[00:00:00]  I was fired based on hypothetical situations, 13 allegations made against me from students.
[00:00:06]  This was absolutely not something I could have ever imagined.
[00:00:10]  However, as I start reading them, it all began to make sense.
[00:00:13]  Several of them were not even legitimate allegations.
[00:00:15]  But again, to the district, I had done something very, very wrong and serious.
[00:00:22]  So there was one allegation stated I was not calling students by their preferred pronouns.
[00:00:29]  This is where it gets so interesting.
[00:00:31]  I never had a student come to me and say, Mrs.
[00:00:35]  Tapia, I would like you to now call me this.
[00:00:41]  Never.
[00:00:41]  They learned from my views that I don't believe in, you know, calling people by preferred pronouns.
[00:00:47]  I believe we're given the discernment to look at someone and know if they're male or female.
