[00:00:20] Louisiana is going through historic investment. [00:00:23] We have broken and shattered all of the records. [00:00:26] We've got close to $70 billion worth of private investment that has come into Louisiana over the last, what is that, 18 months. [00:00:37] And it really is at a record-breaking pace. [00:00:40] Of course, a big portion of that portfolio is in the LNG expansion. [00:00:45] So we've got a bunch of LNG plants. [00:00:46] We've got the largest construction project in North America going on. [00:00:51] That's Venture Global's LNG facility down in Plackamans, Louisiana. [00:00:55] Hyundai Steel announced a brand new Greenfield steel mill that they're going to build. [00:00:59] We haven't built a steel mill in the United States in over 60 years. [00:01:03] We announced that at the White House. [00:01:05] Meta is building the largest AI facility in the world up in North Louisiana.
