Epoch Times - FBI Cracks Down on 764 Predator Network with 5x More Arrests Aired: 2025-11-29 Duration: 01:56 === 764 Network: Protecting Our Children (01:55) === [00:00:00] The protection of our children is one of our biggest priorities here. [00:00:03] And the 764 network started in Texas. [00:00:05] That's why it's called the 764 network. [00:00:07] It was the area code of where it originated. [00:00:09] And the original founder of that network is doing 80 years in federal prison, and rightly so. [00:00:13] But we made a huge push this year to protect our children against these online predators. [00:00:18] And this is the worst of the worst. [00:00:20] These individuals are actors throughout America and throughout the world who don't really have a connection to each other in terms of group focus and group mission set. [00:00:33] But individually, they subscribe to this ideology that they can prey on our children online. [00:00:38] Just to look at the cases we've showed you in North Carolina, D.C., Jersey, and one other state recently. [00:00:46] They were preying on kids from 8 to 15 years old, convincing them, these children, to send them nude and sexually explicit pictures, which amount to what we call child sexual pornography, which is a federal offense. [00:01:00] What's worse is they were sharing and exchanging information about animal crushing, about torturing animals. [00:01:07] What's worse than that is these individuals, these perpetrators, these criminals, were convincing children to mutilate themselves. [00:01:14] And in some cases, unfortunately, more than one, these children ended up committing suicide because they were threatened by the perpetrator that we will go public if you tell anyone. [00:01:25] And so I said, we are not having this at this FBI. [00:01:28] So we made it a mission-set priority to collaborative work against the 764 network. [00:01:34] And I'm proud to announce today, Jan, that the number of arrests that this FBI has against 764 network this year alone is up 490% from the same time last year. [00:01:45] That's how hard we're going after this disgusting group of individuals, these criminals, and we're not going to stop until we safeguard the online community. [00:01:54] And it's a big project, and I'm really appreciative.
