[00:00:06]  It's terrible.
[00:00:06]  It's in the marina, and the marina has notoriously been a very safe place to live.
[00:00:11]  Don's mother, an elderly lady, called her son, said, could you please do something about these homeless people that are below my window?
[00:00:18]  And they're smoking something that is very intoxicating.
[00:00:21]  So he drove over to his mother's house to move them.
[00:00:24]  These guys are in a business and different than homelessness.
[00:00:27]  Parts of cars, parts of bicycles, the whole of stealing.
[00:00:30]  While he was asking them to leave, the third person was behind him with a crowbar and beat him up on his head.
[00:00:36]  It was shocking hitting his head with that crowbar.
[00:00:39]  So he has a cracked skull.
[00:00:40]  Half of his face was off of his face.
[00:00:43]  They had to put it back on.
[00:00:44]  And his skull needs surgery again and he has no teeth.

[00:00:49]  They should have never been in the position to be able to do that for another citizen.
[00:00:52]  They should never be allowed to walk around with a deadly weapon.
