It goes on to explain here that two federal judges postponed trials for January 6th defendants on Thursday after Trump won the 2024 presidential election in a landslide.
Judges Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, and Rudolph Contreras, an Obama appointee, delayed the trials because they didn't want to use resources if Trump is going to pardon J-Sixers as promised.
According to the Justice Department, approximately 944 January 6th defendants, mostly peaceful first-time offenders, have received sentences for their activity at the U.S. Capitol.
Approximately 562 January 6th defendants have been sentenced to prison.
Politico originally reported that two federal judges agreed Thursday to postpone criminal trials for defendants accused of breaching the Capitol on January 6, 2021, agreeing that President-elect Donald Trump's imminent inauguration could make the proceedings unnecessary.
Over the objection of the Justice Department, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols and Rudolph Contreras, Trump and Obama appointees respectively, said that they wanted to conserve court resources and avoid hauling in dozens of potential jurors for cases that might be called off in a few weeks.
It's the first time federal judges have acquiesced to demands of January 6th defendants for delays in anticipation of potential pardons from Trump, who has pledged to grant clemency to many people charged for their role in the attack on the Capitol.
The judges overseeing the January 6th cases remained defiant after the Supreme Court reversed the obstruction statute.
For the summer, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered a major blow to the corrupt Biden DOJ by overturning the Department of Justice's DOJ use of 1512, a statute pertaining to obstruction of an official proceeding.
In cases related to the events of January 6, whoever corruptly, one, alters, destroys, or mutilates, or conceals, records, documents, and or objects or attempts to do so with the intent to impair the object's integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding, or two, otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding or attempts to do so shall be fined under the title or imprisoned to not more than 20 years or both.
Now, Biden's corrupt DOJ has charged more than 300 J-Sixers, the 18 U.S.C. 1512 C2.
The U.S. Attorney for D.C. Matthew Graves fired a warning shot to the U.S. Supreme Court.
And J-Sixers serving time for that exact charge, the obstruction statute pending before SCODIS.
Now, federal judges also threatened to add enhancements to remaining convictions if it was reversed by the Supreme Court.
List of shame, of course, they have none.
D.C. judges who went along with the DOJ's unlawful application of 1512.
Judge Beryl Howell, Obama former chief judge, Judge James Bozerberg, Obama current chief judge, Judge Rudolph Contreras, Obama, and the list goes on.
It's remarkable.
Now, many January 6th defendants are living in an inhumane condition in the DC Gulag.
The Gateway Pundit has reported that some J-6 defendants were denied medical care and assaulted by prison guards.
Presidential pardons aren't enough.
The judges and prosecutors should pay for the abuse.
It's radical.
Now, obviously, people know I was there on January 6th.
I documented the events with Ray Epps instigating the violence.
And rather than the FBI working and corroborating with me as a journalist to try to understand who instigated the violence, they put the investigation on me.
They harassed my family.
They showed up to my home relentlessly.
They questioned and interrogated my friends and family, investigated the secretary at my church.
I mean, it's been nonstop.
Then they've tried to penalize me and hit me with a wiretapping charge for allegedly documenting what was going on inside the building as a journalist.
And like I still work as a journalist.
My job, my main job is that I am a journalist.
And the fact that they were going after journalists because I voted for Donald Trump was absolutely ludicrous.

The interview went viral after news broke that she would not meet the current first lady during her husband's trip to the White House.
Ms. Trump revealed that Jill Biden called her after the assassination attempt on Donald J. Trump in October, but wonders if concern was genuine, given the inflammatory way that she had been speaking of him on the campaign trail.
I do question, however, whether Jill's concern was genuine.
As a few days prior, she referred to my husband as evil and a liar, she told French outlet Paris Match.
The former model continued that it was obvious that the onslaught of rhetoric from Democrat leaders and the mainstream media was so deeply embedded in our nation's consciousness that it prompted an attempt to assassinate him.
Ms. Trump said that after the assassination attempt at his Pennsylvania rally, she was relieved that my husband was safe, but was upset about the political environment that prompted it.
They want Donald Trump out.
They won't stop.
Has the concept of respect become antiquated? She asked.
The Democrat political engine pedals harsh words, vile names, and labels our nation's 45th president a threat to democracy.
Now, people today are so desensitized, they actually joke about killing a former president.
Ms. Trump continued.
It is undeniable that this type of speech created a toxic political environment.
Ms. Trump made headlines this week for her refusal to join Joe Biden for tea, a tradition that normally occurs during the presidential transition period.
Ms. Trump will not be attending today's meeting at the White House.
Her husband's return to the Oval Office to commence the transition process is encouraging, and she wishes him great success.
Melania Trump's team said in a statement about the invite.
Unnamed sources allegedly close to the former and future first later told the New York Post that her reason for skipping tea was the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Ms. Trump met with Michelle Obama after the 2016 election, but did not have tea with Joe Biden in 2020.
And for that, we do not blame her.

Now, we know that there's a rudimentary problem with Cornyn and Thune and other different rhinos who are from deep red districts and just get in the same way that Democrats do, the vote, you know, blue no matter who.
It's the vote red no matter when.
They're planning on obstructing this nomination, right?
So you have in some ways a very difficult task where we do have the Senate majority and we did win the House, allegedly, but can we whip the votes?
Now, but Kanila already did a little coup d'état and made sure that the leadership in the Senate was going to be people who were antagonistic to the MAGA movement so that the DC establishment would have its roots and its interests protected.
It's remarkable to me that we live in a country where DC has more power than their constituents.
It looks like one day maybe we'll have to primary them.

Now, Russia collusion hoaxer and newly elected senator Adam Schiff is terrified and isn't taking it well.
First, the Supreme Court granted a president immunity for weaponizing the Justice Department.
Now, Donald Trump wants to appoint Matt Gates as AG, Schiff said.
Confirming him would mean affirming the worst potential abuse of DOJ.
He must be rejected by the Senate.
That's Adam Schiff crying with his little schmarmy hands.
Now, Schiff was deeply involved in spreading the Trump-Russia collusion hoax after Trump won the 2016 election.
He was also involved in the first impeachment show trial against Trump in 2019.
Now, shameless liar Adam Schiff said that there is a significant and incriminating evidence that Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 election, even though Mueller concluded the investigation with no new indictments in 2019.
Reuters explained this that House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff blasts GOP critics, describing evidence he says points to collusion by the Trump campaign with Russia.
There's no reason that we need to put more airtime to his lies.
Now, that being said, it is interesting that we're all talking about energy.
And I want to remind you guys, if you've ever seen Chuck Norris, he's almost 80 years old.
He's like 84 or something.
And he's literally kicking butt.
What's even more shocking is that he's actually stronger and can work out longer than when he was in his 50s.

Now, that being said, our last story, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman detained at Duels Airport and charged with being drunk in public.
Christina Lila reports.
House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCall was detained at Duels International Airport in DC on November 4th and charged with being drunk in public.
McCool said that he made a mistake by taking Ambien and drinking several alcoholic drinks before his flight.
Okay, I'm actually going to defend him on that because I had a run-in with the law when I was 21.
It was like over a decade ago.
I didn't hurt anyone or anything because I had mixed alcohol with ambien.
And I was prescribed it and it was at night and then no one told me I was just young that you shouldn't mix it.
And so I ended up like sleepwalking and getting in trouble.
I literally, it's like, I think that's a, there's a class action lawsuit going against that.
I really do believe that's a real problem.
Now, McCall said that he made a mistake by taking ambien.
According to reports, police approached McCall to offer him an who appeared disoriented.
McCall missed his flight and accidentally locked himself out of his phone while he was trying to rebook his flight.
Two weekends ago, I made a mistake, one for which I take full responsibility.
I missed a flight to Texas and found myself disoriented at the airport.
This was the result of a poor decision I made to mix an ambient, which I took in order to sleep on the upcoming flight with some alcohol.
Law enforcement officers briefly detained me while I waited for a family member to pick me up.
I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the officers who intercepted me that evening.
Since the incident does not reflect who I am and who I strive to be, as a human, I am not perfect, but I am determined to learn from this mistake and, God willing, make myself a better person.
Apparently, Representative Michael McCool of Texas, the chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, was briefly detained according to NBC News at the airport.
The spokesperson said that McCool was not only detained, but it was due to the ambient mixture.
