Feminist Psychologist Testifies And Exposes Red Pill Truths In Diddy Trial
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Seven is a side angle.
So you're on six, but we'll start with four.
Five is the main one.
And then seven.
This will be a dynamic shot where I can turn and look to the camera when I'm going to make a crazy point or whatever.
So that's seven?
That's seven, yeah.
And you can actually, look, you got your little cheat sheet over there too on the sides.
And then you're on six.
So seven is seven dynamics, so you're about to make a crazy point?
Yeah.
And switch angles however you need to whenever.
And then here's your mic 2. Yeah, I think 5 is gonna be...
Yeah, that's the one that's close up.
Okay, you're on channel 2 then.
Channel 1 should be your mic, correct?
I don't think it is.
Which I think it should be like three or four.
It's three?
All right.
Can you do four?
You know, so nobody, they don't hear nothing else.
One is muted already.
Okay, then we're good.
Yeah, so we're two and three.
This shit is hilarious.
Every single time, every single crime, every single lie, early lie.
Every single hour, every single day, every single night, early lie.
I know it's hard to believe it's the whole forest, not one tree.
And it's every branch and leaf, they're born to the sea.
But I'm telling you the truth, it's not just one or two, it's every single Jew.
They all hate you.
And it really breaks my heart, but their lies are off the charts.
And they only bring us harm, you gotta get smart.
So if you want to be safe, and don't want to get replaced, it's best you start being based, or you'll get arrested.
Every single time, every single crime, every single lie, early lie.
Every single hour, every single day, every single night, early lie.
I know it's hard to accept, that all the ones you've met, lie with every single breath.
They want you dead.
But you must not be weak, just open your eyes.
You must not be weak, just open your eyes.
We had a hot mic, but oh well.
You guys got to hear the funny conversation.
Alright, let me see here.
Let me make sure that we're all good and we are live everywhere.
You guys should be able to see me here.
We got some good stuff to talk about.
Welcome to the Hot Mic Ninjas.
The Hot Mic Show.
That's literally what it is, bro.
It's the Hot Mic Show now.
Yo, I don't know how the hell you guys are going to hear us.
Unmute.
Do we have the channels unmuted?
I'm unmuted?
Okay.
And you're unmuted?
Alright, cool.
Let's see here.
Let me see if I'm here on X Studio now.
It should be good.
Let's see.
Am I showing up on screen?
I can see the chair is there.
I see the chair too.
The legendary chair is there.
Yeah, there probably is a stream delay.
Let me see here.
Let me see here.
Yo, can y 'all hear me?
Guys?
Yeah, I don't know what it is, man.
I'm looking on Rumble right now.
Rumble right now.
That's weird.
I can't see myself on the screen at all.
I can't see myself on the screen.
Yeah, we're live.
I mean, I know.
Oh, we're way behind!
Holy shit!
Yeah!
Bro, they're so behind.
Bro, they're so behind.
You owe their soul behind.
Amen.
Thank you.
Yo!
Huh?
Stop it.
Bill said, who's playing this song?
What?
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Yes.
One of the craziest joints I've ever heard in my life.
Oh, man.
Yo, they switched it up in the chat.
They're like, oh, this is lit after they heard it a little bit.
Oh, man.
Yeah, they're way behind, bro.
Yo, run a speed test real quick, man.
Yeah, I got to see how fast it's going.
Open up a tab on the side.
Yeah, yeah.
Because the connection, obviously, is good.
Like, the quality is good.
So, the thing is that your chat is way behind.
It's, like, ridiculous.
I know.
Yeah, yeah, dude.
It's, like, two, three minutes behind.
Upload speed check.
Upload's what matters.
It's all about the packets.
Packet's out, not the packets in.
Let's see.
Sorry, I'm talking IT.
And 155 upload.
It's pretty fast.
Pretty fast.
We might have just reset the latency by starting and stopping.
We might have reset it by...
Reset the latency?
Yeah.
Thank you.
All right.
Yeah, W hot mic though, man.
So yeah, they're looking at...
Yeah, they're way behind.
Okay.
It is what it is.
So guys, just so you guys know, there is a serious delay, like two to three minutes it seems, where we are doing stuff and then you guys are hearing it way after the fact.
We had a hot mic and then we played some music for y 'all.
By the way, the name of the song is called Every Single Time You Can Get It on SoundCloud from my guy Lucas Gage.
No copyright.
It's hilarious.
I saw some of you guys were like, what is this?
This is so lame.
Oh, this is fruity.
And then y 'all heard them lyrics and you're like, oh shit, every single time for real.
You guys check that early life.
Yeah, guys, sorry for the delay.
I don't know what the hell's going on here with the delay on the video.
But I think we're good, obviously.
You guys can see the stream.
We're live on YouTube on all the platforms.
We're live on Fresh and Fit.
We're live everywhere.
So, yeah, you know, it is what it is.
I got some help in the house.
My guy Chad is here.
That's his real name, by the way.
It is Chad.
It's crazy.
He's not white.
It is my real name.
It is his real name, somehow.
But, yeah.
Anyway, so we got a lot of stuff to talk about, guys.
We're live on all platforms, live on Fresh Fruit, live on Rumble as well.
As you guys know, today was day eight of the trial, I think, if I'm not mistaken.
Day eight, because we went all, yeah, yeah, day eight.
Because we went all last week.
Monday was opening statements of last week, and now we're Wednesday of the following week, so that makes it eight days today.
Kid Cudi did not testify today, guys.
Kid Cudi, I'm almost certain he's going to testify.
He's going to testify tomorrow, right?
Supposed to be testified tomorrow if he shows up in court.
Okay.
Yeah, it's contingent upon him showing up in court and the scheduling workout.
And the AUSAs were saying something like he's being a bit iffy or whatever, right?
Yeah, he's being a bit skittish about it, probably because he doesn't want to get his car blown up again.
Yeah, and also because he's a rapper and testifying as a rapper is, quite frankly, yeah, it's crazy.
You want to introduce yourself real quick to the people?
Because they're probably like, who is this random nigga in the back?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Go ahead, bro.
My name's Chad.
I'm just here to help out Myron, that's all.
Just chilling, helping out.
Give him some insight.
Have some psychological insight.
Have some credentials, but we'll get into that another time.
He's a Harvard grad.
He's a smart nigga, man.
He's a Harvard grad, guys.
We've been in court together and a show like that, so it's been a good time.
You know, as you guys know, Harvard is right down the street from Northeastern.
So, very smart guy.
Also, interestingly enough, the topic that we're going to talk about is going to be able to give you guys quite a bit of insight because we're going to be talking quite a bit about psychology, psychiatry, the APA.
And some other things like that when it comes to this situation because you guys are getting a special episode today because not only do we have trial breakdown, but the trial, especially today's episode and today's testimony, super red-pilled, okay?
Super red-pilled.
So we're able to combine two different things.
We're combining the true crime and the red-pilled today.
That's why I'm streaming on Freshly Fit as well.
We're going to knock out two birds and one stone.
So what I'll do first is I'll give analysis on the trial.
Then we'll go into the longer discussion, which is going to be what the psychiatrist slash...
She's a psychiatrist, right?
What she testified to.
She's a psychologist.
What's that?
She's a psychologist.
She's a psychologist.
Okay.
Psychologist, yep.
So we're going to talk about her because she was one of the main witnesses that testified today.
Interesting stuff.
Before I get into it, let's see.
Are we still way behind?
We probably are, right?
Yeah, it looks like we're way behind.
Yep.
We're like, what, like two, three minutes, right?
Say about two minutes, ten seconds.
That is crazy, bro.
The good thing is we're not lagging on stream, which is good.
Because if we're lagging on stream, that would be horrible.
Yeah, there's no lag.
No more drop frames.
Yeah.
It would be pretty good.
So here, let me, yo, on the Rumble Studio, bro, well, let me just do it real quick.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay.
Let me...
I'm going to call Bill real quick and just tell him about this and see if there's anything we can do.
Before we get into it, guys, I'm just going to call Bill and see if I can fix this because we're like two to three minutes ahead of you guys.
Should just be a few seconds.
Yo, Bill, there's a question for you, bro.
Like the stream is like two to three.
All right.
Here we go.
We're back on now?
We're back on now?
Alright, so YouTube still...
Let me see if we're fixed now.
Oh, I think we're good.
I think you're lowering it.
Fix it, bro.
Fix it, bro.
Let me open up Rumble now.
For some odd reason, bro, on Mario Games X, it's still acting fucked up.
What the fuck?
Let me try Fresh and Fit.
Fresh and Fit is fine.
Okay.
All right, guys.
So, we're live right now on MyronGainesX on YouTube.
MyronGainesX, no, Fresh to Fit on Rumble.
And Fresh to Fit on YouTube as well, I think.
So, and I think we just fixed the latency problem.
So, it shouldn't be too bad.
Because we're running a Wi-Fi connection here.
But yeah, you guys basically time-traveled is what you guys did.
You guys effectively time-traveled.
Now you guys are caught up with us.
So, I'm going to have to redo the...
Let's see here.
Okay, we're back.
Alright, so the only thing that's fucked up then is Myron Gaines X on Rumble.
That's the only thing that's fucked up.
So I'm going to tell everybody to just go over and watch it on YouTube.
That's what I'll do.
That's weird, though, because it's like, you know.
Thank you.
Yeah, it's acting fucked up.
Alright, whatever.
This thing is acting wild.
This thing is acting wild.
Alright.
Okay, guys.
Welcome to the stream, man.
We're going to be talking about the trial, day 8. We're going to be talking about the psychiatrist that came in and testified, and then we're going to be talking about the red pill when it comes to this psychiatrist and this trial in general, guys.
Some very interesting stuff.
That's going on here.
If you guys want to get involved in the show, as you guys know, Myron Gaines X, as usual, is how you guys get involved in the show.
I'm going to be looking at the chats, or you can Rumble Rant in on any of these platforms.
I think Myron Gaines X might be the best way to do a chat.
Let me go ahead and give you guys the website real quick, and then we're going to get cracking on this thing.
And, guys, I'm going to go back to Miami.
Definitely tomorrow.
I'm going to watch Kid Cudi.
Hopefully he should testify tomorrow.
Even though he's kind of worried.
I guess he's scared or whatever.
One sec, chat.
Yeah, so guys, Myron Games X is the best way to get involved.
I'm pinning it to the top of the chat.
Okay.
Bam.
Alright, I'm pinning that in the chat, guys, if you guys want to get involved.
That's the best way to get involved in the show.
I'm pinning it right now.
Oh, fuck.
Sorry, guys.
I actually deleted it.
All right.
Okay.
I think we're good now with everything.
I think we're good.
We're live on YouTube.
We're live on Rumble.
I see on one screen here we got Myron Gaines X here.
And then I'll be checking back and forth, guys, between them.
Okay.
And we're live on Fresh and Fit, guys, as well, because we're going to be covering the Red Pill.
But let's go ahead and go through the trial testimony for today.
Then we're going to break down the psychiatrist.
Okay?
Chad, do you want to introduce yourself real quick before we get into this thing?
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, you got to do it again because it was lagging.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Go ahead.
I'll introduce myself real quick.
So my name is Chad.
No, I'm joking.
Yeah, so my name is Chad.
So I have a lot of APA credentials.
I'm part of the American Psychiatric Association.
That's verifiable.
Look it up.
Myron saw it.
So that's one thing that's very important to understand as we start breaking down a psychiatrist.
Other than that...
You know, I'm just here to help out Myron and enjoying my time here.
And I'm grateful that I'm here.
Smart guy.
He's a Harvard grad.
Got his graduate degree from there, guys.
All that, too.
So, you know, right up the street from Northeastern and Cambridge.
So, we're going to definitely be having a higher IQ conversation.
We're going to be talking about the red pill.
We're going to talk about this trial, how there's a lot of red pill truths in it.
And it's going to be a good time.
So, let's see here.
Let's start with the testimony from today.
So, as you guys know, yesterday we finished off Special Agent Gannon is the one that took the stand.
And he was the agent that ran the search warrant in Miami.
Okay?
He's the one that ran it in Miami.
So, let's see here.
I missed the first part of it, bro.
What did he talk about?
I know last time they were going over the heels.
I missed the first part.
What do you say?
Oh, yeah.
So that was the big thing.
So what happened was when they resumed Special Agent Gannon, when the defense was talking to him, they were speaking about how...
What's up on camera, bro?
Oh, yeah.
Well, what they were talking about was how Special Agent Gannon may have...
They were trying to imply, rather, that the evidence may have been tampered with because they were after photos taken, but not before photos taken.
So that's what they were basically touching on.
They were showing the pictures of the red heels.
They were comparing the exhibits.
And they were saying, well, the red heels are here, right?
But here the red heels have a bunch of these pills and drugs.
And then in this picture, you were...
Well, how did you get here?
So the red heels were in this closet that also had other stuff in the closet on top?
Yeah.
And then...
But in your photos...
There are no boxers on top.
So who altered those photos and then took those photos afterwards?
Gotcha.
Rookie mistake.
So they didn't take the picture in place like they should have when they originally found it is basically what it is.
And they tried to spin that as, oh, y 'all fuck with the evidence, even though, okay.
Now, what did the government say on direct?
Because when I got in, defense was already doing cross-examination on him.
Guys, I got there at like 945-ish.
Yeah.
When did they start?
Like 9.30-ish?
It started like 9.30.
Okay.
So I got there closer to 10. They did about...
What did the government do?
Because I remember when we left off the day before, he had just pulled out the heels out from the evidence bag.
What did the government ask him on direct?
They literally...
I kid you not, bro.
They literally did like maybe 20 to 30 exhibits just on the drugs that were in the bag.
That's it.
Okay.
So they didn't even talk about the heels on direct.
They talked about the heels for a second.
But they use the heels in relation to the location of the drug paraphernalia.
Or not the paraphernalia, but rather the drug.
Okay, so the government focus, like, they only cared about the heels because the heels were close to drugs.
The heels are in the same vicinity as the drugs that were used.
Okay.
They had a black Gucci bag, apparently.
Yes.
So in the black Gucci bag, but the red shoes, the red heels are also next to the black Gucci bag.
Okay.
Now, what were the drugs?
It was MDMA, right?
The drugs?
So they had ketamine.
MDMA, cocaine, I mean, some people say ecstasy and MDMA are two different things.
Same shit, basically.
Same shit.
And then methamphetamine and MDMA, you know, same shit.
It could be 2C, whatever it may be.
Uh-huh.
And then there was paraphernalia, so there was a $100 bill and there was a straw, black straw.
Okay.
So the black straw was the point of contention because they said, well, that black straw had enough drugs to get tested but then was destroyed in testing.
Is that where the meth came from?
Absolutely.
They thought that that was the meth?
Yep.
Okay.
So they found MDMA and ketamine and cocaine.
Natural.
Right?
In baggies, I'm guessing.
Then they found traces of what they think was meth on the straw.
Yep.
But clearly it had been used, so they didn't have enough.
They thought...
They said ketamine and cocaine.
So that's what they found in the straw.
Okay.
But that was damaged.
Okay.
That became a point of contention later on with the defense.
Okay.
So...
To finish up the direct, as you guys know, HSI did a search warrant March of last year, okay, on Diddy's house in Miami.
During the course of the search warrant, they found a bunch of stuff.
On government direct, they went over the evidence that they found.
Right before they ended, they pulled out some heels, right?
The reason why the heels are irrelevant, guys, is because we know that Diddy had a thing where he would have the girls during the freak-offs wear heels and lingerie, and they found the lingerie and the heels in Astro Glide and the baby oil there.
Why is that important?
That's important because it corroborates.
What the witnesses told them during testimony of what he was doing with these freak-offs.
That's why they seized this evidence.
Because Babylil in itself is not illegal.
Neither is Astroglide or heels or lingerie.
But given the context of the case, they seized this evidence to show that he is doing what the witnesses say.
It corroborates what they say.
That's called independently corroborating information.
So during the course of them doing this, they were able to...
During the course of them doing the search warrant, they also came across recreational drugs.
And if I'm not mistaken, Chad, the amounts were so low that they got destroyed during testing, right?
Yep, the amounts were so low that they said that they got destroyed.
Personal use.
Personal use, yep.
So they got destroyed, guys.
And then basically on a cross, the defense comes in.
And then that's where you were talking about in the beginning.
So government finishes it up with the drugs that they found in the heels.
Then defense comes in on cross-examination, and basically they beat him up for not taking pictures of the stuff in place when he found it.
Because when he took pictures, it was moved from where they originally found it, correct?
Yeah.
That's what they were basically trying to say?
Yep.
Hey, you manipulated the evidence or whatever?
Yep.
Which is a very common, guys, that they do this in defense.
You know, they kind of try to money the waters and say, oh, well, you know, you fucked with the evidence.
When in reality, they didn't.
You know what I mean?
It's just amateur hour.
You know, they didn't take a picture of it in place.
Or sometimes, guys, keep in mind, you can't take a picture of it in place because, let's say, okay, let's say the bag is a perfect example.
They find the bag in the closet.
They take the bag out.
Then they open it up.
Oh, there's drugs in here.
Well, you already moved it from where it was at.
So they probably took a picture of it in place as close as possible to where they found it.
That happens a lot where you open up, you take something out of somewhere, then you open it up, then you find the evidence.
But guess what?
It's going to be hard to put it back to where it was at exactly, right?
And then open it up and take a picture of the evidence there.
Does that make sense, guys?
Like if you get a box from the top of the closet and you grab it and then you bring it down and it was heavy and then you open it up and you find evidence of crime in there, well, it's going to be a lot harder to pick it up.
Put it back over there, you know, somehow raise yourself up to the top, and then take a picture of the evidence in place.
If you can do that, that's cool, but it's not practical in a lot of situations.
But that's what they were trying to beat him up on, right?
Yeah, I did forget to mention, however, they did set up for foundation.
What they did for foundation was they did set up with, this is the gate.
This is Diddy's gate, right?
And Diddy's gate, there was damage done to the gate, but you didn't show the gate beforehand.
You only took pictures after the damage, as if to say, like, they're only showing it, like, the...
To say the gate was already damaged when they got there type thing.
So they were trying to establish foundation with that too.
Okay, yeah, yeah.
And that one, that's just procedure.
I know that they're not going to...
Because here's the thing.
Okay, so this is another thing.
I'm glad that you brought that up.
So the other thing to the defense...
So on cross-examination, right?
Another thing they attacked the agent on was, hey, you rammed into the gate and you didn't...
You know, can we see if we can get a...
Shit now, because I don't know how to...
Can we screen share on there?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We can probably, right?
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, can we get a picture, maybe Google Diddy's Gate smashed by the feds?
If we can get it.
If not, I can just show my phone up to the screen.
But anyway, while he tries to pull that up for you guys.
So Diddy, as you guys know, lives in Star Island.
And for those that are unaware, Star Island is like a secluded area of Miami Beach where you have to take a bridge.
There's only like one bridge on there.
And he lived on Two Star Island and has like this big-ass gate to get in.
So the SRT team, aka the special response team, they responded and they came in their armored truck.
And when they came in their armored truck, they knocked that gate down and broke it down and got into the house as quickly as possible.
Guys, when the feds are executing a search warrant, they're not there to play and like, you know, oh yeah, knock, knock, okay, you're going to open a door?
Like, they're going to go in there and they're going to hit it hard and they're going to go in quick and they're going to try to clear the place as quickly as possible because they don't want people to destroy evidence, they don't want people to grab guns, they don't want people to formulate.
Some type of barricaded situation.
So that's why they come in there.
When they go in, they go in hard.
So in this case, they didn't even knock on the door.
They just went and bam.
You know, rammed through the gate, destroyed it, and they got onto the property, and then immediately SRT, the special response team, that's the SWAT team, those guys are going in.
And those guys get trained by Delta and SEALs and all that other stuff.
So, you know, very high speed.
They're going in there with the fucking short barrel rifles and shit like that.
You know, they're going in and doing their tactical stuff.
They're not there to play.
Once they cleared the house, then they turned it over to the regular HSI agents and then they began searching.
So let's go ahead and go through his testimony here on the cross.
So the agent said that...
Oh, another tidbit that we got.
They started this investigation November 17, 2023, chat.
November 17, 2023 is when they started the investigation, pretty much.
So Gannon, the agent that was involved in Miami, he didn't get told about this operation until...
Eight days before the warrant.
So HSI New York was keeping this very tight to their chest.
He knew Diddy wasn't going to be there, and the reason why is because they had Diddy's flight information.
So Diddy was at the house that day, and they found out that he had a flight destined for later that day.
So what they did was, they actually executed the search warrant around 3 p.m. in the afternoon instead of 6 a.m. like they normally do, because they didn't want him on the property, you know, for safety reasons, and it makes it easier too.
The SRT ran the vehicle into the gate to open it.
When they got on the property, they encountered six people.
They put all of them in cuffs, detained all of them for safety, and ID'd all of them.
One of the guys stayed in cuffs a bit longer because he was being a pain in the ass.
They didn't want to cooperate.
They document what property looked at first by taking photos.
80, 90 agents did the search total, but not all at once, as you guys know.
Roughly, what, 20 SRT guys were there?
Yeah, it was 20, well actually more than that.
I think it was like 24. That makes sense.
Yeah, it's 24. Because it's two teams of 12. Yeah, yeah.
It's two teams of 12. So yeah.
So 24 guys and then roughly 60 agents came in and searched after.
The red suitcase had a gun in it in the guard shack.
They showed him a pic of the music studio and on the second floor.
Showed a closet where high heels are from the photo.
They showed pics of Diddy's bedroom.
Asked about...
Upper and lower receivers and how they were separate.
Because as you guys know, they found AR-15 upper and lower receivers in Diddy's bedroom with their serial numbers scratched off.
And then they asked him if he did a fingerprint analysis on the AR-15s.
He said he did not.
They found drugs in the Gucci bag.
Cocaine sample was destroyed in the testing.
It was such small amounts.
Ketamine as well.
And then they shared a photo of someone he did not recognize.
And it's interesting because when they showed that photo of someone he didn't recognize...
They didn't show it to anyone, Chad.
They only showed it to the agent, not even the jury.
I think that might have been Mia.
Chad, do you know who that was?
Which one?
Remember when they said, we're not going to show...
you're not going to show up.
Show who it is, and then we're going to turn the feet off?
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Who's that picture of?
That's it.
That's it.
That picture was of Mia.
It is of Mia, right?
Yeah, and I don't know who Mia is exactly.
That's it.
It's a fake name.
So, Chad, just so you guys know, the government has two star witnesses in this case.
One of the star witnesses is obviously Cassie Ventura, a.k.a.
Cassie.
Cassandra Ventura is her real name.
And this girl named Mia.
Now, from what I understand, this Mia girl is someone that worked under Diddy, and then I think they have another woman as well that dated Diddy in 2020 that was, you know, getting freaked off and everything else like that.
I think they're...
I think they're...
Probably going to save her for last, and Mia too.
are probably going to be the last two witnesses.
This is...
I put the picture up on the feed, by the way.
You did put it up on the feed?
Yeah, it's up on...
Oh, on YouTube.
Yeah, this is on OBS right now.
It's an OBS?
Yeah.
Can they see?
I'll make it a little bigger for them real quick.
Okay, yeah, show them to them real quick because I can't see on my end.
I gotta...
So that's his gate to the right.
That's what they were speaking about.
To the right of the vehicle, as you can see.
Oh, there's lag.
Hold on a sec.
Okay, so that's a bit behind.
Okay.
Can they see it on screen, bro?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It should be able to.
Let me see.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, okay.
Yeah, you did show it on the side.
Yeah, I'll show it again.
I mean, I'll expand it one more time.
Yeah, it's lagging bad on YouTube, bro.
It's the Rumble Studios show doing the bit rate change.
We're just coming back.
God damn.
God damn.
Lagging still?
Okay, I can see on my screen now that you have it up.
Yeah, it should be good.
See if this helps.
It's just the internet speed's a little wonky right now.
But this should be better.
Run a speed test, man.
That's so fucked.
This thing was working fine yesterday.
Alright, is it good?
Oh, quality back?
Yeah, quality's back.
Quality's back?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Alright, you might need a monitor on your phone too for me, Chad, because I...
Yeah, we got it.
Alright.
Guys, give me an O slash in the chat if everything is good.
Give me an O slash if everything is good.
I don't know why shit is lagging.
It's good over here.
They said they can't hear.
I get it myself.
All right, guys.
Give me O Slash so everything is good.
It might have been...
Screen sharing might have fucked it up.
That might have been what it was, man.
Them boys.
Yeah, them boys.
Them boys headquarters in New York City.
Sorry, guys.
You got to keep looking at our ugly mugs, bro.
No more screen sharing for you niggas, bro.
God damn.
That shit fucked us up, man.
That shit was crazy.
I think that just fucked up the stream, man.
Quick little image.
So, yeah.
I think that's what it was.
Yeah, yeah.
All right, give us an O slash if we're back, guys.
All right.
Wow, they're way behind.
All right, I just got to keep yapping.
Okay.
Okay, so what else here?
So, yeah, Mia.
And then HSI took about 500 photos.
And then the last thing the defense said.
Hey, Gannon, you live in Florida.
Everyone has guns.
Don't you have guns?
And he was like, yeah, I have them for work.
And then, like, they objected.
Yeah, yeah.
That was a stupid question to ask him.
Do you have guns?
Yeah, of course he has guns.
The hell?
Dumb question.
Okay, so the next witness, guys, was Dawn Hughes.
Okay, this woman is a psychiatrist.
Clinical and forensic psychology.
Let's see here.
Check the chat.
Make sure it's not crazy.
Make sure it's not crazy.
Yeah, they're so behind.
Okay.
Yeah, guys, you guys are roughly a minute or two behind the actual stream, but it's fine.
So, okay, witness.
Dawn Hughes, a.k.a.
Dr. Hughes.
Clinical and Forensic Psychology.
I'm going to summarize her testimony for you guys, then we're going to have a discussion on the red pill stuff, okay?
So, she's a bachelor.
She got her bachelor's from Hamilton University.
Up in, I forget where it was, up north somewhere.
Do you remember where that fucking school was, bro?
Hamilton?
Yeah, I don't remember exactly where she got it from.
It was somewhere up north.
And then she got her doctorate at Nova Southeastern down in Florida.
Actually in Fort Lauderdale, right next to me, not too far.
And then she did her residency at Yale, if I'm not mistaken, and she worked under Cornell as well.
She got training in trauma.
With victims of domestic violence, currently independent, practicing in New York City, works two and a half days a week, also involved in helping Cornell with teaching and structure.
She's a voluntary staff, if I'm not mistaken, right?
This is your world, academia.
Yeah, she's actually a voluntary staff, yeah.
Okay, and she's not a professor.
She's not a professor.
She's a voluntary professor, which has a completely different set of guidelines.
Okay, and I do understand that she said that she writes like...
She helps write curriculum and the student plans or something like that?
Yeah, I mean, she helps offer things, but she hasn't written or submit anything of her own, any sort of academic writing.
There is someone on camera.
She hasn't contributed to any academic writing for years.
For years.
Yeah, because I remember they were beating her up on that.
They were like, hey, you haven't written in years.
And she said, oh, that was more when I was a PhD student or whatever.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, right.
Back in the day when I was doing XYZ.
Okay.
Okay.
So, what else here?
Okay, so she currently, and also another thing that threw me off, she only works two and a half days a week where she sees patients.
That gave me a red flag, but then we're going to find out, guys, why she only works two and a half days a week, okay?
So she does all this volunteering and she really sees patients two and a half days a week, okay?
She's also, yeah, and we talked about volunteering with Cornell.
She explained what PTSD is.
She specializes in interpersonal violence and trauma.
She spent 30 years dealing with PTSD with thousands of victims.
Bro, they spent, and I actually made a note of this, they spent 20 to 30 minutes just going over her credentials chat.
Like, literally, it was wild how long they spent with it.
It got so bad that the judge was even like, okay, move on, move on, move on.
Yeah, there's no exaggeration.
Like, the USA kept asking her credentials, because remember, guys, she's a government witness, so they were asking her all these questions, and they were really trying to show all her credentials, because she's considered what's called an SME, or a subject matter expert.
Witness, guys.
You know, and I've actually testified as a subject matter expert before myself for human smuggling on trials.
So whenever you come in as a subject matter expert, they ask you a lot of questions as to, you know, what training experience do you have, accreditations, education.
You know, can you give us an example of what they might be in?
So they spent like 20-30 minutes, guys, just going over this woman's credentials, okay?
So she's done 30 years in psychology.
So she doesn't have personal info on the case.
Very also important.
They asked her, do you have any personal facts on the case of what's going on and the facts and circumstances?
She said no.
She was not allowed to talk to any witnesses in this case.
And she has not seen anything in...
...and she has not seen anything in...
Court and role is to provide blind testimony on why people stay in domestic violence relationships and then their memory, etc.
She was retained by the government to testify.
Get this chat.
She was getting paid $600 an hour and $6,000 for the day.
For the day.
And did you notice that they didn't bring that part back up?
Thank you.
Again?
And I heard that right, right?
Like, $6,000 for the day, right?
I'm not crazy?
$6,000 for the day.
They did bring it up in Crossover.
I think the only...
...the only one that I have to do is to...
Thank you.
They brought up her hourly rate.
Yeah, they brought up the hourly rate.
But no one brought up the 6,000 again.
Yeah, no one brought up the 6,000.
Bro, I'm surprised the defense didn't hit her on that.
Like harder.
I mean, well, they kind of...
they didn't hit on it as hard as they possibly could have.
you you you you you you you you you you you Thank you.
But they did use it, and they did extrapolate a lot of things from that.
Yeah, they did.
But I think it's very important for you guys to realize...
She's getting paid $600, and then what?
How long does she understand?
Two hours maybe?
Two hours maybe?
Two hours maybe?
She was on a stand for quite some time.
So from when we got back from lunch.
She was on a stand even before lunch.
Before lunch.
Because then we got back from lunch.
I left.
I went downstairs and came back.
Sat next to you again.
Yeah.
She was still on the stand.
Yeah.
Yes, that was a long time.
So she...
Thank you.
We spent at least two hours, at least.
And then, so guys, so she made $1,200 from that.
So she walked away with like seven...
...and she was able to do it.
Thank you.
Okay, today.
Yeah, bro, she walked away for like $7,000.
They paid her $6,000 to show up, and then they gave her $4,000.
600 per hour.
And then she met with the government six to eight other times, Chad.
So, anyway.
So, and here's the thing.
The government got ahead of it.
Guys, if you notice on this trial, and I've told you guys about this before, they often, when they got a witness that they know that the defense is going to attack on certain things, They bring those questions up preemptively.
So they asked her, "How much are you getting paid per hour?
how much you earning today.
Okay.
Thank you.
This thing is fucking fucked up.
So I'm going to restart the stream and we're going to make this right.
Because I hate the fact that we keep getting interrupted.
So we're going to restart the stream and make this shit nice and efficient and get right into it when we start the next one.
So let me end this shit and we'll go live in about 30 minutes.
Okay, so 7pm guys, 7pm.
Let me put it in the chat because this shit's acting fucked for everything.
Yeah, so I'm gonna fix this right now, guys, for y 'all.
So give me 30 minutes and we'll fix this shit.
Alright?
I'll be back.
7pm, niggas.
7pm.
Just stay tuned.
