let's dive in i'm jordan conradson and what
jordan conradson
Welcome to the Gateway Pundits DC Dive for our top story from Monday.
Christina Lila reports: quote, Democrat Senator Mark Kelly faces court-martial after the Department of War launches review of allegations of misconduct.
Now, these allegations of misconduct are because of a video he put out urging active duty service members to break the law, to defy the president's lawful orders.
The Department of War said they may recall Kelly into active duty for court-martial proceedings after he joined five other lawmakers last week in calling for active duty and military to defy the president of the United States orders.
War Secretary Pete Hegseth wrote on X on Monday, quote, the video made by the seditious six was despicable, reckless, and false.
Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of, quote, good order and discipline.
Five of the six individuals in that video did not fall under Department of War jurisdiction.
One is CIA and four are former military, but not retired.
So they are no longer subject to UCMJ.
However, Mark Kelly, a retired Navy commander, is still subject to UCMJ.
The Department of is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops, explicitly using rank and service affiliation, lending the appearance of authority to his words.
Now, these high-ranking, Mark Kelly being a former captain in the Navy service members, they used this message to convey to young people, young service members, and old service members.
But specifically, I think the intention here was to go to, you know, 19-year-old, 18, 19, 20-year-olds and say, hey, here's what you need to do.
I'm a captain in the Navy, as well as several other Congress members who were saying, like, hey, look, we're high-ranking military members.
Here's what you need to do.
You need to defy the President of the United States.
So it's really a irresponsible, it's somewhat abusive to young people who really don't know better, impressionable young service members who might have just joined the military, who really don't have any knowledge of legality and legal circumstances behind their work.
Now, junior senator Ruben Gallego from Arizona, he's a retired Marine.
He responded in a disgusting, in my opinion, profanity-laced rant saying, If you do this, you're totally authorized to do this.
You're totally authorized to ignore the President of the United States.
Watch.
ruben gallego
This is fucking insane.
We should all just point out how fucking insane this is.
Hey, this is Ruben Gallego.
I'm traveling through Arizona right now, and I just received the news that Department of Defense is starting investigation against my seatmate, Mark Kelly.
This is fucking insane.
We should all just point out how fucking insane this is.
And, you know, these guys are trying to say that they're not acting like fascists.
They're not trying to give as much power to this president as a king, and they should stop acting like it.
Mark Kelly's a patriot.
There's no reason why they're going after him.
He was doing his duty and just reminding people about their rights as service members.
And, you know, Secretary Hegseth, all these guys, fuck you guys.
You're not going to be able to scare us.
We have a right to defend the Constitution of the United States.
We have a right to tell our other service members that they have a right to ignore illegal orders, and you're not going to be able to intimidate us.
jordan conradson
You see, what these Congress members are doing and what Ruben Geigo is doing right here, they're no longer just doing Republican versus Democrat politics.
They are seeking to undermine the President of the United States and the War Secretary, Pete Hegseth.
I spoke to retired Air Force Colonel and Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers about his classless response and Mark Kelly's investigation.
Watch.
wendy rogers
When you're a retired service member, you're still subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the UCMJ.
So, irrespective of the fact that he's a United States Senator, excuse me, and that he's an officer or an astronaut or whatever, he's subject to the UCMJ, so he can be called back to active duty and court-martialed.
And this is, if this were to happen, it'd be fairly unprecedented, but we're in very unprecedented times.
And for the other U.S. Senator to have an exploitative-laden tirade is just so off-color, so inappropriate, unprofessional, and really indicative of probably how unhinged and ill-prepared and scared the Democrats are.
jordan conradson
And coming up next, one of the seditious six, Senator Alyssa Slotkin from Michigan, she actually admitted that, no, President Trump never gave any illegal orders, but she still compares them to Hitler.
First, a message from our sponsor, in our last spotlight, we introduced District Copper, trading under CAXPF in the U.S. and DCOP in Canada, as a rising force in North America's critical mineral sector.
District Copper is gaining traction in North America's critical mineral sector.
The company has announced a strategic partnership with Reacher Gold, LLC, a Nevada-based exploration firm focused on copper, gold, and silver.
This marks District Copper's entry into the U.S. metals market, leveraging high-potential assets with historical production and existing infrastructure.
Move aligns with the U.S. government's push to secure domestic critical mineral sources, including copper, rare earths, and lithium, to bolster national security and supply chain resilience.
Washington has recently invested in Canadian mining firms like Trilogy Metals, which saw its stock surge over 200% after a $35.6 million U.S. investment for a 10% equity stake.
District Copper's binational strategy, combining its Canadian Coppertechs project with new U.S. assets, positions it uniquely in this geopolitical landscape.
Partnering with Reacher Gold, known for sourcing undervalued U.S. assets, aims to fast-track development and unlock near-term production.
With progress at CopperCAG, U.S. listing, and the strategic partnership, District Copper, listed on the U.S. Stock Exchange under CAXPF and the Toronto Stock Exchange under DCOP, could be the next big name for investors.
This stock shows significant upside potential.
Don't overlook it.
Special thanks to District Copper for sponsoring today's video.
Check the link in the description or go to District Coppercourt for more on their partnership and future U.S. prospects.
And for our next story from the Gateway Pundit, tying into the Mark Kelly story, Senator Alyssa Slotkin now admits Trump never issued an illegal order.
She further compares Trump to Hitler, cites Nuremberg while defending her calls for military sedition.
Slotkin appeared to threaten service members in an interview with ABC's Martha Raditz that they will face Nuremberg-South prosecution for following their commander's orders.
Watch.
unidentified
And it is very clear that no one should follow an illegal order, but it's very murky when you look at what is an illegal order.
And if you go into morally, ethically, that's a pretty tough thing to look at and say, how do I navigate this?
elissa slotkin
I don't, I mean, look, if you're going back to Nuremberg, right?
That, well, they told me to do it.
That's why I murdered people is not an excuse.
If you look at popular culture, there's like you watch, you know, a few good men.
Like we have plenty of examples since World War II in Vietnam where people were told to follow illegal orders and they did it and they were prosecuted for it.
So the best thing for people to do is go to their JAG officer, their local law enforcement or a legal officer in their unit and ask for some explanation, ask for help.
And that's what we've been advising people to do.
jordan conradson
Now, I don't think President Trump is calling for anybody to murder people, especially what, you know, Hitler did in the Holocaust.
He's not doing that.
So this is outrageous.
If you've seen a few good men, great movie featuring starring Tom Cruise, where these two Marines are accused of killing one of their classmates or fellow enlistees with a hazing incident that was ordered by higher command.
This is nothing like what Trump is ordering our troops to do.
But according to the Democrats, I mean, this thinly veiled threat, it's not even thinly veiled.
It's very clear.
She is threatening young enlistees.
Hey, we're going to put you on trial if you follow the president of the United States orders.
I mean, how do you say this to members of the military?
How can you reason with this?
How can you explain this and say, like, oh, we're not doing anything wrong.
We don't deserve sedition charges.
We don't deserve charges for commanding a military coup against the president.
I mean, it's absolutely insane.
But here's the thing.
Slotkin then admitted that not a single illegal order has been given by the president.
Watch.
unidentified
Let's talk right now.
Do you believe President Trump has issued any illegal orders?
elissa slotkin
To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that are illegal, but certainly there are some legal gymnastics that are going on with these Caribbean strikes and everything related to Venezuela.
jordan conradson
To her knowledge, of course, not just her knowledge, but the fact, no, President Trump has not issued a single illegal order to our military.
But she does point to, quote, legal gymnastics with these Caribbean strikes, an ongoing conflict with one of our enemies, Venezuela, a country that is trafficking drugs into the United States and killing Americans with those illegal drugs.
And she's kind of implying that, you know, currently there is a kinetic war, not quite a war, but a kinetic conflict going on with Venezuela.
So she's signaling to these young people, like, hey, yeah, you probably shouldn't follow the president's orders with this conflict.
You probably shouldn't strike these drug boats.
Probably shouldn't go into Venezuela and follow your chain of command with the potential war in Venezuela.
I mean, there's troops stationed near Venezuela.
They're working with Trinidad, Trinidad, and Tobago's military to run drills and potentially think about going in.
So, with a kinetic kind of involvement in Venezuela, it's very dangerous for Alyssa Slotkin, CIA member, former CIA agent, to be doing this.
And, you know, CIA, you think about what her intentions are with this.
Coming up next, though, Christina Layla reports of the Gateway Pundit breaking.
A Clinton judge has dismissed the Comey and Letitia James cases, ruling Lindsey Halligan, U.S. attorney, has been illegally appointed.
Letitia James celebrates.
So you look at what's going on with Letitia James and James Comey.
Obviously, James Comey was indicted for lying to Congress.
Letitia James indicted for mortgage fraud, which, I mean, you look at some of the evidence against her, it's pretty clear she committed fraud and misrepresented properties to obtain a more favorable loan.
She also said she, you know, declared certain places of primary residence, even though she's renting it out to family members.
Now, so the judge's order reads: quote, for the reasons set above, it is hereby ordered and adjudged as follow.
The appointment of Ms. Halligan as interim U.S. attorney violated 28 U.S.C. 546 and the appointments clause of the U.S. Constitution.
All actions following from excuse me, flowing from Ms. Halligan's defective appointment, including securing and signing Mr. Comey's indictment, were unlawful exercises of executive power and are hereby set aside.
The Attorney General's attempts to ratify Ms. Halligan's actions were ineffective and are hereby set aside.
Mr. Comey's motion to dismiss the indictment is granted in accordance with this order.
The indictment is dismissed without prejudice.
So you see what this leftist Clinton appointed judge is doing.
They're trying to stop, you know, Trump from going after his political opponents, which is their whole big rave now.
They're claiming, oh, Trump's just going after these people because they're Democrats.
No, actually, no.
Trump is going after these people because they broke the law.
But because they're Democrats, it saves them, unfortunately.
Now, up next, we're going to be talking about Jasmine Crockett, the race craze congresswoman.
She's going to be running for U.S. Senate, apparently.
But first message from our sponsor.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm thrilled to announce my enthusiastic endorsement of Blackout Coffee, a company that embodies the heart of American values.

That stands for something.
And we're back.
I reported over the weekend for the Gateway Pundit.
Jasmine Crockett says she will announce a senatorial bid by Thanksgiving.
She then hilariously claims her polling says she can beat Ken Paxton, the attorney general of Texas.
She says, quote, we obviously would prefer to have Paxton.
Watch.
jasmine crockett
I am still thinking about running.
We did get our polling back.
So we are moving on to the next phase to determine whether or not this would make sense in the moment and if the infrastructure can be built out in the way that I see it being necessary to actually be able to win, as well as we are continuing to look at the polling on the other side.
Listen, they are in a civil war right now on the Republican side as it relates to who will become their nominee.
You know, John Cornyn has served the state of Texas for decades at this point in time in some capacity.
And right now, you know, I don't know if he's MAGA enough to make it through his primary, but we are evaluating all things and seeing what it would look like to put together a team.
And we will make a final decision by Thanksgiving on whether or not we're going to ultimately move forward.
unidentified
What did the polling information that you got back show?
I mean, is it a calculation of whether or not you're going to be facing Cornyn, who might have more appeal to moderates in your state, centrists in your state, as opposed to a more MAGA candidate who potentially defeats Cornyn in the primary that you might or any Democrat might have a better chance against?
jasmine crockett
I'll tell you this: that head to head, we are doing really well against Paxton.
I will say that.
I will also tell you that we are actually within the margin of error as it relates to John Cornyn.
So to be perfectly honest, the only reason that I'm continuing to consider whether or not I do this is because my polling says I can win.
That is the bottom line.
But at the end of the day, a poll is a poll.
And so you need to actually be able to execute on that.
So whether it's Cornyn or whether it's Paxton, we feel confident that we can get this done.
The thing is, we obviously would prefer to have Paxton.
jordan conradson
Now, more reason to look forward to Thanksgiving, in my opinion.
I'm very excited to see her run a race for the Senate, actually, and get taken out of Congress because, I mean, I think I can say this objectively.
She is just an idiot.
She is the dumbest member of Congress that's out there.
I mean, you saw recently what she did on the House floor saying that, oh, the Republicans have been taking money from Jeffrey Epstein.
She had the wrong Jeffrey Epstein.
I mean, basic campaign finance records.
I mean, it takes two minutes to look at it and say, oh, this isn't the same Jeffrey Epstein as the convicted pedophile.
It's a different Jeffrey Epstein.
Seems pretty basic.
I mean, might not be the most common name, but it's definitely not a name that would be only one person like Jordan Conradson, of course.
But she is so dumb.
I can't wait to see her go up against Ken Paxton, the very popular attorney general of Texas, who has already won a statewide election.
She claims that her polling data, her internal polling data, which is clearly biased towards her, says she can beat Ken Paxton.
I don't believe it.
She's going on TV saying, yeah, we're going to be able to beat Ken Paxton.
Obviously, she's going to say that because she's running for office.
She wants donations.
She wants, you know, help.
And she wants to make it seem that she can beat Ken Paxton.
More so than she could beat Senator John Cornyn.
I would assume, you know, based on her advertising this, that she could more easily beat John Cornyn.
And it would be harder to go against Ken Paxton, but her saying that makes it seem less likely.
She wants Cornyn to win the primary and Paxton to lose the primary.
Right now, it's locked in a dead heat, pretty much, with John Cornyn and Ken Paxton, you know, one percentage point between each other in the primary and GOP rep Wesley Hunt, who has also jumped in the race.
They're pretty tight in the primary.
So we'll see what happens.
I think it's going to be Ken Paxton against Jasmine Crockett.
I think it's going to be the funniest race of 2026.
It's going to be one of the most nationally kind of covered races.
Obviously, Jasmine Crockett, I guess, a firebrand in the Democrat Party.
Oh, it's, funny that they consider her one of the leaders of the Democrat Party.
I mean, she's a race-baiting DEI hire, in my opinion.
I mean, it's, she's such a joke.
Anyway, coming up next, Trump gives Ukraine a Thanksgiving deadline, just like Jasmine Crockett, to sign a peace deal or lose all U.S. support.
This comes from rifftv.com, Alicia Powell.
She reports that Trump has given Zelensky an ultimatum to stop fighting by Thanksgiving.
All U.S. support is going to be, quote, off the table if Zelensky doesn't comply with President Trump's demands.
President Trump responded this weekend.
I saw a clip at the White House as he departed the White House.
He said, you know, he emphasized that this is not my war.
This is Biden's war.
I'm just trying to end it.
Obviously, you know, we were supposed to see this war end before Trump entered office.
He always said, I'm going to have that war ended on day one.
It's still going on, unfortunately.
So hopefully we can finally see an end.
He's already ended eight different wars, but the biggest war in the world right now that is kind of hinging on, okay, this could expand.
This could become kind of World War III.
I mean, this is what people are thinking is not over yet.
So hopefully it ends soon.
President Trump told Brian Kilmead late last week: quote, if they don't do something, they will lose in a short period of time.
He also added that Thanksgiving would be an, quote, appropriate deadline, but he has extended deadlines before when he talks move forward.
Hopefully, Thanksgiving actually is the deadline.
Hopefully, Trump stands by what he's saying.
In the meantime, Zelensky has said that he will work with U.S. partners, but it kind of looks like they're not in favor of this deal.
They think it's very favorable to Russia.
So, in the end, you know, we're going to see what happens, but I don't know.
How confident are you?
I guess that's the question.
