| Talking about this forced organ harvesting industry in China, you know, you and I have been looking at this issue for the better part of 20 years. | |
| Um, there's very few people out there aside from some of these key researchers that I think both of us know. | |
| Um, and this hot mic moment for me uh with Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin talking about achieving immortality through continual organ transplantation. | |
| This is the first time I was talking about. | |
| But it's in uh that was a surreal moment that I I honestly I'm still in a sense digesting many days after the fact. | |
| What was your reaction? | |
| I I was shocked. | |
| Uh I mean, shocked, but also not shocked because I mean, we knew it was happening. | |
| We'd known this is happening for a long time. | |
| Uh it was kind of that moment where you're reporting on a murderer and you know a crime has been taking place, and then you get a video clip of the murderer bragging about how they did it and how they're happy they did it. | |
| Like it was it was that kind of moment uh you know, for me. | |
| And you know, Jan, I was actually thinking back. | |
| I remember when I first started working for Epic Times back in 2006, again, you know, almost 20 years. | |
| I remember you were one of the first people I met actually at Epic Times. | |
| You know, you were helping train some of the journalists. | |
| And I I think that was the same year that we broke the first stories on live organ harvesting in China. |
