	But don't worry, I'm going to give a summarized version for you ninjas right now.
	So let's go ahead and screen share.
	So for you guys to understand what the hell is going on here, all right, I need you guys to understand the geopolitical climate from a geographic perspective and a somewhat historical perspective.
	Okay, and I won't get too much into the history because...
	You know, I don't want to put you guys to sleep, but I did go over the history on one of the other streams.
	FYI, guys, all the streams that I do are all on Castle Club.

	So, this is Axis of Resistance, okay guys?
	Basically a bunch of countries, for lack of a better term, that don't like Israel, right?
	Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, right?
	Let's see if I can enlarge this.
	Okay, boom, right?
	And I've used this map before, but this is kind of just to illustrate you guys what we got here, right?
	So Israel is this little strip right here, right?
	And I know a lot of people, you know, might not be familiar with the Middle East, etc.
	So, you know, this is kind of a crash course.
	So Israel's right here.
	The Gaza Strip is right here, where my mouse is, okay?
	And then you got Syria to the north, Lebanon to the north, Syria north of that, and to the east.
	Then you got Iraq, then you got Iran, and you got Yemen, right?
	And Kuwait to a certain degree.
	I wouldn't consider them really that much of an access to resistance.
	But hey, you know, it is what is.
	The Middle East in general is united to some degree when it comes to Israel.
	Because as you guys know, this used to be formerly Palestine.
	And, you know, Israel came in and was created in 1948, blah, blah, blah.
	It is what it is, right?
	The rest is history.
	But the point is, you guys need to understand that these are the powers that dislike Israel, and they call themselves the Axis of Resistance, okay?
	So, in the past few months, guys, there has been a lot of movement, so to speak, geopolitical movements, okay?
	So, I'm going to kind of go ahead and read this tweet, which kind of outlines all this, right?
	So, literally, a couple days ago, about a week ago, they killed Hassan Nasrallah, this guy right here, huge, all right?
	They killed him, who was the head of Hezbollah, which is a paramilitary organization out of Lebanon.
	And I also want to let you guys know that Lebanon also has its own army called the Lebanese Army as well.
	So these are just some of the escalations that have been going on for the past few months.
	You got, in the past few months, Israel is limited and take credit for killing five high-level members from the axis of resistance, Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Syria.
	So, Hassan Nasrallah, they killed him on 9-24.
	Abraham Akil, number two in Hezbollah to replace Shukr, he was killed on the 20th.
	When they were bombing Beirut.
	Then they also killed Fouad Shukr as well.
	He was Nasrallah's military advisor, pretty much chief of staff.
	They killed him on July 30th, 2024.
	Just to put a name to some of these guys.
	So Ibrahim Akil is this guy.
	Put a face in the name.
	Right?
	This guy.
	And then Fouad Shoukar, okay?
	This guy, right?
	They killed him.
	So they killed him first on July 30th, on or about July 30th, right?
	Then they replaced him with this dude.
	He gets killed, right?
	On the 20th.
	After he replaced Shukr.
	Then they went ahead and got the big dog, Hassan Nasrallah.
	They killed him a few days after that.
	And this comes after escalations of the Israeli government going after Lebanon.
	So they killed these three individuals.
	Then they also killed this guy, Ishmael Hanea, head of the Hamas political wing and negotiated for the hostages.
	They killed him, interestingly enough, and this is where Iran is going to tie in.
	They killed him literally like 24 hours after they killed Fouad Shukr.
	Right?
	So they kill him on the 30th.
	They kill Hanea on the 31st.
	Right?
	Which is crazy.
	Because we haven't seen escalations like this since Trump killed this guy.
	I know I'm going to spell this wrong.
	Soleimani airstrike.
	Trump killed him in 2020.
	I'm pronouncing...
	I know I'm...
	Okay, Qasem Soleimani.
	Boom, there we go.
	I knew I was going to pull it up once I put it...
	They killed this guy in 2020.

	This dude, they killed him in 2020.
	And Trump takes a lot of credit to this day for killing this guy.

	So, where is he?
	Qasem Soleimani.
	This guy right here, right?
	So, why do I say all this?
	So, in 2020, they killed this dude, right?
	Which was a big fucking deal.
	Iran retaliated.
	But now, within just the past few months, Israel has killed this dude.
	Hussam Nasrallah, Ibrahim Akil, Fuad Shukr, and Ishmael Haneya, right?
	Now, the reason why this murder, this assassination matters so much is because they didn't just kill him, Chad.
	They murdered him in Tehran, Iran, okay?
	So, that's like the capital.
	I'm not mistaken.
	I think it's the capital.
	Let me double check.
	I don't like saying things unless I'm 100% correct.
	Uh...
	Yeah, it is the capital.

	So, they killed him in Tehran, Iran.
	Mind you, he was there for the presidential inauguration of a new president that was coming in after the former president had died in a helicopter crash.

	Now, this is obviously a massive embarrassment to Iran to have another foreign dignitary killed on your soil by a foreign and adversarial government like Israel.
	Okay?
	Then, on top of that, So they assassinated these four individuals, all in a few months, right?
	Which, like I said before, in 2020, when they killed this dude, it was a big deal.
	Israel did all that times four in just a few months.
	Then, this is on top of endless bombing and conflict in Gaza, the West Bank, southern Lebanon towns, and even its capital city of Beirut, right?
	Because they bombed Beirut to kill Nasrallah and to kill Akil, which is the capital of Lebanon, right?
	Think of it as the equivalent of attacking like a New York City in the United States.
	That's what Israel did.
	So, let's see here.
	And then also, right?
	To add insult to injury, this comes after the days after Israel launched an intel operation that blew up hundreds of pagers Hezbollah members owned.
	So Israel did a pretty smart operation.
	I'm not going to lie.
	I got to give them credit.
	They ran an operation.
	I think it was their unit 8200 or the Mossad, right?
	Which, again, just a quick little refresher for you guys.
	Unit 8200.
	This is Israeli intelligence from the IDF, right?
	And then you go ahead, and this is like the equivalent of their, like, maybe NSA. And then you go...
	Right?
	Mossad.
	This is their equivalent to CIA. Right?
	They ran an operation where they went ahead at inception, took a bunch of these beepers and pagers that Hezbollah members were using because they didn't want to use cell phones.
	They were using...
	They're trying to regress from a technological standpoint to be more safe.
	And they blew up a bunch of them.
	Thousands of people got injured.
	A bunch of Hezbollah fighters got killed, etc.
	It was a wild success for Israel.
	So, Israel...
	Launches these assassinations, kills four to five of their top guys.
	Then they do this pager attack, kill even more members of Hezbollah through this intelligence operation.
	So Israel's like, yeah, we're like, we're taking W's all day.
	Then they launch a ground assault into Lebanon yesterday, okay?
	So, and this comes on the heels of them pretty much crippling Hamas, right?
	They've pretty much Leveled Gaza.
	Hamas isn't gone, but they're absolutely incapacitated to a significant degree.
	They killed Haneya, Yahya Senwar, this guy right here.
	I'm probably spelling this wrong too, but yeah, here he is.
	This is the head of Hamas now.
	He's in hiding, right?
	Because they obviously want him killed.
	There's rumors that he's dressing as a woman right now to kind of fit in.
	No one can find him, right?
	And this guy's much more aggressive than Hane is.
	He doesn't want to really negotiate.
	This dude just wants to kill, right?
	So Israel's been able to make a lot of ground, take a lot of ground, and they've been able to get a lot of Ws between assassinating a lot of their top adversaries, this obviously pager incident, which they were able to do two days of triggering these devices and killing individuals, right?
	So a big W for them.
	Then they invaded Lebanon, right?
	And just so you guys know, the United States, pretty much we're not doing anything.
	Biden's asleep at the wheel.
	He doesn't know what the hell is going on.
	He's just fucking off.
	So today, to fast forward all that now, do you guys kind of see how we got here?
	Literally hours ago, Iran launched an assault into Israel.
	Which, you know, it's an unprecedented level of assault.
	Last time they did this was back in April, where they shot a bunch of missiles into Israel, and they were able to kind of let Israel know, hey, look, we can touch you, right?
	We can touch you.
	And obviously, you know, when it comes to modern warfare like this, right?
	Especially a country like Israel, which spends so much money on defense, right?
	And having the Iron Dome and being able to mount a very impressive, by the way, air defense system.
	They have a fantastic air defense system compared to other countries.
	This is a big deal to them.
	So, that attack back in April, what Iran effectively did was they doubled it.
	Okay?
	And they went ahead and took a fairly aggressive campaign and bombed a bunch of different military targets in Israel right outside of Tel Aviv.
	Okay?
	Ballistic missiles.
	So, this is obviously an escalation.
	And the reason why this is important for you guys to know is because Israel obviously launched a ground assault into Lebanon, and Iran escalated this in a way to almost de-escalate, and I'll explain what I mean by this.
	Prior to them launching these attacks, they notified the U.S. government, which I know you're probably like, wait, what the fuck?
	Wait, why would they tell the American government before that they were going to launch an attack on Israel?
	Well, the reason why, guys, is because Iran is trying to avoid getting in a full-on conflict with the United States, right?
	They understand that there's serious geopolitical ramifications if they were to escalate to a point where Israel is on their back foot.
	Because if Israel's on their back foot, the United States is going to come in and obviously aid.
	And they're trying to minimize that, right?
	They don't want war with us.
	Well, because number one, we're America.
	Can't be stopped.
	But they don't really want it with us.
	They have more issues with Israel.
	So they actually contacted the U.S. and told them that they were going to attack Israel.
	Which I also find interesting because Israel didn't contact the United States when they launched these attacks on all these Axis powers.
	Right?
	Which is crazy.

	I just wanted to make a note of that, right?
	And I'm trying to...
	Obviously, I'm being very unbiased here.
	I'm giving you guys kind of the middle ground.
	I'm not really taking a stance here.
	I'm just letting you guys know this is all factual.

	Looking at it from a fairly objective lens.

	They killed a foreign dignitary on their soil, embarrassed them.

	Yes, guys, I know that there's been years of provocation, but I'm obviously summarizing it to the, you know, immediate timeline here, because them killing all these individuals in such quick succession was actually...
	Look, you got to give Israel their credit where it's due.

	And I want to talk about this as well, because I talked about this on A Space yesterday, and I want to bring this to your guys' attention.
	Israel has a fantastic intel program, okay?
	Between the Shin Bet, which is their version of the FBI... The IDF, right, and their unit 8200, which is their equivalent to like maybe a DIA or an NSA, and then the Mossad, which is their equivalent to a CIA, right?
	They have a fantastic intel outfit, right?
	They're fucking good at what they do.
	They recruit a lot of Arabs, they recruit a lot of people that might not necessarily look Jewish, and they're able to get them to cooperate and work with them, and they're able to turn a lot of people as well and get a lot of informants.
	That is how they're able...
	How do you think they eliminated all these high-level guys, bro?
	This is crazy.
	The number one guy, the number two guy, the number two guy before that, and then the number one guy pretty much for Hamas.

	And Iran is next.
	I think Iran understands this, that after they're done with Lebanon, Iran is next on the list.
	So I also think that was another reason why they sent these missiles in.
	So you're not going to be able to get close to individuals like this.
	And they killed this dude in Iran.
	Right?

	Guys, the way they did it was they had a bomb set up in his room and it blew up him and his bodyguard.

	So, to be able to...
	And then with Hassan Nasrallah, they killed him with an airstrike, a fairly direct airstrike.
	They killed him with an airstrike.
	You're not going to be able to do that, guys, unless you have real-time intel.
	They got...
	These military groups, Hezbollah and Hamas, they got to have snitches in there for Israel to be able to do this, to kill these people in such quick succession.
	So...
	Look, you could like Israel, you can dislike Israel, whatever it is, but one thing that you cannot refute is they have a fantastic intelligence program.
	The fact that they were able to kill all these individuals in such quick succession with airstrikes and planned assassinations and then running the whole pagers exploding in two days.
	And the thing is with these pagers is they fucked with them from inception, guys.
	Like, it's not like they intercepted them.
	Everyone thought that they got the pagers and the beepers and they put bombs on them.
	No!
	When the beepers were made, they had the explosions in them.
	That's the fucking crazy part, bro.
	You know, that's what really is like, wow.

	You gotta give credit where it's due.
	Their strength is absolutely intel.
	Now, ground assault and military tactics, not so much.
	The IDF is not that big of a military, which is why they rely so heavily upon the United States and also their intel agencies do so much of the work for them.
	And they have a good air force as well.

	Which I, you know, I hate saying that, but the truth is they have a good air force.
	They're able to bomb these guys and kill them in airstrikes, these targets.
	Obviously, they kill a lot of innocent people in doing it, but they don't care.

	And they weren't targeting civilian structures, military structures.
	And how does he know it?
	Because Iran told them.
	Which is crazy that Iran would notify an adversarial country and tell them, hey look, we're gonna attack one of your allies.
	But again, this goes to show, you know, I don't want to say good faith, that's a bit of a stretch, but that goes to show that Iran's intention here isn't necessarily to go to war.
	I think they were pretty clear about that, but they were doing this in a retaliatory fashion because obviously Israel has been doing, they've been provoking this, man.

	And I mean, if you're going to go off of a concept of proportionality, this is a light response to In regards to all of the things that Israel's done to the Axis powers.

	Right now, there has been no order to evacuate.
	As you've heard us say before, we are a planning organization, so we, of course, plan for all contingencies.
	But as of right now, State Department has not called for an evacuation.

	Should we assume that the SM3s were used by the Cole and the Bulkley to shoot down or to intercept the missiles?
	I'm not going to get into the specific type of ordinance, Jennifer, other than to say, again, they fired a dozen interceptors.
	And Iran said that they gave a heads up to the U.S. and to Russia.
	How much warning were you given by Iran?
	Yeah, I'm not aware of any pre-warning by Iran about their potential attack.
	As you know, this is something we've been following very closely for a while based on the threats of retaliation by Iran.
	And so we've been closely consulting with Israel for a while now.
	This is interesting.
	So listen to his answers.
	I'm going to give you guys my breakdown on this.
	They demonstrated we were prepared and we were able to successfully work alongside Israel to defend them from this attack.
	Let me go to Carla.

	You said that the destroyers shot down Iranian missiles.
	Where did they come from?
	Were they all from inside Iran or was some also from Yemen being shot by the Houthis?
	Carla, to my knowledge, and again, we're still assessing this, these were all launched from Iran, ballistic missiles.
	And what I said was that they fired the interceptors towards those missiles.
	And then were any other U.S. assets involved in this defense?
	Of course, we have a lot of capability in the region, a lot of things that are there to be prepared for a wide variety of threats, but in terms of the launching of these interceptors, it was those two destroyers.
	So just being clear, no ground-based interceptors were used in this.
	Were you aware of any duds that didn't fire off, that maybe Iran wanted to fire more than the roughly 200?
	As I mentioned, we're still assessing the outcome of the attack, and so we'll have much more information later.
	But these are all our initial reports.
	And then on the second call with the Secretary and Minister Gallant, did he urge Israel not to respond or to moderate any response to Iran, or did Israel share?
	Did Gallant share any Israeli intentions for their potential response here?
	Well, again, as I'm sure you can appreciate, I'm just not going to be able to get into the details of their call other than to say, again, we're consulting closely about next steps and the continued defense of Israel.
	What does Secretary Austin think about the potential for an Israeli response here?
	Would he urge them, without saying what he said in the call necessarily, but what are his feelings about the potential?
	Would he urge them restraint?
	Well, look, if you take a step back here, we fully support Israel's right to defend itself.
	You just saw a very significant ballistic missile attack by Iran against Israel.
	And so we'll continue to work alongside them to support their defense.
	We, of course, do not want to see a wider regional conflict.
	You've heard us say that many times, and we'll continue to work towards that end.
	But we also fully understand The fact that this was a significant attack by Iran, and so we're going to continue to consult closely, and we're going to continue to support their defense.

	Did you say that the U.S. destroyers had intercepted or shot down the missiles, or just that they fired?
	I said that they fired approximately a dozen interceptors against the incoming Iranian missiles.

	What I've read out is what participated in the defense of Israel.
	Can you say if there were any drones or cruise missiles that were involved in the Iranian?
	I'm still assessing it right now.
	It appears it was ballistic missiles, no drones, but again, we'll continue to assess.

	I just want to turn to the The Israeli invasion in Lebanon.
	For the past couple months, the Department and the Secretary have called for de-escalation.
	You guys have voiced your opposition to any ground incursion, invasions, limited operations.
	After we found out that the Israeli strike last week killed the Hezbollah chief, Hassan Hassan, it seems like the tone changed.
	In the statements last night, the Department and the Secretary said they supported what Israel is doing.
	So what changed for a change in that tone and that stance from the department?
	Yeah, I think the biggest thing, Joseph, is we fully support Israel's right to defend itself against Hezbollah as we understand it.
	They will be conducting limited operations to destroy Hezbollah infrastructure that's arrayed along the border there that could be used to threaten Israeli citizens.
	And so we're continuing to consult with the Israelis to better understand how they intend to go forward.
	Obviously, I'd refer you to them to talk or ask questions about details regarding those operations.
	But we fully understand as part of their overall efforts to return people home that they do need to address those threats that are along the border there.
	And so, all that to say, we will continue to consult with the Israelis and other partners in the region long-term about how we can ultimately de-escalate those tensions and get to a ceasefire.
	Have they asked for any help from you guys doing whatever it is?
	No.
	Cease firing happening, which is actually hilarious that they're even thinking that this is gonna happen.
	Let's keep going here.
	I'm gonna give you guys my breakdown.
	I want you guys to kind of hear this uninterrupted, then I'll give you the full thing.
	We've been monitoring this for a while.
	Iran had been very public about its threats to retaliate, and so it's something that we've been monitoring.
	Certainly this was a significant attack, probably about twice the size in terms of scope of what we saw earlier.
	But again, we're still assessing the outcomes of this.
	And as I highlighted at the top, we certainly condemn this reckless attack, this direct attack against Israel, and we'll continue to support Israel's defense.
	Several Israeli media spoke about the response tonight, you know, Israeli response tonight to this attack, including some, not just Iran, some other Middle Eastern countries.
	Will the United States be assisting the Israelis in the response?
	Well, I'm not going to speculate about hypotheticals.
	I'd refer you to the Israelis to talk about, you know...
	Will the Americans help them with...
	Well, what you're asking me is if they're going to do something, and what I'm saying is I'm not going to speculate about what or if they may do.
	As I highlighted to several of your colleagues, we're consulting closely with the Israelis in terms of next steps, with the emphasis being the defense of Israel.
	So let me go to this side of the room.

	Essentially, a follow-up to that question.
	Is the U.S. willing to strike Iran in response to this?
	Are you putting that on or off the table?
	Well, look, Arne, again, I don't want to get into hypotheticals.
	I think I was very clear at the top that should U.S. forces be targeted by Iran or its proxies, we'll take necessary steps to defend our people.
	And I think we've also been very clear that we're going to support the defense of Israel.

	Iran claims to have used a new Fatah missile, which is supposed to be a hypersonic ballistic missile.
	Can you assess whether they did use new and advanced weaponry in this attack and whether they learned from the April attack?

	On Secretary Austin's statement last night, he referred to being supportive of operations along the border.
	Is he open to Israel using operations on both sides of the border?
	Along the border was a little vague there.
	Well, I think I'd go back to how I responded to Joseph, right?
	we understand and support Israel's right to defend itself against Hezbollah, as we highlighted in the readout.
	We understand that part of that is dismantling some of the attack infrastructure that Hezbollah has built along the border.
	Certainly, again, we don't want to see this broaden into wider regional conflict, but we understand, again, that what Israel is doing are limited operations to destroy that attack infrastructure and then enable citizens on both sides of the border that what Israel is doing are limited operations to destroy that attack infrastructure
	Ultimately, at the end of the day, we do think that a diplomatic resolution is the only way to achieve lasting stability and security across the Israel-Lebanon border, so we're going to continue to work to that end, but we also, again, understand Israel's need to defend itself.
	And then a follow-up.
	The State Department read out a report on an attack on a diplomatic facility at Baghdad airport last night.
	Have you seen any other attacks on U.S. forces, I guess since Friday?
	This one would seem to be on a diplomatic facility, but be it in the last day, particularly at this heightened time of tension, or just broadly over the last couple days?
	Yeah, as of right now, I'm not aware of any additional attacks.

	I mean, that's really a question for Iran.
	You know, as evidenced by this attack, you know, they certainly maintain the capability to conduct additional attacks.

	And, you know, we'll continue to assess.
	We'll also continue to be prepared to respond in the defense of Israel should they opt to do another one.
	We certainly hope that they do not, but we obviously have to be prepared in that eventuality.
	I just want to clarify, I think you said earlier this is twice the size in scope from the attack of April 13th?
	Yeah, it's about twice as large in terms of the number of ballistic missiles that they launched from the last.
	I believe it was their intent to actually do damage this time?
	Well, you know, look, you don't launch that many missiles at a target without the intent of hitting missiles.
	So, absolutely.
	Just like the last time, their intent is to cause destruction.
	And so, fortunately, you know, Israel has very significant air defense capabilities, and the U.S., of course, played a role in helping on that front as well.

	And are you taking any extra measures on top of the recent plus ups you've done for force protection?
	Well, Matt, I mean, as you know, we're always taking force protection very seriously.
	We're all very well aware of the heightened tensions in the region and U.S. Central Command has been, for a long time now, constantly assessing and reassessing the threat to ensure that our forces are protected.
	Like I mentioned, I'm not aware as I come to the podium, I'm not aware of any additional attacks beyond the one that Dan mentioned, but it's something that we'll obviously be keeping a close eye on to protect our forces.
	Secondly, were there any other nations other than the United States and Israel who took part in intercepting missiles or helping to track them or anything like that?
	Yeah, I don't have anything to provide on that, and obviously I wouldn't speak for other countries from here.

	General, I'd like to ask you if you guys talk to the European allies, and if you ask for military support in protecting Israel in case of another attack from Israel or the proxies, or is at the moment it's only the U.S. helping Israel military as well?

	So you mentioned that the United States has the ability and intent to respond if any of its service members are attacked.
	On Friday, you had two U.S. destroyers and an LCS come under attack from the Houthis, which is an Iranian proxy group.
	So is there any intention to launch any attacks in response to those service members coming under attack?
	Well, first of all, Heather, as you are aware, there were no U.S. service members injured in any of those attacks.
	And as always, we will respond appropriately.
	And Iran called the United States and actually told them that they were going to make sure that they don't hit any U.S. structures or any military personnel.
	Hey, yeah, thanks for doing this.
	So on the announcement of three additional aircraft squadrons, F-15s, F-16s, A-10s, I presume that they weren't involved in any of the interception activity.
	Can you talk a little bit about why they're there and what role they might fill now in terms of enhancing security for U.S. forces in the region?
	Yeah, absolutely.
	Well, you know, as we've been highlighting for a while, we have a robust amount of capability in the Central Command and U.S.-European Command regions.
	And what those capabilities provide us is versatility in terms of Responding to a variety of contingencies.
	And so, you know, basically having the right tools in the toolkit to be able to respond appropriately to any type of attack or contingency situation.
	And so, as you well know, PAT, fighter aircraft can perform a variety of missions To include taking down drones, taking down missiles, particular kinds of missiles, as well as providing ISR, electronic warfare types of capabilities.
	So all of this comes together to provide us with options on how best to respond to any type of attack and to protect our forces.
	Let me come back to the room here.
	Yes, ma'am.

	First, on Iran, after today's attack and the expected response from Israel, is the assessment at the Pentagon still that the situation in the Middle East is still under control and we're not in all-out war yet?
	And the second question on Lebanon.
	Excuse me.
	What's your understanding to what Israel is calling limited ground operations or incursion?
	Is it limited by, like, in time, in scope?
	How do you see this?
	So in terms of your first question, as you know, we've been working very hard from the beginning to prevent a wider regional conflict.
	Certainly the type of aggressive action that we saw by Iran today makes that more challenging.
	But that continues to remain our focus and remain our goal is to prevent a wider regional conflict.
	And so we'll continue to stay focused.
	Laser-focused on that.
	In terms of Israel's operations, again, they're in the best position to answer questions, but our understanding in consulting with them is that, again, these will be limited operations focused on dismantling facilities that Hezbollah has built along the border to stage attacks into Israel.
	And so, you know, part of those discussions, again, have been focused on You know, making sure that there's an understanding as far as potential mission creep.
	And so, as it relates to the broader tensions in the region.
	But again, we support their right to defend themselves from Hezbollah attacks.
	And so we'll continue to consult with them on that.
	As I mentioned, Wafa, ultimately, we do believe that a diplomatic resolution is the only way to achieve lasting stability and security there.
	Tim, a few more.
	Phil.
	A couple of small questions.
	One is, why weren't land-based air defenses used?
	And did you find that you had – did the United States have fewer partners in trying to knock down these Iranian missiles this time than it did in April?
	I would compare it to a pallet, Phil.
	You're going to use the capability that you need to respond to a particular situation.
	So, you know, I mean, as evidenced by the fact that our forces were able to so quickly support Israel's defense, we have a wide range of capabilities arrayed to be able to respond to whatever those are.
	What threats may be in the most appropriate way possible.
	So it's less about the platform and it's more about the capability.
	And so, again, we still maintain a robust capability to be able to respond to any potential future threats as well.
	And I just want to follow up on what Helene was asking, which was important in the sense that I think you said a red line that if Iran or its forces were to attack U.S. troops, there would be a U.S. response against Iran.
	At least that's what it sounded like you were saying.
	Is that correct?
	What I said is, it should be very clear that if Iran or its proxies use this as an opportunity to attack U.S. forces, we will respond appropriately.
	Okay.
	Last question, Nat.
	Thanks, Pat.
	I just wanted to clarify a few things that you said.
	In terms of Iran's capabilities going forward, is it clear from the U.S. side that the imminent risk is over of another attack from Iran?
	Well, look, you know, it's something we're going to keep an eye on.
	We certainly hope that there's not another attack, but obviously Iran maintains a capability, and it's just demonstrated that they're willing to use it to directly attack Israel.
	And so we're going to continue to consult closely with Israel on next steps, and importantly, on the defense of Israel.
	On Israel's limited incursion, have they provided any sort of a timeline on how long they would stay there?
	I'd refer you to Israel to talk about that.
	I don't think it'd be appropriate for me to talk about that.

	At this point, it's just going to be retaliation, tit for tat, and hopefully someone kind of backs down a bit.
	That's where we're at now.
	There isn't really a concept of a ceasefire.
	And the thing is, is that...

	We're on all the platforms, so I'm gonna say this in a way that makes sense while being on said platforms.
	Israel is going to do what Israel wants to do, and they're not necessarily going to bend or fold on what they want to do because they have an enormous amount of influence in the United States, okay?
	Through different political lobbies.
	And they're the number one country that we give aid to.
	So they're going to do what they're going to want to do.
	And to them, they look at it like, yo, Iran has funded They funded Hezbollah.
	These guys have shot rockets on us.
	These guys have invaded us.
	We're going to go ahead and finish the job.
	This is what Netanyahu said when he came to the United States and he was talking to Congress.
	Give us the money.
	Give us the aid so we can finish the job.
	But the problem with finishing the job is, at some point, they're going to need American assistance.
	Hell, they used American assistance to shoot down these missiles, to help them shoot down some of these missiles that came in.
	Because what ended up happening was they shot a barrage of missiles, right?
	And Israel can't go after every single missile.
	They have to obviously pick and choose which ones are hitting the most important areas and target those and stop them.
	But a bunch of missiles actually were able to land right outside of Tel Aviv and hit military targets.
	So...
	Whether the United States wants to admit it or not, we are involved in this situation, right?
	We're going to try to mitigate our involvement, but the reality is they're fighting a war on multiple fronts.
	So we have to help them.
	So from a defensive standpoint, we're obviously going to be there.
	Now, a lot of people are wondering, well, Myron, are we going to go ahead on an offensive front?
	I think the only way that the United States is going to be involved in an offensive front is there would need to be some catastrophic War event where Israel is almost incapacitated or can no longer defend itself for us to be able to do that.
	And they would basically...
	Or they would attack a US military installation or kill US citizens.
	That's how I think we would 100% be in their boots on the ground.
	But if we continue on this route, I just don't see how that won't happen.

	Because Israel is provoking, and make no mistake about it, guys, Iran has the capability of, you know, getting Tel Aviv, blowing Tel Aviv up, and significantly hurting Israeli infrastructure.
	They have the ability to do so.

	We're in the middle of an election period, right?

	And a lot of people still falsely say, oh, he took away abortion rights.
	Not necessarily.
	He just said, yo, this isn't really a federal problem.
	Leave it to the states.
	He delegated it to them.
	So it's on you to complain to your state legislature and your governors for that.
	But again, as usual, most Americans are stupid and lower IQ and they want to go ahead and have a person to blame.
	So what they do is they blame Trump, right, on this specific situation, reproductive rights.
	And that is the one thing that I think the Democrats have over the Republicans when it comes to public appeal, wanting to...

	And this actually, the reproductive rights argument is how the Democrats are often able to garner the female vote, right?

	But the public is going to think that she won.
	And then when it came to foreign policy, etc., they were both kind of bland in it because Trump doesn't want to admit what he's actually going to do, but J.D. Vance actually brought this up on an interview, what he's going to do.
	To end the war in Ukraine, what Trump is essentially going to do is he's just going to let Putin have what he has.
	He's going to let him have that 25% of Ukraine.

	He's going to negotiate.
	Hey, look, let's end this conflict now.
	We won't push closer to Moscow anymore with NATO. You can have the territory you've already conquered in eastern Ukraine.

	He obviously doesn't want to say this on a debate stage because it will make him look weak, but we know that's what's going to probably happen.

	To end the war as quickly as he claims he's going to end it.

	When it came to foreign policy, I think he did better, even though he didn't put out all those things, but I already know what it is.
	But again, I'm a guy that's like watching the news.

	I'm like seeing what's going on.
	I watch both of them talk about their policy.
	So, but most Americans don't know this crap.
	And to be honest with you, most Americans don't care about foreign policy, which I think is crazy.
	I think it's ludicrous.
	I think foreign policy is absolutely the most important reason to vote.
	Because all the other problems, you know, reproductive rights, inflation, the economy, all this stuff.
	Like, if you have your shit together and you're not a broke, you'll be fine.

	Like, the president isn't going to really dictate, like, your quality of life to that degree.

	And if you want to vote for inflation, foreign policy, I would argue, influences inflation to a significant degree.

	When you have conflicts going on, especially conflicts in areas that are food rich or oil rich, well guess what?
	The cost of production goes up, the cost of food goes up, and then that's going to go ahead and be translated to who?
	The buyer.
	Because I'll tell you guys this, the farmers, all these other dudes, they're going to go ahead and increase their prices, and then the person that's distributing is going to increase their prices, the truck driver is going to increase their prices.
	All the costs, the extra costs, who bears the brunt of it?
	You do.
	When you're in that fucking aisle and you're picking up the food, etc., all the costs get passed to you when it comes to overseas conflict.
	Okay?
	So, I think that's very important for people to understand that foreign policy absolutely dictates the price of your food and your price of your goods.
	This is why people notice a stark...
	Sharp increase in the cost of food after Russia invaded Ukraine because Ukraine, unbeknown to a lot of people, is the breadbasket of Europe.
	So if you're going ahead and attacking the breadbasket of Europe, that affects the ability for the rest of Europe to get food.
	That strains other resources they have to go ahead and make up for in some degree.
	They have to ship food from other places.
	Then it's not as abundant.
	It's not as cheap, etc.
	You know, supply and demand, baby.
	That's what it comes down to.
	If supply goes down, demand goes up, and guess what goes up alongside it?
	Price.
	Basic economics.
	Basic shit.
	Right?
	So going back to the debate, Trump won, but he did it by the skin of his teeth.
	And we talked about some of the policies that led to that, right?
	I don't think the win was decisive at all.
	Because when I went to Twitter, when I watched left-wing newscasters, etc., they all think Kamala won.
	So, basically what happened was, if you were a Trump supporter before, you think Trump won.
	If you're a Kamala supporter before, you think Kamala won.
	And more than likely, all it's going to do is make you kind of dig your heels into whichever candidate you already liked, they won.
	But the problem is that we need the people in the middle, okay?
	So, if you're on the, well, to my left, but to your right.
	So, if you're on the right versus the left, right?
	They're digging their heels more.
	People on the right digging their heels more.
	But what do I have in between me here?
	I got a gap.

	And there's a lot of voters in this middle ground here.

	That don't like either candidate.
	They don't like Trump.
	They don't like Kamala.

	Cordial and well-spoken and, you know, a politician, so to speak, you might go ahead and go the Kamala route because you're going to think, well, she explained her points better, even though she's a terrible speaker too, right?
	And Trump is kind of one of these guys that speaks in very layman's terms, almost too layman for a politician.
	He's a big difference from Obama, who was a great orator, great speaker, etc., Harvard-educated, eloquent speaker, articulate speaker.
	Trump isn't that guy, but he's a businessman.
	Speaks in layman's terms, says things that people are scared to say, and that does have an effect with some people.
	So, my argument is, with this debate, we didn't do enough to bring people that were in the middle over.
	Now, I think Trump did a good job of doing this with bringing RFK on, right?
	And for those of you that are wondering, RFK, I mean, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., he brought him on, right, to the campaign.
	And I think that was a big W for the Trump camp.
	Because RFK, in a way, embodies a lot of the things that Trump was in 2016.
	What do I mean by this?
	One of the things that people loved about Trump back in 2016 was he was anti-establishment.
	Remember he used to campaign, we're going to drain the swamp, we're going to get rid of these fucking neocons, we're going to get rid of these, the deep state, etc.
	I would argue that RFK has some of these policies as well.
	Obviously he's against...
	The jab-jab and the cough-cough, if you guys know what I'm saying.
	He is for health.
	He's against the pharmaceutical companies.
	He's against Big Pharma.
	He's against the food industry.
	A lot of these unhealthy foods that we're putting out there.
	Chemicals.

	So, in a way, he embodies a lot of things that Trump used to be.
	And he's kind of...
	And one of the things that people criticize Trump for now is that, oh, well, he's not the old Trump that we knew in 2016.
	He changed.
	He's been compromised.
	He's a politician.
	He has become the very politician that he campaigned against in 2016.
	Which, to that, I can see why some people would say that.
	I can see the gripe with that.
	Right?
	But...
	Bringing in someone like RFK, who's very anti-establishment, right?
	That we basically got, like...
	He became like the redheaded stepchild of the Democratic Party.
	They didn't want to fuck with him at all.
	So bringing him in, I think, was good.
	They call him a conspiracy theorist, which I would argue a lot of Americans are nowadays.
	No one trusts the government anymore.
	Nobody.
	Everyone thinks that the whole Matt Crook shooting and the other guy that tried to kill Trump, they think it's an inside job.
	I would argue that American trust in the federal government is at the lowest it's ever been.
	Absolutely at the lowest it's ever been.
	And I think RFK almost leans into that a bit where it would help Trump and give him a bit more credibility to the libertarians, to the people in the middle, to the people that are anti-establishment, anti-government.
	I think RFK appeals to a lot of these people and Trump will be able to get a significant portion of those people over to him.
	So I think that was a great fucking move to bring RFK in.

	Now, when it comes to this whole debate, like I said before, Trump didn't win it decisively.
	He didn't get those people in the middle.
	He got some of them through RFK, but he also lost a lot of them because the debate wasn't decisive and I don't think he won as clearly as people think because it's right down the middle.
	Also, I think it's important to note that during the course of that debate, it was biased.
	It was biased.
	They went ahead and fact-checked him on a couple of different things that he said, but they didn't fact-check Kamala on anything.
	Also, the other thing that I thought was really crazy is Kamala ran with this idea that Trump is a Project 2025 guy.

	Trump is not a Project 2025 guy at all.

	He's denounced it like seven or ten times.
	On Twitter, on True Social, during interviews, at rallies.
	He's denounced it plenty of times.
