| They are Xijuazhuang, Xingtai, Dingzhuo, Hejian, and Zhangjiaqou. | |
| Xijiajian, 200 miles south of Beijing, is the capital city of Hebei province, with a population of 11 million. | |
| Over a hundred infections have been confirmed in the past several days, and a village in Xijiazhuang called Xiaoguozhang was designated a high-risk region on January 5th, the only high-risk designation in China as of now. | |
| A video leaked from China showed buses that were taking away all the residents in the village to be quarantined, then announced that the entire population will undergo mass testing, and all communities and villages will be under closed management. | |

| The 14-plus-7-day quarantine has also been applied in Shenzhen City, Dalian City and Zhejiang Province. |
