Good evening and happy birthday to the U.S. Marine Corps, which was established exactly 246 years ago over in the city of Philadelphia.
Now today, I would like to examine three groups of people who are currently working across the country to restore election integrity to our republic.
And to start with, over in the state of Michigan, an organization called the Public Interest Legal Foundation, they conducted a deep analysis, and they found nearly 26,000 dead people on the Michigan voter rolls, with the majority of these people being marked as active.
Meanwhile, over in the state of Georgia, another nonprofit group, they have been trying for a while now to get high-quality images of the 2020 election ballots in order to conduct their own audit.
However, after several months of trying, they found that almost half of Georgia's counties, 74 counties in total, they have not been able to produce the original images of the 2020 ballots, with many of these counties saying that they've actually been deleted.
And then lastly, over in the state of Wisconsin, the sheriff of Racine County, he has just officially filed election fraud criminal charges against the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
Let's go through it all together.
This is your daily Facts Matter update, and I'm your host, Roman, from the Epoch Times.
And now let's begin today's discussion over in Michigan.
Exactly one week ago, the Public Interest Legal Foundation, they filed this lawsuit here against the Michigan Secretary of State, alleging that over 25,000 dead people are currently listed as registered voters over on the state voter rolls.
Now, the group that actually began this investigation and filed this lawsuit is called the Public Interest Legal Foundation.
They are a nonprofit that's focused on election integrity, and in fact, here is how they describe their mission over on their website.
Public Interest Legal Foundation is the nation's only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity, existing to assist states and others to aid the cause of election integrity and fight against lawlessness in American elections.
And according to this lawsuit that they just filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, they allege and they break down point by point how they spent a year conducting an investigation and they were able to uncover close to 26,000 voters who are likely dead but still remain on the official voter rolls over in Michigan.
Here's specifically what they wrote as a part of their findings.
The foundation's analysis of Michigan's voter roll and verifiable death records reveal that, as of August 2021, 25,975 potentially deceased registrants are on Michigan's voter rolls.
Quote, This legal foundation,
they said that the majority of these dead individuals, they were marked as being active registrants over on the voter rolls.
Here's in fact what they wrote on this front in the lawsuit.
The 25,975 consisted of 24,645 active registrants and 1,330 inactive registrants.
Meaning that according to their research at least, close to 95% of these potentially dead voters are marked as active registrants.
Now, you might be generous and you might say that this is understandable since people do, of course, naturally die, and perhaps the state of Michigan is just being slow in removing them from the voter rolls.
Maybe some of them just slipped through the cracks.
And that might indeed be the case.
However, the lawsuit actually further alleges that some of these people, they were actually registered to vote after having died.
Here's what the lawsuit says on this front, quote,"...the August 2021 analysis ultimately found 334 registration records established after death." Meaning that according to their findings, at least 334 people were registered to vote after having died.
Furthermore, the same lawsuit alleges that the Michigan Secretary of State, she did not correct these problems even after this nonprofit exposed these concerns all the way back in September of 2020, September of last year.
And since then, the same nonprofit, they have continued to conduct this research using pretty much all the publicly available data that they can get their hands on.
And the text of this lawsuit, it actually breaks down their methodology point by point, and it also breaks down their findings, which, as we mentioned earlier, says that approximately $26,000 In fact, I would highly recommend that you read the text of this lawsuit.
It's pretty rational, and it just goes point by point describing their methodology.
Now, in terms of the specifics of this lawsuit, it alleges that the Michigan Secretary of State, she broke the law.
Specifically, the lawsuit says that Ms.
Jocelyn Benson, who is Michigan's Secretary of State, she's a Democrat, that she violated Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act.
And for your reference, Section 8 of that particular law, it requires the state of Michigan to quote, Furthermore, this lawsuit alleges that the Secretary of State's violation of this particular law is not just a simple technicality, but rather it has very real-world consequences.
Here's what it says, quote, Benson's violations of the National Voter Registration Act have harmed and continue to harm and frustrate the foundation's purpose of protecting the integrity of the electoral process, ensuring that accurate and current voter registration rules are maintained and educating the public about the same.
The foundation's expenditure of significant time and money in Michigan, seeking to rectify the defendant's failure to clean up the voter rolls, Meaning, in plain English, that this nonprofit is being forced to do what the government is actually required to be doing themselves by law.
This is similar, I guess, to how the citizens who are living on the southern border have to now build their own border wall.
Regardless, this lawsuit is requesting for the court for several things.
First of all, that the Michigan Secretary of State open an investigation into these potentially dead registered voters And then, if they are confirmed to in fact be deceased, to remove them from the voter rolls.
Second of all, this lawsuit argues that the state must allow certain records to be inspected, particularly the ones that are related to programs which ensure the accuracy of these voter rolls.
This point is relevant, by the way, because in the breakdown in this lawsuit, the plaintiffs, meaning this particular non-profit, they show that on multiple occasions the Secretary of State's office ignored their letters and they did not provide them with the information that they needed in order to conduct their research.
They essentially kept them in the dark And then thirdly, this lawsuit is pushing to have the Secretary of State's office create and implement a quote, which is again something that they should have already had in place if they were abiding by the National Voter Registration Act.
Now, according to the president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, Mr.
J. Christian Adams, he said that he filed this lawsuit in order to, for one, protect election integrity, and then second of all, to prevent future election fraud.
Here's what he said in the statement.
This case is about ensuring that deceased registrants are not receiving ballots.
For over a year, we've shared specific data with the Michigan Secretary of State's office about the alarming problem of deceased registrants on Michigan's voter rolls.
Secretary Benson has done nothing to resolve the problem and is even refusing to hand over public documents related to these failures.
The failure to remove deceased registrants creates an opportunity for fraud and makes Michigan's elections less secure.
On the flip side, however, we here at the Epoch Times also reached out to the office for Michigan Secretary of State and one of their officials, they got back to us with a comment by email implying that this lawsuit lacked any merit.
Here's specifically what they wrote to us in an email.
Michigan maintains its voter registration list in accordance with all state and federal laws, including provisions for deceased voters.
As we've seen throughout the past year, meritless lawsuits serve as press releases for those seeking to further election misinformation and undermine American democracy.
Regardless whether this case has merit or not, we'll have to ultimately be decided by a court of law.
However, if you would like to dig through the facts that are presented in this case for yourself, I will provide a PDF version of this legal complaint.
It'll be found in the description box below this video for you to check out for yourself.
And all I ask in return is that you take a quick moment while you're making your way down there to take a detour and smash that like button for the YouTube algorithm.
And now, let's move on over to the state of Georgia, where it has just been revealed that dozens of counties are unable to provide images of the 2020 election ballots, even though they are required to by law.
Now, what happened over there was...
Sorry, what's this?
Well, that's a great question, Roman.
And it is today's sponsor, which is an awesome messaging and email service provider called Secure.
And it's awesome if you're the type of person that actually cares about their privacy.
Because, I mean, it's no big secret that these big tech companies are mining and remining our data all the time.
In fact, in the year 2020, it was found that over 155 million Americans, likely including you and me, have suffered some form of data breach.
And by the way, that's only what's publicly known.
However, what's happened in the past?
Well, that can stay in the past because with Secure, Your data and your messages can remain private.
And that's because Secure has all of their data centers located over in Switzerland rather than in the U.S. or in China.
And the reason that's so important is that Switzerland has some of the strictest data privacy laws in the entire world, and they are not subject to the Intrusive Cloud Act.
And if you want to know what the Cloud Act is, head on over to Secure.com and watch their video on the homepage or on the video tutorials page, which is under their support section.
Now, the thing that I personally love the most about the Secure app Is the privacy aspect of it.
They don't mine my data.
They don't mine my phone number.
They don't mine the phone numbers or data of my friends and family who I chat with.
But best of all is that if your friends and family don't actually use the secure app themselves, it doesn't matter.
Because the way that it works is that when you use their secure send email technology, all of your emails and your messages route to Switzerland, and then the recipient can reply using their secure reply technology.
And so everything remains private no matter what.
And the same actually goes for their messaging app as well.
And they're always coming up with new features.
In fact, the most recent one they told me about, they sent me an email here, was that they're coming up with a new feature called text to chat by invite.
So they're an innovative company and they really do care about your privacy.
And so what they're doing doesn't work with your existing big tech email account.
So check them out.
You can head on over to secure.com.
I'll throw the link into the description box below.
And when you use promo code Roman, you can get 25% off.
And the rates are not even that expensive to start with, by the way.
It's only $5 for the messenger and $10 for the email and messenger combo.
And they even offer a seven-day free trial.
So head on over to their website.
Again, it'll be linked in the description box below.
Use promo code Roman to save some money.
And now Roman in the studio, back to you.
Now, since we're on the topic of election integrity, let's move on over to Georgia.
According to a non-profit election integrity group, 74 of Georgia's counties have not been able to produce the original images of the ballots from the 2020 election.
And just for your reference, by the way, there are 152 counties in total in Georgia, so this represents about half of them.
Now, the nonprofit in question is called Voter GA, and they have been trying for a while now to get high-quality images of the 2020 election so that they can conduct their own audit.
And in theory, that should not be that hard to acquire, because according to both federal as well as state law, the images of the ballots are known as crucial election records, and they are required to be retained by the state.
Federal law requires them to be held for 22 months.
However, the state law in Georgia is even more stringent, and it requires these ballot images to be retained for a full 24 months after an election, a full two years.
However, after close to a year of making these requests, Voter GA, which is this non-profit, they received confirmation from 56 counties saying that either most or all of the images that the Dominion voting systems automatically create for tabulating the results have been destroyed.
Here is a part of a statement from Voter GA.
At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all, and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claim are the same as the originals.
Voter GA further noted that the recount images that they did receive, first of all, they did not have the original timestamps on them, which is necessary to conduct an audit, and then second of all, they did not have the original metadata, which shows how the originals were actually interpreted.
The organization further stated that the recount images are not even valid for the purposes of an election audit because they can actually be changed by tampering between the different scans.
That's why you need the original images for these ballots to conduct an audit.
And besides the counties that they mentioned in that statement, Voter GA also said that another 28 counties admitted to them not possessing a complete set of original images.
Here's specifically what Voter GA said on this front in a statement.
Various counties were missing all in-person voting images, all absentee images, all election day images, or a substantial portion of one or more of these groups.
And furthermore, according to Voter GA, these counties, they did not go rogue when they deleted this data.
That's because this nonprofit, they claim to actually be in possession of written confirmation from the former director of Georgia's elections, which grant the permission to these different counties to erase their memory cards with these images of the in-person ballot.
Meaning that voter GA claims that the permission came from the very top, and that's why you have so many counties across the entire state claiming to not have these ballot images.
Furthermore, besides the counties which just came out and flatly said that they do not have a complete set of images, other counties in Georgia, they used a variety of other methods to circumvent giving an honest answer.
According to Voter GA, over a two-month period, there were 18 counties that just flatly did not comply with repeated open records requests, meaning that they just ignored them.
Other counties, they asked for exorbitant fees in exchange for these images, with one county asking for as much as $1,700.
And then there were six counties which claimed to have put these images in the mail, put them in the mailbox and sent them off.
However, Voter GA never received them.
Here's in fact how the co-founder of Voter GA explained the seriousness of what is happening over in Georgia.
These violations are yet another glaring reason why Georgians cannot trust the Secretary of State's office.
We desperately need a multi-county audit of the 2020 election to resolve these serious problems before 2022.
Now, we have been following these developments in Georgia for a while now, specifically in regards to Fulton County, and we will continue to do so, and once the ballot images are found, or more...
More official responses are given as to why they have been deleted.
We'll let you know right away.
Otherwise, if you'd like to read more about these ballot images over in Georgia, about all this drama that's going on back and forth, I'll throw all those links into the description box below this video for you to check out, including all the various excuses that voter GA has been receiving from the various counties.
And all I ask in return is that, if you haven't already, take a quick moment to smash that like button for the YouTube algorithm.
And now let's move on over to Wisconsin.
Now, in a previous episode, we went into fairly great depth and detailed how the Sheriff's Office of Racine County, how they uncovered a nursing home voting scandal.
Now, to give you a brief primer on that scandal, the Sheriff's Office, they founded the Wisconsin Election Commission.
They allowed nursing home staff members to both request ballots as well as to vote on behalf of the nursing home residents.
And in that process, the Sheriff's Office said that the Wisconsin Elections Commission, they committed a Class 1 felony, as well as numerous misdemeanors, by abusing impaired senior citizens to get their votes.
If you would like to watch that episode in full, I'll throw the link to it right there in the top right corner for you to check out.
However, there has been a recent development.
Because during that earlier presentation, the one where the sheriff presented his findings, he did not actually issue any criminal indictments.
Instead, he ended the presentation by asking the Wisconsin Attorney General to open a full statewide investigation.
However, Mr.
Joshua Call, who is Wisconsin's Attorney General, he's a Democrat, he failed to do so.
No investigation was started even after that presentation was fully given.
And therefore, just a few days ago, the Racine County Sheriff, he said that he will wait no longer, and instead, he officially announced criminal charges against five members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission.
And for your reference, by the way, that commission, the Wisconsin Elections Commission, it only has six members total, and now five of them have been hit with criminal charges.
Specifically, here's part of the statement that was released by the Racine County Sheriff's Office detailing exactly what's going on.
Based upon the failure of Attorney General Joshua Call to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney's Office for their review.
The recommended charges are the same for each commissioner and include, for one, misconduct in public office, which is a felony, election fraud in the form of having an elections official assist someone to violate state statutes, which is, by the way, another felony as well.
Then there are several counts of being a party to the crime of election fraud, including by receiving ballots from non-election officials, as well as by soliciting others to assist in violating ballot handling procedures.
Both of those are misdemeanor crimes.
In total, when you break it down, there are five election officials, and each of them have been hit with five charges related to election fraud.
These charges, by the way, they were all sent to the Racine County District Attorney, who is Ms. Patricia Hansen, and they are now waiting to be filed on her desk.
When they are, I'll give you an update on that as well, and we'll be following this case closely, because, again, just as we mentioned in that previous episode, these nursing home ballots, they not only represent tens of thousands of votes in the previous election in 2020, but if these issues are not resolved, this whole mess is not cleaned up soon— then this could very well happen again in 2022 and 2024.
If you'd like to read more about the specific criminal charges that have been lobbied against the Wisconsin Elections Commission, I'll throw all that into the description box below this video for you to check out.
You can go through them for yourself.
And also, I'll actually throw a timeline of exactly what happened over in Wisconsin so you can get a primer on exactly what this nursing home scandal is all about.
And again, I'll ask in return if you haven't already.
Smash that like button for the YouTube algorithm.
Now, since we've completed this episode of Facts Matter, I would highly recommend that you go on over to Epic TV and check out an awesome episode of Cash's Corner, where Cash Patel once again sat down with Mr.
Rick Grinnell, who is the former acting director of national intelligence under President Trump, and they together discuss, among several other things, the John Durham investigation.
Here's a trailer for that episode.
The whole Russia, Russia, Russia narrative is exactly what Beijing wants you to do.
Russia's a problem.
China is a crisis.
They overplayed their hand and it's going to come back to Biden.
