| So they're setting up this negotiation line. | |
| I'm watching them refusing to buy soybeans right now. | |
| You know going to that agreement that one of their tactics will be, well, we'll buy a certain amount of American soybeans. | |
| Aren't we being cooperative? | |
| When they set up the entire problem to begin with, they're going to do that on rare earths. | |
| They're going to do that on other issues. | |
| They may release some political prisoners, all with the idea of see how reasonable we are. | |
| I believe America needs to really stand with a firm resolve at this time and say that's not acceptable. |
