certain clients, and nobody knows who any of my clients are or anything like that.
And I always keep that protected, but I've certain clients they would get home at like 11 p.m., just open a bottle of something, finish half of it in like an hour.
Well, I mean, like, don't you think it's because I work, right?
Like stressful, so they wanted to edge off.
Sometimes because everybody has like a like a different reason, right?
Some people are in physical pain and they drink to take that away.
Some people have really bad emotional pain and they drink for that.
Some people just want to numb themselves, so they use it for that.
And not only alcohol, obviously all types of drugs.
But like if we're going to focus on alcohol today, it's difficult because some people really drink because they have anxiety and they don't realize that when you're drinking, even four or five drinks in an evening, the next day you wake up and like even somebody who has zero anxiety, they'll be like, why do I feel like shit?
Like this doesn't feel right.
And then it ends up making them drink more and that's where the issue is.
Like I took like a I took a break from drinking, but I always drank socially, right?
And now like when I drink, I want it to be like splitting a bottle of wine with like a woman I care about, right?
But outside of that, it just makes me tired the next day.
And once you take a break from it for say like 30 days, right?
30 days.
No, no, no.
We're gonna start small of anything, but like what's your drink of choice anything besides henny?
Tequila.
Because the hoes love tequila.
Wait, can I say hoes on?
Okay, hoes.
I love tequila.
Any mezcal or only tequila?
Mezcal?
That's wine, right?
No, no.
So it's kind of like tequila, but it's not from blue agave, and it's like a little bit more smoky.
Tequila is hot now, but like in a couple years.
Yeah, it's very similar to tequila, but more smoky, and from my experience, like more artisanal, right?
Oh, so it's brown, right?
That's the sometimes if it's aged.
Yeah, sometimes if it's aged in a certain way, but very similar to it.
It's basically like the Blanco because they're still right, exactly.
Yeah, to the Blanco.
I'm very simple.
Like, I don't really go out of my way.
I used to go out of my way for sake and stuff like that.
Right.
And wine, I try to wine recently, but it makes me shit for some reason.
Antioxidants, TMI chat, you know, tune in.
So fuck out niggas.
So it's one of those things where, you know, it's just like, you know, I'm like, fuck this shit.
I used to have wine for the girls, but mainly I have the alcohol there just for company.
Right.
No, I mean, look, I always, I entertained, I always had like 15 bottles of wine in my home.
That's a lot.
Yeah.
And then we should be in between you right now.
So give me the pat right quick.
Granted, I don't drink it.
Like I have, say, if I have 30 bottles of liquor, right?
They stay there.
The only time I use them is when I'm entertaining.
And I don't really drink alone.
And I actually imported wine for a while.
But the funny thing is, is now I'm helping, just mostly helping people with addiction.
But same thing, like depending on the wine you drink.
If I drink like wine from a large producer, I'll get really itchy the next day and I'll feel like garbage.
So it depends.
So high quality wine then?
Yeah, from small producers.
Names, it's BS because it depends on like the actual producer at that time and like what they're doing.
The larger brands are more mass produced.
So have you ever had Henny before?
Okay, of course.
No, I've had Henny pure white from the...
From like Simap Henny.
No, because Henny?
No, because it's tough to get.
Oh, yeah.
From the Caribbean.
Oh, you mean no?
The white Henry.
Henry White.
Exactly.
Bumbuckard.
Yeah, it is.
In America, it's not here, but overseas, you can definitely get it.
Right, right.
A lot of people, like, they'll go to the Caribbean or somewhere and they'll bring like two bottles home because that's the max.
But in general, like the older you get or it's not even about age.
It's like when you're constantly drinking or you drink like three nights a week or four nights a week, you realize the toll it takes on your body.
And when you take a break, you realize how tough it is.
So you don't really drink alone.
And then do you have any anxiety ever?
Not really.
I don't really have anxiety like that because I used to meditate.
So I have a strong mind.
That's why I'm a producer because my mind is, you know, even though I joke around, I'm very sharp when it comes to certain things.
So no anxiety.
And then is there anything that you think you wouldn't be able to do if you didn't drink?
Like some people, obviously when we're younger, going out and like speaking to girls and things like that.
And some people are.
Tolerance.
Yeah, they're like, so tolerance with people in public.
Because people are not, people are stupid in public.
Like I can't, like, if I'm walking out with them, I'm sober and I see stupid shit, then I can't tolerate it.
You know, if people's walking into me, I bump into them or they bump into me and have some dumb shit.
Then I'm just like, oh, why am I here?
Right.
Like, I'm just too sober for this shit.
Does that make you want to drink, though?
Yeah, because now I have less tolerance.
Now I have more tolerance to deal with their bullshit because I'm lit too.
Right.
So two lit people are like, you know, like the rotating, like doing a lit dance almost.
Right.
No, I know you mean.
Because if I'm too sober, then it's like, oh, they're having fun.
So do you get like, do you think you have a bit more patience like when you have a couple of drinks to chill yourself out?
Yeah, I have more patience when it comes to, you know, dealing with certain things because like walking around and dealing with people in general is like, you know, I mean, I'm sure people couldn't in check understand.
So I'm guessing you could say the anxiety of being in the club with people that's like, you know, out here doing crazy shit.
I'm like, all right, let me just, you know, drink it just to have a, you know, a loose feeling.
Right.
But I'm not to a point where I'm just drinking and I just black out.
Right.
Like, you know, that's not me.
I know how to call myself a lift home.
Stop the cap.
Yeah, I do.
Call myself lift home, okay?
I don't black out drunk.
Because if I do, then that should be all over the fucking social media.
You know, French producers blacked out drunk in the club.
So, yeah.
No, I get it.
But.
So if you want me to.
Thank you.
If you want me to, like, what I usually do, I find out somebody's lifestyle and then we talk about like working towards like a better version of themselves.
So for example, if you cut down the drinking, right?
And obviously I'm here because like people around you care about you and maybe the audience.
Yeah, maybe the audience.
Half full of them.
Maybe the audience.
Other niggas are like, oh, Chris, man, just drink some more, W. Oh, okay.
Look at them.
Cap.
I speak on A drunk.
Chris wouldn't definitely be the first.
Okay, all right.
All right.
When it comes down to it, like, do you think if you drank significantly less, like, you'd be able to hit your goals easier?
Because when somebody drinks regularly, right, we make mistakes.
It's tougher for us to lose weight if we're trying to get lean, if we're trying to get to a certain level of strength and fitness.
It makes it really tough.
And that's why actually living in Miami, this is my fourth year, I drink the least that I've ever drank in my whole life.
But it's because of like the things that you fill your lifestyle with.
So I know your job, sometimes it's going to make you drink, or sometimes you have to be in social situations where you have to entertain or deal with people, right?
But the less you drink, the easier it is to hit your goals health-wise.
And like if the drinking is something that you have to lean on, it eventually becomes an issue.
Okay.
Okay.
So could you tell me about your workouts?
Like when did you start working out again?
Treadmills, you know, now I'm doing like, you know, weighted.
So you're living weighting again?
Yeah, I'm lifting again.
I'm going back into boxing again because I've been boxing for about a year and a half.
We're not off and on.
Yeah, boxing is definitely a great workout.
Shout out to my trainer Justin.
He's been hitting me up.
I've been keeping in touch with him.
So he helped Sneeko.
He's doing Aiden Ross's event too.
So shout out to him.
And yeah, boxing is definitely one of those.
Once again, I ran track in high school.
So I flipped and heavy and high school also too with the linebackers and stuff like that.
So it's like boxing to me is like, you know, and you know, I just watch this, you know, this anime called Heights Men Oppo.
Shout out to that.
French's favorite anime.
You know, he cried to that.
Cry my baby.
But, you know, it's one of the things where, you know, I've learned from that.
And then when I actually started to train with boxing, I think I actually do enjoy boxing.
I have two sets of gloves.
Absolutely.
One signed by Ryan Garcia and the other one just I use it's all black.
And yeah, I'm definitely going back into my routine again because, you know, I stopped once again.
I had an accident a year and a half ago again.
I reckon I fucked up.
Yeah.
Like I popped.
Something popped, right?
So I had to stop lifting.
And then two months ago, well, about five months, I had issues with my ears.
Okay.
So any pressure I applied lifting, you know.
But was it sinus related?
Was it too?
Yeah, recently I found out it was sinus related, so they treated it.
So that's why I'm currently, I'm going through the process, but I felt a lot better.
Okay.
I went to the ER like three times to get it fixed out.
Did you have any surgeries at all?
No surgeries.
They gave me a shot in my arm.
Chat doesn't notice, but I'm going to be transparent with them.
After the show, I came here and then I went straight to the ER after hours.
And I've been dealing with just the issues with the ears and stuff like that.
But I still have to go out and network and close.
And it's no pain included, but it's just pressure in the back of my head and stuff like that.
So I've been taking care of it with antibiotics and stuff like that.
So that's why I haven't really been drinking as much recently.
They haven't seen me on air really go crazy until like a few sessions.
I haven't been crashing out on girls and stuff like that.
So yeah.
So I feel a difference, you know, drinking less.
And I don't really need it personally.
That's good that you don't need it.
But recently.
Besides the audience, besides the people around you, do you want to make any changes?
Do you want to drink less, like personally?
Personally?
Yeah, I mean, sure.
Because I guess I don't need alcohol.
Who's laughing in the back?
Nobody.
All right, I don't really need like, you know, like me personally, I don't drink I'm alone, I drink socially.
And if the goal is, you know, one of the goals is, you know, hey, if I go out to a social setting and drink and then have no drinks, which I did, no, I haven't did.
But, you know, if I go out to social settings, will that pressure of drinking there?
But once again, it's one of those things where, yeah, I would like to drink less for sure.
So that's good, because look, with all the people that I've worked with, like the person really has to want to change.
You know, almost everybody I've worked with, I feel like they moved forward.
And obviously, it's not like every person is going to stop doing drugs or stop drinking, but like they have to want to change.
Like I had one guy who he didn't want to change at all.
He thought everything he did, even having a bottle of liquor per night, most nights per week, drinking alone all the time, doing a lot of like different drugs, he to himself, he's like, this is how I want to live my life.
And he was the toughest person I ever had to work with.
And I just want to cover a couple of things for the audience because I understand your reasons and like being social and stuff like that.
But in general, like say, for example, if you had nerve pain, right, from your accident, like I did, from mine.
I had like 15 surgeries.
Like they thought I was going to die for sure.
And I had really bad nerve pain.
And granted, I got run over by a 60,000 pound garbage truck.
But like when I, when I got off of the narcotics and after all those surgeries, it was like every day I was in excruciating pain.
And then I stopped the narcotics cold turkey and I'm like, oh, I like, I don't know how I'm going to do this.
But at the same time, I'm like, it's not like my pain's going to go up.
It's already like a 10 out of 10.
And then I put in weightlifting instead of the narcotics.
Yeah.
And honestly, it lowers nerve pain a lot.
So like anybody in the audience, if you have nerve pain from surgeries or you have a bunch of issues, there's a couple things just to keep in mind.
Number one, drinking alcohol unfortunately raises nerve pain.
So it might numb it a bit when you're like under the influence while you're drinking.
Okay, but the next day and in general, the nerve pain shoots up.
Oh, it's like inflammation and stuff like that.
Exactly.
It's really tough.
So yeah, it definitely raises inflammation.
It's not good for your stomach.
And also people who don't have anxiety, like me, if I drink enough, say, one night, the next day I'll wake up and I'll be like, why do I have anxiety?
I'm not a person who has anxiety, but it's like just that chemical change when your body's going through something.
Sometimes you'll be stressed out about things that you won't usually be stressed out about, right?
So it doesn't help nerve pain.
And then just for anybody in the audience, if like you have any injuries that are nagging you or anything like that, lifting heavy weights, it lowers nerve pain significantly.
There's something it does to the nervous system and it calms your body down.
Things that raise nerve pain are like stress, bad lifestyle, having bad sleep, and lifting weights like heavy, like at 78% of your max, it lowers that.
So like say you add nerve pain in your neck or your back.
Even if you did like bench press, right, which doesn't put as much pressure on your back and you did it to like near your max, after that workout, you would have less nerve pain.
So for me, I'm always in pain.
Like even right now, like any every waking moment, I'm in some type of pain.
So it's kind of like the Hulk, you know, almost like, you know, like it's always angry.
Right.
Yeah, it's true.
Granted, only a handful of people have ever seen me like really angry, but when I am, it's apparently very scary.
Oh, yeah, so like the Hulk.
Yeah, I always feel it.
But if I lift heavy weights like three times a week, it'll make it dip so much.
And then also the lifestyle in Miami, we have like the sun, the beach, every building has a pool, sauna, like I play tennis, you have paddle, like all those things.
The more positive things you add to your life that are healthy, the less it's going to make you depend on like drugs or alcohol or like drinking.
And also like if you go and you drink and then the next day you play paddle for 90 minutes and you're sweating, you're like, I wish I didn't drink.
Or like, I don't want to be less sharp.
So these are like reasons to lower it.
I'm not telling people to never drink.
Obviously, if somebody has a problem and some people who are alcoholics, they have one drink or two drinks.
They can't stop themselves from getting to 10.
They have to really just have nothing.
Right.
So what you're saying is overcome the problem with other hobbies.
Like don't just like quit drinking and then see what happens.
You just have to do other hobbies first and then less drinking comes afterwards.
Right.
You fill your life with as many like healthy things as possible and it's going to, it has the ability to push out a lot of the bad things, right?
So if you're, if you're super busy, there's some people who like drink and do drugs.
It's because they really have nothing to do.
They're bored, okay.
You know, they're super bored.
And it's, honestly, even the healthiest person, like mentally strong, everything meditates.
If they have nothing to do or they're idle, it leads to psychosis.
That's why people who really are bored, they always gravitate towards extremes, like the worst stuff ever.
So like the more positive things you add, the better it is.
And then like for the future you, for example, say you find like the right woman that you want to be with and you have kids, okay?
The drinking, like if it continues and it continues in too high of an amount, it's like you're kind of letting them down because it's not just you.
It's more selfish, you know?
Because if it was just you, it's like I can do whatever I want to my body.
If I don't want to hit my workout goals or I want to drink or I get enjoyment out of that, it's just you.
But when you have a family, it's a bit different because you have people that depend on you.
And like sometimes, look, I've certain clients that if they're not dating or they don't have a woman in their life, like it makes it tougher because if somebody meets the right woman, she's not going to tolerate that.
She's not going to be like, you can't just have 14 drinks in a night.
That's pretty loud.
You know, because she's going to be like, look, I don't tolerate that.
So it's an important thing.
I mean, if I'm with a girl, man.
Right.
Like, she's.
I'm not saying don't drink.
Yeah, but that's cool.
But when it gets to the point, look, if, if, uh, that's one thing, but once you're in a relationship, right?
Yeah.
You're not going to be drinking heny every single night.
Maybe you have a couple of glasses of wine at dinner.
Maybe you even split a bottle, but you're not going to drink seven days a week.
Yeah, you're right.
Because most of the times, you know, what be fucking.
Ideally, you go and you go home, intimacy, like spending time together and stuff like that.
And guess what?
If you drink a ton of liquor, it doesn't help that either.
Yeah, you think, you know, oh, I'm putting baby.
No, don't worry.
Just grab it a heart, baby.
Exactly.
Scrabbling a heart sometimes.
You don't want to affect that because to me, that's more important than anything.
Yeah, I mean, listen, you know, I mean, I haven't really experienced that yet, but I know sometimes it's a lot, you know, sometimes I have to really think and get it into it to really get it up there.
But so far, so good, no issues with that.
But yeah, I can understand how if you've drank a lot, then Olympic is not good to have chat.
All right.
So chat, no limps.
That's not what you want.
Yeah, you want ellimptics because.
That's not what you want.
And also, at some point, somebody realizes if they drink too much, right, that it's actually stopping them from doing like what they need to do.
And that's when it's an issue.
When somebody like leans into something because of their pain or anxiety or something negative, and then it stops them from like going out.
And like, if you want to meet girls and like you're so drunk that they won't tell right now.
I've had guys come up with me and say, Chris, I was so late last night.
I was at a table with four girls and I was fucked up.
So yeah, I understand how being...
Because me, personally, girls get drunk in the clubs, not guys.
Of course.
Girls can be drunk in the clubs, and then the guys get...
Like, if she's wasted, just get her home or find a friend.
Don't take advantage of that.
But some girls, you know, they turn into a whole other beast.
That's why we stop the girls from drinking on the panel and after hours because these girls can't handle their fucking liquor.
Yeah, I mean, that's bad.
And it's not a good look either.
You know, it's not a good look.
anybody.
So when...
I have a...
Yeah, do you have any subcharts?
Bills?
And anything, like, even.
Yeah, one second.
I know I was serious for a couple of minutes, but if anybody wants to throw some things to joke around, I'm ready for you.
Fantastic.
All right.
From whole flation, one dollar tip.
This whole conversation is going in one ear out the other.
It's the same way after three or fours and after hours.
Don DeMarco.
Why the Don DeMarco?
Huh?
I said, why the Don DeMarco?
Uh-huh.
Come on, guys.
Like, sparingly on the Don DeMarco's, guys.
Come on, man.
No, no, chat.
Listen, I am listening.
And once again, you guys don't know, but I have been drinking a lot less these past two or three months.
So what he's saying is, you know, he's definitely right, you know, in terms of like, you know, just introducing healthy habits to push out the drinking habits.
Right.
Because, you know, once again, I've realized when I lift, I posted a startup, me going to the gym lifting and stuff like that.
And I just never had to do it.
Acupuncture was something that I've tried recently.
And I just, you know, it just, July weekend, everyone's getting fucking lit.
And I was at the club.
I was in a venue and I'm asked for them for lemonade.
And then the guys that was lit was like, lemonade?
I'm like, yeah, I want lemonade and a steak and some rice.
And it's like, no, no, it's tequila.
I'm like, I don't feel like drinking tequila.
I'm just not in the mood to drink right now.
Probably later.
Yeah, but it's good to feel that way.
And the more healthy things you do, the less you're going to want alcohol in a lot of cases.
Yeah.
So I'm not telling people to not be social or whatever, but because most people don't know, because once again, it's like, it's like, where do you, because people say, oh, stop drinking, you know, drink less.
Okay, then what are you going to replace it with?
And, you know, I don't believe in zero to because I used to be a teacher.
Right.
So apparently Don DeMarco, no, because it's just a joke on a podcast.
I used to be a teacher for real.
And it's like, I never told students, hey, listen, stop what you're doing right away.
I have them go.
It's like, don't go from zero to sex real quick.
Just take your time with things.
Be patient.
You know, and then things will happen.
Just fill in those bad habits with like some good traits and then you go from there.
Right, absolutely.
And then another thing, some people are like, oh, I'm out.
I'm social.
And look, I partied so much in my 20s and my 30s.
And I was lucky.
I had a super weird life.
In some ways, really tough.
In some ways, amazing.
Like I traveled to over 70 countries.
70 countries?
I partied in a lot of them, you know?
Wait, wait, so which country has the hottest girls?
Come on.
No, it's a great question.
It's a great question.
See, I'm curious.
Welcome!
Okay, top three for sure.
Top three.
Sweden.
Sweden.
Oh, my God.
Wasted ass?
No, no.
I'm not going to say every single woman is good looking.
Like the woman who her job is to literally pick up garbage off the street, like she looks amazing.
A lot of them are in amazing shape.
Also, we're very lucky in Miami.
Miami kind of ruins you, you know?
Yeah, because when you see this many women in such amazing shape, it's motivational.
And over here, it's like, I have to work out a bit more.
Like, I always worked out in New York, but here it's like, you see every woman is in unbelievable shape.
A lot of them are athletic.
And look, outside of, I'm not talking about surgery or anything like that.
But in general, we have a lot of like naturally beautiful women.
And living here kind of ruins you.
Because if you go over to like LA or New York, you'll be like, I don't know.
But the girls in Sweden, I think it's a lot because picking up garbage, I mean, I'm saying any, almost every woman looks amazing.
Okay, so Sweden, number two.
I wouldn't put it in order, but I could pick out like certain countries.
Some other places in Europe, like women in Sweden, Scandinavia, women in different parts of Scandinavia.
But it's easier to answer what place has a good scene.
Or like, for example, if you go to Barcelona, I love the nightlife in Barcelona.
You have to be careful because probably the worst pickpockets on earth.
If you take anything near the beach at all, it's going to get stolen.
You got to have it in zippered pockets.
I don't know if I should tell the story on here, but they wait for people to just be about to get intimate on the beach.
Oh, yeah.
And then that's what they use to steal people's stuff.
Wait, so like the girl will set up the guy.
No, no.
So that happens too.
Every country is different.
Like, for example, when I went to Latvia, I looked into the scams that they have.
So I was in Latvia and I found out the scam there is like, this is like 15 years ago.
You'll go there and then like a couple women will meet you and they'll be like, hey, like, do you want to get a drink?
Like just normal looking, like attractive girls.
And then they have a deal with the bar where you go in, you go to get them drinks and they'll get something that isn't even really alcohol.
It'll be like a drink that's like green or something like that, like a cocktail.
And then they'll charge like the tourists like five times the amount for that cocktail.
And then their drink will be just a normal drink.
So it's a scam, obviously.
But like, obviously any country you go to, you got to know the scams ahead of time.
And that, like, I even knew the scams in New York.
I had a roommate back in the day.
He, he, uh, he got caught by that.
This has nothing to do with women, but like he got caught by that scam where like a really big guy walks next to you and he has like reading glasses in his hand.
And then he just like gently hits your hand and like drops the glasses.
And then he'll be like, oh, sorry, whatever.
And then he'll come back to you like 30 seconds later and be like, you broke my glasses.
You have to pay for it.
Oh, so he's capping.
Yeah, he's capping and he takes him to the ATM and makes him take out money.
But it's like, if you know the scam, it's easier to get out of it.
So every country you should know, like, yeah, Spain, really tough with pickpockets.
Prague, yeah, Prague has very good-looking women.
Okay, so Prague.
So it's basically you girls.
You went to the white, Italian-looking girls then.
I think Italian women are Black girls?
Nope It's like black girls are joking Denied No, no, no.
No, I have a story.
No, no, no, no.
I'm going to get killed.
Somebody who's on a show that, like, I was close with.
Wait, wait, someone that's on a show you fucked?
No, I. So it's about us, not them.
All right.
All right, go ahead.
No, I like every pretty much every type of woman.
Like, I don't judge it by race or anything.
If I think somebody's beautiful, I'm down.
Right now I'm in a relationship, so I can't do shit.
I mean, can you though?
Like threesomes?
No, I can't.
Come on, that's threesomes.
She would not tolerate that bit at all.
Come on, threesomes.
I would get in really big trouble.
Wait, but hold on, wait.
Question, total.
Are you paying all the bills?
I don't think, not all of them.
The majority of the bills, right?
Yeah, of course.
Oh, so, you know, you know, never mind.
I don't want to ruin anything, so.
You're right, though.
No, I'm not.
You're not paying all the bills.
But honestly, it's not me, but if I'm in a relationship.
You probably watch her right now, punching air.
Yeah.
No, she's amazing.
But if I'm in a relationship, first of all, I date a certain type of woman.
She wouldn't tolerate any BS from me.
And the issue is, is when you're in a relationship, oftentimes, especially if you're happy, you attract a lot more women.
So you have to kind of be careful.
With me, I personally never cheated, but like you have to not put yourself in a situation to make a mistake.
Right, but you can say, baby, I love you, but sometimes I wouldn't take a piss, you know?
Yeah, come on.
All right, all right, fine.
All right, cool.
So then, do we have any chats to read?
Alright, can we get some charts please?
All right, speedy 23.
Oh, 523, $1 tip.
My biggest issue with the weed pens, I've been cold turkey for two days, and I'm noticing the anxiety creep up, sweating in my sleep, awkward dreams, and cravings.
Any advice on how to continue to stay off the weed pens?
I work out often and I need to find more things to help me out.
Also, what are the cons of weed pens that make me not smoke them anymore?
Okay, great.
This is a great question.
Look, I'm not judging anybody just in general, like from what I've experienced.
The issue with the weed pens is because it's always accessible.
You could do it anywhere.
You know, you could do it in a bathroom.
You could do it in a restaurant.
And when you have something that's so accessible, it'll make you do it a lot more.
I know a lot of people who were never addicted to any type of nicotine and then they got their vape.
And now, like, they get anxiety if it's not around them.
So you just, it's really tough to break that habit.
But I would say.
So it's kind of like an oral like fixation where they want to put things in their mouth.
Some people, they get nervous.
Like, like I've met somebody, like a client who he had a vape with nicotine and he had cigarettes just in case like something happened with his vape and like he would do different things.
Like people get anxiety if they don't have it.
The thing about weed, this is just my opinion.
I think if somebody has chronic pain, I totally get it.
If somebody, even for me, like in my case, right?
If I knew how marijuana worked, it would help a lot of nights of screaming, like towards the beginning of my injury.
However, I didn't feel sharp the next day.
So I don't use it.
And the thing that he mentioned is he feels the anxiety creeping up, and that's totally normal.
It's because your body's used to it.
You might have an emotional dependency on it.
But if you keep going, that's just withdrawal.
If he's sweating and stuff, right?
If you just stick it out for a bit longer, try to work out, try to do other things just to get to like a week, even coffee, for example, right?
I would have, uh, I had a nice espresso machine.
I would drink like one coffee a day and it was fine.
And then I would play tennis against somebody who was like, I'm a lefty and I would play tennis against somebody who was like kind of like a mirror of me.
And I would sweat so much and it would be like two hours where you like couldn't walk after.
And I'm like, what I can, what can I do to make this a bit better?
So I stopped drinking coffee to see if it would make me sweat less.
Right.
I stopped for a week and I felt like such ass every day.
Like it got to the point that after like six days, I couldn't even drive.
Like I couldn't focus on the road.
I would have to like put on autopilot because I'm like, I can't focus right now.
And then when I completely stopped it, I'm like, damn, you know, my, my sleep is better.
And look, I think coffee is the best tasting thing on earth.
I had coffee today.
I actually didn't even have a meal today.
I wanted to stay focused, stay sharp for tonight.
But I try to only have it once or twice a week, even though I think it's like the best thing on earth.
But when your body is used to anything, whether especially narcotics or any type of drug or alcohol, when you really stop, you're going to feel a lot of weird things.
So the key is to just keep going.
And then like eventually the withdrawal will subside.
Like for me, when I came off narcotics, I'm like, I prepared myself mentally and I'm like, look, this, it's going to suck.
And it may last a couple of weeks, whatever.
And for me, I was lucky.
It was just a week, really tough, like stomach aches every day, whatever, like in bed in the fetal position.
And then after a week, all my future.
Yeah.
So like all my, like, my stomach felt good after a week.
All my hunger came back.
And then I was able to really start lifting and put something in place of that that was healthy.
And that's the only reason I could walk.
They didn't think I was going to ever walk again.
So like, yeah, keep at it.
And for weed, for men, just my personal opinion, I know a lot of people smoke weed and people do it for different reasons.
I think I only know a few people, like a small percentage of people who are like super high functioning on THC.
Who are like constantly, they use it all the time and they're super high.
Maybe like Snoop Dogg, like a couple of people I know, like they're killing it at work.
But that, unfortunately, they're a minority.
Because most people, it kind of makes them lose their edge.
And that sucks.
Because you don't want that as a man.
You want to be focused.
Yeah.
I've seen girls come on a podcast.
Hi.
That's just funny as fuck.
We got any more?
Yep.
Thank you.
Does that work?
Okay.
From Vondon.
Disney Chris about to get a drink right after the sponsor leaves.
Maybe before I leave.
No, he's talking about me.
Who knows?
Who knows?
I mean, I chew.
Which is dog, therapist.
When was the last time you drank, Chris?
That's it.
That's a pretty good one.
It's a pretty good one.
Oh, that's funny as fuck.
Hofflation.
Looks like Chris came drunk to the AA meeting.
L. Henney Chris, WDEI AA sponsor.
Okay.
Gaz, 69, 69.
I said it before.
I said it again.
If Chris only had a shot when a girl said something smart, he wouldn't need AA.
That's true.
If had a shot, bro, listen, man.
These fucking girls, bro.
Fresh updates through dog.
What's up, man?
Listen, man.
I think Locals is glitching.
I can't send pics, but anywho, Chris, can you say this fast?
Okay.
Scratch, thrash, script, stretch, six, stick, Shrex.
Yeah.
I'm blind, bro.
No, I can't read that.
Guys, my eyes bird from there.
So it's hard for me to really see things like that.
But what it is.
Handy Andy, what's going on?
$1 tip?
Let's go.
Chris, have you been drinking today?
No, I'm sober as fuck for a few days now.
Congratulations.
Yeah, yeah, it's been tipsy.
I drank what?
Was it socially?
I drink socially only.
Mr. B93, is that something that we can't read?
Can't read.
Okay.
All right, nigga.
Where's the heading meter?
You know what?
We should need to have the head meter on the screen, Bills.
Thank you for that.
Did you ever have a heady meter?
Yeah, yeah, we have one for me.
When it comes to 100, the chat knows I'm already sauced already.
Interesting.
Current house, Chris, if it works.
Wait, it works if you work it.
Like, grab it.
So you know it's bad, Daryl.
Okay, so we're ending towards the last faces here because we do have a show coming up.
So what are your conclusions?
So what's that three more?
Oh, three more chats?
Daryl, guest looks like Ross from Friends.
Yeah, that's true.
I could see it.
I could see it.
Oh, man.
Three Diglets.
W Aaron, W Mo, W Bic, Beautiful Bills.
Okay.
Something going on back there, man.
Man of Stripe, 20 bucks.
A L Cash Partell.
I hold my Epsilon list.
All of us.
I mean, Diddy's has come out free, so I don't know what's happened with that.
It's kind of amazing how he got out of that.
I didn't expect that.
I thought he was cooked.
Yeah, that's crazy.
I thought he was completely done.
Like, I'm amazed, actually.
He only guilty for the stuff that has no mandatory sentence, I think.
I mean, when he's out, people better start running.
Okay, we got more.
Hoflation.
These things just start talking about everything except AA.
Mo bills can stop the cap.
This net depression is capping non-stop.
I mean, guys, you got to understand, you know, just to talk about your, you know, alcohol abuse, which I don't have, but many people have, apparently, right?
Me at least.
Like, you have to get to the root of things, like mentally, why you do it, why you drink.
So this is why the talk is important, guys.
Usually one-on-one, we get to those pain points.
We figure out where people's like anxiety come from and stuff like that.
And if somebody has an issue, like AA is a great option because like you see a lot of people who are in your spot or were in your spot who are who are sober if you need to reduce their drinking.
But at the end of the day, if you want to get to the next level and be healthier, whoever it is out there, reducing your drinking will probably be very helpful.
Okay.
And also on top of that, a couple more questions.
You could find me on Instagram, simplecooking.
If anybody has an issue, just DM me.
I take on clients for free.
That's like a big part of my work.
And like even with you, realistically, right?
I'm not saying like, oh, don't ever drink again or like don't have henny or like don't celebrate or don't occasionally like drink when you're stressed out.
But like it's about lowering it to a healthy place where you don't depend on it at all to do what you need to do.
You know, at the same time, like say you're dealing with really annoying people, talking yourself through it and be like, look, I'm not going to see this person again ever.
You know, or like, I mean, but they work back here.
No, I'm joking.
I'm joking.
No, the team is great from what I saw.
And no, I'm lucky.
Thanks for okay.
I think we have more chats.
Don't read that.
I'm not reading that.
Okay.
Don't read the bottom one.
DC badass.
Someone told me sunflower seeds help for certain oral habits like drinking and smoking.
Never worked for me, but that's my two cents.
Yeah, I mean, somebody has to figure out like whatever fixes their oral fixation.
I know people who love sunflower seeds.
It makes sense because if it's an oral fixation for vaping or something like that, whatever you could find.
Look, some people just work out a bit more.
They change their schedule.
They don't put themselves in the situation where they'll like drink or do drugs or whatever.
If they find out whenever they get home at night, if they're alone, that's when like you just change things around.
Also, the issue with alcohol, obviously, like the less you drink, the better your sleep is going to be.
It might make you pass out quicker, but your quality of sleep goes down.
And that's partly why you feel worse the next day.
It's not just the alcohol.
Your sleep is actually less deep with alcohol.
Okay.
So yeah, your conclusions for I mean, look, I can't stop you.
Well, actually, I could.
I could hit you up every day and force you to work out a bit more and maybe hit your goals a little bit more quickly and see.
You know, I don't know how much you really drink.
You know, I just want for like the audience or whoever to hopefully get some help from this.
And anybody with more questions could hit me up after.
I'll do my best to answer whatever DMs.
But like, I think you need to add more things maybe that stress you less or things that are like just for you that aren't work that make you not lean on the alcohol.
Oh, and for anybody else, some people are like, oh, I go out with my friends.
Like, I have to drink.
If I'm not drinking, I get peer pressure.
If you're out anywhere and like, say, a younger person who's like, if I'm the only one not drinking, people are going to give me a hard time.
You could just get a club soda with lime and nobody is going to look at you twice.
They think they're a drink, that it's an alcoholic beverage.
If it's something you have to hide from people.
Well, you know what?
Recently, I went to the Twitch event with Mo and Bill.
Right.
And I had someone tell me they drink, but they told me, hey, listen, if you get sparkling water with lemon and lime, mint, that's like a good fix.
And at Mo, when I was there, I had a cup of water and mint.
And I don't know if they saw me, but I wasn't drinking alcohol there either.
Exactly, because it's nobody's business.
Yeah, Mo.
Bill, did you see me drink any alcohol?
At the event?
I thought you were drunk before.
Yeah, actually, no, no, no.
No, like, I wasn't drinking no honey, no alcohol.
I had a water had some water.
He's actually had mint.
It had lemon.
He's correct.
He's actually drinking.
So, hey, listen, chat.
Look, listen, because I don't brag about it.
You know, I have been, you confirm a lot of things that, you know, I was, you know, I was realizing slowly over the past few months.
Like, hey, listen, replace the drinking with better habits.
Right.
And I have been doing that.
You know, better habits.
I've been going out more, you know, just being more aware of things.
And once again, because my ear, you know, I can't drink when I'm on, you know, but it'll make it worse, especially like science makes it worse.
Because it raises too.
So that's why, you know, I've been drinking less.
But I've been out socially recently, and I haven't been drinking as I, you know, before in the past.
I'm just like going crazy and shit like that.
That's great.
Yeah.
So it's like, you know, just having this meeting in general has confirmed a lot of things.
So, you know, don't, you know, it's not like you're talking to me.
I'm just, it's just going in one ear throughout the next year.
I'm actually, you confirming a lot of things that, you know, I've realized.
And, you know, definitely someone in the chat will definitely take this and say, okay, you know what?
I've been going through this.
If Chris can do it, I can do it.
And, you know, and one day, you know, they will wake up and, you know, thank God.
I'm not going to cry.
I'm not about to cry on a panel.
Yeah, I'm going to cry to like 14 years.
That's tough, though.
Like, as a man, it's really tough to cry.
I mean, who am I going to cry to?
Mo?
No, it's like, you know, I'm doing my thing.
So it's like, you know, like, you know, it's good to help people out.
But yeah, so I think we are wrapped up here.
What do you think?
How was I going to follow up with you anyway?
Okay.
Just to check.
And no matter who I meet, whether it's paid or not paid, I always check on them.
Even clients that were done months later, a year later, I always check to see their status.
And jokes aside, I'll follow up with you and let's see what happens.
Okay.
And do we have any more chats?
Last chat.
Yeah, two more.
We got two more.
It just came in.
You know what?
Before I read those, before I read those chats, you know, I think this has been a very productive meeting.
And shout out to the chat.
And I think we should celebrate.
Yeah!
All right, so Daniel, in the chat, You know, let's take a shout out, Henry, you know, for the chat.
You know, give it to me, Neat.
Yeah, Neat, pause.
Okay, so pop open.
There we go.
On the rocks.
How's that?
It's fine.
I'll make it work.
Yeah, you make it work.
Sorry, you know, it's been a while.
No, I appreciate it.
There we go.
You know what?
The womanless ice.
There you go.
All right.
Cheers.
To being sober.
And healthy.
And healthy.
What's it, bad?
It's tasty.
Love it.
It's actually been a while for me with heny.
Yeah, well, you know, it goes down there from here.
All right.
Chats.
Hey, you guys really thought I was going to sit here.
You know what?
Shout out to Daniel.
You know, I definitely will drink less, but I'm not going to drink.
I'm going to keep drinking.
I'm gonna keep up with the Henny.
Is this from you chat niggas?
Dr. Monko *BANG* *GASP* Hey there, Chris.
Down the month.
Once again.
Y'all niggas thought, you know, I was made sober, huh?
Nah, fuck you niggas.
But I will drink less, though.
Thank you, though.
I mean, I was going to drop the hennies.
Dang.
You don't have to drop the henny.
Yeah, you're right, though.
I don't know who's there.
Just left.
We're just trying to move forward.
Yeah, I don't know who.
We're moving forward, all right.
And sideways and backwards and stumbling.
I'm joking.
No, you're not.
Yo, listen, I don't stumble.
Wait, why's the L's in the chat?
Like, why you got surprised at this?
I don't know why they surprised them angry at me.
I say W's and L's, man.
All right, anyways, let's just read the chats, man.
Let's end the show.
We have after the hour soon.
Caprone, with the meme, don't let them stop you from drinking, Chris.
There you go.
Salute.
There we go.
You don't need running shoes to run, but it fucking helps.
Let's go, man!
Let's go!
I can tell Moe would never be...
I can tell Mo has never touched a treadmill before.
Tell his big fat ass to get on it.
It helped him lose weight so he won't have to take the freight elevator anymore.
That's hilarious.
I hate treadmills, honestly.
I just lift and play record sports.
You know what I actually do?
I have a walk-in treadmill at my place in my desk.
So I use it.
I have to walk-in desk and I just watch videos on YouTube.
I know some people who do that.
I don't know how they do it.
It seems so annoying.
Yeah, but to me, it's like it's a step.
It's annoying for the most part.
No, of course.
The more somebody keeps moving, the better it is.
I mean, but you know, it's annoying to gain weight, too.
So that's both evils, right?
Of course.
And the less you drink, the easier it is to lose weight, of course.
Okay.
That's it.
All right, guys.
This has been productive show for sure.
You know, even though we're drinking right now, we're here with the henny and everything.
Guys, please, if you're suffering with anything addictionalized, take it seriously.
Even though I joke, I don't abuse alcohol like that.
I don't abuse any drugs.
I don't do any meth or any Coke or some shit like that.
But if you're suffering through any addictions, if you want help, seek out Daniel.
He'll help you out with that.
And guys, guys, take care of your mental health for sure.
You know me.
You guys can reach out to me on it.
Seriously, bro.
This is something.
Someone may be going through something harsh.
So, guys, if you need someone to talk to, DMU at simple.
Yeah, simple cooking.
Okay.
Instagram at simple cooking.
And in general, like it's not just me.
If you're having a hard time with anything, just speak to friends.
You know, if your family stresses you out, just speak to somebody.
And, you know, don't let it get tough.
And also, for anybody, like, check on your friends.
A lot of the people who complain the least, often they're having like the toughest time and it's internal.
You want to, yeah, it's tough.
Because pain, it's not always visible.
Yeah, it is.
And guys, don't damn me for with your problems because I'll just lock your shit and then just leave you on Reddit because I deal with a lot of shit.
I'm joking.
But other than that, we have after hours here.
Chris.
Oh, never mind.
I'm here.
In a bit at 10.30 or so, guys.
I think I don't know what the girls are doing right now.
Clearly, you can see, guys, I'm live.
So I don't know who we have on the panel.
I know we have half the girls.
So let me figure it out, chat.
