We're gonna be cooking.
We got a lot to talk about.

I'm happy to have you guys.
We're gonna be cooking.
We got a lot to talk about.
Alright.
You could be anywhere else in the world, but you guys are here with me.
Welcome to the stream.
Welcome to the stream.
I'm happy to have you guys.
We're gonna be cooking.
We got a lot to talk about.
Alright.
You could be anywhere else in the world, but you guys are here with me.
So, shout out to you guys.
We are here to put the back, the right, and the right wing.
Some of you guys, obviously, you guys, you know, came here maybe from FedReacts.
You guys came here from Fresh and Fit.
You guys came here from X, whatever it may be.
And, you know, as you guys know, we've taken a little bit more of a political stance on a lot of our content, right?
We cover a multitude of different things, whether it's politics, dating, culture, a bunch of different things like that.
And obviously, I don't think I've given commentary on this often on immigration, but for those that are unaware, my background, I actually used to work in immigration.
I mean, there's not many people on the internet that have done the amount of immigration work that I've done, and that's why it was so great when I brought Zach
Bavikaran back on a couple months ago if you guys remember I was the first person to platform him and We got a lot of views on that where we talked about what's going on on the southwest border With immigration as you guys know that was a hot topic on two days on last year's election I think that was something that Trump campaigned on anyone luckily and but you know obviously
We're going to get into that a little bit more today with what's going on, because there's been a bunch of stuff going on.
If you follow politics, if you follow Twitter, you guys know right now that there is a bunch of drama going on with Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy getting a lot of backlash from some of the big names in the MAGA movement.
You know when it comes to H1B visas immigration in this country And before I go ahead and get started on this thing.
Let me go ahead and fire up I had a Twitter space ready to go.
Let me get that thing going I Always start the Twitter spaces a little bit after I start the stream, so I'm starting up the Twitter space right now for you ninjas Let me Let me start it right now.
Actually, should I start the computer?
Bear with me, guys.
I'm starting right now.
I'm waiting for everybody to file in.
You guys are probably not used to me starting streams this early, ever.
I don't think we've started at 5 o'clock and actually somewhat on time for a very, very long time.
So, you know, here we are.
And I'm gonna...
Okay, so all right cool cool cool.
So I started the Twitter space.
Oh shit.
Awesome.
I got um, I got Zack in here.
Great.
Cool.
So I kind of give a quick little monologue for you guys of what's going on and and then I'll bring some people in.
On Twitter, to give their take.
I got Zach in here as well.
Well, he's actually still with Border Patrol.
He's in the middle of some bullshit right now, which, you know, I'll kind of let him explain some more of that.
Which, you know, I saw this coming, that this was going to happen as soon as he came on our show.
Because I already knew how OPR and OIG and all these other agencies are.
Before I get into this, right, welcome to the show.
CastClub.tv, as you guys know, Rumble.com slash FreshNFit is the home base for us.
And that's kind of what it is.
Now, with that said, let me screen share this quick so you guys can see the Twitter space that I got going.
I'm going to kind of give my spiel on this a little bit.
So, all right.
So, let's kind of get into this first, right?
This all began roughly a couple of days ago, right?
Twitter has been an uproar for those of you guys that are unaware.
I'm very active on Twitter.
I'm much more political on Twitter than I am on YouTube and everywhere else for, you know, certain reasons, especially, you know, Instagram.
Because a lot of my political takes would be considered by many to be right-wing, far-right, alt-right, whatever bullshit term they want to use for being a conservative nowadays, because anytime you tell the truth on certain things, they consider you radical or whatever it may be, right?
So I'm gonna, and for the guys in the space, I'm live on stream right now too, so it might be better if you guys see some of this on video, what I'm gonna be talking about.
Then I'm gonna open it up for some of the people to come in and speak, right?
So yeah, so they label me as that, you know, my political viewpoints, obviously, you know, I used to be former law enforcement, I worked in immigration, I understand the border crisis, I know what the hell's going on in the border, I see how people exploit the immigration system, I used to put people in jail for exploiting the immigration system, whether it's visa fraud, marriage fraud, getting fraud through their naturalization process, lying on their forms.
You name it, I've dealt with it to some degree.
I used to literally, immigration crimes are one of my specialties because I used to investigate that shit, whether it's human smuggling, human trafficking, all that stuff.
So, anyway, there's been a lot of talk going on about immigration in the United States.
As you guys know, Donald Trump campaigned on it in the 2024 election.
He famously went viral for saying they're eating the cats and dogs.
If you guys remember, they turned into like a catchy song on TikTok when he was debating Kamala Harris.
And, you know, he decisively won that debate, right?
But a lot of MAGA supporters are angry, rightfully so, that...
Some of those promises and anticipations aren't necessarily going down as expected.
And as you guys know, Elon Musk was a huge endorser of Trump in the election, and so was a guy named Vivek Ramaswamy.
Ramaswamy actually wanted to run for president early on, and then he, you know, quickly basically He basically gave up and said, you know, I'm going to basically just go under MAGA and support Trump, which I think was an intelligent decision.
He was a little too young and politically inexperienced to run for president.
But I think he made the smart move there.
But they've been getting a lot of backlash for their support of something called the H-1B visa.
We're going to talk a little bit more about this H-1B visa and go into detail on it.
But anyway, here, this comes from Newsweek.
I got this article up here.
And again, guys that are in the space listening in, I encourage you to watch the stream so you guys can see what I'm talking about.
And then obviously I'm going to open it up for people on the panel in the space.
Um, so, and I see we got a couple guys in here.
We got Minister Jap.
I saw it came in here.
Zach's in here.
So, shout out to all you guys.
Just request to speak, um, and if you got a platform or whatever, I'll put, bring you up.
But anyway, so, a heated debate with the Republican Party over high-skilled immigrants and H-1B work visas has broken out over the otherwise quiet holiday week, reflecting the deep divisions within both the GOP and the Trump base that turned out in force for him in November.
As you guys know, Trump went on a landslide.
Elon Musk, backed by tech allies like Venkat Ramaswamy, is finding himself at odds with MAGA, true believers who have long pushed for stricter immigration policies, without a carve-out for the so-called high-skilled workers that they argue are taking well-paying jobs from Americans.
Laura Loomer, and I will give her credit, she was the one that kind of started this, Laura Loomer was among those to criticize Cyril Ram's, Krishnan's appointment as Trump's AI policy advisor, calling it deeply disturbing.
Krishnan is a naturalized American citizen.
On X, Loomer expressed concerns that Silicon Valley's influence on Trump's administration is driven by a specific interest in H-1B visas, which many global tech companies rely heavily on to staff their workforces.
High-profile voices in tech, who have recently become part of Trump's base of support, are arguing on X and in podcasts that economic competitiveness is a reason for Trump to allow increased immigration for certain high-skill workers from countries like India.
David Sachs, a South African-American venture capitalist, came to Krishnan's defense in a Christmas Day post.
He writes, I'm probably pronouncing this shit wrong, but whatever.
Saram has been a U.S.
citizen for a decade.
He's not running America.
He's advising on AI policy.
He will have no influence over U.S.
immigration policy.
These attacks have become so crude and not in the holiday spirit.
I'm signing off now.
Have a Merry Christmas, Sachs, Rowan X. And this kind of came, Laura stirred up the bee's nest on Christmas Eve.
So this kind of has been brewing over the past couple of days.
Meanwhile, Musk, the world's wealthiest man, has benefited from the H-1B program both personally and professionally.
He first came to the United States on a J-1 academic visa that he says transitioned into an H-1B.
Tesla is also among the companies to rely on the program, having hired 724 H-1B workers in 2023.
But MAGA evangelists like Loomer believe Musk's influence within Trump's circle serves his own interests.
On X, Bloomberg singled out Musk and his tech allies, including Box CEO Aaron Levy and PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel.
You guys know what that sound effect means.
Suggesting that the new Doge initiative for government efficiency is just cover for sending funds to Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.
The rolling online debate became more heated on Thursday when Ramaswamy entered the fray with his own lengthy ex-post arguing that H-1Bs were needed because American culture did not prioritize work ethic the way Indian culture does.
Indian immigrants received nearly three-quarters of all H-1B visas in 2023, according to USCIS data.
The H-1B visa program allows U.S.
companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations, particularly in the tech industry.
Since Trump was elected last month, discussions about reforming the program have intensified, with some advocating for removing country-specific caps on green cards to address backlogs faced by applicants from countries like India.
Krishnan, Musk and Ramaswamy support such reforms, arguing that the current system leads to unfair waiting times for qualified applicants.
In his post viral on Thursday, Ramaswamy argued that top tech companies prefer hiring foreign-born engineers due to cultural differences, not inherent IQ advantages.
We're going to go over that Ramaswamy tweet here in a little bit, guys.
I'm just kind of painting a picture for you guys here of what the hell is going on.
A culture that celebrates the prom queen over the math Olympiad champ or the jock over the valedictorian will not produce the best engineers, Ramaswamy wrote, prompting a strong response from Trump's U.N.
ambassador and one-time opponent Nikki Haley.
There's nothing wrong with American workers on American culture.
We should invest in and prioritize Americans, not foreign workers, she wrote.
And what amounted to be to one of the first big attacks on Ramaswamy and Musk from the right, which is fucking crazy that someone like Nikki Haley, who is a neocon war hawk that is owned by a certain state in the Middle East, actually making sensible comments.
Incredible.
Thank you, Angie.
So, uh, yeah.
That's wild.
When you're on the side of Nikki Haley and you agree with her, there's fucking problems.
Anyway, continuing on.
While Trump has been vocal about his plans for illegal immigration, he has spent less effort discussing what he plans to do with those who aspire to work in the U.S.
legally.
On the campaign trail, he talked about the prospects for legal immigration reform, even suggesting that students who got an advanced degree deserve the opportunity of a green card.
Namely, him and Charlie Kirk both said that foreign nationals should graduate with green cards stapled to their diplomas.
Or college degrees, whatever you want to say.
Something in some substance to that.
Which is wild, and we're going to get into that.
So what I'll do is, you graduated from college, I think you should get automatically as part of your diploma a green card to be able to stay in this country.
Trump said, oh, okay, I was closer than I thought to what he said.
And Trump said that, and that was obviously echoed by, you know, Charlie Kirk, the head of Turning Point USA.
Demo Michalev of an immigration attorney, I probably butchered that name, I apologize, said that Trump's first term gives a glimpse of what to expect when he retakes power on January 20th.
Not much has been said about legal migration, but if we are to look back at the first Trump term, we should certainly expect changes to the legal immigration system.
Mikhailov told Newsweek.
But while Silicon Valley leaders advocate for relaxed restrictions on high-skilled immigration to enhance America's global competitiveness, Trump's first term took a contradictory approach.
During his 2016 campaign, Trump vowed to create a big, beautiful door for legal immigration.
However, his administration, heavily influenced by his unofficial immigration czar, Stephen Miller, worked to quietly put up barriers within the visa and work permit issuance process, according to experts who spoke with Newsweek.
And let me see here, how much longer this thing is.
Okay, okay, we're almost done.
Some of the things from the first administration were regulations tightening up things like third-party placement, an increase in requests for evidence and denials, higher standards that actually fell in court quite a bit, says Stephen Brown, attorney for the Texas-based immigration law firm Reddy Newman Brown PC.
Despite this experience in his first term, Mark, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, which advocates for less immigration, told Newsweek that he believes Trump is not a restrictionist, but instead someone who believes in legal migration and hopes the process receives necessary reform.
So, okay, that kind of highlights the thing.
Now let me show you guys some of the tweets that led to this fire and then we're going to kind of go into my take on it and everything else.
So Laura Loomer wrote this tweet and she literally started like a fucking war on this thing.
But you know what?
I'll be honest with y'all.
This is a discussion that needed to be had because original MAGA supporters from 2016, right?
They loved the 2016 Trump.
You know, where he didn't give a shit.
He was talking about banning people from certain countries.
Right?
You know what I'm saying?
We're on YouTube so I'm keeping it somewhat clean.
None of the voice effects do a lot of the work for me here.
Right?
And he was just super based.
Right?
Trump 2016 was awesome.
Super, you know, pro-strong borders, anti-immigration, etc.
You know, he famously said, I'm going to build a wall and I'm going to make Mexico pay for it.
Right?
Just crazy shit.
It was awesome.
Right?
This time around, he's relaxed a bit on immigration, right?
And I think a lot of people in the MAGA movement understand this.
People that supported Trump from 2016 obviously see this.
So, it's pissed a lot of them off.
Laura went ahead and did a whole documentary where she went down to the Darien Gap, which, you know, is a very huge smuggling hub.
down in South America, right in the Panama area.
And she did a documentary on this.
And she opposes mass immigration, as I do as well and many others.
And she wrote this tweet here, and this kind of set Twitter on fire.
But I'll read it quickly.
And it's from her tweet.
It goes, all the tech bros are up in arms today after my tweet about H-1B visa sparked a civil war online between MAGA and the tech bros who have infiltrated Mar-a-Lago, the tech bros from Palantir, and their investors want all of us to calm down as they tell us, don't worry, we won't be trying to influence immigration policy.
Let me show you how and why they are lying to all of you.
Did you know that former anti-Trump Congressman Mike Gallagher, you know, the same Mike Gallagher who fucked over the GOP this year when he refused to vote in support of impeaching Biden's pro-open borders and pro-invasion DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, is now working for Palantir to run their defense business and he has been put in charge of identifying contract opportunities and guiding research and development for Palantir.
Mike Gallagher voted in support of sending billions of dollars to Ukraine.
He refused to vacate the chair against Kevin McCarthy.
He resigned from Congress early to weaken the GOP majority.
And right after he voted to protect Alejandro Mayorkas, he went to work for Palantir because Gallagher knew he would be working for Palantir, and Palantir has contracts with the Department of Homeland Security, which is controlled by Mayorkas.
And who runs Palantir?
Peter Thiel.
And we know what that sound effect means.
Kevin McCarthy's son, as I exclusively reported, works for Joe Lonsdale, one of the co-founders of Palantir.
Lonsdale worked against Trump in the primary.
Palantir founders backed J.D.
Vance's Senate campaign, and now Palantir is trying to infiltrate the White House, even though none of the Palantir co-founders supported Trump during the primary.
A lot of hard truths in this tweet, huh?
These tech executives protected Alejandro Mayorkas via their mole Mike Gallagher.
Mayorkas then went on to deny Trump extra secret service protection, which led to him almost getting assassinated.
As you guys remember, back in mid-July, Trump, you know, thankfully survived the bullets fired by the would-be assassin.
It wasn't Ryan Ralph, it was the other guy.
Holy shit, I'm forgetting.
Look at that!
I can't even keep track of all the goddamn assassins that have tried to take out Trump.
Isn't that fucking crazy?
Isn't that fucking crazy?
Someone in the chat put his name.
It's not Ryan Ralph, it was the other fucking guy.
The weirdo from Pennsylvania.
Anyway, someone's got to put it in the chat.
So, and now, these same Palantir tech executives and their investors have infiltrated the White House.
Oh yeah, he was also in a fucking BlackRock commercial, which is absolutely crazy, by the way.
Wait, let me see here, let me look at the chat.
Crooks!
Matthew Crooks!
Thank you so much, chat!
Yes, Matthew Crooks.
And now these Palantir tech executives and their investors have infiltrated the White House.
If they cared about stopping illegal immigration, they wouldn't have protected Alejandro Mayorkas by hiring Gallagher before he resigned from Congress.
Gallagher was the deciding vote on the first round that delayed the impeachment of Mayorkas in the House.
Palantir makes more money when we have open borders and migrant crime.
Their business model thrives off of war and violence.
Gallagher's last vote in Congress was with the Democrats to protect his future employer, Palantir Tech, by not impeaching Mayorkas since Palantir gets DHS contracts.
And I can tell you guys that it's true.
So don't allow these tech executives to gaslight you into thinking they actually care about stopping illegal immigration.
They want to subvert the Trump admin to stop border security so they can get defense contracts and enrich themselves with billions of dollars.
Nobody tied to Palantir should be allowed to serve in Trump's cabinet.
Mark my words, their financial disclosure forms will show direct and substantial financial interest in Palantir tech and other companies with conflicts.
And then she goes ahead and posts a bunch of proof with articles showing Mayorkas' connection to Palantir.
And she puts up another thing.
This is Alex Karp, the CEO of Palantir Tech.
You know what that sound effect means.
On Fox News today, being the smug elitist that he is, he co-founded Palantir with Peter Thiel, who earlier this year wouldn't even confirm if he was supporting Trump and Vance.
And I'll play this 10 second clip for you guys.
This is him on Fox News.
This is Alex Karp.
And to all supporters of Palantir, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
And to all people who've hated on us, enjoy your cult.
Alex, never a dull moment with you.
Thank you very much for joining us.
Thank you.
I intend to all support.
So now the H-1B visa, as you guys know, real quick, just to go over it because I know a lot of people might not be versed in immigration.
So I'm going to quickly read what the H-1B visa is because that's what a lot of this is coming from.
The H-1B is an employer sponsored non-immigrant classification, which allows persons who are not citizens or permanent residents of the U.S.
to work in a specialty occupation for up to six years with very limited exceptions.
Employer-sponsored means that the employer must apply for the H-1B on behalf of the prospective H-1B employee through the United States Citizens Immigration Services, USCIS, specialty occupation which means a position that requires specialized knowledge and skills.
And I say that with air quotes.
And at least the best degree in that specialty.
The H-1B also requires that the H-1B employer pay the H-1B employee the prevailing wage or the actual wage, whichever is higher.
The prevailing wage is the salary paid to workers in similar occupations in the geographic area of the intended employment.
The actual wage is the wage that the employer pays employees in similar occupations at the location of the intended employment.
Right, so that's kind of what it is.
Long story short, guys, it is a visa that allows companies to employ and hire foreign nationals, okay?
And these are some other tweets that Laura Loomer had, right?
Calling out David Sachs, calling out Elon Musk, because after this all happened, right?
Laura Loomer and a bunch of other right-wing commentators on Twitter, we're calling out Vivek Ramaswamy and Laura Loomer, right?
Ratioing them, making them look crazy, etc.
And Vivek Ramaswamy and obviously Elon Musk got a lot of backlash for this, right?
You know, more immigration, right, at the cost of Americans losing jobs, especially jobs in the tech industry, really doesn't benefit anyone but these tech oligarchs, right?
And this kind of leads me to my monologue here.
Now that you guys understand what transpired, give me ones in the chat if this all makes sense to you guys.
Give me ones in the chat.
I want to make sure that this all makes sense before I kind of go into my thing.
While you guys hit those ones in the chat, I'm going to read some of these chats.
Before I kind of go into this.
We got here.
Hey Myron, did the plan change already?
Trying to sign up for premium, but it's not available.
No man, it should be available for you, bro.
You just can't use it.
If you're trying to put in a coupon code, it might not work though.
Tears of Pistol says, let's fuck go ninjas.
Just wanted to keep showing support, Myron, for all the value.
I'm 19 and a biomedical equipment technician cooking up a 48-hour, a 48-hour joint CC premium.
Shout out to you guys making good money.
Good.
Okay.
I see a bunch of ones in the chat.
Awesome.
Give me threes in the chat if it doesn't make sense and then tell me why.
If you're gonna put a 3 in there, tell me why.
Thank you so much, Zuko.
Well, I'm one of the few that tells the truth.
A lot of these other guys are cucked.
more love than you think, fuck the haters.
Thank you so much, Zuko.
Well, I'm one of the few that tell the truth.
A lot of these other guys are cucked.
Currently working immigration at Grant Benefits Daily.
I could tell you from experience, a lot of these H1Bs end up overstaying and getting green cards via employment petition fraud.
Same thing goes for F1 students.
Jalbi, thank you so much.
I'm glad that you mentioned that because I was actually going to talk about that, but we have another immigration professional here saying it for me.
Myron, did you ask the other guys if you were able to add a yearly subscription before December 31st?
There's still only a monthly option.
Yeah, I got to talk to...
To Noble on that.
And he is not an H-1B visa holder.
Even though he's Indian.
25 years old from DR. I've been an immigrant in the US for 20 fucking years.
Now I'm in the DACA.
Where's my fucking green card by the way Myron?
And he plans to have an immigration lawyer so he can ask questions to help us possibly get citizenship.
I have an immigration lawyer on.
But bro, you've been in the US for 20 years and you don't even got your green... Nigga, what are you doing?
What are you doing?
Get okay, papi, you fuck it up.
Ho Whisperer.
For two high IQ individuals who claim to be, to get the root of the issue, this is very Band-Aid like of them.
Elon says Americans aren't driven enough, but instead of driving cultural change through policy and mass media campaigns, we're opting for the easy way out.
Yeah, I mean, I'm gonna talk about this here in a second with why this could be problematic.
Let me move my mug over here.
Okay, so, I'm going to kind of go into this, and then Zach, if you're still in here, I'm going to bring you up.
I don't know if he left.
Nope, he might have left.
Yeah, he's a Border Patrol agent, and we had a discussion on this a couple weeks ago, which I highly encourage you guys, after you watch the stream, to watch the stream that I did with Zach.
You got two immigration, people that used to enforce immigration, talking about this at great detail.
So, alright.
So, let's go back in time a little bit here.
And talk about this, why this is causing such an uproar, right?
So as you guys know, MAGA has always been very pro-strong border, anti-mass immigration, and you know, Limiting visas that give foreign nationals an edge over Americans.
Whether it's the F-1 visa that allows people to come here as students, J-1 visas, which is kind of like an exchange student visa, or H-1B visas.
These are all visas that foreign nationals always fucking exploit.
I'm just going to be honest.
You guys know this is what I used to do for work, so I can talk about this at great detail.
Well, let's start from the beginning, right?
Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, a lot of these tech bros, Mark Zuckerberg, etc.
None of them really supported Trump in the beginning.
Let's be honest here.
After January 6th, he was heavily censored.
Mark Zuckerberg and a bunch of these other tech bros, they didn't do anything.
To help him, they censored him, and after Trump got censored after the whole January 6th incident, they banned him on Facebook, they banned him on YouTube, they banned him on Twitter, he was literally banned everywhere.
So he only had Truth Social and Rumble to tell his side.
Shortly after that, he was indicted in multiple districts, got indicted in the state of New York, got indicted in the state of Georgia, got indicted federally in the southern district of Florida, and got indicted in the district of Washington, D.C.
Right?
For insurrection, classified documents, falsified business records, Rico in Georgia, all kinds of shit.
And Trump wasn't really able to get his voice out there because he was banned on all platforms.
He announced he's going to run for the presidency again, roughly in, I think it was 2022 or 2023.
And he wins in a landslide.
Right?
And he campaigns on being hard on the border.
You know, after Trump got shot in July, Musk took a stand and said, hey, I'm going to stand with Trump.
I'm going to endorse Trump.
Right.
And, you know, obviously, Musk has his intentions on why he wants to support him.
He wants less regulation.
Obviously, the man runs Tesla, gets some benefits for doing so.
So I could see why.
He did that, right?
But I think it's also important to note that after Trump won, all of these fucking tech people started sucking up to him.
The head of Google told all the Google employees to not talk about their political affiliations, right?
Prior to the election, you have the head of Amazon going to Mar-a-Lago, Mark Zuckerberg going to Mar-a-Lago, donating a million dollars.
A lot of the tech people that, quite literally, ran the sensitive regime, that put Trump in a bad spot, are all now sucking up to him.
And people like Laura Loomer, who's been supporting Trump for a very long time, have an issue with that, right?
And I can see why.
You got guys like Nick Fuentes, who also called this shit out, and I gotta give him a Don DeMarco.
Because he called this.
We gotta give the guys flowers.
He literally called this.
He said that this was probably going to happen.
These tech guys are going to come in.
They're going to impose their will.
They're going to push for immigration because H-1B visas are a very easy way to get around hiring an American citizen because it's cheaper labor.
Cheaper labor means higher profit margins and it's a way to kind of get around things.
And he was correct, right?
He was launching Graper War, where he wanted to essentially tell people, look, we need to put pressure on the Trump campaign to, you know, to do what we want, which is, you know, no immigration and we don't want a war with Iran, which I think are somewhat sensible requests, right?
We don't want a war with Iran for what?
War doesn't do anything.
Right?
And, you know, immigration a lot of the times isn't beneficial when we got people here at home that can do a lot of the same jobs, right?
So, as you guys know, I still support Trump.
I still went out and voted for Trump because my personal concern when I was voting was foreign policy and ending wars.
And I do think that, you know, Trump is going to quickly end the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and I think he's going to be able to reel in Netanyahu with what's going on in the Middle East and stop a greater conflict going on over there.
So for me, I think, and then from an economic standpoint as well, and, you know, the whole alphabet soup stuff with the kids and everything, you know, I think Trump was a no-brainer for me.
You know, though I understand and I see that there's an immigration problem, I didn't think immigration was enough of a voting point for me personally to not vote for Trump.
I had to show up and vote for him because, like I said before, I think world war and nuclear warfare Is more important to me personally than than immigration, but I understand why people have issues with the immigration it creates problems now With that said, right, just so you guys understand kind of what's going on here at the southwest border, people are coming in and quite frankly they're getting something called an NTA ROR, guys, released on owner cognizance.
I went into detail with this with Zach on our last podcast, but I'll kind of rehash it because I understand that not everyone might have been there for that podcast.
So just to make you guys understand, right, when Trump was in office and I was on the southwest border, Every illegal alien that was getting caught in Laredo, Texas and a lot of the Southwest border was getting something called an expedited removal.
Right?
And when you get an expedited removal, that means you're pretty much getting shipped back to Mexico in two weeks.
We're not putting you through immigration court.
We're not holding you in a facility for long.
We're kicking you out ASAP.
Within two weeks, you're getting deported.
A lot of the times they would be removed that very day that they were apprehended.
Now, why is this good?
Well, this is good because it keeps the cost down.
They don't bog down our immigration system because we do have a parallel judicial system that is only for immigration in the United States that parallels our criminal one, right?
And that judicial system is much longer than the criminal one.
You might not see an immigration judge for years if you're apprehended, right?
So these illegal aliens being arrested and processed with something called an expedited removal would really save us a lot of time and a lot of taxpayer dollars.
Under Biden, these aliens were getting something called a notice to appear released on owner cognizance.
And what that basically means is these aliens come in.
And illegal alien, by the way, guys, is the term that you use in the INA, which specifies the laws around immigration, Immigration Nationality Act of the United States.
It's all under Title VIII.
When they come in, right, these illegal aliens, when they come in and they get apprehended by a Border Patrol or they're encountered by law enforcement, immigration law enforcement, they get something now called the NTA ROR, which means released on owner cognizance.
And what that basically means is they're released to someone in the United States that's going to care for them.
And I say that with air quotes.
They put an address in, et cetera.
Now the problem is, as I discussed before, a lot of these times these aliens don't see a judge for years.
So, they're gone in the wind, they can't track them down, and if they're not a criminal alien, a lot of the times, they make it out scot-free.
They're not gonna go after them.
Right?
ICE has something called the Criminal Alien Program, and unless you're a convicted felon or you have multiple crimes of moral interpretude, which I'm really getting in the weeds here, but I might as well just say it, ICE isn't gonna come looking for you guys.
Alright?
And when a Democrat's in office, they don't come looking for you even less.
Right?
Immigration is a very dirty word in the political world, and whether you're a Democrat or you're a Republican, it's almost a catch-22, because if you enforce it, people look at you as a homewrecker, right?
But if you don't enforce it, people are like, what the fuck is going on?
We need to protect the country.
So it's a very, it's almost like a political hot potato, right?
So what ends up happening?
Right?
A lot of the times is, depending on who's in office, that heavily dictates how aggressive ICE is in pursuing these illegal aliens that make it into the United States, thanks to Border Patrol or Customs or whoever gave them that N-T-A-R-O-R in the beginning.
And then to make things worse, these aliens a lot of the times go to what's called a sanctuary city.
Well, what is a sanctuary city, Myron?
I got you.
A sanctuary city is a city where they will not do anything to determine alienage, to arrest illegal aliens, and a lot of the times, they don't honor something called the detainer.
And the detainer, guys, is where, if an illegal alien is arrested, right, And ICE identifies that individual as an illegal alien, they'll place something called a detainer, which means, hey, hold the prisoner for us.
ICE is going to come pick him up when he's released from the jail on his state charges.
Because the state actually has zero authority to enforce immigration law.
It's a federal matter only.
What a lot of these local and state agencies do is they won't honor the detainer, especially if it's like in a sanctuary city, like let's say a fucking San Francisco.
They'll let the guy go!
And they'll sell ice, pound sand!
So, what ends up happening is, these people get released, and then they go and commit more crimes.
And we've seen this in the United States where innocent Americans, I think a child or some young, a young, a young girl was killed earlier this year by an illegal alien that should have been apprehended by ICE.
If you guys don't, if you guys don't mind, someone put her name in the chat.
Rest in peace to her.
I want to say her name.
It just escapes me at the moment.
But that's how illegal immigration kind of occurs from the front, right?
With the border situation and them coming in.
Then, right, let's talk about the visas.
Let's be very blunt here.
The H-1B visa is nothing more than a visa that allows big tech companies and other companies To get around hiring American citizens that are qualified and paying them more.
I fucking said it.
It's a fucking go around for these companies to increase their profit margins, get cheaper labor, and a lot of the times these foreign nationals that they import in aren't even better than the fucking Americans that are here.
It's a dirty little secret that no one wants to hear, but that's the reality.
When Vivek and Elon and all these guys say, oh yeah, we need to bring in talented workers, it's bullshit.
Half the time when they bring these guys in from India, they can't have a fucking code.
They're not necessarily better than the people that we have here.
It's just that they're willing to take less.
And that's the truth.
So now, you guys can see why a lot of these big tech guys are trying To get into the White House and kind of increase their own bottom line.
And one thing I like about being on the right is that they're willing to call out this bullshit.
Right?
Because we know historically Trump has been pretty hard on immigration.
But these people are coming in and trying to soften things up.
Now, if you actually want diversified and extraordinary people, you would do something called the O-1 Visa.
Let's talk about the O-1 visa real quick.
Because I see a lot of people coping.
Oh no, bro!
The H-1B visa allows us to import talent!
Uh, no.
No.
No, it does not.
So the O-1 visa, guys, is a temporary work visa.
For individuals' extraordinary ability or achievement in the following fields, science, education, business, athletics, arts, motion picture, and TV industry, to qualify an applicant must have received national or international acclaim, show evidence of extraordinary ability or achievement, and meet a very high standard.
So, if we're actually going to go ahead and bring these people in, right, that are so extraordinary, according to Elon and Vivek, and this is why they're getting the backlash, right, because people aren't stupid.
What their bottom line is, they want to bring in cheap labor.
Make them do an O-1 visa!
An O-1 visa, you actually have to be talented!
I know someone that got an O-1 visa, I'm not gonna say who it is.
But, you guys probably know him, he's a YouTuber.
But, you gotta fill out a packet, you gotta do a lot of work, you have to have references, you actually have to be good at what you fucking do!
So, if we want to bring in the top scientists, top engineers, et cetera, which I have no problem with bringing the best and the brightest, but they got to prove they're the best and the brightest.
Right?
Because the H-1B is nothing more than people fucking coming in and scamming.
Let's just be honest.
It's a way for these tech companies to get cheap labor and increase their bottom line.
Now, while we're on the topic of visas, let's talk about the J-1 visa and F-1 visa, which I honestly do think this is like a blind spot that a lot of people don't talk about And unless you worked in immigration, you're not gonna know.
And I know I got some guys in here, might be CBP, might be DHS.
You guys know exactly what I'm talking about when I talk about F-1 visas.
I think one of the most exploited visas in the United States is the F-1 visa, which is a student visa.
Because what ends up happening a lot of times with these guys is they come to the United States, right?
They say that they're gonna go to like, a language school, or a culinary school, or some other bullshit like that.
And what ends up happening, is, they might go to class for a semester, they might go for a day, they might not even show up.
But you know what they do?
They use that visa, come into the United States, go out into the fucking wind.
Them niggas turn into Goku.
Right?
And you don't find them again.
And a lot of the times, Like I said before, if they're not a criminal alien, or they don't get encountered again by law enforcement, they're gone in the fucking wind.
Gone.
And a lot of people do that, guys.
A lot of these people, you guys all gotta understand this too, because people always look at the border as the main problem.
I'm telling you guys, it's not just the border.
We got people coming in legally, and they overstay their visas.
It's a huge fucking problem.
Huge problem.
When they come in and overstay their visas.
Obviously, it doesn't hit the mainstream news because DHS ain't gonna really talk about that.
Yeah, you know, we have like, you know, 20,000 overstays.
Right?
It looks bad.
Right?
And the F-1 visa is by far one of the easiest ways to bypass the system.
Because these shitty universities that no one wants to go to, that absolutely suck, go ahead and hand these things out like candy.
Why?
Because they pay.
They pay.
I've seen schools get taken down for running corrupt F-1 visa programs.
Let's talk about another loophole in the immigration system, right?
Let's talk about marriage fraud.
This is another crime that no one ever fucking talks about.
Extremely common.
Hell, it's so common you guys have seen it on the fucking show!
How many times have you guys watched Fresh and Fit and we got some chick And we're like, okay, what's your status?
Oh, I'm married.
Okay, you're married.
All right.
How long have I been married?
Two years.
Hmm.
How'd you guys meet?
Uh, friend.
Okay.
You guys got any kids?
No.
How long have I known each other?
Uh, two years?
And it's like very static.
Right?
And you guys have watched the show and you guys have seen this.
We literally had a chick on a couple days ago.
She got mad as hell!
Because obviously you guys know it's a dating podcast.
We ask questions about, oh yeah, you're married, tell us about how'd you guys meet, blah blah blah.
She didn't want to answer any of those fucking questions.
And where was she from?
Dominican Republic.
How long was she married?
Roughly two years.
I was like, hmm, interesting.
And where in Miami?
Extremely fucking common.
Extremely common.
Where foreign nationals from South America will marry someone here, the going rate is somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000, right?
And they just basically pay him, fake a marriage, they prepare for the CIS interview, they lie, they fake the wedding pictures, they fake the bank accounts, all this shit, and then applies for his green card, gets the green card, or she applies for her green card, done!
It's a big fucking business, guys.
Immigration lawyers are often involved.
There's people that do the marriages.
There's people that help them do the paperwork.
There's an entire process with this shit.
Okay?
When it comes to marriage fraud.
So, we talked about the H-1B visas.
We talked about the F-1 visas.
The J-visas you could put is the same kind of like as F-1 visas.
They're exchange student visas.
Right?
Now let's talk about overstays.
Right?
Like, like, visa waiver overstays.
So, there's a bunch of countries in the United States.
Let's pull them up right here.
Visa waiver countries.
So there's a visa waiver program, guys, and this has a bunch of countries in it, right?
Basically a bunch of first world countries, right?
Economically secure first world countries, typically, right?
And what the visa waiver program does is it allows you to travel to these countries without a visa.
Hence the term visa waiver.
But what ends up happening a lot of the times, right, is these people come here, right, and they just overstay.
They come in and they just don't fucking leave, right?
Canadians?
Often.
French?
Often.
Italians?
Often.
Right?
And they often come from these countries that are like socialist, leftist countries, right?
And they come here for better opportunity because in their country they get taxed like 60%.
Like, it's damn near communism, it sucks.
So what ends up happening is they come here for better opportunity.
They come here and they work under the table and they make money cash or whatever it may be.
Right?
So, you know, people think like, oh this immigration problem, it's just people from South America and the Caribbean.
Like, no guys.
Even people from first world countries come here and overstay their visas.
Why?
Because we're the best country in the world!
Right?
As much as people say that we have our problems, sure, you can go out and make complaints about our insurance and, you know, we can talk about Luigi Mangione and all this other shit.
But the point is...
Is that when it comes to opportunity and the ability to build yourself up, right, and create some real wealth for yourself, no one comes close to the United States, guys.
Nobody.
Everybody wants to be here, to include first world countries.
This isn't just like this misconception that it's like, oh yeah, it's just people from these poor countries.
No!
Those third world invaders, of course they want to come here, but even people from clean, good countries want to fucking come here.
This immigration problem is a huge problem because we're getting exploited on multiple ends.
We're getting attacked on the southwest border where we have people coming in illegally through there.
Right?
And I'll explain how that works here in a second.
I don't think I've ever explained how human smuggling works, but I got y'all.
I'm going to explain it to you guys.
Right?
Then you got people exploiting visas to come in.
Right?
And I talked about some of the worst ones.
H-1Bs, F-1s, J-1s, B-1s, B-2s, visitor visas.
Then on top of that, you got people exploiting the visa waiver program.
Coming in here and overstaying.
Canadians are some of the worst fucking offenders of that shit.
Trudeau's sinking that country to the ground.
Their immigration is fucking through the roof.
And they're fucked up.
And that's another reason, too, why I'm very pro-strong anti-immigration.
That was a terrible way to phrase it.
I'm very anti-mass immigration.
There we go.
I'm against mass immigration.
Because I look at countries like Canada.
I look at countries like France.
I look at countries like Italy.
I look at Australia.
They're all fucked!
They're all getting overrun by third world invaders!
Right?
It's fucked!
Absolutely terrible!
Right?
I understand the need for immigration to a degree.
But when you just let anybody in, and everyone's a fucking refugee, your country's gonna be overtaken!
And the problem, right, also with the H1B thing, which I'm just gonna say it, right, is that you're not just importing a foreign worker, you're importing their fucking culture.
Right?
And a lot of the times, these people come from countries That don't respect freedom of speech, don't respect democracy, don't respect liberty, right?
They just don't.
So we need to have strong borders and keep a lot of these people out.
And this is coming from a guy, FYI, full transparency here, my family's from Sudan, right?
So I should be super pro-immigration.
But I'm not, why?
Because I know that when you bring uncivilized Third world people that refuse to assimilate.
That's another thing that you guys need to understand as well about a lot of these people.
They don't want to assimilate.
They don't want to speak English.
They don't want to follow the laws.
They want to scam.
They want handouts, etc.
Obviously, you got your good immigrants, of course.
But a lot of them create problems.
Right?
So, you look at fucking Canada.
Look at them!
I would say if we continue to have this whole mass immigration, in 10 to 15, 20 years, we'll be like them!
You don't even know it's Canada!
Like a lot of times, you'll think you're in fucking Sri Lanka or something.
Speaking of which, Canada has the biggest population of Sri Lankans outside of Sri Lanka.
Fun fact for you guys to know.
So, you know what I mean?
That's what it is.
Oh, no, my parents are US citizens.
Nice try, though, guys.
You can report them nice if you want.
So, I checked.
I was going to deport him myself, actually.
I double-checked.
But yeah man, so that's the issue when you run into mass immigration guys.
It's an ugly truth.
I know people don't want to hear it.
We want to be all-inclusive and, you know, fucking kumbaya and woo!
We want to bring everybody in.
Give us your weak and your tired and your poor.
You know what I mean?
Statue of Liberty, you know, we all... I get it, bro.
But nigga, it's not 1910 no more.
Okay?
We're built up.
We're full.
We're fucking full, man.
We need to fix the problems at home first, before we even think about immigration.
We got so many goddamn problems, the last thing we need to do is bring in foreigners into our problems.
Right?
So, yeah.
It's extremely problematic, guys.
Extremely problematic.
Now, let me see here on the Twitter space.
So let me explain real quick, guys, how illegal smuggling works.
So, quick little background.
As you guys know, when I was working for Uncle Sam back in the day, one of my specialties was I investigated something called human smuggling.
Not to be confused with human trafficking.
People conflate the two all the time and they're completely different crimes.
One's under Title 18, the other one is under Title 8.
8 U.S.C.
1324 is smuggling and harboring illegal aliens.
So this is how the illegal aliens come into the United States, right?
So let's say my name is Pidgey, right?
And I want to come to the United States, but I don't know how to code and Facebook doesn't want to hire me, right?
So I'm like, oh shit, I gotta find a way to get in here!
So, I go ahead and I contact a guy in my area.
Maybe New Delhi or some shit.
Right?
And I say, hey!
I want to go to the United States.
Hook me up.
You know a guy?
Yeah, I know a guy.
Here he is.
He gives me the number of a smuggler.
I call the smuggler.
Hey, I want to go to the United States.
How can you get me there?
Alright, cool.
It's going to cost you 3,000 rupees.
I'm making up a number, right?
Let's say $5,000 US.
Probably a lot more rupees, but you guys get the idea.
I pay that smuggler.
He facilitates my safe travel from India to somewhere in South America, what we would consider a transit country.
To keep things simple, we'll just say Mexico, right?
But typically, the route is through Brazil to Panama, then wherever the fuck, right?
Then they either come in through South Florida, they come in through Mexico.
But let's keep things simple.
Let's say Mexico.
I end up in Mexico City.
I meet Jorge.
Hey Jorge.
I'm here now.
I pay my $5,000 to Pajeet 2 or Patel.
My name's Pajeet.
I paid Patel.
Jorge, I need to get to the United States.
I'm trying to get to San Francisco.
Niggas don't want to hire me at Twitter.
I'm going to go there anyway and march over there.
Jorge tells me, alright.
Cool, Pajeet.
You gotta pay another $3,000 and I'll get you to the border.
Damn, really?
I've got the money.
Alright, nigga, well, you gotta stay here until you get the money.
You gotta still show up at the Stache Show.
Damn.
So I call my family.
Hey, send me $3,000.
I need to get to fuckin' Laredo, Texas.
Right?
Or, sorry, yeah, I need to get to Nuevo Laredo, which is across the border from Laredo, Texas.
My family gives me the money.
I give the money to Jorge.
Jorge says, all right, I'm going to get you a driver.
You'll be in Nuevo Laredo in a day or two.
They drive me up, right?
And while I'm waiting, guys, they're putting me in stash houses, by the way.
Every leg of the trip, I'm getting put in stash houses, and then I'm paying the next guy in the line to continue my journey.
So I get to Nuevo Laredo.
I'm like, ah, yes, I'm here.
I'm close.
I'm about to cross this river and make it.
Smuggler stops me.
No, you're not fucking crossing, because if you try to cross that river, the fucking Zetas are... I think it's cartels, no, let's stay down.
They're gonna fucking shoot you.
You can't cross the river, bro.
You gotta pay them $2,000.
What?
Yeah, you gotta pay the cartel $2,000.
But they're not smuggling me.
Yeah, well, they run the territory, bro.
Sorry.
You gotta pay them $2,000.
Oh, and by the way, you gotta pay me $3,000.
Goddamn!
Oh, and by the way, we're gonna charge you a little bit more, because you're called an exotic.
Okay?
And an exotic guy is basically what smugglers do.
If you're from India, Pakistan, Arab countries, China, that's considered exotic.
You're not a Hispanic from South America, the smugglers charge you more.
So not only does he have to pay now the $2,000 to cross the bridge, excuse me, cross the river, the Rio Grande, and that goes to the cartel.
That doesn't even go to smugglers.
That's just the fee of them operating in the cartel's territory.
He's got to pay, you know, $3,000 to $5,000 more to the guy.
So he pays the $5,000, calls, you know, his mom back in fucking India.
Hey, I need some money.
Sends him another, you know, $5,000, whatever it is.
He crossed the river.
They wade across the Rio Grande River at night.
Border Patrol doesn't catch him.
There's a car on the other side.
Picks him up.
Boom.
Takes him to a stash house in Laredo, Texas.
Now he's in the U.S., right?
Damn, I made it!
Woo!
I'm here!
Closer to San Francisco, and I'm gonna walk into fuckin' Twitter and ask for a job.
Right?
So, um... So what ends up happening, is he gets to that stash house, and they tell him, oh!
You gotta pay me another three thousand, baby!
You thought this was a game?
You gotta pay me money too!
I don't give a fuck what you paid those other niggas before you got here, you gotta pay me now!
Aw, man!
So he calls his fuckin' cousin.
Arash owns a 7-Eleven in fucking San Antonio.
Yo Arash, I need another 3K man!
Again?
Yeah, again!
So he fucking, you know, gives him the money, sends him the money.
Someone goes, alright cool, we're gonna get you to San Antonio, Texas.
He gets to San Antonio, Texas and that's typically what I call the disbursement spot, right?
And then from there?
Him and 50 other illegal aliens get smuggled from Laredo into San Antonio, and then that's the transit spot, and that's where all the families come and meet their, you know, aliens that they paid to get into the United States, and then, bam, they take them to the city that they're gonna go to, because San Antonio, Texas, multiple highways go through, and the biggest highway that goes through is Interstate Highway 10.
Right?
And for those that are unaware, in the United States, highways that are even go east to west.
Highways that are odd go north to south.
95 north to south, interstate 10 east to west.
And interstate 10 takes you from Los Angeles, California all the way to Jacksonville, Florida.
Cross country, baby!
So he takes interstate 10, takes that to LA, and then boom, hops up and gets to San Francisco.
And that, my friends, Is how human smuggling is conducted in the United States.
Right?
Just gave you a play-by-play of how it goes.
Sometimes it's more sophisticated, sometimes it's simpler, but in general that's how it goes.
An illegal alien pays multiple people on each leg of his trip to get transported further into the United States.
Or closer to the United States.
Now, human trafficking.
You guys are probably wondering, well Myron, okay, now we know how the illegal aliens come in and the network that's responsible for that, but what about human trafficking?
Well, the human trafficking a lot of times, guys, occurs, which by the way, like the video, ninjas.
Y'all are not going to get an in-depth explanation like this anywhere else on the fucking internet, by the way, so like the goddamn video.
We got, what, 5,000 y'all ninjas watching right now across the platforms.
So, like the video, guys.
Oh, man.
Look at this!
Another day in office for me!
Look at this, my Twitter account got locked, guys.
Look at that.
Always fucking happens, man.
Is this freedom of speech?
Elon must be watching the stream right now.
Got locked.
They said I said something hateful.
Let's see here.
Oh, okay, I can see why that one got banned.
Alright, anyway!
So, yeah, we do it live, guys.
We do it live.
You gotta, like, delete the fucking tweet and shit, and then they let you have your account back.
This is so lame.
Did they knock me off the space?
Alright, hold on, let me see.
Is my space still up right now?
Oh my god, I think I ended the space.
Hold on, let me... Am I still in the space?
Let me see, hold on, give me one sec, chat.
They would do this right when I was fucking doing a live.
So goddamn... Alright, hold on one sec, chat.
Let me see... I think... Hold on, did it?
Guys in the chat, is the space still live or no?
Hold on.
Are we back?
Are we in here?
Chat?
Let me see.
This shit always happens, man.
This is what happens when you're two bass guys.
You can't even, um... Oh, reconnect?
Alright, I think we're back.
Alright, we are back.
Alright, sweet.
We're back.
Okay.
Sorry, to the Twitter listeners, I literally got my account locked in the middle of the fucking thing.
I called someone a word that rhymes with maggot.
Forgot about that one.
But anyway, look.
So back to what I was saying.
So the human trafficking.
We talked about human smuggling, how it occurs.
Now we're going to talk about human trafficking.
So the way human trafficking goes, guys, is the human trafficking occurs where Let's say that, um, let's go back in the story.
Let's say Jeet got stuck, right?
Let's say Jeet got stuck in, in Laredo, Texas.
He didn't have the money and they're like, yo man, you don't got the money?
Well, you can work it off.
We can make you work some shit.
And then what ends up happening is that then, then he'll go ahead and work off his debt to get smuggled on next leg of his trip.
So that's typically how the human trafficking starts.
It typically starts with debts from the human smuggling.
Right?
And that's the big difference between the two.
Human smuggling is for them to come into the United States and they pay a smuggler to get in.
Human trafficking typically occurs when they can't pay those human smuggling debts.
There's other instances as well where human trafficking occurs, of course, but I'm just giving you how the human trafficking can be tied in with the human smuggling.
Obviously, there's sex trafficking as well.
That's a whole other thing.
But I'm speaking strictly from the immigration perspective of how human trafficking typically begins.
Right?
Okay, so I will go ahead and read chats, and I'm gonna look at the Twitter space as well right now Let me see who's in here Let's see I Think we lost Zach which that's a bummer because he is a former Border Patrol agent So he would know a lot of this stuff that I that I'm talking about But let's see here Looking looking

So, alright, I'm gonna read some of these chats.
Let's see here.
Let me make sure I didn't... Okay, so... What was that?
Oh, Zach's here?
Oh, sweet.
Okay, cool.
Yo, Zach, what's up, bro?

I think you're muted, bro.
Yeah, Zach, I think you're still muted.
We brought you up to speaker, though, man.
So, yeah, fix your mic when you can, and then I'll have you speak.
I'd like to get your take on it as well.
We got Gavin McGinnis.
Sorry, so we got Big Sherm2795 says, do a show with Gavin McGinnis?
Okay.
You know what?
I'll do it.
Sure.
Can someone put me in touch with him?
Somebody let him know Myron Gaines is trying to get a hold of him?
Because I don't know how to contact him.
Bread Guy says Nick was right.
He absolutely was.
He was, man.
As much as people give Nick a hard time, he was right about that.
Hey Paulino, question about Castle's Club.
I signed up for a year for $170 a year.
How do I increase the premium of content and the calls?
Just sign up for premium, bro.
The link is down below.
Click the link and then join up before the price goes up.
Shout out to JSEP, he joined Chaos Club.
Welcome my friend to the team.
JujitsuRedPill says, WMyron, when will Control Chaos drop?
2025.
Don't worry, it's coming.

I know you guys want that podcast with me and Nick, it's coming.
It's coming.
We're just working out some stuff, but it's coming, guys.
We would have done it this year, but, you know, obviously we had this situation with our boy Sneeko.
Which, by the way, go check him out on Twitter, guys.
I know some of you guys might be saying, where's Sneeko?
I haven't seen him in a bit.
He's posting on Twitter, guys.
He's posting a lot of his, like, original-type content.
You know, pre-recorded videos, really artistic, very interesting stuff with a theme.
So go check him out on xGuys.
His handle is Sneeko.
Go check him out.
Um, but that will come.
Uh, Jalop says, notice to disappear, NTA.
You're not, you're not finding these niggas that you can very easily live your life when you're here illegally.
Yeah.
Yeah, you absolutely can.
It's actually harder to find a legal alien than it is to find a regular person.
PapiManManua says, my parents want me to do marriage fraud to get my green card.
That's crazy.
Nah, bro.
Don't do it.
It ain't worth it, man.
It ain't worth it.
You go to jail for that shit.
Then get deported anyway.
Maren, I'm a Lebanese F1 visa and a top engineering PhD program.
I do shit legally.
Restrict F1 to highly qualified people.
F the etc.
and the illegals.
Okay.
I'm on YouTube.
I'm taking it easy, bro.
Hey, get your PhD, man.
Will it be cheaper to just pay for a visa?
You can't pay for a visa, bro.
Can I speak?
My name is Kleenex.
Only if you're based and not a weirdo.
Zach, did you figure out your mic situation?
Yeah, can you hear me?
Yeah, I got you, bro.
So let me introduce Zach real quick.
For those that don't know, Zach is a Border Patrol agent.
I don't want to call him a former Border Patrol agent because he still has his job.
And he worked, I think he worked on the southwest border and he's up in the northern border now.
Has quite a bit of knowledge on immigration.
Zach, I'll kind of give you the floor.
I'm on YouTube, bro, so just try not to swear too too much or say anything too crazy, but welcome to the show, bro.
Hey, thank you for having me so much.
I was able to step away from the family for a little bit and talk.
Can I disagree with you on the O1?
Is that okay?
Sure, go ahead.
What's your take on O1?
Why are we letting people in the country?
I mean, because you know me and you agree on a lot of different stuff with both the immigration, uh, you know, we both work for immigration services, you know, me border patrol, you ICE.
Why do you want, and I'm not trying to come at you, dude, you know this is respectful.
Why, why let anybody into the country right now?
Well, what I'm saying is, if they're gonna go ahead, my criticism is simply that if we're gonna let people into the country, right, and we're gonna bring in people with extraordinary skill, like Elon Musk and Vivek were talking about, I was saying they need to do it through the O-1 visa.
That's what I was saying.
No, and I totally get that, but I think it's just a matter of principle for me.
No one's coming in, dude.
I'm all set, okay?
Look at Helene, the hurricane.
Look at everything.
I just witnessed 20 million people get let into the country, use subsidies.
The board is closed.
We want mass deports.
I mean...
And I'm not trying to come at you with the 0-1 thing.
No, no, no.
I mean, it's fine, bro.
Like I said, I'm heavily on immigration restriction as well.
I'm just saying, if Vivek and Elon want to push for extraordinary ability like they claim, I'm saying they need to do it through the 0-1 route, not the H-1B route.
And you can assume they're lying, right?
You know they're lying at this point.
Oh, well, yeah.
It's to make money.
But the reason why they won't do the O1 route is because they know that most people that they hire don't qualify for it.
That's why I said do the O1 route.
No, they want to bring in as many people.
They're no different than handing out these NTAORs.
In my opinion, there's no difference.
They're just going to hand it out in a different way with the H1Bs.
Yeah.
To me, it's all the same.
They're just trying to run the racket.
So now we just found out that they're lying.
But the 0-1 is way harder to get, bro.
Like, the 0-1, like, they would actually have to put in a... Oh yeah, you have to be extraordinary.
You gotta be like a superstar athlete or something, or a movie star.
Yeah, you gotta be very good.
But no, I see... I agree with you that we need to shut the border down in general.
I'm saying that if they want to do this extraordinary bullshit that they're claiming, do it through the 0-1, not the H-1.
But I agree with you.
Yeah, and it's only a handful of people.
And I agree with you, dude.
On most things, but I don't want to be just a guy that agrees with you, so I had to give you a little pushback on that.
Yeah, that's fine.
You know what I mean?
No problem.
But listen, but there's so many cowards today that came out and agreed with these people.
I mean, even Alex Jones now.
I mean, really?
Yeah, it's crazy.
There's no way.
They just want to agree to prop themselves up in the algo, dude.
Well, yeah.
I mean, they're scared to be a dissenting voice on this.
Isn't that so cowardly of you?
Isn't that sick?
I mean, they already have millions of followers, and they just want to agree with Elon and Vivek to, what, get ahead even further?
Well, it's because they don't understand what's going on.
So, for them, right?
And here's the thing, like, unless you've been on the southwest border, you see, like, you know, the problems that immigration causes, uh, you know, you're not...
You're just not going to get it.
And I don't expect them to understand, Vivek and Elon, because they're only dealing with a small percentage of the immigration problem from a very nuanced angle.
And the whole H-1B thing is, I think it's one of the scamiest visas there are.
It's just a way for big tech, especially, to get cheap labor.
And they've been exploiting that for years.
And I'm glad that Laura Loomer kind of brought attention to this shit.
Because a lot of people don't don't know about it right, but I was talking about earlier I don't know if you're in a space I talked about how we're kind of getting attacked when it comes to immigration from multiple different angles We have the issues on the southwest border, but then we also have the exploitation of certain visas J1, F1, H1B's We have overstays with visas a lot of times with these people we have people that come in as Immigrant wait, sorry, non visa waiver countries and they overstay their visas especially for fucking Canada and France so
We're getting hit with immigration on multiple different angles, and it's a problem, and the visas are one of the most exploited ones.
Yeah, they're killing us on every angle.
Obviously the visas, obviously on the NTOIs.
They're sneaking in illegally undetected, and the American quality of life has just plummeted.
And, as a matter of principle, we don't want- I'm telling you, most people, and I know that you're an everyday guy, but I'm telling you, firsthand, we don't want nobody else coming into our country.
And it's hard for me to sit- and not coming against you, but like the kid Ed Krasenstein earlier, it's hard for me to sit here and listen to it, when I put my job and my life on the line to speak out against it, we win, and we're supposed to close the border, and now we want to bring thousands, if not millions of people, into America.
And I can't sit here and just take it and say, yeah, yeah, these people just aren't, uh, they don't know, no, no, no, no.
We want mass deports, dude.
I don't care if you never committed a crime in your life other than crossing the border illegally or overstaying your visa, you should be removed.
That's the law.
Yeah, yeah, I mean, um... You can get out of the country, buddy.
What else did we sign up for?
When you signed up to be an ICE agent, did you not sign up to rip people out of the country and put them back into their country if they overstayed or whatever it was?
Well, we focus more on the smugglers, but same shit.
Like, you're going after the infrastructure that allows illegal smuggling to happen in the first place, right?
Because we know that- I understand you're going after big- you're going- you were going after bigger fish, but I'm saying if your boss told you to take out, uh, there's somebody- there's three people there that are illegal, they never committed a crime, they told you to remove them, you would have done it.
That's what you signed up to do, essentially.
Yeah, I've been out with Border Patrol and I've physically removed people where I brought them to the Mexican border on the bridge and turned them over to Mexican authorities.
I've done that before too.
That's what we want ICE to do and our Border Patrol to do.
We don't pay them to turn their back.
And I was explaining to them, I was also explaining to them before you came in, how immigration is a very political, it's a political dirty word, and depending on who's in office, if the Democrats are in office, a lot of times they're much more lax on immigration.
Can you explain to the people real quick, because I explained to them the ER process and notice-to-appears, and how a lot of these illegal aliens were getting notice-to-appears, but what were you guys doing at the border, if you could kind of just quickly explain to them when you guys would catch an illegal alien?
Okay, so before this whole debacle happens, someone would cross you to do an ER.
It's an expedited removal.
Basically, they're waiving their right.
They're just going back to their country.
That's what you would expect to happen, right?
Yep.
That's what they did when I was in Laredo under Trump.
Yeah, of course.
I mean, what else would you want them to do?
And I'm not talking to you, but I'm saying as the American citizen, you're paying these guys to do a job.
They cross, we catch them, they sign a few signatures.
It takes very little time.
And we remove you back to the country you came in from, Mexico.
We drop you off there.
Now, what was happening was these people were getting NTAORs, which, as you know, you couldn't even get somebody that was going to help your case get one.
Now, all of a sudden, they're giving them out like candy.
That's all they were getting.
Let me explain that to the audience real quick.
So chat, I would get, like, let's say they would catch a load of illegal aliens and one of the guys in there was like, could be a good informant.
I'd ask Border Patrol, I'd beg, can you please give them an NTA ROR?
And they would literally tell me no.
I had to process them myself.
Now, right?
They're giving out NTA RORs to fucking all these illegal aliens.
I couldn't even get it for an informant that was giving me information.
Now they're just giving it out to people.
So that's just to kind of give you guys Buy the million, and then they're five, six years out from going to a court date.
Then they don't show up to a court date, and then we want ICE to remove them.
They say, well, they haven't committed a crime.
That's what Ed was saying.
They pay taxes.
They help the GDP.
It's like, so they came here, got a cell phone, got a plane ticket, got a hotel room, got government subsidies to live, eat, work.
They don't do anything.
They're on the dole.
Never worked a day in their life in this country.
They came here to apply for asylum.
So you're applying for asylum because you're persecuting your country, but you just passed through eight other countries?
See, why didn't you stop in those other countries?
Oh, you want to come here and live off my tax dollars?
So, at no point would it ever make sense or is it even feasible to let them stay here, and now they're here in the millions.
And we're talking about giving out more visas to more workers.
Like, let's remove those people, shut the borders down, and get back on track.
Obviously, that doesn't benefit anybody except the everyday working American.
We always come last.
That's just the point, and we're seeing that people that we kind of supported as an American first movement, they're immediately turning our backs on us.
So that's why as a matter of principle, anyone that supports that, I can't stand for.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, I mean, I've absolutely, I think, you know, the immigration, it is a problem and we need to restrict this significantly and bringing in, and my issue, look, my biggest thing is like, we're taking, because these H-1B visas, man, I think it's one of the most exploited visas we have, and I'm so glad that Laura brought attention to this shit, because I've been, like, I've known this shit for years, but I didn't really talk about it because most Americans don't understand this shit.
Guys, they're literally using these H-1B visas to hire people so that they can just pay them less.
It's like a fucking corporate loophole where these big-ass companies hire these people, right, under the premise of getting a job, and then what ends up happening a lot of times is these guys get these H-1B visas and they're able to transition and get a green card, etc., and they're basically kind of just able to segue in and get this job.
And they go back and smuggle more people, Myron.
They go back to the board.
You know how many people have caught in cars on H-1B visas smuggling more people illegally and nothing happens and they don't get prosecuted, nothing gets removed?
Yeah.
Think about that.
They go.
So now they exploited that system and now they're exploring it further by picking up people at the border, driving them in that we don't even know who they are.
Meanwhile, in the we're talking about kids now that are getting raped and trafficked and killed.
500,000 missing.
And I came on your show is 300,000.
Now it's up to 500,000.
It's almost like me and you knew what we were talking about.
And then you look at the subway.
There's a woman getting burned alive to death by a Guatemalan immigrant.
I mean, I hate the fact that history's gonna be kind to me, but I saw this coming.
It didn't take a genius to understand.
It just took a guy like me with a little bit of courage, I love this country, and said, you know what?
I'll put my job on the line to tell the truth.
And luckily I had you to give me a platform to do so, and you still are.
Yeah, no, I mean, I think it's important and something that very few people, like, I don't think any political commentators can talk to this level of detail when it comes to immigration because unless, and I don't blame them, unless you've worked immigration yourself, you're not going to understand this shit.
Most people simply don't know.
And actually, matter of fact, guys, anyone that has questions, you guys have two people here that probably know more about the INA than anyone else on the internet that I know of.
So if you guys got some questions or whatever, get your questions in.
You can go ahead and send them in on a RumbleRant, Castle Club chat.
Or FNFsuperchat.com ask your questions because you guys honestly have a unique Experience here.
We got a border patrol agent.
You got an investigator needs to do deal with this shit, but um, but sorry go ahead You were saying Zack?
No, it's just funny that, you know, you'll get border patrol agents or ICE guys that are retired that, you know, I did it while I was employed.
So what benefit did I have?
How much money have I made by going on your show?
You paid for, um, and you gave me a few, you gave me a few hunch or whatever you gave me, seven, whatever it was to join the union.
I haven't made millions.
I didn't leave, I didn't get my gun and badge taken to, uh, become a political influencer or ex guy.
I've made nothing.
Do you want to talk about it?
It's up to you, but do you want to talk about... because I saw this coming when you came on our show, so I'll kind of let you... We already knew that it was coming, so... Do you want to tell them what you've dealt with?
We... I don't want to make it about me, it's about the immigration thing, dude.
Listen, I'm an American first, but just so you know, because me and you haven't had a chance to talk, they went to talk to me.
I didn't get in trouble.
They haven't even proposed this one because they don't know what to do.
I'm sure they're listening to this right now.
I would not, I would not engage in an interview.
Not because I was afraid to answer any questions.
I've done nothing wrong, but tell the truth, but I'm a whistleblower, dude.
And I went to, I went to, I went to Congressman Ron Johnson.
I went to the OIG long before I ever did your show.
Okay.
That's a protected pathway.
So by them interviewing me and me participating in that, that's just showing the next whistleblower that he's going to be forced to participate in that.
And listen, if you're working for the government, And you want to come forward and tell the truth because you love your country?
You shouldn't be investigating.
You shouldn't have to participate in that investigation.
And that's where I stand.
Because I said that, they took my badge and gone.
Hold on, so who came to, was it OPR or was it OIG?
OPR.
OPR, Office of Professional Responsibility.
Alright, so, can I explain that real quick to the audience here?
Please, please brother.
Okay, so, so Chad, this is the way it goes, right?
When you're a government employee, because I really want you guys to understand what Zach is really risking even having this conversation with me right now and coming on the show.
When you're a government employee and you're a gun toter, you're law enforcement, right?
If any type of allegation comes across, whether it's, you know, inappropriate behavior, or you get a DUI, you get arrested for some bullshit, or someone in the office complains about you, or any of this shit, what's up happening is it automatically gets sent to something called the Joint Intake Center, right?
The JIC.
And what'll happen is, is that will automatically send a referral over to the Office of Professional Responsibility, as well as Office of Inspector General.
Now, just to explain this to you guys, Office of Professional Responsibility, think of them as Internal Affairs, right?
They're Internal Affairs for Border Patrol, right?
So, they're going to go ahead and do administrative investigations of misconduct when it comes to policy, code, whatever the fuck it may be, right?
Like, typically non-criminal stuff.
It could rise up to the level of criminal, but it's typically going to be smaller stuff.
Lying under oath, 1001, that type of shit.
Then you got the Office of Inspector General, OIG, who handles all criminal cases of federal employees within that department.
So, in this case, it would be DHS OIG.
FBI also gets involved as well if it becomes egregious, right?
There's like real corruption.
Now, with that said, Zach Smart went to the OIG first, said, look, I'm going to go ahead and whistleblow on this shit.
And I didn't know you did that, which is smart that you did that.
Then he came out and then obviously as a matter of, you know, they have to do it.
OPR obviously had to open up a case and they went ahead and brought him in and they do something called a, I think it's called a Garrity interview if I'm not mistaken, where you are compelled to come in and answer questions because you're not under a criminal proceeding.
It's an administrative proceeding.
So they can ask you questions and you have to answer.
They swear you in and you answer the questions.
In this case, Zach, you said you just told them basically pound stand and not answering questions, right?
I said, uh, because other whistleblowers are behind me and I've done nothing wrong, that I'm not going to participate in this interview because they're going to feel compelled to participate in the same interview if they've told the truth on a public platform.
I didn't give away anything.
Operational security.
I gave away nothing other than the truth.
Yeah.
And to save lives.
And that's what I was trying to do is save people's lives like that woman on the train by telling the American public, this is much worse than you're being told it is.
Yeah.
So OPR obviously... Sorry, sorry.
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
No, just since I... So, basically, you're explaining it much better than I ever could.
You're much smarter than me.
But, pretty much, if you want to keep your job, you have to participate in that interview.
I said, I'm not participating in this interview because I already went to OIG.
That's a protected pathway.
I'm a protected whistleblower.
And I've gone to a congressman, a senator, Ron Johnson, who... That's also a protected pathway.
Once you speak to a senator, they can't investigate you on that whistleblowing process.
Okay.
And he's one of the biggest senators in the country and he advised me not to do it.
He advised me not to do it because he said, listen, these agencies, essentially what he said were, these agencies are rogue, they get away with whatever they want and I can't protect you.
That's what one of the most powerful senators in the country told me.
Yeah.
And I mean, given that you went that pathway, I don't blame you because it's a compelled interview and when you do a compelled interview, you know, Look, the only thing that could really save you when you do those compelled interviews is, like, not lying.
Like, just... Because when you do those things, you can't lie.
So it's just better off sometimes to stay silent.
But, in your case, what they did was they gave them what they wanted, which they could take your gun, they could put you on desk duty, all this bullshit when you don't answer the questions.
But that's a price I'm willing to pay because I don't want somebody else to have to feel like they need to do it.
I'm trying to make real change.
And the thing is, if you, because you're a special agent, okay, you could interview me.
There's nothing I'm ashamed to say that I did.
I mean, I did everything very methodically and thoughtfully.
I did this step by step by step.
There's nothing like, I'm hiding.
What did I say?
What did I really say that was so out of line?
Yeah, and I'll keep it real with you, bro.
Those agents probably agree with you to some degree.
They probably just had to interview you because they have to do it.
Yeah, it's check in a box.
Because here's the thing with OPR, right?
When OPR comes in, they only got like six months to complete their investigation if it's administrative.
The only time they can extend it longer is if it's a criminal investigation.
Your case is strictly administrative.
Right?
So, they can't really do too much, so the only thing they could do is like, okay, you don't want to answer questions on the compelled interview, alright, typically what we have to do is now we have to take your gun, put you on restricted duty, and then like, kind of wait on the outcome of the case.
It's a violable offense, it's a violable offense, but it's funny that, and I state apolitical, but it's funny that the day after the election, people started being much nicer to me, and now no one wants to bring the hammer of justice because they know, due to the fact that I was in James O'Keefe's movie, and he was at Mar-a-Lago the night that Trump won the election, I'm not that far removed from the guy that's running the show.
Well, I'll be honest with you, bro.
If they fire you, it's gonna look really bad.
So, I'm glad that, you know, you went through OIG.
I'm glad that we went ahead and secured you a lawyer.
You know, you didn't have to say that, that I helped you out with that.
I mean, I was gonna keep that behind the scenes, but I appreciate that you gave me that shout-out.
Obviously, when you came on the show... And you've been phenomenal.
And guys, Myron's been phenomenal.
That's why I'm a proponent of Myron.
I mean...
I don't agree with everything you have to say, and I'll tell you straight to your face, but you've been nothing but respectful to me, you've brought me on your show, you've helped me, and as I tell you, I don't expect anything.
I just wanted a platform to speak, and you took it much further than that, and you gave me money.
So if anybody ever comes at you, it bothers me, because I'm not here to kiss your ass, I really don't care one way or the other, but I tell the truth.
If there's nothing else, I tell the truth, and you've been good to me, dude.
No, I knew that as soon as you came on the show that OPR was going to open a case, bro.
So I was like, dude, you know, me and you talked about it offline, you know, I was, you know, I appreciate you giving me that love, but I was like, dude, I can't let you walk out of the studio without helping you out.
So, you know, I think me getting you a lawyer or helping you get one was the most... Dude, I used to be on the job too.
So like, that's the first thing I was like, nah, fuck that.
We need to get you a lawyer, dude.
Cause, um, you know, this, this is, yeah, I knew an OPR case was going to be open immediately as soon as you came on.
Yeah, and I'm willing to get fired, and I'm willing for anything to happen.
I knew every single consequence that I could face, but I wasn't going to stand by and watch my country, you know, go to the wayside.
I mean, you came here, your parents came here, they did it the right way.
Obviously, they're legal, you're legal.
We all have an interest in this country succeeding.
And when you have 500,000 kids missing, and they're being raped, and we have alien criminals putting our women on fire, raping them and killing them, my job becomes second to that.
And maybe that's a rare stance nowadays.
Maybe guys just want to pay for their family.
I'll go beg, borrow, and steal before I let that continue on without me standing up and saying something.
I don't want to be dramatic, but we've gone to this point because men have become cowardly.
They've kept their mouths shut because their wives have told them, babe, don't say anything.
Just keep collecting the paycheck.
It's not your problem to deal with.
If you consider yourself a child of God, and I'm not pushing Jesus How are you gonna propagate and allow rapes and murders of our citizens by people that were just giving everything to come in here?
You shouldn't be able to look yourself in the mirror.
Yeah.
No, it's, it's, it's, it's wild, man.
And I would love somebody to debate me on that, because there's a lot of guys that are like, oh, you should have said something different than that, or you're a grifter.
Where did I grift?
What money have I made?
How has my life gone any easier or better?
Yeah, I mean, it doesn't benefit you at all to come out with this, man.
I'll tell you that.
I mean, I remember before I brought you on the show, I warned you.
I was like, hey man, are you sure you want to do this?
Because I knew that this was going to go to the JIC immediately, and they were going to give you this bureaucratic bullshit and tell you all, you know, you can't do that, all this other shit, and take your gun away and stuff.
But I'll say this, man.
You know, optics on you and Trump being in office, if they fired you, it would look really fucking bad, bro.
And I'll tell you this, if they fire you, bro, I am going to be one of your biggest advocates and we'll make sure that we make them look stupid for doing that if they fire you.
Because you're just nothing more than a whistleblower, bro.
I appreciate that.
All I wanted was to tell the truth, dude.
I mean, listen, I lost both my brothers to fentanyl overdoses.
And once again, it's not about me.
But, you know, like, I'm only bringing this up because it's like kind of easy for people to understand.
Like, look at the tape.
"Yeah, we grew up, my father was a cab driver, my mother's handicapped, we didn't have nothing but ourselves.
Yeah.
They both died of drugs." When my brothers got taken from me, I started to live for a greater purpose.
So when you're living for something more than yourself, that's why you speak out.
And I really, I wanna, 'cause a lot of government employees listen to you, and a lot of government employees have reached out to me behind the scenes and said, "Hey, dude, I could never have done that, but good on you." Guys, if you tell the truth, regardless of consequence, you will always be okay.
Tell the truth.
Do not lie.
Just tell the truth.
And if there's something wrong, it needs to be brought to the American public's attention.
You're only on this earth for a short amount of time.
Make a friggin' difference.
Don't be a coward and keep your mouth shut.
Not when our country's falling by the wayside.
Did anyone have a question for me or Zach here on the panel?
I see two hands here.
We'll go to Irrelevant.
Go ahead.
I just want to say that I'm sorry about your situation, but I'm glad that you're so brave and I wish more people like you were in the government.
Seriously, thank you, mate.
I'm not that brave, brother.
I'm really not.
Typically, people who are very brave, they're very humble.
So, you're brave, mate.
You're really brave.
Nah, it's really all my thanks go to Myron on this for even bringing me on this platform.
Otherwise, I'd be talking into an echo chamber of like three people.
So, but thank you anyways.
And I also wanted to add with the whole debacle that we're having here on Twitter that People like Elon, Vivek, and all the people on that side don't understand that people are not fungible.
You can't just replace people and expect to get the same results.
People from different countries have different cultures.
And the people who created the United States, you can't just replace Europeans and expect to get the same results.
And it seems that people like Ilon, people like Vivek, etc.
don't quite understand that.
that you can't just replace the people and expect to have the same country.
Just wanted to say that.
There's no skin in the game, dude.
They don't have brothers and sisters.
They didn't fight for this country.
Ask a veteran.
Listen, our country's fine.
Like, we don't need to go... And this is just a personal opinion, right?
So now I'm going into my own personal opinion.
We had many... Like, the American spirit, we figure it out.
We don't go out and get talent.
Oh, we need the best talent.
We got enough people here.
The American man and woman can handle it on their own.
For them to go out and try to assert that we need other people, that's just a money grab.
And anyone that agrees with that, they're just trying to gain favor with Elon, with VVAC, with Jones, with PBD.
And some of these guys I learn a lot from and I really like, but I gotta call a spade a spade.
I can't tell the truth half the time.
I gotta tell the truth all the time.
If I disagree with mine, I gotta say mine.
I don't agree with your standpoint.
Doesn't mean I don't like the kid.
You gotta tell the truth, man.
I mean, I don't know what else to say.
Alright, um, let's move on to the next person.
Uh, who has, uh, who else had a question?
I can't even see if the hands are up.
Is it, um, shit, who was the next?
Remo.
Okay, go ahead.
Hey, hey guys, try to make it brief.
Uh, just shoot your question real quick and, uh, cause I got a lot of people hearing that.
I'm gonna read the chats.
Uh, guys, real quick for you guys that are watching.
We're live on X, we're live on YouTube, we're live on Rumble, we're live on all platforms.
We got what, say almost 6,000 of you guys watching across all the different platforms.
Myron, I gotta run, dude.
I love you.
God bless you.
I'm with family.
I'm sorry that I have to run.
Thank you for everything, dude.
I love you.
I love you like a brother though.
No worries, man.
Take it easy.
Have a good time with your family and, you know, happy holidays.
I know we're past Christmas.
Um, cool.
No worries, man.
So I'll read some of these chats and then yeah, guys, if you guys got questions, get them in now.
You guys heard it right there from Border Patrol agent, the shit that's going on on the border.
It sucks, guys.
I'm telling you, man, it's not necessarily good.
And just so you guys know, we only got, what, 993 likes on YouTube?
Guys, let's get to 2,000.
Come on, man.
Y'all are getting some free content right here.
You guys are getting an in-depth look at immigration.
You guys probably aren't going to get this level of detail anywhere else on the fucking internet because you got two guys, well, he just left.
With two guys that actually are on the front lines that dealt with this shit.
And know the INA.
So we got Josie here.
She says... Hey, Byron?
Yeah, what's up?
It's Remo.
Yo, what's up?
Thanks for letting me swing in and take a mic.
Thanks for having the space.
I appreciate it.
Yeah, I was gonna ask Zach what he's doing now and if he's on the Rubber Gun Squad or whatever.
I was Class 344 at FLETC.
Border Patrol.
Oh, really?
Okay.
I retired two years ago.
I was Air and Marine Operations, flew helicopters, worked as a congressional liaison in the Senate for like the last four years, their headquarters in D.C., and everything he's talking about, it's just dead on, right on.
I would tell anyone that's like working for the government now, if you're thinking about doing what he did, make sure you have all your ducks in a row first.
You gotta go up your chain of command.
But, like, quickly right after that, do what he did.
You know, you have to research it, make sure you go to OIG or your congressman, and make sure you get that whistleblower status.
Yeah, they did put him on RoboGunSquad, because he didn't want to answer the OPR questions.
Gotcha.
Good for him, you know?
Yeah.
I wish... When I first came in, mid-90s or late-90s, we had like 4,000 total Border Patrol agents.
Cross the whole southern border and a little bit of the northern border.
And most of those guys were like him.
Now we've got about 20,000, plus or minus.
And I would say probably maybe only 4,000 to 5,000 are like him.
It's tough to hire good people nowadays.
Most of the people don't pass the polygraph.
They don't pass the interview.
It's just hard to find people to work in the Border Patrol.
And then we lose them.
Yeah, they leave a lot.
They use it as a stepping stone to get into HSI or the FBI or one of these investigative agencies.
So yeah, it's really hard for the border patrol.
I mean, I remember there was a time where like 80 to 90% of their guys were flunking out just on a polygraph.
They had to tune it down a little bit because they had major corruption in early 2010s.
I think they had a mass hiring in the early 2000s.
Then a lot of those guys ended up doing some bullshit in 2010.
So they went ahead and brought the standards up.
Dude, I helped with that polygraph standardization because we saw that it was really difficult to meet the threshold of people that we wanted to hire.
So yeah, we had to lower that and we had polygraphers that were absolutely brutal.
Honestly dude, polygraphs are fucking bullshit too.
They're not based on telling the truth or not.
They're based on bodily functions.
Like you can literally like eat a cheeseburger and your stomach isn't responding well and do the fucking test.
The next thing you know it's like, you know, they're saying that you're showing signs of deception.
And the other thing too is that it's 100% subjective on the polygrapher.
100%.
You know, you would not believe some of the questions that these people answered and they They tried to be truthful, but they're not people you want working for your agency.
It was nuts.
I really can't talk about that, but I was on the disciplinary review board.
I can talk about that.
You would not believe the people that we actually keep.
Yeah.
After some of the crap they've done.
It's hard to fire a government employee.
It really is.
It's very hard.
That's why I think if they fired Zach, he could probably sue and get some back pay, man, because he does have a protected status as a whistleblower, but we know these federal agencies fire people all the time.
I mean, they've fired FBI agents for testifying and whistleblowing, so we'll see what happens, man.
Yeah, I'll pray for him, because if he does get fired, he will definitely, in this administration, get his job back, if he wants it.
You know?
If he wants it.
He'll probably have to fight, though, unfortunately.
I hope they don't fire him.
I hope, like, him being on social media puts pressure on them to not... I mean, I don't know how Border Patrol... Who's the deciding official on Border Patrol?
Who would it even be?
So, it depends.
Let me explain real quick to the audience what that is.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
Let me explain to the audience because we're speaking government lingo here and I already know that a lot of people here might be lost.
So, okay, guys, anytime there's a disciplinary act on you, right, and you work for the government, whether you're FBI, DEA, any of these federal agencies, right, there's going to be OPR or OIG that conducts an investigation, right?
If it's not criminal and it's administrative, let's say you did some dumb shit, right, on your off time.
OPR or OIG is going to do their investigation.
Most of the time it's going to be OPR because OPR is non-criminal, right?
They're going to deal with administrative shit.
Let's say you get into an altercation at a bar and you fight somebody and punch them or some shit, right?
You get into this altercation, OPR does their investigation, and they turn their findings over to somebody called the deciding official.
Right?
And this deciding official, typically, if you work for the FBI, it's going to be the special agent in charge.
If you work for Homeland Security, it's going to be the special agent in charge.
If you work for Border Patrol, I don't know if it's going to be the station chief, or if it's going to be the Border Patrol agent in charge of the station.
I don't know who it would be.
I'm going to turn it over to Remo to answer that.
But the deciding official, guys, long story short, is the person that decides whether you get fired or not, or you get some type of disciplinary action.
So, Remo, who would even make the decision on that?
So I can only talk to Customs and Border Protection, and I'll say that we have Office of Field Operations, Air and Marine Operations, and Border Patrol.
And on the Disciplinary Review Board, we get these cases, the administrative cases, and we review them, we look at them, we compare them to the table of offenses.
Like there's a whole list of things that if you do it wrong, there's a recommended discipline for you.
Gotcha.
Two weeks off the beach, 30 days off, or, you know, recommend firing, whatever.
Gotcha.
And then that goes back to their original boss, whether it's a PAIC or an SAIC.
Those are their patrol agent in charge or their, I forget what SAIC stands for, or the port Or the Port Director.
Yeah, so for CBP, hold on real quick, let me explain that to them real fast.
Hold on.
So guys, again, speaking of that jargon, so there's Customs and Border Protection, right, Chad?
And you have two sections of them, two main components.
Well, there's really three, but the two big ones are Office of Field Operations, so think of them as the blue uniforms at the airports, right?
And at the bridge when you try to come to the United States, they're at all valid ports of entry.
Then, you have Office of Border Patrol, green uniforms.
They're the ones that are on the southwest border, northwest border.
If you try to come in illegally, they're the ones that are going to stop you.
So, the way I explain it to people is, if they're in blue uniform, you're coming in illegally, right?
land border crossing, et cetera.
If you see a green uniform, a lot of times you're coming in illegally and they're catching you on the Southwest border, somewhere on the Northwest border.
So that's the easiest way to put it.
Then you got the office of Air and Marine, which that's a whole other thing, but I won't go into that.
But what he's saying is that there's a board that covers both border patrol and customs and border protection.
So since it seems like there's a review board, the person that's the deciding official depends on which agency you work for.
So if you work for Border Patrol, it's going to be the patrol agent in charge.
If you work for Customs and Border Protection, OFO, it's going to be something called the port director.
And a port director, guys, is a guy that oversees a port.
So let's say you got the JFK Airport, right?
JFK Airport, that's a huge airport.
There's probably going to be a port director that oversees all the CBP officers at that port.
Hell, somewhere that big might have two or three port directors.
So, they're the top guys at that location, and they'll probably be the local deciding officials.
So, it seems like there's a board, they give a recommended disciplinary action, and then the port director and or the patrol agent in charge makes a final decision.
But that's just so you guys understand.
A border patrol agent in charge?
Customs and Border Protection is going to be Port Director.
So, sorry Remo, go ahead.
I just had to explain that to them.
No, no, exactly.
You were exactly right and you do really well at explaining it.
I just wanted to hop on and if Zach is off, I can be your backup as far as there's any questions.
Yeah, what I was going to ask you, if you could just finish your, because you were saying the board, you were saying that the board makes the decision.
So is this a board of like border patrol agents and customs and border protection guys?
Yeah, it's all three.
So, okay.
Yeah.
And then there's like a bunch of cases it'll come through, it'll go through the, what is that?
Yeah.
I don't even know, like OPR will do an investigation and then they'll drop their paperwork and then we look at it.
And there'll be like three people, usually from different agencies.
So I'll sit there with a border patrol guy and an OFO person and we'll review the cases.
And then we talk to each other, we're like, all right, I recommend, you know, 30 days off.
And then they, you know, argue whether or not they want to fire them or do 30 days as well.
And sometimes it's a land bunk and we all agree on it.
And sometimes, and I can't even believe this, but I've seen times where a supervisor who's over somebody has sexual relations at work at a government facility, borrows a lot of money from that person, doesn't pay him back, and gets caught.
Oh, shit.
And people are sitting there, the two other people I was arguing with on the Discipline Review Board, I'm like, that's a firing fence in my book.
And they were arguing that it was not.
And it ended up being two against one.
And so it went back to like the port director as, you know, 30 days off, no pay.
And I'm like, are you kidding me?
So, so you guys would, so, so OPR does their invest, so that's weird that OF, so okay, so CBP does it completely differently.
So, so OPR does their investigation, the special agents do their own independent investigation, they give you guys their findings, you guys take the findings, look at the code of conduct, see where it falls, you guys kind of try to come to a middle ground of what you suggest, you guys as a panel send that suggestion to either the port director or the patrol agent in charge, depending on whether they're CBP or border patrol, and then That port director and or patrol agent in charge is the deciding official then?
Correct.
Now, we're not just willy nilly trying to figure out what we're going to do with these people.
If we have hardcore questions that we're trying to answer, there are labor attorneys around us that we can reach out to and help us answer questions.
Gotcha.
You know, get answers.
Gotcha, because you guys don't want to give a suggestion that might be too harsh and then that person can come back and sue and it creates problems.
Correct.
Correct.
Okay, that makes sense.
All right.
No, I mean, that's that's a very nuanced and interesting specialty that you were on that disciplinary board.
What do you think is going to happen in Zach's case, then, since you actually sat on these boards?
I mean, his affair with, you know, going on podcasts and speaking publicly about this, what do you think is going to happen?
You know, it's the nexus, right, is the problem that Border Patrol hates.
Cause he's put his summons letter on the internet, bro.
Like he's put his whole, like he's put all those letters that OPR gives him and shit.
He's put them on the internet.
I was like, Oh shit.
Whoa, man.
So I remember, remember that Facebook problem where everyone had, they were on a private Facebook page and this group of attorneys in Philadelphia or whatever it was somehow got involved with that or got in that and started basically taking screenshots Of what Border Patrol agents were saying about, like, AOC and whoever else.
Yeah.
And I belong to that.
Luckily, I don't think I say anything stupid enough to get caught up in it.
But, some of those people lost their jobs.
Yeah.
For a private Facebook page.
Fucking amazing.
Because it got out in public and there was a nexus back to the Border Patrol.
I think those guys probably could have fought that.
I don't know if they did or not.
Yeah.
I never really followed that the rest of the way.
But, you know.
Yeah, if there's a Nexus back to CBP, and it gets out in the public, then they'll try to hang whatever they can on you.
They'll look at those table of offenses, and there's some in there that'll just easily catch almost anybody for anything.
Yeah, the one they always get people on is fucking... Goddamn.
Lack of candor.
Lack of candor for lying.
That won't fuck you up.
You'll lose your job for that one.
Yep.
What's the one... Goddamn it.
Misuse of government property?
No, no.
What's the other one?
There's one that they use for fucking everything.
It's when you... Oh yeah, it's like a general... It's like basically... Misconduct.
Misconduct is one for sure.
There's one of... God damn it, man.
I can't think of it.
Someone in the chat put it in.
It's like when you're behaving improperly.
Conduct unbecoming.
There you go.
Conduct unbecoming.
Yep.
That's the fucking catch-all that they use every single fucking time, bro.
Conduct unbecoming.
That's like the... Like, if all else fails, they will say, Conduct unbecoming.
You know, even though this is all false allegations, it's coming, it'll be coming, because we have to fucking open a case on your ass on this shit.
That's like the one... Yeah, yeah.
No, I think he's going to be fine.
It'll be hard for him for a while.
I don't think there's any ethics problems or no integrity problems.
Yeah.
He went by the, you know, by the book.
He didn't even answer their questions.
When OPR brought him in, he didn't answer their questions, bro.
Yeah, that's good.
You know?
Good for him.
Well, you know, that makes him have to do work.
And we know government agents don't like having to do work.
Yeah, yeah.
It's good in the sense where they can't jam him up on that, like, off of what he says, so they're not going to get him for lack of candor, because that's the one that will fuck you up every time if you lie.
I tell people every single time, if you're in an internal investigation, OPR calls you in, OIG calls you in, etc.
First thing you ask, well, they're going to tell you this too.
They're going to tell you if it's administrative or criminal.
If it's administrative, you got to answer the questions.
Just don't fucking lie.
Like, you could do the dumbest shit.
As long as you don't lie, nine out of ten times, if you're a good agent and it goes back to your deciding official, they won't fire you.
You'll probably get some days on the beach or whatever, right?
But when you lie, that's when they're like, oh, yep, you're...
Lack of candor.
Lack of candor means you can't testify.
You can't testify, that means you're useless.
You're not a good, credible witness.
Fuckin' cooked.
And that's more than likely, that will get you fired every time.
But condo unbecoming, some dumb shit like that.
Like, I mean, dude, I've told this story before, but I'll go ahead and go down memory lane with you guys.
The year is 2019.
Excuse me, not 2019, it's 2018.
Remo, I'd like to hear your take on this, because you're on fucking boards and you understand this shit.
You've probably heard stories like this.
Year is 2018.
I'm at a club with one of my buddies, right?
And we're walking past the club.
We didn't go inside.
But I had issues with this fucking club.
Fuck that place.
I'm not even going to give them the clout and the name what they are.
They fucking come, grab me and my buddy, tackle us, call the cops on over, and we get handcuffed.
Right?
When the cops search us, they see our creds, right?
And they figure out who we are.
One of the guys was on the Human Trafficking Task Force for the agency that we work for, HSI.
They fucking call the guy.
He's like, hey, I got two of your guys here, blah, blah, blah.
Obviously, we didn't commit any crimes or anything like that.
They let us go.
I find out that the bouncers of this stupid ass club claimed that I had been, I had went inside the club and I got in a fight with the stripper.
Right?
Completely false.
I never stepped foot in there.
It's just that the owner didn't fucking, the head of security didn't like me.
So I know at this point that there's more than likely going to be an internal investigation open.
So I go ahead.
I contact my FLIOA attorney.
I tell him what's going on.
And he's like, all right, cool.
Just let me know.
And, you know, this is what you're going to do.
I let my supervisor know all the shit.
Like fucking clockwork.
Six months down the line, I get an email.
Agent Fuddle, you're requested to come and do a, you know, a compulsive interview, whatever the fuck.
forced interview, right?
Administrative, it's not criminal, right?
And what they always do, guys, when these internal investigations happen is they go talk to fucking everybody.
They talk to who you were there with, they go talk to whoever might have been involved in the allegation, all this shit, right?
So I go in, I sit down, and they're like, hey, look, you know, you got into this altercation at the club.
What happened?
I was like, well, look, I never stepped foot in there.
They're lying.
I never got into altercation with a stripper, any of this shit.
All lies.
Obviously they went and interviewed these bouncers, and they said this shit, but then they reviewed the video camera.
And they saw that IND never went inside.
And it's funny, too, because they had the camera, and when I was walking by the club, since I hate this fucking place, I saw the CCTV camera when I was walking by, and I gave it like a big middle finger like this, right?
And you could see, because I had like a really bright Hawaiian shirt on.
And me and my buddy, right, and I was like hardcore whitening my teeth back then.
I still whiten them now, but you could see the Hawaiian shirt and just my teeth, and you could see a middle finger like this, right, up at the camera.
So, fucking hilarious.
I'll never forget this shit.
The agent, the OPR agent, he was like, okay, did you...
Did you do anything to the camera at this club?
And I was like, uh, I don't know.
I don't recall.
And I could tell he was like holding back the fucking laughter.
And he like pulls out this fucking CCTV still.
And you could see me right there, 4K, giving a middle finger to the fucking club with my Hawaiian shirt on.
And you could see me smiling with my buddy and we're both just giving middle fingers to the camera.
And we're on the sidewalk, and I was like, oh shit, damn, I guess I did give that middle finger.
I don't remember, but yeah, okay.
He was like, okay, nah, it's all good.
I don't know if he asked me that shit to fuck with me, but I was like, yeah, that's me.
He was like, is this you?
And I was like, yeah, that's me.
And obviously, I ended up getting cleared, right?
Because I never went into the fucking club and I never lied, right?
So these fucking assholes tackled me for no fucking reason, got me handcuffed for no fucking reason.
And it was a bunch of bullshit.
But, I tell you guys this funny story to let you guys know, though I did nothing wrong, and it was all lies perpetrated by that club, as found by OPR when they did their investigation, they saw I never went in there.
You're saving grace here was you went to your supervisor.
and when they open up a case, you have to come in and do the interview and it fucking sucks.
Then they did their findings and they sent it to my assistant special agent in charge and she cleared me.
She was like, there's nothing here.
These guys lied on me because they had an issue and it is what it is.
It got fucking cleared.
Nothing happened.
I got no disciplinary action.
But it was a pain in the ass because I had to sit in limbo for like seven months.
Your saving grace there was you went to your supervisor.
Well, that's the way it is in the Border Patrol.
If you don't go to your supervisor after you have an interaction with the cops and they see your badge and creds, then you could get hung up later.
Yeah, I reported it right away.
That's why you survived that.
Otherwise you could have gotten some time off.
Of course, of course.
When that shit went down, that was the first thing I did.
I hit up my supervisor and told him.
They called another GS at my agency.
It already got around anyway.
It was all bullshit.
It was annoying because I had to sit there for six months because I knew I was going to get called in for an interview.
I already knew.
So it is what it is.
But yeah, the key is to be calm, don't lie, and you'll be fine.
But it just goes to show that they will open a case on you even if it's fucking bullshit.
Every time.
Because they have to.
OPR has to open a case.
So I don't blame them because they have to do it, but it's something that sucks and I hope nothing happens to Zach because I've been through that rigmarole, man.
It sucks.
Yeah, I think he's going to be okay.
He's going to go through a lot of pain right now, but in the end, I think he'll be made whole.
He's not getting AUO, I'll tell you that.
You know, sitting at a desk.
No, no, no, he's not at all.
He's on 100% desk, like, yeah, they're not gonna... And for the audience, AUO, guys, is... Fuck, it's Anytime Unavailability... Fuck AUO.
We call it LEAP.
It's called Law Enforcement Availability Pay, but, yeah, Border Patrol gets something different.
It's called AUO.
What the fuck does that shit stand for?
Hold on.
It's Authorized Overtime or something like AUO.
Yeah, Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime.
Bam.
That's what it is.
They used to call it AUO for Federal Agents back in the day, but now it's called Law Enforcement Availability Pay LEAP.
Well, it's funny you say that.
I actually have a bill signed that I worked on for Air and Marine Operations to get us a LEAP.
We wanted to get off AUO.
And while I was doing all this work on the hill, I was working with Border Patrol.
I was like, hey guys, you guys can jump on with us and get LEAP.
And the Border Patrol Union, if anyone's on the Border Patrol that's listening, the Union, go ahead and speak up if you want.
But you had the opportunity to go LEAP.
And they said, no, we don't want it.
No, LEAP sucks, bro.
You make more with AAUO.
You make way more with AAUO.
Well, you can.
You can, but LEAP was awesome for us.
Yeah.
For them, because they work shifts, so AUO for them is way better.
Because for those that are wondering, we're really getting in weeds here, but I'll bring it back to immigration here in a second.
For those that are wondering, you want to be a special agent with FBI, DEA, any of these agencies, guys, they're going to give you something called Law Enforcement Availability Pay LEAP, which is basically 25% added on to your salary.
So let's say you make $50,000, you're going to get an extra $12.5K added.
But here's the problem.
Whether you work 50 hours like you're supposed to, to get the leap, or 100 hours, you're gonna get paid that same amount every single time.
It's very difficult to get overtime as a 1811 and or a special agent unless you're working a wiretap or you're doing some other crazy shit.
But 9 out of 10 times it's very difficult to get overtime.
The only time I've seen 1811s get overtime is you have to be Secret Service or Diplomatic Security Service, where you're doing a lot of protection detail, which works a lot of hours.
That's the only time I've ever seen people get LEAP.
Excuse me, overtime.
But LEAP is typically what they get.
But A.U.O., when you're working shifts like Border Patrol and you get night differential and all this other stuff, yeah, I wouldn't want LEAP either because LEAP, it's automatic every time.
And if you work weekends, nighttime, or overtime, or sorry, or holiday, you don't get none of that pay when you're on LEAP.
But I can see why Aaron Marie would want it.
What was that?
Really simple for everyone involved.
Yeah, LEAP is way easier.
LEAP is way easier, but you get way more on AWOL.
I remember when I was on the border, border patrol agents were making more than special agents, bro, a lot of the times.
Because they got the night shift, they got the holiday, they could work double shifts.
They make more money just because they put in more hours.
Yo, Suleiman, what's up, man?
Welcome to the panel, bro.
What are your thoughts on the whole Elon and Vivek thing, man?
I know you're in the UK, so you guys are already overrun over there with immigration, but what's your thoughts on this whole situation?
Yeah, thanks for having me on, Myron.
I mean, I'm shocked I jumped on because I just saw the latest news.
I just posted about a major purge.
A significant number of Groyper accounts have been completely removed and banned.
Not all of them are unknown as well.
Like Dalton, somebody who served the military, he's not an unknown account.
And he's been suspended.
You've got KZRev, really nice guy, always doing the clips.
Classic Groyp.
Soccer Groyp.
So many, so many accounts that have been suspended.
So that in itself demonstrates, and we'll talk about that in a second, that is this Twitter 1.0.
We all complained!
about the censorship of the left during covid but actually i would say this is much worse because during covid of course we disagreed with their position it was mental but the thing is in their mind they thought they're saving lives they thought literally this body is being piled up in italy and various countries they have their excuses and in their mind they've explained that they were saving lives
This is literally a disagreement on one political issue which is the H1B visas and because of that there's been this huge purge.
It is crazy.
The second point I want to make is that I've been talking about the Indian takeover of The UK and the US for a very long time and all I've got to say is VINDICATED because whenever these people were like Muslims are taking over I was like bruvs what are you talking about and I always used to give the UK as an example where in 10 years
The Muslim population in the UK had only increased 1% and then they used to always show the stats that in five years there'd been a million Indians.
Remember, for you guys a million might sound like not that big number but we've only got a population of like 60 million, an adult population of like 40 million.
A million Indians had come in the last five years and this was when the Indian Prime Minister Rishi Sunak had been placed in power, unelected, when Swela Braverman and Kriti Patel were put in charge of the Home Office.
Home Office is basically the people who decide our immigration rules.
It's probably the easiest way of saying it.
And so you saw this kind of Indian control in the UK bringing their people in.
And then I started seeing it happening in the US.
So when Vivek Ramaswamy, when we saw Hailey Nirmaranda, Hailey, when we saw Tulsi Gabbard who's a Hindu, Akash Patel and there'll be a few others that I slip in my mind right now and I was like yeah the Indian takeover was happening and I spoke to Vivek when he came on Mario Space and I literally cornered him because at that time he was like We should have no trades with China.
But then, me being me, I did my research.
I was like, Vivek, you literally got a company in China, and you're making money off it.
What is going on here?
You're literally doing the very thing that you're claiming that you're against.
And he had zero answers.
I actually need someone from my team to go find that clip, because he got exposed.
So I knew that guy was fake.
He also, in the same interview, was claiming that he wanted better relations with India.
He wanted us to change our military position, the US military position.
for India and so we already knew this was a very pro-Indian government that was going to happen and also when I looked at the US immigration stats and I'm not talking about the illegal immigration but the legal immigration again just like the UK top three is India and China and remember these are foreign assets because these guys are so
Superpowers who want to rival the United States want to rival the UK and so when you allow their agents into the country, you're basically It's impacting your sovereignty.
And so what you've seen now is and remember Anyone who's ever seen any sci-fi movie.
Anyone who's seen or read any kind of science fiction book.
And let me be honest, I am a nerd.
I did indeed read many science fiction books.
But in all of them, it was always the corporations.
The tech people who basically took over the control of the world and then led it to darkness.
And what you've seen is, with Trump, he sold out quite clearly to the tech guys to be elected.
He sold out to Peter Thiel, hence why JD Vance was put in position.
He sold out to the Indians so that he could win.
And he sold out to the Zionists so he could win.
And so when you see all of that come together, And basically Trump being elected, or in my view, imposed on the public because I don't believe any election anywhere is real.
So they decide who's going to be the Prime Minister and President.
They decide who's going to be in those positions.
And so that's the reason why Trump got in position.
So that's the reality of the situation.
So that's my position.
Like, look, I stand with the people who are against this and have realized that this takeover of America is happening and that actually and the worst thing about it is like literal full-on racism against uh like white American Christians that was next level crazy and coming from people who are part of the MAGA party allegedly it was crazy yeah no i and oh yeah no i had to Sorry, I had to fix my sound.
My mic was making static, but I fixed it.
No, I mean, it's crazy, bro, that they deleted these Graper accounts, because actually, I follow some of these accounts, you know, because they, you know, do a lot of good clips and stuff like that, so that's crazy that they just randomly purged all of them, and then Laurel Loomer, You know because she was the main person that kind of brought this stuff to light and had this very tough discussion on h-1b visas She lost her badge and her verification badge and and the conservative Inc that would that sponsored it So I was like what what the hell is going on here, man?
So it's very scary that speaking out against this leads to some level of censorship because whether you're demonetized and she had her subscriptions turned off so Losing your badge, getting demonetized, all this stuff on X of all places where it's supposed to be free speech.
I mean, this is a very scary precedent, man.
And then you get these Grayper accounts getting suspended out of nowhere.
This is crazy, dude.
I don't know if you want to add something.
I mean, all the guys are good, right?
They do good work.
But Dalton was someone who was known.
Somebody who I actually liked a lot because he was, and we didn't even get off on the right foot or in between we did.
Oh yeah, I remember, yeah.
Brilliant guy, brilliant guy.
And I said he's like a little Nick Fuentes, the way he was explaining it.
And that grew his confidence, he started coming on the big spaces.
And, like, why was he suspended?
Like, what's the reason?
This is crazy.
Like, why is it all these gripe accounts?
Apparently Chiefs got a list, there's almost like 10, 15 accounts that have been taken out that have been purged.
Really?
Wow.
That's scary, bro.
That's problematic.
I think this is a healthy discussion to have.
It's a healthy debate to have.
This is one thing that I kind of dislike because on the right we pride ourselves on free speech, right?
If we go ahead and start banning people and suspending people or demonetizing people, That in itself is censorship.
You know, people will sit there and say, oh, well, you know, freedom of speech isn't necessarily freedom of reach.
I disagree.
I think if you're going to have freedom of speech, right, it only matters if they have the same freedom of reach.
Why not let them have the reach and let the marketplace decide?
Because if you have a bad idea, the people are going to tell you it's a bad idea.
I mean, look at this whole immigration thing.
Vivek and Elon are getting a lot of blowback on it because people don't want it.
It's not that people have an issue with Indians.
It's people don't want Foreigners coming to the United States taking jobs and also importing their culture a lot of the times these people don't want to assimilate So, you know, I think like if India wanted to have a sovereignty and say look we don't want no Americans over here, right?
We want India for Indians I wouldn't get angry at them.
I would tell them, you guys have absolutely every right to be nationalists, protect your sovereignty, and you guys can dictate how much immigration you guys want.
And if we don't get allowed into your country, tough on us.
Like, that just sucks for us.
Like, we can't complain.
I think it's the same.
We need to have that same level of nationalism in the United States, right?
Where it's like, we prioritize American interests first, and If that means that you have to pay a little bit more to an American citizen, well, guess what?
You're investing back in a country versus bringing foreigners in here that a lot of the times don't assimilate.
And then on top of that, let's be honest, they send money back to their home country.
They petition to bring their people over here.
It doesn't really help the country as much as people think it does.
So I think it's very disturbing to be censoring people, especially on X, which is supposed to be Freedom of speech, right?
And I do agree.
I also think that if you're going to have freedom of speech, you need to couple that with freedom of reach because otherwise that freedom of speech means nothing.
Like if I went to Saudi Arabia, for example, right?
And I said certain things about the king in charge.
Well, they'd kidnap me and probably Khashoggi, my ass, right?
In Saudi Arabia.
There's no freedom of speech there.
You can't criticize the government, right?
Technically, I have the freedom of speech to say what I want to say over there, but I have to deal with certain consequences for saying it.
Well, that's not freedom of speech, even though technically, I do have it.
So it's the same situation on social media and or on these platforms that claim that they have freedom of speech.
If you're going to go ahead and say, we're a free speech platform and we believe in free speech, that freedom of speech cannot be impeded through things like demonetization, losing subscribers, losing verifications, losing reach, losing followers, because these are all surreptitious ways to undermine freedom of speech.
Uh, without actually doing it, right?
Obviously the most overt way is to just ban you, but they'll do other things where they'll demonetize you, whatever, and that's almost kind of worse because what'll happen is when they do this to you, right, they demonetize you, take your verification badge, hurt your reach or whatever, that has a chilling effect and it scares everyone else from exercising their freedom of speech.
So actually keeping you on a platform and crippling you It's more detrimental than outright banning you because they're kind of like fucking with you and saying, oh yeah, you got freedom of speech, but we're going to limit your reach and we're going to take your money from you.
So that has everyone else scared because if you're banned, they forget about you.
But if you're still on the platform and you're significantly hindered, people always look at you as kind of like, oh shit, he got fucked up.
I don't want to do what he did.
So it almost works better to their advantage to keep you on a platform and just cripple you.
So, Ian, I know you had your hand up.
What do you want to say?
Go ahead, bro.
And just keep in mind, I'm on YouTube, so just try to be somewhat safe, but go ahead, bro.
Oh, no, no, no.
Always try to keep the language nice and PG, PG-13 when I get really wild, Myron.
But, I mean, you stole the words right out of my mouth when you said that there's a cultural piece of this equation.
What's so bizarre about it is the H-1B work visas.
Look, we can talk about the economic consequences of that, of supply and demand and the labor force, of how that suppresses wages of Americans, etc.
But what they've basically done is Elon and Vivek have come out, they've stated their position, and they've more or less said anyone that opposes this, regardless of the reason, whether it's economic or whether it's a desire to just have a culturally homogeneous population with some kind of cohesion, and not the endless influx, not just of a couple people here and there, but of tens of millions of people.
That if you don't agree with that, then we're just going to cut out your tongue and you can't be part of the quote-unquote marketplace of ideas.
Well, they call you racist.
That's the other one.
Yeah.
I mean, it really is wild because it's essentially saying not only that you don't get the reach that you might deserve or the monetization that you certainly deserve, Byron, and you've had stripped from you merely from talking about, let's call them third rail items.
But that you don't even have the right to claim that your society has any merit for a border, right?
You have to become a borderless economic zone that is basically lorded over by global tyrants that seemingly have an absolute indifference to the cohesion of the lives of the populace that live within it.
And again, if you stand in opposition to it, that you're just no longer allowed in the public discourse.
And so it's unbelievably Orwellian times.
I use that, I mean everyone in here in your audience that has not read Orwell's 1984 should absolutely do it because we're seeing this type of restriction of not only the public discourse but also of the mind because to your point Myron, the goal here is not just to turn off the conversation for the time being, it's to normalize that Elon and his cronies get to decide what you are and aren't allowed to discuss.
With the knowledge that if they do this one, two, three times, people not only will stop talking about these things publicly, but they'll presumably get you to a point where you don't even think about talking about them because you know that the danger associated and the impact it'll have if you go against them.
So, unbelievably concerning.
And for the accounts that are just getting mass suspended, I feel like, Myron, I'm not sure about you, but I feel like this is the proverbial line in the sand.
Where people basically have to say en masse, Elon if this is how you're going to rig the game, we're no longer going to participate in your system at all.
We're going to walk away and you can lord over a machine that has no audience to participate in it.
Yeah, you know, and I will say this, this H1B debate really exposed a lot of people, right?
So for those that are, because I'm on YouTube and Rumble as well, just so the audience understands, because a lot of them aren't necessarily on X, so let me explain just to my guys that are watching this right now.
Guys, X is, I would say, dominated by conservatives to a degree.
I would say maybe 60-40, right?
On the conservative side, right, and I will give X credit as well as Rumble for being instrumental in getting Trump back in the White House, right?
And on X, there's a bunch of big I'll say conservative creators, right?
And what ended up happening with this H1B debacle is that it separated people on the right, quite distinctly too.
You got people like Ian Chong, right?
And even Alex Jones, Vivek Ramaswamy, obviously Elon Musk, etc.
The tech guys, a lot of these guys, right?
Supporting this whole H-1B thing.
But then you got people that are hardcore MAGA supporters like, you know, obviously Nick, the Grapers.
Well, before.
Not now.
Not on this last election.
But Laura Loomer, a lot of people that were like, hey look, these tech bros are coming in and infiltrating the MAGA movement for their own bottom line.
And this H-1B visa is where we're drawing the line in the sand.
We don't want more immigration.
This is a problem.
Right?
And I can see why she's grabs at that.
I mean, she did a whole documentary, which I think everyone should go see, where she went down to the Darien Gap and exposed the immigration problem.
And I told you guys about the immigration problem from my former professional experience.
Zach came in here and told you guys about the immigration problem.
So it's an issue.
And I think one of the things that we don't need right now is more mass immigration and the millions, because this H-1B visa program, guys, is huge.
We're not talking about bringing in 10, 20,000.
We're talking about bringing in 10, 20 million.
Right?
With a lot of these visas.
So I think what this whole backlash and this fight with the H-1B visas, it's drawn two different camps on the right, which is you got the people like Ian Chong and Penny2x and all these other like, you know, Elon cocksuckers that will, you know, they can't, Elon could do no wrong to them.
They're always gonna Support him.
And then you got guys that are independent thinkers that are like, hey, look, Elon, I don't agree because X, Y, Z, right?
And I think a lot of us fall into that camp.
We're like, look, we like you, Elon.
We love that you started X. Sorry, we love that you bought X. We love that you stand for free speech.
But this is something that we disagree with.
Mass immigration is a problem.
And I think the fact that a lot of people are being silenced for voicing that dissent is a problem, but then also it exposed a lot of the people that were used to be anti-immigration, like in Alex Jones, etc., and they're kind of like flipping now, which, you know, is disappointing to see.
But, you know, this debacle, this H-1B debacle, this immigration debacle, really exposed a lot of people on the right for being kind of shills on what they stand on.
Yo, Suleiman, for you, real quick, I want to ask you this.
You guys have mass immigration in the UK.
Every time I go to the UK, I feel like I'm going to get stabbed and robbed.
I don't like the United Kingdom.
You know, I love you, but I hate the UK.
Can you tell us a little bit about, like, how mass immigration has kind of fucked things up for you guys?
Maybe the good, the bad and the ugly, you know, from your perspective, being there?
Yeah, of course.
I mean, just before I get on that, I will answer that.
Hasn't everyone been exposed?
Like, even Ali Jones is a globalist, and then he literally wants the global infusion of people into the united states and let's be clear on this like there's a reason why myron and myself live in the west like we live in the west because of its ethics its positions the culture whatever it may be if you wanted to live in india we would have moved to india
and that's what's basically happening that you're basically seeing a mass infusion of a different ideology um into a different society and therefore you've got this problem where it doesn't basically correlate and alex jones has been exposed he is a basically a zionist jew people are saying to me like oh he's not a jew i literally remember him saying about his grandparents being in the holocaust uh so he is a zionist jew and literally perpetuates the idea
and literally if you look at it the only religion because he's always like i'm talking about israel but he won't literally talk about any religion except islam and attack islam So that tells you what this Mr. Globalist is really all about.
The second point in terms of what you said, yeah, I mean the UK, we have major problems.
Some of it is because of actually liberalism.
I don't think it's all because of mass immigration because If you look at UK, other than London, it is largely white.
But in the UK, London is slightly different.
London, I believe the percentage is about, it's a lot higher.
Actually, white is the minority, if I remember right, in London.
But in other areas, the more north you get, that data doesn't completely ring true in terms of the numbers.
But UK, the major issue in my view, maybe immigration may be a factor, but the main factor is actually liberalism.
I think it's feminism.
Feminism has been the major destruction of UK society.
We have a huge population collapse because of it.
We have a scenario where literally liberalism has destroyed the family unit that causes children to mess about.
It causes children to misbehave.
You've got basically schools in inner port areas that are not great.
And then those are the things that have caused it.
Now, in terms of in London, the crime rate is quite high, but then in Birmingham is quite high as well.
So in the big cities, obviously, it's a lot higher.
I don't live in a city, but in the big cities, a lot higher.
And you're right.
It's knife crime is horrific in those areas.
And this is the point.
There's a lot of stabbings that happen.
There's a lot of robberies that happen.
Like London is very much crime ridden.
Like I came to Miami and it was a lot more safer than London.
Even though I don't think London is as bad as what people think.
But there, if you've got something expensive, if you've got like an expensive watch, then yeah, these guys will steal it.
So yeah, there is crime there.
I don't think it's all because of immigration, although immigration will be a factor for sure.
Yeah, are a lot of the crimes perpetrated by foreigners in the UK with the knife crime and all this other stuff?
I mean, in the major cities at least.
Yeah, I mean, look, the data does suggest that, obviously, just like the US disproportionately, if you look at it, black people do commit most of the crime.
But obviously, you know my position on that.
I think it's more got to do with poverty as opposed to race.
But I know people do disagree with me on that, I think.
A lot of them are in poor areas and then obviously it's a lot more difficult.
But yeah, that does happen, obviously.
It is from that perspective in terms of the data.
But obviously, I think poverty has a factor.
Do you guys have a big Indian population in the UK?
And do you guys have something similar to our H-1B visa equivalent to bring them over for tech jobs?
Or is that just an American thing?
We are so accommodating, we do not even need to bring them on a H-1B.
They just show up?
They come in in droves.
If I just want to give you an example, like in the last five years we had one million Indians come to the country.
Oh shit!
A million.
Now you might think, wait a second, a million, but you know what second place was?
What?
200,000.
Wow!
So they came five times as much?
Exactly!
So Indians literally are coming in their droves and their untold secret is this because what these like parties like reform and all these do is they talk about you know people coming on the rubber dinghies and coming to the UK Yo, you guys are cooked, Suleiman.
And for those that are wondering, he's not Indian, guys.
He's Pakistani.
But yo, you guys are cooked, bro.
In the UK, man.
I'm sorry, bro.
We are, we are.
Oh, wait.
I am, like, quarter Indian.
But according to Indians, I am from the Bahram caste.
So I am the highest caste of all the Indians that are waiting on me.
You are beneath me according to your own culture.
So bow down.
Oh, shit, man.
Y'all are cooked in the UK.
No, go ahead.
Go ahead.
But yeah, I'm quarter Indian.
But coming back to it, so you basically got that huge migration.
Now, an untold secret is that a lot of the illegal immigration that happens is actually from Indians as well.
Because what will happen is, they won't come through the rubber dinghy, they won't come through the channel, but they'll come through a flight and they'll let them through.
So if you go to any of these areas that are largely populated with Indians, you've got so many illegal Indians.
And what they do is they use, you know, what you guys know about this, the anchor baby method, where they'll basically have a child and then make sure that they get a visa.
So that happens a lot.
So the Indian migration, both legal and illegal, is huge.
But no one talks about it because in the UK, all they tell you guys is, oh, it's Muslims taking over.
And all they tell you is that Muslims are coming as illegal immigrants.
But the truth is actually the opposite.
Like I mentioned to you that Indians are 1 million.
Second place is China with 250,000.
It's not a Muslim country.
Third place is Nigeria with 230,000.
So like this whole thing is full on takeover.
And like, you're gonna experience it because when you look at the US stats, legal immigration is actually Mexico, India, and China as well in the US.
Interesting.
Wow.
Okay.
I didn't know that you guys had that many of them and that a majority of the illegal aliens that come in that are Indian are actually illegal.
Do you guys have a similar thing to the United States?
If you're born on British land, you're automatically British by birthright?
Yeah, yeah, we have that.
That's why the anchor baby method.
So what these illegal Indians do is that they'll come to the UK and have a child and then that gives them citizenship as well.
God, oh wow!
Okay, so it's even easier than, because United States you got a petition, it's a little bit hard, like you can have an anchor baby but like it's not that easy.
So in the UK it's like automatically given almost.
Like, in a sense, you have to go through the application procedure, of course, but yeah, you will be given it as long as you've got an anchor baby.
Wow, okay.
I think MGC was trying to say something.
Go ahead, try to make it brief.
Yeah, yeah.
I'm also based in the UK and there was a bilateral agreement between India and the UK that came in May 2021, which allowed plenty of students to come over.
So you'd get this kind of anchor baby stuff that would happen, as mentioned by Sully, and then You'd also get, I mean, a lot of these guys are coming in on student visas.
So, we can go over to India if we want, but, you know, who the hell from the UK wants to go over to India?
No offense, but who actually wants to go across and go, you know, study in India?
Like, barely anyone.
Just some crazy-ass whack chicks that want to go over there and find themselves.
But, you know, it's crazy to me, like, the numbers and the figures, like, Indians are taking over the UK.
and are coming in anchor babies or they're just coming in on the student visas and then what they're tending to do as well they'll do like a four-year degree it could be some crap ass degree they're doing illegal jobs on the side and then they're just staying there they can kind of claim citizenship from there as well and then just bringing loads of people over but most of them end up going on benefits as well on universal credit and get access to universal credit as well once they become a citizen
So, it's either by having a kid or they'll come in through the student visa route.
And just on that, I posted this yesterday because I was looking at the data.
In the UK, I believe the change happened in 2022.
The most foreign pregnancies, so foreign meaning obviously not white, the most foreign pregnancies are from Indians in the UK, both men and women.
Wow.
Romanian for women and Pakistani for men.
But now it's Indian for both.
Wow.
And honestly, you know, this is kind of why I'm anti-mass immigration, because I look at the United Kingdom, I look at Australia, I look at Canada, and I think you guys are further ahead in the social decay than we are.
And I do attribute a good amount of that to the mass immigration that you guys have.
You know, the United Kingdom and Canada, especially Canada, Have some of the lax immigration laws for especially for refugees and you know, it's it's I look at the UK man I'm just like fuck you guys are you guys used to be the strongest nation in the world the great British pound used to be the Reserve currency and I just look at a country and I look at it like holy shit like you guys are falling from grace and I and I look at Canada next door and And I'm like, the dollar is worth nothing.
It's like 60 cents on a US dollar.
Trudeau is getting ran out.
The Canadians are angry.
The whole trucker thing that they did.
And I just see that like this all, you know, what is a common denominator in a lot of these first world English speaking countries with their decay?
It's mass immigration, you know, because it's one thing to take the best and the brightest.
It's another thing to just take everybody.
And I think a lot of these countries are, you know, having this liberal mindset.
How do you evidence that someone's the best and brightest?
Because you really think that someone who's becoming a doctor in India or Pakistan is on the same level as a doctor in the UK?
Agreed, yeah.
Not at all.
It's so difficult to become a doctor in the UK.
You basically need straight A's to become a doctor in the UK.
it's pakistan and india you just need to basically pay someone and you got a certificate and a lot of them yeah and a lot of them coming in and more nursing jobs as well i've seen this a lot right so that where we've had like a um a lot of people not wanting to go into those kind of nursing jobs or care worker jobs a lot of them are coming in that route uh under kind of medical reasons as well um and you know it's funny that elon has been banning a few of these accounts you had mentioned it a little bit earlier sally
but like um you know he was talking about two-tier care and he was talking about you know free speech in the uk is gone and you know i can talk about how bad it is in the uk but But now we're seeing that when you talk about a certain ethnic group or talk about the things that have been going on with the visa, with Musk and Rameshwari's policies in the US, these camps get suspended.
Hold on, we thought this was going to be a free speech platform.
What's going on with X guys?
This is meant to be that place where we can speak like that.
Why are people getting banned straight away?
It's crazy to me.
Yeah, no, I mean, it sets a bad precedent.
Go ahead, Suleiman.
Yeah, just a question to anybody if they know, because John Miller, who's pretty cool with the gripers, Posted a tweet where Elon is having a conversation with someone and the account's suspended.
Does anybody know, have the original version of that conversation?
Because somebody posted something and then Elon replies, that is a lie.
Do you make this lie?
And then they posted something and then Elon wrote, where did you find this lie?
Then they posted something and then he wrote liar.
Now that account has been eradicated from Twitter.
I'm interested in seeing what that conversation was and why he was, well obviously he got suspended it seems because of his no great interaction with Elon and Elon was probably not happy.
I do want to know what happened in that conversation, but that is flipping crazy.
That is next level censorship.
If it's the account I'm thinking of, it was a 300 follower account that ratioed Elon.
If it's what I'm thinking of, it was an account where he said something about, hey, we need H1Bs to Extraordinary Ability, and then this guy said, no, that's not true, because what ends up happening is I know Americans, white Caucasian Americans that can't get a job because of these H-1B visa tech guys from India.
That's what I think it was, and the guy at Ray showed Elon, and then that account is gone.
Ian, is that what it was?
Yeah, if it's the post, and I think it is because the account was one of the first that went down in this whole H1B debacle, but the guy basically wrote about how his son, who was a graduate from a very esteemed program, had spent all this money, had done basically all the things right, had a super polished resume, was watching as
Uh, his peers, in particular those that were foreign students that were part of a study abroad program, were getting all the jobs that he was applying for.
And he basically wrote about how his son became so disenfranchised that he took a really low-paying job, was kind of stuck in his home, was unable to basically quote-unquote launch and build himself.
And basically watched as this son went from the brilliant shining star to, you know, basically completely demoralized as a result of a system that would not even give him a chance to interview.
And, I mean, you see these stories all across the modern economy where, you know, we just saw the thing with James O'Keefe and maybe he's part of the machine, I don't know, but he had that undercover interview with the Disney executive who basically said, you know, all of our C-suite belongs to, let's just call them that group, Myron.
And that white men need not apply and and and that was that was what the guy said on camera like any applications that come in for You know a traditionally white male in the United States that they have zero chance of even getting an interview And so I I think this guy's story really resonated with a lot of people that are realizing this but unfortunately because of pride and ego don't feel comfortable sharing those stories online, but this is
This is hitting a nerve and your average, let's not even take race into it, let's just say your average American that's looking at this H-1B program where folks I can tell you the individuals who are hired by these programs they come in they oftentimes have corporate housing they oftentimes won't work eight
Nine hours a day they will work 10 12 14 hour shifts knowing that if they don't they're gonna get fired They're gonna have to go back to their country that they don't want to be in so these individuals work Essentially massive amounts of overtime while being more or less salaried employees.
They're not getting bonuses.
They're not getting overtime They're working as slaves And when you have that forced into the equation and you add in, especially with the influx of illegal migrants who are, of course, absorbing at the very lower end of the spectrum, the very low paying jobs, this is wage suppression.
This is why your average 20, 30 year old American is still living with their parents, unable to buy even a home.
Certainly unable to consider a nuclear family.
It's absolutely grotesque that the overlords of tech that are essentially becoming, you know, feudal lords that just sit over top of these empires, whether it's Amazon, Uber, you know, or any of the things that Elon's involved in for that matter.
And they basically absorb all of the riches at the top of the totem pole while everyone in the middle class getting suppressed down to lower class wages where they don't even make a living wage.
Most of these individuals are commuting an hour, two.
In some cases, in places like San Francisco, they are hyper commuters that will spend three hours going back and forth to their job where they don't even make enough money to save a penny when they're done with all their living expenses and transportation costs.
So we are basically seeing the overlords of the modern society who largely and disproportionately come for that one group of people that in their own religious texts believe that they should lord over essentially 2,800 slaves per person.
And they are saying, if you oppose this, we're going to call you a bigot, a racist, an anti-Semite.
We're going to cut out your tongue and not let you participate in the marketplace of ideas that is X, Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc.
It's utter insanity.
And it's time for the masses to stand up and say, we are done with this system.
And that doesn't mean we have to be violent or any of those things.
But I don't know if it's going to be a multi-million person march in D.C.
or if it's going to be a global, you know, we are the world as if we're all Michael Jackson singing along kumbaya.
Something has to change.
We cannot be just lorded over by these people that basically say do as we say or else we're going to say that you're an insubordinate and don't get to participate in, you know, any kind of economic or social media landscapes.
Could I add to that real quick, Myron?
Yeah.
So all the jobs that Ian was just telling us about, and that's fantastic info, and that is exactly what's happening, but those tech bro jobs that you're bringing these Indian folks over from into the United States, all those jobs are computer jobs.
Those can be done.
They can sit in Bangalore in an office center and bang out code for 14 hours a day, and we could pay them Instead of the $80,000 in corporate housing and everything and all the benefits that we pay them to bring them over here, you could pay them $20,000 a year.
It would be more cost-effective.
My company does that.
We outsource our IT to a firm somewhere in Bangalore, and then they've got to adjust their hours because we're the customer when we need tech support.
I don't understand why they're Taking on the extra cost to bring them into the United States to do the same thing they could do remotely.
So, to me, it suggests more nefarious motive.
Um, but yeah, I'll, I'll land there.
I just, there's a better way if they really want to save that, you know, that much money there's, they don't need to bring them over here.
All that can be done remotely.
Thank you.
I mean, just to add to that one, Trav, I mean, I agree with what you said, but actually what's better than that is to give those jobs to Americans.
Because what happens is once you outsource those jobs to other countries, you then pay the American worker even less.
And then you pay the American worker even less.
And that's why from one, my own experience, remember I travel regularly to the United States, to various states.
A lot of people have got like two jobs, three jobs because of these types of reasons.
And then homelessness is just a top in certain areas is just completely I know it's going to be hard for the business person but then again you can put certain things in place that can help the smaller businesses as well.
The other thing I wanted to make, the other point I wanted to make was that tweet, I've actually found it.
The tweet's in the nest but I actually found the original version.
So what happened was someone called USA Reject tweeted Elon deleted this tweet and the tweet was investing in America is actually hard, really hard.
It costs money and time and effort to make a person productive.
It's a short term net loss.
It's much easier to bring in skilled workers who might not do quite a good job, but will work for a fraction of the cost and be happy just to be here.
Obviously, that was a fake tweet.
And then Elon wrote, that's a lie.
Did you make do you make this lie?
I think he meant, did you make?
Anyway, doesn't matter.
And then US Reject wrote, I found it elsewhere.
Is it fake?
And he wrote, where did you find this lie?
And then USA Reject wrote, it was posted on Reddit.
My mistake.
My mistake.
I didn't realize it was forged.
My apologies.
And he wrote, liar.
And then his account was nuked.
So that's what happened in that interaction.
And just one final point I wanted to make was about Laura Loomer.
Like, Laura Loomer, In my view, obviously, everyone knows I disagree with that.
I absolutely destroyed her many times.
But she's done a good job exposing these tech guys.
Now, obviously, from our perspective, we would have preferred her to wake up before the election and for this to be exposed, like many of us had done.
But even though she has now, it's fine.
I mean, it's not as great, but it's fine.
But like that level of exposing that's happened in terms of the tech takeover, in terms of Peter Thiel controlling The Trump administration in terms of all of these guys controlling it, like literally there's nothing more occupied than what we've seen now.
And so therefore it means what that shows is what people are willing to let, I mean, a large number of people are willing to let Trump win, even if it meant selling out what Trump was all about.
And is it really Trump if you sell out everything that you basically stood for previously?
I actually had a question that I think I'm interested to see what you guys would think about.
But, um, So with all these accounts going down, do you think it would be good to get out ahead of it and try to find another place to organize?
- Yeah, I started a Gab account today. - Yeah, that was-- - I changed the title as well because the latest news for those who just may have just joined us 'cause I've worked at like 800-900 now is there has been a huge purge on Twitter with a large number of accounts
Being suspended.
Suspended why?
For solely having a different political position.
Chief Trump's actually tweeted this.
These are just some of the people that have been suspended.
Zoomerandi, Dalton, Hope Light, Pineswap, or is it Pinesap, Tyler Russell, Hamiltoniest, Fasig-Groiper, everyone knows him, John David Erning, Remo G, Golden Groiper, and FuentesQuotesAF.
All of those accounts have been suspended a huge purge and there's more as well because that counts to them on yeah we got classics gripper socks gripper have also been suspended these are and kaiser rev uh gripper these are massive gripper accounts these are like these are like lieutenants these are like main lieutenants of the america first movement of the gripper movement right uh you know these are guys that have 50 60 70 80 90 000 followers who are always clipping
you know nick's monologues sharing them all over the timeline absolutely dominating the reply section of every large account That's who these guys are that just got bombed.
Massive Groyper accounts.
Significant presence.
I think many of them came together under Project Groyper to get a gold check and get affiliation, and Project Groyper got nuked.
And I think that filtered down to all of them as well.
John David Irving, of course, another very, very important person in the America First, the Grover movement.
So this is... That all accounts, because like, I'm sure Chief was an affiliate as well.
He didn't get nuked, right?
Steve was an affiliate with the Conservative Badge, and of course they got partially nuked yesterday, right?
They all lost their verification, they lost their affiliations, and that happened yesterday.
So this today was an escalation if you think about it.
Like yesterday they just Remove badges and verifications.
Today, they did all that and it suspended everybody.
So that's an escalation.
And this really shatters any illusion of the free speech platform, right?
Like a lot of us, Suleiman, you, me, Myron, a lot of us knew that this isn't really a free speech platform.
We've known that for a long time.
Anybody who's been embroiled in the Israel-Palestine, Russia-Ukraine dialogue over the last one to two years, We know that this is not a free speech platform, but other people who aren't really involved in that or who haven't been paying attention haven't experienced that censorship that we all know to be present on Twitter 2.0 here.
And now this is a harsh wake-up call, I think, for a lot of people who weren't aware of that.
And they say, wow, this isn't the free speech platform that we thought.
It isn't any different at the end of the day from Twitter 1.0.
It's just that the topics that will get you banned and censored are different than Twitter 1.0.
But there are topics.
Now that will get you banned and censored.
It's every bit as prevalent now as it was before under Jack Dorsey in the previous regime.
It's just a different blend of topics and discourse that's going to get you banned and censored.
So Twitter 2.0, just Twitter 1.0, no different.
Now the mask is off.
It's Elon.
It's apparently Elon's personal playground.
I mean, obviously we sort of knew that, but like he's really ripped the mask off here.
I guess, you know, this is a massive chilling effect.
People are going to have to be careful.
It's got me thinking, hey, should I delete some tweets?
I mean, I'm thinking about it, you know.
Yeah.
I mean, this is pretty problematic because I'm looking at this like, if you're going to delete these Graper accounts...
I mean, for challenging, I don't think they really said anything that offensive.
I mean, they've been more offensive on the other stuff.
You know, for questioning the H1B thing, which, you know, is obviously something that he opposes, that just sets a very bad precedent, especially as it's supposed to be the free speech platform.
The only thing I could think of is maybe he had some rogue engineers that did this without him knowing, and maybe these accounts are getting suspended all at the same time might bring some attention.
He's like, hey, look, you need to reinstate these accounts immediately.
Maybe they just did this to send a message.
But, I mean, either way, it's bad out there.
We got a pattern here.
We got a pattern.
Two days ago, there was that account.
I forget what it was called, but they ratioed Elon massively.
It was an account with 300 followers just a couple days ago, and that account got suspended.
Now this dialogue that you posted in the nest from John Miller, that dialogue, that account that was having the dialogue with Elon, that account got suspended.
Now you got this conservative gold check account getting dismantled.
You got the Project Groyp account getting banned.
This is now a pattern and with direct interactions with Elon Musk.
Now these are accounts that have had direct interactions with Elon Musk repeatedly, and they're getting banned.
So there's a pattern being laid down.
We can say maybe it's a rogue engineer, but there's attachments to Elon on all of these now.
And Laura Loomer was going hard after Elon directly.
Yeah, no, she was.
I think that it might be what it looks like.
Elon is throwing a tantrum.
And listen, I don't...
This is, this is like turning, he's turning the platform into Facebook, where memes, shitposting, are getting you restricted and banned.
Twitter has a long-storied tradition of shitposting, edgelord posting, fake tweets for the LOLs, all of this stuff, and now we got community notes on memes, we get people getting banned for funny fake tweets, and this is just ridiculous.
This is Facebook 2020 level, 2020-2021 levels of censorship.
Yeah, no, it's crazy.
And real quick, I want to just make a quick announcement to everyone listening in.
We got, what, 900 people in this thing or a thousand?
Yeah, we almost got a thousand people here on this space.
Guys, do me a favor.
I'm live on Rumble.
I'm live on YouTube.
If you guys don't mind, go ahead and open up a space.
Sorry, open up a tab on YouTube or on Rumble.
Watch me there.
Rumble.com slash FreshFit or search FreshFit on YouTube.
Like the video on YouTube if you guys are watching.
We got, between all the platforms, I think we got how many people?
Yeah, we got 7,000, 8,000 of you guys in here between all the different platforms, man.
So guys, do me a solid.
I'm also live on X as well.
I'm streaming this so you guys can listen in and you can watch the video of what's going on.
But yeah, this is breaking news that they're literally purging a bunch of these Graper accounts, which I think is absolutely fucked up and ridiculous.
Just off and honestly, I don't even think this is that controversial of a topic talking about you know The abuse of h-1b visas.
I think this is a healthy discussion I think that's something that's needs to be had and it's funny just so people remember if someone if you don't mind finding it for me or somebody they could put up in the nest like Trump himself back in like 2017 if I'm not mistaken He even said that the h-1b visa is a prog B visa program is a program that's being exploited and abused and he needs to be reeled in this is Trump that said this before I just wanna say, right?
these hardcore MAGA supporters aren't saying anything that President Trump hasn't already said when it comes to H1Bs. - I just wanna say, right? - Let me see if I can find it. - I just wanna make a statement.
I think Elon Musk is the most smartest man on the planet.
He does not censor my account.
Because Elon never censors.
Jokes aside.
Look, there's an interesting interaction between Scott Adams and Elon Musk.
And yeah, somebody do find that because you're right.
I did see that.
I'm trying to find it right now.
His stance on it from before.
I've got it.
I'll post it.
Can you put it in the nest for me, please, Sam?
You're good at that stuff.
And I'll show it to the audience because I'm going to share my screen and show them.
Because Trump's stance is like, he didn't like H1Bs either.
You definitely, definitely.
I do want to read this.
This is a statement that Scott Adams wrote.
Maga is taking a page from the Democrats on how to lose elections while feeling good about themselves.
And Elon Musk said, yes, and those contemptible fools must be removed from the Republican Party.
and stem so it does look like a complete realignment with the uh where the republican party's going and one last point i want to make before you play that video um myron is isn't it interesting that laura luma literally said she wants to turn gaza into a parking lot breaking twitter terms and conditions um
because she was asking for genocide and nothing happened to her and this time what did she do but just have a political point that was against the narrative and she got suspended like what is going on it is crazy Yeah.
No, no, I don't have the video.
I was just going to show, do you have the image by chance, Sam?
Because it was just, unless someone has the video.
Yes, I'm about to throw it up in the nest like in five seconds.
No, yeah, no worries, no worries.
No, I mean, that's an interesting point that you bring up, Suleiman.
I think her being censored on this H1B thing, because she's the one who actually brought this to You know, brought this topic up and exposed a lot of these tech guys for kind of flip-flopping between the different parties.
And for her to be de-badged and they took her subscribers away, I think it's ridiculous.
And I know, you know, I like Laura a lot.
Me and her disagree on the Israel situation, but we agree on a lot of other things and immigration is absolutely one of them.
And I do like the fact that she's fearless and she goes after a lot of these people that are, you know, that have kind of doubled back.
They're doubling back now.
She's exposing all these tech tech people.
And, you know, now they're exacting their revenge on her because she literally she made a threat where she exposed all of these Palantir PayPal mafia tech oligarchs.
And now they're responding by, you know, fucking with her with her reach.
I think it's completely unfair on a topic that honestly is something that needs to be discussed.
This H1B thing is a problem for a while.
So, you know, it is what it is.
I don't know if I see one tribe.
You have something to say.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
So so my up in the nest.
I just threw that interaction between Scott Adams and Elon Musk up in the nest.
Uh, and we should again reiterate that this person, this Nira, that they were responding to is a Soros agent who's a former Never Trumper, okay?
And now apparently a Soros agent who's a former Never Trumper now speaks for MAGA.
And if you disagree with flooding America with foreigners, and if you disagree with Soros agents and former Never Trumpers, then you deserve to be replaced.
And you don't get to be in MAG anymore.
That's what we're talking about here.
That's where the discourse, that's where Elon is driving the discourse.
You guys can see that up in the nest.
I've thrown that up there in the nest.
There it is.
I mean, we are contemptible fools if we don't want our country over on the foreigners, or if we disagree with this immigration policy, if we disagree with former Never Trumpers, we're contemptible fools that must be removed from the party and replaced root stem.
Shit.
Did anybody find that Trump one, though, where he was disavowing the H-1B program, by chance?
I'll go look for that next.
No worries.
I saw a bunch of people posting it all over X. I just couldn't.
I just didn't have it.
I had to close a bunch of tabs because my mic was making noise.
But yeah, guys, do me a favor.
We're live on all the platforms right now.
Probably sound like another 30 or 40 minutes because you guys know we're going to do Fresh Fit After Hours.
But obviously we're having a discourse.
I gave a monologue earlier on my take on this situation.
We got some heavy hitters there.
We got Ian.
We got Suleiman.
We got Sam Parker.
We're giving our weigh-ins here.
We just got some news that a bunch of Graper accounts that were big accounts, not small, 50,000 to 100,000 follower accounts, with a massive amount of influence, they all got purged out of nowhere for opposing this H1B stance that Vivek and Elon have.
This isn't good, guys.
I mean, I'll be very candid about this.
This is supposed to be the freedom of speech platform, and this is something that we used to make fun of the left for, and have problems with the left for, is the mass censorship.
And, you know, if we're going to continue down this path, we're no better.
And I hope that this was a clerical error, that it wasn't done by Elon Musk himself, rather maybe some rogue techs at OverheadX, and he can, you know, reinstate these accounts.
But I think...
If we're going to have freedom of speech, that means freedom of speech, even freedom of speech that we dislike.
I mean, hell, I got haters right now in my chat talking shit, calling me an African or whatever the fuck it may be these idiots want to say.
I'm not banning them.
I'm letting them say what they want to say because I think it's important to have freedom of speech and standing on it.
I put a tweet in the nest.
To your point as well, I put a tweet in the nest from Ian Chong.
what there seems to be a distinction is, is kind of the right slash MAGA movement and then kind of the, uh, American first movement.
Like there's almost like a degree of separation that suddenly come from, from, um, what's been happening today.
And Ian had put, uh, that these guys are talking more about the Groypers and kind of American first guys, like the retarded right that are on the fringes of the conservative movement against Musk.
And, um, and, uh, you know, unrepentantly racist.
And then Elon Musk had replied exactly that.
So I think there's a clear distinction where it's like, we want MAGA, but we only want it in the palatable form.
We, we want surface level MAGA.
We don't want anything that's going, Hey, what's going on over here?
We don't want, you know, what's going on with the visas coming in, with so many Indians coming in.
Like, we are totally pro-America and they just want a palatable form of MAGA.
Yeah, and I think, like, this is kind of exposing a lot of these big creators, right?
Like Chong.
I'm seeing his tweet right now.
I'm sharing it on the screen for everybody.
Again, guys, I'm live on Rumble and on YouTube if you guys actually want to see some of this stream.
And I'm live on X as well if you guys want to, like, see the visual here.
And I'm going to play this Trump clip as well here in a second.
But, yeah, guys like Ian Chong, Alex Jones, you know, I'm interested to see what PBD is going to say about this.
A lot of them, you know, they're gonna go ahead and side with Elon on this because they have certain affiliations that they don't want to hurt and they might not necessarily, you know, some of these people used to be pro strong borders and anti-immigration, but now they're kind of shifting things because Elon has this stance on immigration and I'm gonna have to say myself, I respectfully disagree.
Mass immigration I think is a serious problem.
And I think the H-1B visa program is not necessarily designed for quote unquote extraordinary talent, rather it's used as a go around to hire cheap foreign labor at the cost of American citizens.
And if we really wanna go ahead and get the best and the brightest as they claim, then make them do the O-1 visa.
Look, you wanna bring foreigners?
Cool.
But you gotta go ahead and actually put their feet to the fire and make sure that they're actually great.
And that's gonna be an O-1 visa.
An O-1 visa is extremely hard to get.
You need to prove that you are irreplaceable and you have a legit skill set that other people can't replicate.
That is what extraordinary means.
It needs to be an O-1 visa.
And I see Miles Chong here saying, much of the anger being driven towards Elon Musk today is simply disappointment being projected by the retarded right that's on the fringe of the conservative movement against Musk.
Let me be very clear about this Chong guy, right?
This Elon-Miles Chong guy He's a fucking Malaysian.
I was about to say he's a Malaysian.
What do you know about him?
Ex-Malaysian.
He's on the run.
Actually, he's Chinese living in Malaysia.
He's not even Malaysian.
He's a rootless cosmopolitan.
Even worse than that, Sam, just so people know the backstory, he's a Chinese guy living in Malaysia, which is a Muslim-majority country.
He's been obviously attacking Muslims a lot, being an extreme Zionist.
What happened was somebody provided evidence to Malaysia and then the Malaysian authorities came after him and then Ian Miles Chong was on the run and I believe he's relocated to a different Asian country.
Likely Japan.
Well, yeah, the thing is so we know okay, so I don't even know that he was a Chinese national but the guy basically he lives in Asia and He has no dog in the fight here, right?
And here, I don't have a problem with foreign nationals commenting on American politics to a degree.
Fine.
You know, it is what it is.
But this guy isn't even in a Western English-speaking, five-eyes country, and he's talking about immigration in America.
And the thing is, like, he doesn't deal with any of the blowback or any of the consequences of his stupid-ass speech because he doesn't live here.
He doesn't understand how immigration works in the United States.
So for him to comment constantly on American politics as a fucking foreigner that's never been to America is hilarious.
And how can he comment on immigration when it's like, dude, you live in homogenous countries that don't practice immigration.
I find this hilarious.
Like he's in fucking what, Malaysia, China, like these countries don't have open borders, right?
Japan, China, all these places.
They're even more racist than us.
Right?
Like, they don't allow anybody in, and they're completely homogenous, and there's nothing wrong with that.
Right?
I got this clip right here from Trump in 2016.
Let's play this clip.
It's only 23 seconds long, but I want you guys to hear it from our boy Trump himself.
His thoughts on H-1B.
Again, if you guys are watching, watch this thing on YouTube or Rumble so you guys can actually see the video.
If you want to listen on Space, that's fine.
I think we got a thousand-plus y'all ninjas in here.
Shout out to you guys.
Retweet the Space if you're going to be in here.
And let me go ahead and play this clip for you guys on Trump and H-1Bs.
It's something that I frankly use, and I shouldn't be allowed to use.
We shouldn't have it.
Very, very bad for workers.
And second of all, I think it's very important to say, well, I'm a businessman, and I have to do what I have to do.
And it's sitting there waiting for you, but it's very bad.
It's very bad for business in terms of... It's very bad for our workers, and it's unfair for our workers, and we should end it.
The H won't be very well and it's uh so he says I know the H won't be very well and look I love that he W Trump man I gotta give him a markup because you know and this is why his 2016 um presidency his campaign run was legendary right?
I remember famously Hillary Clinton said, hey, you know, you don't pay her taxes, you do XYZ, whatever.
And he said, yeah, that's because I'm smart.
I used all the loopholes that all your donors use.
And that was literally like a fucking fatality.
Killed her right there.
And I knew right then and there, I was like, damn, this nigga's going to be president.
He cooked her, right?
You know, if I was president, you'd be in jail, all this shit, locker up.
Like, he had all these memorable quotes from his 2016 run, and here he is, a guy that's an entrepreneur, you know, obviously runs a successful hotel chain.
He said, look, I use the H-1B visa, you know, I'm a businessman, but it's a problem.
And this is coming right from him.
And I think this is very important for people to see that this is...
Trump's view on the H-1B visa, and I'm sure he probably still holds this view, but obviously, you know, you got Elon with you, you got Peter Thiel, you got all these tech guys who have a vested interest in the H-1B visa.
So, yeah.
You know, I think it's important for people to see what it used to be.
Did anybody else have anything?
Somebody want to... Yeah, Byron, I found... You were talking about Patrick David's reaction.
I threw that up in the nest.
Oh, shit.
Okay, let's see.
I'll read it real quick for people.
He says, as an immigrant from Iran, I saw this as an edge.
I didn't mind working 80 hours a week.
I didn't mind the competition.
All I wanted was a shot.
This used to be the American way.
Time to return to it.
Take a minute to read.
And he's referring to Vivek's tweet.
Now, but so here's the hidden context, though, that that PBD is not talking about, and that is this working 80 hours a week.
A lot of these H-1B visa people and these immigrants that come over here to work, they work two, three times the hours for half the pay.
The corporations love them.
They can pay them less.
They can, you know, they pay for their housing.
You know, they keep them on site, feed them on site, you know, and they don't have to pay them much.
And so Americans have to compete with, you know, seven and a half billion foreigners in the world who will be willing to come here, work two, three times longer for half the pay or some fraction of the pay, And that just undercuts the American worker and the American citizen.
So, of course he sees that as an edge.
Okay, you're willing to work twice as long for half the pay?
Of course you're going to get preferential treatment.
Of course that's an edge.
But that's not what we want.
Why would Americans want that?
Why would Americans want to be forced to compete to work longer hours for less pay?
Right?
So that's not the American way.
I don't remember our founders, you know, our founding fathers and our framers being like, yeah, let's open this country up to the entire world and make life harder for the people here in our own country.
I don't think that's the American way.
I don't think that's the American dream.
That's the attitude of a foreigner who, yeah, he came, he worked hard, he was successful.
Great.
You know, there's seven and a half billion potential people like him in the world.
That doesn't protect Americans, and that really just treats our country as an economic zone, as a sports ball team, as a corporation, and not a country and a people.
And that's what he is a first-generation immigrant, and Vivek is an immigrant, and Elon is an immigrant.
That's what these guys don't understand, is that, like, we have a country.
We have a country.
It's not just a shopping mall or a company or an economic zone to come, pillage, make your bag, and then go do what you want.
There's a people here.
We have a tradition.
We have a culture.
We have a people.
We have a country.
You know what's crazy?
That's not the American way.
You know, it's wild, dude.
Why is it that... Hold on one sec.
I find this really interesting that a lot of people are going ahead and inciting with Elon and Vivek on this.
And I think a part of it is because maybe they agree.
I think another part of it is self-preservation to secure collabs and, you know, win the popularity vote because it's the cool thing right now, right?
Alex Jones, PBD, now they've all taken the stance where they're pro.
H-1B visas.
I mean, bro, I'll tell you this, man.
This H-1B visa is exposing a lot of fucking people, man.
This controversy is exposing a lot of people.
And here's the thing.
I hate to be the only fucking guy that was born and raised here from immigrant parents that's pushing back on this mass immigration.
Look, I'm gonna say what everyone else is too pussy to fucking say.
Matter of fact, let me switch this shit to rumble only.
So I can fucking say this shit without having to worry, because we're on YouTube as well.
Switch up!
Come on over to Rumble real quick, niggas.
Everybody come on over to Rumble.
I'm gonna fucking just say this shit.
Because everyone else is too fucking scared to say this shit, so I'm just going to say it.
Come on over to Rumble, guys.
I'm going to give my little thing on this.
Because obviously it's probably not going to be YouTube safe.
Let me make sure I'm clear here.
Sorry guys, bear with me.
I'm streaming on multiple platforms.
You guys know how that shit is.
Okay, cool.
We're safe.
We're on Rumble.
Look, man.
Everyone that's a big social media influencer, it's becoming very fucking clear to me now that guys are more concerned with securing collabs and being popular, right, than standing on fucking business.
If I gotta be the only fucking guy that's a first-generation American to say this shit, then let me fucking say it.
Mass immigration is not good.
Because for every one PBD, or one every Vivek, or one Elon Musk, there's tens of thousands of scumbags that come here and abuse the fucking system.
And that's what they're not talking about.
Okay?
For every one person that comes in and becomes a doctor and becomes successful, there's ten that do some fuck shit.
That commit crimes, that abuse the system, that fucking don't pay their taxes, etc.
So, mass immigration is a fucking problem, and this is coming from someone that came from a first, as a first generation American, born here from immigrant parents.
And I'll fucking tell you guys, because I can say this shit.
When my father came to this country, right?
We had a lot of Sudanese counterparts that came here.
These motherfuckers all came here, didn't work, abused welfare systems, scammed the system, and lied.
And one of the things that my father always told me, which I will always respect him for this shit, he would always tell me, I never took welfare, I never took a dollar that wasn't mine, I always paid my taxes, I contributed to this country, you're not gonna be a piece of shit like them.
I never took a dollar of welfare, you're gonna be somebody.
That's what he always used to fucking tell me, right, as a kid.
Meanwhile, all our other counterparts that came from Sudan and the Middle East, etc., were doing some fuck shit, right?
Now, I shouldn't be talking about this.
I should be super pro-immigration, super pro-yeah, give everybody an opportunity, give everyone a dream, but I'm gonna call it like it fucking is.
For every one good person that comes from these third-world, war-torn, piece-of-shit fucking countries, There's 20 that do a bunch of fuck shit.
They come here, they import their fucked up culture, they import their fucked up religion, they import their fucked up society, and in some cases with the Indians, they import their bad fucking hygiene, right?
And they come here and they don't fucking assimilate.
They don't learn the language, they don't respect the culture, they want to bring their fucked up culture here.
No!
No!
Okay?
And I have the ability, as someone who's a first-generation American, to view this, acknowledge this, and say the painful truth, despite the fact that I came from immigrant parents.
Because, luckily, my father wasn't a scumbag and told me what the fuck it was.
All our counterparts are coming here and scamming, son.
You're not gonna be that way.
I never took a fucking dollar from welfare, I never scammed the system, so you're not either.
You're gonna fucking work really hard.
And for every one family that does that, there's ten that's doing a bunch of bullshit.
So no!
No more fucking mass immigration.
I'm disappointed in PPD for pointing out that tweet.
I'm disappointed in Alex Jones.
I'm disappointed in Vivek, and I'm disappointed in Elon.
They don't understand that just because they're excellent, and they were immigrants, or they came from an immigrant background, doesn't mean that everyone else is.
The H-1B visa program is a fucking scam used to bring in cheap labor, typically Indians, because they're like 80% of the fucking base, to come here and get tech jobs and override Americans that are qualified for the job.
And a lot of times they get these coding jobs, they're not even good at it.
They suck.
They're not even fucking good.
So they don't have any exceptional or extraordinary fucking abilities.
They come in and exploit the system and use our resources.
And unless you guys want to see us tank our fucking economy like Canada, because they're overrun by the fucking jeets, Right?
Or the UK, no offense Suleiman.
We need to fucking make some changes!
Right?
The F1 visa program, I talked about this earlier, it's a fucking scam.
People come in here, I'm gonna learn English.
They never go to school, and they fucking disappear in the wind.
The J1 visa program, same fucking issue.
H1B, same problem.
Different demographic.
Right?
Then you got...
Visa waiver motherfuckers coming in from Canada a lot of times, by the way, overstaying their visas.
Then we got the fucking pandemic going on on the fucking border.
We are getting raped on all fucking angles in the United States by foreign invaders that don't assimilate, don't respect the culture, and abuse our fucking system.
If someone's not gonna fucking say it, I will fucking say it.
And I'm saying it as a first-generation American that came from immigrant parents.
It's fucked.
We don't need these people here.
Luckily my dad wasn't a scumbag and didn't abuse the system, but I'll tell you this, he told me all the other families that did that came from the Middle East, and I'm not afraid to admit that shit.
For every one of my families, there were 20 that were doing some fuck shit.
So no, we will not let these motherfuckers come in and bring their fucked up culture.
We need to go hard on the border.
We need to deport these motherfuckers.
We gotta get them out of here immediately.
If everyone else is too pussy to say it, because they don't want to lose collabs, right?
Or they have a big influence and they don't want to go against Elon, well, oh well.
Now you guys see who your influencers are and how they're fucking compromising.
They don't have any real critical thinking and or independent thought.
That's why guys like me and Nick Fuentes get fucking banned.
Because we call it like it fucking is.
This fucking H1B controversy has exposed so many of these big influencers.
Some that I had an enormous amount of respect for, by the way, too.
Alex Jones used to be super pro-anti-immigration.
He used to be anti-mass immigration.
Now he's saying, oh no, you guys are fucked up for disagreeing with Elon on this.
Look, we can have respectable disagreements, but we gotta be honest here.
We have an issue.
Our visa systems are being fucking abused, and I will outline this systematically.
As someone that used to actually be on the southwest border, that understands the visa system, we are getting raped as a nation by this bullshit, man.
And on all angles, by non- by visa waiver countries!
People are coming here from First World Countries still overstaying their fucking stay.
People abusing the J-1s, the F-1s, the H-1Bs.
Then we're getting raped on the Southwest border by motherfuckers just sneaking in, getting NTA RORs and the Border Patrol not fucking sending them back with expedited removals like they're supposed to.
This is a fucking big, big problem.
And for them to just sit there and say, no, we need to bring extraordinary talent, no, that's a fucking cop-out.
If you really want to bring extraordinary talent, Vivek and Elon, make them get a O1 visa.
Make them fucking prove it.
Let them fill out that packet and show that they're actually extraordinary.
We don't need some mediocre fucking coders from New Delhi coming in here and taking jobs that Americans can have.
And if everyone else is too pussy with a big platform to say that, well, they can go fuck off.
Because no one knows the INA better than me on fucking this shit.
On the internet.
I'm telling you guys we got a fucking problem.
If anyone else is too scared, fuck them.
That's the end of my rant.
So, I'll open it up to other people.
I have three reactions to what you said, Myron.
I'm done.
Yeah, number one, Myron.
I love that you pointed out that for every statistical outlier like PVD or Elon Musk or Vivek Ramaswamy, there's 1,000 or 10,000 or 100,000 immigrants that are not productive, not killing it, not helping anybody.
Right.
Like, I don't know what that ratio is, but it's a massive ratio.
These guys are extreme, extreme, extreme, extreme statistical outliers.
And we shouldn't be basing immigration policy off Six Sigma statistical outliers.
Right.
That's number one.
Number two, if these guys were really America first and wanted America to win, they would be expending just as much ink and breath and resources talking about how they are going to engineer mass deportations, how much money they're going to spend, the systems and infrastructure they're going to put in place to do it, and their plans to do it, and how they're going to do it, and they would be out there fighting for it, fomenting for it.
They're not.
Instead, they're talking about perhaps, perhaps deporting the worst, most egregious criminals, perhaps a few tens of thousands.
Okay.
After we've just seen about 20 million legal and illegal immigrants come into the United States in just the last 10 years, over 20 million in just the last 10 years.
And rather than saying, Hey, you know, for every hundred we deport, we're going to, we want to bring in one of these, you know, really super special immigrants and then fighting for They're not, they're not doing any of that.
Instead, they just want to keep the pedal to the metal and keep importing people for their stock prices and their bottom lines.
That's number two.
And then, I forgot what my number three was, but, um, these are important points, right?
Like they're, they're not, um, They're not fighting for America.
We shouldn't have to work 80-100 hours a week for 30 hours of pay.
Of course other people are going to want to come in and work for that.
You're right to say those things.
The bait and switch is obvious.
These guys don't have America in their soul.
And again, that also comes from their inexperience in understanding the immigration problem.
And that's why I'm being so passionate about this, letting you guys know that in the United States, we're getting fucked from multiple angles, guys.
It's not just the visas that are getting abused.
We're getting destroyed on the southwest border.
And we got people coming from first world countries, Canada especially, Canada, France.
So many of them come to the United States and overstay.
They don't leave.
They just stay here because their countries suck.
So, we're not just getting destroyed by the people from these poor countries.
First worlders are coming here and overstaying their welcome as well.
So, this is a big problem that we need to fix and we need to seriously, like, focus on getting these motherfuckers out because they drain resources.
And people don't think, like, a lot of people that come on these visas, they overstay.
A lot of them come in legally and then stay here illegally after the fact.
And here's the other thing, too.
Since I'm on Rumble, I'm just gonna fucking say this shit.
When you go ahead and you research who's all for the open borders, the people that push this fucking bullshit every single time, which I find very interesting because if you go ahead and try to immigrate to their country, they'd never let you in because you don't got a fucking birthright.
I find that very interesting.
All the people that push open borders in the United States, They're Jewish-run Zionist organizations, but if I went ahead and tried to put these organizations... I went to try to do some type of immigration open borders over there, they would never let me fucking bring people in over there!
They'd be like, hell no!
Keep those invaders out!
And I actually respect the Israelis for that, because they understand security, they understand sovereignty, and they understand protecting their people.
America needs to take a page out of Israel's book for once, and not let them run us, and go ahead and adopt their immigration policy.
Because last time I checked, they don't have open borders, and they're pretty fucking secure to some degree. - Okay. - And I thought my third, just hold on for a sec.
My third point, Myron, from your first set of comments was speaking with respect to their talent and their coding and their engineering capabilities.
I'm not a coder, I'm not a computer scientist, but I know several people who are, and I have not ever heard, every white American coder I've ever heard talk about this, to a man and woman they will say, Indian coders, their code sucks.
It's not as good.
They're not as talented.
Their work is not as good.
I've never heard anything different.
Now, if somebody has heard different, I'm all ears, but it's almost universal amongst the software world.
Yeah, everyone tells me they suck too.
I was going to add to that as well because It's linked to what Sam said, and it's just a comment Patrick Ben David tweeted.
He said, so you want me to hire a high-performing, hard-working and skilled Indian, and you want me to hire an American even if that person is not capable, lacks skill and is entitled.
Oh, so you support DEI?
I thought you hated it, and then Elon Musk did the bullseye.
Two points I want to make from that.
The first point is this.
Sam mentioned Patrick by David, but I think people like Patrick by David, someone I called out nearly a year and a half ago, people like Vivek are actually more of a threat than your average person.
And the reason is because you think that they're okay.
You think that they've You know they're there for the best interest of the country or the western civilization and yet they dare to harm it.
This is a prime example.
Vivek Swami putting India first is a prime example of that and the harm they cause is much worse than Even an average person, even an average Indian.
The second point is what Sam said.
I want to add to that because it's something I alluded to earlier.
But where's this evidence?
Where is this universal, stratified data sample that demonstrates that somehow Indians are more capable than an American?
How Indians are much better at said job than Americans?
I mean, if you look at their I mentioned this earlier, like most of them probably paid for fake degrees.
Most of them, like we don't know how good they are.
We know the university systems aren't great.
There's a reason they claim that they need to come to the West.
So this idea that they're much better is actually just fake news.
It's in reality, the only reason they've imported those workers from India is because they pay them a lot less.
And then they're able to pay Americans or Brits even more less than that.
And then they have to get two, three jobs, become homeless.
Homelessness crisis in the US is huge.
So it all comes full circle.
So in reality, this idea that Indians are more skilled or anybody's more skilled is ridiculous.
Like there's no stratified or kind of universal test that demonstrates that.
Okay.
Myron, I have a question for you to kind of Get somebody else involved.
Go ahead, Compton.
Instead of just the same two or three people talking for the last hour, okay?
Okay, you work for DHS.
I was wondering, you had some great discussions earlier with former DHS folks and current, the Border Patrol guy and so forth.
So a big part of what Trump's going to try to do is deportations, and we all agree on that.
I was just looking at the backlog for the Courts and immigration courts, and I think this summer rose to 3.6 million.
Yeah.
Going back and looking at the deficit of federal judges and attorneys to handle these immigration cases, the only good thing I could find was a U.S.
Department of Justice FY 2022 budget request for 600 immigration judges and support staff, 200 attorneys, 100 IGs, But I never heard, and I've tried to look at good news stories, who has followed up on the hiring of these judges, the implementation, because the backlog of immigration cases is going to continue to build.
And I can see once Trump takes office, there He's going to try deportations and there's going to be liberals that are going to throw federal law.
Well, they've already walked back some of that deportation.
Hey, Sam, by the way, I think your mic is echoing a little bit.
But yeah, what I was going to say.
Hold on.
Let me just make sure I have this.
Okay, so when it comes to the mass deportations, well, they've already kind of walked that back.
Homan's already said that, hey, we're going to only focus on criminal aliens, which, you know, that's always been the mantra.
You know, the criminal alien program, which, you know, is an ICE-led directive.
They go after illegal aliens that are in the country that have a criminal conviction, right?
Or sometimes they go after them if they have what's called two crimes of moral interpretation, which typically ends up being two misdemeanors.
Yeah, it's going to be the same thing, dude.
I'll be honest with you.
It's going to be the same thing when Trump was originally in, where they go after the criminal aliens and people that are here that are already in deportation proceedings with an immigration judge, they're typically not going to touch them because when you have a date with a judge, that kind of gives you status.
It puts you in a weird limbo thing, but it gives you status.
So, yeah, man, it's very disappointing.
I mean, yeah, they can hire more immigration judges, etc.
But it's going to take time to get them trained up and it's going to take a few years.
And realistically speaking, are we going to have enough judges to push these people through?
Maybe not, man.
I think the most efficient way is you got to remove as many people as possible that don't have those.
Because a lot of people get through illegally and then a lot of people overstay visas as well.
Correct.
I mean, yeah, if I can, if I can, if I can add something, if I can add something.
Hold on, hold on.
Who's that speaking?
Is that Romeo?
Immigration court cases tossed earlier this year because DHS did not file notice to appears.
Did you realize that?
Wait, say that again.
You got overtaken.
There were 200,000 deportation cases tossed out because DHS did not file notice to appears.
I believe it, absolutely, yeah.
And the reason why is because a lot of the times when these aliens get these notice to appearance, they change addresses.
So when they change addresses, it's hard to find them.
So what ends up happening is they just kind of like drop the case.
Because they didn't show up.
Thanks for your time, and any further follow-up, any news you hear on the judicial track information would be great to hear in the future.
You have a good night, man.
Thank you.
No problem.
All right.
Who's up next?
We just talked about, you know, where's the proof of this Indian, you know, tech superiority?
And the reality is there is actually some information, some interesting information out there that Leonardo Joni shared yesterday.
I put it up in the Nest.
But in the International Olympiad of Information and Statistics, Indians actually finish somewhere around 30th or 35th in the world, somewhere way down the list in winning medals at these international like Olympics for tech and math and stuff, right?
Way down the list.
Interesting.
So there's an interesting, so that's up in the nest if you guys want to go check it out.
And by the way, just a quick housekeeping for Myron.
There's a lot of tweets in the nest, guys, with a lot of great information that'll keep you up to date with this conversation.
So make sure you're up there interacting with stuff, bookmarking stuff, liking stuff.
But that's up in the nest.
So there's some proof right there, Myron, or at least some evidence that, like, you know, our Indians really the best and the brightest.
They're not finishing at the top of the pack in these international competitions.
Not even close.
They're known as one of the most fraudulent countries in the world, in terms of university degrees.
Guys are having fake PhDs.
They're up there with Philippines and Pakistan as well, but particularly India.
Fake PhDs in Tamil Nadu.
And many universities cooperate without accreditation as well.
So it's known.
It's just, no, you know, you say it, you sound racist, but it's the truth.
All right.
So I wanted to add a bit of context to something that Myron said a bit earlier.
about who are the people funding this mass immigration stuff.
We all know who it is, but my own personal context with that is I actually went to law school, I got a scholarship, and I actually had a couple of my interns funded by a Jewish organization.
And the only strings attached to that was, we need you to, over the summer, we need you to at least crank out Like 50, like 50 to 75 immigration applications.
So like U visas, VAWAs, anything like that.
And that was the only requirement they gave us.
They didn't ask any reports.
They just said, Here's the money, we'll pay for you to be funded for that summer, which is rare when you're a first-year law student, which is the situation I was in when I was funded.
And all they asked for was, put out these applications, try to get as many people as you can in.
All right.
Yeah, I mean, when you look at a lot of these, you know, the Open Border Society run by Soros, etc., a lot of these pro-immigration boards, they're run by Zionist Jews.
And I find it interesting because those same Zionist Jews would never let people into Israel.
So the same, they go ahead and let people invade the United States, but they would never allow that immigration policy to their own country.
Right?
So, we need to take a page out of the Israelis' books and use their immigration policy.
You motherfuckers can't come in.
You just can't come in.
We'll go to OneTribe and then FutureSecondSon.
And guys, try to keep it brief because we got a lot of people in here.
Let me in first and then close the borders.
Okay, yeah, because I can't even see the hands.
You said, what was that?
Oh, you said let you in first?
I said let me in first and then close the borders!
Well, you'd qualify for a No.1 visa, bro.
So, yeah.
Alright, OneTribe, go ahead and then we'll go to FutureSecondSon.
Try to make it brief.
Go ahead.
Yeah, real quick.
I posted a couple of things up the nest and it's just it highlights the attitude towards American tech workers.
One is from Elon.
I'm sorry, President Elon Musk.
My tolerance for subtards is limited.
And then there's another one from PBD that says, unfortunately, some brains can't process this.
And he goes on the shitpost on fucking American tech workers.
So the attitude, the cultural attitude of these motherfuckers is that American tech workers and now MAGA, you can start to see this shift again of now MAGA is, you know, a bunch of low IQ hillbillies from the hinterlands or whatever.
That's my impression.
I could be wrong, but it should be worth noting that we actively exercise our Second Amendment rights to protect our First Amendment.
I can't overstate that.
- I can't overstate that. - Thank you. - If you have your second son, go ahead. - How you doing, my arm?
I've been doing spaces and stuff.
So I'm just gonna keep it kind of brief because I can't really stay on the space too long.
I'm kind of like in not even at my place right now.
All right, go ahead.
So, uh, yeah, so as you can see, I just shared to the nest, uh, Steve Bond and slams the H1B visa tech bros as a bunch of as a, as a bunch of on the spectrum geeks.
That's funny.
Who can?
Yeah, who can't take criticism?
And honestly speaking, as you can see with Elon Musk's face, I actually have a question right quick.
And this is because I was actually listening to Chief Trump from space the other day, and this is pertaining to this guy named Adrian.
Has anybody ever seen this guy's actual face and actually know who he is?
Yeah, a lot of people claim that's Elon in hiding.
I don't know, bro.
I don't think it's him.
I've seen a picture of him that allegedly is him.
Shown by his close friends, and he's like a liberal long-haired type nerdy type of looking guy Yeah, he has the same accent, but I don't think it's him, bro I'm gonna make a very decree and like I understand many people may not think it's might not he be him But I truly believe that was Elon Musk because when Dalton was going off all of a sudden the next day You know all the grumpers accounts like if anyone that was a free day with Project Royper all their accounts got nuked
Second, the next day that it happened, you can literally go back into space and listen to it.
When Dalton was going up against this guy, Adrian, who supposedly could talk perfectly like Elon, literally laughed like him too.
Literally.
I'm not even joking.
I actually played the space, and I actually played the episode with Joe Rogan where Elon's talking.
It's literally, you can't mimic his laugh.
It's kind of like it's insane to me.
I truly believe that's Elon.
Okay, that's fine.
Could be AI.
Yeah, you know, we don't know.
They just have a very similar South African accent and, you know, obviously a South African accent is not common to hear.
So, you know, it could be anybody, bro, I'll be honest with you.
But, I mean, regardless, right, I think this, like I said, this H-1B visa controversy has exposed a lot of people and it's exposed a lot of, you know, big influencers.
And I think a lot of them are siding with Elon more from a self-preservation standpoint versus their own real political standpoints.
And, you know, anybody that's siding with Elon on this, you know, for for clout, which I think a lot of them are doing, it's kind of it's kind of it's kind of gay.
It's really fucking, yeah, it's whack.
Because, you know, at some point you've got to be able to stand on your principles.
And, you know, right-wing has always been very tough on immigration for obvious reasons.
For people to sit there and say, oh, well, you know, you're practicing DEI by saying that we can't bring the best and the brightest.
Well, again, like we said before, like Sam, I'm glad that you brought those numbers out, Sam.
Like a lot of these H-1B visa workers that are coming in aren't actually even fucking good.
A lot of times they suck.
They suck.
They're not even fucking good.
So what is it really that we hire them for?
We hire them because these big tech companies, at the end of the day, want a bigger and better bottom line.
We all know that when it comes to running a business, salaries and wages and paying your employees is by far the most expensive.
So if you can cut that down, what do you do?
You bring wages up.
And the H-1B has been a way that these big employers have been able to get around paying higher costs to American citizens for years.
And shout out to Laura Loomer for bringing this topic up and exposing these tech guys for what they are.
Because, again, a lot of them are doubling back.
Peter Thiel, Mark Zuckerberg, hell, even Elon Musk.
A lot of these guys didn't like Trump.
It wasn't until Trump had that fucking glorious picture of him raising the fist after almost being killed by weird ass Matthew Crooks that a lot of these guys said, OK, we need to get we need to support.
And then JD Vance came on the ticket.
And then next thing you know, Peter Thiel and all these, um, you know, big tech guys started supporting Trump.
But look, they have their, their ulterior motives.
And again, like I said those before, I want to remind everyone when Trump had the January 6th fiasco and he got banned off of every single platform, Mark Zuckerberg and all the other tech nerds did nothing to help him.
They didn't give a fuck.
They wouldn't have cared if he rotted in prison, etc.
And then what happened after he got banned off all these platforms?
Subsequent indictments in four different jurisdictions, two federal, two state, and I would argue a big part of the reason why he got indicted wasn't able to counter the narrative that a lot of these mainstream media platforms put when they made it front line news that Trump got He got arrested, he couldn't even defend himself via social media because he was banned.
And Zuckerberg, that fucking faggot, that cuck, was the main fucking proponent that led the charge with him getting banned.
He got banned off Facebook, he got banned off Instagram, he got banned off of YouTube, and he got banned off of Twitter, everywhere.
So, and then if you look, who runs all these companies?
Oh, we know who runs these companies, we know where they're from, right?
Now they want to come groveling back, right, to the White House.
Oh yeah, Trump, uh, you know, we're libertarians now.
Get the fuck out of here, you fucking faggots.
We know where the fuck you guys really stand.
And this H1B thing is exposing a lot of these people that are so-called conservatives or right-wings as flaming Fuckin' centrist liberal faggots.
That's what it is.
And I'm disappointed in a lot of these influencers that aren't taking a stand and saying what the fuck the American people really think.
And that's the problem also with a lot of these influencers.
They've been rich too fuckin' long.
Let's just, you know, let me just go ahead and call a fuckin' spade a spade.
A lot of these motherfuckers We're only influencers and didn't have real jobs before this shit, right?
I remember working a regular job, paying fucking taxes, being in line at the grocery store.
I remember what life was like before being a fucking millionaire.
And I'll tell you guys, the American people are fucking struggling, okay?
So for people to sit there and say, well, immigration isn't that really bad of a problem, Because we're just gonna go ahead and get the best and brightest.
No, you're not!
You're bringing in a bunch of fucking jeets that aren't even good at their job, can't properly code, they have really bad accents, so when you put them on customer service, I can't even get the fucking help I want!
I don't understand these niggas every time I call American Express, and it's fucking ridiculous!
And nobody is stepping up and saying anything!
And the problem is, when you've been rich for too long, you don't identify with the American public.
A lot of these influencers have made money for too fucking long, 10 years, 20 years, and don't remember what it's like to be an average person making less than $100,000 per year and living paycheck to paycheck like the rest of the Americans so they have no fucking clue what's going on.
If I gotta be the one to speak up for the people because I recently got into the social media thing, so fucking be it.
They wanted to crucify me for saying the truth, so fucking be it.
This immigration thing doesn't affect PBD, doesn't affect Alex Jones, doesn't affect Elon Musk, doesn't affect Vivek Ramaswamy, because guess what?
They're in the 1% and they've been rich for a very fucking long time and they forgot what it's like to be an average American.
And again, I see PBD's tweet, I immigrated here, I was a refugee, I came from Iran, I worked the way up.
Great!
That's awesome!
But for every one PBD, there's 10,000 fucking Iranian scammers!
Alright?
That are abusing the fucking system.
So we gotta be real here and be honest and understand that these foreign invaders don't come here to make the country better.
They come here to make themselves better, take that talent, go back to their country, or worse yet, they send that money back to their fucking country.
That's what they do.
Every single time.
And if we aren't gonna be honest and have these tough discussions, and I gotta be the fucking one to bring it up, right, as someone that's also, uh, comes from, and, uh, I was born here, but my parents were first gen, uh, were, uh, immigrated here.
If I gotta be the one to tell the truth about this shit, so fucking be it.
But a lot of these guys don't want to be honest because they don't want to lose their connection to Elon, they don't want to lose a connection to Twitter, maybe, they don't want to lose a connection to, uh, collabs and opportunities.
No, that's a bunch of faggot shit.
If you're gonna do that to preserve your social media presence, that's gay.
You gotta tell the truth.
And the truth is, immigration doesn't help the American people at fucking all.
It helps the oligarchs, it helps the big business owners.
I mean, hell, you guys just saw the clip from 2016 where Trump said, yeah, when I was a business owner, it worked for me, but it hurts the American people.
How more candid can you be with admitting that?
You got the President of the United States saying this shit back before.
H-1B is a fucking problem, dude.
It really is.
And I'm shocked.
And honestly, I'd be happy to have a discussion with any of these fucking guys on this thing.
I'd be happy to debate them on this.
As someone especially that has an immigration background, these guys are disconnected from fucking reality.
They don't know what the fuck it is because they've been on top and made too much money and own businesses.
So for them, the bottom line is what matters.
But they forget who suffers for them to get their big bottom line.
The average American person does.
Anyway, I'll turn it to anybody else if they have something to say, but it's fucking ridiculous, man.
Hey, Martin, real quick, real quick before you turn to somebody else.
I actually shared this to The Space, too.
This is from AF Post.
It says, the data shows H-1B visas undercut median pay of American workers by 18%.
Now, if everybody wants to go and read it for themselves, it's in the space right there at the top and all that.
I just want to post it up very quick before I leave out and stuff.
So, do the information what you need right now, but I want to thank everybody.
I want to thank you too, Mark, for hosting this space and stuff.
It's a really crazy time going on at X right now, brother.
So, I hope every one of you guys stay safe out here.
I hope you guys still have Xer account by tomorrow.
Hopefully, we all don't get nuked.
Yeah, we'll see what happens, man.
But again, like, I'm not going to bite my tongue and lie to preserve relationships, right?
And just agree with big accounts and big influencers to look cool.
I'd be happy to debate any motherfucker on this topic.
And this is coming from a guy, like I said before.
I have every incentive to say, oh no, actually H1B visas are great.
I have every incentive.
All the big accounts agree with it.
Elon agrees with it.
I am taking a dissident on this, right?
And it doesn't benefit me whatsoever to take this stance.
It actually hurts me to take this stance, but I'm not going to bite my tongue and lie.
I've seen the issues on the border.
I've seen people abuse the visa system.
I've seen people abuse the marriage fraud system.
That's a whole other fucking organization.
I've seen people abuse our, basically they've abused And raped us on our immigration system.
And I'm not gonna fucking stand here and say, I'm gonna say what's cool so that I can align with all the influencers.
Fuck that shit.
PBD, Elon Musk, Vivek, any of them want to have a discussion on this, I'd be happy.
But they're all fucking wrong.
And they don't know what the fuck they're talking about when it comes to this situation.
As someone that intimately understands the INA, intimately understands the fucking immigration problem, with boots on the actual ground and experience arresting these fucking assholes that abuse the system, I am here to tell you, How do I?
Emphatically, they're fucking wrong and they don't know what they're talking about.
They've been rich for too fucking long.
They're disconnected with the American people.
It's not a matter of DEI and getting the best and brightest.
That's not what it is.
It's shortcuts to increase their bottom line.
If you want to get the best and brightest, I'm going to say this one more time.
O-1 visas, Elon and Vivek.
O-1 visas.
Make them go ahead and complete O-1 visa.
But you know why you won't do that?
Because to get an O-1 visa, you actually have to be extraordinary.
You actually have to be exemplary.
You actually have to have some skill sets that can't be replaced by the American public.
So make them do O-1 visas then, if you really are getting the best and brightest.
But you won't.
Why?
Because O-1 visa process is actually significantly harder.
You need to submit a packet.
You need references.
You need real shit to get an O-1 visa.
So get the fuck out of here with this H-1B trying to tell people like, oh yeah, you know, we can bring in some great talent.
Elon Musk was an immigrant.
PBD was an immigrant.
They're the 1%, bro.
The other 80, 90% are all fucking scumbags that come here to abuse our shit.
If I gotta be the one to say it with a fucking platform, so fucking be it.
They're wrong.
They're all wrong, and I'd be happy to discuss this shit with them.
They're selling out, and I'm fucking... It's really disheartening to see someone like Alex Jones, you know, taking a stance on this pro-immigration bullshit, or PBD.
It's really, like, fucking terrible, bro.
But hey, we can disagree on some shit.
I don't have a problem with disagreeing with people.
I don't have, like, I don't have an issue with them personally or whatever, but realistically, they're 1,000% wrong on this fucking shit.
I can say that ten toes down.
They don't know what they're talking about when it comes to immigration.
H-1B is not the route to go.
It's a fucking issue.
And I gotta give credit to Nick.
Nick was right!
He called this shit!
He literally called this shit!
Again, I voted for Trump mostly on foreign policy and stopping foreign wars.
That's what I cared about.
I've been very vocal about that.
When I said why I support Trump, I want him to reel in Netanyahu and end the Russian-Ukraine war.
But this immigration shit, I did see this kind of coming, but I didn't think it was going to be this bad.
With like open, like, let's do H-1B!
Hell fucking no!
So, hey, he was right, man.
Hey real quick, Myron.
Just posted in the Nest something from Ashley St.
Clair.
She got a call from an employment attorney in California that kind of just outlined the massive fraud that is going on.
You basically got these body shops that are contracting with the companies.
The body shops bring the H1B workers in, provide the housing, and then they're charging the company whatever, $80 an hour, and then paying the workers like $40 an hour.
It's a total fraud.
It's an absolute massive fraud.
So check out the post in the nest there.
All right.
We'll go.
Anybody else?
I'm going to wind this thing down because I got to go do another show.
But anybody got any comments on that?
I know I've been ranting here a little, a little bit, and I want to give the Florida, you know, whether it's Sam or Suleiman, anything on that.
With the immigration stuff.
I don't have anything else.
I just want people to go up to the nest.
There's so much good information in the nest that people have shared.
Please like it and bookmark it and share the space.
I see the space is being recorded, so hit the share.
Even when we end the space, you hit share, it's going to go out and it'll get twice as many views after.
It'll get a bunch more views after this space is over.
So share the space and bookmark and like the stuff up in the nest.
I really do hope more guys with a platform come out and tell the truth on this H1B shit, man.
I really do.
We gotta echo what the American people are dealing with, right?
Just because immigration might not affect me as much now as it did before, doesn't necessarily mean that I can't still identify with the American people.
Because when I look at this shit, I'm looking at it from like, okay, I'm in a privileged position, but what is the rest of the country dealing with?
And the rest of the country is fucking struggling.
And we don't need more fucking problems.
We're in the middle of two fucking wars right now.
Inflation is through the roof.
We might be on the fucking verge of World War 3 with crazy-ass Netanyahu.
Like, the last thing we need is more foreign invaders coming in here and fucking up our shit.
We've already given them way too many benefits.
And then the sanctuary city system?
I could rant on immigration forever.
But again, people with influence, people with platforms, need to fucking do the right thing and call out this bullshit.
Right?
We can't be sitting here and aligning with Elon and Vec, just because they're fucking cool.
No!
We gotta tell the truth, even if it might hurt us a little bit from a clout perspective.
Clout isn't everything.
The truth is.
So, anyway.
Arthur, you have something, bro?
Before I close this thing out.
Welcome to the space.
Thank you for having me here, brother.
Yeah.
I think it just goes to show you that Nick Florence is really the voice of the people.
Just from what you said there, because just this morning I was in the space with the two Krez and Yeah.
the Krasenstein brothers.
And, you know, there's all this back and forth discussion about outsourcing talent and all this.
And I was trying to make them understand that, look, that's really besides the point to me.
You know, the bottom line is any population has every right to reject people who are not going to assimilate.
It's really not complicated.
It's not about money.
I mean, yes, we can have that conversation, but it's really about values.
Yeah.
So this entire, you know, ultimately, like, it's heavily an aesthetic thing.
people, they are improper.
They're not civilized.
They smell.
I mean, like, literally, I'm just leaving a restaurant right now, and there's an Indian family or something, some friend group next to me.
And I'm not even trying to be funny.
Like, legitimately, there was an odor.
And I'm like, it's not about even the money and everything we've been discussing here.
I know I see all these laughing emojis, but it's true.
Like, genuinely speaking, it's about culture and cadence.
It doesn't matter, like, if Americans don't want these people because they're not going to assimilate proper, they have every right to say no.
I don't know why we're, you know, I understand talking about foreign policy, all of these points, but it's just going to show you that all of these con-ink influencers, literally, conservative ink has been the issue, and this is why the Gropius have been correct about this ad nauseum, like, they're just controlled up on the other side.
These Indians are just simply, you know, The foot soldiers are the Jews.
That's pretty much what we're seeing here.
Basically, we're seeing through this, most people are seeing through all this black bullshit, that now they're like, okay, let's transfer the clergy plan to Indians.
And we'll just say it's about IQ, which is, you know, not substantiated as well.
I think that's all we're seeing here.
Yeah, demonstratively false.
Sam actually put up some numbers that they're actually not even good at the coding and the abilities that they claim.
It's insane, but look, I was following 110 people and you just got off my dinner and now I'm seeing it's 102 and I'm like...
Whoa, they just purged all the groceries I was following.
Oh shit.
This is crazy.
This is crazy.
Yeah.
No, it is.
It is.
And this is supposed to be a free speech platform, which again, this is why I think Rumble is truly the best, man.
When it comes to this shit, I wouldn't have a problem having these discussions on Rumble.
But, you know, it is what it is, man.
It's very unfortunate.
But guys, look, I'm going to end the space.
What, we got 1,000 plus y'all ninjas in here, man.
It was a really good discussion.
Again, I stand on what I said.
Immigration's a problem.
The H-1B visa's a fucking scam.
I'd be happy to have a discussion with anyone that disagrees with me that's an influencer.
I don't care if it's Alex, if it's PBD.
And these are guys that I like and respect, by the way.
But I strongly disagree with them on this immigration stuff.
No more fucking immigration.
The H-1B visa is a goddamn scam.
And I can go ahead and debate this shit with anyone.
I talked with the Krasensteins earlier about this shit.
Debated them.
This is my fucking wheelhouse.
You guys want to talk about the INA and how we're being overrun?
I'd be happy to have a discussion with anyone that wants to talk about this, but Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, PBD, Alex Jones, all these guys that are pro-H1B, pro-mass immigration, are fucking wrong.
I don't even care if it's just some immigration with H1B visas.
It's wrong.
Don't bring these people in.
We got plenty of qualified Americans that have graduate degrees that will be more than capable of doing these fucking jobs.
So with that said, guys, America first, America only.
I love you guys.
I'm going to end the space now.
I'm going to end the stream here in a second.
Thank you guys so much for tuning into the space.
And yeah, you know, call out these fucking influencers.
If they're saying some bullshit, guys, call them out.
Yeah, sorry, I know you're about to end the space and the most annoying thing is when someone wants to make a last point before you end the space.
But one point I wanted to make is, and I'll make it concise as possible, is because Arthur mentioned something.
When you look at Indians and you look at Hindutva, the Hindutva ideology and the Zionist ideology are basically the brother-sister ideology.
It believes in supremacy.
It believes in the fact that they believe they're better.
And if you look at their countries, same thing.
Huge amount of persecution of Muslims and Christians happens in India in a significant manner.
The cookie community is a good example of that.
And then it also happens, obviously, as we know in Israel.
So these two twins of the same dragon are essentially very similar, if not the same in the ideology.
And then you see this marriage that's occurred and the control that they have under Western civilization.
No, good point.
Good point.
I just saw Gary just came in.
Gary, I know you have a lot to say about Elon, man, so go ahead.
I'll give you the floor real quick.
Listen, I appreciate the time.
All I'm going to say is I told you not to trust this son of a bitch.
I told you guys this was coming because this guy was never conservative.
He was never conservative.
He just switched sides to sell Teslas.
He was never conservative.
He's for a carbon tax.
He's for a universal wage.
He's been married and divorced like five times.
He has a trans kid.
I warned you guys.
I was the first one.
They suspended me.
No one gave a damn.
Now they're coming for everyone else.
I told you not to trust that son of a bitch, and I'm gonna make this point very clear.
Elon, you over-fucking-played your head.
This is gonna cost you.
That's it.
All right, thank you, Gary.
Guys, I hope you guys enjoyed this space.
Like I said before, I hope everyone is fine and no one loses their account for having this discourse.
I think this is an important discussion.
Again, I'd be happy to talk to any influencer that's pro-H1B or pro-mass immigration and debate them on this topic.
I will be the voice of the people, but it's a problem, and it needs to be stopped at all angles, whether it's visas, illegal migration, visa waivers, marriage fraud.
It's all a fucking problem, and the United States is getting raped with mass immigration in different ways.
I'm telling you guys, they're doing it surreptitiously, and we don't even know, and it's a fucking problem.
We need to stop it.
Anyway, love you guys.
I'm going to end the space here.
I'm going to do Fresh After Hours here, and probably within the next hour.
Love y'all, ninjas.
We're going to talk to some dumb bitches.
Love y'all.
Peace.
All right guys, so hope you guys enjoyed the stream.
We're still live on all the other platforms I will go ahead and let me switch this shit back to all the platforms Yeah, that was fire.
I hope you guys enjoyed that I'm gonna read some of these super chats, and then I'm gonna close this thing out we were cooking on that Hopefully I don't lose my ex account, but you know if it is what it is You know I mean you got to tell the fucking truth, bro Uh, okay.
We got Albo Ace here.
He says, uh... Let me move my face out the way.
Okay, boom.
Let me... Alright, so... Make sure we get that America flag in the fucking corner because don't forget what country we in.
Alright, so we got, uh, Alboace.
Aw, man.
Y'all niggas making me have to go back to Rumble.
I don't want to live in a poopy J-America.
It's also annoying as fuck every time you call customer service for a company and you hear an idiot accent on the other end.
Uh, I can't even help you if you can barely understand what they're saying.
Alright?
Uh... Sam Parker is right.
America's not in an economic zone.
Do you understand that, Vivek?
Absolutely.
From Lomas.
Um... We got here Tiffanel.
Myron, the companies should have to pay for those visa census so the companies do not train Americans.
Yeah, I agree.
2015, oh I think someone, Durag Myron sent me this, I think this was from what you were saying, yeah, our web archive, yeah, and I played the clip too where Trump was anti-H1B.
So this isn't even anti-Trump what we're talking about guys, this is the original MAGA movement, man, where we said no to fucking H1B visas, right?
It creates a lot of fucking problems.
It absolutely creates problems, man.
We gotta care for our country because other people aren't gonna do it.
You know what I mean?
That's just really what it comes down to.
Let's see here.
Then we got Raj.
Hello, Myron.
I appreciate all the value that you provide with us.
Thank you for all you do.
Appreciate that, Raj.
Let's see here.
I want to make sure I didn't miss any of you guys.
Cool.
I think I caught all the chats.
So, alright, guys!
I'm going to shower because I'm sweaty as fuck right now.
And we're going to go ahead and give y'all an after hours show.
I think the girls are rolling in right around now.
So we'll probably go around, I'm assuming 10 is what I'm thinking.
But do you guys like these earlier shows?
Let me know if you guys like this earlier shit.
Give me ones in the chat if you guys prefer this.
Is this better?
Because what I can do is I can do these shows earlier, but kind of like this.
Yeah, I think we started at five.
How long did we go?
We went for four hours almost?
God damn, bro.
Holy.
Yeah, I see a bunch of ones on Rumble.
Yeah, maybe not five, because I ain't gonna lie, this is kind of early.
But maybe six or seven.
Seven at the latest.
But it does seem like you guys enjoy this stuff.
We're flipping back between Rumble and YouTube, because obviously the subject matter is a little controversial.
But I do mean that!
I'd be happy to have this debate with people on immigration in the United States.
It's a problem, guys.
It's a problem, and the Democrats have been hiding it for a bit, and now the Conservatives are trying to throw it under the rug, but nah, man.
We're not gonna back down on this.
It is a problem.
It really is a problem.
So, let's see here.
Anything else?
I just want to make sure I don't miss any of you ninjas.
Do a call-in show?
Nah, because some of y'all niggas be yapping, bro.
Give it a thousand.
If it's like political, I'm probably not going to do a call-in.
Like this, this was a political topic.
I just do this shit solo.
It is what it is.
We'll do other Friday shows where we do call-ins, though.
Don't worry.
That's always still going to be around, call-in shows.
Someone on YouTube said, L content.
All right, bro.
Ketamine.
Well, your name is Ketamine, so that makes sense why you're saying L content.
You would rather do drugs than party.
So that makes sense.
Someone said free Canada?
No, man, Canada's cooked, bro.
Canada is cooked.
They are cooked.
They are cooked.
I am sorry, but they are cooked.
All right, cool.
I think that will be the end of the stream.
We'll be back, guys.
Didgeridoo Teflon with the 100 emoji, I appreciate that.
We'll be back on After Hours with some girls.
I'm assuming 10 p.m.
start time.
I am gonna shower because I stink and I am sweaty.
Actually, I am...
Smelling like the people I made fun of earlier?
Probably?
Can you do another space tonight after After Hours?
We'll see.
We'll see how much energy I got.
I woke up at 5 o'clock in the morning, guys, so I'm fucking going crazy here in the pit.
Oh, look at that.
See, she already got me.
Thank you, Icy.
Look at this guy, Frank.
He's looking at me.
See, he's like, bro, why are you ignoring me, nigga?
Hold on, let me... Thanks, Icy.
You're welcome.
Yeah, look at this guy, Frank.
He just... It's fine.
Frank, come up here.
You guys want to say what's up to Frank real quick?
Look at him.
He's getting big, man.
He's getting big.
Oh, shit.
Oh, nigga.
Frank, you want to say what's up to the people?
Yeah, I love you too, buddy.
Wagging his tail and shit.
Nigga, look at me.
Come on, man.
Stop.
Say what's up to the people, man.
Say what's up.
Okay.
All right.
Okay, guys.
I'm going to end the stream.
Frank, say bye to the people.
Say bye to the people, buddy.
Okay.
No more immigrants?
Alright, there you go.
Alright, guys.
We'll be back with some lovely ladies here in a little bit.
Love y'all news.
I'm gonna end the stream here.
Are we gonna go out on some music?
We should go out on some music, should we?
Yeah, we gotta keep it America.
You know what?
Hold on.
I got y'all.
The true American patriot here.
You know?
Y'all know what time it is.
We gotta keep it patriotic.
