[00:00:00]  Suihua City of Heilongjiang Province is currently one of the six areas designated in China as high risk for pandemic control.
[00:00:10]  Heilongjiang is a north-eastern province bordering Russia, and as China battles a resurgence of the CCP virus this winter, the people living there are being hit particularly hard.
[00:00:20]  In Suihua City, some sporadic cases first broke out around January 10.
