New from slightlyoffensive.com, Nick Fuentes was doxed in a far-left intimidation plot ending with one far-left Jewish activist getting pepper sprayed.
We have all the details.
You're not going to want to miss it.
Doxing, which is the sharing of personal information often online with the intent to harm another person, is illegal in Illinois thanks to a new law, 740 ILCS 195, better known as the Civil Liability Doxing Act.
However, the law wasn't enough to stop self-described far-left Jewish feminist activists, Marla Rose, from violating the CLDA in an attempt to intimidate and harass a popular podcast host named Nicholas J. Fuentes at his home in Chicago, Illinois over their political disagreements.
Now, after getting pepper sprayed during the provocation at Fuentes' home, which she voluntarily instigated, she decided to press charges.
But will this legal battle against Nick Fuentes succeed in court?
Let's discuss the details.
Now, it's important to note that Nick Fuentes is not the aggressor in this situation, but Marla Rose, who wrote on Facebook, admitted to the fact that she's the one who voluntarily went to harass and to threaten him.
But did she violate the law?
We have all the pressing information.
Let's talk about it.
First, we need to dive into what doxing is and why it is so illegal, specifically in the state of Illinois.
Now, section 10A of the Civil Liability Doxing Act states the following.
You can see it here in the light print, and we put it there directly from the court and the government documents.
An individual A engages in the act of doxing when that individual intentionally publishes another person's personally identifiable information without the consent of the person whose information is published.
And the information is published with the intent that it'll be used to harm or harass the person whose information is published with knowledge or reckless disregard that the person whose information is published would be reasonably likely to suffer death, bodily injury, or stalking.
And the publishing of the information causes the person whose information is published to suffer significant economic injury or emotional distress or to fear serious bodily injury or death of the person or a family member's household of the person.
Or two, causes the person whose information is published to suffer substantial life disruption.
And the person whose information is published is identifiable from the published personally identifiable information itself.
Now, obviously, we know that since it's clear that doxing is not only culturally immoral, anti-American, and generally frowned upon behavior both online and in the real world, it's important that we cover the crucial details of this altercation between far-left activist Marla Rose and America first commentator Nick J. Fuentes outside his home in a Chicago suburb.
You might already be seeing from the midst of that description that yes, this publishing of private information, which she took part of and approaching the house, not only disrupted his personal life, which is a violation of the CLDA, but it also caused him emotional disturbance and has also disrupted his show publication schedule, which has caused him significant financial harm.
Now, who is Marla Rose?
Well, online, she's a self-described feminist activist of Jewish descent who is pro-abortion.
You can see her here, a grown woman dressed up like a cat.
It's quite what we've come to expect.
Now, she was incredibly upset at a recent video of Nick Fuentes joking about women's rights after Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election.
In an infamous clip, he states, your body, my choice, while celebrating the victory of Donald Trump on election night.
The clip quickly went viral and began circulating on left-wing algorithms on TikTok, serving as a way for left-wing activists to feel justified in their accusations that Republicans are all radical misogynists.
Now, this video has become an internet sensation, obtaining more views on X, formerly known as Tip Twitter, that Kamala Harris received votes from the American people.
You can see pictured here below that his tweet, which now actually has over 90 million views, says, your body, my choice forever, in response to Donald Trump winning the presidency.
And we have here with 226 electoral votes, Kamala Harris only receiving 70,282,000.
Now, the reason why this is significant is while the Democrats tried to ploy the fact that abortion would be the number one issue that would get women flocking over to them, almost every demographic switched over to Donald Trump, even if they didn't vote for him, an increasing support that included women itself, who seemingly didn't care enough to kill their own children that perhaps maybe they want or don't want the choice to kill their own children and they want to be able to feed the kids that they already have.
I know.
It's rather interesting.
Now, while the statement was edgy, and we do admit here it was a bit provocative, accordingly, to some people, most viewers could easily see through the entertainment smoke screen and didn't make much of it.
However, as it began circulating through left-wing algorithms, some users located Nick Fuentes' home address and began posting it online.
It's important to note here that at slightly offensive, we did work directly with reporting the doxing campaign and got several large accounts taken down and suspended for sharing the personal information.
Something we hold deeply is that no matter what your political opinions are of an individual, it is vital that we all respect each other's personal privacy and we don't publish illegal information about one another.
I digress.
Now, some users located Nick Fuentes' home address and began posting it online.
Social media companies did little to nothing about the online abuse that violated local laws in Illinois and also violated almost every social media platform's terms of service, including Instagram, Facebook, and X. Users were celebrating the criminal doxing with posts garnering millions of views themselves.
Me liking all the posts of Nick Fuentes getting doxed.
You can see there on the right, it has 1.4 million views.
Now, this is one of several posts that I saw garnering at least tens of millions of impressions, celebrating illegal activity and actually glorifying it.
Now, that's against directly the terms of service of social media, but what we found is consistently that if you hold a position, particularly one that may be viewed as, you know, against the hedge of money or anti-Semitic, racist, or the like, you can have your account directly ignored when it comes to harassment.
This is the double standard we've seen, including with lawfare against Donald Trump, that Republicans are treated like second-class citizens.
Now, however, it didn't appear that the doxing would result in anything beyond intended harassment.
While still grotesque and un-American at heart, it appeared everything was dying down around the trending quote from Fuentes, which had found its way on a TikTok song on post-election reaction videos of young liberal women crying.
They were literally crying with some song going, your body, my choice.
And they were weeping, the typical, you know, remotional vitriol you expect from individuals post-election.
Now, some of which of these videos gained tens of millions of views, but unfortunately for Fuentes, or maybe for Marla, not everybody lives perpetually online.
Now, Marla Rose, though not young or attractive like the girls on TikTok, wrote on Facebook that she'd obtained Nick's home address and contemplated doing something about it.
We're going to read the entire tweet or post in detail.
Here's what she posted directly to social media.
Okay, so what would you do if a neo-Nazi white supremacist who called a holy war against Jews and is a loud, proud misogynist lives in your town?
You are a Jewish feminist and you know his address.
Further, what would you do if a friend after friend messaged you that his address and told you that he should you should pop over since you live in the same town and report what it looks like from the outside his home is at.
And under the black bar that we've provided there, it is important to notice that that is his home address.
So she did directly involve herself in illegal activity and violate local statutes of the CLDA directly posting his intended home address for emotional manipulation and for economic damage.
Now that being said, are these boxes potentially possessing dog poo?
Are there boxes potentially possessing used menstrual products?
What would you do if it's a Sunday and you've done your work for the day?
Pop over there, you would.
You're a good friend.
You're curious as well.
So that is what I did.
I shot a short video and less than two minutes from the public property of the sidewalk outside this address.
Nothing was there.
There were no boxes.
As I did, a woman pulled up in her car, rolled down her window, and was like, is this where the douchebag lives?
And I was like, I think so.
And we laughed about his incel ass for a minute.
Then she was like, you should ring his doorbell and see what he has to say for himself.
Again, paraphrasing.
And I have one serious weakness, and it's chocolate.
Okay, I have two, one more relevant for the situation.
I cannot back down from anything that even smacks of a dare.
So I figured there was no solicitor signs up, and I believe it or not, I would have respected that.
So she already points out here that he already put up signs on his personal property saying that he didn't want anybody coming up that wasn't invited.
The no solicitation means if you were not asked to be here, you are not welcomed here.
Now, the average adult and somebody with a normal IQ would say, I probably shouldn't approach that address.
Clearly, these people expect us to respect their privacy.
And maybe, just maybe, even if I think the person is an asshole, it might be great as a country if we would all learn basic decency and realizing that jokes on the internet should not equate to public intimidation.
She said, so I rang the doorbell.
He immediately swung the door open like he was a damn waco, sprayed me with a burning liquid, pepper spray, mace, and pushed me down the stairs on his sidewalk.
I rolled into a protective position because I was anticipating kicks or stomps.
He grabbed my phone, ran back inside, bolted the door, shut the blinds.
Friends, it is dark in there like a bunker.
I have a video and I'm holding on to for evidence.
Now, while reporting on her altercation with Nick Fuentes, it is apparent by her dehumanizing choice of words that she arrived at his house with what could be considered nothing less than nefarious intentions.
As we note, calling someone a neo-Nazi, white supremacist, misogynist, while describing yourself as a Jewish feminist can only mean one thing.
She sees him as an enemy.
Now, choosing dehumanizing language such as this during a time when Fuentes' personal information was being spread around online with relentless threats from people that belonged to her political ideology, this can be considered nothing less than doxing with the intent to harm someone based on their opposing political ideology.
This is a direct violation of section 2A2I, which defines posting such information to cause emotional distress to the victim as illegal.
She was in a clear violation of the Civil Liability Doxing Act.
However, Marla Rose wasn't happy about being met with a defensive act from Fuentes while intentionally trying to cause him emotional distress.
It's no surprise that this Jewish feminist activist then tried to play victim after her flagrant violation of civil law, claiming that she was going to press charges after the incident she provoked.
However, it appears that many in the general public, including popular commentator Candace Owens, were on his side after hearing the details.
Candace Rowans wrote on X in response to someone as Red Channel said, I strongly dislike Nick Fuentes, but this lady deserved it.
He had his address leaked online.
She was out of her mind to show up there in real life over some stuff said online.
Candace, who is an independent creator who was also fired famously from the Daily Wire over her fight for free speech, said this, she is lucky that she wasn't in a stand your ground state or she would have been shot.
I do not recommend showing up at any person's front door from here in here in Tennessee.
It is very much a fuck around and find out state.
Now, one of the worst fears is any person doing anything even mildly threatening around my children because I already know that I'm going to have to spend at least one night in jail while my lawyers sort of sort through my reaction.
And I got to say, Candace, cheers to Candace and get a little confetti as well because I agree with you as a father.
I mean, look, even if Nick doesn't have children at home, it's still, this is your private property.
You don't have to have a justification for it.
So funny enough, even the EMT that treated her at the scene for her alleged injuries were on Nick's side, citing common sense.
And you can see her post below.
She went on to write, anyway, the cop, the EMTs, and my husband all asked, why did you ring the doorbell?
Kind of incredulously.
I don't know.
Why not?
Again, no soliciting sign, and I was showing off for my new friend.
Also, I think threatening women and girls everywhere deserves some kind of explanation.
I want to make it very clear that I am not whining about being pushed down the steps and pepper sprayed by a 26-year-old, then took possession of and possibly broke my phone.
I'm 57 years old and 5'1, so it's kind of funny that he has this melodramatic reaction to me, but here we are.
I guess them are the breaks when they're despised by about half the country and millions overseas as well.
I'll be touchy as well, but then again, I'm not making rape jokes or demeaning bodily autonomy.
I don't know if he's done this to others or was the tipping point, but Fuentes is a little on edge.
So if you wanted to send Nikki a care package, but were concerned you might not have the correct address.
This is all to say it is confirmed.
Here is the correct address.
So Nick is literally, this is the address they gave.
Now, I have forgiven my husband.
He made me a nice vegan hot chocolate with mini marshmallows.
Fuentes is very viewy-frightened, widow man.
Don't wing the doorbell.
He's a little on edge, go figure.
Should I file a police report?
Yes.
I rang his doorbell, did not hop a fence or anything, but does it merit assault and property damage?
She said, also, the cop actually had the nerve when I asked about pressing charges to say, for what?
I said dumbfounded, for assault.
And he was like, well, you went to his door.
So the general consensus, look, from cops, from the EMT, who are being unbiased to her own damn husband, we're like, bitch, why did you ring the doorbell?
Why did you're in a position where somebody is being harassed and intimidated?
They know their personal address has been leaked.
And then you want to come out there and be like, well, I didn't even know.
I didn't even know that something bad could happen.
Well, you faffoed.
And also, can we just say this?
I don't care if it was the Kressensteins brothers or anybody else out there.
Ultimately speaking, you've got to realize that your ultimate responsibility as an individual is to be smart about your life and to not take it for granted.
So don't approach someone's house like that.
This is why the story ends in saying, even the police appear to be taking Fuentes' side of the matter, implying that she provoked the altercation.
Now, as many of you guys know, something very important here that I think is vital.

Now, in conclusion to this, here's what happened.
She should be thankful she didn't do this in a stand-your-ground state such as Florida, Texas, or Tennessee, where the consequences would have been much more severe than burning eyes and a few bruises from falling, being that she is quite obese and would fall, the fall likely would have been pretty severe due to her personal disregard for physical health.
In the end, time will tell what charges Marla presses against Nick or if she even decides to press charges at all.
We know Chicago is a far-left city.
Perhaps she sees how heroes like Daniel Penny have been treated and is hoping for similar sympathy due to her protected Jewish status and Nick's past comments about Jewish influence in American politics.
However, one can only hope that a jury would see the events the same way that the EMT and police did as just another stupid far-leftist activist who bit off more than she could chew.
And believe me, she bites off a lot, especially food, considering how morbidly obese she is.
For now, the whole event has become a permanent meme and will go down in history as another win for the right-wing movement, whether you like Nick Fuentes or think he's the worst person on earth.
Nobody deserves to be accosted at their home that way over an internet joke.
The right to free speech and to protect your own property from those who seek to do you harm is both an American right and a lawful defense of the CLDA in Illinois.
And it says, your body, my choice.
This is an image of Fuentes on the floor after her phone dropped during her live stream.
