[00:00:02]  It's okay to steal.
[00:00:03]  People will come in and grab things and go, and that stuff doesn't even get reported to the police because police are so overwhelmed.
[00:00:10]  It's very hard for them to help, you know, when it's such a small dollar amount.
[00:00:14]  It seems like there's no consequences.
[00:00:16]  That's almost the message we're sending out in the media because nothing's being done.
[00:00:19]  And when you send that message out, children, they're growing up with this, what you're telling them is, if you take something under $950, it's okay.
[00:00:26]  Nothing will happen to you.
[00:00:27]  You won't go to jail.
[00:00:28]  That's a scary reality because, you know, as a new father, I don't want my kid to know that we need to teach them the difference between right and wrong and let them know it's not okay to take anything, even if it's $1.
