[00:00:25]  We decide whether we, you know, whether we exercise, whether we eat well, whether we smoke, whether we sleep a lot, whether we sleep a little.
[00:00:34]  Those are things that are really fundamental decisions that speak to our freedom as human beings, both our free will and our free body.
