[00:00:00]  We don't want Americans to participate in any way, shape, or form in this kind of organ harvesting and transplantation scheme.
[00:00:10]  Now they advertise that, and you can actually make an appointment, sit in America, make an appointment for a heart-lung transplant in China right now.
[00:00:21]  But I want to make that illegal.
[00:00:24]  And I mean, literally go to prison, pay fines type of legal.
[00:00:29]  So criminal and civil penalties on this.
[00:00:32]  And I think it's a very popular idea to do that.
[00:00:35]  Having said that, it's very tough to talk about organ harvesting with anybody, even in Congress.
[00:00:40]  And the reason for it is it's such an appallingly bad idea.
[00:00:45]  People are, they shrivel away from it.
[00:00:48]  When you say, let's talk about organ harvesting, they just look down at the floor and gag and walk away.
[00:00:55]  It's just so bad.
[00:00:57]  And it sort of says something that this is happening.
[00:01:01]  So this act actually does block any organs from Americans from receiving them.
[00:01:09]  They also lose their right to medical care in the United States afterwards.
[00:01:13]  So you come back for a little post-off follow-up in America?
[00:01:17]  Nope.
[00:01:19]  And then the other thing that it does is we can't bring organs over here.
[00:01:23]  And that's a more subtle problem than we think because it's possible to actually preserve some organs that are harvested at the time of death.
[00:01:35]  Bone grafts, placental, cordias, these things.
